Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea time with Amien Bath. What's
- 0:05Speaker 1: up girl. We're back.
- 0:07Speaker 2: We're back, having a good day, doing it again, doing
- 0:11Speaker 2: it again, going on.
- 0:14Speaker 1: It's happening.
- 0:16Speaker 2: There's been a lot going on. It just you know,
- 0:18Speaker 2: as we're talking in stuff today, I'm recognizing, you know,
- 0:20Speaker 2: we always do our twelve month spread and stuff like that.
- 0:24Speaker 2: I cannot believe we're in March. Blown away by this.
- 0:28Speaker 2: It seems like it seems like January and February we're
- 0:34Speaker 2: like a couple of days. That's what it seems like.
- 0:37Speaker 2: Because I have not read my stuff. I may have
- 0:39Speaker 2: read at one time, and I just looked at March today.
- 0:42Speaker 2: I was like wow. And we talk about like the
- 0:45Speaker 2: fire Horse, and we talk about passions and stuff like that,
- 0:48Speaker 2: and I feel like the fire horse is this year
- 0:51Speaker 2: that we're in is lighting that passion right. I'm hearing
- 0:56Speaker 2: a lot of conversations lately, and I'm noticing that people
- 0:58Speaker 2: are following their passions, people are doing more of the
- 1:01Speaker 2: things they want to do. I'm actually being around more
- 1:04Speaker 2: people that are doing making their own stuff and doing
- 1:08Speaker 2: their own thing, you know, making the foods and just
- 1:11Speaker 2: there's so many things that are out there. Like when
- 1:13Speaker 2: I go shopping now, I go into town and I
- 1:16Speaker 2: find people that sell eggs that are from local farms.
- 1:19Speaker 2: I go in and buy goat milk from local farms.
- 1:22Speaker 2: Go I buy foods that are made outside of the
- 1:25Speaker 2: grocery store that are made by people that I know.
- 1:28Speaker 2: They're not just being made by machines. They're being made
- 1:31Speaker 2: with energy, They're being made with love. There there's this
- 1:34Speaker 2: there's all the stuff that's changing, and you know, you
- 1:37Speaker 2: hear about all the stuff that's going on in the world,
- 1:39Speaker 2: and it sounds like it's like, oh, that could be
- 1:41Speaker 2: such a bad place. But from my perspective, it's not
- 1:44Speaker 2: a bad place. It's it's guiding us into a place
- 1:46Speaker 2: that's into an empowering place, and it's guiding us into
- 1:50Speaker 2: healthier foods. We can sit and talk about all the
- 1:53Speaker 2: crap that's going on in the world and talk about
- 1:55Speaker 2: the food in the United States and everything like that,
- 1:57Speaker 2: but it's like it's up to us. Nobody is it's
- 2:00Speaker 2: holding a gun to my head to go into the
- 2:02Speaker 2: grocery store to pick up a bag of Dorito's. It's
- 2:04Speaker 2: not happening. And I'm just using Dourrito's as a reference.
- 2:07Speaker 2: It could be anything, but the thing is, and you
- 2:09Speaker 2: could make your own a home. That's the whole process. Like,
- 2:11Speaker 2: all these things are so possible. And if that's not
- 2:14Speaker 2: something that you're inclined to do, there are so many
- 2:17Speaker 2: people that we can get in contact that are inclined
- 2:19Speaker 2: to do that, and they're enjoying doing those things, you know,
- 2:22Speaker 2: making their own bread and selling it and stuff like that.
- 2:25Speaker 2: So I feel like we're going to such a great time.
- 2:29Speaker 2: We kind of talked in the last video that I
- 2:30Speaker 2: said I was going to talk about this time a
- 2:32Speaker 2: little bit talking about judgment, talking about judgment. It doesn't
- 2:36Speaker 2: matter if it's a good thing or a bad thing,
- 2:38Speaker 2: or you're looking at something positively, or it feel good
- 2:40Speaker 2: to you or it doesn't feel good to you. But
- 2:42Speaker 2: we're always creating, And it's when you're going to the
- 2:45Speaker 2: grocery store. Notice what catches your eye? When you're in
- 2:47Speaker 2: groups of people, what does catch your eye? Are you
- 2:49Speaker 2: noticing the girl's beautiful young skin? Are you noticing the
- 2:53Speaker 2: handsome man? But what are you noticing about that handsome
- 2:56Speaker 2: It's it's because it's not about them, it's what they're
- 2:58Speaker 2: mirroring to you that you can create because you're creating
- 3:02Speaker 2: all the time, and all that is is something in
- 3:04Speaker 2: front of you. You could have a person, an elderly
- 3:08Speaker 2: picture of a person, and you can have a picture
- 3:10Speaker 2: of a very youth and vital person. And you could
- 3:13Speaker 2: look at either one of those pictures. Which one are
- 3:15Speaker 2: you drawn to? If you're drawn to the other, One's like,
- 3:17Speaker 2: what space are you creating from? And why are you
- 3:19Speaker 2: creating from that space? Do you feel like this is
- 3:21Speaker 2: part of the process of your life. So it's like
- 3:23Speaker 2: we have such opportunity to recognize we're creating in every
- 3:27Speaker 2: single moment, with every single thought, with every single emotion.
