- 0:01Speaker 1: Jaredy, Katy, and Josh. I was just talking to these
- 0:05Speaker 1: two clowns across from me about our little event that
- 0:09Speaker 1: we had yesterday. We are owned by Kronky Sports. Yes,
- 0:12Speaker 1: so our all staff meetings are actually down at Ball Arena, Yeah,
- 0:16Speaker 1: which is pretty darn neat, you know. I was talking
- 0:19Speaker 1: to one of our sales guys as we were walking
- 0:20Speaker 1: in and I was like, this is wild that this
- 0:24Speaker 1: is where our meetings are. He's like, you know what,
- 0:25Speaker 1: it's It's kind of cool, isn't it Because we get
- 0:28Speaker 1: to be there when the stadium is completely empty. Yeah,
- 0:31Speaker 1: you know, and we're just walking around and hanging out.
- 0:33Speaker 1: We're up on club level. You feel all fancy and
- 0:36Speaker 1: we have our meetings and they gave us pizza and salad,
- 0:39Speaker 1: and I was like, it is kind of special.
- 0:41Speaker 2: It is, and my I love going in there and
- 0:43Speaker 2: seeing all the co workers we've never met.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Enjoy conjuring. Talked to a couple of dudes at the
- 0:51Speaker 1: urinal in the club level bathroom.
- 0:53Speaker 3: You really get to know people exactly.
- 0:58Speaker 1: That being said, the meeting was roughly four and a
- 1:00Speaker 1: half hours long when it ended. You specifically, Katie this
- 1:06Speaker 1: morning was saying, I was so impressed about how you
- 1:08Speaker 1: just disappeared.
- 1:09Speaker 4: Jerry.
- 1:09Speaker 3: You got it there so quick.
- 1:11Speaker 2: I mean you may have just jumped off that club
- 1:14Speaker 2: level window.
- 1:15Speaker 3: I don't even think you took the stairs.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Left it up and I was ready. I was like,
- 1:19Speaker 1: I'm like a runner at the beginning of the race.
- 1:21Speaker 1: I had the foot things, you know, where you locked
- 1:23Speaker 1: your feet into it. Every body dykes for comment and
- 1:27Speaker 1: everybody clapped, and I was like.
- 1:28Speaker 2: Yeah, before clapp three, you were gone like the of
- 1:31Speaker 2: an eye.
- 1:31Speaker 1: It was like a cartoon when like they disappear as
- 1:34Speaker 1: the little Puffy's the roadrunner. Yeah. I zipped out of
- 1:36Speaker 1: there like super quick.
- 1:38Speaker 2: It was funny because I wanted to introduce you to
- 1:40Speaker 2: one of my friends I know from Ballerino. I know that,
- 1:43Speaker 2: and I introduced Josh and I was just like, did
- 1:46Speaker 2: Jeremy already leave me?
- 1:47Speaker 3: Josh was like, are you kidding? Of course he didn't
- 1:49Speaker 3: turn your.
- 1:50Speaker 1: Right and this is Jah. Yeah. I zipped out pretty quick.
- 1:58Speaker 1: I mean I had been up since two thirty that
- 2:01Speaker 1: morning too, So if anyone ever gets in my kitchen,
- 2:03Speaker 1: I'm like, you know what, I'm gonna start calling you
- 2:05Speaker 1: when I get up at two thirty in the morning.
- 2:07Speaker 3: God bless his heart, because I love our engineers so much.
- 2:10Speaker 2: I do.
- 2:11Speaker 3: I love him.
- 2:11Speaker 2: He is like one of the funniest guys in man,
- 2:14Speaker 2: and he's so sweet and I just adore him so much.
- 2:17Speaker 2: But he clearly had something in his throat and he
- 2:20Speaker 2: was sitting right next to you, and you are the
- 2:22Speaker 2: biggest germophobe and him coughing entire your.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Back and he's trying to, you know, muffle it and
- 2:31Speaker 1: hide it. And I can feel the warm air on.
- 2:35Speaker 2: You and him, so I could see your face and
- 2:38Speaker 2: then Jason behind you.
- 2:39Speaker 3: Yeah, and so I saw him. I saw your face.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Every time he coughed, you flinched in a way where
- 2:45Speaker 2: you're like, oh.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Make it stop, Oh, make it stop. You're the COVID
- 2:48Speaker 1: from this guy. Well, and not to mention, they have
- 2:51Speaker 1: an ice cream freezer there where you go up and
- 2:54Speaker 1: get ice cream and stuff. That guy went up to
- 2:56Speaker 1: the ice cream freezer like nine times and the entire
- 2:59Speaker 1: time was behind me. And then.
- 3:03Speaker 3: It was a milky flem.
- 3:05Speaker 1: He had like a frozen butterfinger the whole time. Get
- 3:08Speaker 1: like four of them. Plan Anyway, that's kind of funny
- 3:16Speaker 1: to me. These geese are dying off can't they anyway?
- 3:23Speaker 1: That's not those poor geese Okay, And then I got
- 3:26Speaker 1: one final thing for it. There's a post that's gone
- 3:28Speaker 1: viral right now because we all need water bottles when
- 3:31Speaker 1: we're working out and stuff, right yeah, when we're working
- 3:33Speaker 1: on our fitness, unless you're a lady, which just you
- 3:36Speaker 1: get those water bottles just for an access three to
- 3:39Speaker 1: walk around with. The post is talking about that. Basically
- 3:44Speaker 1: every few years, water bottle brands have a hold over women.
- 3:50Speaker 1: They latch onto ladies because of trendy water bottles. It
- 3:54Speaker 1: becomes just a part of your personality. And then it
- 3:58Speaker 1: started breaking things down by day, like you know, in
- 4:01Speaker 1: the two thousands, it was the Nalgen in the early
- 4:03Speaker 1: two thousands, the camelbacks from like twenty ten to twenty sixteen,
- 4:08Speaker 1: the s Well or swell ones we're twenty sixteen to nineteen.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Then the hydro flax flasks, it the Yetties, the simply
- 4:17Speaker 1: moderns Stanley from twenty twenty two to twenty four. All
- 4:22Speaker 1: the ladies had the Stanley's. Yeah, and now it's the
- 4:24Speaker 1: o Wala water bottles. They are so trendy all the
- 4:28Speaker 1: ladies have them. The water bottle companies just have to
- 4:30Speaker 1: be rubbing their hands together every year because.
- 4:33Speaker 2: They're spending it's like thirty dollars at the least. Oh ye, water,
- 4:38Speaker 2: many of them six or seven, so you can have
- 4:41Speaker 2: one for every.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Day of the week six seven.
- 4:43Speaker 3: That's like three hundred and.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Fifty bucks right there on the lower end of water bottles.
- 4:47Speaker 3: And they are raking in the cash.
- 4:49Speaker 1: They are profits are skyrocking English year. At o'walla, the
- 4:53Speaker 1: lady is love my water judge. I'm kind of in
- 4:57Speaker 1: camp water bottle right now. I carry one with me
- 5:00Speaker 1: all the time. Now. I don't know why. I don't
- 5:02Speaker 1: know what's happened.
- 5:03Speaker 2: I don't know how we made it through the whole
- 5:05Speaker 2: nineties without water, but I know the entire time.
- 5:08Speaker 1: I peace so much. I like drinking water. I like
- 5:12Speaker 1: staying hydrated. But the amount of times I urinate good
- 5:15Speaker 1: for your kidneys, I guess, unless you're up nine times
- 5:18Speaker 1: a night urinating. But is it a steady stream? Like, yeah,
- 5:23Speaker 1: it's a solid stream. I'll show you if you want.
- 5:25Speaker 1: We can go in there right now. I want to
- 5:27Speaker 1: see it. I'll blow a hole right in the back
- 5:28Speaker 1: of that urine. It's a powerful stream. Still no problem,
- 5:32Speaker 1: but like be a problem though, no extreme. If we
- 5:36Speaker 1: had a stream competition, I can stand probably down at
- 5:39Speaker 1: the end of the hallway and hit the front doors.
- 5:41Speaker 3: Keep you and Josh do that. Actually, it's a little
- 5:43Speaker 3: harder for me.
- 5:43Speaker 1: To have a dream. You should see me write my
- 5:45Speaker 1: name in the snow. I can do it from like
- 5:47Speaker 1: forty feet away. That's the whole front yard a solid stream.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Oh yeah, sorry, ladies, I'm taking anything else, Josh. Yeah.
- 5:57Speaker 5: So we've talked multiple times about how many different trading
- 6:00Speaker 5: cards this year of broken world records. For the prices
- 6:03Speaker 5: that they're going, I think it's kind of getting over
- 6:05Speaker 5: the top.
