- 1:22Dayna Roselli: A night out on the strip with the Backstreet Boys and James Corden.
- 1:26Dayna Roselli: Oh yeah, Bruno Mars was there too.
- 1:29Dayna Roselli: All the funky details coming up.
- 1:31Sean McAllister: Some big name chefs are opening new hotspots for foodies.
- 1:35Sean McAllister: We'll fill you in on all the latest dining destinations.
- 1:39Dayna Roselli: Plus, we reveal the best price for parking on the strip when it comes to valet and where to get old school Italian fare with a tropical twist.
- 1:48Sean McAllister: Wow.
- 1:49Sean McAllister: Let's get going and spin that wheel.
- 2:05Sean McAllister: And you know, Dana, it is uh that time of year when I think we have officially uh used up our quota of spring days.
- 2:14Sean McAllister: Like those nice mild days that are right in the mid-range.
- 2:18Sean McAllister: We've used them up and now it's just hot.
- 2:20Dayna Roselli: I know we've got a big streak coming up, right?
- 2:22Dayna Roselli: Like uh high 80s or low 90s.
- 2:25Dayna Roselli: I look forward to it.
- 2:26Dayna Roselli: It looks like there's a slight teeny little cooldown again next week, but that's about it.
- 2:30Dayna Roselli: And then I have a feeling we're just gonna coast right into summer.
- 2:32Sean McAllister: Yeah, already setting records this early in March, which is insane.
- 2:38Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 2:38Dayna Roselli: Is it early in March?
- 2:39Dayna Roselli: What date?
- 2:40Dayna Roselli: No, it's not, is it?
- 2:41Dayna Roselli: End of March.
- 2:42Dayna Roselli: It's late March, early April.
- 2:43Dayna Roselli: The months are whizzing by, right?
- 2:45Sean McAllister: I tell you what, March is just has just gone by in a flash.
- 2:49Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 2:50Dayna Roselli: You know, those social media memories that come up all the time.
- 2:52Dayna Roselli: You and I were just talking about how a lot of the memories are coming up from two years ago this time, during the heart of COVID when we were in the shutdown.
- 3:00Dayna Roselli: And when we were home doing those live streams and interviewing people that were trying to sell their products online and people that were trying to help out in the community and making masks, and it's like, wow, I mean, I don't know.
- 3:12Dayna Roselli: It seems like a long time ago, yet it seems like yesterday, yet it almost seems like it never happened, but it did happen.
- 3:19Dayna Roselli: It's a weird feeling.
- 3:20Sean McAllister: Well, and it's such uh such a uh in opposition to the way the strip is right now.
- 3:28Sean McAllister: I know because we were just out on the strip last night, which we're gonna talk about in a little bit for uh Silksonic over at Park MGM, and I mean the strip was packed, it's been packed, but two years ago exactly at this time, every casino was shut down, the doors were locked, there was were zero cars on the strip.
- 3:52Sean McAllister: And remember, it was that period of time where people were taking bike rides up and down the Las Vegas strip because nobody could go to work, nobody had anything to do except take a bike ride on the empty Las Vegas Boulevard.
- 4:07Dayna Roselli: I know.
- 4:08Dayna Roselli: That was, yeah, that was that was a time, and that's when the scooters made a comeback and everyone was scooting down the strip.
- 4:14Dayna Roselli: Uh I did like one long walk on the strip, I remember, and that was cool.
- 4:18Dayna Roselli: And I was thinking, like, this will probably, well, no, hopefully, will never happen again.
- 4:21Sean McAllister: I know, I know.
- 4:22Dayna Roselli: Right?
- 4:23Sean McAllister: No.
- 4:23Dayna Roselli: But speaking of COVID, uh, we did get a uh press release.
- 4:27Dayna Roselli: We get a lot of the information in the news releases from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
- 4:32Dayna Roselli: And I know people that are going to come to Vegas like to know where does COVID stand in Las Vegas?
- 4:37Dayna Roselli: And just wanted to let you know there's a new central location where you can get a COVID test.
- 4:42Dayna Roselli: It's a testing center.
- 4:44Dayna Roselli: Apparently, it did open in January, but they want people to know it's there and it's uh operating in full throttle.
- 4:52Dayna Roselli: So if you have concerns or you need to maybe go to a trade show or you're going into a convention, or you need to get a COVID test before you get on a plane, you can utilize this.
- 5:01Dayna Roselli: And it's at Las Vegas Boulevard and Elvis Presley Boulevard.
- 5:04Dayna Roselli: So it's kind of like right across from Resorts World.
- 5:07Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 5:07Dayna Roselli: Yeah, at the site that was formerly the Riviera.
- 5:10Sean McAllister: Oh, okay.
- 5:10Dayna Roselli: Yeah, right next to the new convention center.
- 5:12Dayna Roselli: So it's a centralized location and uh apparently it's uh good access for international visitors who are requiring uh testing before leaving.
- 5:21Dayna Roselli: Um, they recommend that you make an appointment, but you can walk in too.
- 5:25Dayna Roselli: Just be prepared.
- 5:26Dayna Roselli: There might be a little line if you go at a certain busy time.
- 5:29Dayna Roselli: But I'm gonna say the website right now for you to make an appointment, and maybe you want to write this down if you're coming to Las Vegas.
- 5:37Dayna Roselli: It's obviously www and then it's umcsn.com backslash convention.
- 5:46Dayna Roselli: Because this is actually being like um put on and is kind of a partnership with University Medical Center of Southern Nevada, which is our big hospital here.
- 5:54Sean McAllister: And the the test results, you do need to plan ahead, you know, for your own agenda if you are planning to go get those tests, because the results can take up to 24 hours to come back.
- 6:06Sean McAllister: So just keep that in mind, especially if you need the the test results for travel.
- 6:11Dayna Roselli: Right, exactly.
- 6:12Dayna Roselli: And then I noticed the USPS, a US Postal Service.
- 6:15Dayna Roselli: Um, so if you're in America, is offering more free tests.
- 6:19Dayna Roselli: So if you have your batch already that came and you haven't used them, we don't know when you might need to use them, or maybe you have a neighbor or friend that needs one.
- 6:28Dayna Roselli: I mean, I just went on and ordered more because it's free, why not?
- 6:31Dayna Roselli: So FYI, they are doing another push for that.
- 6:34Dayna Roselli: If you want to order more, they come right to your house, put them away and keep them for hopefully a rainy day.
- 6:39Dayna Roselli: Hopefully you won't need them.
- 6:40Dayna Roselli: But if you need to go somewhere where maybe even a dinner party or something where people are requiring people to check before they come over, something to have in the house.
