- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning, The Root, The Root, the Roots on Fire.

- 0:16Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:23Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Root, raw and unfiltered with America's
- 0:27Speaker 2: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 2: the world, Ross Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:34Speaker 1: It's time war War. Here's your host.
- 0:39Speaker 2: One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
- 0:43Speaker 2: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:58Speaker 1: All right, Wayne Alan Ruth, It's on fire. You know.
- 1:02Speaker 3: George Floyd was total fraud, total bs, total bullspit, liberal.
- 1:08Speaker 1: Lies and propaganda.
- 1:09Speaker 3: George Floyd didn't die because a cop beat him to
- 1:13Speaker 3: death or kept a knee on his neck. Not that
- 1:15Speaker 3: that was great. I never liked what the cop did.
- 1:17Speaker 3: It always looked weird. But he died because his body
- 1:20Speaker 3: was filled with fentanyl. And in New York City there's
- 1:23Speaker 3: a new trial, and the whole nation burned over that,
- 1:26Speaker 3: over the lie that a cop killed him. A cop
- 1:28Speaker 3: never killed him. He died from drug use. His body
- 1:33Speaker 3: was filled with fentanyl, and they made him out to
- 1:35Speaker 3: be like a hero, and they put statues up.
- 1:37Speaker 1: For George Floyd.
- 1:39Speaker 3: And meanwhile there's another trial in New York City Daniel Penny,
- 1:42Speaker 3: an ex marine.
- 1:45Speaker 1: They claim murdered Jordan Neely.
- 1:47Speaker 3: Jordan Neely was a crazed black guy with mental illness
- 1:52Speaker 3: who walked on a subway car and threatened everybody in
- 1:55Speaker 3: the car he was gonna murder them, and they were
- 1:57Speaker 3: all scared out of their minds. He looked like a
- 1:59Speaker 3: crazy man, and he smelt like urine and he and
- 2:02Speaker 3: he was homeless, and they said, he said, I'm gonna
- 2:04Speaker 3: kill you all, and he started screaming, and this marine
- 2:08Speaker 3: bravely stepped forward and put this guy in a choke hold,
- 2:11Speaker 3: and the guy died.
- 2:13Speaker 1: And I just knew it. It was just like George Floyd.
- 2:15Speaker 1: I knew he was filled with drugs.
- 2:16Speaker 3: And then I saw a story about the lady who
- 2:18Speaker 3: did the autopsy, the New York Medical Examiner, and she said,
- 2:21Speaker 3: I didn't I didn't need She came out with the
- 2:23Speaker 3: conclusion that he was, you know, he was murdered by
- 2:26Speaker 3: the marine. Daniel Penny. Daniel Penny, and I said to myself,
- 2:31Speaker 3: this is sick. This is a witch hunt, just like Trump.
- 2:34Speaker 3: In the middle of New York City because she said,
- 2:36Speaker 3: I didn't need to see what drugs were in his body,
- 2:39Speaker 3: because I saw the video. You know, people held their
- 2:43Speaker 3: phone and showed him choke holding the guy. I saw
- 2:46Speaker 3: the video. I didn't need to see what drugs are
- 2:49Speaker 3: in his body. I know he died because Daniel Penny
- 2:52Speaker 3: killed him. That's what she basically said.
- 2:54Speaker 1: I'm paraphrasing. It's not in front of me, but I
- 2:56Speaker 1: knew that his body was filled with drugs.
- 3:00Speaker 3: And Jordan Neely's cause of death Wasn't Daniel Penny chokeold
- 3:04Speaker 3: here's the headline for the New York Post. But the
- 3:06Speaker 3: combined effects of drugs and the struggle and schizophrenia, says
- 3:12Speaker 3: a defense expert. Okay, his chokehold is not what killed
- 3:15Speaker 3: the homeless man. He died from the effects of synthetic marijuana,
- 3:20Speaker 3: schizophrenia and other factors. Doctor Satishundra, forensic pathologist, told jurors
- 3:26Speaker 3: Manhattan Supreme Court Neeli's autopsy records and the video of
- 3:30Speaker 3: the fatal f train altercation did not show signs typical
- 3:34Speaker 3: of known chokehold deaths. The chokehold did not cause his death,
- 3:39Speaker 3: he said, so, I just it's so amazing to me,
- 3:44Speaker 3: if a man walks on a train and threatens to
- 3:47Speaker 3: murder all the women and all the children on the train,
- 3:50Speaker 3: you would and your wife was one of those women,
- 3:52Speaker 3: and your children are one of those children, if your
- 3:55Speaker 3: sister was one of those women, if your mother was
- 3:57Speaker 3: one of those women. Wouldn't you hope that there's an
- 4:01Speaker 3: ex marine on that train, that subway car, like Daniel Penny,
- 4:05Speaker 3: who steps forward and isn't afraid to grab the guy,
- 4:09Speaker 3: throw him to the ground and beat the crap out
- 4:11Speaker 3: of him. And if he happens to die, you know
- 4:12Speaker 3: what I call that self defense. He was protecting the
- 4:16Speaker 3: lives of everyone on the train. In a fight to
- 4:18Speaker 3: the death, sometimes someone dies. Unbelievable, just amazing, just amazing.
- 4:27Speaker 3: You don't know why these people die. Again and again
- 4:30Speaker 3: the police gets charged with murder or in this case,
- 4:33Speaker 3: the ex marine gets charged with murder.
- 4:35Speaker 1: And the guy that you.
- 4:36Speaker 3: Killed in self defense didn't die because you beat him
- 4:40Speaker 3: to death. He died because he was on drugs.
- 4:45Speaker 1: It's just amazing. Just a matter of fact.
