- 1:20Speaker 2: I'm sure you have your cat pages, you guys, have
- 1:23Speaker 2: your whatever other pages you got spiritual work.
- 1:26Speaker 3: Please follow.
- 1:27Speaker 2: I'm not a lawyer, but I'm telling you the content
- 1:30Speaker 2: is really, really, really good and mel take it away,
- 1:36Speaker 2: show us what you got, all right, I've never done
- 1:39Speaker 2: it before, so y'all gonna be my test before my show.
- 1:43Speaker 5: But basically, and it kind of went to the last
- 1:46Speaker 5: kind of part of the show where we're talking about
- 1:49Speaker 5: headlines versus like reading and learning more information. So that's
- 1:54Speaker 5: kind of I'm giving you at a little intro. But
- 1:57Speaker 5: that's kind of the point of my concept content is
- 2:01Speaker 5: to take you a little deeper.
- 2:03Speaker 3: Oh did you yeah, yeah, I can't see.
- 2:10Speaker 5: So the point is to take you deeper into a
- 2:13Speaker 5: headline or the headline of a case. So for example,
- 2:17Speaker 5: and I just want to, uh, so you kind of
- 2:19Speaker 5: understand if you have you guys been following or hearing
- 2:22Speaker 5: about the Uncle Near's situation.
- 2:25Speaker 6: A little bit.
- 2:26Speaker 5: Okay, okay, wait, I can only see my set. Okay,
- 2:30Speaker 5: thank you. I was like, I can only.
- 2:31Speaker 7: See any stress out stress.
- 2:35Speaker 4: He was like, wait, I need to see okay.
- 2:38Speaker 5: So basically Uncle Nears, the CEO basically of Uncle NEARSS
- 2:43Speaker 5: is a woman named Faon Weaver and her husband Keith Weaver.
- 2:46Speaker 5: What has happened is they were sued by a lender.
- 2:50Speaker 5: They got one hundred million dollars basically from this lender
- 2:54Speaker 5: and we're not paying the money back. So the lender
- 2:57Speaker 5: sued them to put a receiver in place to have
- 3:00Speaker 5: Basically the receiver was I mean, the lender was like,
- 3:03Speaker 5: somebody needs to go handle their money because they're not
- 3:05Speaker 5: paying us. And there something that is happening. And so
- 3:10Speaker 5: the internet right starts giving opinions about this black brand
- 3:15Speaker 5: running to the ground by this black woman. You see
- 3:18Speaker 5: what happens, she's a scammer, blah blah blah. Right, and
- 3:21Speaker 5: so that has been months of that conversation. Last week
- 3:27Speaker 5: I followed that case and so I read emotion the
- 3:33Speaker 5: receiver has now sued the lender. So the person who
- 3:37Speaker 5: yes the receiver has on behalf of the year.
- 3:41Speaker 7: Uh huh. I think I did see you do this video,
- 3:45Speaker 7: and I was mother foot. I was shocked. Go ahead,
- 3:48Speaker 7: I know who you are, goddamn it.
- 3:52Speaker 5: So I made that like gone viral because it was
- 3:56Speaker 5: behind the headlines. What you learn is that number one,
- 4:02Speaker 5: there was a CFO that was a part of Uncle Nears,
- 4:06Speaker 5: and this CFO is the one who really took the money.
- 4:10Speaker 5: The CFO the Uncle Nears had originally only borrowed like
- 4:16Speaker 5: thirty five million dollars. The CFO, no, her bat behind
- 4:23Speaker 5: Fawn's back, had increased the loan from thirty five million
- 4:28Speaker 5: to seventy six million dollars. And he is and then
- 4:32Speaker 5: he's he's not only increasing it, he has been withdrawing.
- 4:35Speaker 5: He's taking the money.
- 4:37Speaker 7: Right, and then you said he was lying about the
- 4:39Speaker 7: barrels or something like that.
- 4:41Speaker 2: I didn't wait, wait tell, wait, shut your black ass
- 4:46Speaker 2: fuck you.
- 4:48Speaker 5: In addition to increasing the loan, what would happen is
- 4:52Speaker 5: Fawn would sign off on vendors being paid. You got
- 4:55Speaker 5: you know, the bottle people, whoever. She's signing off on
- 4:58Speaker 5: these people being paid. This CFO would go back in
- 5:01Speaker 5: the after she signed off, he found some kind of loophole.
- 5:04Speaker 5: He would go back into the system, change who the paye,
- 5:08Speaker 5: who was being paid, and changed the amount. So he's
- 5:11Speaker 5: been getting all this money. On top of that, she
- 5:15Speaker 5: has shares. She basically was like, I don't really want
- 5:18Speaker 5: a salary. I want my stuff in shares. He starts
- 5:21Speaker 5: changing her shares over to him. He reassigns them to himself.
- 5:26Speaker 7: Right.
- 5:26Speaker 5: This happens over years, and she has no idea, okay, oh,
- 5:31Speaker 5: no no idea. And because the lender, the problem the
- 5:35Speaker 5: lender has is the lender allowed him to increase this
- 5:39Speaker 5: loan from thirty five to seventy six. They never call her,
- 5:42Speaker 5: they never require her signature. It's the only person who
- 5:45Speaker 5: is signing off is this CFO. So the receiver has
- 5:49Speaker 5: now sued the lender because he's basically like, you made
- 5:53Speaker 5: your own situation, You contributed to your harm.
- 5:56Speaker 6: You.
- 5:57Speaker 7: Why wouldn't you call her?
- 5:58Speaker 5: Why wouldn't you require two people at least to sign
- 6:02Speaker 5: off on increasing a loan by millions of dollars that
- 6:06Speaker 5: you hurt yourself? So he issued. I say all that
- 6:09Speaker 5: to say, the narrative for this whole time has been
- 6:12Speaker 5: this black woman ran this company into the ground. When
- 6:15Speaker 5: you look a little further, you learn, actually there's a
- 6:19Speaker 5: little more to this story. So that is kind of
- 6:23Speaker 5: the premise of the kind of game will play if
- 6:26Speaker 5: you will.
- 6:27Speaker 4: Okay, okay yo, that is nuts. Look, gosh, I told
- 6:32Speaker 4: you he was gonna be excited. Look your bag. I
- 6:36Speaker 4: knew this. Let's go.
- 6:42Speaker 6: The CFO was black.
- 6:44Speaker 5: No, his name, well, his name is Michael Sanzaki. So
- 6:47Speaker 5: you can do with that information what you will. MMMM
- 6:53Speaker 5: confirmed that the picture I found on Google Google, I
- 6:56Speaker 5: haven't confirmed it's actually him, but when you google him,
- 7:00Speaker 5: the picture looks like he is of Asian descent. They've
- 7:02Speaker 5: also said what he did with the money. He bought
- 7:04Speaker 5: a house in Vegas. He has a huge gambling problem apparently,
- 7:07Speaker 5: and he bought some cars, so he was doing what
- 7:09Speaker 5: he wanted to with this money. I suspect they'll probably
- 7:13Speaker 5: be some kind of criminal charges at some point, but
- 7:16Speaker 5: we're not locking them up lacking it.
- 7:19Speaker 8: Well, let me get my get my handy dandy notebook.
- 7:22Speaker 8: I'm ready, all right, Okay.
- 7:25Speaker 5: So I want to start with I'm looking at all
- 7:28Speaker 5: these cases. Which one should I start with?
- 7:29Speaker 3: First?
- 7:29Speaker 5: Let's start with.
- 7:32Speaker 7: A murder?
- 7:34Speaker 5: Well, follow me. Let's start with getting you guys's opinions
- 7:38Speaker 5: on what do you think about chasing someone who has
- 7:43Speaker 5: committed a crime against you. Let's say somebody robs you.
- 7:46Speaker 5: Let's say somebody breaks into your house. Where do you
- 7:49Speaker 5: generally stand on chasing them if they've stolen from you?
- 7:54Speaker 5: Chasing them wrong or not wrong?
- 7:59Speaker 2: I'm chasing him. There's no way I'm not chasing them
- 8:03Speaker 2: if I see them, Like, how do I just let
- 8:06Speaker 2: you go?
- 8:06Speaker 7: Okay?
- 8:07Speaker 2: And I don't even know what I'm doing to be honest, like,
- 8:10Speaker 2: I don't think, I don't. I don't know if I'm
- 8:12Speaker 2: personally trying to get it back, if I'm calling the police, like, yo,
- 8:15Speaker 2: I'm chasing this person, but you're not just going yeah,
- 8:18Speaker 2: I'm chasing it.
- 8:20Speaker 6: So I have, I have chased somebody.
- 8:23Speaker 9: And I called Tahoe, well, actually my fiance called Tahoe, like,
- 8:27Speaker 9: could you go get this nigga? He's wilding and met
- 8:30Speaker 9: me around around the corner and I don't even know
- 8:34Speaker 9: what he stole, but I just know he stole something
- 8:37Speaker 9: like an Amazon package, and I was.
- 8:40Speaker 4: Pissed.
- 8:40Speaker 9: I was so heated just because of the violation. It
- 8:43Speaker 9: doesn't even matter what the dollar man was. So I
- 8:47Speaker 9: don't know if it's the right thing to do. But yeah,
- 8:49Speaker 9: I'm running after niggas.
- 8:51Speaker 10: Yeah, I'm running after yeah, running after badnee and all,
- 8:55Speaker 10: I'm running after you.
- 8:57Speaker 3: That's the fact.
- 8:58Speaker 7: I'm an run after them for a period of time.
