- 1:14SPEAKER_02: Sure.
- 1:16SPEAKER_02: Thanks so much for having me, Joyce.
- 1:18SPEAKER_02: I'm so glad to be here.
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: You are so welcome, Kate.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: I am so excited to have you on.
- 1:25SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so a little bit about me.
- 1:27SPEAKER_02: Let's see.
- 1:28SPEAKER_02: I am a lifelong horsewoman and was a horse-obsessed kid.
- 1:34SPEAKER_02: And I am a coach because I got my master's in spiritual psychology, which essentially is the study and practice of the evolution of consciousness.
- 1:44SPEAKER_02: And we're trained in a lot of communication skills and counseling skills.
- 1:48SPEAKER_02: And so I really bring that as well as my intuition with me.
- 1:51SPEAKER_02: to the really power of the horse which is many layered and we help people together in personal growth and professional growth and really it's transformational coaching so people come in with challenges and they leave with solutions and they leave feeling lighter because there's a lot happening in a session with a horse oh
- 2:17SPEAKER_01: wow oh that sounds so exciting well that That explains why our topic today is Why Animal Communication Matters in Equine Partnered Coaching Program.
- 2:27SPEAKER_01: That just fits it perfect.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: And Kate, can you share a little how do you use animal communication in your program with people?
- 2:40SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so animal communication is really the ability to communicate directly with animals and through the different clairs, right, clairsentience, clairaudience.
- 2:50SPEAKER_02: And I, for the most part, hear the horses.
- 2:53SPEAKER_02: They do send me pictures or feelings.
- 2:58SPEAKER_02: And, you know, the horse really is my partner in the coaching arena, right?
- 3:03SPEAKER_02: And so just like I would need to talk to a co-facilitator that's a human and we would need to talk about the client and we would need to communicate what we're going to do about helping the client, that is what I'm doing with the horse.
- 3:16SPEAKER_02: And so...
- 3:17SPEAKER_02: learning animal communication I think is really important to bring that in so that we can have a greater partnership with the horse as the healer and the teacher and the coach and it really deeply honors the horse so the way I do it is I will often tell the horses what we're doing who the client is before they come and then I will be checking in throughout the session or the workshop to see what the horses have to share and sometimes I will get clear guidance from my own intuition for the client.
- 3:50SPEAKER_02: But then I like to go directly to the horses and ask them, well, what do you have to say about this?
- 3:55SPEAKER_02: Or what could this client do?
- 3:57SPEAKER_02: And the way that this started was very organic and natural.
- 4:01SPEAKER_02: It's something that just happened to me.
- 4:02SPEAKER_02: I started to hear the horses after an Earth Day meditation where I was sending just a lot of love to the horses.
- 4:09SPEAKER_02: And I walked back to the barn and I could hear them talking.
- 4:13SPEAKER_02: And one of them said to me, I wish you were my mom.
- 4:15SPEAKER_02: And I was just like, wait, what is happening How can I hear the horses?
- 4:20SPEAKER_02: And, you know, this was all something that I think I had always, you know, I've always believed in different intuitive gifts and spiritual powers and whatnot.
- 4:29SPEAKER_02: I've always known that I had a lot of abilities since I was a kid, but I turned them off.
- 4:34SPEAKER_02: And so with animal communication, I knew it was possible, but it was something that I used to go to others for and get readings so that I could know, you know, what my animals were saying.
- 4:46SPEAKER_02: But then with the horses, because I was around them daily and I was really in my heart and in my body and I was really committed to hearing them.
- 4:55SPEAKER_02: I think it just was a natural progression.
- 4:57SPEAKER_02: It happened.
- 4:58SPEAKER_02: It turned on, and then it became something like, hey, this is the best way to coach.
- 5:02SPEAKER_02: This is the best way to honor us and to partner with us.
- 5:06SPEAKER_02: It's not just human-centric anymore, and the horse is there just to do exercises with.
- 5:12SPEAKER_02: It's not about telling the horse what to do.
- 5:15SPEAKER_02: It's really about listening to the horse.
- 5:17SPEAKER_02: So it just became a more powerful way for me to coach and
- 5:22SPEAKER_01: Oh, wow.
- 5:24SPEAKER_01: Oh, that is incredible.
- 5:25SPEAKER_01: I just love.
