Transcript
- 0:09Speaker 1: Hey everyone, and welcome back to another episode of Bucko Territory.
- 0:13Speaker 1: I'm Mark, aka Platinum Key, and joining me as always
- 0:16Speaker 1: is my co-host, Josh Harrison, aka Jay Hay. Noah Hiles
- 0:21Speaker 1: is usually on here. He's busy today, so you just
- 0:24Speaker 1: have to sit here and deal with Josh and I.
- 0:27Speaker 1: We're recording this Tuesday afternoon prior to the Pirates taking
- 0:31Speaker 1: on the San Francisco Giants at PNC Park tonight. So
- 0:35Speaker 1: coming off an off day, recording before a game, Figured
- 0:38Speaker 1: it might be a good time to ask our co-host
- 0:41Speaker 1: Josh a few questions from the fan base. So I
- 0:44Speaker 1: posted on Twitter, got a couple questions, some really good questions.
- 0:48Speaker 1: And then I'm going to also follow up with just
- 0:50Speaker 1: a few questions of my own that I think you
- 0:53Speaker 1: guys might be interested to hear from Josh. So Josh,
- 0:56Speaker 1: appreciate you being here, willing to answer some questions for
- 1:01Speaker 1: the fan base. I know some people are pretty excited,
- 1:03Speaker 1: so let's get right into it here. All right, our
- 1:06Speaker 1: first question. comes to us from nick gonzalez's mustache great
- 1:10Speaker 1: name great account on twitter if you haven't followed him
- 1:13Speaker 1: yet make sure to drop him a follow and uh
- 1:16Speaker 1: nick gonzalez's mustache asks what's your favorite memory as a
- 1:20Speaker 1: bucko josh.
- 1:23Speaker 2: Man i've had some pretty cool memories man uh on
- 1:27Speaker 2: the field off the field really good question because it's
- 1:30Speaker 2: kind of hard to narrow down to just one favorite
- 1:33Speaker 2: memory when you've had so many great ones um but
- 1:37Speaker 2: to name a few, um, one that I'm always adamant
- 1:39Speaker 2: about that could potentially be number one probably is, is
- 1:43Speaker 2: always my first walk off being on mother's day, uh,
- 1:46Speaker 2: with my mom and my grandma in the stands. Like
- 1:49Speaker 2: that's one that will always be special to me. Um,
- 1:52Speaker 2: given that I had, I think eight. So first one,
- 1:55Speaker 2: mom and grandma mother's day, that's always special to me, but.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Do you have the ball from that?
- 2:02Speaker 2: I do not. I do not. Um, but, um, Like,
- 2:07Speaker 2: you know, obviously got the walk-off home run, breaking up
- 2:10Speaker 2: the no-hitter.
- 2:12Speaker 3: Then obviously, you know, the playoff runs.
- 2:14Speaker 2: It's hard to not have those memories because that was
- 2:18Speaker 2: so cool to be a part of. And then, you know,
- 2:21Speaker 2: obviously signing my contract to be with the Pirates is
- 2:23Speaker 2: also another favorite memory because, you know, that's something that
- 2:26Speaker 2: was just, you know, history in itself for me and
- 2:29Speaker 2: my family and just, you know, allowed for us to,
- 2:32Speaker 2: you know, call Pittsburgh our second home.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Yeah, and Josh, you mentioned that playoff run, uh, saw
- 2:38Speaker 1: an article today from bucko ball, uh, that they mentioned
- 2:42Speaker 1: that the last time the pirates had a 1% chance
- 2:45Speaker 1: in September for the playoffs, which is what they have
- 2:48Speaker 1: right now was all the way back in 2016. So
- 2:51Speaker 1: it's been, yeah, a decade of meaningless baseball in September.
- 2:55Speaker 1: We finally have that. So yeah, hopefully, uh, some new
- 2:58Speaker 1: memories will be made here soon coming up. Um, next
- 3:02Speaker 1: question here coming up, uh, It's from Buccos, I guess
- 3:07Speaker 1: just Buccos, but Griffin is king, who asks, who is
- 3:10Speaker 1: your favorite current Pirates player? I'm intrigued by this one.
- 3:13Speaker 1: I have a couple guesses, but I.
- 3:15Speaker 3: Want to see. So that's another one, like favorite player.
- 3:19Speaker 3: I can't really say. Yeah, you know, they're all my favorite.
