Speaker 1: Wow, Hey, everybody, welcome to another edition of the NFL
• 0:13
Speaker 1: Fantasy Football Show. It's Me Your Man, m G. Marcus
• 0:16
Speaker 1: grand Joy by Michael left Florio and Lakwan Jones won
• 0:19
Speaker 1: in Week ten. Fellas, we've officially made it to the
• 0:21
Speaker 1: double digit weeks, means uh, we got we got five five,
• 0:26
Speaker 1: five weeks of the fantasy regular season, enough that you
• 0:28
Speaker 1: can count on one hand even Antonio Alfonseka, that's a
• 0:32
Speaker 1: joke because he had six fingers. I'm sad nowhere, look
• 0:38
  Speaker 1: it up.
• 0:39
Speaker 2: I'm saying this like this season is it's flying by
• 0:43
  Speaker 2: zooming blind.
• 0:45
Speaker 1: Here we are, here, we are, We're past Halloween, We're
• 0:47
Speaker 1: into November. So uh, the time is getting short for
• 0:50
Speaker 1: you to make some moves in your fantasy football leagu
• 0:52
Speaker 1: We're here to help because we've got our starts. In
• 0:54
Speaker 1: six four Week ten, we get an aj Brown Vibes
• 0:57
Speaker 1: check perhaps, plus we bolt up with the charge wide
• 1:00
Speaker 1: ouse and got our bold predictions for the week. But guy,
• 1:03
Speaker 1: as always, we do our starts and sits primarily here
• 1:06
Speaker 1: on this show. You can read all about him on
• 1:08
Speaker 1: the interwebs, and Michael le Florio writes him every week.
• 1:11
Speaker 1: NFL dot Com slash starts sit where people generally read
• 1:14
Speaker 1: them and have a very measured response, especially if somehow
• 1:16
Speaker 1: you just maybe happen to get one wrong.
• 1:19
Speaker 2: You guys know this, like there's some weeks where your
• 1:21
Speaker 2: calls are they don't work out, and the Internet make
• 1:24
Speaker 2: sure you know about it. But like last week, I
• 1:26
Speaker 2: had a tremendous week college wise, and I didn't get
• 1:30
Speaker 2: a single tweet. I was like, come on everyone.
• 1:33
Speaker 1: Yeah, just the whole thing is just that's just how
• 1:35
Speaker 1: it works. So we will try it again for yet
• 1:38
Speaker 1: another week. So let's start with the quarterbacks. Who are
• 1:40
Speaker 1: your starts and sits for Week ten?
• 1:42
Speaker 2: I think Justin Herbert is in a great matchup this week,
• 1:45
Speaker 2: even with a banged up Olna. I would trust him.
• 1:47
Speaker 2: Matthew Stafford, to me, is a must play this week
• 1:50
Speaker 2: against the forty nine ers. He's been red hot as
• 1:53
Speaker 2: of late. I think Jackson Dart is a must play
• 1:55
Speaker 2: against the Bears. I said it on the show earlier
• 1:58
Speaker 2: this week, but only Alan Lamar and Mahomes have averaged
• 2:01
Speaker 2: more Fantasy points per game since he's become the starter.
• 2:04
Speaker 2: Caleb Williams, look, he's not going to give you what
• 2:06
Speaker 2: he did last week, but it is a fantastic matchup
• 2:09
Speaker 2: against the New York Giants. And then I think Jared
• 2:12
Speaker 2: Goff right now, his touchdown rate would be the lowest
• 2:14
Speaker 2: of his career. I think regression hits, and it usually
• 2:17
Speaker 2: hits in a big way, and he has a fantastic
• 2:19
Speaker 2: matchup this week. And in the six Daniel Jones is
• 2:22
Speaker 2: a spicy one. But the Falcons have been a really
• 2:25
Speaker 2: tough matchup for quarterbacks and they get after them at.
• 2:28
Speaker 1: A very high rate.
• 2:30
Speaker 2: Jordan Love has been so up and down, and the
• 2:32
Speaker 2: Eagles are a tough matchup justin fields. The Browns are
• 2:36
Speaker 2: not only really good against the past, they're great at
• 2:38
Speaker 2: stopping running quarterbacks. Trevor Lawrence. Just the Houston matchup is
• 2:43
Speaker 2: so scary. And then JJ McCarthy. I think a lot
• 2:45
Speaker 2: of people might lean into streaming him because of the
• 2:47
Speaker 2: Ravens matchup, but they've been better as of late, and
• 2:51
Speaker 2: I think this is something we've seen in the past.
• 2:52
Speaker 2: After their bye, they kind of fix things up on defense.
• 2:55
Speaker 1: Yeah, very interesting one there too. That's one. As I
• 2:58
Speaker 1: was looking at and trying to come up with sleep,
• 3:00
Speaker 1: it took a long look at that rate. It's my
• 3:03
Speaker 1: saying game before I made a decision, Lakwan, let's start
• 3:06
Speaker 1: on the start side of things. We leave this open
• 3:10
Speaker 1: for you on the rundown so you can sort of
• 3:12
Speaker 1: decide which guys you want to talk about. And on
• 3:14
Speaker 1: Wednesday show, we said a lot of things about the
• 3:17
Speaker 1: forty nine ers and we didn't say anything about the Rams,
• 3:20
Speaker 1: and you were all in your feelings. So please, I
• 3:22
Speaker 1: will open the space for you to hype up Matthew Stafford.
