Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Now sevenor Presents, No Mark Simon Shaw.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Hey, a little radio out there. It's Wednesday. The rain
- 0:11Speaker 2: will go away. It'll be dry tonight. Yankee Game four tonight,
- 0:15Speaker 2: seven o'clock tonight the Yankee Stadium. We'll get to the
- 0:19Speaker 2: mayoral race. We'll get to Uh, We'll get to Hunter Biden.
- 0:22Speaker 2: We'll get to Pam Bondi or some people call her
- 0:25Speaker 2: Pam Blondie. We'll get to James Comy. He's being arraigned
- 0:30Speaker 2: as we speak. He is apparently pleading not guilty. No
- 0:34Speaker 2: surprise there. We'll get to the shutdown. We'll get to Chicago.
- 0:37Speaker 2: We'll get to Mom Donnie and New Jersey to your
- 0:41Speaker 2: final May of gubernatorial debate will be tonight in New Jersey.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Chittarelli against Mikey Cheryl. That's the final debate tonight. It's
- 0:49Speaker 2: a pretty close race. Chitterrelly not the best candidate in
- 0:53Speaker 2: the world. He'd probably be a much better governor, but
- 0:56Speaker 2: not the best candidate, and not great with his media
- 0:59Speaker 2: buy good in debates. Not great, but hopefully he wins
- 1:08Speaker 2: by just a narrow margin. Now, Curtis has been very
- 1:13Speaker 2: good in his media buying. Everybody's saying, where's the commercials, well,
- 1:16Speaker 2: they're all over the place now from Curtis Sliwa, some
- 1:19Speaker 2: hard hitting commercials against Cuomo. In fact, if you were
- 1:23Speaker 2: watching the Yankee game last night, there were Curtis commercials
- 1:26Speaker 2: in the middle of the Yankee game. That's a pretty
- 1:28Speaker 2: expensive buy there, right in the middle of the Yankee
- 1:32Speaker 2: playoff game. He's got to go after Mom Danny a
- 1:35Speaker 2: little more. But I guess he's saving that for the debate.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Let me explain the shutdown real quickly, the most boring
- 1:42Speaker 2: subject in the world. Here's how this government shutdown. Here's
- 1:45Speaker 2: what really is happening. The government is shut down. The
- 1:49Speaker 2: Republicans have put on the table from the beginning an extension,
- 1:53Speaker 2: a seven week extension. You sign this extension. It keeps
- 1:57Speaker 2: the government open for another seven weeks, giving you time
- 1:59Speaker 2: to negotiate. There's things they're fighting about, healthcare things, not
- 2:03Speaker 2: what the Democrats are claiming. They're just lying about that,
- 2:06Speaker 2: but there are little things that they're arguing over healthcare wise.
- 2:10Speaker 2: But it's a pretty simple thing. They call it a
- 2:13Speaker 2: clean resolution, a cr Nobody knows what they're talking about.
- 2:16Speaker 2: It's real simple. It's a seven week extension which will
- 2:20Speaker 2: give you seven weeks to negotiate this stuff. Democrats, I
- 2:23Speaker 2: don't know why they won't sign it. They will not
- 2:25Speaker 2: sign that seven week extension. Now they'll make all kinds
- 2:28Speaker 2: of crazy statements. You have the Hakeem Jeffries, who we
- 2:31Speaker 2: still don't know if he's human. Is he just a robot?
- 2:33Speaker 2: He looks like an AI robot the way he talks.
- 2:36Speaker 3: But this fight is about the healthcare of the American people.
- 2:41Speaker 3: It's Republicans in terms of the leadership that is missing
- 2:47Speaker 3: in action, that is currently on vacation, that has canceled votes,
- 2:52Speaker 3: and that refuses to deal with the healthcare crisis that
- 2:54Speaker 3: Republicans have created.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Yeah, if you have your TV on right now, I'm
- 2:58Speaker 2: looking at Fox News, the Republicans don't seem to be
- 3:01Speaker 2: on vacation. They're talking in the halls of Congress. In
- 3:05Speaker 2: fact that Johnson is holding a press conference down. There's
- 3:08Speaker 2: nothing to you. Just signed the seven week extension. It's
- 3:11Speaker 2: that simple. You sign the extension, then you got seven
- 3:14Speaker 2: weeks to negotiate. They won't sign it. Now they've made
- 3:18Speaker 2: up this whole fake narrative that the Republicans are trying
- 3:22Speaker 2: to take healthcare away from sixty million Americans so they
- 3:25Speaker 2: can give the money to their billionaire of friends to
- 3:29Speaker 2: give tax cuts to the billion Now, none of this
- 3:30Speaker 2: is true. Billionaires aren't getting these tax cuts. It's in fact,
- 3:34Speaker 2: in every major study, even the irs study done by
- 3:37Speaker 2: the Biden administration, the bulk of the taxes go to
- 3:40Speaker 2: the billionaires. The bulk of the cuts went to lower income,
- 3:44Speaker 2: middle income. So none of this is true. Chuck Schumer
- 3:47Speaker 2: even I don't have it, but it's a cringe worthy
- 3:50Speaker 2: video where he curses and uses the F word. It's
- 3:54Speaker 2: Chuck Schumer trying to be like a cool TikTok influencer,
- 3:58Speaker 2: cursing in this video, and they just repeat. They all
- 4:02Speaker 2: have the same script and they repeat the same thing.
- 4:04Speaker 2: He wants to cut healthcare for sixty million Americans to
- 4:08Speaker 2: pay for tech cut for billionaires. And none of this
- 4:10Speaker 2: is true. This is complete malarchy. As Joe Biden would say,
- 4:14Speaker 2: it's not true. The messaging is pretty ineffective. And if
- 4:18Speaker 2: he again, Schumer just cringe worthy using the F word
- 4:22Speaker 2: in that video. So that's what the shutdown's all about.
- 4:25Speaker 2: I don't know what the Democrats are going to do.
- 4:29Speaker 2: With Democrats, it's never about. They act like it's the principle.
- 4:31Speaker 2: It's more about just reading polls, looking polling numbers, and
- 4:35Speaker 2: if they start losing, maybe they'll sign the seven week extension.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Then you got time to negotiate. Best thing that happened
- 4:41Speaker 2: yesterday the Pam Bondie hearings, or as some people call her,
- 4:45Speaker 2: Pam Blondie. Now, Bondi is great in hearings. Now, these
- 4:49Speaker 2: hearings are from the Oversight Committee that is there to
- 4:55Speaker 2: do oversight, to examine the situation. That's not at all
- 4:59Speaker 2: what they do. What they do, and they're so ridiculous
- 5:02Speaker 2: about it. This is a TV show put on by
- 5:05Speaker 2: these crazy Democrats on the committee. They're there to create
- 5:10Speaker 2: extreme theatrics. They're going to accuse her of everything. They're
- 5:14Speaker 2: gonna ask her horrible questions and question her her credibility,
- 5:19Speaker 2: question her integrity. They're gonna grill her and make her
- 5:22Speaker 2: look horrible. This is what the all purpose of these hearings.
- 5:25Speaker 2: It's not oversight, it's just theatrics. And the problem is
- 5:29Speaker 2: the people doing the theatrics. See, if you bought in
- 5:31Speaker 2: a bunch of theatric experts, they do it great. This
- 5:33Speaker 2: is a bunch of old, craggy, old dinosaur old senators.
- 5:38Speaker 2: And they're just awful at this. They stink at these theatrics.
- 5:43Speaker 2: And the other problem is these senators are the sleaziest,
- 5:47Speaker 2: dirtiest bunch of people, scandal ridden, dirty, sleazy people. Take
- 5:53Speaker 2: Richard Blumenthal, here's the dirtiest, slimiest snake. He's the Chuck
- 5:57Speaker 2: Schumer of Connecticut. He's just the horrible, reprehensible guy who's
- 6:02Speaker 2: been caught lying about the worst things you could lie about.
- 6:05Speaker 2: He lied about his military record. He lied about fighting
- 6:10Speaker 2: in Vietnam, serving in Vietnam. He never served in Vietnam.
- 6:13Speaker 2: It was all a lie, stolen valor. He made it up.
- 6:17Speaker 2: He's the biggest liar ever. Remember that. My favorite one
- 6:20Speaker 2: was remember the whole thing about being captain of the
- 6:22Speaker 2: swimming team at Harvard. He was never even on the
- 6:24Speaker 2: swimming team. But my favorite was about two years ago.
- 6:29Speaker 2: He's seen speaking at in a ballroom in a hotel.
- 6:34Speaker 2: He's speaking in Connecticut at the Communist party dinner. The
- 6:39Speaker 2: video emerges of him speaking at the Communist party dinner.
- 6:44Speaker 2: He then puts out a statement the next day he
- 6:45Speaker 2: had no idea it was a Communist party dinner. He
- 6:48Speaker 2: thought it was a fundraiser or an event. He didn't
- 6:50Speaker 2: had no idea. Well, then the full video emerges of
- 6:55Speaker 2: the woman introducing him, where she says, welcome to the
- 6:59Speaker 2: Communist Party dinner. We're here to raise money for the
- 7:01Speaker 2: Communist Party. The Communist Party, this the common and then
- 7:04Speaker 2: she introduces him. Well, I'm sitting right there. So he's
- 7:07Speaker 2: the biggest liar on earth. The worst lie was his
- 7:09Speaker 2: Vietnam service. So he decides he's going to go after
- 7:12Speaker 2: Pam Bondy and watch her just give it right back
- 7:15Speaker 2: to him.
- 7:16Speaker 4: Senator Blumenthal, I cannot believe that you would accuse me
- 7:22Speaker 4: of impropriety when you lied about your military service.
- 7:28Speaker 5: I am you. You lie.
- 7:30Speaker 4: A lot to the US sy you lie, dare you?
- 7:34Speaker 4: I'm a career prosecutor. Don't you ever challenge my integrity.
- 7:39Speaker 4: I have abided by every ethics standard.
- 7:42Speaker 2: It's like, it's great, He's that's what I mean. Who
- 7:45Speaker 2: are these guys to go after anybody? These are the
- 7:47Speaker 2: dirtiest people in America. Slimy talk about a snake and
- 7:52Speaker 2: think about Bloomenthal. He actually actually does literally look like
- 7:55Speaker 2: a snake. His face, he looks like a snake. But
- 7:57Speaker 2: she just went after him.
- 7:58Speaker 4: Senator Blumenthal, I find it so interesting that you didn't
- 8:01Speaker 4: bring any of this up during President Biden's administration, when
- 8:04Speaker 4: he was doing everything to protect Hunter Biden, his son.
