- 0:00Energy flows where attention goes.
- 0:01So if my attention and intention is to pour that light, that life force energy, and I am like that magnifying glass, but just a vessel, then it kind of will be able to move through those energy centers, which also connect to physical systems in the body.
- 0:17And so that can kind of go back to that part where if there's dis-ease in the body that eventually can lead to disease.
- 0:24And so there can be dis-ease in your energetic body.
- 0:27I could see there's the emotional body, mental body, energetic body, and it's all connected to the physical body.
- 0:33But we just feel it in our physical form usually.
- 0:36You have had back pain forever, you've got this low back pain, you've been to every doctor, no one can help you, you've had injections, like all these things in medication, nothing's working.
- 0:45Then you go and get some of this work done and you realize it's because you haven't been feeling supported your entire life.
- 0:50Your parents didn't support you, your partner doesn't support you, therefore you can't support yourself.
- 0:54And it's more of an emotional imbalance in the body, and you're feeling it physically.
- 1:13Thank you.
- 1:14I'm excited to be here.
- 1:15I love it, I love it.
- 1:16Um, so it's been, I think, a couple months in the works, and we met each other on Instagram, and um always looking for like-minded individuals that are just doing things to really be able to help us as just a species be able to like.
- 1:32I love how you help people like come back into their body.
- 1:35And like you're not just doing like sound healing, you're not just doing yoga, you're not just doing movement, like you have this way of bringing it all together.
- 1:44So for today's show, you're gonna learn some really cool things, and we're gonna get into her story, how she got everything started, to where she's at today.
- 1:52You have your own uh location as well for any viewers or listeners out there that might want to come and and go through the experience with you.
- 1:58Yeah, yeah.
- 1:59I'm at Get Will Be Well.
- 2:00It's Gilbert.
- 2:01Okay, and I work inside a chiropractor's office.
- 2:04We offer a lot of different qualities there.
- 2:06Yeah, it's super cool, it's fun.
- 2:07So it's a part, it's almost like a part of the it's all part of the whole thing.
- 2:10Yeah, almost like like a wellness clinic.
- 2:12Okay.
- 2:13Okay, I love it.
- 2:14So let's get into your story.
- 2:16I'm curious, like when you first got started before you're doing the things that you're doing, like, what were you doing?
- 2:21What was life like?
- 2:22Oh gosh.
- 2:23So I have five kids.
- 2:25Oh my god, how old?
- 2:26Uh um 21, uh, 19, 16, 14, and 8.
- 2:31Or I think he's nine.
- 2:33Like, she's like, well, you know, I don't know what his birthday is.
- 2:36Birthday just came.
- 2:37I don't know.
- 2:38Yeah.
- 2:39So I've been a hairstylist for 21 years.
- 2:41Oh.
- 2:42And um, while I was a hairstylist, I also was a piano teacher.
- 2:45So I've taught probably over 10 years.
- 2:48Um, and my husband travels for work.
- 2:50So uh he'll come home like sometimes on a Saturday or Sunday.
- 2:53Sometimes he's gone for weeks at a time, he's been gone for months at a time.
- 2:56Wow.
- 2:57Um, so I've kind of done kind of like the single parent thing, although, you know, obviously he's financially supporting and he's great when he's home and very involved.
- 3:04But so I was working a lot, working with clients.
- 3:07And what's interesting is when you're you're working, and everyone kind of knows this.
- 3:11When you go see your hairstylist, they become like your therapist in a way, you know, like definitely not certified to be one.
- 3:16But things come up.
- 3:17Yeah, it does.
- 3:18And you just feel comfortable opening up.
- 3:20I think it's you start to get almost like this space where you feel safe to be a little vulnerable.
- 3:25Now that I've been doing more energy work, I understand as well that I was um in a way like pouring love into their crown chakra, right?
- 3:33I'm working all the crown of their head, and um, so it kind of just got them to naturally open up more as well, I feel like.
- 3:40And um, so yeah, I was doing that, and then I used to um I had a digital piano and I would take it around and um and I I sing as well.
- 3:48So I would go to these tea plays called Serendipity, and I would yeah, so fun.
- 3:52And so I would play the piano and sing and get tips from people there, and so um that's so cool.
- 3:57Yeah, just always and then we lived in Mexico for a couple years.
- 4:00My husband was going to school there, and so maybe we traveled around and wow, uh huh.
- 4:05That's super cool.
- 4:06How did you beat your husband?
- 4:07Uh high school.
- 4:08Oh, high school sweethearts, yeah.
- 4:10And then my kids have now graduated from the same.
- 4:13Love it.
- 4:14That's awesome.
- 4:15Yeah, and my kids graduated from the same high school, and I've got teenagers.
- 4:18So you've lived here in Arizona your whole life?
- 4:19Yeah, yeah, I've been in Arizona native.
- 4:21That's super, super cool.
- 4:23Yeah, I'm a transplant, so about six years, but absolutely love it.
- 4:26My wife was born in Tucson, so not too far from uh from here.
- 4:30So she's technically, I guess you could say a native, and then she went to California, that's where we met, and we've been here for about six years.
- 4:36Um but that's very interesting how like doing what you're doing from the hairstylist standpoint to then even put that together, because one thing that comes up for me is I do the same as far as like you go get your hair done and you start opening up and you start talking to them and what have you.
- 4:51And it's actually for some reason, and maybe you could speak on this, and because I've been cutting my own hair since like third grade.
- 4:58Nice, and um, I've been doing it because one, it's easy during COVID, it was convenient, but I also felt kind of vulnerable during getting my hair cut.
- 5:07Yeah, and I felt like depending on the people, and also for me, I'm a talker, and then I get into like entrepreneurship and this and that, blah blah blah.
- 5:17And then it's just like it's innate in me to feel like I want to be of service.
- 5:21Yeah, so I'll pour into people.
- 5:23So that's very interesting.
- 5:25I never put that together before, which is so so interesting.
- 5:28So, what was the catalyst to go from hair to like energy work and all the things that you're doing now?
- 5:35Yeah, well, so I've yoga, but I I started doing yoga and it's gonna tell you my age.
- 5:40Uh, the first time I did yoga was my mom's VHS tape, right?
- 5:44Like I was I was super young.
- 5:46I grew up in a very, very strict religion.
- 5:48And so it's it was kind of like almost faux pas.
- 5:52Like they looked at yoga almost like it was too spiritual, like a different religion, that spirituality.
- 5:56We don't dip into that, right?
- 5:58Interesting.
- 5:58And but the first time I tried, I'm like, what is this yoga thing?
- 6:01So I put it on and and I fell in love with it.
- 6:03Yeah.
- 6:04Um, and but no one else around me in my circle did yoga or anything with that.
- 6:08And so I was like, Yeah, right.
- 6:10I looked at it.
- 6:12This girl for sure.
- 6:13Yeah.
- 6:13So I was like, I guess I shouldn't do it, and I kind of set it aside.
- 6:16Yeah.
- 6:17Um, so I've always been in love with that and fascinated with it and how it kind of took me out.
- 6:22I'm like that fire element, so it's go, go, go, fast energy.
- 6:24And so to be able to have a type of practice that could get me to slow down and feel comfortable being in my body, slowing down, uh, was like this type of magic I had never experienced.
- 6:35Wow.
- 6:35And so um, yeah, I've always gravitated towards it.
- 6:38Um, but then when I so after I had my fifth baby, uh, that pregnancy and delivery was really, really traumatic.
- 6:45And so I I had him, he was just shy of 11 pounds, 24 inches long.
- 6:50Wow.
- 6:50I delivered him naturally.
- 6:52Wow.
- 6:52So I had a fractured pubic bone.
- 6:54And this kind of got me to really lean more into this stuff.
- 6:57I had always wanted to be a yoga instructor, but I kept having babies.
- 7:00I was either pregnant or breastfeeding, so I just didn't go to the training.
- 7:03Always wanted to do it though, fascinated by it.
- 7:05And kind of did it at gyms and studios and things off and on throughout the years.
- 7:09But after my fifth baby in 2017, um I came home from the hospital just feeling completely broken and lost.
- 7:16And while I was at the hospital, the nurses wouldn't listen to me when I kept saying something is wrong.
- 7:21And I was used to being a people pleaser, grew up in my religion.
- 7:24It's very much like you're of service.
- 7:26Yeah.
- 7:26And you do what other people want.
- 7:28And don't ruffle feathers, you know what I mean?
- 7:30Just be accommodating and very kind and gracious.
- 7:32And so it was hard for me to speak up for myself.
- 7:35And after that experience of trying to tell them something is wrong with my body, I can feel it.
- 7:38And I knew it was, it was the most excruciating pain I've ever experienced.
- 7:42Wow.
- 7:42They dismissed me, they ignored me, and I had to really advocate for myself.
- 7:45No one was speaking up for me.
- 7:47And I was like, no, something is wrong.
- 7:48I cannot walk.
- 7:49And the nurse made me get up and walk on this fractured pubic bone and walk to the restroom.
- 7:53And I'm like sobbing and begging her, saying something's wrong.
- 7:56She still wouldn't do anything.
- 7:57Finally, my doctor did an x-ray and he was like, Yeah, you have a fractured uh pubic bone.
- 8:02This is Hello.
- 8:03Yeah, right.
- 8:03Yeah, I'm like, I try to tell you guys.
- 8:05He's like, This is more of like an injury that soccer players get, or if you have a large baby, right?
- 8:09Yeah.
- 8:09And my cervix also ripped open.
- 8:11So I had all these things happening.
- 8:12And when I got home, my husband had to leave to go out of town.
- 8:15And here I am using a walker to get around with my fifth baby.
- 8:18I had four other children that were all very close in age and needed my help, and I could barely move.
- 8:24And so it kind of just I felt broken on every level, physically, mentally, emotionally.
- 8:29And um, I went back to my yoga practice, which I couldn't do anything of the asanas, the physical practice part of it.
- 8:36And so I sometimes just laid on my mat and I would cry, lay in a shavasana.
- 8:40I would pray, I would meditate and kind of just pour it out.
- 8:44And um eventually it was kind of like my sacred space for healing.
- 8:49I I joke that like Jesus and yoga saved me.
- 8:52You know, I I went to a really, really dark place.
- 8:55Plus, my baby, he would he would stop breathing in the middle of the night.
- 8:58He got sick a lot.
- 8:59I had to go to ER with him, he had croup a lot, and I was doing it by myself and my husband was gone.
- 9:03And so many stories I could go into with that, but it kept bringing me back to my my knees on my mat, like folded over child's pose or lying in shavasana.
- 9:14And um finally I had the courage, um, a couple years after that to go and get my training in it and certification.
- 9:21And wow.
- 9:22Um it's just interesting though how I've kind of always intuitively done it.
- 9:26I've always been fascinated with the energy of plants and could sense and feel people's energy around me and animals, and I would kind of know things before it happened.
- 9:37I would see things before things played out and actually happened.
- 9:41And so then tapping more into that and trusting my intuition, which I was kind of taught more to just only solely completely rely on God or the leaders of our church.
- 9:51And and it was more like um the men in in our church were able to receive a revelation for what would be best for the family or for you.
- 9:59And so it was kind of like I didn't have, I mean, almost autonomy in a way to be able to speak up and have my voice be heard and be like, no, I don't feel good about it.
- 10:07I need to trust my intuition.
- 10:08It was kind of shut down and nothing to say anything negative about that religion.
- 10:12I love the people in it.
- 10:13My family's still very active, wonderful, beautiful people.
- 10:16Yeah.
- 10:16Um, but you know, there's like little pros and cons, I think, with every faith, with every belief system and religion.
- 10:22So um, yeah, so it kind of, I don't know if that answered your question.
- 10:26No, it really did.
- 10:27Do you do you mind if we know the type of religion?
- 10:30Uh yeah, I grew up in the LDS church.
- 10:32Okay, fantastic.
- 10:33And not that it makes a difference, you know.
- 10:35Yeah, but for people that are curious, exactly.
- 10:37If you're curious, uh you're resonating with Casey's message, you know, maybe you want to explore that.
- 10:41Uh and first and foremost, I just have to say, Mom award.
- 10:46Congratulations on being a super mom.
- 10:49Like, to then do what you did to be there for the five kids and your husband's gone, and to just power through everything, like that's huge.
