Speaker 1: Welcome back to Couples Counseling with Chelsea, And I'm here
• 0:03
Speaker 1: with three of my friends. They are not a couple.
• 0:05
Speaker 1: They're a threatle and they're not romantically involved either.
• 0:09
  Speaker 2: There are three.
• 0:09
Speaker 1: Comedians named Amina Amani, Sydney Washington, and Marie Fouston and
• 0:15
Speaker 1: they are a friendship threatle and I spent some time
• 0:17
Speaker 1: with them a whistler and heard a lot about their beef,
• 0:20
Speaker 1: so I thought I would bring them onto the podcast.
• 0:23
Speaker 1: What about secret keeping? Do you guys keep secrets from
• 0:26
Speaker 1: each other? Or do you guys have secrets between like
• 0:28
Speaker 1: two of you out of the three that you keep
• 0:30
Speaker 1: from the third person.
• 0:31
Speaker 2: I mean that must happen. Oh yeah, sure, yeah, yeah.
• 0:35
Speaker 3: I think it would be the best interest to keep
• 0:36
Speaker 3: all secrets from me because I'll either forget that is
• 0:39
Speaker 3: a secret. Oh yeah, oh yeah, I'm the problem. I'm
• 0:41
Speaker 3: definitely a problem. And I'll say it and I'll be.
• 0:43
  Speaker 2: Like, oh yeah.
• 0:47
Speaker 4: Marie is good at keeping secret. From what I know,
• 0:50
Speaker 4: She's good at keeping secret, but also she forgets. I
• 0:53
Speaker 4: think she's mainly like she forgets things, so she like
• 0:55
Speaker 4: you want to tell her, is in a ciper and
• 0:58
Speaker 4: sometimes I forget on no stuff, or sometimes somebody will
• 1:01
Speaker 4: tell me something and they'll be like, don't tell nobody,
• 1:03
Speaker 4: and then I'll go tell somebody else and I'll be like,
• 1:05
Speaker 4: don't tell nobody, and they'd be like I told you,
• 1:08
Speaker 4: and I'd be like, yes, I remember I.
• 1:11
Speaker 2: Did that to I was running back information that she
• 1:14
  Speaker 2: told me.
• 1:14
Speaker 3: But I will say this if I don't want to,
• 1:16
Speaker 3: if I don't want one or the other to note,
• 1:18
Speaker 3: I won't tell both of them.
• 1:19
Speaker 2: Well, yeah, I think it's the best. I think it's best.
• 1:24
Speaker 3: Not favor and not even mention it, don't allude to it,
• 1:30
Speaker 3: don't even think about it in front of them, because
• 1:31
Speaker 3: then they gonna be like, what you're thinking about it?
• 1:32
Speaker 3: Then you'll be like, well, it's because if you tell me,
• 1:34
Speaker 3: I'm gonna be like Sydney.
• 1:36
Speaker 4: And if you tell Sidney, I think somebody was like, oh,
• 1:41
Speaker 4: I might as well tell Marie because I know you're
• 1:43
Speaker 4: gonna tell her, and I'm like, hey, I already know,
• 1:46
  Speaker 4: I already.
• 1:50
Speaker 2: Have you guys ever gotten into a real fight like no, no, no, no,
• 1:56
Speaker 2: like like where you.
• 1:57
Speaker 1: Had to agree, where you had to resolve at, like
• 1:59
Speaker 1: you if somebody had to apologize or say they're sorry.
• 2:03
Speaker 1: I don't mean to quit the knit.
• 2:05
Speaker 4: And that was that was a big one for us,
• 2:07
Speaker 4: right she went she quit the NIT. I thought she
• 2:10
Speaker 4: didn't want to deal with us anymore. She just didn't
• 2:12
Speaker 4: want to deal with the Knit and she I think
• 2:15
Speaker 4: there was miscommunication and everything, so it was be a text.
• 2:20
Speaker 4: She was on the group chat messaging us, and it's like,
• 2:23
Speaker 4: if we would have sat down and talked, I think
• 2:25
Speaker 4: it would have went over.