- 3:24Speaker 2: But I will say some guys that I enjoy watching,
- 3:30Speaker 2: just because– As I said, it's hard to narrow just
- 3:32Speaker 2: to one guy because I'm looking at a lot of
- 3:34Speaker 2: different areas of the game, offense, defense, pitching. And just
- 3:39Speaker 2: a couple guys to name. Brandon Lyle has been kind
- 3:43Speaker 2: of that even, steady kill. Presence in the locker room,
- 3:47Speaker 2: in the clubhouse, just kind of kept everybody on that
- 3:50Speaker 2: same wavelength. Even O'Hearn, even though he's been hurt when
- 3:54Speaker 2: he was there. And somebody that I've enjoyed watching, that
- 3:58Speaker 2: even though he's been hurt, getting a lock-in on him
- 4:01Speaker 2: was Spencer Horowitz. You know, seeing him take his at-bats. And,
- 4:06Speaker 2: you know, it's enough to go without saying, you know,
- 4:08Speaker 2: Brian Reynolds, when he's going right, you know, is a.
- 4:10Speaker 3: Guy that I enjoy watching.
- 4:12Speaker 2: But, you know, Brandon Lyle just being so even-keeled was
- 4:15Speaker 2: one that kind of just stood out to me, especially in–
- 4:18Speaker 2: it's probably one of the more mainstays of the guys
- 4:20Speaker 2: that I've mentioned this year just due to health.
- 4:23Speaker 3: And that's not to say that the other guys I
- 4:25Speaker 3: don't enjoy watching.
- 4:26Speaker 2: But, you know, it's refreshing to see somebody kind of
- 4:29Speaker 2: have that that, that calming energy that, you know, some
- 4:33Speaker 2: of these younger guys, you know, might need just in
- 4:37Speaker 2: a moment of, you know, calm down, take it a
- 4:39Speaker 2: game at a time. And, um, you know, those are
- 4:42Speaker 2: just a couple. And then on the pitching side, obviously Ashcraft, um,
- 4:46Speaker 2: you know, he's been pretty lights out and especially what
- 4:50Speaker 2: he's been doing, you know, here lately, it's been pretty
- 4:53Speaker 2: exciting to watch.
- 4:54Speaker 3: And, um, you know, those are just some guys.
- 4:57Speaker 2: And I mean, it goes without saying, even though guys,
- 4:59Speaker 2: people are probably like, Oh man, you know, I enjoy
- 5:01Speaker 2: watching Paul. Cause that's, that's, that's an arm that even
- 5:04Speaker 2: though it hasn't gone his way so far this year
- 5:07Speaker 2: without saying, you know what, when things are clicking, he's
- 5:10Speaker 2: a special arm to watch.
- 5:11Speaker 3: Um, yeah. And you know, it's been self.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:14Speaker 1: The way he goes about his business is yeah.
- 5:16Speaker 2: It's fun. Yeah. So, I mean, those are just some,
- 5:20Speaker 2: and then last one that I'll leave you with, um,
- 5:22Speaker 2: It's been a little bit of, you know, not the
- 5:24Speaker 2: greatest on defense, but Nick Gonzalez, man, you know, has
- 5:27Speaker 2: been somebody that even when I was in Pittsburgh, I
- 5:29Speaker 2: even told him like, man, what you're doing is not easy.
- 5:32Speaker 2: You know, a lot has been asked of you and,
- 5:34Speaker 2: you know, no complaints from him, no excuses. He's showing
- 5:37Speaker 2: up every day. So that's another guy, you know, hasn't
- 5:40Speaker 2: been the easiest road. And, you know, last one tips
- 5:42Speaker 2: off to my boy Mangum.
- 5:44Speaker 1: I was waiting for that one.
- 5:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:47Speaker 3: I love it.
- 5:48Speaker 1: You see, he, he got into a rundown the other day,
- 5:51Speaker 1: helped get Cruz to second. And I was just sitting
- 5:53Speaker 1: there like, if he could beat this out, we have
- 5:55Speaker 1: the best clip ever. But he still got his job done.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Just wasn't able to, you know, pull off the, the J.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Hey magic and still find out a way to end
- 6:03Speaker 1: up advancing.
- 6:04Speaker 3: So. Hey, he got the guy to advance. That's magic enough. Exactly.