- 10:57So, like, just gotta say, like, proud of you for that.
- 11:00So, of course, because I'm sure there's moms out there listening, and like at the end of the day, like, they don't get enough kudos or recognition and what have you, and like you know, and you stood by your husband every step of the way, like that.
- 11:12Wow.
- 11:13Thank that's good for you.
- 11:14But thank you.
- 11:15But yeah, answer my question, and also, you know, this is why we have this platform because I think there's people out there that maybe could be going through something like you're going through, or they don't feel like they they feel something, and maybe they have this intuitive sense, but they don't really know what it what it is, and they don't really want to maybe maybe explore because you know things are set up a certain type of way.
- 11:37And and and what what was like, I guess, I guess it was a lot of the things, but what was the it could you pinpoint a catalyst that gave you the the overall um I guess you could say courage to like go in this other direction?
- 11:51And yeah, and you know, I know that to to leave that type of religion, you know, you know, I don't even know if you would say get a sense of like uh making sure it's okay or a sense of approval, but you know, you obviously have to make it known.
- 12:05Yeah.
- 12:05So first question is was there a catalyst?
- 12:07Was there like a point where you're like, okay, I'm going in this direction, or was it just kind of organic?
- 12:12No, there was.
- 12:13I think there were a lot of things leading up to it and backstories, um, but it's gonna sound crazy.
- 12:19You're totally fine.
- 12:20You're totally fine.
- 12:20This is a safe space, and you know, everyone here is, you know, this is an open conversation so we can have more lift off personally, professionally, and spiritually, and just go through the process of being able to explore things together here.
- 12:32So then I guess I should say funny story is I actually had a podcast of my own.
- 12:37Oh yeah, with my friend.
- 12:39Uh, here's why I'm saying funny is that it was called meta or it was called um medium mixology.
- 12:45Okay.
- 12:45And so this is gonna go back to answer your question.
- 12:47Okay.
- 12:47So my friend and I, we were both intuitives and mediums, and we did our podcast.
- 12:51Ooh.
- 12:52Yeah.
- 12:52And the only reason we stopped doing it is we're just so busy.
- 12:55She has six kids, I have five.
- 12:56It was kind of crazy to try and make it work, and I work four jobs, you know.
- 12:59So it was a lot.
- 13:00Um, but so I um my brother passed away when I was almost 19, and he had leukemia.
- 13:10Um, and so before he passed, he was at home with hospice and the nurses were there, and I was getting ready to leave for work.
- 13:17And like I said, I would hear, see, feel things that not everyone else did.
- 13:21And um, I went to kiss him on his forehead and I just heard and I felt he was gonna pass as soon as I leave.
- 13:26And I'm like, as soon as you clock in at work, case, he's he's not gonna be with us.
- 13:30And and I feel that it was him wanting me to leave.
- 13:33So it's like, hey, I'm gonna let you know this is gonna be the moments that I take my last breath.
- 13:37You're gonna miss it, but I don't want you here for it.
- 13:39So the nurses kept saying, Don't leave Casey.
- 13:41He he only has a couple more moments left.
- 13:43And I was like, No, I'm gonna go, I need to go, he'll be fine.
- 13:46Even though I knew he was gonna pass.
- 13:48Wow.
- 13:48So I left, I clocked in, and right after I clocked in, I heard the phone ring and I knew I knew it was calling to let me know.
- 13:55And so when I answered it, it was our neighbor, she was sobbing and she told me he had passed.
- 13:59Um yeah, and so then a couple days later, we were preparing for his funeral.
- 14:04Everyone kept bringing over flowers, and I was trying to preserve the flowers for my mom.
- 14:08So I was out our oven and my back was to the rest of the family at the table.
- 14:12And I was dipping these flowers in wax to preserve them, and I was just kind of saying quietly aloud, and also in my head, just hey bud, you know, I really I already really miss you.
- 14:21I wish, why'd you have to go?
- 14:22I wish you didn't have to leave.
- 14:23And then he was right there on the counter, just light all around him, and he's like, Case, I'm here, sis.
- 14:29Like I never left, I'm always gonna be with you.
- 14:31Wow.
- 14:31And I'm looking around and I'm like, I looked back and they're still just talking.
- 14:34I'm like, does anyone see?
- 14:35Like, he's right here.
- 14:36Does anyone see him?
- 14:37And um, and so it was a really special, beautiful thing.
- 14:41And I had seen other spirits before and seen my brother sent after that.
- 14:45But what really changed things to where I had the courage to step into this world and leave my religion was um 2020.
- 14:53And I'm laying on my mat and I was folded over in child's hose.
- 14:58And sometimes when I would end my practice, I would just like say a prayer and then sit there quietly.
- 15:02That was my form of meditation.
- 15:03And as I'm sitting there, all of a sudden I felt so like I felt a lot of heat, like light come around me and I could kind of see it and sense it.
- 15:11And then I felt my brother come in.
- 15:13And this was the craziest thing that I all of a sudden was inside almost like this tornado, and it's moving around, moving around.
- 15:19And I could see the news and I could see because there's so much going on in 2020, right?
- 15:23Yeah.
- 15:24And I could see the news, I could see people feeling stressed, I could see kids with masks on and all kinds of chaos, and it felt like so stressful.
- 15:33And I started physically spinning in a circle, and I'm like in my child's pose, just moving in a circle, right?
- 15:39And my brother, he came in again and he's like, Okay, it's gonna be hard.
- 15:43It's gonna be really, really the most difficult thing you've ever done.
- 15:46Wow.
- 15:46But if you will trust yourself and you will trust that I am with you and that Jesus has never left your side, you'll be able to do this work.
- 15:53And I was like, Okay, it's gonna be okay then.
- 15:55And then it was gone.
- 15:56It was like the it was like this twister that was around me just vanished.
- 16:00And my body was still physically moving and like swaying in a circle.
- 16:04And I I was like vibrating, my hands were tingling, everything was.
- 16:08I feel like I'd been lifted up off my mat in a way.
- 16:11And I was like, okay, how many more signs do I need?
- 16:13You know, I was like, it is time, it is time.
- 16:16How many visits do you need from your brother?
- 16:18And like the Christ energy to can do this, girl.
- 16:22So yeah, so then I went and did my training soon after that, and um, it kind of gradually the yoga training I did my 500 hour, it it led naturally organically into um my Reiki training.
- 16:32Wow.
- 16:33So yeah.
- 16:34So from the perspective of that moment to then transitioning into the trainings and what have you, did you have that heart to heart with your husband?
- 16:42Like, did you speak to your children?
- 16:44Like, was it like that, or was it just an organic, like you just kind of left it?
- 16:48Like, how did you even approach something like that?
- 16:50I did talk to them and it was difficult because my oldest, I think she was she was a teenager, maybe 13 or 14 at the time.
- 16:56So she definitely grown up in it, and her younger sister as well, because they're like 21 months apart.
- 17:00Yeah, yeah.
- 17:00Um, it was difficult, but I I was really um focused on making sure it was their choice.
- 17:06Yeah.
- 17:06This is what I'm choosing to do, and I support whatever your decision is.
- 17:10Of course.
- 17:10You want to go to church and I will drive you, you know, I'll even go and sit with you for a bit if you want.
- 17:15Um, I made it to be their choice.
- 17:18And so um they kind of fought me on it, and my husband did as well.
- 17:22Okay.
- 17:23Um, but it just it was kind of a process, and eventually um I think it was more that I just kept telling myself that uh you can do this, God is gonna love you no matter what.
- 17:35Because I also kind of grew up feeling like if I didn't do X, Y, and Z, like this black and white thinking, and you're just in this box, and this is right, this is wrong.
- 17:43And if you try and step into that gray area, he's gonna be disappointed in you.
- 17:46So it was almost like a reprogramming, uh rewiring that that thought process and that belief system.
- 17:52And it never really resonated with me.
- 17:54Like the God I would pray to, he'll love me no matter what.
- 17:56Yeah.
- 17:57But then you grow up hearing these things.
- 17:58And again, it's nothing to say anything bad of my mom and dad.
- 18:01They're incredible people.
- 18:02No, it's what was taught to them, you know, and they have shifted and changed since then.
- 18:06But um it yeah, it was definitely hard to kind of break that mold and let my family know.
- 18:11It was the hardest to tell my dad and mom.
- 18:14I I love my parents so much and they are very active in the church, which is wonderful, and they're they're incredible people.
- 18:21Um, you know, but I think it did break their heart a little bit.
- 18:23Yeah.
- 18:24Uh, and I I would never want to do that, you know, that's not ever my intention.
- 18:28Um, so yeah, that was that was difficult.
- 18:30And I have since had negative comments from other family members, of course.
- 18:34Friends, you know, or not letting our kids play together.
- 18:36Yes.
- 18:37We're no longer in that same belief system.
- 18:39Yep.
- 18:39Um, and then also especially with going into Reiki, with doing energy work, there's a huge like negative context around that, especially within the religious community.
- 18:48Of course.
- 18:49Uh yeah.
- 18:49And so and that a lot of that was really heartbreaking, you know.
- 18:53Then I'm like, if you guys know me and if you would have a conversation with me, you would know that I very much still I have a strong belief in God and Jesus Christ.
- 19:00Yep.
- 19:00And I have always said that Jesus is the ultimate Reiki master.
- 19:03Amen.
- 19:04You know, like we are taking that Christ consciousness, his energy and his unconditional love and pouring that into people.
- 19:11That is what it is.
- 19:12That's yeah, essentially it's light.
- 19:14And you know, I was thinking of this the other day, it's interesting that people, you could be atheist and you could call um that energy, you could call it universe, or you can be Christian and say God.
- 19:23Or uh maybe it's more like the yogic uh philosophy and belief system would be prana, like that life force energy.
- 19:31Yeah, whatever it is at the end of the day, it is still uh light, it is still life force energy, it is still unconditional love.
- 19:39Amen.
- 19:39We're all seeing the same thing, just different verbiage.
- 19:42Yes, you know, it's like we're we're way, we're a lot more similar than than we're making out to be.
- 19:47We're we're speaking the same thing, just different language, you know?
- 19:50Yes.
- 19:51And it's funny, I've had some Reiki clients that are very, very Christian, and I've had some that believe don't believe any of it.
- 19:57And so I'm respectful of wherever they are.
- 19:59I don't talk about God and Jesus when I know that's not where you stand, and that's okay.
- 20:03Um, so I I respect where everyone is at and meet them where they are at.
- 20:07But I've had some religious uh clients that get a little startled, um, kind of freaked out at the information that comes through after a session.
- 20:17Yes.
- 20:17And so also because some of them don't really believe in psychic mediums.
- 20:21And so, you know, when you go for a Reiki session, you're not gonna get the same feedback.
- 20:26Um chakras and energy centers and what's happening in the physical and emotional energetic body.
- 20:32But if you come see me, you're gonna get a little extra if you're open for it.
- 20:36Yeah.
- 20:36Again, I respect wherever anyone's at.
- 20:38Some people don't want the message.
- 20:39Um, and some they come for that to where I'm like, actually, we need to change this and schedule this for a reading.
- 20:46Wow.
- 20:49Wow.
- 20:49So it's just interesting to see where everyone sits, where they stand with that.
- 20:54Um, but they're still coming for that light to be poured and the love to be poured and move through them, you know?
- 21:01Yep.
- 21:01So it's just fascinating.
- 21:04I love it.
- 21:04I just want to put some uh, you know, a couple quotes like, you know, this is a safe space.
- 21:09We're being open here to all and any thoughts that you believe and that you want to get into.
- 21:15And like that's what who I am and what I love to do.
- 21:17I love to just be open to all and anything.
- 21:20Um, like my daughter right now is getting into she's like talking about going to church and she wants to go with Grammy, and then she has her little Bible and she's reading about it, and then she's asking us questions.
- 21:29And like my wife was huge in church, and she was um she was uh Christian growing up and she did um choir and she went on the missions and all that type of stuff, which she loved it.
- 21:40It was great.
- 21:40And then we got into um when we first met 2017 18.
- 21:45Uh, we were coming back from Los Angeles because she had something with school, so we went down to San Diego, and then I brought her on to a book, The Law of the Universe.
- 21:54And so getting into Abraham Hicks and that type of content, which is more of like a channeled text, and it completely Completely started to open up the gates to so much more.