- 3:32Speaker 2: We're always creating always, and so it's recognizing where you're
- 3:38Speaker 2: at when you're in your space, when you're a judging
- 3:40Speaker 2: because I think a lot of times I find myself
- 3:43Speaker 2: more neutral in a lot of times these days, So
- 3:47Speaker 2: then I know that I'm not being judged, judging in
- 3:49Speaker 2: any way, shape or form. But I will catch myself judging.
- 3:52Speaker 2: I might see if I'm at the gym, or I'm
- 3:54Speaker 2: watching a girl on TikTok or Instagram or anything and
- 3:58Speaker 2: they're doing a workout and I really like their physique.
- 4:01Speaker 2: I'm really gonna. I'm taking that in. I'm creating from
- 4:04Speaker 2: that space. If I'm looking at an elderly person and
- 4:07Speaker 2: I'm noticing every line on their face or the way
- 4:09Speaker 2: their skin is, I'm taking that in as part of
- 4:11Speaker 2: my experience. So it's just recognizing what are and it's
- 4:15Speaker 2: not that we're doing anything right or wrong. It's just
- 4:18Speaker 2: recognizing where is your attention going, and then that kind
- 4:20Speaker 2: of lets you know where am I at right now? Like, oh,
- 4:23Speaker 2: it goes along with what you were talking about last time,
- 4:26Speaker 2: and noticing these things that are kind of triggering us
- 4:30Speaker 2: to get our attention that there's something a little bit
- 4:32Speaker 2: off with it, off kilters, and we're not in harmony
- 4:34Speaker 2: with this or we're not neutral with it. It's just opportunities,
- 4:39Speaker 2: just opportunities for growth. And I'm only sharing this so
- 4:41Speaker 2: that you or anybody else listening to this, not you,
- 4:44Speaker 2: but you meaning the watcher, You're going to have an
- 4:50Speaker 2: understanding about what you're creating from. What are you noticing
- 4:52Speaker 2: when you're listening to Amy and I or when you're
- 4:54Speaker 2: looking at our faces, What are you noticing? What are
- 4:58Speaker 2: you paying attention to? What are you creating from? How
- 5:00Speaker 2: are you feeling right Now, I had a conversation with
- 5:03Speaker 2: someone the other day and there was they were kind
- 5:05Speaker 2: of caught up on a person and saying this person, well,
- 5:10Speaker 2: I'm just done, that's it, and then talked about all
- 5:12Speaker 2: the reasons why. And then I thought, well, how would
- 5:14Speaker 2: this how would this conversation have been if you didn't
- 5:18Speaker 2: have an attachment to an outcome or an expectation from
- 5:20Speaker 2: the other person, Like, how could things have been different?
- 5:23Speaker 2: And it's just really paying attention because we have a
- 5:26Speaker 2: desire within us, we're an expectation, and so it's just
- 5:30Speaker 2: I'm kind of going a little bit all over the place,
- 5:32Speaker 2: but all these things are creating our experience, and it's
- 5:35Speaker 2: to be aware of all these things, not in a
- 5:38Speaker 2: negative way, but in a I care about myself. I'm
- 5:42Speaker 2: creating my life every single day, and I'm not going
- 5:43Speaker 2: to live unconsciously. I'm going to live consciously.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Judgment's interesting interesting topic because there's so much involved with
- 5:53Speaker 1: just that word. Typically when we say judging someone or something,
- 6:00Speaker 1: it's typically a negative connotation to it. However, a positive
- 6:05Speaker 1: thought about somebody's a judgment. So just letting the audience
- 6:09Speaker 1: know that, when you know, Bev's talking about creating from
- 6:12Speaker 1: a space of judgment. Are you looking at somebody through
- 6:16Speaker 1: the eyes of admiration or inspiration, where the what they're
- 6:23Speaker 1: portraying to you and how you're perceiving it feels good
- 6:26Speaker 1: and you would like to incorporate that, incorporate that into
- 6:28Speaker 1: your own being or in your own life. Then you're
- 6:31Speaker 1: creating from that space of judgment. If you're looking at
- 6:34Speaker 1: somebody and you're thinking they're a piece of shit, they
- 6:37Speaker 1: you can't stand them, and all these things, well, then
- 6:40Speaker 1: you're creating from that space of judgment. Because however you're
- 6:44Speaker 1: feeling within yourself, the emotional state that you're carrying, that
- 6:47Speaker 1: is your point of attraction, that is the main point
- 6:49Speaker 1: attraction of your being of manifesting is emotion. And so
- 6:54Speaker 1: in every not every could be every but for most
- 7:04Speaker 1: of the day, whatever emotion you are putting out into
- 7:10Speaker 1: the universe because you have it within you. So that's
- 7:12Speaker 1: a vibrational frequency you're putting out to the people around you,
- 7:16Speaker 1: to your office space, to the person in the store.
- 7:21Speaker 1: You're putting that energy out there, and then that becomes
- 7:24Speaker 1: what they what they say, whatever you put out you're
- 7:27Speaker 1: gonna get back. Some people will say, especially when it
- 7:30Speaker 1: comes to money tenfold, one hundredfold. Whatever, whatever you're putting out,
- 7:33Speaker 1: you're going to get it back. And so yeah, being
- 7:38Speaker 1: mindful is what are your judgmental thoughts, which avenue are
- 7:42Speaker 1: they down? Does it feel good or not feel good?