- 4:49Speaker 3: This guy Shun Drew, who dubs himself the forensic doc
- 4:52Speaker 3: on his website, he said nearly died from not just
- 4:56Speaker 3: synthetic marijuana and not just skids any but also the
- 5:00Speaker 3: combined effects of sickle sell crisis.
- 5:05Speaker 1: So we had the black disease sickle.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Cell anemia, and I would throw in just mental illness,
- 5:14Speaker 3: but I guess you would put that in the category
- 5:15Speaker 3: of schizophrenia anyway.
- 5:18Speaker 1: So what did Daniel Penny do wrong? Nothing?
- 5:21Speaker 3: The answer is nothing. He's a hero. He should be
- 5:25Speaker 3: given the key to the city of New York. What
- 5:27Speaker 3: a brave man. And instead they want to put him
- 5:30Speaker 3: in prison. It's amazing put him in prison with scumbags.
- 5:34Speaker 3: That's a death sentence. By the way, can you imagine
- 5:36Speaker 3: putting a white man who's an ex marine who fought
- 5:40Speaker 3: in self defense and killed a black man in a
- 5:44Speaker 3: very high profile fight and a very high profile trial,
- 5:48Speaker 3: and then you find him guilty of manslaughter and you
- 5:50Speaker 3: stick him in a prison. Prisons in New York City
- 5:53Speaker 3: are like ninety nine percent black. Can you imagine what
- 5:57Speaker 3: they do to him in that prison. Oh my god,
- 6:00Speaker 3: Oh my god. I just don't even want to believe
- 6:03Speaker 3: that this can happen in the United States of America.
- 6:05Speaker 1: But it's happening.
- 6:06Speaker 3: It's happening because you got judges that are a piece
- 6:09Speaker 3: of garbage. You got prosecutors that piece of garbage. You
- 6:12Speaker 3: got headgistrict attorneys like Alvin Bragg that are piece of garbage.
- 6:16Speaker 3: They're all bought and paid for by George Soros. And
- 6:18Speaker 3: they hate white people. They hate Republicans, they hate Marines,
- 6:22Speaker 3: they hate Patriots, they hate anyone who supports Trump. I
- 6:26Speaker 3: guarantee you this ex marine supports Trump. And they know
- 6:29Speaker 3: what they hate deep down. Yeah, you're a white marine
- 6:31Speaker 3: who supports Trump. I'm really gonna help you. No, I'm
- 6:34Speaker 3: gonna stick you in prison, and I'm gonna watch you
- 6:36Speaker 3: get raped, gang raped before they hit you in the
- 6:40Speaker 3: head with a pipe and kill you. That'd be what
- 6:42Speaker 3: happened to Daniel Penny, you know, within five days of
- 6:45Speaker 3: being in prison.
- 6:46Speaker 1: That's what would happen to.
- 6:48Speaker 3: And these sorows prosecutors would laugh and they'd say, he
- 6:51Speaker 3: got what he deserved. Can you imagine if Daniel Penny
- 6:54Speaker 3: is your son, if Daniel Penny is your husband, if
- 6:57Speaker 3: Daniel Penny is your brother. It's just not right. It's
- 7:01Speaker 3: just not right. What's happened to our country. And thank
- 7:03Speaker 3: god we got someone who's going to right the wrongs.
- 7:06Speaker 3: President Donald J. Trump, and things are going to be
- 7:08Speaker 3: better as long as our nation is innuked in the
- 7:12Speaker 3: next two months. Do you realize the election is now
- 7:15Speaker 3: two weeks in the review mirror. We still have another
- 7:19Speaker 3: week ten days or so of November and the entire
- 7:22Speaker 3: December and twenty days in January to go. We still
- 7:25Speaker 3: have two full months to go with Biden in charge
- 7:29Speaker 3: or I believe really Obama in charge, or if Biden
- 7:32Speaker 3: drops out he says, I resign as president and I'm
- 7:36Speaker 3: gonna make Kamala the first black female president and she'll
- 7:39Speaker 3: be president for one month. That could very well happen,
- 7:42Speaker 3: because remember how vicious Democrats are.
- 7:44Speaker 1: They all have Trump arrangement syndrome. Trump has.
- 7:48Speaker 3: Trump and his allies and many businessmen around the country
- 7:51Speaker 3: have made millions selling and will make millions more selling
- 7:56Speaker 3: all kinds of hats and shirts and pennants and things
- 8:00Speaker 3: that say Trump forty seven. So Democrats want to root
- 8:04Speaker 3: all that because Trump will be forty eight. If Biden
- 8:07Speaker 3: were to resign or step aside, whatever word you want
- 8:10Speaker 3: to use, step down as president and Kamala takes over,
- 8:13Speaker 3: she becomes forty seven, and Trump's forty eight. All the
- 8:16Speaker 3: forty seven Trump memorabilia is worthless. Well, maybe it's worthless. Actually,
- 8:20Speaker 3: maybe it's cut Maybe it's worth more. Actually, now that
- 8:24Speaker 3: I think about it, you know, if Trump is forty
- 8:25Speaker 3: eight and you have forty seven, and he was supposed
- 8:28Speaker 3: to be forty seven, but he didn't become forty seven,
- 8:30Speaker 3: He became forty eight because someone else took it over for.
- 8:32Speaker 1: A month, maybe it's gonna be worth even more.
- 8:34Speaker 3: But they want to ruin it all in their sick minds.
- 8:36Speaker 3: They want to root it all and make it worthless.
- 8:38Speaker 3: It won't be worthless. It's probably worth something to have,
- 8:41Speaker 3: you know, the memorabilia for a short period of time
- 8:45Speaker 3: that was out there for a guy to become forty
- 8:46Speaker 3: seven after he was elected, and then he became forty
- 8:49Speaker 3: eight through no fault of his own. So maybe it's
- 8:52Speaker 3: good for the Maybe it's good for the collectors. I
- 8:54Speaker 3: don't know, but I know Democrats want it to be
- 8:56Speaker 3: bad for you. But can you imagine if the nuclear
- 9:00Speaker 3: war has begun and Kamala Harris is the president of
- 9:03Speaker 3: the United States, I mean, the person that the nation
- 9:07Speaker 3: resoundingly through in the garbage pail. The nation absolutely said
- 9:12Speaker 3: we don't want you, we want nothing.