- 8:08Speaker 4: And I think you just saw what Director Radcliffe just
- 8:11Speaker 4: released information.
- 8:13Speaker 6: If I can finish answering the question.
- 8:15Speaker 4: I'm gonna yell over you, I'm not going to get
- 8:17Speaker 4: in the gutter with you, but information information that the
- 8:22Speaker 4: Biden administration told them not to investigate Hunter Biden's involvement
- 8:27Speaker 4: with Ukraine. And I'm not going to be to you
- 8:31Speaker 4: about integrity, about being in the military just to be
- 8:36Speaker 4: elected as senator.
- 8:38Speaker 2: Yeah, I got nowhere with her, and that's some good.
- 8:40Speaker 2: Some could say it's too much on her part, but
- 8:42Speaker 2: you're talking about the creepiest, slimiest people who was, says
- 8:46Speaker 2: Senator Whitehouse. Now he's going after Epstein. Where's the And
- 8:49Speaker 2: they make these claims that Epstein was showing photos of
- 8:52Speaker 2: Trump with young girls. None of this is true, but
- 8:54Speaker 2: he's saying this right in Congress.
- 8:55Speaker 1: There's been public reporting that Jeffrey Epstein showed people photos
- 8:59Speaker 1: of President Trump with half naked young women. Do you
- 9:04Speaker 1: know if the FBI found those photographs in their search
- 9:10Speaker 1: of Jeffrey Epstein's safe or premises or otherwise.
- 9:14Speaker 5: Have you seen any such thing?
- 9:17Speaker 4: You know, Senator Whitehouse, you sit here and make salacious
- 9:20Speaker 4: remarks once again trying to slander President Trump left and right.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Yeah. She then goes on to point out he takes
- 9:29Speaker 2: donations from the person closest to Jeffrey Epstein, Reid Hoffman,
- 9:34Speaker 2: who's a close associate there of Epstein. He's taking massive
- 9:36Speaker 2: donations from him. Who's this one, Amy Klobach?
- 9:39Speaker 7: Is it true that the career prosecutors in the Eastern
- 9:42Speaker 7: District of Virginia found that there was insufficient evidence to
- 9:45Speaker 7: bring criminal charges against former director Comy?
- 9:48Speaker 4: I am not going to discuss pending cases because Comy
- 9:54Speaker 4: was indicted in the Eastern District of Virginia by I
- 9:58Speaker 4: may point out, one of the most liberal grand juries
- 10:00Speaker 4: in the country.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Yeah. So again, who are these people that question her?
- 10:05Speaker 7: How about the truth social post on September twentieth, twenty
- 10:08Speaker 7: twenty five, in which the President said, we can't delay
- 10:12Speaker 7: any longer pam using your name, not bringing criminal charges
- 10:17Speaker 7: or killing our reputation his words and credibility, and then
- 10:22Speaker 7: goes on to tell you to prosecute a member of
- 10:25Speaker 7: this committee to prosecute the Attorney General of New York
- 10:29Speaker 7: and to prosecute James Comey. Do you consider that a
- 10:32Speaker 7: directive to the Justice.
- 10:34Speaker 4: Department, Senator clovish Ar. President Trump is the most transparent
- 10:39Speaker 4: president in American history, and I don't think he said
- 10:43Speaker 4: anything that he hasn't said for years.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Yeah, well, he actually did say that. But Biden did
- 10:48Speaker 2: exactly the same thing. Biden went on Meet the Press
- 10:50Speaker 2: and said it. That's the difference. Trump did it on
- 10:53Speaker 2: the truth, social did it on Twitter. Now Biden doesn't
- 10:57Speaker 2: even know about the Internet. So Biden's the very old
- 10:59Speaker 2: fashioned say he did it. He did exactly the same thing,
- 11:01Speaker 2: said exactly the same thing. He just said it on
- 11:04Speaker 2: Meet the Press on a Sunday morning. Was there anybody,
- 11:07Speaker 2: Oh yeah, Dick Durbin, here's another old fossil, slimy old Senator.
- 11:11Speaker 8: You voted to.
- 11:11Speaker 4: Shut down the government and you're sitting here. Our law
- 11:14Speaker 4: enforcement officers aren't being paid. They're out there working.
- 11:17Speaker 6: To protect you.
- 11:18Speaker 4: I wish you love Chicago as much as you hate
- 11:20Speaker 4: President Trump, and currently the National Guard are on the
- 11:23Speaker 4: way to Chicago. If you're not going to protect your citizens,
- 11:27Speaker 4: President Trump will.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Now, speaking of Chicago, the fat slab governor that Ralph Cramden,
- 11:35Speaker 2: governor of Pritzker has taken the Trump administration to court
- 11:38Speaker 2: to block the National Guard from coming in. Could you
- 11:41Speaker 2: imagine this? You got crime out of control in a
- 11:44Speaker 2: city Chicago. You got thirty five forty people shot every weekend,
- 11:49Speaker 2: every weekend, it's a killing field. Somebody wants to help
- 11:52Speaker 2: send in some troops. You sue to stop this absolutely ridiculous,
- 11:58Speaker 2: So they're suing Trump. Trump is said on truth Social
- 12:02Speaker 2: Pritzker in that lunatic Chicago mayor should be in jail.
- 12:06Speaker 2: So it's one of those what they call eighty twenty issues.
- 12:09Speaker 2: This is actually a ninety seven to three issue. Ninety
- 12:13Speaker 2: seven percent of people love getting rid of crime, They
- 12:16Speaker 2: love troops, they love police, they love but this is
- 12:20Speaker 2: Democrats going nuts. Now Pritzker is calling for ICE agents
- 12:24Speaker 2: to be arrested and prosecuted. It's just a word to
- 12:29Speaker 2: all your angry, crazy Trump hating democrats, you liberals who
- 12:33Speaker 2: are just exploding with Trump hatred, just friendly advice. You
- 12:39Speaker 2: gotta pace yourself. You got three and a half more
- 12:42Speaker 2: years of this, you're going to explode. Pace yourselves. This
- 12:46Speaker 2: is just he just got here. He's only been president
- 12:49Speaker 2: like twenty five minutes. He just took off six months ago.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Pace yourself, slow down, you got a long long way
- 12:57Speaker 2: to go. Hey. By the way, any of these crazy
- 13:01Speaker 2: left wingers, they have no access to the news. They
- 13:04Speaker 2: watch MSNBC, CNN, they read the New York Times, so
- 13:07Speaker 2: they don't know half of what's going on. They're just
- 13:10Speaker 2: not told anything, you know. The big story on Monday
- 13:13Speaker 2: was that weirdo prosecutor Jack Smith had turned out he
- 13:17Speaker 2: was doing spying and surveillance on many members of Congress,
- 13:21Speaker 2: major senators, spying on them, getting their phone records, getting
- 13:25Speaker 2: their GPS, finding out where they went, what they did.
- 13:28Speaker 2: Jack Smith's spying on dozens of major senators. It's a
- 13:32Speaker 2: big story. Was all over the news unless you're a
- 13:34Speaker 2: New York Times reader. They never reported it. They still
- 13:39Speaker 2: haven't reported it. They've never reported this story. They do
- 13:42Speaker 2: that a lot. They just don't report stories. They just
- 13:44Speaker 2: leave it out. So the left wing cooks have no idea.
- 13:47Speaker 2: By the way, Lindsey Graham was one of those senators.
- 13:50Speaker 2: He has vowed as he's put it, to soothe the
- 13:53Speaker 2: crap out of Jack Smith. So I don't know if
- 13:56Speaker 2: it's illegal. What Jack Smith did certainly unethical and moral
- 13:59Speaker 2: discussing is it illegal, I don't know. You a legal
- 14:02Speaker 2: expert will have to determine that it's being looked at.
- 14:07Speaker 2: But it's certainly he can be sued over it, and
- 14:09Speaker 2: I think a lot of these senators willsume. So Jack
- 14:11Speaker 2: Smith could be in court for a long long time
- 14:15Speaker 2: and getting massive, massive legal bills. So a Yankees tonight
- 14:19Speaker 2: seven o'clock, come on, be honest, you thought it was over,
- 14:23Speaker 2: You thought they were gonna lose. Last night it looked
- 14:25Speaker 2: like they were gonna lose because it was like six
- 14:27Speaker 2: to one. They were getting clobbered. We love Aaron Judge,
- 14:32Speaker 2: but he's not exactly as George would say, mister October,
- 14:35Speaker 2: he hasn't been that great in the playoffs, but last
- 14:37Speaker 2: night last night was his biggest moment ever in the playoffs.
- 14:42Speaker 2: There Yankees are way behind. Judge comes up to back
- 14:45Speaker 2: on a two strike pitch.
- 14:47Speaker 6: It's a tri down line with experiences.
- 14:50Speaker 9: Moll the.
- 14:53Speaker 6: Time.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Quite a moment, good announcing, good screaming. How did they
- 15:04Speaker 2: end when you auditioned to be one of these play
- 15:06Speaker 2: by play that they is that the audition. Let me
- 15:09Speaker 2: hear you scream. Scream a little. You gotta really scream.
- 15:12Speaker 2: But it's you're very in the middle of all the excitement. Hey,
- 15:15Speaker 2: we'll take some calls in a minute. Eight hundred three
- 15:18Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten is number. We'll get to
- 15:20Speaker 2: the mayoral race coming up. But give me a call.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten.
- 15:27Speaker 6: Mister in New York, mar simone, he's on seven ten.
- 15:31Speaker 2: Wo Well, let's take some calls. Let's go to Dave
- 15:36Speaker 2: in Chicago. Dave, how you doing.
- 15:38Speaker 9: Good morning, Mark.
- 15:39Speaker 10: I'm doing very well, Thank you, Mark.
- 15:41Speaker 11: As we know, when the mayoral race, a lot of
- 15:43Speaker 11: people simply don't vote.
- 15:45Speaker 10: They stay home. They blame bad weather.
- 15:48Speaker 11: Now, in the past, MTV did a promotion called Rock
- 15:52Speaker 11: the Vote, and I wanted to ask you two questions please,
- 15:57Speaker 11: First of all, was it successful? And second the ball
- 16:00Speaker 11: this MTV is not the entity that it used to be.
- 16:03Speaker 11: Is there another platform to take its place?
