- 1:32Speaker 2: chorus of.
- 1:47Speaker 4: Oh got some on that?
- 1:53Speaker 2: Okay, that's actually Salt Lake City. But you get the idea,
- 1:56Speaker 2: because really, with Mormon Wives, which we are talking about today,
- 2:00Speaker 2: I mean a lot of it happened in Provo. We're
- 2:01Speaker 2: not in Salt Lake City. A trouble of those houses
- 2:04Speaker 2: in Provo, Yes, right.
- 2:06Speaker 4: But I did look it up. It's not that far
- 2:08Speaker 4: from salt It's nothing.
- 2:09Speaker 2: No, it's an offshoot.
- 2:11Speaker 3: I looked it up. It's like it's like about twenty
- 2:13Speaker 3: eight thirty seven miles. I looked it up. I was
- 2:16Speaker 3: on May seven. I was on maps all night looking
- 2:19Speaker 3: it up. I was like, where is it. I gotta
- 2:22Speaker 3: nowhere these two cities are. And I'm just a map person.
- 2:25Speaker 2: And she is. She's like, you know, Jamie is a
- 2:27Speaker 2: cartographer at heart. She she she designs maps, She looks
- 2:33Speaker 2: at maps. She is just a mapper of all.
- 2:38Speaker 3: Dirty little mapper, a.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Dirty little mapper. We're going to map quest our way
- 2:46Speaker 2: into the secret lives of Mormon Wives today Episodes three
- 2:51Speaker 2: and four. Then Jamie is booked and blessed, so she's
- 2:54Speaker 2: going to hop off for the Below Deck med season finale,
- 3:00Speaker 2: Captain Sandy getting married.
- 3:01Speaker 4: I'm sorry he has to leave to help set up
- 3:04Speaker 4: the proposal for Captain Sandy.
- 3:06Speaker 2: She was chosen part of the I'm one of the
- 3:10Speaker 2: ones that one actually is the only welcome in that
- 3:18Speaker 2: we has a beat in the back. Oh, that kind
- 3:21Speaker 2: of has like a little bit of a DJ drop
- 3:23Speaker 2: and this one, Oh, they all kind oh that's sexy
- 3:27Speaker 2: at the end there.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Okay, so wait a minute, is that just something they
- 3:32Speaker 3: say in Utah?
- 3:34Speaker 2: Oh? You always know about the welcome in?
- 3:37Speaker 4: Don't it be good for listeners to get an update?
- 3:39Speaker 4: Or okay, I'll give you what welcome in is.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Okay, So if you if you don't listen to Drama
- 3:46Speaker 2: Darling on the regular welcome in.
- 3:51Speaker 3: My God, restart this, please.
- 3:57Speaker 2: Don't.
- 3:58Speaker 4: She doesn't know.
- 4:02Speaker 2: So what it is, Jamie, is that I just am
- 4:05Speaker 2: on the ground floor of the trends of the world
- 4:08Speaker 2: and some pop culture sayings that pop up here and there.
- 4:11Speaker 2: And what I noticed, approximately about a year ago, is
- 4:15Speaker 2: that when I would enter an establishment, be it a restaurant,
- 4:17Speaker 2: a boutique, what have you, they would greet me and
- 4:22Speaker 2: others with a welcome in. And I was like, that's weird.
- 4:28Speaker 2: I've never been welcomed in, like the ind part at
- 4:31Speaker 2: the end there, and so it's more like hi, welcome
- 4:34Speaker 2: or hello, how are you? You know? It's never welcome in.
- 4:38Speaker 2: So I caught that. Then I heard it again in
- 4:41Speaker 2: another establishment and then again and again and again. So
- 4:44Speaker 2: now that you've heard it, Jamie, you will hear it.
- 4:47Speaker 2: And it's just a trend that's going on out there,
- 4:49Speaker 2: and I've caught it on some of these shows and
- 4:51Speaker 2: I like to just celebrate the weird things in life.
- 4:53Speaker 2: It's very odd.
- 4:55Speaker 3: Well, and also you always say it on this podcast,
- 4:58Speaker 3: but I didn't know there was a history do it.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Yeah, there's a history. That's why I say it.
- 5:03Speaker 3: Thank God.
- 5:04Speaker 2: Now I also want to it does.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Everything has a future?
- 5:09Speaker 2: And you know what, I went to Chili's on Saturday
- 5:12Speaker 2: Night with Maddie with Breton Maddie and Maddie's one of
- 5:17Speaker 2: her besties in their family, and I was welcomed in there,
- 5:21Speaker 2: which I was shocked. So Chili's is also doing it.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Wow.
- 5:25Speaker 3: I can't wait to notice this now because I don't
- 5:27Speaker 3: really think I've ever noticed it before. And now I'll
- 5:31Speaker 3: always notice it.
- 5:32Speaker 4: You will, you will, you will. It took me a
- 5:35Speaker 4: while to actually get my own out in the wild,
- 5:39Speaker 4: but once it happened, I was like, there it is.
- 5:42Speaker 2: You've been bad pasted.
- 5:44Speaker 3: Stephen has several boutiques today. I happen to live in
- 5:48Speaker 3: a Los Angeles so I know where to find them.
- 5:50Speaker 2: You're gonna you, oh, You're gonna really be embraced by
- 5:54Speaker 2: the welcome in. Yeah, don't expect it at like a
- 5:56Speaker 2: seven eleven, you know what I mean?
- 5:59Speaker 4: Now I do.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Yeah, So today, like I said, we're doing Mormon Wives
- 6:08Speaker 2: three and four and then below deck med for Sandy's proposal.
- 6:12Speaker 2: It's so exciting. So I'd like to welcome you into
- 6:16Speaker 2: the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives episodes duh, two and three.
- 6:21Speaker 2: This show is so hard to just like stop watching
- 6:25Speaker 2: the episodes and I've really been making myself do that
- 6:28Speaker 2: because I don't want to be caught ahead. And we're
- 6:30Speaker 2: going to be doing two at a time, and then
- 6:33Speaker 2: I'm going to wrap up the season with your bish therapist,
- 6:37Speaker 2: who is going to speak to all of this, which
- 6:39Speaker 2: is going to be amazing. So yeah, how are you guys,
- 6:44Speaker 2: how are you feeling? You know?
- 6:45Speaker 4: I mean, I mean, I'm going to go back to
- 6:47Speaker 4: my original thought and God bless bish therapist because I
- 6:51Speaker 4: do want to listen to that. But at the end
- 6:52Speaker 4: of the day, it really just comes back to these
- 6:55Speaker 4: parents and the oppression based on this religion. I mean,
- 7:00Speaker 4: like that's where we're breaking it down. Everybody is trying
- 7:05Speaker 4: to assimilate and not have shame around their life and everything.
- 7:09Speaker 4: But then it all comes back to that.
- 7:10Speaker 2: So wow, wow, really, what a great thesis to start this.
- 7:18Speaker 3: That's it is?
- 7:21Speaker 2: It is because you know, well, okay, I was going
- 7:26Speaker 2: to say, you know, it's like you're replacing one thing
- 7:29Speaker 2: for another, and and and what good is that doing?
- 7:33Speaker 2: So for example, when it comes to the you can't
- 7:36Speaker 2: have coffee, you can't have is it? Is it CAUs alcohol?
- 7:40Speaker 2: And you can't have been caffeinine? Right, the caffeine. But
- 7:44Speaker 2: but what's weird is that diet coke and so mount caffeine.
- 7:50Speaker 4: Mountain dew.
- 7:50Speaker 2: So I'm by the talent, right, Why are they allowed
- 7:54Speaker 2: to drink caffeine and soda form and not coffee?
- 8:00Speaker 3: Is that their.
- 8:03Speaker 5: Vice?
- 8:04Speaker 3: They're naughty rule, you know because I see when they
- 8:07Speaker 3: have popped, they're like we're having.
- 8:10Speaker 2: Is it kind of naughty to do that?
- 8:12Speaker 3: Right? That's what I want?
- 8:13Speaker 4: But it's allowed. But I'm wondering because Joseph Smith, I mean,
- 8:18Speaker 4: Mormonism was just invented approximately one hundred years ago with
- 8:22Speaker 4: Joseph Smith out in Utah. And back then, I mean
- 8:26Speaker 4: it was over one hundred.
- 8:27Speaker 3: I'm not.
- 8:28Speaker 4: I think it's maybe one hundred and fifty tops.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Oh, I'm sorry, I saw I have an update here.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Church leaders have interpreted the Word of Wisdom to forbid
- 8:36Speaker 2: hot drinks, which include coffee and tea. So if it's cold,
- 8:40Speaker 2: I'm sorry, this is insane, Okay, but go ahead, go ahead.
- 8:44Speaker 4: So you could have ice coffee.
- 8:46Speaker 2: Well, I guess that would be me.
- 8:49Speaker 3: And I would love that right now, Emily, that sounds
- 8:52Speaker 3: so delicious.
- 8:53Speaker 4: I love it right back.
- 8:54Speaker 3: I love it ice god, I do.
- 9:05Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 9:06Speaker 4: I think it's that coffee was a stimulant available when
- 9:11Speaker 4: and alcohol while Joseph Smith was around, So they're looking
- 9:15Speaker 4: for loopholes around coffee and he probably detailed coffee has
- 9:22Speaker 4: a hot drink, right that was dark and made of beans,
- 9:28Speaker 4: and they're like demons beans.
- 9:29Speaker 2: And demons dean beans.
- 9:32Speaker 4: Dean beans.
- 9:33Speaker 2: But you know what it does say that, like, so,
- 9:36Speaker 2: so if soda didn't exist, then there's no law saying
- 9:39Speaker 2: you can't have soda because it didn't exist.
- 9:41Speaker 4: Then well, you know, I said, I started, I started
- 9:45Speaker 4: to say, like, coca cola has been around a long time,
- 9:47Speaker 4: and that was cocaine, but maybe it hadn't made it
- 9:52Speaker 4: to Utah.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Well, I don't think it was around with Joseph Smith.
- 9:56Speaker 4: That was a that was Joseph Smith. Is not that
- 10:00Speaker 4: old like that. Mormonism is so young, like look it up.
- 10:06Speaker 4: It's from like the eight like mid eighteen hundreds, late
- 10:09Speaker 4: eighteen hundreds.
- 10:11Speaker 2: Eight late eighteen hundreds.
- 10:13Speaker 1: Okay.
- 10:13Speaker 2: So Coca Cola's been around for one hundred and thirty
- 10:15Speaker 2: two years, okay.
- 10:17Speaker 4: And how long has mormon hasn't been around?
- 10:19Speaker 3: I look this up last night after my mapping. It's
- 10:22Speaker 3: been around since the down of the T one hundred
- 10:27Speaker 3: and one years.
- 10:30Speaker 2: It was founded in eighteen thirty, eighteen thirty okay, so
- 10:37Speaker 2: eighteen thirty, right, so wow.
- 10:41Speaker 3: I like you two are doing your you're doing it yeah,
- 10:44Speaker 3: like looking at my Instagram okay.
- 10:46Speaker 4: And Coca cola cola around in eighteen eighty six, so
- 10:50Speaker 4: we got fifty. Mormonism is fifty years older than Coca cola.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, so we got it.
- 10:59Speaker 4: It wasn't around and Street legal Smith Legal.
- 11:02Speaker 3: Well promote it Salt Lake City, forty six miles.
- 11:07Speaker 2: I oh, that is just a hop, skip and a
- 11:09Speaker 2: jump if you ask me.
- 11:11Speaker 3: Nails look, oh, Jameel n on these little sausage fingers, but.
- 11:19Speaker 2: They are, you know, in this situation. It's interesting. That's
- 11:23Speaker 2: why I do love this show, because you are learning
- 11:26Speaker 2: about Mormonism, modern day Mormonism, and how people some people
- 11:30Speaker 2: are doing it now. I do think that people who
- 11:32Speaker 2: are really tried and true strict Mormons are appalled by
- 11:39Speaker 2: the show, of course, because of everything that's happening, and
- 11:43Speaker 2: they don't approve of any any of it because if
- 11:46Speaker 2: you are going to follow the rule of the law,
- 11:48Speaker 2: then you shouldn't be doing much of anything that they're doing.
- 11:52Speaker 4: Yeah, like Heather Gay's mom is probably hating this.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Right right, So for you know, I'd like to just
- 11:59Speaker 2: give back to the people who are Mormons that are
- 12:02Speaker 2: not doing what these people are the mom talkers are
- 12:06Speaker 2: doing essentially, you know what I'm saying, only because you
- 12:09Speaker 2: have to put respect on their name in terms of
- 12:12Speaker 2: their belief It's not because me I'm not going to
- 12:16Speaker 2: believe it. I don't believe it. But I also am
- 12:18Speaker 2: not going to slam an individual's religion and practices based
- 12:24Speaker 2: on what they believe in, how they've been raised, and
- 12:28Speaker 2: if it's working for them in a healthy, balanced way.
- 12:31Speaker 2: You know, I'm not talking about what was that crazy?
- 12:35Speaker 3: Uh?
- 12:37Speaker 2: Keep sweet documentary. You know what I'm saying, that whole situation.
- 12:41Speaker 4: Okay, Well, I feel like what you mean is people
- 12:46Speaker 4: that have are are okay, living in the veil of
- 12:49Speaker 4: shame that this religion is putting on them.
- 12:53Speaker 2: If they, if they, if they, if that's how they
- 13:00Speaker 2: understand it, they like it.
- 13:02Speaker 4: They cool.
- 13:03Speaker 2: Yeah, And if that's how they like it, then that's fine.