• 3:26
Speaker 3: First of all, you're going to respect mister MVP Hall
• 3:29
Speaker 3: of Fame Legacy Tour this season, Matthew Stafford leading the
• 3:32
Speaker 3: league and passing touchdowns. And listen, man, I understand it's
• 3:36
Speaker 3: winers week, man. The tensions will be high, but I'm
• 3:39
Speaker 3: very confident Matthew Stafford in starting lineups as a QB one.
• 3:43
Speaker 3: I'm even willing to say that he will be a
• 3:45
Speaker 3: top five quarterback this week. Man, you gotta have him
• 3:48
Speaker 3: locked in. Don't question about it. Don't worry about what
• 3:51
Speaker 3: happened last time these two teams met.
• 3:53
Speaker 1: I forgot about it.
• 3:54
Speaker 3: It's in the past. I don't even understand what people
• 3:57
Speaker 3: are talking about when they bring up a fumble on
• 3:59
Speaker 3: the goal line. This is Matthew Stafford punishing game against
• 4:02
Speaker 3: those forty winers because they got nobody on that defensive
• 4:05
Speaker 3: line that is going to be able to get pressure
• 4:07
Speaker 3: on it. So he's gonna be cool, calm and collected
• 4:09
Speaker 3: and doing no look past his all game long?
• 4:12
Speaker 1: Did I black out somewhere along the way, Like do
• 4:14
Speaker 1: we ever disrespect Matthew Stafford on this show? Right?
• 4:18
Speaker 2: I said nothing but nice thing?
• 4:19
Speaker 3: Like I like saying VP before you say Matthew Stafford.
• 4:24
Speaker 1: I mean this is I mean, it really is like
• 4:25
Speaker 1: if somebody is not one hundred percent complimentary of like Beyonce,
• 4:28
Speaker 1: then the beehive comes after you. It's like the same thing.
• 4:30
Speaker 1: This is exactly what this is. And I'm bekay with
• 4:33
  Speaker 1: that comparison.
• 4:34
Speaker 2: Talking yesterday after the show and I was like, yeah,
• 4:37
Speaker 2: it's like Alan May, it's all out in front of
• 4:39
Speaker 2: all these guys, Stafford and but it's just not the favorite,
• 4:42
  Speaker 2: that's all.
• 4:42
Speaker 3: Do you see the order that he said Stafford a
• 4:45
Speaker 3: Stafford first and then Allen May.
• 4:48
Speaker 1: You realize you realize the term Stan comes from an
• 4:51
Speaker 1: eminem song, and you realize, do you remember what happens
• 4:54
Speaker 1: to Stan at the end.
• 4:54
  Speaker 2: Of the song?
• 4:57
Speaker 1: Off it, I'm just saying Stan didn't have a happy ending.
• 5:01
Speaker 1: That's all I'm saying, So you know, just just keep
• 5:04
Speaker 1: that in mind. Anyway, Let's let's turn the page through
• 5:07
Speaker 1: the side of things, and we sort of talked about
• 5:09
Speaker 1: this a little bit, right this Ravens Vikings game and
• 5:13
Speaker 1: what we're doing there in terms of start, sit, sleepers,
• 5:15
Speaker 1: or whatever. Are you feeling starting perhaps mister Jonathan James
• 5:20
  Speaker 1: McCarthy this.
• 5:21
Speaker 2: Week, I didn't know his full name.
• 5:23
Speaker 1: Oh man, you and the government names.
• 5:24
Speaker 3: Marcus is great at this, he does the research. But man,
• 5:28
Speaker 3: I'm looking at JJ McCarthy as a hot waiver wire
• 5:31
Speaker 3: pick up this week. And I know a lot of
• 5:33
Speaker 3: folks are probably wounded at the quarterback position, but I
• 5:35
Speaker 3: am tempering my expectation that boys still only had one
• 5:38
Speaker 3: hundred and forty three passing yards last week. I understand
• 5:41
Speaker 3: he put up three touchdowns, which was great to see
• 5:43
Speaker 3: Justin Jefferson find the end zone again. Boy, it was
• 5:46
Speaker 3: a drought. But I do think JJ McCarthy against his
• 5:49
Speaker 3: Ravens defense, Like Florio pointed out, they have been making
• 5:52
Speaker 3: adjustments on defense. They've been getting better as the weeks
• 5:55
Speaker 3: had progressed, and I think JJ is still wet behind
• 5:57
Speaker 3: the Ears still figuring things out. So I don't take
• 6:00
Speaker 3: this hot start that he had last week as a
• 6:02
Speaker 3: guy that needs to be jumped into starting lineups.
• 6:05
Speaker 1: I just think he's only thrown at twenty two times
• 6:07
Speaker 1: per game. He's yet to have one hundred and sixty
• 6:10
Speaker 1: passing yards. And it get granted, he's only had three
• 6:12
Speaker 1: starts in his entire NFL career, but he's yet to
• 6:15
Speaker 1: hit one hundred and sixty passing yards. The problem is
• 6:18
Speaker 1: because the yardage totals are low. He's got to score touchdowns,
• 6:23
Speaker 1: preferably rushing touchdowns, and he's got to avoid turnovers because
• 6:27
Speaker 1: he's not giving you enough yardage wise to avoid those
• 6:29
Speaker 1: minus or to mitigate those minus twos. That's the hard
• 6:33
Speaker 1: part I think with JJ McCarthy right now. And as
• 6:35
Speaker 1: you mentioned, Raven's defense has been better the last couple
• 6:38
Speaker 1: of weeks. So just kind of something to pay attention to.
• 6:41
Speaker 1: Start to running backs Florida, who do you like who
• 6:44
Speaker 1: do you not like? This week?