• 2:26
Speaker 3: Because I texted them that I had times to lightis
• 2:28
Speaker 3: and they was like, you're not coming to work.
• 2:30
Speaker 1: You didn't have to and you had faced it out
• 2:36
Speaker 1: in the public streets of New York twice.
• 2:39
Speaker 2: And I only know it twice because the man said
• 2:41
Speaker 2: she fainted twice. Get her ambulance.
• 2:45
Speaker 3: And I and I texted her and I was like,
• 2:48
Speaker 3: y'all I'm damn bad and they was like, yeah, so
• 2:50
Speaker 3: about that line up And I was like, oh, I
• 2:53
Speaker 3: mean we already went over this. You you did not
• 2:55
Speaker 3: text us that you had time tonight.
• 2:57
Speaker 2: I did. We were Chelsea when you said this, and
• 3:01
Speaker 2: Sydney's all the way back.
• 3:04
Speaker 3: When that story is imprinted in my life, so I
• 3:07
  Speaker 3: can't change it.
• 3:08
Speaker 2: Yeah, whatever delusion I get. The delusion is bring to
• 3:13
Speaker 2: the table, take it out of the origin story.
• 3:15
Speaker 1: Baby, that's not Yeah, yeah, you have an interesting recollection
• 3:19
Speaker 1: of things because you kind of do create your own reality.
• 3:22
Speaker 2: Oh is that right?
• 3:22
Speaker 1: So yeah, I mean, listen, some people have to do
• 3:25
Speaker 1: that to stay positive and remain upbeat. And so maybe
• 3:28
Speaker 1: you're using that as a tool for your own happenings.
• 3:30
Speaker 2: No, no, no, it's not even a tool that happened.
• 3:32
  Speaker 3: I feel like I remember I don't even remember her
• 3:34
Speaker 3: scrolling through, but I feel like I told them I
• 3:36
Speaker 3: was sick, and that just wasn't the conversation.
• 3:39
Speaker 1: So and even though they didn't find that text, that's
• 3:42
Speaker 1: not that's still your story.
• 3:44
Speaker 3: That we're sticking to a sickness and not tell them.
• 3:46
Speaker 3: That's weird to me.
• 3:48
Speaker 4: Okay, So that's I mean, the way you were saying stuff,
• 3:51
Speaker 4: it was like, obviously something's wrong, there's a problem.
• 3:54
Speaker 3: I was direct about that. I feel like I was
• 3:56
Speaker 3: direct about what was going on and what was wrong
• 3:59
  Speaker 3: with me.
• 3:59
  Speaker 2: I just didn't know. I didn't know what's a pinpoint.
• 4:01
Speaker 4: No, because nobody had a follow up. We had a dinner.
• 4:04
Speaker 4: It was almost like an intervention, and it's still they in.
• 4:08
Speaker 3: That was like, you need to start taking medicine. That's
• 4:10
Speaker 3: what our intervention was. And I was like, I'll do drugs,
• 4:13
Speaker 3: but I don't do medicine. To be fair, you also
• 4:16
Speaker 3: made us do the intervention at a vegan place, so
• 4:19
Speaker 3: everybody was angry coming in, like I'm paying I'm paying
• 4:24
Speaker 3: all this money for vegan food.
• 4:25
Speaker 2: I'm still hungry. Yes, this don't take time.
• 4:29
Speaker 3: I was veganah at the time, I was thinking, yeah, now, yeah,
• 4:32
Speaker 3: some pepper on the piece of last night it was
• 4:33
Speaker 3: a girl, Oh my god.
• 4:36
Speaker 1: Are you I mean, are you good at taking advice?
• 4:39
Speaker 1: Or do you solicit advice? Like what's the dynamic between
• 4:42
Speaker 1: the three of you giving advice or like, how do
• 4:45
Speaker 1: you know when it's time to actually give advice or
• 4:48
Speaker 1: when it's time to just be supportive?
• 4:50
Speaker 3: I think I give advice when I'm asked of it.
