- 1:15Speaker 1: I don't like taking it off when you're actoring, No,
- 1:19Speaker 1: I don't like it at all.

- 1:25Speaker 4: Forgetting what if your character's not married? But then what happens?
- 1:28Speaker 1: Oh you have to take it off, right? Yeah? I
- 1:30Speaker 1: don't like it though. We don't put it they when
- 1:34Speaker 1: you're on set, Jays, when you're in with the costume
- 1:37Speaker 1: and or makeup people depends you take it off and
- 1:40Speaker 1: they look after it for you. But I don't like that.
- 1:42Speaker 3: Yeah, it gives me anxiety. Also, I've got another gold
- 1:45Speaker 3: ring which is really tight, and that gives me anxiety trying.
- 1:48Speaker 1: To get it off.
- 1:51Speaker 3: Keasy your mad bars it? How's life?
- 1:53Speaker 1: Life's really great? Fellows? Yeah, lovely day at least up here.
- 1:57Speaker 3: In Auckland, absolutely magnificent. Fels like spring.
- 2:01Speaker 4: It does feel like spring, jas Yeah, it's a great point.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Spring's not for another month though, Jase. Did you know that?
- 2:06Speaker 4: Man?
- 2:07Speaker 1: Wow?
- 2:08Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah I do. But I'm just I'm pretending it's
- 2:11Speaker 3: spring today because it makes me feel good. Yeah right,
- 2:15Speaker 3: you had a haircut, Keezy.
- 2:16Speaker 4: I have had a haircut. Thanks for noticing. Mogi and
- 2:18Speaker 4: Pugs notice immediately.
- 2:19Speaker 3: Well I noticed because you started rabiting on about it
- 2:22Speaker 3: because you're wearing a cap. So what is it a shocker?
- 2:25Speaker 4: That's not a shocker. It's just I felt like wearing
- 2:27Speaker 4: a cap today.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Right, Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 2:29Speaker 3: Now listen massive shower head feels.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Oh big show would you rather?
- 2:34Speaker 3: Of course, your chance to get in the jaw. They've
- 2:36Speaker 3: got the Big Pole coming up. Plenty going on, including
- 2:41Speaker 3: great tunes like the Sound Garden.
- 2:44Speaker 2: The Hodaki Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and
- 2:48Speaker 2: Keezy Is.
- 2:49Speaker 3: Indeed the Red Hot Chili Pepper's there on the Radio
- 2:52Speaker 3: Hodakie Big Show this Wednesday afternoon. The time is thirteen
- 2:55Speaker 3: minutes past four o'clock now. And yesterday's Big Pole the
- 2:58Speaker 3: question was dancing yes or no at the Olympics. That's right,
- 3:04Speaker 3: we've made it roll on the Big Show, which is this.
- 3:06Speaker 3: It has to be a definitive result, i e. Seventy
- 3:09Speaker 3: five percent sort of result in order.
- 3:12Speaker 1: For things to change.
- 3:13Speaker 3: We've already eliminated competitive walking from the Olympics.
- 3:16Speaker 1: It's god gone exactly. It won't be an Olympics.
- 3:20Speaker 3: No.
- 3:20Speaker 4: So yesterday's won breaking slash break dancing final result seventy
- 3:25Speaker 4: eight percent of people in favor of getting rid of it.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Great's gone gone, forget about.
- 3:29Speaker 3: The people have spoken keysing.
- 3:31Speaker 4: Okay, I'll play the guillotine.
- 3:34Speaker 1: It's gone.
- 3:34Speaker 4: However, we haven't actually seen it at the Olympics yet.
- 3:36Speaker 1: I don't think.
- 3:37Speaker 4: Yeah, it's gone, so people haven't had a chance.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Well, people have traveled over there for it, so they
- 3:40Speaker 1: can have it this time. Yeah, and then that's it.
- 3:43Speaker 3: It can be their final hurrah.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Oh, thank you.
- 3:45Speaker 4: All right again Swan, it's officially gone. All right, well
- 3:48Speaker 4: let's go for today's big pole.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Pole.
- 3:58Speaker 3: This is an interesting one, actually lead to Caflon Yes or.
- 4:01Speaker 1: No, that's right. I mean this is this is probably
- 4:06Speaker 1: driven by me. I was watching it over the weekend
- 4:10Speaker 1: and I was just struck by how average everybody was
- 4:13Speaker 1: that was participating in it. It is an interesting thing,
- 4:17Speaker 1: and I think one of the things that annoyed me
- 4:18Speaker 1: was how arrogant they all were. They're giving it to
- 4:21Speaker 1: the crowd, pumping it up, and I guess they're trying
- 4:23Speaker 1: to get the crowd into it, which is difficult to
- 4:26Speaker 1: do when you're not very good at any of the
- 4:27Speaker 1: things that you're participating in. You're not if you were,
- 4:31Speaker 1: If any of these guys that end up winning medals
- 4:34Speaker 1: were only participating in one of the ten sports, they
- 4:38Speaker 1: wouldn't even be at the Olympics. They'd be at home
- 4:40Speaker 1: watching the TV like me. You know what I'm saying. Yes, So,
- 4:44Speaker 1: for example, if you take the pole vault, the highest
- 4:47Speaker 1: pole vault that the men's that I didn't see the
- 4:49Speaker 1: woman's won. Hopefully that's coming up. But the highest pole
- 4:53Speaker 1: vault was in the decathlon was one with a leap
- 4:56Speaker 1: of five meters twenty In the actual part vault, the
- 5:01Speaker 1: guy that won six meters twenty five. So why am
- 5:05Speaker 1: I watching a guy do five meters twenty when I
- 5:09Speaker 1: could just stick around and there's going to be a
- 5:10Speaker 1: guy that does over a meter higher than that. It's
- 5:14Speaker 1: just night and day. These guys are there day and
- 5:18Speaker 1: they are just average. They're averaging a whole bunch of
- 5:21Speaker 1: things which is not which for me, is not Olympics worthy.
- 5:26Speaker 1: Can I are celebrating, Keezy, You are celebrating mediocrity.
- 5:31Speaker 3: What's that I'm trying to think of the phrase that's
- 5:35Speaker 3: going to my master?
- 5:37Speaker 1: Yeah, I know what you're saying. It's a jacket master.
- 5:42Speaker 4: Can I just hang on to get five meters twenty
- 5:44Speaker 4: in the pole? Vault is so incredibly unbelievably hard to
- 5:48Speaker 4: do to then throw, you know, eighty percent of what
- 5:51Speaker 4: a discus thrower would do in eighty percent of what
- 5:53Speaker 4: a sprinter would do.
- 5:54Speaker 1: I think.
- 5:54Speaker 4: But by that logic, would you get rid of the triathlon?
- 5:58Speaker 1: The triathlon? No, because that is a test of that's
- 6:01Speaker 1: an endurance test, right, I would get rid of the
- 6:05Speaker 1: relay one. I think that's an absolute joke that's coming
- 6:08Speaker 1: in the last one. But says, I don't know what
- 6:10Speaker 1: there is.
- 6:10Speaker 3: I vaulted five twenty when I was eleven. Kisy So,
- 6:13Speaker 3: I hear your point, Mogi, And can I just I
- 6:16Speaker 3: want to go on your side with this one?
- 6:18Speaker 1: And I was surprised.
- 6:19Speaker 3: I just want to put the you know, the sporting
- 6:22Speaker 3: aspect to the side, because here, here, brother, I'm with you.
- 6:26Speaker 3: Never have I seen such arrogance such They were so
- 6:31Speaker 3: full of themselves, they were unnecessarily tight pants that show.
- 6:38Speaker 3: They just left nothing to the imagination. It's like they
- 6:41Speaker 3: dropped a small child down there and they were trying
- 6:43Speaker 3: to get out.