- 16:06Speaker 2: Yes, it's called Twitter, TikTok, it's called Instagram, it's called
- 16:09Speaker 2: social media. That's the new MTV. You know the problem
- 16:14Speaker 2: that rock Younger voters don't vote in big numbers, except
- 16:17Speaker 2: that's changing with this particular group. It's the people under
- 16:20Speaker 2: thirty that are going crazy supporting Mam Donnie. And that's
- 16:25Speaker 2: where he's getting heavy turnout. In this younger twenties thirties group,
- 16:29Speaker 2: they are total left wing, they love socialism. You can
- 16:33Speaker 2: blame these universities who about thirty years ago is turned
- 16:36Speaker 2: into indoctrination camps. But this could be the key to
- 16:40Speaker 2: the election. The Blasio got elected because we only had
- 16:42Speaker 2: like eighteen percent turnout. If we get back to the
- 16:46Speaker 2: old days of eighty percent turnout, that could defeat Mam Donnie.
- 16:50Speaker 2: It's all about turnout, need lots of turnout. Problem is,
- 16:53Speaker 2: you don't really have a Republican party in New York.
- 16:55Speaker 2: You got a strong Democratic party with an army of
- 16:58Speaker 2: like sixty five thousand people that goes out on an
- 17:00Speaker 2: election day, brings the people to the polls, knocks on doors.
- 17:03Speaker 2: This is called the ground game. Republican doesn't exist, they
- 17:07Speaker 2: don't have it. Let's go to Dolores and Parsipony. Dolores,
- 17:11Speaker 2: how you doing.
- 17:13Speaker 10: Hi?
- 17:14Speaker 12: This is the first summe I'm calling for seven seven ten.
- 17:17Speaker 12: But I'm listening to people talk about the National Guard
- 17:21Speaker 12: being sent here, there and everywhere. Now all these cities
- 17:26Speaker 12: supposedly have money poured into them to prevent crime. So
- 17:32Speaker 12: if you follow the logic, if you prevent the crime,
- 17:35Speaker 12: all these programs are canceled. I would love to know
- 17:38Speaker 12: how much money is spent for preventing crime. And there
- 17:42Speaker 12: you have the chicken or the eggs.
- 17:43Speaker 2: Well, it's more a case you got crazy, crazy left
- 17:46Speaker 2: wing mayors like this guy in Chicago, and the police
- 17:49Speaker 2: aren't allowed to do anything. They're totally restricted, handcuffed the police.
- 17:54Speaker 2: And then you got crazy left wingers like Andrew Cuomo
- 17:57Speaker 2: who put in that no bail, no jail, So even
- 17:59Speaker 2: if you were to rest them, they're just back out
- 18:01Speaker 2: in the street. And take New York for instance, there's
- 18:04Speaker 2: only about twenty five hundred criminals, and police officials will
- 18:08Speaker 2: tell you they know who they are. If you told
- 18:10Speaker 2: them to, they could go round up these twenty five
- 18:12Speaker 2: hundred in a couple of weeks and that'd be the
- 18:14Speaker 2: end of the crime. It's basically what Giuliani did, but
- 18:18Speaker 2: because of these Cuomo no bail, no jail, and left
- 18:20Speaker 2: wing kind of laws, you're not allowed to do it anymore.
- 18:23Speaker 2: Let's go to Mike in Florida. Mike, how you doing.
- 18:26Speaker 10: Good morning, Mark, Yes, Mike, I don't understand. You know,
- 18:30Speaker 10: the Republicans have majorities in both parts of the Congress,
- 18:35Speaker 10: and yet every other day there seems to be a
- 18:37Speaker 10: Republican hauled in front of the Democrat part of the
- 18:41Speaker 10: of the Senate or the or the House, you know,
- 18:44Speaker 10: to be spanked in public, you know. And it's not
- 18:47Speaker 10: about any results. It's just about the Democrats smearing people
- 18:53Speaker 10: directly and indirectly Trump, you know, to put the stink
- 18:57Speaker 10: on them. And it works because they're very good at
- 19:00Speaker 10: the showmanship. And no matter what m Bondi does, by the.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Way, they're not good at it. They stink. I think
- 19:04Speaker 2: when people see Bloomenthal on these slimy people. First of all,
- 19:08Speaker 2: most ninety percent of the public never even sees it.
- 19:11Speaker 2: But when you look at that, don't you just cringe
- 19:13Speaker 2: looking at these creepy old senators.
- 19:15Speaker 13: I do.
- 19:16Speaker 10: They're horrifying, but you know, you know, but it seems
- 19:19Speaker 10: that they seem to be able to put enough stink
- 19:21Speaker 10: on people that people buy into it.
- 19:23Speaker 5: You know.
- 19:23Speaker 10: I'm going to talk to a friend later on who
- 19:25Speaker 10: goes to the VA, and I guarantee you he's gonna
- 19:27Speaker 10: tell me Trump shut down the VA and I can't
- 19:29Speaker 10: get my benefits and I you know, and it's like
- 19:31Speaker 10: I just shake my head.
- 19:33Speaker 2: Well that's true. It's not about logic. It's just emotion.
- 19:36Speaker 2: It's just emotional. It's a secret of propaganda. You just
- 19:40Speaker 2: keep repeating something over and over and over and over again,
- 19:43Speaker 2: and enough people start to believe it. Let's go to
- 19:45Speaker 2: Rich and Myrtle Beach Rich. How you doing, Hey?
- 19:48Speaker 9: Thanks? Mark?
- 19:49Speaker 14: Two quick points. You know, the greatest thing about Trump
- 19:51Speaker 14: is he highs everybody who's exactly like Kim BONDI cash
- 19:55Speaker 14: for tel heg said, they all give it to these people.
- 19:58Speaker 14: They give it to them right back. And you know,
- 20:00Speaker 14: you can't let the senator speak. He's got no sound
- 20:02Speaker 14: clip for his advertising. And you know, you know, uh,
- 20:06Speaker 14: what's his name of South Carolina senator down here, Lindsey
- 20:10Speaker 14: Graham is a complete puts. But he's screaming about Sue
- 20:12Speaker 14: and Jack Smith. You know, Congress gets where with murder
- 20:15Speaker 14: was smearing everybody in the world. And nobody can sue
- 20:17Speaker 14: anybody in Congress or the Assembly or the Senator because
- 20:21Speaker 14: they have this immunity. They can say anything they want
- 20:23Speaker 14: when rupt they're speaking and smear everybody in slander everybody,
- 20:26Speaker 14: and there's no attribution against those people.
- 20:28Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a good point that should be changed. That law.
- 20:30Speaker 2: Actually you can I believe it not slander, but you
- 20:32Speaker 2: can say anything you want standing on the floor of
- 20:34Speaker 2: Congress and you can't be sued. You have immunity that
- 20:36Speaker 2: actually should be taken away. Let's go to Stuart in
- 20:39Speaker 2: South Carolina. Stuart, how you doing.
- 20:42Speaker 8: Hey, Mark, carry you. I was just gonna say Jack
- 20:44Speaker 8: Smith actually did with technology what Jay Edgar Hoover did
- 20:49Speaker 8: blackmailing people follow him. He followed Martin Luther King and
- 20:52Speaker 8: the Kennedys. It was basically the same program, just different
- 20:55Speaker 8: people at a different time.
- 20:58Speaker 2: Yeah, it's Jack Smith. He could have a real legal
- 21:01Speaker 2: problem here. Thanks for calling Stuart. Besides the documents he
- 21:06Speaker 2: was investigating January sixth, he'll claim that's what he was
- 21:09Speaker 2: doing here with these senators investigating January sixth, and he
- 21:12Speaker 2: got their phone records of everybody they called. But apparently
- 21:17Speaker 2: he also got all their GPS data to see everywhere
- 21:20Speaker 2: they went. That's where he's going to get into trouble
- 21:24Speaker 2: with the loss it. There was no reason for there,
- 21:25Speaker 2: no reason for any of this but getting the GPS data,
- 21:29Speaker 2: and nobody knows exactly the full extent of what he got.
- 21:32Speaker 2: He may have actually gotten transcripts, he may have actually
- 21:34Speaker 2: listened to calls. That's why you need a total investigation,
- 21:38Speaker 2: and you need these lawsuits to bring all that out.
- 21:41Speaker 2: That Jack Smith is a dirty, dirty prosecutor. You know,
- 21:44Speaker 2: if you needed a special counsel to go after Trump,
- 21:47Speaker 2: there's about twenty five hundred people you could have used
- 21:49Speaker 2: right in DC. But they went halfway around the world
- 21:53Speaker 2: to the Hague to fly this guy in. Because he's
- 21:55Speaker 2: famous for being a hit man for the left. He
- 21:58Speaker 2: will do the dirty work, some of the dirtiest hit
- 22:02Speaker 2: jobs ever, and all of them, by the way, the
- 22:04Speaker 2: good news, all of them have been overturned in court.
- 22:06Speaker 2: All of his supposed successes. Hey, when we come back,
- 22:10Speaker 2: one of the great talk show hosts in America, Howie Carr,
- 22:13Speaker 2: will be with us next on seven to ten wor you're.
- 22:18Speaker 5: Listening to the Mark Simone show'r.
- 22:25Speaker 2: Well Howie Carr, one of the great talk show hosts
- 22:28Speaker 2: in America, A best selling author. You'll love his books.
- 22:30Speaker 2: In fact, the latest one is now available. You can
- 22:33Speaker 2: go to Howie Carrshow dot com. You can get everything there.
- 22:36Speaker 2: Howie Carrshow dot com. You're hear a show there? Get
- 22:39Speaker 2: the podcasts also on iHeart Howie Carr. How you doing
- 22:44Speaker 2: very good?
- 22:44Speaker 5: I'm just looking for my mugshot. If James call me,
- 22:47Speaker 5: I can't wait to get it. I mean, come on,
- 22:50Speaker 5: did they didn't give us a purple walk? They got
- 22:52Speaker 5: to give us a mug shot, right.
- 22:54Speaker 2: You know one of your books a million years ago.
- 22:56Speaker 2: I remember one of your first books. It was about
- 22:57Speaker 2: corrupt FBI agents And I said, what corrupt FBI? I
- 23:01Speaker 2: never believed it, but uh, well you were ahead of
- 23:04Speaker 2: your time on that.
- 23:05Speaker 5: Uh well it was it was just where I was living.
- 23:08Speaker 5: You know, I could see it firsthand. And uh you know,
- 23:11Speaker 5: anybody with his eyes open could see it. And you
- 23:14Speaker 5: know my new book I got, I got all these
- 23:16Speaker 5: pictures of people that were set up by the FBI,
- 23:19Speaker 5: you know, just just just dead bodies lying in the street.
- 23:22Speaker 5: Not just in Boston either. They killed people in uh Florida,
- 23:26Speaker 5: they killed people in Oklahoma. I mean they this is
- 23:29Speaker 5: this is what they do, you know, not all of them,
- 23:31Speaker 5: but you know it's this corruption is is nothing new.
