- 0:30Comfortable and get started Hello healer.
- 0:32Welcome back to the podcast.
- 0:35I have a different special podcast for you today.
- 0:39And this one you'll hear me we view a patient of mine blood work.
- 0:44To give you some context.
- 0:45This young lady came to me maybe three years ago with got issues.
- 0:50She had a lot of digestive issues.
- 0:52Was diagnosed with IBD irritable bowel disease.
- 0:56After leaving the hospital, Came to me.
- 0:59And we started working.
- 1:00you hear me mentioning how well she did in the program, how she's one of those people that just follow through and implement every single recommendations.
- 1:11Because of that, she did exceptionally well.
- 1:14And she was able to restore.
- 1:16The function of a body, we gain a half back.
- 1:20We've heard so many people.
- 1:22Now I'm treating the whole family, since then the family also referred other people.
- 1:26So that says a lot about the work that we'll do here in our clinic.
- 1:30Is that we really take people's health.
- 1:33Very seriously.
- 1:34As long as they are open.
- 1:36To receive.
- 1:37We are open to embark on this journey with them.
- 1:41That's the context you heard me go over.
- 1:43Her blood results.
- 1:45She came back to me with some, you know, issues, not as severe.
- 1:48As the first time.
- 1:49And when we did blood work, she had a few elevations.
- 1:54And I took this opportunity to go over the results with her.
- 1:58But the most important piece of this whole process is me going over.
- 2:04Her result.
- 2:05We got in her liver, her liver enzymes.
- 2:08Elevated.
- 2:09She has fatty liver disease.
- 2:12And since we are putting together the liver detox.
- 2:15Program that will be taking place March 27th.
- 2:18The last day to register as much 20th, you.
- 2:22I hear me mentioned it about the liver enzymes.
- 2:25She also has a virus, high cholesterol, which all three.
- 2:29Lead to liver disease.
- 2:32And she didn't know she had liver disease.
- 2:34Many people are walking around with liver.
- 2:36disease conditions that are not favorable for the liver.
- 2:39And we don't know.
- 2:40So when you listen to this, listen to this with an open mind, and also ask yourself this question, could this be me?
- 2:48Could I have liver disease that is undiagnosed.
- 2:51She wishes of the liver.
- 2:52Could I have fatty liver disease, high cholesterol that I'm struggling with?
- 2:56Could it be as it was out of my liver processing?
- 3:00The tax and properly.
- 3:02So if you are interested in joining us for the liver detox, Your last time to register will be March 20th, which is about next week.
- 3:14So you'll sit in link.
- 3:15In the show notes.
- 3:17I highly recommend anyone.
- 3:19That suffers with any kind of health conditions to really focus on.
- 3:25We're moving toxins from the liver.
- 3:28You don't have to have the perfect blood work.
- 3:30Even if your blood work is normal, that still doesn't say anything about your liver.
- 3:35We all can be proactive.
- 3:37We have room for.
- 3:38Improvement because I'm doing the liver detox I don't have fatty liver disease and I don't have any like major liver conditions, but I'm doing it so I can support my liver.
- 3:49Because I'm exposed to tons of toxins every day.
- 3:52And I want to give my liver some CLCs so that it can work for me.
- 3:56Fatty liver disease, cirrhosis of the liver, hepatitis, all of this can have conditions of very serious and many of them will go undiagnosed, undiscovered and millions of people walking around with this disease or this condition.
- 4:09not aware of it.
- 4:10So take a listen.
- 4:12And you'll see me mentioned patient.
- 4:13I didn't put her name because I didn't want her to feel uncomfortable.
- 4:17But as you guys know, my podcast episodes are from where life situation, where cases that I see in my practice, these are not made up staff.
- 4:27They are well.
- 4:28She's going to go through the liver detox.
- 4:30Program.
- 4:31After that, I'm going to do a repeat of her blood work to see what her liver enzymes are, her cholesterol level, and also the virus that she's dealing with.
- 4:39And hopefully I can.
- 4:41Ask her.
- 4:42permission, again, to have a comeback on the podcast.
- 4:45This time we'll listen, AME.
- 4:47So that we can do it before and after.
- 4:49So take a listen.
- 4:50Enjoy this podcast.
- 4:51And I'm going to be doing more of that so that you will know what to expect and how your doctor should be.
