Faith in the Ashes – Job Chapter 3 (10/28/26 Bible Class)

Orangeburg (SC) Church of Christ Audio · Oct 29, 2026

Job Chapter 3 sits in a place of raw emotion. A man who has lost basically everything but the breath in his lungs has come to a point of desperation, and doesn’t hold back his emotions. Yet even in his grief, Job does not speak with irreverence toward God, nor does he fail to trust in God’s sovereignty. He speaks from his anguish and he asks questions, and we have permission to do the same.
