Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: At the Auckland High Court this morning at ten am.
- 0:02Speaker 1: There is a Darling Tana's seeking an interim injunction. It's
- 0:07Speaker 1: being sought to stop the Greens from meeting to try
- 0:10Speaker 1: and walk a jump her. That meeting is meant to
- 0:12Speaker 1: go ahead this weekend. There's also going to be a
- 0:14Speaker 1: judicial review. The saga continues. And we all know why
- 0:18Speaker 1: this is happening, don't we Because her husband's business is
- 0:22Speaker 1: in the whole, isn't it. The creditors are owed money.
- 0:25Speaker 1: I think there was around one hundred dollars in the
- 0:27Speaker 1: till when they went in there and tried to clean
- 0:30Speaker 1: things up. So let's think like the Greens for a
- 0:33Speaker 1: second and take a step back. Here is a Wahani Maldi.
- 0:37Speaker 1: She has fallen on hard times. She's made mistakes, sure,
- 0:41Speaker 1: though not proven in a court of law. Just a
- 0:44Speaker 1: party report at this stage, A party with white privileged
- 0:49Speaker 1: elites at the top of it, including close Warbrook, a
- 0:52Speaker 1: party with resources, a power and balance. Her actions may
- 0:58Speaker 1: have resulted from structure or racism for all we know.
- 1:02Speaker 1: This is how the Greens generally approach issues like this.
- 1:06Speaker 1: And what does Chloe and co do to this victim?
- 1:11Speaker 1: What do they do, they boot her out on the street.
- 1:14Speaker 1: Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Despite Chloe saying this, we are.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Being careful about the statements that we are making publicly.
- 1:23Speaker 2: We have continued to follow process as best as we
- 1:25Speaker 2: possibly can to center our Green Party co pepper.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Green Party co pepper. If this is the co peppa
- 1:32Speaker 1: of the Green Party, I don't recognize it. Number one,
- 1:35Speaker 1: it doesn't sound very greeny and doesn't sound very in
- 1:38Speaker 1: line with how they approach other victims. And number two,
- 1:44Speaker 1: and this is the kicker for us. I think we're
- 1:47Speaker 1: on the hook for the legal bills here, aren't we.
