- 0:59Speaker 2: Pie cast presents verse by verse where we get into
- 1:03Speaker 2: the Word of God and study it one passage at
- 1:07Speaker 2: a time. Today we're moving into Jeremiah chapter nineteen, and
- 1:13Speaker 2: we're gonna take it from verse one to verse four.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Now we've been watching Jeremiah delivers some very difficult messages
- 1:22Speaker 2: to Judah. The chapter eighteen, God used the picture of
- 1:25Speaker 2: a potter in the clay. The vessel was marred, but
- 1:31Speaker 2: God had the authority to reshape it into whatever purpose
- 1:36Speaker 2: that he desired as long as they would repent. But
- 1:42Speaker 2: now chapter nineteen takes a message to another level. God
- 1:46Speaker 2: is going to give Jeremiah an object lesson involving a
- 1:51Speaker 2: potter's earthen bottle. And this time the picture isn't about reshaping.
- 2:00Speaker 2: This bottle is going to be broken. So God is
- 2:05Speaker 2: showing Judah that there comes a point when continued rebellion
- 2:12Speaker 2: has consequences. So today's lesson is about what happens when
- 2:20Speaker 2: people repeatedly reject God's correction and refuse to turn around. Now,
- 2:27Speaker 2: there needs to be a healthy fear of God in
- 2:31Speaker 2: our lives. We can't continue to have these ungodly attitudes
- 2:36Speaker 2: and actions and words and consistently disregard His instructions. No,
- 2:43Speaker 2: we have to be careful and to be intentional about
- 2:47Speaker 2: our walk and relationship with God. Amen. All right, Well,
- 2:51Speaker 2: as we drop jump into this, we also want you
- 2:55Speaker 2: to join us in our life chat. In order to
- 2:59Speaker 2: do that, all yeah to do is download the his

- 3:17Speaker 2: pray for each other, we get interact. This is where
- 3:21Speaker 2: we do our trivia challenge and that's where we just
- 3:26Speaker 2: stay in fellowship. You know, it's important to figure out
- 3:32Speaker 2: the people that are in your life, and it's important
- 3:36Speaker 2: to look at the end of the world, where are
- 3:38Speaker 2: they leading you? What direction. Are you guys walking towards right?
- 3:45Speaker 2: Either you're on the narrow path at least a life,
- 3:48Speaker 2: or you're on that broad road that leads to destruction. Well,
- 3:52Speaker 2: this podcast is for those who want to walk that
- 3:56Speaker 2: narrow path, and so we just want to fellowship with
- 3:59Speaker 2: you and walk that path together. So meet us in
- 4:02Speaker 2: a life chat. That is one of the reasons why
- 4:05Speaker 2: we have the Accountability Partner segment. Because our hearts can
- 4:09Speaker 2: be so deceptive. The Bible calls us dumb sheep right
- 4:14Speaker 2: when it comes to spiritual things. We do not know
- 4:17Speaker 2: what we do, and a lot of us go right
- 4:19Speaker 2: to destruction because we allow our hearts to deceive us
- 4:24Speaker 2: because we don't stay in the Word. That's why we
- 4:29Speaker 2: go verse by verse. Once you're in the Word, you
- 4:32Speaker 2: cannot be deceived. Amen. All right, let's go before our
- 4:36Speaker 2: Father and prayer. Mean Father, We thank you, Father God,
- 4:39Speaker 2: for another opportunity to serve you, to love you, to
- 4:43Speaker 2: worship and praise you, and to walk in your presence.
- 4:47Speaker 2: We ask for your blessing upon this podcast. We ask,
- 4:50Speaker 2: O Lord, that it will nourish our souls. O God,
- 4:54Speaker 2: touch our hearts and our spirits. We thank you, Oh God.
- 4:58Speaker 2: For every opportunity that you've given us us the mighty
- 5:01Speaker 2: name of Jesus Amen. And yeah, real quick, before we
- 5:06Speaker 2: jump into it, we do want to let you know
- 5:07Speaker 2: that our football challenge is up and running. All you
- 5:12Speaker 2: have to do is guess or maybe if you know
- 5:16Speaker 2: about football, you know who's gonna win for the week.

- 5:22Speaker 2: the season, you will win. You have the opportunity to

- 6:28Speaker 2: your ticket is the winning ticket. So that is our
- 6:32Speaker 2: fifty to fifty raffle. And we think inch and every
- 6:36Speaker 2: one of you for joining in and for participating. All right, well,
- 6:44Speaker 2: let's get into it, Jeremiah. It looks like you lost
- 6:48Speaker 2: another one. Chapter nineteen is awesome to jump into a
- 6:53Speaker 2: whole new chapter. We are moving through this book. Before
- 6:57Speaker 2: you know it, we will be finished with the whole
- 7:00Speaker 2: other book. God has graced us to understand his word,
- 7:09Speaker 2: and so, hey man, we do not take that lightly.
