- 1:54Keri Croft: We're uh both going through some variation of menopause right now.
- 1:58Keri Croft: And we're comparing notes.
- 2:00Keri Croft: Notes which uh they're not pretty.
- 2:04Keri Croft: The notes are not pretty.
- 2:05Keri Croft: They are not.
- 2:06Keri Croft: Oh, speaking of frozen shoulder, ladies and gentlemen, that is something I didn't even know existed in life until I embarked upon this uh thing called menopause.
- 2:17Keri Croft: How is that possible that I am talking about menopause?
- 2:21Keri Croft: Like it's like a really interesting, weird thing to go through.
- 2:25Keri Croft: You know, hot flashes.
- 2:27Keri Croft: And I actually did, I took the leap and started hormone replacement therapy.
- 2:33Keri Croft: Um it's like four days in, so I can't give you any, you know, definitive answers on if it helps or not, but come check with me in like maybe 30 days or so.
- 2:42Keri Croft: Hello, friend, and welcome back to the Carrie Croft Show.
- 2:46Keri Croft: This is a much needed, long-overdue solo cast with just you and me um together.
- 2:53Keri Croft: Hopefully you're cozy right now somewhere.
- 2:55Keri Croft: It's you know, day after Thanksgiving.
- 2:57Keri Croft: I hope that your Thanksgiving was, you know, full of just a lot of gluttony and love and joy and no politicking, no religion.
- 3:09Keri Croft: Hopefully, you skirted like Uncle Bob and Aunt Mindy's, you know, ridiculousness that people like to serve up on Thanksgiving.
- 3:17Keri Croft: So I just want to let you know um that I'm grateful for you.
- 3:21Keri Croft: I've missed you.
- 3:22Keri Croft: And there are reasons here that we have gone a little bit.
- 3:26Keri Croft: You may not have even noticed.
- 3:28Keri Croft: I I don't think other people notice as much, obviously, as we do, but we have been building a lot of stuff behind the scenes.
- 3:35Keri Croft: And it's a very lean team, uh, which consists of basically Kitty Kate, myself, and Kelsey, and then we have Josh helping us right now.
- 3:43Keri Croft: If you haven't seen a new episode of the Carrie Croft show in a couple weeks, it's because we've decided as a team that with all the stuff that we're building right now on the back end of stuff to prop up this new business, that our time is better spent on that stuff.
- 3:58Keri Croft: Never fear, the show is booming, coming back bigger than ever in 2026 in so many ways.
- 4:04Keri Croft: Um, but I just want to let you know that if you're feeling um like we're we're repurposing some old shows on the B-Word, which is our weekly newsletter.
- 4:11Keri Croft: So that's why you're not seeing maybe as many weekly new episodes as you would normally, because we are kind of allocating our time and energy um elsewhere right now to get shit popping.
- 4:22Keri Croft: So I feel like we have a lot, a lot to discuss together.
- 4:26Keri Croft: So grab your coffee or your tea or whatever tickles your fancy and let's get this party started.
- 4:32Keri Croft: Lots of questions.
- 4:34Keri Croft: We've got a lot of questions coming our way, and I understand why.
- 4:37Keri Croft: And and I'll be honest with you, since you're on the inside, you know, you're an insider, we don't know what it's going to be called at this point.
- 4:44Keri Croft: So originally we were going to call it the B lab.
- 4:47Keri Croft: And the reason why I'm so attached to the B is because all the words that resonate with me and with what I want to build really start with a B.
- 4:58Keri Croft: And so I find that to be a little more than coincidental.
- 5:02Keri Croft: So you've got badass, brave, boss, belong, be, believe, become, build, brand, body, business.
- 5:15Keri Croft: And I and there's a couple more that really sit with me in terms of like my anchor words.
- 5:21Keri Croft: So the B is near and dear to my heart, and then lab kind of just sort of um came because it just did.
- 5:29Keri Croft: And so there's a couple things right now.
- 5:32Keri Croft: We keep seeing lab.
- 5:33Keri Croft: Like lab has been kind of popping up a little too much for me.
- 5:37Keri Croft: And I'm like, uh, if I'm already kind of feeling that way, I'm not sure if we want to kind of stamp, you know, and then call it the like we're we're young here, we're new, we can kind of do whatever we want.
- 5:48Keri Croft: And then also there's some, there's some possibilities of some confusion with other um companies out there, and I just I don't think it's worth that.