- 6:44Speaker 1: You know what, everyone is wearing a tar.
- 6:47Speaker 3: I just just know.
- 6:52Speaker 4: Ten of the core events from the athletics sort of area,
- 6:56Speaker 4: and you have to be pretty damn good at all
- 6:58Speaker 4: of them.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Yeah, I know, I know what the I know. Yeah,
- 7:02Speaker 1: but that doesn't mean that they should be at an Olympics.
- 7:06Speaker 1: I think I think concentrate on one thing, like, concentrate
- 7:09Speaker 1: on one thing, be the best of that. And if
- 7:11Speaker 1: you can't stand home, you're getting in the way. Yeah,
- 7:14Speaker 1: I'm trying to watch the Olympics here. Move it all right?
- 7:17Speaker 4: Welld New Zealand, you can have your say. Are you
- 7:19Speaker 4: on their ridiculous side? Text us three four eight three.
- 7:22Speaker 4: You can call us eight hundred Hadarchy or send us
- 7:24Speaker 4: a talk back using the iHeartRadio app and go on
- 7:27Speaker 4: the drawer for a fifty long night day voucher. However,
- 7:29Speaker 4: Pug's sound right now is chucking the old poll up
- 7:31Speaker 4: on the Hodaku Big Show Instagram page.
- 7:33Speaker 3: Beautiful mate. In the meantime, here's Blair.
- 7:35Speaker 2: The Hurdarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kesey.
- 7:40Speaker 3: Led Zeppelin there on the Radio Hodaki Big Show this
- 7:43Speaker 3: Wednesday afternoon. Now, we came up with a new segment
- 7:47Speaker 3: on the on the Big Show, and I've got to
- 7:48Speaker 3: tell you, fellows, it's absolutely going off, isn't it.
- 7:51Speaker 1: It is certainly is. And it's this.
- 7:56Speaker 3: That ship Panela Radio two.
- 8:00Speaker 1: That ship off. I forgot that it has.
- 8:06Speaker 3: I think I came up with the first really bad
- 8:08Speaker 3: idea for vanilla radio.
- 8:09Speaker 1: That's right.
- 8:09Speaker 4: So how it works as someone comes in with a
- 8:11Speaker 4: pretty vanilla idea that you might hear on other radio stations.
- 8:14Speaker 4: The first everyone was does anyone even like banana fruit bursts?
- 8:18Speaker 4: We then conduct a traditional radio break, which is one
- 8:21Speaker 4: person says does anyone even like it? Another person has
- 8:24Speaker 4: a contrasting opinion, someone might have a hot take, and
- 8:27Speaker 4: then we go to the texts.
- 8:28Speaker 1: That's so true, So good man.
- 8:30Speaker 4: Today, fellers. The topic comes old viral Kezy. I was
- 8:35Speaker 4: sitting on the toilet this morning.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Yeah, around about midnight doing a massive.
- 8:43Speaker 4: Remember this is vanilla radio. I was sitting on the
- 8:48Speaker 4: tourlet this morning and I went to grab the toilet
- 8:50Speaker 4: roll and it was on backwards. My wife keeps putting
- 8:53Speaker 4: it on the wrong way, so the toilet paper. It
- 8:56Speaker 4: comes down the back like a mullet almost rather than
- 8:58Speaker 4: a waterfall, which is how I like it. And I
- 9:01Speaker 4: was like, isn't that just silly? I mean, surely most
- 9:04Speaker 4: people would put it with the paper going down the front.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, you know what I mean. Hang on
- 9:10Speaker 1: a minute. I've got a contrasting opinion on this. It's joking.
- 9:15Speaker 1: I have mine hanging off the back like a mullet,
- 9:18Speaker 1: closest closest to the wall. Why though, that's just well,
- 9:21Speaker 1: because what it allows me to do is I can
- 9:23Speaker 1: grab it with one hand and I can pinch off
- 9:26Speaker 1: the paper by pressing my thumb against the wall and
- 9:29Speaker 1: the paper. Right, okay, so it makes it. It's a
- 9:32Speaker 1: time saving technique for me, and it means I can,
- 9:35Speaker 1: with my other hand be keeping up to date with
- 9:38Speaker 1: all the news of the day on my phone. Right, Fellows,
- 9:42Speaker 1: you're mad, Keysy.
- 9:43Speaker 3: You're crazy. You're both crazy as far as I'm concerned.
- 9:47Speaker 3: Because I have a bit of a hot take.
- 9:49Speaker 4: Oh what's that. You've got a hot take? It's a
- 9:54Speaker 4: hot take, siren.
- 9:56Speaker 3: I don't like my toilet roller be on a hanger
- 9:59Speaker 3: at all. What my toilet roll is completely rogue. It
- 10:03Speaker 3: sits on a little bench by the.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Toilet there, So I get up off the toilet, it's.
- 10:09Speaker 3: Next to the toilet, and then I just have it
- 10:11Speaker 3: rogue so it's not hanging on anything. Then I pick
- 10:14Speaker 3: up the toilet roll and I essentially mummify my hand
- 10:18Speaker 3: with toilet paper player because because remember it's only two
- 10:25Speaker 3: strokes for old Howdy J, so I need a lot
- 10:27Speaker 3: of absorption.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Sure, so I mummify my hand.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Do the douche doche flash. That's my take on it fels.
- 10:34Speaker 4: That's a hot take. So New Zealand, how do you
- 10:38Speaker 4: use your toilet paper? Is it mullet star with the
- 10:40Speaker 4: paper hanging on the back, water fall hanging down the
- 10:43Speaker 4: front or you a mad bastard like hoity j and
- 10:46Speaker 4: just have it rogue? Text us on three four eight three.
- 10:50Speaker 2: The Hurdiarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hodiky.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Radio Hodiky.
- 11:03Speaker 3: Is indeed the competition that's lighting up the radio world.
- 11:06Speaker 3: Would you rather the NRL Grand Final or Bathhurst two
- 11:12Speaker 3: great prizes, whatever you choose, Let's go straight to Steve.
- 11:15Speaker 3: Get a Steve your massive backbone house life.
- 11:20Speaker 4: Oh bloody good, Jay, you're a bunch of backbones yourself.
- 11:26Speaker 3: He speaking of backbones, Steve, what do you do for
- 11:29Speaker 3: a crass mate.
- 11:31Speaker 4: On a maintenance for service kick pump engineer?
- 11:36Speaker 1: Yeah, you're a check of all backbone.
- 11:39Speaker 3: They just said all round backbone by the sounds of it,
- 11:42Speaker 3: Steve backbone. Yeah, hey Steve to Catherine at the Olympics
- 11:48Speaker 3: or no, I don't know, shall you okay, that's okay,
- 11:56Speaker 3: that's okay Steve Bathhurst or in our our grand.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Final in RL.
- 12:02Speaker 5: Thanks you for the league.
- 12:03Speaker 3: So yeah mate, I can I could go, but in.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Position with you Steve ball back wing, Yeah wheels.
- 12:14Speaker 3: You're a nippy back to Steve nippy.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Oh yeah yeah.
- 12:19Speaker 3: They had a decent turn of speeding a young.
- 12:20Speaker 1: Fellow when you came in and the sicker man tackle.
- 12:25Speaker 1: You put the slipper into a few people there.
- 12:28Speaker 3: Oh yeah, no, year back and seen your first grade.
- 12:33Speaker 1: There was ye down there on the West Coast, mate,
- 12:35Speaker 1: you big clothes on and people left good on you.
- 12:37Speaker 3: Yeah, they're proper mean there in the West Coast. Stay
- 12:41Speaker 3: on the line, mates and out good man Pugs and
- 12:45Speaker 3: studio b.