- 7:13Speaker 2: So verse one it says, thus says the Lord, go
- 7:17Speaker 2: and get a potter's earthen flask, and take some of
- 7:23Speaker 2: the elders of the people and some of the elders
- 7:27Speaker 2: of the priest. Okay, let me break down verse one. Now,
- 7:34Speaker 2: go get a potter's earthen bottle some translation, or a
- 7:41Speaker 2: flask or a bottle. Right here, God tells you, Almighty,
- 7:45Speaker 2: to go and purchase an earthen bottle from the potter.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Then God tells him to take some of the elders
- 7:53Speaker 2: and priests with him. Now, this isn't going to be
- 7:58Speaker 2: a private conversation, right, God wants witnesses right here. Now,
- 8:05Speaker 2: Jeremiah's going to demonstrate something in a public way. Hey man,
- 8:13Speaker 2: this has got to be public. The whole nation, the
- 8:16Speaker 2: whole city, needs to understand this. Now. The potter's bottle
- 8:24Speaker 2: is an object lesson here. God is a great teacher, Jesus,
- 8:29Speaker 2: who was the greatest teacher on the planet. Right, and
- 8:33Speaker 2: he knows how to use object lessons and parables. He
- 8:40Speaker 2: has creative ways to express truth. Now, unlike the clay
- 8:46Speaker 2: in the potter's hand in verse eighteen, which could be reshaped,
- 8:51Speaker 2: the bottle in chapter nineteen represents a vessel that has
- 8:56Speaker 2: been formed en hardened. Right, the bottle has been formed
- 9:05Speaker 2: and the bottle has been hardened. Now, once the hardened
- 9:09Speaker 2: vessel is deliberately broken, it cannot simply be returned to
- 9:17Speaker 2: its original condition. Let me say that again. Once the
- 9:24Speaker 2: hardened vessel is deliberately broken, it cannot be simply returned
- 9:32Speaker 2: to its original condition. Now, that is a powerful contrast
- 9:37Speaker 2: right there. Jeremiah eighteen talks about clay on the potter's
- 9:43Speaker 2: wheel that can be reshaped. There we go to Jeremiah
- 9:48Speaker 2: nineteen talks about a hardened bottle is going to be broken.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Now here's the lesson. God is patient, and God will
- 10:02Speaker 2: give warnings after warnings, and God gives the opportunity for
- 10:07Speaker 2: us to repent. But we should never confess, I mean
- 10:13Speaker 2: not confessed, but we should never confuse the patience of
- 10:17Speaker 2: God with permission to live a life and continue to rebellion.
- 10:26Speaker 2: There can come a point where the consequences will knock
- 10:32Speaker 2: will be knocking on our doors. Amen, if we don't
- 10:36Speaker 2: get it right. That's why it's important to talk to
- 10:40Speaker 2: our loved ones, our family members, our friends. It is
- 10:46Speaker 2: important to get the word out. All right, Let's jump
- 10:50Speaker 2: to verse two and go out to the valley of
- 10:54Speaker 2: the son of Hinnemon, which is by the entry of
- 10:59Speaker 2: the posh Posher's Gate. I mean, excuse me, Potshar's Gate,
- 11:07Speaker 2: the Potshar. We're gonna break that down in a minute
- 11:11Speaker 2: and proclaim they're the words that I will tell you,
- 11:19Speaker 2: all right. Verse two. Now God tells Jeremiah to take
- 11:25Speaker 2: the elders to the valley of the son of Henman,
- 11:30Speaker 2: near the entrance of the Potshar's Gate. Now, this was
- 11:36Speaker 2: not a random location. It was associated with some of
- 11:44Speaker 2: the darkest practices that had taken place among Judah, amongst
- 11:51Speaker 2: the city. God was bringing Jeremiah directly to a place
- 12:00Speaker 2: that represented the spiritual corruption of the people. He was
- 12:06Speaker 2: not shrinking back at all. Sometimes God doesn't hide the
- 12:12Speaker 2: consequences from us. He wants us to see exactly where
- 12:16Speaker 2: our consequences have taken us. Now you can look at
- 12:24Speaker 2: your life and sometimes identify the places where a series
- 12:29Speaker 2: of bad decisions brought you. And God's correction isn't designed
- 12:35Speaker 2: to simply to make you feel bad. It's designed to
- 12:39Speaker 2: make us wake up, hey man. So that was the
- 12:45Speaker 2: place the pod shies place was a place of total darkness,
- 12:51Speaker 2: total corruption, where they would They probably thought they were
- 12:56Speaker 2: doing it on the download, like nobody saw them or
- 12:59Speaker 2: God didn't care. But God is gonna put them right
- 13:04Speaker 2: on blast and go right to the place where all
- 13:09Speaker 2: this wickedness is happening. Verse three, And say here the
- 13:16Speaker 2: word of the Lord o Kings of Judah, inhabitants of Jerusalem.