- 5:56Keri Croft: So I say all that to say we don't exactly know if it's going to be called the B Lab.
- 6:01Keri Croft: So if you have, if you're a creative mind and you like have any ideas, just please, we are racking our brains over here from a creative perspective.
- 6:09Keri Croft: Regardless of the name, it's really the heartbeat and the soul and the meat of what you're building that kind of matters, anyways.
- 6:15Keri Croft: And the name will work itself out.
- 6:17Keri Croft: It's kind of like when you name a child, like before they're born, you're like, oh my God, you name that child Henry, and then you, and then Henry's born, and you're like, ah, of course, he was meant to be a Henry, right?
- 6:28Keri Croft: So I'm not, I'm not as concerned with a name that's more of a superficial thing.
- 6:31Keri Croft: What I am concerned with and very excited about and completely locked in on is what we are creating behind the scenes with this new thing we're propping up.
- 6:41Keri Croft: I want to explain it to you a little bit because I know that with all the questions we're getting, I know there's curiosity out there.
- 6:46Keri Croft: And not to get too far in the weeds, I think what you what you should know right now and be excited about is that we are creating something that is at the intersection of mental athleticism, business strategy, and then hopefully at some point movement, because we all know I like to move and I like people to move.
- 7:04Keri Croft: So mental athleticism, that's an exciting thing.
- 7:06Keri Croft: So we're gonna zoom in on that a little bit first, because what is that exactly?
- 7:11Keri Croft: And it's a it's a term or a phrase that I have really gotten to know and love over the like maybe the last year and a half when I was really trying to define for myself like how can I, how can I maximize what's happening here?
- 7:26Keri Croft: So for me personally, I was trying to figure out okay, life is wild.
- 7:31Keri Croft: There's so much to be done.
- 7:32Keri Croft: You know, you're a mom, you want to build a business, you're a wife.
- 7:36Keri Croft: How are we going to harness all of this and organize it and really be able to enjoy it?
- 7:45Keri Croft: And I don't, I guess I will say control what we can control.
- 7:50Keri Croft: And mindset is fantastic.
- 7:53Keri Croft: I love mindset.
- 7:55Keri Croft: I love everything about it.
- 7:56Keri Croft: Um, but I think with mental athleticism, at least for me, it paints a picture of like, okay, what is the system behind this?
- 8:04Keri Croft: What are the frameworks behind this?
- 8:06Keri Croft: What's the everyday thing we're gonna do and the compound effect of that thing that is going to result in something greater?
- 8:12Keri Croft: That to me is mental athleticism.
- 8:15Keri Croft: And so we have spent a lot of time behind the scenes building and really creating like what that is.
- 8:22Keri Croft: And mental athleticism has a whole entire system and framework behind it.
- 8:27Keri Croft: And I won't go through all the nitty-gritty details here.
- 8:31Keri Croft: Um, I will just tell you high level.
- 8:33Keri Croft: We have the focus formula, the internal and external audits, and then the dot system, which are really important bricks um in the wall of mental athleticism that we are starting to roll out with our clients here that come and do live work with us.
- 8:48Keri Croft: But then when we launch the B10 in January of 2026, which we will get to in a little bit here, we're going to be um really rolling that out for the first time with this first OG group of people who are going to be experiencing the B10.
- 9:02Keri Croft: So that is very, very exciting.
- 9:04Keri Croft: Okay, so while we're on the B10, we might as well just talk about that right now.
- 9:08Keri Croft: So the B10 is a challenge that we have created, and it is basically to introduce you to the business and more importantly, mental athleticism.
- 9:18Keri Croft: You know, I took a look at like my experience with running programs in my previous business, you know, we would run Check Yourselves, and they were very successful.
- 9:28Keri Croft: And it was, you know, people love accountability and camaraderie and they love community.
- 9:33Keri Croft: But for me, I always was trying to get into a deeper layer of like, I think diet and exercise are a great part of a bigger whole.
- 9:42Keri Croft: But I think when you take a deeper look at it, if you don't have your priorities set, if you don't have a structure and a rhythm and a discipline to how you're doing things each day to kind of add up over time, that's just not, it's not the whole thing.
- 10:02Keri Croft: And so I am so excited.
- 10:04Keri Croft: Like I can't, I'm coming out of my skin excited about this B10.
