- 0:00Speaker 1: This is Gavin from Bush. We have our tenth record
- 0:03Speaker 1: are now I'd beat Loneliness and it's fucking great and
- 0:05Speaker 1: I'm happy to beat you.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Fantastic Gavin, thanks to join us today. Cheers, Cheers, Dada Brothers.
- 0:15Speaker 2: As you say, Bush released your ten studio album I
- 0:18Speaker 2: Beat Loneliness just last month. So how's the early reception
- 0:21Speaker 2: been for it.
- 0:23Speaker 1: It's been fantastic, really amazing across the board, really great
- 0:28Speaker 1: reception to a record that is finding its way connecting
- 0:32Speaker 1: with people. And this has been a really fun time,
- 0:38Speaker 1: you know, releasing sixty Ways to Forget People, then you know,
- 0:43Speaker 1: to DSPs and then because the different kind of ways
- 0:46Speaker 1: people do it now and there's Scars, it's not just
- 0:49Speaker 1: then Land of Milk and Honey then Scars. Maybe I'd
- 0:53Speaker 1: beat Loneliness the next and there's a nice way they've
- 0:56Speaker 1: just working the album, and so it feels like a
- 0:59Speaker 1: body of work because I suppose it's like cracking on one
- 1:02Speaker 1: song for like six months, you know.
- 1:06Speaker 3: Yeah, we're dood now. It's a bit of a deep album, right.
- 1:09Speaker 2: But before we get onto that, can you tell us
- 1:11Speaker 2: a bit more about the album from a musical point
- 1:13Speaker 2: of view and what a you're going for this song around?
- 1:16Speaker 1: You know, for me, music is still an experiment. I'm
- 1:19Speaker 1: still twenty five percent I don't understand about it, or
- 1:24Speaker 1: probably even more and and and so every song I
- 1:29Speaker 1: write is this form of experimentation for me and just
- 1:34Speaker 1: diving into these different worlds. So for me, I'm finding
- 1:38Speaker 1: a lot of a lot in the detuned world and
- 1:43Speaker 1: then a lot of in the sense the soft sense
- 1:45Speaker 1: you can have, and I can create these worlds to
- 1:47Speaker 1: write in that. I have a weird, weird skill set,
- 1:51Speaker 1: weird weird little skill set, which is I can go
- 1:56Speaker 1: into banks of sound and I can really so I've
- 2:00Speaker 1: done it for years where I had to listen to
- 2:01Speaker 1: other people going through them slowly, I mean, but now
- 2:03Speaker 1: I've got my own studio, can go through things really quick.
- 2:08Speaker 1: And so you find these great moments that create these
- 2:11Speaker 1: atmospheres with with their keyboards, and so I just.
- 2:14Speaker 4: Write in those in those worlds as where I write.
- 2:18Speaker 3: What do you mean by banks of sounds before?
- 2:22Speaker 1: I mean like soft sense, you know, like the libraries
- 2:25Speaker 1: of sounds, so sonically you know, from from film score, music,
- 2:30Speaker 1: from Arabian music, whatever, it's infinite, you know, I mean
- 2:35Speaker 1: the world of sound put on hard lives. You can
- 2:37Speaker 1: imagine there's there's banks of sound for everything that ever
- 2:41Speaker 1: happened in.
- 2:42Speaker 4: The history of the world and.
- 2:46Speaker 3: Occupied for a while anyway.
- 2:49Speaker 4: Yeah, but I'm really quick ated.
- 2:50Speaker 1: The thing is I've got I'm quick at it, so
- 2:53Speaker 1: I love that process of it. It just sort of
- 2:55Speaker 1: feels as close as I get to being a bit
- 2:57Speaker 1: of a painter or something like throwing music around just
- 3:00Speaker 1: seeing where it connects to.
- 3:02Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 3:03Speaker 2: Lie, now you've been quite to say that I've been
- 3:05Speaker 2: lighted as is the most personal record you've have made.
- 3:08Speaker 3: Can you elaborate on that for us?