- 13:22Speaker 2: Thus says the Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel. Behold,
- 13:31Speaker 2: I will bring such a catastrophe on this place that
- 13:38Speaker 2: whoever hears of it. His ears will tingle. Wow, I
- 13:49Speaker 2: will bring evil upon this place. Now let that sink
- 13:58Speaker 2: in for a second. Let that fall into you your spirit.
- 14:02Speaker 2: God tells Jeremiah to proclaim a message. Hear ye, the
- 14:08Speaker 2: word of the Lord. And then here comes the warning.
- 14:13Speaker 2: God says he's going to bring calamity upon that place.
- 14:21Speaker 2: The judgment will be so severe that people hearing it
- 14:26Speaker 2: about it will be astonished. Now, notice something important here
- 14:34Speaker 2: before judgment comes the word, Here comes a word of
- 14:38Speaker 2: the Lord.
- 14:41Speaker 3: Right.
- 14:42Speaker 2: God doesn't simply bring destruction without a warning. He speaks
- 14:49Speaker 2: about it. First. He sends the prophet. He gives them
- 15:00Speaker 2: an opportunity to hear the message. That tells us somethings
- 15:07Speaker 2: about I mean, Dad tells us something about guy's character.
- 15:13Speaker 2: He warned. His warnings are an expression of his mercy
- 15:22Speaker 2: when he warns us, that is our chance to avoid
- 15:28Speaker 2: judgment and to avoid the devastation and to avoid the
- 15:33Speaker 2: destruction that our rebellion deserves. Be love it, we deserves it.
- 15:41Speaker 2: The Bible says that the wages of sin is death. Now,
- 15:49Speaker 2: if God warns you that you're heading towards destruction, that's
- 15:56Speaker 2: not God giving up on you. God giving you an
- 16:01Speaker 2: opportunity to turn it around. Amen, turned it around. I
- 16:08Speaker 2: was actually in a place in my life where I
- 16:11Speaker 2: received a word of destruction. I fell into sexual immorality
- 16:16Speaker 2: and beloved. I'm not proud about it. I have a
- 16:21Speaker 2: whole testimony. I need to come out with a book.
- 16:25Speaker 2: But I was in this situation that was very hurtful
- 16:33Speaker 2: and I didn't know how to handle it. You know,
- 16:35Speaker 2: this is when I was younger in my faith, and
- 16:43Speaker 2: God told me, he said, look, if you go back
- 16:46Speaker 2: into that sin, sexual immorality, you're not going to make
- 16:49Speaker 2: it out like you're done. He was gonna take me
- 16:54Speaker 2: off this earth. And I heard that. I repented and
- 17:02Speaker 2: I turned around. I'm like, Okay, this is it. This
- 17:05Speaker 2: is enough for me that I knew enough about God
- 17:08Speaker 2: to take him serious at his word. And so we
- 17:15Speaker 2: have to discern where we are right. We have to
- 17:19Speaker 2: have a healthy fear of God in our lives. There's
- 17:23Speaker 2: been a lot of pastors and ministers who fell into
- 17:27Speaker 2: this very same sin, and a lot of them didn't
- 17:32Speaker 2: make it out. And it's that they didn't love God.
- 17:36Speaker 2: I mean, you could possibly like I loved the Lord,
- 17:39Speaker 2: I did, I love God. You can love God with
- 17:42Speaker 2: all your heart. But the problem is you don't fear God.
- 17:47Speaker 2: If we don't fear God, the Bible says the fear
- 17:50Speaker 2: of the Lord is what makes a man depart from evil.
