SPEAKER_00: Today is Khulindaf Kuf Yudzain, and we are holding by the Mishnah on the bottom of Kuftes, sorry, Kuf Yudzain, and we're holding on the Mishnah on the bottom of Kuftezain Amud base.
• 0:09
  SPEAKER_00: Khaimir Bachilim and Badam.
• 0:10
SPEAKER_00: The Khamir Badam and Bihiliv.
• 0:11
SPEAKER_00: Two of the things that are problematic to eat as part of the animal, even a kosher animal, is Khalib and Dam.
• 0:18
SPEAKER_00: Khaileb is the forbidden fats, Dam is the blood.
• 0:20
SPEAKER_00: The blood is uh not only by kosher animals, but all of any type of dam is a problem.
• 0:24
SPEAKER_00: The point is it's a khiv khuris for both these things as well.
• 0:27
  SPEAKER_00: It's a very, very khmur isser.
• 0:29
SPEAKER_00: Either way, Khamir Bachil Bachilim ibn, there are some khumras that the issur of Khileb has over Dham.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: And Mikhamir, there are some Khumrais that Dam has over Khileb.
• 0:39
SPEAKER_00: What are the humras that Khailav has over Dam?
• 0:41
SPEAKER_00: Shah Chilev Mailin bylah applies to Khailaf.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_00: You can be chai of illa if you use it improperly.
• 0:48
SPEAKER_00: And you're also gonna be chaib because of pigle nicer and tame.
• 0:50
SPEAKER_00: That all applies if you were using chiliv and um as a result was pigle nicer and tame.
• 0:56
SPEAKER_00: All those things do not apply to Dam.
• 0:58
SPEAKER_00: And that is the human that chilev has over them.
• 1:00
  SPEAKER_00: The chem.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_00: And dam as a humra over chhelev, shah dam the behemoth.
• 1:04
SPEAKER_00: Dam, you're gonna be chai of cars, it doesn't matter what dam you try, it doesn't matter what kind of dom you eat.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_00: Whether they're kosher or not, kosher, it doesn't matter.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_00: Dam is gonna come along with a chief of cars, masha'in kin by chileb, because the chilib in an agile by behemoth.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_00: The only isra of chalim, the only khi of karas by chilib is by behema tarah, tehoira bilvad.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, those are the hummus that chheleb has over Dam, those are the humrons that Dam has over Chail.
• 1:27
  SPEAKER_00: And with that, Zuktikum.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_00: How do we know this?
• 1:29
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 1:30
SPEAKER_00: How do we know that there is Mi'ilah by Khajim Kalim?
• 1:32
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna tell me what are we talking about?
• 1:34
SPEAKER_00: Where do we even say that?
• 1:35
SPEAKER_00: So Ain Rashi explains because since the Mishnah said Mi'ilah across the board and it didn't differentiate what type of Chailf, only Chail from Koshikadoshim, and it didn't say no, only it didn't say only Chail from Koshikadashim, it said across the board.
• 1:47
  SPEAKER_00: There's mi'ilah by Khalef.
• 1:50
  SPEAKER_00: So that's Mashmah.
• 1:51
SPEAKER_00: Bain Kotchim Kalim, bain kochhikodchim, main koshikadashim.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, Kotchim Kalim, that sometimes the fish certain shetas are moment baile even.
• 1:59
SPEAKER_00: So you're gonna tell me there's me'ilah so mean anime.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_00: How do you know such a thing?
• 2:01
SPEAKER_00: How do you know such a thing to apply a blanket rule across the board to tell me that there's me'ilah by Kutchim?
• 2:06
SPEAKER_00: And that sounds like it includes also Katshim Kalim.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: So how do we know that there's me even by Kutchim Kalim?
• 2:10
SPEAKER_00: Amravyanriana says Damakh, because the posik says, Tashar Yura Misharzevah Hashlomim.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_00: This is a pasik by the Parcoin Mishiach.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_00: This is a karban that the Kain Goddou brings.
• 2:18
SPEAKER_00: If he does uh Veirah Shazdaina Kharas, he did a Bishagi right?
• 2:22
SPEAKER_00: So he brings the Karko and Mishiach.
• 2:24
SPEAKER_00: And it says Kash Yura Mishar Zev Haslam.
• 2:26
SPEAKER_00: It compares it to Ashlomim.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_00: The same way you bring the Imurim from Ashlom.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_00: What exactly are we learning from Ashlom?
• 2:34
SPEAKER_00: We already know what emurim we're bringing.
• 2:36
  SPEAKER_00: We already know it.
• 2:36
SPEAKER_00: We're not learning actually anything from Ashlomim to the Parquim Mashiach.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, what are we learning between Malaman and Mishavaslamata?
• 2:45
  SPEAKER_00: It comes out what?
• 2:46
SPEAKER_00: That it came to teach something, right?
• 2:47
SPEAKER_00: The same way you do it by the shlamin.
• 2:49
SPEAKER_00: So it sounds like you're learning something from the shlam.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_00: Balamid came to teach you something.
• 2:53
SPEAKER_00: It comes out that we're actually learning something by a shlomim itself.
• 2:55
  SPEAKER_00: What's specific about ishlim?
• 2:58
SPEAKER_00: So we're teaching something from the park and mashiach the opposite way.
• 3:01
SPEAKER_00: To the shlamin, to quachim kalim.
• 3:03
SPEAKER_00: Now what makes are zephakim in the park and mashiach?
• 3:06
  SPEAKER_00: There's a hekish between the two.
• 3:07
  SPEAKER_00: Ma park and mashachilah.
