- 0:12Speaker 1: It's time. Hello, no, no, no, Welcome to the new
- 0:15Speaker 1: laudyman I show. I'm your host of Shooter, and it
- 0:17Speaker 1: is a fresh week. It's a Monday, which means our
- 0:19Speaker 1: dear friend Garrett Vogel joins us. Hey, mister Vogel, are
- 0:23Speaker 1: you there?
- 0:23Speaker 2: Hello, ra Shooter. Are you done chasing the royals or
- 0:26Speaker 2: the would be royals?
- 0:28Speaker 1: We can't use that one.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Did you put them on a jet?
- 0:30Speaker 2: Did you put them on a jet blue fly back
- 0:32Speaker 2: to la I mean.
- 0:33Speaker 1: We can't use the word chasing. It triggers then we
- 0:35Speaker 1: have to be very very careful with the royals. I've
- 0:38Speaker 1: been doing a lot of talking about them. I've been
- 0:40Speaker 1: on all the shows. It's fun together those TV shows.
- 0:42Speaker 1: What's really fun being on TV is a lot of fun.
- 0:45Speaker 1: What's really funn is getting there earlier and sitting in
- 0:47Speaker 1: the green room and bumping into people Hello Chris Cuomo,
- 0:51Speaker 1: and bumping into like these foreign leaders and experts in
- 0:54Speaker 1: the world. Because the green rooms, particularly at news shows
- 0:57Speaker 1: like the CNNs, the News Nations, the msm BE sees
- 1:01Speaker 1: in the green room, it's full of like really smart
- 1:03Speaker 1: people and they like to talk about the royals because
- 1:06Speaker 1: they're there to talk about inflation or really important things.
- 1:09Speaker 2: But even so, I mean, if you've listened to rab Shooter,
- 1:13Speaker 2: and as you've taught many of us, including myself, is
- 1:16Speaker 2: something like that is the equivalent of an elevator. You
- 1:19Speaker 2: sit there and you just listen and people watch and
- 1:22Speaker 2: you absorb, and then you become an exclusive source for things.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Per Oh, I get many a sauce. I signed up
- 1:30Speaker 1: in that green room. I've got to say though, too.
- 1:33Speaker 1: The producers told me afterwards that they all wanted to
- 1:35Speaker 1: talk to me because they wanted to talk about the royals.
- 1:38Speaker 1: So all the smarty pants, all they care to.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Imagine if you had a Brooklyn accent, would you have
- 1:42Speaker 2: the same success?
- 1:43Speaker 1: You know? No, no, no, And I got to say
- 1:46Speaker 1: the Barry Manilow card helps if you don't know, my
- 1:48Speaker 1: husband does write the songs that make the whole world
- 1:50Speaker 1: sing with Barry Manelow. That does help people love Barry.
- 1:53Speaker 1: So thank you everybody for being so nice to me
- 1:56Speaker 1: in these green rooms. We've got a big royal story
- 1:58Speaker 1: at the top of the show. But before we get
- 1:59Speaker 1: into the show, so I just want to say a
- 2:01Speaker 1: little prayer for my friend Wendy Williams I'm hearing really
- 2:04Speaker 1: bad things. Her friends are really concerned. Wendy's rep has
- 2:08Speaker 1: denied that she was hospitalized last weekend. However, people I'm
- 2:11Speaker 1: talking to are really, really, really worried about her. So
- 2:16Speaker 1: when the news broke that she had been hospitalized, I
- 2:19Speaker 1: called her. I have a number. I called her. And
- 2:21Speaker 1: this is what made me really scared. It went straight
- 2:23Speaker 1: to voicemail. So normally when you call Wendy, it rings
- 2:26Speaker 1: and rings and rings, and you can just imagine her
- 2:28Speaker 1: like running around her apartment trying to find it under
- 2:30Speaker 1: her her leopard skin pillows, or under a Gucci shoes,
- 2:34Speaker 1: or under a wig. And so it was really strange
- 2:36Speaker 1: that it went straight to voicemail. And she normally answers,
- 2:40Speaker 1: and if she doesn't answer it rings and rings and rings,
- 2:43Speaker 1: you leave a message and she calls you back. She
- 2:45Speaker 1: didn't call me back. So there's a couple of things
- 2:46Speaker 1: here that makes me really concerned. What does it mean
- 2:49Speaker 1: when your phone goes straight to voicemail, no rings, I mean.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Many of things. You might not have service, or your
- 2:56Speaker 2: phone is dead num per se, or you just he
- 3:00Speaker 2: literally just turned it right.
