- 0:10Speaker 1: Shooters.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Welcome to the Nordy but Nic Show. I'm your host
- 0:16Speaker 2: of Shooter and it is Monday, which means a dear
- 0:19Speaker 2: dear friend. Garrett Vogel joins us. Hey, Garrett, are you there?
- 0:24Speaker 2: Hello love, Hello Donald, how's your rady Monday?
- 0:28Speaker 3: Ah, you know what it was? It's it's eh, but
- 0:31Speaker 3: you know, it was a packed weekend. So you do
- 0:33Speaker 3: a lot of things during the weekend if it's raining
- 0:36Speaker 3: like it is here in New York, and it just
- 0:38Speaker 3: kind of like flies by, and uh, you don't really
- 0:41Speaker 3: think about the rain, you know. And plus we're in
- 0:43Speaker 3: the fall season, so not a lot of things are
- 0:45Speaker 3: planned outside.
- 0:46Speaker 1: You go apple.
- 0:47Speaker 3: Picking, pumpkin picking, and pretty much you stay inside for
- 0:49Speaker 3: the rest.
- 0:50Speaker 2: So that sounds so romantic. I want to do both
- 0:51Speaker 2: with you. I sort of like this. You have to remember,
- 0:54Speaker 2: I'm from Edinburgh, Scotland, so in Scotland this would be
- 0:58Speaker 2: considered a glorious day.
- 1:00Speaker 1: You're from Scotland, Well.
- 1:01Speaker 2: I went to school there. I'm from England. I was
- 1:03Speaker 2: born in England, but I went to university. Very fancy.
- 1:07Speaker 1: You almost blew my mind.
- 1:08Speaker 2: I'm like long, I went to school, I went to Universe.
- 1:13Speaker 2: I failed Oxford and Cambridge. They're the two fancy universities
- 1:16Speaker 2: and the third choice is Edinburgh. So I shipped up
- 1:19Speaker 2: to Scotland to be like Harry Potter and I loved it.
- 1:23Speaker 2: I loved it. I loved it. So today it's a
- 1:25Speaker 2: glorious day and we're with you noughties, which makes it
- 1:28Speaker 2: even better. Let's jump into the show. What time is it,
- 1:30Speaker 2: my friends? It is time, Thank you very much. Big story.
- 1:34Speaker 2: At the top of the show, Jessica Chastain in the
- 1:37Speaker 2: Oscar Winner is supporting Sophie Turner and she retweeted something
- 1:42Speaker 2: really cutting about Joe Jonas being manipulative. Oh so this
- 1:48Speaker 2: is getting really nasty between Joe and Sophie. She's actually
- 1:53Speaker 2: a filed a lawsuit against him to get her children back.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Her children are with her right now. She wants to
- 2:01Speaker 2: bring them back to the UK, which is where she lives.
- 2:04Speaker 2: He wants them to stay in America. She is arguing
- 2:07Speaker 2: that he won't give her the passports. He has the
- 2:10Speaker 2: kids passports. They can't leave the country now. Jessica Chastain
- 2:15Speaker 2: saw this tweet that was going around getting a lot
- 2:18Speaker 2: of attention, and she re posted it. It said the
- 2:21Speaker 2: following and it's pretty interesting, it said. Quote the way
- 2:25Speaker 2: Joe Jonas miscalculated his popularity with his transparent attempts at
- 2:33Speaker 2: PR manipulation, particularly when the North remembers, is fascinating. They
- 2:40Speaker 2: also go on to say, whoever is trying to keep
- 2:44Speaker 2: their kids' passports from their mother, what sort of person
- 2:48Speaker 2: are they? Well, now this has been retweeted, Garrett, what
- 2:51Speaker 2: do you think about this? Is Hollywood going to start
- 2:53Speaker 2: picking sides?
- 2:54Speaker 3: Well, I think they already are, and just as I've
- 2:58Speaker 3: learned throughout my year, and I think you and as
- 3:00Speaker 3: you as well, Rob Shooter, where it's yes, we tend
- 3:05Speaker 3: to pick sides based off of the Internet facts, you
- 3:07Speaker 3: know what I mean, So like we don't know the
- 3:10Speaker 3: true story. We like everybody's close friends and sources to both.