• 3:08
SPEAKER_00: Just like the park and mashiach, that's katchigadoshin, and it has mi'uh, so too after Zephakhshlamim.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: So we see even my Kachim Kalim, Shlomim, for example, has Mi'illah, and that's how you know.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_00: This line in recent days.
• 3:26
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 3:26
SPEAKER_00: It's is it is it uh Vahim Huera Sibe?
• 3:29
SPEAKER_00: Nehla as Rashi told us before, right?
• 3:31
SPEAKER_00: Is it do you not what is there something wrong with Rebbe's Limud?
• 3:34
  SPEAKER_00: Rebbi already learned.
• 3:35
  SPEAKER_00: Rebbi learned what?
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: This thing we're trying to learn that you just proved from this whole hekish that there is mi'ilo, even by Kachim Khalim, we have that already from Rebbe.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_00: What's what did Rebbi say?
• 3:43
  SPEAKER_00: Kal Khalib Lashem.
• 3:44
  SPEAKER_00: Possibl says Ko Haleblash.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: That teaches me that even the Murim of Khakim Kalim have Mi'ilah so Rebbi had a different lemud for this.
• 3:52
SPEAKER_00: So Vachim So Keura Zushishana Rebbi, why why aren't you satisfied with what Rebbi's lemud was?
• 3:57
SPEAKER_00: Some Rabbi'ah answers that you really need both.
• 3:59
  SPEAKER_00: Itstrach, you need both.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_00: We know there was other emurim, not only the chalef.
• 4:13
SPEAKER_00: There's the Yeseris, the Shaykh Layas, then Loi, you wouldn't be Chaimilah because if it only says Chail, it only says Chail.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_00: So you're only gonna be Haimila for Chail.
• 4:20
SPEAKER_00: The other one's not, Kasahona Kasha Yuram.
• 4:21
SPEAKER_00: That's why it says Kasha Yuram, that was Rebbi's, right?
• 4:24
SPEAKER_00: Kol Khilashem, or sorry, that Khalev was Rebi.
• 4:27
  SPEAKER_00: Kashuram was before.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: But either way, that's why I said Kasha Yurim, which was R B Yana's Mikkar.
• 4:32
SPEAKER_00: That's why I said Kashar Yuram, which means anything that you're mayrim, anything, any of the Imurim, and not only the Chaileb, including the Shay Clayas as well.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_00: All of them are gonna be Hamili, Kasrahman and Kasha Uram.
• 4:41
SPEAKER_00: If it only had the first Mikkar, if it only said that positive, then Hamina Kheleb Aliah, the last of Ashar, Loi, then I would think the Chailb of the tale, that Ashar doesn't have this Chaileb as part of the tale, then Loi, then it's not gonna be included in the Khalib.
• 4:57
  SPEAKER_00: It says the Gemar.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_00: So you're gonna tell me that the Aliyah itself, Ayn Rashi, that uh that that what's it called?
• 5:05
SPEAKER_00: That the Aliyah is that the Chilev, Ha Aliyah, that's referring to sorry, just trying to find the Rashi over here.
• 5:10
  SPEAKER_00: Aliy goes a Bashar.
• 5:12
SPEAKER_00: Then Loi, you shouldn't be haila.
• 5:14
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 5:21
SPEAKER_00: So it sounds like that's called Kheleb itself.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: So he Remari asked for his vid that he aliyah ikra chhelev.
• 5:25
SPEAKER_00: If the aliy is called Khelev, then it's a bakhila.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: The whole thing should be asubila.
• 5:29
SPEAKER_00: So what's going on over here that it's uh Motra Bahilah I'm laying answer to back?
• 5:35
SPEAKER_00: I learned from there, Dava Shav Basharbach.
• 5:37
SPEAKER_00: The only thing that's gonna be Asabhilah is something that's shovel, Shark Khazavan A's that all these animals have, and the other animals don't have the cheleb'alya, and that's why what you're saying is not gonna be true.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_00: Ashama, a different answer, Khalboy Ha'alyo Ikroi.
• 5:52
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry, Khalboy Haalyo Ikroi.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_00: This Chaleb of the Aliya is called Chalboy Ha'alyo.
• 5:58
  SPEAKER_00: It's called it's those two together.
• 5:59
SPEAKER_00: It's not stam that the tail is called Chailef.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_00: No, it's called Cheleboy Haaliyo, those two together.
• 6:04
  SPEAKER_00: But Chail Stamma Loikrai.
• 6:06
SPEAKER_00: It's not called Chilef Stam.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: And Chahilif Stam, if it was called Chailf Stam, then you're right, it would be Oscar 100%, just like Chilef.
• 6:12
SPEAKER_00: But it says Gama'ala, if so, then lay Imalubah.
• 6:14
  SPEAKER_00: You shouldn't be Chaimilah.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_00: If it's not called Chailfstam, only for Chileflam, you're Chaimi'Ilah.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_00: So why be if it's a different thing, it's a different thing, you shouldn't be Chailah.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_00: So Mahvarta, it's clear Kervizvid, that was the first answer.
• 6:26
SPEAKER_00: Went through that fast, but we have a lot of words for read today.
• 6:28
  SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna continue.
• 6:29
  SPEAKER_00: Masha'imkay dam.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_00: So we saw in the Mishnah that's Khaimir Badamhilev.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: So we saw the Khumr that Chaileb has over Dham, even though there's both Hive creesis, eating forbidden fats and eating Dham.
• 6:41
SPEAKER_00: So the Khmer that Chileb has over Dam, that by Chalev, you're Mylin by the Him almost pigovanais of Tame.
• 6:49
  SPEAKER_00: Masha'in Kin Bidam.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_00: Dam does not have those things.
• 6:51
SPEAKER_00: Dham is a khi of cars, but you're not gonna have to be hi'ah.
