- 0:24Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Roots, direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 2: of the.
- 0:27Speaker 1: World, Last Vegas. What time is it? It's time war War.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw truth, one hundred
- 0:38Speaker 2: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:55Speaker 1: All right, what time is in? Its night's time?
- 0:58Speaker 3: I've ever been to the Vegas Golden Nights games. That's
- 1:01Speaker 3: they always say, what time is it?
- 1:02Speaker 1: It's night time.
- 1:04Speaker 3: Also when they sing the national anthem, when they get
- 1:06Speaker 3: to the word night, the entire crowd goes night. It's
- 1:09Speaker 3: very exciting stuff, very exciting stuff, very cool. And they
- 1:12Speaker 3: won last Night the Nights, my Vegas Golden Knights.
- 1:15Speaker 1: They are in the finals, the Western Conference Finals. Very cool.
- 1:19Speaker 1: I'm planning to go to a couple of those games
- 1:20Speaker 1: in the next week.
- 1:22Speaker 3: Be very exciting. I'm gonna open up with Tina Peters
- 1:26Speaker 3: because I'm gonna do a little gloating. I think it's
- 1:28Speaker 3: well deserved. I don't think it's just me. I think
- 1:30Speaker 3: there are a lot of conservative hosts who had something
- 1:33Speaker 3: to do with this as a team. I think President
- 1:35Speaker 3: Trump had a lot to do with it. But I
- 1:37Speaker 3: do think that Wayne Ruth puts tremendous pressure on the
- 1:40Speaker 3: State of Colorado and Governor of Colorado and the Colorado
- 1:43Speaker 3: election officials.
- 1:45Speaker 1: They knew that we were on their tracks.
- 1:47Speaker 3: They knew that we were threatening them with you just
- 1:50Speaker 3: anything that President Trump could do to get Tina Peters
- 1:52Speaker 3: out of prison, including cutting off all funding the Colorado
- 1:56Speaker 3: and literally sending FBI swat teams and US marshalls to
- 2:00Speaker 3: the prison in Colorado to literally break her out as
- 2:03Speaker 3: a witness and a federal crime that stolen twenty twenty
- 2:06Speaker 3: election put her in witness protection program. That's my That's
- 2:09Speaker 3: my opening commentary tomorrow on my TV show America's Top
- 2:14Speaker 3: Ten Countdown. Oh, I just finished the show, and it
- 2:17Speaker 3: was of course, we finished the show an hour ago
- 2:19Speaker 3: and Tina Peters being freed in the next month.
- 2:23Speaker 1: That just came out minutes after I stopped taping my show.
- 2:26Speaker 3: So my opening commentary of the show, which was done
- 2:29Speaker 3: two hours ago, I opened the show with a commentary
- 2:33Speaker 3: that President Trump needs to do anything and everything to
- 2:36Speaker 3: get Tina Peters out of prison, which includes literally invading Colorado.
- 2:40Speaker 1: And you know I meant that tongue.
- 2:42Speaker 3: In chic I don't mean that we should have send
- 2:43Speaker 3: the US Army to invade an American state, although they
- 2:47Speaker 3: deserve it. The communists scum in Colorado deserve it for
- 2:51Speaker 3: what they did to Tina Peters.
- 2:52Speaker 1: They really do.
- 2:53Speaker 3: But obviously what I was trying to do is put
- 2:56Speaker 3: tremendous pressure on them, and put tremendous pressure on President Trump,
- 3:00Speaker 3: and a worked.
- 3:01Speaker 1: How do I know it worked? Number One, they're releasing
- 3:04Speaker 1: Sena Peters.
- 3:04Speaker 3: The headline here is Colorado governor commutes sentence of Tina Peters,
- 3:08Speaker 3: will be released on June first.
- 3:10Speaker 1: And then here's a second one.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Colorado Governor cuts Tina Peter's prison sense and half will
- 3:15Speaker 3: release her on parole on June first. The extraordinary decision
- 3:20Speaker 3: puts Governor Polis at odds not only fellow Democrats but
- 3:23Speaker 3: also with many Republicans in Colorado. Oh yeah, right, which
- 3:28Speaker 3: Republicans are those? But I want to point out the
- 3:31Speaker 3: CNN story quotes me. Of course, there's such scumbags. They
- 3:36Speaker 3: don't quote my name, but they mentioned the incredible pressure
- 3:40Speaker 3: from conservatives, and then they mentioned right here a post
- 3:46Speaker 3: her Tina Peters own account. Her own account on social
- 3:51Speaker 3: media re shared a post Tuesday from a radio host
- 3:55Speaker 3: who urged Trump to invade Colorado if you have to,
- 3:59Speaker 3: and do whatever needs.
- 4:00Speaker 1: To be done to free Tina Peters from prison.
- 4:03Speaker 3: The governor has seen the posts and what Tina Peters
- 4:06Speaker 3: has continued to say, but he says that's not a
- 4:09Speaker 3: reason to keep her behind bars. So my column about
- 4:13Speaker 3: Trump invading Colorado, you should invade Colorado and free Tina
- 4:18Speaker 3: Peters is on the Governor's mind, is on CNN's mind.
- 4:22Speaker 1: And that was the whole point of what I did.
- 4:24Speaker 1: That was the point.
- 4:26Speaker 3: It wasn't to actually invade Colorado's why I think we're
- 4:28Speaker 3: gonna invade Colorado. No, But it was to get the
- 4:32Speaker 3: attention of America, to get the attention of MAGA patriots,
- 4:36Speaker 3: to get the attention of conservatives and Republicans to what's
- 4:39Speaker 3: going on. This poor woman's being tortured in prison. To
- 4:42Speaker 3: get the attention of President Trump. I sent the column
- 4:44Speaker 3: right to him and to get him to do something,
- 4:47Speaker 3: to light a fire under the governor and under the
- 4:50Speaker 3: President to do something.
- 4:51Speaker 1: And it obviously worked and wasn't just me.
- 4:54Speaker 3: No, there are so many great patriots who've been fighting
- 4:57Speaker 3: for Tina Peters and talking about Tina Peters.
- 4:59Speaker 1: But my columns get a lot of attention.
- 5:01Speaker 3: My columns at the Gateway Pundit in particular, they send
- 5:05Speaker 3: me the actual numbers for every column. So in the
- 5:09Speaker 3: last three years, over ten million people have read my
- 5:13Speaker 3: column at the Gateway Pundit. My columns at the Gateway
- 5:16Speaker 3: punted ten million people, and the one about Tina Peters
- 5:20Speaker 3: I haven't looked up, but I'm guessing if it's the
- 5:22Speaker 3: same as many of my recent articles, thirty forty fifty
- 5:25Speaker 3: thousand people probably read it, and the word gets back
- 5:28Speaker 3: to all the liberals.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Their heads explode.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Wayne Root has advised you the president's in vade Colorado
- 5:33Speaker 3: to break out Tina Peters. Wayne Rooth says, she's gonna
- 5:37Speaker 3: die in prison, and we're gonna hold you responsible. They
- 5:41Speaker 3: are scared out of their minds, low life losers. Governor's
- 5:45Speaker 3: scared out of his mind. You know what, It mentions
- 5:47Speaker 3: at the bottom of the article. After it mentions me
- 5:49Speaker 3: and my column, it then mentions that he's thinking about
- 5:52Speaker 3: running for president in twenty twenty eight. These people don't
- 5:55Speaker 3: care about anything in the world except their own success.
- 5:59Speaker 1: That it's the only thing the governor cares about.