- 22:02And then Paul Sellick, uh I am word, and uh Dolores Cannon, and all of these other individuals, which, if you're listening and viewing and you don't know what any of those individuals are, have fun, go down the rabbit hole, be open to it because you never know.
- 22:17Um, and you know, we experience a little bit of that here locally.
- 22:20Like, you know, we have amazing LDS down the street, some girls that would love to play with my daughter, and you know, we're not in the religion, so you know, we keep our boundaries, whatever, but we had a car event, and I do car events here, and so I'm very fortunate to have a couple dream cars, and so we had supercars here, and you know, the family came and we fed them and and they went swimming, and it was cool.
- 22:40And so, so you know, I've always been someone in my life who's just been cool with everyone.
- 22:45I uh jocks, nerds, whoever.
- 22:48So that's what this space is supposed to be, is one where it's like, and my wife was talking about well, maybe you gotta go, you know, be a little bit more deliberate with you know who the guests are, which I believe God, Jesus, universe, call it what you will, leads as it's supposed to.
- 23:03And so every single guest in this show has been more organic.
- 23:06I haven't really been pushing to try to get a certain type.
- 23:10I mean, I love this, I love this type of conversation.
- 23:13Yeah, and we're gonna go deeper here in one minute.
- 23:16Um, but I I allow because I feel that there's you know, I look at me as I'm very bougie, so I kind of joke around being like the bougie the bougie uh the bougie yogi, kind of is my thing.
- 23:28Um, you know, because it's fun, you know, we're here, let's enjoy whatever.
- 23:33Um, and also I feel like it kind of bridges the gap because I feel like there's people out there, like if I like cars, that bridges the gap to them maybe watching this show and getting a different perspective on something they never even thought about.
- 23:45And then if it resonates, it can open up a new door, and we're just giving them the keys they didn't know they needed to open that door.
- 23:52Yes.
- 23:52So and Cliff note.
- 23:54Uh so now I want to go deeper, Casey, into let's talk about this whole medium conversation.
- 24:00Like, I don't know if the visual listeners understand what that means, what that is, how that even works.
- 24:05How do how did you even get to a point where like you classified that for yourself?
- 24:09You know what I'm saying?
- 24:10Oh gosh, that's a whole time.
- 24:13We got time.
- 24:13I mean, you can you can get into the short version now, and then hey, and then you know, if we get up to the two hours and we need more time, or you know, the consensus out there, y'all, you know, hit tell us your feedback.
- 24:24You're liking what we're talking about, you want her back on, we can go another two hours in a later date, you know?
- 24:28So um, okay, so I like I said, since I was little, I could see certain things.
- 24:34Um, so a medium is someone that can see spirits that have crossed.
- 24:39Got it.
- 24:40Um, and when I was little, it was so it's so hard to put to words.
- 24:45But I remember I remember seeing spirits, and some of them would come through as very light, some of them would appear dark, but it's simply because my physical eye was translating their essence as dark, almost like a shadow.
- 24:59Yeah.
- 24:59And so again, within that religious box, um, if you see something dark, then you need to pray more, you need to read your scriptures more.
- 25:09Yeah, almost, and it wasn't said this to me exactly, but it felt almost like I had done something wrong, or I'm calling in darkness, or Satan is upset.
- 25:16That whole thing, right?
- 25:17Which I don't believe in the Satan, but that's a different thing.
- 25:19Um, so but back then I was like, Well, gosh, I need to pray more.
- 25:22I'm doing something wrong because it's dark.
- 25:24Now, the older I've gotten and the more I've leaned into leaned into this and raising a son who is a really powerful medium.
- 25:31Really?
- 25:32Yeah, he's 14.
- 25:32My friends that are super intuitive, they're like, he is like the next Tyler Henry.
- 25:36So if you wanted to, we've actually done readings together.
- 25:38It's super cool to do.
- 25:39It's fun to do mother-son.
- 25:40We've done um where we did like this whole workshop type of event and people would come in and we'd read together, and it was really beautiful.
- 25:47Beautiful.
- 25:47I love that.
- 25:48Yeah, so helping walk him through what I needed someone to walk me through, but they didn't have the tools and resources.
- 25:54So I'm not upset about it.
- 25:56They did the best they could, but to be able to do that with him is almost a way of reparenting for myself.
- 26:02If for like to remind him, you know, lean into it.
- 26:05So I will I will put up like this shield of protection, and then I'm always calling on my angels and Jesus Christ's energy and his love and light to surround me as protection.
- 26:14And then I will lean into that.
- 26:15And then once I lean in more, I can then start to see if it's light or dark.
- 26:19And that's how I decide if they can stay in my space or if I need to send them, or if they have a message for someone I need to deliver.
- 26:25Okay.
- 26:25Um, and so, but yeah, growing up, I would see things, I would tell my family, and they're like, probably just thought I had a vivid imagination.
- 26:32And they're like, you know what, or go say a prayer if you're seeing dark things, you need to just say a prayer before you go to bed.
- 26:37Which I still do that, you know, if I'm feeling off, obviously I still go back to praying.
- 26:41Um, but it kind of made me feel like I was crazy in a way, and um I had no one to really talk to about it.
- 26:48So I just I just pushed it aside.
- 26:49I was like, okay, well, then I'm just gonna try and shut it down.
- 26:51I did my best to ignore it.
- 26:53And then I had this crazy experience.
- 26:55Um, my husband was still living in Mexico going to school there, and I came back, I was pregnant with our fourth, and I was about seven and a half months along.
- 27:02Our fourth is my son who's a medium.
- 27:03And so I had tried to shut it down.
- 27:05I still saw things, I still had visits from people, experiences, but I just didn't talk about it.
- 27:10And when I was asleep, all of a sudden this wild um energy came through.
- 27:15All these spirits just filled the room, but it was very, very dark.
- 27:18And they were shouting, he's ours, we get him, you don't have access to him.
- 27:22We're gonna, and it now that I I've given now that I know my son and I know his abilities, it makes so much sense why some of that darker stuff was coming through.
- 27:30Cause I'd never had that before or with any other baby.
- 27:33And I'm like, what is going on?
- 27:35And um, that time it was so strong and powerful.
- 27:38I like froze.
- 27:39I woke up, I did say a prayer.
- 27:40I'm like, please help me, please protect me.
- 27:42I I felt I felt frozen like I couldn't move because there were so many in the room.
- 27:45And I'm 30-year-old woman pregnant with my fourth baby, and I go running down the hall to mom and dad because I'm living at their house.
- 27:52Oh my god.
- 27:52Yeah, and I was like, you guys have to wake up.
- 27:54The craziest thing, you come in my room and I explained it.
- 27:57And even they could see and feel it when they came into the room.
- 27:59Wow.
- 28:00So we all said a prayer to get it to leave.
- 28:02So they they know my parents now always knew that I would see and sense and feel things.
- 28:06Um, and then bless my husband's heart, he doesn't see or feel any of it.
- 28:10In fact, I've nicknamed him the blocker that like when he's around, if he's asleep and I can wake him up and there's a lot of people, cut a lot of spirits stepping through, I can wake him up and it is wild.
- 28:19It's almost like this shield of protection goes up and they just leave.
- 28:22Like he his just energy comes through like he's like this blocker.
- 28:26So I had an experience at our last house, and I was sound asleep and I heard Casey, and then they'll always wake me up.
- 28:32And I open my eyes, and right in front of me, my door, our bedroom door, was cracked open because I am terrified of the dark.
- 28:37I'll be totally honest with you guys.
- 28:38I have the light come through the bathroom, the light come through the hallway.
- 28:41We want light everywhere and it drives my husband crazy, right?
- 28:43So I'm sound asleep and there's a man and he steps through and the door's cracked open.
- 28:47He had a baseball cap on, and he's staring right at me.
- 28:50And I opened my eyes and I'm like thinking, Why isn't this man like walking towards me?
- 28:54Where's his weapon?
- 28:55Is he gonna like attack me?
- 28:57And I'm like trying to wake up my husband.
- 28:58I'm like, Adam, Adam, wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up.
- 29:00And he opened his eyes.
- 29:01I'm like, look, there's a man he's staring at us, like, get him to leave.
- 29:03And he looked up and he's like, There's no one there, woman.
- 29:05You're crazy.
- 29:06Like, there's nobody.
- 29:07And I was like, he's right there.
- 29:08And then two seconds later, he was gone.
- 29:10And so he was like, Adam woke up and he leaves.
- 29:12And I was like, Oh, that was a spirit.
- 29:14He came through so strong that I genuinely thought it was a human.
- 29:17I couldn't decipher.
- 29:18Wow.
- 29:18And so that terrified me.
- 29:20And I was like, what is happening?
- 29:21Why is it getting stronger again?
- 29:23Yeah.
- 29:23Well, that was leading up to 2020.
- 29:25And so it makes sense.
- 29:26It's like I kind of needed some more of those experiences and things to come through to finally be like, K, so you do need to lean into this.
- 29:32You can't avoid it anymore.
- 29:34It's just, it's, it's who I am.
- 29:36And I was telling a family member who is religious and is worried or concerned that thinks that maybe some darkness could come around me, that I'm opening myself up by doing this energy work right.
- 29:46And um, and I was like, I'm thinking, if you had any clue the the amount of times growing up that I would pray for God to take this ability away, like it it terrified me.
- 29:57I didn't ask for it.
- 29:58It I don't want it, and people do think I'm crazy, and that's okay.
- 30:02But um, it took so much courage to come out and publicly say that and then to do my first group reading with like 20 plus people and to do those types of things.
- 30:12But what kept me coming back to it, what kept me coming back to it and just um digging deep with leaning into that fear, that whole getting comfortable, feeling uncomfortable, yeah, was the number of people that would just hug me after and we're just all crying together, like case, I needed to hear that message from my dad.
- 30:32Or I thought that my brother was still upset with me to know that it wasn't my fault.
- 30:37So many different messages that um have just shifted me to where I'm like at this point, I kind of don't care if people believe it or not.
- 30:44And I kind of don't care if they think I'm crazy.
- 30:46That's fine.
- 30:46They can think I'm a witch, they can think I'm bringing in darkness, whatever, because I know what I'm doing is in alignment with God and my path.
- 30:53Yeah, 100%.
- 30:54And I just gotta say, congratulations and some amazing lift-off moments there for you to be able to come into that knowing.
- 31:01And um, one thing that comes up for me is like, and this is a little bit of a deeper conversation from the perspective of like, I believe that we all here, and as we are, like everything had to happen exactly what it had to happen.
- 31:15You viewing, you sitting there, me sitting here, everything, everything had to happen exactly how it was to be here.
- 31:22And I truly do believe that we have contracts before we come here.
- 31:26And and as you go through life, and I can kind of feel this right now, you get to a point where then you understand what your contract is and what you're meant to do here.
- 31:35And I feel that we all have a role to play, and I feel that we're all starting to wake up more to what those roles are, and so we can co-create and be able to get to that next level of knowing, that next level of consciousness, that next level of like awakeness.
- 31:48And so, um, as an example, if you didn't already go see it, go see it.
- 31:52The Michael movie.
- 31:53And so my my wife, my daughter, and I went to go watch the new Michael movie.
- 31:56My daughter out of nowhere, she's seven, she's like, I love Michael Jackson, but my 19-year-old thinks she's married to him.
- 32:02I'm like, what are you talking about?
- 32:06Yeah, I'm like, what is going on right now?
- 32:08And so um, when I was going through a lot of the stuff, there is there is one of his main goals was to unite and to give love to the world.
- 32:18And in and before the accusation, six months before was a Super Bowl, when he did that, he united the world, I want to say 134 million people.
- 32:26And then, of course, right, dark side, whatever, you know, speculation.
- 32:30I he he get killed, you know.
- 32:32Let's be real.
- 32:33Yeah, but I I was talking to my wife about the fact there was a contract, and like with him being killed and all the things that happen, I feel is now to help us get to this next level of knowing.
- 32:42And it's almost 20 years later since he's been dead.
- 32:44And look at this.
- 32:45It's just like, what the heck?
- 32:47It's just crazy how it comes.
- 32:49It's totally shifted.
- 32:49It's totally shifted.
- 32:50And now people are like, wait, he didn't do those things people said he did.
- 32:53There's you know, there's more evidence.
- 32:55He was raising the vibrations of the earth, he was bringing more light.