• 6:53
SPEAKER_00: You're not gonna be hive if it's piggle nice or botame.
• 6:55
SPEAKER_00: Those things, Masha Inkin Madam, do not apply to that by Damas.
• 6:59
SPEAKER_00: How do I know these things don't apply to Dham?
• 7:01
SPEAKER_00: Uh says, Dhamma Khan Posik says, Lochem.
• 7:04
SPEAKER_00: The Posik says, and by the Posik of Dam, it says Lochem, which teaches me shalokhem yehe.
• 7:10
  SPEAKER_00: It belongs to you.
• 7:11
SPEAKER_00: In other words, there's no Mi'ilah when you high me'ilah, when it doesn't belong to you, it's La Hashem, right?
• 7:15
  SPEAKER_00: It's La Hashem.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_00: So if you use it in an improper way, you're Hai Mi'ilah so if it says Lochem, Shalokhem Yeh, it belongs to you, and that's how we know you're not going to be high me'lah.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_00: The very smaw tana, the very shmala, different makar, that l'hapr.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_00: It says l'hapr by Dham.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_00: And therefore Dham is a Kapara, which teaches me L'Hapara Nisati Blah Mi'ilah it's Dafka only for Kapara and not for Mi'ila.
• 7:32
SPEAKER_00: Mila does not apply to Dam.
• 7:33
SPEAKER_00: It's only coming to be Ma'Khapr and not Likapara.
• 7:35
  SPEAKER_00: It's a Josha.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: And says Ammar Kadapas says who?
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: It says who in the parsha Dham, which teaches me who lif necapar aha kapara.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_00: That the Dham is the same.
• 7:43
  SPEAKER_00: Who?
• 7:43
  SPEAKER_00: Who achashvarus, right?
• 7:45
SPEAKER_00: He's a shot before and after who is always the same state across the board.
• 7:49
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, who lives naked arcala'kapar.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: The dam has the same din before kapara, just like after kapara.
• 7:54
SPEAKER_00: How does that teach me anything?
• 7:55
SPEAKER_00: Because mala a kabar and ma'ela, just like we know after kapara by anything, there's no ma'ilah mi'ilah after the kapara was already done by by something where mi'ilah even does apply.
• 8:02
SPEAKER_00: Once it got the kapara, there's no mi'ilah.
• 8:05
SPEAKER_00: After you did the zriqa, ain't myelin by.
• 8:06
  SPEAKER_00: There's no me'ila even by a regular carbon.
• 8:08
  SPEAKER_00: Something that me'l applies.
• 8:09
SPEAKER_00: Once you do this rika, once you got the kaparah, there's no me'ilah at all.
• 8:12
SPEAKER_00: So since after kapara there's never mi'ilah, so who teaches me that hulaf ne kapara kila ah kapara over here by dam even before kapara, it's the same thing like if it was after kapara, meaning no me'ila across the board.
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: Just like after kapara, there's no me'ila.
• 8:23
SPEAKER_00: So to before kapara, there's no me'ila, meaning by dam, there's no me'ila across the board.
• 8:28
  SPEAKER_00: Ain't by me'ila.
• 8:29
SPEAKER_00: Af of nekabar, aim by me'ila.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna aima hula ach kapara kill of nekabar.
• 8:33
SPEAKER_00: How do you know to say who teaches me that before kapara it's like after kapara, that it doesn't have me'ila at all.
• 8:38
SPEAKER_00: Maybe I should say the opposite.
• 8:38
SPEAKER_00: That even after kapara, it's like before kapara, before he got the kapara, that that generally before kapara me'ila does apply.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_00: So maybe it should have mi'ilah across the board.
• 8:47
SPEAKER_00: How do you know to say it the other way?
• 8:48
SPEAKER_00: The aima hula ach kapara kilafne kapara, malaf nakara yeshba me'ila afla ach kapara yeshmah also we should learn according to this across the board that mi'ila applies even even la akher kapara where miela generally doesn't apply.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: And to the gymara can't be impossible.
• 9:02
SPEAKER_00: Because e'ha dabershana mitzvah ma'alinba, because it's a claw that there's nothing that the mitzvah was already done, you got the kapara, that Mila still applies.
• 9:10
SPEAKER_00: It's impossible, and therefore you can't teach me that the Who is teaching me that Mi'ila is gonna just like there's Mila before, there's also Ma'ilah after.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_00: Because Mi'ilah after is an impossibility because mitzvasai, there's never Mi'ilah In the Dabershinasis mitzvasai Ma'alin Bai.
• 9:24
SPEAKER_00: Mila is never Mila's uh not a thing anymore once you had the mitzvah done.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_00: So I was going really a little bit of a tangent now?
• 9:30
  SPEAKER_00: Veloy, is that true?
• 9:31
SPEAKER_00: That once it was nasis mitzvasai, you won't ever find Mi'ilah but a true mash.
• 9:35
  SPEAKER_00: What about Triumasadesh?
• 9:36
SPEAKER_00: Was the first stuff I did in the morning that the Kehanin used to run up the ramp and take a little bit of the the dash and the ash that was on the mizzbeh was some my eight slam misbehagh.
• 9:43
SPEAKER_00: He took it down, put it next to the misbehav.
• 9:44
SPEAKER_00: But the pasik says, the nasa mitzvash, once you do the trumasadesh and once you finish nash and the mitzvah is done, um still applies.
• 9:51
SPEAKER_00: How do we know the pasik says the ksib is some itzlamizbeach, which teaches me you're supposed to put it by the misbehak, it should stay there, and there's me'ilah.
• 9:58
SPEAKER_00: That's where it's supposed to be, and you can't do anything about it.
• 9:59
SPEAKER_00: Meaning if you use it, you are gonna be high mi'ilah.
