- 0:04In this political coliseum, we slay the rising beast with the fateful sword of truth that transcends hypocrisy and censorship.
- 0:16It's time to unleash yourself from the tyrants of media propaganda on the America Out Loud Talk Radio Network.
- 0:26This is unleashed the political news hour.
- 0:32Welcome to Unleashed the Political News Hour.
- 0:34I'm your host Bruce Robertson.
- 0:37Folks, it's been a tremendous week.
- 0:40A lot of stuff going on.
- 0:42People have concerns, and I want to get right into it.
- 0:45But before I do, I have a few uh news items uh we need to get to before we get to the big stories of the week.
- 0:55So first, let's talk about all the widespread fraud, waste, and abuse that's going on in the United States, particularly in blue states.
- 1:06We already know about the widespread Somalian abuses in Minnesota under Governor Tim Waltz, and I just have to say we sure dodged a bullet there with Kamala and Waltz on the same ticket, sort of like dumb and dumber.
- 1:23But it's not just Minnesota, folks.
- 1:27Abuses have now also been found through NGOs, non-government organizations in New York.
- 1:36In New York, a hundred and thirty three thousand NGOs handle four hundred and fifty billion dollars per year.
- 1:46In California, 225,000, so almost twice as much NGOs handle 610 billion dollars per year.
- 1:58That means over one trillion dollars per year is moved within the New York and California NGO ecosystem.
- 2:08The fraud, ladies and gentlemen, is staggering.
- 2:12America is not in 39 trillion debt.
- 2:18America is in $39 trillion of fraud.
- 2:25Now California, these days, California is saying to Minnesota, hold my beer and I'll show you how the fraud is done.
- 2:34You know, Dr.
- 2:35Oz, you know, Dr.
- 2:36Oz from television fame.
- 2:38Uh Dr.
- 2:39Oz has been appointed by Trump to seek out medical and health care fraud in this country.
- 2:47And Dr.
- 2:48Oz this week revealed the huge scale of California in a major fraud crackdown.
- 2:56Dr.
- 2:56Oz said, I quote, I got news for you today.
- 3:00We have shut down just in the last 10 weeks, 221 hospices in Los Angeles alone.
- 3:10221 hospices shut down for fraud in Los Angeles alone.
- 3:18Imagine statewide what's going on.
- 3:20Imagine what's going on across the country, folks.
- 3:24We are not 39 trillion in debt.
- 3:28We are 39 trillion in fraud.
- 3:33The United States Department of Justice announced what they call a major health care fraud takedown throughout Southern California, which included the arrest of doctors and nurses.
- 3:47Eight people were arrested, and more than a dozen are being charged for suspected health fraud, which federal authorities say included fraudulent hospice care.
- 4:00These defendants recruited beneficiaries who were not terminally ill and paid them to pose as terminally ill patients receiving hospice care.
- 4:12Medicare then paid.
- 4:15They paid hundreds of millions of dollars on false and fraudulent claims submitted by these frost fraudsters, said the assistant U.S.
- 4:25Attorney General.
- 4:28Colorado has also been caught in the act, caught red-handed, defrauding the taxpayer in a big way.
- 4:38And somehow that doesn't surprise me, considering the way the state of Colorado has been acting.
- 4:45Remember what they tried to do to Trump to get him to be taken off the ballot in Colorado?
- 4:51Of course they lost that case, but they were acting squirrely.
- 4:55Well, it came out this week that Colorado has made at least 77.8 million dollars in improper autism therapy payments.
- 5:08So in addition to voter fraud, which Colorado has already been uh tagged with, uh red flagged with, and in addition to jailing Tina Peters, the woman who worked at the election commission for exposing massive voter fraud, and they they put her in jail for it because she exposed it.
- 5:31Okay, so they jailed the whistleblower in Colorado, and now she's in jail.
- 5:36She's been in jail for a couple of years now, and she's suffering from cancer, and they can't seem to get her out of jail.
- 5:45Uh there's massive health care fraud on top of all that now in Colorado.
- 5:50So what a lovely state to um be from uh at this point, like New York.
- 5:57I mean, I all these states are great states to be from, but if they come to my state, I hope they don't uh mess up the situation down here and start voting for the same crap that they've voted for up there.
- 6:10And folks, here's something that you may or may not have considered.
- 6:18All this fraud, right?
- 6:19All this fraud, it's not really uh, you know, you you can almost make a case that all the so-called debt that we have is just a tab run up for all the fraud that's been going on.
