Transcript
- 0:00Alright, tough news. What Disney princess as you feel like you're just these
- 0:04innocent things that we all love. Everybody loves a good Disney princess. However
- 0:08by some of us more than others. Pike, Well, the University of
- 0:10California couldn't just let Well enough be. They had to do his study that
- 0:17found that Disney princesses are more damaging to young girls self esteem. Now they
- 0:23say that because these Disney films with thin princesses being reinforced the social narrative that
- 0:27thinness is a more socially desirable feature. They set up a child's playing with
- 0:32a toy that is more realistic body type, They're more likely to develop more
- 0:36realistic views on body shape. Okay, it posts as a question who was
- 0:39a Disney princess you had a crush on growing up? Seven Disney characters were
- 0:44open it up boys, girls, animals, whoever easy one Pike, Yeah,
- 0:50Jasmine Aladdin, Jasmine Meal, what a treasure? James imagining himself on
- 0:59a little magic carpet. Let'll tell you what. That carpet would have to
- 1:02be reinforced if I was riding a pike. And I also also need to
- 1:06be a little bigger so that there would be room for Jasmine on at that
- 1:07pipe. And they get the tiger. What was the tiger's name? I
- 1:11don't think he didn't get on the oka. He's pretty big. I'm tiger.
- 1:15Is there anybody out there who had a crush on Jaffar Club? While
- 1:19he was like a skeletal, disgusting man, you know, sort of got
- 1:23the bad boy thing going. He handled that rod really well. You know
- 1:26that's staff that he had. Heck of a staff. And when he looked
- 1:32in his eyes, you couldn't help yourself. Oh you know, he did
- 1:34have some hypnotizing eyes. Iago commentating in the background, I know who.
- 1:38I had a big thing for it growing and still and still do, even
- 1:42though the more I think about it, the more weird it is. But
- 1:44you never watched the Goofy movie. Oh yeah, Rocks, Max's crushed.
- 1:51She is so adorable, so cute. You know how they make these Disney
- 1:55girls like, well, she had that mole. She had a mole,
- 1:57right, she had the beautiful hair, and then she's always holding her books
- 1:59like she's looking all kids, a real life Roxhamp. But then I realized
- 2:04that she was a dog. I think yeah, and they were in high
- 2:06school as well. But ye, cartoon, she's probably fully grown. Now,
- 2:09what about like on the print side of things, inter Gracie, did
- 2:13you have a crush on a Disney boy growing up? Prince Eric's pretty attractive,
- 2:15but not on the prince side. Shrek when he turns into a human
- 2:20human Shrek human Shrek, this is a Disney conversation, I know, but
- 2:24he's still animated. Save your picks are picks for somebody else. Yet you're
- 2:29no Shreky, I forget what Shrek and human form looked like, handsome,
- 2:31better than the alternative, right, the ogre form, although he had his
- 2:36own certain charm, didn't he? Boy, he was a charming fellow.
- 2:39His ears were a little bit pokey out for me, speaking of animals that
- 2:43were attractive, Pike, did you ever notice in the Lion King Nala becomes
- 2:49grown and she's kind of getting a little rolling in the hay with Simba.
- 2:53Oh yeah, there's a moment where she's kind of standing there and there's a
- 2:58they draw a line right down the middle and they give her cleavage. Come
- 3:01on, yeah, I never noticed the cleavage. I know the scene though
- 3:05it was rewatch absolutely romantic boy. Oh yeah, come on, Ellen,
- 3:13you know this is the first time I felt love, felt like as a
- 3:15young arm and toasty right now. Absolutely, I will say on the opposite
- 3:19the end of the spectrum, when Simba is transitioning to an adult, there's
- 3:23the one scene where he like he goes from like the baby Simba that Jonathan
- 3:27Taylor Thomas played, But there's like kind of teenage Simba for like just for
- 3:30just a little cut splits and he's got just a little like a mohawk haircut.