- 3:15Speaker 3: I didn't realize how many people are close friends with
- 3:18Speaker 3: Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas, you know, like everybody apparently
- 3:23Speaker 3: are so close friends that everybody is talking to everybody
- 3:26Speaker 3: and we're left to be like, wow.
- 3:28Speaker 1: This is bad, you know bad.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Well, that's the thing, Like, like the other story did
- 3:35Speaker 3: you read over the weekend was that this all stemmed
- 3:38Speaker 3: from an argument during Joe's birthday two weeks ago, pretty much,
- 3:44Speaker 3: and I don't know what to believe anymore. I'm in
- 3:48Speaker 3: the world of like, what is true?
- 3:49Speaker 2: What You're in the right place, my friend, My sources
- 3:51Speaker 2: are telling me this is bubbling up for a long time.
- 3:54Speaker 2: We forget that even though they are superstars, they're regular people.
- 3:56Speaker 2: We know this from ourselves, from my friends marriage and yes,
- 4:01Speaker 2: marriages don't end overnight. They take a long time to
- 4:04Speaker 2: fall apart. And they just had been living separate lives.
- 4:07Speaker 2: She wants to go back to Britain. He wants to say,
- 4:10Speaker 2: in America they just to quite different people and what
- 4:13Speaker 2: was working for them months is not working now. The
- 4:16Speaker 2: difference is is that they have two young children, so
- 4:18Speaker 2: they're always going to be in each other's lives now.
- 4:20Speaker 2: I think Taylor Swift opened the floodgates when she went
- 4:23Speaker 2: out with Sophie around town twice while she was in
- 4:27Speaker 2: New York. We have a Taylor story coming up, so
- 4:29Speaker 2: hold on for that. But while she was in New York,
- 4:31Speaker 2: she went out twice and they did it quite publicly,
- 4:34Speaker 2: and so I think Taylor opened the floodgates on this one.
- 4:38Speaker 3: Yes, And the fact that it's so weird like I
- 4:41Speaker 3: was thinking about this over the weekend. I'm pretty sure
- 4:44Speaker 3: the children were born here in the US. They were, right,
- 4:49Speaker 3: so the argument could be made that they're Americans. They're Americans.
- 4:55Speaker 3: So like, this is where it's gonna get messy, ra
- 4:59Speaker 3: where it's you know, there's going to be some battles
- 5:01Speaker 3: and you know she's going to say, well, he's he's
- 5:05Speaker 3: busy working for the next two years. I only have
- 5:10Speaker 3: a project right here or there and vice versa.
- 5:12Speaker 2: And it's messy. I know you like the Jonahs brothers.
- 5:17Speaker 2: I know that you know some of them, and it's
- 5:19Speaker 2: really tricky, isn't it when friends break up of people
- 5:22Speaker 2: you know? Sometimes are you sucked in into taking aside?
- 5:27Speaker 2: Like initially I think I was more Sophie and you
- 5:30Speaker 2: were more Joe on this, but as time has gone by,
- 5:33Speaker 2: it's much more complicated than that. And ultimately I want
- 5:36Speaker 2: what's best for the kids. I do think that they've
- 5:38Speaker 2: been slammed the view slammed both of them really for
- 5:41Speaker 2: using the children here, and so I just want what's
- 5:44Speaker 2: best with these kids. And I gotta say generally, and
- 5:49Speaker 2: don't get mad with me, dads, I think children are
- 5:53Speaker 2: best with their moms. That's where I would probably form
- 5:56Speaker 2: now as a dad, Garrett, that must be more complicated
- 5:59Speaker 2: for you.
- 6:00Speaker 3: Well, even if you're a dad out there and you're
- 6:02Speaker 3: listening right now, shout out to you for being a
- 6:05Speaker 3: great dad, whoever you may be right now. But you know,
- 6:08Speaker 3: as a dad, whether you have one child, two, three,
- 6:11Speaker 3: you're always in last place as a dad, you.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Know what I mean?
- 6:14Speaker 3: Like Ma, the kids first, then Ma, maybe the dog
- 6:18Speaker 3: and the cat, and then dad. You know, you're always
- 6:20Speaker 3: fighting for last place. There's there's no participation trophy. You
- 6:24Speaker 3: always come in last and it's just a way of life,
- 6:28Speaker 3: you know. Like that, That's how it is.