- 6:09Speaker 1: And also to follow up on Lau, I've really appreciated
- 6:13Speaker 1: his post game comments as like, this playoff stretch or
- 6:18Speaker 1: the playoff hopes have faded. I feel like his mentality,
- 6:22Speaker 1: the way he just continued to harp on one game
- 6:24Speaker 1: at a time, not get ahead of themselves. I feel
- 6:27Speaker 1: like that leadership is really important for this clubhouse, for
- 6:31Speaker 1: how young everyone is. Brandon Lau's one, he's been a
- 6:34Speaker 1: part of a winning culture with the Rays before. And
- 6:37Speaker 1: so bringing that over, I think you hit the nail
- 6:39Speaker 1: on the head there, Josh, with how, how great he's
- 6:42Speaker 1: been and important he's been for this clubhouse. So, Excellent
- 6:45Speaker 1: pick as one of your favorite current pirates there. We're
- 6:48Speaker 1: going to take a quick break to hear a word
- 6:50Speaker 1: from our sponsors, but when we get back, some more
- 6:52Speaker 1: questions for Jay Hay.
- 6:55Speaker 4: Kratz, I think what people are seeing on the screen
- 6:57Speaker 4: and what we'll explain to the podcast audio crowd right
- 7:00Speaker 4: now is how I'm a little summer action with Fabletics,
- 7:03Speaker 4: and then you take us into fall and a little
- 7:05Speaker 4: more layering.
- 7:07Speaker 2: And here in the east, I'm still going to go
- 7:09Speaker 2: to the shore in the fall.
- 7:10Speaker 3: I love the shore in September.
- 7:12Speaker 2: You come in from the beach and You throw on
- 7:14Speaker 2: a sweatshirt like this, it's light, it's breathable, but you
- 7:17Speaker 2: know what?
- 7:17Speaker 3: It is so comfortable.
- 7:19Speaker 4: Yeah, and for me, I love working out, but also
- 7:22Speaker 4: I'm getting more into tennis, paddle, a little bit of pickleball,
- 7:25Speaker 4: all that. I want lightweight, breathable, comfortable, and affordable.
- 7:31Speaker 3: Let's talk about that.
- 7:32Speaker 4: The discounts for Fabletics are massive when you sign up
- 7:35Speaker 4: as a VIP. Shop now at fabletics.com to get 70%
- 7:40Speaker 4: to 80% off everything when you sign up as a
- 7:42Speaker 4: new VIP today. take a quick style quiz. Be sure
- 7:45Speaker 4: to select foul when prompted to unlock this offer. This
- 7:47Speaker 4: is a limited time offer, so don't wait. Again, that's
- 7:50Speaker 4: fabletics.com slash foul for 70 to 80% off everything as
- 7:54Speaker 4: a new VIP.
- 7:58Speaker 1: All right. Next question here is coming to us from
- 8:01Speaker 1: Tea Time, who asks, is Valdez better than you think?
- 8:04Speaker 1: Which is a a little platinum keyism there. Just someone's
- 8:08Speaker 1: better than you think. I like to say the Pirates
- 8:10Speaker 1: are better than you think. But I wanted to raise
- 8:13Speaker 1: this question to you, Josh, just because Esmeralda Valdez, we
- 8:16Speaker 1: talked about him a lot when he was on his
- 8:19Speaker 1: hot streak with the OPS over a thousand. Things have
- 8:22Speaker 1: kind of cooled down for him a little bit as
- 8:24Speaker 1: the league's adjusted. And we've seen a lot of strikeouts
- 8:28Speaker 1: from him recently, but also he's young. You're going to
- 8:32Speaker 1: see that as he adjusts. So Do you think Esmeralda
- 8:34Speaker 1: Valdez is better than we think right now?
- 8:40Speaker 2: I'm going to sit here and say yes and no,
- 8:43Speaker 2: just from a simple standpoint of coming into the season,
- 8:46Speaker 2: don't really know what the expectations for Esmeralda Valdez was.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Yeah, not to be like on a Jordan level.
- 8:53Speaker 3: You know what I mean?
- 8:54Speaker 2: So I say yes and no because, you know, he
- 8:57Speaker 2: kind of, I don't want to say flew under the radar, but,
- 8:59Speaker 2: you know, he hit his way and showed. And when
- 9:03Speaker 2: he came up, he obviously showed that there's something there
- 9:06Speaker 2: that is, you know, this is.
- 9:07Speaker 3: A special bat when he's making contact.
- 9:10Speaker 2: And in this moment, you mentioned young guy doesn't even
- 9:13Speaker 2: have a full season under his belt. So there's going
- 9:15Speaker 2: to be the ebbs and flows, the ups and downs,
- 9:18Speaker 2: the adjustments that need to be made up at the
- 9:21Speaker 2: big league level need to be made a lot faster,
- 9:24Speaker 2: especially in moments of, okay, in a struggling team, AAA,
- 9:28Speaker 2: they still might pitch to you.