- 4:57Reviewing your lab results going one by one by one, every single category, instead of saying, Hey, your blood work is normal.
- 5:04That's not enough.
- 5:05You need to really look at the values to see where you are on the reference range and really take that information either to better your house or to continue doing what you're doing right now.
- 5:16enjoy, hopefully I'll see you in the liver detox program link in the show notes, let's go take a lesson.
- 5:23So patient, do I have your permission to record this conversation?
- 5:28Yes.
- 5:28And I have today.
- 5:29Yes.
- 5:29Awesome.
- 5:30I know that recording might not be the best, but, I have one of my favorite patient, VIP, you know, you are.
- 5:37You and I go way back.
- 5:39You trusted me with your health.
- 5:41Way way back when you had all the stomach issues.
- 5:44We have a long journey together.
- 5:46That's how I ended up.
- 5:47helping your mom and your dad and your brother, like the whole family.
- 5:51So I want to thank you for giving us this opportunity because I'm going to take this.
- 5:56office visit as an experience to also educate other people that might be listening to the podcast.
- 6:01On ways to improve in west, coming up in the blood work.
- 6:04So we helped we work together.
- 6:07A while back and you did well.
- 6:09Is that fair to say you did well.
- 6:10Yes.
- 6:11Okay.
- 6:11And now you back because you were having wet.
- 6:14I was having more stomach issues let's say in a different area or region.
- 6:20from my past experience.
- 6:22and then I noticed it was affecting my body and other things and it just kept progressing.
- 6:28Dr.
- 6:28Jones.
- 6:29Yeah.
- 6:29So when you reach out to me and tell me about your stomach issues, I have to get on it because again, you and I work together and I know how.
- 6:38Committed you are and motivated and healing your body.
- 6:41You, one of those people that will go above and beyond.
- 6:43And invest and do whatever's necessary.
- 6:46That's why you were able to bounce back so fast.
- 6:49From the previous health issues because you implemented, I have your chart in front of me.
- 6:53You journaled everything.
- 6:54You did the full plan.
- 6:55You.
- 6:56Literally.
- 6:57Which out to me and ask questions.
- 6:58And that's why I love you so much.
- 7:00Because it's one thing to give recommendations to people and the people don't follow it.
- 7:05It's another thing to give recommendations and people follow it.
- 7:08Although they pay money and get results.
- 7:10So when I work with somebody like yourself, it gives so much joy into my life.
- 7:14It makes my work very easy.
- 7:17Cause I know when you have a questions because you are doing.
- 7:21You're following the protocol, you're doing what you're supposed to do.
- 7:23And so ask him questions of things that are coming up.
- 7:25So now, now we're back.
- 7:26Again, I want to thank you for allowing me to tape this audio.
- 7:30To kind of help other people.
- 7:31Because you could have gone to your primary care.
- 7:34Did you go to your primary care doctor or you came straight to me?
- 7:36No, I came straight.
- 7:37Okay.
- 7:38Right because the P the first time you didn't have a good experience with department care doctor.
- 7:42I remember this conversation.
- 7:43And then giving you medications and then you did end up in the hospital.
- 7:47So.
- 7:48Thank God.
- 7:49I did a good job.
- 7:50Yes.
- 7:50And now you're back.
- 7:51So we're going to go over the blood work.
- 7:54I saw you.
- 7:55We did a brief, we evaluation.
- 7:57assessment of what's going on with the stomach issues, different region of your stomach.
- 8:01We did blood work.
- 8:02So I'm just gonna go over.
- 8:03I know you guys that are listening to the podcast cannot see the blood work.
- 8:09But I'm going to do my best to describe.
- 8:12What we are.
- 8:13Going over.
- 8:13So you have a copy.
- 8:14I have a copy.
- 8:16I believe every single human being should have a copy of the blood work.
- 8:19This is yours to keep because at the end of our work together, We are going to, we assess.
- 8:25do the blood work again to see where we are.
- 8:27If you don't have a copy it's very sad to me when I ask patients, if they have copies of the blood work and they don't.
- 8:34We should always have a copy so you can monitor your own health and your own results.
- 8:38So we did lab co-op.
- 8:39And this covered by insurance, Yes.
- 8:42And the lab co-op I did basic blood work as well as non basic blood work.
