A heartbreaking case takes a tragic turn as Brian Deshaun Luster pleads guilty to second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of five-year-old Khloe Fennell, who was killed in her own home in Durham last July. The attack also critically wounded her 15-year-old cousin and babysitter, Destiny Sidberry. Luster originally faced first-degree murder charges for Khloe’s death and attempted first-degree murder for Destiny’s injuries — now he’s admitted guilt to lesser charges, setting up a December 17th court appearance as the legal process continues.