• 4:52
Speaker 3: I think for the most part, a lot of stuff's
• 4:55
Speaker 3: not gonna make sense to me and my logic and
• 4:57
  Speaker 3: my values.
• 4:58
Speaker 2: So I have to let everybody rock and do their thing.
• 5:02
Speaker 3: But then if they come and be like, well what
• 5:03
Speaker 3: you think, Amena, then I'll go ahead and impart my wisdom.
• 5:07
Speaker 2: What was she saying? What was said? She said? It
• 5:11
Speaker 2: never makes sense. That's what she said.
• 5:13
Speaker 3: No, because even Sidney was talking about borrow money. She
• 5:15
Speaker 3: let somebody borrow money, they didn't pay her back. And
• 5:17
Speaker 3: I was sitting there like, so, y'all still gonna be cool,
• 5:19
Speaker 3: and she was just like it's fine, and I was like,
• 5:21
Speaker 3: oh yeah, nah. So then I had to hold back
• 5:24
Speaker 3: and let her navigate their friendship.
• 5:26
Speaker 2: Sidney, how much money did you lend this person?
• 5:30
Speaker 1: Well, it was a one hundred and seventy five thousand dollars.
• 5:34
Speaker 4: No, it was not that, but it was a complicated.
• 5:36
Speaker 4: It was a complicated situation. It was very complimated, and
• 5:40
Speaker 4: it all worked out eventually, and I just learned to Okay,
• 5:45
Speaker 4: this is where me and Amina have the issue. It's
• 5:47
Speaker 4: like she doesn't know what would actually upset me and
• 5:50
Speaker 4: trigger me to be like I'm done because I do.
• 5:54
Speaker 4: Let some big things happen and I'll be like it's fine,
• 5:57
Speaker 4: it'll work out, and it's something kind of all will have.
• 6:00
Speaker 3: Sidney would be like, oh they're dad, and I'll be
• 6:03
Speaker 3: like yeah, I would have never thought that this. All
• 6:06
Speaker 3: the things were done before this little Oh they didn't
• 6:09
Speaker 3: write you a text, and now they're not friends no more.
• 6:12
  Speaker 3: I don't know it'd be mad. I mean, that's why
• 6:16
Speaker 3: you know, the cereal gate situation was so crazy to me.
• 6:20
Speaker 2: Oh, tell the cereal gate. They don't know. Oh, I
• 6:22
Speaker 2: mean it those about cereal gate now, but Chelsea doesn't know, Okay,
• 6:26
  Speaker 2: so boom.
• 6:27
Speaker 3: Sydney had a friend who lived up in the apartment
• 6:31
  Speaker 3: above her.
• 6:32
Speaker 2: Sidney doesn't cook. Sid sid can't cook, sick don't cook.
• 6:36
  Speaker 2: This person feeds.
• 6:37
Speaker 3: Her all the time, like she makes dinner and she's like, hey,
• 6:40
Speaker 3: come eat, and Sidney just.
• 6:41
  Speaker 2: Eats and leaves.
• 6:42
Speaker 3: And one day this person had cereal on the fridge
• 6:46
Speaker 3: and Sidney said this is all you have or something
• 6:49
Speaker 3: like that, and it was like, dad, who ain't all
• 6:54
Speaker 3: the cereal, Sydney? And no, no, I've never seen her
• 6:58
Speaker 3: eat cereal, Sydney, so I probably.
• 7:00
Speaker 2: Was you they're cereal there though that I don't eat
• 7:03
Speaker 2: the cereal. Sydney complained about the cereal.
• 7:05
Speaker 3: The friend was upset, and then Sydney was mad that
• 7:08
Speaker 3: the girl was mad and didn't talk to.
• 7:10
Speaker 2: Her for four months. So cereal cereal but money. And
• 7:19
Speaker 2: she had been feeding Sydney for I don't know, maybe
• 7:22
  Speaker 2: a year. I don't know how long.