- 6:30And there's something that you may not have considered.
- 6:34What if America is already far richer than anyone in the deep swamp is allowing us to find out or admit?
- 6:46What if the real drag on the Republic isn't taxes?
- 6:51Isn't debt isn't even the deficit?
- 6:56What if it's Europe and all of our foreign aid combined with all the fraud going on over here?
- 7:05What if NATO was never a mutual defense pact, but instead it was a 75-year subscription that America forgot to cancel?
- 7:17What if burden sharing, as they call it, is the most expensive euphemism in the English language?
- 7:27What if the city of London Cabal is draining our banks and controlling our media and publishing?
- 7:36You know, I mean, the Maxwells owning McGraw Hill, for example, owning the publishing empire that they own and media empire that they own.
- 7:49You know, who owns Fox?
- 7:51Murdoch, right?
- 7:56McGraw Hill, Reuters, BBC.
- 8:01Think about it.
- 8:02And who owns all the offshore banks?
- 8:06They're all concentrated in Central London, even though they're offshore.
- 8:10They own all the banks on the Channel Islands and the banks in the Caribbean and Bermudian banks and the insurance companies in Bermuda and Lloyd's of London, and it goes on and on and on.
- 8:25What if all those companies are really shells for this massive control and fraud network going on?
- 8:34What if the advice from all the globalists in the World Economic Forum and the World Health Organization and the United Nations is terrible advice that's costing the U.S.
- 8:47big and bleeding us dry?
- 8:51What if every European basing agreement, every forward deployed brigade, every Romstein runway, every Aviano hangar, every Suta Bay pier is merely a tax that American workers pay?
- 9:11So London, Brussels, and Berlin can run welfare states and Paris can run a 35-hour work week and take a month off every year in the summertime with full pay.
- 9:27What if foreign aid to Europe is an aid?
- 9:31It's laundered tribute flowing the wrong way.
- 9:36What if transporting the vast majority of trade on European and foreign uh flagged and owned ships costs more than we realize?
- 9:48What if we're being overcharged for shipping?
- 9:51What if the NGO archipelago hubs in Brussels, Geneva, and the Hog are just a money laundering list?
- 10:00Loop where U.S.
- 10:01taxpayer dollars get shipped off and rinsed through a civil society conference and returned to us as scolding lectures about our own democracy.
- 10:16What if the United the what if the United Nations is not a parliament of man?
- 10:22Instead, it's a Manhattan timeshare with diplomatic plates, unpaid parking tickets, uh diplomatic immunity, an accounting black hole, and a human rights council that's chaired by people who would rather put you in jail for tweeting or repeating this.
- 10:43What if the rule-based international order, quote unquote, was always code for Americans built it, Americans paid for it, Americans bleed for it, and Europeans merely sit back, grade and dictate and profit from it.
- 11:01What if 36 trillion in debt looks a lot smaller than the second we stop underwriting a continent that sneers at us in three languages?
- 11:16What if you zeroed out all the European line, the NATO line, the UN line, the NGO line?
- 11:25You just zeroed them all out, scratched them all out on the balance sheet, and woke up tomorrow in a country with the fiscal headroom to rebuild every single shipyard, every single foundry, every single steel mill, every single rail line, and every naval hull that we've ever let rusc and corrode in shipyards since the cold war ended.
- 11:49And what if American tourists went to American cathedrals, American opera, American museums, and American cities instead?
- 11:59I'm not saying we have to do all of it, but I'm saying maybe maybe just maybe we could pay down all our debt, and we wouldn't have to pay taxes at all if we simply cut Europe loose and ended all the foreign aid.
- 12:15Now factor in billions of dollars per year in fraud via welfare payments to U.S.
- 12:20states like California and Minnesota and others, and the massive drain on the country of what could be anywhere from twenty to fifty million illegals currently occupying housing and U.S.
- 12:34jobs and hospital beds.
- 12:37Now I think these are the two biggest drains on the U.S.
- 12:42And I'm willing to guess that the amount of Democrat fraud could easily be half of America's 38 trillion dollar deficit.
- 12:51It's not unlikely that every problem we have could be solved with the money looted by the modern era Democrat crime cartel.
- 13:02I mean, just recently California's Medicaid program lost 146 billion to fraud under Gavin Newsom.
- 13:09Health and Human Services officials confirmed that number this week, and that's more than Warren Buffett's entire fortune.
- 13:17This week the Trump Justice Department struck hard, and eight people were arrested in a 50 million dollar hospice fraud reign in Gavin Newsom's California.