• 10:02
SPEAKER_00: Aye, I thought it's not sa smitszwash.
• 10:03
SPEAKER_00: You already did the trumasadesh, and so I just found something that nasis mitzvah, and me'ilah applies.
• 10:08
SPEAKER_00: And so the Gemara, I'll tell you why.
• 10:10
  SPEAKER_00: You're right.
• 10:10
SPEAKER_00: Really, you found something that this is true.
• 10:13
SPEAKER_00: And still there's mi'ilah, but you want to know why you can't learn from there.
• 10:16
SPEAKER_00: Meaning across the board it's impossible.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_00: Across the board it's impossible.
• 10:19
SPEAKER_00: You found one exception, but the only reason that's okay and it doesn't it doesn't share us is because there's two exceptions.
• 10:24
SPEAKER_00: And once there's two exceptions exceptions, there's snake suvanaman keychon, and we know the Allah in Milamden.
• 10:30
SPEAKER_00: And because the Gamar answered Misham Dahabi, Trumasadeshin, Big De Kahuna, Snake Suvanaman Keachad, Vikhal Snake Sumanaman, Kachod in Milamden.
• 10:36
SPEAKER_00: You're right, you found the case, but really there's two cases there's Trumasadeshin and Big De Kahuna.
• 10:40
SPEAKER_00: Big dehuna, we know also you can't use them ever again.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: You're you're not gonna be able to take them home once Nasas mitzfasu and use them, and therefore, Big Day Kuna and the Trumasedeshin is Sneak Sumanaman Keachad.
• 10:52
SPEAKER_00: And anytime you have two parts, two alakas in the tar that are the same, but they're not the same anywhere else, two Ingalamdan.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: You're not gonna be able to learn from there.
• 10:59
SPEAKER_00: One, you could learn, right?
• 11:00
SPEAKER_00: But if the Tara went out of its way to say two places, the the idea is the part over here is the tire is telling you tafka over here and tafka over here.
• 11:07
  SPEAKER_00: I told you two.
• 11:07
SPEAKER_00: If I if I wanted to apply this to everywhere else, you teach at once, and I'll learn from there, right?
• 11:12
SPEAKER_00: To everywhere else, the binyana, the whatever lingwood you want to use.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: But if it's two, the tarot went out of its way to teach you tafka here, tafka here by these two please places, and therefore in lambden to the rest of the tires are generally in the chodavashina's except for these two places.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: But these two places are a separate exemption, and you can't learn that because again, in lambden.
• 11:32
SPEAKER_00: That says as it relates to the Big Day Kehuna, the coin goggle, specifically after him kipper, he used Big Day Loven as part of his uh as part of the Abbaida.
• 11:43
SPEAKER_00: We knew we know it changed a few times, but he essentially big day lava as part of his abida.
• 11:50
  SPEAKER_00: So afterwards, Viniham Shum.
• 11:52
SPEAKER_00: So he puts it over there, okay.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_00: That means it needs knees, meaning you're not allowed to use it after, meaning myelin by so that makes sense.
• 11:58
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 11:59
SPEAKER_00: Because I have two snakes in Roman Kachat.
• 12:00
SPEAKER_00: I have the Big Dekuna and I have the Trumasadeshin, because that is one of the cases that Mila's gonna apply.
• 12:05
SPEAKER_00: And the Rabdice, but according to Rabdisa that argues that what's Vinish Kam Sham mean according to Rebdisa, that not that no one can use it ever again, it means that that coin goddamn can use it next to him kipper, but a regular coin head can use it as part of his regular Big Dekuna, no problem.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_00: Therefore, what does that mean?
• 12:23
SPEAKER_00: Mila doesn't apply, and if Mila doesn't apply by Big Dekuna, what are you left with?
• 12:27
SPEAKER_00: You're left with only Truma Sedesh, which is not Sneik Suvan, it's only one Sab, and therefore you're gonna be able to learn it.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: So my Michael Mamer, how are you gonna answer this?
• 12:33
SPEAKER_00: Answer the Gemara, even if you don't have a Big Dekuna according to Ribdaisa, you still have a second one.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: We know the Allaha that everything that was used uh in the in the whole Ava Eglarufa down to the Nachal, you can't ever use any of that stuff, and therefore it's a concept of Mi'ilo.
• 12:51
SPEAKER_00: Was it Kotchum, was it not kochim, whatever.
• 12:53
SPEAKER_00: But the point is that all these things, the concept of Mi'ilo that you're not gonna be able to use any of it afterwards applies.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, even if you don't have big de kuna, because if you want to go like a daisa, we have a different one.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: We have a second one, which is egla rufa, snake's next ainmelam.
• 13:10
SPEAKER_00: That makes sense according to my number that says that you can't learn if it says twice.
• 13:17
SPEAKER_00: What are you gonna tell me according to the man number that doesn't hold to this and holds that you can learn it?
• 13:21
SPEAKER_00: Therefore, we should learn it also to over here and tell you that, and tell you that maybe the who over here should teach you the opposite.
• 13:28
SPEAKER_00: That just like before there's miles, so too after Nasas Mitzvasi there's Mila.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: What are you gonna tell me?
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: In the Khadavash and Nas mitvasiu my invite?
• 13:34
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there are.
• 13:35
  SPEAKER_00: There's two cases.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: I Snake Subanaman Kekad in Milamdin, I hold Milamden.
• 13:40
SPEAKER_00: Mike Lemema, what are you gonna tell me?
• 13:42
SPEAKER_00: And for the tomorrow, Trey Mi'utik Siv.
• 13:44
SPEAKER_00: It's really not Snake Subunaman Kekad.
