Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, we're honored that privilege as a city
• 0:04
Speaker 1: to have this man. There are nations and continents will
• 0:07
Speaker 1: give anything, They will sacrifice their presidential jets, they will
• 0:12
Speaker 1: sacrifice everything just to have him put his food on
• 0:16
  Speaker 1: your soil.
• 0:17
Speaker 2: And we are privileged as.
• 0:18
Speaker 1: A little small city called Enugo to have him passed
• 0:22
Speaker 1: through the city. And it's twice in a year. It
• 0:25
Speaker 1: was year not too long ago. I was there physically
• 0:27
Speaker 1: and now it's here again. I'm gonna ask you to
• 0:30
Speaker 1: please join me this morning to rise on your feet
• 0:33
Speaker 1: as we honor and celebrate a man that God has
• 0:36
Speaker 1: chosen anointed for such a time as this. Ladies and gentlemen,
• 0:41
Speaker 1: it is the president of Italian Network and Cononia. Would
• 0:45
Speaker 1: you please but Jesus welcome and a special end no
• 0:49
Speaker 1: go welcome, receive apostle Joshua Salama, allelujah, Good morning everyone.
• 1:03
Speaker 3: Let me just just write from where raveren Edwin stopped.
• 1:09
Speaker 3: I really want to salute everyone for making the sacrifice
• 1:12
Speaker 3: to be here. This is one of the price that
• 1:15
Speaker 3: it takes to rise. There's no convenience as far as
• 1:19
Speaker 3: rising is concerned. Alleluiah. The Bible says to labor so
• 1:22
Speaker 3: that we enter that rest. It says, there remain at
• 1:25
Speaker 3: a rest for the people of God. This is a
• 1:28
Speaker 3: leadership session, and I trust that God will truly grant
• 1:32
Speaker 3: us wisdom. I was so inspired by that scripture, even
• 1:36
Speaker 3: though I've read it so many times. It is true
• 1:38
Speaker 3: that the labor of the foolish, the foolish there not
• 1:42
Speaker 3: being an insult, is a description of a kind of person. Alleluiah.
• 1:47
Speaker 3: There is a kind of person who is called foolish.
• 1:50
Speaker 3: He may be since here, but he's still foolish. And
• 1:53
Speaker 3: what makes a person foolish is the absence of the
• 1:56
Speaker 3: knowledge on how to get to this city. He said
• 2:01
Speaker 3: he knowed not how to get to the city. And
• 2:04
Speaker 3: it is dangerous if such a man is not going alone,
• 2:07
Speaker 3: because every other person going with him, he will recycle
• 2:12
Speaker 3: and reproduce his pain and his ignorance in their lives.
• 2:16
Speaker 3: So this is a proper deliverance service where God himself
• 2:20
Speaker 3: is going to be helping us to part ways once
• 2:24
Speaker 3: and for all with certain things that have limited us,
• 2:28
Speaker 3: limited the purposes of God in.
• 2:29
Speaker 2: Our lives, perhaps our organizations.
• 2:34
Speaker 3: So our request that we take, is it all right
• 2:36
Speaker 3: if we take ten minutes to pray.
• 2:39
Speaker 2: Do you believe in prayer. We're going to.
• 2:43
Speaker 3: Pray seriously in the spirit, asking him to impart upon
• 2:49
Speaker 3: us the grace it takes to be distinguished.
• 2:53
  Speaker 2: In our lives.
• 2:54
Speaker 3: Please say alf time me Father, one more time, say Father,
• 2:58
Speaker 3: this morning I obtained grace to soar in the spirit.
• 3:04
Speaker 2: I obtained grace to understand everything. You have to say.
• 3:10
Speaker 2: Go ahead and pray. Haba capa racos de varadusata.
• 3:18
Speaker 3: Halla casaretti baratusata valadoski sabarus paranda barattos, savaraccos saavarattos leads.
• 3:32
Speaker 2: You are praying in the spirit.
• 3:37
Speaker 3: Hava la da baca randacus frascavaldaas hellabus cabrales.
• 3:55
Speaker 2: We obtained grace. We obtained grace. This morning, we obtained grace.
• 4:00
  Speaker 2: We obtain grace.
• 4:04
Speaker 3: Heba ka raca safrada ba lakos savardas.
• 4:11
  Speaker 2: We obtain grace.
• 4:18
Speaker 3: Shabracato, shaprasca vallacatos, haca sha.
• 4:28
Speaker 2: Allelujah in Jesus' name. We're still praying.
• 4:35
Speaker 3: An excelling life is every believers heritage in Christ. An
• 4:41
Speaker 3: excelling life, a life of glory, beauty, color and excellence
• 4:47
Speaker 3: is every delivers Destiny in Christ Deuteronome, chapter twenty eight,
• 4:54
Speaker 3: Verse one and two, a scripture that has in hired
• 4:57
Speaker 3: me so greatly. The Bible says it shall come to
• 5:00
Speaker 3: pass if thou shall hackn diligently onto the voice of
• 5:04
Speaker 3: the Lord like God, to observe and to do all
• 5:07
Speaker 3: his commandments which I command you this day. Watch this,
• 5:12
Speaker 3: that the Lord, that God will set the high above
• 5:17
Speaker 3: how many regardless your current location. He says, it will
• 5:23
Speaker 3: set you above all the nations of the earth. This
• 5:26
Speaker 3: was not a parable, This was not just a statement
• 5:30
Speaker 3: with a prophetic meaning.
• 5:31
Speaker 2: It literally meant what he.
• 5:33
Speaker 3: Said, above all the nations of the earth. Then it
• 5:36
Speaker 3: says in vers two that all these blessings shall come
• 5:41
Speaker 3: on thee and overtake you. You're going to pray, Lord,
• 5:45
Speaker 3: what my eyes needs to see this morning, to soar
• 5:49
Speaker 3: into the next level, the next heights, the next altitude,
• 5:53
Speaker 3: and the spirit open my ears and open my eyes.
• 5:57
Speaker 2: There is something your ear needs to hear.
• 5:59
Speaker 3: There is something your eyes need to see, like halba
• 6:02
Speaker 3: cock in the name of Jesus, Go ahead and pray.
• 6:09
Speaker 3: You may not need to hear everything, you may not
• 6:12
Speaker 3: need to see everything, but that which I must see
• 6:16
Speaker 3: and that which I must hear as far as the
• 6:20
Speaker 3: next level of my prophetic Destiny's concerned reveal to me,
• 6:25
Speaker 3: go ahead and pray Shah sabakaparakaata. Wash my eyes with
• 6:38
Speaker 3: our salve the eyes out that I may see Canna
• 6:43
Speaker 3: sa paracosiata. Let my ears hear the sounds of the
• 6:49
Speaker 3: spirit with clarity and precision. He Barras gave a cost YadA, Allelujah, Allelujah,
• 7:20
Speaker 3: final prayer, and then will be seated.
• 7:22
Speaker 2: The Bible says they heard the word just like we did.
• 7:28
Speaker 3: He says, but the word did not profit them, not
• 7:33
Speaker 3: being mixed with faith in them that heard it. Faith
• 7:37
Speaker 3: in one word is obedience, and obedience is a product
• 7:42
Speaker 3: of understanding. You cannot be obedient in confusion. The first
• 7:47
Speaker 3: law of obedience is clarity of understanding. If you do
• 7:51
Speaker 3: not understand my instruction, you cannot obey. It doesn't mean
• 7:55
Speaker 3: you're a rebel. It just means you're confused. Allelujah.
• 8:00
Speaker 2: Are we learning? This is very important.
• 8:02
Speaker 3: It's one thing to hear prophetic words, no matter how
• 8:06
Speaker 3: powerful they come. But you must obtain grace to obey,
• 8:11
Speaker 3: obtain grace to work in keeping.
• 8:15
Speaker 2: When Peter looked at him, and he says, if it
• 8:17
Speaker 2: be thou bid me, come. He never said Peter, come,
• 8:21
Speaker 2: He just said come whoever.
• 8:25
Speaker 3: Everyone was available to obey that instruction and get the
• 8:28
Speaker 3: same result. Had he called Peter any other person who
• 8:32
Speaker 3: stepped out to being disobedience because he specified, like Lazarus,
• 8:36
Speaker 3: if he said come out, resurrection would happen immediately, because
• 8:41
  Speaker 3: everybody dead rise.
• 8:43
Speaker 2: So he selected one person and said, Lazarus, come out.
• 8:46
Speaker 2: But in this case, if it be thou bid me come,
• 8:50
  Speaker 2: he said come.
• 8:53
Speaker 3: Everyone had a chance to experience the privilege of working
• 8:56
Speaker 3: on water, but only one person took this step. It's
• 8:59
Speaker 3: not the person who hears that gets the results, is
• 9:03
Speaker 3: the person who takes that step. Father the grace, the
• 9:07
Speaker 3: grace to act in keeping with the things I hear I.
• 9:11
Speaker 2: Received this morning, Go ahead and pray, Go ahead and
• 9:16
Speaker 2: pray the graves, the grades. Pray that as my.
• 9:35
Speaker 3: Direction comes, as the instruction for the next level of
• 9:39
Speaker 3: ministry comes, the next level of business, the next level
• 9:44
Speaker 3: of influence. In the spirit, I obtain grace not just
• 9:49
Speaker 3: to hear, not just to celebrate, not just to be excited,
• 9:53
  Speaker 3: but to act.
• 9:54
Speaker 2: In keeping for in Jesus' name. We are prayed.
• 10:05
Speaker 3: Lord, we obtain grace this morning, and we lean upon
• 10:09
Speaker 3: the help, the strength, and the wisdom of the Spirit.
• 10:12
Speaker 3: We pray that you will help us. In Jesus' name,
• 10:16
Speaker 3: please be seated. The God we serve is a mighty God.
• 10:23
Speaker 3: The God that we serve is a mighty God, and
• 10:28
Speaker 3: he desires that his people become a reflection of his might,
• 10:33
  Speaker 3: his power, his.
• 10:34
Speaker 2: Wisdom, and his excellence. Alleluyah.
• 10:39
Speaker 3: It is often said that a lion will not give
• 10:42
Speaker 3: birth to a sheep or some animal of lesser quality.
• 10:48
Speaker 3: Everything delivers after its kind. And if it is true
• 10:52
Speaker 3: that we are being grafted into Christ's true salvation, it
• 10:55
Speaker 3: then means that eventually our lives should be a clear
• 11:00
  Speaker 3: reflexion of everything.
• 11:02
  Speaker 2: That God is.
• 11:04
Speaker 3: Allelujah. If it is true that he is mighty, then
• 11:08
Speaker 3: might should be captured in your life. If he's the
• 11:11
Speaker 3: all wise God, then wisdom, superior wisdom should be captured
• 11:15
  Speaker 3: in your life.
• 11:16
Speaker 2: Do you believe that.
• 11:20
Speaker 3: If the cattle on a thousand he'll belongs to the Lord,
• 11:23
Speaker 3: then eventually your life should be a reflection of the
• 11:26
  Speaker 3: supplies of heaven.
• 11:28
Speaker 2: Allelujah. Yeah. If all power and authority belongs to him.
• 11:34
Speaker 3: Then dominion should be something, a reality that your life
• 11:38
Speaker 3: should demonstrate here and now. But the Bible says they
• 11:44
Speaker 3: know not. Neither will they understand Psalm eighty two hundreds five.
• 11:48
Speaker 3: They walk on in darkness, and all the foundations of
• 11:51
Speaker 3: the earth are out of course. Verse six says I
• 11:54
Speaker 3: have said, ye are gods, and all of you not
• 11:58
Speaker 3: some of you are children of the most high. Seven says,
• 12:02
Speaker 3: but you shall die like mere men and fall like
• 12:06
Speaker 3: one of the princes. I forbid this for your life,
• 12:10
Speaker 3: that as a result of this morning's meeting, and of
• 12:14
Speaker 3: course this conference, that it will not just be a
• 12:17
Speaker 3: theme of a conference. It will become the description of
• 12:19
Speaker 3: your next level. That everybody who sees you, indeed, they
• 12:24
Speaker 3: will glorify God for you. They will see the difference
• 12:28
Speaker 3: between the former you and the now current you, and
• 12:32
Speaker 3: the difference will be striking.
• 12:34
Speaker 2: It will be clear that the hand of God rested
• 12:36
Speaker 2: upon your life. Do you believe this? Yes?
• 12:41
Speaker 3: The purpose of meetings like this is not just to
• 12:43
Speaker 3: wet our appetite and to introduce us to possibilities that exist.
• 12:48
Speaker 3: Knowing what should be and not stepping into it will
• 12:52
Speaker 3: frustrate you more than ignorance. It's better to not even
• 12:55
Speaker 3: know that those possibilities exist than to know them and
• 12:59
Speaker 3: then not have the grace to.
• 13:01
Speaker 2: Step into it. Allelujah.
• 13:04
Speaker 3: Imagine that I come into a house if I'm not
• 13:06
  Speaker 3: aware that there's.
• 13:08
Speaker 2: A delicious meal in the kitchen.
• 13:11
Speaker 3: You see, there's no temptation and frustration might not affect
• 13:14
Speaker 3: me because I'm not even aware. But imagine that you
• 13:17
Speaker 3: lead me to the kitchen and show me everything that
• 13:19
Speaker 3: then you say, go back and sit.
• 13:21
Speaker 2: You will not get my attention again, am I right? Yeah?
• 13:25
Speaker 3: Because you have created an expectation, and then my appetite
• 13:29
Speaker 3: will not rest until I have a chance to taste
• 13:31
Speaker 3: of what you have prepared. So when God prepares this
• 13:36
Speaker 3: feast of fat things, it is not just to wet
• 13:38
Speaker 3: your appetite and frustrate you.
• 13:40
Speaker 2: He's showing you that this can be your reality if
• 13:44
Speaker 2: you make up your mind too.
• 13:48
Speaker 4: I have searched and searched all the earth, searched and
• 13:53
Speaker 4: searched all the earth, and fund baby comer.
• 14:03
Speaker 2: I have searched and.
• 14:04
Speaker 4: Searched all the earth, searched and searched all the earth, and.
• 14:11
  Speaker 2: Firm famili cammer.
• 14:16
Speaker 3: Let me tell you how this song came a few
• 14:19
Speaker 3: years ago, I was in Cameroon and I went to
• 14:22
Speaker 3: preach for a conference and I just woke up as
• 14:26
Speaker 3: I would do in the morning. I was just worshiping
• 14:29
Speaker 3: and reflecting on my own life. I broke into tears
• 14:33
Speaker 3: and I said, look at my life. Look what the
• 14:36
Speaker 3: God of Heaven can do with a man who chooses
• 14:38
Speaker 3: to believe him. And this song came out of that contemplation.
• 14:42
Speaker 3: I began to reflect on my former self and my
• 14:46
Speaker 3: now self. What God would do in someone's life. Whether
• 14:50
Speaker 3: you're a musician or not, it will lead you to
• 14:53
Speaker 3: writing a song that will guide nations to attest to
• 14:56
Speaker 3: the fact that He has lifted you, that He has
• 14:59
Speaker 3: blessed you, that He has exalted you in the name
• 15:02
  Speaker 3: of Jesus Christ.
• 15:06
Speaker 2: God lifts, so God lifts. God can honor a man.
• 15:11
Speaker 3: God can turn your life around, turn your ministry around,
• 15:15
Speaker 3: turn your organization. Is it not in your Bible that
• 15:18
Speaker 3: He has turned my money into dancing? Have you stopped
• 15:22
Speaker 3: reading that scripture that He has turned my sorrow into joy?
• 15:27
Speaker 3: Parahsoki abashallahcusiata. This God God can anoint men. God can
• 15:34
Speaker 3: separate men. God can distinguish men. God can place his
• 15:39
Speaker 3: hand upon a man, and it becomes.
• 15:42
Speaker 2: Clear that God's hand is upon you.
• 15:45
Speaker 3: God can tell the nations to listen to you, and
• 15:48
Speaker 3: no power in existence can stop your voice from being heard.
• 15:52
  Speaker 2: It is true.
• 15:53
Speaker 3: God can evil restore that a man can lose everything, money, reputation,
• 15:59
Speaker 3: and my God can choose to restore.
• 16:01
Speaker 2: He can even resurrect. Yeah, allelujah.
• 16:09
Speaker 3: It's important that when we're God like this, we understand
• 16:13
Speaker 3: that we're God onto a God that can do all
• 16:16
Speaker 3: this and more. This already will stretch your faith to
• 16:20
Speaker 3: believe him so that we don't come with our limitations
• 16:23
Speaker 3: a possible I'm owing right now as I'm sitting my
• 16:26
Speaker 3: Mighty saying the reason why people get distracted in churches
• 16:29
Speaker 3: because of unbelief. They have not come into a comprehension
• 16:33
Speaker 3: of the person they have come to encounter. Allelujah. When
• 16:38
Speaker 3: a very wealthy man comes here and says, lend me
• 16:41
Speaker 3: your attention, I want to assure you that you will
• 16:44
Speaker 3: not leave the same. You suspect that he may bless
• 16:46
Speaker 3: you at the end of it. So no matter what
• 16:48
Speaker 3: tries to distract you, you see it as an attack.
• 16:51
Speaker 3: You give him your rapt attention because of the awareness
• 16:54
Speaker 3: of what he can do.
• 16:58
Speaker 4: I have searched and searched all the earth, searched and
• 17:03
Speaker 4: searched all the earth.
• 17:05
Speaker 2: And found that baboeny comer.
• 17:12
Speaker 4: I have searched and searched all the earth, searched the
• 17:17
Speaker 4: searched all the earth, and found.
• 17:21
Speaker 2: That bameny cover babueney comer comes.
• 17:34
Speaker 5: Yah yes, Baba, money comer come, baby comer comes, Yah yes, Baba,
• 17:52
Speaker 5: money comer comes. Not anyone who says you will not rise,
• 18:01
Speaker 5: that anyone who says your ministry, your vision will not rise.
• 18:05
Speaker 5: That anyone who says you must look like where you
• 18:08
  Speaker 5: are coming from.
• 18:09
Speaker 3: In the name of Jesus, by this meeting this morning,
• 18:12
Speaker 3: I stand by your postonic and the prophetic.
• 18:16
Speaker 2: I declare, may those all times be crossed forever. May
• 18:22
Speaker 2: those voices be silenced forever. Allelujah, Please be seated, Please
• 18:33
  Speaker 2: be seated.
• 18:34
Speaker 3: My spirit was just fired up as I came here,
• 18:37
Speaker 3: and I just I just thought to bring this to
• 18:40
Speaker 3: challenge someone. Shake off that limitation. It's time to sow allelujah.
• 18:45
Speaker 3: Do you know why the plane lifts? It lives because
• 18:49
Speaker 3: it if it keeps moving at that place, it will
• 18:52
  Speaker 3: start bouncing.
• 18:53
Speaker 2: The speed is too much for land, so it has
• 18:56
  Speaker 2: to lift. Allelujah.
• 18:59
Speaker 3: That when it be leans to taxi to lift, there
• 19:02
Speaker 3: is a speed requirement that no object on land should
• 19:05
Speaker 3: continue it it will it will have to change faces, alleluyah.
• 19:12
  Speaker 2: Just like temperature.
• 19:14
Speaker 3: When you put ice and you set maybe you put
• 19:17
Speaker 3: ice in a pot and set it on fire, there
• 19:20
Speaker 3: is a temperature that cannot allow it to be ice again.