- 8:47So I did conventional and as well as auto markers that most doctors don't check for.
- 8:51And we did a CBC, which is a complete blood count.
- 8:54So when I did that, I was looking for.
- 8:57The numbers of white blood cells, you have red blood cell.
- 9:01So we did looking at the performance of the bone marrow.
- 9:04Because if we are Nimic, if you have some type of anemia, which you don't.
- 9:08Then your hemoglobin and your red blood cells will.
- 9:10So, which is good.
- 9:11We also did a complete metabolic panel by looking at the function of your pancreas and look in the your glucose centric.
- 9:19The function of your kidneys and your liver.
- 9:21And.
- 9:22One before we started recording, I asked you.
- 9:25When you looked at the blood work, because we also did upload it into your portal, right?
- 9:29So you had access to it and you'll have access to.
- 9:31To the blood work to lab Corp.
- 9:33And we also give you a copy.
- 9:34When I asked her that question, I'm like, huh?
- 9:36Which of the markers that are elevated as problematic to you?
- 9:40You did mention the Coxsackie, which is one of them in that the cholesterol, however, To me.
- 9:46The most.
- 9:47Problematic marker.
- 9:49Is the liver enzymes.
- 9:51So I'm on page two.
- 9:52Okay.
- 9:52Because when you do a complete metabolic panel, Oh, we're looking at again, the function of the kidneys, kidneys, uh, The filtration system.
- 10:01We're looking at the function of your liver because everything gets metabolized and detox in the liver.
- 10:07And if you have any health issues, Any, what is fatigue?
- 10:12Brain fog.
- 10:13Stomach issues.
- 10:14We have to look at the liver.
- 10:16And most often the liver enzymes are not elevated.
- 10:19For you?
- 10:19It is.
- 10:20That.
- 10:21Alt DLT.
- 10:23So when we look at the liver enzymes, the liver has many factors or many components.
- 10:28Albumin is part of the liver.
- 10:30Alkaline phosphate.
- 10:31It's part of the liver.
- 10:32And then you have AST, which is part of the liver enzymes, but it's a nonspecific liver enzymes, meaning not.
- 10:39Other part of your body can produce that enzyme.
- 10:41But the alt.
- 10:43A L T.
- 10:44L for liver.
- 10:45It's a long name.
- 10:46I'm not going to do the whole medical thing here.
- 10:48But it's alt, if you look at your blood work and you look under complete metabolic panel, We see a L T.
- 10:55Most often that liver enzymes is not elevated, but that doesn't mean you don't have fatty liver disease.
- 11:01If you have high cholesterol, diabetes, you have liver issues.
- 11:04If you have skin issues, you have liver issues.
- 11:07But unfortunately for us conventional medicine, Willy picked it up when it's really, really high.
- 11:13And at that time, it's going to create a lot of effort on our part to when it down.
- 11:17For you, you.
- 11:18Your liver enzymes, the most specific one to deliver, which is ELT is 46.
- 11:23I would love to see that number.
- 11:24In the twenties.
- 11:26Okay, right.
- 11:26The twenties.
- 11:27Yeah.
- 11:27So, what does that mean?
- 11:28That means the liver is very sluggish.
- 11:30You have fatty liver disease.
- 11:32That's what it means.
- 11:33Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
- 11:35we need to help support the liver because as I tell you, and I tell all the patients in the world.
- 11:41That delivers the garbage can in the house.
- 11:44So if you have a virus, which you also do any virus, any pathogenic activities, bacteria, they are producing toxins.
- 11:52And everything was to deliver.
- 11:54The medications that should we take?
- 11:56Quest to deliver even Tylenol.
- 11:58Cause the deliver.
- 11:59I'll be poor Finn.
- 12:00The supplements that we take has to go to deliver everything was to deliver.
- 12:04The liver is the most vascularized, Oregon.
- 12:07And it is one of the organ that most people don't pay attention to.
- 12:11And hence why we have liver.
- 12:13You know, sluggish liver.
- 12:15Liver disease, cirrhosis of the liver.
- 12:17If you have cholesterol, we need to adjust the liver because the liver makes cholesterol and also store cholesterol.
- 12:24And I asked you before, because I remember the blood work that we did.
- 12:28With it two years ago, when you first came to me.