- 5:27SPEAKER_01: And they're such majestic animals.
- 5:29SPEAKER_01: I mean, they have so much character they bring in.
- 5:33SPEAKER_01: And that is just so beautiful how it just kind of happened one day.
- 5:38SPEAKER_01: That must have been kind of an aha moment for you at that time when you heard him say, I wish you were my mom.
- 5:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 5:46SPEAKER_02: It was.
- 5:47SPEAKER_02: It was very neat that I felt like I had tapped into an innate gift that we all have.
- 5:52SPEAKER_02: And then what also happened is I decided to do training in it as well because I did want to get really more formal understanding of what was happening, different ways to start a communication process.
- 6:06SPEAKER_02: Some teach different meditations.
- 6:09SPEAKER_02: And I really wanted to more formally understand what was actually going on and also so that I could start to help others do it.
- 6:16SPEAKER_02: as well.
- 6:18SPEAKER_02: So that was just a way that I am with everything.
- 6:20SPEAKER_02: As soon as I become interested in something, I know that I innately have the ability to do it, but I like to go get more formal training to really grow that skill, to have a broader understanding, to have other people's perspectives, and then to kind of eclectically put it all together with my own understanding of the gift, and then it becomes even stronger.
- 6:42SPEAKER_01: Oh, yes.
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: Oh, that is just beautiful because you learn from others and yet take what you feel in your heart and combine it all together.
- 6:51SPEAKER_01: And what an explosion that can be then to help other people along with the horses.
- 6:59SPEAKER_01: Oh, that is just beautiful.
- 7:00SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 7:03SPEAKER_01: So when people do this, do they mainly come to you or is there an opportunity too where like if someone is saying, Yes.
- 7:14SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 7:31SPEAKER_02: Yeah, great question.
- 7:33SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so I primarily use it two ways.
- 7:36SPEAKER_02: One is with clients that come seek out equine coaching, equine assisted learning with me and the horses that I work with, and they're working on their own personal challenges, and we are helping them.
- 7:48SPEAKER_02: And so it's really about a communication with my, what I would call like my business partner, the horse is really there as my equal in the personal growth process.
- 8:00SPEAKER_02: The other way that I use animal communication Thank you.
- 8:03SPEAKER_02: is often with other equine coaches who are wanting to learn their horse's gifts and skills in the process.
- 8:11SPEAKER_02: So they're just starting out in equine coaching and they want to work better with their horse.
- 8:17SPEAKER_02: They want to know what their horse likes to do, what he doesn't like to do.
- 8:20SPEAKER_02: And so I'll go to them and do an assessment and I'll really get into a conversation with that horse to see also what they want to share about their human.
- 8:32SPEAKER_02: So that way the human and starts to work better with them as well.
- 8:36SPEAKER_02: And so that helps actually increase the partnership as they step into doing this work in the equine assisted learning space.
- 8:44SPEAKER_02: And then I also, as kind of part of that, I work with people who have horses all around the country who often are going through a challenge with their horse.
- 8:54SPEAKER_02: Either it's a relationship challenge that they're not connecting the way they would like to, or maybe there's been some trauma or fear and they're not riding and they want to be riding again, or the horse is going through something physically or emotionally, like they've had some grief that they've dealt with, or they're going through physical things and we're trying to get to the bottom of it.
- 9:16SPEAKER_02: And so I've done anything from an emergency, like the horse is to, you know, where do we need to go together in our relationship and how do we create a better bridge and bond.
- 9:30SPEAKER_02: So I do all of that.
- 9:31SPEAKER_02: And the way that I work is it's not just communication.
- 9:34SPEAKER_02: I always do healing.
- 9:35SPEAKER_02: And the healing work came in through my mare, Lindsay.
- 9:38SPEAKER_02: She taught me how to do all of this before she passed.
- 9:42SPEAKER_02: And I will basically run clearing statements and then also do, like, essentially an empath body scan so that I am in the horse's energy field and I know what's going on specifically with them.
- 9:56SPEAKER_02: And they will show me anything and everything that they want me to know.
- 9:59SPEAKER_02: And so, yeah, I've done this work from, you know, I'm here in Colorado and I have clients in Florida and New Jersey and Oregon and all over.
- 10:09SPEAKER_02: So it's been a really huge blessing to work virtually because it is just energy and we can tap right into the horses once we're trained to do so.