- 13:27One Anaheim couple allegedly stole seven million while claiming 97% of their terminal patients somehow miraculously survived.
- 13:37And it's happening all over the country.
- 13:39Of course, the criminal political cabal hates Donald Trump because he's taking their punch bowl away.
- 13:47And now we're going to go here from our wonderful sponsors, and we'll be back with some more hard-hitting unleashed with Bruce Robertson.
- 13:56Please stay with us.

- 16:03Welcome back to Unleashed Ladies and Gentlemen.
- 16:06I'm Bruce Robertson, your host.
- 16:08And uh before we took a break for our commercial sponsors, um, I was talking about how the combination of fraud and foreign aid would probably pay off half the nation's debt.
- 16:25And I'm not kidding.
- 16:26If you add it up, it would probably pay off half.
- 16:29And then we could shrink government and lower taxes and possibly eliminate all taxes, and that combined with the tariffs might solve the whole problem right there.
- 16:38And that would strengthen America tremendously.
- 16:41Well, that brings us to the two big stories that have been in the news this week.
- 16:48Uh the first one is Iran, of course, and the second one is birthright citizenship.
- 16:56First, a note about Iran.
- 16:59President Trump addressed the nation on April 1st to discuss the U.S.
- 17:05involvement in the Iran conflict and the administration's timeline for future withdrawal from the Middle East.
- 17:13The White House outlined the great threat of Iran and its nuclear capabilities, its nuclear development surreptitiously, and emphasize that recent U.S.
- 17:24military actions have significant significantly degraded Iran's strategic infrastructure.
- 17:32Well, while the conflict has lasted just over a month, the administration signaled that our military operations in the region are entering a potentially time-bound phase if talks continue.
- 17:45The president outlined a conditional path toward resolution over a two to three-week period.
- 17:53Just this week, and they noted that military engagement on both sides is likely to escalate during this time.
- 18:02You know, we've cornered the um the remnant of the Iranian uh government and IRGC, the Iranian revolutionary guard, and the U.S.
- 18:13offensive thereafter will depend on Iran's response.
- 18:19The administration reiterated its commitment to maintaining stability in the U.S.
- 18:24energy markets and expectation that gas pressures will resolve once the Strait of Hormuz is fully cleared.
- 18:35I want to remind listeners that the Strait of Hormuz is not Iranian private territory to block.
- 18:44It's considered international waters, like the Panama Canal and other waterways around the globe.
- 18:52And any blockage of the strait is considered a violation of international maritime law and an impedance to international trade.
- 19:04That's a big problem.
- 19:06And Iran does not control the straits.
- 19:09Um, and nor do they have any right to do so.
- 19:14So uh they don't they don't control the Strait of Hormuz, and uh any blockage of it is a big international problem, and only the U.S.
- 19:24seems to be willing to help clear that up.
- 19:27We've had a little bit of help from a few others.
- 19:29India has showed up, for example, to uh take our side on this, but the rest of Europe has been rather mute about it.
- 19:39So they say that six nations have stepped up, but I haven't seen really their warships come to the area and pose a threat to what the Iranian uh IRGC and and others are doing.
- 19:54So if we have a clearer timeline for reduced military engagement.
- 20:00It could really help consumers and calm them and calm their business concerns, particularly if energy price volatility starts to stabilize and gas prices come down.
- 20:12As of this time, the time of the broadcast tonight, the final financial and uh the financial and oil markets have responded favorably to the talk about ceasefire negotiations, but they will probably be volatile in a fairly narrow trading range until we find out more.
- 20:34And energy and gasoline prices could stay elevated in the near term, but they could ease if supply concerns due to the conflict are resolved.
- 20:45So Trump, what what's going on with Trump?
- 20:48Trump may just he may have just Trumped the Iranians into tipping their hand and showing us just how they would behave in ongoing negotiations because after the after agreeing to a two-week hold off and attacks, you know, Trump agreed to that.
- 21:08He said, okay, I'm willing to give him a shot, give them two weeks to see how things go.
- 21:13And, you know, um Pakistan and uh Egypt and um Turkey are helping in the negotiations.
- 21:24So three sort of Islamic countries uh are helping in the negotiations with Persia.
- 21:31Umran has already attacked Israel in the first 24 hours of the uh standoff.
- 21:40They've already attacked Israel, and they've already attacked several of the Arab neighbors in the Gulf, and they uh have closed the Strait of Hormuz again.
