Google’s iconic Sail Tower in downtown Austin is getting a $25 million facelift, set to begin August 14th and wrap by May 2027. After sitting mostly empty for nearly four years since its 2019 lease, the 35-story building is being revitalized with upgraded shell office space and minor mechanical improvements.