- 23:35Speaker 5: And and you know ja Edar Hoover used to try
- 23:38Speaker 5: to get blackmail material on members of Congress, just like
- 23:42Speaker 5: Jack Smith was and Joe Biden were doing. But you
- 23:45Speaker 5: know the difference is I think, uh all, all j
- 23:48Speaker 5: Edgar Hoover wanted was to keep his job after the
- 23:50Speaker 5: mandatory retirement agent, maybe get a few winners in fixed
- 23:55Speaker 5: mob horse races, you know. I mean, these guys wanted
- 23:58Speaker 5: to basically destroy democracy and put put sitting members of
- 24:03Speaker 5: Congress in prison. It's it's just outrageous.
- 24:06Speaker 2: Yeah, so call me, uh but what do you think
- 24:10Speaker 2: he was just he obviously must have known about that
- 24:13Speaker 2: Jay Groover stuff. He said, I'll do that, I'll copy that.
- 24:15Speaker 2: That's a good business model. It's the first time he
- 24:18Speaker 2: met Trump, he showed him the dirty stuff he had
- 24:20Speaker 2: on him. Is that what he was trying to do?
- 24:21Speaker 2: Be Jaed Groover?
- 24:24Speaker 5: Yeah, I think it's just endemic to the to the
- 24:28Speaker 5: to the bureau. You know, this is this is just
- 24:30Speaker 5: the way they they always operated. And and this guy
- 24:34Speaker 5: called me, I mean, he he was. I think he
- 24:36Speaker 5: was somewhat more dangerous because he was so sanctimonious. I mean,
- 24:39Speaker 5: I don't really think. I don't think j Ed Groover
- 24:42Speaker 5: ever thought of himself as you know, being you know,
- 24:45Speaker 5: he knew what he was, you know, just a you know,
- 24:47Speaker 5: a weird you know, closeted guy who you know, just
- 24:52Speaker 5: you know, wanted to maintain power. I mean, you know,
- 24:54Speaker 5: there was a reason why they called why they nicknamed
- 24:58Speaker 5: h call me the Cardinal, you know, because he was
- 25:01Speaker 5: so damn sync demonious and uh, you know what he
- 25:06Speaker 5: he just he thought and look at the titles of
- 25:08Speaker 5: his books. I can't remember now that they had.
- 25:11Speaker 2: You know, his higher standard, higher loyalty.
- 25:14Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, ethics, justice, all his stuff.
- 25:17Speaker 8: You know.
- 25:17Speaker 5: Again, the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson always come to mind.
- 25:21Speaker 5: The Lottery spoke of his honor, the faster we counted
- 25:24Speaker 5: our spoons, and that's that's really the case. But James
- 25:28Speaker 5: called me.
- 25:29Speaker 2: You know a lot of people call him James Cardinal Comy. Yeah,
- 25:35Speaker 2: and tell me about Jack Smith, the bug eyed weirdo
- 25:38Speaker 2: with the cape. This guy is a real weirdo.
- 25:42Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't know, you know, I I you know,
- 25:44Speaker 5: I thought to myself when I first heard his name
- 25:46Speaker 5: was Jack Smith, I thought that sounds like one of
- 25:48Speaker 5: Whitey Bulger's alienases that he was on the run. You know,
- 25:52Speaker 5: because you can't. You can't really track down the Jack
- 25:54Speaker 5: Smith too many And then I noticed Trump was saying
- 25:59Speaker 5: this same thing, Jack Smith, if that really is his name,
- 26:03Speaker 5: you know, I mean the guy is just he's demented.
- 26:07Speaker 5: I mean, what was it? What was he thinking of?
- 26:10Speaker 5: I mean, he started doing this stuff. It's one of
- 26:13Speaker 5: my cologists that he was trying to say, Well, why
- 26:15Speaker 5: didn't Durham report on this? You know, John Durham, the
- 26:18Speaker 5: special counsel on the Russia hopes. But you know Durham
- 26:22Speaker 5: Durham wrapped up his report in like twenty two. Jack
- 26:28Speaker 5: Smith was doing this thirty months after the January sixth
- 26:32Speaker 5: the disturbances. What was he trying to do? I mean,
- 26:37Speaker 5: there's no there's no rational, proper explanation of what he
- 26:44Speaker 5: was doing. He was you know, the thing is when
- 26:47Speaker 5: you when you try to run down someone's phone records,
- 26:49Speaker 5: I mean, you know, we all know what you're looking
- 26:52Speaker 5: you're looking for, you know, was who was he taught?
- 26:55Speaker 5: Who were these people talking to? Were they talking to
- 26:57Speaker 5: boyfriends or girlfriends or or you know, uh, sinister lobbyists
- 27:03Speaker 5: who were offering them cash. I mean that's what they
- 27:05Speaker 5: were looking for. I think, you know, that's I know,
- 27:09Speaker 5: that's what Jangar Hoover was looking for when he took
- 27:12Speaker 5: out a guy named Cornelius Gallagher who was a congressman
- 27:15Speaker 5: from New Jersey, you know, and he was he had
- 27:17Speaker 5: Gallagher was starting to ask questions about FBI corruption. He said,
- 27:21Speaker 5: and they said, well, look here your records. Uh, you know,
- 27:23Speaker 5: you were speaking to mafia guy he was in He
- 27:26Speaker 5: was a congressman from New Jersey in the sixties. Of
- 27:28Speaker 5: course he was speaking to Maia and they they leaked
- 27:33Speaker 5: it to Life magazine. I mean, believe it or not.
- 27:35Speaker 5: Life Magazine was a you know, a force in those days.
- 27:38Speaker 5: And they they destroyed his career and they and and
- 27:41Speaker 5: it's it's the same mo o and and nothing changed
- 27:46Speaker 5: except the same, except they're more except Comy was more
- 27:48Speaker 5: sanctimonious than jav Gar Hoover. That's the only thing I
- 27:51Speaker 5: can see that's changed. Can you see the difference.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Yeah, it's just horrible.
- 27:55Speaker 5: You know.
- 27:55Speaker 2: The biggest crime in Jacksmith was putting out those pictures
- 27:58Speaker 2: of hundreds of boxes. All those boxes, not a single
- 28:01Speaker 2: box had any classified documents in him. In the end,
- 28:04Speaker 2: he found thirty five classified documents that would be one
- 28:08Speaker 2: inch if you put him in a.
- 28:09Speaker 5: Folder, right, And remember, I remember the day it happened.
- 28:13Speaker 5: Merrick Garland goes out there and says, you know, we're
- 28:15Speaker 5: not I'm not going to take any questions because we're
- 28:17Speaker 5: not going to try this case in the press. And
- 28:19Speaker 5: then like thirty minutes later, there's a story on the
- 28:21Speaker 5: website of the Washington Post talking about what they quote
- 28:25Speaker 5: unquote found all these classified documents. I mean, it's just
- 28:29Speaker 5: it was so outrageous. And then and then now they're complaining, well,
- 28:34Speaker 5: you know, President President Trump told Pam Bondi to indict
- 28:39Speaker 5: com me. Well, you know, you know, I'm glad to
- 28:41Speaker 5: see that. You know, Michael Goodwood mentioned it today in
- 28:44Speaker 5: the New York Post. I mean, it's all out there.
- 28:47Speaker 5: In twenty twenty two, they had a story in the
- 28:49Speaker 5: New York Times, again another another religious sheet of the
- 28:54Speaker 5: Democrat Party cult as saying, you know, Joe Biden is
- 28:58Speaker 5: angry that Merrick gar And isn't moving faster to indict
- 29:01Speaker 5: Donald Trump. I mean, what's the difference. What's the difference the.
- 29:06Speaker 2: Fact that the New York Times they still not reported
- 29:09Speaker 2: this Jack Smith's story. How did they justify that in
- 29:12Speaker 2: their own minds. Aren't they supposed to be a newspaper.
- 29:15Speaker 5: Yeah, all the news that's fit to print. That's still
- 29:18Speaker 5: that's still up at the top of the front page,
- 29:20Speaker 5: I think, isn't it.
- 29:21Speaker 2: Yeah, But it's all it's all the news that fits
- 29:24Speaker 2: the narrative. That's all it is now.
- 29:25Speaker 5: Yeah, right, exactly. They're not they're they're not. They're not
- 29:30Speaker 5: going to print any of this, and they are they
- 29:32Speaker 5: have they printed anything about about the They printed very
- 29:37Speaker 5: little about Come's indictment except to say that it's, you know,
- 29:40Speaker 5: outrageous and politically inspired. I mean, this is they it's
- 29:44Speaker 5: it's not a real news. It looks like a newspaper,
- 29:46Speaker 5: but it's not a real newspaper. And I don't I
- 29:49Speaker 5: don't know. You know, you you laugh about no one
- 29:50Speaker 5: reading the daily news. I mean, honestly, who reads the
- 29:53Speaker 5: New York Times anymore other than you know, members of
- 29:56Speaker 5: the cult.
- 29:57Speaker 2: Yeah, no, those angry old women all over the Upper
- 30:00Speaker 2: West Side and the priest. No, they read it. They'll
- 30:02Speaker 2: quote it to you. They're watching MSNBC. They actually think
- 30:05Speaker 2: they're watching some sort of news network there. But uh,
- 30:11Speaker 2: you know, if you look at that Morning Joe panel,
- 30:13Speaker 2: there's more scandal on that panel than any that that
- 30:15Speaker 2: old friend of yours Mike Barnacle and who's that Steve Ratner.
- 30:19Speaker 2: They've all been in more scandals, these people. So yeah,
- 30:23Speaker 2: will this ever end? Will the cult ever dissolve?
- 30:27Speaker 5: I don't know. I mean I always I always say
- 30:30Speaker 5: to my audience, you know, you know, please in this case,
- 30:33Speaker 5: I don't ask them often, but follow my example and
- 30:36Speaker 5: cut the cork. Cut the cable cork. That's the only
- 30:39Speaker 5: thing that's keeping these uh, these networks alive. I mean,
- 30:42Speaker 5: I don't think and I think the owners understand that.
- 30:45Speaker 5: I mean MSNBC and CNN, they're both for sale, right.
- 30:49Speaker 2: Yeah, Well MSNBC is actually gone now from NBC. Uh,
- 30:52Speaker 2: they're being cut off from all NBC news. They've been
- 30:55Speaker 2: thrown out of the building. They're moving the Times Square
- 30:57Speaker 2: to a studio.