• 19:23
Speaker 3: There is a temperature that cannot allow it to be
• 19:26
  Speaker 3: liquid again.
• 19:27
  Speaker 2: Is that true?
• 19:28
Speaker 3: Yes, same water, but existing in different faces. The difference
• 19:35
Speaker 3: is a temperature, and in this case for a plane
• 19:39
Speaker 3: and aircraft, the difference is a speed that there is
• 19:43
Speaker 3: a speed that becomes unfair for it to remain on
• 19:46
Speaker 3: the ground, and that way it soars because that's where
• 19:49
Speaker 3: it belongs at that speed. Alleluyah. Some of you, after
• 19:58
Speaker 3: this conference, you will before kings and nobles listen.
• 20:03
Speaker 2: You will look left and right and find out that
• 20:06
  Speaker 2: you it's almost like it's a dream.
• 20:08
Speaker 3: You will ask yourself, what am I doing here? Who
• 20:11
Speaker 3: would have believed that God will lift me? That all
• 20:14
Speaker 3: those who knew you would say, how did you get here?
• 20:17
Speaker 3: How did God take you from Enugo to place you
• 20:20
Speaker 3: to sit with kings. I'm saying this as a prophetic world.
• 20:23
Speaker 3: Maybe not for everyone, but for someone who has the
• 20:27
Speaker 3: grace to believe that My God can lift men. May
• 20:30
Speaker 3: that grace rest upon you this morning. Allelujah, Please be seated, Allelujah.
• 20:45
Speaker 3: A journey of twelve to thirteen hours can be covered
• 20:51
Speaker 3: in fifteen minutes, depending.
• 20:54
Speaker 2: On what carries you there, allelujah.
• 20:58
Speaker 3: So it is possible to leave me in Legos on
• 21:02
Speaker 3: my bed sleeping, and by the time you get to
• 21:05
Speaker 3: a budjat, I'm still sleeping there and you are wondering
• 21:09
Speaker 3: what happened. I simply had the advantage of a more
• 21:14
Speaker 3: superior means of transportation.
• 21:16
Speaker 2: Am I right on that? Yes?
• 21:19
Speaker 3: That a journey that should take ten, twelve, thirteen hours,
• 21:25
Speaker 3: I can take that journey in fifteen minutes. Not because
• 21:28
Speaker 3: I am better than the person who went by road
• 21:31
Speaker 3: or any other means. I simply had the leverage of
• 21:34
Speaker 3: a more superior system of transportation.
• 21:37
Speaker 2: This is what is happening to you this morning.
• 21:39
Speaker 3: That the things you are about to hear, just imagine
• 21:43
Speaker 3: yourself coming out of another kind of means of transport
• 21:46
  Speaker 3: into a more.
• 21:47
Speaker 2: Superior one that what you are hearing.
• 21:50
Speaker 3: In a matter of days, some of you, it will
• 21:53
Speaker 3: so revolutionize your life.
• 21:55
Speaker 2: In the name of Jesus Christ.
• 21:58
Speaker 3: Listen, we rise upon the strength of the information and
• 22:03
Speaker 3: the revelation we have access to. We do not rise
• 22:06
Speaker 3: just because of desire. It takes more than desire to rise.
• 22:11
  Speaker 2: Allelujah.
• 22:12
Speaker 3: The wealth of the revelation you have is what constructs
• 22:16
Speaker 3: your means of transportation in destiny. The wealth of the
• 22:20
Speaker 3: revelation the abundance of the lights that you have. The
• 22:25
Speaker 3: light you have is what you will use to construct
• 22:28
Speaker 3: your means of transportation. If you do not have superior light,
• 22:34
Speaker 3: you may be forced to crawl through destiny. When God
• 22:38
Speaker 3: wants to help you, he sends you light. The light
• 22:43
Speaker 3: only comes true men, So it looks like He's sending
• 22:46
Speaker 3: you a man. But a man is only useful because
• 22:49
Speaker 3: of the light that they will bring.
• 22:51
Speaker 2: Are we together now?
• 22:57
Speaker 3: I've had the honor and the privilege of studying very
• 23:01
Speaker 3: successful ministries, successful organizations, successful believers, and when I say successful,
• 23:09
Speaker 3: people whose lives have been a very clear representation of
• 23:14
Speaker 3: God's intent. There are others who have given flamesy excuses
• 23:18
Speaker 3: as to why their spiritual lives, their finances, their organizations,
• 23:22
Speaker 3: and their destinies have failed to rise to have prophetic potential.
• 23:27
Speaker 2: You see, every time you find.
• 23:29
Speaker 3: Yourself in a limitation, there are two ways who can
• 23:32
Speaker 3: approach that situation. Want to give a flamesy religious excuse
• 23:36
Speaker 3: to console yourself and crystallize your mediocrity, or take responsibility
• 23:42
Speaker 3: and say I know there is a way.
• 23:44
Speaker 2: I may not know the way, but I will not
• 23:46
Speaker 2: rest till I find it. Our world is full of many.
• 23:51
Speaker 3: Believers, including Christians, who, knowing that they have been limited
• 23:56
Speaker 3: in many areas, not take responsibility. So if the man's
• 24:03
Speaker 3: prayer life is down, he would downplay prayer and saying
• 24:06
Speaker 3: prayer is not important.
• 24:07
Speaker 2: As an excuse to remain in that state.
• 24:10
Speaker 3: If the man's words toody life is not robust and serious,
• 24:13
Speaker 3: he will say it's not about revelation. We are masters
• 24:17
Speaker 3: at creating excuses in areas where we do not excel.
• 24:22
Speaker 3: If the man's finances is going down, he says, it's
• 24:25
Speaker 3: all about love for Jesus and not about money.
• 24:28
Speaker 2: What does that mean are we together? If we fail
• 24:32
Speaker 2: to rise? We say, after all, we're all going to die.
• 24:35
Speaker 2: All these white sayings that endorse mediocrity, check that thing
• 24:39
Speaker 2: off your destiny this morning in the name of.
• 24:42
Speaker 3: Jesus, and praise yourself that every thing God has intre
• 24:46
Speaker 3: for me, my life will be a clear representation of
• 24:50
Speaker 3: all that Jesus died for. My life will be a
• 24:53
Speaker 3: clear representation of the victory that is captured in the death, burial,
• 24:58
Speaker 3: resurrection as sen an exaltation of the King. And that
• 25:04
Speaker 3: if my life is short of any of this, then
• 25:07
Speaker 3: it becomes my press to see that within my lifetime
• 25:11
Speaker 3: I become as clear as.
• 25:13
Speaker 2: Possible in representation of His power. Allelujah.
• 25:18
Speaker 3: This is responsible Christianity. If you are broke, don't and
• 25:22
Speaker 3: you don't complain. Just come to God and say, I
• 25:25
Speaker 3: take responsibility. There is something I've not seen.
• 25:28
Speaker 2: Show me the light.
• 25:30
Speaker 3: If your spiritual life is going down, don't give a
• 25:33
Speaker 3: fhrasy excuse and say, after all, the most important thing
• 25:37
  Speaker 3: is that I'm saved. No, I can't step into a
• 25:40
Speaker 3: higher level if your organization is failing and you're not
• 25:44
Speaker 3: contending for true kingdom influence. Don't downplay influence because it
• 25:48
Speaker 3: is not captured in your life.
• 25:53
  Speaker 2: Are we together?
• 25:57
Speaker 3: So this morning I want to share with us a
• 25:58
Speaker 3: few things as we pray that I thought would really
• 26:02
Speaker 3: help us. It's my honor to contribute as God will
• 26:06
Speaker 3: grant grace to our rising and excelling.
• 26:10
Speaker 2: So I made a commitment and in covenant with.
• 26:12
Speaker 3: God that in my life as a leader and as
• 26:14
Speaker 3: a man of God, that I will never raise the
• 26:17
Speaker 3: people who are just spiritually vibrant. It is my intent
• 26:21
Speaker 3: to raise people who become a holistic representation of everything
• 26:26
Speaker 3: that Jesus died for. That includes spiritual vibrancy, a transformed people,
• 26:34
Speaker 3: a people who excel in every area of their life.
• 26:38
Speaker 3: And so in teaching and mentoring my people, I am
• 26:41
Speaker 3: very intentional. I'm very methodical, and I'm very insistent. When
• 26:47
Speaker 3: I teach on finances, you will think that's all that
• 26:50
Speaker 3: I know. When I teach on consecration and spiritual life,
• 26:53
Speaker 3: you will think I would not.
• 26:54
Speaker 2: Teach on anything else.
• 26:55
Speaker 3: It is my desire to see that God's people be
• 26:58
Speaker 3: holistically built. It is dangerous to be lobsided in your
• 27:02
Speaker 3: construction because you will be the only representation of Jesus
• 27:07
Speaker 3: that someone may be looking at, and if you are
• 27:11
Speaker 3: not thoroughly built, you will misrepresent who Jesus is. A
• 27:15
Speaker 3: few weeks ago, I taught back home trying to help
• 27:19
Speaker 3: us redefine that there is a kind of Jesus who're
• 27:23
Speaker 3: selling to the nations that the whole generation is going
• 27:26
Speaker 3: to reject because that portrait of Jesus is not the
• 27:30
Speaker 3: one the Bible talks about. We have sold a weak Jesus,
• 27:34
Speaker 3: a limited Jesus, Jesus who is not interested in letting
• 27:38
Speaker 3: men rise to positions of influence and nobility to live
• 27:42
Speaker 3: lives of dignity and honor. This wrong, misguided narrative is
• 27:47
Speaker 3: what has plunged Africa as a continent and this nation
• 27:50
Speaker 3: where it is. So you find some of the failing businesses,
• 27:54
Speaker 3: they belong to Christians, and we excuse.
• 27:56
Speaker 2: It and say, after all, we're soon going to go home.
• 28:01
Speaker 3: And so it endorses carelessness, mediocrity, and so on and
• 28:05
Speaker 3: so forth. But this morning, I hope to challenge us
• 28:09
Speaker 3: in the name of Jesus, that there is a destiny
• 28:12
Speaker 3: for us in Christ and God desires He did not
• 28:15
Speaker 3: waste these resources in our lives, the world of God,
• 28:18
Speaker 3: the blood of Jesus, the Holy Spirit. God would not
• 28:21
Speaker 3: have granted us access to these rich resources.
• 28:24
Speaker 2: Just to live a mediocre life.
• 28:26
Speaker 3: And when I talk about an excelling life, it's important
• 28:29
Speaker 3: that I let you know that everything I talk about
• 28:32
Speaker 3: is with respect to God's expectation, with respect to the
• 28:36
Speaker 3: revelation of Jesus in and through your life.
• 28:40
  Speaker 2: Allelujah.
• 28:41
Speaker 3: Everything in your life only finds its value to the
• 28:44
Speaker 3: degree to which it contributes to making Jesus known to
• 28:47
Speaker 3: your world. It's important that we have that at the
• 28:50
Speaker 3: back of our minds. Praise the name of the Lord.
• 28:54
Speaker 3: Second Chronicles, Chapter fifteen, Second Chronicles, Chapter fifteen.
• 29:08
  Speaker 2: And verse three.
• 29:10
Speaker 3: I like us to read this scripture as loud as
• 29:12
Speaker 3: we can when it is projected. Ready one to read.
• 29:16
Speaker 3: Please now, for a long season Israel had been without
• 29:21
Speaker 3: the true God, and without a teaching priest, and without law.
• 29:27
Speaker 3: One more time, please now, for a long season, Israel
• 29:31
Speaker 3: had been without a true God.
• 29:36
Speaker 2: Uh huh, ladies and gentlemen.
• 29:39
Speaker 3: In this simple verse of scripture lies the secret to
• 29:44
Speaker 3: territorial dicadems that every time Satan wants to destroy a territory,
• 29:50
Speaker 3: there are three things he withdraws.
• 29:53
Speaker 2: Number one, the knowledge of the one True God. Number two,
• 29:58
Speaker 2: he withdraws leadership, teaching priests.
• 30:01
Speaker 3: No one to guide, no one to mentain, no one
• 30:04
Speaker 3: to instruct. And number three he removes laws. Show me
• 30:10
Speaker 3: a society that does not acknowledge God as your King.
• 30:14
Speaker 3: Did the Bible not say, blessed this the nation whose
• 30:17
Speaker 3: God is the Lord Allelujah? It says now for a
• 30:21
Speaker 3: long time, this tragedy unfortunately happened to the nation of Israel.
• 30:26
Speaker 3: Israel had been without the True God. And you know,
• 30:32
Speaker 3: Jesus said this in John seventeen. Remember and the three
• 30:35
Speaker 3: this is life eternal, that they may know. Ye, you
• 30:39
Speaker 3: the one True God, and Jesus, whom thou has sent,
• 30:44
Speaker 3: So back to that scripture.
• 30:46
Speaker 2: For a long time Israel was without the True God.
• 30:50
Speaker 3: Number two, without a teaching priest, a teaching priest, what.
• 30:57
Speaker 2: Is the assignment of the teaching priests?
• 30:58
Speaker 3: Jeremiah three, And I will give you past us or
• 31:02
Speaker 3: shepherds according to my heart, and they shall feed you
• 31:07
Speaker 3: with knowledge and understanding. So that any territory that is
• 31:12
Speaker 3: banthrop of a teaching priests, men and women commissioned mandated
• 31:19
Speaker 3: by God to help guide the understanding of his people
• 31:22
Speaker 3: within that territory. And then number three, the absence of laws.
• 31:28
Speaker 3: People just do whatever they want to do, no boundaries,
• 31:31
Speaker 3: no limits. Did the Bible not say a man who
• 31:34
Speaker 3: does not have a watch a gate over his.
• 31:37
Speaker 2: Spirit is like a city without words.
• 31:42
Speaker 3: Any business, any church, any territory that experiences these three
• 31:49
Speaker 3: four deficiencies will always remain a prey to Satan.
• 31:55
Speaker 2: The absence of the One True God, the absence.
• 31:59
Speaker 3: Of tea priests, the absence of laws. This is true
• 32:05
Speaker 3: for churches, This is true for individuals. This is true
• 32:09
Speaker 3: for corporate organizations. Allelujah prays the name of the Lord.
• 32:14
Speaker 3: This is very important.
• 32:16
  Speaker 2: Now.
• 32:16
Speaker 3: Most people desire to rise, Most companies, most churches desire
• 32:22
Speaker 3: to rise and excel. And if you ask the average
• 32:25
Speaker 3: person what is the key to to with victorious Christian
• 32:28
Speaker 3: life as an individual, as a ministry, they will tell
• 32:32
Speaker 3: you things like faith for some Others will tell you
• 32:35
  Speaker 3: light understanding.
• 32:36
Speaker 2: Others will say anointing. Are we together?
• 32:39
Speaker 3: Others will say, just make sure you crush all the
• 32:41
Speaker 3: altars that are so pieces of truth together.
• 32:45
Speaker 2: But did you know that? For you to make progress
• 32:49
Speaker 2: in the spirit, the first.
• 32:51
Speaker 3: Thing you need to understand is how God designs his
• 32:56
Speaker 3: kingdom to function. You cannot be in a kingdom and
• 33:00
Speaker 3: not consult with the owner of the kingdom.
• 33:02
Speaker 2: How did God design the kingdom to function?
• 33:07
Speaker 3: How did God design victory to be administered?
• 33:10
Speaker 2: And experienced. Are we together?
• 33:13
Speaker 3: The only person who has the exclusive right to guide
• 33:17
Speaker 3: your excelling is God himself. He designed the system, he
• 33:21
Speaker 3: was not given. He is Alpha Omega. It is pride
• 33:26
Speaker 3: to try to design a great life and ig not
• 33:28
Speaker 3: the one, the one who brought the.
• 33:31
  Speaker 2: Whole thing about.
• 33:33
Speaker 3: Most people try to build ministries through all kinds of formulas,
• 33:38
Speaker 3: build businesses through all.
• 33:40
  Speaker 2: Kinds of formulas.
• 33:41
Speaker 3: And did you know that while they are doing all that,
• 33:43
Speaker 3: God is by the side watching them.
• 33:45
Speaker 2: And they ignore him or at best involve him when
• 33:49
Speaker 2: there is trouble, And when there is a semblance of kids,
• 33:52
Speaker 2: they say, you can live now.
• 33:53
Speaker 3: The day I need you, you will come back again.
• 33:55
Speaker 3: But see what the Bible says in the beginning God created.
• 33:59
Speaker 3: He never said in the beginning God.
• 34:01
Speaker 2: And man created in the beginning God alone exclusively. That
• 34:07
Speaker 2: means for everything I desire to become obtained, achieve everything
• 34:13
Speaker 2: I desire, I must go back and consult God. How
• 34:17
Speaker 2: did you design for men to prosper in the kingdom?
• 34:21
  Speaker 2: How did you.
• 34:21
Speaker 3: Design for territories to advance in the kingdom? How did
• 34:25
Speaker 3: you design for individuals to be anointed in the kingdom?
• 34:28
  Speaker 2: How did you.
• 34:29
Speaker 3: Design for people to access wisdom. How did you design
• 34:33
Speaker 3: for influence to happen in the kingdom?
• 34:37
  Speaker 2: No wonder?
• 34:38
Speaker 3: Jeremiah sixty sixteen says, that said the Lord. He said,
• 34:42
Speaker 3: standing the way and find out that old path six
• 34:47
  Speaker 3: sixteen Jeremiah.
• 34:49
Speaker 2: As for the old path, he says, wherein is the
• 34:52
Speaker 2: good way? You have to ask? You don't assume.
• 34:56
Speaker 3: You ask, And when you find it, he says, work therein,
• 35:01
Speaker 3: and he assures you that you will find rest for
• 35:03
Speaker 3: your soul. The Bible says, what they said, we will
• 35:05
Speaker 3: not work there in. Hardship has an explanation. A medio
• 35:12
Speaker 3: car life has an explanation. A life of limitation has
• 35:16
Speaker 3: an explanation. Becoming a victim of societal and elemental forces
• 35:21
  Speaker 3: has an explanation.
• 35:24
  Speaker 2: Allelujah away together.
• 35:28
Speaker 3: So we must learn to go back to God and
• 35:31
Speaker 3: ask him, how did you create this to work? How
• 35:35
Speaker 3: did you create business to work? In Enugo in Nigeria?
• 35:39
Speaker 3: How did you create ministry to work? The rich young
• 35:44
Speaker 3: ruler came to Jesus and said, good Master, what must
• 35:47
Speaker 3: I do to be saved? Very responsible gentleman. He didn't say,
• 35:52
Speaker 3: can you make me?
• 35:53
Speaker 2: Say? What must I do? I know there is a responsibility.
• 35:57
Speaker 2: Components to this, what is my own party need to
• 36:00
  Speaker 2: be said? Alleluyah.
• 36:17
Speaker 3: Leadership is a very important aspect of our lives for
• 36:22
Speaker 3: many reasons. Without leadership, it is impossible for continuity in
• 36:32
Speaker 3: any life, any ministry, any family. And so the way
• 36:35
Speaker 3: God designed the system is that anything God wants to last,
• 36:40
Speaker 3: he creates a tripartite formation around it.
• 36:44
Speaker 2: Please follow closely, alleluyah.
• 36:47
Speaker 3: When God created trees, you will notice that a tree
• 36:52
Speaker 3: can stand for hundreds of years.
