- 4:55[SPEAKER_16]: The hotline with Jeff Graham right here on a Y.A.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_16]: I'm 1240.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_16]: Good afternoon, you want to know.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_16]: Starting to rain a bit out there, not a bad day, generally, but we expect some rain through the afternoon.
- 5:04[SPEAKER_16]: So be aware of that, be aware and be square, whatever.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_16]: Okay?
- 5:10[SPEAKER_16]: All right, you're listening to a hotline on AM 1240 and WQTK 92.7 and I could spare the maple city as you will.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_16]: So you don't want to miss it.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_05]: Hmm.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_16]: Well, if I did that person that was killed on Route 126, tragically.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_16]: Well, where is it here?
- 5:41[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, Christopher Persevalage, 45 from Watertown.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_16]: Don't know the gentleman, not familiar with the name, but he was struck there while walking in the road before in the morning, in Dark Clothes.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_16]: So anyway, I guess it's next week.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_16]: We must have Mr. Gendavine and there was some confusion.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_16]: about which day and so you know they still as I seen the times this morning there's an article about uh... that parade up in missina some of the union people uh... the big time union people not the local local guys and that it actually do the work but they're mad because Anthony Constantino was in the parade he asked they said if one of the unions will invited a walk in the steel workers didn't so we walked with them
- 6:36[SPEAKER_16]: they said, we don't want anything political, he said, okay, we'll play by those rules and then they got to the end of the parade and agenda being people had a big tent set up with a given away, it was political, but it was good that, you know, sometimes it's good to get in their face a little, all of that stuff.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_11]: So I started a Shannon today, a good old Shannon of many restaurant fame.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_16]: And we're talking about this situation with this beard strip.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_16]: Now there's beard distributor, Eagle Beverage sold out to a company called Xi'in.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_16]: And they mostly sold city beers and Syracuse.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_16]: It wasn't anything.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_16]: But they were going to take over this massive operation that supplies and how's their bushel products and robots and a whole bunch of other things.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_16]: The place is Jefferson Lewis, the sweet going on and out of account.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_16]: A lot of outlets, hundreds of them.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_16]: And I hear from some of the people who post on my blog, well, if you're getting bad service, so what nobody cares about you.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_16]: The law says they have to deliver, because you can only buy it from these distributors.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_16]: It's a monopoly-driven system.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_16]: The state grants monopolies to these companies, and they're supposed to be able to deliver.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_16]: Now, generally speaking, Eagle did, but now you can't
- 7:50[SPEAKER_16]: I mean, I've seen things online from the Ian over at the time war, I've talked to other people, I've talked to someone from a prominent restaurant in town, and now Shannon is probably the most important restaurant tour in the area, and she's done with their products, she says, after drink something else.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_16]: So I don't know, I guess these people, whatever.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_16]: yesterday uh... we found some guy to send a message to a guy it was apologizing but there's still no product you know and fortunately these are some of the most popular brands in america make a lot of ultra is up is is currently the nation's most popular beer and it was very much in demand over the summer but holy cow and i wrote a letter to cathy hokel but i mean they should not
- 8:50[SPEAKER_16]: that delivers to hundreds and hundreds of businesses if you can't provide that service.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_16]: So, you know, the local media won't report on it because they're like all upset over the paddock hub closing, but, you know, whatever, whatever, whatever, other things.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_16]: How about a 32-hour work week now that Democrats want that, or some of them, the DSA
- 9:19[SPEAKER_16]: Now, I'm sure that what they want is that 32-hour workweek, but they don't want to make less money.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_16]: So, if you were working 40 hours a week at $20, now we made $800, well, they want to have you work 32 hours a week and still make $800.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_16]: A lot of employers will probably complain about that, but in this crazy state, we live in.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_16]: If Mom Diamonds says, do it, Kathy, I'll be there for her.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_16]: I hope not, I hope not, 755-1240 the phone number if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows today, this trade war with Canada, I'm just not as smart as some of the people out there in the audience and what effect does it have, just settle the thing, I didn't have any problem with what we were paying before and I don't want
- 10:20[SPEAKER_16]: I know they've blocked a lot of our products from going on their shelves.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_16]: No one is without sin, but come on, just get it over with.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_16]: Get it over with.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_16]: 25th anniversary of 9-11 coming up.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_16]: It's on Friday.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_16]: Remember 9-11?
- 10:38[SPEAKER_16]: That's when those peace-loving folks, from over in the Middle East, came and flew some planes into a couple of our buildings.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_16]: What will be the local observance for 9-11?
- 10:50[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know, probably not much.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_16]: I think, as I observe the other day, every buddy in school, students up through college, really, weren't even alive then, not their fault.
- 11:06[SPEAKER_16]: But I think it'd be nice to have a, at a home room in the morning in all the public schools to have some kind of moment of silence.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_16]: And maybe explain to some people what why there's this important and put it in the lesson plan for that day.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_16]: Make it a teachable moment.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_16]: In fact, I'd go even further and say, any school district that does not have a moment of silence on Friday morning, the superintendent should be fired, because they're clearly not American.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_16]: So, oh no, our blessed superintendent, no, get rid of him.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_16]: If there's no moment of silence on Friday morning for that,
- 11:44[SPEAKER_16]: But after they do the salute to the pride flag, and they can do that.