- 3:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that I made a conscious effort to
- 3:14Speaker 1: be to make a really honest album about what I
- 3:17Speaker 1: was thinking about and where i'd sort of got to
- 3:20Speaker 1: at this point in my life, you know, a sort
- 3:24Speaker 1: of some degree whatever experience I had, and you know,
- 3:28Speaker 1: I just decided to be open and vulnerable and be
- 3:33Speaker 1: myself so that people could see that it's not not
- 3:37Speaker 1: easy for anyone. And I'm firmly of the belief that
- 3:41Speaker 1: this is a record for everyone because it sort of
- 3:45Speaker 1: speaks to everyone's vulnerabilities and life is not easy, life
- 3:49Speaker 1: is amazing and magic. We've never lived at a better time.
- 3:52Speaker 1: There's never been a bad time to be a live
- 3:54Speaker 1: But at the same time there's a high price and
- 3:58Speaker 1: a high cost and people it's good to have a
- 4:02Speaker 1: record you can relate to and is not based in
- 4:05Speaker 1: aspirational do you know what I mean? I didn't do
- 4:07Speaker 1: a record about villains in the South of France, and
- 4:10Speaker 1: everyone's like, oh fuck, I've got to go in that record.
- 4:13Speaker 1: I want to get a Villains south of France. Unfortunately,
- 4:17Speaker 1: if I fucking knew how to do that, I just
- 4:19Speaker 1: would have done that.
- 4:23Speaker 4: And then Bush and then nine albums.
- 4:28Speaker 2: So like to say, man, this is your tenth album,
- 4:30Speaker 2: So why decided that this is the right time? Bad
- 4:34Speaker 2: gets so personal and in depth on an album.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Life just fucking tells you what to do. I don't
- 4:42Speaker 1: know what you tell life to do. Life tells what
- 4:44Speaker 1: to do. I mean when I traditionally made records before
- 4:48Speaker 1: you know the artist, Survival was really, you know, for me,
- 4:51Speaker 1: a really big record, a big triumph, and this was
- 4:55Speaker 1: directly talking about all the kind of struggles that everyone
- 4:58Speaker 1: had gone through and our ability to be strong and
- 5:02Speaker 1: so therefore it's a little bit outward. And then on
- 5:04Speaker 1: this one, I Honestly, I had so many conversations with
- 5:09Speaker 1: people that love the band, and I had a consistent
- 5:12Speaker 1: theme through that those conversations, which was about was about
- 5:21Speaker 1: what the records meant to them and how they've been
- 5:24Speaker 1: in the records or the music had been there for
- 5:25Speaker 1: them through their worst times, real common theme, and so
- 5:30Speaker 1: I just thought, well, that's obviously the I'm not very
- 5:34Speaker 1: good at party music, right, It's not my thing. I'm
- 5:38Speaker 1: no good at I'm no good at like storytelling, like
- 5:41Speaker 1: fucking they know the blues bands.
- 5:43Speaker 4: I can't. Don't tell stories.
- 5:45Speaker 1: I do situational you know, investigations, you know, human things,
- 5:52Speaker 1: living things, And so I just went to the best
- 5:55Speaker 1: of myself basically.
- 5:56Speaker 4: So that's what came out. And usually when.
- 5:59Speaker 1: I'm writing songs, right, I will traditionally what I've done before,
- 6:03Speaker 1: and it's always important to change what your traditions are.
- 6:06Speaker 1: I'd say, write twenty five songs, right, and then if
- 6:09Speaker 1: I'd wheel them down and write you know, but then
- 6:12Speaker 1: what happens. The best theme doesn't win, the best choruses win.
- 6:17Speaker 1: So then you end up with records that are like
- 6:20Speaker 1: sort of obviously the same person writing them, but they're
- 6:23Speaker 1: not necessarily as like, oh shit, that was the one
- 6:25Speaker 1: that we just act to one of the fucking themes.
- 6:28Speaker 4: Everything we're talking about, you know, talk about fuck. We'd
- 6:31Speaker 4: take that out, you know.