• 6:45
Speaker 2: It all depends on if DeAndre Swift players or not.
• 6:48
Speaker 2: If Swift plays, he is a must start, and I
• 6:50
Speaker 2: think Kyle Mcanunguy is then a flex option if Swift
• 6:53
Speaker 2: is out Kyle Mcanunguy is a must start in this one.
• 6:56
Speaker 2: I think Quinshaw Judkins is someone you should be in
• 6:58
Speaker 2: your lot up. The only thing that could stop Judkins's
• 7:01
Speaker 2: game script, and the Jets haven't had a multiscore lead
• 7:04
Speaker 2: since Week one. Jalen Warren has just been getting so
• 7:07
Speaker 2: much volume as of late that I think he is
• 7:10
Speaker 2: in play. David Montgomery because I think the Lions put
• 7:13
Speaker 2: up a lot of points against his defense. I think
• 7:15
Speaker 2: they have a favorable game script and he is still
• 7:17
Speaker 2: getting all the goal line work. And then the Patriots
• 7:20
Speaker 2: is kind of similar to the Bears. If ramondre Stevenson plays,
• 7:23
Speaker 2: I think he's in play. If not, I think Traveon
• 7:26
Speaker 2: Henderson is in play against the Bucks, who will have
• 7:28
Speaker 2: the most receiving yards to running backs. He had six
• 7:31
Speaker 2: targets last week. They also allow a lot of yards
• 7:34
Speaker 2: before contact and then some sits. Travis Etn He ran
• 7:37
Speaker 2: really well last week, but the Texans are a really
• 7:40
Speaker 2: tough matchup. Alvin Kamara, even in a favorable matchup against
• 7:43
Speaker 2: the Panthers, I do not see how you could just
• 7:46
Speaker 2: trust him right now. Jordan Mason, I'm really concerned about
• 7:50
Speaker 2: him getting game scripted out because when they are trailing,
• 7:52
Speaker 2: if they're passing a lot, it'll be Aaron Jones, Rashad White.
• 7:55
Speaker 2: The Patriots have been elite against the run this year,
• 7:58
Speaker 2: and then the Cardinals running backs. We don't know what
• 8:00
Speaker 2: it's going to look like. And outside of the Patriots,
• 8:02
Speaker 2: the Seahawks might be the best run defense in football.
• 8:04
Speaker 2: So a couple of things on the start side there.
• 8:06
Speaker 2: I know DeAndre Swift has said he's gonna be able
• 8:09
Speaker 2: to go. He said he said he want to go
• 8:11
Speaker 2: last week, and the team sort of held him out
• 8:13
  Speaker 2: as a precaution.
• 8:13
Speaker 1: So play Swift, So play Swift. Although I do still
• 8:16
Speaker 1: think Benung guy has a role in that off it
• 8:17
Speaker 1: could be a flex. The other part of this, and
• 8:19
Speaker 1: I peek behind the curtain because I write the Sleeper's
• 8:21
Speaker 1: column and I put the names together on Sunday. I
• 8:23
Speaker 1: actually write it fairly early in the week so it's
• 8:25
Speaker 1: up and ready for Thursday. And I looked so hard
• 8:27
Speaker 1: at that Patriots running back back and I'm like, I
• 8:30
  Speaker 1: don't know who's playing right because I'm like, I like,
• 8:33
Speaker 1: I like whoever is going to start, Especially because the
• 8:35
Speaker 1: Bucks have been bad against pass catching running backs. It
• 8:37
Speaker 1: was hard for me to pick one because on Tuesday,
• 8:39
Speaker 1: when I'm writing it, we had zero ideas who's going
• 8:42
  Speaker 1: to be played.
• 8:43
Speaker 2: That's why this week I included both, and I'm like,
• 8:45
Speaker 2: kind of whichever one is the starter, you play exactly.
• 8:48
Speaker 2: I didn't know who it was going to be when
• 8:50
  Speaker 2: I wrote it.
• 8:51
Speaker 1: Jalen Warren though Lakwan I have some teams with Jaalen Warren.
• 8:55
Speaker 1: I do have one or two teams with Kenneth Gainwell,
• 8:57
Speaker 1: and I've been trying to just force him into lineups
• 8:59
Speaker 1: because my situa has been poor. Your feelings on Jalen
• 9:02
Speaker 1: Warren against the Chargers this week, I liked it.
• 9:05
Speaker 3: I want to echo being that last episode we've talked
• 9:08
Speaker 3: about you know our sleepers. He is my snore likes.
• 9:10
Speaker 3: This week, I'm expecting big numbers from him against this
• 9:13
Speaker 3: Chargers defense where their weak point is on that outside
• 9:16
Speaker 3: of zone run, and we know Arthur Smith the Fantasy
• 9:18
Speaker 3: Streets boogey Man loves running that outside zone run. And
• 9:21
Speaker 3: looking at this Chargers defense overall against running backs, they're
• 9:24
Speaker 3: allowing the six most explosive runs to the running back
• 9:27
Speaker 3: position this season at the second highest rate. Also, so
• 9:30
Speaker 3: they're allowing a bunch of explosive plays where Jalen Warren
• 9:33
Speaker 3: has beginning increased workload as the weeks have progressed. It
• 9:36
Speaker 3: and we're looking at a guy right now that can
• 9:38
Speaker 3: be able to put up a twenty burger.
• 9:40
Speaker 1: This week, which will be a fantasy high for my boy.
• 9:42
Speaker 3: So I'm locking him in, not soft seating him, locking
• 9:46
Speaker 3: him all the way in this week.