- 10:18SPEAKER_02: and I just trust the work and I'm willing to share it.
- 10:21SPEAKER_02: And so I go in and I voice record and then I share that recording with the human and we talk about it as well.
- 10:31SPEAKER_01: Oh, my.
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: Oh, that is just unbelievable how you can do it virtually through probably like a Zoom recording or something and help them in other states and help them work through their problems with that horse.
- 10:48SPEAKER_01: Oh, my word.
- 10:49SPEAKER_01: That is just beautiful.
- 10:51SPEAKER_01: And I love how you said it's all you do like a scan.
- 10:55SPEAKER_01: Can you explain a little more on detail on a body scan of the energy fields and how that all comes into play in the communication and healing?
- 11:08SPEAKER_02: Sure, yeah.
- 11:08SPEAKER_02: When I'm with a horse in person, I'll often put my hand on them and essentially pop into their energy field and know, like, if there's something going on in my right wrist, it's often their right leg down near their hoof.
- 11:24SPEAKER_02: And so I'm looking into that area.
- 11:29SPEAKER_02: Then I will often also scan through.
- 11:31SPEAKER_02: I do a process my mare taught me around clapping and seeing where there's stuck energy on a horse.
- 11:37SPEAKER_02: And I'll always find it.
- 11:38SPEAKER_02: I had a client in California that I went right to the part where her horse had been injured.
- 11:46SPEAKER_02: And we just started to clear up that energy so that the horse can move better and feel better.
- 11:53SPEAKER_02: And so a lot of it is kind of clearing blocks with my hands when I'm in person.
- 11:58SPEAKER_02: When I'm remote, the way I really do it is in many ways, there's a thing called surrogation.
- 12:03SPEAKER_02: In many ways, my body becomes like the horse's body.
- 12:06SPEAKER_02: And all of a sudden, you know, if they are having an issue with their left eye, my left eye will start twitching.
- 12:12SPEAKER_02: And so I know really specifically, really clearly.
- 12:16SPEAKER_02: And the reason I feel like this is not something I ever got trained in, this really was my mare, Lindsay, was a horse.
- 12:24SPEAKER_02: And so I spent a lot of time with her.
- 12:26SPEAKER_02: And I feel in many ways that before she left, she was asking me to really step into this gift and was kind of daily helping me to practice what it's like to feel into the horses.
- 12:39SPEAKER_02: And then after she passed, I feel like I retained just a lot of even her own horse energy and essence in my own system.
- 12:47SPEAKER_02: So sometimes I feel more like a horse than a human at times, especially when I'm doing this work.
- 12:53SPEAKER_02: And the horses seem to trust it and love it.
- 12:56SPEAKER_02: They respond really fast and really quickly.
- 12:58SPEAKER_02: I see a lot of licks and chews, a lot of yawns, a lot of them just stretching.
- 13:03SPEAKER_02: I've had some fun stuff where I'll ask a horse, what is it you most need?
- 13:09SPEAKER_02: And it's like, I really, really need to run.
- 13:11SPEAKER_02: And so I said, okay.
- 13:13SPEAKER_02: And they were in a stall and I told their human and she sent me a video.
- 13:18SPEAKER_02: All she did was turn him out in the arena and he just took off and did not stop galloping for a while.
- 13:25SPEAKER_02: And she's like, I am laughing right now.
- 13:27SPEAKER_02: And I got the video and it was It was like, you know, it was immediate.
- 13:29SPEAKER_02: It wasn't like he walked out into the arena and just, you know, put his head down to graze or anything.
- 13:35SPEAKER_02: He just went wild.
- 13:37SPEAKER_02: So it's, you know, there's a lot of confirmation, which is really beautiful.
- 13:41SPEAKER_02: And so, yeah, it's, I feel stuff in my body that the horses feel.
- 13:46SPEAKER_02: I feel it very temporarily.
- 13:47SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 13:49SPEAKER_02: it's not always comfortable but it is in there so I know exactly what it is and then I clear it very very quickly and I clear it through different statements and also through intention and I always also work with the horse ancestors and heaven horses so my mare on the other side plus there's six other horses that I've worked with here on earth that have transitioned and I work with them so they come in and help me with this work too I'm not doing it alone ever and And so it's just been really powerful.