- 30:59Speaker 5: I like the Yeah, I like to CBS people, you know,
- 31:02Speaker 5: they're so angry about Barry Weiss and they're saying, what
- 31:04Speaker 5: are we doing wrong? Well, you lost fifty million box
- 31:08Speaker 5: last year. To me, that's you know, call me old fashioned,
- 31:13Speaker 5: but that to me is a sign that you're doing
- 31:15Speaker 5: something wrong. There's a problem with your business model, you know,
- 31:18Speaker 5: nobody's watching your stuff because it's so bad.

- 32:28Speaker 2: go and a lot to get to Mark Simone here
- 32:31Speaker 2: on seven to ten WO the Mark Simone Show on WR. Well, hey,
- 32:40Speaker 2: we'll get to the Mayor Ole Race in just a second. Look,
- 32:42Speaker 2: get to ice tonight. Yankees game four tonight. It's a
- 32:49Speaker 2: little early tonight. It's gonna be a seven o'clock game
- 32:51Speaker 2: Yankee Stadium, and all this rain out there that's gonna
- 32:55Speaker 2: go away. It'll be dry tonight, so it should be good.
- 32:58Speaker 2: We're hoping to look very very bad for the Yankees.
- 33:01Speaker 2: Aaron Judge that home run had turned it around. Let's
- 33:04Speaker 2: see if that momentum continues. Let's just listen to it
- 33:07Speaker 2: one more time. Yankees behind men on base. Aaron Judge
- 33:14Speaker 2: comes to bat on a two strip pitch.
- 33:17Speaker 6: It's a drive downline of experiences moment.
- 33:25Speaker 2: All right, a little more of that tonight and then
- 33:33Speaker 2: we're all set. The Mayor Oal Race. Well, actually a
- 33:37Speaker 2: pretty interesting morning because right down over there, two blocks
- 33:43Speaker 2: that way is the New York Athletic Club fifty ninth
- 33:46Speaker 2: and seventh, one of the most beautiful, maybe the most beautiful,
- 33:50Speaker 2: and maybe the best private club in New York City.
- 33:53Speaker 2: It's one hundred and something years old. But they have
- 33:57Speaker 2: great events there too, and today was the first an
- 34:00Speaker 2: event where all three mayoral candidates were there. It was
- 34:03Speaker 2: put on by cranes and they didn't debate. They weren't together,
- 34:08Speaker 2: but they each spoke separately. It's a crowd of top
- 34:11Speaker 2: business people. Mamdanni addressed the crowd, then Cuomo and then
- 34:15Speaker 2: Curtis Sliwa. Mamdanni unveiled an economic plan, no point even
- 34:25Speaker 2: going through it. Mam Donni. Like most socialists, he's what
- 34:28Speaker 2: they call He used to call them limousine liberals, but
- 34:31Speaker 2: this is something different. They call these champagne socialists. A
- 34:34Speaker 2: very wealthy guy. And what they do is they kind
- 34:39Speaker 2: of tone it down. Now you got all the top
- 34:41Speaker 2: business people in New York, so he tones down the
- 34:43Speaker 2: attacks the rich kind of stuff, and he talks about
- 34:46Speaker 2: affordability and his economic calculator, which looks ridiculous. So he spoke.
- 34:52Speaker 2: Curtis gets up and I imagine talking mostly about crime,
- 34:56Speaker 2: because crime's the key to everything. You get rid of
- 34:59Speaker 2: the crime, everything comes back, people, business, tourists, money, everything.
- 35:04Speaker 2: It just it's like that what do you say, that
- 35:07Speaker 2: rising tide that lifts all the boats Cuomo, I imagine,
- 35:11Speaker 2: got up and talked very slowly like he always does.
- 35:18Speaker 2: Oh no, here's the other thing. People like Mom, Donnie,
- 35:25Speaker 2: these Champagne socialists, or these people on the left, or
- 35:29Speaker 2: the Bernie Sanders or the just all these people, even
- 35:32Speaker 2: though shot, and they're yelling tax the rich, Tax the rich, billionaires,
- 35:35Speaker 2: tax the rich. It's not about helping the poor. That's
- 35:39Speaker 2: why they never praise. They never put it that way.
- 35:42Speaker 2: It's not about helping the poor. It's about getting the rich,
- 35:45Speaker 2: taxing the rich. They have a hatred for billionaires, a
- 35:47Speaker 2: hatred for the rich deep down. It's like a real
- 35:50Speaker 2: it's that actual hatred because when they look at those
- 35:54Speaker 2: wealthy people that created these empires, it reminds them of
- 35:59Speaker 2: everything they don't like about America. You know, a lot
- 36:01Speaker 2: of these big zillionaire guys that created stuff, they're the
- 36:06Speaker 2: ultimate American story. Most of them started out with very little.
- 36:11Speaker 2: Many of them come from poverty. Many of them, you know,
- 36:14Speaker 2: started out with very little education. You know, there are
- 36:16Speaker 2: all these top guys, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Bait, They're
- 36:19Speaker 2: all college dropouts. They all started the business in their
- 36:22Speaker 2: garage with nothing and turn it into unbelievable empires. They're
- 36:27Speaker 2: all worth a couple hundred billions. So this is the
- 36:29Speaker 2: ultimate American story. That's why they hate these people so much.
- 36:32Speaker 2: You'll never hear mention anything but helpen in the port.
- 36:34Speaker 2: Just tax the rich, get their rich. They'll never go
- 36:38Speaker 2: to any details about anything, and when they do, they're
- 36:41Speaker 2: kind of silly, like free rent, free buses, and as
- 36:46Speaker 2: everybody keeps pointing out, Mom, Donnie would have absolutely no
- 36:49Speaker 2: authority to make the buses free or anything. The subways
- 36:52Speaker 2: or Cuomo has been running around. He's getting hit hard
- 36:56Speaker 2: by Curtis. Curtis running commercials all over the place about
- 37:00Speaker 2: how Cuomo caused the crime wave with his no bail,
- 37:02Speaker 2: no jail. So Cuomo is going on these shows trying
- 37:05Speaker 2: to defend it. I think this is a good day
- 37:08Speaker 2: in New York yesterday. He's trying to explain why he
- 37:09Speaker 2: did this no bail, no jail, cashless bail. Many other
- 37:14Speaker 2: states did it. The principle is very sound.
- 37:17Speaker 4: If you have not been found guilty of anything, you
- 37:20Speaker 4: shouldn't be put in prison and you shouldn't be sent
- 37:23Speaker 4: to rikers just because you don't have the money to
- 37:26Speaker 4: make bail.
- 37:27Speaker 2: Well, you probably should if you're a career criminal. And
- 37:31Speaker 2: he got twenty three priors. And when he says many
- 37:34Speaker 2: other states did it, yeah, there were other states that
- 37:36Speaker 2: did it. Every one of them got a massive crime
- 37:39Speaker 2: wave as a result. Anytime you do it, you get
- 37:41Speaker 2: a massive crime wave. And Cuomo did it here and
- 37:45Speaker 2: it caused this big crime wave. Now Curtis got a
- 37:49Speaker 2: big endorsement yesterday Rudy Giuliani. Now Giuliani, of course, in
- 37:53Speaker 2: recent years, has a controversy attached to him with some people,
- 37:57Speaker 2: but forget about that. He is, without question, the absolute
- 38:03Speaker 2: world expert on how to run New York City. There's
- 38:07Speaker 2: no greater expert on earth on how to be the
- 38:10Speaker 2: mayor of New York City than Rudy Giuliani. And he
- 38:12Speaker 2: said yesterday he one hundred percent endorses Curtis Sliwa. He said,
- 38:17Speaker 2: Curtis has everything you need to be Mary mayor. Curtis
- 38:21Speaker 2: has everything he could expect. He uh went after Cuomo.
- 38:26Speaker 2: He said, Cuomo's a total disgrace. He resigned in disgrace,
- 38:31Speaker 2: And he pointed out Cuoma rent has run a terrible campaign,
- 38:35Speaker 2: lost to a thirty three year old. It's actually if
- 38:37Speaker 2: you hate this Mom Donnie blamed Cuomo. Cuomo was so
- 38:40Speaker 2: pathetic in those debates in the primary. That's how Mam
- 38:43Speaker 2: Donnie got from zero to forty five points just by
- 38:47Speaker 2: slapping Cuomo around. But Giuliani big, big endorsement for Curtis.
- 38:54Speaker 14: You know.
- 38:55Speaker 2: Also, here's the Connecticut governor, a Democrat, Lowell Wiker, who
- 39:01Speaker 2: has really condemned Mom Donnie. You know, you got to remember,
- 39:04Speaker 2: Connecticut has all these suburbs that are close to New York,
- 39:08Speaker 2: and the Connecticut governor warns that Wall Street is at risk.
- 39:12Speaker 2: He really goes after Mom Donnie and he said, you know,
- 39:14Speaker 2: a guy like Mam Donnie does not understand the importance
- 39:17Speaker 2: of Wall Street. New York City's the financial capital of
- 39:20Speaker 2: the world. He doesn't think, Mam Donnie for a second
- 39:23Speaker 2: understands how vital that is to the economy of New
- 39:26Speaker 2: York to all the things you claim you want to help.
- 39:28Speaker 2: It can only be helped by the revenue coming in
- 39:31Speaker 2: from Wall Street. And he points out that Wall Street
- 39:34Speaker 2: can leave. You know, Texas already has a huge stock exchange.
- 39:38Speaker 2: Other states are opening massive stock exchanges. You know, we think, well,
- 39:42Speaker 2: New York Stock Exchange is a NASDAQ one of them.
- 39:44Speaker 2: They can't leave. Yeah, they can leave, They really can.
- 39:47Speaker 2: And that's what the Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont, a Democrat,
- 39:51Speaker 2: is warning everybody about. He also points out the hedge
- 39:55Speaker 2: fund industry is very important. And you know right there
- 39:57Speaker 2: in Greenwich, Connecticut, Ray Dallio, Bridgewater, you got Steve cohenser
- 40:03Speaker 2: Point seventy two. And Greenwich, Connecticut, which is the closest
- 40:07Speaker 2: suburb that's where a lot of these Wall Street guys live.
- 40:09Speaker 2: Greenwich has a mayor, Fred Camillo. This guy's probably the
- 40:13Speaker 2: best mayor of any suburban town around. He's great, He's
- 40:17Speaker 2: endorsed Curtis, He's I've talked to him about it. He
- 40:20Speaker 2: very much backs Curtis Leewa for mayor. And one reason
- 40:23Speaker 2: is he does want to lose. You know, these big,
- 40:26Speaker 2: big CEOs Wall Street. If they move to another state,
- 40:30Speaker 2: they leave their home too, which in a lot of
- 40:33Speaker 2: cases is Greenwich, Connecticut. And by the way, that Fred
- 40:35Speaker 2: Camillo excellent mayor. He's up for reelection. Make sure you
- 40:38Speaker 2: vote for him. You want to re elect him. Also,
- 40:43Speaker 2: Long Island, Bruce Blakeman, you got the best county executive.