- 7:45Speaker 1: And then recognize or remember that that you will manifest
- 7:55Speaker 1: stuff from that space, from that energetic space. Also, judgment
- 8:01Speaker 1: is looking at other people and from a space of
- 8:05Speaker 1: again going back to adam, adoration or inspiration, good feeling thought. Recently,
- 8:17Speaker 1: very recently, I'm I'm in this year long leadership class
- 8:23Speaker 1: and we're coming to the end of it. It's this
- 8:26Speaker 1: coming this class coming up is our last one. But
- 8:33Speaker 1: they had a fill in teacher to cover a topic.
- 8:38Speaker 1: And I'm not exaggerating with you when somebody when I'm
- 8:42Speaker 1: listening to a speaker, I'm listening to their tone, I'm
- 8:45Speaker 1: listening to the words they use, how they present themselves.
- 8:49Speaker 1: You know, the confidence they have that's always been a
- 8:52Speaker 1: thing for me working on is confidence, like all these
- 8:55Speaker 1: aspects of them. There are two teachers right now. This
- 9:01Speaker 1: person was one, and I'm going to be honest, I'm
- 9:04Speaker 1: thankful was the one class that she taught and that
- 9:06Speaker 1: was it. Not another one at this time. And then
- 9:10Speaker 1: there's another teacher that I listened to frequently, the fill
- 9:16Speaker 1: in teacher in ten minutes. And this is not an exaggeration,
- 9:22Speaker 1: because I sat because I needed to have this thing
- 9:26Speaker 1: about me to keep track of how many times she
- 9:30Speaker 1: said and in ten minutes she said it one hundred times.
- 9:37Speaker 1: That to me, when somebody is speaking on a for
- 9:44Speaker 1: a long period of time and they're saying that every
- 9:47Speaker 1: other word or every breath or every pause, it's it's
- 9:52Speaker 1: distracting and I have difficulty even focusing on what they're
- 9:56Speaker 1: even talking about. Every three words is so it's it
- 10:03Speaker 1: breaks up whatever their point is and and it's distracting,
- 10:06Speaker 1: and you'll lose me, like I'm done because I can't
- 10:09Speaker 1: focus on anything else because that's all I'm focused on now,
- 10:12Speaker 1: is you saying every other word like it was just
- 10:14Speaker 1: the whole thing. So then I have another teacher who
- 10:22Speaker 1: who I listen to frequently and because it's part of
- 10:27Speaker 1: a group I'm in, and she says okay a lot,
- 10:36Speaker 1: and it's sometimes comes across, as you know, when you're
- 10:42Speaker 1: talking to children and you you're like, oh, okay, now
- 10:46Speaker 1: we're gonna we're gonna pick up the toys, okay, and
- 10:48Speaker 1: we're gonna put them in the toy box. And we
- 10:51Speaker 1: got cleaned up. Okay, that type and and it's and
- 10:55Speaker 1: I feel like I'm not a child. You're trying to
- 10:58Speaker 1: teach me something here and I'm I'm listening. I need
- 11:01Speaker 1: I need direction, not to be taught, not to be
- 11:03Speaker 1: talked like to like that, even though it's not directed
- 11:07Speaker 1: at me, it's it's like a recorded class as she did,
- 11:10Speaker 1: and you know, and she does and all this so
- 11:14Speaker 1: in judgment, Yes, am I being judgment judgmental? Yes I am?
- 11:18Speaker 1: Am I being critical? Yes I am. And I take
- 11:23Speaker 1: that information to help me be better. M What I
- 11:27Speaker 1: recognize when I talk is I say so every frequently,
- 11:32Speaker 1: not as much as I used to. But even in
- 11:35Speaker 1: the last video, I was like, oh Thereah went and
- 11:37Speaker 1: said it again. Oh I said it again. But being
- 11:41Speaker 1: mindful of myself is how I how I speak, how
- 11:43Speaker 1: I talk, especially when I'm teaching, when there's a classroom
- 11:50Speaker 1: full of people, being mindful of how I'm delivering my
- 11:56Speaker 1: message in a way where they can hear it and
- 12:00Speaker 1: I'm not breaking it up with so and these common
- 12:04Speaker 1: words that that we throw in there because sometimes and
- 12:09Speaker 1: I know I've been through all these processes my like
- 12:12Speaker 1: over the past twenty years of learning how to be
- 12:15Speaker 1: in front of people and having that confidence. When you
- 12:19Speaker 1: take a breath, it creates a pause and they're silence
- 12:22Speaker 1: and it gets uncomfortable. So you got to fill it in,
- 12:25Speaker 1: and so you fill it in with these fuller words.
- 12:29Speaker 1: So like, so, my let me see, I said, so,
- 12:35Speaker 1: So my point is not about speaking or these words.