- 32:58Yes, he was pouring like he let's heal the world, make it a better place, right?
- 33:02That was what he did.
- 33:03That's what he talked about, that's what he's saying about.
- 33:05And so it is interesting, it's kind of come full circle, even though he's passed.
- 33:08People are still shifting and changing their perspective on who he actually he really was.
- 33:14Amen.
- 33:14Yeah, and the music's in 440 hertz.
- 33:17Oh, I love that.
- 33:18It's in 440 hertz, yeah.
- 33:19I did the research on it.
- 33:20So the Hertz is in a resonation of love.
- 33:22Fascinating.
- 33:22Yeah, that makes perfect sense.
- 33:24And the reason why people would pass out in the actual concerts because he was raising the vibration.
- 33:29It was so hard, so it was such a powerful consciousness shift that they had pass out because even his moves and everything else was in residence.
- 33:36That makes so much sense.
- 33:38I play his songs in my playlist in my yoga classes.
- 33:40Yeah, I love it.
- 33:42If everyone's tired, I'm like, all right, you guys, we gotta put a Michael, he's gonna hype us up.
- 33:46Let's absolutely amazing.
- 33:48It's absolutely amazing.
- 33:50So my daughter, she's probably like three to four years old and we're in the garage, and she says, Who's that man?
- 33:56And she automatically saw someone in the garage.
- 33:59Um, and then fast forward, uh, I see like a spirit, and I think it could be a darker spirit that's in the kitchen, going from the garage into the kitchen, which is very interesting.
- 34:09And one thing that came up for me was is um that, and maybe you know, we can go deeper outside of this show, and um that that there is spirits here that maybe need to be released, like almost like you know, they don't know that they have passed on.
- 34:24And what came up for me was it's and it's interesting how everything can be real like relative or relevant.
- 34:31Like, so it's my wife, my myself, my daughter, and and for some reason it feels like the same type of energy but a spiritual sense, and it feels like something happened, and and I don't know if if something happened with like a murder or whatever, and so now they're trapped here, but I you can kind of feel that.
- 34:50My daughter said she feels something in her room, yeah, and so it's just very interesting.
- 34:54And then the cat in the room upstairs that is now called the Zen Den, and we just built it out, so we have like three Airbnbs here do house hacking the whole nine.
- 35:03We have the cat in that room in the corner meowing.
- 35:06Oh, yeah.
- 35:06Animals pick up on something.
- 35:08Picking up something and meowing, meowing, meowing.
- 35:10So it's very interesting.
- 35:12Yeah, it's oh, I could tell you stories for days.
- 35:13I was like, as you're talking about the house, and if my son was here, just so whenever I talk to my friends that are open for all this, they're like, Okay, what's your latest?
- 35:20What happened this week?
- 35:21What's your story?
- 35:22We need your episode.
- 35:22Because they always say if we had like a camera follow us around, yeah, they'd be shocked at the stuff we do and see and what how we talk.
- 35:28Oh, yeah.
- 35:28And so, but yeah, going back to the electronic device though, I've had where I finished a class, and when people are meditating, as we were saying, it like raises the vibrations, right?
- 35:36And so they're also opening up their chakras.
- 35:39And so when I'm standing there, I'm usually just trying to do that and pour love into the space and just keep telling them they're safe.
- 35:46You know, I'm I'm sending that energy too.
- 35:47Of course.
- 35:48Well, I've had a couple experiences just after teaching a class and they finish, and I was like, Oh, someone's uncle is here.
- 35:54He he passed in a tragic accident.
- 35:56I'm seeing snow and now I'm seeing skis.
- 35:58And I'm like, okay, now I gotta shut it down because it's too much, and I have to end class, right?
- 36:02So I end the class, they leave and I start mopping up, and it's a hot yoga studio.
- 36:06So they're mop, I'm mopping it up, and my music is still on the quiet song for meditation.
- 36:11It slowly turns up louder, louder, louder, louder.
- 36:13And I was like, okay, you've got to stop messing with it.
- 36:15Like, I know you're here, but it's getting louder, louder.
- 36:17I'm like, oh my word.
- 36:18It was max blasting, full blast that everyone outside the room could hear it.
- 36:22And they come in, they're like, is everything okay?
- 36:24So I go running over to unplug it.
- 36:26And I'm like, just like it, but she knows what I do.
- 36:28So I was like, it's just spirit messing with my my device.
- 36:31This they're trying to get my attention.
- 36:32But I'm like, I'm not gonna go and tell them you're that you're here in the message.
- 36:35They've already left, you know.
- 36:37I'm like, I'm not gonna do a whole reading.
- 36:39So yeah, they do.
- 36:40It's how they get our attention.
- 36:42It's so, it's so fascinating, like how that whole other side of the process works.
- 36:49Like, my grandfather, he passed away and he passed away, and I love cars, and then he only took a shower like once a month, and like the shower turned on, the car was being moved around.
- 36:58Like he was just saying, like, hey, like, because I I didn't I don't talk about this a whole lot, but we were eating Mexican food.
- 37:04My mom goes to the store, she's going to go get uh heartburn medicine.
- 37:08We had like Mexican food, and he was having some heartburn stuff, and he was on the chair, and the chair was a recliner, TV here, TV here, always sit on his lap, and he had two different games, two different baseball games, whatever else.
- 37:19And and I would just sit there and he always did flea market stuff and always called me champ and all that type of stuff, and uh, because I was a firstborn son.
- 37:27And I was on the couch, and he unfortunately had a massive heart attack and passed away in front of me at that age.
- 37:33And I didn't really know what that meant.
- 37:35And my parents were like, Are you okay?
- 37:36Like, do you understand what that means?
- 37:37And I'm like, uh, and um, because so young, and so him playing with the car solidified like, hey, like, you know, I I'm I'm okay, I'm here with you, so and so forth.
- 37:47And and so it's just so interesting how some of those things can come up and how like um oh man, it's so it's like trying to connect with you.
- 37:55Yeah, do you think do you think it's like to go a little bit deeper into the subject?
- 37:59Like, do you feel like it's like something like they haven't quite crossed over yet?
- 38:02So it's almost like an unfinished business, quote unquote.
- 38:05That's not what I usually get.
- 38:07It's more that they are showing up to let you know that they're with you and they're supporting you.
- 38:11Like I call it this, you have an army of angels, all of us do.
- 38:14So it's more like pouring their love and support into you.
- 38:18Um, and so when they show up, it's just a reminder like, hey, I got you, like I got your back.
- 38:22I'm here with you.
- 38:23Got it.
- 38:23So it's usually just in full um support and love.
- 38:26Or a lot of times when I am doing readings, it's um a lot of the times it is like an apology.
- 38:32So I've even had some where um they didn't have a great relationship, let's say with their father, and I'm like, well, dad is coming through.
- 38:37Well, he left me when I was three.
- 38:39And I'm like, well, even though you didn't really get to know him, yeah, he now can see things that he couldn't see when he was in the physical form.
- 38:45And he wants to try and make it better because they still are trying to progress, they are still trying to grow and learn on the other side.
- 38:51It doesn't end.
- 38:52You don't just automatically pass over and all of a sudden you're you're incredible and you're perfect in heaven.
- 38:58Yeah, like everything's great and you're just this unconditionally loving being.
- 39:02Like that's not how it works.
- 39:03You still have your personality and your struggles that you had here.
- 39:06You just don't have the physical body to work on them.
- 39:08And so they get excited when they see there's someone that can be like um a channel for them, communication to be their spokespiece in a way.
- 39:15And so they will show up, like, hey, no, I I want to work on this.
- 39:18Like I'm trying to continue progressing on the other side.
- 39:21And she needs to keep progressing on this side, but I can't because she doesn't know that I want to apologize for what I did or didn't do, you know?
- 39:28And so usually when they show up, it's either um if you're going through something, you're struggling, and you need that support and love, or they they want to apologize for something.
- 39:37Wow.
- 39:37I mean, I kind of want to go a little bit down the rabbit hole here because so I've done um, and some people like the term, some people don't like the term past life progression.
- 39:46Uh-huh.
- 39:47And so I got into that two different times I went through the exercise.
- 39:51One, um, his name's Aaron.
- 39:53He's uh on YouTube, really cool dude.
- 39:55He's in Los Angeles, and he works with a guy who focuses on that.
- 39:58And it was a two-day online virtual event.
- 40:00And I went through that and found out I was a female, and I was having fair.
- 40:06This is why I'm a diva.
- 40:07Yeah, yeah.
- 40:08I was like, what the hell?
- 40:09And like I got my throat slit because I was with this outlaw and he was older and all this crazy stuff.
- 40:15And then finding out again that I was like a diplomat at a different time and working close by the king, and then some shit went down, and I you know, I was trying to protect my people, and then uh I got I got I got crossed over and I got my throat slit again.
- 40:28So I have a lot of stuff at the throat thing, I guess, over the past of generations.
- 40:32So it's so interesting to think about.
- 40:34And what are your thoughts from the perspective of from your perspective, past life progression?
- 40:39Because like like they say like you reincarnate from my understanding from all the teachings and channeled text and what have you.
- 40:45We're going deep here.
- 40:46This is a total if you're following, you're following.
- 40:48If you don't, just go along with the ride here.
- 40:50So the difference between past life progression as your soul reincarnates to then um level up to the next level of awareness, whether you want to talk about third, fourth, fifth dimension, versus like being a spirit and trying to still come through during maybe this time in space to have closure or to say I'm sorry, or what have you.
- 41:12Like, what's your take on that?
- 41:13So this is an interesting topic because growing up uh in my religion, I was taught about pre-existence.
- 41:20So, like you, there was this life before you had this physical form, this physical body.
- 41:26Um, and then when you pass, that's kind of it.
- 41:29And you go on to the other side, you're with your family forever, you know, it's very beautiful.
- 41:34And that never resonated with me because I was like, well, what about the child that you hear about that was born into an abusive family?
- 41:40And the parents abused her whole life and she did nothing wrong, she didn't deserve it, and then they end up murdering her, and then she just got that one what two to three years of of this earth experience and she's done.
- 41:52What happens to her soul?
- 41:53She didn't get a chance to learn these life lessons and progress and and know what it's like to feel feel loved by someone unconditionally, and then you know, if she wanted to one day have babies and give birth to someone, like she didn't get to experience all these things.
- 42:06Why does why did I get to and she didn't?
- 42:08That doesn't make sense because we are all equal.
- 42:10No one is above you, no one is up beneath you.
- 42:12And so if that's the case, and if it is, and he is an all-loving God, or you want to just believe in divine uh energy and divine presence, then it still comes from a place of love and unconditional love.
- 42:23So for me, it was like, well, then you you do get another chance.
- 42:26You know what I mean?
- 42:27If it's um if he created us that a lot of Christians believe, then um he would want nothing but the best for you, just like a parent would.
- 42:34You know, like I give my kids a million chances.
- 42:36We'll try it again, babe.
- 42:37Let's do it again, try it again.
- 42:39And so to me it makes sense.
- 42:40And um, I think it is just like lessons learned.
- 42:44So you made some wrong choices and you pass on, you get another chance to come back and try to do it right.
- 42:50And so it's like you're given these opportunities, you get to choose what you want to do with them.
- 42:54And your soul deep down remembers, you know, we have so many interesting quirks.
- 42:58Like you're saying the throat stuff.
- 43:00I have always walked around barefoot.
- 43:02Like since day one, I still hike barefoot.
- 43:04I genuinely do.
- 43:05And I didn't even know like a foot fetish was a thing.
- 43:07Like, truly, I did live in this little tiny bubble.
- 43:09I was homeschooled, I grew up religious, I went to a tiny, tiny school, like very naive.
- 43:14Yeah.
- 43:15And so my kids are like, Mom, you can't, and they call them dogs.
- 43:17Like, why are dogs out?
- 43:18And I'm like, what are you talking about?
- 43:19They're like, You're exposing your dogs to everyone, like, stop walking around barefoot.
- 43:22And I'm like, I've always done this.
- 43:24Like, I'm sorry if people are weird about feet.
- 43:26Like, yeah, I'm like, why have I always done this?
- 43:27Well, then I had someone and she did some energy work on me, and I just, I just asked that question.
- 43:32I was like, Yeah, I'm kind of curious about this.
- 43:34And um why am I so connected to plants?