• 36:55
Speaker 2: Is that true? There are trees that are hundreds of
• 36:57
Speaker 2: years old, and here was the formation. There is the root.
• 37:01
Speaker 2: Is that true? And then there is the vine itself.
• 37:05
Speaker 2: Is that true? Then the branches that bring the fruits.
• 37:09
Speaker 2: That's how God designed it.
• 37:12
Speaker 3: Everything God wants to last, he constructs this kind of
• 37:16
Speaker 3: system that there is something the root connects it to
• 37:20
Speaker 3: the earth and continues to receive nutrients.
• 37:22
Speaker 2: Are wea together now?
• 37:24
Speaker 3: Yes, the vine midwives the root, and then the fruits
• 37:29
Speaker 3: and the branches are the fruit peering part of it.
• 37:33
Speaker 3: So when Jesus was speaking, he said I am the vine.
• 37:36
Speaker 3: He says, you are the branches. You see that now
• 37:39
Speaker 3: that if you will ever be fruitful, you must be
• 37:41
Speaker 3: conscious of this formation. The moment you try to become
• 37:45
Speaker 3: the vine, you're going to get into trouble. That you
• 37:47
Speaker 3: are the branches, and that your productivity only happens with
• 37:52
Speaker 3: respect to how connected you are to me.
• 37:57
Speaker 2: Allelujah, are we together now?
• 38:00
Speaker 3: So most people have failed to rise because they have
• 38:03
Speaker 3: failed to understand God's structure and God's pattern. In Ezekel
• 38:09
Speaker 3: thirty seven, when you study the Bible, talks about something
• 38:14
Speaker 3: that really happened there would profit Ezekeel the resurrection of
• 38:18
Speaker 3: the ones dry bones who.
• 38:21
Speaker 2: Became an exceeding great army.
• 38:23
Speaker 3: Did you notice that the first thing that happened was
• 38:26
Speaker 3: that the bones came together?
• 38:28
Speaker 2: Bones talk of structure.
• 38:30
Speaker 3: Life is useless, flesh is useless until the bones come together.
• 38:36
Speaker 3: Remember when when Joseph was about to die, he said,
• 38:40
Speaker 3: make sure when I'm dead and you are leaving this place,
• 38:43
Speaker 3: carry my bones. He was not just talking about his
• 38:47
Speaker 3: physical bones alone. Carry a pattern. There was a structure,
• 38:51
Speaker 3: something kept you in a foreign land and you still
• 38:54
Speaker 3: excel it says when you are living there, carry it.
• 38:59
Speaker 3: My bones should be memorial for you. Allelujah, are we
• 39:03
  Speaker 3: steing together?
• 39:05
  Speaker 2: Yes?
• 39:05
Speaker 3: This is very important. So most people do not understand
• 39:09
Speaker 3: the power of structure and the power of leadership. I
• 39:13
Speaker 3: will talk a bit along these lines. No organization and
• 39:17
Speaker 3: no ministry drives without understanding leadership. Now you see, the
• 39:22
Speaker 3: way we start anything is that anything from infancy may
• 39:26
Speaker 3: not seem to need leadership. If you are starting a business,
• 39:31
Speaker 3: all it takes is an idea and perhaps some capital,
• 39:34
Speaker 3: and then you start and you're doing well.
• 39:36
Speaker 2: Same thing with the church.
• 39:37
Speaker 3: Most likely the church may happen between you, your wife,
• 39:40
Speaker 3: and maybe your children, and so the necessity for leadership
• 39:44
Speaker 3: and the consequences of the absence of leadership may not
• 39:48
Speaker 3: be seen at that point.
• 39:50
Speaker 2: Allelujah. It takes time, and.
• 39:52
Speaker 3: As people and organizations evolve, you now begin to see
• 39:56
Speaker 3: the necessity for leadership. So when Jesus walked upon the earth,
• 40:01
Speaker 3: you would think that the assignment of salvation would be done.
• 40:05
Speaker 2: By him alone, even though he was the only one
• 40:07
Speaker 2: who was sent to die.
• 40:09
Speaker 3: He was not sent to die and kill other people
• 40:12
Speaker 3: too with him away together. But when Jesus walked upon
• 40:15
Speaker 3: the earth, did you notice that for over thirty years
• 40:18
Speaker 3: there was no need for leadership. He didn't call anybody,
• 40:21
Speaker 3: no talk of discipleship, no talk of mentorship.
• 40:24
Speaker 2: He was building himself. Am I right on that? But
• 40:27
Speaker 2: the moment the assignment began?
• 40:29
Speaker 3: Watch this now, the Bible tells us that when Jesus
• 40:34
Speaker 3: was baptized, he returned in the power of the spirit.
• 40:38
Speaker 3: And the next thing that happened was that he selected
• 40:41
Speaker 3: a few people, and the Bible says he called them
• 40:44
Speaker 3: to be with him and then that he might send them.
• 40:48
Speaker 3: So he calls, he prays all night, and then he
• 40:52
Speaker 3: selects a group of people, twelve of them. The Bible
• 40:55
Speaker 3: listed all of them. And notice, I like the leadership.
• 41:00
  Speaker 2: Structure of Jesus.
• 41:02
Speaker 3: Just because he was there doing crusades did not mean
• 41:06
Speaker 3: that he forgot to build these people. There were two
• 41:09
Speaker 3: things Jesus was doing, and most people focus on the miracles,
• 41:13
Speaker 3: or do you know that a majority of what you
• 41:16
Speaker 3: call the gospels where discussions between him and his people.
• 41:21
  Speaker 2: Are we together?
• 41:22
Speaker 3: Now that the Beatitudes from Matthew chapter five, and you
• 41:26
Speaker 3: read down to Matthew chapter eleven. Thereabout this where the
• 41:30
Speaker 3: lecture manuals Jesus was teaching and training his people.
• 41:35
Speaker 2: When he called on.
• 41:37
Speaker 3: These people, he would go and preach and mighty things
• 41:40
Speaker 3: would happen. Then he would return back dust himself and say, gentlemen,
• 41:44
Speaker 3: sit down and let's continue. He kept building them, building them,
• 41:50
Speaker 3: and then by the time we get to ask chapter one,
• 41:53
Speaker 3: the twelfth in company with others, making one hundred and
• 41:57
Speaker 3: twenty were ready to receive of the Spirit of God
• 42:01
Speaker 3: and to become the extensions of this gospel. Can I
• 42:04
Speaker 3: tell you as powerful as salvation is, and worse, it
• 42:08
Speaker 3: would have failed without leadership. The advancement of the gospel
• 42:14
Speaker 3: today did not just happen because Jesus died and resurrected successfully.
• 42:19
Speaker 3: I hope you know they already paid people to silence
• 42:22
Speaker 3: that news. It took leadership in partnership with the Holy
• 42:25
Speaker 3: Spirit to prevail over the desire to silence the truth.
• 42:29
Speaker 2: Of the resurrection of Jesus.
• 42:33
Speaker 3: Most people who have not seen the value of leadership,
• 42:36
Speaker 3: and so they are unable to rise and they're unable
• 42:39
Speaker 3: to excel. What is leadership? Let's talk a bit about it.
• 42:42
Speaker 3: What exactly is leadership? For many people, leadership means someone
• 42:48
Speaker 3: who is ahead directing people. That may not be entirely wrong,
• 42:53
Speaker 3: but that's not absolutely correct. Leadership is beyond titles. Leadership
• 42:58
Speaker 3: is beyond the one who is ahead of others. The
• 43:01
Speaker 3: whole idea of leadership, you see, is about deploying the
• 43:08
Speaker 3: grace and the investment of God upon your life and
• 43:11
Speaker 3: using it to serve so effectively that your results.
• 43:15
Speaker 2: Compel people to grant you a gift called loyalty. Are
• 43:20
Speaker 2: we together now? So the idea of leadership in its
• 43:24
Speaker 2: essence has nothing necessarily to do with leading people. Leading
• 43:29
Speaker 2: people is only the latter aspect of leadership. Are we
• 43:34
  Speaker 2: learning now?
• 43:35
Speaker 3: That leadership in its essence has to do with excelling
• 43:38
Speaker 3: in your own life and using all the resources that
• 43:41
Speaker 3: has been given to you.
• 43:43
Speaker 2: By God to so excel that.
• 43:46
Speaker 3: Your life and your results become so compelling. It becomes
• 43:50
Speaker 3: so compelling that people come to join you, and they
• 43:54
Speaker 3: willingly want to adopt your ideas and your philosophies.
• 43:58
Speaker 2: They give you a gift called loyalty.
• 44:03
Speaker 3: So you see that for many people, when we talk
• 44:05
Speaker 3: about a leader, the first thing they're looking for.
• 44:08
Speaker 2: Is where the followers?
• 44:10
Speaker 3: Where the people who should follow me as proof that
• 44:13
Speaker 3: I'm a leader. While it is true that if you
• 44:15
Speaker 3: are a leader, indeed you will never be alone. Someone
• 44:18
Speaker 3: must be inspired by your life enough to want to
• 44:23
Speaker 3: become part of your life. Are we together? But the
• 44:26
Speaker 3: whole idea is not about people. People are the latter part.
• 44:32
Speaker 3: The disciples did not just follow Jesus because he called them.
• 44:37
Speaker 3: They followed him because they saw a man excelling in
• 44:40
  Speaker 3: his life.
• 44:41
Speaker 2: He excelled in a way that was unusual. Are we
• 44:44
  Speaker 2: learning now?
• 44:46
Speaker 3: And because of the kind and the quality of excellence
• 44:49
Speaker 3: that was mettered out by his life when he called them,
• 44:52
Speaker 3: they saw it as a pleasure to join him. I mean,
• 44:56
Speaker 3: who would leave ef phishing business to join a man
• 44:58
Speaker 3: just because he said follow me. It would take more
• 45:01
Speaker 3: than beckoning on a man to follow me. There was
• 45:04
Speaker 3: a level of results that they saw in his life,
• 45:07
Speaker 3: the excellence, the power, the grace. And when he told
• 45:10
Speaker 3: them follow me, they were so glad. Because men will
• 45:13
Speaker 3: always want to be part of what works. No body
• 45:17
Speaker 3: will want to be part of a failed system. Allelujah. Unfortunately,
• 45:24
Speaker 3: because most people do not know that leadership depends on
• 45:27
Speaker 3: the leader's personal excellence. First, we are more titled conscious
• 45:33
Speaker 3: and so all we want to do is to accumulate
• 45:35
Speaker 3: as many followers. Listen to me carefully, because you will
• 45:39
Speaker 3: know why your church is not growing. Your church is
• 45:42
Speaker 3: not growing because you are focused on looking for members
• 45:45
Speaker 3: rather than becoming a true picture of what.
• 45:48
Speaker 2: God has called the believer to be. Are you seeing
• 45:51
  Speaker 2: that now.
• 45:54
Speaker 3: That a preacher comes and all that is in his
• 45:57
Speaker 3: mind is how can I grow this church? As we say,
• 46:01
Speaker 3: from tanty members to two hundred members, and all his
• 46:05
Speaker 3: focused on doing is turning all the publicity skills. You
• 46:09
Speaker 3: will never grow a church that way. No, and believe me,
• 46:14
Speaker 3: I know what I'm saying. People follow inspiration. People follow
• 46:19
Speaker 3: what looks like a revelation of what they should become.
• 46:22
Speaker 3: Are we together now? Most leaders in Africa fail because
• 46:27
Speaker 3: they are follower conscious. They are not conscious of evolving,
• 46:32
Speaker 3: becoming more superior versions of themselves, deploying their gift things
• 46:37
Speaker 3: to serve in such a way that becomes.
• 46:40
  Speaker 2: Compelling for followership.
• 46:42
Speaker 3: Followership was supposed to be a reaction, not a call.
• 46:48
Speaker 3: Followership was supposed to be a reaction. Remember, we prayed
• 46:52
Speaker 3: before we started this, and I took the journey very
• 46:55
Speaker 3: slowly so that when we start now you will understand.
• 46:58
Speaker 3: Isn't it amazing? This should be a paradigm shift for
• 47:01
Speaker 3: someone already The next time you say we are my members,
• 47:06
Speaker 3: who ask the wrong question, why am I not an
• 47:09
Speaker 3: inspiration enough? That's the right question. Why is the anointing
• 47:14
Speaker 3: not speaking enough, the wisdom not speaking enough? Because the
• 47:18
Speaker 3: Bible says where the cacasis are, it says there the
• 47:22
Speaker 3: eagles will gather. So if there are people, I don't
• 47:26
Speaker 3: know the number of people in Enugu State, but if
• 47:30
Speaker 3: there are this many people in Enugu State and the
• 47:33
Speaker 3: Southeast and nobody is interested in coming to see your
• 47:37
Speaker 3: business or your ministry, don't blame them.
• 47:40
Speaker 2: They are not mad people.
• 47:41
Speaker 3: They have intelligence, but they want to pursue what reflects
• 47:45
Speaker 3: their aspiration and if you are not a motivation enough,
• 47:49
Speaker 3: they will not follow. Allelujah, My dear people. Did you
• 47:58
  Speaker 3: ever meet Zuckerberg?
• 47:59
  Speaker 2: I said person?
• 48:00
Speaker 3: Did he ask you to become part of Facebook? Did
• 48:04
Speaker 3: you ever meet a lone Mosque as a person? Did
• 48:06
Speaker 3: he ask you to be part of Twitter? And all
• 48:09
Speaker 3: of his products? All these men are focused on doing
• 48:13
Speaker 3: is evolving, and the moment they evolve, you are compelled
• 48:16
Speaker 3: to even follow their advancement. You want to know what
• 48:20
Speaker 3: is the latest without them asking you, because their lives
• 48:23
  Speaker 3: have become.
• 48:23
Speaker 2: Such an inspiration. This is the correct idea of leadership.
• 48:29
Speaker 3: True leaders never even know their leaders until they find
• 48:32
Speaker 3: out they are leaders because their focus on building, their
• 48:37
Speaker 3: focus on growing, their focus on evolving.
• 48:40
Speaker 2: This is true for a man of God. My God,
• 48:42
Speaker 2: I hope you did not miss what you just heard.
• 48:46
Speaker 3: That leadership has nothing necessarily to do with looking for followers.
• 48:51
Speaker 3: A leader who goes around looking for followers has failed.
• 48:57
Speaker 2: That is a burden God did not give you. No,
• 49:01
Speaker 2: we look for souls, not follow us. Follow Us were
• 49:07
Speaker 2: designed to respond to a kind of transition, a kind
• 49:13
Speaker 2: of believer that you become. Allah. Of course, here Barondosa,
• 49:17
Speaker 2: the ladies and gentlemen, if you hear right now that.
• 49:25
Speaker 3: Bill Gates or any of the leaders in the secular
• 49:31
Speaker 3: has arrived, and you go, whether you are invited or not,
• 49:34
Speaker 3: you will be surprised that, as calculated as you are,
• 49:38
Speaker 3: you will find yourself there, hanging around the corridors of
• 49:41
Speaker 3: where he is. Not because he will talk to you,
• 49:44
Speaker 3: not because he knows you are there. But someone has
• 49:47
Speaker 3: arrived that represents an inspiration in some way? Are we
• 49:52
Speaker 3: right on that nobody has ever asked Zukerbag to say,
• 49:55
Speaker 3: you're a small boy. He talks with kings and presidents,
• 49:58
Speaker 3: and they greet him like colleagues because his results has
• 50:03
Speaker 3: added to his age. Are we together? When people begin
• 50:11
Speaker 3: to ask things like how old are you? You are
• 50:13
Speaker 3: a small child, they are only telling you. It's a
• 50:15
Speaker 3: subliminal way of saying your life is not compelling enough.
• 50:20
Speaker 2: Now here's what we teach. So I am a pastor
• 50:24
Speaker 2: right and I want to run a church.
• 50:28
Speaker 3: And all that I do is, please, can you help
• 50:30
Speaker 3: me with two hundred thousand to produce posters, to produce
• 50:34
Speaker 3: a And then I lie down on the posters and
• 50:36
Speaker 3: roll around and prayer and say God, you know you
• 50:38
Speaker 3: called me, and we go around. I just meet someone
• 50:41
Speaker 3: by the road and say, listen, you need to come
• 50:43
Speaker 3: to my church. You have no idea what you are
• 50:45
Speaker 3: going to get. Look at that kind of garden when
• 50:49
Speaker 3: such a member comes to your church, do you know
• 50:51
Speaker 3: you just invited trouble because you will have to dance
• 50:55
Speaker 3: to their too. How about businesses, there are certain paths
• 51:08
Speaker 3: that have you seen certain products that are only sold
• 51:12
Speaker 3: in just one or two stores, And well, this is
• 51:15
Speaker 3: a business area, so I'm not sure everybody sells everything.
• 51:18
  Speaker 2: I'm not sure.
• 51:18
Speaker 3: But there are times where you can go around only
• 51:22
Speaker 3: to find and sometimes you will hear that the man
• 51:25
Speaker 3: locked the door and went to sleep.
• 51:27
Speaker 2: You will look for the man's house and says, sir,
• 51:29
Speaker 2: I need to travel the spare paths. Hear they say,
• 51:32
Speaker 2: you are the only one. Listen.
• 51:37
Speaker 3: If you listen to what I'm sharing with you, you
• 51:39
Speaker 3: work out of this place. You will never have to
• 51:42
Speaker 3: work alone again, because you will find out that something
• 51:45
Speaker 3: about your life. You will soon be learning that competence
• 51:49
Speaker 3: has a presence. It can invite the people mandated to
• 51:54
Speaker 3: look for you. Yes it does, Yes, it does, Yes,
• 51:59
Speaker 3: it does, absolutely it does. That's sobas Ali barrows, Yes, seven,
• 52:15
  Speaker 3: I way together.
• 52:17
Speaker 2: So leadership, please hear me.
• 52:20
  Speaker 3: Whether you're a Campos president, whether you're a pastor here,
• 52:24
Speaker 3: when you become member, conscious, follower, conscious, ah, you have
• 52:31
Speaker 3: already ruined your potential for effective leadership. Do you know
• 52:36
Speaker 3: why God did not give you eyes at the back.
• 52:40
Speaker 3: If God gave you eyes at the back, it will
• 52:42
Speaker 3: be a corruption of his desire for you to go forward.
• 52:46
Speaker 3: The only way to turn back is when all of
• 52:48
Speaker 3: you has to turn back. You see that now I
• 52:51
Speaker 3: can reach my hand without turning back. But if I
• 52:54
Speaker 3: have to turn back, a major part of me has
• 52:56
Speaker 3: to turn back. Because it is rather a one in
• 53:00
Speaker 3: a wild thing. It should not be your defaultity to
• 53:02
Speaker 3: always turn back, So every other thing was Do you
• 53:06
Speaker 3: notice that you are more at peace when you are moving.
• 53:08
  Speaker 2: Forward than backward.
• 53:11
Speaker 3: God designed it that way as a message that we
• 53:15
Speaker 3: are supposed to always be going forward the path of
• 53:18
Speaker 3: the just being as a shining light that goes more
• 53:21
Speaker 3: and more, even onto the perfect day. So have this
• 53:24
Speaker 3: at the back of your mind, ladies and gentlemen, that
• 53:27
Speaker 3: looking for members, looking for followers is a poor approach
• 53:33
Speaker 3: to leadership. That leadership is about rediscovering yourself, taking advantage
• 53:40
Speaker 3: of all the forces of advantage that God has given you,
• 53:43
Speaker 3: and to use it to live such a dex terrorist
• 53:46
Speaker 3: life that on the strength of your results, your results
• 53:50
Speaker 3: become so compelling for everybody around your area it becomes
• 53:56
  Speaker 3: impossible for them.