- 3:34I mean, he's the ugliest line you've ever seen, So I that
- 3:37would be my pick of the ugliest Disney characters. Teenage Simba. In the
- 3:43morning, Big Nutty eight point seven, we have a very very exciting round
- 3:46of our favorite Friday hypothetical situation game, famously known as I've been hearing about
- 3:53this everywhere. Like where I name a place Hornbocker's on forty second, it's
- 3:59called what do you Do? There is not a Hornbockers on fourth, Yes,
- 4:02there is street, Yeah, the one the mall is on. There's
- 4:05not a Hornbocker's on the street. Oh wait a minute, boom right right
- 4:09north of thirteenth, Daddy right there's a taco bell right there. All right,
- 4:14I hadn't considered the north side of thirteen. Wow, you're just you
- 4:16know you never do and that's your only flaw. Well, this is a
- 4:20game where we give each other brutal hypothetical situations where you know, really you
- 4:25find out what you're made of. So filling in for a Manda's Day is
- 4:28our afternoon show host James. I know you've been very excited to play.
- 4:31What do you do? So, without further ado, one you go first.
- 4:33Why don't you hit me with the first hypothetical situation? Go ahead,
- 4:36Pike, You're attending the eighteenth Blanket one eighty two show of your life.
- 4:40This time accurate? Is it close? I just took I picked a random
- 4:44now, No, it's not that many. It's like eight this time.
- 4:46They've come to the all new, remodeled Fargodome. So this must be a
- 4:49couple of years in the future. You've had a few beers. You need
- 4:51to hit one of those new roomy or remodeled restrooms at the new Fargodome.
- 4:57Just then you see it gen to walk out with a hefty hu of toilet
- 5:00paper attached to their shoe. Pike hefty. Hefty makes me think it's like
- 5:08used. I didn't think that when I wrote the word hefty. What do
- 5:13you do? I probably try to grab a photo of it and then go
- 5:17back to my seat and say, hey, guys, let's check out with
- 5:20this head on his shoe? Would you? Would you? I mean,
- 5:27if you're standing right there, I maybe you know they're probably on the heft?
- 5:30Would you? Are you asking me what I would do? This is
- 5:31no, that's not how this game works. I mean, what would you
- 5:34do? Though? Hypothetically I can't tell you because that's not how this game
- 5:36works. Maybe I'll ask the same question. Right, No, I think
- 5:40it's funny. It's not hurting him, but it's giving other people laugh.
- 5:43And if I can spread a little joy throughout the concourse or other people,
- 5:46sign me up, all right, James. Hypothetical situation. You're at the
- 5:49bar on forty two Street. The bar when a guy approaches you with a
- 5:56suspicious, tethered looking suit case. Tethered, one of the kinds on wheels,
- 6:01tethered, very suspicious, looks like there might be a bomb or something
- 6:04in there. Got it? He says, hey, man, can you
- 6:08watch my stuff? While I run to my car. If you do,
- 6:11I'll buy you a beer. So, James, you don't know when he's
- 6:16coming back, right? If ever, and it's the most tethered, suspicious
- 6:21looking suitcase, what do you do? You keep saying tethered as if that's
- 6:26a I don't know what that means. Tathered, Yeah, heathered, weathered,
- 6:29feathered, heathered? What is the word if it like a rugged looking
- 6:31suitcase, like it's all ripped up Gracie pullout, you're thesaurus? Would you
- 6:35thank you? James? What do you do? Boy Pike? I watched
- 6:39the bag and I take the beer. Is that right? I've watched a
- 6:42bag or two in my day. What if he never comes back and all
- 6:45of a sudden, the swat team comes in and they're like, oh my
- 6:46god, get him, get him down on the ground, and the suitcase
- 6:49is full of drugs or something. That's just why would I don't know,
- 6:51Why would you let your suitcase worth filled with drugs you're about to sell just
- 6:56sit there. That would be dumb, I don't know. But not to
- 6:58mention. What if he's just trying to abandon in the suitcase. Now you're
- 7:00saddled with this weird looking suitcase all night. There's definitely no there's a time
- 7:03limit. I mean, you got ten minutes. You can get anything done
- 7:06that you need to get done in ten minutes that you would need to abandon
- 7:10your peg for you in general, No, surely there's tasks that take a
- 7:14little longer. Not in my world. Pipe, Well, tell me what's
- 7:17your second What do you do? You're pulling into your third McDonald's visit of
- 7:21the day. Accurate now to get some steps in, you choose to park
- 7:26in the lot and go inside instead in order from the counter interest. Rare,
- 7:30rare occasion. I haven't seen the inside of a store, and sometime,
- 7:34upon parking, the Nissan seems to bump the car adjacent to you.