- 6:02Speaker 3: So now he's gonna run for president or consider running
- 6:06Speaker 3: for president, because he's gonna go nowhere.
- 6:07Speaker 1: But he's gonna.
- 6:08Speaker 3: Consider running for president because he'd have to face off
- 6:10Speaker 3: with AOC, and of course you can't out dumb AOC,
- 6:13Speaker 3: and Democrat voters are so dumb that they'll be you know, look.
- 6:16Speaker 1: She's like me, she's a moron. I'm gonna vote for her.
- 6:20Speaker 1: So he's got no chance.
- 6:22Speaker 3: He's the most unattractive, ugly, bald gay man in the
- 6:26Speaker 3: history of the world. So good luck for him running
- 6:29Speaker 3: for president. But having said that, he thinks he can
- 6:34Speaker 3: run for president. And now he's gonna say, see how
- 6:36Speaker 3: bipartison I am. Even all my Democrat supporters didn't like
- 6:40Speaker 3: my decision to free Tina Peters, but this shows you
- 6:44Speaker 3: what a good man I am and how fair I am.
- 6:46Speaker 3: And he thinks he'll get Republican votes for that. Oh
- 6:48Speaker 3: my god, these people are so delusional. What he did
- 6:51Speaker 3: was save himself from a murder charge, because if she
- 6:54Speaker 3: dies in prison, he should be indicted for murder, So
- 6:57Speaker 3: should everyone involved in this, The DA, the Attorney General
- 6:59Speaker 3: of Colorado, the Secretary of State of Colorado. They're all
- 7:03Speaker 3: guilty of framing Tina Peters and turning free speech into
- 7:06Speaker 3: a crime that required nine.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Years in prison.
- 7:09Speaker 3: When they let murderers and rapists out in a day
- 7:13Speaker 3: when the whole Denver is filled with pots, smoking lowlife scumbags.
- 7:18Speaker 3: Did you ever walk through Denver? The entire Denver smells
- 7:22Speaker 3: like skunk, one big lowlife heaven. And that's why it's
- 7:25Speaker 3: such a Democrat state now because every Democrat in America
- 7:29Speaker 3: who's a lazy bum who wants to smoke pot for
- 7:32Speaker 3: the rest of their lives and never work again and
- 7:34Speaker 3: eat munchies while they watch cartoons has moved to Denver
- 7:37Speaker 3: so they could smoke pot all day long.
- 7:39Speaker 1: But they're all free. And the guy who sells.
- 7:44Speaker 3: Fentyl that quught with twenty six pounds of fentanyl, the
- 7:47Speaker 3: same prosecutor that put Tina Peters in prison for nine years,
- 7:51Speaker 3: let that guy out with no sentence time. Serve God
- 7:55Speaker 3: or maybe just I can't even remember now, either let
- 7:58Speaker 3: him out or he literally said no prison time.
- 8:01Speaker 1: I can't even remember what the decision was.
- 8:03Speaker 3: But I know he's walking the streets right now, and
- 8:06Speaker 3: I know that Tina Peters, you know, was supposed to
- 8:08Speaker 3: serve nine years in prison till the public pressure was
- 8:11Speaker 3: ratcheted up.
- 8:12Speaker 1: So whether it was Wayne el Rout, whether it's President.
- 8:14Speaker 3: Trump, whether it's Alex Jones, whether it's Gateway Punnit, we
- 8:18Speaker 3: all got together and screamed for months and months and months,
- 8:21Speaker 3: let this poor gold star.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Seven year old mom out of prison. And it worked. Victory.
- 8:28Speaker 3: God bless America, God bless Tina Peters, nice lady. What
- 8:32Speaker 3: they did to her is just disgusting, absolutely disgusting.
- 8:37Speaker 1: All right, phones are already ringing. Make sure I turned
- 8:40Speaker 1: the turn the ringer off. There we go. Now, nobody
- 8:43Speaker 1: could bother us.
- 8:44Speaker 3: So I want to mention on my show, America's Top
- 8:48Speaker 3: Ten Countdown, which you can watch tomorrow at noon eastern
- 8:51Speaker 3: nine am Pacific. On that show, I made a point
- 8:56Speaker 3: of saying, you know, as usual every week I do this,
- 8:59Speaker 3: that present Trump accomplishes more good things in a week
- 9:02Speaker 3: than my hero Reagan did in eight years, or any
- 9:04Speaker 3: president does in eight years. And I had quite a
- 9:06Speaker 3: few good achievements to mention. I'm gonna mention him right here,
- 9:10Speaker 3: I'm gonna open up this show. Well, Tina Peters number one,
- 9:13Speaker 3: there's achievement number one. Tina Peters is gonna be freed
- 9:17Speaker 3: in one month because of Wayne Rooth's pressure and President
- 9:20Speaker 3: Trump's pressure, and Steve Stearns pressure and John Goodman's pressure,
- 9:24Speaker 3: and Alex Jones pressure and Gateway Pundit's pressure, and who
- 9:27Speaker 3: knows how many other conservative hosts said something about this
- 9:30Speaker 3: all across America. Thank you all of us as a team,
- 9:33Speaker 3: got our freed. But CNN quotes my article for a reason. See,
- 9:38Speaker 3: I write outrageous things, just like Trump. I come from
- 9:41Speaker 3: the Trump school. I wrote the book Trump Rules What
- 9:44Speaker 3: made Trump Successful? And I said Trump says outrageous things, some.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Of which are ridiculous, but it doesn't matter. It forces
- 9:52Speaker 1: you to tune in because most people tune out. They
- 9:55Speaker 1: have no idea what a politician says.
- 9:57Speaker 3: Most politicians are so boring and so so I force
- 10:00Speaker 3: people to tune in. And I learned that from Trump.
- 10:03Speaker 3: I've been following him for forty five years. He's been
- 10:05Speaker 3: my mentor. And you say something outrageous and makes people
- 10:08Speaker 3: tune into the topic they never even heard of.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Tina Peters.
- 10:11Speaker 3: But the reason they knew it this week is because
- 10:13Speaker 3: Wayne Grew told President Trump did invade Colorado?
- 10:16Speaker 1: Did I really mean evade Colorado?
- 10:18Speaker 3: Of course not maybe invaded with an FBI swat team
- 10:22Speaker 3: and a US Marshalls team to ask them to release
- 10:25Speaker 3: them to your custody because she's a witness to a
- 10:28Speaker 3: federal crime. But I didn't really mean, said the army
- 10:30Speaker 3: in evade Colorado. But it got everyone's attention, including the
- 10:34Speaker 3: governor of Colorado and CNN.
- 10:36Speaker 1: And now Tina's gonna be freed, So good news for Trump.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Tina Peters number one, number two.
- 10:41Speaker 3: Trump's DHS Department of Homeland Security announces twelve straight months
- 10:47Speaker 3: of zero border releases as crossings hit historic lows. Thank you,
- 10:52Speaker 3: President Trump. We found out today economic news. Home prices
- 10:55Speaker 3: register biggest annual increase in more than a year. Thank you,
- 10:59Speaker 3: President Trump. US industrial production surged in April. Thank you,
- 11:04Speaker 3: President Trump. Jobless claims remain at historically low levels.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Thank you, President Trump. All you see in the news layoffs, layoffs,
- 11:12Speaker 1: laoffs due to.