• 7:23
Speaker 4: She had been No, no, no, hold on, wait, you're
• 7:25
Speaker 4: missing you're missing points right when people do stuff for
• 7:29
Speaker 4: you and you don't ask.
• 7:30
Speaker 2: That's what you're feeding. Most of the time, I'd be like, oh,
• 7:34
Speaker 2: I'm good. Oh you're not. You don't want anything? Oh
• 7:37
Speaker 2: will you in a RECOGNI.
• 7:40
Speaker 3: You're saying most of the time you didn't eat so
• 7:42
Speaker 3: in a week, how many meals would you eat?
• 7:44
  Speaker 1: It?
• 7:44
  Speaker 3: There?
• 7:44
Speaker 4: No, no, no, no, no, no, it's no no, no, hold on,
• 7:47
Speaker 4: I did not say that. I say a lot of
• 7:49
Speaker 4: the times it's like it's being put on, Hey, you
• 7:52
Speaker 4: want her to eat? Oh I made this. This person's
• 7:55
Speaker 4: making food anyway. A lot of times sometimes I.
• 7:57
Speaker 2: Don't be hungry at the time or all like oh
• 7:59
  Speaker 2: it's late da. So it's it's not a thing like
• 8:02
Speaker 2: oh what you cooking, you cook it. It's never an
• 8:05
Speaker 2: expectation of you cooking for me.
• 8:07
Speaker 4: It's a your offering and I come fly through because
• 8:11
Speaker 4: it's gonna be there anyway.
• 8:12
Speaker 2: And if I say no, what do you you got to.
• 8:14
Speaker 4: Eat in disorder? So it's like, well, let me just
• 8:16
Speaker 4: eat this food. So you don't think I'm going through something.
• 8:19
Speaker 4: And that's straight up what it was. And so when
• 8:22
Speaker 4: the cereal thing came about. It's like, obviously you must
• 8:26
Speaker 4: be having some pent up resentment or whatever about X,
• 8:30
Speaker 4: Y and Z, and so that tipped her off and
• 8:33
Speaker 4: was like, oh, absolutely not when for me I was like,
• 8:36
  Speaker 4: oh I thought I thought.
• 8:37
  Speaker 1: Everything was cool.
• 8:39
Speaker 2: Yeah, the way you're telling it now is different.
• 8:44
Speaker 1: How did you resolve this with your neighbor? How did
• 8:46
Speaker 1: you guys start speaking again?
• 8:48
Speaker 2: I don't know how did it have Marie?
• 8:51
Speaker 3: I think she I mean well, because the friend the
• 8:53
Speaker 3: girl called me and I was like, oh, Sidney's wrong,
• 8:56
Speaker 3: and Sidney was like, Sidney didn't think she was wrong.
• 8:59
Speaker 3: And I think she wrote Sidney a letter, She got
• 9:02
Speaker 3: her a gift basket.
• 9:04
Speaker 2: Siddy didn't want any.
• 9:05
Speaker 3: Parts of this girl. Sidney had a birthday dinner. We
• 9:08
Speaker 3: all got dressed. Sidney walked by her and her birthday outfit.
• 9:12
  Speaker 3: Didn't it I did not.
• 9:14
Speaker 2: It was crazy. I don't know how they were think.
• 9:17
Speaker 3: I think COVID happened and that's how they started talking again,
• 9:24
Speaker 3: brought us together and brought us apart. I do agree
• 9:29
Speaker 3: with that said, though, if people do stuff for you,
• 9:31
Speaker 3: you do you do you do? That's on you don't
• 9:33
Speaker 3: be trying to pull up asking me for favors because
• 9:36
Speaker 3: you done, did and did and did, like the Italian
• 9:39
  Speaker 3: is crazy, or.
• 9:40
Speaker 4: If you have a problem, nip it in the bud,
• 9:42
Speaker 4: don't wait for something big to pop up. And then
• 9:45
Speaker 4: you you come at me and I'm like, I don't
• 9:47
Speaker 4: know what where is this coming from? Yeah, I agree
• 9:51
Speaker 4: with the I'm not asking your offering.