- 12:30You didn't have high cholesterol.
- 12:32Now we do so diamonds deliver sluggish.
- 12:34We need to support the liver.
- 12:36If you don't, then you're going to put yourself at risk for liver cancer.
- 12:40or against.
- 12:40Because of the labor.
- 12:42Liver failure.
- 12:42We don't want any of that.
- 12:43So it's 46.
- 12:45We're going to work into a decrease in that number.
- 12:48Again, tax sins.
- 12:49That means that the liver cannot process the toxins that are coming in into the liver.
- 12:54So now you have an overflow.
- 12:56That's what it is.
- 12:57And when that happens, you have.
- 12:58Drainage pathways is clock and you have flow back flow of toxins into all the parts of your body.
- 13:03So if the liver's not working, we also have to think about the kidneys because the liver metabolize kidneys filters.
- 13:09And if the liver enzymes is elevated, then we have to make sure the filtration system, which is the kidneys.
- 13:14Also worth.
- 13:15So that's the most thing.
- 13:16When I look at it, I'm like, oh, she has fatty liver disease, which is undiagnosed in 90% of the population because most doctors are waiting for it to be like severely elevated to do something about it.
- 13:27We're not going to do that.
- 13:28And then when we move down, we see coxsackievirus in my practice we do antibodies.
- 13:33And most people would tell me, well, Dr.
- 13:35GNC I'm immune because I have no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
- 13:38If you have antibodies for anything.
- 13:41That means you have the thing.
- 13:42You have to have antigen to produce antibodies.
- 13:46So you might say, well, Coxsackie is for the babies, right?
- 13:50Like the hand foot and mouth babies.
- 13:52Get it.
- 13:52But we all have a degree of viral load.
- 13:54In our bodies.
- 13:56If we look at the.
- 13:57Your left the reference range.
- 13:59You see, according to LabCorp.
- 14:01The that antibodies, the IgG should be under one to 100.
- 14:07Us' one to 400.
- 14:08Okay.
- 14:09So you had a virus, you had a gut infection, and I knew that when you came in, I'm like, yep, it's a gut infection.
- 14:14So the vibe is that you have, you probably had it as a child.
- 14:18You probably have come in contact with it because your immune system's a little, weak right now because it's fighting so many things, then that virus took the opportunity to replicate.
- 14:27So again, I'm going to say this.
- 14:29If you have antibodies doesn't mean like you're immune to ed, because if you have antibodies, it should be normal.
- 14:34If LabCorp is detecting an elevation, that means you have the virus, the virus is doing something.
- 14:39Your immune system is not strong enough.
- 14:41So I highly encourage that everybody do.
- 14:44Check antibodies for all the viruses.
- 14:46And that's a test you can take to write, like we did with LabCorp is covered by insurance.
- 14:51You don't have to spend thousands of dollars in it to get that answer.
- 14:55We need to decrease the Coxsackie virus, elevation, because you can see all the strings are elevated.
- 15:00Right?
- 15:00Yeah.
- 15:01Which is not bad.
- 15:02Again, a lot of viruses.
- 15:04A house in the liver.
- 15:05The liver's powerful.
- 15:06I know I'm the gut expert.
- 15:08I talk about guh, guh, guh, guh, but what people don't understand, I'm always addressing the liver as well.
- 15:13So that's why we do binders For the liver.
- 15:15And that's why we always pushing fluid.
- 15:17We do.
- 15:18celery juice.
- 15:19Yep.
- 15:19That's deliver.
- 15:20If you do it, then the line that's deliver, like a lot of bitters that's delivering.
- 15:24So also help deliver.
- 15:25So I don't really promote liver, but I'm always thinking about how we can support that organ in your body.
- 15:31So we're going to decrease the Coxsackie virus by boosting your immune system.
- 15:36We'll have a whole protocol.
- 15:37We talk about that, but we'll do high-dose vitamin C.
- 15:40We'll talk about you.
- 15:41You know, whatever's coming up with you and ozone.
- 15:44If you don't have access to those, you have to do herbs.
- 15:48But I think the first thing to do is to really detox the liver.
- 15:50Because right now, going into full force of killing anything is sending more toxins to deliver.
- 15:56And right now you leave a study new.
- 15:58You know, it's overwhelmed.