- 3:03Speaker 3: You know.
- 3:03Speaker 2: There there's many of ways, and of course you know,
- 3:06Speaker 2: just as normal human beings, we we automatically jump down
- 3:09Speaker 2: the worst scenario, you know. But but I wanted to say,
- 3:13Speaker 2: you're you were planning on meeting up with her.
- 3:15Speaker 1: I was right, I was. She had this gig that
- 3:18Speaker 1: she was going to go and do out of town.
- 3:20Speaker 1: She was getting paid to go and speak somewhere, and
- 3:22Speaker 1: she canceled that because she was sick. And then there
- 3:25Speaker 1: was a report that she had actually been hospitalized. She's
- 3:28Speaker 1: out of hospital now, I'm told. But I love her
- 3:30Speaker 1: and she's been so kind to me, and we talk,
- 3:33Speaker 1: and I think we talk a lot more than people
- 3:34Speaker 1: actually even think we do. Often when I'm going for
- 3:37Speaker 1: my walk each day, my phone will ring and there's
- 3:40Speaker 1: Wendy like, yeah, I got to go. No, you're But
- 3:46Speaker 1: we don't hear back from somebody, and then you hear
- 3:48Speaker 1: the news. You got to send a prayer. I reached
- 3:50Speaker 1: out to a few of her friends, and she doesn't
- 3:52Speaker 1: have many friends. She's quite a lonely person, if the
- 3:54Speaker 1: truth be told, and I think that's one of the
- 3:55Speaker 1: reasons that she calls me as much as she does.
- 3:58Speaker 1: And so I do know a few of the people
- 4:00Speaker 1: she talks to, and we all spoke this weekend. I'm
- 4:03Speaker 1: all really worried.
- 4:04Speaker 3: You know.
- 4:04Speaker 2: It's funny because once they because I knew you told
- 4:07Speaker 2: me a Thursday or Friday that hey, there's what I'm
- 4:11Speaker 2: doing this weekend. And as soon as I saw the story,
- 4:14Speaker 2: I was like, oh, wow, were you with her?
- 4:18Speaker 3: Possibly? And then I turned on CNN, but nope, there
- 4:21Speaker 3: you are.
- 4:21Speaker 1: That's although I do know Wendy. Had you called, if
- 4:26Speaker 1: you're listening, galwa loo loo, I know she listens to
- 4:28Speaker 1: the podcast. If you had called, I would have been there.
- 4:30Speaker 1: I want her to know that she does have one
- 4:32Speaker 1: friend out there. I'm happy to be your friend. Okay,
- 4:35Speaker 1: let's jump into the show. What time is it, my friends,
- 4:37Speaker 1: It's tea time. Just a big story at the top
- 4:40Speaker 1: of the show. So Harry and Meghan are being accused
- 4:42Speaker 1: of being too cheap to pay for a hotel in
- 4:44Speaker 1: New York City, and that's what led to all this
- 4:47Speaker 1: trace drama just a few days ago. So the couple
- 4:50Speaker 1: allegedly demanded that the Carlisle Hotel it's where Princess Diana
- 4:55Speaker 1: used to stay, Tom Cruise stays there. It's a really
- 4:57Speaker 1: fancy hotel, give them a discounted room for their New
- 5:01Speaker 1: York trip. Now page six are reporting that they have
- 5:04Speaker 1: sources in law enforcement who said the bosses at the
- 5:07Speaker 1: Carlisle basically refused a hefty discount, and that is the
- 5:11Speaker 1: reason that the couple stayed instead at their friend's house
- 5:15Speaker 1: on the Upper East Side, and that ultimately is what
- 5:19Speaker 1: led to all this stuff with the paparazzi. What happened here?
- 5:22Speaker 1: I hit the phones because the story didn't make sense.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Why were they driving around Manhattan for they alleged two hours?
- 5:28Speaker 1: Obviously it was a little less than that. Why did
- 5:30Speaker 1: they get at the police station. Why didn't they just
- 5:32Speaker 1: get in their car and drive to their hotel or
- 5:34Speaker 1: to their friend's apartment where they were staying in Manhattan.