- 9:00Speaker 8: But what I'm really gonna look for is something to
- 9:04Speaker 8: throw to slow them down. So I'm running and like,
- 9:06Speaker 8: if I find a brick, I'm launching that shit, Like
- 9:09Speaker 8: and if I catch you, that's good.
- 9:13Speaker 6: That's gonna be more than slow them.
- 9:14Speaker 9: Down, dush.
- 9:16Speaker 5: Yeah, and what do you think about chasing them with
- 9:21Speaker 5: a firearm? You have a firearm, you believe they have
- 9:25Speaker 5: a firearm. Is it still a good idea? Would you
- 9:29Speaker 5: still chase when firearms are in play?
- 9:32Speaker 7: I'm not chasing nobody with no gun.
- 9:34Speaker 8: I don't know why, like in my brain, like running
- 9:37Speaker 8: with a gun just sounds stupid, like.
- 9:41Speaker 10: But yeah, and also too, I feel like if I
- 9:44Speaker 10: have a gun and a person has a gun in
- 9:45Speaker 10: there in front of me, and if I'm running like this,
- 9:48Speaker 10: they could just turn back at any time and just
- 9:49Speaker 10: shoot chill, Like, how would I know, like what I'm
- 9:52Speaker 10: gonna do?
- 9:52Speaker 3: Like like how I'm.
- 9:53Speaker 7: Coun't even stop fast enough?
- 9:55Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm not.
- 9:55Speaker 10: I'm not in a good space at that point. So
- 9:57Speaker 10: if you got a gun, I'm not running at you.
- 10:00Speaker 5: Okay, I'm a I'm aimed for.
- 10:02Speaker 7: Your leg and if I if I missed, then I'm
- 10:04Speaker 7: just gonna have to take the l Yeah.
- 10:06Speaker 9: At that point, I need to figure out what it
- 10:08Speaker 9: is I'm running after. Did you steal a bag of money,
- 10:11Speaker 9: like one hundred million dollars, Like you got a gun,
- 10:14Speaker 9: I got a gun. I might run after you for
- 10:15Speaker 9: one hundred million but if it's just something, I'm not
- 10:20Speaker 9: chasing nobody to engage in a potential gunfight, which you
- 10:24Speaker 9: you know what I mean for something trivial.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, I'm sorry to say y'all are all I'm
- 10:31Speaker 2: on the opposite end. For one, we've already heard about
- 10:35Speaker 2: this play out with this case and uh whatever with
- 10:39Speaker 2: the kid that was shouting yes, and that.
- 10:43Speaker 3: Was over the bottle of water.
- 10:46Speaker 2: So when you're talking about the principle versus you know,
- 10:52Speaker 2: the one hundred million dollars, we've already seen this play out, right.
- 10:57Speaker 2: We've also seen how the person in front actually doesn't
- 11:00Speaker 2: have the advantage versus the person behind you. Yesterday, I
- 11:04Speaker 2: disagree with that the person behind you has the advantage.
- 11:07Speaker 2: The person you're the person chasing has the advantage because
- 11:10Speaker 2: if you're running, you don't even have the to turn
- 11:14Speaker 2: around and get a good thing and point and focus
- 11:18Speaker 2: before I could just stop and up it. You don't
- 11:21Speaker 2: have that, you know what I'm saying. But I will
- 11:23Speaker 2: say that as far as what Traum is saying, Yeah,
- 11:28Speaker 2: if you got one and I got one and you
- 11:30Speaker 2: got something in mind, yo, you're generally takes over, bro,
- 11:34Speaker 2: And especially if it's a legal weapon, right, A lot
- 11:38Speaker 2: of times your illegal weapon you use for self defense.
- 11:42Speaker 2: Well that's the that's it's I don't want to die.
- 11:44Speaker 2: I'd rather go to jail for three and a half
- 11:46Speaker 2: four years than die. So you're going to use your
- 11:49Speaker 2: illegal weapon in that manner. But it's kind of stupid
- 11:54Speaker 2: to use it in an aggressive offensive player, you know
- 11:59Speaker 2: what I'm saying.
- 12:00Speaker 3: So that's that's where I'm going.
- 12:01Speaker 2: If it's a leader, most likely I'm chasing you down
- 12:04Speaker 2: and if you got my ship, depending on what state
- 12:06Speaker 2: I'm in, I might up it.
- 12:07Speaker 3: And that's just it is what it is.
- 12:09Speaker 7: Yeah, I don't nah.
- 12:12Speaker 8: I like I said, I'm gonna try to go for
- 12:15Speaker 8: I because see, this is this is my thing, right,
- 12:18Speaker 8: I don't want to kill anybody, but I would like
- 12:23Speaker 8: to hurt somebody to the point that when they continue
- 12:26Speaker 8: to live, they have to remember, Like like, if you
- 12:29Speaker 8: walk around for the rest of your life with a limp,
- 12:31Speaker 8: you're gonna remember like, yeah, I've been shot me because
- 12:34Speaker 8: I scol something from Like you gotta you gotta explain that, Like, yo,
- 12:36Speaker 8: why you got a limp?
- 12:37Speaker 7: I scol something from somebody and she shot you? Understand,
- 12:39Speaker 7: But I don't.
- 12:39Speaker 4: Want you to die.
- 12:40Speaker 7: I mean, I want you to want a story to
- 12:42Speaker 7: tell you understand.
- 12:43Speaker 5: Yeah, wow, I want to tell you. God, there's some
- 12:48Speaker 5: nuances with this story, but I'm just going to tell
- 12:50Speaker 5: you about a story. And before I even get there,
- 12:54Speaker 5: I want to say, many states, even some standard ground states,
- 12:58Speaker 5: if the threat has left, you are not supposed to chase, right,
- 13:02Speaker 5: So legally you get into the little gray area. And
- 13:05Speaker 5: for some state, not all of them, but for some
- 13:07Speaker 5: of them, even for a standard ground it becomes a
- 13:09Speaker 5: little gray. However, Texas has a law where if you
- 13:16Speaker 5: and actually I just want to say it right, it's
- 13:18Speaker 5: a protection of one's own property. So even if somebody
- 13:21Speaker 5: robs you and they are leaving in Texas, they allow
- 13:25Speaker 5: you to chase, but it has to be immediate pursuit.
- 13:30Speaker 5: I want to say it right. You have to do
- 13:32Speaker 5: it immediately, like they can't steal from you and then
- 13:33Speaker 5: I see you in a week and I'm trying to
- 13:35Speaker 5: kill you. If it's immediate after they have robbed you.
- 13:38Speaker 5: If you believe that I can chase this person in
- 13:41Speaker 5: order to retrieve my things, that you legally can in Texas,
- 13:45Speaker 5: not everywhere in Texas. So what happens with this chase.
- 13:50Speaker 5: This man is Valentine's Day. This man and his wife
- 13:54Speaker 5: are headed to Valentine's dinner in the evening. They pull
- 13:57Speaker 5: up at an ATM and while they she's driving. While
- 14:01Speaker 5: they are there, man comes since the face cover comes
- 14:06Speaker 5: to the window. Literally they it's video. She is getting
- 14:09Speaker 5: her ATM car. A man pulls up in the window
- 14:12Speaker 5: with the gun. Give me your stuff. The woman gives
- 14:16Speaker 5: her purse. The man, who is the robber runs Husband
- 14:21Speaker 5: passenger side gets out of the car. He starts trying
- 14:25Speaker 5: to chase the robber. The robber, it takes off right again,
- 14:29Speaker 5: it's dark. All of a sudden, there's the robber gets
- 14:34Speaker 5: out of sight in a black car. Truck comes down
- 14:38Speaker 5: the street. Husband assumes this car is the getaway car,
- 14:45Speaker 5: so he takes his weapon and begins shooting at this vehicle.
- 14:48Speaker 3: Dummy.
- 14:50Speaker 5: The vehicle is not the getaway car.
- 14:52Speaker 7: Of course, it's not the getaway car.
- 14:54Speaker 5: The vehicle is a family who is also headed to dinner.
- 14:59Speaker 5: So husband accidentally shoots and kills a nine year old
- 15:04Speaker 5: little girl who is in the car.
- 15:07Speaker 7: That's why you shouldn't be chasing nobody.
- 15:09Speaker 5: Because he thought it was the getaway car. He not
- 15:12Speaker 5: only shoots one time. The car is driving down the street.
- 15:16Speaker 5: This father, right, who is taking his family to dinner. Oh,
- 15:20Speaker 5: husband is shooting as he does it unloading.
- 15:25Speaker 7: He thought he was motherfucking Tom Cruise.
- 15:29Speaker 5: Just turns out he kills a nine year old little girl.
- 15:34Speaker 5: And so this case goes to trial because he is
- 15:37Speaker 5: his claim. His defense is protection of one's own property.
- 15:41Speaker 5: I am allowed legally to in pursuit of my things,
- 15:47Speaker 5: I'm allowed to shoot. The prosecutors are like responsibly though,
- 15:52Speaker 5: right it's dark, you can't see, you lose sight of
- 15:57Speaker 5: your target. You've gone from legal grounds to now making
- 16:01Speaker 5: an assumption, and now somebody's dead. So it was very
- 16:07Speaker 5: interesting and he was very apologetic. He take he is
- 16:10Speaker 5: crying on the stand because he didn't wake up that
- 16:12Speaker 5: day and think about this. I was headed to dinner.
