Huntsville just smashed a Guinness World Record — and it was all about potatoes. LawLers Barbecue served over 5,000 free baked potatoes in eight hours at the Orion Amphitheater, raising $16,000 for Kids to Love, a nonprofit helping foster kids. What started as a team-building idea in 2025 grew into a massive community event where employees even closed their own restaurants to volunteer.