- 10:08Keri Croft: First of all, because I have run so many of these, I have tested like what works, what doesn't, how many days should we do?
- 10:16Keri Croft: That's like a big conversation.
- 10:18Keri Croft: And so I do feel like 10 days is a really great way to test yourself.
- 10:23Keri Croft: It's 10 days, it's a little bit longer than seven, but it's way less than 21.
- 10:28Keri Croft: And so I feel like you can get a little bit audacious with what you um, with what you do in those 10 days.
- 10:36Keri Croft: And let me just walk you through what the B10 experience is gonna be like.
- 10:40Keri Croft: So, first you sign up and you immediately get uh a contract, and it's an ETC contract.
- 10:46Keri Croft: Embrace the challenge, baby.
- 10:48Keri Croft: It's not legally binding, so like let's not freak out over it.
- 10:52Keri Croft: But I actually have the contract up here because I actually think it's uh so uh cute.
- 10:58Keri Croft: And I think it's gonna be kind of a cool thing for people to have as a reminder throughout the 10 days.
- 11:03Keri Croft: And so, you know, it's basically I'm gonna run through it with you.
- 11:06Keri Croft: How about that?
- 11:06Keri Croft: It's for humans in pursuit of mental athleticism, awesomeness, and everyday badassery.
- 11:11Keri Croft: I mean, it sounds like you, right?
- 11:13Keri Croft: So before we begin, let's be clear no one's getting sued.
- 11:18Keri Croft: This isn't a legal document, it's a spiritual declaration with better fonts.
- 11:24Keri Croft: It's your signature moment to stop half-assing your potential and start training for your best life.
- 11:29Keri Croft: I mean, are you jacked?
- 11:30Keri Croft: I'm jacked.
- 11:31Keri Croft: So basically, you sign this and you agree to give your best for 10 days.
- 11:36Keri Croft: And what does that mean?
- 11:37Keri Croft: Like, what are we doing for those 10 days, right?
- 11:40Keri Croft: I know that's what you're thinking.
- 11:41Keri Croft: I'm kind of clairvoyant.
- 11:42Keri Croft: I can read your mind.
- 11:43Keri Croft: The the five non-negotiables of the B10.
- 11:46Keri Croft: So if you're in this group, we are agreeing to no alcohol, no added sugar, you can have fruit, no gossip, don't hang up, no social media, like doom scrolling, and you need to move every day.
- 12:02Keri Croft: And you only have to move for 20 minutes.
- 12:04Keri Croft: So that's kind of a cool thing.
- 12:05Keri Croft: Like, you don't have to like give an hour to a workout, 10 minutes, 15 minutes to get there, an hour to work out, 15 minutes to get home.
- 12:14Keri Croft: Like, you don't have to like give up so much time in your day just to exercise.
- 12:19Keri Croft: Um, so that could be a positive for some people.
- 12:21Keri Croft: So, at a minimum, you're gonna be giving up five things during this 10 days.
- 12:26Keri Croft: If you want to get a little cray cray and you're feeling a little frisky, we have a curated list of five additional up to five additional things that you can choose.
- 12:35Keri Croft: Let's just run through them.
- 12:36Keri Croft: So, if you want to, you can pick, you know, no complaining, not even to your dog, no snooze button, wake your ass up, as Corey G would say, no negative self-talk, so no bullying yourself or others, five-minute daily journal or meditation, no phone before 8 a.m., gratitude list each night, 100 ounces of water a day.
- 12:57Keri Croft: You're in bed by 9 p.m.
- 12:59Keri Croft: You can pick your time, but if you normally go to bed at 11 and you're trying to make it 9, plug in 9 right there.
- 13:05Keri Croft: Cold shower or cold finish daily, stretch 10 minutes before bed, no takeout.
- 13:10Keri Croft: You need to cook every meal at home, no vaping.
- 13:14Keri Croft: No vaping.
- 13:16Keri Croft: Vapor, no vaping.
- 13:18Keri Croft: Um, compliment one person daily, unfollow 10 accounts that drain you, one tech-free meal each day, text or call one person you appreciate, check your bank account daily, no impulse shopping, clean or organize one thing daily, delete 50 emails a day, uh, 10 deep breaths before bed, read 10 minutes of something inspiring, one random act of kindness daily, write one thank you universe line each morning.
- 13:46Keri Croft: So, and then there's a section for wildcards.