- 5:37Speaker 1: We live in high rises. You can't ring the doorbell.
- 5:39Speaker 1: You get through the lobby, so literally they get pictures
- 5:42Speaker 1: of you getting out of a car and walking into
- 5:44Speaker 1: a lobby. What's the big deal? Well, the big deal
- 5:46Speaker 1: is this is a secret place. They don't want anybody
- 5:49Speaker 1: to know that they're staying there. It's not theirs, it's
- 5:51Speaker 1: a friends that were protecting their friends privacy. Had they
- 5:54Speaker 1: stayed at a hotel, none of this would have happened.
- 5:56Speaker 1: They would have just drove to the Carlisle or maybe
- 5:58Speaker 1: even the Mandarin area, which has garages under the building
- 6:02Speaker 1: so you can literally drive in and get in an elevator.
- 6:05Speaker 3: Must be nice to be ready, can you imagine?
- 6:06Speaker 1: But they are rich though, I mean, he is a
- 6:08Speaker 1: prince and they did earn was it one hundred million
- 6:11Speaker 1: dollars from Netflix?
- 6:12Speaker 2: Well? Yeah, but Rob Shooter, I get it too, like
- 6:14Speaker 2: every like I know you deny it, but to a degree,
- 6:18Speaker 2: you have a form of fame to you, you know
- 6:21Speaker 2: what I mean, like where you go out. Imagine Like
- 6:24Speaker 2: we couldn't how popular they are.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Couldn't imagine.
- 6:28Speaker 2: I mean, and they are. They're about my age, they're
- 6:31Speaker 2: around thirty eight years old. To be to be somewhat
- 6:36Speaker 2: normal for a small inkling of time, whether it be
- 6:40Speaker 2: staying at a friend's house versus staying at you know,
- 6:43Speaker 2: the same hotel. Ever, I get it, like I understand it,
- 6:47Speaker 2: and I know that, Yes, it put New York City
- 6:50Speaker 2: into a tizzy for a couple of days, and it
- 6:53Speaker 2: made you know, everybody all pissed off, and how they're
- 6:55Speaker 2: Like the conspiracy theory in me sees two things about
- 7:00Speaker 2: this one that it really wasn't from them per se,
- 7:04Speaker 2: you know what I mean?
- 7:05Speaker 3: Like at this point, and you know.
- 7:07Speaker 2: You're a publicier, you're a formal publicist, why wouldn't they
- 7:11Speaker 2: put out a statement saying, here's the correct thing.
- 7:13Speaker 3: That was said. And then the one thing that kind
- 7:17Speaker 3: of has been bothering.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Me over the weekend about it is the photographers. So
- 7:21Speaker 2: if they asked for the photos, like right, so it
- 7:24Speaker 2: was the front page of at least the New York
- 7:26Speaker 2: News for two or three days. The photographers saying that,
- 7:29Speaker 2: oh we have the photos and videos, were not handing
- 7:31Speaker 2: it over. We're in twenty twenty three people, you save
- 7:34Speaker 2: the photos on your computer, you hand them over, you
- 7:37Speaker 2: let them rest their case, and that's it, because.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Yeah, you know what, I hear what you said. The
- 7:41Speaker 1: photographers did have a really witty and sharp comeback. They said,
- 7:46Speaker 1: in England, you might have been a king and you
- 7:48Speaker 1: can demand us to hand the property to the king.
- 7:50Speaker 1: But in America that doesn't work like that. So they
- 7:52Speaker 1: have to be a little careful here, you're right. Had
- 7:54Speaker 1: they issued a statement saying it wasn't near catastrophic, but
- 7:57Speaker 1: it was chaotic, it was very triggering, it was very upsetting.
- 8:01Speaker 1: They could have.
- 8:01Speaker 3: Dampered down it.
- 8:03Speaker 1: They could have done the.
- 8:06Speaker 3: Traffic.
- 8:06Speaker 1: Oh my goodness, everybody in New York melted down. We
- 8:09Speaker 1: thought this was Princess Diana Part two, which thankfully it
- 8:12Speaker 1: was not nowhere even near that. But this is interesting
- 8:14Speaker 1: about hotels. You mention I have a little bit of celebrity.