- 21:50So we can't trust Iran's leaders, whoever is left there, what ragtag bunch is still left to make decisions, they're hiding in their bunkers someplace, and now they have actually proven that we can't trust them.
- 22:08But we already knew that, and so did President Trump.
- 22:11So he's got all the time in the world.
- 22:13I'll give you another two weeks to stick your foot in your mouth, and that apparently is what Iran is doing.
- 22:20But let's let's look at Iran really quickly here.
- 22:24Let's let's look at let's do a little tutorial on Iran.
- 22:28First, Jimmy Carter helped clear the path for Ayatollah Khomeini in 1979, and the Islamic Republic was born in a very civilized, westernized Iran.
- 22:42All the cracktown crackdowns started happening.
- 22:45Women had to start wearing burkas, women had no uh no place in society, they had to listen to their husbands, they had to agree to be beaten by their husbands as discipline.
- 22:57Uh suddenly nine year old girls were eligible for marriage, and I'm sure that pleased all the pedophiles in that country.
- 23:06And then Obama handed the regime cash.
- 23:11He gave them legitimacy, and he gave them time through the nuclear deal, helping it colonize Iraq, and um deepened their colonial expansion in Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen.
- 23:27And now that same crowd, that same leftist Democrat crowd, the Jimmy Carter to Obama to Biden crowd.
- 23:37Now that same crowd screams no war while taking over every country affected by Iranian Republican guard terrorism.
- 23:51These frauds claim to oppose fascism, colonialism, and human suffering.
- 23:57But when a genocidal theocracy colonizes nations, oppresses its own people, and threatens millions, their real concern is gas prices and obstructing the path to Iranian freedom.
- 24:14Trump didn't create this disaster, nor did he create any of the other disasters that he's cleaning up, nor did he start this war.
- 24:23He's cleaning up the mess that all his prior officeholders created.
- 24:30This is all you need to know before forming any any opinion on the war against Iran, ladies and gentlemen.
- 24:38So tell that to your leftist friends.
- 24:42Now we're going to talk about birthright citizenship.
- 24:45The second item is birthright citizenship, and I'm happy to get into this because it's been a huge issue in the news this week, as the issue was argued before the Supreme Court.
- 24:59They did oral arguments on the birthright citizenship and 14th Amendment issue.
- 25:05So let's talk about birthright citizenship.
- 25:08What is it and why does it harm our nation?
- 25:11The 14th Amendment has been construed to mean that anyone born here is entitled to be a citizen, regard regardless of what their parents' citizenship is, or regardless of whether they're here legally or illegally.
- 25:29Now that's a really broad stretch on what the original 14th Amendment was written to do.
- 25:37But think about this.
- 25:38Birthright citizenship is when a foreign mother gives birth to her foreign child on U.S.
- 25:46soil, and our current policy, as I said, is to grant that child citizenship with full access to the huge bag of goodies, the Halloween candy bag that every granting of U.S.
- 26:00citizenship brings.
- 26:03Now, do foreigners have a right to birth children here to gain U.S.
- 26:08citizenship and all the benefits paid by our citizen taxpayers on our backs.
- 26:14That's the issue, folks.
- 26:16The left says they do.
- 26:18Conservatives and those on the right say no.
- 26:24So the base discussion here is one of citizenship, and who is a citizen who deserves to be a citizen, who has the right to be a citizen.
- 26:36The Supreme Court has opined on this issue many times before throughout our history.
- 26:42But it's about time, I think, that we heard this issue again because people have a short memory.
- 26:49Justice Samuel Alito in open arguments on this case dropped a bombshell in the court on birthright citizenship in those hearings before the court.
- 27:01Birthright citizenship hands U.S.
- 27:05kids over to foreign enemies.
- 27:08Alito in his public comments exposed the deadly flaw inherent in granting unlimited birthright citizenship to children born here of illegal aliens and other non-citizens during those Supreme Court arguments.
- 27:25A child born on American soil to parents from adversarial nations isn't truly American if he owes his first loyalty elsewhere.
- 27:37That includes his being subject to mandatory military service in his home country to foreign regimes that may hate us.
- 27:48Samuel Alito hammered the American civil liberties union lawyer with cold logic.
- 27:54He said, I quote, not subject to any foreign power, which is a clause in the 14th Amendment, is pretty straightforward.
- 28:04And then he laid it out plain.
- 28:06He said, a boy is born here to an Iranian father who has entered the country illegally.