- 9:30Speaker 3: Major leagues, you know. They're not going to pitch to you.
- 9:33Speaker 2: And those are all learning curves, learning experiences that he's
- 9:37Speaker 2: getting right now. So to say that better than you
- 9:40Speaker 2: all think, I don't think I really heard anybody knocking
- 9:44Speaker 2: down the door to say, oh, why is Esmeralda Valdez
- 9:47Speaker 2: starting in AAA? And I don't want people to say, oh, man,
- 9:52Speaker 2: he came up and now he's coming back down to earth. Like, yeah, see,
- 9:57Speaker 2: I don't want to say coming down to earth, but
- 9:58Speaker 2: his production shows you that no balls in the zone
- 10:01Speaker 2: he can do damage on. And for him, it's just
- 10:03Speaker 2: going to be a matter of controlling that. and being
- 10:06Speaker 2: consistent with it. So better than you think, I would
- 10:08Speaker 2: say yes, because now everybody is looking at him as
- 10:11Speaker 2: being part of the future pirate plans.
- 10:13Speaker 1: So yes. Yep, I completely agree. I mean, there was
- 10:15Speaker 1: a point where when we brought up Lake Bakker on
- 10:18Speaker 1: this show, like a month before Ezra and Valdez popped off,
- 10:22Speaker 1: we were like, maybe he would be like someone the
- 10:23Speaker 1: pirates could trade for Lake Bakker. I don't think that's
- 10:27Speaker 1: the case anymore after we've seen what he can do
- 10:30Speaker 1: at the level of MLB. Um, but yeah, this is
- 10:34Speaker 1: a guy who's always just been kind of underrated his
- 10:37Speaker 1: entire career. You know, he only signed for $ 130, 000 for
- 10:41Speaker 1: international signing bonus pool and just kind of slid under
- 10:45Speaker 1: the radar until you couldn't ignore him anymore. And now
- 10:49Speaker 1: he's shown that at the big leagues. Um, and yeah,
- 10:52Speaker 1: I think, uh, he's right where like his value should
- 10:56Speaker 1: be as I think the fan base is appropriately looking
- 10:58Speaker 1: at him. So yeah. Uh, he's been better than we think.
- 11:01Speaker 1: And I think we finally, uh, understand just how good
- 11:03Speaker 1: he can be. All right. So that all of our
- 11:06Speaker 1: fan questions there, Josh, now I'm going to turn over here. Um,
- 11:10Speaker 1: I have a couple of questions for you. So, uh, I,
- 11:13Speaker 1: I get a little starstruck sometimes on this podcast, you know,
- 11:16Speaker 1: I'm sitting here talking to a two-time all-star MLB guy, uh, just,
- 11:21Speaker 1: you know, you're kind of a celebrity as your daughter
- 11:23Speaker 1: would put it. Um, I wondered if you've ever been
- 11:27Speaker 1: starstruck in your career, maybe early on, or if there's
- 11:29Speaker 1: just a moment where you're like, oh, that's someone. Was
- 11:34Speaker 1: there any moment where you're like, welcome to the bigs,
- 11:36Speaker 1: kind of?
- 11:41Speaker 2: I've interacted with a few people, and I won't say starstruck,
- 11:45Speaker 2: because when I was younger, my uncle John T. Bone Shelby,
- 11:49Speaker 2: he obviously was coaching the Dodgers, so every time they
- 11:51Speaker 2: came in town to play the Reds, I got an
- 11:53Speaker 2: opportunity to meet, you know, likes of Gary Sheffield, Sean Green,
- 11:58Speaker 2: Adrian Beltre.
- 12:00Speaker 3: Just to name a few. So, like, I remember a
- 12:02Speaker 3: lot of.
- 12:02Speaker 2: My friends or, you know, people running to get their autographs.
- 12:06Speaker 2: And I didn't, you know, I didn't really collect autographs.
- 12:11Speaker 2: But at the same time, I was like, man, I
- 12:12Speaker 2: just want to talk to him. It's kind of cool.
- 12:14Speaker 2: And as I got older, got to the big leagues,
- 12:16Speaker 2: you know, obviously got to meet Wiz Khalifa in a
- 12:18Speaker 2: locker room, which was cool.