- 15:59It's not working.
- 16:00I mean, it's working.
- 16:01But needs help.
- 16:02That's what the liver enzymes is elevated.
- 16:04Moving down here, we'll look at your cholesterol.
- 16:08The total cholesterol is elevated.
- 16:10And also the LDL is elevated.
- 16:13Now I'm not too crazy about cholesterol.
- 16:15If you address the liver.
- 16:16Because the liver produces cholesterol.
- 16:19And then we get cholesterol for mics, external sources, like the.
- 16:22Food that we eat.
- 16:23That the sugar turns into fat cholesterol.
- 16:25So when the liver doesn't know what to do with this excess of carbs and sugar, It stores it as fat.
- 16:31And then you have cholesterol.
- 16:32Yeah.
- 16:33That's that it works.
- 16:34So once we change your diet, which I know you're working on already, because you already have some of the tools.
- 16:39We decreased the liver enzymes.
- 16:42We're boosting our immune system.
- 16:44The cholesterol will go down.
- 16:45That's why a lot of cholesterol supplements out there also have milk Taso because they also address in liver.
- 16:51We've got to adjust, deliver.
- 16:52If you want to win that Nucala.
- 16:53You have to, if you don't, of course, you're going to have cholesterol in your arteries.
- 16:57You're going to have, heart disease, like.
- 16:59Things in the arteries.
- 17:00The plaque in the arteries, high blood pressure, but cholesterol is not mainly a cardiovascular issue.
- 17:07It is a liver issue.
- 17:08As well.
- 17:09cause, you know, you mentioned about the bit of tiredness, so I did check your iron.
- 17:12That's good.
- 17:13Last time when we worked together, you had some candida that's negative because we did address that.
- 17:17So no more candida.
- 17:19Here we go.
- 17:19The next speech.
- 17:20So B12 being one B2, B3, B five B6, BNI beat.
- 17:26They all water soluble vitamins.
- 17:29Your body doesn't hold on to B12.
- 17:31Your body will take whatever it needs and you supposed to pee it out.
- 17:34And the fact that you have an elevation of B12.
- 17:38That means it's not going into yourselves.
- 17:40So we have fat soluble vitamins, and then we have water soluble vitamins.
- 17:45B12 all the B vitamins, a B complex, a water.
- 17:49Soluble vitamin.
- 17:50So that's why some people would accept elements and then they go urinate and they'll see the urine yellow.
- 17:54They excluded in the B12.
- 17:56So when I look at this B12 and knowing that you mentioned that, you know, awhile back, that you still a little sluggish and tired, that means you need B12.
- 18:04This supplement is not going inside of yourselves, but your body sensing that you need it.
- 18:09I was holding onto it.
- 18:10So that's why a B12 is elevated.
- 18:12It's not because you have too much B12 because there's a disconnect.
- 18:16It's not going inside of yourselves to give you the energy or to do his job.
- 18:20Your body sensing because the bad is amazing sensing there's a deficiency is holding onto it.
- 18:25That's trash B12.
- 18:27That's what that is.
- 18:27Yeah.
- 18:28So for patient like yourself, again, we have to go back to the toxins because if you look at the receptor site, Of yourselves, if it's full of toxins because the liver cannot process the toxins.
- 18:40Then it's not going to have opening for the bees to go in.
- 18:43It's clogged.
- 18:44Yeah, it's taken already.
- 18:45So then the B12 is just going through your bloodstream, looking for houses that helped me.
- 18:50I ended at home.
- 18:51I'm all alone.
- 18:52And then when we did the blood test is coming up.
- 18:54Now Ivy vitamin therapy is the perfect way to get B12 inside of yourselves.
- 18:59If you don't have access to.
- 19:01Vitamin therapy for this.
- 19:02Listen in.
- 19:03Then you need to address the taxes first because I can give you the best bit of supplements, which you are taking a good one.
- 19:09The one that I, you know, what come in for mom.
- 19:11It's an activated B12.
- 19:13But yet we need to move toxins for the bees to go in.
- 19:17That's what's going on.
- 19:17Oh, it goes back to toxins.

- 21:49The Coxsackie.

- 23:45In the liver.
- 23:46We're going to start this challenge.
- 23:48We're going to detox.
- 23:49The liver for 10 days is a good thing.