• 9:47
Speaker 1: All right, So we are in big time on Jalen Warren.
• 9:52
Speaker 1: I'm on the other side Jordan Mason, and I mean again,
• 9:55
Speaker 1: Florida is sort of the same thing, right with that
• 9:57
Speaker 1: Ravens Vikings matchup, just kind of it's a hard one
• 10:01
Speaker 1: to kind of figure out a little bit. Lakwan, you've
• 10:05
Speaker 1: been a big Jordan Mason guy. Yeah. I put him
• 10:10
Speaker 1: in as a sleeper potential candidate. I don't feel great
• 10:13
Speaker 1: about it. Yeah, you can. You either validate or deny
• 10:17
Speaker 1: my my concerns. No, I cannot.
• 10:19
Speaker 3: I mean, given with the opportunity to getting by Aaron Jones,
• 10:23
Speaker 3: and I feel like now we're looking at a guy
• 10:25
Speaker 3: that's getting less than five Fantasy points in the last
• 10:28
Speaker 3: two games, and Aaron Jones he was crazy efficient last game.
• 10:31
Speaker 3: I don't know if that was just like one of
• 10:33
Speaker 3: those games that he had his freaking space jam powers
• 10:37
Speaker 3: giving back to him being so efficient. But I don't
• 10:39
Speaker 3: think that's sustainable. But I do think Jordan Mason's gonna
• 10:42
Speaker 3: have to deal with Aaron Jones in front of him
• 10:44
Speaker 3: when it comes to those valuable touches because we know
• 10:46
Speaker 3: Aaron Jones is still going to be able to go
• 10:48
Speaker 3: out of that backfield and participate in the passing game.
• 10:50
Speaker 3: That's not really Jordan Mason's game. And even given when
• 10:53
Speaker 3: Aaron Jones was out, we didn't really get RB one
• 10:56
Speaker 3: type of numbers consistently from Jordan Mason. So I'm a
• 10:59
Speaker 3: little worried about the actual production out of Jordan Mason,
• 11:02
Speaker 3: the fantasy output we're going to be getting now that
• 11:04
Speaker 3: Aaron Jones is back. And we also have to remember
• 11:06
Speaker 3: this Viking Zoe line has not been great for these
• 11:09
Speaker 3: running backs at all. So this is a matchup this
• 11:11
Speaker 3: week I'm looking to get away from just like how
• 11:13
Speaker 3: Florio has them, but that big red Ax as a
• 11:16
  Speaker 3: sit this week.
• 11:17
Speaker 1: We had one big game out of Jordan Mason when
• 11:19
Speaker 1: Aaron Jones was gone, and after that it's been just
• 11:22
Speaker 1: kind of mid the rest of the way. I don't
• 11:25
Speaker 1: think Aaron Jones has been great either this year. No,
• 11:29
Speaker 1: he's just the guy getting the volume. He's the guy
• 11:31
Speaker 1: getting the first crack at things.
• 11:33
Speaker 2: It sounds weird, but if Lamar wasn't playing, I'd be
• 11:36
Speaker 2: more in on Jordan Mason. But we know the Ravens
• 11:38
Speaker 2: are gonna put up points, and then when if the
• 11:41
Speaker 2: Vikings are in ketchup mode, that's when Jones comes in.
• 11:44
Speaker 2: In my opinion, Yeah, I don't know.
• 11:45
Speaker 1: It's just like its generally unsatisfying situation. I think all
• 11:49
Speaker 1: the way around, he's on the drop watch. That's not great.
• 11:54
Speaker 1: All right, we'll get back to a little more starts
• 11:56
Speaker 1: and sits in just a bit, But want to take
• 11:58
Speaker 1: a look at what's going on. You're in week ten
• 12:01
Speaker 1: as we look at the Sunday night contest between the
• 12:05
Speaker 1: Steelers and the Chargers that'll be played right next door
• 12:08
Speaker 1: to where we are here at Sofi Stadium, in this
• 12:11
Speaker 1: court to the friends at Caesars Sports Book, the first
• 12:14
Speaker 1: to score odds combining Vidal has the first odds, the
• 12:17
Speaker 1: best odds, I should say, followed by Jalen Warren, DK Metcalf,
• 12:21
Speaker 1: then a couple of Chargers receivers with Ladd McConkie and
• 12:24
Speaker 1: Keenan Allen. For when you look at this, let's you
• 12:28
Speaker 1: see McConkie and Allen down there with the odds to score.
• 12:31
Speaker 1: No Quinton Johnston. But if you were going to rank
• 12:34
Speaker 1: the Chargers receivers this week, what order would you put
• 12:36
  Speaker 1: them in?
• 12:37
Speaker 2: Aladd is one for me because he's been getting the
• 12:39
Speaker 2: most consistent volume and being the most productive consistently week
• 12:43
Speaker 2: to week the last five weeks plus. The Steelers play
• 12:46
Speaker 2: man at an above average rate, and LADDI McConkie thrives
• 12:49
Speaker 2: against man coverage. Surprisingly enough, though, I think number two
• 12:53
Speaker 2: this week is Quintin Johnston because the Steelers have struggled
• 12:56
Speaker 2: against out wide wide receivers and they have struggled down
• 12:59
Speaker 2: for field against the deep ball with wide receivers. That
• 13:03
Speaker 2: is Quinton Johnson's role in this offense. So I think
• 13:07
Speaker 2: he's always a boomer bus option right now. But Keenan
• 13:10
Speaker 2: has kind of just been off floor. I think he
• 13:12
Speaker 2: is a safer play, but I would take the upside
• 13:15
Speaker 2: swing on Quentin Johnson.