• 53:57
Speaker 2: To ignore your presence.
• 54:00
Speaker 3: As a result, on their owner card they come and
• 54:04
Speaker 3: want to follow you. We call that loyalty. They give
• 54:08
Speaker 3: you the gift of loyalty, and on your own part,
• 54:11
Speaker 3: we call it influence. Now they allow you to influence them.
• 54:16
Speaker 3: What does it mean to influence? To influence means to
• 54:19
Speaker 3: compel men to buy into your ideologies without using force
• 54:24
Speaker 3: or cruelty. I have influenced you if I can get
• 54:30
Speaker 3: you to think along this line without putting a knife
• 54:33
Speaker 3: on your truth, so that your life now becomes a
• 54:36
Speaker 3: product of these philosophies.
• 54:41
  Speaker 2: Are we learning?
• 54:46
Speaker 3: This idea of leadership changed my life and gave me peace,
• 54:50
Speaker 3: because when you become member and follower conscious, you will
• 54:55
Speaker 3: never be able to allow succession. There are many consequences
• 54:59
Speaker 3: to the prior belief there as you'll be learning, there
• 55:02
Speaker 3: are many wrong mindsets that African and sadly Nigerian leaders have.
• 55:06
Speaker 3: That's why there is no continuity. You hardly find one
• 55:10
Speaker 3: hundred year old businesses in Nigeria and Africa because of
• 55:14
Speaker 3: your idea of leadership. You see that now, Yes, let's
• 55:24
Speaker 3: be the name of the lord. From from a governance standpoint,
• 55:42
Speaker 3: leaders have three assignments. When I say governance, that means
• 55:46
Speaker 3: having to do with people and resource management.
• 55:50
Speaker 2: You understand what I mean now?
• 55:51
Speaker 3: Yes, from a standpoint of people and resource management, leaders
• 55:59
  Speaker 3: have three mandates.
• 56:01
Speaker 2: Let me give it to you. Number one.
• 56:04
Speaker 3: The first mandate of any leader with respect to people
• 56:08
Speaker 3: now is to harness and coordinate potentials. Please write to
• 56:15
Speaker 3: harness and to coordinate potentials?
• 56:18
Speaker 2: What does it mean to harness?
• 56:20
Speaker 3: Please pay attention especially if you're a minister of the gospel,
• 56:23
Speaker 3: this is revelation that God is going to bring for you.
• 56:25
  Speaker 2: Now.
• 56:26
Speaker 3: The way God sends people to your life, your church,
• 56:31
Speaker 3: He never sends people in their perfected state. Yet to
• 56:37
Speaker 3: harness means to see potential. To harness means to have
• 56:42
Speaker 3: the faculty of discernment.
• 56:45
Speaker 2: Are we together now? Yes?
• 56:48
Speaker 3: If not, you will reject the greatest gift God gave you,
• 56:52
  Speaker 3: simply because.
• 56:53
Speaker 2: He did not come in a form that can be appreciated.
• 56:57
Speaker 2: I can tell you this.
• 56:58
Speaker 3: Any leader will tell tell you that the people you
• 57:01
Speaker 3: now celebrate in his or her life, if you had
• 57:04
Speaker 3: seen them when they came, you will not want to
• 57:07
Speaker 3: receive them as a gift. Now, this quality of leadership
• 57:11
Speaker 3: many people do not have. We usually want to see
• 57:14
Speaker 3: ready made people. I want to see a millionaire. They
• 57:18
Speaker 3: say you're a billoonnaire. Please, you are welcome to my church.
• 57:22
Speaker 3: Whereas there are five other potential billoonnaires who can be
• 57:26
Speaker 3: eternal support if you are willing to see their destiny
• 57:31
Speaker 3: in Christ and then.
• 57:32
Speaker 2: To laboriously raise them. Listen, from a governance standpoint, you
• 57:39
Speaker 2: are not a leader if you lack discernment. Is the
• 57:42
Speaker 2: reason why every man of God.
• 57:45
Speaker 3: You're the next ten twenty years of your church is
• 57:47
Speaker 3: not in view if you cannot see those that will
• 57:50
Speaker 3: serve now, even when they've not seen themselves. The person
• 57:54
Speaker 3: may think I'm an ussher, but you are seeing your
• 57:57
Speaker 3: next prayer leader, even though he does not yet know
• 58:00
Speaker 3: that is leadership. Leaders see far ahead through the faculty
• 58:05
Speaker 3: of discernment that someone.
• 58:08
Speaker 2: Who has is answering the altar call.
• 58:10
Speaker 3: You are looking at that young lady and you can see,
• 58:13
Speaker 3: you can see through her and see her heart, that
• 58:16
Speaker 3: this would be one of the most effective secretary in
• 58:19
  Speaker 3: this ministry.
• 58:21
Speaker 2: That is why when you.
• 58:22
Speaker 3: See the way leaders raise people, it takes knowing God
• 58:26
Speaker 3: and trusting them to.
• 58:27
Speaker 2: Really know what they are doing.
• 58:30
Speaker 3: You know that the leader is effective because you will
• 58:32
Speaker 3: not make sense for a long time.
• 58:37
  Speaker 2: Are well together.
• 58:39
Speaker 3: Leaders are more of people of vision than logic, and
• 58:42
Speaker 3: when logic conflicts with vision, they drop logic and embrace vision.
• 58:49
Speaker 3: There are people today in my life and in ministry
• 58:52
Speaker 3: as at the time I saw them. You would never
• 58:55
Speaker 3: believe some of these people were cultists. Were not even
• 59:00
Speaker 3: talking of it backslider. They were talking of a cultists
• 59:02
Speaker 3: like real cultists. But you can see that a mighty
• 59:06
Speaker 3: champion for the kingdom can come out of it. I'm
• 59:09
Speaker 3: saying this because the reason why some of you are
• 59:11
Speaker 3: at this point in your life is because you have
• 59:14
Speaker 3: been looking for finished products you have not had the
• 59:18
Speaker 3: ability to harness. Many parents today are biting your fingers
• 59:25
Speaker 3: in regret because had they seen the destiny of their children,
• 59:29
Speaker 3: they will not call them the names they call them before.
• 59:32
Speaker 3: Now the child you said would never rise has become
• 59:34
Speaker 3: a champion, and you are saying, it's my child, and
• 59:36
Speaker 3: you say you are not my mother.
• 59:39
Speaker 2: My mother is not the one who gave bead to me.
• 59:41
Speaker 2: It's the one who believed in me.
• 59:45
Speaker 3: Today many people are claimingists taking destinies they did not
• 59:49
Speaker 3: invest in because they did not have the opportunity.
• 59:53
Speaker 2: Are we together now?
• 59:54
Speaker 3: Yes, with all due respect, I can say this is
• 59:57
Speaker 3: it's a leadership meeting. They are past us who find
• 1:00:00
  Speaker 3: claiming members and.
• 1:00:01
Speaker 2: Said, this person is my personal the person knows who
• 1:00:04
Speaker 2: is their pastor the person who believed in them and
• 1:00:07
Speaker 2: invested in them. Are we together not the person who
• 1:00:12
Speaker 2: knew them before? They ruse.
• 1:00:15
Speaker 3: If you met me hungry and you say, remember I
• 1:00:17
Speaker 3: used to know you saw what what did you do
• 1:00:19
Speaker 3: about my hunger. The one who saw me hungry and
• 1:00:23
Speaker 3: saw that if I'm filled and dragged me and help me,
• 1:00:27
Speaker 3: that is the person I'll become loyal to. Do you
• 1:00:29
Speaker 3: know why there is a generation that is disloyal to
• 1:00:32
Speaker 3: God and disloyal to parents and all of that because
• 1:00:36
Speaker 3: we have lost the ability to harness.
• 1:00:42
  Speaker 2: Just because the.
• 1:00:43
Speaker 3: Childish torbon does not mean the call it is not
• 1:00:46
Speaker 3: on his life? Do you have can you pay the
• 1:00:49
Speaker 3: price of her nessing? Are we together?
• 1:00:56
Speaker 2: Just because the ladies a village girl does not mean
• 1:00:58
Speaker 2: she would remain in shushan forever.
• 1:01:00
Speaker 3: Be careful so that you don't insult esther. She will
• 1:01:03
Speaker 3: be queen one day. Just because Ruth lost her husband
• 1:01:09
Speaker 3: and children. I hope you know that Boas is in
• 1:01:12
Speaker 3: her destiny. So be careful as you throw high away.
• 1:01:19
Speaker 3: Just because now me is a quiet widow, don't throw highway.
• 1:01:23
Speaker 3: She may be the only person to tell you what
• 1:01:25
Speaker 3: to do about Boas, the ability to hernest. Listen, I'm
• 1:01:30
Speaker 3: saying this because this grace must common somebody that you
• 1:01:35
  Speaker 3: can't stand in.
• 1:01:36
Speaker 2: And you go and look around, and you will see
• 1:01:39
Speaker 2: rouble somewhere, and God will say, buy that land. Just
• 1:01:42
  Speaker 2: buy it.
• 1:01:43
Speaker 3: The ability to harness is an extension of the spirit
• 1:01:47
Speaker 3: of discernment. If you have this, you will own the future.
• 1:01:50
Speaker 3: You will not follow. You will literally know that the
• 1:01:54
Speaker 3: next ten years. I've talked to you about my story.
• 1:01:57
Speaker 3: Many of you here you may have listened to my teaching.
• 1:02:00
Speaker 3: This was when they were selling CDs, you know, when
• 1:02:03
Speaker 3: they sell cassettes and cedis. And the Lord told me
• 1:02:06
Speaker 3: that in the future it would be difficult to buy
• 1:02:10
Speaker 3: citis and all of that because technology will take over.
• 1:02:14
Speaker 3: And it said, carry your messages, put it online. My
• 1:02:18
Speaker 3: angel will send it to the nations. This is how
• 1:02:20
Speaker 3: I will announce you the ability to harness. How many
• 1:02:28
Speaker 3: people had the intuition to start a particular business, but
• 1:02:32
Speaker 3: they said, this thing is too hard. What you call
• 1:02:34
Speaker 3: pure water today, what they call it here, pure water,
• 1:02:39
Speaker 3: steal water. You know what I'm talking about.
• 1:02:42
Speaker 2: Once upon a time, leather, leather that you produce here,
• 1:02:45
Speaker 2: ice water, thank you, and you wrap the thing.
• 1:02:49
Speaker 3: And then ice it. The person buys the ice and
• 1:02:52
Speaker 3: its patient until it defrosts. Remember it now. But someone
• 1:02:57
Speaker 3: looked and said, no Ah, may my God open your eyes.
• 1:03:03
Speaker 3: I say it again, May my God open your eyes.
• 1:03:06
Speaker 3: I profes side to you from the depth of my spirit.
• 1:03:09
Speaker 2: May my God open your eyes, say what others are
• 1:03:13
Speaker 2: not saying, hear what others are not hearing.
• 1:03:16
Speaker 3: In the name of Jesus Christ. Please be seated, Please
• 1:03:23
Speaker 3: be seated. The ability to her nest is leadership. Indeed
• 1:03:32
Speaker 3: aralph so caparosy and a castle blendiculous. The ability to
• 1:03:37
Speaker 3: her nest, the ability to hernst. God can bring somebody
• 1:03:42
Speaker 3: who will be the greatest prayer leader, who can die
• 1:03:45
Speaker 3: with you. But because your eyes are not being washed
• 1:03:48
Speaker 3: with eyes out, you can push them away and you
• 1:03:51
Speaker 3: get to a point in ministry where you say, God,
• 1:03:53
Speaker 3: I'm tired. He said, but I've sent five people to you.
• 1:03:56
Speaker 3: You didn't have the eyes to see. You were looking
• 1:03:58
Speaker 3: for partners, you were looking for rich men. Learn this
• 1:04:03
Speaker 3: their people. God does not send people in their finished state.
• 1:04:09
Speaker 2: He hides his glory and covers it with limitations and
• 1:04:14
Speaker 2: sends it to you. Do you know why, so that
• 1:04:17
Speaker 2: you become part of their growth. That is how you
• 1:04:20
Speaker 2: end your loyalty. You cannot end the loyalty of a
• 1:04:25
Speaker 2: man who you did not invest in his growth? Are
• 1:04:31
  Speaker 2: we together?
• 1:04:34
Speaker 3: One man one day saw me and called me son
• 1:04:36
Speaker 3: I said, no, I respect. You don't call me son?
• 1:04:39
Speaker 3: That name is an expensive name. What investment did you
• 1:04:42
Speaker 3: bring in my life that you want to call me song?
• 1:04:46
Speaker 3: All these people who just because you are older than
• 1:04:48
Speaker 3: me does not mean I'm your son. I must I almost,
• 1:04:51
Speaker 3: I must acknowledge that I'm your son?
• 1:04:54
Speaker 2: What investment did you make in my life?
• 1:04:57
Speaker 3: People just claim success and pully you and said, look, no, no, sir,
• 1:05:04
Speaker 3: h are we together the ability to harness? My question
• 1:05:14
Speaker 3: is how many gifts have you driven this year? How
• 1:05:19
Speaker 3: many gifts that house bore you threw away? He may
• 1:05:24
Speaker 3: not be very intelligent, but you would never steal from you.
• 1:05:27
Speaker 3: Did you know that there was something locked up there?
• 1:05:29
Speaker 3: You didn't have the patience to build him when you
• 1:05:32
Speaker 3: drove him somebody? You see, they say one man's food
• 1:05:34
Speaker 3: is another man's poison, So why say unfortunately.
• 1:05:41
  Speaker 2: Allelujah?
• 1:05:44
Speaker 3: So you drive someone and then before you know it,
• 1:05:47
Speaker 3: someone will receive that someone you drove and say, listen,
• 1:05:51
Speaker 3: I don't mind building you. Sincerity is what I've been
• 1:05:54
Speaker 3: looking for. And since this man looks for profit more
• 1:05:57
Speaker 3: than sincerity, let him keep looking for profit while build
• 1:06:00
Speaker 3: profit out of sincerity. It is no blood to have
• 1:06:04
Speaker 3: sincerity first, then you can build profit out of it.
• 1:06:08
Speaker 3: How do you throw sincerity in search for profit? Allelujah?
• 1:06:16
Speaker 3: Some of you have thrown some of the greatest gifts
• 1:06:19
Speaker 3: God gave you because you could not see.
• 1:06:22
Speaker 2: God gave you children, and you threw all of them.
• 1:06:25
Speaker 2: Speaking to them every day. I'm not proud of you.
• 1:06:27
Speaker 3: Look at this other person shall at twenty one, they're
• 1:06:30
Speaker 3: already building a house.
• 1:06:31
Speaker 2: Shame on you. The way you are like this.
• 1:06:34
Speaker 3: No brain, no husband, no money, no nothing. You have
• 1:06:38
Speaker 3: brought me shame. And the children keep looking at you.
• 1:06:40
Speaker 3: And they said, all right, since you have officially proved
• 1:06:43
Speaker 3: that you do not believe in us, let's go and
• 1:06:45
Speaker 3: look for those who believe in us. And then they
• 1:06:47
Speaker 3: come and meet someone who says, you know what I
• 1:06:50
Speaker 3: say that you have a lot of problems.
• 1:06:52
Speaker 2: You just need to learn. Sit down. This is what
• 1:06:54
Speaker 2: Jesus did to them.
• 1:06:57
Speaker 3: He gathered this ordinary man and said, gentlemen, men, sit
• 1:07:01
Speaker 3: down and watch what I make out of your life.
• 1:07:03
Speaker 3: After three and a half years, Divundo, they ran away.
• 1:07:08
Speaker 3: When he came back as a leader, he still gathered
• 1:07:10
Speaker 3: the mencelle. I understand even me, I was afraid. At
• 1:07:13
Speaker 3: some point I don't blame you. And when they saw
• 1:07:18
Speaker 3: his ability to harness them, they died preserving the gospel.
• 1:07:25
Speaker 3: Do you want people to be able to die for you?
• 1:07:27
Speaker 3: You think it's everybody that can die for you? Let
• 1:07:29
Speaker 3: trouble come. That's why you know they never believed in you.
• 1:07:32
Speaker 3: They were just with the ceremony of salary. They never
• 1:07:35
Speaker 3: believed in you. Many leaders today are penned because they
• 1:07:40
Speaker 3: did not invest in people.
• 1:07:41
Speaker 2: They only recruited people.
• 1:07:45
Speaker 3: Beyond recruiting, you see, I run my life organizationally speaking
• 1:07:51
  Speaker 3: and ministerially speaking.
• 1:07:52
Speaker 2: I turned everybody under my care.
• 1:07:56
Speaker 3: It doesn't matter whether you are coming as an employer
• 1:07:59
Speaker 3: or you are coming as a son, as a daughter.
• 1:08:02
Speaker 2: It does not matter.
• 1:08:03
Speaker 3: I give them a family mentality, so that beyond money,
• 1:08:07
Speaker 3: they know there's takeholders in this vision.
• 1:08:10
Speaker 2: I invest in them beyond what they receive.
• 1:08:15
Speaker 3: If salary is the only thing that joins you, which
• 1:08:19
Speaker 3: say your driver, you are in trouble. That there he
• 1:08:22
Speaker 3: has a choice to choose between him and you who
• 1:08:24
Speaker 3: would die. That's when you will know that he loves
• 1:08:28
Speaker 3: himself more than you. It is amazing how we magically
• 1:08:31
Speaker 3: believe as leaders that just because people say daddy mommy, aututomatically,
• 1:08:36
Speaker 3: they are loyal to you. Loyalties are expensive product.
• 1:08:41
Speaker 2: You buy it with years of investment, not inheritance. Are
• 1:08:48
Speaker 2: we learning this money? Sir?
• 1:08:54
Speaker 3: I once met a gentleman true story. I think two
• 1:08:57
Speaker 3: or three years ago. I met him. I had preached
• 1:09:01
Speaker 3: years ago in their university somewhere in the northeast, and
• 1:09:05
Speaker 3: he got born again in that conference. Later would become
• 1:09:08
Speaker 3: the president of I think the FCS or so, and
• 1:09:10
Speaker 3: then had long graduated set up a real estate company.
• 1:09:14
Speaker 2: And then one day he comes to me, I'm done.
• 1:09:16
Speaker 3: With service seeing people, and he says, can you remember
• 1:09:19
Speaker 3: mess I said, not exactly, And he tells me that
• 1:09:22
Speaker 3: story and says, today God has helped me.
• 1:09:24
Speaker 2: I own a real estate company. I just brought something
• 1:09:27
Speaker 2: to come and tell you. Thank you.
• 1:09:29
Speaker 3: Don't be annoyed that gentleman when he was getting safe,
• 1:09:35
Speaker 3: he did not look like it. But since you were
• 1:09:38
Speaker 3: part of his history, you qualified to be part of
• 1:09:41
Speaker 3: his future. If you were not there when I was
• 1:09:44
Speaker 3: hanging in the cross, Please when you see me sitting
• 1:09:47
Speaker 3: at the banquet, don't come because you are certainly not invited.