- 6:48Dayna Roselli: So why not?
- 6:48Sean McAllister: I know we have four boxes sitting in the drawer in the kitchen.
- 6:52Sean McAllister: So we're set, we're ready to swab whenever it's necessary.
- 6:56Dayna Roselli: I know, but maybe we'll thank ourselves as some other, you know, I hope not, spike comes about or whatever, and then we have the tests available.
- 7:04Dayna Roselli: Let's hope that doesn't happen, please.
- 7:06Sean McAllister: No, no, let's let those boxes go stale.
- 7:09Dayna Roselli: Oh no.
- 7:10Dayna Roselli: All right, so now you know where to go if you need a test in Las Vegas.
- 7:14Sean McAllister: And you know, Dana, I think all of the testing that's been going on has left the door open for us to go see Bruno Mars in Silksonic.
- 7:26Dayna Roselli: Oh my gosh, what a show, right?
- 7:28Sean McAllister: Oh my gosh, that was just like the most funkadelic, like suave, like sexy, it was an experience from another era.
- 7:41Dayna Roselli: I was saying I was waiting for the solid gold dancers to come out.
- 7:44Sean McAllister: Yes, that show.
- 7:45Sean McAllister: Well, I think that you coined their dancers, which they didn't really have dancers, but you said that they could be the silksonic gold dancers.
- 7:54Dayna Roselli: Exactly, exactly.
- 7:55Dayna Roselli: You know what, Charlotte, I'm gonna have you explain Silksonic, because still, when we were going with some friends and we were around people or we were telling people we were going, they're going, well, what's Silksonic?
- 8:05Dayna Roselli: And that was something that at first about two months ago we had to figure out.
- 8:10Sean McAllister: Right.
- 8:11Dayna Roselli: I don't want to say it's confusing, but it's Bruno Mars, but they're like, Well, I don't yeah, so you explain it.
- 8:16Dayna Roselli: You're good at explaining it.
- 8:17Sean McAllister: So Bruno Mars, he has his solo career as a solo artist where he puts out his own albums, tours on his own, puts on his own residency show here in Las Vegas.
- 8:30Sean McAllister: In addition to his solo music, Bruno also performs with a group called Silksonic with a Grammy-winning uh rapper, Anderson Pack.
- 8:41Sean McAllister: They've teamed up, they put this group together, uh phenomenal musicians, singers, just and dancers too, by the way.
- 8:51Sean McAllister: When we were watching uh Silksonic perform, I I was thinking, I was like, oh my god, it's almost like watching like the Jackson 5 back in the day.
- 9:03Dayna Roselli: Agree.
- 9:03Dayna Roselli: With the dancing and the micro the microphone stand with all of them at a microphone stand and kind of moving the same way and sliding across the floor.
- 9:12Sean McAllister: And it had like the Motown vibe, but mixed with kind of a 70s sexy feel, but still very current too.
- 9:22Sean McAllister: Right.
- 9:22Dayna Roselli: So we were all going in going, well, I don't know all the silk sonic music.
- 9:26Dayna Roselli: I know leave the door open, but then we played a couple of songs, like, oh, these sound good, but we all enjoyed ourselves so much.
- 9:33Dayna Roselli: It didn't matter that we did, the songs were just that good, right?
- 9:36Dayna Roselli: Like I felt like, and he mixed in Bruno mixed in a couple of his hits.
- 9:39Dayna Roselli: Yep.
- 9:40Dayna Roselli: And Anderson, I think, did one of his too.
- 9:42Dayna Roselli: Um, Bruno played the drums, the crystals, or whatever on their suits, and the silky white shirts and the gold chains.
- 9:50Dayna Roselli: It was amazing.
- 9:52Sean McAllister: And and people in the audience came dressed for the occasion too.
- 9:56Sean McAllister: I mean, there were outfits that were right in that era of, you know, the 70s funkadelic kind of kind of vibe.
- 10:05Sean McAllister: But if you haven't heard Silksonic, look up their music on wherever you get music, and just take a listen.
- 10:13Sean McAllister: It really is great music.
- 10:15Sean McAllister: We're we downloaded music on the way home.
- 10:18Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 10:18Sean McAllister: Just because we had songs that were running through our heads, and we were like, this is good.
- 10:23Sean McAllister: We need it in the rotation.
- 10:24Dayna Roselli: Totally.
- 10:24Dayna Roselli: And Bruno sounded amazing, just effortless.
- 10:27Dayna Roselli: I felt like he was just effortless.
- 10:29Dayna Roselli: I've never seen him that close up.
- 10:30Dayna Roselli: I saw him at the Rock and Rio do like a few songs, but it was a festival ground, and I was way back.
- 10:35Dayna Roselli: So, like, this was I mean, literally, I was looking at him like it's like no effort.
- 10:40Dayna Roselli: He is just so talented.
- 10:42Sean McAllister: Smooth as silk.
- 10:42Sean McAllister: Smooth as silk.
- 10:44Sean McAllister: And we do not have any pictures or video of the show because phones are not allowed, which we're going to go into in just a minute.
- 10:52Sean McAllister: Um, but that's why you haven't seen any pictures or videos of the show on our Vegas Revealed social platforms.
- 11:00Dayna Roselli: You saw a group picture of us in front of the sign.
- 11:03Sean McAllister: Outside of the theater.
- 11:04Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 11:06Dayna Roselli: Um, yeah, the show was was really fabulous.
- 11:09Dayna Roselli: First of all, the set's incredible.
- 11:11Dayna Roselli: The lights and the 70s-ish set, and then I love the monitors on the side and then the big screen in the back.
- 11:17Dayna Roselli: So no matter where you're looking, you can see the show.
- 11:20Dayna Roselli: The place was packed.
- 11:21Dayna Roselli: It was a Wednesday night at a nine o'clock, which I thought, oh, they're gonna have trouble getting people in there.
- 11:26Dayna Roselli: No, the whole I looked up, the whole, every seat was taken.
- 11:29Sean McAllister: There were no empty seats.
- 11:30Dayna Roselli: It was amazing.
- 11:31Dayna Roselli: And while you look at these screens, sometimes they take a shot of the audience.
- 11:36Dayna Roselli: They do.
- 11:36Dayna Roselli: And you caught on right away that they took a shot of the backstreet boys that were there.
- 11:42Sean McAllister: Yeah, it was like hold on a second.
- 11:44Sean McAllister: Those guys look familiar.
- 11:45Sean McAllister: That's the backstreet boys.
- 11:47Sean McAllister: They were out in the audience, they were grooving, dancing to the music, singing along.
- 11:52Sean McAllister: And then not long after we saw the backstreet boys pop up, there was uh another person who popped up on the screen, and it was late night host James Corden.