- 17:55Speaker 2: And a lot of people don't even know to fear
- 17:57Speaker 2: God because they don't read books like Jeremiah. They don't
- 18:04Speaker 2: understand that eventually they're gonna suffer consequences if they live
- 18:10Speaker 2: a life of rebellion against His word. Love it. Let's
- 18:15Speaker 2: not look at Judah and think that, oh, this is
- 18:19Speaker 2: a story that is about three thousand years old. It
- 18:21Speaker 2: doesn't apply to me. I can't relate to it. No,
- 18:25Speaker 2: this can very well apply to your life today, to
- 18:29Speaker 2: my life today. This could be are you living a
- 18:32Speaker 2: lifestyle like Judah. Are you the one smoking and drinking
- 18:37Speaker 2: even after you listen to this podcast, going to go
- 18:40Speaker 2: out and fornicate or commit adultery. Are you the one
- 18:45Speaker 2: lying and cheating and stealing money money from your employees
- 18:50Speaker 2: or your employer, or are you thinking that the only
- 18:55Speaker 2: way that you can get ahead is if you participate
- 18:58Speaker 2: with the corruption that is in this world system. Maybe
- 19:05Speaker 2: this is your warning. Maybe God is warning you. This
- 19:09Speaker 2: could be your last warning before God takes you off
- 19:13Speaker 2: this planet. It could very well be so right. If
- 19:21Speaker 2: God did it in the Bible, what makes you think
- 19:25Speaker 2: He won't do it now to us? And so that's
- 19:31Speaker 2: why we have to apply this word to our lives.
- 19:35Speaker 2: This is why we have to be students of God's word.
- 19:41Speaker 2: We got to confront every lie with the truth. All Right,
- 19:50Speaker 2: belove it, Let's take a break.
- 19:55Speaker 4: You are listening to the light of Las Vegas. This
- 19:59Speaker 4: is the Hiss Hop radio show.
- 20:04Speaker 3: Hey, yeah, yeah, we got your pastor, Sonny Love. I
- 20:12Speaker 3: feel I'm called to reach the loss like Sonny Arguzoni. Okay,
- 20:18Speaker 3: I feel I'm called to reach the loss like Sonny
- 20:20Speaker 3: argon Yeah, Love Love Love. I feel I'm called to
- 20:24Speaker 3: reach the loss like Sonny Organzoni.
- 20:26Speaker 2: I know which comes with repercussion.
- 20:27Speaker 3: Put that target on me for yo, why I crossed
- 20:29Speaker 3: my heart? I got it tagged on me. Who the
- 20:31Speaker 3: thought the rejects of society would have an army? Hey,
- 20:34Speaker 3: this is Heaven's army. Because we ain't start the vision.
- 20:36Speaker 3: Pastor Sunny trusted God the Father to impart the Vision
- 20:39Speaker 3: church on Glad Street. But people everywhere will start to listen,
- 20:41Speaker 3: in fact, make global impact. It won't be hard to
- 20:44Speaker 3: miss him. He preached the word of God from Genesis,
- 20:46Speaker 3: the revelation, development of God, and sent them off into
- 20:49Speaker 3: the nations, even at eighty five, still serving God with dedication.
- 20:52Speaker 3: I'm sure he's getting five crowns at that coronation. I mean,
- 20:55Speaker 3: he pioneered the pioneering generation, and God was faithful.
- 20:58Speaker 2: He rose up to Joshua.
- 21:00Speaker 3: Generation nineteen ninety three, there was God's anointed. Now generation. Hey,
- 21:03Speaker 3: we're gonna talk about this man of God, but generation
- 21:05Speaker 3: third way, third way, third way. It's kind of get
- 21:08Speaker 3: in line. We've been charged with so much more to do.
- 21:10Speaker 3: The vision isn't dying has to sunny party kept the
- 21:12Speaker 3: faith until the finished line, the least that I could
- 21:14Speaker 3: do it immutat until I finished mind. Faith, faith, bathe,
- 21:17Speaker 3: bathe faith. Mabe, we gonna miss you, truly. Your life
- 21:19Speaker 3: went far beyond the story they told.
- 21:21Speaker 5: In the movie.
- 21:21Speaker 4: Because of you.
- 21:22Speaker 3: We see this as a privilege, not like it's a duty.
- 21:24Speaker 3: You could count on us to keep on praying. Lift
- 21:26Speaker 3: his sister, Judy, You'll be forever in our hearts, and
- 21:29Speaker 3: we appreciate the sacrifices made for a lot of us
- 21:31Speaker 3: to be here today. Hey, there's gonna come a day
- 21:33Speaker 3: where God wipes every tier away, and I wholeheartedly believe
- 21:36Speaker 3: that's soon we all gonna see that day. The Argans
- 21:38Speaker 3: Only family helped change the lives of many. They carry
- 21:41Speaker 3: wait so well as seasons if it is and heavy,
- 21:43Speaker 3: because of how they labor. We go into every season ready.