- 11:48[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_16]: 755, 1240, the phone number, if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of show is today.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_16]: And talk about whatever you want, nothing on your mind, no.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_16]: Somebody text it in, Kathy Hockel will not do anything.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_16]: I sent her a link to your blog many times.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, really?
- 12:18[SPEAKER_16]: I doubt she weeds that.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_16]: She should read it.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_16]: She should.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_16]: Oh, let's see.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_16]: Well, somebody says give them a few weeks.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_16]: Think of the number of accounts they're trying to deal with.
- 12:34[SPEAKER_16]: It's just like a restaurant is not perfect on their first night.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_16]: Are you kidding me?
- 12:40[SPEAKER_16]: The State of New York grants a monopoly status to a company dealing with hundreds of businesses and you say, well, give them some time to get their act.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_16]: You know, these businesses sell product folks, you go in and ask for that product.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_16]: You expect that product to be there, barring just weird circumstances, and these people say, well, you know, maybe they didn't know what they would do, and well, they shouldn't
- 13:11[SPEAKER_16]: They never said thank you on the way out the door with their bag of money.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_16]: So, I don't know.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_16]: Well, they're big, they're big GOP donors.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_17]: That means anything.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_16]: What else we got going on?
- 13:29[SPEAKER_16]: Anything?
- 13:31[SPEAKER_01]: No?
- 13:32[SPEAKER_16]: Well, that's my screen for the day.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_16]: You know, I just feel strongly about it.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_16]: That's that.
- 13:41[SPEAKER_16]: other people have different views.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_16]: The people who have different views of the people in favor of the 32-hour workweek.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_16]: So, now, if you work in 10 hours, four days, that's different, but that's a deal.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_16]: Work that deal with your employer.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_16]: I saw that Bruce Blakeman's claiming there's a poll that says he's foreported or points behind.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_16]: Do you think that's doable?
- 14:18[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know if the poll is accurate.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_16]: Certainly it is, but what's this guy doing to change people's minds?
- 14:27[SPEAKER_16]: Have you seen him?
- 14:34[SPEAKER_16]: No, you haven't.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_16]: Somebody writes in what soda do you serve at Pearl Street?
- 14:39[SPEAKER_16]: Coca-Cola products, thank you.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_16]: I do get very good service for now.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_16]: Well, let's see.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_16]: Saw one of their trucks with a sticker covering your name delivering beer to a dollar general this morning.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_16]: Uh-huh.
- 14:56[SPEAKER_16]: Well, that's nice.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_16]: That's nice.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_16]: media, there's a story there, you got something that affects hundreds of businesses, more important than you can't go drinking at the paddock club this Friday.

- 18:34[SPEAKER_16]: They want to want it to put some kind of extra $50 fee if you're late to airy charge you if you're late.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_16]: There's a late fee on them and they want to put more charges on.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_16]: Council said no to that said it wasn't fair.
- 18:48[SPEAKER_16]: I think Garrett Branton, the mayor, we're in favor of it, I guess I don't know what the other three.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_16]: But anyway, come on, man, put screw in us.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, you got an 8 million dollar project coming up on a hunting street going to be bonded for it.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_16]: I understand the cause, expensive to do that.
- 19:11[SPEAKER_16]: I don't blame anybody for that.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_16]: Got a million, probably a million, three you got a bond for that settlement.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_16]: or you're going to, you don't have to.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_16]: And then you've got all these other projects, 60 million on a water plant, and everything else.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_16]: Can you imagine, as the debt load increases, what our taxes are going to be in five years?
- 19:33[SPEAKER_16]: And you're trying to tax some fees onto the water bill?
- 19:39[SPEAKER_16]: Well, Council said no, said it wasn't fair, but they're going to rework it.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_16]: Well, you don't have to rework anything.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_16]: That's the leave of the way it is.
- 19:47[SPEAKER_16]: You're late on your water bill, you're early, anybody who's been late, you're paying a fee already.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, it's a big deal.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_16]: These people come in the town and they look at us as trumps.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_16]: More taxes, more there's more of that.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_16]: They increase as everything else.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_16]: but not gonna change soon so get used to it okay get used to it seven five five twelve forty the phone number if you'd like to be on the show show us today in worse the angry man we need somebody who's angry today uh... well let's check uh... some other things in the new check other things in the news
- 20:50[SPEAKER_05]: not a lot else going on really you know i was thinking yesterday uh... i remember the number of the night off we get into that later but after noon you're on the air yeah i'm the council's deal with the water bill on listen to that debate last day and there's a surcharge if you pay it after the initial
- 21:17[SPEAKER_05]: it's not necessarily an extra charge is probably what we call a full charge on most other services but if you don't pay your water bill don't they shut it off after not paying a bill so many times yeah that's the sanction yes turn back on again well that that's the sanction I think there may be a turn on for you don't know but yeah it just seems kind
- 21:51[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I don't, you know, I don't really know.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_05]: It doesn't make any sense.
- 21:56[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 21:57[UNKNOWN]: It really does it because if they don't pay it if it's $100, they're in fact gonna pay it if it's $150.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_16]: That's for sure.
- 22:06[UNKNOWN]: Yeah, up so.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_16]: Anyway, that's just- Well, I pay mine.
- 22:11[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_05]: That's my thought on the whole thing.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_16]: Okay, well, thank you.