- 13:06Speaker 3: What you're saying is that everyone had that. People that
- 13:11Speaker 3: believe in whatever religions. You're saying, that's your thing, and
- 13:15Speaker 3: that's I respect it. Kind of like, Yeah, I was
- 13:17Speaker 3: growing up. My friend was Jehovah Witness and I was
- 13:20Speaker 3: like gobsmacked. There was no Christmas and Birthday I celebrated,
- 13:25Speaker 3: and I would just be like I don't understand. Like
- 13:27Speaker 3: I'd be like when do you get your presents? And
- 13:29Speaker 3: she's like just all the time. Like I remember being
- 13:32Speaker 3: like interested and wondering. But what you're saying, Amy, I
- 13:35Speaker 3: think is true. Everyone that is religious, that's their thing.
- 13:39Speaker 3: You know. I don't know. Live and let live. Is
- 13:42Speaker 3: that the vibe, right?
- 13:43Speaker 2: I mean it's the it's the vibe, but it's also
- 13:45Speaker 2: like I love this as it's not even an experiment,
- 13:48Speaker 2: but it's an experiment for us to watch people live
- 13:51Speaker 2: their lives in this way and be so contradictory, you know,
- 13:55Speaker 2: with like the soda thing and all the little things
- 13:57Speaker 2: where you're like, uh, this is okay, but this isn't
- 14:01Speaker 2: because when you look at it from an outsider perspective,
- 14:04Speaker 2: you're like, this doesn't make sense logically. And also, how
- 14:08Speaker 2: are your teeth? You know, you they've got to be
- 14:11Speaker 2: rotting out of your mouth because of all the soda,
- 14:14Speaker 2: and you just kind of feel like, you, guys, you're
- 14:17Speaker 2: being with your You're withholding all of these things that
- 14:19Speaker 2: you could have in moderation and be fine and live
- 14:22Speaker 2: your life. But they have these rules that don't make
- 14:25Speaker 2: any sense to an outsider. And so that's what is
- 14:28Speaker 2: fascinating to me. So like when they go to someone's
- 14:31Speaker 2: house and they're in that jacuzzi, first of all, too
- 14:34Speaker 2: many people in that jacuzzi a real germ.
- 14:38Speaker 3: Soup, but soup, oh god y.
- 14:41Speaker 2: And then you've got this Jesse and Jordan who are like, oh,
- 14:45Speaker 2: let's have a shot, and I'm thinking, well, even if
- 14:48Speaker 2: I like to drink, I'm not going to bring a
- 14:51Speaker 2: flask to a home in which I know that they don't.
- 14:55Speaker 2: They don't they don't want you to drink, they don't
- 14:57Speaker 2: believe in drinking, and it's just disrespectful to them, you
- 15:01Speaker 2: know what I'm saying, So why are you going to
- 15:03Speaker 2: be an asshole about it? Jordan and Jesse.
- 15:06Speaker 4: Yeah, but I get the vibe that there seems to
- 15:10Speaker 4: be like a stunted growth or maturity happening in this
- 15:15Speaker 4: group of people that were Yeah.
- 15:17Speaker 2: And yet they're having their own families, which is wild.
- 15:21Speaker 3: Yeah houses, that is it in a nutshell, Emily and
- 15:26Speaker 3: I have felt that too, because literally they are so
- 15:29Speaker 3: immature with the mean girl stuff. It's like annoying. And
- 15:33Speaker 3: also I think you're both exactly right. It's like you
- 15:37Speaker 3: can't you have to wear special undergarments. But also here's
- 15:40Speaker 3: my amazing cleavage and a video on TikTok what that episode?
- 15:44Speaker 3: That's what I'm saying. And there's a lot of cussing
- 15:46Speaker 3: going on, but yeah, the calling out and stuff. But
- 15:50Speaker 3: I also think what you said was true. I do
- 15:53Speaker 3: like watching it because like you'll just be watching and
- 15:54Speaker 3: all of a sudden they'll be like, you know, some
- 15:56Speaker 3: new little fact, Well, we can't do that on Tuesday,
- 15:59Speaker 3: because that's of the rubber You're like, what the fuck,
- 16:02Speaker 3: Like it's kind.
- 16:02Speaker 2: Of fun to watch it is it is, and like
- 16:06Speaker 2: balance their lives and in the regular world, but have
- 16:11Speaker 2: all of these other things happen Golly, golly, golly.
- 16:15Speaker 3: Speaking of you know, we certainly don't want to get
- 16:19Speaker 3: too deep into religion and that conversation, but what I
- 16:24Speaker 3: think you're speaking of a little bit is hypocrisy.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Yeah, and you know what, one hundred percent hypocrisy and
- 16:30Speaker 2: and also in every religion hypocrisy, so much of it
- 16:35Speaker 2: never makes sense, you know, just the whole I mean,
- 16:39Speaker 2: even when you you bounce over to Orange County and
- 16:41Speaker 2: you see Alexis and John just beating up on Shannon,
- 16:45Speaker 2: and then they're like, we go to church three times
- 16:47Speaker 2: a day, and You're like, you're horrible Christians, You're mean
- 16:50Speaker 2: and you're discussing, you know what I mean, Like the
- 16:53Speaker 2: hypocrisy of that is just next level. And then to
- 16:56Speaker 2: have these two camps, of these these girls saying like
- 16:59Speaker 2: that are better Mormons than the others, and then for
- 17:02Speaker 2: Whitney to just be spouting off the most atrocious gossip
- 17:07Speaker 2: and like you know, to everybody stirring up such trouble
- 17:11Speaker 2: and drama and wearing.
- 17:14Speaker 3: The highest neck dress person, I'm like, okay, okay.
- 17:19Speaker 4: Anything, do you have this? In Pilgrim? Everything is like
- 17:28Speaker 4: the coats that they wear in the opening credits to
- 17:32Speaker 4: those boats are so so handmaid's tail wife they are,
- 17:37Speaker 4: and every time I see them, I'm like, oh my gosh,
- 17:40Speaker 4: serena handmaid's sale. It just has that.
- 17:43Speaker 2: And Jen was wearing it to her baby blessing. Did
- 17:47Speaker 2: you catch that?
- 17:48Speaker 3: Oh? Yeah, Like we should get the three of us
- 17:56Speaker 3: and uh and Angela and Deanna, she gets the jackets.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Yeah, we should get the jackets and.
- 18:03Speaker 3: Walk all around and be welcomed in at every shop
- 18:06Speaker 3: every whill.
- 18:08Speaker 2: But you're right about the whole Like she's wearing the
- 18:10Speaker 2: Pilgrim outfit and then jumping into the jacuzzi with her
- 18:15Speaker 2: bikini bottom up her ass entirely on camera. It makes
- 18:19Speaker 2: zero sense. Yeah, And I'm fine with that, by the way,
- 18:23Speaker 2: I just don't like the contradiction, which is just insane
- 18:27Speaker 2: to me.
- 18:28Speaker 4: And the contradiction really comes out with the judge when
- 18:32Speaker 4: they're all judging everybody else. So you're just living your
- 18:35Speaker 4: life in a constant state of justifying your actions and
- 18:41Speaker 4: why they're better than what somebody else is doing, so
- 18:44Speaker 4: you're going to get a faster ticket into this after
- 18:48Speaker 4: life space. I just don't. I mean, like what, it's like,
- 18:52Speaker 4: what's the point.
- 18:53Speaker 2: It's it's you know, they're very young. And the other
- 18:55Speaker 2: thing is it's like when you're living in this bubble,
- 18:58Speaker 2: you are surrounded everybody who believes the same thing, and
- 19:02Speaker 2: so you're just kind of going along. And I get it.
- 19:04Speaker 2: Like if we were raised there, you guys, this would
- 19:07Speaker 2: be a Mormon podcast.
- 19:10Speaker 4: Yeah, we would probably.
- 19:11Speaker 3: Wouldn't comuter because I would be really a devout. I'm
- 19:15Speaker 3: devout to everything I do. If I go in, I
- 19:18Speaker 3: go all in, baby, So no computer for me. We're
- 19:22Speaker 3: doing a book group, not a podcast. I wouldn't mind
- 19:28Speaker 3: wearing these these undergarments to cover it up. I say,
- 19:32Speaker 3: put it all inside it away.
- 19:38Speaker 2: Well that was wild when they went on the girls
- 19:40Speaker 2: trip and Jen was like, oh my god, I totally
- 19:42Speaker 2: forgot to bring my undergarments and didn't have anything at all.
- 19:47Speaker 2: And then she's like.
- 19:48Speaker 3: I guess I'll just go with my titties and pussy
- 19:51Speaker 3: hanging out. I forgot my undergarden.
- 19:57Speaker 4: I would too if it man, I didn't have to
- 19:59Speaker 4: think about my husband Zach.
- 20:04Speaker 2: Oh my god, that whole thing with Jen being the provider,
- 20:09Speaker 2: and this doesn't make sense to me because she's like, well,
- 20:11Speaker 2: I'm paying for everything, including his medical education, and that's
- 20:16Speaker 2: really hard for him because he comes from a conservative,
- 20:19Speaker 2: like or traditional family, and like, well, then why the
- 20:21Speaker 2: heck isn't his family paying for his is schooling?
- 20:24Speaker 3: Yeah? Ye, his dad's a surgeon.
- 20:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 20:27Speaker 3: And also the hypocrisy of her mom works in the
- 20:31Speaker 3: house cleaning at the same hospital the dad works in,
- 20:33Speaker 3: and that is like she's footing the bill and the
- 20:37Speaker 3: dad's not helping. I think Jen came up in a
- 20:40Speaker 3: nicer family than Zach, to be honest.
- 20:43Speaker 2: Of course she did. And then also like her mom,
- 20:46Speaker 2: I felt like she was said, did you get the
- 20:49Speaker 2: vibe that she was a little embarrassed or ashamed of
- 20:51Speaker 2: her mom being a cleaning lady, because I was like, Babe,
- 20:55Speaker 2: I put some respect on that, because I hope not
- 20:59Speaker 2: I got that you did.
- 21:01Speaker 3: I didn't.
- 21:01Speaker 2: I didn't like that at all, And I didn't like
- 21:03Speaker 2: that Zach's parents how she feels. I'm glad she told
- 21:06Speaker 2: us that they she feels like a sense of judgment
- 21:09Speaker 2: from them. Yeah, because that's and that's not good. That's
- 21:12Speaker 2: not very nice, is it.
- 21:14Speaker 3: No?
- 21:15Speaker 4: Yeah, no, I think it's really No, I think it
- 21:16Speaker 4: is nice. I think it's really nice.
- 21:19Speaker 3: I didn't think it's nice. They're judging her and her family,
- 21:22Speaker 3: and that's lovely for a family that's blending. Her mom
- 21:28Speaker 3: is a hero, you know what I mean. So it's like,
- 21:30Speaker 3: but for them to kind of treat her less than
- 21:33Speaker 3: for whatever the reason. I don't like that. No, especially
- 21:37Speaker 3: if she's footing the bill and it seems like some
- 21:40Speaker 3: troubles coming are young and Zach at a casino.
- 21:45Speaker 4: It's Zach. He he's awful, like he just he's not hot,
- 21:53Speaker 4: and first of all, let's start there. Not hot, like
- 21:57Speaker 4: a milk dud, but like just a dud. He's a
- 22:01Speaker 4: milky dud.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Yeah, he's pretty milky.
- 22:04Speaker 3: A lot candy milky dud. Yeah, which I don't like
- 22:08Speaker 3: milk dud. So that was actually a good candy to
- 22:10Speaker 3: pick Emily.
- 22:11Speaker 2: Yeah, it was a perfect candy. Hate the milk dud.
- 22:14Speaker 3: Here's here's my list, here's my burn book for this show. Okay,
- 22:18Speaker 3: Zach and Whitney closed the book. I put it up
- 22:21Speaker 3: the shelf. I don't like either of them. The rest
- 22:24Speaker 3: of them I can handle, but I don't like Zach
- 22:26Speaker 3: and Whitney by buying the book on the shelf.
- 22:29Speaker 2: You know how they they titled the episodes like book
- 22:32Speaker 2: of this and whatever, so it's like the Book of
- 22:35Speaker 2: Whitney and Zach close for a So yeah, so that
- 22:41Speaker 2: was interesting because I did like that Jen was opening
- 22:44Speaker 2: up to Jesse about like, well, I used to just
- 22:47Speaker 2: go along with everything he says, and now I don't.
- 22:50Speaker 2: I say how I feel, and I'm like, well, good
- 22:52Speaker 2: for you. This is going to be really interesting as
- 22:54Speaker 2: she gets older and as they grow older, and maybe
- 22:57Speaker 2: they won't put up with enough shit. So that's in
- 22:59Speaker 2: a way, I'm kind of happy for them for mom talk.
- 23:03Speaker 2: I can't believe I just said that. Help me, help
- 23:05Speaker 2: me that maybe this gives them some sort of empowerment
- 23:09Speaker 2: in the sense that they are making money and they
- 23:12Speaker 2: can stand up to the patriarchy.
- 23:15Speaker 4: It blows my mind how much money they are bringing in.
- 23:19Speaker 2: Innatually, And I was like, who's Jen you know in
- 23:22Speaker 2: these videos because she's not even like Taylor or Whitney,
- 23:25Speaker 2: and she's paying for everything.
- 23:30Speaker 4: Even like even like Whitney deals the deal with the
- 23:33Speaker 4: brand twenty thousand dollars. Yeah, I just don't. My head
- 23:40Speaker 4: hurts when I think about it.
- 23:41Speaker 2: Now we know why Whitney could move to Hawaii for
- 23:44Speaker 2: a couple of months. Yeah, and yeah, it all makes
- 23:47Speaker 2: sense now.
- 23:48Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 23:49Speaker 3: Wow.
- 23:49Speaker 2: By the way, I saw on wherever TikTok that like
- 23:55Speaker 2: Zach Affleck isn't even related to Ben Affleck. That somebody
- 23:59Speaker 2: did you guys see that?