- 16:17Speaker 5: This wouldn't even happened had I not been robbed. Right,
- 16:21Speaker 5: He makes his argument, The jury ends up convicting him,
- 16:26Speaker 5: and he gets ooh, I want to say.
- 16:31Speaker 3: Oh my god, that's not right.
- 16:33Speaker 5: Yeah, he ends up getting like twenty five years.
- 16:35Speaker 3: He shouldn't have gone to jail.
- 16:38Speaker 5: And so the question is, now that we've had the
- 16:41Speaker 5: conversation beforehand. What are your.
- 16:42Speaker 4: Thoughts, You shouldn't should have went to jail? Well, he
- 16:47Speaker 4: should have.
- 16:49Speaker 7: Should have went to jail.
- 16:51Speaker 3: Somebody has to go down for that.
- 16:52Speaker 2: That he would have went to jail for negligent homicide
- 16:55Speaker 2: for sure. Negligent homicide for sure. But it's kind of
- 16:59Speaker 2: like it's kind of life.
- 17:00Speaker 6: For one.
- 17:01Speaker 2: Even if you think this Robert is in that car,
- 17:03Speaker 2: that car could be a weapon. That car could have
- 17:05Speaker 2: drove right into you, could have pitched you like you,
- 17:08Speaker 2: you're you're literally in moments like that. We gotta think
- 17:12Speaker 2: about intent. You gotta think about impact. You gotta think
- 17:14Speaker 2: about what just happened, what your reaction is. What's the
- 17:18Speaker 2: reasonable idea of you being able to make split second
- 17:23Speaker 2: decisions that if you take it to trial, it just
- 17:27Speaker 2: makes common sense, Like my nigga, this nigga ran that way.
- 17:30Speaker 4: Next thing, you know, it's a car speeding towards me.
- 17:33Speaker 4: I don't know what the fuck? Yeah, I let it go.
- 17:35Speaker 2: I made a fucking mistake. Obviously I'm wrong and I
- 17:39Speaker 2: should do time.
- 17:39Speaker 4: But thirty years, thirty years, that's.
- 17:44Speaker 3: Agree with you?
- 17:45Speaker 10: Maybe not twenty five because again I don't think because again,
- 17:48Speaker 10: if somebody actually killed somebody. What's the penalty for that?
- 17:51Speaker 10: Is it twenty five is the same thing? Yeah, you
- 17:54Speaker 10: gotta regular, you gotta That's.
- 17:56Speaker 3: So that's what I'm saying.
- 17:57Speaker 10: I feel like, if that, if it kills my purposely,
- 17:59Speaker 10: it's twenty five, that ten fifteen maybe off. Like those
- 18:05Speaker 10: two things being on the same level or the same
- 18:07Speaker 10: time period.
- 18:08Speaker 5: It's like, well, well, let me give you more info.
- 18:13Speaker 5: First of all, I just double check it. Let me
- 18:15Speaker 5: give you more info. But it's twenty years. So he
- 18:17Speaker 5: got twenty years, not twenty five one correctly. All right,
- 18:20Speaker 5: So two additional things to consider, Okay, follow me. Texas
- 18:26Speaker 5: is the state that one of the only states is
- 18:28Speaker 5: not many, that allows you to choose for your jury
- 18:35Speaker 5: to sentence you most times. Right, you know, if you
- 18:38Speaker 5: go to trial, they the jurors determined guilt or innocence,
- 18:41Speaker 5: but a judge is the one who determines your sent
- 18:44Speaker 5: In Texas, you can say, judge, I don't.
- 18:45Speaker 3: Want you to.
- 18:46Speaker 5: I want them to. Tony Earls that's his name, chose
- 18:49Speaker 5: for the jury too, so they decided the twenty years. Okay,
- 18:53Speaker 5: but let me tell you one more thing. During a
- 18:56Speaker 5: sentencing phase, more information about defendant gets to come out okay,
- 19:01Speaker 5: and so.
- 19:04Speaker 7: Huh what happens.
- 19:07Speaker 5: During the sentencing is after he kills this little girl mistakenly, right,
- 19:14Speaker 5: he is caught on camera shortly after in a gas
- 19:24Speaker 5: station in a physical altercation with his actual son, which
- 19:28Speaker 5: was very bizarre, but like they're fighting each other, he
- 19:32Speaker 5: pulls out a gun, no station at his son. So
- 19:39Speaker 5: get this information before they sentence him. And I will say,
- 19:43Speaker 5: just personally, as I was watching, I was heartbroken because
- 19:45Speaker 5: you feel so bad for this man, and then you're like,
- 19:47Speaker 5: you ain't even learn your lesson, you stupid, And so
- 19:51Speaker 5: I actually think he could have got My belief is
- 19:55Speaker 5: he would have gotten less time. But when you see
- 19:59Speaker 5: this shortly after you just killed a nine year old,
- 20:03Speaker 5: you're not responsible with a gun, It's what you know
- 20:06Speaker 5: what I'm saying. So anyway, that's more information that could
- 20:09Speaker 5: I believe contributed to that twenty years.
- 20:11Speaker 7: You know what's so.
- 20:12Speaker 8: Funny even adding that already taught like it's something about
- 20:16Speaker 8: this story already said to me that he lacked emotional regulation,
- 20:20Speaker 8: Like because again you're in the heat of the moment,
- 20:23Speaker 8: I understand you, You're trying to protect your your woman,
- 20:26Speaker 8: you do your thing. Even if the car is coming
- 20:27Speaker 8: at you, you shoot at it one time. Once that
- 20:29Speaker 8: shit passed you, there's no reason for you to turn
- 20:32Speaker 8: around and keep.
- 20:33Speaker 7: Dumping at it. That alone gives you twenty if you.
- 20:37Speaker 8: Would have just been like, ah, I'm in a way,
- 20:39Speaker 8: Oh there's a cart bot two. If it drove past you,
- 20:43Speaker 8: it didn't stop, it wasn't trying to get you. Nobody
- 20:45Speaker 8: shot back at you. You just gonna have to take
- 20:47Speaker 8: that l and you. I tried, I went after it.
- 20:50Speaker 7: I tried. I shot at niggas.
- 20:52Speaker 8: I don't got your bag, shorty, Like, let's call all
- 20:54Speaker 8: the companies and let's do what we gotta do. Yeah,
- 20:57Speaker 8: unloading a clip at the car that passed you and
- 21:00Speaker 8: nobody is shooting back. Your emotional regulation is off you.
- 21:04Speaker 8: Even even in heightened situations. As an adult, you still
- 21:08Speaker 8: have to emotionally regulate.
- 21:10Speaker 7: Is it easy?
- 21:11Speaker 8: Absolutely not? But do you have to do it? Absolutely?
- 21:14Speaker 8: He yeah, he owed that. Yeah, he gotta.
- 21:17Speaker 3: I gotta.
- 21:18Speaker 4: I gotta ask Trump you got something good?
- 21:19Speaker 6: Well, I was gonna say, do I still have feedback?
- 21:22Speaker 3: No?
- 21:23Speaker 4: Oh no you Yeah.
- 21:24Speaker 9: I was just gonna piggyback off of what Dodge said.
- 21:27Speaker 9: That I believe that he's emotionally unstable, and he does
- 21:32Speaker 9: deserve the time because at that at the point he's
- 21:36Speaker 9: shooting at a at a moving vehicle, I don't think
- 21:39Speaker 9: his intent is necessary to get the purse back anymore.
- 21:43Speaker 9: Now it's like venge. So now again to Dodge's point,
- 21:47Speaker 9: you're somebody with a loaded weapon that is not emotionally regulated.
- 21:52Speaker 9: It's not about revenge just at that point, it's not
- 21:55Speaker 9: about self defense. And I don't know how much it's
- 21:58Speaker 9: about even getting the property back, because in order to
- 22:00Speaker 9: get the property back, the vehicle has to stop and
- 22:03Speaker 9: you have to shoot the driver or something to that. Yeah, yeah,
- 22:09Speaker 9: we're like wick or something, and the ship flips over
- 22:12Speaker 9: fifteen times and you stop the car.
- 22:14Speaker 6: Like what are we doing here? And like once he
- 22:16Speaker 6: gets in the car, like come on, man, you don't
- 22:19Speaker 6: even know if he's in the car. You don't know
- 22:21Speaker 6: who's living. Yeah, it's a mess.
- 22:23Speaker 8: I got you gotta be intentional when you shooting, aside
- 22:27Speaker 8: to ask.
- 22:27Speaker 2: A question, for one, I think I'm wrong or you know,
- 22:31Speaker 2: because bro, you can't just kill a nine year old
- 22:35Speaker 2: just over a purse. You can't just you know, I
- 22:39Speaker 2: was thinking about it and I don't really know what
- 22:41Speaker 2: you could kill a nine year old over you're by
- 22:43Speaker 2: mistake and you don't deserve to have to pay for
- 22:46Speaker 2: the nine year old's life, Like I think that. I'm
- 22:48Speaker 2: just I'm thinking like in some type of weird ass world.
- 22:52Speaker 2: But it's like, Bro, you shot at a fucking car
- 22:54Speaker 2: and killed an innocent like person, like what he is
- 22:58Speaker 2: gonna be innocent regardless, but some innocent family and you
- 23:03Speaker 2: just shoot and be like, oh my bad, I thought
- 23:04Speaker 2: you somebody else?
- 23:07Speaker 4: What you can't you can't do that right?
- 23:10Speaker 2: But here I have a question for all of y'all,
- 23:12Speaker 2: and Melanie, I love for you to answer this question.