- 6:29Speaker 2: I think about my family. My dad does the same.
- 6:32Speaker 2: It's very very tricky, this one, which is why we
- 6:36Speaker 2: want to know what you think. Let us know. So
- 6:39Speaker 2: the pole question of the day is Jessica Chestain in
- 6:43Speaker 2: is supporting Sophie Turner after a very cutting tweet about
- 6:48Speaker 2: Joe Jonas and manipulation was put out there, she reposted
- 6:52Speaker 2: it will Moore stars take a side. So we've seen
- 6:57Speaker 2: Taylor Swift, now we've seen Jessica Chastain and are we
- 7:00Speaker 2: gonna see people come forward and support Joe Jonas obviously
- 7:04Speaker 2: his brothers do, but are going to be more vocal
- 7:06Speaker 2: about it. People are not being shy about this anymore.
- 7:10Speaker 2: At first, it was a little slow. Everybody wanted to
- 7:14Speaker 2: give everybody the benefit of the doubt. We did see
- 7:16Speaker 2: quite an aggressive it felt like pr campaign against her
- 7:20Speaker 2: right after the announcement that they were getting divorced. That
- 7:23Speaker 2: has stopped a little bit rightly, So she's not pushing
- 7:26Speaker 2: back that hard, but friends are Is this gonna get nasty?
- 7:31Speaker 2: Is Hollywood gonna take aside? Hey? Go vote on a
- 7:34Speaker 2: Twitter page at naughty Nice Rob. Our facebook page is
- 7:38Speaker 2: naughty Garsett and be sure to check back tomorrow to
- 7:42Speaker 2: hear your results. Hey, Garrett, what are you working on?
- 7:46Speaker 3: Well, Rob Shooter. The NFL got even more fans yesterday.
- 7:50Speaker 3: For many it was a very music centered centered NFL Sunday,
- 7:55Speaker 3: as they they say here in sports and in the
- 7:59Speaker 3: NFL with Tayler Swift. So the rumors were that she
- 8:03Speaker 3: was potentially dating Kansas City chief star Travis Kelce. You
- 8:08Speaker 3: might know him from a few commercials he did SNL
- 8:11Speaker 3: last year. And it all started a few few weeks
- 8:15Speaker 3: ago where Travis Kelsey was on his podcast with his
- 8:17Speaker 3: brother and said, Hey, I wish I had the opportunity
- 8:20Speaker 3: to give Taylor Swift one of those friendship bracelets I made,
- 8:23Speaker 3: not for just because because it had my phone number
- 8:25Speaker 3: on it. And then from there the rumors started. Then
- 8:28Speaker 3: the pictures came out of them traveling into Miami one weekend,
- 8:34Speaker 3: and then yesterday here was here was the Big teams
- 8:38Speaker 3: the four o'clock game, which essentially they call quote unquote
- 8:41Speaker 3: America's game. All of America is watching this game most
- 8:45Speaker 3: most most people get this game on their television, and
- 8:49Speaker 3: before the kickoff even happens, all the announcers go as
- 8:54Speaker 3: they as they grasped their pearls. There's Taylor Swift sitting
- 8:58Speaker 3: in Travis Kelce's luxury box with no other than Travis
- 9:02Speaker 3: Kelsey's mother on what we can only call maybe the
- 9:05Speaker 3: second date ever. And it started from there. Touchdowns, touchdown, touchdown, touchdown.
- 9:12Speaker 3: I'm happy for Taylor. I do just as like a
- 9:16Speaker 3: big brother, I do question Tlor Travis's motives, you know
- 9:20Speaker 3: a little bit. Taylor seemed excited, it seemed like she
- 9:24Speaker 3: was into the football game. And then there was video
- 9:27Speaker 3: right after Taylor went down to the locker room to
- 9:29Speaker 3: meet her potential date.
- 9:33Speaker 1: Before but well no, no, no, you know what I mean.
- 9:34Speaker 1: She went down to wait for.
- 9:35Speaker 3: Him by the locker room, and Taylor, if you see
- 9:39Speaker 3: the video, she's excited. She's like, They're like, hey, how
- 9:43Speaker 3: should I Travis has this look on his face, like,
- 9:46Speaker 3: you know, he comes across to me at times as
- 9:50Speaker 3: like a bro, you know, like yeah, yeah, great.