• 13:46
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 13:46
SPEAKER_00: Because over there, you're not even if you hold Sneek Subanaman Kahad Milamdin, you're not gonna be able to learn it from there.
• 13:51
SPEAKER_00: Because there, there's specific muutin to teach you that it applies daska there and nowhere else.
• 13:56
SPEAKER_00: What are the mutim ksi?
• 14:00
SPEAKER_00: It says over here with some.
• 14:01
SPEAKER_00: It says with someai, the sumway, it's a m is bah by the trimassadeshan, which teaches me with some way specifically it, this aloha applies by here by Tri Masodeshan and nowhere else.
• 14:09
SPEAKER_00: And Hasim Ksevan over there by the Eglaruf, it says Ha'arufah, the hey with the hey ayyidia, which is me ha'arufa, this aloha's dafka true over here and nowhere else.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_00: So even for the manama that says Milandin still is not gonna be able to learn it from here.
• 14:24
SPEAKER_00: So if you recap on a madalif, we really came out there's three psukim by dam.
• 14:29
SPEAKER_00: And each of the they were brought by different Amarin, but they were all teaching us the same thing that Ma'illah does not apply by Dam.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_00: Says, why do I need three psukim to tell me that's Lamaliba Dam?
• 14:38
SPEAKER_00: And so the Gamari, you're right.
• 14:39
SPEAKER_00: We're not using them all for Ma'illah, but rather Mi'ilah is only one of them.
• 14:44
  SPEAKER_00: Khadam Miutimid.
• 14:48
SPEAKER_00: The three things that we said don't apply.
• 14:49
SPEAKER_00: We really said four, we're gonna ask on that in a second.
• 14:51
SPEAKER_00: But the things that don't apply by dam that do apply by chilev, that's why you need the three psukkim.
• 14:56
SPEAKER_00: They're coming for these three things.
• 14:57
  SPEAKER_00: Pigle, what about pigle?
• 14:58
SPEAKER_00: There was a fourth one in the Mishnah that also doesn't apply to Dam.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_00: That, what about we don't have a pasik for that?
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: And so the Gamar Ka pigle does not need a Pasuk.
• 15:05
  SPEAKER_00: Why does not?
• 15:06
SPEAKER_00: Because we have a Mishnah.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_00: Call Sheeshna Matiran Beyn the other mainzbea, haibana mishum pigle.
• 15:11
  SPEAKER_00: This is Zwachim 101.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_00: That in order, the only part of a carbon that someone would be high of pigle for is if they if he eats is something that is nitar al-yudeh something else.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_00: Something that becomes mutter alyude something else.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: Not something that's a matir, it's matur something else.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_00: Only if it becomes mutter alyude something else.
• 15:28
  SPEAKER_00: What's the classic example?
• 15:29
SPEAKER_00: The butr by a carbon is nitar al-yudeh the dam.
• 15:33
SPEAKER_00: Once you do the zrikas a dam, so the baser becomes mutter.
• 15:35
SPEAKER_00: So pigle only applies to something.
• 15:37
SPEAKER_00: Zvachum 101, piglow only applies to something.
• 15:39
  SPEAKER_00: Only gonna be high.
• 15:40
SPEAKER_00: Pigle for something, that is nitr.
• 15:42
  SPEAKER_00: It is a nitir.
• 15:42
SPEAKER_00: So it's like maravit, dam gufe, matyr.
• 15:44
SPEAKER_00: Dam, is it a nitar?
• 15:46
  SPEAKER_00: Does it become mutter?
• 15:46
  SPEAKER_00: Dam is never mutter.
• 15:47
  SPEAKER_00: It doesn't become mutter al-yude something.
• 15:49
SPEAKER_00: It gufa is the matyr.
• 15:50
  SPEAKER_00: It's matyr the basser.
• 15:51
SPEAKER_00: So piggle could apply to the basir because the basar has a matyr.
• 15:54
SPEAKER_00: The baser is nitar al-yude dam.
• 15:56
SPEAKER_00: But the dam itself, dam gufey matyr, dam is the matyr.
• 16:00
SPEAKER_00: Nothing is matyr it, and that's why pigle wouldn't apply, and that's why you don't need a passer.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_00: I have three such left to teach me what the other three things in the mission of pigle like sorry cra.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_00: And with that, Hajjallah, call the basar.
• 16:10
  SPEAKER_00: Look the next parak.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: So ha'urva right is known as hard parak, and it's taking a left turn over here from the regular sugars we've been dealing with to dive straight into toma vitahara.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_00: So with that, we'll try to do a little bit over here at the beginning.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_00: So ha'orva rayative, just a couple things we need to know.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna discuss Thomas Aichlin and Thomas Nevela.
• 16:29
SPEAKER_00: There's different types of Tuma.
• 16:30
SPEAKER_00: As we know, Tomas Navelo is an Avatoma, right?
• 16:32
  SPEAKER_00: It's the originator of a Tumma.
• 16:34
SPEAKER_00: There are different levels of Avasatoma.
• 16:35
SPEAKER_00: There's uh you know Avya Vaisatama, which is a mace, uh a human mace, there's uh Nivela, for example, which is also it conveys tumma.
• 16:43
SPEAKER_00: It's an avatoma because it's the conveyor of the source of the tumma.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_00: Uh it's obviously not the most common type.
• 16:49
SPEAKER_00: But that's but just for now, what we need Thomas Nivela and Thomas Eichlen.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_00: Each one has a different shear.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_00: Thomas Oichlin obviously becomes Tame from something.
• 16:57
SPEAKER_00: So if Nevela touched Eichel, that would make it Tame, but that's gonna be Thomas Eichlin.
• 17:01
SPEAKER_00: There's a different sheer for Thomas Eichlen and Thomas Nevela.
