- 0:39Hi, it's Adam here, and welcome to today's episode of The
- 0:43Hypnotist, where actually, rather than me doing a hypnosis
- 0:47session, I'm actually joined by a very special guest.
- 0:50And Josh. Welcome to the show today, Anne.
- 0:53Thank you. I'm really, I love your work, so
- 0:55I'm really, really happy to be here.
- 0:58Yeah, great to have you here. So we're we're going to have a
- 1:00bit of a chat so we get to know you and then you're going to do
- 1:03a hypnosis session based on and and you know, for people that
- 1:08listen to the show, they know I love talking about kind of like
- 1:11different realities, different, you know, ways of dealing with
- 1:13time, but you're going to be talking about a future life.
- 1:16So accessing a life you haven't even lived yet, which I think is
- 1:19going to be a great hypnosis session for everyone to
- 1:22experience. But before we get to that, give
- 1:24us a bit of background on, on you who, who, who were you for
- 1:28people that haven't heard of you before and and how did you get
- 1:31into this particular, you know, kind of industry, which which is
- 1:35a strange industry. It it is a very strange industry
- 1:39and it and some aspects of it have taken me by surprise.
- 1:43So how did I start? I, I started off reading tarot
- 1:46cards. My grandmother was a, a fortune
- 1:50teller. And so I'd, I absolutely loved
- 1:52that. And that really took off for me.
- 1:53And I did that for many years. You got to remember I'm going,
- 1:56I'm an old girl. So we're going back many, many
- 1:58decades. So I've been been around this
- 2:00stuff a long time. And I had this deep fascination
- 2:04for past life aggression and there was nowhere to train.
- 2:08You know, these days you'd go on Google because she didn't have
- 2:11all that you're looking Yellow Pages.
- 2:12You'd ask around. I couldn't find anybody that
- 2:15taught. And then it went on for years
- 2:18trying to find out how, how can I be regressed?
- 2:21And then this American woman, Denise Linn, come over and
- 2:24conducted a past life aggression session.
- 2:26And I thought I have to work with this.
- 2:29But she didn't talk talk still had nobody training.
- 2:32So I decided to train in clinical hypnotherapy.
- 2:36I thought I needed some sort of certificate.
- 2:38You know, I need something behind me.
- 2:40So I trained in clinical hypnotherapy and wrote my own
- 2:45scripts and that took off incredibly well.
- 2:48I still worked with clinical hypnotherapy, but I, I found
- 2:53myself referring a lot of people on and, and I still do to this
- 2:57day because I think weight loss some so, so and so brilliant
- 3:00about, you know, so and so is sleep or some bereavement.
- 3:03I've kind of find out who's good out there and I pass on on a lot
- 3:07of people. But I did addictions.
- 3:09I worked a lot. I was living in an area with a
- 3:12lot of addiction. So I still work with addictions.
- 3:15Anyway, I happily worked with past life aggression for many,
- 3:18many years. Oh, every story is different.
- 3:20It is just the most incredible experience.
- 3:23And then what happened was some military guys came to see me and
- 3:27said they needed to find out something from the past, they
- 3:29needed to be regressed to find out where something was.
- 3:34And I worked with them. I did them a number of sessions
- 3:37with each other just to get the feel of them.
- 3:40And they were, they were really fascinated.
- 3:42Then I brought somebody in to take us all back and what
- 3:45happened was all three of us jumped forward.
- 3:48We didn't realise it at the time.
- 3:50We, we were trying to go back and we, what, we had this scene
- 3:57in front of us, all sort of different aspects, the same
- 4:00scene. We presumed we'd got it wrong.
- 4:03And what we actually saw was the attack on the Twin Towers.
- 4:06I mean, it was just, it was just so shocking.
- 4:10But we didn't understand what we'd seen.
- 4:13We just thought we, the session hadn't worked out very well.
- 4:15I mean, we actually just went off up the pub and went for a
- 4:18Curry because that's what you do when you work with soldiers,
- 4:20don't you? And three weeks later when the
- 4:24attack happened, it, it was really unsettling because we
- 4:32didn't know enough to stop it. What's the point of seeing it?