- 21:45Speaker 3: Without what they do behind the scenes, we wouldn't be
- 21:48Speaker 3: the steady this ministry was worth in prayer. We're gonna
- 21:50Speaker 3: have to pray, promise that the promise. So we gotta
- 21:52Speaker 3: do is walk in faith. If yesterday looks big, that
- 21:54Speaker 3: means that we ain't done enough today. Memorable statements that
- 21:57Speaker 3: Pastor Sunny would love to say. We had to learn
- 22:00Speaker 3: to understand the language of a giant. I love the
- 22:02Speaker 3: way he held out faith more than a dozen times.
- 22:04Speaker 3: That's radiy gull as they would come as passion wasn't
- 22:06Speaker 3: down before the promise, even king a past you knew
- 22:09Speaker 3: he was in lyne united women in ministry, mighty men
- 22:12Speaker 3: of valor. It's time for us to take our place,
- 22:14Speaker 3: not time for us the coward. We're living in the
- 22:16Speaker 3: final days more like the final hour. Final impartation that
- 22:19Speaker 3: he gave us came with fign power. He told us
- 22:21Speaker 3: that it was our time and God would meet his
- 22:22Speaker 3: people the torches ours, that we could be or not
- 22:25Speaker 3: be a believer. And if you're bullish enough that you
- 22:27Speaker 3: will believe with us. And Pastor son he said, welcome
- 22:30Speaker 3: to the Believers Club. Yeah yeah, Believers Club. Pastor Sonny said,
- 22:35Speaker 3: welcome to the Believer's Club. Yeah yeah, you're a Leaver's club.
- 22:39Speaker 3: Pastor son He said, welcome to the Believers Club.
- 22:41Speaker 5: Riding with my sword. I was raised by some generals
- 22:44Speaker 5: training the vision kidd and I never let it go
- 22:47Speaker 5: trash out of darkness.
- 22:48Speaker 2: We bring healing like his medical pull up to the kettle,
- 22:50Speaker 2: push the cost, but we.
- 22:51Speaker 5: Gonna let him know that Jesus is the answer.
- 22:53Speaker 2: You could come and join the ministry. He oh ay,
- 22:56Speaker 2: you could come and.
- 22:56Speaker 4: Make some history.
- 22:57Speaker 5: This is what God did for me. He saved me
- 22:59Speaker 5: from the while you think I'm outside with his springing victory,
- 23:03Speaker 5: I reached third wave christ Rose, third day, put up
- 23:06Speaker 5: to the Hong. I resurrected on my dirt Grave Speard
- 23:08Speaker 5: really hit me. God was moving on the first day,
- 23:11Speaker 5: dancing like David Bye, Holy Ghost Thirst Day Testa, We
- 23:14Speaker 5: salute you the vessel God, moved through eighty five, still
- 23:17Speaker 5: believe in God for a new move, never got complacent,
- 23:20Speaker 5: kept the vision racing. I'm thankful for this soul winning vision.
- 23:23Speaker 5: I was racing, strap up my books and put my
- 23:25Speaker 5: fist on.
- 23:26Speaker 2: Wait, I don't need to put on what was left on.
- 23:29Speaker 2: If me and eg start flowing on the.
- 23:31Speaker 5: Next song, you'll hear the vision pumping every single track
- 23:34Speaker 5: that we stepped off onto the tenth of me, stumping
- 23:37Speaker 5: on the end of me, troop to the legacy, Go
- 23:39Speaker 5: where God send to me.
- 23:41Speaker 2: I got a kiss on the wear stool. My family
- 23:43Speaker 2: had a family because of you.
- 23:46Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, Believers Club patter Sonny said, Welcome to the
- 23:50Speaker 3: Believers Club. Yeah yeah, Believers Club. Pastor Sonny said, welcome
- 23:55Speaker 3: to the Believers Club.
- 24:08Speaker 4: You are listening to the light of Las Vegas. This
- 24:12Speaker 4: is the Hiss Hop radio show.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Yo yo, we are back from the break that was
- 24:35Speaker 2: e g R. Giving a shout out and given homage
- 24:39Speaker 2: to Pastor Sonny, the founder of Victory Outreach. I tell
- 24:45Speaker 2: you it's awesome to be under the covering of a
- 24:49Speaker 2: great leader, under the covering of a man where God
- 24:53Speaker 2: has used to touch a generation and we're looking for
- 24:58Speaker 2: that even now you know what I mean. Where are
- 25:01Speaker 2: the leaders today that are leading our nation back to God? Amen?
- 25:08Speaker 2: Those are the ministries, Those are the men that we
- 25:12Speaker 2: need to support and we need to back up. We
- 25:15Speaker 2: need to all join that Believers Club. Amen, Isla Lujah.