- 11:13Speaker 3: Artificial intelligence AI. If there's so many layoffs, are why
- 11:17Speaker 3: are job jobless claims at historically low levels? I guess
- 11:24Speaker 3: there aren't that many people actually laid off. They're laying
- 11:26Speaker 3: people up. They immediately get another job. And Trump calls
- 11:29Speaker 3: for a gas tax suspension, and I don't know what's
- 11:32Speaker 3: gonna happen, but he's trying his best to get prices
- 11:36Speaker 3: down for the average wonderful, middle class and working class American.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Thank you, President.
- 11:41Speaker 3: Trump, another great week. I didn't even mention China. We'll
- 11:43Speaker 3: be right back, Hi, Wayne.

- 15:59Speaker 3: Pacific America Top Ten Countdown.
- 16:00Speaker 1: You'll love it.
- 16:01Speaker 3: I think tomorrow maybe the best show I've ever done.
- 16:03Speaker 3: Four years of shows, just about two hundred shows, and
- 16:07Speaker 3: I think today that the one I tape today for
- 16:09Speaker 3: tomorrow is probably the best one I've ever done. And
- 16:12Speaker 3: then very soon we'll be able to announce my new
- 16:15Speaker 3: nightly show, my new nightly show on Real America's Voice
- 16:20Speaker 3: called America Speaks. So we don't have the date yet
- 16:22Speaker 3: for when it starts, but soon, and I should have
- 16:25Speaker 3: the date for you really soon, like hopefully next week.
- 16:28Speaker 3: You always strive to be accurate, and I generally always
- 16:31Speaker 3: am accurate.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Ninety nine percent of the time. I'm accurate, but I
- 16:34Speaker 1: hit the number right on the button. It appears.
- 16:36Speaker 3: I have said for years now, I've seen lots of
- 16:38Speaker 3: quotes in the media that we spend fifty billion year
- 16:41Speaker 3: on illegals. We spend one hundred million year on illegals.
- 16:43Speaker 3: We spend one hundred fifty billion a year on illegals.
- 16:45Speaker 3: All the numbers are terrible and unacceptable, but I believe
- 16:49Speaker 3: it's about six hundred billion dollars a year. I've always
- 16:52Speaker 3: said that about six hundred billion almost it's almost a trillion.
- 16:56Speaker 3: You could argue, you know, well over half of a trillion.
- 16:59Speaker 3: Dollars a year spent on illegals. And therefore, I say,
- 17:02Speaker 3: over a course of ten years, you're talking about such
- 17:06Speaker 3: a large amount of money. Right, A half trillion a
- 17:09Speaker 3: year for ten years is five trillion dollars, right? Is
- 17:12Speaker 3: that my math correct? Yeah, five trillion. If it's six
- 17:15Speaker 3: hundred billion, then it's six trillion dollars. And so jd
- 17:19Speaker 3: Vance just announced that we spend hundreds of billions dollars
- 17:22Speaker 3: a year on illegal immigrants. But he said he believes
- 17:25Speaker 3: the correct numbers about six hundred billion, So I got
- 17:29Speaker 3: the number right. He says, whether it's three hundred billion
- 17:31Speaker 3: or six hundred billion, it's a lot of money between Medicare, Medicaid,
- 17:35Speaker 3: food stamps, prison fees, everything that goes. It's a criminal
- 17:38Speaker 3: migrant problem in the United States America. It's a lot
- 17:41Speaker 3: of number. It's a lot of numbers, a lot of money.
- 17:45Speaker 3: And then he says in prisoning illegal immigrants who commit
- 17:47Speaker 3: crimes alone costing sixty and one hundred.
- 17:50Speaker 1: And twenty thousand a year brit inmate.
- 17:52Speaker 3: Some states, including California, New York, allow illegal immigrants to
- 17:57Speaker 3: collect healthcare benefits and that, and then you know, we're
- 18:02Speaker 3: not even talking about schools. I don't hear anyone mentioned schools.
- 18:05Speaker 3: Let's see, did he say that because he said medicare, Medicaid,
- 18:09Speaker 3: food stamps, prison fees, everything that goes into criminal micro problem.
- 18:13Speaker 3: I think the biggest problem is school, right, because do
- 18:16Speaker 3: you know what they pay for school in a in
- 18:18Speaker 3: a state like New York, it's fifty It's like forty
- 18:20Speaker 3: to fifty thousand of pupil that they spend on public school,
- 18:24Speaker 3: which is a joke.
- 18:25Speaker 1: It's all wasted.
- 18:26Speaker 3: They are all a bunch of you know, nice kids
- 18:28Speaker 3: who are learning a damn thing and they're turning out
- 18:30Speaker 3: dummies when they don't have to be dummies because they're
- 18:33Speaker 3: kids that could be. Their lives are being wasted. They
- 18:35Speaker 3: could be as smart as any kid in the world.
- 18:36Speaker 3: I don't care if they're black. I don't care if
- 18:38Speaker 3: they're Latino. Out of care if they're white. They are
- 18:41Speaker 3: all precious and their lives are being wasted and they're
- 18:44Speaker 3: never going to get a good job because they learn
- 18:46Speaker 3: absolutely nothing in these schools that are nothing more than
- 18:49Speaker 3: communist brainwashing factories that don't teach reading, writing, or arithmetic anymore.
- 18:53Speaker 3: They just brainwash you all day and let you take
- 18:55Speaker 3: days off to go, you know, protest President Trump. But
- 18:59Speaker 3: the cost is like fifty thousand a pupil in California,
- 19:02Speaker 3: New York. So you get an illegal immigrant family, you
- 19:05Speaker 3: know from like Mexico as an example. These these families
- 19:09Speaker 3: have eight kids, six kids, ten kids.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Let's just say four kids.
- 19:14Speaker 3: What's four times f two hundred thousand a year before
- 19:17Speaker 3: you get to welfare, food stamps and three hundred other
- 19:19Speaker 3: welfare programs, and before you get to prison costs and
- 19:22Speaker 3: police costs and court costs. Just the school alone is
- 19:26Speaker 3: two hundred thousand a year. So six hundred billion dollars
- 19:30Speaker 3: is wasted on illegal immigrants. And then you've got a
- 19:34Speaker 3: state like Illinois. Democrats just lost hundreds of violent criminals
- 19:39Speaker 3: in Illinois, and yet another glaring example of failed criminal
- 19:44Speaker 3: justice reform in blue cities. Cook County, Illinois, which is Chicago,
- 19:47Speaker 3: admits two hundred and forty three dangerous criminals have gone
- 19:51Speaker 3: completely a wall from the county's pre trial electronic monitoring system.
- 19:55Speaker 1: They don't know where they are. They don't have any
- 19:58Speaker 1: idea where violent criminals are. All right, I have an
- 20:01Speaker 1: idea where the stock market it's gonna go.
- 20:02Speaker 3: It's gonna go wherever VRA says it's gonna go because
- 20:05Speaker 3: Kip Perridge founded VRA in two thousand and three and
- 20:08Speaker 3: since then he's been right.
- 20:10Speaker 1: About ninety percent of the time. But his best bets.
- 20:12Speaker 3: He calls ten bankers his biggest recommendations. They were up
- 20:16Speaker 3: thirty five point seven percent last year, thirty eight percent
- 20:19Speaker 3: of your average over the last three years. And meanwhile,
- 20:21Speaker 3: Baron's reports the average Wall Street money manager loses to
- 20:24Speaker 3: the market ninety percent of time, he wins ninety percent.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Let him prove it to you for free.