- 4:35Mark Twain said this. What's the point of seeing
- 4:36something if you can't do anything about it?
- 4:38And I totally get that. But after a while, we started to
- 4:43experiment and we consistently kept predicting world events
- 4:47consistently. Not, not the odd fluke.
- 4:50And then one of the big self help gurus start to take an
- 4:53interest and go, you've got to document what you're seeing
- 4:56because you keep telling me this stuff.
- 4:58Then it's then it happens. Even stuff you'd think is
- 5:01ludicrous, like the invasion of Iraq, you know that, that that
- 5:04was just constantly kept predicting things.
- 5:07Then I started to use it on my clients and that was a big game
- 5:11changer. So I was taking clients 5-10
- 5:14years into the future, future lifetime or whatever, and it was
- 5:19changing them. It's like you tap into that
- 5:22future consciousness, it changes you.
- 5:24Now most people are not moving forward because they are where
- 5:28they are now with the current consciousness.
- 5:30You need to go beyond that. And I started to see this
- 5:34massive shift. But the thing that really got me
- 5:36and this is this was when you get that this is what I'm going
- 5:39to do for the rest of my life. They were coming back to me and
- 5:45saying all that happened in six months.
- 5:47It was as if we're bringing the best of the future forward.
- 5:50I'm, I'm not patient. I know you're supposed to be OK.
- 5:53I'm not patient. I don't particularly want to be
- 5:55patient, to be honest. I'll kind of go, let's just get
- 5:59stuff done. So the best of it coming
- 6:01forward, they're meeting the love of their life or finding
- 6:04the job or having the confidence to push their business forward
- 6:08or make things happen. That got me.
- 6:11I thought then I'm going to work and I, I just so a whole
- 6:15catalogue of things happened. I ended up with a major book
- 6:18deal, put the book out on on the subject and it went really sold
- 6:24become best seller in many countries.
- 6:26So the whole thing changed the whole course of my life.
- 6:29So that's a potted history. It sounds like an amazing story.
- 6:34And it's these chance encounters sometimes that kind of have a
- 6:39ripple effect and leads you places where you don't really
- 6:42sure how you got there, but you just feel like you're in the
- 6:44right place. And I think a lot of people when
- 6:47they hear about kind of like thinking about the future, it's
- 6:51this kind of idea of manifestation or affirmations.
- 6:54It's this idea of, well, you're just being very intentional or
- 6:57deliberate about what you want. What I'm hearing from you is
- 7:01something else, and that is that you're getting a glimpse of
- 7:06things that maybe you don't even know that you want, But then you
- 7:09figure out what you want. And then actually, that future
- 7:12pacing somehow changes the future to give you a future that
- 7:16you wouldn't have necessarily encountered if you didn't see
- 7:19that future in advance. Yeah, that.
- 7:22That's exactly it. You've got to go beyond your
- 7:25current self. You you've got to go beyond most
- 7:28of us of where we are, we want to expand our business a bit.
- 7:30We don't see the really big picture.
- 7:32We don't see beyond it. Yeah, it changes.
- 7:36It does change at the very act of senior future will change it.
- 7:40And the amount of people that have said to me, well, I thought
- 7:44I'd be doing better in my job. The boss has always promised me
- 7:47a promotion at five years. I can see I haven't got one.
- 7:50I'm going to now go and go and find somewhere where I'm
- 7:52appreciated more or we create a create quite a strong anchor on
- 7:57the future self. I get them to really get some of
- 8:00the detail. Have a look, find out what you
- 8:02need to do now. Don't don't we do this
- 8:05manifesting thing where we think it's all going to drop out the
- 8:08sky. I I regularly get people contact
- 8:11me and go. You know how I, I can just get
- 8:13manifest £1,000,000 and thinking, well, I won't be
- 8:16working for days if I knew how to do that.
- 8:20But people want things drop out at the sky.