- 12:48Speaker 1: appreciate it. Good agees lle.
- 12:51Speaker 3: How's live good things here are you?
- 12:54Speaker 1: Yeah, very good, thank you, very very just quickly just
- 12:58Speaker 1: say is that a South African extent? I can hear?
- 13:00Speaker 1: No true blue?
- 13:06Speaker 3: Hey Joselle, what do you do for a crust part
- 13:08Speaker 3: time office?
- 13:09Speaker 1: Ladybone?
- 13:12Speaker 3: Yeah? Good, good, good stuff. Hey, Gizelle, what are you
- 13:17Speaker 3: running with? The NRL Grand Final or barefeirst? Definitely the NRAL. Yeah,
- 13:25Speaker 3: get on to stay on the line and pug Son
- 13:28Speaker 3: will take care of you in studio.
- 13:30Speaker 1: B awesome, thanks mate, gizl.
- 13:33Speaker 4: Gisell, Gizell, Hey make sure you keep those ticks coming in.
- 13:36Speaker 4: For Vanilla Radio, today's topic is toilet paper. Do you
- 13:40Speaker 4: have it hanging over the front or over the back
- 13:42Speaker 4: of the real or are you a rogue like Jason
- 13:45Speaker 4: just have the role sitting randomly on a bench nearby?
- 13:48Speaker 4: A lot of ticks coming through? This one's always this
- 13:51Speaker 4: one here is good? Your content is ship Oh yeah,
- 13:55Speaker 4: so yeah.
- 13:56Speaker 1: I mean that's often in the opinion, But it's been
- 14:00Speaker 1: the radio for you.
- 14:01Speaker 4: Well exactly if other stations can do it, so can we.
- 14:04Speaker 3: If it wasn't shit, we wouldn't be doing it, you know, yeah, yeah,
- 14:07Speaker 3: you know what I mean.
- 14:09Speaker 1: In the meantime, He's Chemical.
- 14:10Speaker 2: Brothers the Whole Archy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike
- 14:13Speaker 2: Minogue and Kesey the.
- 14:15Speaker 3: Rolling Stones there on the radio hoed Archy Big Show
- 14:18Speaker 3: this Wednesday afternoon. The time is six minutes to five o'clock.
- 14:22Speaker 3: Speaking of which, after five o'clock, Keysy's gone back to school,
- 14:26Speaker 3: so we'll have a bit of an update and see
- 14:28Speaker 3: how he's going. There another chance to get into the
- 14:31Speaker 3: draw for would you rather than what's happening in old
- 14:34Speaker 3: Gay Paris?
- 14:35Speaker 1: Fells good?
- 14:36Speaker 3: I was actually watching the TV before excited to see
- 14:39Speaker 3: which I've completely forgotten about. The cycling's coming back right,
- 14:43Speaker 3: and I've put that out of my mind. And actually
- 14:45Speaker 3: from recollection, New Zealand's pretty good on the track there
- 14:48Speaker 3: with the cycling.
- 14:48Speaker 1: You're Sarah Olmer's back this time round, which I'm bloody
- 14:52Speaker 1: excited about. She's an absolute wow. That seems like a
- 14:55Speaker 1: long time between drinks. Yeah, yeah, I know, but she's
- 14:57Speaker 1: that good. Wow.
- 14:58Speaker 3: Well, I think when you get to a certain level
- 15:00Speaker 3: of fitness like her, you never lose it.
- 15:02Speaker 1: No, that's right, So why not make it come back
- 15:04Speaker 1: about Liz Jason And you'll know this man, you never
- 15:08Speaker 1: forget how to ride a bike so you can write
- 15:10Speaker 1: for her. She hadn't ridden a bike for probably nine
- 15:13Speaker 1: ten years, and she jumped back on it and she
- 15:15Speaker 1: remembered how to ride it immediately. Yeah.
- 15:17Speaker 3: Look, I'll tell you this too because the squash is
- 15:19Speaker 3: coming up in about three days as well. Susan Devoy
- 15:23Speaker 3: coming back. You know, I wouldn't put it past here.
- 15:26Speaker 1: No, she's still got a bit of pep in the stock,
- 15:28Speaker 1: Oh boy does she? And she talks in terms of
- 15:31Speaker 1: trash talk keezy Dame Susan Devoi talks massive amounts of shit.
- 15:40Speaker 4: Yeah, Sarah Olner's forty eight. Has she got an elbow
- 15:45Speaker 4: or a Yeah, I'm the one who's been stupid.
- 15:48Speaker 2: That the whole aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and
- 15:53Speaker 2: Kezy tune in week days and four on radio.
- 15:56Speaker 3: Hold Ikey, welcome back your massive backbones. Hope. Are you
- 15:58Speaker 3: getting through hump Day? And Wednesday is treating you well?
- 16:03Speaker 3: You're listening to the Big Show brought to you by Night.
- 16:05Speaker 1: And ruined it again.
- 16:15Speaker 4: It's silly with that, Jase, what's going what's going on?
- 16:17Speaker 1: We're trying to do something special here, brother, and you're
- 16:19Speaker 1: going the keezy route.
- 16:20Speaker 3: Sorry, I'm just feeling a bit sort of woozy.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Right, No, I'm not gonna know who.
- 16:25Speaker 3: I'm in a really good mood. It's been a great day,
- 16:27Speaker 3: but I actually had has been a busy day, a
- 16:29Speaker 3: vast amount of sleep last night, which has kind of
- 16:32Speaker 3: thrown me off. But I feel a bit woozy and
- 16:34Speaker 3: sort of tides.
- 16:36Speaker 1: You know what you should do?
- 16:37Speaker 3: What's that keezy?
- 16:38Speaker 4: Go to Night and Day and get some barrista made
- 16:40Speaker 4: coffee for his last four dollars fifty.
- 16:42Speaker 3: That's a bloody great idea.
- 16:44Speaker 4: And as luck would have it, it's the Hoidy J
- 16:45Speaker 4: Special today.
- 16:46Speaker 3: Oh yeah, boy, yeah, let the people know what that is.
- 16:51Speaker 4: So you go to Night and Day and you say
- 16:52Speaker 4: one Hoidy J Special please. They give you a coffee,
- 16:56Speaker 4: two packets of Weathers originals, yes, one kg beg of prunes,
- 17:03Speaker 4: some two piers of reading glasses.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Oh, and a special pair of scissors to cut off
- 17:08Speaker 1: your skin tags.
- 17:09Speaker 4: That's right, skin tag scissors. They've got those now, some
- 17:12Speaker 4: brill cream yeah talc yeah, and some extra small connies
- 17:17Speaker 4: and that's twelve ninety nine.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Yeah, it's not bad man.
- 17:21Speaker 3: And you forgot the adult diapers? Yeah yeah, yeah, Oh
- 17:26Speaker 3: is that what they're called what Yeah, yeah, okay, good
- 17:29Speaker 3: get so and how much is that twelve ninety nine?
- 17:31Speaker 4: It's actually twelve ninety nine.
- 17:32Speaker 3: That's a hell of a deal.
- 17:33Speaker 1: That's crazy. It sounds like a good deal. But actually
- 17:35Speaker 1: when you go there they round it up to thirteen.
- 17:37Speaker 4: But yeah they do because unless you if you pay
- 17:39Speaker 4: if poss but if you pay cash, they have to
- 17:43Speaker 4: round it up because Jace, they don't have pennies anymore.
- 17:46Speaker 1: They call it. They call it Dutch rounding, Jace, Swedish rounding.
- 17:50Speaker 4: Actually, you know you're thinking of something else. That's when
- 17:54Speaker 4: you round something for the guy next to you.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Yeah, you like that? So good pilot of the Hurdiching
- 18:05Speaker 1: being shown podcast.