- 9:14Speaker 1: To do with you.
- 9:17Speaker 3: And yet she becomes the president for one month. Can
- 9:19Speaker 3: you imagine how dangerous that one month is, what she
- 9:21Speaker 3: could do to destroy us.
- 9:22Speaker 1: I really believe in my heart the Democrats.
- 9:26Speaker 3: Their feeling is, if we can't have it, if we
- 9:30Speaker 3: can't have the presidency, if we can't have the power,
- 9:33Speaker 3: if we can't have the House, if we can't have
- 9:34Speaker 3: the Senate, if we can't run the country, if we
- 9:36Speaker 3: can't ruin the country the way we like to ruin it,
- 9:38Speaker 3: then we'll just burn it all down.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Let everyone die in nuclear conflagration. We don't care. I
- 9:44Speaker 1: really do believe they think that.
- 9:46Speaker 3: I'm not told about Democrat voters. I'm talking about Democrat leaders.
- 9:51Speaker 3: I do believe they're trying to get us in World
- 9:53Speaker 3: War three, and no sooner I say that. And I've
- 9:55Speaker 3: been worrying about this for months and months and months
- 9:58Speaker 3: and months. I'm no backseat driver, nothing new for me.
- 10:00Speaker 3: This is old hat for me. I read tea leaves
- 10:05Speaker 3: for a living, and I'm very good at it. And
- 10:06Speaker 3: I've read the tea leaves for so long now, and
- 10:09Speaker 3: I keep saying it again and again that we are
- 10:11Speaker 3: headed for World War three, or we were already in
- 10:12Speaker 3: World War three or we're about to be in World
- 10:14Speaker 3: War three. And I said this, you know, a year ago,
- 10:17Speaker 3: I said this, six months ago, I said this three
- 10:18Speaker 3: months ago.
- 10:19Speaker 1: And I'm telling you now.
- 10:20Speaker 3: The Ukraine's former military commander in chief delivers chilling message
- 10:26Speaker 3: world War three has begun. Ukraine's former military commander in
- 10:30Speaker 3: chief said the direct His name is Valerie Zealouzini, and
- 10:35Speaker 3: he said the direct involvement of Russia's allies in Ukraine
- 10:38Speaker 3: means World War three is officially begun. I believe in
- 10:41Speaker 3: twenty twenty four we could absolutely say that the Third
- 10:44Speaker 3: World War has begun, he warned. He now serves as
- 10:49Speaker 3: Ukraine's envoid of the UK and he said Ukraine's conflict
- 10:53Speaker 3: is now on a global scale following the deployment of
- 10:56Speaker 3: North Korean troops in Russia earlier this month, along with
- 11:00Speaker 3: the presence of North Korean and Iranian weapons on the
- 11:03Speaker 3: front lines.
- 11:05Speaker 1: It's obvious that Ukraine has too many enemies.
- 11:07Speaker 3: Ukraine will survive with technology, but it's not clear whether
- 11:10Speaker 3: it could win this battle alone. So you know, he's
- 11:13Speaker 3: urging Britain to get involved. He's urging the United States
- 11:15Speaker 3: to be more involved. They want World War three. Ukraine
- 11:19Speaker 3: wants it, of course, and the Democrat Party wants it,
- 11:22Speaker 3: and the Biden administration wants it. Biden out of the
- 11:25Speaker 3: blue as a you know, basically as a guy who's
- 11:28Speaker 3: not really president anymore, and Trump as president elect.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Biden just automatically authorizes the use of.
- 11:33Speaker 3: Long range missiles American US made long range missiles to
- 11:37Speaker 3: hit Russia and then land mines made in the United
- 11:40Speaker 3: States to hit Russia. These guys want to burn it
- 11:44Speaker 3: all down. If they can't have power, they want Trump
- 11:46Speaker 3: to have nothing. Wayne Allen root here or Trump won
- 11:53Speaker 3: and we know it, but I'm still feeling something very
- 11:55Speaker 3: bad and frightening in the pit of my stomach. I
- 11:57Speaker 3: don't believe for a second the radical left is running
- 12:00Speaker 3: our government will accept Trump's victory or agree to leave peacefully.
- 12:03Speaker 3: They have weeks to cause trouble until Inauguration Day. That's
- 12:06Speaker 3: why everyone needs to own an insurance policy.

- 15:05Speaker 3: You know, I tell you about a lot of bad
- 15:07Speaker 3: things happening, but I also try and mixing good things,
- 15:09Speaker 3: because I mean, obviously there's a great thing going on.
- 15:11Speaker 3: We got the presidency. I just in the pit of
- 15:14Speaker 3: my stomach. No, they're not gonna let us just take
- 15:16Speaker 3: over peacefully on January twentieth. There's gonna be so many
- 15:19Speaker 3: terrible things between now and then. I'm just telling you
- 15:21Speaker 3: what I think. I'm telling you what's in my gut.
- 15:23Speaker 3: I'm telling you what's in the pit of my stomach.
- 15:26Speaker 3: But there are good things. I mean we're winning. Ellen
- 15:28Speaker 3: DeGeneres moves to England after Trump wins a landslide election
- 15:32Speaker 3: and says we're never coming back. I mean, that's great news.
- 15:37Speaker 3: I hope you know, promise me you're never coming back.
- 15:40Speaker 3: Swear that you're never coming back. Her and her lesbian
- 15:43Speaker 3: wife Portia de Rossi moved to England and.