- 40:47Speaker 2: Make sure you reelect him in November. You got a
- 40:49Speaker 2: great district attorney in Long Island, and Donnelly, make sure
- 40:54Speaker 2: you vote for her. Hey, Also, there's a big race
- 40:57Speaker 2: here in New York City in November. Besides mayor, it's
- 41:00Speaker 2: for district attorney. This Alvin Bragg, who lets all the
- 41:03Speaker 2: criminals out, is up for reelection. You can knock him
- 41:07Speaker 2: out of office in November. The opponent is Maud Maren.
- 41:12Speaker 2: She's excellent. She's a Republican. And if you're a Democrat,
- 41:16Speaker 2: and he said, well, I can't vote for republic But
- 41:18Speaker 2: she's actually been a Democrat most of her life. He
- 41:20Speaker 2: really is kind of a Democrat. But she's tough on crime.
- 41:23Speaker 2: She'd be a much better district attorney than Alvin Bragg. Well,
- 41:26Speaker 2: anybody would, but she especially. So vote for Maud Marin
- 41:31Speaker 2: in November. But the mayoral debate is a week from tomorrow.
- 41:36Speaker 2: It's next Thursday night. Curtis has been running commercials all
- 41:40Speaker 2: over the place, even in the Yankee game last night,
- 41:43Speaker 2: great commercial against Cuomo. The whole thing. If there's gonna
- 41:50Speaker 2: be a big shift in the race, it'll come from
- 41:52Speaker 2: next Thursday Night's debate. Next Thursday. It'll be on Channel four.
- 41:57Speaker 2: But you'll see it all over the place. Cuomo is very,
- 42:00Speaker 2: very very weak in debates. Mam Donnie's a great debater,
- 42:03Speaker 2: he's very good in these debates. Whatever you think of
- 42:05Speaker 2: he can debate. Curtis is a professional debater for thirty
- 42:09Speaker 2: five years. So you're gonna have Mam Donnie and Curtis
- 42:12Speaker 2: two great debaters and Cuomo talking very slow like he talks,
- 42:19Speaker 2: So he's probably gonna get wiped out in that debate.
- 42:21Speaker 2: He's going to look very bad there. Hey, you remember
- 42:25Speaker 2: that Greta what was her name, Greta Thunberg. That literally
- 42:29Speaker 2: she was like the fourteen year old lecturing us about
- 42:31Speaker 2: climate change. Awful person, just a horrible, horrible person. So
- 42:36Speaker 2: in the recent years the climate change thing kind of
- 42:40Speaker 2: fizzled out. Now she's anti Israel, really sounds very antisemitic
- 42:45Speaker 2: at times, so she's always going after Israel. She's you know,
- 42:50Speaker 2: she's like the kid in Two and a half Men,
- 42:51Speaker 2: you know, cute when they're twelve, and you look at
- 42:53Speaker 2: her now she's like twenty six, not so cute anymore,
- 42:57Speaker 2: and she's going after Israel. By is she show a
- 43:00Speaker 2: picture of a Palestinian who looks totally emaciated. Look what
- 43:04Speaker 2: they did. Look what Israel did to this Palestinian. Look
- 43:07Speaker 2: how he's starving to death. Look how emaciated he is,
- 43:10Speaker 2: a bones pushing through his skin. Look how awfully looks
- 43:13Speaker 2: she's putting this picture all over the place. Well, it
- 43:16Speaker 2: turns out the picture is of an Israeli hostage that
- 43:19Speaker 2: was being held by Hamas a total liar. This s
- 43:23Speaker 2: Creta Thunberg. Even the left I think is kind of
- 43:26Speaker 2: done with her. I think they've had it with her.
- 43:29Speaker 2: She's become kind of useless to them. Hey there's a
- 43:33Speaker 2: great video. This is PBS knife. You say, well, why
- 43:36Speaker 2: why do we have to defund PBS. They were begging
- 43:40Speaker 2: to be defunded. They've been asking to be defunded, as
- 43:43Speaker 2: Joe Peshi said in Casina, they were just begging to
- 43:46Speaker 2: be made an example of. So they've been running the
- 43:49Speaker 2: most left wing, slanted, biased news for decades. It's PBS.
- 43:56Speaker 2: You're supposed to stay neutral, you're supposed to do balanced
- 43:59Speaker 2: the news, but it's left wing partisan. That is a
- 44:02Speaker 2: funny clip that is It's up on my Twitter if
- 44:04Speaker 2: you want to see it. This is thirty five years ago.
- 44:07Speaker 2: It's a PBS news show and they're reporting that because
- 44:10Speaker 2: of climate change, we're going to be wiped out. And
- 44:14Speaker 2: they predicted that by twenty twenty five there would be
- 44:18Speaker 2: no forests left. We have no more forests anywhere on
- 44:22Speaker 2: the Earth, and we'd all be underwater. In New York
- 44:25Speaker 2: and Florida, everything would be underwater. The sea level would
- 44:28Speaker 2: rise up and wipe us out by twenty twenty five.
- 44:32Speaker 2: Let me just check. Hang on, let me look out
- 44:34Speaker 2: the window. No, no water, No water out there in
- 44:38Speaker 2: fifty sixth Street. Let's check the other side. Could you
- 44:40Speaker 2: look out down there, fifty fifth Street. Just check, make
- 44:43Speaker 2: sure there's no water. And you know, I was in
- 44:47Speaker 2: Connecticut the other day. I saw a forest. Apparently there
- 44:50Speaker 2: still are some forests left. So that PBS reporting all
- 44:54Speaker 2: kinds of crap, and that's why, that's why they get defunded.
- 45:00Speaker 2: Uh oh, hey, that Hunter corruption stuff, the Biden family,
- 45:04Speaker 2: the corruption especially in the Ukraine, Hunter Biden, the brothers James,
- 45:09Speaker 2: So the CIA. Biden went over there supposedly as vice president,
- 45:15Speaker 2: supposedly to meet with leaders there to discuss issues. The
- 45:18Speaker 2: CIA report came, this is our intelligence agency CIA. There
- 45:23Speaker 2: was no meetings of anything of substance. Apparently was over there,
- 45:26Speaker 2: and the CIA said, this looks like total corruption. Hunter's
- 45:30Speaker 2: getting paid a fortune by this Barisma. The brothers are
- 45:33Speaker 2: getting paid. There's all kinds of deals going on. They're
- 45:36Speaker 2: doing all kinds of corrupt things over there. And then
- 45:39Speaker 2: a word came from Vice President Biden to bury that report.
- 45:44Speaker 2: Do not distribute that report, do not put it in
- 45:47Speaker 2: the briefing. Kill the report. They listened to him and
- 45:51Speaker 2: they did it. Now, if you look into this, there's
- 45:55Speaker 2: other stuff. We didn't even know about this. We have
- 45:56Speaker 2: an embassy, of course, over there in the Ukraine. Looks
- 45:59Speaker 2: like Hunt was trying to make some sleazy land deal
- 46:02Speaker 2: to sell off the land. The US embassy has a
- 46:05Speaker 2: lot of land around it was trying to sell the
- 46:07Speaker 2: land to some corrupt company. All kinds of stuff in there.
- 46:11Speaker 2: You're saying, I didn't hear about this. Yeah, it's because
- 46:13Speaker 2: you read the New York Times. It's because you watch MSNBC.
- 46:16Speaker 2: They're not reporting it, they're covering it up. Hey, speaking
- 46:19Speaker 2: of MSNBC, people think President Trump will make a lot
- 46:22Speaker 2: of money off them because they've been doing you know,
- 46:25Speaker 2: they're always doing these fake stories, fake news. The fake
- 46:30Speaker 2: news anchor Nicole Wallace, the South Carolina judge whose home
- 46:34Speaker 2: was on fire burned up. Her home, was running the
- 46:38Speaker 2: story that it was arson, that the Trump administration did it.
- 46:41Speaker 2: It was a Trump administration saying things about her that
- 46:46Speaker 2: caused an arsonist to burn her home down. And well,
- 46:49Speaker 2: it turns out none of this is true. The police
- 46:51Speaker 2: said she had a faulty toaster that caught on fire.
- 46:54Speaker 2: There was no arson, but it was total fake news.
- 46:58Speaker 2: They're expecting now the trumpetministry to go after them. But
- 47:02Speaker 2: Trump himself could be filing a massive lawsuit. He's made
- 47:06Speaker 2: a lot of money sixteen million from Stephanopolis and ABC
- 47:10Speaker 2: thirty million from sixty minutes. This could be another major victory.
- 47:15Speaker 2: A lot of money could be I remember MSNBC no
- 47:18Speaker 2: longer part of NBC. They've been thrown out. They don't
- 47:22Speaker 2: have a lot of money. You could actually bankrupt this
- 47:25Speaker 2: this MSNBC. Now, hey, we'll take some calls. Next eight
- 47:28Speaker 2: hundred three two one zero seven ten is the number
- 47:32Speaker 2: eight hundred three to two one zero seven ten more.
- 47:37Speaker 12: Ore, mister New York on seven ten wr.
- 47:42Speaker 2: Hey, let's take some calls. Let's go to Blowvelt in Florida. Blowvelt,
- 47:47Speaker 2: how you doing.
- 47:49Speaker 9: Mark some more. I'm okay, how you doing.
- 47:50Speaker 2: Buddy good? What's going on in Florida?
- 47:53Speaker 9: Listen, a lot of wells through the eighties, still no hurricanes,
- 47:58Speaker 9: so that's keeping us alive. We're so it looks pretty
- 48:01Speaker 9: good on the horizon. Nothing on the horizon for any
- 48:03Speaker 9: of her kind of hurt. But the question I have
- 48:06Speaker 9: for you is they Trump exposed Powell, this guy, chairman Powell,
- 48:12Speaker 9: the the said tissing away taxlayer, taxpayer money on this building,
- 48:17Speaker 9: billions and billions of dollars. Is anybody going to stop
- 48:19Speaker 9: him for what he's doing? And correct ifness?
- 48:22Speaker 2: No, this will end up in court. That's Jerome Powell,
- 48:25Speaker 2: the chairman sec chairman. He's just awful, the FED governor
- 48:30Speaker 2: and chairman of the Fed. But and that FED governor
- 48:34Speaker 2: what's a named Lisa Cook, totally corrupt, mortgage fraud. He's
- 48:37Speaker 2: got to throw her out. This will all be tangled
- 48:39Speaker 2: up in courts for a while. Powell leaves early next
- 48:42Speaker 2: year anyway, And.