- 12:02Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 12:03Dayna Roselli: And I missed it.
- 12:04Dayna Roselli: I was like, what?
- 12:05Dayna Roselli: And then you showed me where he was sitting.
- 12:06Dayna Roselli: I was like, oh, okay, yeah, that's James.
- 12:08Dayna Roselli: But yeah, so he was there.
- 12:09Dayna Roselli: We don't know if he was in town just for the heck of it, or if he's doing some Grammy preview stuff, some carpool karaoke.
- 12:14Dayna Roselli: Maybe he's doing something with the Backstreet Boys because they're starting their tour.
- 12:17Sean McAllister: Could be.
- 12:18Dayna Roselli: Like, could be doing a segment with them because I know they've been in full rehearsals.
- 12:21Dayna Roselli: Uh Nick Carter keeps showing that on his Instagram.
- 12:24Dayna Roselli: The three that are at a studio or to his house or whatever, and they have shows coming up at the Coliseum at Caesars Palace.
- 12:30Dayna Roselli: So, yeah, so who knows?
- 12:31Dayna Roselli: But they were all there in an area together.
- 12:33Dayna Roselli: Looked like they were having fun and enjoying the show, and like, why not go see Silksonic, right?
- 12:39Sean McAllister: So we like to say that was our big night out with the Backstreet Boys, James Corden, and Bruno Mars.
- 12:45Sean McAllister: Bruno Mars and Anderson Pach.
- 12:47Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 12:47Dayna Roselli: You know, it's a big deal.
- 12:49Dayna Roselli: That's how we do it.
- 12:50Dayna Roselli: Um, let's talk about the phones, though.
- 12:51Dayna Roselli: I thought that was um interesting.
- 12:53Dayna Roselli: I've done that before once for Chris Rock.
- 12:55Dayna Roselli: I told you that.
- 12:56Dayna Roselli: And it was, you know, I've obviously said Chris Rock is a comedian where you lock up your phone.
- 13:00Dayna Roselli: Um, and uh, we had to do it for Bruno.
- 13:02Dayna Roselli: Seems like I haven't done that in about three years, so it seems like they definitely have it down where it moved a lot faster.
- 13:10Sean McAllister: When I went to the street, the system, yeah, they just move people through there.
- 13:13Dayna Roselli: Chris Rock, it was all backed up.
- 13:15Dayna Roselli: It was like when they it was at the very beginning of when they started doing uh things like that, and the artist started, some select artists started to decide to do that.
- 13:23Dayna Roselli: So that was a little bit of a mess that night.
- 13:25Sean McAllister: This was smooth as silk.
- 13:28Sean McAllister: It was from top to bottom.
- 13:30Sean McAllister: Uh and you know, people always ask, or like, well, is it gonna be a huge pain if I need to lock up my phone?
- 13:39Sean McAllister: And you know, when you don't have access to your phone, sometimes people go into withdrawal because they're like, Oh, I can't check everything.
- 13:46Sean McAllister: I can't stay on top of things.
- 13:48Sean McAllister: What if something happens and I can't access my phone?
- 13:52Sean McAllister: Well, it's not like it's been poured in a block of concrete and you can never and you have to chisel it out.
- 13:59Sean McAllister: No, it's just in this bag that has like a magnetic lock on it.
- 14:04Sean McAllister: You can leave your phone on vibrate, so you know, as you're holding the pouch, you get to keep the pouch with you at all times.
- 14:13Sean McAllister: If you feel your phone vibrating and you feel like you need to check it, all you have to do is leave the theater, go out into the casino area, they'll unlock the pouch, let you use your phone, and then you can go back inside.
- 14:27Sean McAllister: But while you are in the theater premise, even in the lobby, you are not allowed to have your phone out of that pouch.
- 14:34Sean McAllister: But it you're not completely disconnected from the world.
- 14:36Dayna Roselli: No.
- 14:37Dayna Roselli: And like I have a Fitbit that buzzes and stuff when there's a call or something, or that's a luxury that I have that I if it went off, uh, but I didn't get any texts that night, so I was clear, nobody was calling me on Wednesday night after nine o'clock.
- 14:48Dayna Roselli: Um, but uh It's because I was sitting right next to you.
- 14:51Dayna Roselli: Exactly, exactly.
- 14:52Dayna Roselli: But no, this woman on my Facebook, you know, totally get it.
- 14:55Dayna Roselli: She said it's not for me.
- 14:56Dayna Roselli: I need my phone on in case of an emergency.
- 14:58Dayna Roselli: And like I get it, but what I said to her is like, like you can, like you're saying, it's not like it's you can feel it.
- 15:04Dayna Roselli: Or um, you know, another point is before we had phones, we all survived and we went to shows and we did things and we didn't have a phone.
- 15:12Dayna Roselli: But I get it.
- 15:13Dayna Roselli: And of course, if your situation is different, you have young kids, you have a father or mother that's homesick, of course, all that is important and you have to make the decision that's best for you.
- 15:24Dayna Roselli: But I think, I mean, the enjoyment of not seeing phones in the air.
- 15:29Sean McAllister: Yes.
- 15:30Dayna Roselli: And my friend Melissa that was with me said, Do you, gosh, after every song, the crowd is roaring?
- 15:34Dayna Roselli: And I'm like, they are because it's a good show, but also I think because we're focused.
- 15:39Sean McAllister: And paying attention, yeah.
- 15:40Dayna Roselli: Paying attention and we're like, wow, that was great.
- 15:43Dayna Roselli: I love how that ended.
- 15:44Dayna Roselli: And even before the show started, we sat in there for a little bit.
- 15:47Dayna Roselli: And normally, let's be honest, if we were sitting there, me, you, Shane, Melissa, we'd talk for a minute and then we'd probably get on our phones and see what's going on on Twitter, or we'd check our email or look at Instagram.
- 15:59Dayna Roselli: And because we couldn't, I could tell we were all sitting there, like, what should we talk about now?
- 16:04Dayna Roselli: Because we had already just gone to dinner.
- 16:06Dayna Roselli: But we were like, okay, hey, have you guys seen Inventing Anna on Netflix?
- 16:09Dayna Roselli: And then we had a whole thing.
- 16:10Dayna Roselli: But like it it helped us like have conversations.
- 16:13Dayna Roselli: It did.
- 16:14unknown: It did.
- 16:14Dayna Roselli: It did.
- 16:15Dayna Roselli: So that was that was good too.
- 16:17Dayna Roselli: But yeah, as soon as you leave, they unlock it and you're good to go.
- 16:20Dayna Roselli: It was fine.