- 6:33Speaker 1: I was like, I only write wrote twelve songs, and
- 6:36Speaker 1: I kept them in a very consistent vein consistent themes,
- 6:42Speaker 1: which is basically, after five songs, normally, I'd be for
- 6:45Speaker 1: fuck's sake, stop thinking about yourself and I would find
- 6:48Speaker 1: an alternative subject. Literally, I'd be like, do not start
- 6:53Speaker 1: a song with I fuck me sideways?
- 6:56Speaker 4: Stop it?
- 6:57Speaker 1: You know this one, this one I felt more. I
- 7:02Speaker 1: felt I just gon saying ay a lot.
- 7:06Speaker 3: Well, you know.
- 7:10Speaker 4: What you say.
- 7:10Speaker 3: Overall, it's an album of hope for an album of spare.
- 7:13Speaker 4: Not just fair like fun. Look at me.
- 7:15Speaker 1: I'm like, I'm a fucking I'm like you do, I
- 7:18Speaker 1: mean a wolf. It's not it's like I'm living I'm
- 7:22Speaker 1: a living wolf. It's no, it's it's it's important that
- 7:27Speaker 1: people that it's not like, it's not it's not a
- 7:30Speaker 1: bible for the manic depressive or something like that. You know,
- 7:34Speaker 1: it just sort of it's there to be uplifting. But
- 7:38Speaker 1: you know, I'm like a I'm like a really fun person.
- 7:40Speaker 1: It's like a it's an upwardly mobile record. It's for
- 7:44Speaker 1: people to be alive too, you know. I think that
- 7:46Speaker 1: the one thing that I bring and I always talk about,
- 7:50Speaker 1: for instance, is an urgency.
- 7:52Speaker 4: You know, life.
- 7:53Speaker 1: There is an urgency to life, you know, because you
- 7:56Speaker 1: have to create your own momentum. I tell this to
- 7:58Speaker 1: my young kids, you know, like life doesn't care about you,
- 8:00Speaker 1: you know. I mean, you make your you make your
- 8:04Speaker 1: you make the waves, you you you you know, you
- 8:06Speaker 1: your surf on.
- 8:07Speaker 4: You know, this is what life is about.
- 8:09Speaker 1: So I don't know, just making a really concise, powerful
- 8:14Speaker 1: record that punches, and then it also it's you know,
- 8:18Speaker 1: the idea is is that it's kind of big and heavy,
- 8:22Speaker 1: but if every song was big and heavy, it would
- 8:24Speaker 1: be sort of one dimensional. So it tails off and
- 8:28Speaker 1: it goes into sort of a more kind of vibe
- 8:30Speaker 1: and and then you end with the rebel with a cause,
- 8:33Speaker 1: and then if you like, you can start again and
- 8:34Speaker 1: the whole thing goes around again. But it's like a
- 8:36Speaker 1: bit of a cycle of of how things.
- 8:39Speaker 4: Are, Yeah, how things are?
- 8:42Speaker 1: I mean the main thing for me is just not
- 8:43Speaker 1: make a record that sucks, you know, Like I've got kids.
- 8:47Speaker 4: I don't want to suck. I don't want to suck. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 8:54Speaker 4: yeah yeah.
- 8:56Speaker 1: People who always sad to me, like, you know, if
- 8:57Speaker 1: it's so cute, you know, I do you rightly song
- 9:00Speaker 1: about your kids? I was like no, but I'm just
- 9:02Speaker 1: fully aware that they hear it. My daughter wrote me
- 9:06Speaker 1: and was like that, I didn't, you know, I never
- 9:08Speaker 1: I don't send I maybe send her music, but I
- 9:10Speaker 1: don't send the three boys music, you know. I just
- 9:14Speaker 1: I let them discover it if they want.
- 9:15Speaker 4: I'm not there. I don't want to push my music
- 9:17Speaker 4: on them. I'm their dad, you know what I mean.
- 9:19Speaker 1: It's like, I think it's a bit awkward, but I
- 9:22Speaker 1: do like it when their friends think fucking bad, it's cool.