- 14:21SPEAKER_02: And, you know, people want to heal.
- 14:23SPEAKER_02: The animals really want to receive.
- 14:26SPEAKER_02: They don't block it.
- 14:27SPEAKER_02: They don't say, well, I kind of need to keep that pain.
- 14:30SPEAKER_02: They're like, hey, can you help me with that?
- 14:31SPEAKER_02: I'm ready to let it go, you know.
- 14:33SPEAKER_02: So they want to feel good.
- 14:34SPEAKER_02: That's how horses are.
- 14:36SPEAKER_02: And sometimes they can take more than one session, you know, but often there's really big changes in just one session.
- 14:44SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: Oh, that is so interesting.
- 14:48SPEAKER_01: I love how you said you work with the horses that have passed, too.
- 14:51SPEAKER_01: It's almost like their spirits come back, and in a lot of ways they come back through you to help you work through some other horses' problems.
- 15:03SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's incredible, Kate.
- 15:06SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 15:08SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: Well, and you mentioned a lot of times when you're working with the horses, they will chew, they will yawn.
- 15:16SPEAKER_01: And can you explain to our listeners that have not been around horses a lot, what that sign really means when they are doing that?
- 15:26SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 15:27SPEAKER_02: So a lot of it is calming signals and release signals.
- 15:30SPEAKER_02: So usually what I look for is a bowel movement of some sort where they're releasing usually within during the session or within a couple minutes of it finishing.
- 15:41SPEAKER_02: That's if I'm in person.
- 15:44SPEAKER_02: The licking and chewing is, for me, I've always thought of it as contentment, as a yes signal, an understanding.
- 15:52SPEAKER_02: It's called a calming signal, but it is that the horse is relaxing.
- 15:56SPEAKER_02: They're more parasympathetic.
- 16:00SPEAKER_02: Yawning is something I also do when I do this clearing work.
- 16:03SPEAKER_02: I warn people.
- 16:04SPEAKER_02: I can yawn.
- 16:05SPEAKER_02: I can burp.
- 16:07SPEAKER_02: It's oxygen in the body.
- 16:08SPEAKER_02: It's moving energy.
- 16:09SPEAKER_02: Again, we are energy beings.
- 16:12SPEAKER_02: We're in physical form, but we're really energy beings so it's an understanding of energy it's an energy intelligence that we have to have and then I look for soft eyes I look for a horse relaxing I worked out a horse that I didn't know until after that was a really tense kind of bossy lead horse that I heard people mumbling when they brought him into the arena for me to work on him and I'm like but I don't want to know these things don't tell me in advance and so I didn't know much about him and I was there to practice a chakra thing that I was doing.
- 16:47SPEAKER_02: And then he just totally dropped in and relaxed and was super quiet.
- 16:53SPEAKER_02: You could tell he was receiving.
- 16:55SPEAKER_02: And I would imagine this is how body workers also feel when they're working on humans.
- 17:00SPEAKER_02: If a human's holding on and really tense, they're still in a lot of control energy versus really letting go and surrendering.
- 17:06SPEAKER_02: And that's what the horses do through a lot of these signals.
- 17:09SPEAKER_02: They're releasing energy.
- 17:10SPEAKER_02: They're surrendering.
- 17:11SPEAKER_02: They're allowing that parasympathetic nervous system to just turn on and be there and they receive they teach me so much about receiving because they really quickly receive and they quickly let go and we tend to as humans
- 17:25SPEAKER_01: yeah Oh, my.
- 17:27SPEAKER_01: That was a great explanation of what they do because I know mine, when my natural barefoot tremors here, I have one that he shows so much of that.
- 17:40SPEAKER_01: He'll put his foot down when she's done and tests it like, okay, does this feel good?
- 17:45SPEAKER_01: And when it does, I mean, he's just licking his lips like, oh, my, thank you.
- 17:50SPEAKER_01: That felt so good.
- 17:51SPEAKER_01: I can totally relate.
- 17:54SPEAKER_01: I just love that.
- 17:56SPEAKER_01: They talk to us in so many ways if you just watch them.
- 18:00SPEAKER_01: It is so beautiful.
- 18:02SPEAKER_01: That's incredible.
- 18:04SPEAKER_01: And I've seen a picture of you and your beautiful paint, Phoenix, and how you were laying on her one day when she was laying down.