- 18:06Speaker 3: Yes indeed, Jimmy World there on the radio Honarchy Big
- 18:09Speaker 3: Show this Wednesday afternoon, eleven minutes past five o'clock in
- 18:12Speaker 3: great news. Everyone Keys, he's gone back to school. He's
- 18:15Speaker 3: a student again. How's it going, Keezy, It's.
- 18:17Speaker 4: Going really well, Jays, thank you. Three days in my
- 18:20Speaker 4: thirties now and I was like, you know what, surely
- 18:23Speaker 4: I can learn something new. So I'm doing today or malory,
- 18:25Speaker 4: which is something I've always wanted to do. Being part Maldi.
- 18:28Speaker 4: Three days in there. I've decided the best way for
- 18:30Speaker 4: me to learn is to go full immersion. Yeah, and
- 18:34Speaker 4: by that I mean full immersion as a student. So
- 18:39Speaker 4: what I did this morning was I woke up at
- 18:41Speaker 4: ten no alarm, Actually just got out a bit at
- 18:44Speaker 4: ten am. Yeah.
- 18:45Speaker 3: Do you have heaps of busies the night before?
- 18:47Speaker 1: Yeah, fall immersion? Yeah, yeah, you were hungover, that's right.
- 18:50Speaker 4: I was hungover responsibly, of course. Noodles for breakfast, two minute.
- 18:55Speaker 3: Noodles, yeah, nice, yeah nic yeah yeah, excellent.
- 18:57Speaker 4: State of my trachis nice to the day, rang my
- 19:02Speaker 4: parents and asked for money.
- 19:04Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, that's the story. Yeah yeah, yeah, you have
- 19:07Speaker 3: a few BUCkies, a few BUCkies yeah yeah, yeah, bungies, bucky.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Bar Yeah yeah, that's illgal. I'm not happy about that.
- 19:15Speaker 1: I didn't actually let the school find out. I didn't
- 19:17Speaker 1: actually fell as. I was just going along with it
- 19:19Speaker 1: just to impress you guys.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Had a couple of a hair of the dogs.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Yeah yeah I did.
- 19:26Speaker 4: I pulled a red card. Pardon I pulled a red card.
- 19:29Speaker 1: You know a red card? Do you know what I read?
- 19:32Speaker 1: Card is?
- 19:33Speaker 4: So it's when you're in a flat and each person
- 19:35Speaker 4: gets one red card, right, all the flatmates, and you
- 19:38Speaker 4: can pull it at any moment, and that day everyone
- 19:40Speaker 4: has to not go to class and they have to
- 19:41Speaker 4: stay at home and you've devised some sort of big
- 19:44Speaker 4: responsible drinking event. Ah, right, and then you'll make out
- 19:47Speaker 4: and you've got you've only got one to play all year.
- 19:51Speaker 4: And so I pulled it today just really it was
- 19:53Speaker 4: just me and while she was working from home, my wife.
- 19:55Speaker 1: So we did that. Burnt a couch.
- 20:00Speaker 3: Yeah cool.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Once again, she's pretty annoyed about that. Get bullied you,
- 20:05Speaker 1: I got bullied a wee bit.
- 20:06Speaker 3: Did your mom come over and pick up your washing?
- 20:08Speaker 1: Yes? I called my mom? Yeah, can you come do
- 20:11Speaker 1: my washing? So that was good. But yeah, I think
- 20:14Speaker 1: it'll work.
- 20:14Speaker 4: I haven't done any study yet, well, mostly because I
- 20:16Speaker 4: had scrumpies on my hands so I couldn't actually type
- 20:19Speaker 4: into the keyboard or anything like that. But yeah, I
- 20:27Speaker 4: mean it's a crucial part of bigger students. It's definitely
- 20:29Speaker 4: not something I've heard for the first time this year.
- 20:31Speaker 3: I had more Brewers Droup when I was a student
- 20:33Speaker 3: than any other time.
- 20:35Speaker 1: Yeah, I was what were you studying?
- 20:37Speaker 3: Philosophy?
- 20:39Speaker 1: Yeah? What did you study? Margie tourism.
- 20:46Speaker 4: Well are you laughing at the same tourism?
- 20:49Speaker 1: It was cool man was a PhD. You got my masters,
- 20:52Speaker 1: you're a doctor of tourism. I studied and Japanese was
- 20:55Speaker 1: part of it as well. Language and how to make
- 20:58Speaker 1: a beard, that was the master's part of it. How
- 21:01Speaker 1: to do hospital corners.
- 21:03Speaker 3: Corn Yeah, bloody tricky those things actually actually no carry on?
- 21:08Speaker 1: How to run up twenty five thousand dollars debt? Yes,
- 21:11Speaker 1: drink and purse yeah responsibly. Yeah, it's true.
- 21:14Speaker 4: I just got my course related costs out and use
- 21:16Speaker 4: it and use it to buy a longboard.
- 21:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:18Speaker 1: That's full immersion as being a student as well.
- 21:20Speaker 3: So ye're good. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's actually very sweet.
- 21:24Speaker 3: Keezy rang me today while he was, you know, fully
- 21:29Speaker 3: immersing himself in the student in life here and asked
- 21:31Speaker 3: if I'd be a mentor for him.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Mogi was hard, so it was like.
- 21:37Speaker 3: Yeah, of course, they wok easy, So just hold his
- 21:39Speaker 3: hand and take him through it.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Is that what being a mentor is? Yeah, he mentored
- 21:44Speaker 1: a lot of people, haven't you.
- 21:45Speaker 3: Yeah I have Yeah, yeah, yeah, so that's that's great anyway.
- 21:49Speaker 1: Yeah, just be aware that that is going to be
- 21:51Speaker 1: how I'm conducting myself moving forward. So if you're going
- 21:53Speaker 1: to be full immersion, we'll probably expect you to pull
- 21:56Speaker 1: out of the course in the next couple of months.
- 22:00Speaker 2: The Hdiarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Tune in four on Radio.
- 22:06Speaker 3: John Petty and the Heartbreak is there on the radio
- 22:08Speaker 3: ho Dankey Big Show this Wednesday afternoon.
- 22:10Speaker 1: The time is fine twenty three. Yeah, Big Pole. Got
- 22:22Speaker 1: a bit of a big pole update here, Keezy, haven't
- 22:25Speaker 1: we brother? Today we're doing it and all throughout the
- 22:27Speaker 1: Olympics we've brought back the big Pole so we can
- 22:30Speaker 1: determine whether sun sports should be cold. Yes, from the games,
- 22:34Speaker 1: we've already got rid of break dancing indeed, and we've
- 22:37Speaker 1: got what was that walking there?
- 22:40Speaker 4: We're voted out officially seventy eight percent.
- 22:42Speaker 1: Two that's right, and so anything over seventy five percent
- 22:45Speaker 1: has gone. It's got to be a conclusive vote today
- 22:47Speaker 1: on the chopping blockers to kathlon. And this is a
- 22:51Speaker 1: controversial one because a lot of people rate the decathlon
- 22:54Speaker 1: it but my personal view is there's a bunch of
- 22:56Speaker 1: average people out there doing average things. When you can
- 23:00Speaker 1: just stick around and watch people considerably better at every
- 23:03Speaker 1: single one of the events that they're doing. Sure, so
- 23:05Speaker 1: if you go to this, I've just got some stats
- 23:07Speaker 1: here for you. Keysy the fifth are let's go discus.