- 8:18Speaker 1: I have nothing like these two, but I put myself
- 8:21Speaker 1: into safe positions, like I don't go places that I
- 8:25Speaker 1: know are not going to be comfortable for me. I'm
- 8:27Speaker 1: not famous, by the way, but occasionally someone might recognize me.
- 8:31Speaker 1: If I had been these two, I would have stayed
- 8:33Speaker 1: at a really lovely five star hotel who have security,
- 8:37Speaker 1: who have underground garages. If they can get Tom Cruise
- 8:40Speaker 1: in and out of the Carlisle, if they can get
- 8:43Speaker 1: Princess Diana in and out of the carlysle they could
- 8:45Speaker 1: have got Harry and Meghan. So if you're listening, you
- 8:47Speaker 1: to alaa loolo, just set yourself up and I do
- 8:49Speaker 1: get it. And this is what's so interesting about really
- 8:51Speaker 1: rich and famous people. Everybody has a budget. It doesn't
- 8:55Speaker 1: matter how famous you are, how rich you are. This
- 8:58Speaker 1: hotel it costs about six seven thousand dollars dollars a night.
- 9:02Speaker 1: It's not two hundred bucks. And that's a lot of
- 9:04Speaker 1: money too, let me tell you. And so they do
- 9:06Speaker 1: make compromises. Never compromise your safety. It's just not worth it.
- 9:11Speaker 1: And I think friends too, This is what my sources
- 9:13Speaker 1: are telling me. It's so interesting. It's like problems we
- 9:16Speaker 1: would have friends are sort of like getting sick of
- 9:18Speaker 1: them staying on the sofa. They're not staying on the sofa,
- 9:21Speaker 1: they're staying in a look. But it's almost like when
- 9:23Speaker 1: I go to London, I love if I love staying
- 9:27Speaker 1: at my parents' house, by friend's house because it saves
- 9:30Speaker 1: me a fortune and it's really expensive to get a
- 9:32Speaker 1: hotel in London. But of course, but if the room's
- 9:36Speaker 1: not available at my friend Yerg's house, if the room's
- 9:39Speaker 1: not available for some reason at my sister's house, I'm
- 9:42Speaker 1: prepared to get a hotel.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Well, yes, and I think they are too.
- 9:45Speaker 2: But like I said, I think every so often they
- 9:47Speaker 2: specifically and yes, well they're arguing and being made they're royals, they're.
- 9:53Speaker 3: In the linelight every so often.
- 9:55Speaker 2: They want to be normal, and I get they aren't normal,
- 9:57Speaker 2: but they want to at least feel.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Like m oh so you're saying it's not a cheap thing.
- 10:01Speaker 1: They wanted to have a regular apartment.
- 10:06Speaker 3: We are not in this suite. We are not in
- 10:08Speaker 3: that suite.
- 10:10Speaker 1: No, we kissed me, kiss you give me roses rose
- 10:15Speaker 1: to resist me. Okay, this show's going off the rails.
- 10:16Speaker 1: We want to know what you think about all this
- 10:18Speaker 1: because that's what really matters. On the Naughty but I Show,
- 10:21Speaker 1: Harry and Meghan are said to be too cheap to
- 10:23Speaker 1: pay for a hotel, and that led to all this
- 10:25Speaker 1: drama in New York City? Would you let them sleep
- 10:28Speaker 1: on your sofa? So if Harry and were coming to
- 10:31Speaker 1: your town and they couldn't afford a hotel, they didn't
- 10:33Speaker 1: want to spend all that money on a hotel, would
- 10:35Speaker 1: you let them sleep on your sofa? That could be
- 10:37Speaker 1: fun for one night, not for two. I think you
- 10:40Speaker 1: know house guests. Yeah, two nights, three nights. You're pushing your.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Luck considerable weekend.
- 10:46Speaker 1: You can't one night, we can do it, but if
- 10:49Speaker 1: you stay a week that's pushing your look. Go vote
- 10:51Speaker 1: on a Twitter page at Naughty Nights Rabi facebook page.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Is Norda your zip and be sure to check back
- 10:56Speaker 1: tomorrow to hear your results, Hey Garrett, what are you
- 10:59Speaker 1: working on?