- 13:49Keri Croft: So if there's something that you want to get crazy with and we didn't list it, you can go ahead and feel free to add it in.
- 13:53Keri Croft: Then you sign it, but we also want you to have a co-signer.
- 13:57Keri Croft: No, you don't have to go to the bank and get a notary, but that would be actually kind of funny, wouldn't it?
- 14:01Keri Croft: But I want you, like someone who sees you all the time, who's with you, who would hold you accountable.
- 14:05Keri Croft: I want you to sign this in front of them.
- 14:07Keri Croft: And then I want you to hang it somewhere where it's going to haunt you every single day for the next 10 days.
- 14:13Keri Croft: And terms and conditions of this agreement.
- 14:15Keri Croft: I will show up messy, curious, and relentless, because that's what we do here.
- 14:19Keri Croft: Uh, missing a day doesn't make me a failure, but also it's 10 days.
- 14:23Keri Croft: Try not to miss, y'all.
- 14:26Keri Croft: I will not ghost myself, gaslight myself, or gossip about myself.
- 14:30Keri Croft: Negative self-talk.
- 14:31Keri Croft: I'll laugh when it's ridiculous and breathe when it's heavy.
- 14:34Keri Croft: I will lean in, stay in, and finish strong.
- 14:37Keri Croft: And then there's a why at the end.
- 14:39Keri Croft: For the next 10 days, I'm training my mind to lead and my habits to follow.
- 14:43Keri Croft: Mental athleticism means prioritizing what matters, focusing on it daily, and stacking micro wins until momentum takes over.
- 14:51Keri Croft: Damn it, I'm sweating.
- 14:53Keri Croft: I don't know if it's a hot flash or if it's from pure adrenaline because I'm so excited about the B10.
- 14:58Keri Croft: It could, if I had to be a guessing person, I'd say it's a mix of the two.
- 15:02Keri Croft: Okay.
- 15:03Keri Croft: Uh, so you're gonna sign it, you're gonna go all in, and we're gonna have a little fun along the way.
- 15:07Keri Croft: So a couple of other things about the B10.
- 15:10Keri Croft: Every morning I'm gonna do a live movement session in my garage.
- 15:15Keri Croft: So if you can't make it live, you'll be able to get it later.
- 15:17Keri Croft: It's 20 minutes.
- 15:18Keri Croft: That's it.
- 15:19Keri Croft: It's 20 minutes, and it's gonna be basically like your body weight.
- 15:23Keri Croft: Um, it's no big deal.
- 15:24Keri Croft: But you get permission to just do 20 minutes and move on.
- 15:28Keri Croft: If you're somebody out there who's like, oh no way, I have to, great, do your 60 minutes, do your thing.
- 15:32Keri Croft: I'm not trying to like cramp your style with exercise, but I know there's some people out there who struggle to get it in, and maybe it isn't as much of a discipline daily.
- 15:40Keri Croft: And so 20 minutes feels like something that's doable.
- 15:43Keri Croft: And really at the end of the day, doing something every day is so much more impactful than doing like one big thing every couple of weeks.
- 15:52Keri Croft: So you'll have that morning movement.
- 15:54Keri Croft: We're gonna have a private Slack channel that always gets lit.
- 15:57Keri Croft: We have daily emails, and then we also have these mental athleticism exercises.
- 16:02Keri Croft: So as we roll through the 10 days, we are going to talk about the focus formula.
- 16:07Keri Croft: We're gonna put you through a detailed internal audit, a very specific detailed external audit, and then we will educate you on the dot system and we will be doing the dot system every single day during the 10 days.
- 16:20Keri Croft: Uh, it's gonna be fabulous.
- 16:21Keri Croft: And I dare you not to come out of this feeling lighter, more organized.
- 16:27Keri Croft: Um, you'll have so much more clarity.
- 16:29Keri Croft: And I do think if you stick with this, you are going to find the momentum in your daily life and your microhabits.
- 16:36Keri Croft: I mean, 10x, 20x, 200 million X, baby.
- 16:40Keri Croft: So I am pumped.
- 16:42Keri Croft: It starts January 12th.
- 16:44Keri Croft: We're gonna be doing some stuff leading up to it.
- 16:46Keri Croft: And um, if you have any questions, please feel free to DM, send an email.
- 16:50Keri Croft: We'll actually put the checkout in the show notes, and you can um feel free to sign up.