- 23:12Speaker 1: In the decathlone, the winning throw was fifty three point
- 23:17Speaker 1: nine to one. Wow, the Olympic gold medal for just
- 23:20Speaker 1: discus only men's sixty eight point nine meters. That throw
- 23:29Speaker 1: of fifty three point ninety one would have secured the
- 23:32Speaker 1: decathlete three hundred and seventy fifth place, so pretty good.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Pole vault five meters twenty compared to six meters twenty five,
- 23:44Speaker 1: the decathlete would have finished three hundred and fifty fifth. Right.
- 23:48Speaker 1: The one hundred meters now, this one's not bad ten
- 23:51Speaker 1: seconds and was ten point two five seconds. The gold
- 23:55Speaker 1: medal has got nine point seven nine so not a
- 23:58Speaker 1: long way forty second come forty second, that's pretty good.
- 24:02Speaker 1: Shot put fifteen points sixty six to the ca athlete
- 24:06Speaker 1: twenty three point one to three to the individualists' way
- 24:09Speaker 1: off there a fair way off there they would have come,
- 24:12Speaker 1: or that they would have been over one hundred, so
- 24:15Speaker 1: they wouldn't have qualified for the Olympics at all. Right,
- 24:18Speaker 1: long jump eight meters three versus eight point four eight.
- 24:23Speaker 1: They would have come fifty six. That's not too bad.
- 24:25Speaker 1: That's not too bad.
- 24:26Speaker 3: That's pretty close.
- 24:27Speaker 1: Shot put sixteen point six four compared to twenty three
- 24:31Speaker 1: point one three. They would have been past one hundred
- 24:35Speaker 1: and they would not have qualified. Right, I think we
- 24:37Speaker 1: already done. We did. Shot I apologize, Yeah, that's right.
- 24:39Speaker 1: A high jump two meters seventeen compared to two meters
- 24:42Speaker 1: thirty seven, they would have come one hundred and seventy
- 24:46Speaker 1: seventh and they wouldn't have been at the Olympics. Four
- 24:49Speaker 1: hundred meters forty six point one seven versus forty three
- 24:52Speaker 1: point seven four. Still pretty good. Three hundred and thirty
- 24:55Speaker 1: first of the world. They're sitting at home, they're on
- 24:57Speaker 1: the couch. They're not at the Olympics. They're in the crowd.
- 24:59Speaker 1: They paid their money like everybody else. The hurdles thirteen
- 25:03Speaker 1: point six to two versus at thirteen oh one, that's
- 25:06Speaker 1: pretty good. One hundred and forty fifth. Again, you're at
- 25:08Speaker 1: home or you're in the crowd. You paid for your ticket.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Javelin seventy seven point seven eight JS the gold medalis
- 25:15Speaker 1: ninety point two meters.
- 25:18Speaker 3: That's a hell of it throw thanks mate, ninety, appreciate it.
- 25:21Speaker 3: It is a massive throw.
- 25:23Speaker 1: Eighty ninth, eighty ninth. The fifteen hundred meters four minutes fifteen, Keezy,
- 25:31Speaker 1: the gold medalist came was three minutes twenty seven. They
- 25:35Speaker 1: would not have qualified. And in fact, this is interesting,
- 25:38Speaker 1: they would have come ten thousandth six hundred and thirty
- 25:42Speaker 1: fourth in the world. Wow, and I'm not even joking.
- 25:45Speaker 1: That is taking all runs in that have taken place
- 25:49Speaker 1: this year. It stops at four minutes. Oh wait, this
- 25:53Speaker 1: guy came got four minutes fifteen, so the best he
- 25:56Speaker 1: could have done was ten thousand, six hundred and thirty fourth.
- 25:59Speaker 4: But that's that's really interesting, right it is. However, the
- 26:03Speaker 4: thing we're missing is that it's the same person doing
- 26:05Speaker 4: every single one. So sure you can put it. Noah Lyles,
- 26:10Speaker 4: I think they won the Golden Sprinting. Get him to
- 26:12Speaker 4: throw a shotput, he's going to throw it even a
- 26:14Speaker 4: third of the way that that person has done. And
- 26:16Speaker 4: doing shot put and then doing long distance running two
- 26:18Speaker 4: completely different builds required.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what I mean. It's just exactly it's a
- 26:22Speaker 1: waste of time. The guys that can do it the best,
- 26:25Speaker 1: and you get them. That's why it's the Olympics, Keysy,
- 26:27Speaker 1: because what you do is you get the people that
- 26:28Speaker 1: are the best at it and you get them all
- 26:29Speaker 1: to compete at the Olympics. You don't get the guy
- 26:32Speaker 1: that's terrible at it and get him to do it,
- 26:34Speaker 1: because that's shitouse and I just.
- 26:36Speaker 3: Feel like you're putting all the stamps aside there. They're
- 26:39Speaker 3: massive show painties. That's why I want to get rid
- 26:42Speaker 3: of Itzy.
- 26:42Speaker 1: It was your favorite guy, that American fellow that had
- 26:45Speaker 1: the scarf on his head that was giving the crowd
- 26:47Speaker 1: to clap. Yeah, it was my favorite. You know that.
- 26:50Speaker 4: Can I just say this whole big pole today? Courtesy
- 26:52Speaker 4: of Moogi, I'm just going to play this. That's the
- 26:58Speaker 4: hot take, Siren.
- 26:59Speaker 1: It is an solute the hot take. I'd love to
- 27:02Speaker 1: get this one over the line.
- 27:03Speaker 4: Yeah, if you want to have your say, New Zealand
- 27:05Speaker 4: vote hoduky Big Shows Instagram story and it could be
- 27:08Speaker 4: facing the cut tomorrow.
- 27:09Speaker 3: I think it's an all better for Yeah, it might
- 27:12Speaker 3: be a bit of a stretch mate the Hiking Bing
- 27:15Speaker 3: shown podcast Radio Holarchy.
- 27:20Speaker 1: Would yourself you.
- 27:25Speaker 3: Indeed, would you rather bath thirst store? The NRL Grand
- 27:28Speaker 3: finally we had a bit of a run there for
- 27:30Speaker 3: a couple of days. Fellas a lot of people going
- 27:33Speaker 3: for bath thirst after a huge tide of league fans.
- 27:36Speaker 3: But she's kind of right at the ship again today.
- 27:38Speaker 3: Not that either one is better than the other. No,
- 27:41Speaker 3: you know what I'm saying.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Oh you I agree.
- 27:43Speaker 4: I think it was that initial, that big loss over
- 27:45Speaker 4: the weekend from the Warriors.
- 27:46Speaker 3: Maybe taste depressed the league vote.
- 27:50Speaker 1: That's right.
- 27:50Speaker 4: But then Shawn Johnson retired and then there was this
- 27:52Speaker 4: talk of hey we can actually get into the finals.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Yeah, everyone's back.
- 27:56Speaker 3: Get a Stephan your mad bastard?
- 27:58Speaker 1: Hell's live as a game fellow?
- 28:00Speaker 3: Yeah good, thanks.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Good?
- 28:04Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, he's pretty chill man. He's a pretty relaxed dude.
- 28:07Speaker 1: Is it nice and warm? Down and Wellington brother? Oh
- 28:11Speaker 1: yeah mate, Hey stiff, what do you do for a
- 28:16Speaker 1: crust mate plumber?
- 28:21Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 28:22Speaker 1: Nice?
- 28:22Speaker 3: And what are you running with the Steffan you or
- 28:26Speaker 3: bethrce a beth Feist sausage? What does that make? I think, bethist?
- 28:37Speaker 1: I disagree Rugby League? Yeah you know, yeah shocked. I'll
- 28:44Speaker 1: hand you over the park soon in studio. Be all right,
- 28:48Speaker 1: good on you mate.
- 28:49Speaker 3: Good a Jess house life.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Oh pretty good?
- 28:52Speaker 1: How are you? Yeah? Good?