- 11:00Speaker 2: Well, speaking about being cheap, the opposite of that. So
- 11:04Speaker 2: over the weekend you might have seen the story that
- 11:06Speaker 2: Beyonce and Jay Z bought a two hundred million dollar
- 11:09Speaker 2: mansion out in Los Angeles on the Pacific coast in California.
- 11:15Speaker 2: So fans, of course were like, well, just because you
- 11:18Speaker 2: have that money doesn't mean you need to spend it.
- 11:21Speaker 2: Of course, that is the most the second most expensive
- 11:24Speaker 2: home purchase in American history, the top being of course,
- 11:28Speaker 2: right here in our beloved New York City at a
- 11:30Speaker 2: two hundred and thirty eight million dollar home.
- 11:32Speaker 3: At that point, thirty eight million dollars feels like pocket change,
- 11:36Speaker 3: you know, you know what I mean.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Like, So, I mean it's very nice, of course, I mean,
- 11:42Speaker 2: you can't argue it. But it also looks like it
- 11:44Speaker 2: looks like like a Google campus, like or what Apple
- 11:48Speaker 2: like works on.
- 11:48Speaker 3: You know what I mean. Well, it's very sterile.
- 11:53Speaker 2: You know, it's it's weird, though not everyone's cup of tea,
- 11:56Speaker 2: I mean, to each their own. As they say, there's
- 11:59Speaker 2: there's a over seven thousand cubic yards of concrete. That
- 12:03Speaker 2: is so much concrete. Rob shooter. That's where all the
- 12:05Speaker 2: money went to. It's actually a very small cheap house,
- 12:08Speaker 2: but all in the expense of concrete. But here, here,
- 12:11Speaker 2: here's the thing, you know, And I know fans are
- 12:15Speaker 2: like two hundred million that could go to whatever they
- 12:17Speaker 2: earned it, you know what I mean, Like at the
- 12:19Speaker 2: end of the day, it's their money or we it's there,
- 12:22Speaker 2: you know what. I think everybody's a little bit of
- 12:24Speaker 2: jealous and right so because I think we all wish
- 12:27Speaker 2: we could have an afford a two hundred million dollars.
- 12:30Speaker 1: I don't know if I ever want to has that big.
- 12:32Speaker 3: It's huge.
- 12:32Speaker 1: I like little hous as. I get scared very easily.
- 12:34Speaker 1: I like to be able to see all the doors.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Remember we just said about guests. You know, having a
- 12:39Speaker 2: two hundred million we can have a game. We could
- 12:41Speaker 2: have we wouldn't We wouldn't find them for months.
- 12:44Speaker 1: It's magnificent. I think part of this too is very
- 12:47Speaker 1: rarely ever do you think of anything being worth two
- 12:50Speaker 1: hundred million. So it's lovely to look at the photographs
- 12:53Speaker 1: and be like what you get for your money? Like
- 12:54Speaker 1: I hope they don't have to fix it up like
- 12:57Speaker 1: for two hundred million, you just bring a toothbrush like
- 12:59Speaker 1: you move.
- 13:00Speaker 3: Oh of course, Like remember like when you were little
- 13:03Speaker 3: and you're like, wow, I can make a hundred thousand.
- 13:06Speaker 2: So I would be like, that's like close to a millionaire,
- 13:10Speaker 2: you know, like two hundred million.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Little bit I do. I'm really naive with my nay.
- 13:15Speaker 1: When I see like a twenty dollar bill in my wallet,
- 13:18Speaker 1: I'm like, oh wow, but.
- 13:21Speaker 3: It's so funny.
- 13:21Speaker 1: I got to stop.
- 13:22Speaker 3: It's like right exactly.
- 13:24Speaker 2: But but at certain points when you see when you
- 13:26Speaker 2: when you pay for something, let's just say a car,
- 13:28Speaker 2: Like a car is like, you know, fifteen thousand dollars,
- 13:31Speaker 2: but then it's like, well for an extra two thousand dollars,
- 13:34Speaker 2: we can put some some seating leather. I get this
- 13:38Speaker 2: two thousand dollars and for them two hundred million dollars.
- 13:41Speaker 3: Is like okay, you know.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Let's just throw an extra four million dollars into into
- 13:46Speaker 2: putting grass.