- 18:11SPEAKER_01: And you could just see in her eyes.
- 18:13SPEAKER_01: She was so relaxed, like, this is great.
- 18:16SPEAKER_01: This is what we're just connecting with one another.
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: I thought that was so beautiful.
- 18:24SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 18:25SPEAKER_01: Well, Why do you think this is so important to help even people heal by using the horses in your animal communication coaching?
- 18:40SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so what's interesting, so there's two kind of answers to that.
- 18:44SPEAKER_02: One is when I think of my clients who come for personal growth work, they– They love working with me, but they really love working with the horses, right?
- 18:59SPEAKER_02: And so I think sometimes that they can get really clear, direct guidance from a horse.
- 19:03SPEAKER_02: It sometimes lands more.
- 19:04SPEAKER_02: It lands more than just another human to human telling someone, hey, have you considered such and such?
- 19:10SPEAKER_02: My mare once said to a client, we both got to a point where we're like, okay, what do you do next?
- 19:16SPEAKER_02: And I just heard her say, rise.
- 19:19SPEAKER_02: And it actually, it's creating a book in me because it was a really powerful moment.
- 19:24SPEAKER_02: She just said, rise.
- 19:25SPEAKER_02: And I just looked at the Kai and I said, she's saying to rise.
- 19:29SPEAKER_02: And then it was just this like huge, deep impact that became so like a big power word for her.
- 19:35SPEAKER_02: And it is something I think that lands deeper when we're using the actual words of the animal for the client.
- 19:45SPEAKER_02: They will take it to heart more and practice it and say, well, this horse told me such and such, so I have to do it, right?
- 19:52SPEAKER_02: There's a deeper element of commitment.
- 19:54SPEAKER_02: to it and it's really unique right it's it's a really unique situation to have an animal talk directly to you and most people don't get that right like there's the whole Mr.
- 20:05SPEAKER_02: Ed thing but it's like how do you really understand that wow this beautiful sentient being of course has a voice and of course can speak in its own way why wouldn't that be so powerful to someone to actually hear the words from an animal right so that's on my client side and then on the other way it really helps humans to heal is when they get information from their own animal about what their animal needs from them and just did this recently in Facebook Live when an animal is like, hey, I really need you to get more present with me or I really need you to come here and explain what we're going to do together and not just grab me and take me places, right?
- 20:46SPEAKER_02: And actually really talk to me more and really get out of the mental space, right?
- 20:52SPEAKER_02: Like Phoenix has said to me, she needs me to do certain things around power.
- 20:56SPEAKER_02: Like I need to step into my leadership more with her.
- 20:59SPEAKER_02: She does not want me being super sweet all the time i need to get big with her and i don't always want to do that but it's something she's asked for as a way that for her to respect me more and trust me more because she's lee mare and she wants me to step into that too and she doesn't want me to be as a human the bottom of the horse hierarchy around her she wants me to step up as an equal to her So, you know, these are really powerful legs that help us go deeper with our own personal transformation because we're like, I got to do this for my horse, but I also have to do this for myself.
- 21:34SPEAKER_02: And my horse knows what's best for me.
- 21:36SPEAKER_02: My horse sees me.
- 21:37SPEAKER_02: They know where I struggle.
- 21:38SPEAKER_02: They know what I need.
- 21:40SPEAKER_02: And maybe I should just listen to them because I'm going to have a better life and become a better version of myself,
- 21:46SPEAKER_01: too.
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: Oh, my.
- 21:50SPEAKER_01: Oh, how beautifully put.
- 21:52SPEAKER_01: That is just gorgeous.
- 21:53SPEAKER_01: So basically, I mean, I've always been told that a horse knows how you feel before you ever get to them.
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: So what they are trying to do is to tell us to step into the person that we can really be.
- 22:07SPEAKER_01: That is, oh, my.
- 22:09SPEAKER_01: How beautiful.
- 22:10SPEAKER_01: And I love how you said Phoenix is the lead mare, so she wants you to be right along beside her as a lead person also.
- 22:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:20SPEAKER_01: Oh, that is incredible.
- 22:22SPEAKER_01: That is really, really neat, Kate.
- 22:24SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 22:26SPEAKER_01: I just love all of this.
- 22:28SPEAKER_01: This is just so interesting.