- 20:29Speaker 3: Go to VRA insider dot com and because you're a
- 20:32Speaker 3: fan of Wayne Route, you get two weeks free to

- 21:02Speaker 3: love it here by way of New York born and bred,
- 21:05Speaker 3: and then New York City Columbia University, living in Manhattan
- 21:08Speaker 3: for many years, and then Los Angeles.
- 21:10Speaker 1: I lived in La I lived in Malibu for.
- 21:12Speaker 3: Many years, and now the last twenty four in Las Vegas,
- 21:15Speaker 3: and I like it here much better.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Why suns always out best restaurants in the world. No taxes.
- 21:20Speaker 1: That is a heck of a combination.
- 21:21Speaker 3: So I love it here and I wish more people
- 21:24Speaker 3: would open their eyes down great Las Vegas is the
- 21:26Speaker 3: whole California is moving here, But New Yorkers only moved
- 21:29Speaker 3: to Florida. That seems to be the only place they move.
- 21:32Speaker 3: Every New Yorker moves to Florida. They don't know that
- 21:34Speaker 3: Nevada exists. I guess they like the East Coast time zone.
- 21:38Speaker 3: Zecha Genesis Medicine is the sponsor of this segment. It's
- 21:40Speaker 3: my guest segment. Great guest standing by very impressive doctor.

- 22:06Speaker 3: treatment for it, and they have human data to show
- 22:09Speaker 3: it's safe and it works. To get this medicine in

- 22:15Speaker 3: Ziecha's offering investors a royalty of fifty percent of cash

- 22:54Speaker 3: It is Brett Favre, the world champion Super Bowl NFL

- 23:06Speaker 3: made great improvements and comes on to talk about the
- 23:09Speaker 3: great things that are happening because of their medicine. Brett
- 23:12Speaker 3: Farv is here to tell you zechat Genesis works all right.
- 23:16Speaker 1: My guest is in the.
- 23:17Speaker 3: Medical field, doctor Mary Tally Bowden, MD, founder of Americans
- 23:21Speaker 3: for Health Freedom dot org. Americans for Health Freedom dot org,
- 23:25Speaker 3: author of Dangerous Misinformation, the virus, the treatments, and the lies.
- 23:31Speaker 3: And I would stress Mary the lies because there have
- 23:35Speaker 3: been a lot of them and they never stop.
- 23:38Speaker 1: And it's just like the stolen election. You know, they
- 23:41Speaker 1: were talking about Tina Peters letting her out today.
- 23:43Speaker 3: It's gonna be out in a month, and CNN couldn't
- 23:46Speaker 3: have They were quoting my column saying President Trump should
- 23:49Speaker 3: do anything you can to get her out of prison.
- 23:50Speaker 1: Today they announced they're going to let her out, and they.
- 23:53Speaker 3: And they literally kept saying every time they mentioned the
- 23:56Speaker 3: stolen election of twenty twenty, they said, it's already been debunked, disproven,
- 24:01Speaker 3: and it's all lies. That's a CNN actually puts their
- 24:04Speaker 3: unbiased news reporting. And the same thing when it comes
- 24:08Speaker 3: to the COVID vaccine and what happened with COVID and
- 24:10Speaker 3: the lockdowns and the mass anything I say or you say,
- 24:14Speaker 3: they'll say, oh, that's been debunked. The vaccine is fantastic
- 24:18Speaker 3: and it saved millions of lives. Even Trump says saved
- 24:21Speaker 3: millions of lives, hundreds of millions of lives.
- 24:23Speaker 1: It's ridiculous.
- 24:25Speaker 3: There's so many studies proving that people have died from
- 24:28Speaker 3: that vaccine, and the hypocritic oath says, you can't do
- 24:31Speaker 3: no harm first, doctor, you can't give a vaccine that
- 24:35Speaker 3: kills people. See, even if you assume it helped somebody,
- 24:37Speaker 3: If it killed people, you have to discontinue the vaccine.
- 24:40Speaker 1: And nobody wants to do that.
- 24:44Speaker 4: Yeah, the media loves to use the term misinformation where
- 24:48Speaker 4: they're talking about the medical freedom and movement.
- 24:51Speaker 5: It's like their knee jerk phrase it.
- 24:53Speaker 4: The New York Times went after me this past week
- 24:56Speaker 4: because I suggested that ivermectin might be beneficial haunted virus,
- 25:01Speaker 4: and they.
- 25:01Speaker 5: Went crazy on me.
- 25:04Speaker 4: It's like the same playbook from COVID, right, and they
- 25:08Speaker 4: just they dug up all the same strategies and such
- 25:13Speaker 4: great news about Tina Peters that it just proves how
- 25:16Speaker 4: how painfully slow it is.
- 25:18Speaker 5: To get anything done in this country. I mean, that
- 25:20Speaker 5: poor woman, that's.
- 25:23Speaker 1: Just I don't even know what to say. But it
- 25:25Speaker 1: got done.
- 25:25Speaker 3: Eventually, it got done, assuming they do let her out
- 25:28Speaker 3: in a month. They claim they're gonna let her out
- 25:29Speaker 3: in a month, assuming it happens. I feel so bad
- 25:32Speaker 3: for her. She's got to live through the next month.
- 25:34Speaker 3: And she's you know, she's seventy plus.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Years old, she's in ill health.
- 25:37Speaker 3: She's freezing under no blankets in a hard, cold cement
- 25:41Speaker 3: prison cell the size of a closet, and she's been
- 25:44Speaker 3: very sick, and they've tortured her. Who knows she might
- 25:47Speaker 3: not make the month. So I mean, it's really scary.
- 25:49Speaker 1: They don't just say let her out tomorrow.
- 25:51Speaker 3: No, she's got to wait a month and then a
- 25:53Speaker 3: parole board has to do a hearing, and then then
- 25:56Speaker 3: supposedly she's gonna get out. It it just never ends.
- 26:00Speaker 3: But you're right, that's the word they use for you
- 26:02Speaker 3: and me. Misinformation. Everything's always misinformation, even though they're the
- 26:05Speaker 3: ones spreading the misinformation. But that was Salolensky rules for radicals,
- 26:10Speaker 3: the guidebook for communists. Look in the mirror, and whatever
- 26:13Speaker 3: you see, blame the other person, Blame your opponent. They
- 26:17Speaker 3: spread misinformation, so they accuse us of misinformation.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Really scary.
- 26:22Speaker 3: So anyway, you were a Stanford trade eent in Houston
- 26:26Speaker 3: who questioned the efficacy of the COVID vaccines in twenty
- 26:29Speaker 3: twenty one and was suspended by the Houston Methodist Hospital.
- 26:34Speaker 3: I'm only laughing because it's so ridiculous for dangerous misinformation.
- 26:38Speaker 1: Tell us what happened after that.
- 26:40Speaker 3: Mary, even though you've been on my show and we've
- 26:42Speaker 3: discussed this before, it's a fascinating story.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Fascinating.
- 26:46Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 26:47Speaker 4: I didn't have much of a following on social media
- 26:50Speaker 4: back then. I mean i'd post something and get maybe
- 26:52Speaker 4: one like. And I was much more conservative than how
- 26:56Speaker 4: I am now, and I said things like vaccine mandates are.
- 26:59Speaker 5: Wrong, and I ever met in works, I stuff right,
- 27:05Speaker 5: and they whoa. They went after me really hard. It
- 27:09Speaker 5: was like a struggle, SEESSI right.
- 27:11Speaker 4: They suspended my privileges, but I found out from a
- 27:15Speaker 4: reporter at Houston Chronicle texted me to tell.
- 27:18Speaker 5: Me I didn't hear it from the hospital.