- 48:44Speaker 9: Uh, okay, okay, we're gonta stop all the stunday though.
- 48:48Speaker 2: Now you're gonna be stuck with that. It's it's not
- 48:50Speaker 2: and again, it's not just a FED all these government buildings.
- 48:52Speaker 2: They overpay for everything. The FBI has a massive headquarters.
- 48:57Speaker 2: You remember Steve Moore was on a couple weeks ago
- 48:59Speaker 2: and he said he lives in Washington, said he's been
- 49:01Speaker 2: into these federal buildings. Ninety percent of them are empty.
- 49:04Speaker 2: They're just these massive buildings that are empty. They don't
- 49:08Speaker 2: even need them. They got one hundred people working there
- 49:10Speaker 2: and building that can hold three thousand people. Let's go
- 49:13Speaker 2: to al and Yonkers, Al. How you doing.
- 49:17Speaker 15: Hey, good Mark, thanks for taking my call. You know,
- 49:19Speaker 15: I wanted to say, not too long ago, you had
- 49:22Speaker 15: Greg Jarard, the lawyer author, on your radio broadcast, and
- 49:27Speaker 15: I just wanted to say, you know, I read his
- 49:30Speaker 15: book Trial of the Century with Clarence Darrow and the
- 49:34Speaker 15: three time presidential campaign presidential candidate William Jennings Bryan, and
- 49:40Speaker 15: I just wanted to say it was a great read
- 49:41Speaker 15: and if you didn't read it, I hope you pick
- 49:43Speaker 15: it up.
- 49:44Speaker 5: No, I have it.
- 49:44Speaker 9: I have it.
- 49:45Speaker 2: It's one of the greatest books ever written on any
- 49:48Speaker 2: If you love legal books, the Trial of the Century,
- 49:51Speaker 2: get it. It's Greg Jared's book. Let's go to Roger
- 49:54Speaker 2: in Astoria. Roger, how you doing.
- 49:58Speaker 13: Yeah good?
- 49:58Speaker 2: How are you doing good?
- 50:02Speaker 16: So I would love to hear Curtis.
- 50:06Speaker 2: Come under.
- 50:09Speaker 5: The following it.
- 50:10Speaker 2: Talk slower than Cuomo. Joe Biden talks faster than you.
- 50:13Speaker 2: Speed it up a little, Okay, it's the truth.
- 50:17Speaker 16: So with this cash list bail, I'd love to see
- 50:20Speaker 16: Curtis say, you know what, there is a certain principle
- 50:25Speaker 16: behind it. Okay, the four people can't afford to pay bail,
- 50:29Speaker 16: So why don't we do the following a compromise. You
- 50:33Speaker 16: get one get out of jail free card, so that
- 50:38Speaker 16: if a well, that's not a bad idea.
- 50:39Speaker 2: The problem is this no bail note jail. You see
- 50:41Speaker 2: these guys that kill somebody and it turns out they
- 50:43Speaker 2: had twenty seven priors and they were released every time.
- 50:46Speaker 2: That's one get out of free card. Put a limit
- 50:50Speaker 2: of one on it. The best thing is to get
- 50:51Speaker 2: rid of this no bail note jail. But you're right,
- 50:54Speaker 2: not a bad idea if you have to. If you're
- 50:56Speaker 2: stuck with it, put a only one time only because
- 51:00Speaker 2: you're getting arrested more than what something must be wrong.
- 51:03Speaker 2: Let's go to Vincent in Brooklyn. Vincent, how you doing?
- 51:06Speaker 13: Good morning, Mark, I'm Okay, good morning, Mara Mark. I
- 51:10Speaker 13: believe that courtesy is making inroads with the Democratic voters
- 51:15Speaker 13: because yesterday I was at the supermarket and I met
- 51:19Speaker 13: this woman. She's a retired city worker, she's a Democrat.
- 51:24Speaker 13: Her husband's a Republican, he's supported Trump, and she was
- 51:29Speaker 13: just wailing on Mandami and on Cuomo. Her husband's uncle
- 51:37Speaker 13: died in the nursing home scandal.
- 51:40Speaker 8: Uh.
- 51:41Speaker 13: And she saw right through Mandami saying that all of
- 51:45Speaker 13: this stuff is Boloni and also what he said yesterday,
- 51:49Speaker 13: coming on the heels of the second anniversary of the
- 51:54Speaker 13: attack in Israel and Mandami's coming out supporting Hamas and
- 52:00Speaker 13: all the terrorists in Godza, and she was just said,
- 52:03Speaker 13: I'm fed up. And this woman is a lifelong Democrat,
- 52:09Speaker 13: and she was just as Mike Promflorida says, putting this
- 52:13Speaker 13: stink on Cuomo and also putting the stink on MADAMMI.
- 52:17Speaker 13: I mean a lot of Curtis's blows making contact.
- 52:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 52:23Speaker 9: Another thing, well, a.
- 52:24Speaker 2: Lot of people to think the polls are under counting
- 52:26Speaker 2: the Democrats who are against Mom died, A lot of
- 52:29Speaker 2: Democrats who are still common sense, they don't like Mom, Donnie,
- 52:33Speaker 2: and so it's a supermarket. Why an't you just shopping?
- 52:35Speaker 2: What are you having political discussions in the supermarket for?
- 52:38Speaker 13: Well, no, she's I was near the veggie section and
- 52:41Speaker 13: this woman I was going there to get some letters
- 52:43Speaker 13: and she just started talking to me.
- 52:45Speaker 2: Because do you think she was hitting on you?
- 52:47Speaker 13: No, no, I knows. Husband's a nice guy and everything,
- 52:52Speaker 13: a neighborhood guy. But she's a retired and she worked
- 52:56Speaker 13: for the Department of Education. How much more liberal didn't
- 52:59Speaker 13: you get then than that? And she was just wailing.
- 53:02Speaker 13: Especially a lot of the women are still very angry
- 53:07Speaker 13: about the fact that Cuomo was like an octopus with
- 53:11Speaker 13: all these sexual harassment cases he had against him, and
- 53:15Speaker 13: also the thing about her husband's uncle died in the
- 53:19Speaker 13: nursing home scandal, And those are very good points.
- 53:22Speaker 2: Kurt Cuonmo is gonna have a very very rough time
- 53:25Speaker 2: in next week's debate. It could be the end of
- 53:27Speaker 2: him in next week's debate.
- 53:29Speaker 13: Well, I hope it is, and I hope a lot
- 53:31Speaker 13: more Democrats are coming to their senses, you know, Like
- 53:35Speaker 13: I heard Larry MENTI say on the show that unfortunately
- 53:39Speaker 13: a lot of self hating Jews in Upper Manhattan are
- 53:42Speaker 13: gonna still vote Mandami. I mean, what's the matter with
- 53:45Speaker 13: these people? Didn't they hear what he said about yesterday?
- 53:49Speaker 13: He goes on the stump and he's talking about the
- 53:52Speaker 13: poor people that died in Gaza. Well, they wouldn't have
- 53:55Speaker 13: died if they didn't attack Israel first.
- 53:58Speaker 2: Yeah, excellent call, Thanks for calling.
- 54:02Speaker 5: Now.
- 54:02Speaker 2: Traditionally you go back and check the record. A lot
- 54:04Speaker 2: of New York City mayoral races totally turn around in
- 54:06Speaker 2: the last few weeks. It's something unique to New York.
- 54:09Speaker 2: In the last four or five weeks, they could just
- 54:11Speaker 2: totally turn around. That could happen in next week's debate.
- 54:15Speaker 2: Cuomo will get wiped out. Mom, Donnie could have a
- 54:18Speaker 2: rough time from Curtis. He easily be Cuomo in both debates.
- 54:22Speaker 2: Curtis is a little different. That's where he could have problems. Hey,
- 54:26Speaker 2: when we come back and Culter will be with us
- 54:28Speaker 2: next on seven to ten wor.
- 54:31Speaker 6: Mark Simone Show on se WO R Well.
- 54:35Speaker 2: And Culter, the best selling author the Great Columnists. Make
- 54:39Speaker 2: sure you follow her on Twitter, and don't forget Substack.
- 54:41Speaker 2: That's even better Substacks. She's got columns and videos and
- 54:44Speaker 2: interviews and podcasts all sorts of stuff go to and
- 54:47Speaker 2: culter dot substack dot com and culter.
- 54:51Speaker 17: How you doing fantastic, Mark Simone. The Yankees won last night.
- 54:56Speaker 2: allR I to know you were a big Yankee fan.
- 54:58Speaker 17: Yes, yes, was not was not expecting it. They got
- 55:02Speaker 17: blown out the first two games, but they were roaring back.
- 55:05Speaker 18: Now. Hey, oh and I met a fan of yours
- 55:08Speaker 18: at the game.
- 55:09Speaker 2: Oh you were at the game.
- 55:11Speaker 17: Yeah, yeah, Bill Tuckey, big fan of yours and Bill
- 55:14Speaker 17: O'Reilly's and mine, probably a lot of them are.
- 55:17Speaker 2: But happened to well, Bill O'Reilly was there last night
- 55:21Speaker 2: at the game.
- 55:22Speaker 17: He was He was claiming that he had heard he
- 55:24Speaker 17: was going to be there.
- 55:25Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, he was there last night.
- 55:27Speaker 18: So the fan, Oh okay, he was right.
- 55:30Speaker 2: There was a picture he was a Yankee fan. But
- 55:33Speaker 2: I guess that makes sense.
- 55:34Speaker 17: Southern Connecticut. Southern Connecticut is Yankees, Northern Connecticut is Red
- 55:37Speaker 17: Sox rivals.
- 55:40Speaker 2: So uh hey, I was telling you the you know,
- 55:43Speaker 2: the liberal you know there's angry old women that live
- 55:46Speaker 2: on the Upper west Side and Upper east Side.
- 55:48Speaker 17: The well, yes I do.
- 55:49Speaker 2: The angry Democrat. I was telling them they got to
- 55:52Speaker 2: start seriously pacing themselves. You got three and a half
- 55:55Speaker 2: more years of this. You have to pace your shows.
- 56:02Speaker 17: No, you're totally right. I mean it's hard to watch
- 56:05Speaker 17: hims without laughing out loud. This one from the real
- 56:09Speaker 17: Banger from Chris Murphy last night. He's, I guess a
- 56:14Speaker 17: senator from my former state of Connecticut, and I mean
- 56:18Speaker 17: it's the same thing we've been hearing every day, but
- 56:20Speaker 17: particularly hysterical last night about how Trump is going to
- 56:23Speaker 17: cancel elections and he's creating an authoritarian government and I
- 56:30Speaker 17: think he's going to lock up lock up liberals, which
- 56:33Speaker 17: I don't know. It all sounds great to me, but
- 56:35Speaker 17: maybe a teensy bit overwrought.