- 13:47Speaker 1: It's absolutely amazing. Okay, I love this story. Before we
- 13:52Speaker 1: go to break, Oprah Winfrey, do you ever wonder what
- 13:55Speaker 1: she said off camera after giving out all those cars.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Well now we know exactly what she said because Candy Davis,
- 14:01Speaker 1: who is a forty eight year old TikToker was in
- 14:04Speaker 1: the audience in November twenty ten when Oprah gave everybody
- 14:09Speaker 1: a Volkswagen Beetled. You remember that, and now Davis is
- 14:13Speaker 1: telling all about what happened. So she said, the taping
- 14:17Speaker 1: actually took two and a half hours. It's not life
- 14:20Speaker 1: to tape, so it's not the hour show, the fifty
- 14:22Speaker 1: minute show. You see two and a half hours. And
- 14:24Speaker 1: the audience members were really emotional and some even felt
- 14:29Speaker 1: undeserving of this amazing gift. And one by one they
- 14:33Speaker 1: met with the lawyers to iron out legal issues. So
- 14:35Speaker 1: when Oprah initially gave cars out in two thousand and four,
- 14:39Speaker 1: all those people had to pay the taxes and that
- 14:41Speaker 1: got a lot of bad press. So Oprah said, if
- 14:43Speaker 1: I'm going to do it again, I want to make
- 14:45Speaker 1: sure all the taxes are paid. So Oprah even had
- 14:48Speaker 1: lawyers there to make sure this was all done beautifully.
- 14:50Speaker 1: But that took a little time, and these this sentiment
- 14:54Speaker 1: of not being worthy of being undeserving. It got back
- 14:58Speaker 1: to Oprah and so she kicked up for gold heels
- 15:01Speaker 1: and she sat on the edge of the stage, no cameras,
- 15:03Speaker 1: and she said to the audience listen. I know you
- 15:07Speaker 1: don't feel you deserve any of this stuff, and you
- 15:11Speaker 1: don't none of you deserve this, but you are worthy
- 15:15Speaker 1: of it. And I want you to remember that.
- 15:17Speaker 3: Now.
- 15:17Speaker 1: The TikToker is claiming this is not a dig, this
- 15:20Speaker 1: is not a backhanded compliment. This is a well intentioned
- 15:24Speaker 1: person delivering a monologue.
- 15:26Speaker 2: Well, you know, and I think in that, I know
- 15:29Speaker 2: how some of those TV personalities are once the cameras
- 15:33Speaker 2: go off, you know, they it's more like sarcastic, you know,
- 15:35Speaker 2: joking around with the audience. You know, I could see
- 15:38Speaker 2: Oprah going, you know, none of you are worth any.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Of it, you know, worthy, she says they're worth it,
- 15:42Speaker 1: but they don't deserve it.
- 15:44Speaker 2: And you know, I grew up around Regis Philbin, and
- 15:48Speaker 2: Regis would do it a lot where he would start,
- 15:51Speaker 2: you know, not making fun, like kind of having poking
- 15:54Speaker 2: fun at people in the audience. You know they're like, hey,
- 15:57Speaker 2: you know what, you can't put a smile on your face,
- 16:00Speaker 2: I mean, nonory, you know. So I could see Obrah
- 16:03Speaker 2: doing that where it's just like everybody shot in and
- 16:05Speaker 2: goes just to.
- 16:06Speaker 3: Let everybody know. I can see you know that if
- 16:08Speaker 3: you deserve any She didn't.
- 16:10Speaker 1: Mean any disrespect for it though. Hey, we're going to
- 16:11Speaker 1: take a break and we will be right back. Welcome
- 16:14Speaker 1: back to the naughty but nice shoot the different Garrett. Hey, Garrett,
- 16:17Speaker 1: let's get to the polls. That slash show we talked about.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Nobody from the royal family reached out to Harry and
- 16:23Speaker 1: Megan after the paparazzi car incident. Should his dad and
- 16:27Speaker 1: his brother have picked up the phone? Let's have a look?