- 12:39Speaker 1: My point is how are you using judgment to help
- 12:43Speaker 1: you be better? Because that is the best best use
- 12:48Speaker 1: of your time. When you are in the presence of somebody,
- 12:52Speaker 1: listening to them, looking at their body language, their appearance,
- 12:58Speaker 1: how they hold themselves, what words do they use. Are
- 13:05Speaker 1: they making eye contact or are they looking away and
- 13:09Speaker 1: talking to you. I had one client. She would talk
- 13:12Speaker 1: to me and she'd close her eyes every time she
- 13:14Speaker 1: went to say something, shed close her eyes and talk
- 13:17Speaker 1: and I'm like trying to make eye contact with her,
- 13:19Speaker 1: but she would just start talking, just close her eyes
- 13:23Speaker 1: or roll her eyes up in the back of her
- 13:25Speaker 1: head while she's talking, like she could not make eye
- 13:28Speaker 1: contact with you. And I thought, wow, isn't that interesting?
- 13:33Speaker 1: So being mindful of that, how can you use what
- 13:36Speaker 1: you're seeing in other people that you are judging to
- 13:39Speaker 1: be better in yourself in the way you show up.
- 13:43Speaker 2: So it's like, my mind's wanting to process all this stuff.
- 13:45Speaker 2: So your experience with this person is she doesn't want
- 13:47Speaker 2: to be seen, So then what within you doesn't want
- 13:50Speaker 2: to be seen?
- 13:51Speaker 1: Right?
- 13:52Speaker 2: And then you were talking about the other things, and
- 13:54Speaker 2: I'm processing all this stuff because now I'm going a
- 13:57Speaker 2: little bit different direction from what we've been talking about.
- 14:00Speaker 2: But when we're listening to a speaker, or we're tuned
- 14:03Speaker 2: into someone because we're tuned into them, how much are
- 14:06Speaker 2: we picking up of their energy? So it would be
- 14:09Speaker 2: uncomfortable if some if you're watching someone and she keeps
- 14:12Speaker 2: saying because she's feeling want to have these spiller words.
- 14:15Speaker 2: And then I don't remember exactly what your word was
- 14:17Speaker 2: that you said, but it was it was distracting you,
- 14:20Speaker 2: or it was making you feel uncomfortable or whatever. And
- 14:23Speaker 2: it's like, when we tune into that person, is this
- 14:25Speaker 2: person uncomfortable being behind the camera?
- 14:29Speaker 1: She was soletely nervous, and I knew that, and I
- 14:31Speaker 1: took that into heart. My brain and my ears could
- 14:35Speaker 1: not get past her saying every three words.
- 14:39Speaker 2: But the energetic part of the whole thing. The energetic
- 14:43Speaker 2: part would be that you would have tuned into this
- 14:45Speaker 2: person and now you're feeling how she's feeling and it's uncomfortable.
- 14:49Speaker 2: That's kind of where my mind went off too, because
- 14:51Speaker 2: it's how often and that's the whole thing to stay
- 14:54Speaker 2: in our own power, right I'm not saying I'm just
- 14:57Speaker 2: processing this from like how do I do? Am I
- 14:59Speaker 2: doing this in life and all this stuff? Because I
- 15:01Speaker 2: think that I probably am. It's so easy to tune
- 15:04Speaker 2: in to everybody else, and it's like I'm not recognizing
- 15:08Speaker 2: staying in my own power sometimes because I'll get pulled
- 15:11Speaker 2: into some of this stuff too. Then I'll be like, Okay,
- 15:13Speaker 2: what's the process here? Like what am I to be
- 15:15Speaker 2: learning from this whole thing? So it's like we're just
- 15:18Speaker 2: I'm just learning a lot as we're having this conversation
- 15:20Speaker 2: to day because I'm seeing that, Yeah, I think we
- 15:23Speaker 2: do really tune into the other person and then we
- 15:25Speaker 2: will notice all those things right because because they're it's
- 15:29Speaker 2: uncomfortable right now, And maybe that's another way of you know,
- 15:34Speaker 2: like you said, you're taking it and if looking at
- 15:36Speaker 2: as the mirror and saying, Okay, what am I doing repetitively?
- 15:39Speaker 2: Or am I how can I change this and do better?
- 15:42Speaker 2: And I understand all that stuff.
- 15:44Speaker 1: I was just.
- 15:44Speaker 2: Recognizing how easy it is that I think that we
- 15:47Speaker 2: tune into another person and now we're feeling a lot
- 15:50Speaker 2: of their own emotions and feelings and not even recognizing it.
- 15:53Speaker 2: So it's like, if they don't want to hear themselves,
- 15:55Speaker 2: why would I want to hear them? Right, there's this
- 15:57Speaker 2: whole conversation because I can go a whole other actually
- 16:00Speaker 2: remembering I used to hate listening to my voice. Hated it.
- 16:04Speaker 2: I did not like the sound of my voice. And
- 16:06Speaker 2: I've had people that have come to me and they're like, oh,
- 16:08Speaker 2: I tried to do this video and I can't stand
- 16:10Speaker 2: the sound of my voice. And I'm thinking now, I'm thinking,
- 16:14Speaker 2: how would anybody have wanted to even wanted to hear
- 16:17Speaker 2: anything that I had to say if I can't even
- 16:20Speaker 2: stand listening to my own voice. So we just kind
- 16:23Speaker 2: of win a million all over the place on the boards.
- 16:25Speaker 2: Lots of stuff to think about. But yeah, there's because
- 16:28Speaker 2: there's so many aspects of everything, and we're creating from
- 16:32Speaker 2: all those spaces all the time.