- 16:56Keri Croft: Or you can set up a 15-minute call with me too if you want to learn more.
- 16:59Keri Croft: Stress and inflammation take a toll on your body and your wellness.
- 17:05Keri Croft: Relax, restore, and rejuvenate at Panacea Luxury Spa Boutique, book any service of $100 or more and enjoy two hours in our luxury amenities, unwind in our Himalayan salt saunas, recharge in our wet retreat space with a eucalyptus steam room, hot hydrotherapy pool, and cold plunge.
- 17:25Keri Croft: Then drift into deep relaxation with our hanging loungers.
- 17:29Keri Croft: What's your panacea?
- 17:31Keri Croft: We'll help you find it.
- 17:33Keri Croft: Who says you need a special occasion to feel like a celeb?
- 17:37Keri Croft: I mean, stress is real, life is busy, and your scalp?
- 17:40Keri Croft: Yeah, it deserves some love too.
- 17:42Keri Croft: That's where Headspace by Mia Santiago comes in.
- 17:46Keri Croft: Treat yourself or someone who deserves it to a luxurious scalp treatment and a killer blowout or cut, because nothing says main character energy, honey, like a fresh style from celebrity stylist Mia and her team.
- 17:58Keri Croft: And because we love a good deal, mention the Carrie Croft show and get 20% off your service or any gift card for somebody in your life that you love.
- 18:07Keri Croft: Headspace by Mia Santiago, because great hair days shouldn't be rare.
- 18:12Keri Croft: So another thing about the B10 that has been getting a lot of traction is we've got communities of people.
- 18:22Keri Croft: So the Riveter, um doing this whole thing with the Riveter, or there's a couple of boutique fitness um companies that we're talking to right now to potentially take the B10 and put it into their community.
- 18:35Keri Croft: So another part of this that's interesting with my experience and my background, you know, when I was with SOS for so long, I understood as a business owner, especially in a fitness space, the value of accountability, uh stickiness.
- 18:50Keri Croft: You know, you want you want customer retention, having that person bring a bestie and then getting them to convert as a client and creating differentiation with your product and the experience that you create inside those four walls.
- 19:03Keri Croft: But how challenging it is to create a consistent sort of accountability layered-on program that's high touch.
- 19:12Keri Croft: You know, it's a big, it's a very tricky balance because it's like two different business models, essentially, if you want to do it well.
- 19:20Keri Croft: And so you're pulling your core people away to try and prop up this layer-on program, right?
- 19:28Keri Croft: But you have to keep everything you're doing with the actual fitness like tight and on point and you know, top of the head of the market.
- 19:37Keri Croft: And so now I have this perspective of being able to take this B10 and allow a fitness brand or a company, we've had companies also asking about it, to have the B10 come in as this value add for their community.
- 19:55Keri Croft: It can be sort of branded or acquiesced to meet um the brand standards of the fitness brand within reason, right?
- 20:01Keri Croft: We're not gonna like totally change what we're doing.
- 20:04Keri Croft: But if there's like a tweak here and there, like we're talking to one right now that's more kind of soft and about balance.
- 20:11Keri Croft: And so we could lean into those B-words as opposed to being like, you badass, et cetera.
- 20:16Keri Croft: So it still has to be aligned.
- 20:18Keri Croft: But um, it's a great value add for a company to say, hey, bring this in, run this for our people, you know, help us prioritize, help us become more productive, happier, more motivated.
- 20:29Keri Croft: And then we just do a revenue share.
- 20:31Keri Croft: So, you know, if that makes your ear start to like throb a little bit and get bigger, and you're like, wait, I work for Company X, and that would be amazing, or this fitness place would be awesome.
- 20:41Keri Croft: Um, you can send us a note and inquire about that too.
- 20:44Keri Croft: Speaking of uh communities that I love, I just got a text back from the T.
- 20:49Keri Croft: Lee show.
- 20:50Keri Croft: I've been trying to freaking lasso this woman down.
- 20:53Keri Croft: And speaking of Tea Lee, can you feel okay, if you know, you know who if you know, you know, it's Tracy Show Walter.
- 20:58Keri Croft: She owns a lighthouse co.
- 20:59Keri Croft: She goes dark in the summer and then she fucking pops out.
- 21:03Keri Croft: She pops out on Instagram like around this time and just starts swinging with these controversial POVs that I just can't get enough of.