- 24:01Speaker 3: Yes?
- 24:01Speaker 4: I did.
- 24:02Speaker 2: Yeah, some sort of like uh family tree expert like
- 24:07Speaker 2: traced it and there's no connection or something.
- 24:10Speaker 3: I did that after I did my cartography. I went
- 24:14Speaker 3: into his family tree because I'm a genealogy cartographer, a genius.
- 24:24Speaker 3: I map your family. Look at what I just came
- 24:27Speaker 3: up with, a great business.
- 24:29Speaker 2: Now we are now talking.
- 24:34Speaker 4: We're mom talking.
- 24:36Speaker 2: Oh girl, Okay, So Whitney and Jen and Macy say
- 24:47Speaker 2: that they're the most devout of the group, right, wow, okay.
- 24:56Speaker 4: You're the most miserable. That's all that says.
- 24:59Speaker 2: I love seeing them getting botox and laughing gas. I
- 25:02Speaker 2: was like, girls, live your best life.
- 25:04Speaker 4: Wait a second, I've had botox filler. I would not
- 25:10Speaker 4: an option.
- 25:10Speaker 2: Here, never never get laughing gas.
- 25:14Speaker 4: I've had the thing on the in New York. No
- 25:17Speaker 4: laughing gas. I've had it in I've had it in
- 25:20Speaker 4: three different states. No laughing gas.
- 25:22Speaker 2: Wow, you've really taken your botox state to state. Wait,
- 25:27Speaker 2: how well, okay, where have you had botox? Obviously? Los Angeles,
- 25:30Speaker 2: New York. Where's the third Delaware? New Deli, New Delly.
- 25:39Speaker 4: Gotta get that sales free.
- 25:43Speaker 2: You're doing a jen Aiden. You're going to Turkey to
- 25:45Speaker 2: get all your work done.
- 25:46Speaker 4: Yes, but let me say I'm now locked in on
- 25:50Speaker 4: my person in La which I haven't gone to in
- 25:52Speaker 4: a minute. But but I the laughing guess thing I
- 25:57Speaker 4: was that was crazy.
- 25:59Speaker 2: But that's a again, that's a side step. That's like,
- 26:02Speaker 2: instead of drinking coffee, we're having soda and rotting our teeth.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Instead of smoking weed or having alcohol, we are gonna
- 26:10Speaker 2: put laughing gases in all of our salons.
- 26:13Speaker 3: And Kenny and ketamine. How I wanted to try it?
- 26:19Speaker 3: I don't know where to get that stuff.
- 26:22Speaker 4: Right in California, where it's the most liberal. You still
- 26:26Speaker 4: have to provide your own. Well, we're gonna go to
- 26:29Speaker 4: like a shaman thing or like a guided ketamine retreat.
- 26:34Speaker 4: You still got to get the ketymine yourself. I think
- 26:36Speaker 4: you could b y Okay, wait, I'm thinking of shrooms.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, I was gonna say, because you can get
- 26:42Speaker 2: ketamine fair.
- 26:43Speaker 4: Okay, yeah, yes, yeah, sorry, Yeah.
- 26:46Speaker 3: But the laugh rooms though, I wonder anyone Yeah, I
- 26:51Speaker 3: get that, I would.
- 26:52Speaker 4: Watch them, but the laughing guess too, wasn't just like
- 26:59Speaker 4: one hit. They were sucking it down like a milkshake.
- 27:01Speaker 2: Well they're I mean, can you blame them?
- 27:05Speaker 4: You know, I don't blame that.
- 27:10Speaker 2: They need something and like that's the thing. It's that
- 27:13Speaker 2: that's This was a great episode to see how the
- 27:17Speaker 2: Mormon culture in Utah is sidestepping the general things that
- 27:22Speaker 2: are available to all of us, and they're just going
- 27:24Speaker 2: in different directions. I mean, that's all it is.
- 27:26Speaker 4: But that's sanctioned by the state and a doctor. So
- 27:29Speaker 4: I can see them justifying like, oh, this is totally cool, right.
- 27:34Speaker 2: I wonder if they could get a coffee enema.
- 27:37Speaker 4: O yeah, probably just soaking.
- 27:44Speaker 2: I was just going to bring that up, but yeah, Jamie,
- 27:46Speaker 2: go ahead, and then we'll talk about something.
- 27:48Speaker 3: Yeah. No, I've had both sides of the spectrum with
- 27:53Speaker 3: a dentist, who I could be like, I'll take the
- 27:57Speaker 3: guess they like it's just a cleaning, Like I'll take
- 27:59Speaker 3: the gas. He's like absolutely, Like I used to give
- 28:03Speaker 3: me the gas for nothing. I'd be like, I'm here
- 28:05Speaker 3: to pick up my prescription. He's like you want some gas.
- 28:07Speaker 3: I'm like yes, at least cut to my current dentist.
- 28:13Speaker 3: He's like putting an implants and stuff. I'm like some
- 28:16Speaker 3: gas please. He's like, I have no gas in this office.
- 28:18Speaker 3: He's like, here's a here's a Thailand. I'm like Thailand.
- 28:21Speaker 3: Then I'm like I'm like what am I supposed to
- 28:23Speaker 3: do it? But you know, do you have any you
- 28:25Speaker 3: know he's about to do all this like uh implant work.
- 28:28Speaker 3: I'm like, do you have a like an anti anxiety
- 28:30Speaker 3: or something. He's like it's Thailand all. I'm like what.
- 28:33Speaker 3: So I just remember back to that other dentist. He'd
- 28:35Speaker 3: be like, you want the gas. I'd be like yes,
- 28:37Speaker 3: or I'd ask for it and he'd be like sure.
- 28:38Speaker 3: Like he liked me though, he thought I was really funny,
- 28:41Speaker 3: so every time I came in, we would like do
- 28:43Speaker 3: bits and stuff. But then he came to know that
- 28:45Speaker 3: I wanted the gas at every appointment, and they used
- 28:49Speaker 3: to smell like bubble gum. What flavor do you want,
- 28:53Speaker 3: like bubble gum?
- 28:53Speaker 4: Oh wow, I remember I forgot that that happened. Yeah,
- 28:57Speaker 4: you could get flavors.
- 28:59Speaker 2: Yeah wow.
- 29:01Speaker 3: But yes, I haven't had laughing gas in the long time.
- 29:03Speaker 3: But I just remember that one dentist who was super cool.
- 29:05Speaker 2: You know, we got to take a trip to Utah
- 29:08Speaker 2: and get you in that share in Jamil.
- 29:11Speaker 3: I do want to get photos. I've never had it,
- 29:13Speaker 3: y'all have.
- 29:14Speaker 2: Yeah, I've had it in my forehead, but I haven't
- 29:16Speaker 2: had it in so long.
- 29:18Speaker 3: Oh, I need any here, like I don't know if
- 29:21Speaker 3: you can see Emily and any watchers. But basically I
- 29:25Speaker 3: sleep on my head, so I get these two lines
- 29:28Speaker 3: here upside down. I sleep side my head because I'm
- 29:31Speaker 3: also a vampire cartographer and a theologist. I'm a vampire
- 29:37Speaker 3: contract But anyway, I want to get it shot up
- 29:41Speaker 3: in there. I need some money. I need a fucking
- 29:44Speaker 3: some kind of a sponsorship.
- 29:46Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, get sponsorship. Okay, let's talk about So let
- 29:52Speaker 2: me just pivot before we get into the details of
- 29:54Speaker 2: this episode into something that's a bit of an offshoot
- 29:57Speaker 2: about what what I've learned. It sounds like you've kind
- 30:00Speaker 2: of picked up on out there in the zeitgeist of
- 30:03Speaker 2: TikTok and articles and such. So one of the other
- 30:07Speaker 2: things that that that the Mormon culture some of them,
- 30:11Speaker 2: and I when I, I just want to make sure you
- 30:12Speaker 2: all know that I'm speaking of certain people, not everybody
- 30:17Speaker 2: as a whole of the Mormon culture. Okay, it's just
- 30:19Speaker 2: let's just talk about the mom talkers. They found they
- 30:22Speaker 2: found loopholes in their way of living their lives in
- 30:26Speaker 2: a reckless way by not doing it but trying to
- 30:31Speaker 2: do it within the confines of the rules of Mormonism.
- 30:34Speaker 2: And so for example, as we've just spoke about all
- 30:37Speaker 2: those things, now let's cut to the swinging and some
- 30:41Speaker 2: of the things that we heard that they would do
- 30:44Speaker 2: or perhaps other people would do. Is this hate even
- 30:49Speaker 2: describing those heavy Is this term called soaking, And it's
- 30:56Speaker 2: basically when there there is penetration but no movement, and
- 31:02Speaker 2: then there's someone else in the room that's like jumping,
- 31:05Speaker 2: jumping on the bed or bouncing the mattress, so that
- 31:09Speaker 2: they're not having any penetration themselves. There's there's insertion, there's
- 31:15Speaker 2: no penetration, but then other people do something in order
- 31:19Speaker 2: for them to have the penetration.
- 31:21Speaker 3: There is I think what there is. Insertion and penetration.
- 31:25Speaker 3: They're one and the same. But you're saying there's no thrusting.
- 31:29Speaker 4: Right, correct, Yeah, they're on top, they are.
- 31:34Speaker 2: Okay, so penetration isn't like okay, sorry, I don't know
- 31:40Speaker 2: what it is.
- 31:40Speaker 4: You watched the show Jury Duty, the awesome show where
- 31:45Speaker 4: they pretended that you know, there was a whole series
- 31:47Speaker 4: about a guy that didn't know he's on jury duty.
- 31:49Speaker 4: There's a scene where they do a soaking scene. Oh really,
- 31:54Speaker 4: it is really hilarious.
- 31:55Speaker 2: Okay, that's funny. So that's what they do. And I
- 31:59Speaker 2: believe that that's what they did in perhaps these swinging situations.
- 32:04Speaker 2: Maybe I allegedly, or at least maybe one person did
- 32:08Speaker 2: what have you? Maybe Taylor did. I don't know, so
- 32:12Speaker 2: I know it's really but do you see what I'm
- 32:14Speaker 2: saying like sidestepping, it's like, yeah, it doesn't make sense.
- 32:18Speaker 4: And the amount of brain work that it took to
- 32:22Speaker 4: come up with this, they could have cured cancer. Like
- 32:26Speaker 4: the amount of like this is all the activity that
- 32:31Speaker 4: you're using to justify and find loopholes, Yeah, could have
- 32:34Speaker 4: been put into science.
- 32:37Speaker 2: And another loophole would be literally in your back loophole,
- 32:40Speaker 2: and they're probably you know, because that doesn't count as
- 32:43Speaker 2: like righte me.
- 32:46Speaker 3: You know, this reminds me of when I came out
- 32:48Speaker 3: of pandemic and I was just wildly spending money and
- 32:51Speaker 3: I was telling myself like, it didn't do anything for
- 32:54Speaker 3: a year. Yeah, and then I was just buying things
- 32:57Speaker 3: and doing crazy shit. I'm like, it's fun you. How
- 33:01Speaker 3: much did you say when you were in the house
- 33:04Speaker 3: that I'm like ordering steak in lobscrap. I'm like, you
- 33:07Speaker 3: never had this for a year. And then I was like,
- 33:10Speaker 3: you know, eight thousand dollars later, I'm like, what are
- 33:12Speaker 3: you doing? Take I took like a little trip. I
- 33:14Speaker 3: was like, you didn't go anywhere.
- 33:17Speaker 4: For a year, and well, I kind of sign on
- 33:20Speaker 4: that you're not.
- 33:20Speaker 2: I don't want you to feel guilty about that.
- 33:23Speaker 3: But I'm just talking about the way we lie to
- 33:25Speaker 3: ourselves and the things we tell ourselves that we justify
- 33:29Speaker 3: to ourselves so that we see the rules.
- 33:32Speaker 2: Okay, well I'm codependent and I'm going to go ahead
- 33:34Speaker 2: and just say.
- 33:35Speaker 3: You're fine, thanks, babe.
- 33:37Speaker 2: Now let's talk about how funny that was to be it.
- 33:41Speaker 2: It was that the jizz salon. Jesse's salon is that jizz?
- 33:44Speaker 4: Oh yeah, okay, yeah, need to go there all the
- 33:47Speaker 4: time for a curling iron.
- 33:49Speaker 2: I mean those these gals and they're curling irons. O
- 33:52Speaker 2: my god. Uh So there, Jesse, we're a jizz with
- 33:57Speaker 2: dim Demi, which I think we've figured out. Her name
- 34:00Speaker 2: is Demi, which is actually the normal way to say it.
- 34:04Speaker 4: Say how you say it, okay, and I always say
- 34:07Speaker 4: Demi Moore and it's.
- 34:09Speaker 2: Wrong me to me me too, okay. So then we
- 34:13Speaker 2: find out that they're like uninvited to the baby blessing
- 34:17Speaker 2: and they straight up facetimed Jen, who answers and then
- 34:21Speaker 2: as to answer. And this was like the like, so
- 34:23Speaker 2: this is very housewife and I was very impressed that
- 34:25Speaker 2: they dealt with it head on. And then she brings
- 34:28Speaker 2: Zack in and by god and she's like no, Jiz
- 34:31Speaker 2: is like, no, we had a date in the time.
- 34:33Speaker 2: We had a date in a time, And what did
- 34:35Speaker 2: you guys think of this scene?
- 34:37Speaker 4: Like Zach had that bro explanation sing song voice where
- 34:42Speaker 4: he thinks he's being real in charge of the situation,
- 34:46Speaker 4: and it's like, you know, I think like the time
- 34:51Speaker 4: was not concrete and it's just like really important to
- 34:56Speaker 4: me shut up ten years.