- 28:13That boy is automatically an Iranian national at birth, and he has a duty to grow up and provide military service to the Iranian government.
- 28:24Is he not subject to any foreign power?
- 28:29Unquote.
- 28:30Alito did not stop there.
- 28:32He said, quote, what I said about a boy born to an Iranian father is true of children born here to parents who were nationals of other countries too.
- 28:42It's true of a child who's born here to Russian parents, unquote.
- 28:47Well, friends, he could have added Chinese, Cuban, Ukrainian, and other parents too.
- 28:55Even Great Britain has rules for its subjects and their military duty.
- 29:01So the point is crystal clear.
- 29:04These kids grow up owing allegiance to Beijing, Tehran, Moscow, Havana, Kiev, and London, among other places.
- 29:16They could be called up in a draft to fight against America, just as American colonial sailors, considered by England to be British subjects, were forcibly pressed into British naval service during the Revolutionary War and War of 1812 when they were captured on the high seas by the British.
- 29:39True story.
- 29:40Look up the word impressment.
- 29:45Many nations still consider children born to their nationals abroad to be subjects of that nation and eligible for military service if they are of age, when they are.
- 30:02So the framers of the Fourteenth Amendment never intended this madness.
- 30:08The clause subject to the jurisdiction thereof in the Fourteenth Amendment was meant to exclude all those with divided loyalties, not create an open door for anchor babies of foreign nationals and foreign infiltration.
- 30:27No European country puts up with this nonsense.
- 30:30None of them.
- 30:32No Asian country either.
- 30:34So why should the United States be the world's doormat?
- 30:38Mexico doesn't even put up with it.
- 30:41Why should we be the doormat handing out citizenship like some piece of Halloween candy that weakens our security and floods our system with people whose true allegiance lies elsewhere?
- 30:56Justice Alito really gets it.
- 30:58It's time, the rest of the court does too, before America's enemies exploit this loophole any further.
- 31:07You know, folks, the Constitution was written for Americans, not for turning our soil into a factory for dual loyalty citizens or dual citizenship citizens who might one day serve foreign powers.
- 31:28Under the democratic treatment of birthright citizenship, in other words, the way the left looks at it.
- 31:35Birthright citizenship means the children it means that the children of illegal aliens, among them many lawless vagrants in our nation here to suck off our social welfare programs, the children of illegals, these children can grow up to vote to tax your children and steal their birthright, all the while transforming their districts through migration warfare to put more democratic reps into Congress.
- 32:10Yes, that's right.
- 32:12It's migration warfare that's going on in our country.
- 32:17Do you see what's going on?
- 32:19We're being bum rushed.
- 32:23So legal analyst Jonathan Turley came out this week and warned that the United States is becoming a global laughing stock.
- 32:31And he said that foreign nations are exploiting American legal loopholes through our birthright citizenship fiasco.
- 32:39He said, I quote, I don't know anyone who believes that the framers of our Constitution would have embraced what we have today, unquote.
- 32:49And then he went further to say, quote, we have become the world's ship of fools.
- 32:55I mean, you have China that's virtually mocking us.
- 32:59They have hundreds of these companies.
- 33:01Hundreds.
- 33:02There's 500 companies in California alone that solely arrange for Chinese citizens to give birth in the United States.
- 33:10Chinese citizens, not U.S.
- 33:12citizens, Chinese citizens coming here, foreign nationals, giving birth to Chinese babies in the United States so they can hold U.S.
- 33:19citizenship and come here and vote.
- 33:25Can be hundreds of thousands of people, can be millions of people at some point, right?
- 33:30They could overrun our voting system and fill up Congress with Chinese representatives.
- 33:36There's enough of them.
- 33:39So then Justice Thomas, in the oral arguments, dragged birthright citizenship right back to its true roots, and he exposed the left's anchor baby scam.
- 33:52Justice Clarence Thomas cut through decades of activist spin during Supreme Court oral arguments on April 1st, 2026 in Trump versus Barbara.
- 34:05He forced the debate straight to first principles.
- 34:09The Fourteenth Amendment citizenship clause was never meant to hand out automatic American citizenship to every baby born on U.S.
- 34:17soil, no matter the parents' loyalty or legal status.
- 34:24Solicitor General D.
- 34:26John Sauer, who was making the case for the Trump administration, laid it out plain and clear for the court.
- 34:34He said the citizenship clause was adopted just after the Civil War to grant citizenship to their newly freed slaves and their children whose allegiance to the United States had been established by generations of domicile here.