- 7:39Nobody sees you. The damage is minimal, in fact, it's almost unnoticeable.
- 7:45So Pike and my My Nissan's fine. Twenty eleven. I think the
- 7:54Nissa, what do you do? Will you hit him? Anyway? So
- 7:57it doesn't matter if the Nissan. Now I've done this before, I'm not
- 8:00shamed to say I'll drive away, Yeah, I have to. I mean
- 8:01I'll look around. Yeah, but if there's no noticeable damage, because you
- 8:05know why, because people have done it to me so many times I feel
- 8:07scorned and this is my way of getting back at those people. I have
- 8:09a my car. Randomly I walked out. I don't know if it's this
- 8:13building, or if it's maybe at the grocery store or something. Just randomly
- 8:16scrape on the side just right. I mean, it's super annoying because it's
- 8:18gonna cost me five hund bucks to fix and I haven't fix it. But
- 8:20on my car looks like a junk, you know, And that's the best
- 8:22thing about driving a bit of a clunker. Okay, my Nissan. I
- 8:26give it a bad reputation, but it's fine like a clunker, and it
- 8:30smells horrible in the outside. It's it's getting there. It's scuffed up.
- 8:33But the nice thing is I treat it like it's a bumper car at the
- 8:35Rent River Valley Fair, I just don't care if I bump into a fire
- 8:39hydrant. Whoop sees on with my day. Now, if I had a
- 8:41nice car, I'd be constantly anxious and being the guy parking on the other
- 8:46side of the parking to avoid that. That's not for me, it's not
- 8:48for you to mention. It's a depreciating asset. Okay, Gordon Ramsey or
- 8:52whatever. That guy's name is, Dave Ramsey, thank you, thank you
- 8:56all right, James, okay, correct d Johnson. Hypothetical number two,
- 9:01What do you do? Your next door neighbor is a vampire? Got it?
- 9:07His name's Dan. One day, oh man, on your way to
- 9:11work, no, hang with me here, you notice you've got blood pouring
- 9:15out of both of your ear holes. So you go into the walk in
- 9:18clinic. Turns out you have the ebola virus. The doctor gives you three
- 9:24months to live. Now you remember the fact that your neighbor Dan is an
- 9:28immortal, blood sucking vampire who could hypothetically give you immortality by turning you into
- 9:37a vampire. So, James, there's so many things to think about.
- 9:41Absolutely, how much time do we have shows over a ten? Give you
- 9:46two hours or so? Okay, go ahead, what do you do?
- 9:50Well? First, first gut instinct is to go get the bite to save
- 9:54my life, right, But then I start thinking, you know, the
- 9:56vampire is m what if that mixes with the bowl and creates a superbug that
- 10:01destroys the earth. That's a long shot. Is it worth? Is it
- 10:03worth me becoming a mortal to release that upon society. Okay, so then
- 10:09in that situation, it's just you and Dan left or what well and the
- 10:13rest of vampires a bus and there's more than one vampire. No, no,
- 10:16no, I mean wait, just you just happen to live next to
- 10:18the one vampire whole planet. Yes, so now never bit anyone before,
- 10:22and it's like now I'm hungry. No, he exhibits a great amount of
- 10:26self control, this vampire you live next to. Yeah, that's it.
- 10:30And what do you do with a friend, Jake? I think that I
- 10:33to wrap it up, Pike. I think I'm taking the bite bite it
- 10:35is. I think it'd be better. Now here's a quit. Where would
- 10:39you like him to bite you? Well, of course on the classic zone
- 10:41with the upper neck. Yeah, right there, right there in the a
- 10:46order, you know, would you like to feel is warm breath on your
- 10:50neck? But I was just gonna say, Pike, I prefer a female
- 10:52vampire. But thank you in the morning. I don't want to make light
- 10:56of a potential world war or a scenario. However, things are getting intense
- 11:03over in the I believe Middle East where Iran Israel near Iraq, near Iraq.