- 23:17Speaker 2: Say he does all of this and they find the robber,
- 23:27Speaker 2: can the robber now be.
- 23:28Speaker 4: Charged with murder some sort of you know what I mean?
- 23:34Speaker 5: He could have never found him.
- 23:37Speaker 4: He could be charged with that.
- 23:38Speaker 7: Yeah, because you it's a it's a it's a series
- 23:41Speaker 7: of events. You started this. You're the catalyst.
- 23:43Speaker 8: No, this would have never happened if you never did it,
- 23:46Speaker 8: and all that shit can get dumped right on, absolutely.
- 23:50Speaker 10: And the first thing that you did was a crime,
- 23:51Speaker 10: which was the ticking and stuff. So ultimately you're starting bad.
- 23:55Speaker 2: And you can go to jail for murder because somebody
- 23:58Speaker 2: shot at you and shot somebody else.
- 24:01Speaker 10: If you commit a crime and your crime leads to
- 24:04Speaker 10: somebody dying, yeah, you on the hook for that.
- 24:07Speaker 8: It's not going to be the same charge, but there
- 24:09Speaker 8: is some type of liability that you could have.
- 24:12Speaker 7: Absolute folutely, he absolutely could have been charged.
- 24:14Speaker 5: They've never been able to find him. But had he
- 24:17Speaker 5: been fit, and I know he had to be at
- 24:19Speaker 5: home watching that child trial stress.
- 24:20Speaker 3: He would have got fried fried.
- 24:23Speaker 5: The prosecutors would have had to make to choose to
- 24:26Speaker 5: do that. And had they found him, I believe Tony
- 24:29Speaker 5: Earls wouldn't have been charged. If they found the Robbert,
- 24:33Speaker 5: they wouldn't have went after Tony Earls. But somebody's going
- 24:35Speaker 5: to answer for a nine year old being killed. And
- 24:36Speaker 5: if it's not the Robert, then I'm sorry, hope it's
- 24:38Speaker 5: gonna be you. So I think that that's what ended
- 24:40Speaker 5: up happening.
- 24:41Speaker 7: Yet stole the purse, you're busy shooting.
- 24:44Speaker 2: You ain't even you your son y'are supposed to going dogator?
- 24:52Speaker 4: What Now?
- 24:52Speaker 2: How old was it before we go to the next case.
- 24:55Speaker 2: How old was his son that he was fighting?
- 24:58Speaker 5: He was like sixteen.
- 25:01Speaker 4: He opted on a sixteen year old kid.
- 25:03Speaker 7: These whys crazy.
- 25:07Speaker 5: I went from feeling a lot of sympathy and like,
- 25:08Speaker 5: oh my gosh, this is so terrible to Okay, lock this, nigga, what.
- 25:13Speaker 3: Are you doing?
- 25:16Speaker 5: Sad? Yeah, Chrison, okay, next case.
- 25:20Speaker 3: That was great, That was great. That was great. I
- 25:24Speaker 3: told you all. I'm excited.
- 25:26Speaker 7: I got my notes and everything.
- 25:27Speaker 4: I'm locked.
- 25:29Speaker 3: God's got that note pad.
- 25:30Speaker 5: Here's a good question. How do you feel about parents
- 25:33Speaker 5: being held criminally responsible for the actions of their child.
- 25:37Speaker 5: If your child commits a crime, should you, as the
- 25:39Speaker 5: parents be held responsible?
- 25:41Speaker 7: Absolutely lock them up?
- 25:45Speaker 3: I agree. I think that.
- 25:47Speaker 10: I think it's a nuanced I think in those situations
- 25:50Speaker 10: of like those school shootings and things like that, yes,
- 25:55Speaker 10: I think for sure, especially especially if if it was
- 25:58Speaker 10: one of those things where you didn't take the right precautions,
- 26:02Speaker 10: you didn't do the right things.
- 26:03Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying, you look the other way. Oh,
- 26:05Speaker 3: definitely lock.
- 26:06Speaker 8: Them up, especially if you are a repeat offender, Like
- 26:10Speaker 8: if you're a kid that's always in some shit and
- 26:12Speaker 8: then you finally like murk somebody or hurt somebody, and
- 26:15Speaker 8: your parents did not lock them up because I'm the parent,
- 26:19Speaker 8: fuck with my kid.
- 26:20Speaker 7: I'm locking your mother up and your grandmother because they
- 26:23Speaker 7: raised dickheads.
- 26:24Speaker 9: I would I would say, no, you don't hold the
- 26:28Speaker 9: parents accountable unless you can show that there's like extreme
- 26:32Speaker 9: negligence that led to this offense happening. But just on
- 26:36Speaker 9: a general like sometimes the kid can just be an
- 26:41Speaker 9: outlier and then.
- 26:42Speaker 7: You're supposed to lock your kid up.
- 26:45Speaker 9: It's a whole nother human being. You could do your
- 26:47Speaker 9: best to raise them. But if you're doing all the
- 26:49Speaker 9: right things and you're not negligent and they just got
- 26:52Speaker 9: some chromostoms missing and they a little bit off in
- 26:55Speaker 9: the head, like the parent up for that, you got
- 26:59Speaker 9: to get work. I'm sorry about the Cromo soon. I
- 27:02Speaker 9: didn't mean it in that way.
- 27:02Speaker 3: I just meant, you know, I'm joking.
- 27:06Speaker 7: You gotta get them some paperwork.
- 27:07Speaker 8: If you think that there's something wrong with your child,
- 27:09Speaker 8: if your child has like odd or like some emotional
- 27:12Speaker 8: dysregulation or something like that, you can't be that parent like, oh,
- 27:15Speaker 8: there's nothing wrong with them.
- 27:16Speaker 7: I'm not gonna get them.
- 27:17Speaker 4: A value it. Nah.
- 27:18Speaker 8: You got to be proactive. If you not proactive, if
- 27:21Speaker 8: you're not at them doctor's appointments if you're not trying
- 27:23Speaker 8: to get them there. If you not trying, yeah, that's
- 27:25Speaker 8: negligent as hell.
- 27:26Speaker 7: Lock them up. Who else?
- 27:29Speaker 2: I think I think that y'all are looking at this.
- 27:33Speaker 2: It's too general the way y'all looking at it. Right,
- 27:35Speaker 2: there are some kids, There are some kids, say Trump, Right,
- 27:40Speaker 2: when I got into a fight at Hampton University, we
- 27:43Speaker 2: were seventeen, he was seventeen years old.
- 27:45Speaker 3: He was there.
- 27:46Speaker 4: Trump, I said it on this guy.
- 27:49Speaker 2: Trump was the last person there stomping on this dude's head,
- 27:55Speaker 2: jumping in the air.
- 27:56Speaker 4: This niggas six', six he's jumping in the, air his
- 28:00Speaker 4: blanky ass jumping on this. Dude, Right and it's like
- 28:06Speaker 4: his PARENTS i would think raised.
- 28:08Speaker 6: Him.
- 28:08Speaker 2: Well never, like what if something happened to that, dude
- 28:12Speaker 2: would you now charge his parents for this random action
- 28:17Speaker 2: that their child. Did now With, trump with What trum
- 28:21Speaker 2: is speaking, ABOUT i kind of do agree with.
- 28:23Speaker 3: IT i would look at this as like.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Potholes, right if the pothole has never been, reported.
- 28:30Speaker 4: It can't be you can't like if you if you
- 28:33Speaker 4: fall into.
- 28:33Speaker 3: It there's no.
- 28:35Speaker 2: Lawsuit but if it's been reported and they were, negligent
- 28:39Speaker 2: and fixing. It, yeah there's a, lawsuit, RIGHT i would
- 28:44Speaker 2: kind of look at it like. That but you got
- 28:45Speaker 2: to kind of be weird, because LIKE i, Said trump
- 28:48Speaker 2: was just with his homie and he was just riding
- 28:50Speaker 2: with his.
- 28:51Speaker 3: Friend and then he just really get his licks in.
- 28:55Speaker 7: Agreement BECAUSE i said the same.
- 28:56Speaker 8: THING i, said if you are an habitual person that's
- 28:59Speaker 8: doing stupid, shit not on like a one off, situation
- 29:02Speaker 8: like that's not.
- 29:03Speaker 7: Cool and you.
- 29:04Speaker 8: Talk about him, university that nigga grown you in, college
- 29:07Speaker 8: pack him.
- 29:08Speaker 6: UP i wasn't in. COLLEGE i was visiting.
- 29:12Speaker 2: High.
- 29:12Speaker 8: School trump, says, damn let's go give me the.
- 29:20Speaker 7: Case give me the casey.
- 29:22Speaker 5: Okay. Yes so a fifteen year old black boy takes
- 29:29Speaker 5: his father's keys to the. Car he's there with his
- 29:33Speaker 5: friends and he takes the. Keys he the prosecutors say
- 29:41Speaker 5: the dad gave the son. Permission the dad, SAYS i
- 29:46Speaker 5: did not give him. PERMISSION i just told him to
- 29:48Speaker 5: move the car out of the. Driveway, regardless the, son
- 29:52Speaker 5: fifteen years, old not, licensed not, permitted drives to his
- 29:56Speaker 5: friend's house because the friend needed to get a. Belt
- 29:59Speaker 5: they get the. Belt on the way, back fifteen year
- 30:01Speaker 5: old decides instead of going straight, home let's go by the.
- 30:05Speaker 5: Park he goes by the, park and as he's by this,
- 30:08Speaker 5: park he decides to run a stop, sign, accelerates hits
- 30:14Speaker 5: a car with a family full of, people including three
- 30:18Speaker 5: children and a. Grandmother he kills the grandmother and the three.
