This Saturday, downtown Portland transforms into a rainbow wonderland as five hundred volunteers paint a massive, joy-filled art installation by British-Nigerian artist Yinka Ilori. Titled “Mountains Full of Blessings,” the vibrant mural aims to boost foot traffic, enhance safety, and spark community connection.