• 17:03
SPEAKER_00: Thomas Oichlin is Tame Bekabitsa, and Thomas Nevela is Tame Bekazai.
• 17:09
SPEAKER_00: That's what we need to know.
• 17:10
SPEAKER_00: Either way, we're gonna discuss how it becomes, how it's mitzarif to each other.
• 17:15
SPEAKER_00: What if you have a food, right?
• 17:17
SPEAKER_00: You have a food and there's different parts to the food, there's the stem to the food, there's the peel, you have bus, or you have the skin of the animal, so all these things.
• 17:24
  SPEAKER_00: Is it mitzarif?
• 17:25
SPEAKER_00: Let's say you have uh you have a food and you have like a pit coming out of the food.
• 17:30
SPEAKER_00: Is the pit mitzarif together to form the shear that you need?
• 17:33
SPEAKER_00: What if without the pit you don't have the proper shear, you don't have the kabeza?
• 17:36
SPEAKER_00: So if you don't have the pit, so is the pit considered to be mitzarif the shear?
• 17:39
SPEAKER_00: Is the pit considered the oichel that if the pit touches tumma, it's gonna transfer tumma all the way to the food?
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: Or what if the food itself was tame and the pit touches something that's tar?
• 17:47
SPEAKER_00: Is it gonna do the opposite of the pit gonna trans is it gonna transmit it?
• 17:50
SPEAKER_00: So all three of these things we're gonna discuss, whether it could transmit either way, that's two, and whether the pit itself, and and the pit's an example, any of these yoddois or things that attach onto the food, whether it's going to be mistarf to the shear that we need to be tame what?
• 18:05
  SPEAKER_00: All of the above.
• 18:06
  SPEAKER_00: All of the above.
• 18:07
SPEAKER_00: The gamar is gonna go through and to start, ha'r, the rhetor.
• 18:10
SPEAKER_00: So the r is what about the skin?
• 18:12
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 18:12
SPEAKER_00: The r is the skin of the animal.
• 18:14
SPEAKER_00: So the skin of the meat that's on top of the meat, the rate and uh rhetoric self-explanatory.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_00: That's like the sediment, the piece of meat that dropped down.
• 18:21
SPEAKER_00: The aloe, Raj says the Gemar Mefarish.
• 18:23
SPEAKER_00: Now at Thomas on the bones, Vagidin, the sinews, the karnaim, the horns, the faiim, and the hooves, all these things, mitzvah and litama tomas eichlin.
• 18:31
  SPEAKER_00: They're all mitzarf letamitomasaichan.
• 18:33
SPEAKER_00: So basically, long story short, you have a piece of busar attached to r or any of the above that we just said, but a piece of busser that's attached to r, and you need the shear, but you don't have the shear on the buser itself.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_00: You have the r included in the busser.
• 18:43
SPEAKER_00: So that's gonna be mitzarif letame tomas eichlin.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be mitzarif to be mitame tomas eichlin, uh Thomas Navela.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_00: But it's not gonna be mitstarh to Thomas Navela.
• 18:54
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, Kayotzeba's.
• 19:01
  SPEAKER_00: And it's Mepharhes.
• 19:02
SPEAKER_00: So Metamas Thomas, and it's gonna be Metame Tomas Eichlin.
• 19:05
SPEAKER_00: Even at the point that it's Mipharhesis, it's jumping around, it might be dead alachically, but it's still like moving around, jittering.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be Metamatomas Eichlin, Avalotomas Navela is Ach Thomas, but it's not gonna be Metamatomas Novela until it fully dies and stops being Mitharhesis.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah, this is Rosha.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_00: Or even if it's Mithres, um, it's gonna be Metamatomas Novela if you chopped off the head.
• 19:24
SPEAKER_00: Even if it's still jumping around as long as you've chopped off the head, it's gonna be Metamatumas Nevela.
• 19:29
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see?
• 19:29
SPEAKER_00: What do we see clearly over here?
• 19:30
SPEAKER_00: And the mission kinda sums it up.
• 19:32
SPEAKER_00: Rebel and Tamitamas Eichlin, we mashible at Tamatamas Novela said it's easier to be Metamatomasichlin than to be Metamatomas Novela, right?
• 19:38
SPEAKER_00: Metamatomasekim, we just said all these things are mitstariv, but they're not mitstarf at Tomas Novela.
• 19:42
SPEAKER_00: But Tumas Oichlin, we said, even if it's being Mefarhesis, right away it's already uh Mitamatomasekim and Abtamas Novela.
• 19:47
SPEAKER_00: So obviously, Rebel and Tamitomasekim, it's much easier for it to be Metamatomasek and what than for it to be Metamatomas Navela.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_00: Rabihudam Remudus says how Allah.
• 19:55
SPEAKER_00: The Allah, we said during Amarish what that is.
• 20:01
SPEAKER_00: If it's gathered together, a mechunas, then if it has a kabai, meaning if you have a bunch of parts to it, but if it if you gather it together, if it has a kazais in one place, then you're gonna be high for it, and that we're gonna go into.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_00: But either way, what we need for now, Zakti Gemara, Tanina Lahud Tanaraban.
• 20:16
SPEAKER_00: We have uh we have a Mishnah supporting that that we uh that our Mishnah basically is a support to the following, the Tanaraban that we learned.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_00: Shoimrim letomakala, veloy shamrim litomakamura.
• 20:27
  SPEAKER_00: Something that's a scheimer.
• 20:28
  SPEAKER_00: So what's a shamer?
• 20:29
SPEAKER_00: Shamer, we're talking about foods over here and meat.
• 20:31
SPEAKER_00: So the shaimer to the meat, what protects it and surrounds it?