- 56:39Speaker 18: It was just saying this.
- 56:40Speaker 17: I've been hearing the same thing now since basically he
- 56:44Speaker 17: won his first election in twenty sixteen. Do even their
- 56:49Speaker 17: viewers think, I don't know, maybe this is the boy
- 56:52Speaker 17: who cried wolf.
- 56:54Speaker 18: I think I've heard that before.
- 56:56Speaker 2: Yeah, what is it about Connecticut? You got the two
- 56:58Speaker 2: dirtiest senators this Chris Murphy and Blumenthal too, really awful senators.
- 57:04Speaker 2: How did that happen?
- 57:05Speaker 9: Now?
- 57:05Speaker 17: It's very strange, I know, and plus, as you know,
- 57:09Speaker 17: without meaning to destroy his chances, but the Democratic Governor
- 57:15Speaker 17: Ned Lamont is a pretty sane Democrat.
- 57:18Speaker 18: I mean he is a.
- 57:18Speaker 17: Democrat, but he imposed I think the largest tax got
- 57:22Speaker 17: in Connecticut history. He's not crazy, but the senators are
- 57:25Speaker 17: utterly embarrassing.
- 57:26Speaker 18: I don't know. It happens to a lot of good staves.
- 57:29Speaker 2: Yeah, hey, but again you got to pace yourself. Look
- 57:32Speaker 2: at this. John Stewart last night on Monday Night, he
- 57:35Speaker 2: said ICE is a PARA, well funded paramilitary group. There
- 57:39Speaker 2: zip tying grandmothers and children. What is he talking about.
- 57:44Speaker 17: It's it's odd that the one set of federal laws
- 57:50Speaker 17: the Democratic Party officially thinks that it's it's their moral
- 57:54Speaker 17: duty to say should not be enforced. Are the immigration laws?
- 58:00Speaker 17: I mean, there's are laws on the books.
- 58:02Speaker 9: Why not?
- 58:02Speaker 17: Why don't they go protest outside when e p A
- 58:06Speaker 17: administrators are are are are stopping a company from throwing
- 58:12Speaker 17: pollutants into a river. Why don't we have Antifa out
- 58:15Speaker 17: there blocking e p A agents, ramming their cars into
- 58:19Speaker 17: e p A agents. Or when Giuliani was arresting the
- 58:23Speaker 17: insider traders, No, no, no, we're gonna They're utterly shameless
- 58:31Speaker 17: about it. And and you know that that ridiculous creature
- 58:35Speaker 17: on m S NBC something sober off, who is the
- 58:39Speaker 17: we must transform America into Ecuador immediately reporter? They just
- 58:45Speaker 17: they casually say, no, all these people they're not criminals. Well, okay,
- 58:51Speaker 17: but if they're here illegally, they gotta go.
- 58:55Speaker 18: That's the law.
- 58:56Speaker 17: Okay, maybe Trump's ICE isn't going to be con trading
- 59:00Speaker 17: on them. But they act like this is you know,
- 59:03Speaker 17: how dare you? These are federal laws? And these are
- 59:07Speaker 17: federal laws. And it's not like Stephen Miller and Trump
- 59:11Speaker 17: invented these laws. These laws were passed over the last
- 59:15Speaker 17: fifty years by Republican and Democratic presidents, signed into law,
- 59:20Speaker 17: passed with Republicans and Democrats in the Senate in the
- 59:23Speaker 17: House banging out compromises, and these are the laws in
- 59:28Speaker 17: what's that thing? They love? Democracy created laws on the books,
- 59:33Speaker 17: and they're indignant and think they have some moral high
- 59:36Speaker 17: ground for saying, no, how dare you enforce federal law?
- 59:40Speaker 2: Hey, here's some numbers. ICE has already deported four hundred
- 59:44Speaker 2: and ninety three thousand illegals, and they believe one point
- 59:49Speaker 2: six million have left voluntarily self deported. It's pretty good.
- 59:54Speaker 18: First, Yeah, I remember when they made fun of Romney for.
- 59:58Speaker 17: The self deportation. I get, of course they're going to
- 1:00:00Speaker 17: self deport but you gotta start making it, making it uncomfortable.
- 1:00:06Speaker 17: I mean, remember that line they used to use that,
- 1:00:09Speaker 17: you know, Oh, the poor illegals, they're living in the shadows,
- 1:00:12Speaker 17: living the Yeah, breaking the law is supposed to be uncomfortable.
- 1:00:17Speaker 16: I'm sorry.
- 1:00:17Speaker 18: I'm sorry you're uncomfortable.
- 1:00:19Speaker 17: Breaking our laws illegals, But no, that isn't really our problem.
- 1:00:23Speaker 17: To make sure you you were not quote living in
- 1:00:26Speaker 17: the shadows as they are appearing on the cover of
- 1:00:28Speaker 17: Time magazine and getting shows on MTV.
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know about that, living in the shadows.
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: Every time in a restaurant, they come right over to
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: your table. They're the bus boy. They're on the streets
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: selling candy bars, are there everywhere, living in the shadows.
- 1:00:40Speaker 17: Okay, the candy bars, you're right, The bus boys, I think.
- 1:00:43Speaker 18: I think, mister elitist marks amone, you are wrong.
- 1:00:46Speaker 17: I bet you.
- 1:00:47Speaker 18: Most of them are legal.
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: Okay, well, nowadays all the restaurants are. They do have
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: legal employees, but uh, these illegals.
- 1:00:54Speaker 17: My point with that is, if I could interrupt you
- 1:00:58Speaker 17: or me to say this, this idea that suddenly every
- 1:01:02Speaker 17: Mexican restaurant is going to disappear. No, I promise you
- 1:01:05Speaker 17: we are chock full of Mexicans, legally legal, lots of them. No,
- 1:01:11Speaker 17: you'll still have You'll still have your greens on the
- 1:01:14Speaker 17: golf course, Mark Simmo. They will be it will be
- 1:01:19Speaker 17: neatly trimmed. They're still your pools will be crystal clear,
- 1:01:23Speaker 17: not even a little bit of slime. And it will
- 1:01:26Speaker 17: all be done by legal immigrants.
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: Don't forget the car wash and the car wash.
- 1:01:34Speaker 17: Those slimy tomain filled fruits and candy bars that they're
- 1:01:39Speaker 17: selling on the street, clogging up the sidewalks, violating New
- 1:01:43Speaker 17: York City laws by the way, in addition to federal
- 1:01:46Speaker 17: immigration laws. You can't just sell stuff on the street
- 1:01:49Speaker 17: like that. But it's pretty awful, all these Venezuelans they've
- 1:01:54Speaker 17: dumped on the city.
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: And what is it with the candy bars trying to
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: kill us with fen Now they're trying to kill us
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: with candy bars.
- 1:02:00Speaker 17: Uh, No, one of those hideous mango things they have.
- 1:02:05Speaker 17: I would like I would like some some reports on
- 1:02:08Speaker 17: on emergency room admissions from poisoning from those things.
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: Well, but uh, midterms what do you think, Uh, Democrats,
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: I think are just digging themselves into a hole here.
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: It's not going to be good in the midterms.
- 1:02:24Speaker 17: Well, the reason, the reason I keep pautioning, uh, that
- 1:02:32Speaker 17: that we may it may not be a good year
- 1:02:34Speaker 17: for Republicans is because historically that has been the case,
- 1:02:39Speaker 17: and Democrats have this sneaky little trick or they allow America.
- 1:02:42Speaker 18: Each side will just cheerlead for its own team.
- 1:02:45Speaker 17: I've noticed this one. I see conservatives on TV before
- 1:02:49Speaker 17: an election saying, oh, yeah, we're gonna win, We're gonna win,
- 1:02:51Speaker 17: when everyone knows we're about to lose. But each side,
- 1:02:55Speaker 17: I guess it's a way of of of you know,
- 1:02:58Speaker 17: creating morale on your side. What Democrats do, even if
- 1:03:02Speaker 17: they're about to have a very narrow victory, is allow
- 1:03:04Speaker 17: Republicans to go out and say, oh, we're gonna crush,
- 1:03:07Speaker 17: We're gonna kill, there's gonna be a landslide. And then
- 1:03:09Speaker 17: when well, Republicans only pick up a few seats or
- 1:03:13Speaker 17: actually lose seats, Democrats will turn around and say, you see,
- 1:03:17Speaker 17: this is a complete repudiation of everything you've been doing.
- 1:03:21Speaker 17: They have done this historically, so just keep I think
- 1:03:26Speaker 17: the Democrats are nuts. I think they deserve to lose.
- 1:03:29Speaker 17: I hope most Americans aren't.
- 1:03:30Speaker 18: As crazy as these people are.
- 1:03:33Speaker 17: But historically the party out of power has.
- 1:03:36Speaker 18: More energy and gumption and enthusiasm and people.
- 1:03:43Speaker 17: Also, Americans just instinctively like divided governments, even when one
- 1:03:48Speaker 17: half of that divide is out of its mind. So
- 1:03:52Speaker 17: I think the just keep in mind the odds are.
- 1:03:55Speaker 10: That we will lose seats.
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, Well, hey, everybody follow and Culture on
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: Twitter and her substack is great. There's all kinds of

- 1:04:49Speaker 2: Well, Hey, as far as New York City looks like
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: the rain is over, it's done. The weather will be
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: great tonight for the Yankee game, seven o'clock. You know
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: who died? This is how you if you're in Florida
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: and the old people, this is how they start a conversation.
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: You know who died? Actually a great man, sauls z
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: Bar ninety seven years old. He's the guy behind zay
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: Bar's Upper West Side landmark. Although this, you know, it
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: was so unique for so many years, zay Bars. But
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: now there's like a million competitors. I mean whatever it
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: is bagels, salmon, and there's a million other places. But
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: still one of the great institutions of New York. Saul
- 1:05:26Speaker 2: zay Bar, ninety seven years old. Anyway, Yankees tonight, seven o'clock.
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: Quite a lot of momentum just for good luck. Let's
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: listen to it again. This is Aaron Judge comes to
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: bat on a two strike pitch.
- 1:05:39Speaker 6: It's a time downline with experiences. Moment's time.
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: Now that turned everything around, turned the game around, could
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: turn the whole series around, so anything that had happened tonight,
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: so be watching the game. Also watch last night. In
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: the middle of the game there were some courteous lee
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: with commercials. Watch for them again tonight. Those are good.