- 35:00Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I do think I believe Jen wholeheartedly
- 35:03Speaker 3: that this was all Zach or maybe just a skeitch
- 35:06Speaker 3: of her if she's really good at hiding things. But also,
- 35:10Speaker 3: you know, I will say Devil's advocate side. We're on
- 35:13Speaker 3: a TV show together, and once we saw that blessing,
- 35:17Speaker 3: it is pretty frickin' intimate intimate. But also then why
- 35:22Speaker 3: are the cameras there? So there's a lot Again, hypocrisy
- 35:25Speaker 3: is the word of the day. If it's that sacred,
- 35:28Speaker 3: why are there nineteen people in your house tracking through
- 35:32Speaker 3: with boom mics? And you know what I'm saying, Yeah,
- 35:35Speaker 3: but I kind of got it because yeah, he's not
- 35:39Speaker 3: very close with those husbands. They can't disrespect his parents'
- 35:42Speaker 3: house and they want the room to be pure at
- 35:46Speaker 3: something like that. You don't want any haters, just like
- 35:49Speaker 3: how Shannon Doherty said, don't come to my funeral. I
- 35:52Speaker 3: don't want you there because you're fake, which I thought
- 35:55Speaker 3: was I respected that when that was her wishes because
- 35:58Speaker 3: she knew that people would be there and they're there
- 36:00Speaker 3: for themselves.
- 36:03Speaker 2: There completely agree, and I can excuse the cameras only because,
- 36:08Speaker 2: if anything, that's just shedding light on something special for
- 36:14Speaker 2: the Mormon culture. And there was nothing wrong like well,
- 36:16Speaker 2: I mean, I mean there was a lot wrong that
- 36:19Speaker 2: I personally had some some issues with their tradition. But
- 36:23Speaker 2: in terms of like the men are only allowed to
- 36:25Speaker 2: do the blessing, you know, the women are, so I
- 36:28Speaker 2: mean I take issue with that, but I also take
- 36:30Speaker 2: issue with that in the Catholic Church. You know, women
- 36:32Speaker 2: are not priests right now, and that's a problem for
- 36:35Speaker 2: me personally.
- 36:36Speaker 3: So been trying and yeah, you went to the seminary
- 36:41Speaker 3: school and you have been screwed over every tie. Tell
- 36:44Speaker 3: you we're gone for seven years. And I mean I.
- 36:53Speaker 2: Would kill it, kill it on the pulpit.
- 36:58Speaker 3: Payers are good in front of crowds, you know.
- 37:01Speaker 2: Of course. But so you know, I did agree with
- 37:05Speaker 2: them the cameras being there, I didn't have a problem
- 37:07Speaker 2: with that, So I'm able to excuse that. And what
- 37:10Speaker 2: I did realize is that it is incredibly intimate. It
- 37:14Speaker 2: is incredibly serious in terms of like when the men
- 37:18Speaker 2: were in that circle and they all have you know,
- 37:20Speaker 2: they're giving the baby the blessing. You don't want to have,
- 37:24Speaker 2: you know, Jordan and his flask next to you. I'm sorry,
- 37:28Speaker 2: it's just not going to work. So for that matter,
- 37:31Speaker 2: I kind of thought it was Jen Jen had a misstep.
- 37:34Speaker 2: I think she just got too excited. She probably didn't
- 37:37Speaker 2: anticipate that that event was going to happen at the
- 37:40Speaker 2: house at his graduation and all this stuff. So but
- 37:43Speaker 2: she definitely screwed up, I think in terms of like
- 37:47Speaker 2: talking a lot more than she should have, you know,
- 37:50Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 37:52Speaker 3: But also just the blatant and invitation. Everyone's invited to
- 37:55Speaker 3: the thing. That's where she's like, just keep it the
- 37:59Speaker 3: way it is. And I think we've seen this throughout
- 38:01Speaker 3: the history of Housewives where there are a few things
- 38:04Speaker 3: where it's like I didn't invite Ken yet because I
- 38:07Speaker 3: don't want that energy at my fill in the blank,
- 38:10Speaker 3: you know what I mean. So so so yeah, but
- 38:14Speaker 3: no matter what, he's annoying, Yeah, no matter. And also,
- 38:18Speaker 3: don't be in the background of my phone call. I
- 38:20Speaker 3: don't like that when the husband's in the background.
- 38:23Speaker 2: Well she called him in, even still him in.
- 38:27Speaker 4: Yeah, she welcomed him in.
- 38:29Speaker 2: I kind of was. I actually love that that. Jiz
- 38:33Speaker 2: was like, well, I mean no, we actually were invited.
- 38:36Speaker 2: We were planning on going, and she did get kind
- 38:38Speaker 2: of bitchy about it, but I also was like, yeah,
- 38:41Speaker 2: you should you should call someone out if you are
- 38:44Speaker 2: this well, I don't even know, Okay, maybe you shouldn't
- 38:47Speaker 2: call him out. I'm just saying it was incredibly entertaining
- 38:50Speaker 2: to be have an invitation, then have an invitation, and
- 38:54Speaker 2: then call someone out on it is epic for reality television.
- 38:57Speaker 2: So I really enjoyed it from beginning to end. But
- 38:59Speaker 2: you know, for him to be like, well, it's our
- 39:02Speaker 2: baby blessing with all you know, it's not yours, I'm like, oh,
- 39:04Speaker 2: fuck you. Like that's where the hypocrisy comes in. It's like,
- 39:08Speaker 2: this is where you know, Jesse. I'm sorry. DEMI had
- 39:13Speaker 2: a point, isn't it for shouldn't it be for people
- 39:17Speaker 2: who are Mormon and want to see something this beautiful
- 39:22Speaker 2: so that attracts them more to the religion. And I
- 39:26Speaker 2: don't know, I saw her point too, like, don't exclude
- 39:29Speaker 2: people who you consider to be not as good Mormons
- 39:32Speaker 2: as you. So that did seem like a slap in
- 39:35Speaker 2: the face, and I thought that was not a good look.
- 39:37Speaker 2: So I do I kind of like see both sides,
- 39:40Speaker 2: and I almost feel like, well, maybe they could have
- 39:42Speaker 2: done the blessing intimately and then had a party after,
- 39:46Speaker 2: invited everybody and had a like a perfect way to
- 39:49Speaker 2: include people I don't know.
- 39:52Speaker 3: Don't ever think it amy, Yeah, she doesn't need to
- 39:56Speaker 3: have two parties. It's like, you know, she's already footing
- 39:59Speaker 3: the bill for the whole medical school of the rich
- 40:02Speaker 3: kid with the rich parents, so now let's not have
- 40:06Speaker 3: two parties. I want to say something that really has
- 40:09Speaker 3: been sticking out to me. That's it. Jazz and Demi
- 40:14Speaker 3: look very similar. They're like almost, yes.
- 40:18Speaker 4: It's all similar. If I don't wear my glasses, I'm
- 40:23Speaker 4: screwed watching this show.
- 40:26Speaker 2: I just kind of let it go and I'm like,
- 40:27Speaker 2: I'll figure it out later.
- 40:29Speaker 4: I will say, I'm very impressed with myself how quickly
- 40:33Speaker 4: I've been able to identify people now. I thought when
- 40:36Speaker 4: we first started this, I was like, forget it. It's
- 40:38Speaker 4: just a wall of hair and I'm never going to know.
- 40:42Speaker 4: But I'm starting to get it. I mean, TikTok and
- 40:44Speaker 4: watching videos has been helpful.
- 40:46Speaker 3: But okay, I want to test myself. Okay, Macey Taylor,
- 40:51Speaker 3: I know who they are. Whitney. I know who she is.
- 40:54Speaker 3: Jess and Demi twins, really tiny girl who had a
- 41:01Speaker 3: baby at sixteen, can't remember her name. Mikayla, Mikayla. Is
- 41:06Speaker 3: there a Laila?
- 41:08Speaker 2: Yes?
- 41:08Speaker 3: Okay? And is that all of them?
- 41:10Speaker 2: And then Jen.
- 41:12Speaker 3: Jen oh, Jen Affleck We've been talking.
- 41:15Speaker 2: I swear to God, I've been the same. Who's who's Whitney?
- 41:19Speaker 3: Like? I guess? Are there eight of them?
- 41:21Speaker 2: It sounds like it. I would have never been able
- 41:23Speaker 2: to tell you.
- 41:24Speaker 4: Then anybody's guests.
- 41:27Speaker 2: By the way, Angela sent to us this hilarious thing.
- 41:30Speaker 2: You can mormon wifify yourself on this app and it
- 41:35Speaker 2: and so I'm gonna show you Angela's if you're watching this,
- 41:38Speaker 2: you put your picture in there and then it puts
- 41:41Speaker 2: you in the blue jacket and it gives you a
- 41:44Speaker 2: new name. And her name is wait, that's that's Deanna. Okay,
- 41:48Speaker 2: so her name is instead of Deanna, It's day LN
- 41:51Speaker 2: hosts Rogue Bingo Nights Always Wins. Husband found out about
- 41:56Speaker 2: her illicit essential oil collection and down a lucrative Magic
- 42:02Speaker 2: Underwear sponsorship deal. She's got really long hair.
- 42:07Speaker 3: I didn't do it, but I thought it was very funny.
- 42:09Speaker 2: I didn't do anything.
- 42:10Speaker 4: And then and Deann somebody said, they are totally I'm
- 42:13Speaker 4: giving away all this information to be to do this
- 42:16Speaker 4: app and I was like, well that is like didn't
- 42:20Speaker 4: ancestry dot com is owned by the Mormon Church and
- 42:23Speaker 4: they take all they took all the old census records
- 42:27Speaker 4: like in the United States, they have all the records
- 42:31Speaker 4: and that's how they get this information. And they on
- 42:36Speaker 4: the back end, after these people all died, have made
- 42:39Speaker 4: them all like in the Mormon Church or something like that.
- 42:43Speaker 4: It's pretty crazy.
- 42:45Speaker 2: Wait that last part.
- 42:46Speaker 4: What Yeah, there's some weird thing where all these dead
- 42:52Speaker 4: people like my Greek grandfather is now a Mormon.
- 42:58Speaker 2: Like, but why would they do that if it's so
- 43:00Speaker 2: sacred it's so hard to get in. I doesn't know
- 43:04Speaker 2: that doesn't.
- 43:04Speaker 3: Want the numbers they want to want. Maybe they're trying
- 43:07Speaker 3: to best. They could be trying to bless their souls
- 43:09Speaker 3: after the fact.
- 43:10Speaker 4: That's what's happening.
- 43:12Speaker 2: They're clouding up one hundred and forty four thousand. There's
- 43:14Speaker 2: no more room for anybody else.
- 43:18Speaker 4: Not according to ancestry dot com.
- 43:20Speaker 2: Well, I'm glad I did twenty three and me then.
- 43:23Speaker 4: Well, that's not looking for your ancestors shipping records. That's
- 43:29Speaker 4: twenty three me is your DNA. Oh oh, ancestry like no.
- 43:34Speaker 4: Ancestry dot com is like figuring out your family tree
- 43:37Speaker 4: based on public records.
- 43:39Speaker 3: Mapping it the genealogy like my business genealogy mapping by
- 43:45Speaker 3: Jane who.
- 43:47Speaker 2: Thank you for explaining that to me. I did not
- 43:49Speaker 2: know they were so different.
- 43:50Speaker 3: Yeah, because you're getting your DNA on one, but on
- 43:52Speaker 3: the other one you're like, oh, my great great grandmother's
- 43:55Speaker 3: name was Phyllis Thompson.
- 44:01Speaker 2: Okay, guys, hold on before we keep talking about this,
- 44:03Speaker 2: I need to take a break and talk to you
- 44:05Speaker 2: about Way Way haircare. It's my favorite. I was using
- 44:08Speaker 2: this before I was even doing ads, So what a
- 44:11Speaker 2: perfect combination for me to talk about this. I actually
- 44:14Speaker 2: just did an Instagram story showing the two products that
- 44:18Speaker 2: me and Baby Doworter use all the time. We both
- 44:20Speaker 2: use the Detok shampoo and the Leaven conditioner. It is
- 44:24Speaker 2: such a game changer. Baby Doorter, like she's in the
- 44:27Speaker 2: pool the other day, was like, what wasn't in her hair?
- 44:31Speaker 2: You know, face paint, chlorine, you name it. And I
- 44:35Speaker 2: was like, we got to get you weight up with
- 44:38Speaker 2: some Detok shampoo and then the tangles. The Leavin conditioner
- 44:41Speaker 2: is amazing for both she and I. Also, I just
- 44:44Speaker 2: recently got my hair done and I made sure before
- 44:47Speaker 2: I did that, I did my Ways Conditioning hair mask,
- 44:50Speaker 2: which really prepares my hair. It puts it in such
- 44:53Speaker 2: a great state. It's for fine to medium and thick hair.
- 44:57Speaker 2: You know, I am not a fan of my fine,
- 44:59Speaker 2: thin hair, but that's what I have to work with.
- 45:02Speaker 2: So thank goodness that Way can deal with all kinds
- 45:05Speaker 2: of different hair types. What is your hair type? If
- 45:08Speaker 2: you don't know what it is, you can go ahead
- 45:10Speaker 2: on their website and take a quiz and find out
- 45:12Speaker 2: what it is that you are and what you need.
- 45:15Speaker 2: And if you have curls that are craving moisture, you
- 45:17Speaker 2: can hydrate your thick strands with Ways Thick Hair shampoo
- 45:20Speaker 2: and conditioner. And don't get me started about the scent.