• 13:16
Speaker 1: Yeah, I think if you were Look, if I'm putting
• 13:18
Speaker 1: together at DFS lineup, I'm gonna put Quint Johnston in
• 13:20
Speaker 1: there just because you know, maybe he pops a couple
• 13:23
Speaker 1: of big ones and he scores a touchdown for that one.
• 13:26
Speaker 1: So when we come back, we'll take a look at
• 13:28
Speaker 1: Monday Night Football. Plus we got starts and sits for
• 13:31
Speaker 1: wide receivers and tight ends and some bolt predictions for
• 13:34
Speaker 1: Week ten. That's all coming up here on the NFL
• 13:36
Speaker 1: Fantasy Football Show. Continuing on with the Week ten previews
• 13:43
Speaker 1: Monday Night Football. The Eagles had the green blay Bay
• 13:46
Speaker 1: Green Bay. I can say that to take on the
• 13:49
Speaker 1: Green Bay Packers. You can see that of course on ESPN,
• 13:52
Speaker 1: ABC and ESPN Deportes in some platforms. H. Meanwhile, Lakwan
• 13:59
Speaker 1: AJ Brown vibes he didn't get traded. He's been sort
• 14:02
Speaker 1: of up and down all year long. How we feeling
• 14:04
Speaker 1: about him against Green Bay?
• 14:07
Speaker 3: Hey vibe Cheker checking in on AJ Brown and I
• 14:10
Speaker 3: understand this. The Eagles could be coming out of this
• 14:12
Speaker 3: by as a different team. I say that now because
• 14:15
Speaker 3: Saquon Barkley has been reported banged up, So this could
• 14:18
Speaker 3: be a focal point where they have to get the
• 14:20
Speaker 3: passing game going if they're not going to be able
• 14:22
Speaker 3: to roll out a full healthy Saquon Barkley, and we
• 14:25
Speaker 3: see these clips. It's been an up and down year,
• 14:27
Speaker 3: but AJ Brown is still AJ Brown. He is still
• 14:30
Speaker 3: Swole Batman. He's still one of the most physical downfield
• 14:33
Speaker 3: wide receivers that's going up against his Packers defense that
• 14:36
Speaker 3: they're gonna be challenged. They're gonna be one of those
• 14:38
Speaker 3: defenses that are going to have to keep their eye
• 14:40
Speaker 3: on swoll Batman and skinny Batman. So I do think
• 14:43
Speaker 3: this team coming out of the by they're going to
• 14:45
Speaker 3: readjust like how they always do. They adapt and kill
• 14:48
Speaker 3: all narratives that we always put on these Eagles teams.
• 14:51
Speaker 1: AJ Brown's gonna either get you like one hundred and
• 14:53
Speaker 1: fifteen yards in a touchdown or he'll get you like
• 14:56
  Speaker 1: twenty seven.
• 14:57
  Speaker 2: Like.
• 14:58
Speaker 1: That's kind of how it's been me as somebody who
• 15:00
Speaker 1: drafted probably more AJ Brown than he's comfortable with. That's
• 15:03
Speaker 1: how it's amazing about to say that might have been
• 15:06
Speaker 1: all of us this summer.
• 15:09
  Speaker 2: I think we're high on.
• 15:10
Speaker 1: He's so undervalued. Why is it going so late right now?
• 15:14
Speaker 1: It's like, oh, maybe maybe people knew all right. Anyway,
• 15:17
Speaker 1: speaking of wide receiver, let's get back to the starts
• 15:19
Speaker 1: and sits Florio your starts and sits at the wide
• 15:21
  Speaker 1: opposition as acts.
• 15:23
Speaker 2: By you guys. On Monday, you said n Nego Collins not
• 15:25
Speaker 2: too obvious this week, so I included an ego Collins
• 15:28
Speaker 2: who goes off every time he plays the Jaguars already
• 15:31
Speaker 2: spoke about Lad McConkey. I think Roma Dunesa has a
• 15:34
Speaker 2: bounce back week. I think DJ Moore's been more involved
• 15:37
Speaker 2: as of late. So both of them are in play
• 15:39
Speaker 2: in a good matchup. Khalil Shakir has a very safe
• 15:42
Speaker 2: floor and just a history of success in this matchup.
• 15:45
Speaker 2: And then Wando Robinson getting a ton of volume and
• 15:48
Speaker 2: it is a good matchup against the Bears. Some spicy
• 15:52
Speaker 2: sits DK Metcalf because if you covered up his name,
• 15:56
Speaker 2: he is not living up to the hype. He's averaging
• 15:59
Speaker 2: less than six targets per game career low in air yards.
• 16:02
Speaker 2: That one long catch and run he had in Dublin
• 16:05
Speaker 2: is like fifteen percent of his Fantasy points on the year.
• 16:08
Speaker 2: Then I have chrys Olave who won didn't show the
• 16:12
Speaker 2: best chemistry with Tyler Schuck. The Panthers are a really
• 16:15
Speaker 2: tough match with They're in the bottom five and Fantasy
• 16:16
Speaker 2: points allowed to receivers. Deebo. He's been struggling with Marcus
• 16:21
Speaker 2: Mariota this year. Just one of his three good one
• 16:24
Speaker 2: game out of three have been good for him in
• 16:26
Speaker 2: Fantasy Jordan Addison because like you were saying, Marcus, there's
• 16:29
Speaker 2: not a lot of yards there with JJ McCarthy, so
• 16:31
Speaker 2: you're really hoping for a touchdown. And then Jacoby Myers,
• 16:34
Speaker 2: I know, he got traded. I literally had him as
• 16:36
Speaker 2: a sit with the Raiders, and when he got traded,
• 16:38
Speaker 2: I was like, yeah, I'm gonna keep Jacoby Myers in
• 16:40
  Speaker 2: as he sit.