- 15:47Speaker 1: She says she's never coming back.
- 15:49Speaker 3: She's so toxic and abusive, by the way, and such
- 15:51Speaker 3: an egomaniac that her show Ellen was canceled and she
- 15:54Speaker 3: was effectively run out of Hollywood.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Like she's such a wonderful person.
- 16:02Speaker 3: So, according to the rap, Ellen Degenerous's Montecito, California mansion.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Is going on the market after she moved to Cottswalls.
- 16:12Speaker 3: In in south central England, and their primary motivation for
- 16:17Speaker 3: moving is the election of Donald Trump. So there you
- 16:24Speaker 3: have it. Ellen de Generes is gone. I call her
- 16:26Speaker 3: Ellen Degenerate.
- 16:30Speaker 1: Russia. Here's an interesting article too. Well, listen, I.
- 16:33Speaker 3: Can't, by the way, I'm jumping around because I have
- 16:35Speaker 3: a lot of important stories, but I can't be this
- 16:38Speaker 3: far into the show. And I mentioned that Matt Gates
- 16:40Speaker 3: withdrew from Attorney General consideration today. Matt Gate's a friend
- 16:43Speaker 3: of mine. I was hoping you'd be the Attorney General
- 16:45Speaker 3: of the United States. It was always an odd pick.
- 16:47Speaker 3: It was a shocking pick and an odd pick, it
- 16:51Speaker 3: really was. And I'm shocked that he withdrew. But obviously
- 16:59Speaker 3: he knew he could not be confirmed. He knew there
- 17:02Speaker 3: was no votes to confirm him because he has a
- 17:06Speaker 3: sex scandal, and we don't know. Again, you don't know
- 17:09Speaker 3: how true it is or isn't. You say, well, it
- 17:13Speaker 3: looks kind of convincing.
- 17:15Speaker 1: He was having.
- 17:16Speaker 3: Orgies, there were young girls. He had sex with an
- 17:18Speaker 3: underage girl as a witness. Well, if that's true, how
- 17:24Speaker 3: do he explain the Merrick Garland didn't indict him. You
- 17:27Speaker 3: got the most vicious attorney general head of DJ in
- 17:32Speaker 3: the history of the United States of America, a man
- 17:34Speaker 3: who's goal in life is to go after every j
- 17:38Speaker 3: sixer who's done nothing wrong and put them all in
- 17:41Speaker 3: prison for years to come without a trial, and put
- 17:44Speaker 3: them in gulags that are like the Russian gulag, like
- 17:49Speaker 3: Jake Lang my friends on the show very often from
- 17:51Speaker 3: his prison cell, who's been in jail for four years
- 17:53Speaker 3: of that trial and literally torture them, right, just torture
- 17:58Speaker 3: them things they've done to these J six prisoners. And
- 18:02Speaker 3: then he went after Trump. He's behind the prosecution the Trump,
- 18:06Speaker 3: He's behind the prosecution of Peter Navarro, Ben and you
- 18:11Speaker 3: know you name it. The list is long, Merrick Garland.
- 18:14Speaker 3: They don't make them any worse than him. He wanted
- 18:16Speaker 3: to go after PTA moms and dads. Only public pressure
- 18:19Speaker 3: stopped him. If you disagreed with critical race theory, wanted
- 18:21Speaker 3: to go after you. And he's gone after Catholics who
- 18:26Speaker 3: are very religious and go to church each week. He's
- 18:28Speaker 3: tried to spy on them, and perhaps worst of all,
- 18:32Speaker 3: he's put grandmothers in prison for peacefully protesting and singing
- 18:35Speaker 3: Bible hymns outside of abortion clinics. That guy looked at
- 18:40Speaker 3: the evidence and declined to prosecute Matt Gates. How could
- 18:43Speaker 3: it be real? How could it be true that Mattgates
- 18:46Speaker 3: did such bad things if the opposition's attorney general who
- 18:52Speaker 3: runs the DOJ declined to prosecute.
- 18:55Speaker 1: And the answer is it's all unproven and he could
- 18:57Speaker 1: not prove it. That's the answer.
- 18:59Speaker 3: But the votes weren't there, and Gates withdrew his name
- 19:04Speaker 3: so he will not be Attorney General of the United States. Personally,
- 19:06Speaker 3: i'd like to see Ted Cruz in that role. I
- 19:08Speaker 3: think he'd make a great Attorney General of the United States.
- 19:11Speaker 3: I'd be secure that that man would always do the
- 19:14Speaker 3: right thing. But I don't think Ted Cruse wants I
- 19:17Speaker 3: think he wants to stay in the US Senate. So
- 19:19Speaker 3: other names are being bandied abound. The Attorney General of Missouri,
- 19:23Speaker 3: United States Senator Mike Lee. I didn't hear anyone say
- 19:25Speaker 3: United States Senator Ted Cruz. That would be my choice.
- 19:28Speaker 3: The Attorney General of Texas would be a great choice,
- 19:33Speaker 3: and his name is in the running too, but he's
- 19:35Speaker 3: had problems, supposed scandals, and a lot of controversy, and
- 19:40Speaker 3: I just don't know if the Senate.
- 19:41Speaker 1: Would approve him. So who knows who it's going to be.
- 19:46Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 19:46Speaker 3: I know one good thing happened today at the same
- 19:48Speaker 3: time that Gates dropped out. Gary Gensler, the most corrupt
- 19:53Speaker 3: and incompetent SEC chairman.
- 19:56Speaker 1: In history, out is out.
- 19:59Speaker 3: His His term ran until twenty twenty six, but he
- 20:04Speaker 3: announced today he will.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Resign.
- 20:07Speaker 3: I guess is the right word, or step down as
- 20:10Speaker 3: chair of the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
- 20:13Speaker 1: The SEC on January twentieth.
