Football Fields Fight Hunger in NH | Concord News
This is year 32 of WMUR’s Friday Night Football coverage, and they’re teaming up with the New Hampshire Food Bank and Lighthouse Credit Union to fight hunger across the state. High school teams are choosing one home game to collect food and raise cash for local pantries—some even inside their schools. The drive kicks off August 28 at the Queen City Jamboree in Manchester and spans the entire state. The Food Bank needs canned fruits and veggies, proteins like tuna or peanut butter, whole grains, and low-sodium soups—all non-perishable and non-glass. Drop off donations at any Lighthouse Credit…