• 1:09:54
Speaker 3: I'm saying this so that many of us will start
• 1:09:56
Speaker 3: making adjustments. Now there are people you need to call
• 1:09:59
Speaker 3: to say, come, I can still work on you. Come back, Come,
• 1:10:03
Speaker 3: I can work on you. You are very hard working,
• 1:10:06
Speaker 3: but I see that this tendency for stealing.
• 1:10:09
Speaker 2: Okay, let's work on it. Go on first for three days.
• 1:10:12
  Speaker 2: Outcome you are.
• 1:10:13
Speaker 3: You are here for business, but I would deal with
• 1:10:15
Speaker 3: this spirit of stealing. The ability to extract evil and
• 1:10:20
Speaker 3: separate it and keep the good is mastery of leadership.
• 1:10:27
Speaker 2: That you can see people and say, ah, this person
• 1:10:31
Speaker 2: has this, this person has this. You see that now
• 1:10:36
Speaker 2: and you are able to say, you know what.
• 1:10:38
Speaker 3: You seem to be a very dishonest person, but you
• 1:10:41
Speaker 3: are very diligent. Let's let's at least let's make an.
• 1:10:45
Speaker 2: Attempt to work on that dishonesty.
• 1:10:48
Speaker 3: Leadership is hard work at a governance level, because your
• 1:10:51
Speaker 3: first mandate as a leader, are we're learning already, is
• 1:10:54
Speaker 3: to harness and coordinate. What does it mean to coordinate?
• 1:11:00
  Speaker 3: To put people.
• 1:11:01
Speaker 2: Around the areas of your strength so that you make
• 1:11:04
Speaker 2: a team out of them. There are people who, on
• 1:11:07
Speaker 2: a scale of one to ten, their honesty.
• 1:11:10
Speaker 3: Level will never cross fall. But you need them so
• 1:11:13
Speaker 3: you know where to put them. You'll never put them
• 1:11:15
Speaker 3: in accounts. No, even if you first for one.
• 1:11:18
Speaker 2: Year, the temptation on a scale of one to ten.
• 1:11:22
Speaker 2: As a leader, you engage them, their honesty level would not.
• 1:11:26
Speaker 3: When you preach about rapture, it rises to four. Can
• 1:11:32
Speaker 3: you imagine that kind? And yet you need these people
• 1:11:35
  Speaker 3: in your life?
• 1:11:36
Speaker 2: I wish. I can't tell you you will.
• 1:11:37
Speaker 3: Only having the best hands does not mean having the
• 1:11:40
Speaker 3: perfect hands. You design the system that makes it the
• 1:11:43
Speaker 3: best by putting all kinds of people. So you know
• 1:11:47
Speaker 3: where to put Thomas. Don't drive him, you will still
• 1:11:50
Speaker 3: need him. You know where to put Titter. Pitter is
• 1:11:53
Speaker 3: not patient like John, but he must be part of
• 1:11:55
Speaker 3: the apostles. When you want to reveal certain things about
• 1:11:59
Speaker 3: divine realities, go to John. He's called the beloved. Piti
• 1:12:02
Speaker 3: is not called the beloved. Piti is a man of faith.
• 1:12:06
Speaker 3: He would deny you and come back.
• 1:12:08
Speaker 2: And say sorry. John will stand with you on the cross.
• 1:12:13
Speaker 2: Do you know how to see these kinds of people?
• 1:12:16
Speaker 2: I hope I'm not wasting your time this morning. As
• 1:12:21
Speaker 2: a parent, God gives you four children. You can design
• 1:12:25
Speaker 2: a system around this form. There is one who is
• 1:12:31
Speaker 2: very insecure but honest. So that person has a tendency
• 1:12:35
Speaker 2: of gossiping what everybody is doing in a way to
• 1:12:38
Speaker 2: secure you as you know the person. The person is
• 1:12:41
Speaker 2: not hard working, but you can trust the person with information.
• 1:12:45
Speaker 2: There is one who does not care about anybody, including
• 1:12:48
  Speaker 2: you the parent.
• 1:12:50
Speaker 3: They want to make it they love you, but they
• 1:12:53
Speaker 3: will not tell you. They feel embarrassed to be weak.
• 1:12:56
Speaker 3: There is another who does not care really wherever. They're
• 1:12:59
Speaker 3: just like water. You put them in a ball, they
• 1:13:01
Speaker 3: look like a ball. You put them in a plate,
• 1:13:03
Speaker 3: they look like a plate. Then there is another one
• 1:13:07
Speaker 3: that sets and wants to take advantage of your ability
• 1:13:11
Speaker 3: to sit down and say I can due the team
• 1:13:13
Speaker 3: out of this. This one has a strength of speaking,
• 1:13:17
Speaker 3: It just does not have the ability to coordinate himself.
• 1:13:20
Speaker 3: So my response to this person is to give the
• 1:13:22
Speaker 3: person more confidence because that is his deficiency. This one
• 1:13:26
Speaker 3: does not need motivation, his self motivated. What he needs
• 1:13:29
Speaker 3: is to create limits to his passion.
• 1:13:31
Speaker 2: This is leadership. You are literally designing the glory of
• 1:13:35
  Speaker 2: God in lives.
• 1:13:45
Speaker 3: Allelujah, thank you listen. Don't you think ministry is all
• 1:13:51
Speaker 3: about preaching. You can preach and.
• 1:13:54
Speaker 2: Die after your preaching.
• 1:13:55
Speaker 3: Because a wrongly constructed leadership structure wills.
• 1:14:00
Speaker 2: You with many sorrows. It is my assignment.
• 1:14:04
Speaker 3: I can tell you as many as my people are,
• 1:14:07
Speaker 3: I can write books on almost every one of them.
• 1:14:10
Speaker 3: I know their strength and their limitations. I know what
• 1:14:13
Speaker 3: they can do and cannot do. Rather than driving them,
• 1:14:16
Speaker 3: you'll kill the team around them.
• 1:14:18
Speaker 2: You know that this person.
• 1:14:20
Speaker 3: There are people who are not intelligent, but they are obedient.
• 1:14:24
Speaker 3: If you put them in an area of creativity.
• 1:14:27
Speaker 2: You have lost it. But give them instructions, they will
• 1:14:29
Speaker 2: obey to the latter.
• 1:14:31
Speaker 3: Those guys should not be heads of units, but you
• 1:14:34
Speaker 3: put them in the most active position within the department.
• 1:14:37
Speaker 3: They will go to the market and buy clothes. They
• 1:14:39
Speaker 3: will begain for one hour to save the department money.
• 1:14:42
Speaker 3: There are others who don't have that time. Allelujah. There
• 1:14:48
Speaker 3: are those who will you give them ten nira. They
• 1:14:52
Speaker 3: will tell you I use one narra. I'm so sorry,
• 1:14:54
  Speaker 3: I was testy.
• 1:14:55
Speaker 2: I use one couple out of that one narra to
• 1:14:58
Speaker 2: take water. I will return it meticulos. There are others.
• 1:15:01
Speaker 3: When you give them on hundred error, just know that
• 1:15:03
Speaker 3: even if you send them to buy something of Tatierra,
• 1:15:06
  Speaker 3: accept the rest.
• 1:15:07
Speaker 2: As a sid. Just focus on the results, but the
• 1:15:12
Speaker 2: change for sure will not return. Say amen, h Allelujah,
• 1:15:35
Speaker 2: and Jesus let me finish.
• 1:15:38
Speaker 3: So the first mandate of a leader from a governance
• 1:15:42
Speaker 3: standpoint is the ability to harness and coordinate. Write that down,
• 1:15:47
Speaker 3: that's number one. Her nurs and coordinate, say herness, say
• 1:15:52
Speaker 3: coordinate hernurs and coordinate that her next part we're going
• 1:15:58
Speaker 3: to preate because in the name of Jesus, your ismost,
• 1:16:01
Speaker 3: see your ismost, see.
• 1:16:05
  Speaker 2: Or ismost.
• 1:16:06
Speaker 3: See see what others are not seeing, See what others
• 1:16:10
Speaker 3: are not seeing, See what others are not seeing. I
• 1:16:16
Speaker 3: know someone who during COVID in South Africa, when other
• 1:16:21
Speaker 3: people is a nibbleman, he became literally a billonnaire without
• 1:16:27
Speaker 3: exaggeration because during COVID he knew that eventually they will
• 1:16:33
Speaker 3: have to meet people who buy this what they call
• 1:16:36
Speaker 3: it thing the nose.
• 1:16:36
Speaker 2: Mask, yes, the face mask.
• 1:16:40
Speaker 3: And when other people were just trying to smoke at
• 1:16:43
Speaker 3: a retail level, he went to the government and said, listen,
• 1:16:46
Speaker 3: this is what I can design for you. There's so
• 1:16:48
Speaker 3: many people I can be sure to bring you a
• 1:16:51
Speaker 3: weather from China or wherever. Had an intelligent negotiation with them,
• 1:16:55
Speaker 3: and then they signed the contract. It became one of
• 1:16:57
Speaker 3: the few main suppliers.
• 1:17:00
Speaker 2: This nose mask. You see.
• 1:17:03
Speaker 3: When the man called me and said it, I said, ah,
• 1:17:07
Speaker 3: this man, I said, to be honest with you, I
• 1:17:10
Speaker 3: said this would be what grace did God give them?
• 1:17:12
  Speaker 1: Like this?
• 1:17:16
Speaker 3: Whereas there was someone there shouting and said, God, will
• 1:17:18
Speaker 3: you not change my life? And God is saying, are
• 1:17:21
Speaker 3: you not seeing? I gave you eyes different from hands,
• 1:17:25
Speaker 3: so that you can see. If Lord saw what Abraham saw,
• 1:17:30
Speaker 3: you will not go to Sodom.
• 1:17:31
  Speaker 2: And go Morah.
• 1:17:33
Speaker 3: He looked around and did not see anything, and went
• 1:17:36
Speaker 3: and settled near Sodom.
• 1:17:37
Speaker 2: And God told Abraham he said, now lift your eyes.
• 1:17:41
Speaker 3: Northward, talk not southward, as far as your eyes can see.
• 1:17:46
Speaker 3: He is it all right if I ask you to
• 1:17:47
Speaker 3: lay your hands prophetically on your eyes and said, Lord
• 1:17:50
  Speaker 3: opened my eyes.
• 1:17:51
Speaker 2: To people, or opened my eyes to mantles, or opened
• 1:17:56
Speaker 2: my eyes to opportunities. What is my wife carl?
• 1:18:00
  Speaker 1: That?
• 1:18:00
Speaker 3: I'm not saying, what is my child carrying that? I'm
• 1:18:03
Speaker 3: not saying, what are my fellowship people carrying?
• 1:18:06
  Speaker 1: That?
• 1:18:06
Speaker 2: I'm not saying what his house on the rock carrying?
• 1:18:09
  Speaker 1: That?
• 1:18:09
  Speaker 2: I'm not saying.
• 1:18:10
Speaker 3: What is Reverend Edwin carrying that I'm not saying what
• 1:18:13
Speaker 3: is my business? Carrying that I'm not saying what could
• 1:18:16
Speaker 3: be that is not yet. Oh God open my eyes.
• 1:18:19
  Speaker 2: To say it.
• 1:18:24
Speaker 3: Allelujah, prays the name of the Lord, harness and coordinate.
• 1:18:33
Speaker 3: The ability to see potentials even when they have not become,
• 1:18:38
Speaker 3: the ability to see potentials when they have not become.
• 1:18:44
  Speaker 2: Allelujah.
• 1:18:46
Speaker 3: And this is what I'm doing even in our ministry,
• 1:18:49
Speaker 3: training leaders, the current leaders, to be able to see others.
• 1:18:55
Speaker 3: You cannot build a global ministry when you don't train
• 1:18:59
  Speaker 3: people to see.
• 1:19:01
Speaker 2: You have to train the ability to see. Can be
• 1:19:04
Speaker 2: taught that if I look at you right now, I
• 1:19:10
Speaker 2: should be able to get any pastor with all due
• 1:19:13
Speaker 2: respecting house on the rock here and say, guild me
• 1:19:16
Speaker 2: three teams, and you can reproduce the results because of
• 1:19:19
Speaker 2: your ability to see and from the people who seated here.
• 1:19:23
Speaker 3: Don't go outside, just interact with the people and look
• 1:19:28
Speaker 3: for five people for me. I did something not too
• 1:19:34
Speaker 3: long I, while we were preparing, had not been to
• 1:19:37
Speaker 3: my village for over twenty years, and so like two
• 1:19:40
Speaker 3: three years ago, I decided to go there and put
• 1:19:43
Speaker 3: a crusade and among the people who were setting up.
• 1:19:46
Speaker 3: There was a young man that I kept looking at.
• 1:19:49
Speaker 3: Immediately I saw I saw my next leader. And the
• 1:19:53
Speaker 3: guy was involved in the finances. He was very accountable.
• 1:19:56
Speaker 2: He was doing what he was.
• 1:19:57
Speaker 3: Doing, and I was smiling. That's leadership. And you go
• 1:20:02
Speaker 3: back to God and said this is this. I carried
• 1:20:04
Speaker 3: this young man from the village, brought him to Abuja
• 1:20:07
Speaker 3: for one year and I trained him. I now sent
• 1:20:10
Speaker 3: him back to go and raise twenty five other people. Listen,
• 1:20:13
Speaker 3: let me tell you what this gentleman did. I don't
• 1:20:15
  Speaker 3: know if I.
• 1:20:16
  Speaker 2: Could do it.
• 1:20:18
Speaker 3: I had to travel a few weeks down and ask
• 1:20:20
Speaker 3: them to come the kind He turned these twenty five
• 1:20:24
Speaker 3: people into you know, the foxes of Samson. This gentleman
• 1:20:28
Speaker 3: went with this spirit. I never got an auditorium, got everything.
• 1:20:34
Speaker 3: All the program's charity, welfare, bore holes everything. I just
• 1:20:38
Speaker 3: send the resources and tell him send me updates.
• 1:20:41
Speaker 2: One year. If you have not been able to raise anybody,
• 1:20:46
Speaker 2: you are not a leader. Do you know what I mean?
• 1:20:49
  Speaker 2: To race?
• 1:20:50
Speaker 3: Not to see someone almost finishing? Then you just add
• 1:20:53
Speaker 3: icing on the cake to raise from ground up. Received
• 1:20:57
Speaker 3: that grace in Jesus' name. It is the reason why
• 1:21:00
Speaker 3: you find campus fellowships on fire. Then a set will
• 1:21:04
Speaker 3: now graduates. And have you seen that happen in campuses?
• 1:21:09
Speaker 3: A group of five grand people. It's like it sets
• 1:21:12
Speaker 3: that are men of fire. And when all of them
• 1:21:15
Speaker 3: are in final year, the campus people start crying because
• 1:21:19
Speaker 3: they focus. They focused on impact, which was good, but
• 1:21:22
Speaker 3: they did not focus on raising or that some coming there.
• 1:21:25
Speaker 3: And you find out that as soon as they graduate,
• 1:21:28
Speaker 3: the campus goes down spiritually or the business goes down spiritually.
• 1:21:32
Speaker 2: So you had three people running your store.
• 1:21:35
Speaker 3: And you were netting ten million, one hundred million paranum
• 1:21:39
Speaker 3: one billion peranom, and you did not add other people.
• 1:21:43
Speaker 3: Now you send the first competent person to save for tackles,
• 1:21:47
Speaker 3: the second competent person to legos. You are left alone
• 1:21:52
Speaker 3: and now all the other people who are their thieves.
• 1:21:56
Speaker 2: Because you did not take the time to pueld.
• 1:21:58
Speaker 3: Now you are doing and imagine see response system and
• 1:22:01
Speaker 3: your business is going down. Can I tell you the truth,
• 1:22:04
Speaker 3: this is the mistake. With all due respect of the West,
• 1:22:09
Speaker 3: they ignored raising people. They focus on those who were
• 1:22:13
Speaker 3: already vibrants, who were products of crusades of men like
• 1:22:17
Speaker 3: Billy Graham and the rest and the young people they
• 1:22:20
Speaker 3: raised now did not know.
• 1:22:21
Speaker 2: That they were supposed to raise others.
• 1:22:22
Speaker 3: Again, I'm praying for you that you don't be carried
• 1:22:26
Speaker 3: away by your current success, but that you master the
• 1:22:29
Speaker 3: art of investing and raising people. Shout aloud, amen, Let
• 1:22:36
Speaker 3: me give you number two quickly. What is the second
• 1:22:39
Speaker 3: mandate of leaders? To inspire and to influence? The second
• 1:22:45
Speaker 3: mandate of all leaders, organizationally speaking, is to inspire and
• 1:22:52
Speaker 3: to influence. And you do that by using your results.
• 1:22:57
Speaker 3: Anybody who cannot inspire cannot be a leader. Anybody who
• 1:23:03
Speaker 3: cannot inspire. What does it mean to inspire? To inspire
• 1:23:08
  Speaker 3: means to motivate.
• 1:23:09
Speaker 2: To inspire means to create a picture before those who
• 1:23:12
Speaker 2: follow you. And I hope you know that even the
• 1:23:18
Speaker 2: Holy Spirit inspires men.
• 1:23:21
Speaker 3: Ellie who said in chapter thirty two of Job, remember
• 1:23:25
Speaker 3: there is a spirited man, and the breath of the Almighty.
• 1:23:31
Speaker 2: The inspiration other versions will use. Make it men of
• 1:23:35
Speaker 2: understanding who can look at your life today and go
• 1:23:41
Speaker 2: back on a three days retreat because of something they saw.
• 1:23:44
Speaker 3: Who can look at your life today and make up
• 1:23:48
Speaker 3: their minds that I will never live a careless life again.
• 1:23:52
Speaker 2: Your life is supposed to be living epistle.
• 1:23:54
Speaker 3: The kind of results to command and produce from a
• 1:23:58
Speaker 3: spiritu us can point from a financial standpoint, from an
• 1:24:02
  Speaker 3: intellectual standpoint.
• 1:24:05
Speaker 2: That when you speak to.
• 1:24:07
Speaker 3: People, they are blessed by whatever subject you are discussing.
• 1:24:11
Speaker 3: But then they also study your thought processes and it compels.
• 1:24:15
Speaker 2: Them to go back and walk on themselves. Are we together?
• 1:24:19
Speaker 2: That's right. Many things should happen when people come to church.
• 1:24:27
Speaker 3: Receiving the world as we call it should just be
• 1:24:30
Speaker 3: one of the many things that happen.
• 1:24:32
Speaker 2: People should be greatly inspired. Allelujah, Yeah, greatly inspired. All wise,
• 1:24:41
  Speaker 2: greatly inspired.
• 1:24:43
Speaker 3: So as you come from the worship team, as you
• 1:24:45
Speaker 3: are leading a song of worship, someone who has the
• 1:24:49
Speaker 3: mandate of God to be a worshiper.
• 1:24:51
Speaker 2: While they're enjoying the song, they're seeing.
• 1:24:54
Speaker 3: Your rehasard, they're seeing your excellence.
• 1:24:57
Speaker 2: And someone makes up his.
• 1:24:58
Speaker 3: Mind and says that last embarrassment in the administration, it
• 1:25:02
Speaker 3: will be the last forever I am learning by this person.