- 45:23Speaker 2: It is so good, you guys. I even got responses
- 45:26Speaker 2: to my Instagram story being like, oh, this smell it's
- 45:29Speaker 2: so good. I was like, I know. Anyway, there's something
- 45:33Speaker 2: for everybody. Make sure you check it out and I

- 45:58Speaker 2: about skincare, something I'm I'm very happy to talk about
- 46:01Speaker 2: because I love One's Skin. Who happens to be the
- 46:04Speaker 2: sponsor of today's episode. I've been using their os one
- 46:07Speaker 2: face topical supplement, and I've also been using their eye supplement.
- 46:12Speaker 2: Now here's the thing that I love about One's Skin.
- 46:15Speaker 2: They've got the age reversal technology. Yeah. Can we get
- 46:19Speaker 2: a shout out for age reversal technology? See Treating the
- 46:22Speaker 2: symptoms rather than the root causes of aging has been
- 46:25Speaker 2: the norm. Most skincare available on the market is designed
- 46:28Speaker 2: to provide a temporary reduction in visible signs of aging,
- 46:32Speaker 2: addressing just the surface symptoms of an underlying decline in
- 46:36Speaker 2: the skin. But one Skin, They've got the stuff. Their
- 46:41Speaker 2: topical supplements are powered by their proprietary peptide OS one,
- 46:46Speaker 2: scientifically proven to target the dysfunctional cinescent cells that start
- 46:50Speaker 2: to accumulate around age thirty. Sound familiar. Yeah, we all
- 46:54Speaker 2: notice a change in our skin. So these are the
- 46:57Speaker 2: cells that make skin dull, dry, and more prone to
- 47:01Speaker 2: lines and wrinkles. All of one Skin's products for the
- 47:04Speaker 2: face and body, including their new mineral sunscreens, are backed
- 47:07Speaker 2: by lab and clinical studies and more than eight thousand
- 47:11Speaker 2: and five star reviews. I don't know about you, but
- 47:14Speaker 2: I want changes to start with my cells, and that's
- 47:17Speaker 2: what they're doing. For a limited time, you can try
- 47:20Speaker 2: one Skin for fifteen percent off using the code Drama

- 47:41Speaker 2: After your purchase, they'll ask you where you heard about them.
- 47:43Speaker 2: Please support my show and tell them I sent you,
- 47:45Speaker 2: Darling listeners. This episode's proudly brought to you by Low lev,
- 47:50Speaker 2: an award winning hair care line founded by my best
- 47:53Speaker 2: friend Jennifer Aniston. Okay, I might that might be a
- 47:57Speaker 2: little bit of a stretch, but I'd like to think
- 47:59Speaker 2: that we're besties in my head because she's giving me
- 48:02Speaker 2: incredible advice on hair. We all go through it. We
- 48:06Speaker 2: all torture our hair, coloring, heat styling, I mean so
- 48:10Speaker 2: much of it. Scorching sun anyone. I'm still in the
- 48:14Speaker 2: heat in Santa Clarita. It's literally one hundred and five
- 48:17Speaker 2: decrees the other day. So when you are dealing with
- 48:20Speaker 2: this type of thing, I highly recommend the intensive repair treatment.
- 48:25Speaker 2: It has so much to give. It's clinically proven to
- 48:28Speaker 2: repair and rebuild all types of hair, and it's a
- 48:31Speaker 2: game changer. How can we not listen to Jen? Jen
- 48:34Speaker 2: was fed up with incessant damage and the choice between
- 48:37Speaker 2: using hair care products that worked versus those that were
- 48:40Speaker 2: genuinely beneficial, so she decided to create the product that
- 48:45Speaker 2: she wanted. She worked with chemists. Can you imagine Jennifer
- 48:49Speaker 2: working with chemists? Yeah, oh, you've proprietary bond technology. I
- 48:53Speaker 2: love it. So now she's delivering us both naturally derived
- 48:57Speaker 2: ingredients and high performance results from chia seeds. This technology
- 49:02Speaker 2: constructs a new protective cuticle around the hair where damage
- 49:06Speaker 2: begins to keep it healthy and looking its best. Think
- 49:09Speaker 2: of it as an all around defense against signs of
- 49:12Speaker 2: aging and damage on the hair. Yes, our hair ages,
- 49:16Speaker 2: but it doesn't have to look like that. And here's
- 49:18Speaker 2: a treat for you for my awesome listeners. For a

- 51:11Speaker 2: slash d d. Okay, guys, let's get back into secret
- 51:14Speaker 2: lives of Mormon wives. They've been uninvited. Zach, he's a
- 51:19Speaker 2: douche and DEMI understands and like basically ends the call
- 51:24Speaker 2: pretty cool, which I thought was very nice. And she's like,
- 51:27Speaker 2: I hope you have a really blessed day. Now, let's
- 51:29Speaker 2: get into the Gallantine's Day party. Let's get into the cereal.
- 51:36Speaker 3: Might I say, Whitney is everything they're saying. She's such
- 51:40Speaker 3: so much ego and she did mess up, but she
- 51:43Speaker 3: will not take any accountability and she's definitely a gas later, Yeah,
- 51:48Speaker 3: because what she did was inappropriate. When I if I
- 51:51Speaker 3: tell you a personal joke, a personal story, and you
- 51:54Speaker 3: bring it as a gift and you go, it's an
- 51:56Speaker 3: inside joke, bitch, you're on TV.
- 51:58Speaker 2: Inside joke, my aid, inside joke. Yeah, and you also
- 52:03Speaker 2: told the story in a separate scene so that we're
- 52:07Speaker 2: gonna put it together. And now she's she's like side
- 52:11Speaker 2: stepping it, which is very common for what they do.
- 52:15Speaker 2: It's it's like she's finding all these loopholes to not
- 52:17Speaker 2: say it outright, but she's showing physically kind of Can
- 52:21Speaker 2: you please tell me what you think the fruity pebbles
- 52:24Speaker 2: scenario actually was, let's go, Uh, who wants to go first?
- 52:29Speaker 4: I don't think there was actual fruity pebbles involved. I
- 52:32Speaker 4: think it was the flavor of whatever was happening. I
- 52:37Speaker 4: don't know.
- 52:38Speaker 2: Okay, Well, why you say what you.
- 52:41Speaker 4: Mean, because they said it was about It wasn't about
- 52:44Speaker 4: the cereals, about the flavor.
- 52:46Speaker 2: That was the clue.
- 52:48Speaker 3: Okay, I know what it is.
- 52:50Speaker 2: Oh you do. Oh well, then what are we waiting for? James,
- 52:54Speaker 2: I'm excited.
- 52:55Speaker 4: Made me look like a fucking idiot.
- 52:58Speaker 2: That was so whitney.
- 53:00Speaker 3: I raised my hand to go first.
- 53:02Speaker 2: I didn't see it.
- 53:04Speaker 3: She He was pleasuring her with his mouth as she
- 53:11Speaker 3: squatted upon his face. And all it is is he
- 53:15Speaker 3: simply said, your vagina tastes like fruity pebbles. And they
- 53:21Speaker 3: all laughed about it. And then she was can't be right.
- 53:25Speaker 3: My husband said my vagina tastes like fruity pebbles, and
- 53:29Speaker 3: everyone was laughing. And that's what happened.
- 53:32Speaker 2: He said that where did you hear Brett?
- 53:36Speaker 3: Brett said to Demi your vagina. He's husband, Brett. He
- 53:43Speaker 3: gets around his has he has family in Utah. I
- 53:47Speaker 3: mapped it provo, specifically his he she's she squatted on
- 53:54Speaker 3: his face, and then he said, we heard that's what happened.
- 54:00Speaker 2: I'm asking you where you heard this story. Oh, you're
- 54:06Speaker 2: just taking it from the clues.
- 54:09Speaker 3: The whole story is in the clips.
- 54:12Speaker 2: Okay, well I don't, okay, I respectfully disagree. I think
- 54:16Speaker 2: it's way more. I think it's more than that.
- 54:19Speaker 4: Jav are you ahead of us and watching it?
- 54:22Speaker 3: But there's okay, so there albums laying on the floor
- 54:24Speaker 3: and she goes, you know, the story, and then she
- 54:27Speaker 3: pretends to get on her and they're like, you're not
- 54:29Speaker 3: doing that, naughty. So there's that part, and then they
- 54:33Speaker 3: kept saying the taste, the taste. Put those two clues
- 54:36Speaker 3: together and we have the story. What you guys think
- 54:39Speaker 3: it's more than that?
- 54:40Speaker 4: Yes, yeah, the way, because they will they will talk
- 54:43Speaker 4: about like some of this stuff pretty openly.
- 54:47Speaker 2: I mean, there was something involved.
- 54:53Speaker 4: The darlings from the future that have finished are like screaming.
- 54:57Speaker 2: But maybe, but who knows if that they've told who knows?
- 55:02Speaker 2: I mean my future they even say it.
- 55:04Speaker 4: I bet that they do, because well, who knows. But
- 55:08Speaker 4: I think, like it seems I would think it's going
- 55:11Speaker 4: to come back up. Is there going to be a reunion?
- 55:15Speaker 2: By the way, all right, hold on a second, I'm
- 55:17Speaker 2: gonna pause this. Okay, So I'm just kind of googling,
- 55:21Speaker 2: and the first thing that pops up, DEMI hasn't ever
- 55:24Speaker 2: gone on record explaining, but many have hypothesized in her
- 55:30Speaker 2: comment section that the fruity pebbles were either an edible
- 55:34Speaker 2: addition to oral sex, or that she used them to
- 55:37Speaker 2: sweeten the taste her urine when engaging in so called
- 55:41Speaker 2: golden shower.
- 55:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 55:45Speaker 2: No, what do you even know? I mean, if it
- 55:49Speaker 2: was just yeah, I mean, well, then let's google.
- 55:52Speaker 3: Is it like asparagus makes your peach smell bad? I
- 55:57Speaker 3: think there are some darlings out there who think I'm right.
- 56:00Speaker 3: Please now, on my phone forever, it's gonna say, does
- 56:06Speaker 3: beaudy pebbles sweeten your peet? That's not good for my
- 56:11Speaker 3: phone to say that.
- 56:12Speaker 4: I mean, I just don't imagine that it does.
- 56:15Speaker 2: Yeah, well, that's the word out there. I guess you
- 56:18Speaker 2: know that's that's what we're gonna be.
- 56:21Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, My guess is it's just simple. But they
- 56:25Speaker 3: don't talk about oral sex in that group, and they
- 56:28Speaker 3: just think it's funny that he said that. They think
- 56:31Speaker 3: it's funny that she squatted down on his face and
- 56:34Speaker 3: then he goes, oh, baby, your vagina tastes like fruity pebbles,
- 56:39Speaker 3: And for them that's a big deal, just like not
- 56:42Speaker 3: a hot tub with our friends, Amy, our friends have
- 56:45Speaker 3: one hundred flasks in the hot tub. That was a
- 56:47Speaker 3: big deal for them. This is a big deal for
- 56:50Speaker 3: them now they talk about sex.
- 56:54Speaker 4: Though they would have said that would not have been
- 56:57Speaker 4: she would have just said it. I don't think Whitney
- 57:01Speaker 4: would have gone so hard if that was it. It
- 57:05Speaker 4: was definitely something that they were all even more embarrased.
- 57:09Speaker 2: Yeah, like it's like changing the taste of your vagina.
- 57:13Speaker 2: So I just thought that she here's what I thought.
- 57:15Speaker 2: I thought she put fruity pebbles in her vagina and
- 57:18Speaker 2: he ate them out of her.
- 57:20Speaker 4: That's what I was happy to be painful.
- 57:22Speaker 2: But maybe I don't know. Maybe there was milk.
- 57:27Speaker 3: And I also tell everyone something I have. I have
- 57:30Speaker 3: to tell y'all something. There's nothing I like better than
- 57:34Speaker 3: those fruity pebbles and my men cheese frozen yogurt. That's
- 57:37Speaker 3: my favorite. Tapping to put in my ment cheese.
- 57:42Speaker 4: Of any of this without shout out mentioned vagina.
- 57:47Speaker 3: Okay, keep going, I gotta talk about Whitney.
- 57:51Speaker 2: Come on, Okay, go on, Okay, let's go. Okay, So yeah,
- 57:54Speaker 2: let's go tell me so Whitney what a bitch?
- 57:57Speaker 1: Uh?
- 57:58Speaker 3: So?
- 57:59Speaker 2: Should we just go to at the birthday party, Let's
- 58:02Speaker 2: just go to Yeah, let's go to the girls trip
- 58:04Speaker 2: in Park City.
- 58:07Speaker 4: When they go to a place that looks just like
- 58:09Speaker 4: all their homes.
- 58:10Speaker 2: Yeah, oh my god.
- 58:12Speaker 3: This looks like we're back at our house. We didn't go.
- 58:21Speaker 2: Okay, So it's the Sinners and the Saints and they
- 58:23Speaker 2: leave and so what's up? Whitney brings the matching mom
- 58:31Speaker 2: talk sweatsuits. Loved seeing the behind the scenes of them
- 58:37Speaker 2: making the TikTok videos. Honestly, would love more of that,
- 58:42Speaker 2: would love more of it. Uh So then we they
- 58:45Speaker 2: have a dinner, then they go to Dimmi's on Unanimous
- 58:50Speaker 2: Truth Box and we get Whitney, why don't you like Taylor?
- 58:54Speaker 2: Are you jealous of her clout? And they love to
- 58:57Speaker 2: use the word clout. That's definitely a Salt Lake City,
- 59:00Speaker 2: that's Utah thing. Whitney was like, No, I was jealous
- 59:03Speaker 2: of the forgiveness that Taylor got that I that I
- 59:06Speaker 2: didn't get after the rs V video, which we have
- 59:09Speaker 2: not talked about on this podcast, that Whitney did a
- 59:14Speaker 2: TikTok video while her baby was in the uh what
- 59:19Speaker 2: Nikki Nicki Intensive care unit? With RSV and he was
- 59:25Speaker 2: in the background. He was getting better, and she decided
- 59:29Speaker 2: that she wanted to do a TikTok dance with the
- 59:32Speaker 2: baby in the shot, and it threw the world in
- 59:35Speaker 2: a tizzy to which I, oh, can.