- 12:20Speaker 3: Got to meet Mike Tyson when he threw out the
- 12:22Speaker 3: first pitch.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Cool. You know, I remember telling our catcher at the time,
- 12:26Speaker 2: Tony Sanchez, that he should, you know, after he catches
- 12:29Speaker 2: his first pitch, he should act like he's going to
- 12:30Speaker 2: bite his ear. And he's like, no, man, no, man,
- 12:33Speaker 2: he's going to kill me. And literally Mike Tyson did
- 12:36Speaker 2: it to him and like got like a picture. So,
- 12:39Speaker 2: but like, I wouldn't say starstruck, but like kind of
- 12:41Speaker 2: excited because you're meeting people. And one that I didn't
- 12:45Speaker 2: get to meet, we were playing the Dodgers. The cast
- 12:49Speaker 2: of Scandal was there at the time.
- 12:51Speaker 3: It was hot. And Kerry Washington was there.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Doing the announcements and i'm like in the dugout trying
- 12:56Speaker 2: to get everybody's attention my wife was watching the show
- 12:58Speaker 2: she wasn't there.
- 12:59Speaker 3: At the time but i'm like oh yeah i watched
- 13:01Speaker 3: them you know.
- 13:02Speaker 2: At the time i knew all the cast members names
- 13:03Speaker 2: but they were like sitting behind home plate um so
- 13:07Speaker 2: it's always cool to you know kind of see people
- 13:09Speaker 2: outside of the baseball world because you know you're gonna
- 13:12Speaker 2: meet some baseball you know legends in this game um
- 13:15Speaker 2: that you know, just fortunate, but you know, getting to
- 13:18Speaker 2: meet the likes of people that you might watch on
- 13:20Speaker 2: TV is kind.
- 13:21Speaker 1: Of cool too.
- 13:21Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 13:22Speaker 1: All the peripherals that show up to the ballpark. I
- 13:25Speaker 1: love that. I didn't have Mike Tyson as one of
- 13:28Speaker 1: the guests there, so that's good. All right. What is
- 13:31Speaker 1: your favorite city, like MLB city to travel to? And
- 13:35Speaker 1: why is it like the ballpark? Is it the food?
- 13:38Speaker 1: Is it things to do? But where did you like
- 13:41Speaker 1: circle on the schedule and be like, Oh, I'm looking
- 13:43Speaker 1: forward to this away trip.
- 13:45Speaker 2: I get this question a lot, and one of my
- 13:49Speaker 2: favorites due to, like, the ballpark atmosphere, everything was Wrigley Field.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Day games, I call it Club Wrigley. You know, day games,
- 13:59Speaker 2: the bus get there about 9, 30, 10. You know,
- 14:02Speaker 2: you see the workers lining up, but you also see
- 14:03Speaker 2: the fans out there getting.
- 14:05Speaker 3: Ready for BP.
- 14:06Speaker 2: They already, you know, a couple alcoholic beverages deep, you know,
- 14:09Speaker 2: talking trash to the guys as we get off. It's
- 14:13Speaker 2: the same way. And playing outfield there was probably my favorite.
- 14:17Speaker 2: You know, I probably had some unkind words said to me.
- 14:22Speaker 2: You know, I probably provoked them with a couple gestures,
- 14:26Speaker 2: you know, some criny moves. But, you know, nonetheless, like,
- 14:31Speaker 2: just the atmosphere there was always really fun, you know,
- 14:34Speaker 2: playing day games, knowing the history there. And, I mean,
- 14:38Speaker 2: I was drafted by the Cubs, so I, you know,
- 14:40Speaker 2: at the time, you know, I got to play against
- 14:43Speaker 2: a few guys that I played in the minor leagues with.
- 14:46Speaker 2: So it was kind of cool, you know, but I mean,
- 14:48Speaker 2: we spent a little bit of time, but you know,
- 14:50Speaker 2: I enjoyed the atmosphere and then, you know, the city itself,
- 14:54Speaker 2: you know, not far from Cincinnati and a lot of
- 14:56Speaker 2: good places to eat, a lot of, you know, cool
- 14:58Speaker 2: places to visit.
- 14:59Speaker 3: So I would say Chicago.
- 15:01Speaker 2: I love it. Yeah.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Chicago. You can't go wrong there. Another question here for
- 15:05Speaker 1: your funniest teammate. It doesn't have to be a pirate's teammate,
- 15:08Speaker 1: but just like, who is always just getting you to
- 15:10Speaker 1: crack up whenever you're in the locker room?
- 15:14Speaker 3: Um, man, we, we've played with some characters. I've played
- 15:17Speaker 3: with some characters.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Um, but, and my answer probably changes every time, but
- 15:23Speaker 2: just this memory popped up in my head and, uh,
- 15:28Speaker 2: and it wasn't necessarily funny, but like, it would be funny.