- 43:36What is my fascination with plants and herbs?
- 43:38Why have I always gravitated to them?
- 43:41And I saw myself in this field of clovers and I was barefoot.
- 43:44Okay.
- 43:45And I just kept hearing because this was when you did your best work.
- 43:48And I was gathering these plants and these clovers, and I was barefoot.
- 43:52So I was grounding and connecting to the earth.
- 43:54And it's like I intuitively knew I needed to ground and work on my root chakras so I could stay fully present.
- 44:00In my body because my crown is so open because I see and feel and hear so much.
- 44:05So I need to be grounding.
- 44:06So I just naturally was like, I take shoes off everywhere.
- 44:10In fact, we even ended up going to the doctor's office on accident barefoot.
- 44:12Me and my kids, we got there to pick up a supplement.
- 44:15And I was like, you guys, wait, none of you have shoes?
- 44:17They're like, Well, no, I thought you were yeah.
- 44:20It's like, I thought you were gonna run in mom.
- 44:21I'm like, I don't how my shoe, none of us had our shoes.
- 44:24So I had to go in there and like, hey, I'm sorry, I know it's gross.
- 44:26I got my dogs out, like showing my feet, but I need to pick this up.
- 44:30And so I I can't help it.
- 44:32I have always done that.
- 44:34And I think it is just I've had many lives of going everywhere barefoot.
- 44:38Yeah.
- 44:38I think I don't know.
- 44:40That's so absolutely amazing.
- 44:41No, I I love that.
- 44:42And that's where I feel like I'm just gonna say it.
- 44:45I'm gonna say it from the perspective of a perspective, take it, leave it, whatever.
- 44:50That's why I feel that LDS has it set up the way they do, so you can stay in this sheltered existence with individuals that are all a part of the same thing, where majority of the families are happy and healthy and whole, and there's multiple kids, and so so it all makes sense.
- 45:07But but until you start to, and it's hard not to, there's seven billion people in this world, you start seeing outside perspectives, like you said, and then it gets gets you to question like, hold on, what's going on here?
- 45:18And that's where that's where the dichology is, is that like it was developed by a man who you know what I'm saying?
- 45:25This was not something that was developed from, you know, like the Bible has been rewritten, you know.
- 45:31So that's where I feel like you have to be kind of pick and choosey of you know what that looks like.
- 45:36Um, and putting bitcoins on that, I want to get into your work a little bit more because there's something that you said that you said that intuitively you knew when you did your best work, you're in the field with the clovers and you had your feet on the ground, and intuitively your soul knew that because that helped you ground to get more present within your body.
- 45:55And a lot of what your work had I was reading what you put down for everything when you got uh everything set up for the show, and that's a grounding map, by the way.
- 46:03Oh, I love that.
- 46:04Um that we had we had uh light energy guy on.
- 46:07His name is Jake.
- 46:08You gotta watch his episode, and he came in here with his MF8 reader, and he had these type of glasses on, so I put these on to the nervous system to relax, and then he I have one over there, but I didn't have these, so now I have these over here.
- 46:19So working on, yeah, so that way the office can be it's it's tech, but it's also it's a whole zen bigger.
- 46:25It's a private zen too.
- 46:26This is a rocket ship.
- 46:28I love this, yeah.
- 46:28Yeah, okay.
- 46:29And this is charge that charges your water if you put that on there.
- 46:32So incredible.
- 46:33So, what is something that you see or you feel or or comes up for you from the perspective when someone's not really in their body?
- 46:41Is it is there a common thread or a story you can tell with us?
- 46:46And and maybe our viewers and listeners can can maybe relate to this and uh want to potentially either use your services or look out for help from them for wherever they're located.
- 46:55You know, yeah, that's a great question.
- 46:57A lot of people, I feel like the clients that I've observed have a hard time laying still and um allowing me to kind of guide them through sometimes I'll do a little guided visualization for meditation to get them to drop in because I can feel if they're not really there.
- 47:14But lots of the times it is because of trauma.
- 47:17They don't feel safe in their body.
- 47:19And so to lay there and just you feel vulnerable in a way, you know, um, it takes a lot of courage.
- 47:27And um usually it goes back to some memory, something that happened that they don't feel safe in their body to really get in their body.
- 47:35It's like that whole disassociating.
- 47:37And so they want to get up, they want to move, and it's usually the people that have a hard time meditating and slower uh yoga practices like yin, where you have to hold the postures longer.
- 47:47Um, usually it goes back, it usually goes back to that.
- 47:50And I end up spending more time on their root chakra.
- 47:52So getting them to feel safe, feeling connected, feeling grounded.
- 47:56Um, and it is a really cool experience.
- 47:59I have had some clients that um were not open for any of this work, but they were in a lot of pain, had a lot of different emotional things coming up that they couldn't sort through in therapy and thought, you know, why not?
- 48:09Let's give it a try.
- 48:11And to see them respond the way they do, just even after their first session, is the most incredible thing to witness.
- 48:18It's very, very humbling.
- 48:19It's uh it's so hard to put to words.
- 48:22It's it's really, really beautiful because it's like working with energy and with Reiki.
- 48:27Um the body knows how to heal.
- 48:30So it's like, um Should I explain what Reiki is?
- 48:34I feel like that might make more sense for people that don't know.
- 48:36Let's go on to it.
- 48:37Sorry, yeah, I'm backtracking a bit.
- 48:39You're totally fine because we have plenty of time.
- 48:40Okay, so Reiki is a um energy medicine or like a biofilled therapy, it's also been called.
- 48:46And it originated in Japan.
- 48:48So you could say it's a form of Japanese healing modality.
- 48:50Okay.
- 48:51It started in like the 1920s um by a Buddhist monk, Dr.
- 48:54Makaosui.
- 48:55And um, when you're doing Reiki, like the idea behind it, the concept is that you take yourself into this state of balance.
- 49:02Okay.
- 49:03And in order to get there, you have to set the ego aside, like the subjective self and put the ego aside to be able to become almost like a vessel.
- 49:12Okay.
- 49:12And so it's not about you or the outcome, uh, any expectation.
- 49:16It's just about becoming this vessel and pouring in that life force energy, that chi.
- 49:21And so, because if there's imbalances in the energetic field and your energy centers, then it can eventually lead to health issues, whether it's mental or physical.
- 49:30Yep.
- 49:31And so um to so when I am working with someone who has a hard time being in their body, um, I really have to remove it, sounds weird, but the mother in me because I can feel their pain and sometimes I'll see and hear different traumas that childhood things that happen to them um or in their adulthood.
- 49:51And I want to come in and I will shift almost out of being that vessel.
- 49:55And I want to come in and just like scoop them up, you know, put my hands around them and just hug them, hold them, and connect to their heart chakra and really help them.
- 50:02And I have to take a step back and be like, no, that's ego.
- 50:05So when you hear people say ego, it doesn't mean it's like arrogant and egotistical trying to like fix something.
- 50:10Yeah, ego is just wanting to um change something or be in charge of it or or fix it.
- 50:18Take responsibility of yeah, yeah, and wanting to fix it, even if it's coming from a loving place, it's still ego.
- 50:23So then I'll have to take a step back, put that aside, and just be a vessel.
- 50:27Wow.
- 50:28Also explain it as like, well, and my cousin, she gave me this great analogy.
- 50:31It's almost like we can all be standing underneath the sun and we all can feel that beautiful light and the warmth and it's like invigorating, right?
- 50:37And you feel so good and warm under the sun.
- 50:40But if I were to take a magnifying glass and really focus that light and energy, it's going to be concentrated, right?
- 50:47So it's like energy flows where attention goes.
- 50:50So if my attention and intention is to pour that light, that life force energy, and I am like that magnifying glass, but just a vessel, then it it kind of will be able to move through those energy centers, which also connect to physical systems in the body.
- 51:06Yeah.
- 51:06And so that can kind of go back to that part where if there's dis-ease in the body, that eventually can lead to disease.
- 51:13And so there can be dis-ease in your energetic body.
- 51:16Like I'll explain it.
- 51:17There's different levels to the body, and no one really told me this, or I didn't really read it.
- 51:21It just made sense to me.
- 51:22Like I could see there's the emotional body, mental body, energetic body, and it's all connected to the physical body.
- 51:28But we just feel it in our physical form usually.
- 51:32And so, say you have had back pain forever, you've got this low back pain, you've been to every doctor, no one can help you, you've had it usually, right?
- 51:40Yeah, you've had injections in your back, like all these things in medication, nothing's working.
- 51:45And um, then you go and get some of this work done and you realize it's because you haven't been feeling supported your entire life.
- 51:50Your parents didn't support you, your partner doesn't support you, therefore you can't support yourself.
- 51:54And it's more of a an emotional imbalance in the body, and you're feeling it physically.
- 52:00And so I've had quite a few clients come with those types of things.
- 52:04Um, I had one client that he was using a walker to get around lots and lots of pain through his right side, his right hip, and um had had back issues his his whole life, exactly what I'm talking about.
- 52:17And um, I when I worked on him, so I'll look at the body and the left side is the feminine energetically, it's the feminine side, the right side is the masculine side.
- 52:25And as I was working on him, it was his right hip that's causing the most amount of pain.
- 52:28And then it was kind of radiating to his lumbar spine, his low back.
- 52:31But I kept being pulled to the right side, the right hip, low back and hip feeling supported.
- 52:36And so I was getting a lot through the masculine side.
- 52:38Yeah, he had a lot of things come up from his childhood, like feeling abandonment from his his father, and then his stepdad wasn't great.
- 52:46And so all these different things coming through the masculine side and um through fathers, like father heart wound.
- 52:52And we did a lot of work around that.
- 52:54By his third session, he came in without using his walker.
- 52:58He didn't even need to use his brace.
- 53:00He had a brace.
- 53:02Yeah, it was it was really, really beautiful, and it had nothing to do with me.
- 53:06It was just again becoming like that vessel and trying to step into a place of balance and set my ego aside so that I would be able to show up to support him because his body knew what to do.
- 53:16Yes, you know, God designed it to where you can naturally heal.
- 53:20That is, it's an embodies such an incredible, um, intricate uh form to be able to heal naturally organically.
- 53:27You don't even, you know, necessarily need a bunch of different things.
- 53:30No.
- 53:31Yeah, no, what you just said was like wow, like that was like the embodiment and the essence of what we're doing here.
- 53:39Yeah, because to have the catalyst for people to understand from the perspective of a non-invasive uh just go just go try Casey out.
- 53:50Let's go try, you know, it's I think so many people out there don't know what they don't know.
- 53:54Yeah, and to stumble upon something like this for then to be like, what?
- 53:58The issues are in the tissues?
- 53:59Yeah, like the body is trying to send me signals because there's there's things that I need to work on internally.
- 54:06How is that even what do you mean?
- 54:07I just take I just take some painkillers.
- 54:09I'm fine.
- 54:10Yeah, I'll be fine.
- 54:12A couple more pills.
- 54:13Yeah, it's it's so fascinating to me how everything is interconnected and how the body is it's it's like it's it's very intelligent.
- 54:23And when we slow down and stop the alcohol or the marijuana or the pain pills or the cigarettes and all the things, energy drinks, and we just sit with self, like I'm at a point now where I'm like eating something, and my body is like it's not going down so well.
- 54:39My body's like, yeah, you can feel it.
- 54:41You can feel it.
- 54:41Your body's like, I don't want this in me.
- 54:44It's so interesting, it's so interesting.
- 54:46Yeah, and uh because food has energy.
- 54:48It does food.
- 54:49And if it was a plant that has energy, and then you cook it and then you eat it, and you if you mix that plant with carbs or sugar, it changes the energy around it, and then your body responds to it, you know, it's it's all interconnected, which is really really fascinating.
- 55:04So, so going through this work, like because you you take a different approach, and so you're multifaceted.
- 55:11And so when you first studied, you were studying just Reiki?
- 55:15Yeah, it was just Reiki, and Reiki was just focusing on the chakras, those energy centers, those seven main chakras.
- 55:21Yeah, and so that was it.
- 55:23And I would just work with those, and and but then it kind of led me just intuitively to do different things.
- 55:30Yeah, and I was like, it's not really just these energy centers.
- 55:33I also want to work with the meridians.
