- 0:30A male victim was transported to the hospital
- 0:33in critical condition, where he later died of
- 0:36his injuries. Deputies quickly located a possible
- 0:40suspect vehicle and detained two individuals.

- 1:16In City Watch. This year marks the 24th anniversary
- 1:20of the September 11th attacks, and Sacramento
- 1:24will honor the day with a powerful community
- 1:26climb. This morning, firefighters and supporters
- 1:29will gather at the Sacramento Convention Center
- 1:32for a brief memorial ceremony, and then firefighters
- 1:36will move over to the Esquire building to ascend
- 1:39the stairwell to the top of the building five
- 1:42times. to equate to the 110 stories climbed by
- 1:46the New York firefighters in remembrance of the
- 1:49343 firefighters who gave their lives at Ground
- 1:52Zero. Organizers say the memorial climb is both
- 1:57a tribute and a reminder of the resilience, bringing
- 2:00the community together in unity and reflection.
- 2:06And today's weather will be a little warmer at
- 2:0982. Last check of traffic, there was nothing
- 2:13going on on the major roadways, but I did have
- 2:17an incident to traverse Franklin Boulevard recently.
- 2:20And we sometimes forget there is still ongoing
- 2:23construction in that area for the sidewalk improvements.
- 2:27So if your route takes you through Franklin Boulevard
- 2:30between Sutterville Road and Fruit Ridge Road,
- 2:33be prepared for some delays. In events. The 20th