- 20:15Speaker 3: At the moment Trump has sworn in, he's dropping down,
- 20:18Speaker 3: stepping down and dropping off as SEC chair.
- 20:20Speaker 1: And that's great news for crypto.
- 20:24Speaker 3: I'm a big crypto fan nowadays, and a big Bitcoin
- 20:27Speaker 3: fan nowadays. And all the regulations are gonna get stripped away,
- 20:31Speaker 3: and this thing is going to go wild for the
- 20:32Speaker 3: next four years. Gary Gensler, don't let the door hit
- 20:35Speaker 3: you in the ass on the way out. I'm Wayne Larute,
- 20:38Speaker 3: be right back.

- 24:17Speaker 1: How are you.
- 24:19Speaker 6: Hey, buddy? Thanks for having me on. I hope you
- 24:22Speaker 6: didn't follow my tip to bet Mike Tyson the other night.
- 24:25Speaker 1: No, I bet the other side.
- 24:27Speaker 3: I did not see your tips. I bet the other side.
- 24:29Speaker 3: I bet I made a big bet on. I can't
- 24:31Speaker 3: remember his name anymore. What's the kids name again?
- 24:34Speaker 6: Jake Paul.
- 24:35Speaker 1: Jake Paul, Right, Jake Paul.
- 24:36Speaker 3: You know I'm in the gym every day, two hours
- 24:39Speaker 3: a day, and to work out two hours day. You
- 24:41Speaker 3: gotta watch TV, right, there's no other way. You gotta
- 24:42Speaker 3: watch movies. You gotta watch documentaries. Keep your mind off,
- 24:46Speaker 3: you know, the workout. And I watched a documentary on
- 24:49Speaker 3: Jake Paul's life, and I said, this kid is real.
- 24:52Speaker 3: He was a Disney actor and you think he might
- 24:55Speaker 3: be some little, you know, little snowflake. And then he
- 24:59Speaker 3: turned into the roughest fighter and he fought all these
- 25:02Speaker 3: great MMA stars. No one thought he could survive any
- 25:05Speaker 3: of them. He beat the crap out of all of them.
- 25:07Speaker 3: And I said, Tyson is just too old, and this
- 25:10Speaker 3: kid is real, he's a fighter, and I bet him,
- 25:13Speaker 3: and I was right. I won some money on it.
- 25:15Speaker 3: So I went the opposite of you on that one.
- 25:17Speaker 3: My friend, well, I lost.
- 25:19Speaker 6: A truckload on it because a good buddy of mine
- 25:22Speaker 6: trained with Mike Tyson in the Catskills under custom motto
- 25:25Speaker 6: many movies ago, still years ago, very close friends, and
- 25:29Speaker 6: he bet one hundred thousand dollars on Tyson.
- 25:34Speaker 1: Tyson.
- 25:34Speaker 3: Tyson never even got to punch off, except like the
- 25:37Speaker 3: first minute of the first round, he never hit the
- 25:39Speaker 3: guy again.
- 25:39Speaker 1: I've never seen any like it in my life.
- 25:41Speaker 3: Tyson turned into a cupcake in that ring, right, he did.
- 25:45Speaker 6: But you notice his defense was very good though, so
- 25:48Speaker 6: I'm not really buying that he wasn't in shape or
- 25:50Speaker 6: that he wasn't ready. My theory is he just made
- 25:53Speaker 6: a decision, whether it was before the fight or early
- 25:55Speaker 6: in the fight, that he's just not going to get hurt.
- 25:57Speaker 6: I've got a family to feed, and I got the
- 26:00Speaker 6: money already cashed in the bank, and I'm gonna take
- 26:03Speaker 6: it and run. But I'm having drinks with my friend
- 26:05Speaker 6: tonight and I'm gonna find out what the hell happened
- 26:07Speaker 6: in there.
- 26:08Speaker 3: Here's the mistake, and then we'll get off this topic
- 26:10Speaker 3: because I know this is not a sports show.
- 26:11Speaker 1: You and I.
- 26:12Speaker 3: You know I used to host sports shows. We could
- 26:14Speaker 3: talk about this for a whole hour, but I will
- 26:16Speaker 3: say this. It's the same reason I'm a big Dallas
- 26:19Speaker 3: Cowboy fan. It's been a horrible season, and I thought
- 26:22Speaker 3: it was such a mistake to give, you know, three
- 26:23Speaker 3: hundred million dollars to Dak Prescott. The minute you give
- 26:26Speaker 3: these guys what they want money wise, they have the
- 26:30Speaker 3: worst year they've ever had.
- 26:31Speaker 1: It happens every single time.
- 26:33Speaker 3: The minute Dallas gave Ezekiel Elliott one hundred million dollar
- 26:36Speaker 3: deal five years ago, he became a has been the
- 26:38Speaker 3: next day. There's no drive and ambition. Once someone gives
- 26:43Speaker 3: you three hundred million dollars, you have no reason to
- 26:46Speaker 3: fight extra hard ever again. So they all let down
- 26:49Speaker 3: and they're never the same. So if I was gonna
- 26:51Speaker 3: be the promoter of a fight like Tyson's fight with
- 26:54Speaker 3: Jake Paul, I'd say, the winner gets forty million and
- 26:57Speaker 3: the loser gets twenty million, and you know you at
- 27:00Speaker 3: least have some incentive to do something more than stand
- 27:04Speaker 3: in the ring like a statue, which is what Biden did.
- 27:07Speaker 1: Biden, I mean, Tyson, I agree with you, James.