- 16:21Dayna Roselli: And I get it.
- 16:22Dayna Roselli: And I don't know, there is a mystique about the show.
- 16:25Dayna Roselli: It's mystique wanting to go, so it it could work.
- 16:29Dayna Roselli: It could work.
- 16:29Dayna Roselli: It works.
- 16:30Sean McAllister: Yeah, I mean, it definitely did not have an impact on filling up the theater on a Wednesday night at 9 p.m.
- 16:37Sean McAllister: So people were still in there.
- 16:40Sean McAllister: Uh among the people who were in there, Dana, we saw a lot of kids at the show, like young kids.
- 16:46Dayna Roselli: Right, right.
- 16:47Dayna Roselli: Uh, little boy right in front of us was dressed to the nines in his shirt and tie.
- 16:52Sean McAllister: Oh my gosh.
- 16:53Dayna Roselli: Oh my gosh, and his cute little chubby cheeks.
- 16:55Dayna Roselli: He was standing on his seat the whole time with his hands in the air.
- 16:58Dayna Roselli: He just loves Bruno.
- 16:59Sean McAllister: What do you think?
- 17:00Sean McAllister: He was like five?
- 17:01Dayna Roselli: Yeah, I had like five, six, maybe seven.
- 17:03Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 17:04Dayna Roselli: Um he was just on cloud nine being there.
- 17:08Dayna Roselli: And I love to see his energy and his excitement for Silksonic.
- 17:12Dayna Roselli: He loved it.
- 17:13Dayna Roselli: He we kept looking at each other.
- 17:15Dayna Roselli: We were like, oh, our heart.
- 17:16Dayna Roselli: Like it was so cute.
- 17:18Sean McAllister: It was.
- 17:18Sean McAllister: That was adorable.
- 17:19Sean McAllister: There was when we were walking in, uh, you know, the Usher was showing us to our seats, and there was a woman who came up to another usher right next to us, and she said, Hey, um, I need booster seats for my kids.
- 17:33Sean McAllister: And the usher was like, Yeah, we don't have those.
- 17:36Sean McAllister: I know, yeah.
- 17:37Dayna Roselli: Let's not go to that extreme.
- 17:38Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 17:38Sean McAllister: Just keep in mind, if you are going to bring your kids to a Vegas show, um, it's not a Chili's.
- 17:47Sean McAllister: They're not going to have a booster seat for your kids.
- 17:49Dayna Roselli: Although I do love me some chilies.
- 17:51Sean McAllister: I mean, listen, if you're going to Chili's, yeah, you get a booster seat.
- 17:56Sean McAllister: But if you're going to a Vegas residency show, exactly that's not how it we roll.
- 18:01Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 18:02Sean McAllister: That's kind of like an adult thing designed for adults.
- 18:05Sean McAllister: Exactly.
- 18:05Sean McAllister: You want to bring your kids, just realize they're going into an adult environment.
- 18:10Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 18:10Dayna Roselli: But you know, and it was kid friendly.
- 18:12Dayna Roselli: There was, it was a very clean show.
- 18:13Sean McAllister: It was.
- 18:14Sean McAllister: Right?
- 18:14Dayna Roselli: Like compared to some.
- 18:15Dayna Roselli: There's some people that throw in, you know, an occasional F-bomb or occasional risque image that comes up or whatever, and it didn't wasn't like that at all.
- 18:23Sean McAllister: So that was I think there was one, I think there's one song that is labeled with like explicit lyrics.
- 18:31Sean McAllister: Um, and I think it's the 777, right?
- 18:34Sean McAllister: Vegas song.
- 18:34Sean McAllister: Of course.
- 18:35Sean McAllister: Um, but uh they performed it.
- 18:38Sean McAllister: I mean, it wasn't I didn't even pick up on any any swear words or anything like that.
- 18:44Sean McAllister: So me either.
- 18:45Dayna Roselli: Something I did want to mention was uh uh it was my first time being in the theater at Park MGM since it's changed over to Dolby Live, okay.
- 18:54Dayna Roselli: The new name and the new sound system.
- 18:58Dayna Roselli: Holy cow, I am not one that picks up on that stuff too much, like sound quality and all that.
- 19:03Dayna Roselli: But like this show, first of all, now I'm like, okay, I get it.
- 19:08Dayna Roselli: Because I was like, oh, Dolby Live, you know, does it in the name?
- 19:11Dayna Roselli: What does it really mean?
- 19:13Dayna Roselli: But the sound of this show was crystal clear, remarkable.
- 19:17Dayna Roselli: I don't know, it just sounded so good.
- 19:20Dayna Roselli: I kept looking at my friend, going, This sounds so good.
- 19:23Dayna Roselli: And then I was like, oh, you know, Dolby Live and maybe that has something to do with it.
- 19:28Dayna Roselli: But it was, I just love the experience.
- 19:31Dayna Roselli: That theater, I don't know, I feel like it's a major upgrade.
- 19:34Sean McAllister: It is, yeah, it is.
- 19:35Sean McAllister: And I mean, when the theater over at Park MGM was built, it is still a pretty new theater.
- 19:43Sean McAllister: It was, you know, designed with some of the latest technology, but with Dolby coming in and having, you know, uh an entire company that that designs sound environments, right?
- 19:58Sean McAllister: You know, that only adds to the entire experience.
- 20:02Sean McAllister: And uh the overall experience from getting in and out of the theater to uh the everything, it was just so uh good.
- 20:13Sean McAllister: The concert experience, the the ushers were all so nice, the it was great.
- 20:18Sean McAllister: I love it over there.
- 20:19Dayna Roselli: Yeah, I really, I really did enjoy it.
- 20:21Dayna Roselli: I I left very happy and telling people about it today was it was great overall.
- 20:26Dayna Roselli: So if you get a chance, go see Silksonic.
- 20:29Dayna Roselli: They have another run coming up, I think a couple dates in April, and then a longer run in May.
- 20:35Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 20:35Sean McAllister: And listen, if you're you know looking for some baby making music, this is the stuff that babies are made from.
- 20:46Dayna Roselli: Oh man, that's true.
- 20:48Dayna Roselli: That's true.
- 20:48Dayna Roselli: It was great.
- 20:49Dayna Roselli: And that Anderson Pac, he was funny.
- 20:53Dayna Roselli: Melissa was saying on the way home, he was kind of a little bit of a comedian almost, it seems like, right?
- 20:58Sean McAllister: His actions on stage his wig that he was wearing.
- 21:03Sean McAllister: He just kept like making gestures and it was they are an incredible showman pair.
- 21:14Dayna Roselli: Yes, they really are.
- 21:15Dayna Roselli: We really are.