- 28:53Speaker 3: Thanks, Jess. What do you do for a crust?
- 28:55Speaker 5: I'm a designer.
- 28:56Speaker 1: Ah, what kind of design though cost? You?
- 29:00Speaker 4: Or kitchens?
- 29:04Speaker 1: Nice backbone? Do you know Jason's got a new He's
- 29:07Speaker 1: gone with Bayleaf in his kitchen. Do you think that's
- 29:09Speaker 1: a horrendous mistake? Jess?
- 29:12Speaker 2: Did you say Bailey?
- 29:14Speaker 4: I love it.
- 29:17Speaker 1: She's just lying to get into the draw. I see
- 29:19Speaker 1: what she's doing. No one likes bay Leaf, No, I
- 29:22Speaker 1: would never.
- 29:24Speaker 3: I tell you what. I tell you what. When we
- 29:27Speaker 3: after we'd chosen it, we went, oh, geez, I don't
- 29:30Speaker 3: know about that actually, but it actually does look really good.
- 29:32Speaker 1: Few beers, it's all good.
- 29:34Speaker 3: So Jess, I'm going to make sure that you don't
- 29:37Speaker 3: get in the draw, and if you do, then certainly
- 29:41Speaker 3: you're not going to win it. But go on, tell
- 29:43Speaker 3: us what you're gonna do anyway, right, it's.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Got to be better, Okay, be going to grab your
- 29:48Speaker 1: entry there, Jess.
- 29:50Speaker 3: Yeah, I'll pass you away with a pug son and
- 29:55Speaker 3: studio b Thank you.
- 29:59Speaker 4: Love you, Hey, fellers, would you rather be able to
- 30:01Speaker 4: live in a cave or live in a treehouse?
- 30:05Speaker 1: Oh?
- 30:07Speaker 4: And why are you're thinking just quickly, would you rather
- 30:09Speaker 4: go to the narrow Grand Final flights in accommodation included
- 30:12Speaker 4: or Bathtist flights in accommodation included.
- 30:14Speaker 1: That's what we were doing today, so that was all about. Yeah.
- 30:17Speaker 3: For me, it would be a cave because then I
- 30:19Speaker 3: could like fires.
- 30:20Speaker 1: Oh I like that. I'd go to the treehouse because
- 30:23Speaker 1: then I could like fires. Oh I like that. What
- 30:26Speaker 1: about you, keezy? Ah, you're scared of climbing. You get vertigo,
- 30:30Speaker 1: so you get a.
- 30:31Speaker 3: Bit woozier with heights, don't you.
- 30:33Speaker 1: That's right? Yeah, but I'm scared of the dark as well,
- 30:36Speaker 1: So the cave would be we have.
- 30:38Speaker 3: A roaring fire, so it wouldn't be that dark.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm going to the cave with the raging fire. Yeah,
- 30:43Speaker 1: get a fire game and there and smoke the bastard out.
- 30:45Speaker 1: That's what we'll do. Yeah, yeah, yeah, And what did
- 30:47Speaker 1: you choose, Jason? Cave cave?
- 30:50Speaker 4: Will you have a TV in there?
- 30:52Speaker 1: Why? So you can still watch Bathorst? What the hell's
- 30:58Speaker 1: talking about?
- 31:00Speaker 3: Have to back about ten minutes ago?
- 31:03Speaker 1: Are you kidding me?
- 31:04Speaker 2: Here's the Arctic Monkeys, the Hurdiarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt,

- 32:44Speaker 4: that epic pole vaulting final which saw not only Eliza
- 32:47Speaker 4: McCartney get through, but then the two other younger jumpers
- 32:50Speaker 4: Imagent Eiress and Olivia McTaggart. They are jumping at four
- 32:53Speaker 4: fifteen am. Medal chance, correct, it's a final?
- 32:56Speaker 3: Yeah, I know.
- 32:57Speaker 4: McCartney looked really good in the qualifying sure, and then
- 33:02Speaker 4: the other two didn't jump as high. But God and Judas,
- 33:05Speaker 4: did you know? Basically not enough people made the qualifying mark.
- 33:08Speaker 4: Oh yeah, so I don't think they got an on
- 33:10Speaker 4: the decatholic subclause. That's great, Yeah, you had out. So
- 33:15Speaker 4: they are going to be competing as well. I think
- 33:16Speaker 4: McCartney's a real chance for a medal to be honest
- 33:18Speaker 4: with fantastic.
- 33:19Speaker 1: How long have you been following pole vaulting? Ah? Two days?
- 33:24Speaker 1: It's good enough enough for me.
- 33:26Speaker 3: Of course, he's coming back from injury, Mugie after winning
- 33:29Speaker 3: the silver rio.
- 33:30Speaker 1: So she is.
- 33:31Speaker 3: She is a medal prospect.
- 33:32Speaker 1: I used to do a hell of a lot of
- 33:33Speaker 1: pole voting back in the day, but I had to
- 33:35Speaker 1: withdraw eventually because I got injured, which is always a
- 33:38Speaker 1: bit of a whole of the vault sprained anus. You
- 33:45Speaker 1: got cycling.
- 33:47Speaker 3: They were bastard to get right, aren't they not as.
- 33:49Speaker 1: Bad as a dislocation? Yeah? True? What the cycling? No,
- 33:52Speaker 1: the spray at the strained anus? Hey, was it strained
- 33:55Speaker 1: or sprayed? It was sprained, right?
- 33:56Speaker 3: I sprained?
- 33:57Speaker 1: Was it very different? Injuries? Jason?
- 33:59Speaker 3: I think I had.
- 34:00Speaker 1: I had a strained damus. You got the cycling. It's
- 34:06Speaker 1: under a lot of pressure. Can we just talk about that.
- 34:11Speaker 4: You've got the cycling, women's track, cycling, the team pursuits are.
- 34:15Speaker 1: Sarah, She's back so good? No, Sarah Akasy Yeah, Man,

- 35:12Speaker 4: three hundred thousand people. That means one medal for every
- 35:16Speaker 4: six hundred thousand.
- 35:17Speaker 3: Right, good stuff. Here's a racon turs.
- 35:22Speaker 4: Well, I think it's funny to just try and catch

- 37:41Speaker 3: You should listen to it too, Keezy, but I'm in it. Yeah,

- 37:51Speaker 3: Yeah. Right.

- 37:57Speaker 4: favorite thing back in the day was the media set
- 38:00Speaker 4: up starts.
- 38:01Speaker 1: No, it wasn't that. We're on YouTube, don't forget. Oh,
- 38:06Speaker 1: there you go weirdly. I heard you say that just now,
- 38:10Speaker 1: and I did exactly this, almost exactly the same thing
- 38:12Speaker 1: that I did in the pod recording, and that was
- 38:16Speaker 1: just my natural instinct and loser.
- 38:18Speaker 3: If you want to know what Mogi did during that recording, going,
- 38:20Speaker 3: I got the YouTube broadcast.
- 38:22Speaker 4: Yeah, it's going to be up. I don't know tomorrow,
- 38:23Speaker 4: Pug's aunt the YouTube clip. Is it up tomorrow or
- 38:28Speaker 4: today tomorrow?
- 38:29Speaker 1: Yes, you started to.
- 38:30Speaker 4: Film the outros, which is pretty cool. But if you
- 38:31Speaker 4: want to listen to them, search Hduky Big show where
- 38:33Speaker 4: we get your potties from?
- 38:35Speaker 3: Hey? Up next? What's for tea?
- 38:37Speaker 4: With me?
- 38:37Speaker 1: So?
- 38:38Speaker 3: Send through your menu? Would you please? On three four
- 38:41Speaker 3: eight three?