- 21:13Keri Croft: And one of the things I do want her to do again, I think she might have done this before is I want to punch whoever started the elf on the shelf.
- 21:19Keri Croft: Like I really, really want to.
- 21:21Keri Croft: I'm so like torn about it.
- 21:23Keri Croft: And I guarantee, I know she doesn't do elf on a shelf.
- 21:26Keri Croft: Oh, one more thing about the B-10.
- 21:27Keri Croft: You do not have to be a business person.
- 21:30Keri Croft: You don't have to be starting a business.
- 21:32Keri Croft: You could be a stay-at-homer, you could be a corporate America person.
- 21:36Keri Croft: It doesn't matter.
- 21:36Keri Croft: The B-10 is basically like this easy way to peek your head into the vortex of what we're building and learn the mental athleticism side of things.
- 21:47Keri Croft: I think every human being walking this earth should be more mentally athletic.
- 21:52Keri Croft: It has nothing to do with business.
- 21:54Keri Croft: Where it does have something to do with business is when you say, okay, I'm gonna kind of work on this mental athleticism, and then you get that kind of dialed in and solid.
- 22:04Keri Croft: And then you look over and go, okay, now I'm really gonna crush whatever it is I'm trying to build.
- 22:09Keri Croft: Because if you have a solid foundation on the left, what's that gonna do to what you're building on the right?
- 22:15Keri Croft: I mean, common sense would tell you it's gonna be more structured, more rhythmic.
- 22:20Keri Croft: Uh, it's gonna make a lot more sense the more mentally athletic you are and the more prepared you are to start building the thing.
- 22:27Keri Croft: Speaking of building the thing, okay, we have something called the BYE, the build your empire that is starting in at the we think the end of February.
- 22:37Keri Croft: We don't have an exact date pinned down.
- 22:39Keri Croft: But this is for you if.
- 22:42Keri Croft: So hear me out.
- 22:44Keri Croft: And if you know anyone who you feel like this sounds like, send this to them.
- 22:49Keri Croft: If this is you, set up a 15-minute call with me, DM me, email me.
- 22:55Keri Croft: So for the last year, I have been helping entrepreneurs in this little studio up here on the second floor.
- 23:02Keri Croft: We have built a business around helping people either start helping them through their bottlenecks or their issues, or helping helping them go from X to building in another market.
- 23:15Keri Croft: And that is only getting bigger, and the momentum around this is just getting stronger.
- 23:21Keri Croft: And so the idea of what we're gonna be doing is like we are the home for brave entrepreneurs and bold humans.
- 23:27Keri Croft: And this BYE is just that.
- 23:30Keri Croft: It is building very brave entrepreneurs and bold and bold humans, essentially.
- 23:36Keri Croft: Um, it is a high-touch six-week immersion.
- 23:39Keri Croft: We are taking 10.
- 23:41Keri Croft: I can only take 10 because this is my first group immersion.
- 23:47Keri Croft: So I've done individual and will continue to do individual, but this is the first group immersion that we're doing.
- 23:53Keri Croft: And so clearly I'm probably going to way over deliver and do all those crazy things that you're doing when you're, you know, trying to build something great and impactful.
- 24:03Keri Croft: So there is an application process because I want to make sure I can I'm in the best position to help you and that energetically it aligns.
- 24:12Keri Croft: I want to understand exactly what it is you're trying to do, what industry, and just make sure that all feels good.
- 24:18Keri Croft: But if you are someone who is really considering starting something, you're living with it, it's in your head, you can't get it out, but you can't figure out why you're not really taking that first bold step, this could be your program.
- 24:32Keri Croft: If you're someone who has taken the bold step and now you feel like you're in the wild west, kind of looking around, and there's like all these cactus, or we call them cacti.
- 24:41Keri Croft: I think plural is cacti.
- 24:43Keri Croft: You can, you can, you can uh fact check me on that.
- 24:45Keri Croft: Uh, and like dust balls everywhere.
- 24:47Keri Croft: You're like, what the hell am I doing?
- 24:49Keri Croft: How am I gonna build this thing?
- 24:50Keri Croft: What's left, what's right, what's right, what's wrong, what's up, what's down.
- 24:53Keri Croft: We can help you make better decisions, put you on the rails, plug in our expertise, which, you know, a big thing about what we're building that I think is very, very important for people to know.