• 9:53
Speaker 2: I'm gonna take because I'm gonna take her.
• 9:55
Speaker 3: I'm gonna take till you ain't got nothing left to
• 9:57
Speaker 3: take but the the.
• 9:59
Speaker 2: Take, and then being like, what's happening here? Like I
• 10:03
Speaker 2: don't even know what you were, like, are you poor?
• 10:05
  Speaker 2: Where's the cereal?
• 10:05
Speaker 3: I don't know what you said exactly. I say it
• 10:09
Speaker 3: was the thing that you said in the way that
• 10:11
Speaker 3: you said it that it wasn't like she was.
• 10:13
  Speaker 2: Like I always it was. I don't know, I don't know.
• 10:16
Speaker 2: We will. That'll be a different pot for a different time.
• 10:18
Speaker 3: But the point of that is somebody off of some cereal,
• 10:21
Speaker 3: but not fifteen hundred dollars yo, I.
• 10:23
Speaker 4: Meana, this is why we'd be going back and forth.
• 10:30
Speaker 2: Amina just wanted the core was That's all. I was
• 10:35
Speaker 2: just a bullet point to wrap this all up.
• 10:38
Speaker 1: No, no, no, Chelsea, Chelsea, this is what I know.
• 10:42
Speaker 2: This is how I am.
• 10:43
  Speaker 4: I feel like I'm very I'm an open book. I'm
• 10:45
Speaker 4: very honest with my friends. I'm very emotional.
• 10:48
Speaker 2: It is very steep through how I am with my friends.
• 10:51
Speaker 4: Right, if you have these random problems with me and
• 10:55
Speaker 4: you do not speak, you know, on it, and then
• 10:56
Speaker 4: you're sensitive about stuff and things you bothering you, I
• 10:59
Speaker 4: can't that. I can't go further with that. Because we're friends.
• 11:03
Speaker 4: There's going to be some issues. I don't like people
• 11:06
Speaker 4: tiptoeing over stuff. It's like, just talk to me, tell
• 11:09
Speaker 4: me what's wrong. I don't want to have to be guessing.
• 11:11
  Speaker 4: I'm not a mind reader. I'm not a magician. I'm
• 11:14
Speaker 4: too old, I'm too grown.
• 11:15
  Speaker 2: I don't want it.
• 11:17
Speaker 4: So I will cut somebody off if I think it's
• 11:19
Speaker 4: a personality trait. If I think it's like a oh this,
• 11:23
Speaker 4: you can't have a real discussion about something that's bothering you,
• 11:27
Speaker 4: so you'll let something blow up, and then I gotta
• 11:29
  Speaker 4: deal with that.
• 11:32
Speaker 2: Everybody silent, everybody silent, I'll bomb the.
• 11:34
Speaker 1: Wrong No, no, no, I can relate to what you're saying.
• 11:36
Speaker 1: I get pissed off about little things. I get pissed
• 11:39
Speaker 1: off about little things and sometimes don't get pissed off
• 11:41
Speaker 1: about the bigger things. Sometimes I get, I get I
• 11:43
Speaker 1: can be like that too, so I can relate to
• 11:45
Speaker 1: what you're saying, even if these two girls can't.
• 11:48
Speaker 2: Yeah, I've shut it down.
• 11:53
Speaker 1: So I know you said laughter is the thing that
• 11:55
Speaker 1: keeps you guys together, right, I mean, but there's got
• 11:58
Speaker 1: to be other things that you've learned from from Sydney
• 12:01
Speaker 1: in the time that you guys have all been fronts.
• 12:04
Speaker 2: Oh, I gotta get it. Yeah, Okay, things that I have.
• 12:07
Speaker 1: Learned either learn from them, well, learn from them definitely,
• 12:10
Speaker 1: either about them or about yourself that you've learned from them.