- 16:34Speaker 1: All of them, and as you were talking about tuning
- 16:38Speaker 1: into their energy, I think sometimes what came to me
- 16:42Speaker 1: while you were talking is that we get we get
- 16:47Speaker 1: tuned into somebody else's energy. And I'm not saying you
- 16:52Speaker 1: do this. I'm speaking in generality that as a healer
- 16:59Speaker 1: or or an EmPATH or an intuitive or anything like that,
- 17:03Speaker 1: that we get tuned into somebody else's energy and then
- 17:06Speaker 1: we want to fix it or we want to how
- 17:08Speaker 1: can we shift this like we want to we do
- 17:12Speaker 1: want to contribute to the energy of what's happening for
- 17:15Speaker 1: it to be better. And I get that, but maybe
- 17:20Speaker 1: sometimes it's not about that. Sometimes it's you need to
- 17:23Speaker 1: see this person, you need to listen to this person,
- 17:26Speaker 1: you need to watch this person, You need to observe
- 17:28Speaker 1: this person so that you can take some information in
- 17:31Speaker 1: and apply it to yourself, whether it's to be better
- 17:34Speaker 1: in yourself and shift them things, or it's maybe you're overbearing,
- 17:40Speaker 1: overpowering and you got to tone it down a little bit,
- 17:42Speaker 1: like what can you do in watching other people or
- 17:45Speaker 1: observing other people in shifting yourself? And as introverts can
- 17:53Speaker 1: be like dynamic at this process. Because that's my history,
- 17:59Speaker 1: my background, my story of naturally defaulting to being an introvert,
- 18:04Speaker 1: and we listen, we observe. We don't want to be seen,
- 18:08Speaker 1: we don't want to talk to you. We want to
- 18:10Speaker 1: stay in our little bubble and act like you can't
- 18:12Speaker 1: see us. We want to do all those things. But
- 18:14Speaker 1: in the meantime, we are watching, we are observing. We
- 18:18Speaker 1: see you, we hear you, we feel you. But instead
- 18:25Speaker 1: of getting drawn into all of that whole package of
- 18:27Speaker 1: somebody else, it's like, oop, take a step back. How
- 18:31Speaker 1: can I use the information for me? Oh?
- 18:35Speaker 2: Yeah, because it's all teaching moments, it's all like this
- 18:37Speaker 2: whole learning, it's all new experiences. Do I like that?
- 18:41Speaker 2: Do I not like that? Do I want to have
- 18:42Speaker 2: that in my experience? That takes me back to Esther
- 18:44Speaker 2: Hicks with Abraham Hicks. You know, it's like life's the menu.
- 18:48Speaker 2: It's like, what do I want off the menu? Well,
- 18:49Speaker 2: I like that, but I don't like that. So it's
- 18:51Speaker 2: like and then from there where we want to put
- 18:53Speaker 2: our attention and we want to put our attention to
- 18:55Speaker 2: the thing that we don't like or are we going to
- 18:57Speaker 2: create from the space that feels like we do want
- 18:59Speaker 2: we do like that stuff? We want to create from
- 19:01Speaker 2: that space.
- 19:02Speaker 1: Yeah, and going into you know, that introverted space in
- 19:10Speaker 1: a victims from a victim perspective of earlier in my years.
- 19:16Speaker 1: It wasn't about at the time twenty thirty years ago,
- 19:20Speaker 1: thirty plus, twenty plus years ago. Actually it wasn't about
- 19:24Speaker 1: me observing people to see how I could be better.
- 19:26Speaker 1: It was from it was me observing people to see
- 19:28Speaker 1: how I could fit in. How can I million with
- 19:32Speaker 1: these How could I what do they say, how do
- 19:34Speaker 1: they act? What are their topics of you know, of interest?
- 19:38Speaker 1: How can I bring that into me so I can
- 19:42Speaker 1: fit in with them? Which is the chameleon, the people pleaser.
- 19:48Speaker 1: So now it's a completely different story when I shifted
- 19:54Speaker 1: my journey of instead of people pleasing and wanting to
- 19:58Speaker 1: be on this journey to fit in with you you
- 20:00Speaker 1: now it's a journey of what are your interests so
- 20:03Speaker 1: I can connect with you so that we can develop
- 20:08Speaker 1: a relationship. Whether it's deep or so if it doesn't
- 20:11Speaker 1: matter to me. But it is not for me to
- 20:15Speaker 1: get information on you to follow you. I'm pulling back.
- 20:21Speaker 1: I have pulled back quite a bit on being the
- 20:24Speaker 1: follower and letting somebody else lead because nobody can lead
- 20:30Speaker 1: my life. I can. And if I put my life
- 20:34Speaker 1: into somebody else's hands by following them, and then then
- 20:39Speaker 1: I get the opportunity to blame them when everything goes wrong, Well,
- 20:42Speaker 1: it's still a false story because it was still my
- 20:44Speaker 1: decision pulling back to observe. So I can see how
- 20:49Speaker 1: I can connect with you as a different way of
- 20:51Speaker 1: looking at it than how can I fit in with you?