- 6:05Speaker 6: Now.
- 6:06Speaker 5: Steph Curry is famous for hitting a night night shot
- 6:09Speaker 5: and it's one of those where he puts his hands
- 6:11Speaker 5: together and acts like he's sleeping because he just hit
- 6:13Speaker 5: the game winning shot of the to end the game.
- 6:15Speaker 5: And the most famous one actually is one that he
- 6:17Speaker 5: did against the Denver Nuggets. So we don't want to
- 6:19Speaker 5: talk about that one.
- 6:20Speaker 1: But there is a TOPS card.
- 6:22Speaker 5: It's the TOPS Chrome Update card that just sold for
- 6:26Speaker 5: thirty thousand dollars. Now that's not record breaking, but it
- 6:29Speaker 5: is going viral because it is a minion that is
- 6:34Speaker 5: dressed like Steph Curry. Now it's just over the top.
- 6:38Speaker 5: Why are we selling minion cards for thirty?
- 6:43Speaker 3: It's so cute.
- 6:43Speaker 5: This minion just looks like Steph Curry hitting the Night
- 6:46Speaker 5: Night pose. What are we doing here?
- 6:48Speaker 3: I want that card.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Something to tell your toddlers. Cameburd what's blowing up?
- 7:05Speaker 2: We've got receipts, We've got drummer, We've got Denver talking.
- 7:10Speaker 1: It's the mile High High with the.
- 7:12Speaker 3: JKJ legends and icons on Mix one hundred.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Yeah, it is time to get into all the big
- 7:18Speaker 1: news of the day is brought to you by Mountain
- 7:20Speaker 1: High Appliances, where you get amazing savings throughout all their showrooms.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Whether you're replacing one appliance or remodeling an entire kitchen,
- 7:28Speaker 1: all you have to do is go to Mountain High
- 7:30Speaker 1: Appliance dot com. Today is one of my most favorite
- 7:34Speaker 1: days because I get to You're right over the day.
- 7:37Speaker 1: It sounds like you stepped in some gum or something.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Gum day, No, I get to play this.
- 7:43Speaker 6: I want bacon, bacon, bacon.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Today is National Bacon Lover's Day.
- 7:48Speaker 6: I want bacon, bacon, bacon.
- 7:51Speaker 1: I love bacon. Well, people with heart problems general, they
- 7:54Speaker 1: still like it.
- 7:55Speaker 3: They just can't have it. There's the difference.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Go get that turkey bacon today. Don't be an idiot.
- 8:00Speaker 3: Do that make you so sad? On National Bacon Day?
- 8:05Speaker 1: I was looking at a black and white photo this
- 8:07Speaker 1: morning of mister John Stamos. He turned sixty three yesterday
- 8:11Speaker 1: and he continued a birthday tradition where he uh posts
- 8:16Speaker 1: strategically cropped nude photos of his upper half. This is
- 8:20Speaker 1: the third time in four years he has marked his
- 8:22Speaker 1: birthday that way. The post immediately generated tens of thousands
- 8:26Speaker 1: of interactions, with plenty of fans making inappropriate Uncle Jesse jokes.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I was one of them. Did you see mine?
- 8:38Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 8:39Speaker 1: He still looks good, for sure. He's still he just
- 8:42Speaker 1: looks good.
- 8:43Speaker 3: He's such a good looking guy.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I mean, face is starting to get you know.
- 8:47Speaker 3: Well, if you see it, you know what he's in
- 8:49Speaker 3: the photo.
- 8:49Speaker 2: He does the young gen Z thing where he puts
- 8:52Speaker 2: the camera in front of his face, so he's got
- 8:54Speaker 2: the phone, you know, strategically playing great hair, amazing that body.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Oh you are right over there, yes, oh stop it.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Oh it's from the show, from this show, all right.
- 9:09Speaker 1: So if you didn't know Meta is being sued for
- 9:12Speaker 1: one point four trillion dollars good by twenty nine US states.
- 9:17Speaker 1: They are alleging that the way that Facebook and Instagram
- 9:21Speaker 1: are operated and they're both hazardous to children's health. Yes,
- 9:25Speaker 1: and I agree, it's.
- 9:26Speaker 3: Hazardous to my health, everybody's health.
- 9:29Speaker 1: So if the states win these lawsuits, there could be
- 9:33Speaker 1: some changes that come to Facebook and the IG one
- 9:37Speaker 1: the death of the infinite scroll and AutoPlay, the features
- 9:41Speaker 1: intended to take you down rabbit holes and maximize screen time,
- 9:45Speaker 1: So an end to that good, No more algorithm manipulation.
- 9:50Speaker 1: This could mean a return to the old chronological way.
- 9:53Speaker 3: That you would do your feed.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Thank you Baby Jesus. You watch one one video on Tacos,
- 10:01Speaker 1: and the next thing you know, the next one hundred
- 10:04Speaker 1: videos are on tacos.
- 10:06Speaker 3: Oh my god, which isn't a bad thing, but still.
- 10:10Speaker 1: One Sydney Sweeney video on your next one hundred videos
- 10:14Speaker 1: are sweets. Hold on, you don't like Wait minute. It
- 10:19Speaker 1: would curb frequent notifications because they're gonna cut down the
- 10:23Speaker 1: excessive push notifications to your kids designed to get you
- 10:27Speaker 1: hooked again. Is they say it's the death of Fensta,
- 10:31Speaker 1: which are fake accounts burner accounts that kids are creating
- 10:35Speaker 1: that your parents can't find. They're going to crack down
- 10:37Speaker 1: on that. And then, my personal favorite, the end of
- 10:41Speaker 1: the like button. One of the main ways teens get
- 10:45Speaker 1: hooked on social media is their addiction to their like count.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Oh my god, I'm so happy about that. I just
- 10:52Speaker 1: the like button is so annoying to me.
- 10:55Speaker 3: So we're not gonna be able to say we like something.
- 10:57Speaker 2: Now.
- 10:58Speaker 1: You just look at it and in your head go
- 10:59Speaker 1: I like that, and then you move on and then
- 11:01Speaker 1: you're not gonna need to worry about.
- 11:03Speaker 3: Oh my god, I only got seven likes on my post.
- 11:06Speaker 3: Right though, for the kids, they need that, they need to.
- 11:09Speaker 1: We need it too, in this industry and media where
- 11:12Speaker 1: we are forced to post stuff every day and then
- 11:15Speaker 1: we're like, I all got twenty like.
- 11:17Speaker 3: Yeah, it does hit your ego a little bit, it does.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Sorry, I was focusing on what's going on over the airways,
- 11:23Speaker 1: So sorry are the airwaves? We got ten thousand likes?
- 11:27Speaker 3: Yeah? Yeah. Are they gonna make sure that.
- 11:30Speaker 2: The stuff that we see on Instagram and Facebook is
- 11:32Speaker 2: a little more factual?
- 11:33Speaker 3: Are they gonna do a little better not putting all
- 11:36Speaker 3: the AI stuff up?
- 11:37Speaker 2: There like, because that's what annoys me now is just
- 11:40Speaker 2: like a constant.
- 11:41Speaker 1: You get confusedly, I do it's real or not? I
- 11:45Speaker 1: don't know whether or not I should like this or not?
- 11:47Speaker 3: Okay, well, is the picture of Uncle Jesse real?
- 11:50Speaker 1: I know?
- 11:51Speaker 2: Well, we have to know, we need to know all
- 11:52Speaker 2: those hard hitting facts. You know, we do know about
- 11:55Speaker 2: kids in Colorado. And this is a really good.
- 11:57Speaker 3: Story for everybody.
- 11:59Speaker 2: NAT scores, I've hit a record high here in Colorado
- 12:02Speaker 2: can be math in So math emerged as a bright
- 12:05Speaker 2: spot in the latest standardized test results. So students posted
- 12:09Speaker 2: record stores in the subject where they have historically legged
- 12:13Speaker 2: behind English language arts. So this is really really good news.
- 12:17Speaker 2: And here's the numbers. Last year, thirty five point nine
- 12:21Speaker 2: percent of the kids, yeah, met or exceeded math expectations,
- 12:25Speaker 2: and this year that number went up to thirty seven
- 12:27Speaker 2: point three. That is the fourth consecutive year of an increase.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Can you turn that into a decimal FORMU and AI
- 12:34Speaker 1: we have to be you know what I went and
- 12:36Speaker 1: bought yesterday?
- 12:37Speaker 3: What's up?
- 12:37Speaker 1: I went and had to purchase a TI eighty four calculator.
- 12:41Speaker 1: They're still using the old TI eighty fours.