- 9:54Speaker 2: I love the video. I love the photographs I posted
- 9:56Speaker 2: on on Instagram. She's so so smart. The only thing
- 10:01Speaker 2: that could have been better is if Taylor had taken
- 10:04Speaker 2: Sophie turn with her to the game. It's just the
- 10:09Speaker 2: biggest game, arguably of the year outside of the super Bowl.
- 10:13Speaker 2: Everybody's watching. She still hasn't commented on this relationship, but
- 10:17Speaker 2: Taylor tells us so much without saying a single word.
- 10:20Speaker 2: It's a masterclass in public relations. Like I would argue
- 10:23Speaker 2: any publicist out there, anybody that wants to get in
- 10:26Speaker 2: the play game, or even any celebrity out there, start
- 10:30Speaker 2: watching Taylor Swift. It is so clever. The best, the
- 10:34Speaker 2: best couldn't come up with a strategy this good.
- 10:36Speaker 3: Well you want to hear you want to hear another
- 10:38Speaker 3: conspiracy of mine with this relationship. So there's another announcement
- 10:42Speaker 3: coming up in just a few of who's performing at
- 10:45Speaker 3: the super Bowl this this year.
- 10:46Speaker 2: We've got yeah, we've got the news.
- 10:47Speaker 1: We got the news.
- 10:49Speaker 3: Taylor has been the white elephant of the NFL's for.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Years, years of ten years, and she has said no
- 10:58Speaker 1: and no.
- 10:58Speaker 3: The day the super Bowl announcement comes out, Taylor Swift
- 11:02Speaker 3: pretty much steals the headlines from the person who says
- 11:06Speaker 3: that they're doing the super Bowl.
- 11:07Speaker 2: We're going to tell you who is performing at the
- 11:09Speaker 2: super Bowl in just a minute. But you know, normally
- 11:12Speaker 2: when that's announced, my phone blows up. My phone was
- 11:15Speaker 2: already blowing up with Taylor Swift. So you're onto something
- 11:18Speaker 2: like and if you look at the cover of the
- 11:19Speaker 2: New York Post today or websites, it's Taylor Swift. It's
- 11:22Speaker 2: not the person who's performing at the super Bowl.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Normally that's a big deal, all right.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Woh yeah, wow, Garrett, you are so smart. I love
- 11:31Speaker 2: having you on this show. Taylor, We love you too. Okay,
- 11:34Speaker 2: Moving along, the appalled Malibu Mayor. That sounds fancy, doesn't it.
- 11:39Speaker 2: It's the mayor of Malibu. Can you imagine that would
- 11:41Speaker 2: be a lovely place to be? The mayor of Malibu.
- 11:45Speaker 1: You think he wears a tap has one of.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Those absolutely claims that caught the Kardashian lied about getting
- 11:52Speaker 2: a permit to throw a party.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Ghastly.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Yeah, but it is. But you know, I at first
- 11:58Speaker 2: was like, oh, this is so silly, but then I
- 11:59Speaker 2: was like, no, it's just not fair. And this is
- 12:01Speaker 2: why people get really annoyed with government with celebrities, because
- 12:05Speaker 2: the city basically bent the knee to a kardash him.
- 12:08Speaker 2: It's not right if it's true. So his name is
- 12:10Speaker 2: Bruce Silverstein, and he has accused the wellness guru. That's
- 12:15Speaker 2: what Courtney is now presenting herself as as mister representing
- 12:20Speaker 2: the nature of a pool side push party that's the
- 12:24Speaker 2: name of her company, at a sprawling estate in Malibu.
- 12:28Speaker 2: He went on to say that I understand that the
- 12:30Speaker 2: event was presented as a baby shower. Very nice, I'll
- 12:35Speaker 2: give you a permit for your baby shower. However, they
- 12:38Speaker 2: think now that the event was not a baby shower
- 12:41Speaker 2: at all, but.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Rather switch room.
- 12:43Speaker 2: Yes, rather it was an influenza party to promote her products.
- 12:50Speaker 3: Oh well, let's be honest, rupture to we're in Malibu.