- 55:35So, like you can say, um, you know, qi, they work a lot with Chinese medicine, qi and the meridians, and in yoga, like we're saying, it's prana, it's breath, it's that life force energy, it's all the same thing.
- 55:46So I felt like we needed to bring in these different modalities to really um create some healing and relief for people.
- 55:53Yeah.
- 55:54Because everyone's gonna respond to different things.
- 55:56Myself as a musician, I really respond to music, always have.
- 56:00And um, so it made sense to work with frequencies.
- 56:02And so I use my tuning forks.
- 56:04And so I do a lot with um vibration therapy.
- 56:07And I so it has, I put a tiny, I have a wood base and then a rubber, and it goes on the base of my um weighted tuning fork.
- 56:14And I'll place it in different parts of the body.
- 56:16I found myself just intuitively, there's a spot right here on the left side, right under your collarbone, that you you tend to store a lot of um uh heartbreak and grief there.
- 56:26And I didn't know why I was going there.
- 56:28I would just naturally go there with my tuning fork and then I would send some qi and and healing light and energy there.
- 56:34And then as I would do that, more information would come up.
- 56:37And I was like, oh, she lost her mother.
- 56:40And then more things would come through.
- 56:41And so um it's it's fascinating how the body communicates.
- 56:46So I try to just show up in this space of I'm open for whatever you need.
- 56:52And a lot of times with Reiki, they'll teach you to start at the root, and you start at the root and this methodical system moving up through the chakras.
- 56:59Sometimes I'm starting at the heart.
- 57:01And I feel like if I can get the heart and I can get access there and get the heart meridian fired up and get everything moving through heart chakra, then it's going to help push it, send it to other energy centers in the body.
- 57:13And so sometimes I'll just start there.
- 57:15If a client comes in and I can already feel that they are very like analytical, they're type A, they want to get stuff done.
- 57:20I'm gonna spend more time at their crown.
- 57:22And so trying to find that balance there and calming it down so that they can really get in their body.
- 57:28So it's it, I really do switch it up, it just depending.
- 57:31And sometimes I will give um herbal recommendations after if they're open for it.
- 57:35I have seen parasites on people when I'm working over their solar plexus and I'm like, I, and we'll get done.
- 57:40I'm like, I have a feeling you might not be open for like, say, a naturopath or things like that, but here's what I saw, and I'm gonna leave it with you.
- 57:47And so I'll give them some recommendations for a parasite cleanse they can do, and they'll come back like a month later and be like, case, my stomach issues aren't gone.
- 57:54And I did, I passed parasites.
- 57:56And so it's just I tried to add different things that I have studied over the years because I've studied herbs since I was little.
- 58:03I say my mom is like the original witch doctor.
- 58:05So I grew up with herbs.
- 58:06I never went to the doctor.
- 58:07Like we did not ever go to the doctor.
- 58:09I went to the doctor one time when my ear was bleeding because I had a horrible ear infection.
- 58:13Like that was it, and I was a teenager, you know.
- 58:15Otherwise, my mom just took care of us at home, and so that's what I was used to.
- 58:18I love I love how you've switched things up from the perspective of because you're so well diverse, you can then pivot the way that you need to to help them in a way that's going to better serve them because you know, we are talking here within this episode of things that can be woo-woo for some people.
- 58:36Oh, yeah, or not quite understand the um concepts or you know, what we're really diving into here.
- 58:43And that's where I feel like there needs to be more of a platform that really does dive into this from the perspective of a natural conversation that gives people the opportunity to just take it, leave it, and just enjoy a conversation.
- 58:58And then, and then you know, the resonation thing.
- 59:00I think anyone who's listening, if you can resonate or feels good, then that's something that is on the right, you're on the right track, and you know, maybe go deeper into that, which is awesome.
- 59:11Um, let's go a little bit deeper into.
- 59:13So if someone was like watching and they're interested and they want to go through this process with you, like what does a typical session look like?
- 59:20How long does it take?
- 59:21What's the investment commitment?
- 59:22Curious for myself and also no one listening.
- 59:25Yeah, so um typically it's about a 75-minute session total.
- 59:28I will usually spend around 60 minutes and then we'll have like a 15-minute depending conversation.
- 59:33Sometimes it goes a little longer.
- 59:35Um, you can also schedule for like an if you have a specific area, like you want to do like a shorter, isolated session, that's an option.
- 59:42It's about 40 minutes.
- 59:43I recommend the 60.
- 59:44Um, but you know, everyone's budget is different.
- 59:46Totally respect and understand that.
- 59:48And so you'll come into the office, you can schedule online or you can call and schedule.
- 59:52And um I will start out typically with I use some aromatherapy.
- 59:57You'll lay down onto the bed.
- 59:58I kind of call it's almost like an energetic massage.
- 1:00:00So you're leaning on a massage table and you have your sheet and everything comfy and an eye pillow.
- 1:00:04And then um, I'll start out with some aromatherapy and sometimes I do some breath work, just depending on kind of how you're feeling.
- 1:00:09If I feel like we need to spend more time with breath work, I can do that.
- 1:00:12And then I'll use um my essential oils, some aromatherapy, to really help you relax and and settle in.
- 1:00:18Sometimes I'll do some guided imagery.
- 1:00:21Um and then if I have their consent and they're comfortable with gentle touch, then you might feel me touch your shoulders and just help you coach you through, cue you through your breath.
- 1:00:32Um, and then the tuning forks will come out and I'm playing uh high uh frequency binarial beats in the background.
- 1:00:39And my playlist, I try to have them with the different um frequencies, different chakras and um flute music, just very relaxing, like music.
- 1:00:50And so sometimes I'll cue you through if certain things come up.
- 1:00:52I have had some um come up where I'll get certain ages and things that happen in that age, and I'll cue you through it's different every time.
- 1:01:01And so sometimes we'll get done with the session.
- 1:01:03They're like, where did you like what what did you say?
- 1:01:06And I'm like, I honestly don't even remember.
- 1:01:07It's like it wasn't someone was telling me what to say.
- 1:01:10I know it sounds crazy, but it's like I don't remember every time because I try to just stay open, like, what do you need?
- 1:01:14Because it's not about me.
- 1:01:15So whatever is coming through is for you.
- 1:01:18And I've had some where it's like, take yourself back to age 12, 13, 14 and be in your bedroom.
- 1:01:24What happened for you then?
- 1:01:25What parent did you need to show up that you didn't have?
- 1:01:28You're gonna show up as yourself now, pouring that love into your teenage years.
- 1:01:32You know, so different things like that.
- 1:01:34And when I can get them to emotionally, uh, mentally, energetically go there, I'm able to release any heaviness or blocks through those energy centers or parts of the body.
- 1:01:45Um, so sometimes I will, I do do it different than other practitioners.
- 1:01:49There's it's interesting to go on.
- 1:01:50I'm on a Facebook group um with Reiki uh practitioners, and some of them are very strict on you do not talk in a session.
- 1:01:57And you start at this chakra, you work your way here.
- 1:02:00It's very Reiki.
- 1:02:02So, yes, mine is Reiki, but mine is also more energy work because I'm gonna intuitively go and do what you need.
- 1:02:09And some people have said, I really appreciate you cueing me through that because I couldn't settle down.
- 1:02:13My mind was racing.
- 1:02:14I needed someone to talk to me and you get me into it.
- 1:02:17Other people I can feel, they just come in, they're dropped in.
- 1:02:19I'm not gonna say a word unless I feel like they need it.
- 1:02:21It could be quiet the entire session.
- 1:02:23So it, you know, it just differs and depends on each person.
- 1:02:27Um, but I love it.
- 1:02:29I love it so much.
- 1:02:30I mean, it sounds so amazing, and it also sounds like a little bit of on your part, channeling and almost like a perspective of like channeling them from the perspective of what they need to hear, and it's almost like a co-creation kind of really cool like vibe, and and it sounds like something super, super interesting that like I'd be open to too.
- 1:02:55Cause like that's the thing for me, is like when things come up or I I I feel things or what have you.
- 1:03:01I'm like, why is that coming up?
- 1:03:02Why is this thought coming up?
- 1:03:04And it's stuff that like maybe you'd be like, I'm not even committed to that.
- 1:03:07Why is it even coming up for me?
- 1:03:08And it's interesting.
- 1:03:10I I personally look at everything as just an opportunity to learn and grow, and it's a challenge for me to be able to go deeper into why is it coming up for me?
- 1:03:20I never look at anything negative, I always look at a positive situation, curious curiosity, right?
- 1:03:26Curious George here to see what I could potentially understand, get through, what have you.
- 1:03:31Um, like this show.
- 1:03:32Like we've never met.
- 1:03:34Uh this isn't scripted.
- 1:03:36Like we didn't even talk really on Instagram.
- 1:03:38I'm I'm I'm 50-50.
- 1:03:40I think the team is the one that actually scouted and had you join us today.
- 1:03:45Uh um, so we can have this co-creation opportunity.
- 1:03:48And for me, I just like you, just want to be a vessel to be able to leverage all the things that I've been so blessed to achieve to then get your message out there.
- 1:03:57And who knows needs to hear this.
- 1:03:58And even if it's a few people, fantastic.
- 1:04:00But yeah, absolutely.
- 1:04:02This is legacy.
- 1:04:03Yeah, yeah, I appreciate that.
- 1:04:04People were gonna be like, yes.
- 1:04:06You know, that was the catalyst that changed everything and just really pushed things to the next level.
- 1:04:11So do you have like when you think about what you're doing, like, is there any type of like goals, aspirations, a certain amount of people you really want to help?
- 1:04:21Or is it just like, are you flowing through this process?
- 1:04:24Um, no, I would eventually love, like, if I'm manifesting and putting it out there, I would love to have my own wellness clinic one day.
- 1:04:31Wow.
- 1:04:31And I would love to be hosting retreats.
- 1:04:34And I would love to do more, like I've done group um Reiki sessions.
- 1:04:38And so sound bath with group Reiki after.
- 1:04:41I would love to be offering more of that because I do understand um, you know, some people are strapped for cash and they want to come and do this, but budget doesn't allow.
- 1:04:48I've been there, I get it.
- 1:04:49Yeah, and so if I can give something that's more um in their price point and affordable and it's a group setting, then you know, I just I would love that.
- 1:04:58But yeah, long term, I would love to be able to have a space and have other practitioners there, all different forms of healing, you know, have an acupuncturist thing and just have the sound healing going all day.
- 1:05:08Like there's just so many different things I would eventually love to do with that.
- 1:05:12Um, my schedule has been growing a lot.
- 1:05:14So I'm trying to figure out how to find that balance uh for myself because I'm running from place to place.
- 1:05:20I'm teaching so many classes at two different um studios and um I'm still doing hair.
- 1:05:25So I Oh wow, really?
- 1:05:27Yeah.
- 1:05:27So I'm sometimes I'm working like 10, 12 hour days, and then in between my clients, I'm running my kids where they need to be.
- 1:05:32Um, I'll have some days where in the morning it is kind of fun, but everyone's like, how are you shifting your energy and direction so fast?
- 1:05:38I could take a my kids to school and then come home and do a haircut, get ready and go to the office and do a Reiki session and come home and set up my space to do a virtual reading and then have another haircut that night or go teach a class that night at the studio.
- 1:05:50And so it could be something different every day.
- 1:05:52And I do love it.
- 1:05:53Yeah.
- 1:05:53But I would love to shift and kind of pull back more from doing hair.
- 1:05:57Yeah.
- 1:05:57So really just being in this world with these different.
- 1:06:01What do you think the biggest thing is holding you back from leaving and getting away from hair?
- 1:06:05My clients, I tried to retire.
- 1:06:06So this past year, I was like, you guys, it's been 21 years.
- 1:06:09Your girl is retiring.
- 1:06:10We're done.
- 1:06:11I love you all.
- 1:06:12Like, well, yeah, retire.
- 1:06:13Like, that's totally fine.
- 1:06:14But except for me, right?
- 1:06:14You're gonna keep me.
- 1:06:15I'm like, girl, every client has said that to me.
- 1:06:17And then I feel bad.
- 1:06:18And I'm like, well, it's decent money and I do love connecting with them and it's quick and easy, you know.
- 1:06:24Um, so I but I have cut way back.
- 1:06:27I'm not taking new clients for as far as hair goes.
- 1:06:29And so um, yeah, it is hard and it's hard for me to say no.