- 25:22Speaker 2: Shout out to Voh. I've worked with them, They've supported
- 25:26Speaker 2: the club on numerous of times, and I'm still working
- 25:30Speaker 2: with them today. As a matter of fact, they are
- 25:35Speaker 2: the ones that helped me get into the juvenile detention
- 25:38Speaker 2: center the times I've been able to go down there.
- 25:42Speaker 2: And Minister Amen. Now, I know normally this is where
- 25:50Speaker 2: the accountability partner set me jumps in, but since we
- 25:54Speaker 2: only went over like reversus, I want to break down
- 26:00Speaker 2: one more time and then we'll get into the accountability
- 26:04Speaker 2: partner segment. Now, the big lesson here is don't become hardened. Right.
- 26:14Speaker 2: Jeremiah one through three gives us a powerful warning about
- 26:17Speaker 2: spiritual hardness. In other words, when people say, do not
- 26:22Speaker 2: harden your heart towards God, and the way we can
- 26:27Speaker 2: hearten our hearts towards God is we can become offended.
- 26:32Speaker 2: The devil is an opportunist. He loves it when we
- 26:35Speaker 2: hold on to offenses. Yes, this world is evil, Yes,
- 26:40Speaker 2: this is a cold place to be. Sometimes people are
- 26:43Speaker 2: gonna do us wrong, They're gonna do us dirty. Things
- 26:47Speaker 2: are gonna happen. I imagine that there are innocent people in
- 26:52Speaker 2: Judah that didn't want to go the way of idolatry
- 26:58Speaker 2: and the way the king and the way that society
- 27:01Speaker 2: was moving. But somehow, maybe they got offended. Maybe they
- 27:05Speaker 2: took one of their siblings, their brothers or sisters and
- 27:09Speaker 2: killed them, sacrifice them to bow, you know what I mean.
- 27:13Speaker 2: And maybe that hardened their hearts. Maybe they're so bitter
- 27:17Speaker 2: and angry they couldn't get over it. Then they ended
- 27:21Speaker 2: up missing God. I mean, that could happen. I'm thinking
- 27:24Speaker 2: about my own family. You know, there's been a lot
- 27:27Speaker 2: of generational curses. There's been a lot of stuff going
- 27:31Speaker 2: on in my family line. But I choose to forgive.
- 27:35Speaker 2: I am not going to be bitter towards my mom
- 27:38Speaker 2: or my siblings, or my auntie or anyone like that.
- 27:41Speaker 2: And I'm going to love them with the strength that
- 27:44Speaker 2: God gives me to love them, and I'm going to
- 27:46Speaker 2: share the truth. And man refused to allow. I even
- 27:52Speaker 2: have a song that I dedicated to my daughter called
- 27:57Speaker 2: Mika's Dance, And in the song at the end it says,
- 28:00Speaker 2: do not harden your heart on life when people let
- 28:05Speaker 2: you down right, there's going to be a better day.
- 28:10Speaker 2: Mikas sped your love around. We have to continuously have
- 28:14Speaker 2: an attitude of love and forgiveness. This is the will
- 28:17Speaker 2: of God for us. And I know it's not going
- 28:19Speaker 2: to be easy and not going to be hard. But
- 28:22Speaker 2: God promised to walk with us and to help us. Amen.
- 28:29Speaker 2: And so God had been warning Judah repeatedly. He spent
- 28:35Speaker 2: time teaching and training up his profits. He sent this
- 28:39Speaker 2: prophet to Judah. He gave them his word. He called
- 28:46Speaker 2: them to repent that they continue down the same path.
- 28:52Speaker 2: And now Jeremiah is standing in a valley of him
- 28:56Speaker 2: men holding a bottle that represents what is coming now.
- 29:02Speaker 2: The warning is simple, don't wait until consequences force you
- 29:06Speaker 2: to change. If God is correcting you today, spawn today,
- 29:12Speaker 2: don't wait until tomorrow. And if he's showing you something
- 29:17Speaker 2: that needs to change, don't push it off. If God's
- 29:22Speaker 2: telling you to forgive, forgive. If he's telling you to
- 29:25Speaker 2: stop something, stop it. If he's telling you to start something,
- 29:30Speaker 2: start it. If he's telling you to come back to him.
- 29:35Speaker 2: Come back to him. Hey, man, our commitment to God
- 29:45Speaker 2: is what is going to assure us of our salvation.