- 27:20Speaker 4: And then they went on X and said I was
- 27:22Speaker 4: spreading dangerous misinformation that was farm full of the community.
- 27:26Speaker 5: I was blindsided.
- 27:28Speaker 4: I had never encountered anything like. I didn't have any
- 27:31Speaker 4: media experience at all. I spent the weekend in the
- 27:34Speaker 4: fetal position, and then I got angry and I hired
- 27:37Speaker 4: a lawyer I hired somebody for pr I held a
- 27:41Speaker 4: press conference, I resigned from the hospital, and I sued them,
- 27:44Speaker 4: and I've been fighting back ever since.
- 27:47Speaker 3: You know, it's on a much smaller scale because what
- 27:49Speaker 3: you went through is much worse. But I was the
- 27:52Speaker 3: number one most popular columnist in the Las Vegas newspaper
- 27:55Speaker 3: called the Las Vegas Review Journal. How do I know
- 27:57Speaker 3: that because even the editor told me that my columns online,
- 28:00Speaker 3: they can tell how many people read each column. More
- 28:02Speaker 3: people clicked on my column than the front page news.
- 28:06Speaker 3: And they fired me in March of twenty twenty, long
- 28:09Speaker 3: before the vaccine, by the way, so they would have
- 28:11Speaker 3: fired me over the vaccine anyway, a year later, right,
- 28:14Speaker 3: but long before the vaccine.
- 28:15Speaker 1: They fired me.
- 28:16Speaker 3: Because they said I didn't take COVID seriously enough. I
- 28:20Speaker 3: was writing columns that said, you're about to close the
- 28:24Speaker 3: entire strip and close the Vegas economy and the United
- 28:27Speaker 3: States economy, and this is ridiculous. It's a germ. And
- 28:31Speaker 3: in nineteen fifty eight and nineteen sixty eight we had
- 28:34Speaker 3: Hong Kong flu and one hundred thousand people died, and
- 28:37Speaker 3: we never closed anything, not theaters, not Las Vegas, not ballgames, nothing.
- 28:41Speaker 3: Why are we closing the strip? This is insanity? And
- 28:45Speaker 3: of course who was proven right?
- 28:46Speaker 6: I was.
- 28:47Speaker 3: There was never any reason to close anything. But nobody
- 28:50Speaker 3: ever comes back and apologizes to you. You ever notice
- 28:53Speaker 3: that and says you were right and we were wrong.
- 28:55Speaker 3: Nobody ever does.
- 28:56Speaker 4: That, Yeah, and then they won't. Is so complicit in
- 29:01Speaker 4: the crimes of the pandemic.
- 29:02Speaker 5: And I mean, I'm very proud of you for doing that.
- 29:05Speaker 5: I would love to see that column.
- 29:07Speaker 3: But many columns I had written, like ten in a
- 29:10Speaker 3: row saying don't close the economy. You can't close down
- 29:14Speaker 3: the strip. You know, it's stunning, you know. Two weeks later,
- 29:17Speaker 3: I took a drive and I was driving down the
- 29:19Speaker 3: strip when when it was closed, I wanted to see
- 29:21Speaker 3: what it looked like. I was the only car in
- 29:23Speaker 3: the entire Vegas Strip. There wasn't a person walking on
- 29:26Speaker 3: the Vegas Strip, and each hotel had a car's sideways
- 29:30Speaker 3: in front of their entrance, and there were policemen standing
- 29:33Speaker 3: with shotguns, and I was.
- 29:35Speaker 1: Like, this is an America.
- 29:36Speaker 3: Man. It was the scariest thing I've ever seen in
- 29:38Speaker 3: my entire life, just so eerie and so scary. They
- 29:42Speaker 3: turned Vegas into a ghost town, and they almost put
- 29:45Speaker 3: everyone out of business, every small business, every casino, all
- 29:48Speaker 3: the employees lost their jobs. And get this, our Democrat
- 29:51Speaker 3: governor at the time, Steve Sislack, was such an incompetent schmuck,
- 29:55Speaker 3: as I call them, that nobody out of work could
- 29:58Speaker 3: even get unemployment because no matter how many times they
- 30:00Speaker 3: called or clicked, nobody ever answered the phone and nobody
- 30:03Speaker 3: ever responded to them, so nobody ever got unemployment insurance.
- 30:06Speaker 1: It was just a disaster and they didn't have to
- 30:10Speaker 1: do it.
- 30:12Speaker 5: How long did that go on in veis.
- 30:14Speaker 3: Not that log two and a half months. In other words,
- 30:16Speaker 3: they closed the strip. I think it was March eighteenth.
- 30:19Speaker 3: They reopened it like June tenth, so it wasn't bad.
- 30:22Speaker 3: It was about the same as Florida compared to New
- 30:24Speaker 3: York and California.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Mary it was heaven, you know. And two months went
- 30:28Speaker 1: by in a minute.
- 30:29Speaker 3: And they reopened everything. And then they said you have
- 30:31Speaker 3: to wear masks. And I never wore a mask once,
- 30:33Speaker 3: and no one said anything to me, No one ever
- 30:34Speaker 3: said a word with him. If I had to walk
- 30:36Speaker 3: into casino, they had guards posted at the front of
- 30:39Speaker 3: the casino with a requirement for a mask.
- 30:42Speaker 1: I'd put a mask on for like.
- 30:44Speaker 3: Thirty seconds, walk by the guard, and then take it off,
- 30:47Speaker 3: and once I was in the casino, nobody ever said
- 30:48Speaker 3: another word to me.
- 30:49Speaker 1: So I just I never wore a mask because I'm claustrophobic.
- 30:54Speaker 1: They make me want to suffocate. I can't do it,
- 30:56Speaker 1: so just crazy. Let's talk about you.
- 31:00Speaker 3: HHS just recently confirmed that the FDA blocked publications of
- 31:04Speaker 3: studies on both COVID.
- 31:06Speaker 1: And shingles vaccine safety.
- 31:08Speaker 3: I have so many friends who've told me, oh, Wayne,
- 31:11Speaker 3: you're now over sixty, you've got to get the shingles vaccine.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Tell me about those studies with the shingles vaccine.
- 31:17Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm not familiar with what they supposedly covered up,
- 31:21Speaker 4: but what I believe is that the studies were flawed
- 31:24Speaker 4: and not up to snuff, which is what we should
- 31:27Speaker 4: be doing is having a more critical eye of how.
- 31:29Speaker 5: These vaccines are getting approved.
- 31:33Speaker 4: You know, when I was in training, it was just
- 31:35Speaker 4: safe and effective, and we've never questioned these I didn't
- 31:38Speaker 4: even know that none of these vaccines were tested against
- 31:40Speaker 4: a trupil cibo until recently, And you know, I think
- 31:44Speaker 4: that's what Kennedy's trying to do is just restore that
- 31:47Speaker 4: integrity to the scientific process that never happened with these vaccines.
- 31:52Speaker 4: And yeah, I can't tell you whether or not to
- 31:54Speaker 4: get this shot, but I personally am never getting another
- 31:56Speaker 4: shot again until the proper sciences.
- 32:00Speaker 1: And look, Kennedy claims, and I listen to him. I
- 32:02Speaker 1: believe he's right.
- 32:03Speaker 3: I believe he's an honest guy, and I believe he
- 32:05Speaker 3: wants to keep us alive.
- 32:06Speaker 1: Robert F.
- 32:07Speaker 3: Kenny Junior claims that all the childhood vaccines, none of
- 32:09Speaker 3: them have ever been properly tested ever.