- 20:55Speaker 2: Yeah, and I know that you just just described it
- 20:59Speaker 2: so well because that's something I had done my whole life,
- 21:01Speaker 2: not even realizing it, and and that because that was safe,
- 21:04Speaker 2: that was a safe place to enter in. It's like
- 21:08Speaker 2: I always would describe it as telling someone it's like
- 21:10Speaker 2: watching someone do double dutch, you know, jump rope, and
- 21:13Speaker 2: it's like you you kind of see when it's the
- 21:15Speaker 2: right time to come in. And that's how I always was,
- 21:18Speaker 2: always didn't realize that I was doing that. And then
- 21:20Speaker 2: just the way you said it today really has impacted
- 21:23Speaker 2: me a lot. It's I'm processing so many things right
- 21:26Speaker 2: now about all the times and I that I jumped
- 21:29Speaker 2: into all that stuff, and also recognizing how I have
- 21:32Speaker 2: also pulled back. I'm about my energy now, not about
- 21:36Speaker 2: and not from a Oh no, I'm not going to
- 21:38Speaker 2: hang out with that first because my energy, it's it
- 21:40Speaker 2: from a different space. I'm more neutral, neutral about it,
- 21:44Speaker 2: so I have the opportunity to grow from it instead
- 21:47Speaker 2: of trying to resist it and push it all away,
- 21:49Speaker 2: which we only know that brings it closer to you.
- 21:51Speaker 2: So it's futile. Finding ways to enjoy the journey.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly, while we was gonna be mindful of our
- 22:02Speaker 1: judgments and how we are contributing to that energy, and
- 22:07Speaker 1: how are we using it to focus either externally or internally.
- 22:13Speaker 1: What do you what are you gonna do with the information?
- 22:15Speaker 1: We're always we are information based people. You think about
- 22:19Speaker 1: you think about AI. AI operates off the information you
- 22:23Speaker 1: give it, nothing more, nothing less. This is important when
- 22:28Speaker 1: it comes to AI. We are learning how to communicate
- 22:32Speaker 1: by using those tools.
- 22:35Speaker 2: One hundred percent.
- 22:36Speaker 1: I think that is super amazing. And again it's super
- 22:39Speaker 1: amazing for an introvert. There are people you have, your
- 22:43Speaker 1: creative people who they have that vision. They can they
- 22:49Speaker 1: can describe things to it, you know, like the bangs
- 22:52Speaker 1: on a leaf and what they look like like. They
- 22:55Speaker 1: are so detailed oriented in their vision. I am not
- 23:00Speaker 1: so leaning on AI to ask it how you know
- 23:03Speaker 1: to create something, and then getting more detailed, and then
- 23:07Speaker 1: more detailed and more. It's teaching me how to communicate. Now.
- 23:11Speaker 1: I've been learning how to communicate for a while now
- 23:15Speaker 1: because of the speaking and the teaching, but AI is
- 23:21Speaker 1: super a super great tool in learning communication, in explaining
- 23:28Speaker 1: what you want. And that's another keyword, right, you have
- 23:31Speaker 1: to tell AI what you want. You have to know
- 23:35Speaker 1: what you want, even if it's just this is a
- 23:39Speaker 1: result I want. I don't excuse me, I don't know
- 23:41Speaker 1: how to get there. Can you help me with this?
- 23:44Speaker 1: Can you give me a layout? Can you give me
- 23:45Speaker 1: a plan? Can you give me some guidance? Give me
- 23:48Speaker 1: some steps yet? Figure out what you want? And the
- 23:58Speaker 1: communication skills are sooner important. And then communication skills matter
- 24:02Speaker 1: when you're communicating with yourself because your communication with yourself
- 24:06Speaker 1: is what's making you feel the way you feel, and
- 24:08Speaker 1: the way you feel is what's creating your manifestation and
- 24:12Speaker 1: attracting whatever it is you're focused on. So it's a
- 24:14Speaker 1: whole process. Use the tools as you will. It's up
- 24:20Speaker 1: to you.
- 24:21Speaker 2: It's your choice. Yeah, that's you know. I would just
- 24:26Speaker 2: explain to the grandkids. It's like it's a power and
- 24:29Speaker 2: people are going to use it for good, and people
- 24:31Speaker 2: are going to use it for you know, maybe to
- 24:34Speaker 2: harm somebody else or whatever. But it's all that's it's
- 24:37Speaker 2: just really up to us. And you just totally nailed
- 24:40Speaker 2: it when you said it's just it's teaching us communication,
- 24:42Speaker 2: because it totally is. There's so many times even in
- 24:45Speaker 2: this conversation that I was saying something but lose train
- 24:48Speaker 2: of thought and then I have to kind of bring
- 24:50Speaker 2: myself back in to get back on topic again. And
- 24:52Speaker 2: so it's being clear about those things because you start
- 24:55Speaker 2: communicating with AI that way and it's like, okay, so
- 24:58Speaker 2: what you're really trying to say is and then to
- 25:00Speaker 2: kind of break it down for you. So it really
- 25:01Speaker 2: is helping with communication as not That's what I mean.