• 16:41
Speaker 1: I think the only thing that helps Jacoby Myers potentially
• 16:43
Speaker 1: is volume, just because Travis Hunter is hurt and Brian
• 16:46
Speaker 1: Thomas Junior, I know, did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday,
• 16:49
Speaker 1: and it doesn't look like so Volume might win, but
• 16:52
Speaker 1: the matchup is bad for Jacoby Myers. I'm we talk
• 16:57
Speaker 1: about the Squeaky Wheel game, right when when wide receives
• 17:00
Speaker 1: complain and then they get a whole bunch of targets,
• 17:02
Speaker 1: does that count if a player's dad goes on social
• 17:05
Speaker 1: media and complaints asking for Romo Dunza.
• 17:09
Speaker 3: Listen, that is one of the most craziest things that
• 17:12
Speaker 3: we have now with the Internet, that our fathers, our
• 17:15
Speaker 3: parents can get on the Internet and voice their opinions,
• 17:18
Speaker 3: because like I've know my times of playing soccer at
• 17:21
Speaker 3: Hilton High West, my mom was on the sideline and
• 17:23
Speaker 3: had some thoughts about the coach in my playing time
• 17:26
Speaker 3: and actual ability in the middle of the field, but
• 17:28
Speaker 3: she didn't go on the internet voice her opinions. But
• 17:30
Speaker 3: Roma Dunza having zero catches last week, I would be
• 17:33
Speaker 3: that parent crashing out, like what is happening? Why does
• 17:36
Speaker 3: the quarterback have more catches than my son? That does
• 17:40
Speaker 3: not make sense, especially when it's coming from the guy
• 17:42
Speaker 3: that's supposed to be throwing in the ball. But when
• 17:44
Speaker 3: I look at this man, there has to be a
• 17:46
Speaker 3: bounce back week for Adonza. Ben Johnson has to see that.
• 17:49
Speaker 3: To me, he has to see Roma Doonsay with three
• 17:52
Speaker 3: targets and zero catches last week and be like, no,
• 17:54
Speaker 3: this cannot happen again. But the good thing is that
• 17:57
Speaker 3: we're seeing more of DJ Moore last week was kind
• 18:00
Speaker 3: of eye popping of like how many times he's being
• 18:03
Speaker 3: targeted on each of his routes, making his routes valuable
• 18:06
Speaker 3: as a guy that you can now rely on as
• 18:08
Speaker 3: a flex play at that very least. So I do
• 18:11
Speaker 3: like this week for a bounce back and maybe even
• 18:13
Speaker 3: more building on that resume of being trusted for DJ
• 18:16
Speaker 3: Moore as we approach some trade deadlines and some fantasy
• 18:19
Speaker 3: leagues and the playoffs will be here before we know it.
• 18:22
Speaker 1: I mean, look, key, We've talked about it. DJ Moore
• 18:24
Speaker 1: has been one of the bigger disappointments in fantasy football
• 18:27
  Speaker 1: this year.
• 18:28
Speaker 2: Some signs of life the last two games at least,
• 18:30
Speaker 2: that has kind of been nice.
• 18:31
Speaker 1: Yeah. On the other side, let's go down to New
• 18:35
Speaker 1: Orleans LQ and or should she got got traded to Seattle?
• 18:40
Speaker 1: Tyler Shuck is now the quarterback. I know Chris o'lavey
• 18:44
Speaker 1: was starting to pop his head out of the satchel
• 18:45
Speaker 1: of discontent. I would imagine he is sinking toward the
• 18:48
  Speaker 1: bottom again.
• 18:50
Speaker 3: Yeah, he went back in and say, no, what I
• 18:52
Speaker 3: forgot some I forgot I forgot the lot more. But
• 18:54
Speaker 3: that that has been an issue, you know that I
• 18:57
Speaker 3: was really worried about with Tyler Shuck coming in with Spencer.
• 19:00
Speaker 3: If you watch some of his snaps in his drawbacks,
• 19:02
Speaker 3: he's giving his receiver chances to make the big plays.
• 19:05
Speaker 3: Tyler Shuck's coming in very conservative kind of off looking
• 19:08
Speaker 3: his number one wide receiver. You don't have Rashietshi there anymore.
• 19:12
Speaker 3: So I think Chris o' lobby's nosedive is not really
• 19:15
Speaker 3: anything of surprise, being that they made a quarterback change
• 19:18
Speaker 3: and the Panthers defense man, you better put some respect
• 19:21
Speaker 3: on their name. They have been a defense that you
• 19:23
Speaker 3: have to fear on the back end of this secondary.
• 19:26
Speaker 3: So I do think Chris o' lobby is a risky
• 19:28
Speaker 3: start this week. So obviously, with Tyler Schuck being the
• 19:31
Speaker 3: starting quarterback for the rest of the week, I don't
• 19:33
Speaker 3: really feel optimistic about this New Orleans offense moving forward
• 19:36
Speaker 3: for the rest of the fantasy season.