- 32:12Speaker 1: And we're sticking in our children. Listen, we're going to
- 32:14Speaker 1: quick break.
- 32:15Speaker 3: Don't go anywhere, okay, because I want you to come
- 32:16Speaker 3: back after the break, So stay right there.

- 37:39Speaker 3: for Healthfreedom dot org and author of Dangerous Misinformation, The virus,
- 37:43Speaker 3: the treatments, and the lies.
- 37:45Speaker 1: So how effective and how safe? Right now? Do you
- 37:49Speaker 1: think the newest version of the COVID vaccines are? Doctor?
- 37:54Speaker 5: It's all risk and absolutely no benefit.
- 37:56Speaker 4: As horrifying because seven million children have gotten the mRNA
- 38:00Speaker 4: shot under Trump.
- 38:02Speaker 5: It's truly unbelievable. And twenty nine states.
- 38:06Speaker 4: It's a little bit muddy with the vaccine schedule is
- 38:09Speaker 4: right now because there's all that upheaval in the advisory committee.
- 38:13Speaker 5: But from what I can.
- 38:15Speaker 4: Tell, twenty nine states currently recommend that all babies get
- 38:19Speaker 4: three COVID shots by the time they're nine months old.
- 38:22Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, hard to believe, hard to believe. Scary, scary, scary.
- 38:27Speaker 3: You want a lawsuit against the FDA regarding ivermectin. You
- 38:31Speaker 3: treated thousands of patients with ivermectin. What were the details
- 38:34Speaker 3: of that case? And by the way, with those thousands
- 38:36Speaker 3: of people you treated with ivermectin, see anyone get sick?
- 38:40Speaker 3: Did anyone die from the ivormectin?
- 38:44Speaker 4: No, it's safer than antibotics. It's safer than tilinal. It
- 38:48Speaker 4: really needs to be over the counter. There are six
- 38:51Speaker 4: states now that will allow it to be dispensed to
- 38:54Speaker 4: patients without a doctor's prescription, and Texas is.
- 38:57Speaker 5: One of them.
- 38:58Speaker 4: But it's still really hard to get because the pharmacists
- 39:00Speaker 4: won't do it. But the lawsuit because the FDA was
- 39:05Speaker 4: they they put out misinformation on their website and on
- 39:09Speaker 4: social media telling doctors you can't use ibmenchin for COVID
- 39:13Speaker 4: and telling patients you can't take ivermectin for COVID, and
- 39:16Speaker 4: they're not allowed to do that.
- 39:18Speaker 5: That's violating their job description.
- 39:22Speaker 4: And so we took in the court and they had
- 39:24Speaker 4: to take down their misinformation. Now there's still a bad
- 39:29Speaker 4: stigma with ivermectin despite our actions, but it does set
- 39:33Speaker 4: of precedents so that in the future they can't do that.
- 39:37Speaker 4: But I want the I want the IBMC, I want
- 39:39Speaker 4: the FDA to come out and educate the public about
- 39:42Speaker 4: the safety of ivermectin and make it over the counter
- 39:46Speaker 4: so it's next to the talool bottle and the drug
- 39:49Speaker 4: store because it's literally safer than tile and all.
- 39:52Speaker 3: I assume you know this story, Mary, but I've told
- 39:54Speaker 3: it so many times on the air that the only
- 39:57Speaker 3: country I know of in the world that proves ivermectin
- 39:59Speaker 3: works is India because they have just one state in
- 40:02Speaker 3: India with two hundred million people, so it's almost as
- 40:05Speaker 3: big as America in one state.
- 40:07Speaker 1: And that one state decided instead of giving.
- 40:09Speaker 3: The ivermectin shot or any other kind of treatment for COVID,
- 40:13Speaker 3: COVID had broken out really bad in that state, and
- 40:16Speaker 3: they handed out to everyone free ivermectin, vitamin C, vitamin
- 40:21Speaker 3: D three, and zinc and they gave that to every
- 40:24Speaker 3: single citizen and in two weeks all COVID went away
- 40:27Speaker 3: and nobody died. And so that's proof that ivermectin cures COVID.
- 40:33Speaker 3: It's not just a treatment for COVID that would indicate
- 40:36Speaker 3: it cures COVID.
- 40:38Speaker 1: Made it go totally away.
- 40:39Speaker 3: There were no deaths from COVID after they gave them
- 40:42Speaker 3: ivermectin and vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc. So that's
- 40:45Speaker 3: the case for ivermectin and vitamins as a combination. And
- 40:49Speaker 3: in America, everybody makes believe that never happened.
- 40:52Speaker 4: Yeah, So I started off using monoclonal antibodies, which were
- 40:55Speaker 4: not controversial and I could get as many doses as
- 40:58Speaker 4: I wanted. It was wonderful. People would respond very quickly
- 41:01Speaker 4: and with very few side effects.
- 41:03Speaker 5: And then the government took those away.
- 41:04Speaker 4: So that's when I started using ivermectin, and I was
- 41:07Speaker 4: a skeptic, and I was worried because the monoclonal antibise
- 41:10Speaker 4: worked so well. I thought, well, the ibromectin is not
- 41:12Speaker 4: going to really work, but I knew it was safe,
- 41:14Speaker 4: so I tried it. And what I found was, you know,
- 41:16Speaker 4: and some people it took more than ivermectin was a
- 41:18Speaker 4: cocktail of medications. But we used cocktail of medications for
- 41:22Speaker 4: all sorts of things HIV cancer, you know, hypertension, even
- 41:28Speaker 4: usually a lot.
- 41:28Speaker 5: Of people have to have more than one medication. But
- 41:30Speaker 5: it uh, I was you know.
- 41:33Speaker 4: I treated about two thousand patients with the monocol antibodies
- 41:36Speaker 4: and about four thousand with ivermectin and sometimes the other
- 41:40Speaker 4: medications as well.
- 41:41Speaker 5: But it was just as effective. The course is a
- 41:44Speaker 5: monoclonal antibizes.
- 41:45Speaker 3: I take overmectin once a week as a preventative right now.
- 41:48Speaker 3: For the last four years, I take every single week,
- 41:52Speaker 3: and I've remectin preventative and I also take five grams
- 41:55Speaker 3: of vitamin C every single day and vitamin D and
- 41:58Speaker 3: Z and I never get sick ever.
- 42:00Speaker 1: So it works.
- 42:01Speaker 3: We got to go to give me a ten count
- 42:03Speaker 3: doctor Mary Tallely Boden. Her book is dangerous misinformation. She's
- 42:08Speaker 3: got nothing but good information.
- 42:09Speaker 10: Thank you, Mary.
- 42:30Speaker 1: All right, right now, the Ruth, the Root, the Root,
- 42:32Speaker 1: The Root's on fire.
- 42:34Speaker 3: Welcome back. This is Warzone Live. We're the official podcast
- 42:38Speaker 3: to the Gateway Pundit. And oh do we have a
- 42:40Speaker 3: great guest for you today. Because still in the end,
- 42:43Speaker 3: illegal immigration and boys and girls schools, and transgender this
- 42:46Speaker 3: and transgender that at the open border. There's a million
- 42:50Speaker 3: issues in the world. But to me, the number one
- 42:52Speaker 3: issue is making money. I'm like trump Man, making moneys
- 42:56Speaker 3: in my DNA. Making money is in my blood. I'm
- 42:58Speaker 3: always looking for ways to more money. In the end,
- 43:01Speaker 3: that makes an awful lot of problems go away for
- 43:04Speaker 3: the nation and for the middle class and for the
- 43:06Speaker 3: people of this country.