- 30:23Speaker 7: Children how fucking fast was?
- 30:25Speaker 5: He going very fast on a residential. Street son gets,
- 30:29Speaker 5: Charged dad gets. Charged, yeah what are your thoughts about?
- 30:35Speaker 3: That?
- 30:35Speaker 8: Yeah i'm cool with that because at the end of the.
- 30:39Speaker 7: Day first of, all that is.
- 30:40Speaker 8: Negligent why are you giving your keys to a fifteen
- 30:43Speaker 8: year old talking about move the car out the? Driveway
- 30:46Speaker 8: are you incapable go move your fucking?
- 30:49Speaker 7: Car?
- 30:50Speaker 8: Why he don't got no? Permit this, nay don't have no?
- 30:53Speaker 8: License he don't. Have and then as a, Parent i'm a.
- 30:58Speaker 8: Parent as a, PARENT i know my kids don't fucking.
- 31:01Speaker 8: LISTEN i know my kids don't. Listen they're not good,
- 31:05Speaker 8: people they, smart they, Cute BUT i know these niggas don't.
- 31:09Speaker 8: LISTEN i know IF i, say, yo go in the
- 31:11Speaker 8: frizz and get me a, soda but don't get one for.
- 31:16Speaker 8: Yourself i'm a fine one in that seven year old's
- 31:18Speaker 8: bedroom because she's that's the type of nigga she, is you.
- 31:21Speaker 8: UNDERSTAND i know IF i tell the seventeen year, old
- 31:25Speaker 8: here's one hundred, dollars buy one thing for, you one
- 31:28Speaker 8: thing for, me bring me back my. Change i'm never
- 31:31Speaker 8: seeing that change.
- 31:32Speaker 7: AGAIN i know my.
- 31:33Speaker 8: Kids so you mean to tell me that you ain't
- 31:36Speaker 8: realize that this nigga was going when he was just
- 31:38Speaker 8: supposed to move the car a couple?
- 31:39Speaker 7: Inches why is he moving a? Car you know your
- 31:43Speaker 7: kid not?
- 31:43Speaker 8: Trustworthy you think your kid trustworthy? Enough you will get
- 31:46Speaker 8: this nigga took his friend to get a?
- 31:48Speaker 7: Belt a?
- 31:50Speaker 8: Belt how he get here with no? Belt go back
- 31:54Speaker 8: home and get like you? Understand, so, yes there is.
- 31:57Speaker 8: Negligence should dad go to jail like? Forever maybe?
- 32:02Speaker 5: Not? Okay?
- 32:04Speaker 1: What?
- 32:05Speaker 7: Yeah come on?
- 32:06Speaker 5: Son okay it was for the person who asked the
- 32:10Speaker 5: cases In.
- 32:11Speaker 7: Florida, Okay i'm.
- 32:12Speaker 5: Clear i'm curious to hear more thoughts BECAUSE i have
- 32:15Speaker 5: a response to, you particularly about the. Timing how long
- 32:19Speaker 5: should each person get if they're? Convicted how long should
- 32:21Speaker 5: each person? Get but go, ahead?
- 32:23Speaker 2: Please my yesterday's camera went off? Again, okay.
- 32:32Speaker 6: Somebody to do a wellness check for?
- 32:35Speaker 9: Really so you, know going back to the previous, case
- 32:42Speaker 9: even if your intentions is just to commit a little petty,
- 32:47Speaker 9: crime a little, robbery but if somebody ends up getting
- 32:49Speaker 9: killed because of your initial, crime then unfortunately you're on
- 32:54Speaker 9: the hook for. It so If dad gave his keys
- 32:57Speaker 9: to a fifteen year old that does not have a,
- 32:59Speaker 9: license that was basically an unlawful act right.
- 33:03Speaker 6: There he's not legally allowed to move the car out
- 33:07Speaker 6: of the.
- 33:07Speaker 9: Driveway so whatever happens after, that it's fucked, up you
- 33:11Speaker 9: know WHAT i. Mean but it's, like according to the
- 33:14Speaker 9: letter of the law that initiated all the other actions
- 33:19Speaker 9: that happened after the same, way same thing we was
- 33:21Speaker 9: just talking, About, like you handed him the keys and he's,
- 33:25Speaker 9: unlicensed and why why does he need to move the
- 33:28Speaker 9: car out of the. Driveway what's the point of having
- 33:31Speaker 9: a driveway you're gonna move the car out the?
- 33:32Speaker 6: Driveway?
- 33:33Speaker 5: Leave, well what he. Said what he, said there were
- 33:36Speaker 5: two cars at the driveway And dad was the one
- 33:39Speaker 5: that was going to take them all to the house
- 33:41Speaker 5: to get the, belted so he needed son to move
- 33:45Speaker 5: second car out so that father could move first car.
- 33:49Speaker 5: Out that's what he. Said but when son moved first
- 33:52Speaker 5: car out instead of waiting so he could pull it back,
- 33:55Speaker 5: in he, left.
- 33:57Speaker 7: And, yo antenna's how long your kid was?
- 34:00Speaker 5: On for mad?
- 34:00Speaker 8: Long we at mad apps and, shit why you ain't
- 34:02Speaker 8: gon get your? Kids did you call your? Kid is
- 34:05Speaker 8: there records that say you called like you'll bring your
- 34:07Speaker 8: stupid ass home with my?
- 34:08Speaker 7: Car none of that. Negligence that nigga probably got high
- 34:11Speaker 7: and went to. Sleep, yo why, later, Man?
- 34:17Speaker 4: FLORIDA i do want to. Know did we say what this?
- 34:22Speaker 4: State the state Is, Florida what is the driving legal
- 34:25Speaker 4: driving age In?
- 34:26Speaker 3: Florida it don't.
- 34:27Speaker 7: Matter he don't have.
- 34:27Speaker 5: It it ain't, Fifteen it ain't, fifteen and he didn't.
- 34:30Speaker 4: Know it don't.
- 34:31Speaker 8: Matter he don't have. Nothing it don't matter even if
- 34:34Speaker 8: he was. Eighteen he don't have no.
- 34:35Speaker 5: Paperwork it said you can get a learner's permit at
- 34:38Speaker 5: fifteen and then sixteen for your actual.
- 34:41Speaker 4: License and we know that this person did not have
- 34:44Speaker 4: a learner's permit or.
- 34:45Speaker 3: Anything she said. It, yeah that's tough because.
- 34:53Speaker 2: The move you could have killed that grandmother and kids

- 46:21Speaker 5: guys the story and then get your. Thoughts so, a
- 46:24Speaker 5: this trial actually starts next. Week it's WHEN i am
- 46:27Speaker 5: ramping up to start. Following but the background is this
- 46:31Speaker 5: woman killed her three children and then jumped out of
- 46:39Speaker 5: a window in an attempt to take her own. Life
- 46:43Speaker 5: she didn't succeed in taking her own, life her kids,
- 46:46Speaker 5: die but she ended up being permanently paralyzed from her
- 46:53Speaker 5: neck down because of The she took a bunch of
- 46:56Speaker 5: medicine and jumped out so, immediately and a lot of
- 47:00Speaker 5: the commentary is already, like first of, all kids cases
- 47:04Speaker 5: automatically break my. Heart they are always a lot for.
- 47:06Speaker 5: Me And i'm, like why would a mother kill her?
- 47:07Speaker 5: Kids background, though that is worth, Noting and what is
- 47:11Speaker 5: her defense in the case is after she had her third,
- 47:16Speaker 5: child so her children are all about two years. Apart
- 47:18Speaker 5: after she had her last, child she started experiencing postpartum. Depression,
- 47:24Speaker 5: okay she is initially doing and saying things like waking
- 47:29Speaker 5: up at four o'clock not to feed her, kids but
- 47:31Speaker 5: to go on a three mile run to do aerobics
- 47:34Speaker 5: to Do she's, like, not she's being very. Weird and
- 47:37Speaker 5: then she starts not being able to get out of.
- 47:39Speaker 5: Bed she's, like clearly experiencing post part of. Depression she
- 47:42Speaker 5: starts communicating to her doctors and to her, HUSBAND i
- 47:45Speaker 5: don't feel. Well she also was a labor and delivery
- 47:48Speaker 5: nurse for nine, years so she has experienced babies and
- 47:51Speaker 5: all of this kind of. Things she starts communicating that
- 47:54Speaker 5: she doesn't feel. WELL i think something is off. Right
- 47:56Speaker 5: she goes to start saying a, doctor they start giving
- 47:58Speaker 5: her antidepressants to try and help and address. This stuff
- 48:02Speaker 5: doesn't get. Better she's, communicating Now i'm starting to hear.
- 48:05Speaker 5: Voices they're telling me to harm. Myself nobody's doing anything her.
- 48:09Speaker 5: Doctor they're changing out her medication or increasing the. Dosage
- 48:12Speaker 5: all of, this, right it gets so bad that she,
- 48:16Speaker 5: says now the voices are telling me to harm my.
- 48:18Speaker 5: CHILDREN i need to go see. Somebody so she goes
- 48:20Speaker 5: and checks herself. In she admits herself into a mental health. Facility.