- 9:26Speaker 1: We took my you know, my son's Yeah, my son's
- 9:29Speaker 1: friend came to a show the other day.
- 9:32Speaker 4: It's just people who are into it.
- 9:33Speaker 1: And I like that because I imagine the opposite of like,
- 9:37Speaker 1: you know, he's trying to convince them of the early records.
- 9:39Speaker 4: Were they're really good? No, no, but they were really
- 9:41Speaker 4: great ones.
- 9:48Speaker 2: You mentioned that the album talks about vulnerability, but it
- 9:51Speaker 2: also deals with men's mental health issues, which is a
- 9:55Speaker 2: very important thing in this day and age. But he
- 9:57Speaker 2: spoke before about how people come up to you and
- 9:59Speaker 2: said how your music changed your life and how it's
- 10:02Speaker 2: helped them.
- 10:02Speaker 3: But how how important is.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Music and albums? Like I've been loneliness in the overall
- 10:07Speaker 2: scheme of things to let people know. I guess that
- 10:09Speaker 2: it's okay not to be okay.
- 10:12Speaker 4: Yeah exactly.
- 10:13Speaker 1: I mean I don't want to sort of talk out
- 10:15Speaker 1: eternal kind of in such an important subject. They'll all
- 10:20Speaker 1: say that the too much about the record. People either
- 10:24Speaker 1: connects or not with music. You know, it's like magnetic,
- 10:27Speaker 1: It's really simple. It's either gonna like we're gonna vibe
- 10:30Speaker 1: and like you know, you know, fucking get ripped and
- 10:34Speaker 1: just sit there and let me sit in your headphones
- 10:36Speaker 1: and just like you listen to what I got to say.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Oh you're going to fight me, don't fight me. But
- 10:40Speaker 1: it's just good to like mean something and to have
- 10:44Speaker 1: a genesis of of thought about it that is that
- 10:48Speaker 1: it's really there too.
- 10:50Speaker 4: You know.
- 10:50Speaker 1: I'm that I wrote the lyric I'm here to save
- 10:53Speaker 1: your life. Someone said that to me when I met them,
- 10:56Speaker 1: you know, thank you for saving my life. And I
- 10:58Speaker 1: was like I had this sort of tug of war
- 11:00Speaker 1: about it. I was like, sweetheart, you played the music
- 11:04Speaker 1: that I wrote, and I'm so happy. That's the biggest
- 11:07Speaker 1: compliment ever. But clearly you saved your life because.
- 11:11Speaker 4: I wasn't there. You know what I mean, I wasn't there.
- 11:13Speaker 1: I don't want to like, but I'll take the soundtrack,
- 11:17Speaker 1: so if I'm the soundtrack.
- 11:19Speaker 4: I just had that lyric, I do have that word.
- 11:22Speaker 1: When she said that to me, that matter I wrote down,
- 11:25Speaker 1: I'm here to save your life. I just thought, what
- 11:26Speaker 1: is my meaning of my life? I'm reaching the point
- 11:30Speaker 1: where I get a bit not weepy about myself, but
- 11:32Speaker 1: I need some perspective on who I am? What is
- 11:35Speaker 1: the meaning of my life? When I did I am
- 11:37Speaker 1: I getting the most out of it. I'm really being
- 11:39Speaker 1: honorable and interesting and my adding value. Like I've always
- 11:44Speaker 1: been obsessed about adding value to this world, not taking
- 11:47Speaker 1: it away. I was a real thief between the age
- 11:50Speaker 1: of twelve and fourteen. I was a major thief. Like
- 11:54Speaker 1: I shoplifted for two years straight, stole everything. I was
- 11:59Speaker 1: like a really good thief. Ended the last of Christmas
- 12:02Speaker 1: where I've robbed a whole department store, but a bunch
- 12:05Speaker 1: of things as people would leave for my to get
- 12:09Speaker 1: my dad and my.
- 12:09Speaker 4: Sister Christmas gifts. I was terrible. I never got caught too,
- 12:20Speaker 4: no status invitations made fucking so no.