- 21:16Dayna Roselli: All right, so much fun there.
- 21:18Dayna Roselli: Let's switch gears to Italy now.
- 21:19Dayna Roselli: We went there for dinner before.
- 21:23Sean McAllister: And if you don't know what Italy is, it's almost like an Italian uh street market that is attached to the front of a park MGM.
- 21:33Sean McAllister: It's a pretty big complex.
- 21:35Sean McAllister: It is indoors, but it's a big glass uh enclosed uh building.
- 21:41Sean McAllister: Um and there's different uh food kiosks that you go to.
- 21:46Sean McAllister: There's uh you know, the state kiosk, the fresh seafood, the pasta, the meatballs, the flatbreads, there's the Aperol Spritz bar, there's different wine bars, uh they have a gelato stand, they have fresh can.
- 22:01Sean McAllister: They have artisan breads.
- 22:03Sean McAllister: I'm just getting hungry already all over again thinking about it.
- 22:06Dayna Roselli: Well, and it's one of your favorite places because we've talked about it on Chaos Podcasts, but you're always discovering new stuff.
- 22:12Sean McAllister: And well, that's the great thing about it, is there are so many things to discover there.
- 22:18Sean McAllister: Because when you go, you're not gonna go and get things from five different kiosks from five different food stations.
- 22:27Sean McAllister: So each time you go, it's like a new dining experience, which is great.
- 22:33Sean McAllister: And when we went, it was a beautiful night outside.
- 22:36Sean McAllister: We're like, oh, it would be great to find patio dining somewhere before the show.
- 22:41Sean McAllister: And we discovered that there is a little wine bar over in the kind of front corner, the front right corner of Italy, that has a little outdoor patio dining that you can only access from the inside.
- 22:58Sean McAllister: Uh and I feel like a lot of people don't know about it.
- 23:00Dayna Roselli: No, and you even asked, like, can we just take our food and drink and sit out there?
- 23:04Dayna Roselli: He's like, Yeah, it's just kind of first come, first serve.
- 23:06Dayna Roselli: You don't have to get anything from specifically right here.
- 23:09Dayna Roselli: It's just open to whoever.
- 23:11Dayna Roselli: So we said, Sean, save a spot.
- 23:14Sean McAllister: So I sat there for a long time with my glass of wine.
- 23:17Sean McAllister: But yeah, it's uh kind of like a little wine market that's in the in the corner of Italy.
- 23:22Sean McAllister: And uh if you sit inside at the tables, you need to order wine from that specific wine bar, but the tables outside, they're open seating.
- 23:33Dayna Roselli: Because of convenience, you just said, I'll order me and Shane's wine, and you guys, and then me, Shane, and Melissa went up to order food, and we were in the pasta line and put our order in.
- 23:43Dayna Roselli: I came back and I said, Okay, we're waiting for our food.
- 23:47Dayna Roselli: Um, how's the wine?
- 23:48Dayna Roselli: You were like, good, but it was a bit pricey down there, which was fine because you loved the wine.
- 23:54Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 23:54Dayna Roselli: You said it was tasty delicious wine, but it was$35 a glass.
- 23:59Sean McAllister: It was$35 a glass.
- 24:00Dayna Roselli: I was like, okay, whoa.
- 24:03Dayna Roselli: So I went in on the hunt to find a cheaper wine area.
- 24:07Dayna Roselli: And I did.
- 24:08Dayna Roselli: I got uh Melissa and I a glass for$15 each.
- 24:10Dayna Roselli: I had a rose, she had a cab.
- 24:12Dayna Roselli: So kind of a tip to do with that.
- 24:15Dayna Roselli: Listen, if you're into expensive wines, go, you know, search for that in there.
- 24:20Dayna Roselli: But if you want something a little bit more reasonable, you can go to it's available.
- 24:24Dayna Roselli: It's available.
- 24:25Dayna Roselli: Just go to make sure you just check the price and go to different spots first.
- 24:28Dayna Roselli: And that's the cool thing about Italy, is there's every price point wherever you go.
- 24:32Sean McAllister: Yeah, and we did check the price on uh because that bottle of wine is for sale in that wine market.
- 24:39Sean McAllister: Oh I think it was uh an$85 bottle of wine.
- 24:45Dayna Roselli: Wow.
- 24:45Sean McAllister: So, you know, they were eight ounce pour.
- 24:48Sean McAllister: It was a hefty pour.
- 24:48Dayna Roselli: Yeah, it was a hefty pour.
- 24:49Sean McAllister: I'll tell you that, but you know, it's still$35 for a glass of wine.
- 24:54Dayna Roselli: We ate and we finished ours, and we're like ready for another.
- 24:56Dayna Roselli: And you guys were like still halfway, or like we're slowly sipping.
- 24:59Sean McAllister: There's still$17 left in this glass.
- 25:03Dayna Roselli: Yeah, uh, the pasta was great.
- 25:05Dayna Roselli: They make the pasta.
- 25:06Dayna Roselli: It takes a little longer, so be prepared to you have to be patient.
- 25:10Dayna Roselli: It was busy there, uh, and there were lines, okay?
- 25:13Dayna Roselli: So you have to be in the mood to do that.
- 25:15Dayna Roselli: Um, but I was talking to the bartender at the bar that I got the wine, and he said it is busy before shows and before like hockey games and big concerts at T-Mobile.
- 25:27Dayna Roselli: But other than that, it's a little bit more reasonable and thinned out, not the lines aren't as long and it's not as packed other times.
- 25:34Dayna Roselli: So it depends what you're in the mood for.
- 25:36Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 25:37Dayna Roselli: So if you want to go and hop around and not wait in line, go on a day that there isn't a show or a game.
- 25:43Dayna Roselli: And if you're ready to be part of the vibe, you know, get there early and be prepared to wait a little bit.
- 25:48Sean McAllister: But it is a cool, unique vibe.
- 25:50Sean McAllister: And the reason that you do have to wait a little bit is that uh it's not like a fast food place where there's uh a big vat of pasta that's already cooked with sauce on it.
- 26:01Sean McAllister: Right.
- 26:02Sean McAllister: Uh they're making everything to order.
- 26:03Sean McAllister: It's all fresh noodles.
- 26:05Sean McAllister: The flatbreads are being hand-tossed and put in the oven right in front of you as you order it.
- 26:11Sean McAllister: So that's why it takes a little bit of time, but it tastes so good.
- 26:17Dayna Roselli: We had a nice it's like light.
- 26:19Sean McAllister: The pasta is light, isn't it?
- 26:21Dayna Roselli: So good.
- 26:22Dayna Roselli: It really was delicious.