- 11:11Al right, great, so there was a weightlifting competition, a big,
- 11:13one, big weightlifting competition. Now, Mustafa Rahy, he is an
- 11:18Iranian weightlifter. Okay, throw up some metal, I'll tell you what that
- 11:22he absolutely can. In fact, he got himself first place. Relations Now,
- 11:26unfortunately for Mustafa, the runner up in the weightlifting event was Maxim Seversky
- 11:33of Israel. I. Was gonna say, he doesn't sound like he's from
- 11:37Israeli competitor Maxim Seversky. Now, now this would normally be headline news,
- 11:43especially not on the pike in Amanda in the morning show. We don't generally
- 11:45cover weightlifting. However, after the event, Mustafa, remember he got first
- 11:50place, lifted the most weight, he decided to show an act of sportsmanship
- 11:54as one would after an event. Oh boy, and he shook the hand
- 11:58of the Israeli runner up, Vaccine Severski. Well, unfortunately for Mustafa,
- 12:03Iran doesn't recognize Israel as an independent nation. Therefore, Iran does not allow
- 12:09any contact with Israelites. So Mustafa has now been banned from from competition indefinitely.
- 12:18He's received a lifetime ban from the Weightlifting Federation. They've referred to the
- 12:24handshake is quote unforgivable. Yeah, what are you doing? It's it's still
- 12:30too hard. I mean there's in fifty years it's going to be like I
- 12:33can't keep up this. It's a lot of rules. There's a lot of
- 12:37rules, and that's why I generally don't show sportsmanship at all, whether it's
- 12:39a golf match or even going back to my childhood, they ever tell you
- 12:43a story, but after a wrestling match, if you ever been like a
- 12:46youth wrestling tournament, he's just competing. Just ko, did you really?
- 12:48I feel like everybody was a baby. Wrestled as a second grader, sixth
- 12:52grade, tell and I wrestled all through my high school career. But the
- 12:56first time I showed up to the wrestling practice, I thought is because I
- 12:58was so obsessed with WWF. I thought I was going to like get in
- 13:03a ring, did you throw the people's elbow and on a costume? Get
- 13:05put my sock on my hand called vistors soko. It was not that.
- 13:09But anyway, I lost his match one time, and the kid was just
- 13:13such a punk and he was just like irking me on and so I poked
- 13:16him in the eyehall like afterwards, you know, at the podium ceremony much
- 13:22like that where this handshake took place. I remember, and I could still
- 13:24remember the feeling of my finger entering his eye socket. I know that top
- 13:30it may have I've not seen the kid's sense, So if there's somebody running,
- 13:33I want to say he was from like Lisbon or something with an I
- 13:35patched the other day. Did he look like he used to wrestle in first
- 13:39grade? Yeah? Oh god, that's tough. That's tough to hear it
- 13:43was him. But if anybody knows this one eyed demand, if they could
- 13:48send him my way, I'd like to make amends in the morning. Get
- 13:56Ready Ready, Teaze piping old Selena Felena Gomez might be enjoying her single era,
- 14:09but it doesn't mean she isn't thinking about the future. She says,
- 14:11you got to be cool man, not cool in the sense that people think
- 14:15you're cool. You gotta just be nice and like, please make me laugh,
- 14:18and also just be good to my family and people around you. Selina
- 14:20said about what she's looking for in a future partner, Oh, he goes.
- 14:24I think I have standards, and I think I live in a world
- 14:28right now where boys confuse standards with high maintenance. Interesting, Huh what are
- 14:33your standards, James? Would you say? Uh? Hi, I believe
- 14:37that you know what and you deserve it whatever it is that you expect.
- 14:39What are your standards? Pipe say? And then the band I'm very low,
- 14:43which is why I named my wildly popular local cover band after Is that
- 14:48why you ask me so that I would ask you so you could do a
- 14:50plug discrrect? How you doing him? League? Timbo Timberland has teas a
- 14:56new collab with Nellie for Tado and justin Timberland. It is out. It's
- 15:01called Keep Going Up. That's huge. That would have been big fifteen years
- 15:03ago. But let's let's see what them here you go. It's called keep
- 15:09Going Up. That Timberlake can sing. Though. You know, the first
- 15:22time I listened to this morning, I was like, nah, but I've
- 15:24done that too many times before. Where the first time I hear a song,
- 15:26I just think there's nothing there and then it goes on to be like
- 15:30a smash number one hit. I'll tell you the first time I heard that.