- 12:53Speaker 3: Pretty much every other person is an influencer to some degree,
- 12:57Speaker 3: so I can understand, like where you fine line is
- 13:01Speaker 3: drawn there, but let's be honest, everybody, the mail carrier
- 13:05Speaker 3: is even an influencer in Aliboum. I'm sure like so,
- 13:09Speaker 3: I mean, I can understand it, and maybe on a technicality,
- 13:13Speaker 3: but really I don't like it.
- 13:15Speaker 2: I don't like it. I don't like cheating. I don't
- 13:17Speaker 2: like bending the rules like this because I'm not part
- 13:21Speaker 2: of the fabulous elite that would get away fit. Now
- 13:23Speaker 2: get me, don't get me wrong. I was part of
- 13:25Speaker 2: that elite. I'd bend all the rules. Yes, I'd be terrible,
- 13:29Speaker 2: but I'm not. And I don't know. I just grew
- 13:30Speaker 2: up with this terrible sense of fairness. And Garrett, if
- 13:34Speaker 2: you were applied I you and I applied for a
- 13:37Speaker 2: permit for our baby shower and then we did a
- 13:40Speaker 2: switch around and it was a naughty but nice party.
- 13:42Speaker 2: Sounds a good idea to me. We would be in trouble.
- 13:45Speaker 2: We would get in trouble.
- 13:46Speaker 1: We would be behind bars, you know what I mean?
- 13:48Speaker 3: Like that, we would need the swifties to come protest
- 13:51Speaker 3: outside and free Robin Garrett.
- 13:54Speaker 2: I mean, do you think the prisons in Malibu and nice.
- 13:57Speaker 3: You gotta think that, right, You got to think they're
- 13:59Speaker 3: a little bit more posting. Yeah, there's no barbed wire,
- 14:04Speaker 3: you know. It's it's more more like, you know, you
- 14:07Speaker 3: have a flip phonepool and.
- 14:09Speaker 2: A Ken doll. I love it. We should get arrested
- 14:12Speaker 2: in Malibu. Kordy Kardashian, if you're listening, you are very,
- 14:15Speaker 2: very naughty, but not the naughtiest of the day. That
- 14:17Speaker 2: is coming up. Okay, big news. We've been teasing it.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Who is headlining super Bowl twenty twenty four, which is
- 14:24Speaker 2: the only reason I even know this event is going
- 14:26Speaker 2: on because I like.
- 14:26Speaker 3: The performer well and it's not Taylor Swift. So early
- 14:30Speaker 3: on Sunday morning, it was announced that Usher is officially
- 14:34Speaker 3: headlining super Bowl twenty twenty four in Las Vegas. Usher
- 14:39Speaker 3: has had his residency there in Vegas. He has made
- 14:43Speaker 3: the pitch now for a couple of months how much
- 14:45Speaker 3: he would like to do it. He started dropping hints
- 14:47Speaker 3: that he wanted to do it. Kind of lost the
- 14:49Speaker 3: luster once in Sync got back and everyone thought that
- 14:52Speaker 3: everybody was going to get a boy band halftime showa.
- 14:55Speaker 3: That got put to rest, but it was announced yesterday
- 14:57Speaker 3: in a very cute video where where young Usher talked
- 15:00Speaker 3: to current day Usher saying, hey, you're doing the super Bowl.
- 15:03Speaker 1: But here's the other thing too. If I noticed that,
- 15:05Speaker 1: you know, I'm.
- 15:06Speaker 3: Full of conspiracies today, Ryp Shooter. Who else is in
- 15:08Speaker 3: that video? Kim Kardashian and Odell Beckham. So the surprise
- 15:15Speaker 3: they're quote unquote hanging out right, But was that more
- 15:19Speaker 3: of just get the ball rolling end?
- 15:21Speaker 2: Well, it's to get her three hundred million fans to
- 15:24Speaker 2: follow him, like they're a little nervous about Usher, Like,
- 15:26Speaker 2: don't get me wrong, You've got you've got a guaranteed
- 15:28Speaker 2: audience because you are between a football game. Oh of course,
- 15:31Speaker 2: and so the audience is going to be huge. But Usher,
- 15:33Speaker 2: let's be clear here, And I'm not putting Usher down,
- 15:35Speaker 2: hopefully I'm not. He's not had a hit in twenty years.