• 12:14
Speaker 3: Well, you know what I will say, on the border
• 12:19
Speaker 3: of people pleasing to non people pleasing, I feel like
• 12:24
Speaker 3: I've found like a good balance in between from watching
• 12:28
Speaker 3: how we all kind of interact, right, So like my
• 12:31
Speaker 3: Sidney will she will test it is Sidney wants to
• 12:33
Speaker 3: be like everybody friends, she wants to make everybody happy,
• 12:37
Speaker 3: and Maurice just be like it's about me, right like girl.
• 12:40
Speaker 2: I mean you could if you add a little sprinkles
• 12:42
Speaker 2: to this in cool.
• 12:43
Speaker 3: So I feel like as far as like pleasure and
• 12:45
Speaker 3: like putting self first one hundred percent. I feel like
• 12:49
Speaker 3: that's something that I admire greatly about Marie, Like I
• 12:53
  Speaker 3: don't think that's a bad thing. I feel like a
• 12:55
Speaker 3: lot of people have a hard time doing that, and
• 12:58
Speaker 3: you just do it so well. So I feel like
• 13:00
Speaker 3: that's something that I do admire you, Like, you're not
• 13:03
Speaker 3: with the drama. You want to have a good time.
• 13:04
Speaker 3: You like, if it ain't adding a good time, then
• 13:07
Speaker 3: we should have no parts to it.
• 13:08
Speaker 2: And I know that's one hundred percent you.
• 13:10
Speaker 3: And then Sidney is, Yeah, I feel like what I
• 13:12
Speaker 3: learned from Sidney is support, unconditional support. Like she even
• 13:18
Speaker 3: talks about this in her One Woman show about like
• 13:20
Speaker 3: her family giving her disgrace of how she burnt down
• 13:23
Speaker 3: the family's house and then they still loved her, and
• 13:25
Speaker 3: I was like, that wouldn't happen, and my family, you.
• 13:30
Speaker 2: You burned down your connection to your people.
• 13:34
Speaker 3: And so that is one thing that I admire about
• 13:37
Speaker 3: Sidney is she really really does extend, extend, extend the grace.
• 13:42
Speaker 3: And so I feel like, yeah, even Marie would agree
• 13:44
Speaker 3: to that. I feel like that is something that I
• 13:46
Speaker 3: not only admire about her, but I had to learn
• 13:49
Speaker 3: to do because before I was like, no nonsense, get
• 13:52
Speaker 3: out my face. But now I'm just like, Okay, you
• 13:54
Speaker 3: gotta let people be people and then give them room
• 13:57
Speaker 3: to figure it out.
• 14:00
Speaker 2: Why are you laughing? All right? That was a great answer.
• 14:05
  Speaker 2: That was nice.
• 14:08
Speaker 1: That's why we're wrapping it up on a high note
• 14:10
Speaker 1: so we can so our listeners can learn about female friendship, Marie,
• 14:14
Speaker 1: and also actually telling your friends what you love about
• 14:18
Speaker 1: them is a very important thing to do. So, Marie,
• 14:21
Speaker 1: what have you learned from these two women? Or what
• 14:24
Speaker 1: do you admire about these two women? What have you
• 14:26
Speaker 1: learned about yourself through them?
• 14:28
Speaker 2: I mean, that was a really nice answer. Wow, I
• 14:31
  Speaker 2: really like that.
• 14:32
  Speaker 1: Don't speak again.
• 14:33
Speaker 3: Now, I would say that from Sydney, I probably learned
• 14:39
Speaker 3: something similar. Like friends have never been something that's been
• 14:42
Speaker 3: very important to me. But Sidney really is friends with everybody.
• 14:46
Speaker 3: She's calling people, she's remembering things that people say, she's
• 14:51
Speaker 3: following up. I'm like, how do you know everybody's business?
• 14:54
Speaker 3: And she's like cause I listen, and I'm like, oh,
• 14:59
Speaker 3: I have to live when people speak to me is crazy.
• 15:02
Speaker 1: Well, she's also sober, so that's also an added benefit.
• 15:05
Speaker 2: To listening. That's what it is. That's what it is. Yeah,
• 15:09
Speaker 2: we marijuana takes your memories away. That's crazy.