• 1:25:07
Speaker 3: So they look forward to coming to church, yes to
• 1:25:10
Speaker 3: hear plus or Edwin. But before then they want to
• 1:25:13
Speaker 3: hear this person. Have you noticed that there are certain
• 1:25:16
Speaker 3: people congregations are happy when they come. When they come up,
• 1:25:20
Speaker 3: it is not politics, it's inspiration. Every time they come
• 1:25:26
Speaker 3: they're happy. Let's hear what he's going to say now,
• 1:25:29
Speaker 3: lessen number next, what do I have to learn in
• 1:25:32
Speaker 3: the five minutes he's coming to take offering?
• 1:25:34
Speaker 2: He's coming maybe a welcome note. He's coming to teach,
• 1:25:38
Speaker 2: and they know that they will be inspired.
• 1:25:40
Speaker 3: Always don't downplay the passion of people to be inspired.
• 1:25:44
Speaker 3: If you don't inspire people, they will respect you, but
• 1:25:47
Speaker 3: they will not follow you. You can inspire a generation.
• 1:25:53
Speaker 3: This is the whole idea of being an influencer. Unfortunately,
• 1:25:58
Speaker 3: that concept is always to the negative. Sadly, an influence
• 1:26:02
Speaker 3: is not someone on social media and influencize someone whose
• 1:26:05
Speaker 3: life is so dex terroost, whose results is so compelling
• 1:26:09
Speaker 3: that people will want to adopt first your philosophies because
• 1:26:13
Speaker 3: you represent the future they desire. May you become such
• 1:26:17
Speaker 3: a one in the name of Jesus Christ. Becoming an
• 1:26:20
Speaker 3: inspiration demands that you becompetent.
• 1:26:23
Speaker 2: Please write it down.
• 1:26:25
Speaker 3: Becoming an inspiration demands that you becompetent at every level
• 1:26:30
Speaker 3: of your growth. You can be the best current version
• 1:26:33
Speaker 3: of yourself if you are a preacher and you are
• 1:26:37
Speaker 3: coming to the pupet to preach for God's sake, do
• 1:26:41
Speaker 3: your homework. Don't come on the puppet and say, don't
• 1:26:44
Speaker 3: worry whatever you hear, just receive it like that. Now,
• 1:26:47
Speaker 3: even if what you are saying is the truth, you
• 1:26:49
Speaker 3: are not inspiring as a leader. You don't come and
• 1:26:52
Speaker 3: display weakness before your people.
• 1:26:54
  Speaker 2: You see.
• 1:26:58
Speaker 3: You don't display weakness and say I'm being You have
• 1:27:00
Speaker 3: to be careful because they look at you and they
• 1:27:04
Speaker 3: lose confidence in you. Everybody wants to follow a person.
• 1:27:08
Speaker 2: Now write this down please.
• 1:27:10
Speaker 3: Psychologically speaking, there are six psychological.
• 1:27:15
Speaker 2: Needs that every man, every man craves for.
• 1:27:21
Speaker 3: Can I read the list for you? This is proven
• 1:27:24
Speaker 3: now when a leadership meeting. So am I at liberty
• 1:27:28
Speaker 3: to do that. Number one, the greatest psychological need of
• 1:27:33
  Speaker 3: all men, Six.
• 1:27:34
Speaker 2: Of them together. One is the need for security. Please
• 1:27:37
Speaker 2: write it down. Men will do anything to find security.
• 1:27:41
Speaker 3: And if you are a leader, that can give them
• 1:27:44
Speaker 3: a template and a vision of security. Spiritual security, financial security,
• 1:27:49
Speaker 3: anything that gives them security.
• 1:27:52
  Speaker 2: What is security?
• 1:27:53
Speaker 3: The ability to minimize or if possible, drive their fears
• 1:27:57
  Speaker 3: and their confusions.
• 1:28:00
  Speaker 2: Security.
• 1:28:00
Speaker 3: Number two variety, People like newness, mass communication drives on this.
• 1:28:08
Speaker 3: When you are watching a football match, even though you
• 1:28:10
Speaker 3: know it to remain on the internet there forever, you
• 1:28:12
Speaker 3: still want to be live, and you can pay to
• 1:28:16
  Speaker 3: be live.
• 1:28:18
Speaker 2: Breaking news breaks because it is new. Am I right
• 1:28:20
  Speaker 2: on that?
• 1:28:22
Speaker 3: Nobody visits last week news with the kind of passion
• 1:28:24
Speaker 3: they have for today's news. Now everybody wants to know
• 1:28:27
Speaker 3: what is happening between Israel and her mass and all
• 1:28:30
Speaker 3: of that you see now.
• 1:28:33
  Speaker 2: Variety.
• 1:28:35
Speaker 3: It is the reason why God gave man creativity, so
• 1:28:39
Speaker 3: that you can bring various forms of delivering the same results.
• 1:28:44
  Speaker 2: Are we together?
• 1:28:45
Speaker 3: It's the reason why you can see a Toyota car
• 1:28:48
Speaker 3: among your car collections, then you go and buy Lexos,
• 1:28:51
Speaker 3: even by the same company. Then you go and buy Mercedes.
• 1:28:56
Speaker 3: They are all cars, after all, they all move you.
• 1:28:59
Speaker 3: So why the passion for that variety? How come you
• 1:29:03
Speaker 3: have a black cloth, a white one, then you have
• 1:29:07
Speaker 3: a green one, and you still plan to buy a
• 1:29:09
Speaker 3: red one maybe after this conference?
• 1:29:12
Speaker 2: Am I right on that? So what what? And you will?
• 1:29:18
Speaker 2: You will not agree that it is lost? You call
• 1:29:21
  Speaker 2: it variety?
• 1:29:23
Speaker 3: Is that true? So all men crave for variety? Number three,
• 1:29:29
Speaker 3: All men crave for significance. This is particularly unique with
• 1:29:36
Speaker 3: the male gender significance. Why will I quarrel you when
• 1:29:40
Speaker 3: you call me brother, Joshua Selman? Why do I get angry?
• 1:29:43
Speaker 3: Say my friend, don't call me brother's brother and insult
• 1:29:48
Speaker 3: brother is not an umbrober?
• 1:29:50
Speaker 2: So why am I angry that you said brother? Like
• 1:29:54
  Speaker 2: some of you.
• 1:29:56
Speaker 3: I remember many years ago, where did I go to
• 1:29:59
Speaker 3: priach for God's sake? And they brought one guy, one musician,
• 1:30:02
Speaker 3: and they called him one kind of name. When it
• 1:30:04
Speaker 3: came up, he rebuked the people and he said, I
• 1:30:07
Speaker 3: am not this is I am pastor on this ah.
• 1:30:09
Speaker 3: I said, my friend, you would have just minished that
• 1:30:12
Speaker 3: I'm gone to sit down. You have closed the heavens.
• 1:30:15
Speaker 3: That Allelujah significance. To know that you matter, to know
• 1:30:23
Speaker 3: that you count. Don't downplay people's sense of significance. When
• 1:30:28
Speaker 3: I came in, I saw and thanks to Reverend Edwin
• 1:30:31
Speaker 3: and the entire leadership, the warmth and the love right
• 1:30:34
Speaker 3: from the airport, the hospitality and all that I've received
• 1:30:37
  Speaker 3: since I.
• 1:30:38
Speaker 2: Came here, very phenomenal. And for this I am grateful.
• 1:30:41
Speaker 2: But it's significance, Allelujah.
• 1:30:44
Speaker 3: Can I tell you people do not care what you know.
• 1:30:49
Speaker 3: Until they know that you care, they don't care what revelation,
• 1:30:53
Speaker 3: what Greek and Hebrew. By the time you make people
• 1:30:56
Speaker 3: feel stupid and you make them feel less of themselves,
• 1:30:59
Speaker 3: they will love you body will never earn their loyalty
• 1:31:02
Speaker 3: is someone growing today significance. So we need to be
• 1:31:07
Speaker 3: careful and manage the way we speak to people and
• 1:31:10
Speaker 3: the way we generally operate with people, knowing that the
• 1:31:14
Speaker 3: moment people feel insignificant around you, there is a negative
• 1:31:18
Speaker 3: energy that comes from you to them.
• 1:31:20
Speaker 2: There's a pungency that comes from you to them.
• 1:31:22
Speaker 3: They will run away every time they see you, and
• 1:31:25
Speaker 3: they will never support anything you are part of.
• 1:31:27
Speaker 2: Are we learning Number four? Love and acceptance?
• 1:31:31
Speaker 3: The psychological need of every body, including you who is
• 1:31:36
Speaker 3: writing is love and acceptance. The very reason people join
• 1:31:40
Speaker 3: occultic societies. You interview many people who join or celtic societies,
• 1:31:45
Speaker 3: they will tell you Daddy did.
• 1:31:47
Speaker 2: Not believe in me, Mommy did not believe in me.
• 1:31:50
Speaker 3: Is the reason why, sadly we are losing our young
• 1:31:53
Speaker 3: ladies and even the gentlemen to all kinds of ungodly
• 1:31:56
Speaker 3: systems because the love and acceptance. Did you know that
• 1:32:00
Speaker 3: the worst thing that can happen to any man is
• 1:32:02
Speaker 3: called rejection. Rejection is to be given a perception that
• 1:32:06
Speaker 3: you are not needed within a space.
• 1:32:09
  Speaker 2: It's a terrible thing. Allelujah. Yeah, it's a terrible thing.
• 1:32:16
Speaker 3: Rejection is so serious that the Bible gives you a
• 1:32:19
Speaker 3: counsel that when you get to a place, sea at
• 1:32:21
Speaker 3: the back fast, just sit at the back there to
• 1:32:24
  Speaker 3: save yourself shame.
• 1:32:26
Speaker 2: If you are worthy of honor, they will all show
• 1:32:28
Speaker 2: you to the front.
• 1:32:29
Speaker 3: But if you come and sit at the front and
• 1:32:31
Speaker 3: they now transport you gently to the back, it will
• 1:32:34
Speaker 3: be a memory you will have for a long time.
• 1:32:37
Speaker 3: Rejection is a terrible thing. Allelujah.
• 1:32:43
Speaker 2: Many children today grow with all kinds of things.
• 1:32:48
Speaker 3: They hate people, and they hurt others because they grew
• 1:32:51
Speaker 3: up with this rejection that they.
• 1:32:53
  Speaker 2: Got from parents.
• 1:32:55
Speaker 3: Sadly, some of those parents were also preachers, saving the world,
• 1:33:00
Speaker 3: destroying their own home. So you call your childish, stupid,
• 1:33:03
Speaker 3: useless boy, very ugly girl. I don't think any man
• 1:33:06
Speaker 3: who marry you are such a stupid person. You are
• 1:33:09
Speaker 3: taking the least position in class, and then they're absorbing
• 1:33:13
Speaker 3: these things, absorbing these things, absorbing these things.
• 1:33:17
Speaker 2: By the time they become teenagers.
• 1:33:19
Speaker 3: Any gentleman who says, wow, you mean they're such a
• 1:33:23
Speaker 3: lady in this world?
• 1:33:23
Speaker 2: And have I been blind? You know how men talk?
• 1:33:29
Speaker 3: The lady knows that this boy is going to destroy her,
• 1:33:31
Speaker 3: but she cannot resist him because it's the only voice
• 1:33:34
Speaker 3: that ministers love and acceptance.
• 1:33:40
Speaker 2: Allelujah? Are we learning number? What's now? Number five? Growth?
• 1:33:47
Speaker 3: The fitth psychological need of everybody is the need for growth.
• 1:33:51
Speaker 2: What does it mean to grow?
• 1:33:52
Speaker 3: To become, to evolve superior versions of yourself?
• 1:34:01
Speaker 2: Mother? When you give back to a baby, it will
• 1:34:04
Speaker 2: be unfair to expect that baby to begin to walk
• 1:34:06
Speaker 2: and talk after two months. That would be a miracle,
• 1:34:09
Speaker 2: I think, Am I right on that?
• 1:34:11
Speaker 3: But after a year or two, perhaps three years, and
• 1:34:15
Speaker 3: the child is not working, not talking, not coordinating itself,
• 1:34:18
Speaker 3: you become distobed because.
• 1:34:20
Speaker 2: We expect growth, even the baby expects growth.
• 1:34:25
Speaker 3: When you plant anything corn or yam, millet, whatever it is,
• 1:34:30
Speaker 3: you give it time.
• 1:34:31
Speaker 2: But with time you want to see evidences of growth.
• 1:34:34
Speaker 2: Am I right on that? So human beings pray for growth.
• 1:34:37
Speaker 3: That's why when we write exams and the results come
• 1:34:40
Speaker 3: out when we pass, we rejoice because it means growth
• 1:34:43
  Speaker 3: more than success.
• 1:34:44
  Speaker 2: It means growth.
• 1:34:47
Speaker 3: Number five six six, Impact and contribution. The sixth and
• 1:34:55
Speaker 3: final psychological need of all men is the need to
• 1:35:01
Speaker 3: be perceived as one who is impactful and one whose
• 1:35:05
Speaker 3: life is counting. Allelujah, praise the name of the Lord. Sir,
• 1:35:15
Speaker 3: I understand this is you and your wife. Please come,
• 1:35:18
Speaker 3: let's celebrate them. Keep clapping, all of them. Come on
• 1:35:21
Speaker 3: us on the rock. Please come, sir. I want to
• 1:35:26
Speaker 3: embarrass you. I went please start keep clapping. I didn't
• 1:35:29
Speaker 3: ask you to stop. You just keep clapping. Don't stop.
• 1:35:34
Speaker 3: Do what I'm asking you to do.
• 1:35:43
Speaker 2: Don't stop. Allelujah. Now watch this. Do you know what
• 1:35:53
Speaker 2: you just did to them? You kept clapping.
• 1:35:58
Speaker 3: They have a right to interpret your clap to be anything.
• 1:36:01
Speaker 3: For some, your club means you are important. For some,
• 1:36:05
Speaker 3: your club means look how beautiful your family is. For some,
• 1:36:09
Speaker 3: your club means that, as you perform your role as
• 1:36:11
Speaker 3: husband and wife here in the capacity of ministers, you
• 1:36:14
Speaker 3: did an excellent job.
• 1:36:15
Speaker 2: For some, it just means you are dressing well. You
• 1:36:18
  Speaker 2: leave them.
• 1:36:19
Speaker 3: It is their creativity that defines the meaning of your club.
• 1:36:22
Speaker 3: But in any sense, you have won their love for
• 1:36:27
Speaker 3: you by giving them a sense of value. I brought
• 1:36:31
Speaker 3: them out to define for you the higher psychological need
• 1:36:35
Speaker 3: of any man. That the highest psychological need of any
• 1:36:38
Speaker 3: man is the need to feel loved, to feel appreciated,
• 1:36:42
Speaker 3: and to feel important.
• 1:36:45
Speaker 2: This is what was communicated in your club. Now.
• 1:36:48
Speaker 3: Can I tell you now that I am the midwife
• 1:36:52
Speaker 3: to make this happen. Talk against me and see how
• 1:36:55
Speaker 3: the rest want. Are we together?
• 1:36:59
Speaker 2: Yes? For making them feel good? I just ask them
• 1:37:07
Speaker 2: to come out so that you will learn a.
• 1:37:09
Speaker 3: Miracle happens, ladies and gentlemen, when you make people feel
• 1:37:13
Speaker 3: that they count. In a home, in an organization you
• 1:37:17
Speaker 3: have five children, you make one feel like a champion,
• 1:37:20
Speaker 3: and the remaining feel like failures is.
• 1:37:22
Speaker 2: The negative of what is happening right now that you're doing.
• 1:37:27
Speaker 3: Every time I gather with my leaders, they celebrate me
• 1:37:30
Speaker 3: for what you know God is doing, and I tell them,
• 1:37:32
Speaker 3: ladies and gentlemen, we are here as a team. I
• 1:37:36
Speaker 3: only succeed because of the coordinated effort of everyone.
• 1:37:41
Speaker 2: And I want you to know that you count, You
• 1:37:43
  Speaker 2: matter a we.
• 1:37:45
Speaker 3: Together now and you do that, they will usually act
• 1:37:48
Speaker 3: like nothing is happening, but a miracle is happening right there.
• 1:37:54
  Speaker 2: Allen lujah.
• 1:37:56
Speaker 3: Before I came up, Reverend Edwin introduced me and he said,
• 1:38:00
Speaker 3: wonderful things, and you are clapped, and I was happy
• 1:38:02
Speaker 3: with me. I don't hide it. I will smile and
• 1:38:04
Speaker 3: say I'm grateful. I way together now. So you asked
• 1:38:08
Speaker 3: me to come back again, I would most likely come back.
• 1:38:11
Speaker 3: Why because I love Jesus. But number two, when you
• 1:38:15
Speaker 3: help people see that they matter, they will love you.
• 1:38:18
Speaker 3: You'll become bueler and heath saber in a moment, hallelujah.
• 1:38:23
Speaker 2: So if I tell my dam now, and that's so,
• 1:38:26
Speaker 2: I said, look, what what's your meal in this city?
• 1:38:30
  Speaker 1: Mean?
• 1:38:30
Speaker 2: Serious? What's your ebo melling? This is it about cha?
• 1:38:37
Speaker 2: I thought it was swallow? Ah? Better leave? Okay, you
• 1:38:45
Speaker 2: are right. Whatever you said, you are right. Praise God.
• 1:38:48
Speaker 3: I way together now. If I'm coming to their house
• 1:38:51
Speaker 3: and I said, my dam, I'm coming to it. The
• 1:38:54
Speaker 3: memory of how I made her feel, now you imagine
• 1:38:57
Speaker 3: that I reverse it.
• 1:38:58
  Speaker 2: Now.
• 1:38:59
Speaker 3: I insult this woman, insult a husband, tear them down,
• 1:39:03
Speaker 3: make them feel like they're not counting in house on
• 1:39:06
Speaker 3: the rock. And I say I'm coming to their house.
• 1:39:08
Speaker 3: Number one, I will sit outside. My chair will be
• 1:39:10
Speaker 3: waiting for me before I arrive. You know, there are
• 1:39:12
  Speaker 3: people whose.
• 1:39:13
Speaker 2: Share you just put it under a tree there and
• 1:39:15
Speaker 2: the water they will drink is right there. Thank you.
• 1:39:21
Speaker 2: Let's all know him again and the wife allelujah.
• 1:39:31
Speaker 3: There are people today whose children are not proud of
• 1:39:33
Speaker 3: because every time they're around you, you are going to
• 1:39:36
Speaker 3: look for something wrong. Why is this shirt not iron?
• 1:39:41
Speaker 3: They came to say good afternoon, and you must find
• 1:39:43
Speaker 3: something wrong. Learn to let people know that they count.
• 1:39:48
Speaker 3: And this is especially true for spiritual people because they
• 1:39:52
Speaker 3: are focused on the prayer. They are anointing, and the
• 1:39:55
Speaker 3: people do their best. They fix up the place for prayer,
• 1:39:58
Speaker 3: and you don't see it. We're focusing on Jesus. They
• 1:40:04
  Speaker 3: don't see it.
• 1:40:04
Speaker 2: Your wife dresses, she gives her best. Is true.
• 1:40:07
Speaker 3: You are going for a prayer meeting, or take out
• 1:40:10
Speaker 3: time to see and women you too. The man too
• 1:40:15
Speaker 3: does his best, at least the best he.
• 1:40:17
Speaker 2: Knows to do. It may not be your best, but
• 1:40:20
  Speaker 2: the best.