- 12:44Speaker 3: Are they still like five hundred dollars.
- 12:46Speaker 1: No, they were on sale. It was ninety bucks. Why
- 12:48Speaker 1: I upgraded and got the t I eighty four C.
- 12:51Speaker 1: I think it is because it's got a little color screen. Okay,
- 12:53Speaker 1: because when you do your graphin no, the graphing, I
- 12:56Speaker 1: guess you can do different colors on the graphs. I
- 12:58Speaker 1: guess which is important. But yeah, so I was like, what,
- 13:02Speaker 1: I've got one somewhere. Yeah, from when I was in school.
- 13:06Speaker 3: Yeah, well, you hang on to that guy.
- 13:07Speaker 4: I know.
- 13:08Speaker 3: It's like a mortgage payment back is it's.
- 13:10Speaker 1: In a box somewhere. The thing about the new ones
- 13:13Speaker 1: I like that they're rechargeable now, so you just plug
- 13:16Speaker 1: them under your wall and you're recharge them flying through
- 13:18Speaker 1: double A battery that was the.
- 13:20Speaker 3: Worst part piece of equipment.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Then cost you the nine double a's in the back,
- 13:25Speaker 1: and then you sit down to take a test and
- 13:27Speaker 1: they're all dead.
- 13:27Speaker 3: And your batteries go dead.
- 13:29Speaker 1: They're leaking acid.
- 13:30Speaker 3: Oh gosh.
- 13:31Speaker 2: But that is a really good look for Colorado because
- 13:33Speaker 2: I know, with the kiddos and across the nation in general,
- 13:37Speaker 2: map has been a subject where it's been going down.
- 13:40Speaker 2: So the fact that we're starting to see an upswing.
- 13:42Speaker 2: This has parents and teachers pretty excited. Way to go, kids, Yeah,
- 13:46Speaker 2: to make everybody proud. All right, this next one, Jeremy,
- 13:49Speaker 2: I know it's about a bear, and I know it's
- 13:52Speaker 2: up in crusted Butte.
- 13:54Speaker 1: So it's a bear sound effects.
- 13:55Speaker 3: But a bear broke into a home encrusted Butte and started.
- 13:59Speaker 1: A like in a fireplace.
- 14:02Speaker 2: Yeah you didn't his cousin Smokey warn him about the
- 14:05Speaker 2: dangers of forest fires.
- 14:07Speaker 1: Nice, come on.
- 14:09Speaker 2: The story's funny because in the headline says that the
- 14:13Speaker 2: bear snuck into the home this week and unintentionally started
- 14:17Speaker 2: a fire?
- 14:18Speaker 3: What as opposed to intentionally?
- 14:20Speaker 5: Like?
- 14:21Speaker 3: I just an arson?
- 14:22Speaker 4: Bear?
- 14:22Speaker 2: Like?
- 14:23Speaker 3: H they worded it the article.
- 14:26Speaker 1: I was just like, oh funny. My parents had a
- 14:29Speaker 1: bear they caught on their ring cam at almost eleven
- 14:32Speaker 1: o'clock at night wandering up and down their driveway. My
- 14:34Speaker 1: mom sent me the video. That was a big boy too.
- 14:37Speaker 1: It was a big bear wandered around in their driveway.
- 14:39Speaker 2: Could you imagine just if you went out to your
- 14:42Speaker 2: car and you saw a bear?
- 14:43Speaker 3: I mean, what would you even do? What you know,
- 14:48Speaker 3: that's what you want to? Oh funny? Okay, So this
- 14:53Speaker 3: story in cress of Youte.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Again, this bear just broke in and started a fire
- 14:57Speaker 2: in the kitchen and thankfully firefighters were able to come
- 15:00Speaker 2: out the fire make sure the bear wasn't in danger.
- 15:02Speaker 3: Nobody got hurt or anything. But this is just one
- 15:04Speaker 3: of many.
- 15:05Speaker 2: I mean, I believe in g Really the college you
- 15:07Speaker 2: in Seed, didn't they have a bear shopped campus yesterday?
- 15:10Speaker 1: He backpacking you know, yeah, exactly.
- 15:13Speaker 3: He's ready to get at those mad scores too.
- 15:16Speaker 2: We are little berried dada, all right, and then just
- 15:18Speaker 2: one more because Casa Boonita that's coming up soon, right well,
- 15:23Speaker 2: September twenty ninth is when they cut it off, but
- 15:25Speaker 2: or when they started up rather and then it goes
- 15:26Speaker 2: through November first. But because that place is still so
- 15:30Speaker 2: dang busy, you have to get a reservation to take
- 15:33Speaker 2: part in Casa Boonita, so customers are.
- 15:36Speaker 3: Encouraged to work costumes.
- 15:37Speaker 2: You can dress as your favorite cliff diver, action hero
- 15:40Speaker 2: or even a soapopeia if you want.
- 15:42Speaker 1: To get crazy, And can I be a soap apia
- 15:45Speaker 1: with a speedo.
- 15:46Speaker 3: On, shake your sugar dust everywhere?
- 15:52Speaker 1: That's what I'm talking back.
- 15:53Speaker 3: That would be epic.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Shaugar have you guys.
- 15:58Speaker 3: Ever done the Bonita.
- 16:00Speaker 1: You can't say that I have either. I haven't shown.
- 16:03Speaker 2: But they encourage you to like wear costumes and get
- 16:05Speaker 2: into the whole act and everything, because everybody, even the
- 16:08Speaker 2: cliff divers, everybody kind of gets into.
- 16:10Speaker 1: The dress up. Like one of the Mariachi guys come
- 16:12Speaker 1: in with a jank guitar, just like in your speedout. Yeah, okay,
- 16:18Speaker 1: so I'll be a soapopia with a big sombrero on
- 16:21Speaker 1: in Espeedo.
- 16:23Speaker 3: See that we've already figured it out.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Yeah, there he goes.
- 16:30Speaker 2: So anyway, Casa Boonita, you can get in on that
- 16:33Speaker 2: starting September twenty ninth.
- 16:35Speaker 1: All right, So in a mile High High, Katie was
- 16:37Speaker 1: talking about how Colorado kids be math in math scores
- 16:42Speaker 1: are way up, and we actually had a math teacher
- 16:45Speaker 1: call us to confirm. Hi, Andrea, good morning, Welcome to
- 16:49Speaker 1: the show.
- 16:50Speaker 4: Hi, thank you.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Well, where are you a math teacher at?
- 16:55Speaker 4: Oh you're on the street from you that's right, you
- 16:58Speaker 4: know me? You know me?
- 17:00Speaker 1: Oh? Really we know you? Yeah? Uh so you're you're
- 17:06Speaker 1: teaching math? What kind of math are you teaching?
- 17:08Speaker 2: Like?
- 17:08Speaker 1: Algebra?
- 17:10Speaker 4: Yeah, algebra one and geometry. I got the ninth and
- 17:12Speaker 4: tenth graders. So ninth grade scores went up a whole lot,
- 17:16Speaker 4: tenth grade went up a decent amount. But my principal
- 17:19Speaker 4: even came in and said he wanted to frame our
- 17:21Speaker 4: data from last year from how much we grew so
- 17:24Speaker 4: pretty exciting.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Did you asked for a raise? Like shit? It saw me?
- 17:29Speaker 4: No, But I told him anything he wanted me to do.
- 17:31Speaker 4: In my observation, I wasn't doing it because clearly I
- 17:34Speaker 4: know what I'm doing.
- 17:35Speaker 1: And then we laughed, Yeah, yeah, that's pretty fun. Next,
- 17:38Speaker 1: I will tell you that I graduated high school in
- 17:41Speaker 1: nineteen ninety eight from Bear Creek. I'm a Bear Creek boy.
- 17:45Speaker 4: I'm lake Wood, Tiger Lake local.
- 17:49Speaker 1: I love that. I will tell you since nineteen ninety eight,
- 17:53Speaker 1: I have never ever used algebra or geometry, I mean
- 17:58Speaker 1: all anymore.
- 18:01Speaker 4: Not frame it as procedural thinking, linear thinking process in
- 18:07Speaker 4: place exactly it is.
- 18:08Speaker 3: The process of figuring it out.
- 18:10Speaker 1: That's a nice that's really good, really good, But I
- 18:13Speaker 1: still have never used it. I appreciate what you do,
- 18:17Speaker 1: and thank you for molding young minds. Thank you to
- 18:20Speaker 1: all of our teachers out there. All jokes aside. And
- 18:24Speaker 1: then one final one final question. Did you hear me
- 18:26Speaker 1: talking about being a soapopoia in a speedo? You want
- 18:29Speaker 1: to see that?