- 22:15[UNKNOWN]: Yep.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_16]: Bye.
- 22:17[SPEAKER_16]: You know, I was talking to, I was thinking to, I wrote something, I'm going to fly about nightlife in water to remember when you had the Alexander's lounge and the Twilight twenty-two and you had the, oh my god, the French quarter and we don't have any, any spots of track 14 for the country crowd.
- 22:35[SPEAKER_16]: Now, a lot of places, the pump house, this place after place, golden lion, oh my god, golden lion, that was on you.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_16]: uh... but you don't see that much anymore you got a generation it really doesn't socialize socially awkward generation currently doesn't go with it and all that and you just there's no and now that panic love goes and that was popular dance spot i guess for a lot of people when there is a bar on uh... state street closing to maybe i'll be next that makes me people happy
- 23:15[SPEAKER_16]: Um, but it's tough for you.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_16]: Just don't have the night life you used to and maybe night life is an important Yeah There's a lot of people nowadays pop up parties.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_16]: They call them or garage parties or whatever After hours parties they all sorts of things And you don't really need alcoholic products so cut off the flow of Canadian liquor doesn't hurt because they got wheat lawns They got weed.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_16]: They're all right Yeah
- 23:44[SPEAKER_16]: But just not, what would you do for a nightlife 34 years ago, you folks?
- 23:51[SPEAKER_16]: The place is up in the bay and, you know, more just clam shit, all that stuff, oh my god.
- 23:57[SPEAKER_16]: It's all gone.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_16]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_13]: Hi.
- 24:01[SPEAKER_13]: I was dating this room for a long time, my buddy said I was never really well, but who the hell I've been slapping for the past seven years?
- 24:11[SPEAKER_16]: I'm not sure what he's talking about there.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_16]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 24:17[UNKNOWN]: Hi, Jeff.
- 24:18[UNKNOWN]: I don't know if you'd have the answer for this, but if I'm one that woman was killed up to the park.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_16]: Yes, the accident, yeah.
- 24:26[UNKNOWN]: Doesn't the city have insurance on that for that kind of stuff?
- 24:31[SPEAKER_16]: No, city is self-insured against liability claims.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_16]: The premiums would be so high.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_16]: I think that's the reasoning.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_16]: And they just fight the claims normally.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_16]: But in this case, risk risk management wasn't done
- 24:46[SPEAKER_16]: they got caught remember that thing years ago there was somebody a shot by a cop or something same same situation or the guy in the bicycle who went down the steps at the park yeah all of the gangry man called yesterday he was upset because the other man said the s-h-i-t word blanked out see for your life how many times
- 25:12[SPEAKER_16]: well i i agree and i don't i think you have to stay away from all that language and uh... you know some of the prohibitions on it or silly uh... the thing that gender i saw that gender being commercial didn't bother me you know one way or the other but uh...
- 25:36[SPEAKER_16]: But I think when you see these people and you do see it a lot of times on the day I say dropping f-bombs and everything else.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_16]: That's crazy But I don't think what Jen to being dead in that commercial was offensive to me None.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_17]: The president has the gas Labor Day was the most it's ever been and the oil companies are a record process Don't you make a people get it?
- 26:04[SPEAKER_16]: Mm-hmm.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_16]: Well, I guess you got a point there.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_11]: It's just the, it really, if you think about it, there's not one party's any better than the others.
- 26:14[UNKNOWN]: They're all for themselves.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_16]: It's just, well, it seems that way.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know, you know, too much more to say about it, but I hope it, we'll see how the elections turn out.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_16]: I think it's pretty predictive, but.
- 26:27[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I kind of do it too.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_11]: I mean President Trump said he's not going to run again.
- 26:31[UNKNOWN]: Well, he would never
- 26:34[SPEAKER_16]: Well, he can't run again.
- 26:36[SPEAKER_16]: He knows it and everybody else does it.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_16]: Those people who run around saying he's going to not kind of leave the white house.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_16]: I mean, he did last time.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_16]: So I don't worry about that.
- 26:47[SPEAKER_16]: I just think it's, uh, who do you like for president in 28?
- 26:52[SPEAKER_16]: You're a Democrat.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_11]: I, I'm a Democrat on a fault for whoever you know I like right, but this election comes up who ever runs against their
- 27:04[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, she's I vote for who's ever the best.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_16]: I don't Like the Republicans go down the party's lines for some reason They're all up so you're going to vote for Bruce Blakeman Why you think he's going to be the other guy?
- 27:19[SPEAKER_16]: Well, he's the Republican candidate for governor Oh, yeah, definitely I'll kid you.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_11]: I'm thinking I'll I'm taking the 21st.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, definitely I'm going to fall for him Okay, well, that's interesting to hear right the way she's taking
- 27:35[SPEAKER_11]: after New York, that's for sure, and I just, I will never fall for her.
- 27:39[SPEAKER_16]: Okay, well good for you.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_16]: How about president in 2,028, who do you like for the Democrats?
- 27:45[SPEAKER_11]: I don't know if anybody, that would you have a chance.
- 27:50[UNKNOWN]: I mean, whoever runs is gonna win because there's still secondary problems, but I don't know who it could be.
- 27:56[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_16]: What do you think of AOC?
