- 0:00Ending the Federal Reserve. There is a growing number of
- 0:04people, and not just people like you and me, gold and silver
- 0:08enthusiast, but actual politicians who are put putting
- 0:12forth the idea of ending the Federal Reserve.
- 0:16We're going to give you examples of what's going on.
- 0:19We'll talk about that, but we'll also talk about the reasons why
- 0:23this is so important to you as an American, as a silver and
- 0:29gold enthusiast, what it means for you on a personal level and
- 0:34a financial level if this does come to pass.
- 0:37And hey, look, there's nothing unpatriotic at all about wanting
- 0:42to see the Federal Reserve ended.
- 0:44Our Founding Fathers, people like Alexander Hamilton,
- 0:49Benjamin Franklin. Look, I'm not a big history
- 0:51buff, but Thomas Jefferson and a number of others are smiling at
- 0:56the movement that's gaining steam to end the Federal
- 1:00Reserve. But will it work?
- 1:02Let's talk about it right now. The Federal Reserve is the birth
- 1:13place of the paper Fiat Unicorn fart dust United States dollar,
- 1:19and we know how it's worked for the dollar since 1971 when
- 1:22President Nixon temporarily took us off the gold standard.
- 1:26Gold and silver are the enemies of the paper Fiat dollar.
- 1:32Let's take a look at a chart that will just blow you away,
- 1:35that shows how gold in particular has performed against
- 1:39the dollar since 19. The Harvard educated analyst
- 1:44Lawrence Leppard has this to say about the dollar.
- 1:47He actually has some choice words.
- 1:48I'll let you see that on the screen.
- 1:51But if we zoom into this chart, we see the dollar versus gold
- 1:55since 1970. And as you can see on the right
- 1:59hand side that shows the gold price in inverse order.
- 2:03The dollar has just gone down and down and down.
- 2:07I've heard estimates of the dollar losing 99% or 88% of its
- 2:13value against gold since 1971 if the Federal Reserve were to go
- 2:20away. And we're going to look at
- 2:20examples of this growing movement at high levels to talk
- 2:25about ending the Fed. If it were to go away the price
- 2:28of gold and silver, the value of gold and silver would absolutely
- 2:33skyrocket. Because right now there's a big
- 2:36battle going on in the world as a whole between the US dollar
- 2:41and precious metals. But let's just take a look back
- 2:44at the president of the United States who actually signed the
- 2:46legislation to create the United States Federal Reserve, Woodrow
- 2:50Wilson. In 1919, a few years after
- 2:54signing the Federal Reserve Act, President Woodrow Wilson said
- 2:58this. I'm a most unhappy man.
- 3:01I have unwittingly ruined my country.
- 3:04A great industrial nation is now controlled by its system of
- 3:08credit. We are no longer a government of
- 3:11free opinion, no longer a government by conviction in the
- 3:15vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and
- 3:19duress of a small group of dominant men.
- 3:23I want to ask you a question. What has the Federal Reserve
- 3:28gotten us? I'll show you right now a
- 3:31skyrocketing U.S. debt level of probably $36 trillion plus by
- 3:37the time you are watching this video, spiraling out of control.
- 3:42Interest on our debt almost $1 trillion in AUS.
- 3:46Federal budget deficit over $2 trillion.
- 3:52But if you're anything like me, it's also gotten you much more
- 3:56difficult to survive, to put food on the table, to shelter
- 4:00yourself and your family, to even consider doing something
- 4:03fun like going on a vacation. That's what the Federal Reserve
- 4:08got us. And that's why we have a growing
- 4:11chorus, not just people like us, but politicians who are
- 4:15supporting examining this idea of is it really in our best
- 4:20interest to have a central bank, to have a Federal Reserve?
- 4:24Thank you to channel sponsor Pembex.
- 4:26They make these live stream videos possible.

- 4:52Are you finding it hard to believe this concept that the
- 4:56Federal Reserve could even possibly go away?
- 5:00I can diagnose your problem. It's called recency bias, and I
- 5:03share that problem with you. For almost all of us who've been
- 5:07watching our entire lives, there has been a Federal Reserve.