- 25:09Keri Croft: So just listen up.
- 25:10Keri Croft: I'm my goal isn't to build something where I have this asynchronous relationship, and I'm gonna like build this course and I'm gonna tell you from a soapbox everything that I know in business, and I'm so smart, and you're gonna suck it all in, and then we're gonna go away.
- 25:27Keri Croft: That is not the vibe.
- 25:28Keri Croft: That is not the goal.
- 25:30Keri Croft: My goal is to be a conduit, a magnet, an access point that when you come into this situation, I can assess quickly and figure out okay, who in my ecosystem here that we've built, who's the expert that you would need to sort of dial in with?
- 25:51Keri Croft: How can I help network this person?
- 25:54Keri Croft: How can I amplify what this person's doing?
- 25:56Keri Croft: And oh, by the way, there are very universal business things that we and curriculum that we will teach you.
- 26:04Keri Croft: But I think the magic of this, the intent and the magic of this program is yeah, there are universal things, right?
- 26:13Keri Croft: That every business owner needs to learn and understand.
- 26:15Keri Croft: So, like setting up your business, doing taxes, um, you know, the software systems, you know, all that stuff.
- 26:22Keri Croft: But then there's an even bigger part of it that is very nuanced.
- 26:27Keri Croft: So if you're out there and you're like, well, I want to build a product, I want to develop a product, instead of me sitting here trying to like help you build a product, I have someone who I respect greatly who actually is a product guru who has not only worked for a very large product incubator and helped grow that thing massively, but now she's doing her own product and it's very successful and she's making huge inroads.
- 26:52Keri Croft: So the the beauty of this is that we have an ecosystem and are continuing to build this community of successful business owners who will surround you and help holistically walk you on your journey because it's it's a it's a wild, wild ride.
- 27:14Keri Croft: And so if you can, if you can plug into um the right group of resources who can really, you know, mentally, emotionally, financially, practically, strategically help you along the way, I mean, it will save you time, the time, the energy, the tears, um, the mistakes, all of it.
- 27:36Keri Croft: So I highly recommend if you or someone that you know wants to start something, we should at least have a 15-minute call because I do believe and I know in my gut, this is going to be a game-changing opportunity for people.
- 27:51Keri Croft: And you know what?
- 27:52Keri Croft: If you are someone who wants to start a services business, I mean, I am your girl.
- 27:57Keri Croft: Um, if you're someone who's looking to do something in the fitness space, obviously my sweet spot.
- 28:02Keri Croft: But again, with this infrastructure, um, you don't have to be limited to just starting something in the services or the fitness space to get value out of what we're providing.
- 28:13Keri Croft: So the BYE, it's launching end of February.
- 28:18Keri Croft: There is an application.
- 28:19Keri Croft: If you want the application, it will be in the show notes.
- 28:22Keri Croft: You can also set up a 15-minute call to see if there's a fit.
- 28:25Keri Croft: You can email us.
- 28:26Keri Croft: I mean, there's millions of ways to reach us.
- 28:28Keri Croft: But I'm so, so like excited, I don't think is even the word for how I feel about getting this first group of entrepreneurs together.
- 28:37Keri Croft: Um, because also the value of the entrepreneurs meeting each other and sort of gelling in that special way, um, you can't, you can't put a price on that either.
- 28:47Keri Croft: Couple other things.
- 28:49Keri Croft: Um, 2026, looking ahead, one of our initiatives is to do live shows.
- 28:55Keri Croft: Um, so I am working really hard to get a group of really cool, successful business owners together.
- 29:06Keri Croft: And we're gonna do like my goal is to have three in 2026.
- 29:10Keri Croft: We'll see how that goes.
- 29:11Keri Croft: But we want to have a live event, we'll have a limited number of tickets, and we will have like one to three of these people.
- 29:17Keri Croft: It'll be in like a, you know, very conversational um atmosphere, moody, vibey.
- 29:23Keri Croft: It's not gonna be some like, you know, you sit and they and stare at them on a stage, on a podium or whatever.
- 29:28Keri Croft: It's be very collaborative.
- 29:29Keri Croft: So I'm so, so excited about that.
- 29:31Keri Croft: Looking for some more in real life stuff, um, looking to uh get underneath the entrepreneurial community.
- 29:39Keri Croft: So if you have anyone who is like a low-key entrepreneur building, please don't be shy about it.