- 27:09Speaker 3: He made a business decision that he did not want
- 27:12Speaker 3: to lose his brains and be an invalid for the
- 27:15Speaker 3: rest of his life with his family. But then he
- 27:16Speaker 3: should not have accepted the twenty million dollars. Someone should say,
- 27:20Speaker 3: you either get the money or you don't. If you lose,
- 27:22Speaker 3: you get much less. If you don't put out a
- 27:24Speaker 3: good performance, you get much less. There's got to be
- 27:27Speaker 3: an incentive there to just give someone what they want.
- 27:31Speaker 1: Why does Dak Prescott ever care?
- 27:32Speaker 3: Again, now that we gave him three hundred million and
- 27:34Speaker 3: you'll notice he doesn't care. He's done for the season,
- 27:37Speaker 3: Dallas sucks and they're out three hundred million dollars.
- 27:40Speaker 1: It makes no sense to me.
- 27:42Speaker 6: I totally agree. And the only exception to that might
- 27:45Speaker 6: be Magic Johnson. He infamously got that big twenty five
- 27:48Speaker 6: million dollar contract back in the day, and that one
- 27:51Speaker 6: paid off.
- 27:51Speaker 2: Well.
- 27:51Speaker 6: Then I guess he ended up getting AIDS though, and
- 27:53Speaker 6: then not playing for a couple of years, so maybe
- 27:54Speaker 6: even that one didn't pay off.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Well.
- 27:56Speaker 3: I don't know about giving him big money made him
- 27:58Speaker 3: get AIDS. I don't know one had to do with
- 28:01Speaker 3: the other. I didn't know one had to do with
- 28:04Speaker 3: the other. The only thing I could say about Magic
- 28:05Speaker 3: Johnson is I used to at the time Magic was around,
- 28:09Speaker 3: I was a lead anchorman, sportscaster and lead anchor for
- 28:13Speaker 3: FNN Sports, which was basically CNN in those days financial
- 28:16Speaker 3: these network sports.
- 28:18Speaker 1: I think you're a.
- 28:18Speaker 3: Little younger than me, James. I was there during the
- 28:21Speaker 3: Magic Johnson years. This is the only thing I'll say,
- 28:23Speaker 3: and you could draw your own conclusions. Magic Johnson claimed
- 28:27Speaker 3: that he got HIV because he had sex with like
- 28:29Speaker 3: twenty thousand women and me, and I was in the
- 28:32Speaker 3: locker room all the time interviewing the players. Never saw
- 28:36Speaker 3: him with a single woman. In my entire time in
- 28:39Speaker 3: the Lakers locker room, they all had women. He never
- 28:42Speaker 3: had a woman ever, So I'll let you draw your
- 28:46Speaker 3: own conclusion. Everybody in sports knew at the time Magic
- 28:49Speaker 3: never went near a woman. There were no twenty thousand women.
- 28:52Speaker 3: He didn't get HIV from a woman. It had nothing
- 28:54Speaker 3: to do with women. That's all I'll say on the topic.
- 28:56Speaker 3: I'm not going to say another word.
- 28:58Speaker 1: Did you know that? Are you aware of that story?
- 29:01Speaker 6: Let's just put it this way. I've lived in LA
- 29:02Speaker 6: through that period and so on, and I tend to
- 29:05Speaker 6: agree with you based on the similar Yes.
- 29:08Speaker 3: Yeah, And I had lots of friends. I won't say
- 29:10Speaker 3: anything about me, but I had lots of friends who
- 29:11Speaker 3: are women. Player who you know, male players who had
- 29:14Speaker 3: sex with lots of women, and not one of them
- 29:16Speaker 3: ever came up with HIV. I've never met a man
- 29:18Speaker 3: who came up with HIV because he was with a
- 29:20Speaker 3: woman in my entire life. But I do know that
- 29:22Speaker 3: Magic Johnson was never seen with a woman ever ever.
- 29:26Speaker 3: Shows you what scam everything is. Everything is a scam,
- 29:29Speaker 3: and all the pr in this world for all these
- 29:31Speaker 3: liberals is a scam. They lie about everything anyway, James, Look,
- 29:35Speaker 3: you had an op ed that's fascinating to me. And
- 29:39Speaker 3: your recent up ed was about the DEI industrial Complex.
- 29:43Speaker 3: You know, like people used talking about the military industrial complex,
- 29:47Speaker 3: you talk about the DEI industrial complex is about to
- 29:51Speaker 3: be destroyed.
- 29:52Speaker 1: Tell us exactly what your contention is.
- 29:55Speaker 6: Well, yeah, I mean basically, we're talking about a big deportation, right,
- 29:59Speaker 6: the biggest deportation in American history, and that's because Biden
- 30:02Speaker 6: has illegally been allowing people into this country. And it
- 30:06Speaker 6: turns out there's something else illegal Biden has been doing.
- 30:09Speaker 6: He's been illegally hiring and promoting people based on the
- 30:13Speaker 6: color of their skin. And we've seen it firsthand with
- 30:15Speaker 6: what he did the Supreme Court and what he did
- 30:17Speaker 6: with Vice President. But he hasn't just been doing it there.
- 30:19Speaker 6: They've been doing it throughout the entire federal government, most
- 30:24Speaker 6: concerningly in our military. And you have tons of people
- 30:28Speaker 6: in positions who might be minimally qualified, but don't we
- 30:33Speaker 6: want best qualified. So, you know, whenever you see problems
- 30:37Speaker 6: like what happened in Afghanistan or et cetera. When I
- 30:40Speaker 6: see the problems that like Boeing is having and so on,
- 30:43Speaker 6: I always wonder, is that because they're not promoting the
- 30:47Speaker 6: best qualified. Just a little bit of research shows you
- 30:50Speaker 6: there's a chief diversity officer in every department of the
- 30:56Speaker 6: federal government. And this is about to be ripped out
- 31:00Speaker 6: right down to the roots, and it's going to happen
- 31:02Speaker 6: very quickly, probably through Ramaswami and Musk in this new
- 31:06Speaker 6: Doge Commission.