- 15:31Last night's song by Morgan wall Is in his name Morgan Wallen, what's
- 15:35a book called it? Morgan Wallen? That makes me happy? The first
- 15:39time I heard that, I was like, nah, really, I haven't
- 15:43been able to avoid it since I was the upset on that one. That
- 15:45one. When I first heard it, I was like, Oh, I
- 15:46guess you have a better ear than me. But I'm excited for those three
- 15:50back together. Nelly for toddo haven't heard of her in a minute. This
- 15:52is the original, This is way better break it up. This is uh,
- 15:58this doesn't have JT on it, but I think this is for the
- 16:02first several years of her career. I thought it was just Nelly's last name
- 16:06was for Tato. Well they sound the same. This this could be nell
- 16:10Let's easily. Charlie's thron revealed one of her major beauty regrets. Forty eight
- 16:18year old star of Fast X, She opened up about fragrances and a cringey
- 16:22trend she participated in back in the day. Pike, he got a guess
- 16:27back in the day, big baggy pants. Although those were back in it
- 16:30seems hands down thin eyebrows in the nineties. Hated them. Oh thin eye.
- 16:36Yeah, they just kept getting thinner and thinner, to the point where
- 16:37people were just drawing them on, which is pointless. They got so thin
- 16:41that you just shave them off, and then you'd put them back and look
- 16:45worse. I once saw eyebrows so thin you couldn't even see them. Wow.
- 16:49Yeah, it makes you wonder if they're even there. I am breaking
- 16:52news. I'm sorry to interrupt, James, Okay, that's your thing.
- 16:56But yeah, as you know, a big blank family. This is also
- 17:00a Kardashian related potentially. Blink whin eighty two is just about to start their
- 17:03tour over in Europe, just posted on their story due to an urgent family
- 17:07matter, Travis Barker, the husband of Courtney Kardashian, has had to return
- 17:11home to the States. More information in regards soon. But you have to
- 17:17wonder if there's something going on with that baby, because she's pregnant. Well,
- 17:19there's the baby, there's the I mean, it's also the Chloe Kardashian
- 17:23legal name change situation with her in triest In Thompson's kid. Maybe it's a
- 17:26big family affair. It could be a you think he flew back overseas because
- 17:30Chloe finally named her thirteen month old baby. Yeah, it's possible. I
- 17:33mean, maybe they're having some sort of a baby shower post baby imagine post
- 17:38birth. I imagine having tickets to a Blink when eighty two show and it's
- 17:41canceled because Travis had to get home for a baby shower. Come on the
- 17:47season, Spike, what season? I'm sorry, I said, Spike,
- 17:51It's spooky season. I love it. Not a sps in this story.
- 17:53Spirit Halloween and Fargo opens tomorrow. Nice. It will occupy the former Gordman's
- 18:00location again this year. Fargoes the home to a new Halloween store as well.
- 18:04This year. Oh yeah, who do we have in town? We
- 18:07have Little Halloween coming, Pike. Oh well, welcome Little Halloween. It's
- 18:11gonna be on thirteen Tavenue. You know, I used to be a big
- 18:15Halloween guy, but now I prefer a little Halloween. They just put one
- 18:18pumpkin on the stoop instead of too. No, I don't even I even
- 18:21wasting be carved a pumpkin. I hate carving pumpkins. Bit's a sloppy mess.