- 15:38Speaker 2: He's not as relevant as a Beyonce or a Taylor
- 15:40Speaker 2: Swift or even a Justin Bieber. And so I think too,
- 15:44Speaker 2: he falls between two stones. He's not as legendary as
- 15:48Speaker 2: the Rolling Stones and some of those groups that are
- 15:50Speaker 2: just the legendary groups, but he's not quite as relevant
- 15:54Speaker 2: as the young musicians he's sort of in that middle
- 15:56Speaker 2: ground where we really fall. It's not Madonna, it's not
- 15:59Speaker 2: a legend, right, but he's certainly not somebody that's on
- 16:02Speaker 2: the charts right now. It's an interesting choice.
- 16:05Speaker 1: The question is will he be with guests?
- 16:07Speaker 3: Yes, you know, because artists artists like this, like Bruno
- 16:11Speaker 3: Mars and Justin Timberlake and even Madonna, they brought out
- 16:14Speaker 3: a guest or two.
- 16:16Speaker 1: He was a guest.
- 16:17Speaker 2: He was a guest in two thousand and eleven, a
- 16:19Speaker 2: special guest during the Black Ideas.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Will he bring out the black eyed peas?
- 16:24Speaker 2: Yes?
- 16:25Speaker 1: I think I think a few.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Yeah, I think you will, and I think he should.
- 16:30Speaker 2: But I do like this. It is in Vegas, and
- 16:32Speaker 2: he does have a residency there. I would have got
- 16:34Speaker 2: Celine Dianna. Know she's not very well at the moment,
- 16:36Speaker 2: but I would have. If we're doing it in Vegas,
- 16:38Speaker 2: we could get like a LIBERACEI type, like maybe Barry Manilow,
- 16:42Speaker 2: maybe Tom Jones maybe else.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Would that be your first super Bowl? Would that be
- 16:45Speaker 1: your first super Bowl? No? Super Bowl?
- 16:48Speaker 2: Two super Bowls? Isn't that crazy? I went there for work.
- 16:50Speaker 2: I went to interview Madonna when she was doing a
- 16:53Speaker 2: super Bowl and I went to another one. I think
- 16:57Speaker 2: it was Beyonce's Don't come after Me behive. You should
- 16:59Speaker 2: be remember that. It should be on my bright Okay,
- 17:01Speaker 2: we're gonna take it, and you're thinking about that and
- 17:03Speaker 2: we will be right back. Welcome back to the but
- 17:08Speaker 2: nice it has been revealed. But I have been to
- 17:10Speaker 2: a super Bowl, which is really a waste. You should
- 17:13Speaker 2: be angry with me. Those tickets should go to like
- 17:15Speaker 2: a football fan.
- 17:17Speaker 3: I mean this happens every year when when a big
- 17:19Speaker 3: artist performs at Super Bowl, all those fans go, hey,
- 17:22Speaker 3: I'm going to I'm going to the Beyonce coming, I'm
- 17:27Speaker 3: going to the rolling concert, rinsconcert.
- 17:30Speaker 2: Who was your favorite Super Bowl performer?
- 17:35Speaker 3: See the earliest one I remember. I remember waking up.
- 17:39Speaker 3: I remember waking up to see new kids.
- 17:41Speaker 1: On the block.
- 17:42Speaker 3: That's excited, like in the middle, like I fell asleep
- 17:46Speaker 3: during the game because it was on late. You woke
- 17:48Speaker 3: up and that was the first one I remember. The
- 17:50Speaker 3: best one.
- 17:51Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 17:51Speaker 3: There's something about like there was a Bruno Mars one
- 17:54Speaker 3: that happened. He brought out a it was like it
- 17:56Speaker 3: was Bruno Mars and friends. But he did this whole
- 17:58Speaker 3: big drum solo.
- 18:00Speaker 2: And you remember that.
- 18:02Speaker 1: I was just like, wow, that's pretty good. She was great.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Lady Gaga was great. They're they're great.
- 18:09Speaker 1: It's falling from the time.
- 18:11Speaker 2: Jumping catching that football amazing. Okay, let's move on with
- 18:14Speaker 2: the show. Let's get to the polls. Last show, we
- 18:17Speaker 2: talked about Saphie Turner is suing Joe Jonas demanding the
- 18:20Speaker 2: kids be returned to England after being quote wrongfully detained
- 18:24Speaker 2: that strong language after their split. Should she get the kids?