- 5:11We think it's been around forever because to us it has
- 5:15been around forever, but it hasn't.
- 5:18It was born in what, 1913? And it can go away in the future
- 5:23as well. Our country did pretty darn well
- 5:26for over 100 years without a United States Federal Reserve.
- 5:31So who is talking about it? Who is this growing chorus of
- 5:34people that are talking about examining the idea of ending the
- 5:40Fed? Zero Hedge has an article titled
- 5:42The Revolution Continues. The ranks of anti Fed
- 5:47Republicans grow. They talk about how Senator Ron
- 5:51Paul, although he's retired now, for 12 years he was the person
- 5:55who spearheaded this movement to eliminate the Fed.
- 5:59What's super interesting? And there he is, right?
- 6:03And there's his book and the Fed that was a United States
- 6:07senator, right? What was interesting is this
- 6:11illustration in orange because it can be seen most obviously
- 6:16with the bill itself in 2012, Doctor Paul's last term in
- 6:21progress, Congress, his in the Fed bill didn't have a single Co
- 6:28sponsor. It was him and him alone just 12
- 6:33years ago. Now Fast forward to today and
- 6:36two very interesting things have happened.
- 6:39Because in 2024, introduced by Thomas Massie, the bill now has
- 6:4423 Co sponsors from the House of Representatives, right,
- 6:49including people like Biggs, Bobert, Breechen, Cloud Crane,
- 6:53Hagaman, Norman, Tiffany Mills and Reschenthaler and many, many
- 6:58more 23 Co sponsors in the House.
- 7:04Yet also another new precedent was set with Mike Lee being the
- 7:09first senator to introduce the bill into the upper chamber.
- 7:13And let's go take a quick look at him.
- 7:15He's got it on his website. He's the US senator from Utah
- 7:20and right here at the very top, right, breaking the bank.
- 7:24Senator Lee introduces a bill to abolish the Federal Reserve.
- 7:29And on top of that, the article goes on to point out that these
- 7:33senators, Congress men and women, are using social media,
- 7:38using platforms like X right now to spread the word about ending
- 7:43the Federal Reserve. I mean, what would it hurt?
- 7:51We know that for 99% of the of Americans, the Federal Reserve
- 7:55has not provided much benefit. Think about 1971.
- 7:59I was born in 1970. What year were you born?
- 8:02OK my I grew up in a very middle class family, had a great
- 8:05education, went to a top university, all that great
- 8:08stuff. But very middle class.
- 8:10My family afforded a nice house, a couple cars, nice vacations.
- 8:15My parents were able to afford although they did sacrifice, but
- 8:18they were able to afford sending me through private schools and
- 8:22only my dad worked up until the time I was about 12 years old.
- 8:27Think about America now. Can a man with an average middle
- 8:30class job or a woman be a sole provider for a family and come
- 8:35anywhere close to being able to do that?
- 8:38Absolutely not. Shouldn't things have gotten
- 8:41easier with all this progress that we had?
- 8:44They did get easier, right? And if you're a part of the 1%,
- 8:48I'm not. But if you are part of the 1%
- 8:52and you're watching this at your Country Club, well,
- 8:54congratulations, you've benefited because of the Fed,
- 8:58while the rest of the country, 99 or 99 1/2 out of 100 people
- 9:04are finding life much more difficult.
- 9:07It'll be interesting to see how this plays out.
- 9:09Remember, in the end, if the Fed loses power and it's already
- 9:13losing power in the world, we know that, but if it were to
- 9:17dissolve, that would be unbelievably powerful for the
- 9:22precious metals, gold and silver written into the United States
- 9:26of America Constitution. I want to say thank you to
- 9:30channel sponsor First Mining Gold.
- 9:32They're a Canadian gold development company.

- 9:47friends at Fortuna Mining. They're an operating producing
- 9:51silver and gold company in Latin America, and they produce large
- 9:57amounts of gold in West Africa. Thanks for being here.
- 10:01It's going to be interesting to see how this all plays out in
- 10:04the coming months, quarters and years.
- 10:05You know, one thing for sure, I'll be here with you.
- 10:08We can get together in the basement anytime.
- 10:11Please come back and I'll see you soon.