- 59:39Speaker 3: I tell you. When I saw that TikTok before I
- 59:41Speaker 3: ever watched this show, I thought she was doing brilliant satire.
- 59:46Speaker 2: I was like, this is so yes, funny, Yes.
- 59:49Speaker 3: I was like, she this woman is a genius, Like
- 59:52Speaker 3: this is such a good bit. So to later find
- 59:56Speaker 3: out that this was real, I was like.
- 59:59Speaker 2: Like, a little you would find out that it was
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: actually real later.
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: I did. Later I did, and I think before the
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: show maybe even but but I'm telling you, the moment
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: I saw it, I was like, this lady is so smart.
- 1:00:12Speaker 3: This is such a good commentary on what TikTok is.
- 1:00:16Speaker 3: And then she was serious.
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: I can't even like, you can't even chalk it up
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: to your young and stupid. There's just no way to
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: put that in a category for it to make sense.
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: Anyone noticed in the truth Box that both of the
- 1:00:33Speaker 3: pieces of paper in front of Whitney were teal blue,
- 1:00:37Speaker 3: and that both of the questions for Whitney were teal blue.
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: Because I noticed that I did what I to be
- 1:00:46Speaker 3: sure wrote her own questions she wanted to say the
- 1:00:53Speaker 3: things that she said, and then I thought maybe she
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: wrote another one, and I rewound it and it was yellow.
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: All all the note cards were different colors, and the
- 1:01:01Speaker 3: camera showed Whitney with two teal cards in front of her,
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: and both of the other peoples were for her.
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: Wow, that's so Whitney.
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: The other questions were she had all different color note cards.
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: She had all different colors, pink, yellow.
- 1:01:19Speaker 4: Blue, interesting, and I was like, oh, I think a catch.
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, when Taylor was like, I've gotten so much
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: hate up to this day for everything that's happened to her,
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: and Whitney has no idea. I totally believe her. And
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: then Whitney Jesse says that Whitney says she has told
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: her that she's jealous of Taylor, and she just doesn't
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: say it to her face. And then Taylor gets the question,
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: if you found out today that Dakota lied and he
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: actually slept with Jenna, would you leave him even though
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: you're having his baby? And she was like a hundred
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: thousand percent would be dead to me, which I mean
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: I don't know what happens on this show, but I
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: did see a spoiler for where we are in real time.
- 1:02:07Speaker 4: Yeah I saw that too.
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: Oh okay, but they're not together. Okay. So now Whitney
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: told and that Whitney says everything to everybody. She told
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: Jen that Demi said she was two Mormon, and Whitney agreed,
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: which he didn't want to admit to. Whitney also told
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: Jen that Demi said Taylor was white trash, and then
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: you know, Demi really she took the reins from here
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: on out by like just she was on one from
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: here on out. She just took and just ripped Whitney
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: to shreds continued to and she also was pretty forthcoming
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: with Taylor by saying, yeah, you were flirting with my
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: husband right in front of me, And what did you
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: think about Taylor being like, well, yeah, I mean I'm
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: a swinger.
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: I'd like Hilorry.
- 1:02:57Speaker 4: Yeah, I like Taylor too, because it's like you can
- 1:03:01Speaker 4: get somewhere with both of them, and you can't get
- 1:03:04Speaker 4: anywhere with Whitney.
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: So when she was finally being called out for all
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: her shit and then Whitney stomps away and then she's
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: crying and she's just like deny, you know, denying stuff,
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: and they get nuts to Jamie, bless you.
- 1:03:22Speaker 3: That was quite a sneeze. It came out of nowhere,
- 1:03:24Speaker 3: and I used one of my good napkins, even.
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: Oh dear a cocktail napkin, nonetheless napkin. Well, Taylor and
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: Whitney go and finally talk, and Taylor seemed to be
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: very empathetic towards Whitney, and it looked like they were
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: going to make some headway, and then ultimately Demi crashed
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: into that, which I didn't think she should have done,
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: but it made for an interesting I loved it, yeah.
- 1:03:50Speaker 4: Because it really was I didn't quite get it at first,
- 1:03:54Speaker 4: and then I was like, good for you because she
- 1:03:56Speaker 4: could see Whitney about to get away with it, and
- 1:04:00Speaker 4: Whitney can get herself into a gym and then there's
- 1:04:04Speaker 4: like a loosening up and people forgive her pretty quickly,
- 1:04:09Speaker 4: and I was like, no, lean in to me get it.
- 1:04:12Speaker 3: I liked that too, Yeah, and I thought it was
- 1:04:15Speaker 3: really stupid that Whitney kept going, I'm just such a
- 1:04:20Speaker 3: bussy for crying. I'm like, no, you got caught. If
- 1:04:23Speaker 3: it's ever happened to any of us. Sometimes you get
- 1:04:25Speaker 3: caught with your hand in the cookie jar and he
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: doesn't have to own up to it. And then I
- 1:04:30Speaker 3: absolutely was disgusted at Macy's birthday party, how she was
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: sitting at the table crying, bitch, it's not about you
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: right now. It is about Macy's birthday. And then she
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: goes everyone could just be having fun and acting like
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: everything's okay, and I'm like, they're doing that to give
- 1:04:45Speaker 3: someone a nice birthday. I've done it. We all have,
- 1:04:49Speaker 3: we have problems, but if the whole group goes out
- 1:04:52Speaker 3: for someone's birthday, you give them a nice birthday. For
- 1:04:54Speaker 3: gods sakes. What life is hard enough, so sitting next
- 1:04:58Speaker 3: to it. If I was having my birthday party and Amy,
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: you were sitting next to me crying because you've got
- 1:05:04Speaker 3: in a fight with someone, Sorry, but I don't like that.
- 1:05:06Speaker 3: I would. I would probably. I would probably get you
- 1:05:09Speaker 3: in the room and be like, I know you're upset
- 1:05:11Speaker 3: at Heather. These are the hilarious things because Amy never
- 1:05:15Speaker 3: has been in a fight with anyone. But it's like,
- 1:05:17Speaker 3: and neither has Heather to go Actually, I should be
- 1:05:21Speaker 3: the one crying in this scenario, But like I would
- 1:05:26Speaker 3: be like, Amy, come on, can you pull it together?
- 1:05:28Speaker 3: It's my birthday? Like, you know, I just thought that
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: was wild.
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: It's so selfish, so completely self centered, so clearly her personality.
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: And then she's like walks away and then she comes
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: back with the cake. I'm like, did you even oh, gosh, cake.
- 1:05:48Speaker 4: So she wants to drag that toilet paper out, maybe
- 1:05:51Speaker 4: into the kitchen, and then no one stopped her.
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: That's when I'm saying, too, I think the cameraman film
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: the two blue cards in front of her. Just look
- 1:06:03Speaker 3: at that truth box part. Yeah, probably, but yeah, that
- 1:06:08Speaker 3: toilet paper was the best thing I've seen on television since.
- 1:06:12Speaker 2: Okay, it was amazing, amazing. Well after you know, this
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: was interesting that Demi said that Whitney did Kennemine therapy,
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: as we had talked about, and that she was like
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: she did the video for sympathy, recognition, likes and clout.
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: I was like, wow, that's a lot of things to
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: get out of somebody, like, really come clean on that.
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: So I just hit my head, so, like, you clearly
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: know who she is, and for her to be like, oh,
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: I just didn't get forgiveness. She's clearly jealous. She knows
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: she screwed up, but instead of I don't know, I
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: just feel like she should have maybe been a little
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: bit more transparent about her regrets about that.
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: Taylor and Whitney's fight was so ridiculous because Whitney didn't
- 1:07:05Speaker 3: expect such an honest conversation with Taylor, and she had
- 1:07:08Speaker 3: no good answer backs. And that's the other reason she's crying.
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: She's embarrassed. Deep down, she knows that when Taylor said,
- 1:07:16Speaker 3: why don't you ask this, and she goes, I just
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: don't think we're friends. And Taylor's like, well, what about this?
- 1:07:20Speaker 3: This and this? And she's like, you know, it's like
- 1:07:23Speaker 3: she thought. Whitney is a kind of person I think
- 1:07:25Speaker 3: who puts up a good front, tries to be like
- 1:07:30Speaker 3: I'm the leader, I'm the badass, but really she's a
- 1:07:32Speaker 3: follower so and Taylor's a true leader. So she knows
- 1:07:38Speaker 3: that and she doesn't like that, you know, this whole
- 1:07:41Speaker 3: thing about like I was telling about what happened with
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: me and my mustache husband whose name escapes me, and
- 1:07:48Speaker 3: then you started talking about your thing, and it's like, yeah,
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: because we're having a nice conversation of honest feelings. A
- 1:07:53Speaker 3: bunch of girls. Sorry that we can't spend the entire
- 1:07:56Speaker 3: half hour on what you did with your tender guy.
- 1:08:00Speaker 4: You know who would be a good friend of Whitney
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: is Sheena, because it's all it's then, It's always then.
- 1:08:07Speaker 4: It would always be about Whitney though, but then sometimes
- 1:08:11Speaker 4: why can it be about me?
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:08:14Speaker 3: Yeah? She was like a nicer Whitney. She's like a
- 1:08:16Speaker 3: more passive and more more Yeah.
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: Whoa, you guys are blowing my mind right now. That's
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: wild and more entertaining. Really.
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: But the Connor thing was interesting because like when I
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: saw the baby blessing and I was like, you're gonna
- 1:08:34Speaker 2: have Connor here blessing your child when this guy was
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: stepping out on his wife. But you're not gonna have
- 1:08:43Speaker 2: you know, Joe Schmoe with a flask in his pocket?
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: Are you You're fucked up?
- 1:08:48Speaker 3: Like?
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: That's to me crazy, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:08:50Speaker 3: That's the more did you say that's a Mormon? Like,
- 1:08:55Speaker 3: that's a Mormon? Yeah, that's a Mormon.
- 1:08:59Speaker 4: Mom, that's a warm.
- 1:09:03Speaker 3: Whitney. You got caught, you got called to the mat.
- 1:09:05Speaker 3: You couldn't back your stuff up, and now you're gonna
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: cry and there was even like a veiled thread of
- 1:09:11Speaker 3: leaving the mom talk leaving the show that that to
- 1:09:15Speaker 3: me screams guilty. Sometimes you have to face the music.
- 1:09:18Speaker 3: The truth of the matter is you Di Nenver really
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: said I'm jealous of you, and she even wrote it
- 1:09:24Speaker 3: in her own question in my opinion, are you jealous
- 1:09:28Speaker 3: of Taylor because she has the Cloud? Yeah, you kind
- 1:09:31Speaker 3: of are. Why don't you just say like, yeah, it
- 1:09:32Speaker 3: bothers me that I tried to tell a story and
- 1:09:34Speaker 3: then you told a better story and it bothers me.
- 1:09:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:09:37Speaker 4: Yes, She's like, Whitney has to be the most high
- 1:09:40Speaker 4: status and them calling her out knocks her down several pegs,
- 1:09:45Speaker 4: and that's not I think how she identifies that's right, And.
- 1:09:49Speaker 2: When Taylor was like, oh yeah, no, go ahead, Uh.
- 1:09:52Speaker 3: Well, I just want to say she may be one
- 1:09:54Speaker 3: of the ones who knows very well that she's on
- 1:09:57Speaker 3: a reality TV show, Just like how I say about
- 1:09:59Speaker 3: the that that first season was so good because they
- 1:10:02Speaker 3: don't exactly realize where they are and what their what
- 1:10:06Speaker 3: the scope is. I think Whitney full on those and
- 1:10:09Speaker 3: she wants the cloud. She wants to be a reality
- 1:10:13Speaker 3: TV star.
- 1:10:14Speaker 2: Mm hmm. That's why she came back from Hawaii.
- 1:10:16Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: Yeah, Well, when Taylor was saying, you know, I'm sorry
- 1:10:22Speaker 2: I should have listened to you when you were telling
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: me your trauma. Maybe I should have called, you know,
- 1:10:28Speaker 2: maybe I should have called and followed up with you,
- 1:10:30Speaker 2: And I thought, you're Whitney still putting it on Taylor.
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: It's like, Taylor's going through her own stuff. Oh, lot,
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: what do you expect her to do? Why didn't why
- 1:10:38Speaker 2: didn't you call her? Yeah and say, you know, we're
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: both going through stuff. I'd like to talk to you
- 1:10:44Speaker 2: more about it.
- 1:10:44Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 1:10:45Speaker 2: I just she's such a projector and such a selfish
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: person to to feel this way. And for Taylor to
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: be like taking that and saying I could have worked
- 1:10:55Speaker 2: on it, why didn't you tell me sooner? And and
- 1:10:58Speaker 2: for Whitney to just write her off and be like
- 1:11:00Speaker 2: why don't I don't want you to work on it?
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: Like why don't we just leave it like this? It's like, yeah,
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: well this is weird. Yeah, always like I didn't.
- 1:11:08Speaker 3: Call you because I don't like you and I don't
- 1:11:10Speaker 3: really care what you're going through, which I'm like, ouch,
- 1:11:13Speaker 3: you know, in deep down Whitney is just insecure. She's
- 1:11:16Speaker 3: you know, she's probably actually a nicer person than even
- 1:11:19Speaker 3: what this is showing us to be dead honest, she's
- 1:11:22Speaker 3: so tied up in the TV of it all and
- 1:11:24Speaker 3: in her own embarrassment. But also it's like, don't the
- 1:11:27Speaker 3: way she just was telling the tea of all the
- 1:11:30Speaker 3: things people say, it's like wild to me.