- 12:27Speaker 1: But since that point, I literally have I can't take
- 12:31Speaker 1: a pencil from a from a from a hotel room.
- 12:35Speaker 1: I cannot steal. I can't steal. I'll never steal. And uh,
- 12:41Speaker 1: you know, it's a funny thing that I've just always
- 12:43Speaker 1: been obsessed about wanting to give because I always had
- 12:47Speaker 1: this really simple idea that if everyone was not shitty,
- 12:52Speaker 1: the world would be great.
- 12:53Speaker 4: It's just like.
- 12:56Speaker 1: It, you know, like I'm just here. I'm here for
- 12:58Speaker 1: a good time to make music. I love and look
- 13:01Speaker 1: after my people, you know, I really am. And yet
- 13:04Speaker 1: still things are difficult because life is difficult. But I
- 13:08Speaker 1: just I just lament that we have to deal with
- 13:11Speaker 1: so many shit people all the time that that are
- 13:13Speaker 1: not good. That it's a drag because everyone thought like
- 13:16Speaker 1: this it would be a.
- 13:18Speaker 3: Much wouldn't it.
- 13:23Speaker 2: How about you personally, may like us writing recording and
- 13:26Speaker 2: releasing this album a noticeable effect on you, like has
- 13:29Speaker 2: had helped with any issues you are going through?
- 13:33Speaker 1: Yeah, you know it helps my fucking kids that like
- 13:36Speaker 1: they're fucking so expensive.
- 13:38Speaker 4: You know, it.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Just allows me to work, you know, it means I
- 13:47Speaker 1: can I have a work of value to tour.
- 13:50Speaker 4: I'm just a fucking touring musician. You know.
- 13:52Speaker 1: If I have a great record, I have a much
- 13:54Speaker 1: better tour than if have a shitty record. So I
- 13:57Speaker 1: just always want to do everything really well. I mean,
- 13:59Speaker 1: I'm fucking around, but I want to do everything really well.
- 14:01Speaker 1: And life is short. So I love the idea of
- 14:06Speaker 1: making a great record.
- 14:08Speaker 3: Fair enough.
- 14:09Speaker 2: Now, I listen through the record before this made, and
- 14:11Speaker 2: it's a great, great album by the way, but every
- 14:14Speaker 2: song sort of stands out on its own merits.
- 14:16Speaker 3: So why did you choose to open with the song Scars?
- 14:18Speaker 3: Was there a specific reason?
- 14:21Speaker 1: Yeah, because it's so unusual and it's it's so I
- 14:24Speaker 1: was really inspired, you know, I was really inspired by TikTok.
- 14:29Speaker 1: I was really inspired by one quality that it was
- 14:33Speaker 1: is the rebirth of melody. You know, everyone's like annoyed
- 14:36Speaker 1: about the obviously the short term of it, the quick
- 14:40Speaker 1: fix of it is a nightmare, and there's mostly everything's
- 14:44Speaker 1: wrong about it right, But for me, as a songwriter,
- 14:47Speaker 1: what I notice is that God, you hear the best
- 14:50Speaker 1: melodies and they don't need much. It's just a little
- 14:54Speaker 1: bit of a bit of an air and there's fucking melodies,
- 14:58Speaker 1: and so I just I still do be anthemic.
- 15:03Speaker 4: So there's this sort of a world.
- 15:05Speaker 1: And I was getting some equipment in and you know,
- 15:09Speaker 1: I'm engineering myself for the first part. When I'm right,
- 15:12Speaker 1: I engineer myself up to the point I do my vocals,
- 15:15Speaker 1: I put the songs all together.
- 15:17Speaker 4: I going to you know, get it going. I get
- 15:19Speaker 4: all the sounds.