- 25:06Speaker 2: That's where the power comes from. When someone can say
- 25:09Speaker 2: something like that and it takes away it drops all
- 25:12Speaker 2: the negativity, all the doubt, all the the opposition to
- 25:17Speaker 2: it just being a tool to help you learn how
- 25:21Speaker 2: to communicate better, to help you be able to complete
- 25:23Speaker 2: a sentence, to help you be able to have understanding,
- 25:26Speaker 2: because it does have opportunities to explain things to you
- 25:29Speaker 2: to go into details, teaching a person how to go
- 25:32Speaker 2: into details. We're sitting here talking and I'm and I
- 25:34Speaker 2: because I like to tune into energies. So before we
- 25:38Speaker 2: had gotten to the topic of tuning, we're tuning into
- 25:41Speaker 2: our teachers were actually picking up their energies. Well, that's
- 25:44Speaker 2: what we would like to watch people that are millionaires,
- 25:46Speaker 2: that's are you know, talking about their experience and what
- 25:49Speaker 2: they do. And because automatically we tune into that, we
- 25:52Speaker 2: didn't have that experience beforehand. We didn't know what that
- 25:55Speaker 2: felt like. And now all of a sudden, we're tuning
- 25:57Speaker 2: into it. So we're tuning in. It's disguiding us in
- 25:59Speaker 2: this app to tune it, to tune the tune or
- 26:02Speaker 2: to where you want to to what you want to
- 26:03Speaker 2: be listening to what you want to be, feeling what
- 26:05Speaker 2: you want to be hearing what you know, how you
- 26:08Speaker 2: want life to be. And you just did that, just
- 26:11Speaker 2: even by switching anything that might have been negative possibly
- 26:15Speaker 2: about AI totally took it away because it disempowered all
- 26:20Speaker 2: the rest of the stuff because it was it's simply
- 26:22Speaker 2: just a tool, and it's helping us to communicate. Because
- 26:26Speaker 2: there's been such a separation from everybody sitting with their
- 26:29Speaker 2: faces and their phones all the time. That this is
- 26:31Speaker 2: almost like it if we want to look at it
- 26:32Speaker 2: that way. This is another way of guiding us out,
- 26:35Speaker 2: and this is making possibility for deeper and greater relationships, conversations,
- 26:42Speaker 2: joy feeling things on such a different level than we've
- 26:46Speaker 2: ever felt things before, just because of the just because
- 26:49Speaker 2: of AI creating communication.
- 26:53Speaker 1: And you know, you could put something in I used
- 26:58Speaker 1: to chat top T frequently, but you can put something
- 27:00Speaker 1: in one of the your you know, whatever AI platform
- 27:02Speaker 1: you're using, and tell it some of your judgmental thoughts
- 27:06Speaker 1: and ask it, how can I turn this around? How
- 27:09Speaker 1: could I see something different in this person? Or how
- 27:12Speaker 1: could I focus differently on this person? How can I
- 27:15Speaker 1: shift my mindset about this person based on my thoughts
- 27:18Speaker 1: of what I'm having about them? And it'll tell you,
- 27:21Speaker 1: it'll give you ideas, it'll probably it'll come up with
- 27:24Speaker 1: things that you wouldn't even have thought of on your own.
- 27:28Speaker 1: You know. Mastermind groups were created so that many minds
- 27:31Speaker 1: could come together to help solve a problem or be
- 27:34Speaker 1: creative or you know, create a new invention or whatever
- 27:39Speaker 1: the case might may be. Help you get unstuck. And
- 27:42Speaker 1: that's what this is. This is a tool.
- 27:44Speaker 2: It's a tool, it is and it's like AI is
- 27:48Speaker 2: your mastermind group. It can I mean, it is also
- 27:51Speaker 2: your mastermind group. That's so awesome.
- 27:53Speaker 1: It's so true though, But we just want to remember
- 27:56Speaker 1: not to lose the human aspects of it, of communicating
- 28:01Speaker 1: with people because ultimately that's you know, if power goes out,
- 28:05Speaker 1: your AI tool's gone, the people are still going to
- 28:09Speaker 1: be around you. So we kind of choose wisely on
- 28:13Speaker 1: what you're depending on heavily for in it for interaction.
- 28:21Speaker 1: How's that? Yeah?
- 28:23Speaker 2: And I like to use it for like the internal
- 28:25Speaker 2: guidance because I do a lot. I mean I have
- 28:27Speaker 2: used it a lot. I've if I was struggling with
- 28:29Speaker 2: something and I wanted to create a burning ceremony, I
- 28:31Speaker 2: would ask AI, like here, kind of like what you
- 28:33Speaker 2: said with the judgment, I would say, this is what
- 28:35Speaker 2: I'm feeling. I want to release these things. And since
- 28:39Speaker 2: then I've actually gravitated because we've had conversations and Spirit
- 28:43Speaker 2: has guided it that way. I feel like to the
- 28:45Speaker 2: tapping because tapping has been freaking so phenomenally beneficial. After
- 28:50Speaker 2: we've had conversations, I listened to it tapping and I
- 28:52Speaker 2: was even doing it driving down the dirt road and
- 28:55Speaker 2: I'm doing the tapping and I'm listening to this thing,
- 28:57Speaker 2: and I think I was releasing. It was like letting
- 28:59Speaker 2: go control, and I'm like letting go control. I have
- 29:03Speaker 2: never felt so more free in my life. And it
- 29:06Speaker 2: was palpable. I could feel it. I could fill that
- 29:09Speaker 2: whole like relief from something I've been carrying. And it's
- 29:14Speaker 2: from a victim standpoint, something I've been carrying, but from
- 29:16Speaker 2: a from a you know, computer standpoint. It's something that
- 29:21Speaker 2: was just input that no longer serves me, just doesn't
- 29:23Speaker 2: do it, just doesn't do it for me. It's not
- 29:25Speaker 2: bringing anything satisfying to me at all. So it's just
- 29:30Speaker 2: all of this stuff has just guided me within, and
- 29:32Speaker 2: I use it when I receive information within, like I'm
- 29:35Speaker 2: struggling with something, I might reach out to use AI
- 29:38Speaker 2: for that information, but not to stay with it, because,
- 29:42Speaker 2: like you said, it's something that's outside of us, but
- 29:44Speaker 2: we do have all this information inside of us, and
- 29:47Speaker 2: this is helping us also learn how to listen and
- 29:51Speaker 2: hear at the same time, which guides us all back
- 29:54Speaker 2: into selfs. So it's to me, it's like it's it's
- 29:58Speaker 2: like the template or the guidance that were from AI,
- 30:02Speaker 2: which isn't really AI. It's just it's just the next
- 30:05Speaker 2: part of the process to help us all grow collectively.