• 19:38
Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, at least occasionally you get Spencer Raller
• 19:41
Speaker 1: taking some shots downfield. I want to see more of
• 19:43
Speaker 1: that out of Tyler's Shuck. Yeah, maybe it happens. I'm
• 19:48
Speaker 1: gonna let Chris o' lobby be somebody else's headache at
• 19:50
Speaker 1: this point last, but not at least on the start
• 19:53
Speaker 1: sit front. The tight ends, we know the bar is
• 19:56
Speaker 1: low for tight ends success. Who do you like? Who
• 19:58
Speaker 1: do you not like?
• 20:00
Speaker 2: Gatz and everyone should be starting him by now, except
• 20:02
Speaker 2: for his dad. O'klan has continued to show us that.
• 20:06
Speaker 1: Has led to good things for his son in fantasy.
• 20:09
Speaker 2: Dawnkin Kate is the first Bills tight end with multiple
• 20:12
Speaker 2: one hundred yard games in the same season in like
• 20:14
Speaker 2: fifty years, and he has a history of success against
• 20:17
Speaker 2: the Dolphins. Kyle Pitts. I think Kyle Pitts has become
• 20:21
Speaker 2: fantasy relevant again. He's the leading target getter for the
• 20:24
Speaker 2: Falcons in the last three games combined. Favoral matchup against
• 20:27
Speaker 2: the Colts Colson Lovelin. I think the hope is that
• 20:30
Speaker 2: last week was a sign of things to come and
• 20:32
Speaker 2: he gets more opportunity. And then Dalton Schultz to me
• 20:35
Speaker 2: is my favorite streaming tight end in a week where
• 20:38
Speaker 2: there's good streaming tight end options. I wrote about some
• 20:40
Speaker 2: streamers in the article as well, if you want to
• 20:42
Speaker 2: go check that out. And then the six David and Joku.
• 20:45
Speaker 2: I think Carold Fanon Junior has surpassed him as the
• 20:47
Speaker 2: tight end won there. Dj Hockinson a theme I'm trying
• 20:51
Speaker 2: to avoid this trap that I think it is for
• 20:53
Speaker 2: the Vikings. Mason Taylor, He's been volume dependent, but it
• 20:57
Speaker 2: looks like Garat Wilson will be back now. Tough match
• 21:00
Speaker 2: against the Browns defense and then Luke Musgrave. I get
• 21:03
Speaker 2: it if you lost Tucker Kraft and you picked him up,
• 21:05
Speaker 2: but I want to see it first, and especially not
• 21:07
Speaker 2: in this matchuphere. The Eagles have allowed the third few
• 21:09
Speaker 2: is fantasy points to tight ends.
• 21:11
Speaker 1: If you want a pulse check on the state of
• 21:13
Speaker 1: tight end, Kyle Pitts is averaging forty seven yards per game.
• 21:17
Speaker 1: He hasn't had a game with eighty receiving yards. He
• 21:20
Speaker 1: has one touchdown all year. He's the tight end twelve.
• 21:24
Speaker 1: That's where nice, That's what fantasy tight end is like.
• 21:28
Speaker 1: But I'm a Colston Loveland real quick Lakwan because had
• 21:32
Speaker 1: the big breakout game last week. Cole Kamett is injured
• 21:35
Speaker 1: and start to phase out of the offense. Are we
• 21:37
Speaker 1: getting to a point where we start talking about Cole
• 21:39
Speaker 1: Commett more regularly in this Bears attack?
• 21:43
Speaker 3: I think so, And like, honestly, again it's the Bengals,
• 21:46
Speaker 3: I get it. What we're really looking at is the
• 21:48
Speaker 3: opportunities that are being strapped to Colston Loveland in these
• 21:51
Speaker 3: last two games. Like I get nine times out of
• 21:54
Speaker 3: ten that game winning touchdown. Most defenses are going to
• 21:56
Speaker 3: make that tackle. But I'm paying attention to the routes.
• 21:59
Speaker 3: Sixty routes and back to back games thirty routes, thirty routes,
• 22:02
Speaker 3: and these are all season highs for him, So he's
• 22:04
Speaker 3: getting on the field. Cole Kmet has been injured for
• 22:07
Speaker 3: some time. I been banged up these last couple of
• 22:09
Speaker 3: weeks with a concussion just out of the way, and
• 22:11
Speaker 3: for the rest of the season, I don't see Cole
• 22:13
Speaker 3: Komet getting much involved in this offense where you have
• 22:17
Speaker 3: Coleston Loveland blossoming into this rookie tight end that a
• 22:20
Speaker 3: lot of folks were really depending on to hit the
• 22:22
Speaker 3: ground running in the beginning of the season. But like
• 22:24
Speaker 3: Marcus how You pointed out on yesterday's episode, he started
• 22:27
Speaker 3: the season banged up. A lot of people forget about that.
• 22:30
Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean he was not healthy coming into the year.
• 22:32
Speaker 1: I think was not healthy really through his final year
• 22:34
Speaker 1: in college too. So I'm maybe finally starting to get right.
• 22:38
Speaker 1: And look, we've talked about this, you get that by
• 22:40
Speaker 1: week rookie bump, they finally get a chance to sort
• 22:43
Speaker 1: of relax and rest and kind of figure things out.
• 22:45
Speaker 1: A little bit, so maybe all this is working in
• 22:47
Speaker 1: Loveland's favor. On the other side, speaking of your rookie
• 22:50
Speaker 1: tight ends, ok we've been trying to make Mason Taylor
• 22:53
Speaker 1: a thing for a while. It's been, uh, how were
• 22:57
Speaker 1: we feeling about it? As the Browns right now?
• 23:00
Speaker 2: That's basically the take right there.