- 31:08Speaker 1: Well that's good.
- 31:08Speaker 3: I mean, you know, I just laugh when these senators say,
- 31:10Speaker 3: I'm not going to vote for Matt Gates, I'm not
- 31:13Speaker 3: going to vote for Pete Hexith.
- 31:15Speaker 1: You know, they all managed to vote for Rachel Levine.
- 31:19Speaker 1: Isn't that interesting? All these Republicans.
- 31:21Speaker 3: Voted for Rachel Levine, a man who looks like he's
- 31:24Speaker 3: wearing a wig, lipstick, address, and high heels. And that's
- 31:27Speaker 3: the number two man in ahs of the United States
- 31:30Speaker 3: of America who's trying to teach us all about health.
- 31:33Speaker 3: He's a man who looks like the ugliest man that
- 31:35Speaker 3: ever lived with a wig on.
- 31:36Speaker 1: I mean, it's a joke.
- 31:37Speaker 3: And they voted for that to be one of the
- 31:40Speaker 3: important people in the Biden administration. And they voted for
- 31:42Speaker 3: Mary Garland, a nutjob who had it in for Trump
- 31:45Speaker 3: and wants to persecute all Republicans. But they couldn't vote
- 31:48Speaker 3: for Matt Gates. But in any case, de EI to
- 31:51Speaker 3: me is the biggest poison in the world. You know,
- 31:53Speaker 3: you know where it's the biggest poison. Actually, it's not
- 31:55Speaker 3: even federal government hiring. It's college admissions, you know, because
- 32:00Speaker 3: white kid can't get into college, elite colleges anywhere, white
- 32:03Speaker 3: straight male.
- 32:04Speaker 1: They don't want you. They might as well put signs
- 32:06Speaker 1: up like they did at the turn of the century.
- 32:08Speaker 3: Right, No, no Irish need apply for a job. No,
- 32:11Speaker 3: no white male, no white boy eighteen years old should
- 32:15Speaker 3: ever apply to Harvard. We don't want you. They should
- 32:17Speaker 3: put that sign up because you do not want it anymore.
- 32:19Speaker 1: It's amazing, that's what That's what DEI is.
- 32:22Speaker 6: It's anything other than a straight white male that you know,
- 32:26Speaker 6: they don't mind. If it's a non straight white males.
- 32:29Speaker 6: They don't care about diversity when it comes to straight
- 32:31Speaker 6: white males. It's all about promoting anything other than a
- 32:34Speaker 6: straight white male. And yeah, I actually wrote recently also
- 32:37Speaker 6: about colleges because you know, affirmative action has been mostly
- 32:41Speaker 6: struck down, but down, they're doing backdoor affirmative action by
- 32:44Speaker 6: destructing against kids whose parents went to college. Well, right,
- 32:48Speaker 6: guess who that is? That's white kids right?
- 32:50Speaker 1: Or where you live. They could do a base of
- 32:52Speaker 1: where you live.
- 32:53Speaker 3: They know that that's a black neighborhood, that's a white
- 32:55Speaker 3: neighbor but we're not gonna let you in from the

- 36:58Speaker 1: Man.
- 36:58Speaker 3: There's so many things happening, it's really quite amazing. While
- 37:02Speaker 3: I'm on the air, Pam Bondi has just been nominated
- 37:06Speaker 3: by Trump the former age of Florida. You know, Trump
- 37:10Speaker 3: has this thing for Florida. You know, he lives down
- 37:12Speaker 3: there at mar A Lago. Now, he used to be
- 37:14Speaker 3: the ultimate New Yorker, but he loves Florida, and he
- 37:17Speaker 3: loves Florida people in Florida, Republican politicians. And he named
- 37:22Speaker 3: Pam Bondi, the former Attorney General of Florida, as the
- 37:25Speaker 3: nominee for Attorney General of the United States. She's replacing
- 37:28Speaker 3: Matt Gates, who also is from Florida, Florida congressman, who
- 37:31Speaker 3: he named as the Attorney general.
- 37:33Speaker 1: Now it's Pam Bondy, and the jury's out.
- 37:36Speaker 3: I'm not one hundred percent certain about Pam, but she's
- 37:38Speaker 3: been a guest on my show.
- 37:39Speaker 1: I like her.
- 37:41Speaker 3: We got along great, we got along famously, and I
- 37:43Speaker 3: thought she was great. And I've always heard she did
- 37:45Speaker 3: a great job as Florida a g and I heard
- 37:48Speaker 3: she's totally maga and totally Trump Laarrior. But I have
- 37:51Speaker 3: other friends who have texted me in the last five
- 37:53Speaker 3: minutes and saying she's a rhino.
- 37:54Speaker 1: I don't know about that.
- 37:56Speaker 3: I don't know why a friend who's a total maga
- 37:58Speaker 3: guy would say she's a rhino. Friends of mine who
- 38:00Speaker 3: are total maga guys say she's one hundred percent mega.
- 38:03Speaker 3: So I don't know what makes someone say that. It
- 38:05Speaker 3: must be one issue somewhere along the line they didn't
- 38:07Speaker 3: like she did something. Matter of fact, two of my
- 38:10Speaker 3: friends who are like two of my best friends and
- 38:12Speaker 3: they're both, you know, ultimate maga, and they text me
- 38:15Speaker 3: a hundred times a freaking day.
- 38:17Speaker 1: I mean a hundred times a day, and.
- 38:19Speaker 3: We always agree on everything, and one of them just
- 38:21Speaker 3: said she's a writ now and the other one said, no,
- 38:23Speaker 3: she's not.
- 38:24Speaker 1: She's fantastic.
- 38:25Speaker 3: So hopefully my friend who says she's fantastic it's correct.