- 30:08Speaker 1: Yeah, just a tool. Your phone's a tool, your computer's
- 30:13Speaker 1: a tool, your mouse is a tool, the microphone is
- 30:15Speaker 1: a tool, the camera is a tool. Like it's all,
- 30:18Speaker 1: it's a tool. Make it more than it is. And yes,
- 30:21Speaker 1: people are going to use it, like you said, for
- 30:24Speaker 1: things that we don't agree with and wouldn't be the
- 30:27Speaker 1: first time. Just people push it to the limits. And
- 30:33Speaker 1: it's adrenaline, it's it's challenge, it's excitement, thrill Uh, it's
- 30:39Speaker 1: all the things for them, and that's why they do it.
- 30:45Speaker 2: Yeah, and all those things are so superficial, are so
- 30:47Speaker 2: short lived because then you're always constantly chasing something else.
- 30:52Speaker 1: And then so that is a judgment on them. So
- 30:55Speaker 1: how can I turn that around? Why I can use
- 30:57Speaker 1: all of those same words in using AI to create
- 31:02Speaker 1: my business. It's exciting, it's thrilling, it's challenging, it's you know,
- 31:06Speaker 1: it's all the things as well from a different perspective.
- 31:10Speaker 1: So judgment is a great tool if you have enough
- 31:15Speaker 1: awareness around it to utilize it in a way that's
- 31:18Speaker 1: beneficial for you.
- 31:19Speaker 2: Yeah, for your creation, you always know you're using it,
- 31:24Speaker 2: like you grab. Okay, I'm going to create something. I'm
- 31:26Speaker 2: bringing my judgment now. Yeah, I'm gonna go look at
- 31:29Speaker 2: a bunch of different figures. I mean, I'm just using
- 31:31Speaker 2: the body as a thing because it seems like we're
- 31:33Speaker 2: I mean, I have spent time. I think I created
- 31:35Speaker 2: myself this body in a lot of ways from all
- 31:37Speaker 2: the stuff that I was exploring because I was in
- 31:39Speaker 2: the body building community and always constantly exploring, but also
- 31:43Speaker 2: visually taking this step in all the time. Whether it
- 31:46Speaker 2: was judgment. Oh I like that. I don't like that,
- 31:48Speaker 2: always creating because like you said, everything is a tool,
- 31:51Speaker 2: a tool for the Tuman experience. To go have fun,
- 31:54Speaker 2: have a blast, and recognize how how those judgments can
- 31:57Speaker 2: can be your creative process. Yep, absolutely all right, people
- 32:04Speaker 2: got work to do, got the words to get, got
- 32:09Speaker 2: work to do on yourself.
- 32:11Speaker 1: So go judge somebody, but use it. Turn around to
- 32:13Speaker 1: see how you can use that judgment for yourself and
- 32:16Speaker 1: just make it a game. Really you can just be
- 32:18Speaker 1: oh dang, I just criticize that person in my head,
- 32:22Speaker 1: what is it about that? I go through all the things,
- 32:24Speaker 1: what is it about them? All their tone, their their
- 32:28Speaker 1: facial expression, their body language, the way they dress, whatever
- 32:31Speaker 1: it is, and then apply that to yourself. Do I
- 32:36Speaker 1: like my tone? Do I like my body language? Do
- 32:38Speaker 1: I feel confident? Am I sassy? Or am I compassionate?
- 32:43Speaker 1: Like you just utilize the information to improve on your
- 32:47Speaker 1: own well, be on your own being. And as I
- 32:50Speaker 1: say frequently is when you do and be better in yourself,
- 32:54Speaker 1: then you just automatically show up and be and do
- 32:56Speaker 1: better in the world. That's ultimately my goal on a
- 33:00Speaker 1: daily basis, to the best of my ability in the moment.
- 33:03Speaker 1: So we're going to leave that one there.
- 33:08Speaker 2: That's good.
- 33:10Speaker 1: With that. Other people are having these conversations or thinking
- 33:14Speaker 1: about these things as well, So just be resourceful. Share us,