• 1:40:21
Speaker 3: And then you are not seeing it last week the
• 1:40:24
Speaker 3: battery of his watch, that this week he have fixed it.
• 1:40:26
Speaker 2: You did see the.
• 1:40:27
Speaker 3: Difference away together, can I tell you the truth? There
• 1:40:33
Speaker 3: is always tension when someone's work is downplayed in many
• 1:40:39
Speaker 3: every pray. Where you find tension in an organization, it
• 1:40:42
Speaker 3: is because someone is intentionally down.
• 1:40:45
  Speaker 2: Playing another person.
• 1:40:49
Speaker 3: That is why in complimenting people psychologically, leaders if you
• 1:40:55
Speaker 3: want to lift someone and compliment the person uniquely, starts
• 1:40:59
Speaker 3: by sharing in a general compliment first, so that everybody
• 1:41:03
Speaker 3: can savor the one you gave.
• 1:41:04
Speaker 2: Then they will now join you to uniquely appreciate that
• 1:41:07
  Speaker 2: one person.
• 1:41:08
Speaker 3: Over Celebrating one person in the presence of people is dangerous.
• 1:41:12
Speaker 2: No matter how effective.
• 1:41:14
Speaker 3: I know that you have one child who is always
• 1:41:17
Speaker 3: taking first position while the rest share the rest, be careful.
• 1:41:24
Speaker 3: Are we together now not over celebrate that one and
• 1:41:27
Speaker 3: said this is Daddy's boy. Give me five the remaining
• 1:41:30
Speaker 3: a watch now, and you see you are doing something
• 1:41:33
  Speaker 3: to them.
• 1:41:37
Speaker 2: I pray for you, you pray for me. I love you.
• 1:41:44
Speaker 2: I need you to server. I will harm you with
• 1:41:51
Speaker 2: words from my mouth. I love you, I need idity server.
• 1:42:00
Speaker 2: See that for some of you, this is the cure.
• 1:42:04
Speaker 3: Go back to your fellowship, go back to your home
• 1:42:07
Speaker 3: and call a meeting and say, I just came back
• 1:42:10
Speaker 3: from a leadership meeting in house on the rock as
• 1:42:12
  Speaker 3: the father.
• 1:42:13
Speaker 2: Now if I were you, this is what I would do.
• 1:42:16
Speaker 3: Sit your children down, let all of them be ready
• 1:42:20
Speaker 3: to listen to you by acknowledging fault. If you say sorry,
• 1:42:24
Speaker 3: nobody will listen. I take responsibility. I know better now
• 1:42:29
Speaker 3: than I used to know, thanks to church, and I
• 1:42:33
Speaker 3: really want to apologize for the many ways that you
• 1:42:38
Speaker 3: may have been hot without my knowledge. I intend for
• 1:42:41
Speaker 3: the good of this family, but were products of our mindset.
• 1:42:44
Speaker 3: I'm not ashamed of growing. And you see your child losing. Wow,
• 1:42:47
Speaker 3: that is accepting for for the first.
• 1:42:49
Speaker 2: Time in twelve years. I'm temp ted to you. Four expressions.
• 1:43:01
Speaker 3: I was doing a training for a few people, have
• 1:43:04
Speaker 3: done it for my people and then in South Africa.
• 1:43:07
Speaker 2: Let me teach you. There are four expressions.
• 1:43:10
Speaker 3: Use them this night, Use them now, and you will
• 1:43:14
Speaker 3: watch the miracle that happens in your life.
• 1:43:16
Speaker 2: Can I give it to you? Number one? Please? P
• 1:43:21
  Speaker 2: L E A S E. Everyone write it down. You
• 1:43:24
  Speaker 2: will be.
• 1:43:25
Speaker 3: Surprised how many doors the word please will open for
• 1:43:29
  Speaker 3: you Nigerians.
• 1:43:31
  Speaker 2: Len it.
• 1:43:31
Speaker 3: Please say it one more time in the name of
• 1:43:35
Speaker 3: Jesus said please is an expression of courtesy. You'll become
• 1:43:42
Speaker 3: an exceptional leader when you learn to use the word please.
• 1:43:46
Speaker 3: These are miracle expressions. When you tell people please, it's
• 1:43:50
Speaker 3: a sign of courtesy. It adds to strengthening their sense
• 1:43:54
  Speaker 3: of significance.
• 1:43:56
Speaker 2: Please, could you shift here? Don't say shift now? And
• 1:43:59
Speaker 2: then by blah blah bah blah, prayers go in or
• 1:44:01
Speaker 2: shift I went together.
• 1:44:06
Speaker 3: You pick up a call and you want somebody you
• 1:44:09
  Speaker 3: don't you're out of units.
• 1:44:10
Speaker 2: Call me, call me, call me? Are you off the phone?
• 1:44:12
Speaker 2: He never calls you again, and.
• 1:44:13
Speaker 3: The miracle at the other side of the phone goes
• 1:44:16
Speaker 3: with the person's annoyance one more time. Say please to
• 1:44:20
Speaker 3: your wife, say please to your husband, to your children.
• 1:44:24
Speaker 3: As a man of God, please a sense of courtesy.
• 1:44:27
Speaker 3: Number two, thank you, thank you, not thanks, thank you Nigerians.
• 1:44:34
Speaker 2: Thanks. Someone will spend two weeks begging you for money,
• 1:44:39
Speaker 2: harassing you with scripture. The Bible says, be good to
• 1:44:42
Speaker 2: all men. It says, when it is within your power,
• 1:44:44
Speaker 2: pastor you are the one that did this, and you
• 1:44:47
Speaker 2: finally send the ten thousand and narra. Then by night
• 1:44:51
Speaker 2: he now sends one word thanks. No, No, there is
• 1:45:00
Speaker 2: a leadership training or do the miracle service in the night.
• 1:45:03
Speaker 2: But this one, now, this is a mental miracle service.
• 1:45:07
Speaker 2: Is someone learning one more time said thank you. Don't
• 1:45:12
  Speaker 2: say thanks.
• 1:45:13
Speaker 3: No, if someone is nice and kind to you twenty times,
• 1:45:17
Speaker 3: say thank you twenty times.
• 1:45:23
Speaker 2: Can I tell you there are many of you.
• 1:45:26
Speaker 3: Your partners stop giving to you because they perceived that
• 1:45:29
Speaker 3: you were taking them for granted. When thank you become
• 1:45:33
Speaker 3: too heavy for your mouth, your account to tell, thank you,
• 1:45:38
  Speaker 3: thank you.
• 1:45:39
Speaker 2: When people treat you well, when God honors you with
• 1:45:42
Speaker 2: great membership, tell them thank you. Don't say go, they
• 1:45:47
Speaker 2: will go. That's when you.
• 1:45:51
Speaker 3: Will know that people without a vision. They say, without
• 1:45:56
Speaker 3: a vision, the people who perish. But without the people,
• 1:45:59
Speaker 3: the vision will suffer. One more time, say thank you.
• 1:46:04
Speaker 3: Go back and tell everybody, show them the new revelation
• 1:46:08
  Speaker 3: you found.
• 1:46:09
Speaker 2: Say thank you, and you will watch doors open, open open.
• 1:46:13
Speaker 2: You tell someone thank you, they are even surprised. Thank
• 1:46:16
Speaker 2: you to me? What for? Thank you? Thank you?
• 1:46:23
Speaker 3: Most people tell only Jesus thank you, And the reason
• 1:46:27
Speaker 3: is because they can't see him. Is hypocrisy. That thank
• 1:46:30
Speaker 3: you they're saying is because of what they're about to ask.
• 1:46:37
Speaker 3: You called me to treade leaders, Reverend.
• 1:46:42
Speaker 2: Thank you. Can I give you the third? I am sorry?
• 1:46:46
Speaker 2: Write it down. That's right, I'm do one teaching does
• 1:46:49
Speaker 2: write it down. I'm sorry, not sorry, I am sorry.
• 1:46:55
Speaker 2: The expression i am sorry is a miracle. Look at me,
• 1:46:58
Speaker 2: please please look at me. If someone learning i am sorry.
• 1:47:02
Speaker 3: It puts you in a position where you are vulnerable
• 1:47:06
  Speaker 3: without shame.
• 1:47:08
Speaker 2: That means you let people know that we are all human.
• 1:47:11
Speaker 3: We see in part and we prophesy in part that
• 1:47:14
Speaker 3: no matter how great, the best of us is still human.
• 1:47:17
Speaker 3: When you say i'm sorry, you bring people to a
• 1:47:20
Speaker 3: point where they are reminded that just like you, they
• 1:47:22
Speaker 3: are human, and that to err is human. We say,
• 1:47:26
Speaker 3: but then to forgive its divine one more time, say
• 1:47:29
Speaker 3: i'm sorry. Nations have gone to war because one person
• 1:47:34
Speaker 3: was too proud to say I'm sorry. With all due respect,
• 1:47:38
Speaker 3: not to play with your mind, but there are marriages
• 1:47:40
Speaker 3: today that would have walked if only one person. I
• 1:47:44
Speaker 3: am sorry does not mean I'm the one who is wrong.
• 1:47:47
Speaker 3: Sometimes it means I'm the one who is wise. I
• 1:47:51
Speaker 3: am sorry. It's not always about.
• 1:47:56
Speaker 2: The offender of fender who is not your offender?
• 1:47:58
Speaker 3: Now, English, teach me well, one the person who cost
• 1:48:02
Speaker 3: trouble and the person who trouble was cost over. Are
• 1:48:07
Speaker 3: we together say I'm sorry? Someone who has been sponsoring you,
• 1:48:15
Speaker 3: and you'll never acknowledge the person. Now the person is
• 1:48:18
Speaker 3: plained and angry, and you say, are we not humans?
• 1:48:21
Speaker 2: That is not I'm sorry. No, I'm sorry, sir, Sorry
• 1:48:26
Speaker 2: for not being thoughtful. I have learned.
• 1:48:29
Speaker 3: I came to church and now I've been mentored, and
• 1:48:32
Speaker 3: I'm just here to say I'm sorry.
• 1:48:36
Speaker 2: Sorry. The healing power of i'm sorry is as powerful
• 1:48:43
Speaker 2: as the healing anointing. Did you hear what I said?
• 1:48:47
Speaker 2: The healing power of I am sorry. What i'm sorry does,
• 1:48:51
Speaker 2: it's almost the same thing as what the healing anointing does.
• 1:48:56
Speaker 3: The healing anointing can heal the body, but my goodness,
• 1:48:59
Speaker 3: there our souls can be healed by.
• 1:49:01
Speaker 2: Telling people I'm sorry. The moment you say i'm sorry.
• 1:49:06
Speaker 3: The person at the other end becomes foolish if he
• 1:49:08
Speaker 3: continues from that point, because I'm sorry should naturally not
• 1:49:13
Speaker 3: easily bring an end to all strife. Say I'm sorry again.
• 1:49:20
Speaker 3: The last expression, God bless you. As simple as this sounds,
• 1:49:25
Speaker 3: it is a miracle. God bless you, God bless you,
• 1:49:29
Speaker 3: God bless you contains three powerful words. One God, two
• 1:49:35
Speaker 3: bless three you, God bless you three words that, if
• 1:49:43
  Speaker 3: properly combined, can.
• 1:49:44
Speaker 2: Produce a miracle in the mind of the hearers. God
• 1:49:48
  Speaker 2: bless you.
• 1:49:50
Speaker 3: That means you can be better today than you were
• 1:49:53
Speaker 3: yesterday because I've introduced God, I've introduced his blessings and
• 1:49:57
Speaker 3: it is all directed to you.
• 1:50:01
  Speaker 2: Listen to me.
• 1:50:02
Speaker 3: If you leave this place just learning these four expressions alone,
• 1:50:06
Speaker 3: you did not waste your time this morning. It will
• 1:50:08
Speaker 3: turn your leadership to a miracle. You will manage crisis.
• 1:50:12
Speaker 3: Most people think it's all about just prayer and first thing. No,
• 1:50:15
Speaker 3: there are times this is the wisdom of the just
• 1:50:18
Speaker 3: that the Bible talks about.
• 1:50:21
  Speaker 2: Allelujah.
• 1:50:22
Speaker 3: I have used this as a person and in leadership,
• 1:50:26
Speaker 3: and I have watched it walk wonders in my life.
• 1:50:29
Speaker 3: Let me give you the last mandate of leaders and
• 1:50:32
Speaker 3: then we wrap up for this morning session.
• 1:50:35
Speaker 2: Are you ready for number three? I want you to
• 1:50:38
Speaker 2: pay attention to this third one.
• 1:50:40
Speaker 3: Visionary leaders build models and systems. Visionary leaders build models
• 1:50:49
Speaker 3: and systems that guarantee.
• 1:50:52
  Speaker 2: Succession and continuity.
• 1:50:55
Speaker 3: Visionary leaders build models and systems.
• 1:51:00
  Speaker 2: Please write it.
• 1:51:01
Speaker 3: They build models and systems that guarantee sock session and continuity.
• 1:51:10
Speaker 3: When everything ends with you or ends with your absence,
• 1:51:13
Speaker 3: you fail as a leader Africa, Africa, may we arise
• 1:51:19
Speaker 3: in the name of Jesus. Do you notice that in
• 1:51:23
Speaker 3: many families, with all due respect, you will hear that
• 1:51:27
Speaker 3: a man in his lifetime was a billoonere and he
• 1:51:30
Speaker 3: will make the money in his lifetime, spend it in
• 1:51:33
Speaker 3: his lifetime, finish it in his lifetime, and die And
• 1:51:37
Speaker 3: the next song starts. He doesn't even start from zero.
• 1:51:41
Speaker 3: He start by managing the father's enemies and uses twenty
• 1:51:45
Speaker 3: years of his life to tell them sorry before he
• 1:51:47
Speaker 3: starts building his own life. This is what we see
• 1:51:50
Speaker 3: in Africa. Are we together? Visionary leaders think beyond themselves.
• 1:51:59
Speaker 3: They build systems. If your absence collapses a ministry and
• 1:52:03
Speaker 3: an organization, it means you're an idol in that ministry.
• 1:52:08
Speaker 2: Not a leader. Are we together? Yes?
• 1:52:12
Speaker 3: I told my people years ago that if they do
• 1:52:15
Speaker 3: not see me, this is way before we left Zaria,
• 1:52:18
Speaker 3: that if they do not see me, the only thing
• 1:52:20
Speaker 3: they should miss is my unique contribution, not a collapse.
• 1:52:24
Speaker 2: Of the purposes of God. Leaders look beyond themselves.
• 1:52:28
Speaker 3: They are passionate about raising transforming followers to leaders and
• 1:52:33
Speaker 3: then leaders to agents of transformation. I learned that from
• 1:52:37
Speaker 3: late doctor Miles Monroe. Allelujah, who can do what you
• 1:52:43
Speaker 3: are doing to allow you rest? There are people in
• 1:52:46
Speaker 3: their old age. They wake up in the morning like
• 1:52:49
Speaker 3: young people, stressing themselves because they spent their life being
• 1:52:53
Speaker 3: so self centered, and they forgot that one day their
• 1:52:56
Speaker 3: physical strength will deplete. And a lawyer who did you
• 1:53:02
Speaker 3: raise you became a millionnaire. You did not reproduce that
• 1:53:06
Speaker 3: grace and that understanding in three or four people.
• 1:53:09
Speaker 2: They would have helped you today that you are resting.
• 1:53:12
Speaker 2: Are we together? How about men and women of God?
• 1:53:16
Speaker 3: Isn't it terrible If I'm not able to make church
• 1:53:19
Speaker 3: on Sunday and everything goes down because of my absence,
• 1:53:23
Speaker 3: It means I've been directing the people to me, not Jesus.
• 1:53:27
  Speaker 2: Are we together?
• 1:53:29
Speaker 3: Leaders build systems, say systems, say systems, say models. I'm
• 1:53:36
Speaker 3: very honored when I learned sometimes that Reverend Edwin, you know,
• 1:53:39
Speaker 3: he travels, you know, to see his family and to
• 1:53:43
Speaker 3: do other things. And he told me yesterday, and he
• 1:53:45
Speaker 3: said that a number of times, how that in his
• 1:53:48
Speaker 3: absence there is already a structure in place that is
• 1:53:52
Speaker 3: very powerful. And I must commend Ebo people as a
• 1:53:58
Speaker 3: nation for having that understanding.
• 1:54:00
Speaker 2: I think you have a system.
• 1:54:01
Speaker 3: I see that work even and I'm saying that honestly,
• 1:54:04
Speaker 3: so that a man can start with one storm, and
• 1:54:10
Speaker 3: you know that's a Jewish system, still's practicing Israel living
• 1:54:13
  Speaker 3: up until now.
• 1:54:14
Speaker 2: Yes, it's true. So one star and then he will get.
• 1:54:19
Speaker 3: If I understand you correctly, maybe two or three people,
• 1:54:22
Speaker 3: and then train them pragmatically. The man can travel to
• 1:54:27
Speaker 3: China to bring goods and the boy is running it.
• 1:54:30
Speaker 3: And then soon he will establish branches and annexes and
• 1:54:33
Speaker 3: they now learn on the job. One day he will
• 1:54:36
Speaker 3: settle the person and the person can continue. That is
• 1:54:39
Speaker 3: powerful because the person you are helping maybe the one
• 1:54:42
Speaker 3: to help you tomorrow.
• 1:54:45
  Speaker 2: Are we together?
• 1:54:46
Speaker 3: Yes, listen, I know that sometimes we treasure the knowledge
• 1:54:53
Speaker 3: that we've had through the years because it came through sweat,
• 1:54:56
Speaker 3: through blood and pain. But you must be vulnerable to
• 1:54:59
Speaker 3: trust some body with what you know. Everybody is not
• 1:55:02
Speaker 3: a deceiver and everybody will not fail.
• 1:55:04
  Speaker 1: You.
• 1:55:05
Speaker 2: Do not allow your pain and your scars.
• 1:55:07
Speaker 3: Don't allow the injury to affect you so much that
• 1:55:10
Speaker 3: you don't trust anybody. Don't like Elisha, I know that
• 1:55:15
Speaker 3: we say Gehazi was not there to collect Eliacia's mantle.
• 1:55:18
Speaker 3: I sympathize with Gehazi, but I also blame Elisha. You
• 1:55:22
Speaker 3: can see raise other people. If you raise one and
• 1:55:27
Speaker 3: you fail, raise another one. If you raise one and
• 1:55:30
Speaker 3: you failed, Is that not true?
• 1:55:32
Speaker 2: Yes? The power of reproduction is a miracle. The word
• 1:55:36
  Speaker 2: really means again.
• 1:55:38
Speaker 3: If a woman loses a pregnancy, respectfully speaking, there is
• 1:55:41
Speaker 3: hope that she can be pregnant again. If you raise
• 1:55:44
Speaker 3: somebody and it does not respect you, breaks your hearts
• 1:55:47
Speaker 3: and goes no problem. Leave them in peace. They will
• 1:55:49
Speaker 3: reap what they have sold you start again again. It's
• 1:55:51
  Speaker 3: a powerful word. Again, it's a powerful word. I'm wrapping
• 1:55:57
Speaker 3: up with this now. Visionary leaders, sustained faculty to start again.
• 1:56:02
Speaker 2: This church is a product of the world. Again, Am
• 1:56:05
Speaker 2: I right on that? I understand the bit of the
• 1:56:08
Speaker 2: history of the church.