- 29:50Speaker 2: Jesus says, abide in me, and if I abide in you,
- 30:00Speaker 2: then you will bear much fruit and you will enter
- 30:04Speaker 2: the kingdom. Amen. All right. I wanted to spend a
- 30:09Speaker 2: little more time on that before we went into the
- 30:11Speaker 2: accountability partner segment. Now, the challenge today this week is
- 30:16Speaker 2: as your accountability partner, is there an area of your
- 30:20Speaker 2: life where you think you've been ignoring God's correction and
- 30:26Speaker 2: then go do something difficult? Listen without becoming defensive. Your
- 30:33Speaker 2: accountability partner isn't there to condemn you. They're there to
- 30:38Speaker 2: help you see well, you might not be able to
- 30:42Speaker 2: see yourself. We all have blind spots. Amen. Pray about
- 30:48Speaker 2: what they tell you, what they minister to you, and
- 30:52Speaker 2: if God confirms it, make the change. Amen. We are
- 30:58Speaker 2: able to change. That's one beautiful thing that God is.
- 31:02Speaker 2: The gift that God has given us, the ability to
- 31:04Speaker 2: change our ways. A lot of us think it's a joke,
- 31:09Speaker 2: or a lot of us think we have all the
- 31:10Speaker 2: time in the world to do so, but we don't.
- 31:15Speaker 2: We are here to establish an intimate relationship with God,
- 31:21Speaker 2: and we got to be willing to lay down any
- 31:23Speaker 2: treasure to seek Him and to pay any cost to
- 31:28Speaker 2: be in His presence on a daily basis. Amen. That
- 31:32Speaker 2: is what life is all about, your relationship with your
- 31:35Speaker 2: heavenly Father through Jesus Christ, and to be empowered by
- 31:41Speaker 2: the Holy Spirit. Amen. Also want to let you know
- 31:47Speaker 2: that it's our radio is a monitored and a reporting

- 32:08Speaker 2: want to hit the charts, we don't just play music

- 32:42Speaker 2: y'all a community shout out. Let y'all know what we've
- 32:47Speaker 2: been up to and let y'all know how you guys
- 32:51Speaker 2: can get involved. Well, last week there was an event
- 32:56Speaker 2: that kind of dropped in our laps, we didn't really
- 32:58Speaker 2: have opportunity to promoted. To be honest, I didn't know
- 33:01Speaker 2: what it was until I got there. But we went
- 33:04Speaker 2: to this recreation center last week. It was a nonprofit
- 33:09Speaker 2: day where a bunch of nonprofits came together to offer
- 33:13Speaker 2: their services and to talk about what they got going. Well.
- 33:19Speaker 2: We had her table, we were able to represent, we
- 33:21Speaker 2: had the opportunity to minister there. We made people aware
- 33:27Speaker 2: of our raffle, our monthly raffle that we're going to
- 33:30Speaker 2: do on a monthly basis, and also our football challenge
- 33:34Speaker 2: that we got going. We were able to make people
- 33:37Speaker 2: aware of those things. And also we were talking about
- 33:43Speaker 2: our our youth programs that we had. My wife was there,
- 33:48Speaker 2: she was able to explain the youth program. We had
- 33:51Speaker 2: a whole table to display to walk people through. We've
- 33:55Speaker 2: had some of our paintings from our money as she
- 33:59Speaker 2: raffled off. And then also we brought out three sixty
- 34:02Speaker 2: booth there so people can experience that. So it was
- 34:07Speaker 2: a fun time. It was a blessed time. And our
- 34:11Speaker 2: next event is at the Resort World right there on
- 34:18Speaker 2: the Las Vegas Strip. I believe this will be the
- 34:20Speaker 2: first time that I personally would be on the strip
- 34:24Speaker 2: and we're actually going to have a great time there.
- 34:29Speaker 2: It's right next to Circus Circus. If you've never been
- 34:33Speaker 2: to the Resort World, then we encourage you to come out.
- 34:41Speaker 2: This Saturday, the twenty ninth is going to start at
- 34:44Speaker 2: nine o'clock in the morning. The event will I will
- 34:48Speaker 2: be in the house. I will be working with another
- 34:51Speaker 2: radio station, but I will be providing the music and all.
- 34:57Speaker 2: That is going to be a great time to get there.
- 35:04Speaker 2: So it's gonna start like from nine and I believe
- 35:06Speaker 2: until two o'clock. There's gonna be a lunching. There's gonna
- 35:09Speaker 2: be a lot of cool stuff there. So His Hop
- 35:12Speaker 2: will be in the building. So if you would like
- 35:17Speaker 2: to come and support and be a part of it,
- 35:21Speaker 2: you can check us out on our website his Hot
- 35:23Speaker 2: Nation dot com or download the app his Hot Radio
- 35:28Speaker 2: on all platforms. We also want to let you know
- 35:34Speaker 2: that His Hot Nation is a nonprofit organization. We opened
- 35:39Speaker 2: a Christian club in twenty twelve. We are able to
- 35:42Speaker 2: run it for seven years. Twenty eighteen we had to
- 35:46Speaker 2: vacate the building, but we do pray and believe that
- 35:51Speaker 2: God wants us to continue this ministry, but we're asking
- 35:56Speaker 2: for help from our family, our community. That's why you
- 36:00Speaker 2: became a nonprofit organization to help us sustain a new building,
- 36:03Speaker 2: a new location. We need another headquarters, a place where
- 36:07Speaker 2: we can do our youth programs and impact the community.