• 15:13
Speaker 3: But yes, I learned about, you know, just being friends.
• 15:16
Speaker 3: I'd be a friend, a good friend from Sydney and Amina.
• 15:20
Speaker 3: I feel like Amina taught me that it's okay to
• 15:24
Speaker 3: be honest and uh, you know, use your words in
• 15:27
Speaker 3: a way that people can actually hear what you're saying.
• 15:30
Speaker 3: Because sometimes a mina will say things and I'll be like, huh,
• 15:33
Speaker 3: I never thought about it that way.
• 15:35
Speaker 2: But you know, it seems like, you know, friend, you're
• 15:38
Speaker 2: doing the work. I don't know what work, but if
• 15:40
Speaker 2: I feel like you're doing some of the work, that's crazy.
• 15:44
Speaker 2: That's crazy. It's okay you don't think you're doing the work.
• 15:48
Speaker 3: Before the podcast is over, just know I'm a mentor
• 15:51
  Speaker 3: in this friendship.
• 15:55
Speaker 2: Yeah, you heard me, I told you to stop talking.
• 15:57
Speaker 3: But about a lot of adults and stuff I'm reading
• 16:00
Speaker 3: you call me, I'm like healthcare, finances, fitness.
• 16:04
Speaker 2: But it's okay. You know you said I got healthcare
• 16:07
Speaker 2: because of you. That's what you say. No, I said that.
• 16:09
Speaker 3: I feel like we talk about those things like I
• 16:11
Speaker 3: feel like those are the conversations that we have.
• 16:13
Speaker 1: Said, Nan, it's your turn. Close it up, Sidney with
• 16:17
Speaker 1: your favorite things about Amina and Marie.
• 16:25
Speaker 4: No, No, Amina is a human being through she will
• 16:30
Speaker 4: show you all parts of her as a being in
• 16:34
Speaker 4: her growth, in her journey. Like I really do feel
• 16:37
Speaker 4: like I've been there through so many things with her
• 16:41
Speaker 4: that I see her, I see her and she's she's open,
• 16:45
Speaker 4: she's not close to being like, well, this is what
• 16:48
Speaker 4: it is and I'm working through it. And so she
• 16:51
Speaker 4: has reminded me to be nicer to myself, that it's
• 16:54
Speaker 4: okay to work on yourself. It's okay to even ask
• 16:58
Speaker 4: for help. Maybe not financial help, but it's okay to ask.
• 17:04
  Speaker 4: It's okay to asking Yay, I need money, She'll she'll
• 17:06
Speaker 4: find some things that you can do to make the
• 17:08
Speaker 4: money that she's not gonna give you. And she has
• 17:12
Speaker 4: just shown me the importance of family. She is down
• 17:15
Speaker 4: for her no matter what, and I'll be ready to
• 17:18
Speaker 4: cut them off. So I love that Marie has taught
• 17:22
Speaker 4: me to put yourself first. That a lot of things
• 17:26
Speaker 4: it's not that serious. Everything should be way more lighter.
• 17:29
Speaker 4: To have a purpose of like fun and what makes
• 17:33
Speaker 4: you happy. It's like the pursuit of happiness without the homelessness.
• 17:38
Speaker 4: That's that's Marie in terms of like getting what you
• 17:42
Speaker 4: want and working towards it and knowing that it's gonna
• 17:45
Speaker 4: happen for you, and and.
• 17:47
  Speaker 2: It should be.
• 17:48
Speaker 4: You should work smarter, not harder. Like everything that you're doing.
• 17:52
Speaker 4: It shouldn't be a every day is a fight, you know.
• 17:55
Speaker 4: So yeah, and confidence and just like believing in yourself
• 17:59
Speaker 4: and whatnot is that's what I always see when I
• 18:01
Speaker 4: see her. It's just like always putting your best foot forward.
• 18:05
Speaker 1: Nice, nice ladies way. It ends on a high note.
• 18:09
Speaker 2: Girls. I love it.