- 18:25It's and it's just why am I doing this? And they never turned
- 18:27out how you want them to. I remember just thinking I had these elaborate
- 18:30plans with the pumpkins growing up, and they just turned out to look stupid
- 18:34every year. So I just gave up and started just to do your traditional
- 18:37like two triangle eyeballs. Really had a jagged little mouth. I just take
- 18:41the pumpkin from the store that I paid for, and I just put it
- 18:45on the stoop and then I'm done. Lazy bones. That's right, That's
- 18:48not how you celebrate hallow Zeve Burger King is headed a trial. A lawsuit
- 18:53against Burger King alleges that the Huopper looks bigger and fuller in advertising than it
- 18:59doesn't real life. Well, yeah, we know, right, nobody,
- 19:04if you're driving through Burger King, expect them that beautiful photo to come in
- 19:08your car. You're sorely customers are accusing Burger King of portraying the burgers is
- 19:12thirty five percent larger with double the meat pike. You know, it's about
- 19:17time people need to stop misleading customers. You know. In fact, I
- 19:19was part of a class action lawsuit. We collectively sued the Tuna Star Kissed
- 19:25Tuna because they were underfilling their cans. You did not really do I joined
- 19:29that, Yeah, I mean, I wasn't leading the charge. But anybody
- 19:32who ate the Tuna at any point in the last five years or whatever was
- 19:34able to get in on it. And how did you how did you do?
- 19:37Did you get what thirty? No, you actually had the choice.
- 19:40You could get twenty five dollars cash or fifty dollars in tuna. Did you
- 19:45take it? You took the tuna. I took the tuna. Yeah,
- 19:47yeah, wouldn't you take the tuna. That's a lot of tuna. That's
- 19:49a good amount of tuna. Well, good luck and court Burger king nobody
- 19:53dolphins who killed in those tuna cancers fifty cents being investigated for battery after throwing
- 19:57a microphone during his con in La on Wednesday. Oh yeah, the video
- 20:03was horrific. Dunk. I mean, he turns around and just if you
- 20:06played baseball or soopple, you know what a crow hop is, where you
- 20:08really get your whole body into it. Yeah, he crow hopped and chucked
- 20:11this microphone and it hit a lady, bunked a lady right in the head.
- 20:17And not just a lady one of our own James. Yeah, it
- 20:19was a rower one oh six radio personality Brianna Montague, and she was claimed
- 20:23she hitting the face by the mic, and there were some photos that appeared
- 20:26to show her being traded for a head wound. Now, mister Sent was
- 20:30apparently frustrated because he was handled several mics and none of them worked it.
- 20:34That's mister Sent, that right, Yeah, they are having sound issues,
- 20:38and his as a grown man, his answered to that was to chuck a
- 20:44miccause the handing of the another mike the equivalent of like, why don't you
- 20:48just restart the computer? Like, sometimes that's not going to solve the problem.
- 20:52When mister Sent got angry, seventy percent of the time, it does.
- 20:56Your office engineer will tell you that that's right. Please believe he was
- 21:00throwing that microphone towards the crew at backstage. But he's got a terrible toss
- 21:04on him and he flunked the lady in the face. So he's just he's
- 21:10just fitty, all right. Well, but you know the thing about fitty
- 21:12is he's like roided up. So if he's really angry and he throws something,
- 21:15is he could have went right through her. Absolutely could have killed her.
- 21:18Dang near did absolutely rector did he did? He? Is he back
- 21:23to being ripped fifty because remember the Super Bowl when he was hanging upside down,
- 21:27everybody's kind of teasing him for being a little heavy flabby. You know,
- 21:30I never watched that Super Bowl performance. I watch it every weekend,
- 21:33really really, Oh dude, it's iconic. And that's the thing is everyone's
- 21:37like cool with eminem and and I'm just like, I don't know. I
- 21:40just can't bring myself to watch it. When Dray gets up on the keys,
- 21:42he starts playing still Dray, he starts hitting the ivory. He's tickling
- 21:47that crap out of the ivories pike. Are you kidding me? Looks like
- 21:52I Am not going to be doing anything but watching that today. It's what
- 22:00what's the weather look like? It looks like it's gonna be sunny, good
- 22:03for a horse ride and ninety one lock it in like in an in the
- 22:10morning on Big Nutty eight point seven. All right, So last night A
- 22:14Morgan Wallen last night, Oh my gosh, you just said last night.
- 22:18I didn't even try to, but it was last night. He was performing
- 22:21in Pittsburgh, the capital of Pennsylvaniansylvania. Of course I thought it was eerie.
- 22:26No hershe got it anyway that a brawl broke out. You know you've
- 22:30been to a concert, you get the drinks flown beforehand of course, and
- 22:33obviously these girls did because four girls were involved in a porta potty brawl.