- 18:29Speaker 2: Let's have a look. Wow, a whopping ninety one percent
- 18:32Speaker 2: said yes, she should get the kids. Don't forget to
- 18:36Speaker 2: vote on today's poll. It's another pole about Sophie Turner.
- 18:42Speaker 2: Do we think Hollywood is going to start taking sides? Hey,
- 18:46Speaker 2: go vote on at Twitter page at Naughty Knights. Rob
- 18:49Speaker 2: Facebook page is naughty and be sure to check back
- 18:51Speaker 2: to Maraua to hear your results.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Hey, you don't vote, no opinion.
- 18:56Speaker 2: No opinion. Okay, let's do a nice of the day.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Yes, let's let's talk a little intimacy. Rob Shooter. All right,
- 19:06Speaker 1: we all know Jay Shetty.
- 19:07Speaker 3: He is a relationship expert, life coach, and he was
- 19:11Speaker 3: he was talking how there's levels of intimacy.
- 19:13Speaker 1: And I think we all know that too, from the.
- 19:15Speaker 3: Slightest touch to you know, sleeping, sleeping in different rooms
- 19:20Speaker 3: after a fight, you know.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Uh.
- 19:22Speaker 3: So Ja Shetty was talking about two couples who watched
- 19:27Speaker 3: TV together.
- 19:27Speaker 1: Which you know, I'm sure a lot of people do.
- 19:30Speaker 3: Uh, they're engaging in the lowest form of intimacy that
- 19:34Speaker 3: anyone could possibly ask for. Now you would think, and
- 19:37Speaker 3: here's what he said, if you watch TV together for
- 19:39Speaker 3: two hundred hours a year, we would potentially be no
- 19:42Speaker 3: closer than we were before. He explained, If you're watching
- 19:45Speaker 3: TV together, I promise you that the relationship is not growing,
- 19:48Speaker 3: which is kind of true because you're not talking.
- 19:50Speaker 1: It's like going on a for a first date. You're
- 19:53Speaker 1: not talking. You're just hanging.
- 19:54Speaker 3: You're sitting next to each other, maybe holding hands at best.
- 19:57Speaker 3: But yeah, he says. Contrary to what Chad believes, the survey, though,
- 20:01Speaker 3: said that sixty six percent of the couples thought that
- 20:04Speaker 3: connecting over good TV brought them closer together and strengthen
- 20:07Speaker 3: their bond.
- 20:08Speaker 2: I like watching TV with my watch a.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Good show, you know what I mean, should talk about
- 20:11Speaker 1: it afterwards.
- 20:12Speaker 3: Right, but when you're just like aimlessly going, hey, what's
- 20:15Speaker 3: on right now?
- 20:15Speaker 1: Do you know what's on?
- 20:16Speaker 2: Passive? Isn't it enacted? Something to think about? That nicist
- 20:20Speaker 2: of the day? I know it's the day no norty Noughty.
- 20:21Speaker 2: Prince Harry was denied a room at Windsor Castle during
- 20:24Speaker 2: his visit, so he asked if he could stay at
- 20:26Speaker 2: Windsor Castle. He doesn't have a house in Britain anymore
- 20:28Speaker 2: because he had to give up the keys to Frogmore Cottage,
- 20:31Speaker 2: so he said, can I stay at Windsor Castle? And
- 20:33Speaker 2: he was told no, Oh, come on, there's lots of
- 20:36Speaker 2: rooms there. You can sleep on the couch and see.
- 20:41Speaker 1: I'm sorry, do you see the light outside? No vacancy?
- 20:44Speaker 2: No me? Let's end of the murmur. The truice test
- 20:49Speaker 2: of a person's character is what they do when nobody
- 20:51Speaker 2: is watching. When people are watching me or you, we
- 20:54Speaker 2: might do the right thing, hopefully we do, but it's
- 20:56Speaker 2: what we do when nobody is watching. Today, when you
- 20:59Speaker 2: buy yourself, watch yourself, see what you do, and then
- 21:03Speaker 2: you'll know who you are. That's it for today. Thank
- 21:06Speaker 2: you so much for listening to the naughty bit Nice
- 21:08Speaker 2: with Robin Garrett Show, a production of iHeartRadio. Don't forget