- 28:00[UNKNOWN]: I don't know how much about him.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_16]: I really don't know.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, I don't think I don't think about it.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_16]: All right, well, that's okay.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_16]: And we got two years to find out, so we will do that.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_16]: All right.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_16]: Well, thanks for the call, Ed.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_16]: Thanks.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_16]: Bye now.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_16]: 7, 5, 5, 12, 40 races, a good point.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_16]: He's a Democrat, and I know he is.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_16]: I know him very well.
- 28:21[SPEAKER_16]: Doesn't like Trump at all.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_16]: But he's voting against, not for Bruce Blakeman, but against Kathy Hockel.
- 28:35[SPEAKER_16]: She'll do well up here in the North country.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_16]: Don't get me wrong.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_16]: She won't carry these counties, but she'll do okay.
- 28:44[SPEAKER_16]: And then combine that with winning Buffalo in the Burroughs, and she'll be all right.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_16]: She'll be in for another four years.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_16]: There are claims that racist titan, I think it has titan somewhat from early on, but I tend to believe Sienna on this one, I think she's ahead by 10.
- 29:06[SPEAKER_16]: come to politics all three parties across the public and the independence and the Democrats and they don't care about the average taxpayer just got you anymore by now by now and by god he wants new sidewalks over there too uh... seven five five twelve forty the phone number if you'd like to be on the air the show of shows and uh... people are mad about a lot of things
- 29:35[SPEAKER_16]: Anybody going to watch that so-called Republican midterm convention tonight?
- 29:41[SPEAKER_16]: I don't think I will.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_16]: I have absolutely no interest in it.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_16]: President Trump is speaking both nights.
- 29:50[SPEAKER_16]: But I just have no interest in it.
- 29:54[SPEAKER_16]: I don't want to hear Ken Paxton.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_16]: Some about him.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_16]: He's got that funny eye.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_16]: I mean, I want to say that.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_16]: He keeps me out.
- 30:03[SPEAKER_16]: And the other guy, Talorico, I think he's kind of a fool too.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_16]: So I don't know.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_16]: I wouldn't want to live in Texas.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_16]: I wouldn't want to live in Texas.
- 30:11[SPEAKER_16]: I mean, the Democrats would have been better off with jazz when you crack it, but probably Talorico will win because I think Pakistan's a weak candidate.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_16]: And plus, the money, everybody says the Republicans have all the money, not in that race they don't.
- 30:26[SPEAKER_16]: But after doing your own year, yeah, Jeff?
- 30:29[SPEAKER_16]: Yes.
- 30:31[SPEAKER_15]: I'm calling about this mailing that I got from the world check.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_16]: Mark Wallsick.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_15]: Mark Wallsick.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 30:39[SPEAKER_15]: It tells me if I give them $25, the state's going to add $300, but I give them $50, the state's going to add $600, but give them $100, the state's going to add $1,000, $1,500.
- 30:52[SPEAKER_16]: Do we have matching funds in the state?
- 30:54[SPEAKER_16]: I don't believe in those.
- 30:57[SPEAKER_15]: Is that new?
- 30:59[SPEAKER_16]: Must be.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_15]: I don't agree with it at all.
- 31:13[SPEAKER_16]: A lot of municipalities have what they call matching funds, some of them like 6 to 1, and it becomes kind of a scam because, you know, you raise some money and then that allows it to, you know, whatever.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_16]: No, I don't, I saw that too and I said, I'm not giving anybody anything.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_16]: He's going to win reelection.
- 31:35[SPEAKER_16]: First of all, nothing against the senator, but he's going to win reelection anyway.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_16]: And I've been down to all, but he has seen all those little receptions they hold at the crown plaza, and where there's no people there, but there's a big thing of food because all the people just send their checks, they don't actually go to the reception.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_16]: and i caught on to that pretty early on in my life so i i know how it works and these people don't need your money well it it sounds really like socialism you're essentially giving themselves a raise without asking well i think the money goes to their campaign it's not a raise in personal income but um...
- 32:21[SPEAKER_15]: line between campaign funds and I'm gonna have to look that up I did I know those matching funds in New York I used to know some people who really game that system really well and but well I kind of felt like I kind of felt like it must be something new I mean I lived here for about 30 years so
- 32:49[SPEAKER_15]: It kind of just went past me.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_15]: I couldn't believe it when I saw it.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_15]: So I guess it's been around for a while from what you're saying that well, let's see.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_16]: I don't Now this New York State Public Campaign Finance Yeah, provides candidates running for statewide legislative office the ability to qualify for public matching funds
- 33:16[SPEAKER_16]: based on small donations from residents in their district the program began in twenty-two and that's for governor attorney general control or state senate and assembly so i didn't know about that and uh... i don't agree with it uh... well joint joined the club hopefully it's not a small club yeah well the thing is that that i don't like about it is uh...
- 33:44[SPEAKER_16]: I mean, the fact that the program was created was probably the Democrats did it, but the fact that our North Country Republican team is playing that game, I don't agree with it at all.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_15]: No, I don't agree with it for anybody, the Republican Democrat.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_16]: Who's running?
- 34:01[SPEAKER_16]: I mean, if I could, I don't know.
- 34:04[SPEAKER_16]: If I could have 25 bucks to Scott Grable to say, give me 100 bucks.