- 8:23Finding out what you actually need to do and getting rid of
- 8:25everything else, you're going to move forward.
- 8:29But it's something about you changes people.
- 8:31It's a weird thing. People start to treat you a bit
- 8:33different. It there's something there that
- 8:35shifts that you connect with that future energy and you start
- 8:40to become that person that is in the future that's doing so much
- 8:44better. Most people, I was going to find
- 8:48it slow going hard. Just keep taking another course.
- 8:51Let's just take another course. That might be the one that makes
- 8:54it all big for me. No, what is what is that path
- 8:57and what is it you need to do? So, So yeah, it's really, it
- 9:01really is that. Let's nail it.
- 9:04Let's really nail that future. And we're, we're talking about
- 9:09slightly different topics, well, very different topics.
- 9:11You're talking about like the future vision at the Irish
- 9:14Hypnotherapy conference. I'm going to be talking about
- 9:17the fourth dimension. And where they slightly overlap
- 9:20is that both of these things are dealing with the concept of
- 9:23time. And in the 4th dimension,
- 9:25there's this idea that time is fluid, that it can go backwards
- 9:29and forwards, but also that there are multiple realities.
- 9:33And I get a sense that this way of thinking of the future is
- 9:37almost like we're seeing all the different possibilities of what
- 9:41your future could be and then honing in on to the most
- 9:44desirable bit. And, and it's all always easier
- 9:48to figure your way out of a maze if you've already left the maze.
- 9:53If you know what it's like to be out there, you can kind of
- 9:55figure all of those kind of different routes, you know, in a
- 9:58more streamlined way. Can you think of a a client that
- 10:02you worked with where you took them to a future and just them
- 10:07seeing that kind of had a a huge impact on their life's
- 10:11trajectory from that point forward?
- 10:14Oh, that's I'll do it everyday. So I'm just thinking which one
- 10:17do I pick out? We we do look at alternate
- 10:20futures. I, I, I, I train people in this
- 10:23and I've got a whole load of different ways of working.
- 10:27But yeah, I mean, one client we, I mean, I work with them.
- 10:31I often see what they're saying and this is somebody I work with
- 10:34regular. It was big shot in London and I
- 10:36we both had glimpse the same thing when I took him forward
- 10:40that everything had ground to a halt in London time.
- 10:44It was booming well known everything good.
- 10:47Just say it was all going to dry up and within a month he closed
- 10:50his agency, sold his house, gone to LA opened up there because we
- 10:55could see that LA be the next place to really open up in his
- 10:59industry. So if he'd have stayed there, he
- 11:02would have lost so much and it is that timing.
- 11:05I mean, for me, I, I Dubai, I bought, I was one of the first
- 11:10people to buy a property in Dubai and I loved it, loved it.
- 11:15Palm Island, I love it. I and I had this conflict.
- 11:20I didn't want to sell it, but I knew I kept waking up putting up
- 11:24this real feeling something's going to happen.
- 11:27So whenever I looked in the future, I wasn't sure what it
- 11:29was, but it just device and quiet, never quiet.
- 11:33At the time it was crazy. So I actually used my instinct
- 11:37and sold the place and three months later this is when they
- 11:42all handed their keys back in. Everyone left and I'd have been
- 11:46in trouble for money. I I would have been in big
- 11:48trouble. And the good thing is the people
- 11:50I sold it to were actually attached to an embassy, so they
- 11:53had to be there. So it actually was that they got
- 11:56a really good deal on, you know, magnificent, magnificent, sort
- 12:01of like environment. And it worked.
- 12:04It worked out perfectly. And that, that's the thing.
- 12:07You you can find that, that, that this is where we need to
- 12:10be. So, yeah, I've, I've got it
- 12:11loads of clients where I work with an artist and he was just
- 12:15blocked. He was just so blocked.
- 12:17He hadn't done, I think three years.
- 12:18And if you work with creative people, they get a bit manic,
- 12:22like, my God, you know, it's terrible.
- 12:25And I took him forward to find his best work.
- 12:30What is your best work? And we sat for two hours.