• 23:02
Speaker 3: It's has been like, I really don't understand, you know,
• 23:06
Speaker 3: the need and want to have Mason Taylor in starting lineups,
• 23:09
Speaker 3: like this is still a Jets offense that doesn't really
• 23:12
Speaker 3: understand their identity of it. And I think Justin Fields
• 23:15
Speaker 3: were strapping to Mason Taylor as a guy that can
• 23:17
Speaker 3: elevate the tight end position like he's had in the
• 23:19
Speaker 3: past with his time in Chicago. But I look at
• 23:22
Speaker 3: this as he is still a project to trust in
• 23:25
Speaker 3: starting lineups. But real quickly, I want to make a
• 23:27
Speaker 3: note to another sit that Florio has. It's TJ Hockinson. Okay, now,
• 23:31
Speaker 3: Ronde Gaskins is a start for Florio this week. But
• 23:34
Speaker 3: listen to this starting sit podcast or this show right here,
• 23:38
Speaker 3: Ronde Gaskin. If you've senior you are listening, continue on
• 23:41
Speaker 3: starting TJ Howkinson. Okay, that's the other tight end that
• 23:44
Speaker 3: he is starting instead of his son right now, So
• 23:47
Speaker 3: go ahead and put TJ. Hawkson back into your starting
• 23:49
Speaker 3: lineup and put your son right back on that bench
• 23:51
Speaker 3: so we can all thrive and prosper for the rest
• 23:53
Speaker 3: of the fantasy seasons.
• 23:54
Speaker 1: Take one for the team. You got to help us
• 23:56
Speaker 1: all out. Sometimes the yeah man, the needs of a
• 23:58
Speaker 1: mini outweigh the needs of the one, So help us
• 24:01
Speaker 1: out with that. So there you go. Those are the
• 24:03
Speaker 1: starts and says. For more in depth analysis, you can

• 24:37
Speaker 1: signed for our spicy hot takes. For Week ten, Lakwan
• 24:40
Speaker 1: starts off get a little bit spicy all right now.
• 24:43
Speaker 3: A lot of the rookie tight end talk have been
• 24:47
Speaker 3: Colston Love in these last two weeks, but the love
• 24:49
Speaker 3: is going to Tyler Warren and my bolt take against
• 24:52
Speaker 3: one of his tough of battles all season long, against
• 24:54
Speaker 3: the Falcons, who are allowing three fantasy points for a
• 24:57
Speaker 3: game to the tight end position. I got Tyler Warren
• 24:59
Speaker 3: putting up season high twenty five plus fantasy points in
• 25:03
Speaker 3: this matchup overseas. I understand that the matchup and all
• 25:06
Speaker 3: the odds are against him, but Tyler Warren has something
• 25:08
Speaker 3: to say about this tight end rookie love that's been
• 25:11
Speaker 3: going to Loveland theast couple of days.
• 25:13
Speaker 1: I mean, he has been the tight end of record
• 25:15
Speaker 1: from the rookie class so far this season. Florio, you're
• 25:18
Speaker 1: a hot take for the week. I'm going with Jared Goff.
• 25:21
Speaker 2: I was talking about it earlier that right now it
• 25:24
Speaker 2: is his career low touchdown rate. I think regression hits
• 25:28
Speaker 2: and its name is the Commanders. So for me, I
• 25:31
Speaker 2: think Jared Goff is going to throw five touchdowns this
• 25:35
Speaker 2: week going up against the Commanders, who've allowed the fourth
• 25:38
Speaker 2: most touchdown passes on the year. And the most in
• 25:41
Speaker 2: the last month. Speed has killed them. The Lions have
• 25:44
Speaker 2: a lot of speed, so you have usually regression hits
• 25:47
Speaker 2: kind of all at once. This feels to me like a.
• 25:50
Speaker 1: Regression game for golf. I'm particularly big on Jared Goff
• 25:53
Speaker 1: this week. I'm also particularly big on Rashid s going
• 25:57
Speaker 1: from New Orleans to Seattle. I will admit this is
• 25:59
Speaker 1: heavily vibes based, but I do think Rashi Chhahed scores
• 26:03
Speaker 1: two touchdowns in his Seattle debut. If you want a
• 26:06
Speaker 1: little bit of stats for it, it is a situation
• 26:08
Speaker 1: where you got Sam Darnold, who's been one of the
• 26:11
Speaker 1: best deep ball throwers in the league this year. He
• 26:14
Speaker 1: has the highest completion percentage over expectation on deep balls
• 26:17
Speaker 1: this year over any other NFL starting quarterback. You got
• 26:21
Speaker 1: Rashichi Heed, who's one of the best deep ball trackers
• 26:23
Speaker 1: in the league. That seems like a match made in
• 26:25
Speaker 1: fantasy heaven. Plus, if you're the Seahawks, why not announce
• 26:30
Speaker 1: your presence to the rest of the league by saying
• 26:33
Speaker 1: you got another weapon to compliment Jackson Smith in JIGBA.
• 26:36
Speaker 1: There so big game coming forward Rashid Shaheed this week
• 26:40
Speaker 1: in the meantime for us, that is it. We are done.
• 26:43
Speaker 1: We appreciate you hanging out with the NFL Fantasy Football show.
• 26:46
Speaker 1: You know the drill. Tell two friends to tell two
• 26:47
Speaker 1: friends rate review and remember, hope to reach an age
• 26:50
Speaker 1: where your back goes out more than you do. Be safe,
• 26:52
Speaker 1: take care of yourselves. Enjoy Week ten everybody, and we'll
• 26:55
Speaker 1: talk to you again on Monday. Don't Bob, don't no