- 34:08[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_16]: I hope not.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_15]: No, you've got to evidently, you've got to fill out a form.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_16]: Well, I'm not filling out anything.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_16]: I've donated a lot to candidates over the years.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_16]: I don't much anymore unless it's somebody, you know.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, I don't mind the donating aspect.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_15]: What I don't like is using state funds.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_15]: I mean, well, anyhow.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_16]: OK, well, thanks for educating us on it, OK?
- 34:40[SPEAKER_15]: OK.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_16]: Thanks, by now.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_16]: already there you go there's something to talk about do you think candidates for these offices should get matching funds from the state of New York hmm or say assume the opponents are getting i think you should get at the old fashion way in a paper bag out in the parking lot yeah i get it from uh...
- 35:09[SPEAKER_16]: lobbyists or whatever.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, get them.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_16]: You don't need how much money you need to run for state senator assembly in this area.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_16]: I mean, really.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_16]: Some of these races are contested this year, but nobody's, you know, it's like a gimmied at the Republicans win.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_21]: You know, parts of the North country like up near Platsburg, it's different.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_16]: But certainly in gray district, which is on a post,
- 35:40[SPEAKER_16]: uh... where else walls extended district i don't know about who else represents this area don't pay much attention to it yeah oh well seven five five twelve forty the phone number if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows today and we'll be back with more in a moment
- 36:00[SPEAKER_08]: Blake Jen to being says he's a simple farmer, but in reality he's a slippery Democrat politician.
- 36:05[SPEAKER_08]: He voted for Kamala Harris and hit it.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_08]: Radical anti-Trump donors from Hollywood and New York City are funding his campaign with millions.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_08]: Yet he expects us to believe he'll work with President Trump.
- 36:15[SPEAKER_08]: Kathy Hopel's already poured tens of thousands into his campaign.
- 36:19[SPEAKER_08]: Yet now he claims he'll stand up to her, Jen to be in a tax local workers, calling them lazy and drunk.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_08]: He even mocks local correction officers, viciously claiming they have no self work.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_08]: Anthony Constantino is different.
- 36:31[SPEAKER_08]: He built his business right here in upstate New York and created a thousand good paying jobs.
- 36:37[SPEAKER_08]: He funds his own campaign with absolutely no special interest and no strings attached.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_08]: Anthony will fight corruption in both parties, cut our taxes, secure the border, defend the Second Amendment, he'll protect our farms and fork drug.
- 36:50[SPEAKER_08]: Anthony will fight for our veterans and answer to no one but you.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_08]: He's nobody's man but yours.
- 36:55[SPEAKER_06]: I'm Anthony Garzantino and I approve this message.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_08]: Hate for by Constantino for Congress.
- 37:00[SPEAKER_21]: Tonight on what could possibly go wrong with my website, we test the most dangerous phrase of the business.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_21]: It's probably five.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_21]: The night's contestants says their website is totally fine.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_21]: Let's see how they do.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_21]: Question one, how long does your home page take to load?
- 37:18[SPEAKER_20]: long enough to make coffee.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_21]: Correct.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_21]: Next question, can customers find your contact page?
- 37:24[SPEAKER_21]: Eventually, here are two for two.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_21]: Final question, does your website work on mobile?
- 37:30[SPEAKER_21]: Well, technically the text is visible.
- 37:33[SPEAKER_21]: Sorry, your customer's already bought from your competitor.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_20]: Your website may be the first thing customers see.

- 38:00[SPEAKER_23]: Hi, I'm State Senator Mark Wallsick.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_23]: There is nowhere on Earth quite like upstate New York, from our natural resources and landscapes to the grit and determination of our hardworking families, I am incredibly proud to represent seven beautiful counties.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_23]: But your utility bill is too high, tax bill too big and the return on your hard work squandered in Albany.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_23]: Our state government has lost its way and New York has been a leader in what not to do.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_23]: One party rule has created a severe imbalance of power.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_23]: Nobody elected me to manage the decline of our great state and I'm fighting every single day to bring balance back to state government.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_23]: Please know that when you vote to send me back to Albany, you're hiring a Patriot who's not afraid to speak up for you and stand up against policies that make it harder for you to earn a living.
- 38:54[SPEAKER_23]: I appreciate your vote for me, Senator Mark Walsek.
- 38:58[SPEAKER_23]: Paid for by Friends of Walsek.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_16]: Well, there's somebody ready for you there seven five five twelve forty the phone number if you'd like to be on the air today talk about whatever you want um Dr. about water bills Yeah, more Budweiser at Shannon's places all of that stuff and don't forget on Friday we'd like you to you to remember nine eleven
- 39:36[SPEAKER_16]: be thinking of where you are.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_16]: Everybody's supposed to remember where they were when major events happen.
- 39:45[SPEAKER_16]: I certainly remember maybe you don't somebody wants to know what happens to unspent campaign money it stays in the great in all of it they're just
- 40:02[SPEAKER_16]: You know, I'm sure everybody's gaming this system.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_16]: Once they found out about it, I didn't even know about it.
- 40:08[SPEAKER_16]: I want them wet.
- 40:08[SPEAKER_16]: Well, actually when that was enacted, I was in the hospital, so maybe I missed it.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_16]: And I'm sorry, but wow.
- 40:20[SPEAKER_16]: I assume challengers get to reveal themselves of it, too.