- 34:52It did not grant citizenship to the children of temporary visitors or illegal aliens who have no such allegiance.
- 35:03Well, that's the heart of it, folks.
- 35:05The clause was written to overrule the famous Dred Scott decision, infamous really, and secure citizenship for freed slaves who lived here permanently and owed full allegiance to America, not to foreign powers, invaders or birth tourists who are flying in for a quick passport baby.
- 35:27And I'm gonna I'm gonna break for a moment for uh our next uh commercial break, but when I come back, I'm gonna come back and talk to you about those oral arguments in the Supreme Court about birthright citizenship because I think we all need to fully understand what's going on and what it means and why it's so important.
- 35:49So stay with us, folks.
- 35:50This is Unleashed, the political news hour, and I'm your host, Bruce Robertson.
- 35:55We will be right back.
- 35:57I cannot tell a lie.
- 35:58My sinuses are blocked, George.
- 36:01You crossed the Delaware.
- 36:03You can cross congestion.
- 36:05Here, try clear.
- 36:08Freedom smells like victory.
- 36:11Come celebrate 250 years of American independence.

- 37:51We're back with unleashed, the political news hour, and I'm your host Bruce Robertson.
- 37:57When we left for the break, I was discussing how the Fourteenth Amendment and birthright citizenship is impacting the United States, especially our current immigration problem, illegal immigration and other immigration.
- 38:15And I was saying how Trump administration solicitor general was hammering the key language.
- 38:21He said that subject to the jurisdiction thereof, which is a clause in the Fourteenth Amendment, means complete political allegiance, not just being subject to our traffic laws or showing up here physically.
- 38:39He pointed out that the text even uses reside, which it which in the area, in the era, rather, of the amendment, when it was written, meant domicile.
- 38:51Domicile means a permanent home with real ties, not a temporary stay or illegal crossing.
- 39:01He said, quote, the newly freed slaves and their children have a relationship of domicile.
- 39:08They don't have a relationship to any forward foreign power.
- 39:12He said people here for generations with true allegiance reinforce the point.
- 39:18Jurisdiction is about loyalty, not mere presence or regulatory power.
- 39:25The framers were not handling the priceless, they were not handing the priceless gift of citizenship to anyone dropping a kid on our soil while owing primary allegiance elsewhere.
- 39:39You know, folks, this is common sense that the left has twisted for decades to suit their own political needs and goals and increase their own political power.
- 39:52Trump's executive order simply restores the original meaning, ending the abuse that rewards illegal immigration.
- 40:00Chain migration and birth tourism rackets, especially from countries like China and others, and the Fourteenth Amendment fixes a specific post civil war injustice.
- 40:13That's what it did for those with deep roots and undivided loyalty.
- 40:18It was never a blank check for open borders or foreign nationals to game our system.
- 40:26So Justice Thomas's questions pulled the focus right back where it belongs history, context, and the actual debates surrounding the Fourteenth Amendment.
- 40:37No wonder the left is panicking.
- 40:40If the Supreme Court follows the Constitution, instead of inventing precedence, America's sovereignty gets a fighting chance once again.
- 40:52The framers knew what they were doing.
- 40:54It's time to stop pretending otherwise.
- 40:59In past decisions, such as U.S.
- 41:02versus Wong Kim Arc, for example, the Supreme Court delivered either incomplete or faulty rulings.
- 41:09You know, justices are not infallible, and they can sometimes miss something or have agendas contrary to what our founding values are.
- 41:19And that's a huge problem, of course.
- 41:21There cannot be any assurance that today's liberally educated judges will see things any differently in the appropriate light of history and intent, but let's hope that they do.
- 41:35Another issue to consider is that since the Constitution is rather vague on these issues because everybody knew what the words meant, and now nobody seems to know what anything means, and since our founders, when they wrote the Constitution did not have to face the relatively new and subversive globalist practice of open borders and mass illegal immigration and birth tourism and anchor babies, it's helpful to consult the main and primary reference source on citizenship and nationality that our very founders considered in drafting the Constitution.
- 42:15That source, of course, is Emmerich DeVitel's Law of Nations, a 1758 textbook, which was the main reference guide that was on the table during the drafting of the Constitution.
- 42:30How do we know that?
- 42:32Because the founding fathers wrote about it.
- 42:35It's on the record.
- 42:37Benjamin Franklin ordered four copies for perusal by the Constitutional Congress in the original French language, which they all spoke.