- 48:24Speaker 5: Okay she stays there for a couple of, days and
- 48:26Speaker 5: then she is released under the direction that she should
- 48:29Speaker 5: not be. Alone that's what the doctor's. Say she is
- 48:33Speaker 5: still on. Medication it's not getting any. Better january twenty,
- 48:37Speaker 5: fourth twenty twenty three. Comes she's not well and she
- 48:44Speaker 5: does some errands throughout the, day and in the, evening
- 48:48Speaker 5: she tells her. Husband they're having a discussion about. Dinner
- 48:51Speaker 5: it's agreed that husband is going to go to pick up.
- 48:55Speaker 5: Dinner so he leaves the house and he leaves her
- 48:58Speaker 5: with the. Children she is, saying when dad, left she
- 49:03Speaker 5: heard the. Voices they got really. Loud they, said now
- 49:06Speaker 5: it's your time kill the, children so you can kill,
- 49:08Speaker 5: yourself and so that is what ends up. Happening so
- 49:11Speaker 5: she is now starting trial next. Week, obviously she's been
- 49:14Speaker 5: charged with the murder of her three. Children her defense
- 49:18Speaker 5: is that number one insanity but, secondly but, SECONDLY i
- 49:24Speaker 5: expressed THAT i, was, well the doctors should have done
- 49:29Speaker 5: something and basically my husband shouldn't have left.
- 49:31Speaker 7: Me yeah, yeah like no that She, no this is
- 49:41Speaker 7: gonna sound, Crazy, yeah BECAUSE i.
- 49:42Speaker 3: WOULDN'T i want to know.
- 49:44Speaker 8: It's gonna sound, Crazy, like, no, no this sounds so.
- 49:51Speaker 5: Crazy let me say, that keep your thought To the
- 49:55Speaker 5: prosecutors are saying that it's actually. Premeditatee that she planned
- 49:58Speaker 5: for her husband to lee so that she can do.
- 50:00Speaker 5: THAT i should say. That they are saying that this was.
- 50:03Speaker 5: Intentional she wanted him to leave so.
- 50:05Speaker 8: That she the voices told, her like, yo get him
- 50:08Speaker 8: about of here and his stupid, ass you're gonna leave
- 50:10Speaker 8: her with? You why would you leave crazy people with your?
- 50:13Speaker 8: Kids but how all?
- 50:14Speaker 3: Right?
- 50:14Speaker 7: Cool so no kill your own?
- 50:21Speaker 4: Kids?
- 50:21Speaker 5: Right?
- 50:22Speaker 3: No? No, no all, right all, right don't make me.
- 50:29Speaker 8: Laugh don't make me laugh, stop cause like who's really hurt?
- 50:33Speaker 8: Here like why you said it me? To like LIKE
- 50:36Speaker 8: i don't think that she should go to jail because
- 50:38Speaker 8: like they they hers you, understand like if you kill,
- 50:40Speaker 8: somebody you hear.
- 50:41Speaker 4: Yourself you are you hearing the?
- 50:46Speaker 8: Voices now, listen, Listen i'm mentally. Unwell everybody knows That
- 50:52Speaker 8: i'm mentally. UNWELL i already did. EVERYTHING i tried to help,
- 50:57Speaker 8: myself my husband and check me in the, ship and
- 51:00Speaker 8: LIKE i had to get up in half of my
- 51:03Speaker 8: brain that's working, correctly had to try to get me
- 51:06Speaker 8: to get the other half to work correct and it's not.
- 51:09Speaker 7: Working if, you as the.
- 51:11Speaker 8: Same, person know that you should Not you should have
- 51:14Speaker 8: went and got the food and took the kids with,
- 51:16Speaker 8: you but you didn't do.
- 51:19Speaker 7: That you left me alone when you knew. That i'm
- 51:22Speaker 7: telling you these things that.
- 51:23Speaker 8: Happen i'm telling, You i'm having these, voices like at
- 51:26Speaker 8: the end of the, DAY i don't think that she
- 51:27Speaker 8: should go to, jail AND i do think that the
- 51:30Speaker 8: husband for, me if somebody is gonna go down for,
- 51:33Speaker 8: it it gotta be the husband for, negligence Because i'm
- 51:35Speaker 8: thinking this is one of them situations when you like
- 51:39Speaker 8: a married single mother type, shit because it's like why
- 51:42Speaker 8: would you why would you leave a crazy would you
- 51:45Speaker 8: leave a crazy person in the house with your kids
- 51:47Speaker 8: that said.
- 51:48Speaker 7: That they got thoughts of killing your.
- 51:49Speaker 8: Babies NOT i wouldn't leave that motherfucker in the house
- 51:52Speaker 8: with my baby for.
- 51:53Speaker 7: Nothing, actually she wouldn't even live in a house with my.
- 51:56Speaker 8: Babies she would be locked up somewhere in a padded
- 51:59Speaker 8: room until you get you a ship.
- 52:00Speaker 7: Together you're gonna leave, her and especially you know how

- 52:50Speaker 8: get the fuck out of the fight or, flight get,
- 52:53Speaker 8: out help.
- 52:54Speaker 7: Police so she.
- 52:56Speaker 5: Has she's also filed a lawsuit against her doctors for
- 53:00Speaker 5: medical malpractice because they did not properly diagnose Her number.
- 53:04Speaker 5: One turns out that she actually had version of bipolar,
- 53:11Speaker 5: disorder and when you are given anti the presence when
- 53:15Speaker 5: it actually it makes it. Worse and so what her,
- 53:19Speaker 5: team her team is arguing that it was medical. Malpractice
- 53:23Speaker 5: they didn't properly diagnosed, her made her situation, worse and
- 53:26Speaker 5: it resulted in her doing.
- 53:27Speaker 7: THIS i don't think you should go to.
- 53:30Speaker 9: JAIL i think everybody going to. JAIL i think the
- 53:36Speaker 9: dad going to the husband going to, jail the wife
- 53:39Speaker 9: is going to, jail and the people that released them
- 53:42Speaker 9: from the. Facility so maybe the people that released them
- 53:45Speaker 9: from the, facility they may not go to, jail but
- 53:47Speaker 9: they should be found guilty in civil, charges like you,
- 53:49Speaker 9: said because that's you, know to release somebody under the
- 53:54Speaker 9: conditions that they have to be. Supervised that's the whole
- 53:59Speaker 9: point of a facilit is you are supervised twenty four
- 54:02Speaker 9: hours once you release them outside of the. Facility like
- 54:06Speaker 9: there's no, Husband there's no human being that has the
- 54:08Speaker 9: capacity to supervise another adult twenty four to. Seven it's
- 54:13Speaker 9: just not. Realistic so, YEAH i think that they, are you,
- 54:18Speaker 9: know liable. HERE i think the husband is liable because
- 54:21Speaker 9: he agreed to the conditional discharge and then went out
- 54:24Speaker 9: the crib without the left the kids.
- 54:26Speaker 6: There, no BUT i don't let her off the hook.
- 54:29Speaker 3: Entirely, No i'm, crazy that's not How, No.
- 54:34Speaker 6: I'm crazy or. Not you're getting some of these charges.
- 54:36Speaker 4: Too no y'all think y'all are you still did?
- 54:40Speaker 3: It are all? Nuts your answers are? Crazy.
- 54:43Speaker 4: Okay if.
- 54:45Speaker 2: This person has told You i'm thinking about killing myself
- 54:50Speaker 2: and my, Children i'm telling YOU i might kill my,
- 54:52Speaker 2: kids you cannot now put me as like a security
- 54:58Speaker 2: guard to stop somebody from. Killing i'm not a police
- 55:03Speaker 2: to a police, office, Sir i'm not a.
- 55:07Speaker 4: POLICE i sleep.
- 55:09Speaker 2: Like how AM i supposed this person is telling You
- 55:12Speaker 2: i'm going to murder?
- 55:14Speaker 4: People how is that my job to?
- 55:17Speaker 8: Stop you should have never let her back in your.
- 55:20Speaker 8: House that would have never been back in my.
- 55:21Speaker 2: House the court, system the mental health system is fucked
- 55:28Speaker 2: in this.
- 55:28Speaker 6: Country we know.
- 55:29Speaker 2: That if you just go get on THE a, train
- 55:31Speaker 2: you can, tell if you go get on the martyr In,
- 55:33Speaker 2: atlanta you can.
- 55:34Speaker 3: Tell the fucking mental health system is.
- 55:37Speaker 4: Fucked we're not putting enough money into.
- 55:39Speaker 3: It at the end of the, day.
- 55:41Speaker 4: This man and it's coming and. Going she could have
- 55:45Speaker 4: been good one day and not good than.
- 55:47Speaker 2: NUTS i supposed to know what the fucking McDonald's, ude
- 55:52Speaker 2: what what the? Bro you, can't, Yo and then that
- 55:57Speaker 2: dementia ship if y'all ever dealt with people like, that
- 56:00Speaker 2: may be good one day and then they not good the, next,
- 56:02Speaker 2: Bro and it could be one. Moment so it's kind
- 56:06Speaker 2: of messed up that we're talking. About he got to
- 56:09Speaker 2: go to jail when she was probably, herself and she,
- 56:13Speaker 2: like what the? Fuck and then the doctors is telling
- 56:16Speaker 2: them certain. Shit, Now, okay she's not to be left.
- 56:18Speaker 2: ALONE i get, IT i get, IT i get. IT
- 56:20Speaker 2: i get them not to be left, alone but not
- 56:24Speaker 2: left alone Or i'm.
- 56:25Speaker 4: Going to kill these.
- 56:26Speaker 3: Children.