- 40:26[SPEAKER_16]: We didn't have that when I ran for Mary, I had to go out and raise money.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_16]: It was different.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_16]: 755-1240, or from number if you'd like to be on the radio today, we're trying to talk about whatever you want.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_16]: Let's see.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_16]: Well, join us right here.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_16]: Owen Carthage, they're having a ceremony before the football game.
- 40:59[SPEAKER_16]: That's nice.
- 41:00[SPEAKER_16]: Remember in service at 6, 6 o'clock.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, what's going on in the water town schools?
- 41:08[SPEAKER_06]: Anything?
- 41:09[SPEAKER_06]: Anybody know of anything?
- 41:12[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, maybe.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_16]: Just a little nod of the head or something.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_16]: But after dinner on the air.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_09]: Well, you'd have to learn there.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_09]: I remember exactly where I was at nine o'clock and when happened, and the manager command just told us we were on production
- 41:32[SPEAKER_09]: And you know what exact words were?
- 41:34[SPEAKER_09]: Somebody's got to stop these guys.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_09]: Here we are right now on people like Boba, Boba, Tom Monning games.
- 41:42[SPEAKER_09]: When just when there's money involved, but also, you know, look at what BP did in the Mexico Gulf, but I don't know if it's whatever you want to call it, but you know, but anyways, the point is, some people don't remember, and the point is,
- 42:00[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know how many, a couple thousand people, and then the fire fighters, and then the police, and everybody's a diet after words from all the toxic dust, and everything, I mean, that's a big attack on the country, and it should be, you should have a moment of silence.
- 42:19[SPEAKER_16]: Mm-hmm.
- 42:21[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_16]: Sorry to hear of your loss.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_09]: Thank you.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_09]: Mayors, can I say one more other thing?
- 42:31[SPEAKER_16]: What?
- 42:32[SPEAKER_09]: Were you contracted under the distributors and then they just changed distributors and now they say it.
- 42:38[SPEAKER_16]: No, there's no contract.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_16]: New York has a monopoly system.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_16]: So if you want to buy a course light or a retail establishment or a retail licensing, you have to go through and buy it from misery and they deliver it.
- 42:52[SPEAKER_16]: You want to buy Miller light, you have to go through doldoers.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_16]: You want to buy in-house or burst products or lebats.
- 42:58[SPEAKER_16]: you went to Eagle Beverage out of a swigo and they had a phone app you could place orders on that's gone and uh... place orders nothing comes now with its new company now a lot of people say well you know big deal you're just a small business you know matter but what you can do you need product well you need product and it's costumers i mean if they want to serve as a little right or was that i mean if you were
- 43:26[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, I don't know what they exactly distribute, but the point is, is you've been getting it from this other company and they buy the company and now they're not going to bring it over.
- 43:36[SPEAKER_16]: Well, they say they are.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_16]: We haven't seen it yet, I'm hoping.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_09]: What are you saying after you're out of it for months?
- 43:44[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know either, but that seems like it.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_09]: I don't like monopolies, and I don't like this morning stuff with the...
- 43:54[SPEAKER_09]: You give somebody 50 bucks and then the taxpayers are putting another hot.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_09]: What is that with this matching money, then where's this other money coming from?
- 44:04[SPEAKER_16]: The taxpayers.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah
- 44:25[SPEAKER_16]: I know, and like, uh, you know, well, I just, I want to give me 25, I can get 200.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_16]: No, I don't want that.
- 44:34[SPEAKER_13]: I think it's, talk about corrupt.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_16]: No.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_16]: It's certainly, it's New York.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_16]: All right.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_16]: Thanks a lot.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_16]: But after dinner, I need to hear.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_16]: Hello.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_13]: Will you hear?
- 44:51[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, go ahead.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, go ahead.
- 44:57[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, hey, I'm originally from the Bronx.
- 45:00[SPEAKER_13]: I live in upstate New York now.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_13]: And I've been a Republican for a long time, and I really have to say that one of the reasons that Republicans are losing real life can is, well, first of all, it's interesting to see how many people care about not 11, since I get insulted by upstate New York in every day about being from New York City.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_13]: You're preaching to the choir people up here.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_13]: You need to go into the other cities like Idaho.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_13]: You need to go into the south Bronx.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_13]: You need to go into Harlem.
- 45:35[SPEAKER_13]: You need to go into work on, you're not going to wait until you do that, but they're too chicken to do it.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_13]: And they step by their base, which will never win a weapon anymore.
- 45:46[SPEAKER_13]: You are.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_13]: I was seven to two years old.
- 45:49[SPEAKER_13]: I worked as a public take.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_13]: I worked in the media at ABC.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_13]: It is very liberal out there, and the only way you're going to change it is not just calling great shows like yours, but it's also going out there, you're not going out there, you're not going to win, it's good to get worse.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_16]: Well, I agree.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_16]: I mean, half the people up here don't vote.
- 46:14[SPEAKER_16]: You know, if you got your family out, your friends, your neighbors, or whatever, and you can get eight or ten people to vote or wouldn't have voted otherwise, you can make a difference.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_16]: If everybody did that, we'd win.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_16]: But here in the North Country, people are kind of taxidasical.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, if you're not going to vote, don't complain.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_13]: I'm from the Bronx, like I said, I can't believe
- 46:41[SPEAKER_13]: He'd be Joe and I actually truly can't believe that I almost say this has really not teach him that from a Jewish point of view.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 46:51[SPEAKER_16]: And what about my dummy?