• 1:56:09
Speaker 3: And you know, Reverend Edwin had graciously told me the story,
• 1:56:13
Speaker 3: and I saw that yesterday.
• 1:56:15
Speaker 2: He would have stayed and you people would have been
• 1:56:17
Speaker 2: meeting somewhere outside with a legitimate excuse. Isn't it amazing?
• 1:56:21
Speaker 2: I know rain washed your house, but have you seen
• 1:56:24
Speaker 2: the place for a new land?
• 1:56:25
Speaker 3: Someone say again, Prophessy to yourself, say again, you went
• 1:56:31
Speaker 3: down spiritually, but there is hope for a three again.
• 1:56:35
Speaker 3: Leaders have the ability to give people.
• 1:56:37
Speaker 2: A chance to start again, and that they themselves can
• 1:56:41
Speaker 2: start again. I want to end my discussion where when
• 1:56:44
Speaker 2: to pray, but this is important for you to know.
• 1:56:47
Speaker 2: Again is a miracle. Adam knew his wife, Cain came,
• 1:56:53
Speaker 2: Abel came, and then can killed Abel?
• 1:56:57
Speaker 3: Remember and then the Bible tells us that Adam knew
• 1:57:00
Speaker 3: his wife agay Alah cor seat Ah. The man went
• 1:57:05
Speaker 3: back to business again, Samson, haven't lost your eyes and
• 1:57:10
  Speaker 3: your hair.
• 1:57:10
Speaker 2: You still have hands, and you still have the God
• 1:57:13
Speaker 2: who gives all. You can go back again. Ruth. It
• 1:57:19
Speaker 2: is true that the first face of your family life
• 1:57:23
Speaker 2: went down, lost your husband, lost your.
• 1:57:26
Speaker 3: Children, but you still have Noaomi. Always be conscious of
• 1:57:29
Speaker 3: what you have left, because with what you have left,
• 1:57:32
Speaker 3: it is enough for that word.
• 1:57:34
  Speaker 2: Again.
• 1:57:38
Speaker 3: You lost your job, but you still have wisdom start again.
• 1:57:43
Speaker 3: This is a prophetic word. God is giving someone. You
• 1:57:47
Speaker 3: did ministry, but because you were wrongly mentored, you did
• 1:57:50
Speaker 3: a lot of things that you now know are not
• 1:57:53
Speaker 3: consistent with scripture. Don't sit beating yourself crying forever. Yes,
• 1:57:58
Speaker 3: you once lived a wayward life. For God's sake, don't
• 1:58:01
Speaker 3: talk about rehab. The prostitute wedshalls become reyhab the woman
• 1:58:06
Speaker 3: of God. There are two rehabs here, be mindful of
• 1:58:11
Speaker 3: the one you are talking about. Allelujah. God gives us
• 1:58:16
Speaker 3: an opportunity to have the yesterday version of ourselves, today
• 1:58:21
Speaker 3: version of ourselves, and tomorrow version of ourselves. You can
• 1:58:26
Speaker 3: remain in your yesterday version, or you can take advantage
• 1:58:29
Speaker 3: of the mystery called again.
• 1:58:31
Speaker 2: To evolve again means evolve again means try for a.
• 1:58:37
Speaker 3: Greater version of yourself. Your yesterday version was not anointed.
• 1:58:42
Speaker 3: But hallelujah, thank God for sore Conference twenty twenty three.
• 1:58:45
Speaker 3: You can start again, Man of God. You can go
• 1:58:49
Speaker 3: back and build that fellowship again. You can build your
• 1:58:52
Speaker 3: home again. Remember ye not the former things, nor consider
• 1:58:58
Speaker 3: the things of all the Bible says. For behold see
• 1:59:02
Speaker 3: conceive as a reality in your spirit.
• 1:59:05
Speaker 2: I do a new thing in leadership.
• 1:59:09
Speaker 3: Reverend Edwin would attest to it, and every other leader
• 1:59:12
Speaker 3: here there are moments where.
• 1:59:14
Speaker 2: You will have to give people a chance. People will
• 1:59:17
  Speaker 2: make mistakes.
• 1:59:19
Speaker 3: Perhaps you, as the leader yourself, you will make all
• 1:59:21
Speaker 3: kinds and all shades of mistakes. Can I tell you
• 1:59:25
Speaker 3: the moment you will lend your lesson and draw wisdom
• 1:59:27
  Speaker 3: from your pain.
• 1:59:28
Speaker 2: You have cheated it, lamenting and crying over yesterday.
• 1:59:34
Speaker 3: You carry ten million error and put it in a
• 1:59:37
Speaker 3: wrong business and put it in a wrong investment.
• 1:59:40
Speaker 2: How long will you keep crying? Allelujah? How long will
• 1:59:45
Speaker 2: you keep crying? David? I know you prayed and prayed
• 1:59:49
Speaker 2: and prayed that the child will not die. But the
• 1:59:51
Speaker 2: child is now dead. Stop watering a dead plant. It
• 1:59:55
  Speaker 2: is dead.
• 1:59:56
Speaker 3: Start finding seats quickly before another harvest to come up.
• 2:00:00
Speaker 2: You have not sown anything.
• 2:00:01
Speaker 3: You can try to water a dying plant hoping that
• 2:00:04
Speaker 3: it will come back, but when it is dead, it
• 2:00:07
Speaker 3: is dead. You can use that dead plant as the
• 2:00:10
Speaker 3: Manuah for the next plant and get sees. Listen today,
• 2:00:19
Speaker 3: God has helped us to be leaders, not because we
• 2:00:22
Speaker 3: had perfect people around us, and not because we're perfect ourselves.
• 2:00:25
Speaker 2: Are we together? But this mystery again? Archive it in
• 2:00:29
Speaker 2: your mind, added in the bag that you use to
• 2:00:32
Speaker 2: so John in destiny, you will need it.
• 2:00:35
Speaker 3: Give people a chance to make honest mistakes, Give people
• 2:00:39
Speaker 3: a chance to disappoint you. Honestly and give them a
• 2:00:42
Speaker 3: chance to recover. This is what happened. If I believe
• 2:00:46
Speaker 3: if Judas had gone to Jesus, Judas would have become
• 2:00:49
Speaker 3: apostle Judas. I don't know who acts him to kill himself.
• 2:00:53
Speaker 3: He lost the money, he lost his life, he lost
• 2:00:56
  Speaker 3: his bishopric.
• 2:01:00
Speaker 2: Peter who told Jesus, I will not leave you. Remember,
• 2:01:06
Speaker 2: he ran away, and.
• 2:01:08
Speaker 3: Because of his fear he called a young gal woman
• 2:01:10
Speaker 3: because he was running away from Jesus, all in an
• 2:01:15
Speaker 3: effort to deny Jesus.
• 2:01:18
Speaker 2: But after all of that he went back to fishing.
• 2:01:22
Speaker 2: And look at Jesus, I like the leader Jesus, not
• 2:01:26
Speaker 2: just the savior of Jesus. Jesus is now back to life,
• 2:01:31
Speaker 2: and he goes to the.
• 2:01:32
Speaker 3: Sea shore and says, little children, have you any catch?
• 2:01:34
Speaker 3: Not even recognizing it was him, he said, cast your
• 2:01:37
Speaker 3: net to the right side.
• 2:01:39
Speaker 2: And when they caught so.
• 2:01:40
Speaker 3: Much fish, Peter descern who else can do this kind
• 2:01:43
Speaker 3: of miracle? And Peter came to him. He said, depart
• 2:01:51
Speaker 3: from me. Ah, you've come to touch on me. Now
• 2:01:54
Speaker 3: you want to give me the memory of the last
• 2:01:56
  Speaker 3: seventy two hours.
• 2:01:57
Speaker 2: I betrayed you. I ran away.
• 2:01:59
Speaker 3: You in first handily, but give people a chance. When
• 2:02:05
Speaker 3: Jesus Peter came to him, he simply sat to eat,
• 2:02:10
Speaker 3: and he said, Simon, but Jonah loves than me, more
• 2:02:14
  Speaker 3: than this.
• 2:02:15
Speaker 2: And Peter said, no, I made this mistake. I will
• 2:02:17
Speaker 2: not make it again. This man died for Jesus.
• 2:02:21
Speaker 3: Imagine understanding the Bible without Peter's contribution. Thomas, that you
• 2:02:28
Speaker 3: called doubting Thomas. I hope you know there is a
• 2:02:30
Speaker 3: book of Thomas. He was not canon nice to become
• 2:02:33
Speaker 3: part of the sixty six books. But my goodness, Bible
• 2:02:36
Speaker 3: history tells us that that man Thomas was a mighty man.
• 2:02:39
Speaker 2: He was powerful. One time.
• 2:02:41
Speaker 3: History tells us that he literally laid hands on someone
• 2:02:44
Speaker 3: to cast out a spirit, and a physical object came
• 2:02:47
Speaker 3: out of the person. Just because he doubted does not
• 2:02:51
Speaker 3: mean he was a doubter forever we said, doubting it,
• 2:02:53
Speaker 3: doubly doubted for one day you how many times have
• 2:02:55
Speaker 3: you done it? Let's be fair on the guy, Allelujah.
• 2:03:06
Speaker 2: Can I tell you.
• 2:03:08
Speaker 3: Many people not you will disappoint you. When the Bible
• 2:03:12
Speaker 3: says to put a breastplate of righteousness.
• 2:03:16
Speaker 2: Do you know why? There will be many pierred things
• 2:03:18
  Speaker 2: on your chest.
• 2:03:21
Speaker 3: As a leader, you need to put it. You will
• 2:03:23
Speaker 3: raise people who would downplay your contribution. Leaders bleed and
• 2:03:27
Speaker 3: cry all the time. There are others who have even
• 2:03:30
Speaker 3: carried pain and shift that pain to their children, their wives,
• 2:03:33
Speaker 3: their husbands. You will find people disappoint you in organizations.
• 2:03:38
Speaker 3: Some of you are seated right now and you almost
• 2:03:41
Speaker 3: cannot manage the pain that has come. You give someone money,
• 2:03:44
Speaker 3: he ran away with it. He cheated you, lied against you,
• 2:03:47
Speaker 3: did all kinds of things. My assignment as I wrap
• 2:03:52
Speaker 3: up this leadership session, is that you cannot keep crying forever.
• 2:03:56
  Speaker 2: Now.
• 2:03:57
Speaker 3: Jesus wept, but not forever. If he kept trying, he
• 2:04:01
Speaker 3: would not become a savior. He will remain Jesus the baby.
• 2:04:05
Speaker 3: The first time he cried was when he was born.
• 2:04:07
Speaker 3: The second time he cried was when he was in
• 2:04:09
Speaker 3: pain with Lazarus. The third time he would cry he
• 2:04:13
Speaker 3: was in get se many for the sake of his assignment.
• 2:04:15
Speaker 3: These are the only three reasons why you should cry.
• 2:04:18
Speaker 3: You should cry because you are a child ignorance. You
• 2:04:22
Speaker 3: should cry because you are moved with compassion. And sometimes
• 2:04:26
Speaker 3: you cry because of the burden of your assignment. Any
• 2:04:29
Speaker 3: other reason is not valid. This is a good place
• 2:04:38
Speaker 3: for rappaub. Has God spoken to someone Listen. The only
• 2:04:43
Speaker 3: thank you gift that you can give, Reverend Edwin is
• 2:04:47
Speaker 3: to go back and listen to this teaching. I know
• 2:04:50
Speaker 3: you are motivated. Number you may forget in search of
• 2:04:53
Speaker 3: a miracle by night, go.
• 2:04:54
Speaker 2: And get this teaching. After this conference, be like the
• 2:05:00
  Speaker 2: wise men.
• 2:05:00
Speaker 3: Listen to it again. God, are the people in your organization,
• 2:05:05
Speaker 3: I've done the speaking for you. Sit down with them
• 2:05:08
Speaker 3: and said, nobody goes out. Give you who are listening
• 2:05:10
Speaker 3: to this in the name of Jesus. Let them sit
• 2:05:12
Speaker 3: down and listen to it and cry while they listen,
• 2:05:16
Speaker 3: make resolutions while they listen, and you pray and reform your.
• 2:05:20
Speaker 2: Organization for the next level.
• 2:05:24
Speaker 3: I conclude by challenging you that leadership is a noble responsibility.
• 2:05:29
Speaker 2: You have the opportunity to.
• 2:05:31
Speaker 3: Serve your nation with what God has given you, serve
• 2:05:34
Speaker 3: your generation with what God has given.
• 2:05:35
Speaker 2: You, and inspire others to do same.
• 2:05:39
Speaker 3: At the end of your life, you will be known
• 2:05:41
Speaker 3: for only two things, the problems you solved and the
• 2:05:44
  Speaker 3: ones you created.
• 2:05:46
  Speaker 2: Allelujah.
• 2:05:48
Speaker 3: The hymn writer says, Thus, would we pass from the
• 2:05:50
Speaker 3: earth and its toiling, only to be remembered by what
• 2:05:53
Speaker 3: we have done, not just what we said, not just
• 2:05:56
Speaker 3: what we wished, but what we did. At the end
• 2:05:59
Speaker 3: of my life, it's my commitment to do the best
• 2:06:03
Speaker 3: that I can, helping and inspiring my generation to love Jesus,
• 2:06:07
Speaker 3: to serve Him, and to know that there is no
• 2:06:09
Speaker 3: limit to the life of the believer who is in Christ.
• 2:06:14
Speaker 3: And this is what I'm committed to doing as a
• 2:06:16
Speaker 3: man of God and as a leader. And I've come
• 2:06:19
Speaker 3: to share Reverend Edwin's passion even at this sore conference.
• 2:06:24
Speaker 3: My prayer for you, sincerely, from the depth of my heart,
• 2:06:27
Speaker 3: is that with these redefinitions and these reorientations that you
• 2:06:30
Speaker 3: have received, that you would have positioned you to become
• 2:06:34
Speaker 3: an exceptional leader in the home front, in business, as
• 2:06:39
Speaker 3: a student, as an entrepreneur, as a man of God, in.
• 2:06:43
Speaker 2: Whatever capacity you have to serve.
• 2:06:46
Speaker 3: You should know that there is a call and there
• 2:06:49
Speaker 3: is a bacon upon your destiny to be the light. Indeed,
• 2:06:52
Speaker 3: let's rise as we pray you are the covenant keeping God,
• 2:07:02
Speaker 3: this hold hands with someone you.
• 2:07:05
Speaker 6: The coven and keeping guy yah way yeah way coming,
• 2:07:13
Speaker 6: and keeping yeah away the coming.
• 2:07:21
Speaker 2: And keeping time you singing coming, keeping you are you
• 2:07:34
Speaker 2: are coming, and keeping yeah await.
• 2:07:43
Speaker 6: Coming, keeping, oh yeah.
• 2:07:50
Speaker 2: Coming. Now you see that behind everything that works, it
• 2:07:59
Speaker 2: is not just a no.
• 2:08:01
Speaker 3: The value of anointing is that these preparations have been made.
• 2:08:04
  Speaker 2: First, Allelujah.
• 2:08:07
Speaker 3: The quality of the vessel that receives the oil is
• 2:08:10
Speaker 3: what gives credence to the oil. If a poor and
• 2:08:14
Speaker 3: ill prepared vessel receives the oil, it will make it
• 2:08:17
Speaker 3: look small. God has expanded your mind, preparing you for tonight.
• 2:08:22
Speaker 3: There are many of you the grace that is upon
• 2:08:24
Speaker 3: you in terms of ministry.
• 2:08:27
Speaker 2: Let me tell you the truth. I have seen this
• 2:08:29
Speaker 2: many times in my vision that there are still mighty people.
• 2:08:33
Speaker 2: The ones you know are only the list of the
• 2:08:36
Speaker 2: crop of people God is training. But for many you have.
• 2:08:39
Speaker 3: Mastered the art of the altar. But you may have
• 2:08:42
Speaker 3: ignored leadership. It's why you cannot scale the vision that
• 2:08:45
Speaker 3: God has given you to rise to a point of
• 2:08:48
Speaker 3: notoriety for the King. There are great businesses here serving
• 2:08:53
Speaker 3: this city with products that is needed by all transcontinentally.
• 2:08:59
Speaker 3: But because you lack this acumen of leadership, you are
• 2:09:02
Speaker 3: not able to rise and scale your business. The labor
• 2:09:06
Speaker 3: of the full I make reference to the scripture that Reverend.
• 2:09:09
Speaker 2: Gave to introduce me. Weary at every.
• 2:09:12
Speaker 3: One of them, with no exception, he says, because you
• 2:09:15
Speaker 3: know it, not how to get to the city. When
• 2:09:19
Speaker 3: I discovered the call of God upon my life, I
• 2:09:23
Speaker 3: cried onto the Lord to show me all the ingredients
• 2:09:25
  Speaker 3: that make for.
• 2:09:26
  Speaker 2: An excelling ministry.
• 2:09:27
Speaker 3: All that I knew was the areas of consecration and
• 2:09:31
Speaker 3: the world of God and prayer. But then I would learn,
• 2:09:34
Speaker 3: thanks to quality mentorship, that there are many angles and facets.
• 2:09:39
Speaker 2: There are tools. Did you know that when you are
• 2:09:41
  Speaker 2: preparing a meal.
• 2:09:42
Speaker 3: If you're preparing, say fried rice, the major the active ingredient,
• 2:09:48
Speaker 3: there's the rice itself, but do not ignore the seasonings,
• 2:09:52
Speaker 3: do not ignore salt. If you boil rice alone, it
• 2:09:55
Speaker 3: is not fried rice. It is rice tasteless rice.
• 2:09:58
Speaker 2: Am I right on that?
• 2:10:00
Speaker 3: You serve that one at the table, and you would
• 2:10:02
Speaker 3: think that just because rise, the major ingredient is there,
• 2:10:05
  Speaker 3: you cooked.
• 2:10:06
Speaker 2: Well, you did it.
• 2:10:08
Speaker 3: There are many ingredients required for our overall excelling. Your
• 2:10:12
Speaker 3: assignment is to pay attention to every one of them,
• 2:10:16
Speaker 3: including the supposedly insignificant ones. We emphasize orders like prayer
• 2:10:22
Speaker 3: and worship and word and character, which is very important.
• 2:10:26
Speaker 2: But do not ignore leadership. Do not ignore all of this.
• 2:10:31
Speaker 2: They will open the gates of nations to you. They
• 2:10:34
Speaker 2: will bring help us who will help you in the world.
• 2:10:37
Speaker 2: Pray for yourself in one minute. Father, Now that I
• 2:10:40
Speaker 2: have heard these things.
• 2:10:41
Speaker 3: May I be happy as I obtain grace to do them.
• 2:10:45
Speaker 3: Go ahead and pray some of you. Perhaps you are
• 2:10:47
Speaker 3: hearing some of these things not for the first time,
• 2:10:50
Speaker 3: but you have ignored them and you did not place
• 2:10:53
Speaker 3: value on them. Here is God giving you another chance
• 2:10:56
Speaker 3: to rewrite your story, to redirect your.
• 2:10:58
  Speaker 2: Destiny and pray.
• 2:11:00
Speaker 3: Go ahead and pray, pray passionately as we prepare for
• 2:11:05
Speaker 3: the knight. What trusting God for not pouring in this
• 2:11:08
Speaker 3: place tonight. What trusting God to bring his word again