- 56:26Speaker 2: YEP i don't see that like, That. Yo if you
- 56:31Speaker 2: leave her, alone she's gonna kill your. KIDS i don't
- 56:34Speaker 2: see that as like what was being told to him
- 56:38Speaker 2: or what his understanding of this situation, was because if, so.
- 56:43Speaker 4: He probably shouldn't be. Liable it's the fucking mental. Place
- 56:50Speaker 4: what do you?
- 56:50Speaker 7: Mean but as a?
- 56:52Speaker 8: Parent, right you mean to tell me that if somebody said,
- 56:55Speaker 8: Understandable if let's say somebody doesn't, SAY i you, can't
- 57:00Speaker 8: you can't be alone with your. Kids If i'm telling
- 57:03Speaker 8: You i'm having these, Ideations i'm having homicidal ideations and suicidal.
- 57:08Speaker 8: Ideations i'm sorry you're locked in the basement like on
- 57:13Speaker 8: some bubble ship from the, wire like like there is
- 57:16Speaker 8: no fucking way that you're just freely walk ask. YOU
- 57:20Speaker 8: i don't care if you yourself today TO i don't
- 57:23Speaker 8: care if you've been yourself for. ME I i don't
- 57:26Speaker 8: play like that when it.
- 57:28Speaker 2: After you're coming after the original.
- 57:31Speaker 3: Offense the original.
- 57:32Speaker 4: Offense is you're letting me.
- 57:34Speaker 2: Out you're not supposed to let me If i'm telling,
- 57:38Speaker 2: You i'm gonna kill the mother bunch of, people ill
- 57:40Speaker 2: all these people over.
- 57:41Speaker 4: Here you know? What you want to make sure you
- 57:44Speaker 4: don't kill all those, people because.
- 57:47Speaker 7: You're absolutely.
- 57:48Speaker 8: Right and ONCE i see that these motherfuckers is willing
- 57:51Speaker 8: to let her crazy ass, Out bet you not coming
- 57:54Speaker 8: in my. House don't kill. Somebody go stay with your.
- 57:56Speaker 8: Mother go do that shit at your mom's. House so
- 57:59Speaker 8: do that shit is your grand mother. House but you're
- 58:01Speaker 8: not sitting in here with my.
- 58:02Speaker 9: Babies so tell her you don't think the husband has
- 58:04Speaker 9: any liability?
- 58:06Speaker 4: Here NO i, Know, NO i.
- 58:09Speaker 6: Don't what if he agreed to the conditional release that
- 58:12Speaker 6: he was going to supervise.
- 58:14Speaker 3: Her train fours?
- 58:15Speaker 7: Crazy how crazy conditional release.
- 58:22Speaker 5: Right?
- 58:22Speaker 6: Exactly why would you agree to that? Ship you know
- 58:24Speaker 6: you can't do.
- 58:25Speaker 7: THAT i THINK i think this is this is one
- 58:27Speaker 7: of thold.
- 58:28Speaker 8: THESE i think this is one of those mothers versus
- 58:30Speaker 8: father's thing Because i'm telling, you, Sons i'm telling, you
- 58:34Speaker 8: there is no fucking.
- 58:37Speaker 7: Way there's no fucking way as a, mother ain't no.
- 58:41Speaker 8: Fucking even if you you you had a homicidal ideation
- 58:44Speaker 8: about my baby, once, nigga get the fuck. Out don't
- 58:49Speaker 8: kill everybody at your mother, House mark. Dumb i'll be
- 58:53Speaker 8: a character. WITNESS i got. You i'm gonna sit on
- 58:55Speaker 8: your side at the. Court are you fucking? Crazy you're
- 58:59Speaker 8: thinking about one of my babies in yourself And i'm
- 59:02Speaker 8: going to leave you to what my babies is dead right?
- 59:04Speaker 7: Now BECAUSE i wanted to go Get chinese? Food are
- 59:07Speaker 7: you fucking?
- 59:08Speaker 5: Crazy, NO i was going to answer some of the.
- 59:13Speaker 5: Questions it is In. Massachusetts they are. White he is
- 59:20Speaker 5: apparently moved on and has a new wife or a
- 59:24Speaker 5: new woman in his.
- 59:25Speaker 7: Life AND i said she was a single married a
- 59:30Speaker 7: single married.
- 59:31Speaker 5: Mother and then there was something ELSE i was going
- 59:35Speaker 5: to say THAT i just don't, remember but, yeah that
- 59:38Speaker 5: case is. Is LIKE i, said starting next, week it
- 59:41Speaker 5: is one THAT i think it's going to be, interesting
- 59:42Speaker 5: just because of the insanity. Defense you don't hear those very,
- 59:45Speaker 5: often and even if you hear, them they don't really. Succeed,
- 59:49Speaker 5: THIS i think is going to be. Interesting i'm expecting
- 59:52Speaker 5: a ton of, experts, obviously to take the stand and
- 59:55Speaker 5: testify about her mental. Condition how you know her mental?
- 59:59Speaker 5: Health that's WHAT i. Anticipate but you, know we'll. SEE
- 1:00:02Speaker 5: i just have a.
- 1:00:05Speaker 6: Charge is the husband being? Talked?
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: No, no you living his life from what you know
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: of studying all these. Cases, yes give me a guess
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: of what you think happens and how much, time if,
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: any she would.
- 1:00:22Speaker 5: GET i think she's going to get the. INSANITY i
- 1:00:24Speaker 5: think they're going to find her not guilty by reason of.
- 1:00:26Speaker 5: Insanity and the REASON i personally would be okay with.
- 1:00:30Speaker 5: That i'm also a mother AND i have experienced postpartum.
- 1:00:33Speaker 5: Depression she has postpartum. PSYCHOSISTS i didn't have, that but.
- 1:00:38Speaker 5: THERE i THINK i think they're going because there is
- 1:00:42Speaker 5: so much evidence of her trying to help herself and
- 1:00:45Speaker 5: not getting her not being a, doctor so she's not
- 1:00:48Speaker 5: able to articulate what she, needs she needs somebody to tell,
- 1:00:51Speaker 5: her and the doctors miss. THAT i THINK i could have.
- 1:00:54Speaker 5: Maddened there's also the jury is including. Alternats it's twelve
- 1:00:57Speaker 5: women and seven. MEN i think that that take a
- 1:01:01Speaker 5: play in that as. WELL i think women may be
- 1:01:03Speaker 5: able to identify with what she wished. Through So i'm
- 1:01:07Speaker 5: anticipating that she's going to be not guilty by reason of.
- 1:01:09Speaker 5: Insanity but the thing to understand about an insanity plea
- 1:01:13Speaker 5: is that it means you don't go to. Prison it
- 1:01:15Speaker 5: means you go to a mental health.
- 1:01:16Speaker 4: Boss.
- 1:01:17Speaker 5: Right it doesn't mean you just live your life and
- 1:01:19Speaker 5: you're just. Out it means you were insane and so
- 1:01:22Speaker 5: to help get you. Better instead of serving a sentence,
- 1:01:25Speaker 5: there you'll be here until the judge decides or there
- 1:01:28Speaker 5: is records to show that you are healthier and so
- 1:01:31Speaker 5: that you can now enter back into the.
- 1:01:33Speaker 8: World when she paralized from the neck down and shit
- 1:01:36Speaker 8: like in, jail she don't need to go to.
- 1:01:38Speaker 7: Jail go to jail for what that.
- 1:01:40Speaker 5: Is that's WHAT i think will. Happen there is a
- 1:01:43Speaker 5: case that is years old where a woman had a
- 1:01:48Speaker 5: bunch of kids and she didn't want to have no mo,
- 1:01:50Speaker 5: kids but her husband kept knocking her. Up it was
- 1:01:52Speaker 5: like a religious thing as. Well he started articulating that
- 1:01:56Speaker 5: she wasn't well and he was, told don't leave her
- 1:01:58Speaker 5: with your kids. Alone he left her thought that it
- 1:02:01Speaker 5: was a. Documentary she drowned her five. Children she ended
- 1:02:05Speaker 5: up getting. Convicted, however she, appealed got a new trial
- 1:02:09Speaker 5: and was found not guilty by reason of. Insanity so
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: and her retrout she was not guilty the first one
- 1:02:15Speaker 5: she was sent that she was. Guilty SO i, think
- 1:02:18Speaker 5: AND i think WE i, think you, know research has
- 1:02:22Speaker 5: come so far from that case THAT i think the
- 1:02:25Speaker 5: experts will probably be able to get a jury to
- 1:02:28Speaker 5: understand or. Seen so that's WHAT i. Expect i've been
- 1:02:32Speaker 5: wrong many times, though and that's Why i'm going to
- 1:02:34Speaker 5: be tapped in Because i'm, like how is this gonna play?
- 1:02:35Speaker 9: OUT i got a, question what what floor does she
- 1:02:39Speaker 9: jump out?
- 1:02:40Speaker 5: OF i think it was the Second see that's.
- 1:02:44Speaker 6: A, mistake you're going to jump out of the tekend.
- 1:02:46Speaker 6: Floor she.
- 1:02:53Speaker 9: Took mm hmm jump out the second floor window to
- 1:02:58Speaker 9: her to. Merge but what state was this In?
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: Massachusetts maybe they didn't have a third floor Tro i'm
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: just saying it's just poor planning at this, point because
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: now you're fucked.
- 1:03:10Speaker 9: Up imagine you try to kill yourself and you just
- 1:03:13Speaker 9: laying there, paralyzed right there in that in.