- 29:45Keri Croft: We want to know about them, we want to help, we want to help amplify them.
- 29:48Keri Croft: If there's an opportunity for them to be on the show, that would be fabulous as well.
- 29:53Keri Croft: Uh, and before I wrap, I do want to just mention what I um I had talked about.
- 29:59Keri Croft: About last week on the B word, which is our email experience that comes out every Friday morning.
- 30:04Keri Croft: You know, as we were planning for 2026 and we were doing this, you know, for the last couple of weeks, I'm sitting at the table with Kitty Kate, and we have the whiteboard, and we've got all this stuff on the whiteboard, and there's all these exciting things happening, right?
- 30:22Keri Croft: It's like you look at it and you're like, wow, like this is really exciting.
- 30:28Keri Croft: And how are we gonna pull this off?
- 30:30Keri Croft: And all of a sudden, I had this feeling that I get often, if I'm being honest.
- 30:37Keri Croft: I remember looking back the last 10 years of my um building career at SOS, I would get this feeling, and it was like I hated it because it was like everything sort of just started to meld together.
- 30:52Keri Croft: And the best way I could define it is just overwhelm.
- 30:55Keri Croft: And it's like, wait, how are we gonna do this?
- 30:58Keri Croft: Like, how is this gonna happen?
- 31:01Keri Croft: And you get stuck in this train of thought that it's too hard or there's too much or whatever.
- 31:07Keri Croft: So, anyway, I'm sharing this with you because I know I'm not alone in that.
- 31:12Keri Croft: I know that that feeling stops so many people.
- 31:16Keri Croft: And not only just from like, it's too hard, but like this is for other people.
- 31:20Keri Croft: I'm not good enough for this, or I'm not smart enough for this, or how are we gonna make this happen?
- 31:24Keri Croft: And I cannot tell you the simple quote, it always seems impossible until it's done.
- 31:31Keri Croft: I don't know when this happened or why it happened, but whenever I would feel that, I would just think that quote, I'm like, wait, it always seems impossible until it's done.
- 31:42Keri Croft: Like this is universal.
- 31:43Keri Croft: This isn't just me.
- 31:44Keri Croft: This is what stops people.
- 31:46Keri Croft: Like you have to just plug through and keep it moving forward.
- 31:52Keri Croft: And it always seems impossible.
- 31:54Keri Croft: So if you're someone who's going through it right now, if you're feeling overwhelmed, you don't know how you're gonna get, you know, where you want to go, I will say, like, at least for me, sometimes there's just value in instead of like all the strategy and all the big stuff, and believe me, it's important systems, strategy, planning, forecasting, all that stuff is important.
- 32:16Keri Croft: Like, I'm not, it's it's critical.
- 32:19Keri Croft: But sometimes what's really, really important is just to zoom all the way in.
- 32:24Keri Croft: So zoom in and just pick the one or two things that are gonna move the needle.
- 32:30Keri Croft: Like get really clear on what those things are and just push forward with those and just trust the process, even if you can't completely see it yet.
- 32:41Keri Croft: Um, because you can and you will get through it as long as you stay on the path and you don't let all this wild stuff stop you.
- 32:49Keri Croft: So, you know, it is for you.
- 32:51Keri Croft: You have something that nobody else has.
- 32:54Keri Croft: So don't you dare sell yourself short and say that anything is for other people because it's not.
- 33:00Keri Croft: You deserve everything that the world um has to give you, but you have to step up and you have to puff your chest out and you have to go after it like a savage.
- 33:08Keri Croft: No one is gonna do it for you.
- 33:10Keri Croft: All right.
- 33:11Keri Croft: Happy Thanksgiving to everybody.
- 33:13Keri Croft: Um, I hope everybody is safe and happy and full out there.
- 33:16Keri Croft: It's so nice to talk to you again.
- 33:19Keri Croft: And we're gonna do more of these.
- 33:20Keri Croft: We're gonna do more solo casts.
- 33:21Keri Croft: We've got a lot of plans, a lot of exciting things.
- 33:24Keri Croft: And I want you to be involved.
- 33:26Keri Croft: So if you're thinking anything, if you have ideas for guests, if you have ideas for anything that I've talked about, questions, comments for the good of the order, please, please reach out.
- 33:37Keri Croft: And until next time, keep moving, baby.
