  And in terms of figures here, I see you have a couple of the

  Armoury Knights phenomenally posed living, living up to your

  Armoury Knights are figures, They're amazing.

  They're really cool. So I'm glad you got in there to

  Highlight of the con, I don't know how I can't say last

  night's show. My wife is going to give me

  And we get, we've got the, the Saturday night time slot, the,

  the, the, the probably. Prime time.

  Prime time slot and I think I think we really, I think it's

  become an event that that people are definitely people are aware

  of it. Allegiance gone and and I just I

  love to laugh. I love to make others laugh.

  And I think me and the boys do that every year.

  Last night was probably the best show we've ever done.

  Yeah, I agree. So I'm pretty proud of it.

  And yeah. Travis was laughing a lot.

  figures and announcements and all that.

  He's Vedas and Attila are like the two figures that got me that

  made it. I must have these toys back in

  the day. So to see the Vedas 2 point O or

  whatever with his removable head and Vedas prime, yeah, his

  removable helmet and this, you know, long hair.

  I was like, man, that that's really a yeah.

  Literally little He Man 5 serum. It's not a He Man head, but it's

  kind of, it's in the style, shall we say.

  Yeah, yeah. So no, I, I, I think the, you

  know, the horsemen are, they're continuing to not go in a

  direction that is expected. You know, you think fish people,

  you think most people might go in and like, I like creatures

  from the blue black Lagoon or Blue lagoon.

  But they don't they're not doing that.

  They're just doing their own thing and being super creative

  and that's they're they're to create.

  I mean, we had Eric Miller did the Vedas.

  And there's many more. I mean, Len's working with him

  they're really rocking and they seem to be growing.

  Like they mentioned getting a new studio.

  Yeah, so far worse went down the rise and people who think that

  maybe, hey, I missed it, it's too late to get in.

  You remember when the dark days of like 2019-2020 when they they

  weren't really announcing new waves because of the pandemic

  and stuff was delayed and been delivered and yeah, yeah.

  I was able to get here with no flight delays, no flight

  problems. I got to see a lot of friends

  that I've never met in person this year, and I got to spend a

  lot of time with them outside of the con either whether it be in

  the lobby or having dinner or, yeah, just kind of hanging out.

  It's great. Yeah, there has been 15 new

  people this year, you know, like they're not new to the
• 13:55
  community, but maybe it's their first time at Legions Con and as
• 13:58
  you say, great to great to meet them.

  Yeah, at the at the exclusive stable, they have a big white

  button that says first Legions Con attendee.

  I've seen people with those. Yeah, I think it was cool that

  they leaned into that. For the people that might feel a

  little uneasy about being at such a large convention for the
• 14:18
  first time. Absolutely.

  Yeah. And it is, it is a mind blowing

  amount of stuff that's here. Absolutely.

  Yeah. It's I've walked the floor a few

  times and I still feel like I see something new every single

  time. And I, and, and again, I've

  gotten to meet a lot of people that I've, I've never had a
• 14:38
  chance to speak to or I, I didn't no prior to seeing them
• 14:45
  at their table. Yeah, it's really.

  And so in terms of highlights for you, what G highlights?

  G con was amazing. I, I have a group chat with a

  bunch of friends and when they announced the wave, I made a

  comment that I, I literally said, I hope it's not just fish
• 15:06
  people. And the second reveal, I forget
• 15:10
  his name, but he's the Stingray. Yeah.
• 15:12
  It's my favourite figure in the wave.
• 15:15
  Is it Mobu? Mobu.
• 15:17
  Yeah. What an excellent design.
• 15:19
  Like it's so cool that goes on that kind of goblin guy from
• 15:24
  Cosmic or. Yeah, which yeah, Oka, which
• 15:27
  turned out to be one of my favourite figures in that wave
• 15:30
  too. So I've already it's all you
• 15:32
  already have an idea of how he poses and he moves.
• 15:35
  And I've said it before, my, my favourite thing about the way
• 15:40
  that these figures look is like there are, there are many great
• 15:44
  sculptors in the toy world, but I, but I personally think Eric
• 15:49
  Treadaway has style like he can make a fish guy that looks cool,
• 15:56
  so cool that now I'm happy to get fish guys.

  So, but that, I mean, that goes throughout the whole line, you
• 16:05
  know, Cosmic I, I, I held back on cosmic and when they first
• 16:10
  revealed it because I was, I didn't think I had the space or
• 16:13
  the, you know, even the interests.