- 1:03:17Speaker 5: That courtroom in a. Wheelchair every day they wheel her
- 1:03:19Speaker 5: in and will her.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: Out now To tony it talking about it's. Sad but
- 1:03:24Speaker 2: she told that man she didn't want no. Kids like
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: how many times niggas told, y'all ain't want no kids?
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: Now it's?
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: Sad please, nobody don't give a fuck about.
- 1:03:33Speaker 7: That you're not a good.
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: Person what how many times niggas can told y'all we
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: don't want no kids.
- 1:03:41Speaker 8: Now ain't, murky, y'all big head of azzed. Babies so
- 1:03:44Speaker 8: that's What i'll be talking, about. Y'all don't y'all not grateful,
- 1:03:47Speaker 8: enough y'all not thankful.
- 1:03:49Speaker 4: ENOUGH i just find this, like, yo, bro this is.
- 1:03:56Speaker 4: Yo men are bad.
- 1:03:57Speaker 7: People i'll say it. Once i'll say. It you men
- 1:04:02Speaker 7: are bad. People. MAN i don't. Care fuck.

- 1:05:23Speaker 8: Y n is a black, Woman my therapist is a black.
- 1:05:26Speaker 8: Woman MY pcp is a black. Woman LIKE i, DON'T i,
- 1:05:30Speaker 8: CAN'T i just will. Not so because of, that my,
- 1:05:36Speaker 8: doctor my original doctor's office was In Midtown, manhattan and
- 1:05:43Speaker 8: they moved her up To harlem a couple of years.
- 1:05:45Speaker 8: Ago but black woman doctor is very hard for me
- 1:05:48Speaker 8: to find, one especially one That i'm like attached. To
- 1:05:52Speaker 8: SO i travel To harlem at least once a year
- 1:05:55Speaker 8: to go get my annual and go see my. Doctor
- 1:05:58Speaker 8: so this week was time for my. Appointment so me
- 1:06:02Speaker 8: And parker we went on an. Excursion context for, you,
- 1:06:05Speaker 8: MAIL i live In, jersey BUT i traveled To New
- 1:06:08Speaker 8: york obviously To harlem to for this doctor's. Appointment and
- 1:06:11Speaker 8: me and my, kid my daughter's, seven my youngest at,
- 1:06:14Speaker 8: least she's, seven and we're having a good old, time
- 1:06:16Speaker 8: like we're having a grand. Time so we're taking a
- 1:06:18Speaker 8: train And i'm realizing because thinking about it from the
- 1:06:22Speaker 8: thought process of an, EDUCATOR i was, LIKE i think
- 1:06:25Speaker 8: That parker thinks when we take the, TRAIN i just.
- 1:06:28Speaker 7: Know Where i'm. Going so it was a teachable moment
- 1:06:32Speaker 7: AND i was, Like, hey.
- 1:06:34Speaker 8: So we're about to take this. Train this is the color,
- 1:06:37Speaker 8: train these are the. Numbers SO i want you to
- 1:06:39Speaker 8: help mommy navigate BECAUSE i think you THINK i just
- 1:06:41Speaker 8: know Where i'm, going but in my, Brain i'm actually
- 1:06:43Speaker 8: reading the signs and figuring out where to. Go so
- 1:06:46Speaker 8: we're having a good old, time like we. Navigating she's,
- 1:06:49Speaker 8: like all, right we're gonna take this. Training we gotta
- 1:06:51Speaker 8: get up here and get to this. One take two, stops.
- 1:06:53Speaker 8: Toda so we navigated there and. Back just a little
- 1:06:56Speaker 8: learning lesson from my. Baby so we get To. Harlem
- 1:06:59Speaker 8: it was pouring, raining cats and dogs that. Did so
- 1:07:03Speaker 8: we get To harlem AND i get to my doctor's.
- 1:07:06Speaker 8: OFFICE i don't particularly like this new, location but, AGAIN
- 1:07:10Speaker 8: i love my. Doctor so we're At harlem and we
- 1:07:13Speaker 8: get to the doctor's office and the doctor's like the
- 1:07:17Speaker 8: building is like three. Floors the second floor is the
- 1:07:20Speaker 8: floor where my doctor. Is the third floor is a,
- 1:07:23Speaker 8: obgym but it's also a rehabilitation center on the third.
- 1:07:28Speaker 8: Floor that contact. Matters so we get, in we say
- 1:07:31Speaker 8: hello to the security. Guard we get in the. Elevator
- 1:07:34Speaker 8: some man comes in behind us very much looking drugged
- 1:07:39Speaker 8: out or, whatever and he's talking to the security guard
- 1:07:43Speaker 8: and she was, like, yeah like you've been here. Before
- 1:07:45Speaker 8: you go on to the third, floor, right and he's,
- 1:07:47Speaker 8: like get second. Floor whatever the fuck he's. Said so
- 1:07:50Speaker 8: he gets on the. Elevator now it's the three of
- 1:07:52Speaker 8: us on the, elevator doors. Closed my intended is already growing. Up,
- 1:07:56Speaker 8: Mom i'm in protection. Mode i'm always thinking about my.
- 1:07:58Speaker 8: Kid first, park she pressed two on the. Elevator he's,
- 1:08:03Speaker 8: like press, two press, two and then he goes over
- 1:08:06Speaker 8: and he presses two, again and he goes back in
- 1:08:09Speaker 8: the corner and then he presses.
- 1:08:10Speaker 7: THREE i peet whatever.
- 1:08:13Speaker 8: Again, naturally When i'm with my, KID i don't think about.
- 1:08:17Speaker 8: Myself i'm only thinking about my. Kid so the elevator
- 1:08:21Speaker 8: door is, open AND i make sure my kid gets
- 1:08:25Speaker 8: out the elevator.
- 1:08:26Speaker 7: First so she gets out the.
- 1:08:27Speaker 8: Elevator AS i turn around to get out the, elevator
- 1:08:30Speaker 8: he touches my.
- 1:08:31Speaker 7: Ass m.
- 1:08:32Speaker 6: Hm.
- 1:08:34Speaker 7: SEE i think that a lot of.
- 1:08:36Speaker 8: PEOPLE i don't think people understand how emotionally REGULATED i.
- 1:08:39Speaker 8: Am in heightened. Situations mommi mode is. ON i, said all, right,
- 1:08:46Speaker 8: COOL i had an ice coffee on my. HAND i
- 1:08:49Speaker 8: tell my, BABY i, said, hey take this ice. COFFEE
- 1:08:51Speaker 8: i was, LIKE i want you to stand to the

- 1:10:52Speaker 8: Situation AND i had to, regulate and it was so
- 1:10:55Speaker 8: hard for, me like taking deep, breaths and then people
- 1:10:58Speaker 8: coming and like like supervisors and everybody's coming to check
- 1:11:02Speaker 8: up on. Me and even in that, moment the supervis
- 1:11:05Speaker 8: like what? Happened can you tell me what? HAPPENED i was,

- 1:11:20Speaker 8: yeah it. Was it was a Bad it was a bad.
- 1:11:22Speaker 8: Day it was a bad day for several. Reasons, one
- 1:11:27Speaker 8: there's a lot of realizations That i've had. Afterwards the
- 1:11:31Speaker 8: one realization THAT i have is like my family and
- 1:11:36Speaker 8: friends are, like, Yo i'm proud of. You you did
- 1:11:38Speaker 8: what you had to, do like you Show parker boundaries.
- 1:11:40Speaker 8: Whatever But i'm very intentionally trying to raise not a sheltered,
- 1:11:45Speaker 8: kid but a more suburban LIKE i moved out Of
- 1:11:47Speaker 8: New york AFTER i have.
- 1:11:48Speaker 7: My kid for a.
- 1:11:49Speaker 8: Reason there's certain THINGS i didn't want her to, see
- 1:11:50Speaker 8: want her to be exposed to and her mother's different.
- 1:11:53Speaker 8: PEOPLE i didn't want her to be exposed to that
- 1:11:55Speaker 8: side of me either at. Seven BUT i get the
- 1:11:57Speaker 8: other side of, it of her seeing me stand end
- 1:12:00Speaker 8: up for myself and seeing boundaries LIKE i get that.
- 1:12:02Speaker 3: Cool.
- 1:12:02Speaker 8: Whatever in the last fifteen, years the only PEOPLE i
- 1:12:08Speaker 8: have ever had to put hands on is, men And
- 1:12:11Speaker 8: i'm actually disgusted by THE i have not had a
- 1:12:14Speaker 8: fight with a woman SINCE i was like nineteen twenty years.

- 1:12:22Speaker 8: Actually i'm really tired of.
- 1:12:23Speaker 7: It it's not.
- 1:12:25Speaker 8: Cool but also as a, woman you go through like
- 1:12:29Speaker 8: the because we still all like compassionate and. Shit so
- 1:12:32Speaker 8: Now i'm going through the motions in my head, like,
- 1:12:35Speaker 8: damn MAYBE i should have worn something different or you know,
- 1:12:37Speaker 8: WHAT i, like my antitas did go up when he
- 1:12:40Speaker 8: came in the, elevator but he obviously was on. Drug
- 1:12:42Speaker 8: And i'm just making all it like and then you
- 1:12:44Speaker 8: go through like the Mental olympics of it, all when
- 1:12:47Speaker 8: the fact of the matter is, this you shouldn't have
- 1:12:50Speaker 8: fucking touched, me period and what you got you, deserved,
- 1:12:56Speaker 8: Period AND i just GOTTA i have to stand on.

- 1:13:32Speaker 6: Hm he didn't even get no band aids or.