- 15:20Speaker 1: I can record my guitars, my bass, drums, everything. I
- 15:23Speaker 1: don't do my vocals because I don't want to. Being
- 15:26Speaker 1: a one man band isn't ridiculous. I have a great
- 15:29Speaker 1: engineer who then comes in. But when I was just
- 15:35Speaker 1: getting some studio stuff, I was working with some drums
- 15:38Speaker 1: and I think I kind of made a mistake. I've
- 15:40Speaker 1: put them through one processor incorrectly, very bright eno of me,
- 15:44Speaker 1: you know, no manual, just like what was this one due?
- 15:46Speaker 1: So I had those drums, I had those drums, and
- 15:51Speaker 1: I just was like, this is it? This is And
- 15:53Speaker 1: then I could just put this like a little backing
- 15:56Speaker 1: and then just do a sort of what would you
- 15:58Speaker 1: say to someone, what's on your mind? What's in the mirror?
- 16:02Speaker 1: Who do you see, who do you love? Are you willing?
- 16:04Speaker 1: Are you able to let yourself shine on through?
- 16:09Speaker 4: You know?
- 16:09Speaker 1: It's like I just was like, what would you say
- 16:10Speaker 1: to someone, you know what I mean, Tell me all
- 16:13Speaker 1: your paranoise, tell me what hurts the most. I'm sorry
- 16:17Speaker 1: for the fault lines, sorry for the sea of ghosts,
- 16:21Speaker 1: because you know, we will bring ghosts.
- 16:23Speaker 4: With us everybody when we're with someone new.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Right, So that's just me having a conversation with someone
- 16:29Speaker 1: idealistically openly, you know, like, and that's what it was.
- 16:33Speaker 1: And because it was on that on that sort of
- 16:36Speaker 1: very kind of tribal kind of rhythmic thing, I didn't
- 16:40Speaker 1: want anything in it. And actually when I sat in
- 16:41Speaker 1: the studios, finally sat in the back of the studio, right,
- 16:44Speaker 1: and I'm just thinking, there's the producer and the band,
- 16:48Speaker 1: and two things I was thinking, First off, please don't
- 16:51Speaker 1: cut it, don't edit it right.
- 16:53Speaker 4: Secondly, I think, and please don't play on it, to
- 16:56Speaker 4: leave it, leave it there. Yeah. I was like I
- 17:00Speaker 4: was just really like just ready.
- 17:02Speaker 1: I was like, outwardly looked like I was being open,
- 17:05Speaker 1: but on the inside, I was like really thinking, please,
- 17:08Speaker 1: don't plan on it.
- 17:11Speaker 3: You gotta let You've got to let them break.
- 17:13Speaker 1: So when I drove home from the studio and they
- 17:16Speaker 1: hadn't hadn't been touched, it was like, you know this
- 17:19Speaker 1: when it comes in there's some great stuff that you
- 17:22Speaker 1: know people are doing.
- 17:24Speaker 4: But it was funny like so it was just like,
- 17:29Speaker 4: I mean, I was ready to fight. I was ready to.
- 17:33Speaker 3: I did nothing.
- 17:34Speaker 4: I wasn't. I wasn't gonna take it lightly, but I
- 17:38Speaker 4: had I was really calm, you know.
- 17:39Speaker 3: It was just like it wor good anyway.
- 17:45Speaker 4: That's what it came about.
- 17:47Speaker 3: No, you're not sure at the moment, Brian.
- 17:49Speaker 2: I know you're a very busy man, but what's the
- 17:51Speaker 2: chances of you making it over this story of the world.
- 17:53Speaker 3: Have you had talks?
- 17:56Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that there's there's two major conversations going
- 18:00Speaker 1: on about February and March.
- 18:03Speaker 4: So from my perspective, I always want to come down.
- 18:05Speaker 1: There's it's exotic and I love Cleveland, I love you know,
- 18:10Speaker 1: but sometimes you want to come to Australia some I
- 18:12Speaker 1: want to, like you know what I mean, And if
- 18:15Speaker 1: we tie it right, it'd be like it'd be you know,
- 18:18Speaker 1: brilliant down there, so it's exotic and it's it's it's
- 18:23Speaker 1: really familiar because I'm English, so it's super familiar, you know.