- 18:31Speaker 2: Yes?
- 18:31Speaker 4: I said I would call in only if if I
- 18:33Speaker 4: get that AI image. Since we see all your AI
- 18:36Speaker 4: images up there view with the sombrero, the soap apia
- 18:40Speaker 4: and maybe a guitar strategiccy place, why is.
- 18:44Speaker 1: It gotta be AI Andrea image right now?
- 18:48Speaker 4: We don't need you getting fired.
- 18:49Speaker 1: We don't need to get fired. We need you here.
- 18:53Speaker 1: You're so funny, Andrea. We appreciate you listening. Now, get
- 18:56Speaker 1: into class and teach those goofy kids. All right, all right,
- 18:59Speaker 1: we'll do all right. Thank you for calling. He what
- 19:02Speaker 1: you do. Thank you so much, and shout out to
- 19:04Speaker 1: everybody at Columbine this morning. We love you guys. JKJ
- 19:07Speaker 1: here at.
- 19:07Speaker 3: Mix jaredy, Katie and Josh one hundred.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Katie's been raving about some goofy movie that I guess
- 19:15Speaker 1: Adam Sandler's daughter is. Uh.
- 19:17Speaker 3: It's such a talk.
- 19:20Speaker 2: It's called Don't Say good Luck, and it is it.
- 19:24Speaker 3: Will make you cry.
- 19:26Speaker 1: I don't want to cry.
- 19:26Speaker 3: I ugly cried for a good ten minutes during this
- 19:30Speaker 3: movie watching it.
- 19:32Speaker 2: It is so powerful it's about Sunny Sandler, who is
- 19:37Speaker 2: Adam's daughter. She plays pretty much the main role, but
- 19:40Speaker 2: it's about her trying to be in the school play.
- 19:45Speaker 2: So she has the lead in the school play and
- 19:47Speaker 2: it's all about her getting ready for it. But her
- 19:48Speaker 2: mom is sick the entire time. So that's kind of
- 19:51Speaker 2: like one of us.
- 19:52Speaker 3: But it is like to.
- 19:54Speaker 2: See his daughter's acting chop. She's only seventeen years old and.
- 19:58Speaker 1: She well, he's one of the best actors of our time.
- 20:01Speaker 3: It's so good and so like, well, no, I love
- 20:03Speaker 3: Adam Sandler. I do. I know you're being serious there,
- 20:06Speaker 3: but actually I.
- 20:06Speaker 1: Will say, like in uncut Gems, in some of his dramatic.
- 20:09Speaker 2: Work, he's really good. He's a good actor, and so yeah, Am,
- 20:15Speaker 2: both of his daughters are in the acting world now,
- 20:17Speaker 2: but this is his younger daughter, Sonny, and she just
- 20:20Speaker 2: blew me away. And I'm seeing people post on it.
- 20:23Speaker 2: And it's a good family movie. Like there's no swearing
- 20:26Speaker 2: in it. There's not a lot of like heavy themes,
- 20:29Speaker 2: except you know, the mom being.
- 20:32Speaker 3: I don't want to ruin it, I don't want to tell.
- 20:33Speaker 1: The whole story, but doesn't get better.
- 20:36Speaker 2: Need to watch this movie, and I you know again,
- 20:39Speaker 2: like there's gonna be some crying.
- 20:40Speaker 3: Because it is very powerful, but it's so worth it.
- 20:42Speaker 2: Like that's one of those movies that like, once you
- 20:45Speaker 2: are done watching it, you sit there and think about
- 20:47Speaker 2: it and I'm probably gonna watch.
- 20:49Speaker 3: It again just because it was that good.
- 20:51Speaker 2: But it really again, Ugly cried so much with this movie.
- 20:56Speaker 1: Why so sad would you say, you know, I'm gonna
- 21:00Speaker 1: plunk down again and watch That's like it made me?
- 21:03Speaker 1: Why would you do that to yourself? Feel?
- 21:06Speaker 2: And I like you need to as a human feel emotion,
- 21:09Speaker 2: but it's important.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Yeah, but I would feel at once and move on.
- 21:13Speaker 2: No, But even this like they don't want to get
- 21:14Speaker 2: depressed moments, but it's still it just makes you think.
- 21:17Speaker 2: It makes it like I'm not gonna get that. I'm
- 21:20Speaker 2: not telling she does. I'm not telling you anything.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Does the ghost of her mother come back?
- 21:25Speaker 3: Jeer me, no, stop stop it?
- 21:28Speaker 1: Does the ghost of her mother give her encouragement to
- 21:31Speaker 1: try hard and be all she can be?
- 21:33Speaker 2: If you watch this movie and you come back, does
- 21:35Speaker 2: the mom sound like I was right?
- 21:38Speaker 3: I will be ready for it.
- 21:39Speaker 2: Nobody sounds like Adam Sandler in this movie and actually
- 21:41Speaker 2: the mom in the movie Melanie what is her last name?
- 21:46Speaker 3: No, she's in so many things. She's in yellow Jackets.
- 21:48Speaker 3: She plays Rose into and a half Men, That is
- 21:51Speaker 3: the mom, and get.
- 21:56Speaker 2: Roses in two and a half Men. But she's in
- 21:59Speaker 2: a lot of things. She's like a character actress.
- 22:01Speaker 1: Well, I'm excited not to watch it and get the
- 22:03Speaker 1: depressed face. But really quick, what's the name of it
- 22:06Speaker 1: for everybody else who's like, I want to cry like
- 22:08Speaker 1: a baby.
- 22:09Speaker 3: It's called Don't Say Good Luck?
- 22:11Speaker 1: And it is a good movie. Thank you for that recommendation.
- 22:14Speaker 1: Thank you. I want to complain about something here, but
- 22:19Speaker 1: a little bit of a setup. About two weeks ago,
- 22:23Speaker 1: went down to the basement where we have our deep freezer,
- 22:27Speaker 1: and I opened the door and it was going zip zip, zip,
- 22:31Speaker 1: zip zip, and the light was starting to tweak in it,
- 22:35Speaker 1: and the temperature gage was way off and it said
- 22:38Speaker 1: it was overheating, and I was like, ah, crap, oh no,
- 22:42Speaker 1: the freezer's dying. And we've had that thing for about
- 22:44Speaker 1: twenty years. So we got our money's work, okay, sure
- 22:47Speaker 1: for that thing. So it was like a total scramble
- 22:49Speaker 1: to get everything out of the deep freeze and like
- 22:52Speaker 1: into I got another fridge down in the basement too,
- 22:54Speaker 1: so I was trying to cram everything in that freezer.
- 22:56Speaker 1: We were trying to cram everything into the upstairs freezer
- 22:59Speaker 1: and it wasn't all. So I pulled out a cooler
- 23:02Speaker 1: and I dumped a bunch of stuff in the cooler,
- 23:04Speaker 1: and then I grabbed all the ice packs that we
- 23:06Speaker 1: had and some ice bottles and stuff and put them
- 23:08Speaker 1: in the cooler. And that was about two weeks ago,
- 23:10Speaker 1: and I forgot I had everything in that cooler. Oh no,
- 23:14Speaker 1: So I went down to the basement yesterday and I
- 23:16Speaker 1: was like, what that smell is? Smells fun that smell
- 23:22Speaker 1: And I cracked op in that green cooler and I
- 23:25Speaker 1: was like, it was nasty meat and slime.
- 23:29Speaker 3: Did he throw the whole cooler away?
- 23:31Speaker 2: And that's what I would, Well, no, I would throw
- 23:33Speaker 2: the whole thing.
- 23:35Speaker 1: There was like a weird water slime water in the
- 23:37Speaker 1: bottom of it and everything. I grabbed it and I
- 23:40Speaker 1: like very carefully brought it up the stairs because I
- 23:42Speaker 1: was like, I don't want to slash this, slash it.
- 23:45Speaker 1: And I got it outside and I dumped everything into
- 23:47Speaker 1: the garbage can, and then I let that baby air
- 23:49Speaker 1: out and I hosed it down with pine salt and
- 23:52Speaker 1: bleach and soap, and it smelled okay by the end
- 23:55Speaker 1: of the day, really, oh my god, it was nasty.
- 23:59Speaker 1: It was so something you don't want to forget. Right
- 24:05Speaker 1: So now the basement's got this funny smell, this tinge
- 24:08Speaker 1: to it right now, So I'm off for breeze the
- 24:10Speaker 1: hell out of that basement.
- 24:11Speaker 3: Stuff like absorbs into the carpet too. It'll take you
- 24:15Speaker 3: a second.