- 38:29Speaker 3: She was very good when she was on my show,
- 38:31Speaker 3: so I think it's a good pick. I'm in support
- 38:34Speaker 3: of Pam BONDI I think she'll do a great job.
- 38:36Speaker 3: But we'll find out. Advantage Gold is a sponsor for
- 38:39Speaker 3: this segment. We'll be back with my guest James Breslo
- 38:42Speaker 3: in a second. I have to give props to the
- 38:44Speaker 3: people that spend all the money and sign all the checks,
- 38:48Speaker 3: of which I will brag. I think I've got more
- 38:50Speaker 3: sponsors on radio and all my three TV shows than
- 38:54Speaker 3: anyone in the United States. I mean, there's nobody who
- 38:57Speaker 3: has a waiting list fully one hundred percent booked and
- 38:59Speaker 3: a waiting list.
- 39:00Speaker 1: Every slot filled at all times.
- 39:03Speaker 3: And there's a reason for it, because I'm one hundred
- 39:05Speaker 3: percent MAGA and my audience has grown so large, and
- 39:09Speaker 3: people don't watch TV anymore by watching Fox News, they
- 39:12Speaker 3: go to an app or they go to a stream
- 39:14Speaker 3: show online, and they're all going to Waynroot on Real
- 39:17Speaker 3: America's Voice and Frank Speech and my radio show. So
- 39:20Speaker 3: we are blessed to have a lot of great advertisers
- 39:22Speaker 3: like Advantage Gold. Advantage Gold was awarded the number one
- 39:25Speaker 3: gold company in America by trust Link for eight years
- 39:28Speaker 3: in a row. How would you like to be voted
- 39:30Speaker 3: as number one eight years in a row in the
- 39:32Speaker 3: whole country of America. They've done billions and transactions, including
- 39:36Speaker 3: over one billion just in retirement accounts, and they're the
- 39:39Speaker 3: only company that does billions and transactions that has zero
- 39:43Speaker 3: negative complaints with the Better Business Bureau. That's why I
- 39:47Speaker 3: had my friends at Advantage Gold put together a critical
- 39:50Speaker 3: guide and protecting your wealth during times of.
- 39:52Speaker 1: Crisis for free.
- 39:54Speaker 3: I said, it's got to be free from my fans,
- 39:57Speaker 3: and if they read it and they like you, then
- 39:58Speaker 3: they'll call you. If they don't and they won't, It's
- 40:00Speaker 3: as simple as that. And they said yes, So text

- 40:33Speaker 3: thousand dollars in free gold or silver. Text Root to
- 40:36Speaker 3: eight five five four five. All right, James Breslow's back
- 40:39Speaker 3: with us. James, California DEI is not gonna go to
- 40:42Speaker 3: die in California. It's gonna go to die in the
- 40:45Speaker 3: other forty United States, but in California, it's gonna go
- 40:47Speaker 3: to live. Gavin Newsom will defend d I to his death,
- 40:50Speaker 3: and it's death, I guess right.
- 40:53Speaker 6: Yeah. And the thing I wrote about recently is this
- 40:55Speaker 6: new law that he passed that you're not allowed to
- 40:57Speaker 6: take into consideration whether the kids parents went to that school.
- 41:01Speaker 6: They call that legacy admissions, they've contributed to the school,
- 41:04Speaker 6: or it's their alma mater. Not allowed to take that
- 41:07Speaker 6: into consideration. Why because Newsom says, quote, everyone should be
- 41:11Speaker 6: able to get ahead through merit, skill and hard work.
- 41:16Speaker 6: Isn't that rich coming from him? So while he bans that,
- 41:20Speaker 6: he does allow the schools, though, to discriminate against you
- 41:23Speaker 6: if your parents went to college, or if your parents
- 41:28Speaker 6: have a certain level of income, and he refuses to
- 41:31Speaker 6: look at SAT scores anymore. So he discriminates against kids
- 41:35Speaker 6: whose parents went to school, but he's not allowed to
- 41:37Speaker 6: take into consideration if they went to the if they're
- 41:40Speaker 6: in an alma mater of that school. So totally hypocritical
- 41:42Speaker 6: of him as usual, and they're doing just backdoor affirmative
- 41:47Speaker 6: action in California right now.
- 41:49Speaker 1: Well, and I'm sure I'm just gonna make a guess here.
- 41:51Speaker 3: I'm sure the colleges of the University System of California
- 41:55Speaker 3: give free college to illegal aliens, right or certainly they're
- 41:58Speaker 3: giving them a large discount if you're an illegal alien,
- 42:01Speaker 3: and they don't do that for say, my kids, who
- 42:04Speaker 3: would be like a white kid from a nice family.
- 42:06Speaker 3: They would never give any money off to my kids.
- 42:09Speaker 3: But I'm sure they're giving free to legals.
- 42:11Speaker 6: Yeah, listen to this one, Wayne. Thirty four percent of
- 42:15Speaker 6: California's are white, very low, only thirty four percent, but
- 42:19Speaker 6: only eighteen percent are admitted into the UC school. So
- 42:24Speaker 6: whites are at thirty four percent, but only eighteen percent admitted.
- 42:26Speaker 6: Blacks are admitted thirty six percent of the population, six
- 42:29Speaker 6: percent admitted, the Tinos forty percent of the population, thirty
- 42:33Speaker 6: nine percent admitted, and then Asians, of course are way
- 42:36Speaker 6: over committed three thirty three percent of the students are Asian,
- 42:39Speaker 6: only fifteen percent of the population, So the only group
- 42:41Speaker 6: discriminated against is whites.
- 42:44Speaker 1: Once again, there you go.
- 42:45Speaker 3: James Breslow, civil rights attorney in La, host of The
- 42:48Speaker 3: Hidden Truth podcast, Hidden Truth Show podcast, founder of Real Cast,
