Morahan, Ph.D. is Founding Director, Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine ® Program for Women (ELAM ® ) and Professor Emerita, microbiology and immunology, Drexel University College of Medicine. She is also Founding Co-Director and continuing consultant, International FAIMER Institute (IFI). She has directed numerous grants in both biomedical and social science and authored over 150 peer reviewed publications, focusing especially on broadening the view of scholarship, gender equity, faculty development, and leadership program curricula and evaluation.