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean that scene where they were getting ready
- 1:11:36Speaker 2: to go to the Gallantines party reminded me of like,
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: like look at me, I'm sander d. It just was
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: like kind of mean girls talking about but it was
- 1:11:43Speaker 2: really just Whitney. What do you guys think about? Like
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: Macy and Mikayla co signing really and putting up with
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: Whitney' shit because they seem like they're better people than
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: she is, but they seem to really like love her.
- 1:11:59Speaker 4: There seems to be a c in secrets with this group,
- 1:12:03Speaker 4: and Whitney seems to be the wealthiest from the.
- 1:12:10Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, it's a classic Regina, George, Amanda Siegfried, Gretchen Wiener.
- 1:12:20Speaker 3: It's like that's who Michayla. I like Macy though, and
- 1:12:25Speaker 3: I think Mikayla's pretty nice too, But I think they're
- 1:12:27Speaker 3: just falling to the left and right of Regina George. Yeah,
- 1:12:32Speaker 3: and Taylor is Lundsay Lohan and I am Tina Fey
- 1:12:37Speaker 3: because I also am a second city in love.
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: Yes, we have to mention how Taylor says calls out Taylor.
- 1:12:46Speaker 2: Taylor calls out to me for dropping her dress in
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: front of Dakota to get miked.
- 1:12:52Speaker 4: Oh yeah, Now that was a that was not I mean,
- 1:12:57Speaker 4: I got what Taylor was saying, but I was also like,
- 1:13:01Speaker 4: I don't. I've I've kind of swung a different direction
- 1:13:04Speaker 4: on Dakota altogether, So I don't. I don't. I kind
- 1:13:08Speaker 4: of was okay to defend him a little bit, but
- 1:13:10Speaker 4: now I'm not.
- 1:13:12Speaker 2: So it sounded like she dropped her dress, but she
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: wasn't facing him. I would have liked to have had
- 1:13:17Speaker 2: more like logistics on this. Yeah, if to get miked, do.
- 1:13:22Speaker 3: You think there's some footage of it?
- 1:13:26Speaker 2: We only saw Dakota. We only saw Dakota, like be like,
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: you know, kinda we saw Dakota there and I was like, Oh,
- 1:13:32Speaker 2: that's weird. Why is he there? It's a Gallantine's Day party.
- 1:13:36Speaker 3: That almost felt like Taylor grasping a straws don't drop
- 1:13:39Speaker 3: your dress in front of him. But also, Dakota, don't
- 1:13:41Speaker 3: be in the room. Why are you sitting in there?
- 1:13:44Speaker 4: That's the vibe I got. It was like I was
- 1:13:50Speaker 4: kind of like, Oh, Dakota's going to make this. He's
- 1:13:53Speaker 4: gonna make himself the victim in this.
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: Yeah, get out of the ro Like they're shooting something,
- 1:13:59Speaker 2: everyone's gonna get miked up, you know, just leave.
- 1:14:01Speaker 3: You're also every time I've ever been miked up, I
- 1:14:05Speaker 3: absolutely am not thinking about how my tummy is exposed.
- 1:14:09Speaker 3: It's it's like the most exciting time before shooting something
- 1:14:12Speaker 3: on television and the mic guy comes over and they're
- 1:14:15Speaker 3: always very you know, polite if it's okay, can you
- 1:14:19Speaker 3: lift up your shirt? But did I just lift up
- 1:14:21Speaker 3: my shirt?
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: No?
- 1:14:23Speaker 3: But you you lift up your shirt and your everyone's
- 1:14:25Speaker 3: walking around, or you might have to unbutton your shirt
- 1:14:27Speaker 3: and have your you know, tape it and your broth.
- 1:14:30Speaker 3: It's it's like, I don't think Demi did that on purpose.
- 1:14:33Speaker 3: I think Taylor was grasping at Straws in that moment.
- 1:14:35Speaker 2: Yeah, agreed.
- 1:14:38Speaker 3: The point is I've been on TV.
- 1:14:39Speaker 2: Okay, Darling, look up Jamie Moriers.
- 1:14:42Speaker 4: I am dB oh you're booked and blessed today.
- 1:14:46Speaker 2: Yes, so we gotta let you go. Oh my god.
- 1:14:48Speaker 3: Now it's eleven twenty two and I have she I'm
- 1:14:51Speaker 3: submitting by by noon. I love you both, wonderful. Please
- 1:14:57Speaker 3: say that I'm right about the Freddy Pebbles darlings. Okay, bye,
- 1:15:00Speaker 3: by bye, I love you.
- 1:15:03Speaker 2: She's totally is so fuck's so wrong? How did she
- 1:15:06Speaker 2: think that was it? How naive? I'm shocked, fucking dumb.
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:15:13Speaker 2: Wow, let's talk about her like Whitney talks about everybody
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: in the group.
- 1:15:19Speaker 4: Oh, oh my god. Yeah, the whole time Whitney was
- 1:15:21Speaker 4: talking about that. With that, I mean, wait, she's calling back.
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: She heard us talking about her.
- 1:15:27Speaker 4: Oh my god, Jimmy is amazing. Oh my gosh, oh wow.
- 1:15:31Speaker 3: I'm going to follow stuff by saying, if you're a
- 1:15:33Speaker 3: mayor says something so embarrassing in a Mormon culture as yours,
- 1:15:40Speaker 3: like Pooty Pebbles, you don't want everyone to know that.
- 1:15:43Speaker 4: Okay, bye, Jamie.
- 1:15:45Speaker 2: She's totally wrong. I cannot the way she came back.
- 1:15:47Speaker 2: She's still gonna stick by it, and I even googled
- 1:15:49Speaker 2: it that we already know it's more than that. Yes,
- 1:15:52Speaker 2: she's pleading a case that she's already lost.
- 1:15:56Speaker 4: She should like just never talk again, seriously. But anyway,
- 1:16:02Speaker 4: it was wearing that whole head piece thing, that unicorn.
- 1:16:07Speaker 4: It was like to get her hair ready for whatever.
- 1:16:10Speaker 4: Remember she had that wrapping.
- 1:16:12Speaker 2: Right, it's a TikTok thing. Yeah, I know, okay, and.
- 1:16:16Speaker 4: I'm like, okay, finally we're gonna see what this is. Basically,
- 1:16:19Speaker 4: when it was all done, it looked like she just
- 1:16:21Speaker 4: had a like her hair just looked like if you
- 1:16:24Speaker 4: had a damp scrunchy in your hair.
- 1:16:25Speaker 2: There was nothing. It did not work. First of all,
- 1:16:27Speaker 2: her hair is too short to make that work for one.
- 1:16:30Speaker 2: And second of all, I mean, I've had some fails
- 1:16:34Speaker 2: and some successes with TikTok shop. I'm not gonna die.
- 1:16:38Speaker 4: And so anyway, all right, let's get into it.
- 1:16:44Speaker 2: All right, So we are gonna round this out by
- 1:16:49Speaker 2: talking about below deck med Yes, okay, So this is exciting.
- 1:17:02Speaker 2: We pick up with Asha essentially, you know, talking to
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: Ellie and calling her out after that dinner, being like.
- 1:17:09Speaker 4: In whoa whooah would you be talking to the shep?
- 1:17:14Speaker 2: So it is such a big deal, you know, and
- 1:17:17Speaker 2: Ellie's like, ah, you have to do Ellie this entire time, please,
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: because this is like the last time you're going to
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: be able to do it.
- 1:17:25Speaker 4: Ah, She's like, oh what's up?
- 1:17:29Speaker 6: Godawn, it wasn't intentional. I don't know who what are
- 1:17:39Speaker 6: you looking at?
- 1:17:40Speaker 2: It is so funny to me that she's just like,
- 1:17:44Speaker 2: I'm trying to be a cheese stew, so do the
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: chief stew stuff. Like that's what she's essentially like justifying
- 1:17:51Speaker 2: it to be that if she wants to ultimately be
- 1:17:54Speaker 2: a chief stew, she's gotta do cheap stew stuff. It's like, no, Ellie,
- 1:17:57Speaker 2: it actually doesn't work like that. You don't cheaps do stuff.
- 1:18:02Speaker 4: No. In fact, like no, you're lay if you do
- 1:18:06Speaker 4: your job right, that's what people appreciate, not when you
- 1:18:10Speaker 4: do their job.
- 1:18:11Speaker 2: Oh boy, she just does not get it.
- 1:18:14Speaker 4: No, I really think after especially after this final episode,
- 1:18:19Speaker 4: watching her emotionally, like there's a detachment going on there,
- 1:18:23Speaker 4: Like she just doesn't seem to register. Like when she
- 1:18:27Speaker 4: like gets a note or tries to tell somebody how
- 1:18:30Speaker 4: to work with her, it doesn't work.
- 1:18:33Speaker 3: No.
- 1:18:35Speaker 4: Yeah, like the lemon shot things or the lemon drop
- 1:18:38Speaker 4: shots or and like Asha came up to be like,
- 1:18:42Speaker 4: do you have the shots? And she's like, I wasn't told.
- 1:18:45Speaker 4: He's like, no, dude, that's not what we're doing here.
- 1:18:48Speaker 2: That was I was so glad that Asha was like,
- 1:18:51Speaker 2: stop being defensive. I simply asked if it takes a
- 1:18:54Speaker 2: long time to make them?
- 1:18:56Speaker 4: Yeah, she's she's. I mean the only time I've been
- 1:19:02Speaker 4: like on Ellie's logic and supported her was at the
- 1:19:07Speaker 4: very beginning when she tried to wake up Johno to
- 1:19:10Speaker 4: help get those sandwiches out.
- 1:19:13Speaker 2: Yeah, well that's right. That was so long.
- 1:19:14Speaker 4: That's the last time I've been on the Elly trae.
- 1:19:17Speaker 2: Yeah. Wow, it's been so long. And Johno made it
- 1:19:22Speaker 2: till the end, you know, like, and so did Free
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: And that was so funny to watch Captain Sandy at
- 1:19:26Speaker 2: the end be like, Brie, you made it, and then
- 1:19:31Speaker 2: Johano I couldn't find another schefter replace you, so you
- 1:19:35Speaker 2: made it all the way to the end. Congratulations Asha, God,
- 1:19:40Speaker 2: it was great to see you shine.
- 1:19:42Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:19:42Speaker 2: It was so funny to see her do all of
- 1:19:43Speaker 2: her sign offs.
- 1:19:44Speaker 4: You know, but you know what she always does, like
- 1:19:48Speaker 4: in that tip meeting, the last tip meeting that Sandy has,
- 1:19:52Speaker 4: she always just compliments the heads, but in front of everybody,
- 1:19:58Speaker 4: and I think that always makes me uncomfortable because it
- 1:20:03Speaker 4: feels like there's not that many of them. Sandy, you
- 1:20:06Speaker 4: could give everyone a complimentary.
- 1:20:08Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yes you could. Well, maybe she does,
- 1:20:12Speaker 2: and maybe they cut it out. I don't know that's
- 1:20:14Speaker 2: true for time. Knowing Sandy, she probably does. Yeah, I
- 1:20:19Speaker 2: mean saying goodbye to Bris though we did get Maybe
- 1:20:23Speaker 2: they cut it out because then she would say that
- 1:20:26Speaker 2: the goodbyes to them, the affirmations again when they said goodbye,
- 1:20:29Speaker 2: which was great because she was like, Tobrie, you found
- 1:20:32Speaker 2: what worked for you, you know, laundry beats. It's like,
- 1:20:37Speaker 2: oh god, it's so funny. But yeah, Ellie is gaslighting
- 1:20:40Speaker 2: Asia and Ellie, I mean, Asia is straight up calling
- 1:20:43Speaker 2: Ellie calculating. So that's kind of crazy. Now we have
- 1:20:48Speaker 2: the Drag Queen performance and.
- 1:20:51Speaker 4: That was great.
- 1:20:52Speaker 2: And then Ellie in her confessional at some point when
- 1:20:58Speaker 2: she sees that Carrie and Joe are flirting, she's like,
- 1:21:01Speaker 2: at this point, Carrie's taking over my job and Joel
- 1:21:05Speaker 2: and then she's like, what else did she say?
- 1:21:09Speaker 4: I don't I shouldn't blow out it.
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: She can blow gasket?
- 1:21:13Speaker 4: Oh yeah, oh go blow casket.
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: I love it.
- 1:21:21Speaker 2: And then Asha tells Gail to help her with the proposal,
- 1:21:25Speaker 2: and Gail's reaction was about the most precious thing I've
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: ever seen.
- 1:21:30Speaker 4: Yeah, Gail is like raw in the best way.
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: Yeah, you know what I mean, like shits.
- 1:21:37Speaker 4: It's all right there she's and it's nothing. There's not
- 1:21:43Speaker 4: anything fake about Gail, right, pretty great?
- 1:21:46Speaker 2: Yeah it is, it's right there. It's totally authentic.
- 1:21:49Speaker 4: And it was interesting to see, Like Joe, I mean,
- 1:21:54Speaker 4: the last couple episodes, I've just wanted to rip his
- 1:21:57Speaker 4: head off because I was like, you're just trying to
- 1:21:59Speaker 4: put her to position where you can dislike her, because
- 1:22:03Speaker 4: that's how you see women. And she hurts your brain
- 1:22:07Speaker 4: because you are so into her, Joe, and she's not
- 1:22:10Speaker 4: into you, so you're gonna make her this asshole and
- 1:22:15Speaker 4: like so it was I'm glad he kind of put
- 1:22:19Speaker 4: that aside, but in this episode I was like, oh
- 1:22:22Speaker 4: my god, he's so in love with her.