• 20:34
SPEAKER_00: So think of a peel to an apple, or the r varetiv, right?
• 20:38
SPEAKER_00: Or the r to the meat.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: The skin to the meat of the animal, that's a scheimer.
• 20:42
SPEAKER_00: It surrounds and protects it.
• 20:43
  SPEAKER_00: So shamrim letomakala.
• 20:45
SPEAKER_00: Veloishim and letomachamura basically means something that's a shamer for the eichel, like the skin is to the meat, that's mitzaref for the shear that you need for eichlin, but it's not mitzaref or the shear that you need for neville.
• 20:58
SPEAKER_00: That's basically what we're going to the Mishnah, right?
• 21:00
  SPEAKER_00: Kanila Ad Hara Raban.
• 21:01
SPEAKER_00: Shaimer Lutomakala, Veloisham Litomachamura, the shim something that's a shamer.
• 21:05
SPEAKER_00: For example, the R to the meat, the R to the Basar, that's gonna be mitzaref lutamatomas eichlin, but it's not gonna be mitzaref litomahamura.
• 21:13
  SPEAKER_00: What's tomakala?
• 21:14
SPEAKER_00: Tomakala is Thomas Eichlin, right?
• 21:15
SPEAKER_00: Tomakamura is uh avatoma, like uh Tomas Navela, and therefore, anything that's a shamer is gonna be mitzaref lutomakala, but it's not gonna be mitzar tomas nevela, that we already saw in different words in our Mishnah.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_00: Okay, Shoimrin Lutomakala Minalan, how do we know that Shoimrim for Tomakala?
• 21:32
SPEAKER_00: Like, for example, something that's a shamer, something that's uh uh guarding like the or again, like the we'll use that example, like the r to the busser, the skin, uh, the the skin of the animal to the busser.
• 21:41
SPEAKER_00: How do we know that that is that is mitzarav le tomakala?
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: It is mitzar for toma tomas echelminon.
• 21:47
SPEAKER_00: How do we know that?
• 21:48
SPEAKER_00: The tonru, the ton of the baby shmal.
• 21:50
SPEAKER_00: We have the ton of the baby smell.
• 21:52
  SPEAKER_00: Alcohol Zera Zerua.
• 21:53
SPEAKER_00: There's a famous posic as it relates to uh Hilchlis Machirin, right?
• 21:57
SPEAKER_00: It's only ki Utan, Kiitane, etc.
• 21:59
  SPEAKER_00: Once uh it gets.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: It's wet, but it's very wordy in the Pasik.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_00: And the Pasik says, if you have Nivelo, Thomas Nevelo, that's false.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_00: I'll call Zera Zerua Sheri Zara.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_00: Zera Zerua seed that you planted, I'll share you Zerya that you planted.
• 22:13
SPEAKER_00: Zera Zeru, a lot of Zeruas over here.
• 22:15
SPEAKER_00: So what's the what's the extra lush of Zera Zerua?
• 22:18
SPEAKER_00: It's teaching you kidnayada that you're that it's coming to tell me that when you look at a food from a tomovitier perspective, you look at it the way it's planted.
• 22:30
SPEAKER_00: So if you're dealing with toma kala, if you're dealing with toma kala over here, as it relates to tomas oichlin, if you have a question about how it's gonna be mitzarith, you look at it as it relates to how people plant it.
• 22:41
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, how do you plant a chita?
• 22:42
SPEAKER_00: You don't remove it from its uh all of its other parts, right?
• 22:45
SPEAKER_00: Khita bikli pasa, you put it in with your klipah misara bikli pasa, adosham bikli pasa, this ara barley and adash and lentil, you put you'd plant it obviously with its klipa.
• 22:54
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, if as it relates to tomakala, you include the shamer.
• 22:58
SPEAKER_00: The klipa is the shamer for it, right?
• 23:00
SPEAKER_00: So as it relates to me mitzvarif or a tomakala, which is tomas eichlin, you look at it along with the shamer why al-Khozera Zerua, the same way you plant it.
• 23:09
SPEAKER_00: You planted it with the shamer, so for tomakala for tomas eichlin, it's gonna be mitzaref together the tomakala.
• 23:15
SPEAKER_00: Veloy shamrim the tomachamura, as we said in the braisa, right?
• 23:18
SPEAKER_00: It's not mitzarif for tomakamura.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: So the shamer of the thing, like the or is to the basar, that is not gonna be mitzarev to make the shear of tumma that you need for tomachamura, which is tomas nevela, it's not gonna be mitzarev.
• 23:31
SPEAKER_00: How do I know that?
• 23:32
SPEAKER_00: That we don't take into account the shamrim over here.
• 23:34
SPEAKER_00: How do I know that?
• 23:35
SPEAKER_00: Minalan to tanarmanuba's a binivlasa, the pasik says, same pasik, right?
• 23:39
SPEAKER_00: Binivlasa it says, or sorry, it's a different pasik.
• 23:45
  SPEAKER_00: This is Tumas Navela.
• 23:46
SPEAKER_00: If you touch it, Yitma'a D Aref.
• 23:48
  SPEAKER_00: So it says Binivlasa.
• 23:49
SPEAKER_00: Binivasa teaches me Veloy Bit Or.
• 23:51
SPEAKER_00: That you're only gonna it's only gonna be Tumas Navela if you touch the actual Navela, but not the or, not the skin of the Navela.
• 23:56
SPEAKER_00: Okay, Sha'inal of Kazai, but not the or shainal of Kazaiz.
• 23:58
SPEAKER_00: Not the or if it doesn't have Kazai, it's a busr by itself.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_00: Shainal of Kazai is basic.
• 24:02
SPEAKER_00: Can I get basas me?