- 24:15Speaker 1: And we just got new Carbet, I know you did,
- 24:18Speaker 1: like anyway, So that being said, we got the freezer delivered.
- 24:22Speaker 1: It's up and running. Everything is fine and dandy. But
- 24:25Speaker 1: that's been about a day and a half or so
- 24:27Speaker 1: since we got that. And since the freezer has been
- 24:30Speaker 1: put in it's up and running. I've received approximately forty
- 24:35Speaker 1: five emails and texts saying will you please do an
- 24:38Speaker 1: online survey about how great your your freezer is? And
- 24:42Speaker 1: I'm just like, I'm at my limit with online surveys, yeah,
- 24:47Speaker 1: saying the wand them for everything. It was like, how
- 24:50Speaker 1: is your experience buying the freezer, how was the delivery,
- 24:53Speaker 1: how is the delivery team? How is thing how are
- 24:59Speaker 1: things freezing right now, like on there and be like,
- 25:04Speaker 1: my meat's pretty solid right now? What they expect to
- 25:08Speaker 1: put on? My meat's really solid?
- 25:10Speaker 2: Right?
- 25:10Speaker 3: You should go back and just put that in the notes.
- 25:12Speaker 1: I kid you not. I brought Nick Knack home a
- 25:15Speaker 1: tea the other day from Starby's in medicine law, just
- 25:18Speaker 1: because I'm a nice guy, and within a half an hour,
- 25:22Speaker 1: can you give us a survey on how caught your
- 25:24Speaker 1: tea was?
- 25:25Speaker 7: Like?
- 25:25Speaker 3: Serious?
- 25:26Speaker 1: Your tea?
- 25:27Speaker 2: How insecure are businesses now that they need like constant
- 25:31Speaker 2: affirmation that they're doing the right thing, like and that
- 25:34Speaker 2: that will happen in fast food lines like all the time,
- 25:38Speaker 2: things that you would just go through normally thinking this
- 25:40Speaker 2: is part of your day, and then they need feedback.
- 25:43Speaker 3: But you're right, like, who does those surveys? I don't
- 25:45Speaker 3: do them.
- 25:46Speaker 1: I don't do surveys. I don't think you need to
- 25:48Speaker 1: know more about me than you already have. I'm not
- 25:51Speaker 1: doing it. And I always like the one at Starby's
- 25:54Speaker 1: kind of made me giggle a little bit because I'm
- 25:56Speaker 1: looking at it and I'm like, do you think there's
- 25:58Speaker 1: somebody there at Starbucks Corporate sitting there hands crossed, staring
- 26:02Speaker 1: at their screen, going God, I wish Jeremy would message
- 26:05Speaker 1: back and tell us how the tea was. I don't
- 26:07Speaker 1: know if we could move on if we don't know
- 26:09Speaker 1: how the tea was.
- 26:12Speaker 3: Halt operations until he.
- 26:14Speaker 1: Shut down that stopwucks shut down the drive through.
- 26:16Speaker 3: We don't know how the t was for this guy.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Funny story out this morning talking about the only way
- 26:24Speaker 1: to get Gen xers back to concerts again. I'm technically
- 26:30Speaker 1: an xer. I was at the very end.
- 26:34Speaker 2: You're young exer, yeah, because you're also kind of a
- 26:38Speaker 2: millennial like thing right there.
- 26:41Speaker 1: I was November of seventy nine, so then it flipped
- 26:44Speaker 1: to millennials in eighty I believe. Yeah, so you're right.
- 26:48Speaker 1: At least, I like being able to say I'm a
- 26:51Speaker 1: I'm an ex or even though it's like, you know,
- 26:54Speaker 1: barely made it for difference or something like that, because
- 26:58Speaker 1: I don't want to say I'm a millennial.
- 27:00Speaker 3: No, you're definitely not a boomer.
- 27:05Speaker 1: But yeah, I just squeezed into the exers. But anyway,
- 27:08Speaker 1: so this kind of stings a little bit. But they
- 27:10Speaker 1: say the only way to get excers back to concerts
- 27:13Speaker 1: again bring back physical tickets, cell phone tickets equal anxiety
- 27:18Speaker 1: for older generations. Yeah, I think so. I've even felt
- 27:23Speaker 1: like that on occasion, like is my phone not gonna work?
- 27:26Speaker 1: Is it gonna freeze up? Take a screenshot?
- 27:29Speaker 3: And screenshots don't work with the tickets.
- 27:31Speaker 1: You have to write the actual.
- 27:33Speaker 3: You know, QR.
- 27:34Speaker 1: Some of them do, like I got tickets to the
- 27:36Speaker 1: rodeo up in my own. Purchase your tickets and they
- 27:42Speaker 1: come with complimentary readers and some ibuprofen. Oh shut up?
- 27:47Speaker 1: More chairs. Chairs are awesome, jen Xers would love to
- 27:51Speaker 1: go to more concerts if there are just more chairs
- 27:54Speaker 1: because they need to ship down. I like standing the
- 27:56Speaker 1: whole time. Don't tell you.
- 27:58Speaker 2: I just had the opportunity to have pit seats or
- 28:01Speaker 2: actual chairs for a concert I went to, and I
- 28:04Speaker 2: chose the chairs.
- 28:05Speaker 3: I'm not trying to stand for four hours.
- 28:07Speaker 1: Yeah, chairs, I don't care how old you are, Cleaner restrooms, extras.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Don't want to deal with porta potties. Yeah, I think
- 28:15Speaker 1: that's just a jaw across the board too.
- 28:17Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 28:18Speaker 1: I don't want to be in a honeybudy like buckets.
- 28:20Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 28:21Speaker 1: Find the band one thousand dollars for every minute they
- 28:24Speaker 1: are late taking this stage. Yes, yes, yes, the exers
- 28:28Speaker 1: like to go to bed early.
- 28:29Speaker 2: I think everybody would appreciate a concert that starts at
- 28:32Speaker 2: five reach, like, come on.
- 28:34Speaker 1: So that's what this story says. At the end. If
- 28:36Speaker 1: it's spring or summer, the concert should start at three
- 28:39Speaker 1: pm and be done by six. That way, nobody has
- 28:42Speaker 1: to drive home when it's really dark out.
- 28:44Speaker 3: That's funny.
- 28:45Speaker 1: Yes, And then the last one, I like to lock
- 28:48Speaker 1: up all the cell phones so none are allowed. Just
- 28:50Speaker 1: go there, enjoy the band. You don't need twenty thousand
- 28:52Speaker 1: amateur photographers trying to post a clip online.
- 28:56Speaker 2: Well, and also, I don't know if this is mentioned
- 28:58Speaker 2: in that story, but the actual physical ticket just as
- 29:02Speaker 2: a memento. I have held on to so many tickets
- 29:07Speaker 2: that I went to concerts, and like, I have a box,
- 29:11Speaker 2: and you know, I have the very move but I
- 29:13Speaker 2: go through.
- 29:14Speaker 1: I have one of our very first date tickets, me
- 29:16Speaker 1: and Nick Nack. I took her to go see Dracula
- 29:18Speaker 1: at the Bule And this was back in twenty whatever.
- 29:22Speaker 3: Early two thousand two. Got together.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Yeah, and yeah, it's on our mirror in our bedroom.
- 29:28Speaker 1: Unlike the dresser, it's the ticket stub to our first
- 29:31Speaker 1: little like major date.
- 29:32Speaker 2: I'm telling you, the memories tied to a ticket stub
- 29:35Speaker 2: are way more potent than anything you'll see from a
- 29:38Speaker 2: video that a concert right like, so I like the
- 29:41Speaker 2: physical tickets.
- 29:43Speaker 3: Five five The fun starts now with Fast five.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Yes, fine, but it's time to play fast five Fast five?
- 29:52Speaker 1: How Fast with Jeremy, Katie and Josh. It is definitely
- 29:58Speaker 1: time to play fast f with Jeremy, Katie and Josh.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Here ed Mix one hundred. If you'd like to call
- 30:05Speaker 1: in and play three oh three six nine to one
- 30:09Speaker 1: one mix three oh three six nine one sixteen forty nine,
- 30:13Speaker 1: I'll get you in the studios. Uh no, A lot
- 30:16Speaker 1: of kiddos are out and about now with schools back
- 30:19Speaker 1: in session. H dps will be back soon, but carpool
- 30:23Speaker 1: lanes are probably slammed right now. So if you've never
- 30:26Speaker 1: played before, kiddos, bug your parents, have them call in
- 30:30Speaker 1: three oh three six nine one sixteen forty nine. We'll
- 30:34Speaker 1: get you on the air, get to know you a
- 30:36Speaker 1: little bit. I'll tosh you a category and start a
- 30:38Speaker 1: ten second timer. Within those ten seconds, you gotta give
- 30:43Speaker 1: me five things that have to do with that category.