- 43:08Speaker 1: Making money is got to be our number one goal.
- 43:10Speaker 3: Economy, jobs, GDP, That's what really matters. So I got
- 43:16Speaker 3: a great guest for you to talk about it, Lost Soldier.
- 43:18Speaker 3: Oil and gas has been the sponsor of this show
- 43:21Speaker 3: for almost a year. Now, do you realize it's been
- 43:23Speaker 3: about a year that they've been the sponsor of my podcast,
- 43:27Speaker 3: my national radio show, my national TV show on Real
- 43:30Speaker 3: America's Voice TV network. And it's really an amazing property.
- 43:34Speaker 3: It took forty years to piece together. It is forty
- 43:37Speaker 3: thousand acre giant gas discovery, estimated to contain up to
- 43:42Speaker 3: six trillion cubic feet of gas, making one of the
- 43:45Speaker 3: largest natural gas discoveries in the Rocky Mounty region Rocky Mountain.
- 43:49Speaker 1: Region, excuse me, in the last thirty years.
- 43:52Speaker 3: And they have a management forecast projecting just the first
- 43:55Speaker 3: twenty five wells to produce four.
- 43:58Speaker 1: Hundred million qb big feet per.
- 44:00Speaker 3: Day of natural gas and by twenty thirty five targeted
- 44:05Speaker 3: production of over a billion cubic feet a day.
- 44:08Speaker 1: An amazing project.
- 44:10Speaker 3: And I invested in this project not once but twice
- 44:13Speaker 3: last year. I intend to invest a third time this year.
- 44:18Speaker 3: And I want to introduce you to the project. And
- 44:20Speaker 3: I want to introduce you to the guy who is
- 44:22Speaker 3: the CEO and the chairman of the board who invented
- 44:26Speaker 3: this project, Mark Brunner, CEO of Lost Soldier.
- 44:29Speaker 1: Oil and Gas.
- 44:30Speaker 3: The website. By the way, Lost soldier dot com. Lost
- 44:33Speaker 3: Soldier dot com.
- 44:34Speaker 1: Mark, Welcome to the show.
- 44:35Speaker 3: Haven't had John in quite a while. You've been running
- 44:38Speaker 3: around the world raising money. You've been in Europe, you've
- 44:40Speaker 3: been in Switzerland, You've been in Saudi Arabia.
- 44:42Speaker 1: You're all over the world. You're an amazing guy.
- 44:44Speaker 3: You're always traveling, you're always raising money, you're always running
- 44:47Speaker 3: your company. You are a busy man like me. It's
- 44:51Speaker 3: hard to nail you down. So it's great to have
- 44:53Speaker 3: you back on the show.
- 44:54Speaker 11: So wonderful to be with you again. Way and good
- 44:57Speaker 11: to see you all right.
- 44:58Speaker 3: So you're a second jan oil and gas man. You're
- 45:02Speaker 3: actually a second generation oil and gas legend. Your previous
- 45:06Speaker 3: public companies, Pennaco Energy produced about one hundred to one
- 45:10Speaker 3: for every dollar invested investors and stockholders made one hundred
- 45:14Speaker 3: dollars and Ultra Petroleum spectacular return for investors. That one
- 45:18Speaker 3: was a thousand to one for every dollar invested.
- 45:20Speaker 1: People got back a thousand.
- 45:21Speaker 3: It was one of the biggest stocks of the entire
- 45:23Speaker 3: decade of I think it was the nineties, right, it
- 45:26Speaker 3: was the go go nineties.
- 45:27Speaker 1: That stock was one of the highest flyers on Wall Street.
- 45:30Speaker 3: So Lost Soldier is an amazing, amazing project.
- 45:34Speaker 1: But tell people why it's so amazing. Why. I guess you.
- 45:38Speaker 3: Think it's even bigger, biggest of your career, that would
- 45:40Speaker 3: make it bigger than Pennico or Ultra Petroleum. Ultra Petroleum
- 45:45Speaker 3: one thousand to one return on investment and you say
- 45:49Speaker 3: this is the biggest of your career.
- 45:50Speaker 1: What do you base that on?
- 45:52Speaker 11: Well?
- 45:53Speaker 6: And when I compare it with Ultra Petroleum, it has
- 45:56Speaker 6: a sequence of regionally pervasives sands where we can see
- 46:02Speaker 6: based on the seismic interpretation, we can drill up to
- 46:05Speaker 6: five hundred horizontal wells so far that we could see.
- 46:10Speaker 6: And the other wonderful thing is is that no one
- 46:13Speaker 6: can drill this for fifty years. We know of where
- 46:15Speaker 6: all the basins are for fifty years. All of them
- 46:18Speaker 6: have been drilled as far as I know, except this one,
- 46:20Speaker 6: because there's a uranium mine out here that was whenever
- 46:24Speaker 6: Three Mile Island melted.
- 46:25Speaker 11: Down in the early eighties, they started.
- 46:27Speaker 6: Reclamating this mine, Kennicott did three years ago.
- 46:31Speaker 11: They finished the reclamation.
- 46:32Speaker 6: I got a call, I drilled it, and as they say,
- 46:35Speaker 6: the rest is history. Certainly the largest gas field I've
- 46:39Speaker 6: ever found right now, if you compare it with some
- 46:42Speaker 6: of the other basins, there's thousands of feet of layer
- 46:46Speaker 6: cake type regionally pervasive overpressure sands. It's very much like
- 46:51Speaker 6: the Hainesville and the Utica. If any of you've heard
- 46:53Speaker 6: of those plays, you've probably heard of a guy named
- 46:55Speaker 6: Jerry Jones and on the Dallas Cowboys.
- 46:57Speaker 11: That's like number one play.
- 46:59Speaker 6: Now, Okay, the Western Hayesville, and I would encourage everyone
- 47:03Speaker 6: to compare what we have with the Western Hayesville because
- 47:08Speaker 6: I think it, certainly, you know, is comparable. The difference
- 47:13Speaker 6: here is we're the only operator. No one else is
- 47:15Speaker 6: in here is just us. We made the discovery. We
- 47:18Speaker 6: have legacy infrastructure that is on the slash rows. We
- 47:22Speaker 6: can tie into all that legacy infrastructure. Well, we're laying
- 47:26Speaker 6: a five mile line to start producing gas this year.
- 47:29Speaker 6: And you know, the plan is when we finished this
- 47:31Speaker 6: private placement, to be producing about four hundred and five
- 47:36Speaker 6: hundred million QV feet today three hundred million a year
- 47:38Speaker 6: in cash flow within thirty six months, and then we
- 47:42Speaker 6: plan to build a forty two to forty six line
- 47:45Speaker 6: fifty miles away to the trading hook one center about
- 47:50Speaker 6: ten times that there's another guy named Warren Buffett that's
- 47:53Speaker 6: looping on that line that going south to California.
- 47:56Speaker 11: So you know, as you all know, he's no fool.
- 47:58Speaker 6: So he's going to send all his gas out to
- 48:03Speaker 6: a Pacific Corp in the West Coast.
- 48:05Speaker 11: So we hope to be able to do that too.
- 48:07Speaker 6: Anyway, that's pretty much a summary way.