- 22:41Straight up duke come out. Hair getting ripped out of people's head was okay.
- 22:45So the video, which is incredible inside of it, started with two
- 22:48women near a porta potty getting into it. And these girls are just like
- 22:52dressed, super cute. They got their little boots on, these country girls
- 22:56going out to the show, the fake country girls at a country showers pink
- 23:00boots. I mean, come on, you know, get real. I'm
- 23:03also, these two start duking it out. So one girl is in the
- 23:06porta potty and she hears the commotion. She's like, oh my god,
- 23:07I gotta get out of here, so she evacuates the doors open to the
- 23:10porta potty. The two girls who are just like pulling each other's hair,
- 23:12shuffle into the porta potty. So now they're full on duking it out in
- 23:17the john Well. Then outcomes another girl obviously has some fighting experience because she
- 23:22just straight up rips both of them out of the porta potty. Now you
- 23:26got three girls back in the porta potty and just a scene. My god,
- 23:30James, you gotta see the video. I want it. I want
- 23:33it. It's incredible. So of all the places to get into a fight,
- 23:37now it didn't tip over or anything, which would have been hilarious.
- 23:38It's ideal. Yeah, if you're gonna fight a part of potty, I
- 23:41thought you're gonna say. The one girl grabbed him both pulled him out of
- 23:44the porta potty and then just walked into it and shut the door. And
- 23:47then the little red slider went over because she really had to go. It's
- 23:49like, all right, enough here, I gotta go. Man. Porta
- 23:52potties are it's like a hostile place because especially if you're at like a big
- 23:56event and there's like a big line, you know, and then you don't
- 23:57know who like the first door available, it's like who gets it? You
- 24:00gotta keep tabs of who was there first, and then not to mention the
- 24:04whole like people getting upset when you open the door and they're in there.
- 24:07It's like, well, if you didn't want me to walk in on you,
- 24:10try using the lock. I witness a trial do that to a dude
- 24:12this weekend. How So she opened the door and he was like whoa,
- 24:17and she was like, I'm so sorry, but it was it was like
- 24:22so over the top where I was like, she she might have had other
- 24:26intentions. What do you think her intentions were? She was trying to get
- 24:29in there with him. Maybe she's getting a sneak a peek bike man.
- 24:32Listen. I will tell you I know a couple, not a couple.
- 24:33They were a couple for about forty five minutes. They were dance and we're
- 24:37at a concert and they were just getting hot and heavy and couldn't wait.
- 24:41You hear of that, Yeah, unbelievable. I think the smell would make
- 24:44me now ready to wait absolutely, okay, I can wait. No,
- 24:47Yeah, you know I was interested, but now the smell has got mean
- 24:51literally the last place, although I will say porta potties have come a long
- 24:52way when it comes to smell. I think we talked about this recently,
- 24:56you know what I mean. Like I remember in the nineties it was just
- 24:57rancid, no matter what. But nowadays, like I don't know what they
- 25:00did with the filtration system, but you know, it's not badened there.
- 25:03Thought it was just a bucket under there. I don't know who filter something.
- 25:07Something's going on. I don't know if they've come up with a new
- 25:10chemical that New green Water they put in there. That's really where Pike in
- 25:14Amna in the morning on seven. So the management came to us and they
- 25:19said, Hey, the new voice of the nacion who's here now. His
- 25:23name is Sam. He you know, he's going to come in and talk
- 25:26to you guys every Friday as you do every year, and you know,
- 25:29talk about the Bison football season what have you. And they said, well,
- 25:32you gotta come up with a name for the thing. And we're like,
- 25:33well, his name is Sam. So of course we couldn't take it
- 25:36seriously at all, but I'm thinking we call it wham bam, thank you,
- 25:38Sam. What do you think of that? I love it? I
- 25:41love it too, And of course the conversations brought to you by your friends
- 25:44at Gateway chevro Way. Are we ready here? Hey, Hey, good
- 25:48morning, Pike. I appreciate you. Sam. That's what we wanted to
- 25:53call it. Are we gonna call it that officially? I don't know.
- 25:56Are we allowed to call it that? Sam? We could call that,
- 25:57we call it Fridays? Was Sam? Am? I am? I don't
- 26:00know. Yeah, Sam, I am boring. I think wham damn,
- 26:03thank you Sam. It's there. You go say your last name Neiderman.