- 18:27Speaker 4: I mean, but that the weather's.
- 18:29Speaker 1: Fucking great, fantastic food, great nightlife, fucking everyone's up for it.
- 18:36Speaker 4: And so I's like it's pretty simple.
- 18:43Speaker 1: I mean, I've got to stop going away so much
- 18:45Speaker 1: because it's getting a bit silly.
- 18:46Speaker 4: But that is on the cards, of course, yeah, of
- 18:51Speaker 4: course no.
- 18:52Speaker 2: So before I let you go go but I've started
- 18:54Speaker 2: a new thing up called photo bomb. So basically before
- 18:57Speaker 2: we chat, I've gone through social media. I've found a
- 19:00Speaker 2: few fighters I want to know a little bit more
- 19:01Speaker 2: about now to start with this one, Like I've seen
- 19:04Speaker 2: a lot of people serenaded by guitarists before, but.
- 19:08Speaker 3: What was Christopher serenading their horse on this one?
- 19:14Speaker 4: Well, first off, what a handsome man. Come on?
- 19:18Speaker 3: Of course, God deny that.
- 19:20Speaker 1: So that is that's his horse. I'm not sure which
- 19:26Speaker 1: one that is. It could be Pie.
- 19:29Speaker 5: And he's got this alternate life as a cowboy, very
- 19:34Speaker 5: traditionally going up on some plains in northern California and
- 19:38Speaker 5: cattle driving with as a ranch hand.
- 19:42Speaker 1: It's kind of amazing. He's found it as this whole
- 19:45Speaker 1: new lease of life. So it's a very that is
- 19:48Speaker 1: just his evolution.
- 19:51Speaker 3: It's beautiful fighter, beautiful fight is.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Incredible photograph, is it? He's an incredible like, he's just
- 20:00Speaker 1: so I love him so much.
- 20:01Speaker 4: He's just such.
- 20:02Speaker 1: A wild, crazy individual. I'm very very lucky to have him.
- 20:09Speaker 1: I mean, I'm very lucky to have my band that ship,
- 20:12Speaker 1: the White Hot.
- 20:13Speaker 4: It is brilliant. It is so good and they allow
- 20:18Speaker 4: me to just.
- 20:21Speaker 1: Be my federal self and they support me really really well.
- 20:26Speaker 1: You know, they're really fantastic, fantastic bandmates.
- 20:30Speaker 3: No, it's the last one about fan point mate is
- 20:33Speaker 3: It's a very touching moment. But where about sire? It
- 20:36Speaker 3: looks bloody cold?
- 20:41Speaker 4: Oh my god, that's a great picture. Was that? Is
- 20:52Speaker 4: that Niagara Falls? Is that Niagara Falls? Yeah? Niagara Falls.
- 20:57Speaker 4: That's a great pictures.
- 21:01Speaker 1: Were almost although we're recreating Titanic, it sounds like the
- 21:07Speaker 1: Kate winslet and we're like, you know, fighting over baselines.
- 21:13Speaker 3: It's a beautiful fighter. It looks funny cold.
- 21:15Speaker 4: But.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Yeah, well you know what, I'm a fucking idiot for
- 21:18Speaker 1: the ice baths we do. I do our ice bath
- 21:21Speaker 1: every day now, it's just mad. I don't know why
- 21:24Speaker 1: I'm doing this. I'm just like an idiot looking at
- 21:26Speaker 1: the Instagram like everyone else and like the things. Really
- 21:28Speaker 1: I do feel good after it. They're amazing. I'm being facetious,
- 21:32Speaker 1: but I do them. Do them after the shows, Me,
- 21:34Speaker 1: Nick and Corey, we all do them. I have an
- 21:38Speaker 1: ice bath in my one. It's got a new one
- 21:39Speaker 1: that's really nice. I think costs one hundred bucks, but
- 21:42Speaker 1: it's more of a tub. Right after the show's thirty
- 21:45Speaker 1: one forty one degrees three minutes, three.
- 21:49Speaker 4: To five minutes. Bosh, but I'm not going that water that.