- 42:47Vitel was so crucial to our founding rule of law that the Supreme Court cited Vittel's treaties many times in its opinions and dictum over the years, just as it did in the case of Minor versus Haperset, a case that debates the Fourteenth Amendment, citizenship, and voting rights in a way somewhat similar to the one case that's very prominent and currently before today's court.
- 43:16Here's what minor versus Hapersat says.
- 43:19In the opinion, it says the Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural born citizens.
- 43:26Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that.
- 43:31At common law with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents, notice the plural, parents, who were its citizens, became themselves upon their birth citizens also.
- 43:52These were the natives or natural born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.
- 44:05It is sufficient for everything we have now to consider that all children born of citizen parents within the jurisdiction are themselves citizens.
- 44:17So this is basically a direct quote lifted straight out of Vattel's 1758 treaties.
- 44:24They basically plagiarized it and put it in the Constitution, and a lot of court justices stuck it into their dictum, their rulings, and so forth in future cases.
- 44:36All right.
- 44:37The term natural born citizen was a legal term of art that Vittel created.
- 44:41And our founding fathers borrowed it and stuck it right in the Constitution, in Article II, Section 1, Clause V.
- 44:52And this was found in a ruling by the Supreme Court on citizenship called Minor versus Haperset in 1875.
- 44:59So here's what Vittel said.
- 45:01In Book 1, Chapter 1, Section 212 of the Law of Nations, he said, the citizens and natives, the citizens are the members of the civil society bound to the society by certain duties and subject to its authority.
- 45:20They equally participate in its advantages.
- 45:24The natives, or natural born citizens, are those born in the country of parents, plural, who are citizens.
- 45:34As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, meaning parents, and succeed to all their rights.
- 45:50The society is supposed to desire this in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation.
- 45:57And it is presumed as a matter of course that each citizen, upon entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it.
- 46:09The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children, and those become true citizens merely by their tacit consent.
- 46:18We shall soon see whether on their coming of the years to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right and what they may owe to the society in which they were born.
- 46:29And here's the key passage, and again I'm quoting Vittel, who influenced our founding fathers when drafting the Constitution.
- 46:36Vittel said, I say that in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen.
- 46:45For if he is born there of a foreigner, it will only be his place of birth and not his country.
- 46:53And he continues in section 213 of the law of nations, in a heading called inhabitants.
- 47:01He said the inhabitants, as distinguished from citizens, are foreigners.
- 47:08He goes on to say in section 215 that children of citizens born in a foreign country, it's called, that heading is called.
- 47:18It says it is asked whether the children born of citizens in a foreign country are citizens.
- 47:25The laws have decided this question in several countries, and their regulations must be followed.
- 47:31By the law of nature alone, children follow the conditions of their fathers and enter into all their rights.
- 47:39The place of birth produces no change in this particular and cannot of itself furnish any reason for taking from a child that which nature has given him.
- 47:51I say of itself, for civil or political laws may for particular reasons ordain otherwise, but I suppose that the father has not entirely quitted his country in order to settle elsewhere.
- 48:06Therefore, in order to accurately answer the question of birthright citizenship, we must realize, ladies and gentlemen, that illegal aliens are scoff law vagrants who entered the country illegally through the back door.
- 48:23This condition of mass illegal migration was certainly not a factor or even a consideration when John Bingham drafted the Fourteenth Amendment.
- 48:35He was focused only on the status of the minor children born here to newly emancipated slaves.
- 48:43For without this remedy, those people would be without a country, not through their own vagrancy, not through being scoff laws and breaking our laws, but through the accident of birth.
- 48:56The slaves were forced to come here.
- 49:00Slaves did not violate the law by being here.
- 49:04The children of slaves did not violate the laws by being born.
- 49:08But illegal aliens are not forced to be here.
- 49:11They came here willfully and with full knowledge that they are violating our laws and they're trying to game our birthright citizenship.
- 49:21They hide from prosecution.
- 49:24And regarding their children born here, residence or location of birth is not the sole indicator of citizenship.
- 49:34Illegals are not entitled to squatters' rights on full citizenship just by virtue of their illegal presence.
- 49:42You know, if somebody squats in your yard and sets up a tent and wants to stay there, that doesn't mean they're entitled to your house and its contents and everything in your refrigerator.
- 49:55While America may be, and everything that's in your pockets and bank account, too.
- 50:00While America may be their current place of residence, it's certainly not their nationality or place of citizenship.
- 50:08And they don't have a right to citizenship.
- 50:12That right is only conferred by two important things.