- 30:45Speaker 1: You think you can pull it off well we'd love
- 30:48Speaker 1: to talk to you. Love to me if you've never
- 30:50Speaker 1: played before three oh three six nine one, sixteen forty
- 30:55Speaker 1: nine Katie examples hit cool.
- 30:57Speaker 2: You've asked for things like five comic book cares that
- 31:00Speaker 2: are animal related. You've also said quick five things that
- 31:04Speaker 2: are the five flavors of peeps, and yesterday deb one
- 31:07Speaker 2: night with five businesses that start with the letter WU.
- 31:10Speaker 3: So you never know what you're gonna ask.
- 31:12Speaker 1: Jeremy by a sky silly little boy, are mean?
- 31:16Speaker 3: It's on your business card?
- 31:18Speaker 1: So yes, you are Jeremy sneaky silly little boy.
- 31:23Speaker 7: Uh.
- 31:23Speaker 1: If you've never played before, I'd like to talk to
- 31:25Speaker 1: some people who haven't played, like ten times three O
- 31:27Speaker 1: three six nine one one mix three O three six
- 31:31Speaker 1: nine one sixteen forty nine Katie. Yeah, what are we
- 31:36Speaker 1: playing for today?
- 31:37Speaker 3: Concert tickets and you're gonna get to go to the Junkyard.
- 31:40Speaker 3: That place is neat.
- 31:41Speaker 2: We've been looking at pictures online of it. Five seconds
- 31:44Speaker 2: of Summer's playing this Saturday hitting that stage.
- 31:47Speaker 3: You'll be there too if you can win fast five
- 31:49Speaker 3: ooh good luck?
- 31:50Speaker 1: Did you just go?
- 31:51Speaker 2: Ooh?
- 31:54Speaker 1: Okay. We are quickly working through these phone lines. Some
- 31:56Speaker 1: of you you're doing that thing where you get placed
- 31:59Speaker 1: on hold and then you hang up. Stop doing that.
- 32:02Speaker 1: I know that the lines get crazy packed. The phone
- 32:05Speaker 1: companies even told us, hey, could you could you cool
- 32:07Speaker 1: it a little bit? I know, but if you make
- 32:09Speaker 1: it in, don't hang up, okay, that means you're on hold.
- 32:11Speaker 1: So three O three, I see, somebody just did three
- 32:13Speaker 1: O three six nine to one sixteen forty nine. Don't
- 32:18Speaker 1: hang up on't you get placed on hold?
- 32:20Speaker 6: All right?
- 32:21Speaker 3: Who made it through?
- 32:22Speaker 6: Let's see?
- 32:24Speaker 1: Got a Sam? Hi? Sam?

- 33:03Speaker 1: yesterday and he went in at like seven thirty in
- 33:06Speaker 1: the morning, and then he had cross country afterwards. He
- 33:09Speaker 1: didn't get home until about six five forty five last night.
- 33:12Speaker 1: That was a long day for that kid, Like right
- 33:15Speaker 1: back at it. He was so tired. Total I know,
- 33:19Speaker 1: poor little buddy. I was like, whatever, no, jump in

- 33:34Speaker 1: Yeah. Josh should be telling everybody to get off those
- 33:36Speaker 1: Could you get and get you off that?
- 33:38Speaker 4: Yes, I'm off.
- 33:39Speaker 1: That's a thousand times better. All right, Rochelle. In ten seconds,
- 33:44Speaker 1: give me five famous clowns.

- 34:37Speaker 1: Hi?

- 36:08Speaker 5: Uh?
- 36:09Speaker 7: It was more of like copying his dad's middle name,
- 36:12Speaker 7: Javier and I was like, I didn't really like that,
- 36:14Speaker 7: so we went with Xavier.
- 36:18Speaker 1: So I like it. It's very solid, very solid.
- 36:23Speaker 4: Appreciated.

- 43:19Speaker 1: days in a row that it's been all right? Who
- 43:21Speaker 1: you're whispering to? Really quick? Who you're whispering to?
- 43:25Speaker 7: Uh?
- 43:26Speaker 6: Oh it Starbucks?
- 43:28Speaker 1: It's Starbucks.
- 43:29Speaker 7: Yeah, Starbucks drive through.
- 43:31Speaker 1: I kind of want the barista to play right now?
- 43:33Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 43:34Speaker 1: Right? Okay, are you focused? Are you ready to do this?
- 43:36Speaker 4: I'm gonna try.
- 43:37Speaker 7: You gave me the last one when you said Victoria's Secret.
- 43:40Speaker 1: Oh I should have shut up. Well maybe I'll change it. No,
- 43:46Speaker 1: what well you had?
- 43:49Speaker 7: You helped me one time and you gave me.
- 43:52Speaker 4: You gave me Sylvester still on movies, but you didn't
- 43:54Speaker 4: say no.
- 43:55Speaker 1: Uh oh, so okay, so you want you did.
- 43:58Speaker 7: Adam Sandler, and I freaking me I died? So will

- 44:09Speaker 7: No, you gave me a second chance and I still
- 44:11Speaker 7: bombed it.
- 44:12Speaker 1: All right, Well, don't tempt me here, Danielle. I know
- 44:18Speaker 1: I'm done with this. Okay, what letter? What letter?
- 44:23Speaker 7: Tell me?
- 44:25Speaker 1: Okay, you get it. Your wish is my command? Businesses,
- 44:28Speaker 1: then start with a letter v come on.

- 44:40Speaker 7: Did I get enough.
- 44:41Speaker 1: I don't know. It's not official yet. I don't know
- 44:44Speaker 1: what Katie's flipping out about it. Right there, she gets
- 44:46Speaker 1: she's crazy. He didn't say my name, Jervy. Yeah, what
- 44:59Speaker 1: play the win?
- 45:05Speaker 3: Thank you?
- 45:06Speaker 1: You finally did it, Danielle. Now all right, I'm done
- 45:10Speaker 1: with it. Yeah, you're a rock star. We appreciate you
- 45:13Speaker 1: listening to this morning show each and every day and
- 45:16Speaker 1: calling in and playing Jarney, Katie and Josh one hundred.
- 45:21Speaker 1: As kids head back to school, there's some very important
- 45:24Speaker 1: information that you need to learn about, including this teacher
- 45:28Speaker 1: in Houston who is conducting an interesting social experiment. Teachers
- 45:33Speaker 1: are probably dealing with children passing gas frequently in the classrooms,
- 45:38Speaker 1: especially the younger kids. So she has now designated a
- 45:42Speaker 1: special fart corner in her classroom where the kids can
- 45:47Speaker 1: simply go over, take a couple seconds to tow it
- 45:51Speaker 1: in the corner where nobody cares, nobody can smell it,
- 45:56Speaker 1: and they get back to their seat. She says, I'm
- 46:00Speaker 1: just trying to keep the grown there you go. She says,
- 46:05Speaker 1: I'm just trying to keep the funk in one area. Smart.
- 46:09Speaker 1: So she's got a TikTok video that's accumulated millions of
- 46:13Speaker 1: views AFT as of this morning. Where she's showing off
- 46:16Speaker 1: her classroom and yes, there indeed is a corner in
- 46:19Speaker 1: the classroom and she's got a sign up there that
- 46:21Speaker 1: says fart corner. Well do we not have shame anymore?
- 46:24Speaker 2: I know?
- 46:25Speaker 3: And I think the kids probably dig it, right.
- 46:28Speaker 1: They think it's fun.
- 46:29Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, they like to go over there and look
- 46:31Speaker 2: at people and like smile and give them a smirk like, yeah,
- 46:34Speaker 2: you know what.
- 46:36Speaker 1: Actually, I've been in the classrooms, you know, when my
- 46:39Speaker 1: kids were younger in the elementary schools, doing stuff for
- 46:42Speaker 1: class parties, and it amazes me how many times those
- 46:45Speaker 1: kids are farting in that class. Like these poor teachers
- 46:48Speaker 1: deal with enough.
- 46:49Speaker 3: Yeah, and they do it just fully aware.
- 46:52Speaker 1: To they don't even care. It's just to them, it's
- 46:54Speaker 1: like whatever, I.
- 46:55Speaker 3: Mean, they're fully they're like lifting cheeks. Yeah, they don't
- 46:59Speaker 3: know at all.
- 47:01Speaker 1: So this teacher is like, you know, I'm tired of it.
- 47:04Speaker 1: So if you need to do your business, go over.
- 47:05Speaker 3: Here to the corner, smart teacher.