- 15:32Speaker 2: Cause in a dugout, you'd watch people going crazy. Francisco
- 15:35Speaker 2: Cervelli was, uh, he was able to like throw his voice.
- 15:40Speaker 3: So like, I kid you not.
- 15:43Speaker 2: He would sit right next to you and he would
- 15:47Speaker 2: make his voice sound like it's coming from above the dugout.
- 15:50Speaker 3: And he would do it to coaches. He would do
- 15:52Speaker 3: it to teammates.
- 15:53Speaker 2: And you'd see guys like watching the game and hear
- 15:56Speaker 2: their name called and turning and looking over the dugout
- 15:58Speaker 2: for like three innings.
- 16:00Speaker 3: And, you know, looking down like, man, y'all hear somebody
- 16:02Speaker 3: call him a name. And, you know, we're like, no. And,
- 16:05Speaker 3: you know, to know Cervelli, you know, he's.
- 16:06Speaker 2: Just keeping us. But as soon as you turn around,
- 16:08Speaker 2: Cervelli is cracking up. Um, but like obviously AJ Burnett, man,
- 16:13Speaker 2: like super funny, dude. Those two, you know, cause AJ's
- 16:19Speaker 2: got some stories.
- 16:19Speaker 1: We got a glimpse of that when you had AJ
- 16:22Speaker 1: come on.
- 16:25Speaker 2: He's one of the first ones, but just that story
- 16:26Speaker 2: of Savelli being able to throw his voice. I'm like that,
- 16:29Speaker 2: that was one of the more unique instances that I'm like,
- 16:32Speaker 2: you know what? I ain't been around and it was impressive.
- 16:35Speaker 2: I'm talking coaches, trainers, translators.
- 16:39Speaker 3: Like, man, I, I didn't leave tickets. Why?
- 16:42Speaker 2: Who here knows me? And I mean, for three, it's
- 16:45Speaker 2: in a pure panic. Like, and, you know, guys are
- 16:48Speaker 2: obviously like, man, you know, that's the people that are
- 16:50Speaker 2: here for you.
- 16:51Speaker 4: Right.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Yeah. That's so funny. I love that. Well, we always
- 16:54Speaker 1: appreciate the people that are here for us. And if
- 16:57Speaker 1: you're one of those people, make sure to hit the
- 16:59Speaker 1: subscribe button. We really appreciate that. We're trying to get
- 17:01Speaker 1: to 3000 subs. you know, leave a comment. If you, uh,
- 17:05Speaker 1: want to ask another question for Jay. Hey, uh, maybe
- 17:07Speaker 1: we'll get to it next time and leave a like
- 17:09Speaker 1: on the video as well. While you're at it. Um,
- 17:12Speaker 1: also check out the Bucko territory merch store. That is, uh,
- 17:17Speaker 1: there we go. There we go.
- 17:18Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Some Bucko territory merch for your, uh, your wardrobe. It, uh,
- 17:23Speaker 1: adds quite a bit. Uh, we really appreciate that as well. Uh, Josh,
- 17:27Speaker 1: any final thoughts here?
- 17:29Speaker 2: Um, None, really, other than enjoy answering the questions. Pirates, obviously,
- 17:34Speaker 2: coming back from an off day, win every series. And
- 17:38Speaker 2: I just want to give a shout out to you, Mark.
- 17:40Speaker 2: That was a smooth transition.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Hey, I try.
- 17:42Speaker 3: I try.
- 17:43Speaker 1: And my final thought, I'm actually going to Toledo tonight.
- 17:48Speaker 1: The Mud Hens are taking on the Indianapolis Indians tonight.
- 17:52Speaker 1: So we're going to go watch some Connor Griffin, hopefully,
- 17:55Speaker 1: see my guy Josh Palacios, Pee-Lo, and hopefully taking a
- 17:59Speaker 1: nice game with my family. So looking forward to it.
- 18:02Speaker 1: Won't be watching the Pirates tonight, but I'll be following
- 18:05Speaker 1: along on my phone still.
- 18:06Speaker 3: Keeping tabs on them. Yeah, yeah.
- 18:08Speaker 1: All right, well, I'm Platinum Key. He's Josh Harrison, saying
- 18:11Speaker 1: thank you for tuning in to another episode of Bucko Territory,
- 18:14Speaker 1: presented to you by the Follow Territory Network.
- 18:16Speaker 2: Take care.