- 12:32I don't usually work with people.
- 12:34I don't usually do long, long sessions.
- 12:36I'll get to the point. We sat for two hours.
- 12:39He had this huge notepad. He was drawing, it was
- 12:41deciphering, he was writing down words.
- 12:43He had this big felt tip didn't went on for two hours and at the
- 12:46end we sat down and went, Oh, that's a camera you're filming.
- 12:50Oh, you're doing that. Oh, that's the title.
- 12:52He didn't know what what he put down.
- 12:54It was very boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.
- 12:57He went away and started creating some great work.
- 12:59So kick starting that creativity.
- 13:03Maybe, you know, with some clients it's Oh my God, I never
- 13:06thought to go in that direction with my work, but now I can see
- 13:10what a great direction it is. So I've got I've got loads of
- 13:13stories. It's amazing and and it's good
- 13:17to hear these kind of stories because I think it plants seeds
- 13:20as to kind of what's possible. And, and, and I think there is
- 13:23this magical thing that in my mind, that's why goal setting
- 13:27works. That's why these things like
- 13:28vision boards work, because you get a glimpse of what could be.
- 13:31And just considering that actually seems to open up some
- 13:34kind of, you know, different dimension, different resources,
- 13:38that increases the probability of that thing happening.
- 13:43We're both at the Irish shipment therapy convention.
- 13:45I'm going to put a link in the show notes to where people can
- 13:49see us in, in Ireland, but also to your own website or any
- 13:53details. So if people want to work with
- 13:55you, they, they know how to find you, but you're going to do a
- 13:59hypnosis session not about the future within this lifetime
- 14:02within a future lifetime. So yeah, if you if you want to
- 14:07kind of introduce that or just kind of start the hypnosis
- 14:09session, I'm going to put my mic all the way down.
- 14:12So it's it's over to you. Thank you.
- 14:15Well, we hear about past life progression and often forget if
- 14:20you've had past lives, it stands to reason you're probably going
- 14:23to have a future lifetime. It's a cycle.
- 14:25You have a cycle of life and obviously Hinduism, many other
- 14:32thought processes and religions and beliefs believe that that
- 14:37there is reincarnation. You can have many lives.
- 14:40I found when I first started working with future lifetimes,
- 14:46what surprised me is every single person I worked with was
- 14:49much more evolved, much more aware somewhere.
- 14:53Rather, I'm wondering if we now take some sort of leap,
- 14:58evolutionary leap, because something's different about us.
- 15:01But one thing I've found is nobody's people talk about
- 15:04spirit guides and things and who's going to love you more and
- 15:07guide you better than your future self?
- 15:09Who knows you better than your future self?
- 15:11So just having a little journey to go meet yourself in a future
- 15:16lifetime. Sometimes it's what you expect.
- 15:18A lot of the time it isn't. What?
- 15:20Who are you? What are you doing?
- 15:22Because your role in that future lifetime might give you a big
- 15:26hint as to your direction. Now we often find I've been
- 15:29thinking about working more that way.
- 15:31So can give you some real good insight.
- 15:33So to take you on a little journey into a future lifetime.
- 15:37It one of the things I like about it takes you beyond wet
- 15:40your current life. Let's let's we're so bogged down
- 15:43and stressed and tired. Let's go on a little journey and
- 15:47I'll just do a little little gentle, just a little gentle,
- 15:50nothing big and heavy and just a little journey for you to meet
- 15:53with yourself in a future lifetime.
- 15:57So just make yourself nice and comfy and just close your eyes
- 16:03and just focus on your breathing.
- 16:05And as you focus on your breathing, you will naturally
- 16:14start to relax. And as you relax, you feel your
- 16:20chest and your tummy rise and fall with each breath that you
- 16:28take. And as you relax, just allow all
- 16:34the muscles in your body to just just let go.
- 16:39Any tension, let go just for yourself.
- 16:43Soften. And your eyes, mouth, cheeks,
- 16:49neck, just your arms, your legs. Just allow yourself to really
- 16:59let go and relax. You'll notice with each breath
- 17:09that you take, you'll relax more and more and more.