  And now it's, it's a crucial part of my collection.
• 16:20
  I and I'm excited for every wave.
• 16:24
  So, and it's and it's not just because I love these people on
• 16:28
  this this community and they're quality toys, but I truly think
• 16:35
  that the designs are clever and they're like, what Steven was
• 16:41
  saying. It's kind of out of left field

  every time. Yeah.

  Something that you wouldn't, you would have never expected.

  But once you see it, it's there's no other way to do it.

  No. And you also had the the

  exclusives this year. You got the pin set.

  Yeah. Based on your art.

  Yeah. The the figures with your box

  So Jeremy designed the figures and asked me to do the

  packaging, which was a really cool experience, something I've
• 17:09
  I've never done before. And the illustration style was

  I, it was a medium I wasn't super familiar with.

  So it was cool to kind of learn on the fly.
• 17:25
  But I was, I, I'm really grateful to have been able to do
• 17:29
  that. It was a, it was a really
• 17:31
  special experience in my life and I, I got to see the boxes
• 17:35
  and seeing my name and yeah, in hard print was it's, it's, it's
• 17:40
  surreal. Like, you know, a lifetime toy
• 17:44
  collector. It's something I never would
• 17:45
  have imagined, but I, I wish I, you know, I've, I've wanted all
• 17:50
  my life, you know, to be just involved in toys.
• 17:55
  So it's, it's, it's just a special all around.

  And I think I've said it on your show so many times, just how

  grateful I am to be a part of it, but how it's impacted my
• 18:08
  life and my well-being of just having this.

  you got something else for the workstation that you're going to

  Umm, it's been, it's been interesting to see how a lot of

  the new fan base coming through are really excited that they did

  They don't know what's going on. But in this community, we

  embrace them all. And we made them feel like that.

  It's their 10th show. Yeah, I got a chance to meet a

  couple really, really cool new fans of the line.

  And don't tell Gwee, but his wife is my new favourite

  European. She's great.

  She is awesome I absolutely adore her and she gave me the

  Jaffe the Jaffe cakes and and then we had the chocolate mints

  last night and everything she said has been good so no
• 19:43
  complaints. No complaints at all.

  She. Knows the weight of the heart.

  She does it's, it's right through my stomach.

  But no, overall I've had an absolute blast.

  I've, I've refocused a lot of my, my thoughts and plans for

  this year. And a lot of that was just on

  like companionship, community and, and I've succeeded and hit

  all those goals. So.

  Awesome, awesome. And what was highlighted the con

  for you? I mean, the the reveals were

  amazing as as much as people think that Rich and I don't get

  along, we do have familiar likes and and the fish people was a

  thing. And getting to see that giant
• 20:24
  crab person just blew me away. And then the the secret drop of
• 20:29
  koi. It was just even this weekend,
• 20:33
  all the different ideas I've seen people take these things,
• 20:35
  they're literally ripping them apart and who's doing what with
• 20:38
  them and everything. And it's just, that's, that's
• 20:42
  what that's what this line does. It it, it creates more
• 20:47
  imagination and more innovation. And it's great to see it
• 20:50
  happening live in front of everyone.

  Do it at the same time. And have you met Coy, a dwarf
• 20:56
  yet? Yeah, it was idea we did that.

  So last night we took the brown leather pants off the the

  exclusive from last year and made it into a dwarven fish,
• 21:05
  which looks more, you know, more like a smaller fish.

  But in its current setup. Right now I took skeleton pieces
• 21:14
  and we are renaming him the Bonefish gill and I've already
• 21:20
  talked to see how I can get the paint match on the bone to match
• 21:24
  the pearlescent of the chest. So this week I'll be painting

  this to match up and go from there so.

  You got to go over and Bryburg Miller is.

  Yeah, I've already. I've already made my deal with

  Stein myself, Tappy Bio Masters and Battle Tribes to put

  together 2 exclusives for the weekend and then create a brand

  new head to go with that. I, I really can't put into

  words, you know how I feel, other than just excited and

  looking forward to what we can do for next year.

  Yeah, I mean, I, I, I picked up both of those little red guys.

  They are crazy. I haven't got them out to play

  with yet, but I think there'll be maybe one or two.

  The next podcast recordings I'll be, instead of fiddling with AI

  normally have like a legion's head or something on the table.

  Well, and not to push the sale of it because the show will

  already be over, but with them having so many heads, yeah, you

  end up needing 3 or 4 different bodies to match them so that you

  can have your fury orc and your fury goblin and your fury

  barbarian and your fury dwarf and your and then the fury, you