- 22:31SPEAKER_01: How long have you been doing this animal communications in the equine partner coaching program?
- 22:39SPEAKER_02: I have been coaching with horses for about six, six and a half years.
- 22:43SPEAKER_02: And then the work with– it came in about– within the first year, which was really great.
- 22:50SPEAKER_02: And I actually had been hearing the horses before that, but it was more surprise hearings.
- 22:56SPEAKER_02: Like I was like, wait, did that horse just ask me where the kids are?
- 22:59SPEAKER_02: Because she loves working with kids.
- 23:00SPEAKER_02: And I wasn't as trusting of it as much.
- 23:04SPEAKER_02: So it's been about five years.
- 23:07SPEAKER_02: And then I've done about three different trainings with different individuals or four.
- 23:11SPEAKER_02: And I follow a lot of different animal communicators.
- 23:14SPEAKER_02: And I'm it's our own animals you know as gifted as I may be it can be you know challenging to read our own animals sometimes because our emotions in the way or because we think we might know something or we have different skill sets some people are really good at knowing hey this is I think actually the nutrition that your animal might need right versus something else that's maybe more about emotional I still usually go to the horses myself first but like with my cats I definitely go to someone else.
- 23:49SPEAKER_02: And so I think it's important to have adult communicators around when you need them.
- 23:57SPEAKER_01: Oh, yes.
- 23:57SPEAKER_01: It's kind of like each one maybe has just a little different special gift as an animal communicator.
- 24:05SPEAKER_01: And you can all help one another grow and benefit from each other.
- 24:10SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 24:11SPEAKER_01: That's called teamwork, girl.
- 24:13SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 24:15SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 24:16SPEAKER_01: Love that.
- 24:17SPEAKER_01: Well, as we start to come to a close on this interview that has gone so quickly, what are some final thoughts that you would like to leave with all of our listeners today, Kate?
- 24:31SPEAKER_02: Yeah, thank you.
- 24:32SPEAKER_02: I think one big one is if you're listening and you're an equine-assisted coach, therapist, therapist, you're in the equine-assisted learning space, or even the trainer, right?
- 24:44SPEAKER_02: I think that it's really important to get some training in animal communication.
- 24:50SPEAKER_02: This is why I'm creating a training program that brings in the animal communication skills so that equine coaches can be more powerful in their work so that they can honor and partner with the horses even more.
- 25:03SPEAKER_02: And it's not about using horses or using horses as tools or just having Thank you so much.
- 25:39SPEAKER_02: So I think, yeah, that's kind of my suggestion as to if that resonates.
- 25:56SPEAKER_02: to look into it because it's really like actually saying you know I'm going to have a clear communication with my partner in this program and you want to be able to hear your horse you want to be able to hear when they're saying I don't really want to work with this client today can you pick another horse or I don't feel so great after that client can you help clear me or you know this client really needs this and sometimes they'll do stuff through body language but what if we could take our skills even further than just reading body language Yes.
- 26:27SPEAKER_02: Oh, wow.
- 26:31SPEAKER_01: Well, now you mentioned you're doing some classes.
- 26:35SPEAKER_01: How can some of our listeners, where can they connect with you so they can look into connecting and getting involved in your classes?
- 26:45UNKNOWN: Yes.
- 26:45SPEAKER_02: Sure.
- 26:46SPEAKER_02: So my current website is ConsciousRockstar.com.
- 26:49SPEAKER_02: It is changing in the near future to KateNelligan.com and that is where everything will be.
- 26:56SPEAKER_02: And then I have a Facebook group called Equine Rockstars and my Instagram is Kate Nelligan Equine Coach.
- 27:03SPEAKER_02: And so I'm happy to have a conversation with anyone that's interested in exploring this.
- 27:07SPEAKER_02: It really, there's a process of learning trust through this and a process of learning confidence because we can doubt ourselves.
- 27:15SPEAKER_02: But the Horses are here to help us with that so that we can step into this and just offer more powerful programs.
- 27:21SPEAKER_02: I think those are going to be the programs that people choose in the future more than any other program.
- 27:27SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 27:28SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's great.
- 27:29SPEAKER_01: And we will post your social media links so our listeners can connect with you.
- 27:35SPEAKER_01: Oh, Kate, I just want to thank you so much for being my guest today.