- 36:11Speaker 2: If you believe in what God is doing, if you
- 36:13Speaker 2: see God's hand on his ministry, if God has blessed you,
- 36:17Speaker 2: we ask you to sew into the good ground. You
- 36:20Speaker 2: are sowing into the kingdom, and it's a tax write
- 36:26Speaker 2: off for you. We can write it off on your taxes.
- 36:32Speaker 2: All you have to do is go to our website
- 36:34Speaker 2: hishtnation dot com or go to our nonprofit website his
- 36:40Speaker 2: Nation dot org to get more information there. If you
- 36:45Speaker 2: want to become a monthly supporter, monthly donor if you
- 36:49Speaker 2: know of any grants or grant writers that can assist us,
- 36:55Speaker 2: that's where you go. All right, belove it, Get ready
- 37:05Speaker 2: for the Bible Trivia challenge. Shout out to our brothers
- 37:08Speaker 2: Zone three who's been holding us down. Shout out to
- 37:13Speaker 2: all those who are in the Life chat. We appreciate y'all.
- 37:18Speaker 2: Now you know how this goes. Be the first one
- 37:20Speaker 2: to answer the question correctly, and you will become the
- 37:25Speaker 2: trivia champion for today. So there's a challenge. As always,
- 37:30Speaker 2: I'm giving you the scripture reference so you can look
- 37:33Speaker 2: it up yourself. And Jeremiah in nineteen one and two,
- 37:37Speaker 2: read those verses carefully and then answer this question. The
- 37:41Speaker 2: two groups of people did God specifically tells Jeremiah to
- 37:45Speaker 2: take with him when he went to the Potter's house
- 37:50Speaker 2: to the valley of the Son of Henman. Open your Bible,
- 37:54Speaker 2: read the passage, find then answer, and remember his Hot
- 38:01Speaker 2: Trivia champion is announced every week on his Hot radio podcast.
- 38:05Speaker 2: So study the word, take the challenge, and become the champion,
- 38:11Speaker 2: and shout out to a brother Zone three for holding
- 38:14Speaker 2: it down. So as we close out, I just want
- 38:22Speaker 2: to say that God had been patient with Judah. He'd
- 38:30Speaker 2: spoken to them, he had warned them, and he'd called
- 38:34Speaker 2: them to repent, but they continue to reject him. Now
- 38:41Speaker 2: Jeremiah is standing in a place that represents their rebellion,
- 38:47Speaker 2: holding a vessel that represents what happens when something becomes hardened.
- 38:55Speaker 2: There's a difference between being broken and being hardened. Broken
- 39:00Speaker 2: clay can still be reshaped, but a hardened vessel can
- 39:07Speaker 2: will only be shattered and broken to pieces. Now here's
- 39:11Speaker 2: your question. What condition is your heart in? Are you
- 39:15Speaker 2: still allowing God to shape you? Are you still willing
- 39:20Speaker 2: to receive correction? Are you still willing to say, Lord,
- 39:24Speaker 2: change me? Don't wait for the consequences, beloved. If God
- 39:31Speaker 2: is still speaking to you today, respawn today, because the
- 39:36Speaker 2: greatest blessing isn't getting God to change his mind. The
- 39:40Speaker 2: greatest blessing is allowing God to change us. So we
- 39:46Speaker 2: need to stay humble, stay teachable, stay in the word,
- 39:49Speaker 2: and when God puts his finger or something under your life,
- 39:53Speaker 2: do not ignore him. Play man all right, belove it.
- 40:01Speaker 2: We're gonna pick it up on our next episode. In
- 40:03Speaker 2: verse four, so go ahead and read ahead. We started
- 40:07Speaker 2: a whole new book. This chapter is very different from
- 40:11Speaker 2: the chapter we just read. We appreciate y'all, We love y'all,
- 40:15Speaker 2: and remember it's not about us, It's all about the
- 40:19Speaker 2: Christ in us, God Blood.
- 40:31Speaker 4: You are listening to the light of Las Vegas. This
- 40:34Speaker 4: is the Hiss Hop Radio show.