- 26:07Well, Sam just got to town. What now they want to go?
- 26:11Right? Yeah, it's been about six weeks almost, okay, So well,
- 26:15very exciting to have you as the new radio voice of the NDSU Bison.
- 26:18We got our first NDSU Bison football game. Yeah, it's here and
- 26:21we'll be down in Twin Cities at us Bank Stadium where the Vikings play in
- 26:25Minneapolis. So gonna be awesome. That's big time stays first experience. Yeah,
- 26:30never called a game at an NFL venue, So that's gonna be.
- 26:33As much as I hate the Vikings, I will can see they have a
- 26:37stadium, big Fanny, So fill me in. NDSU last year lost in
- 26:42the championship. Correct, Yes, lost the first time that NDSU had ever
- 26:47lost in the national ship. It's crazy. Yeah, and there Sam wasn't
- 26:49here. You think it had something to do with you not being here?
- 26:52Yeah? Yeah, I think maybe I could have been an X factor,
- 26:56you know, definitely could have could have changed the time. Yeah, absolutely,
- 27:00by a little good luck. Yeah, we're playing Eastern Washington, the
- 27:03Eagles. They are out in a town called Chenie, Washington. Didn't you
- 27:07come from Eastern Washington? YEA that that town was like thirty miles away from
- 27:11where I was. Were you in spoke hand? And then I was in
- 27:14Washington? Okay, it's awkward. So who are you rooting for? Let's
- 27:17not talk about it. Oh, Jay's gotta keeping Eastern wash guy over there,
- 27:22e w you. Yeah, let's go. And they've got the red
- 27:26turf out there. That's their unique thing there'xious red turf. Yeah, they
- 27:30call it the inferno, which is kind of funny. Now that's obnoxious.
- 27:37So they're gonna be playing on a green field, which it will be out
- 27:40of their elements. Will do you think it's going to be a smoke show?
- 27:44I mean last time, I remember every week it was like, how's
- 27:47the game gonna go? Oh, we're gonna smoke him? You know great?
- 27:49Is it gonna be the same situation this year? How we feeling?
- 27:52Yeah, i'd be forecasting a blow out here. I thinks you should would
- 27:56pretty handily. Yeah, they've got the upper hand in this one for Yeah,
- 28:00the season outlook, I mean, how are we feeling about coming into
- 28:03the twenty twenty three season? Frisco or bust baby? Yeah, Frisco.
- 28:07That's it. That's the only standard here at d SU so I think the
- 28:11guys are gonna come out and play with their hair on fire. There's a
- 28:14chip on the shoulder with this group. They're motivated. It's a great group
- 28:18of young men. So I'm excited to watch them go do their thing and
- 28:21drive for championship number ten. So, Sam Niederman, we decided, right
- 28:25Nierman, all right, we decided. We decided. Your last name was
- 28:29Sam? Bam Sam? Is that? Thank you? Sam? So it's
- 28:32gonna be great to have you here every week every Friday of the Bison regular
- 28:34season and get out there support the team. If you can't make it down
- 28:37to the Cities. When's the first home game here. It's gonna be a
- 28:41week from Saturday, so September nine against Maine in the Fargo Dolt. Now,
- 28:45a tailgate before you go into the booth or you know, I think
- 28:49I'm gonna do a little tailgating tour. Yeah, like I've heard all the
- 28:53stories about Bison tailgating. I've seen all the pictures. So yeah, you
- 28:57gotta get a little warm up, right, You got to get in there
- 29:00and mingle with the fans. So kiss some babies. Yeah, some difficult
- 29:04to not have a cocktail when you're at tailgate in the yeah, if to
- 29:08have somebody slapping things out of here, out of people's hands that they're trying
- 29:11to hand you right, you know, and you gotta you gotta keep it,
- 29:14you gotta keep it clean. But I mean, I will say that
- 29:17some of my best work has come when I've had a drink or tool,
- 29:18you know. Bam bam, Thank you, Sam. We'll see you next
- 29:23week. I appreciate it. Guys. Brought to you by our friends at Gateway Chevrolette