- 1:06:33You know what, though, doing hair has helped me a lot.
- 1:06:35Um, with uh I'm not great at charging what I should be charging.
- 1:06:39And so my clients will even tell me they're like, Okay, stop.
- 1:06:41What's with your 1980s prices?
- 1:06:43They'll end up tipping me like$50 because they're like, You're so underpriced.
- 1:06:47That's crazy.
- 1:06:48Wow.
- 1:06:48And so I think at least I kind of needed that time to start knowing my worth and charging that, you know.
- 1:06:57And so it's it's been a whole process, but yeah, I'm gonna be focusing more on building my clientele even even further with um Reiki and then going to different Airbnbs and retreats and doing sound tailing and that's amazing.
- 1:07:11Yeah, so I'll have to uh connect you with the wife because she has uh and she just got done last week with these amazing women that come together and they co-curate in a space where then there's like a videographer and a photographer, and it's like a co-creation where they're going to going through their modalities, and the videographer and photographer is going through the process of understanding and taking videos and pictures of each one so people can all be able to understand how each of the women do what they do, and then and then can you know pay for services, buy my wife's tea, whatever, and then it's it's it's a content day so they can get content for their social media.
- 1:07:47So my wife, she's like, they're gonna do and and uh she can probably get you connected with the girls in the group, they're gonna do a sound bowl float down the salt river on paddle boards, so which is gonna be super sick.
- 1:08:03So so you two are gonna hit it off.
- 1:08:06And I even talked to my wife about it too.
- 1:08:07It's like, you know, what is what is your value?
- 1:08:10What is yourself worth?
- 1:08:11Like, what does that look like?
- 1:08:12Because you know, even with lifts off that sponsors our show here, it's like, okay, we're we were charging like way back when like maybe 200, like$99 a month.
- 1:08:19Yeah, and then now we're all the way up to like$5,000 a month.
- 1:08:23Wow.
- 1:08:23You know, and so you start to you start to shift and you're like, holy cow, like you know, you don't need to have so many, you can have a lot less and then and then charge a lot more.
- 1:08:33But like if someone wanted to potentially go through a session, like what does a 75-minute session typically cost someone?
- 1:08:39So for 75 minutes, it's uh$129.
- 1:08:42Okay.
- 1:08:42You can also book packages or uh buy packages.
- 1:08:45I've got packages of three and six, and that reduces the price per session.
- 1:08:49There you go.
- 1:08:49And I do tell my clients, if you are able to do three sessions and you can do like say even every other week, I have noticed time and time again the clients that are consistent, they don't just do like a one-off.
- 1:09:00If you come and buy that third session, it it's really powerful.
- 1:09:03It's almost like your body is comfortable, like we've been here before.
- 1:09:07We know how this goes.
- 1:09:09And so you can settle in even faster and we start to move things quicker, if that makes sense.
- 1:09:14And so a lot more um work happens, especially by that third session.
- 1:09:18So I do encourage that.
- 1:09:19I'm not to be salsy, that's just genuinely what I have observed with clients that are consistent.
- 1:09:25Yeah.
- 1:09:25Um, well, what I've learned too is that like on the salesied subject matter, it's like once you get to a point, and this is like an aha moment that I had this week with my company.
- 1:09:34It's like once you get to a point where like, you know what you're doing, you know the value, you have the testimonials, like you are now like that coach.
- 1:09:42You know what I'm saying?
- 1:09:43Like you're that coach, you're that practitioner.
- 1:09:45And like it if they know your value, which you've already proved time and time again, then it is what it is, and that's it.
- 1:09:52You know what I'm saying?
- 1:09:53And that's exactly what I had to go through because I'm just like, hold on here.
- 1:09:56And I was going through a lot of like, because right now it's bit is busy for agents.
- 1:10:00I work with real estate professionals, so it's not busy for marketing.
- 1:10:02Like, they're not thinking about getting a website and doing marketing.
- 1:10:05They're like, okay, kids are out of out of school, we're buying, we're selling, we're going on trips, all that type of stuff.
- 1:10:10And so I'm like, all right, like coming from a consultant, like, and we know our value and they're coming highly referred, take it or leave it.
- 1:10:18This is the results.
- 1:10:19Yeah, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:10:21And so, so I'm a customer and uh I'm gonna come and I'm gonna do the three sessions.
- 1:10:26So I'm just gonna put that out there.
- 1:10:28I'd be so excited to have you.
- 1:10:29And then I would love to be able to share the experience with you all out there.
- 1:10:34Um, you know, it is the lift-off experience, and you know, if we had more time and all that type of stuff, you know, maybe we'll do this, do it again, and maybe we can do a podcast where we can do a session.
- 1:10:43And who knows, maybe after a couple sessions, if you want to do a live one, you know, maybe we could use the studio and yeah, that'd be amazing.
- 1:10:51It's up to you.
- 1:10:51I don't know how that works, and but I'm totally open because I was talking to my wife, and she wants to go and she wants to try a DMT.
- 1:10:59And so one of the girls that you're probably gonna meet in her group, she does the guided DMT and she's she's from um Oregon.
- 1:11:05She moved out here just like six months ago, and so she does it's only a couple minutes, and she does this guided DMT session to really go into uh it's all about relieving the ego.
- 1:11:17So she releases the ego, and then you go through this whatever it is that comes up that you need to learn um process.
- 1:11:24And so she's like connecting me with all the girls to be on this show, and then she wants to do it together, and you can do it as a couple.
- 1:11:30So I said, let's do it together.
- 1:11:31And I said, let's get her on the show, and then I want to do it live with you guys all and and and be a vessel to then show you know what it looks like and what have you, because I feel like I feel like the thing that's missing that I hope everyone can eventually get to is like life is like a video game.
- 1:11:48Like, why can't it not be a video game?
- 1:11:50Why can't it not be like you said?
- 1:11:51You never know what to expect.
- 1:11:53Sometimes you're doing hair, then you have to chopping up your kids.
- 1:11:56You know, and as long as you have, you know, your husband and your family, everyone supports, it's like, you know, you have not to lose.
- 1:12:03Yeah.
- 1:12:03You have the game.
- 1:12:04Yeah, to just be open to it.
- 1:12:06Yeah.
- 1:12:06You're open to trying new experiences and being willing to kind of like self-reflect.
- 1:12:10Um, the the ones that show up with just open mind.
- 1:12:13They're like, okay, I'm maybe I'm nervous or I've never tried this and I'm just curious.
- 1:12:17Um, they tend to fill the most.
- 1:12:19I have had some clients, uh, a lot of times with men, that um they automatically start working on them and I will literally fill a wall.
- 1:12:28And I'm like, okay, so we're gonna do some more things.
- 1:12:30And so I'll take a step back and see what they need and kind of fill it out, maybe some breath work, maybe something else.
- 1:12:35And then eventually almost like start to peel back these layers.
- 1:12:38And when we get done, I'm like, so were you kind of nervous about this?
- 1:12:41I feel like you've kind of put up walls.
- 1:12:42You tend to do that a lot in your life.
- 1:12:43They're like, yeah, actually, I'm like, you have a hard time trusting people because this and this happened, you know.
- 1:12:48And so we'll start to break it down.
- 1:12:49And I'm like, okay, you book two more sessions.
- 1:12:51And now that we've gotten through that, we can like really get in there, you know?
- 1:12:55So yeah, if you can show up, just open mind.
- 1:12:57Like, I'm just here for whatever, you know, and just flow with it.
- 1:13:00My wife and I have gone through that, and that's something we're working on is that like we've gone through things in our past, and it's funny how you find someone who can be a partner who then has similar things.
- 1:13:11And so uh we're searching right now for our soul family, and you know, it a lot of it has been transactional and and and so moving past transactional and and being more intentional to like build that soul family and like have awesome, just cool opportunities to co-create and get ki kids together and families and barbecues and fourth of July or whatever.
- 1:13:34Um, because you can make a big excuse, right?
- 1:13:36You're busy.
- 1:13:37Yep, you know, you're busy, you got work, you got kids, they got they got they got activities.
- 1:13:42I have no time, but then it's just like if you're making up this fun, cool video game, then you gotta make time.
- 1:13:48All the time in the world, you have all the time in the world, yeah, and so that's what she's really excited and nervous about with her new girlfriends, and so I think you getting connected would be huge.
- 1:13:56Yeah, I would love that.
- 1:13:57Um, that's what I'm also doing, and I'm getting more and more connected closer to individuals that I feel like are in the alignment.
- 1:14:03Um, because also, too, I think even me for for me personally, it's like what I'm doing is it's very one-off in different ways.
- 1:14:11And also, like they say, like you're the five sum of the people you hang out the most.
- 1:14:16So then I'm wanting to be conscious and uh not to push anyone away out there who's watching this, or like, I don't wonder he doesn't give me a DM back, but I'm pretty good about DMing people back.
- 1:14:26I just certain people, I'm like, I don't know how close I really want them to totally get that be in my specific, because you know, like I don't know, I just there's a certain type of energy and vibe.
- 1:14:35And when you come in, like, I would love to get your feedback.
- 1:14:39How did you feel when you first came in?
- 1:14:40And just like the vibe, just energy.
- 1:14:44Totally open.
- 1:14:44Yeah, it's just awesome, so beautiful.
- 1:14:46Awesome, awesome, cool, cool.
- 1:14:48And so, and so yeah, so we'll see.
- 1:14:50We'll see how it all kind of unravels before it goes.
- 1:14:53So watch it play out.
- 1:14:54Yeah, and I'm excited to be able to have this opportunity to co-create to be able to go deeper into all this stuff because you never know, you know, who and what.
- 1:15:02So, what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna flip the script.
- 1:15:05I can't believe it's already an hour and 20 minutes.
- 1:15:07I'm gonna flip the script.
- 1:15:08So if you were the host of this show, getting into topics, questions, whatever, I would love to just co-create with you here and just give you the opportunity to kind of.
- 1:15:19I mean, I know you already gave the viewers and listeners a lot of stuff to think about.
- 1:15:23And probably too much.
- 1:15:24That's what I was sitting here thinking, and I'm like, shoot, case, what did you say?
- 1:15:27Also, I'm feeling like I have um quite a few uh friends and family members that don't know all the things.
- 1:15:34I mean, if they listen to the podcast that I did have with my friend, the medium mixology, then they do know that, you know, but a lot of them don't.
- 1:15:42Okay, like you're talking like past life stuff.
- 1:15:45And it's just it's kind of taboo in the religious world.
- 1:15:49And so even though I am a super, I'm an open book and I have no problem being vulnerable, um, it it's hard.
- 1:15:56It takes a lot, a lot of like courage because I know I'm I'm gonna have some conversations when this episode comes out, and it's fine.
- 1:16:04I'm open for it.
- 1:16:05Um, but yeah, it definitely through thinking.
- 1:16:09It's funny you say that because my wife was on and then um she didn't open up a hundred percent.
- 1:16:16But it it's the hardest when it comes to those that are closest to you, right?
- 1:16:20And then you want to open up and you want to be your true, authentic, honest self.
- 1:16:24And it's interesting how like we can meet each other, and there is nothing other than what is from this co-creation opportunity.
- 1:16:31Yeah, there's no like uh you know, whatever comp uh conceived, perceived notion of of whatever or baggage, or you know, not even saying there's baggage with family, it's just there's this like perceived, there's this like how do you say it, preconceived notion of what is and what should.
- 1:16:48And not everyone understands that, like why?
- 1:16:52Like, if we were born into this world and all we know is what our mother and father and grandfather and grandmother and then their forefathers and and mothers and so on and so forth have told us, then why wouldn't we want to ask additional questions?
- 1:17:06Like and if you don't, there's really no growth, you're gonna stay in that mindset, that path, that little box, yes, and never know what could be, you know.
- 1:17:16100%.
- 1:17:17It was interesting.
- 1:17:18My um I had a really close family member that she was observing me do Reiki on another family member, and she is still very much in the religion.
- 1:17:28And um I was aware of her watching it.
- 1:17:31I was totally fine with it.
- 1:17:32I told her she could.
- 1:17:33Um, and then when we got done, she was like, Hey, I need to talk to you.
- 1:17:37Uh, something came up when I was watching that and I was like, oh shoot, I was getting worried.
- 1:17:41Oh my gosh, I was doing something crazy.