- 17:20I just want you to imagine you're out in nature on a
- 17:27beautiful day. You feel the warmth, the sun,
- 17:37feel a gentle breeze, look around the flowers in every
- 17:49colour that you can imagine. You smell sweet scent, you can
- 18:03hear birds singing in a nearby tree.
- 18:11This is your special place. Just breathe in this sweet clean
- 18:19air. With each breath you take you
- 18:23will relax more and more. When you look up at the
- 18:30perfectly blue sky, you notice just one cloud and as you watch
- 18:39it floats down towards you and floats a few inches from the
- 18:46ground. When you climb onto the cloud
- 18:51and you sink in and you feel safe and cosy, the cloud carries
- 18:58you up and up into the air, up and up, up and up, up into the
- 19:02air, to you looking down on a beautiful, beautiful garden
- 19:08below. As you look down, you also
- 19:12notice a road. Somehow you know that road
- 19:19represents your life, the road behind the past.
- 19:26On the road in front is your future.
- 19:31And in a moment, you're going to float forward through time.
- 19:35You're going to float all the way forward through time, way
- 19:38beyond your current life and down into a future lifetime,
- 19:45your very next lifetime. You'll get a sense of who you
- 19:48are, what you are, what your role is.
- 19:53Information is going to be really useful to you.
- 19:57You're floating on your cloud and you're floating forward,
- 20:03forward, forward, forward through time, forward through
- 20:07time. That's good.
- 20:08Floating forward, forward, forward through time, way beyond
- 20:13your current life. Floating forward, forward,
- 20:16forward down into a future lifetime.
- 20:19All the way down, all the way down, all the way down for
- 20:21yourself. Arrive and land.
- 20:24In your future lifetime and just take what comes to you in
- 20:30whatever form it wishes to come to you.
- 20:34In my thought, feeling an image, you might just know.
- 20:39Just allow it to come to you. Get a sense of who you are, you
- 20:44male or female or something else.
- 20:56And get a sense of what age you are.
- 21:15Get a sense of your surroundings inside, outside, city, coast,
- 21:26countryside. Maybe you're out in space on a
- 21:31different planet. Just take what comes to you.
- 21:50Just let your mind flow and bring you the information.
- 22:03Just got a sense of what your role is?
- 22:05What is it you do in that future lifetime?
- 22:08What is your purpose? You get a sense of whatever that
- 22:38role is. Does that give you a hint of
- 22:42where you should be heading in your current time?
- 22:44In your mind?
- 23:06Speak to that future you, ask future you what advice they have
- 23:11for you in your current time. I have the wisdom of hindsight.
- 23:53Sense of the energy of your future self.
- 23:58Is it good energy, Positive, Serene.
- 24:05Whatever it is, if you'd like a little bit that energy, just
- 24:09reach out and imagine you put your hand on your future self.
- 24:15You soak up whatever that wonderful energy it might be.
- 24:18Wisdom might be purpose might be peace.
- 24:23Everybody soak up a little bit of that energy and you're not
- 24:27taking anything away from your future self.
- 24:33The energy will continue to flow as it soak up a little bit of
- 24:37positive energy as it allows to flow to you.
- 24:43And if you have a question for your future self, this is good
- 24:48time to ask and you can bid farewell to your
- 25:09future self. You can come back anytime you
- 25:14wish, but for now, float back to your present time and place back
- 25:24back, back to your original place.
- 25:28When you're ready, take a nice deep breath and open your eyes
- 25:34and you're fully awake. It was fascinating.
- 25:49It was really, really, really interesting.
- 25:51I love the the cloud metaphor there.
- 25:54I'm I'm going to share a little bit of experiences that I got
- 25:59from that. So I kind of imagined quite a
- 26:02futuristic kind of place. And, and some of the things that
- 26:07I got a sense was, was there was a lack of kind of sickness and
- 26:12illness in that kind of future that, you know, there was I felt
- 26:16lots of health and vitality and it seemed to other people
- 26:19around. And there was lots of kind of
- 26:21like futuristic technology like robots and, and screens and, and
- 26:25that kind of stuff. And, and there was two key
- 26:29insights that I that I got from that.