• 24:03
  SPEAKER_00: Hairov loyhei tameh.
• 24:05
SPEAKER_00: I would think it sounds like even if someone touched the skin on the outside, he's not gonna be tame, even if there was a lot of basar on the inside.
• 24:11
SPEAKER_00: So you touch the navela, you touch the skin on the outside.
• 24:13
SPEAKER_00: Sounds like you're not gonna be tame because you touch the skin.
• 24:15
  SPEAKER_00: Talmud yitma.
• 24:16
SPEAKER_00: It says, Yitma teaches me no, you are going to be tame over here if you touch the skin.
• 24:20
  SPEAKER_00: Says Amar Michael.
• 24:21
SPEAKER_00: This was a little bit hard to understand this Braissa, so we're gonna explain.
• 24:24
SPEAKER_00: Omar Rava, the Amila Khadih.
• 24:26
SPEAKER_00: Some say it wasn't Rava, some say it was Khid.
• 24:28
SPEAKER_00: Rashi generally says when it says Khadih.
• 24:30
SPEAKER_00: Either it's a shame chhacham, either it's the name of a hachum.
• 24:32
  SPEAKER_00: His name was Khadih.
• 24:32
SPEAKER_00: Or Khadih just means it was said plainly without uh without a name.
• 24:36
SPEAKER_00: It was said over like this that Khisur Makhar Baqtani.
• 24:38
SPEAKER_00: That this is how you have to understand the Brahis, it's really missing a few words, and this is how you have to read the Braissa.
• 24:42
SPEAKER_00: It says Binivlasa, which teaches me Velaiba Arshainal of Kazai, that you're only gonna be Haivat Thomas, that you're only gonna be Tamay Thomas Navela if you touch the Nevela itself, and that's excluding that's being the night, or Shainel of Kazaiz.
• 24:54
SPEAKER_00: Skin, if it doesn't have a kazayes busser on it already.
• 24:57
  SPEAKER_00: The armashlimal kazais.
• 24:58
SPEAKER_00: Meaning if the busser itself is not a kazayez, but you have skin attached to busr, and together they make a kaza'is.
• 25:05
SPEAKER_00: That bin of laksa teaches me you're not going to be Tamay Thomas Navela if the buser by itself doesn't have a kazayes.
• 25:10
SPEAKER_00: Even if you have R that's mashlamithazaiz, and everything weighs on a scale, so kaza's everything, and then the day you needed the R to get to that shear, it's not gonna be Mitharif.
• 25:18
  SPEAKER_00: What's that known as?
• 25:19
  SPEAKER_00: We already know.
• 25:20
SPEAKER_00: Shimrim, ain't shimrimrim the tomahamura, right?
• 25:23
SPEAKER_00: As we saw in the Mishnah, in other words, even.
• 25:24
SPEAKER_00: But the words of the Bryce was Ain Shim and the Tomahamura.
• 25:27
SPEAKER_00: For Tomas Nivela, the shamrim, like the or are not gonna be mitstaref to make the shear that you need to be Tommy.
• 25:33
SPEAKER_00: Yochoshani might see afar, and this is what we said a minute ago in the Brasil, we're still explaining.
• 25:37
SPEAKER_00: Yahhoshani might see afar she ish of Kazaiz Masar.
• 25:41
SPEAKER_00: I would think to exclude even skin or that does have a Kazai's of Baser by itself.
• 25:47
SPEAKER_00: So I would think maybe on a geeked baser may chairaf, someone who touches the skin on the outside, he walks over to a big dead animal and touches or shirts, whatever it is, and touches the that's too much rock.
• 25:57
SPEAKER_00: But he touches the nava from the outside on the skin, and there is a kazayas baser.
• 26:03
SPEAKER_00: I would think Yapaly Tame, I would think maybe he's not Tame, because then the day he touched the skin, he didn't touch the busr.
• 26:07
SPEAKER_00: Tamil Namar, or or sorry, Bafila Maysiyyad, Namiloy of it, and he didn't even do anything, he didn't do a May'syyyad, it's not considered like he touched this at all.
• 26:14
SPEAKER_00: Tamilamar Yitma, that's what it says yitma.
• 26:16
SPEAKER_00: We're just explaining the brass before with this Tamil Yitma, it says Yitma to be marved to teach you that no.
• 26:23
SPEAKER_00: If you touch the skin, you're still gonna be Tamai as long as the skin is attached to a Kazaisa basar.
• 26:27
SPEAKER_00: But if there's no kazaysa basar and there's a kazayas altogether, that the skin is being mashed limb the shear of the basr to a kazayas, that is not gonna be mitzarif litomakamura, otherwise known as Tumas Nameila.
• 26:39
SPEAKER_00: For Thomas Nameila, that's not gonna be mitzarif, and that's what it means originally when we learned.
• 26:43
SPEAKER_00: In shamrim latuma chamura, that yeah, shaimrim letumakalah, that the shamrim, the the the outside of it, the peels and the kleepis and all the things that are not the icker of the thing you're dealing, the eichlin you're dealing with, that is gonna be mitzarif litumakala.
• 26:57
SPEAKER_00: It is gonna be mitzaref to form the shear of a kabezah that you need to be mitamatomaslin, but it's not in sham letumakamura.
• 27:04
SPEAKER_00: It's not going to those things like the aur is not gonna be mitzarif to form the shear of a kazais that you need for tomahamura, for tomas navaila to be mitameh, but you need a kazais of the food itself, of that actual busser itself, to be mitameh.
• 27:16
SPEAKER_00: That's long story short for the beginning of Paraka Orva, right over here.
• 27:18
SPEAKER_00: Did that faster than I expected?
• 27:20
  SPEAKER_00: Uh Kitchhamura.