- 47:08Speaker 1: So shifting gears, though, we got to be a little
- 47:10Speaker 1: more serious, Yes, you got to talk about the drugs.
- 47:13Speaker 2: Well, in the older kids, because anyone who has a
- 47:17Speaker 2: kid who is you know, a teenager age, you have
- 47:19Speaker 2: to have those conversations with them because that's when they
- 47:22Speaker 2: start dabbling. They have to know that, you know, they're
- 47:25Speaker 2: dangerous and stuff. And so the now hold up, you
- 47:29Speaker 2: hold up well because now kids with parents like there,
- 47:31Speaker 2: it's a whole new way of communicating.
- 47:33Speaker 3: So now not only do you have to have the talk.
- 47:35Speaker 2: With your kids, you need to make sure you look
- 47:37Speaker 2: through their phone so they're not having any secret conversations
- 47:40Speaker 2: about drugs. And now they have a whole new language
- 47:42Speaker 2: and the emojis in which they discuss it. So the
- 47:45Speaker 2: DEA they came out, they're encouraging parents to talk with
- 47:48Speaker 2: their kids about the dangers of illegal street drugs as
- 47:52Speaker 2: they're heading back to school. But these emojis that they're using,
- 47:55Speaker 2: they're coming out and telling the parents you need to
- 47:57Speaker 2: watch for these on your kid's cell phone. Some of
- 48:00Speaker 2: them can be used as a secret language. So what
- 48:02Speaker 2: about the drug users, I'm looking for the do I
- 48:05Speaker 2: put on different?
- 48:07Speaker 3: Okay?
- 48:07Speaker 2: So that's the thing is it's like as far as
- 48:10Speaker 2: different drugs, there's different emojis for.
- 48:12Speaker 3: What they say.
- 48:13Speaker 1: Well, I'm looking for the crack tucking crack.
- 48:15Speaker 3: Well that's cocaine, right, that's what that is.
- 48:18Speaker 2: So snowflakes, a snowman, a diamond, an eight ball.
- 48:22Speaker 1: There's like.
- 48:24Speaker 2: There's a smiley face with the tongue out, and there's
- 48:26Speaker 2: also looks like a fish.
- 48:28Speaker 3: I know.
- 48:28Speaker 1: So it's like put them all in place.
- 48:31Speaker 3: The only one that's like this.
- 48:34Speaker 2: Is what it is is the mushrooms, which is mushrooms.
- 48:38Speaker 3: That's the one. But everything else.
- 48:41Speaker 1: I got questions. What if I'm looking for the ecstasies.
- 48:45Speaker 2: Ecstasy is a heart, a lightning bolt, an ex symbol,
- 48:51Speaker 2: a piece of candy, or a pill emoji, any of those.
- 48:55Speaker 3: I know, like the heart emojis.
- 48:57Speaker 2: It's like, wait a second, I use that needs to
- 49:00Speaker 2: be and I ain't talking about that.
- 49:02Speaker 3: But they have everything.
- 49:03Speaker 2: The potweed has a little swish, right, the smoke where
- 49:08Speaker 2: you're like running so fast or smoke behind you.
- 49:10Speaker 3: There's that one. There's fire.
- 49:12Speaker 2: There's a palm tree, which is dumb. Everyone knows it's
- 49:15Speaker 2: the evergreen tree.
- 49:16Speaker 3: And then there's the where it's.
- 49:18Speaker 1: Like and then what to do with the potweed. Well,
- 49:22Speaker 1: the trees, the trees, you get some trees, not a
- 49:25Speaker 1: palm tree, but the palm tree kind of looks like
- 49:28Speaker 1: a potweed leaf a little bit.
- 49:29Speaker 5: I don't think they have an evergreen tree.
- 49:33Speaker 3: Heroines, it's a Christmas tree.
- 49:34Speaker 2: Heroin is a brown heart and a green dragon.
- 49:38Speaker 1: Oh about yeah, yeah, yeah, so I'm out of drugs.
- 49:44Speaker 2: Well they have met the Uh it looks like a
- 49:49Speaker 2: crystal ball, a blue heart, another diamond, and then it
- 49:52Speaker 2: has a little beaker.
- 49:55Speaker 1: What about beers, they're just beer.
- 49:57Speaker 3: There's not a beer. One, there's not a beer.
- 50:00Speaker 1: But again that vaping.
- 50:01Speaker 3: You're not really trying to prosecution.
- 50:05Speaker 1: No, there's not copy my homework. Goodness, is there anything
- 50:10Speaker 1: innocent on there at all?
- 50:11Speaker 3: Not really? No, coughs her up.
- 50:15Speaker 1: That's not innocent.
- 50:16Speaker 3: It's a baby bottle. Okay, all right, Well, thank you
- 50:20Speaker 3: for beware of.
- 50:21Speaker 1: Very good public service. This was very informative. Thank you, Katie.
- 50:26Speaker 1: Janessa says I have a friendship dilemma. My birthday was
- 50:29Speaker 1: a couple of weeks ago and one of my longtime friends, Tanisha,
- 50:33Speaker 1: surprised me with a coach purse. It was way more
- 50:36Speaker 1: expensive than anything we normally exchanged for birthdays. I was shocked.
- 50:40Speaker 1: I thanked her a million times, told her how much
- 50:43Speaker 1: I loved it. Later, I got curious. I did look
- 50:46Speaker 1: up the purse online. It sells for about five hundred bucks,
- 50:48Speaker 1: which made me even more surprised that she spent that
- 50:51Speaker 1: much money on me. Here's where he gets kind of awkward.
- 50:55Speaker 1: I got a couple other friends who are really into
- 50:57Speaker 1: designer purses. I showed it to him. They almost immediately
- 51:00Speaker 1: started pointing out little things that didn't look right, like
- 51:03Speaker 1: the stitching and the logos some of the hardware. They
- 51:07Speaker 1: are convinced that this purse is a knockoff. Oh now
- 51:12Speaker 1: I don't know what to do. Jenesa says. Part of
- 51:15Speaker 1: me is worried that Tanisha paid hundreds of dollars for
- 51:18Speaker 1: this purse thinking it was authentic, and somebody ripped her off.
- 51:22Speaker 1: If that happened, I feel like I should tell her
- 51:26Speaker 1: so she can try to get some of her money back.
- 51:29Speaker 1: But then she goes on to say, but there's another
- 51:31Speaker 1: possibility that I don't even like thinking about. But what
- 51:34Speaker 1: if she knew it was fake when she bought it.
- 51:38Speaker 1: If that's the case, bringing it up basically forces her
- 51:42Speaker 1: to admit, yeah, I bought you a knockoff, and I
- 51:45Speaker 1: don't want to embarrass her. Or sound ungrateful. She says
- 51:49Speaker 1: it was still a birthday gift. She didn't have to
- 51:51Speaker 1: give me anything. She goes, here's my dilemma, guys, what
- 51:54Speaker 1: do I do? Do I tell Tanisha that I found
- 51:57Speaker 1: out that the purse might be a fake and there's
- 52:00Speaker 1: a chance that she was scammed? Or do I just
- 52:03Speaker 1: shut up, appreciate the thought behind the gift and never
- 52:07Speaker 1: mention it. Uh? I edit some of this sad If
- 52:12Speaker 1: she knowingly bought me a knockoff and passed it off
- 52:14Speaker 1: as reel, is that actually a crappy thing for a
- 52:16Speaker 1: friend to do? Or am I being completely ungrateful as
- 52:20Speaker 1: how she ended it? We'll love to hear about this
- 52:22Speaker 1: on the air. You guys are the bomb, And that's
- 52:24Speaker 1: from Genesa, Sweet Genessa. So there you go. There's her dilemma.
- 52:29Speaker 1: If you want to sound off, voice your opinion three
- 52:32Speaker 1: O three six nine one one mix which is three
- 52:35Speaker 1: oh three six' nine one sixteen forty. Nine boy oh,
- 52:41Speaker 1: BOY i know why did she even show it to
- 52:44Speaker 1: her other? FRIENDS i just enjoy it. EXACTLY i blame
- 52:47Speaker 1: the other friends in this.
- 52:49Speaker 2: Instance, yeah, well especially if she didn't notice anything wrong
- 52:52Speaker 2: and she was really she seemed really happy about it at,
- 52:55Speaker 2: first you, know so.
- 52:57Speaker 3: Huh but you, know.
- 52:58Speaker 1: It sucks if you're like all excited about and you
- 53:00Speaker 1: are wearing, it like out and about and you do
- 53:02Speaker 1: HAVE i, mean women love, purses they, do and you're
- 53:05Speaker 1: out and about just completely, oblivious and then they start
- 53:08Speaker 1: like noticing it while you're out and. Stuff that's. Embarrassing,
- 53:10Speaker 1: well because here's the.