- 26:32One is, and here I am right now in, in, in this time, you know,
- 26:37and I, I love investing in those kind of things.
- 26:39So therefore, if that's how I imagine the future to be
- 26:42investing in those kind of companies could be, you know,
- 26:45that's the trajectory that we're on, that could be quite useful.
- 26:48And the other insight that I got from that is this idea that in
- 26:52the future there is a blur between real things and kind of,
- 26:58let's say technology experiences.
- 27:01And, and the real insight I got is to value real things like
- 27:07real people, real relationships, real moments, real nature, those
- 27:10kind of things. Because it will reach a point, I
- 27:13think in the future where it's almost difficult to tell the
- 27:17difference between a robot and a human and something that you see
- 27:21through a a screen or Avi headset and kind of real
- 27:24experiences, therefore to value those real experiences.
- 27:28So I found that really, really fascinating.
- 27:30Thank you so much, Anne. Yeah, you're welcome.
- 27:33And what what you're saying is very we start, I started looking
- 27:37into AI over 20 years ago because I I could see and people
- 27:42thought I was potty A lot of the time I've predicted things and
- 27:45people think no, it's not going to happen so soon.
- 27:48If anything, I thought it was further down the road.
- 27:50It seems if time's the futures coming towards us even sooner.
- 27:54But yeah, definitely healthcare. I mean, in recent in the last
- 27:59year, I've met met a girl in the Middle East who's training to be
- 28:03a surgeon where she's working remotely.
- 28:07She's working remotely through a robot actually.
- 28:11And the precision of it is better than what a human could
- 28:13do. So things that sounded way out
- 28:1620 years ago when I started looking at this is very much but
- 28:19the futuristic. Yeah.
- 28:20That we found this different lifetimes.
- 28:22We definitely are interplanetary and we definitely are in the
- 28:27future high tech cities. But one, one, we start to see
- 28:35that some people go back to a more primitive, almost a more
- 28:37primitive life. And it's so hectic the life
- 28:40we're in now that first to say, oh, look, it's this log cabin.
- 28:44You can go and sit by a river with, with your other half or
- 28:47children or whatever for a few day.
- 28:48You go, we'll kind of give this. So it's like some people opt for
- 28:53that. And one of the lives we found
- 28:56was some people and almost not in form.
- 29:00And especially when we go 1000 years into the future, that
- 29:03that's a different ball game as well.
- 29:05It took me a while to really connect with because it's so
- 29:08different Things I would normally ask it just seem like,
- 29:12yeah, don't bother us with that. It's a silly question.
- 29:15It took me a while to actually change my thinking to 1000
- 29:18years. But it's like some people are
- 29:20not fully informed. They're almost like light
- 29:22beings. And the first person I, I did a
- 29:24session with was a big businessman, a proper, sensible
- 29:29businessman. And he was just saying, I, I
- 29:31don't get it. I feel like I'm a ball of light.
- 29:33I feel like I'm just energy. And I think I'm Tinkerbell.
- 29:37And he was laughing just like this is, you know, And it was
- 29:40really, really interesting to see what aren't we in the
- 29:44future. So it's like we can go in and
- 29:47out or form somewhat. Yeah.
- 29:50We've had some great adventures. That was great insight.
- 29:55Thank you. I.
- 29:56Mean no, I, I, I enjoyed that. I felt, I felt very, very
- 29:58relaxed and I loved the, I loved the kind of the nature and the
- 30:01cloud floating things. And we're going to be in, in
- 30:05Dublin in April at the Irish Hypnotherapy conference.

- 30:51I'm seeing people so stuck and so fed up and just do one
- 30:55session and and they walk out 10 feet tall and go, I'm going to
- 30:59go, this is going to happen. This is my life.
- 31:01It's just so wonderful. I just absolutely love working