- 38:42Speaker 4: Don't forget tune fifty Night and Day voucher on offer

- 39:16Speaker 3: That monkey porn doesn't like Crush doesn't like monkey porn
- 39:20Speaker 3: front account about your boy.
- 39:23Speaker 4: We should just drop that. It's just so confusing. No
- 39:26Speaker 4: one knows what it means.
- 39:27Speaker 1: Everybody knows what it means. There. It's just all the
- 39:31Speaker 1: nicknames that Keysy has picked up over the last week.
- 39:35Speaker 4: It's literally been within the last month. These random things
- 39:38Speaker 4: have popped up so stupid.
- 39:40Speaker 3: Well, things that we've found out about you, Kezy. To
- 39:42Speaker 3: be fair, yes, and none of them are inaccurate.
- 39:46Speaker 1: One's called monkey porn and it also says that you
- 39:49Speaker 1: don't like monkey porn. Yes, so that one knocks that
- 39:53Speaker 1: one out right.
- 39:55Speaker 4: It doesn't I feel like it, you say it does,
- 39:58Speaker 4: but it's still there fellas.
- 40:00Speaker 3: Can we get on with it please? Three four eight three.
- 40:02Speaker 4: You've been really impatient tonight, Jason, because you're crapping on. Well,
- 40:05Speaker 4: at the end of the day, mate, we're head or
- 40:07Speaker 4: seven regardless, you know what I mean?
- 40:09Speaker 1: That's true, all right? So I just said, you know,
- 40:11Speaker 1: just just calm down.
- 40:13Speaker 4: Calm the farmers. That worse than someone telling you to
- 40:15Speaker 4: calm down as well. Good day, flollers Doris here, Doris Day, Wow,
- 40:22Speaker 4: black Doris plums?
- 40:24Speaker 1: What about them? That's who's texting. If you're going to
- 40:27Speaker 1: be silly about it, mate, we won't. This doesn't meant
- 40:30Speaker 1: to be your segment.
- 40:32Speaker 4: It was Doris Day, fish and chips and the glass
- 40:35Speaker 4: of milk.
- 40:36Speaker 1: Cheers, yez. That surprised me. For Doris.
- 40:39Speaker 3: That sounds very student tea to me.
- 40:41Speaker 4: Wow, the milk's weird, yes, but the student would just
- 40:45Speaker 4: get the chips. They can't afford fish these days, and
- 40:49Speaker 4: not milky. It used to be a dollar thirty for
- 40:51Speaker 4: a fish, dollar thirty for a scoop. You don't even
- 40:52Speaker 4: get a scoop anymore, keysy do you small or live?
- 40:55Speaker 4: They're all over the show?
- 40:56Speaker 1: Yea here. There used to be standardized Jason, remember that
- 40:59Speaker 1: I do. What's that about?
- 41:01Speaker 3: I used to like curry your roles and spring rolls
- 41:03Speaker 3: and crabsticks.
- 41:05Speaker 4: Good a fella's Mike here, texting in from Gisbon. Mike,
- 41:12Speaker 4: Mike and the Mechanics. Yeah, Mike and the Mechanics a
- 41:15Speaker 4: great band. Tonight, Me and the Mechanics are having weena
- 41:19Speaker 4: Snitzel and gravy.
- 41:21Speaker 3: I don't know about a gravy for weena snitchel.
- 41:24Speaker 4: I don't know about a weenus no wenus nitzle. It's
- 41:29Speaker 4: weiena schnitzel.
- 41:30Speaker 3: I tend to go for your mushrooms, your mushroom.
- 41:33Speaker 1: Sauce, button mushroom sauce.
- 41:35Speaker 3: Sure you can use button mushrooms.
- 41:37Speaker 4: Gezy, good, good a fellas Sarah here.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Olmer no Alda.
- 41:48Speaker 4: Tonight I'm having lamb chops, chicken nibbles, mashed taties, peas
- 41:51Speaker 4: and carrots.
- 41:52Speaker 3: I don't know what's going on there.
- 41:53Speaker 1: It just sounds like a nice meal down.
- 41:56Speaker 3: That just sounds like I'm going to try and fill
- 41:57Speaker 3: myself up with as much crap as possible.
- 42:00Speaker 4: Yeah, well, she's got a big grace, get a flowers.
- 42:04Speaker 4: What's actually says cured to Kezy. This is from Jeremy
- 42:08Speaker 4: Jeremy spoken in class today From Jeremy spoken in class today.
- 42:13Speaker 4: Gonna end up with some mystery meat and side dishes when.
- 42:16Speaker 1: I get home. What was that before side dishes? And oh?
- 42:21Speaker 4: I thought, so get a get a Feller's Jordan here
- 42:25Speaker 4: from mount.
- 42:25Speaker 1: Eden Black Peterson. What Jordan Peterson? That luck?
- 42:31Speaker 4: Oh good ah tonight having me and the exponents of
- 42:35Speaker 4: having wood pigeon stew stuffed with fijo.
- 42:40Speaker 1: You don't like your froat and your meat. I don't
- 42:42Speaker 1: fruit in my meat. But that's something a little bit different,
- 42:45Speaker 1: although I would say that potentially out of season. That's
- 42:48Speaker 1: got me worried. He's frozen.
- 42:53Speaker 3: From dehydrated some and then just while he was at
- 42:57Speaker 3: work put them in a bowl of water desated.
- 42:59Speaker 4: He says, here, I've frozen them. I haven't dehydrated them,
- 43:01Speaker 4: and stuff, because that's just weird and a whole lot
- 43:03Speaker 4: of pointless carry on. So long ticks two ticks?
- 43:07Speaker 1: Actually? Wait one more?
- 43:10Speaker 4: Good a fellas mince and cheese or tomato sauce v
- 43:14Speaker 4: energy drink? Loll Hang on a minute, who's that from?
- 43:18Speaker 1: Oh?
- 43:18Speaker 4: Sorry, I forgot to read. That's from Daniel.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Oh, Daniel my brother. You are older than me, day Lewis.
- 43:24Speaker 2: Yeah, the Darky Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue
- 43:28Speaker 2: and Kissy.
- 43:29Speaker 3: Jeff Lipper there on the radio. Hold Aki Big Show
- 43:32Speaker 3: this Wednesday evening. But right now it's time for What's
- 43:37Speaker 3: on the Telly with Mike Minogue.
- 43:43Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that's right. How's your throw little frog in
- 43:59Speaker 1: my throat there? Yeah, little french Man. You know what
- 44:02Speaker 1: I'm saying either, I don't know. I watched rock climbing
- 44:07Speaker 1: last night. I can't get I can't get around calling
- 44:10Speaker 1: it bouldering.
- 44:11Speaker 3: Did you get there's something vaguely erotic about bouldering?
- 44:15Speaker 1: Yeah, it's just reeks of It's called bouldering. But it's like,
- 44:22Speaker 1: that's not It's always been called rock climbing.
- 44:24Speaker 3: It's something that you think that people would, something where
- 44:28Speaker 3: that people do in their bedroom bouldering.
- 44:31Speaker 1: Yeah, people are boulders bouldering.
- 44:34Speaker 3: Yes, you know what I'm saying.
- 44:36Speaker 1: I would, Yeah, but I enjoyed it. I don't know
- 44:39Speaker 1: if you guys have seen it, but God, they get
- 44:40Speaker 1: up that wall fast. They climb up fast, really really fast. Now,
- 44:47Speaker 1: I watched the one where they're sort of at a
- 44:49Speaker 1: real steep angle they were. He went up there in
- 44:52Speaker 1: about five seconds. It's undelievable. Do you know what? You
- 44:56Speaker 1: know what's funny about it?
- 44:57Speaker 4: Keezy?