- 16:29Speaker 1: Seventy percent said yes, I think I agree at least
- 16:32Speaker 1: a text this could have been an opportunity to heal.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Don't forget to vote on today's pole. Get my Twitter
- 16:37Speaker 1: page at naughty Nice rob About facebook page is naughty
- 16:40Speaker 1: girl seb and if sure has checked back tomorrow, would
- 16:42Speaker 1: to hear your results are Now it's time for our
- 16:45Speaker 1: nisiest of the day.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Yes, well, we are getting back to signs of somewhat
- 16:51Speaker 2: normalcy in our world. You know, the movies are making
- 16:54Speaker 2: a ton of money. I think I read a story
- 16:56Speaker 2: like if the movies grows four billion dollars within the
- 17:00Speaker 2: next two weeks, like overall, it's almost back to pre
- 17:04Speaker 2: pandemic ways. And same thing with concerts Beyonce and Taylor
- 17:07Speaker 2: Swift are about to become the highest grossing tour ready
- 17:11Speaker 2: for this not of this year, of all time. So
- 17:16Speaker 2: Beyonce obviously has her Renaissance tour that is coming to
- 17:20Speaker 2: America very soon, and Taylor Swift just pretty much swiping
- 17:24Speaker 2: across the entire coast from east to west here in
- 17:29Speaker 2: the US and about to break the one billion dollar
- 17:33Speaker 2: mark ever, I mean right now, Sir Elton John has
- 17:37Speaker 2: that with his Yellow Bird road Farewell tour that's been
- 17:40Speaker 2: going on for about fourteen years, it feels like, and
- 17:45Speaker 2: that has over eight hundred and seventeen million dollars according
- 17:49Speaker 2: to Billboard. I mean, and Taylor's coming to town this weekend,
- 17:54Speaker 2: you know here in New Jersey, and you know it's
- 17:57Speaker 2: a big deal. Pretty much the every city she's turned to.
- 18:02Speaker 2: This is how big you know you are when the
- 18:03Speaker 2: city itself turns its name into something related to your music.
- 18:08Speaker 2: And it's not like, oh, it's Tailor town. No, they
- 18:11Speaker 2: find a lyric in her song and they and they
- 18:13Speaker 2: change it over and every city has New York times
- 18:17Speaker 2: Well it was so here. Here's the debate of it.
- 18:20Speaker 2: It's not really New York. It's it's just so. So
- 18:24Speaker 2: the city of Socaucus, which isn't a sexy name within itself,
- 18:29Speaker 2: is probably in charge of changing its name for tail
- 18:33Speaker 2: or something.
- 18:33Speaker 1: The concert will I can't I can't wait, let's do
- 18:37Speaker 1: I notice the day Caroline Mansell from the Housewives of
- 18:41Speaker 1: New Jersey said, Barbara Walters offended her backstage at the View.
- 18:44Speaker 1: So she's backstage at the View and before the show,
- 18:46Speaker 1: the hosts normally go to the guests dressing room say hello,
- 18:50Speaker 1: what do you want to talk about? It's really excited
- 18:52Speaker 1: that you'll hear lots of energy. And so she heard
- 18:54Speaker 1: Barbara walking down the hallway and she's like, oh my god,
- 18:56Speaker 1: Barbara's coming, Barbara's coming. I'm gonna meet Barbara next. And
- 18:59Speaker 1: then Barbara didn't want to meet Caroline Manzo, and Caroline
- 19:03Speaker 1: said she realizes it was because of how low brow
- 19:06Speaker 1: reality TV was considered at the time, but her perspective
- 19:10Speaker 1: changed about Barbara when she found that the other guest
- 19:13Speaker 1: on the day show was a woman who wrote a
- 19:15Speaker 1: book about being a professional mistress. And she was like, oh,
- 19:19Speaker 1: so Barbara will meet the quote professional mistress. But not
- 19:23Speaker 1: the real housewives. People still look down their nose at
- 19:26Speaker 1: those realities show were running out of time, so and
- 19:29Speaker 1: quickly with a moment of rab you get a Robbie
- 19:32Speaker 1: to Raba. Friendship is telling somebody to go to hell
- 19:37Speaker 1: and then worrying that they get there safely. You can
- 19:41Speaker 1: tell your friends off, you can get grumpy with your friends,
- 19:44Speaker 1: but even in those moments, you still love them. So
- 19:48Speaker 1: friendship is telling your friends to go to hell and
- 19:51Speaker 1: worrying that they get there safely. Adorable. That is itawful today?
- 19:55Speaker 1: Thank you so much for listening to the Notady Been