- 1:22:24Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I completely agree. Somebody actually messaged me and said,
- 1:22:29Speaker 2: here's my theory. Joe is a really small penis and
- 1:22:32Speaker 2: he's totally overcompensating. I'm like, that's a good one. I
- 1:22:35Speaker 2: like that Yeah, the Leah arrives, the guest leave, Sandy
- 1:22:40Speaker 2: does her tip meeting, which we already talked about, and
- 1:22:45Speaker 2: Asha picked her team for to set up for the engagement,
- 1:22:49Speaker 2: and obviously Ellie is really bummed and mad that she
- 1:22:51Speaker 2: didn't get to set up the decor.
- 1:22:56Speaker 4: If they had don the decoul and I didn't do it.
- 1:23:00Speaker 3: Gus kid.
- 1:23:01Speaker 2: Oh and I love that Captain Sandy when she got
- 1:23:08Speaker 2: all dolled up, still had those white up Brison.
- 1:23:11Speaker 4: I mean, that's her end of charter vest at the
- 1:23:15Speaker 4: end of the season vest because she wore the best
- 1:23:18Speaker 4: to take everybody out to dinner on the last end
- 1:23:20Speaker 4: of season. That's her, that's her just done.
- 1:23:24Speaker 2: That's her word done.
- 1:23:25Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: Oh god. And Ellie, you know, on the flip side,
- 1:23:30Speaker 2: Ellie's dress was very European, you know, like that's what
- 1:23:37Speaker 2: I'm getting. She's got like the very Bulkan country. Yeah,
- 1:23:43Speaker 2: aesthetic happening with these dresses, like a lot of the embezzled. Look.
- 1:23:51Speaker 4: Yeah, it's just not my thing. And I think if
- 1:23:53Speaker 4: I liked Ellie better, I would be like, get.
- 1:23:56Speaker 3: It, Ellie.
- 1:23:57Speaker 2: But I used to, but now I'm like.
- 1:24:01Speaker 4: Yeah, no, at least she didn't make everybody have to
- 1:24:04Speaker 4: wait for her while she got into her costume.
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: The costume, so this was so intense when Joe had
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: to pick Leah and Sandy up with the tender and
- 1:24:16Speaker 2: then he catches the line and I was so mad
- 1:24:18Speaker 2: at Joe when I saw the preview. Yes, but to
- 1:24:21Speaker 2: find out what Sandy said, She's like these lines in
- 1:24:25Speaker 2: the water. Who does that? In the marina? Like there
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: were lines everywhere, so it was good to know. Yeah,
- 1:24:31Speaker 2: I was like, what was a line doing there?
- 1:24:35Speaker 4: Yeah, it seems like people like literally cut and run,
- 1:24:38Speaker 4: cut the ropes and then go and then just they
- 1:24:41Speaker 4: build up in there. But I thought like the preview
- 1:24:45Speaker 4: was so good because you're like, here's Joe fucking up there.
- 1:24:48Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that's kind of up. Yeah I did too.
- 1:24:52Speaker 2: And then we're they're counting down the clock fifteen minutes
- 1:24:55Speaker 2: till sunset, ten minutes still sunset, and it was really
- 1:24:58Speaker 2: nerve wracking. The musicians playing a wedding song was hilarious.
- 1:25:04Speaker 4: Well, also white roses everywhere. I mean, it looked like
- 1:25:08Speaker 4: a wedding even if they were playing like the Star
- 1:25:11Speaker 4: Wars theme. I was like, it looks like a wedding
- 1:25:14Speaker 4: if the visual I love Love.
- 1:25:17Speaker 2: I would have loved if they played it. I love Jewye,
- 1:25:20Speaker 2: God he's got a lit of shit. But yeah, there
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: was no way that Leah didn't know that there was
- 1:25:29Speaker 2: an engagement happening, like from beginning to end. Like once
- 1:25:33Speaker 2: Sandy said we're going to go on a date, then
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: you know we're going to travel. But like I mean,
- 1:25:37Speaker 2: she knew immediately, which you could tell she knew, And
- 1:25:41Speaker 2: how do you act when you know like that?
- 1:25:44Speaker 4: Yeah, I was a little disappointed that there wasn't more
- 1:25:46Speaker 4: of a misdirect for Leah because there was definitely enough
- 1:25:51Speaker 4: people to help with that where it's like Sandy is
- 1:25:54Speaker 4: gonna just tell her, like some of the guests are
- 1:25:58Speaker 4: getting married and were invited over here to see it,
- 1:26:02Speaker 4: and so they arrived, the crew's there, and then Leah
- 1:26:05Speaker 4: finds out, no, this is for you, you know what
- 1:26:07Speaker 4: I mean, like.
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: Your elaborate plan that involves so many more people guests.
- 1:26:12Speaker 4: No, no, no, it's all the same thing. But the
- 1:26:14Speaker 4: guests aren't there, so they get Leah's just assuming it's
- 1:26:20Speaker 4: her engage.
- 1:26:22Speaker 2: That's interesting.
- 1:26:23Speaker 4: Yeah, I thought there could have been more of a
- 1:26:26Speaker 4: misdirect for Leah there if that was the goal. Which
- 1:26:29Speaker 4: it seemed to be.
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: Well, I think if the mis direct was I mean,
- 1:26:34Speaker 2: I mean, I want to go down this road with you,
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: so bear with me. If there was going to be
- 1:26:38Speaker 2: a misterrect which I think, that's a great idea because
- 1:26:40Speaker 2: she could say, yeah, this they wanted me to officiate
- 1:26:44Speaker 2: their wedding, but we couldn't they anyway she could explain
- 1:26:48Speaker 2: it mm hmm, even though their their charter would have ended.
- 1:26:52Speaker 2: That's a little confusing, but still you would need to
- 1:26:57Speaker 2: have the couple. You would need the cup at that
- 1:27:01Speaker 2: island in order, like present, in order to make it
- 1:27:04Speaker 2: look like it until.
- 1:27:07Speaker 4: Right or there's just like it was just a weird
- 1:27:11Speaker 4: thing that that wasn't any kind of misdirect wasn't right.
- 1:27:14Speaker 4: It would have been for better TV too, I think,
- 1:27:17Speaker 4: to be really handling a surprise in like this crazy way,
- 1:27:21Speaker 4: it would have been fun.
- 1:27:23Speaker 2: Well she blew it. No, I'm kidding so when and
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: I'm just like, this is so beautiful. And I wasn't
- 1:27:31Speaker 2: sure how emotional it was going to be, but my god,
- 1:27:34Speaker 2: when Sandy said I felt for the first time my
- 1:27:38Speaker 2: heart beats one. I started crying so hard.
- 1:27:42Speaker 4: It was great. It was really cracked yeah, I love
- 1:27:46Speaker 4: Sandy and Leah's cool too. I just don't know anything
- 1:27:49Speaker 4: about her, but yeah, it was a really nice moment.
- 1:27:51Speaker 2: It was so nice.
- 1:27:52Speaker 4: It irritated me that the crew, so the whole like
- 1:27:57Speaker 4: all are the below deck cast, all is filming it
- 1:28:00Speaker 4: on their phones except for Asha and Gail, which I'm like,
- 1:28:04Speaker 4: thank you for being in the moment, because there's a
- 1:28:08Speaker 4: television crew also filming this. Guys, like, just be there
- 1:28:13Speaker 4: and watch it. You don't have to watch it through
- 1:28:15Speaker 4: your phone. I just have that disconnect.
- 1:28:18Speaker 2: I know. It's such a go to people feel like
- 1:28:22Speaker 2: they have to be filming everything at every time.
- 1:28:24Speaker 4: And yeah, it was it even like I get like
- 1:28:27Speaker 4: maybe one of you is filming it just for the coverage,
- 1:28:30Speaker 4: because maybe a producer is like it'd be fun to
- 1:28:32Speaker 4: have one. But they were all had their phones out filming.
- 1:28:34Speaker 4: I'm like, you're all just getting the same shot.
- 1:28:37Speaker 2: Meanwhile, like one person and then you know, yeah like
- 1:28:42Speaker 2: air drop it okay, and.
- 1:28:44Speaker 4: There's like we know at least a four camera shoot
- 1:28:46Speaker 4: going on on the island professionally, like whenever.
- 1:28:51Speaker 2: I love that. Asha was like, oh god, I'm gonna
- 1:28:54Speaker 2: vomit with happiness. And then I did love seeing. Eight
- 1:29:00Speaker 2: months later, Sandy's wedding in Fort Lauderdale, we got to
- 1:29:03Speaker 2: see Chef Dave and Norma. Norma was there. Yes, Nadine Rajabi,
- 1:29:12Speaker 2: who's one of the executive producers of Below Deck Med
- 1:29:15Speaker 2: was the officiant. Kate Chastaine Asha Darren Karp, who is
- 1:29:20Speaker 2: Nadine's partner and also Andy Cohene's former assistant, who has
- 1:29:25Speaker 2: her own career as like a host in all these
- 1:29:29Speaker 2: other things as well. So it was a really great,
- 1:29:33Speaker 2: great thing to see. It was really really nice. The
- 1:29:37Speaker 2: crew night out, Joe and Carrie are flirting and Brie
- 1:29:40Speaker 2: was so annoyed obviously yet again that they're doing it
- 1:29:43Speaker 2: right next to her. Yeah, Joe is so wasted he
- 1:29:47Speaker 2: couldn't even like nothing could.
- 1:29:49Speaker 4: Happen the next morning where he's just trying to get
- 1:29:54Speaker 4: his head and chin on the table and he passes
- 1:29:56Speaker 4: out sitting like laying down like a oh my god,
- 1:30:01Speaker 4: I just I hadn't I think I've been there, but
- 1:30:05Speaker 4: like to see it, I was just like, that is
- 1:30:09Speaker 4: a level of intoxicated that I haven't seen in a minute. Like, Yeah,
- 1:30:14Speaker 4: for myself, I mean like I don't think I've ever
- 1:30:17Speaker 4: been that drunk.
- 1:30:18Speaker 2: I'm not Yeah, yeah, I have not. Yeah and it
- 1:30:26Speaker 2: really body would never allow me to. I would get
- 1:30:29Speaker 2: sick before I would get to that level.
- 1:30:31Speaker 4: Yeah, and we didn't really see it happening. They we
- 1:30:34Speaker 4: didn't see a montage of him getting wasted, so kind
- 1:30:37Speaker 4: of off pirate.
- 1:30:39Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, crazy JOHNO. It was funny and is confessionally
- 1:30:46Speaker 2: he's like, I'm ready to bring the twerk into the work.
- 1:30:51Speaker 2: And what a great experience for him. So, I mean,
- 1:30:54Speaker 2: what a growing experience for him. So and then when
- 1:30:57Speaker 2: Asia everyone says they're goodbyes, Asha says to Ellie, I
- 1:31:01Speaker 2: know we've had our differences, but I'm not going to
- 1:31:03Speaker 2: take it away from you that you're a hard worker.
- 1:31:05Speaker 2: And Ellie's like, oh.
- 1:31:09Speaker 3: Like one.
- 1:31:11Speaker 2: Adjective, it's not a nightcown, not a night count Is
- 1:31:16Speaker 2: that what she said? It's not a nightgown? Well, what
- 1:31:19Speaker 2: was it?
- 1:31:20Speaker 4: It was her outfit. That was her outfit, yeah, which
- 1:31:26Speaker 4: looks like it was like everything about it looked like
- 1:31:29Speaker 4: it was a nightgown. Like it looked like a nighty thing.
- 1:31:33Speaker 2: Yeah. So you know what, yeah, you know the word neglige,
- 1:31:38Speaker 2: like yeah, that's that is the epitome of what a
- 1:31:41Speaker 2: neglige looks like. I always remember my mom when I
- 1:31:44Speaker 2: was younger, being like, oh, you know, a neglige, so demure,
- 1:31:51Speaker 2: so mindful. You know a neglige when you know on
- 1:31:57Speaker 2: your wedding you're going to pack a negligee. This was
- 1:32:06Speaker 2: my wedding neglige.
- 1:32:08Speaker 5: Neglige anyway, so uh yeah, this was wild.
- 1:32:21Speaker 2: I love that. Sandy said to Gail that if you
- 1:32:23Speaker 2: keep going, you could be a captain, and issue was
- 1:32:26Speaker 2: so psyched to be a captain of the I'm not
- 1:32:29Speaker 2: captain chief stew of the med and uh it all
- 1:32:33Speaker 2: ended on a happy note. Yeah, good season, great great,
- 1:32:41Speaker 2: great charters, great charters, and uh that's that. So now
- 1:32:46Speaker 2: we move into below deck sailing out, which is going
- 1:32:48Speaker 2: to start like next week I think, or in a
- 1:32:50Speaker 2: week or so. Uh will there be a reunion for this?
- 1:32:54Speaker 2: There typically is like over zoom, you know, so we'll see.
- 1:32:58Speaker 2: They usually make it like a Watcher Happens Live special.
- 1:33:00Speaker 4: Yeah. I don't know. I feel like we would have heard.
- 1:33:03Speaker 2: I feel like I never hear, and then all of
- 1:33:05Speaker 2: a sudden, it's just on watch what happens last?
- 1:33:07Speaker 4: Okay, Yeah, so who knows? Ian It doesn't really need one.
- 1:33:13Speaker 2: I definitely the only one.
- 1:33:15Speaker 4: Yeah, Ellie's the only one that I would want to
- 1:33:18Speaker 4: say something in Asia, But I don't think it's necessary.
- 1:33:22Speaker 2: It really isn't. I wouldn't be surprised if they are
- 1:33:24Speaker 2: like forget it.
- 1:33:25Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, probably.