- 44:57Speaker 1: They are faster at that wall, which is fifteen meters,
- 45:01Speaker 1: then they would be faster up that wall. Then if
- 45:05Speaker 1: you laid the wall down and a decatholice sprinted it,
- 45:08Speaker 1: that's how fast they are. You know what I'm saying.
- 45:11Speaker 1: That's correct, one hundred percent. That's a comment on both
- 45:15Speaker 1: how fast the rock climbers are and how slow and
- 45:19Speaker 1: useless to Catholics are.
- 45:21Speaker 3: Yes, well, obviously the last couple of nights, I haven't
- 45:24Speaker 3: watched anything due to our other circumstances. But what I
- 45:27Speaker 3: am planning to watch The night Fellows. And I don't
- 45:30Speaker 3: know if you any of you have watched it yet.
- 45:31Speaker 3: It's a movie called Wakefield with Brian Cranston on Disney.
- 45:36Speaker 1: Oh no, Prime, have any of you seen that? I
- 45:38Speaker 1: don't know. I'm not really huge on Brian krast forgive me. No,
- 45:42Speaker 1: that's breaking bed. I like breaking bed, yeah, but yeah,
- 45:46Speaker 1: but everything else, I've never been that particularly film. Oh Malcolm, great,
- 45:51Speaker 1: I've dom that that. It was genius? Can you tell me? Jos?
- 45:54Speaker 1: And I'm sorry to interrupt you here. Did you watch
- 45:56Speaker 1: the last episode of House of Dragon?
- 45:58Speaker 4: Oh?
- 45:59Speaker 1: No, final episode? That was the final episode, And can
- 46:02Speaker 1: I just tell you people are fhuman? So look forward
- 46:04Speaker 1: to that mate.
- 46:05Speaker 3: Okay, I'll watched that tonight just so I can be
- 46:07Speaker 3: filthy tomorrow. Zee, what did you watch last night?
- 46:10Speaker 1: I watched another episode.
- 46:11Speaker 4: I think it was episode five of Colin from Accounts
- 46:13Speaker 4: season two, Australian comedy, which I'd love and Mogi and
- 46:17Speaker 4: his wife hates.
- 46:17Speaker 1: Well, I've watched one episode of it and I want
- 46:19Speaker 1: to give it more of a chance, but my wife
- 46:20Speaker 1: refuses because she acknowledges that it is garbage. However, it
- 46:24Speaker 1: has taken you a long time to get to talk back,
- 46:25Speaker 1: and also can I make the point too? My wife
- 46:28Speaker 1: felt the same way. What about Colin from the Accounts Yes,
- 46:32Speaker 1: season two. Yes, but she wasn't as harsh as Mogi's wife. Well,
- 46:36Speaker 1: she said it was just it was okay, I love it.
- 46:39Speaker 1: It wasn't that my wife was harsh. She just said
- 46:42Speaker 1: she'd seen one and she didn't want to watch anymore. Yes,
- 46:44Speaker 1: which is pretty harsh.
- 46:45Speaker 4: Well, so last night's episode was an interesting one where
- 46:50Speaker 4: they did this thing where for the first fifteen minutes
- 46:52Speaker 4: it was about his night and for the second fifteen
- 46:54Speaker 4: minutes it was about her night, and it was interesting
- 46:57Speaker 4: and at the end they came together.
- 47:00Speaker 1: Pattern at the end.
- 47:01Speaker 4: They met up and it was like a real And
- 47:03Speaker 4: the first fifteen minutes had my you know, we can't
- 47:05Speaker 4: watch the beer because it gives my wife anxiety watching
- 47:09Speaker 4: it with all the cooking in the kitchen and the stress.
- 47:11Speaker 4: This one gave her anxiety as well. But at the
- 47:13Speaker 4: end it was like a nice ending. It was an
- 47:15Speaker 4: interesting episode, but it was kind of you know TV shows,
- 47:18Speaker 4: remember Ted Lasso did one episode.
- 47:20Speaker 1: Never did Ted watching it? Do me your favor and
- 47:23Speaker 1: start and tell me what you think, absolute sacred garbage.
- 47:26Speaker 4: Wait, wait, just one episode, and I agree, it's pretty sacred.
- 47:31Speaker 4: There's one episode where they just go completely offscript, just
- 47:33Speaker 4: do one weird episode.
- 47:34Speaker 1: That's what this was. I always they always do that
- 47:36Speaker 1: with TV shows, and it's like all of a sudden, Oh,
- 47:39Speaker 1: we're going on holiday or we're going to go in
- 47:41Speaker 1: and it's just like, can you just do the thing
- 47:43Speaker 1: you normally do.
- 47:44Speaker 4: I mean, I liked this one because it was like
- 47:46Speaker 4: it was quite a funny situation, interesting, but my wife
- 47:49Speaker 4: found it very anxiety inducing.
- 47:51Speaker 1: Mala.
- 47:52Speaker 3: She gave me a call while I was on set.
- 47:55Speaker 2: The whole actually big shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and.
- 48:00Speaker 3: Cheesy Yeah Boy tool there Now every day of this
- 48:06Speaker 3: week we're focusing on a specific brewery. So let's have
- 48:09Speaker 3: a chat about that.
- 48:13Speaker 1: We're rough to fan the brewery. Yeah, that's right.
- 48:22Speaker 4: Anyway, all of these breweries. I think it's this weekend
- 48:25Speaker 4: next week. Did I say breweries? Yes, all of these breweries.
- 48:30Speaker 3: I want to make you feel SLF conscious about it,
- 48:32Speaker 3: keezy or go on about it.
- 48:34Speaker 1: That's good.
- 48:34Speaker 4: We wouldn't do that here on the big show. They
- 48:36Speaker 4: are all going to be down at Beavana, which is
- 48:38Speaker 4: bloody exciting. Today's brewery. It is brew Moon Brewing, all right,
- 48:44Speaker 4: and their brewing company is North Canterbury's oldest and most
- 48:47Speaker 4: experienced brewery.
- 48:49Speaker 1: The sound of that, Canterbury, did you say that's right?
- 48:52Speaker 3: Years ago?
- 48:53Speaker 1: Canaber. It's all good. Ascribe I like it.
- 48:58Speaker 5: Founded by Karen McCauley and Belinda Golden, Karen Karen Colcin,
- 49:05Speaker 5: Warren McCaulay Colcin from Old Home Session Karen McCauley Colin
- 49:11Speaker 5: as someone else, right, Yeah, as a Brother. Founded by
- 49:14Speaker 5: Kiaren McCaulay Culkin and Belinda gus Gould in two thousand
- 49:17Speaker 5: and two, this family owned brewery is known for exotic
- 49:20Speaker 5: seasonal brews, like their truffle infused Golden Ale.
- 49:23Speaker 1: Truffle sounds like, Maggie, I'll be honest with you, I'm not.
- 49:31Speaker 1: Do you find that when you go to a restaurant
- 49:32Speaker 1: and they put truffle oil on things, it overpowers everything
- 49:35Speaker 1: else on the plate?
- 49:36Speaker 3: Can do?
- 49:37Speaker 1: Can? It doesn't accentuate, it sort of dominates. Also a
- 49:40Speaker 1: lot of it. To try it and the beer. Yeah,
- 49:43Speaker 1: absolutely put anything in the beer. I'll try it.
- 49:45Speaker 4: A lot of those truffles are actually fake. They're not
- 49:47Speaker 4: actually from truffle. It's like a similar tasting thing is
- 49:51Speaker 4: not that truffle. It's too expensive.
- 49:54Speaker 1: Here comes trufflew is not the time for country calendar?
- 49:57Speaker 4: Chat Mate that there's one hundred percent country calendar chat