- 46:53[SPEAKER_16]: Should he go to Brown Zero on Friday?
- 46:59[SPEAKER_13]: No, no, because he has new agents with people who are asked to make it.
- 47:05[SPEAKER_13]: I think there's a lot of Jewish people that are politicians, like us, because, you know, it shouldn't go to the one of the particulars, these are not from Israel, it's just the price.
- 47:17[SPEAKER_13]: But you're so far to the world, now that he's just winning the fruits of AOC.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_16]: Mm-hmm.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_16]: Well, I would like to...
- 47:29[SPEAKER_13]: I don't want to keep on the call as, but that's my message.
- 47:34[SPEAKER_13]: You have to go to the church, you have to talk to people, you have to drag each person to vote, everyone has to take one person to vote.
- 47:44[SPEAKER_16]: I gotcha.
- 47:45[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_16]: Just a great day.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_16]: Hi.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_16]: Thank you.
- 47:49[SPEAKER_16]: You know up here, always you're here as somebody comes up about, or they don't like hoax or whatever.
- 47:55[SPEAKER_16]: And well, I'm your New York City, I like everything.
- 47:58[SPEAKER_11]: I'm here.
- 47:58[SPEAKER_11]: We don't have any.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_16]: that's the excuse for everything.
- 48:02[SPEAKER_16]: Well, yes New York City exists and we'll probably vote Democratic obviously and there are a lot of people who live there.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_16]: But what do you do it?
- 48:14[SPEAKER_16]: I don't vote.
- 48:14[SPEAKER_16]: I live.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_16]: No, get out there.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_16]: Do I vote?
- 48:18[SPEAKER_16]: No, she doesn't vote any time.
- 48:20[SPEAKER_16]: My bunch of kids.
- 48:23[SPEAKER_16]: Get everybody in your circle out and if enough people do that
- 48:31[SPEAKER_16]: You know, turnout is not that great in the city, in many of those neighborhoods.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_16]: It's not that they're beating us on turnout, they're beating on us on margin within the districts that do vote, assembly districts in the Bronx, like the gentlemen said, you know, go in 1910 Democrat.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_16]: Well, there's no assembly districts up here that go in 1910 Republican, but with better turnout, you could chew into those margins, but you're not going to see it because it's just, you know.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_16]: They put their safe act signs in the lawn, and then all of it, I forgot the vote.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_16]: Okay.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_16]: Thank you, sign down, please.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_16]: 755, 1240, our phone number.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_08]: If you'd like to give us a call, we'll put you on the air and talk about all sorts of things.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_16]: Nobody bid on the 32-hour workweek.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_16]: I think you're going to hand up with one within five years.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_16]: on orders from chairman mom dommie uh... boy or the jurors are starting to talk in the linsey a clancy uh... trial the one guy that said i know i do have reasonable doubt but
- 50:02[SPEAKER_16]: So he's being a big deal because now he's going to force another trial or something like that cost a lot of money and can be in a lot of people.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_16]: Now let's talk to somebody yesterday pretty knowledgeable person who says he doesn't buy the idea that Lindsay Clancy even killed those kids at all that it was something to do with the husband.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_16]: So I mean I don't know.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_16]: I mean he was like,
- 50:27[SPEAKER_16]: way he got married like any split after that thing got her divorced and on his way so but anyway these jurors are starting to talk you know there's one that went on WBC TV and Boston identified by them as the juror number five you think people aren't going to recognize their face stop stop
- 50:56[SPEAKER_16]: So anyway, interesting thing yesterday, somebody I know is friends with the family of that fellow beat up on Jefferson Street Albert Scott.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_16]: And you haven't heard much in the news about it in the initial attack, but we told you it was in a coma, and Obama by serious head injuries.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_16]: And it saw some tape of him that this person had
- 51:20[SPEAKER_16]: The family said it was okay to show to people but not to send to them so I certainly respect them.
- 51:25[SPEAKER_16]: I don't have a copy of it, but I did look at it and in the hospital awake, kind of an eerie looking his eyes, darting back and forth and scared look on the face like what's going on type thing and feeding tube and all of that.
- 51:43[SPEAKER_16]: So, God bless him.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know where his background was, but that's not an excuse for what happened.
- 51:54[SPEAKER_16]: So hopefully, there's no justice, and I hope he recovers, I get to catch the people fine if they don't find because there's no such thing as justice, it's just good health, there's more important than justice.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_16]: So we'll see, but it was an interesting video tape, and I appreciate the opportunity to look at it.
- 52:19[SPEAKER_16]: We had thought, I guess Blake Gendabene is in next Wednesday.
- 52:24[SPEAKER_16]: Not his fault, somebody apparently said it was this Wednesday and told me that it's not.
- 52:31[SPEAKER_16]: It's next Wednesday.
- 52:32[SPEAKER_16]: Either way, it's going to be interesting.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_16]: I'm going to ask him if he is a simple farmer.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_16]: And I know one of the questions in these commercials from Constantine, it was, he voted for Kamala Harris.
- 52:44[SPEAKER_16]: Well, he's a Democrat, of course he voted for Kamala Harris.