- 26:23Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 26:24Dayna Roselli: Uh great time at Italy before Silksonic.
- 26:28Dayna Roselli: All right, let's talk about some other restaurants now.
- 26:32Sean McAllister: Yes, Gordon Ramsey is opening his sixth Las Vegas restaurant.
- 26:37Sean McAllister: It's called Ramsay's Kitchen.
- 26:39Sean McAllister: It's set to open at Harris, Las Vegas, coming up this fall.
- 26:43Sean McAllister: Uh, and it's kind of based on the whole concept, it's based on uh Gordon's own kitchen.
- 26:48Sean McAllister: It's gonna have his own a new twist on some of his signature dishes.
- 26:53Sean McAllister: Um, plus, there's like a a raw bar, there's soups and salads, lots of lots of stuff.
- 26:59Sean McAllister: He opened one in Boston and now has one opening here at Harris.
- 27:04Dayna Roselli: Well, we've seen him trend on TikTok when he's making some dishes in his kitchen, haven't we?
- 27:07Sean McAllister: We have.
- 27:08Sean McAllister: We certainly have.
- 27:09Dayna Roselli: So it should be a fun place.
- 27:11Dayna Roselli: Um Maple's barbecue's coming back.
- 27:13Dayna Roselli: We told you the Palms is reopening this spring, and we'll have more details as we get more details on the hotel resort uh casino as as a whole, but we are finding out more and more about like some of the places that are going to reopen, some of the additions.
- 27:28Dayna Roselli: We told you Ghost Bar will be back.
- 27:30Dayna Roselli: The name Ghost Bar will be back, and that's at the bar that's at the very top with an incredible view of the Las Vegas Strip.
- 27:38Dayna Roselli: So we're excited.
- 27:39Dayna Roselli: Now we've learned Mabel's barbecue is coming back, and that's Chef Michael Simon's restaurant, and it was in the palms before it closed, so basically it will reopen and still be there.
- 27:49Dayna Roselli: And he seems really excited about it.
- 27:51Dayna Roselli: He was on Twitter.
- 27:51Dayna Roselli: I know you sent him a congratulations.
- 27:53Dayna Roselli: He wrote back.
- 27:54Dayna Roselli: So other people asking about Sarah's, which is if you go into Mabel's barbecue, there's a door, and you go into this kind of like more of an upscale spot, unlike Mabel's, very different.
- 28:05Dayna Roselli: That's a really cool kind of area, almost like you said, speakeasiest.
- 28:11Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 28:12Dayna Roselli: Somebody asked him on Twitter if that's reopening too, and he said not yet.
- 28:15Dayna Roselli: So it sounds like it will eventually, but for now, we know we're getting Mabel's barbecue back.
- 28:20Sean McAllister: Another successful restaurant owner here in Las Vegas is reality star Lisa Vanderpump.
- 28:25Sean McAllister: She opened uh Vanderpump Cocktail Garden over at Caesars Palace, and there is always, I've never seen it without a line.
- 28:33Dayna Roselli: I don't think I have either.
- 28:34Sean McAllister: It's crazy.
- 28:35Sean McAllister: People just love it.
- 28:36Sean McAllister: Well, Lisa Vanderpump and her husband have opened a new spot called Vanderpump A Perry.
- 28:43Sean McAllister: Ooh.
- 28:43Sean McAllister: Over at Paris, Las Vegas, as you might guess.
- 28:46Sean McAllister: Uh, this is their second restaurant.
- 28:48Sean McAllister: Um, so you know, fans of Lisa Vanderpump now have two choices when they come to Vegas.
- 28:54Dayna Roselli: And my friends were in town one weekend and they went and she was there.
- 28:56Dayna Roselli: So they got a picture with her.
- 28:58Dayna Roselli: I think she pops in every now and then.
- 28:59Dayna Roselli: Yeah, she does.
- 29:00Dayna Roselli: So that's kind of cool.
- 29:01Sean McAllister: Yeah, that is.
- 29:01Sean McAllister: That's fun.
- 29:02Dayna Roselli: All right, let's go over some shows that have been announced because there are so many that come out every week.
- 29:07Dayna Roselli: And uh this one I'm really excited about, Boy George and the Culture Club.
- 29:11Sean McAllister: Yeah, that's a blast from the past, right?
- 29:13Dayna Roselli: Man, come into the wind.
- 29:15Dayna Roselli: We already told you Duran Duran's coming.
- 29:17Dayna Roselli: We said that last week, and then another group now from the U, you know, kind of UK born, uh, but made it, you know, across the world is Boy George and the Culture Club.
- 29:26Sean McAllister: Big in the 80s.
- 29:27Sean McAllister: I remember watching Boy George on MTV.
- 29:29Dayna Roselli: I mean, yeah, listen, I'm not gonna lie, I do a little bit of my workout to uh comma, comma, comma, chameleon.
- 29:38Dayna Roselli: It's a good one.
- 29:40Dayna Roselli: He's got so many hits, and uh it's gonna be great.
- 29:44Dayna Roselli: So they're coming for two nights uh to the Encore Theater, just like Durand Duran is doing.
- 29:49Dayna Roselli: They're I can't remember when Culture Club's coming.
- 29:52Dayna Roselli: I want to say maybe June.
- 29:53Dayna Roselli: And then Duran Duran is doing Labor Day weekend in uh that's in September.
- 30:00Sean McAllister: So will Boy George be doing all the hits?
- 30:03Dayna Roselli: Well, I don't know.
- 30:04Dayna Roselli: He wrote back our friend John Castlamides on Twitter and was like, Don't tell me what to do, and he said he'll play all the hits.
- 30:11Dayna Roselli: And he's just he's sarcastic and funny on Twitter, Boy George.
- 30:15Dayna Roselli: Um he says, uh, my opening line is gonna be Hello Vegas, Liberace sent me.
- 30:20Sean McAllister: That's so funny.
- 30:21Dayna Roselli: Yeah, it's called Hello Vegas.
- 30:23Dayna Roselli: Uh we arrived by Culture Club, and it's June 3rd and 4th at the win.
- 30:28Sean McAllister: Another classic band, Dana, that just announced that they'll be passing through Las Vegas are the Eagles.
- 30:35Sean McAllister: And of course, one of their greatest albums was Hotel California.
- 30:38Sean McAllister: And that's what they plan to play as they're doing this uh national tour with a stop at MGM's Grand Garden Arena on May 28th.
- 30:48Sean McAllister: They're playing that whole album in its entirety.
- 30:51Dayna Roselli: Wow, yeah.
- 30:52Dayna Roselli: I was seeing reading start to finish, accompanied by an orchestra and choir.