- 48:10Speaker 3: So give me some new updates, because remember I'm one
- 48:14Speaker 3: of your investors. I invested not once but twice last year,
- 48:17Speaker 3: very big healthy investments by the way, from Wayne Root,
- 48:21Speaker 3: and I planned investing in this year. What's happened between
- 48:24Speaker 3: the last time we spoke on TV, which was probably
- 48:27Speaker 3: six months ago. Though you've had your president of your
- 48:29Speaker 3: company and your COO talking to me on TV as well,
- 48:32Speaker 3: but you were busy traveling. Give us some updates from
- 48:35Speaker 3: last year. What exciting things have happened, and tell me
- 48:38Speaker 3: what will happen this.
- 48:40Speaker 1: Year in the year twenty twenty six.
- 48:43Speaker 6: Well, I think you know one of the things that
- 48:46Speaker 6: we've done is that you're always looking for permits to drill.
- 48:49Speaker 6: You're always looking for right of ways and other things
- 48:53Speaker 6: in order to be able to lay the pipelines. All
- 48:56Speaker 6: this is completed, okay, it's finished, okay, And so we're
- 49:00Speaker 6: going to start building this pipeline sometime in July, when
- 49:05Speaker 6: what we call the winter STIPs are off and we.
- 49:06Speaker 11: Can get in here and lay that pipeline.
- 49:09Speaker 6: We think it'll take you forty five to sixty days
- 49:12Speaker 6: to finish the pipeline.
- 49:13Speaker 11: Then we'll be producing gas.
- 49:16Speaker 6: So that's going to happen this year. We're very excited
- 49:19Speaker 6: about that. The other thing that I think is important
- 49:21Speaker 6: is that we have a deal with the Fed federal government.
- 49:26Speaker 6: All the leases that we have, their federal and state leases,
- 49:29Speaker 6: they've been put into what we call a federal unit,
- 49:32Speaker 6: which means that it's all those different leases we had
- 49:35Speaker 6: like fifty six of them, they're one lease.
- 49:38Speaker 10: Now.
- 49:39Speaker 6: It means that we can orderly develop this gas field
- 49:42Speaker 6: with the cooperation of the federal government. They've stamped a
- 49:46Speaker 6: deposit commercial. So all those things have.
- 49:49Speaker 11: Happened, and yeah, we think we're going to be able
- 49:52Speaker 11: to do that.
- 49:53Speaker 6: We're hoping to be able to drill some of the
- 49:55Speaker 6: deep over pressured horizontals.
- 49:57Speaker 11: This year, or at least one, maybe two of those.
- 50:00Speaker 6: We were anticipating fifty million a day plus wells. They're
- 50:05Speaker 6: going to be expensive, you know, they're twenty to thirty
- 50:08Speaker 6: million dollars apiece, but when you're producing those kind of rates,
- 50:12Speaker 6: they pay out very quickly and so you know, possibly
- 50:15Speaker 6: within a year, so something. You know, the field next
- 50:19Speaker 6: to us, Lost Soldier Field, which I named my company
- 50:21Speaker 6: after that field, has been producing for over one hundred years,
- 50:25Speaker 6: produced four hundred and fifty million barrels still US three thousand,
- 50:28Speaker 6: five hundred barrels a day, and so some of the
- 50:31Speaker 6: deeper stuff that we're looking for and well we think
- 50:33Speaker 6: we'll find we'll find some of those this year as well.
- 50:37Speaker 11: So very exciting times for us.
- 50:40Speaker 6: And by the way, we also drill more not drilling
- 50:43Speaker 6: for our sales for in Bridge, which transports about thirty
- 50:48Speaker 6: percent of the natural gas in the United States, and
- 50:51Speaker 6: actually we're entering into a twenty three oil contract with them.
- 50:54Speaker 6: I think that would speak very highly of our drilling
- 50:57Speaker 6: people and their abilities, and you know, we're very excited
- 51:01Speaker 6: about that relationship with him as well. So we're going
- 51:03Speaker 6: to be having revenue out of our drilling company, out
- 51:06Speaker 6: of our pipeline company, out of our working interests, and
- 51:09Speaker 6: those people don't invest you will also enjoy a package
- 51:13Speaker 6: of overrunning Roulet as well.
- 51:15Speaker 1: So yeah, it was And.
- 51:17Speaker 3: Don't forget the thing that got me was, you know,
- 51:19Speaker 3: I have seen a lot of potential in my life.
- 51:21Speaker 3: I think this is the most potential I've ever seen.
- 51:24Speaker 3: But potential is one thing that doesn't mean you ever deliver.
- 51:27Speaker 3: You have a track record, that's amazing. That's great, Pennaco
- 51:30Speaker 3: Ultra Petroleum, very impressive. That was a decision pusher for me.
- 51:35Speaker 3: And then, of course what else can you invest in?
- 51:38Speaker 3: Like if I put one hundred thousand dollars into stocks
- 51:41Speaker 3: and those stocks happen to go down, I would get
- 51:44Speaker 3: no tax break.
- 51:44Speaker 1: It would do nothing for me until the day they
- 51:46Speaker 1: went back up.
- 51:47Speaker 3: You get a three thousand dollars deduction on stock losses
- 51:50Speaker 3: in a given year. But with oil and gas, it's
- 51:52Speaker 3: the most generous tax deduction you can ever get. It's
- 51:55Speaker 3: seventy percent right off the first year you invest. So
- 51:58Speaker 3: if I put one hundred thousand and then I get
- 52:00Speaker 3: a seventy thousand dollars tax deduction on my.
- 52:04Speaker 1: Tax returney in the first year and the other thirty.
- 52:06Speaker 3: Over the next I think three years, right, Well, so
- 52:08Speaker 3: that's pretty impressive.
- 52:10Speaker 11: There's been a change.
- 52:11Speaker 6: It's one hundred percent now, not seventy percent really under
- 52:15Speaker 6: the tax under the Trump tax bills.
- 52:17Speaker 3: Okay, that's for this year coming up twenty ten, Yes,
- 52:21Speaker 3: twenty twenty five.
- 52:22Speaker 1: I have to go by the old rooms, I assume. Yeah.
- 52:25Speaker 6: I think the other thing too, is that the viewers
- 52:28Speaker 6: need to realize that we don't have to process any
- 52:31Speaker 6: of this. This is ninety three percent methane H four,
- 52:34Speaker 6: so no processing.
- 52:36Speaker 11: We don't have to be on any plants.
- 52:38Speaker 6: When we put into the pipeline, it can go directly
- 52:40Speaker 6: into homes. We have people contaking us about putting in
- 52:43Speaker 6: data centers. There's a lot of options here that we're
- 52:46Speaker 6: going to be looking at, Wayne, So we'll give you
- 52:48Speaker 6: updated as things happen this year.
- 52:50Speaker 3: All right, data centers would seem to be the way
- 52:52Speaker 3: to go. That's the only one talks about now is
- 52:54Speaker 3: data centers and how much they use so much energy? Well,
- 52:59Speaker 3: you've got the ennery for them. So it would seem
- 53:01Speaker 3: like would be a profit center. Last thing for accredited
- 53:06Speaker 3: investors who want to learn more and get involved. They
- 53:08Speaker 3: go to Lost Soldier dot com and then what happens
- 53:10Speaker 3: someone gets back to them.
- 53:12Speaker 11: Yeah, we'll get back to them.
- 53:13Speaker 6: We give them the information so they can access they
- 53:16Speaker 6: cant access all the information.
- 53:18Speaker 11: We'll answer their questions.
- 53:19Speaker 6: And you know, we look at all our investors as
- 53:22Speaker 6: a family, if they ever been the Lost Soldier families

- 53:29Speaker 3: family member.

- 53:32Speaker 1: you move in.