- 50:15Number one, inherited American citizenship through the blood of their citizen parents, or by formal application through the USCIS and the legal process of naturalization.
- 50:32The statute provided by Congress in the 14th Amendment is moot in this case, as the situation that it was created for is over.
- 50:44Children born here to foreign nationals who are here illegally possess neither inherited citizenship by blood nor naturalized citizenship status.
- 50:56Essentially, they're vagrants and they should be viewed as such.
- 50:59According to Vittel in Section 219 of his treatise, The Law of Nations, and Vittel is brilliant on this topic.
- 51:08He said, Vagrants are people who have no settlement.
- 51:13Consequently, those born of vagrant parents have no country, since a man's country is the place where at the time of his birth, his parents had their settlement, or it is the state of which his father was then a member, which comes to the same point.
- 51:30For to settle forever in a nation is to become a member of it, at least as a perpetual inhabitant, if not with all the privileges of a citizen.
- 51:41You see what he does there?
- 51:42They may stay here, but they still can't be citizens.
- 51:46We may, however, consider the country of a vrant to be that of his child.
- 51:51While that vagrant is considered as not having absolutely renounced his natural or original settlement country.
- 52:01Now let's hope our Supreme Court justices consider the treaties that our constitution was actively based on.
- 52:11If it wasn't good enough for our founders, it shouldn't be good enough for us now.
- 52:20But if it was good enough for our founders, it should be more than sufficient in this decision.
- 52:29You know, as with the Iran situation and the birthright citizenship situation, and many of the many problems we have now to make America great again.
- 52:40Donald Trump has had to play cleanup for all these messes, all the past compounded garbage that has accumulated over the past years.
- 52:54Now let's talk about a few other things.
- 52:58Let's talk about Trump derangement syndrome a little bit.
- 53:11All the way back to January 6th, what is an insurrection, what is not an insurrection.
- 53:16Of course, that was all trumped up to frame the peaceful protesters who were incited into riot by several different factors.
- 53:25I'm not going to get into now.
- 53:26We've already talked about that in past shows.
- 53:29But insurrection is been in our news.
- 53:34And I'm going to put forward the idea that the Trump derangement syndrome phenomenon is the real insurrection in this nation.
- 53:46Donald Trump was a New York businessman who never held office and never played the DC game, never was part of the swamp, and decided to run for president in 2016 after being fed up for years about what was occurring in this country.
- 54:04The Clinton campaign, Hillary Clinton's campaign, and the DNC cheered.
- 54:09They thought this was going to be easy.
- 54:12Their internal memorandum spelled it out.
- 54:15They called it the Pied Piper Strategy.
- 54:18Elevate Trump, Cruz, and Carlson, Ben Carson.
- 54:24Tell the press to take them seriously.
- 54:27They figured he would be the easiest Republican to destroy.
- 54:32Sixty-three million Americans missed that memo.
- 54:36They elected the outsider instead.
- 54:39306 electoral votes.
- 54:4230 states, a clear mandate from people sick of the deep state inside the beltway machine.
- 54:51They put an outsider in the Oval Office.
- 54:56And the establishment refused to accept it.
- 55:00Five Senate Democrats drafted impeachment articles immediately in December 2016.
- 55:09Six weeks before Trump even took the oath, they were already impeaching him.
- 55:14They had the verdict figured out before he signed a single document.
- 55:20Sounds like Barack Obama getting the Nobel Peace Prize before he even put his pen to paper on anything.
- 55:26They manufactured the evidence, the Steel dossier, which was paid for by the Clinton campaign, laundered through a law firm, and a British spy.
- 55:36The primary source was Igo Igor Donchenko, and he admitted it to the FBI that it was all rumor and speculation.
- 55:46FBI investigator Peter Struck wrote that they had no evidence of Trump advisors talking to Russian intelligence.
- 55:53The same Peter Strack texted his lover that this would stop Trump from winning.
- 55:59It was their insurance policy.
- 56:12And George Papadopoulos, too, another Trump aid.
- 56:16Seventeen major errors and omissions, according to the inspector general.
- 56:21They even put the primary source on the FBI payroll while the country tore itself apart over his lies.
- 56:29Muller spent three years and 30 million dollars and found zero collusion.
- 56:34Intelligence later confirmed key parts of the dossier were Russian disinformation.
- 56:40The very people screaming about foreign interference spent years pushing Russian lies to destroy a duly elected president.
- 56:49I'm Bruce Robertson.
