  Why does it always seems like God will have to take us through

  a process of pain or probably things that will bring

  discomfort or is going to allow us sometimes go through some

  kind of harsh season for us to rediscover everything that is on

  our inside? You know, there's an experiment
• 0:26
  that was made one time. How a group of rats were were
• 0:31
  thrown in the water and then the first batch drum while where
• 0:36
  whereas and that group was put inside that same water and they
• 0:42
  actually were trying to look for survival.
• 0:45
  You know, they were trying their best and eventually they rescued
• 0:48
  them. Then the same group again, the
• 0:51
  second time they were put inside with some water and then
• 0:55
  eventually they stay longer than the previous time in as much as
• 0:58
  eventually the diet they gave up, but it took days before that
• 1:02
  happened. So that shows you something that
• 1:06
  you know the kind of experience they had.
• 1:08
  Why they stay longer is because of the first time that they were
• 1:11
  in the same circumstances eventually because of their
• 1:14
  inability to give up the fun solution.
• 1:16
  Whereas the first batch they gave up easily without that iota
• 1:20
  or symbol of hope. And that is why hope is a very
• 1:23
  powerful thing. You see, it's like, you know,
• 1:26
  most times why people give up is because there's no hope again.

  So while they go through the circumstances, instead of disc
• 1:33
  rediscovering themselves or trying to realize what God has
• 1:37
  placed in them, they will rather give up.
• 1:40
  And because they they give up, there's never assurance of them
• 1:44
  finding out what God was trying to do in the midst of it.

  So can you actually manifest every good thing God has for you
• 1:53
  without opposition, without challenges, without, you know,
• 1:57
  things happening in your life? Is it possible for that to
• 2:01
  happen? Yeah, it's possible.
• 2:04
  But no, it's not possible because it is not a simple yes
• 2:09
  or no answer. Depending on the circumstances.
• 2:12
  There are things that can happen in your life that you just have
• 2:15
  a drive. But I've learnt again and again,
• 2:17
  most times those who will eventually win are those who are
• 2:21
  willing to press in for more, those who are willing to go in
• 2:25
  deeper, those who are willing to take extra step beyond the
• 2:29
  resistance, beyond the opposition, beyond every other
• 2:32
  thing that they want to come against their life, you know.
• 2:36
  So that is why it is important for us to recognize that that
• 2:41
  thing called hope, no matter what happen, this always going
• 2:45
  to be an assurance that there's going to be a change in status,
• 2:48
  change in your situation. That's why they said there's a
• 2:51
  hope for a tree, even though it's being cut down, it's at the
• 2:55
  center of water. It's just spring of again.
• 2:57
  So it means that even what seems like has reached a dead end,
• 3:02
  there's always a possibility that something good can come out
• 3:04
  of that thing, if only if only is still in place.

  So I want to inquire somebody this morning, don't give up.

  Here's hope for your life. God is up to something new.

  God is up to something big, and you will definitely see the
• 3:19
  manifestation of it in due time, in due season.

  All you need to do is to rest on what God has done, and the
• 3:27
  moment you keep on resting on that, you'll begin to see more
• 3:30
  manifestation of His promises in your life.

  Don't think your life will end the way it is right now.

  God is up to something new. Can you see it?

  Do you believe it? And that is the assurance of
• 3:42
  every good thing that the Lord wants to do in your life.