- 30:56Dayna Roselli: Then they're gonna have a short intermission and they're gonna perform some of their greatest hits.
- 31:00Dayna Roselli: So this is a concept I've never heard before for a tour stop.
- 31:04Sean McAllister: That is just such a cool concept for this tour.
- 31:09Sean McAllister: Very Vegas.
- 31:11Sean McAllister: I'm I might need to snag myself some tickets for that.
- 31:15Dayna Roselli: Also, Aerosmith coming back, FYI too.
- 31:18Dayna Roselli: The Deuces Are Wild, a show over at Park MGM, is coming back June 17th to December 11th, with I think they have like 24 dates on sale.
- 31:28Dayna Roselli: So if you want to see Aerosmith and you didn't get a chance to see them at one of their other runs, they're back.
- 31:33Sean McAllister: And uh a little bit sooner, on April 23rd, Walker Hayes, he's the country star who you know popularized the song Fancy Like.
- 31:43Sean McAllister: There's a whole TikTok video, Fancy Like Applebee's on a date night.
- 31:49Sean McAllister: Uh he's playing uh April 23rd at Mandalay Bay Beach, and that'll be a fun one.
- 31:55Sean McAllister: I like that the beach concerts are back.
- 31:57Dayna Roselli: I know, me too.
- 31:58Dayna Roselli: You should do a karaoke night with that song.
- 32:00Dayna Roselli: You sounded good singing that.
- 32:02Sean McAllister: I learned the dance, too.
- 32:03Dayna Roselli: Yeah, well.
- 32:04Sean McAllister: So a bunch of friends.
- 32:05Sean McAllister: We we went to Nashville uh last month and uh learned that dance because I was like, oh, if we're going to the honky tongues, somebody's gonna be playing this somewhere.
- 32:15Sean McAllister: Right.
- 32:15Sean McAllister: And I need to know something.
- 32:18Dayna Roselli: You're good at it.
- 32:20Dayna Roselli: Um, okay, uh, expertlesque.
- 32:23Dayna Roselli: They are celebrating 20 years, and you know, some interesting factoids that they sent along that I was reading, I was like, oh, I didn't know that.
- 32:30Dayna Roselli: But if you don't know, it's a topless review show, and right now it's currently at the Flamingo Las Vegas, and in honor of their celebrating 20 years of what they call tantalizing tidbits.
- 32:44Sean McAllister: Oh uh is that what they are?
- 32:46Dayna Roselli: Well, oh, here are some tantalizing tidbits.
- 32:49Dayna Roselli: Sorry.
- 32:51Sean McAllister: You don't go to the show to see tantalizing tidbits?
- 32:54Dayna Roselli: I think you do.
- 32:54Dayna Roselli: I think it's, you know, play on words.
- 32:58Dayna Roselli: Well, it's uh funny because when I was reading through, there were a lot of things that I had learned.
- 33:04Dayna Roselli: Okay.
- 33:05Dayna Roselli: So, first of all, oh gosh, I've been to X Burles a long time ago.
- 33:08Dayna Roselli: I need to go revisit that show again.
- 33:10Dayna Roselli: But they have performed apparently 10,000 shows since it first opened at the Aladdin in 2002.
- 33:18Dayna Roselli: Wow.
- 33:19Dayna Roselli: I didn't know it opened at the Aladdin.
- 33:21Dayna Roselli: So I thought that was interesting.
- 33:22Dayna Roselli: Uh, over one million people have actually seen Ex Burlesque.
- 33:27Dayna Roselli: And for four years in a row, apparently it's been awarded first place as a sexiest topless review in Las Vegas.
- 33:33Dayna Roselli: So if you're looking for that kind of show, go see X Burlesque on their 20th anniversary year.
- 33:38Sean McAllister: They get all those awards because they have such good tidbits.
- 33:41Dayna Roselli: Tidbits.
- 33:42Dayna Roselli: You get tantalizing tidbits when you go.
- 33:46Dayna Roselli: That's what I get from reading my notes.
- 33:49Dayna Roselli: This is why I'm always just like, scrap the notes.
- 33:51Dayna Roselli: Let's just talk up.
- 33:52Sean McAllister: Hey, uh, before we get to tips, we want to let you know what we have coming up next week here on Vegas Revealed.
- 33:59Sean McAllister: Of course, Las Vegas is always kind of featured in movies and television shows, but how much of what we see is actually accurate?
- 34:11Sean McAllister: And how does that impact how people view Las Vegas?
- 34:15Sean McAllister: Well, that's the topic of a conversation we're going to have with Josh Bell.
- 34:20Sean McAllister: He's a movie reviewer, entertainment critic, and he has some interesting insights, Dana.
- 34:25Dayna Roselli: Really interesting.
- 34:26Dayna Roselli: And we were chatting with him about the Oscars.
- 34:28Dayna Roselli: So we wanted to talk to him about a topic related to movies and shows and what's on his mind, Vegas-wise.
- 34:36Dayna Roselli: And we came up with this because he's writing an article on it.
- 34:38Dayna Roselli: Uh so next week we're gonna talk about that.
- 34:41Dayna Roselli: We did the interview already with Josh.
- 34:43Dayna Roselli: Very interesting.
- 34:44Dayna Roselli: So you'll want to definitely get ready for that one.
- 34:47Sean McAllister: All right, now our tips.
- 34:52Dayna Roselli: And Sean, you teased your tip last week and you said, Don't let me forget I want to talk about this next week in my tips.
- 34:58Dayna Roselli: And it has to do with an Italian restaurant with a twist.
- 35:01Sean McAllister: Yeah, so uh the place is called Casa di Amore.
- 35:05Sean McAllister: It's on East Tropicana Avenue.
- 35:09Sean McAllister: Uh it's kind of an older, I feel like it's been around for a little bit.
- 35:15Dayna Roselli: Long time, long time.
- 35:16Sean McAllister: Yeah, and so it's got that old school vibe where you know, and they've actually redone the place in this COVID time period.
- 35:25Sean McAllister: We went back in and they rearranged the dining room and have new artwork up on the walls, but it is delicious Italian food, and they have live music in there, they have like the Italian lounge singer going on.
- 35:38Dayna Roselli: Um because here's a little factoid before Vegas really expanded.
- 35:43Dayna Roselli: Um, you know, back in the day when there were like neighborhoods of uh certain ethnicities, basically.
- 35:51Dayna Roselli: The Italians always lived on the east side of Vegas.
- 35:54Dayna Roselli: That was kind of where, yeah.
- 35:55Dayna Roselli: So some of the I didn't know that.