- 52:48[SPEAKER_16]: consider that a talking point.
- 52:51[SPEAKER_16]: But whatever, um, or a comma, uh, you lost.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_16]: So, anyway, why don't we do a break?
- 53:07[SPEAKER_16]: And we'll be back with more in a moment.
- 53:10[SPEAKER_00]: I'm Tammy Nebelwana.
- 53:11[SPEAKER_00]: For years, I've worked alongside the people of the 117th listening, solving problems, and getting results.
- 53:17[SPEAKER_00]: Now I'm ready to get to work in Albany.
- 53:19[SPEAKER_00]: I'll fight to make New York more affordable.
- 53:21[SPEAKER_00]: Keep our communities safe and make sure decisions that belong here stay here.

- 56:26[SPEAKER_16]: So check that out, okay?
- 56:28[SPEAKER_16]: And I guess it's, you know, admission, admission charge or something, I just heard on a spot, but it's, uh,
- 56:36[SPEAKER_16]: It's a nice event, you know what I'm always liked about, but no, that's over to the Italian club, I'm sorry.
- 56:43[SPEAKER_08]: Well, whatever, wherever it is.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_16]: The nice event is you're running into a lot of people, you don't see them all the time.
- 56:52[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_16]: A lot of people whose names end in vowels, right?
- 56:57[SPEAKER_16]: It's an Italian festival, you expect that.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_16]: 755, well, who decided that Italian people's names
- 57:06[SPEAKER_16]: Who made that decision?
- 57:08[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know.
- 57:09[SPEAKER_16]: Who's wondered that?
- 57:11[SPEAKER_16]: One of those mysteries of the universe.
- 57:14[SPEAKER_16]: All right.
- 57:16[SPEAKER_16]: Now we've got a front against a visitor at the station.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_16]: Hope they're not here to arrest me or anything.
- 57:23[SPEAKER_16]: 755, 1240, the phone number, if he'd like to be on a show of shows.
- 57:27[SPEAKER_16]: And there's a call coming in.
- 57:29[SPEAKER_16]: Good afternoon, Your Honor.
- 57:30[SPEAKER_10]: Good afternoon, Mayor.
- 57:31[SPEAKER_10]: Regarding that matching funds on the elections.
- 57:36[SPEAKER_10]: I think we should look at the long-term possible good effects to this.
- 57:40[SPEAKER_10]: It looks like 14 states overall do it in a seems as memory-surfing above U.S. presidential elections have patching plans that they so choose to participate.
- 57:48[SPEAKER_10]: But if this was a means by which to remove some of the overall money out of politics, like we would to publicly finance campaigns, initially I don't love the idea, but when you think about it, if we can remove some of that influence peddling, wouldn't that be a positive thing?
- 58:04[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, but they can raise money independently as well, right?
- 58:07[SPEAKER_10]: Right, I just, I don't know.
- 58:09[SPEAKER_10]: I just, I'm trying to think it through and I just can't help but wonder if that might be the needs to get to a point where less overall price.
- 58:17[SPEAKER_16]: Well, would you be in favor of that, like in a local race, too?
- 58:21[SPEAKER_16]: A mayor of race, a town council race?
- 58:23[SPEAKER_10]: Well, the quick article I read just said there's like 26 municipalities that have picked very well.
- 58:29[SPEAKER_10]: I'm unclear.
- 58:29[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know.
- 58:30[SPEAKER_10]: I'm just
- 58:31[SPEAKER_10]: I'm trying to think down the road just beyond the, you know, right from the front of me, but uh, I don't know, a lot of money and politics.
- 58:36[SPEAKER_16]: You live in Lorette, don't you?
- 58:38[SPEAKER_10]: I do live in Lorette.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_16]: One of the 10 worst places in America here.
- 58:42[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I want everybody to think, uh, so they all stay away.
- 58:46[SPEAKER_10]: There you go.
- 58:48[SPEAKER_10]: I've lived here my entire life and I've been very happy seeing you live here.
- 58:51[SPEAKER_10]: So uh, okay.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_10]: I guess that's a pretty good endorsement.
- 58:54[SPEAKER_16]: All right.
- 58:55[SPEAKER_16]: Well, thank you, sir.
- 58:56[SPEAKER_16]: All right, bye now.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_16]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_16]: All right.
- 59:07[SPEAKER_16]: Good.
- 59:07[SPEAKER_16]: 755, 1240, the phone number, if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows.
- 59:12[SPEAKER_16]: And we'll talk about whatever you want within the bounds of the taste.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_16]: Whatever they are.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_16]: Mm-hmm.
- 59:20[SPEAKER_16]: Yep.
- 59:24[SPEAKER_16]: And when else did the council do last time?
- 59:26[SPEAKER_16]: I don't know, they approved them.
- 59:29[SPEAKER_16]: I'm not blaming them, I'm not blaming the administration or criticizing anyone or whatever.
- 59:35[SPEAKER_16]: Just saying all that money on these roads, water plants.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_16]: I mean, I know enough about finance and that comes to you.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_16]: Yeah, it's going to be one heck of a bill.
- 59:48[SPEAKER_16]: And millions of dollars and there aren't many of us left to live here and pay for it.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_16]: If you're over here, well I don't know if there's fewer people.