- 53:11Speaker 2: Thing women who really and people just people in general
- 53:14Speaker 2: who really know.
- 53:15Speaker 3: Persons they can tell from you.
- 53:18Speaker 2: Know half a mile away if that's a fake or,
- 53:20Speaker 2: not because there is specific things whether the lettering lines.
- 53:25Speaker 2: Up you, know a lot of these, PURSES i mean
- 53:26Speaker 2: they have to specifically make sure the logo isn't cut.
- 53:29Speaker 1: Off in any, way shape or.
- 53:31Speaker 2: Form so there's a lot of things that go into
- 53:33Speaker 2: a high end, persons especially when we're talking The Louis,
- 53:37Speaker 2: vauton The, gucci The. CHANELLE i, mean those are the
- 53:40Speaker 2: really high end purchase.
- 53:41Speaker 3: PERSES i Mean coach and you, Know Tory burch and those.
- 53:44Speaker 2: Things those are nice as, well but if we're talking
- 53:46Speaker 2: high end like thousands of, dollars like really those, ones
- 53:49Speaker 2: like the stitching is so perfect that just the littlest
- 53:53Speaker 2: bit and not only, that but inside there's a serial
- 53:55Speaker 2: number and everything that you can look. At so there's some, legitimate, legitimate,
- 54:01Speaker 2: legitimate keep trying some real stuff aware of.
- 54:06Speaker 1: It so it really is my thing though too is, like,
- 54:09Speaker 1: say her longtime friend here did buy this for her
- 54:12Speaker 1: and she did get, Scammed LIKE i THINK i would
- 54:14Speaker 1: be in that situation Where i'm, like what if she
- 54:17Speaker 1: didn't know and she paid a lot of money for,
- 54:19Speaker 1: This LIKE i want her to try to get her
- 54:21Speaker 1: money back or. Something, yeah but who. KNOWS i mean
- 54:24Speaker 1: she could have bought this On facebook. Marketplace and that's where.
- 54:26Speaker 2: It's hard because it's, like, yeah if your friend got,
- 54:29Speaker 2: DUPED i know you would feel for them and you'd
- 54:31Speaker 2: want them, to you, know make that. Right but it's like,
- 54:34Speaker 2: how like can you make it? Right is it worth
- 54:37Speaker 2: embarrassing your?
- 54:38Speaker 1: Friends?
- 54:41Speaker 3: Hey how do you even go about?
- 54:42Speaker 4: It?
- 54:42Speaker 1: Show why'd you do this to? Me you? Suck you
- 54:45Speaker 1: bought me a?
- 54:45Speaker 3: Gift how dare?
- 54:46Speaker 1: You you're the? Worst this is? FAKE i hate? You
- 54:49Speaker 1: like then it'll be a second show wants to know
- 54:51Speaker 1: Dilemma LIKE i got in a fight with my. Friend,
- 54:54Speaker 1: okay so. LISTEN i would love to talk to people.
- 54:56Speaker 1: LADIES i know you got your. PURSES i know you.
- 54:59Speaker 1: Do my wife's got closet full of these unnecessarily expensive.
- 55:02Speaker 1: Purses we want your, Thoughts we want your. Comments if
- 55:05Speaker 1: you found out that your bestie gave you a knockoff,
- 55:08Speaker 1: purse would you be? Pised would you point it out to?
- 55:11Speaker 1: Her would you help her get her money? Back all
- 55:13Speaker 1: sorts of. Scenarios m it's the same SOUND i make
- 55:16Speaker 1: WHEN i open up my brand New coach purse and
- 55:19Speaker 1: smell that nice new. Leather, OH i Know i'm not
- 55:25Speaker 1: gonna lie WHEN i give those purses as gifts To Nick.
- 55:28Speaker 1: Knack it is kind of like a special unboxing for
- 55:31Speaker 1: those like when you open the, box because everything's pretty tissue.
- 55:35Speaker 1: Presentation it's like in the person is in its own.
- 55:39Speaker 1: Bag it's like in a cloth.
- 55:40Speaker 3: Bag a dust, bag just you, know the dust.
- 55:43Speaker 1: Bag thank, you your mom's a dust, bag like the.
- 55:47Speaker 1: SPECIAL i even caught myself off guard with. THAT i
- 55:53Speaker 1: apologized to your. Mother the like the foam that is
- 55:58Speaker 1: wrapped around them, like, oh it's. Anyway and then you
- 56:01Speaker 1: have a video Unboxing.
- 56:03Speaker 3: Nick it's a whole. Thing, yeah big, deal all.
- 56:08Speaker 1: Right So janessa wrote in she got a gift from
- 56:10Speaker 1: her Friend. Tanisha it was a coach. Purse she looked
- 56:13Speaker 1: it up and it was an expensive. Purse but her
- 56:16Speaker 1: other friends are, like, uh this is a fake and she's,
- 56:20Speaker 1: like what DO i? Do just be quiet about? This
- 56:22Speaker 1: or SHOULD i Let tanisha know that she might have
- 56:24Speaker 1: been ripped? Off that's today's Show wants To know. Dilemma
- 56:28Speaker 1: easily twenty five women piped in on the text Line,
- 56:31Speaker 1: katie you got anything you want to?
- 56:32Speaker 7: Read?
- 56:32Speaker 2: Yeah this one From christine, SAYS i would, say who
- 56:35Speaker 2: cares about the purse being? Fake she probably still spent fifty.
- 56:38Speaker 2: Bucks it's not that big of a. DEAL i would
- 56:40Speaker 2: leave it, alone not tell your friend as she probably
- 56:43Speaker 2: already knows it was a fake. Purse AND i like
- 56:46Speaker 2: this one as. Well don't embarrass the. Friend people gift
- 56:49Speaker 2: because they want to because it comes from a genuine
- 56:52Speaker 2: place most of the, time not to have it, listen
- 56:55Speaker 2: and we don't judge type of scenario reciprocated back to
- 56:58Speaker 2: them post, gifts so they say not worth the emotional,
- 57:01Speaker 2: Stirring AND i agree with THESE i think that you,
- 57:04Speaker 2: know we don't know how much she paid for the,
- 57:06Speaker 2: purse SO i think that in itself she made you already.
- 57:08Speaker 1: Know she's, like, yeah she's got a good deal on.
- 57:10Speaker 4: It.
- 57:10Speaker 1: WHAT a lot of ladies writing in, saying if you
- 57:13Speaker 1: do bring it, up make sure it's one hundred percent fake,
- 57:16Speaker 1: first because that is going to lead to a very
- 57:18Speaker 1: awkward scenario if it's. Real so make sure it's a
- 57:21Speaker 1: hum that's a good. Paint and a lot of them
- 57:24Speaker 1: are saying a gift is still a. Gift just enjoy,
- 57:27Speaker 1: It and then here is my take on. IT i would,
- 57:31Speaker 1: say shut, up enjoy. It the general, public ninety nine
- 57:36Speaker 1: percent of people walking around are not going to know
- 57:38Speaker 1: that this thing is. Fake, yeah they're just gonna be, like,
- 57:41Speaker 1: damn that's a nice, purse you, classy. Right the only
- 57:44Speaker 1: people that are gonna know that it's fake is the
- 57:46Speaker 1: four or five friends that you already showed it. To
- 57:49Speaker 1: don't wear it around, Them, yeah just don't wear it
- 57:52Speaker 1: around them, Whatever but then continue to rock it everywhere
- 57:55Speaker 1: else exactly.
- 57:56Speaker 2: Where wear it in front of your friend who gave
- 57:58Speaker 2: it to, you to show it up in front of
- 57:59Speaker 2: them a little.
- 58:00Speaker 3: Bit you're that worried about the fake. Part but, YEAH
- 58:04Speaker 3: i think there's a lot of ways that.
- 58:05Speaker 2: You can get around it not hurt anybody's feelings BECAUSE i, think, yeah.
- 58:09Speaker 1: Throwing up On facebook marketplace scam somebody, else for, goodness
- 58:12Speaker 1: that'd be somebody else's. Problem now it's time for. Sports
- 58:17Speaker 1: you always got to remember to take the thing out
- 58:18Speaker 1: of auto. Pilot you know rule number one, there take
- 58:22Speaker 1: it out of auto. Pilot, joshu what's going on in? Sports?

- 59:13Speaker 1: Nuggets so we don't necessarily want to talk about that.
- 59:15Speaker 5: One, yeah but The minions now have a own version
- 59:19Speaker 5: and they're doing this with a bunch of different celebrities