- 35:57Dayna Roselli: So some of the older restaurants are uh uh of Italian restaurants are on the east side, like the Italian American Club, Piero's, and then Casa diamore.
- 36:06Sean McAllister: And they have, you know, they have their regulars who are in every Friday or Saturday night.
- 36:12Sean McAllister: Um, it's a great place to go for really good Italian food and you know, great atmosphere too.
- 36:21Sean McAllister: But what sets Casa diamore apart from other Italian restaurants in Las Vegas, out back, you go out the back door by the bar and it's a full-on outdoor tiki lounge.
- 36:36Dayna Roselli: Wow, I haven't seen this yet.
- 36:37Sean McAllister: So you go out there and it if you park in the back parking lot and walk up toward the back of the building, it looks like a big pirate ship.
- 36:46Sean McAllister: But you can't even see that it's there from the road.
- 36:48Sean McAllister: It just looks like, you know, a little Italian restaurant.
- 36:51Sean McAllister: Uh-huh.
- 36:52Sean McAllister: But when you go out back, it takes you to a whole nother world.
- 36:55Sean McAllister: We brought friends there before.
- 36:57Sean McAllister: The drinks are uh amazing.
- 37:00Sean McAllister: And it's just such a fun vibe.
- 37:02Sean McAllister: So they just reopened the tiki bar patio on March 18th.
- 37:07Sean McAllister: So, you know, now that the nicer weather is here, the tiki bar is back open.
- 37:12Sean McAllister: How fun.
- 37:13Sean McAllister: And a lot of people don't realize that if you just step out the back door of the restaurant, you have a fun kind of an after-party vibe.
- 37:22Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 37:22Dayna Roselli: And I bet a glass of wine isn't$35 there.
- 37:25Sean McAllister: It is not.
- 37:26Sean McAllister: They actually have really good wine on tap.
- 37:29Dayna Roselli: Ooh, I like that.
- 37:30Sean McAllister: And so it's nice and chilled a little bit, which is great.
- 37:32Dayna Roselli: Yeah, the food's good there.
- 37:34Dayna Roselli: I've only been once or twice since I've lived here, so need to hit that again now that we're working over on the east side more.
- 37:40Dayna Roselli: We will definitely have to hit that up.
- 37:41Dayna Roselli: You'll have to show me what it's all about.
- 37:42Dayna Roselli: And I love a good patio.
- 37:44Sean McAllister: It's my neighborhood joint.
- 37:45Sean McAllister: I love it.
- 37:46Dayna Roselli: My tip has to do with parking because it just became it's just such a popular subject.
- 37:50Dayna Roselli: People talk about it all the time.
- 37:51Dayna Roselli: I actually get texts and phone calls before some of my friends or acquaintances go out and they say, I'm going here.
- 37:58Dayna Roselli: Where do I park and what do I do?
- 38:00Sean McAllister: I know.
- 38:01Sean McAllister: And that's the number one question.
- 38:03Dayna Roselli: I have all the little tricks and tips.
- 38:04Dayna Roselli: So then uh my friend called me then and she's like, You're brilliant.
- 38:07Dayna Roselli: I did what you said and it worked.
- 38:08Dayna Roselli: So anyway, I'm not gonna reveal what that was, but I do want to tell everyone about the$7 valet at the forum shops at Caesars because there's a couple different spots to access Caesars forum shops.
- 38:21Dayna Roselli: And there's one that's more like to the front, closer to the strip.
- 38:25Dayna Roselli: And there's a section that they kind of built on to the forum shops, the really tall with the spiral escalator, and there are a lot of restaurants that are popular in there.
- 38:34Dayna Roselli: So sometimes if you are going to go to a restaurant, you might not want to, especially if you're local, go in and park all the way in the back and then have to walk all the way through.
- 38:44Dayna Roselli: So there is a valet up front, but the best thing is it's seven bucks.
- 38:49Sean McAllister: That's great.
- 38:49Dayna Roselli: Yeah, it's a lot cheaper than a lot of the$30 valet spots now.
- 38:53Dayna Roselli: So um, I'm not sure if a lot of people know about it.
- 38:56Dayna Roselli: I was parked there.
- 38:57Dayna Roselli: I was running late to meet my my cousins that were in town over at Sushi Roku the other day.
- 39:02Dayna Roselli: And the guys were nice, they're like, We're really tight.
- 39:04Dayna Roselli: And I was like, Can I please?
- 39:06Dayna Roselli: I'm just my cousins are waiting for me and I'm late, and um, I'm not gonna be here too long, maybe like an hour and 15 minutes, and they're like, All right, we're gonna squeeze you in.
- 39:14Dayna Roselli: So it was great, but it is seven bucks.
- 39:17Dayna Roselli: You literally like check out on your phone and you can pay with a card or whatever, and even if you wanted to edit it, but it's definitely a luxury if you're going to Caesars and maybe you're just going to dinner and then heading out.
- 39:29Dayna Roselli: Uh, I would recommend that spot.
- 39:31Dayna Roselli: So you enter off Las Vegas Boulevard.
- 39:33Dayna Roselli: You can enter from the back, but then you've got to drive toward the front.
- 39:36Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 39:36Dayna Roselli: Enter from Las Vegas Boulevard, bend to the right, and then it's right there on the front right side.
- 39:43Sean McAllister: Well, and I'll tell you what, seven bucks, that's half the price of even what it is to self-park.
- 39:49Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 39:49Sean McAllister: So still a great deal.
- 39:51Sean McAllister: That's a great, great tip.
- 39:52Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 39:53Dayna Roselli: And tonight I'm going to a Golden Knights game, and I was looking up, my friend was telling me who goes a lot to look at the T-Mobile Arena, buy your parking pass ahead of time, and go and yeah, and I didn't realize that.
- 40:03Dayna Roselli: And she was like, and use this one parking garage right next door.
- 40:06Dayna Roselli: It's 30 bucks.
- 40:07Dayna Roselli: And I was like, okay, you know, it gets you right in and out, but I didn't realize, but she said, Don't go on any of the other sites, like, you know, like the ticket sites are different parts.
- 40:16Dayna Roselli: Go to the T-Mobile Arena site specifically.
- 40:19Dayna Roselli: So I went and looked today, and I was like, okay, there it is.
- 40:22Dayna Roselli: So I didn't know that.
- 40:23Sean McAllister: Yeah, yeah.
- 40:24Sean McAllister: Uh we always prepay for the the parking, makes it so easy because you just scan your pass on the way in and it's they have a it's a well-oiled machine getting in and out of there for hockey games.
- 40:35Sean McAllister: They've done a great job.
- 40:37Dayna Roselli: Okay, uh, that's a podcast.