- 1:17:43And she's like, you know, I'm realizing you had to leave the religion and that that faith system, that box you were in to be able to do what you were meant to be doing.
- 1:17:54And I do firmly believe that everyone has a different path, kind of like what we talked about before.
- 1:17:59Um, and I do think there's also divine timing.
- 1:18:02And so I don't know that I would have been ready to show up um in the way I show up now with the life experiences I have now, if I would have tried to do this work in my 20s.
- 1:18:11I think it would have looked very different.
- 1:18:13And so um I I just want to like encourage like your listeners to to at least try to be open and um to really trust yourself.
- 1:18:21I think that's the scariest part to like trust those feelings, your intuition, those gut feelings.
- 1:18:26And if you want to try something new and something different that's totally out of the box that you're like, oh, no one's gonna accept me if I do it.
- 1:18:32Yeah, but say flip it and say, what if they do?
- 1:18:35What would it look like?
- 1:18:36How would it be if they did accept me and what I want to be doing and my shift in my career path and my different choices?
- 1:18:43Um, and at least try to go there.
- 1:18:45Yeah.
- 1:18:45You know, we get so like stuck in this one way and this is the only way to do it.
- 1:18:49And there's so many ways to do it.
- 1:18:51And I do believe that everyone is intuitive.
- 1:18:53I believe that everyone has different gifts and abilities, spiritual gifts and abilities.
- 1:18:58Most of them just haven't tapped into them yet.
- 1:19:00So, like you and I are no different than anyone else out there.
- 1:19:02We're just trying to lean more into um something that might seem a little different or out of the box because when we do that, we're able to really show up for people in ways that we couldn't before and also show up for ourselves.
- 1:19:14It ends up being like a win-win.
- 1:19:16Yeah.
- 1:19:16You know, it's like I want to pour back and give into you.
- 1:19:18And when I do that, it also is pouring back into me.
- 1:19:21Like this type of healing is that's why it's hard for me to charge.
- 1:19:25Like, and and some people are funny about prices on it or like with readings, especially.
- 1:19:30Well, don't you feel we're charging for that?
- 1:19:32And I didn't for the longest time.
- 1:19:33And I still get people messaging me like, hey, Case, can you tap in?
- 1:19:36What do you got for this and this?
- 1:19:37And then I end up doing a reading and I don't charge.
- 1:19:39Well, that's my that's my time and that's my energy, you know?
- 1:19:43And so, like, you you do have to um honor yourself enough to say, you know, actually, I do need to be uh charging for this because I yeah, I gotta have, I gotta live in this 3D world, you know, I've got to pay the bills.
- 1:19:54Yes.
- 1:19:54Um, but if it could end up being a win-win though, that I feel genuinely feel really good doing it, like how I did with hair all those years and teaching piano to the children, like I it was such a a beautiful thing to for them to feel better when they left my chair or the piano bench, you know, like it's just so beautiful.
- 1:20:11I love that.
- 1:20:12And I want to add to it from the perspective of think about it like so Casey just said if you can trust your intuition and really feed into that, and we all are mediums in one way or another, imagine if it was God consciousness that was a part of your intuition that led you to do the things that you are called to do, which might be outside that box, but could could lead to something that could turn into being so beautiful.
- 1:20:42Like, as an example, sitting here with you right now, co-creating is the most abundant thing I can possibly imagine doing on a Friday afternoon at 256 on May 29th.
- 1:20:55Like, this is the coolest fucking thing ever.
- 1:20:58Like, it's so amazing.
- 1:21:00And we're pouring into each other's cup from a full cup and just like leaving this space after we just pour into all of you and feeling so much more alive and well and just energetic, right?
- 1:21:11Because like I'll give you an example.
- 1:21:13Yesterday, I'm sitting there and I'm like, all right, um, girls, we're going out to eat.
- 1:21:18So we go to oregano's and and and typically, so good, right?
- 1:21:23Typically, we just get like pizza and a salad.
- 1:21:25Yeah.
- 1:21:25But daughter wanted pizza, and I'm like, you know what?
- 1:21:28I kind of want like uh meatballs, but I also kind of want like lasagna.
- 1:21:31So I'm like, all right, we're gonna get lasagna, we're gonna get the pizza, we're gonna get a meatball with the sausage.
- 1:21:35Whole buffet.
- 1:21:36Oh, yeah.
- 1:21:37And my wife was overwhelmed.
- 1:21:38She's like, I feel overwhelmed right now, right?
- 1:21:41And I'm like, and I told the waitress that too, because it was like so much.
- 1:21:45Yeah.
- 1:21:45But then we had it today for lunch before our show, best leftovers, right?
- 1:21:50And then intuitively, for some reason, I was told to tip her$100.
- 1:21:54So then I tipped at her$100 on an$88 tab.
- 1:21:59And and then I go over to T-Mobile because we're leaving on Tuesday for my nephew who's graduating high school and turning 18.
- 1:22:06Nice.
- 1:22:07And so he says on the phone, he's like, Oh, um, you know, I probably just want money because I want to get tattoos a little bit later.
- 1:22:13I need to get a new phone, whatever, right?
- 1:22:15So I said, I said, honey, why don't we get him a phone?
- 1:22:18And she's like, Oh, well, you know, money and this and that, and blah, blah, blah.
- 1:22:22And and so the thing that you all have to understand, and one thing that my wife and I are working on, is that when you when you manifest things, it doesn't always have to come from the traditional nine to five or from your specific pocketbook, right?
- 1:22:35So it's now coming from me.
- 1:22:37But we're partners, she's my wife.
- 1:22:39So I said, let's get him the phone.
- 1:22:41So then, so then intuitively, I go to T-Mobile after going to oregano's, and I'm there, and it was interesting because I have the next plan, which I don't think you get anymore on T-Mobile, sorry y'all.
- 1:22:52But I'm talking to the guy about what I want to do, and next thing you know, he's like, you know what you could do?
- 1:22:56He's like, if you want to give your nephew your wife's 16 and you want to get to 17, you can buy a 13 Pro Max.
- 1:23:05And I got one before after our show, I found one for 250 bucks, and T-Mobile will give you$1,100 credit, and I'm gonna get her a$17 for free, and I'm gonna give my nephew a$700 16 Pro Max, or not Max, but Pro.
- 1:23:22And for$250, they're both winning.
- 1:23:25Yep.
- 1:23:26Right?
- 1:23:26And you know how I'm winning?
- 1:23:27Full circle.
- 1:23:27It comes full circle.
- 1:23:28You know how I'm winning?
- 1:23:29I'm winning with the power of giving.
- 1:23:31Yeah, I don't need anything monetarily because it's the power of giving, and she's now gonna have the best phone in the house, and she has all of her marketing, all of her phone stuff, absolutely videos, whatever.
- 1:23:41He's gonna have a phone he's not even gonna expect.
- 1:23:44And then it was funny because I I I knew intuitively he was gonna say something without saying something.
- 1:23:50And so I have on the screensaver my GTR, one of my dream cars.
- 1:23:55Took 10 years to purchase it.
- 1:23:57And so I thought it, and then I showed him the phones really quick.
- 1:24:00So I'm gonna wait until the 18 comes out in September, whatever.
- 1:24:03He's like, Oh, your GTR?
- 1:24:04And then that turns into a whole nother set of conversations about the car and this and that.
- 1:24:08So it's so it's like going deeper into being, you know, intuitively thinking about what because so many people don't act on it.
- 1:24:16No, they don't.
- 1:24:17That's yeah, and then you and then it's like the what if, or I wish I would have done that.
- 1:24:21I knew that was gonna happen.
- 1:24:22Why didn't I listen?
- 1:24:23I should have make the call, didn't do the trip, didn't buy the car, didn't do whatever it was.
- 1:24:28Okay, first off, I love that you did that, that you were trusting your intuition, yeah, inner wisdom, inner knowing, and leaning into it.
- 1:24:34And then you could step back afterwards and see this, like we said, full circle of everyone just winning.
- 1:24:39Yes, it's this beautiful give, give, you know, like everyone's good and happy about it, and it's all an abundant energy.
- 1:24:46It's beautiful.
- 1:24:47Like, I love that.
- 1:24:48It's amazing.
- 1:24:49And one of the things that I'm getting to a point where I'm just gonna, you know, excuse my language, fuck you, money.
- 1:24:55I want that to a point where I can like my neighbor, her car is breaking down.
- 1:25:00I just want to go buy her a new SUV just because I can.
- 1:25:04Like, that's the type of thing I want to do, and I could feel it because what happens is if you're gonna break people out of certain cycles, you have to do something that is so unexpected that they'll they'd question it themselves.
- 1:25:16Like, what are you doing?
- 1:25:17Is this true?
- 1:25:18What the heck?
- 1:25:19I don't understand.
- 1:25:20No, there is nothing to understand.
- 1:25:22It's been done.
- 1:25:23Because the thing is, then then like Dr.
- 1:25:25Um Proctor, uh Bob Proctor.
- 1:25:27Uh-huh.
- 1:25:28So he talks about like if you were to like spend additional money on a hotel and get a suite.
- 1:25:34And there's a guy, he has a story, he's like, I started just getting sweets.
- 1:25:37I couldn't really afford it, but I could afford it.
- 1:25:39I ended up getting the sweets, and before he knew it, he changed his state of being into an abundance mindset where it actually gave it flooded him income that he wasn't even expecting because he put himself into that vibration.
- 1:25:53Yeah, he was already living that life.
- 1:25:55He was living it, uh-huh.
- 1:25:56Right?
- 1:25:57Yeah, it wasn't just talking about it or writing it down or manifesting on our full moon, he was doing it.
- 1:26:02Yes.
- 1:26:02And that's why I feel like the momentum, and there's a book called The Compound Effect.
- 1:26:06Even if it's a small little thing that you could do to compound to something bigger, bigger, bigger, bigger, bigger, you know, like the phone situation.
- 1:26:13Now, this older gentleman, Jeff, he's gonna get 250.
- 1:26:16You know, my wife's gonna get her new phone, and then my my nephew gets to get his new phone.
- 1:26:20And then I get to enjoy watching everyone be freaking super excited.
- 1:26:25I love it.
- 1:26:25That's incredible.
- 1:26:26It really is amazing.
- 1:26:27And I think like people need to also take a moment to step back and reflect and observe to kind of see those little wins or big wins.
- 1:26:35I feel like they happen quickly, and then we just kind of like, oh, that was so cool.
- 1:26:38I'm glad that happened, or I manifested that, thought about it, prayed about it, and it happened.
- 1:26:41And then we move on.
- 1:26:42Yeah, it's like take a minute to really sit in the energy of that and how that feels because you can take that with you for the next thing that you're working on and hoping for and manifesting for and live in that space and that type of energy and momentum.
- 1:26:56I had I did this manifestation board and this workshop at the studio I'm at, and then I also did it with my kids at home.
- 1:27:01Yeah.
- 1:27:01And so I did my board with them and everything, and I had put up there that I would be doing outdoor yoga in this huge space with tons of people, right?
- 1:27:08And I was like, that's what's gonna happen.
- 1:27:10This is gonna happen.
- 1:27:11Within months, I got asked to fill in and teach this outdoor yoga, and it would, there were lots of people there.
- 1:27:16It was exactly how I saw.
- 1:27:17And she's like standing there with her arms up, just so happy.
- 1:27:19And I wanted to take a moment to like, I was talking to everyone afterwards, and I kept thinking like, case, take a minute to just like stand there, even if you get a photo or you just do it for yourself and put your arms up and just like gratitude, but I didn't because I was feeling hurried on to the next job.
- 1:27:32I'm like, oh no, I gotta go, I got another class to teach.
- 1:27:34So it's like I miss that moment and so now I'm trying really hard to remind myself, just pause for a second.
- 1:27:40Take your own advice that you tell your clients, the students, to do.
- 1:27:43You know, like sit with it for a minute.
- 1:27:45Yes.
- 1:27:45It's just that energy of gratitude.
- 1:27:47Yes.
- 1:27:47You know?
- 1:27:48And so yeah, I love that.
- 1:27:50I I love the manifestation.
- 1:27:52That's one thing that intuitively I've been listening to is um my angels have been telling me to slow down and um I get to the point and Is I've been forced to now, but get to the point where like not that it needs to be like a checklist that I have to check everything off.
- 1:28:07Yeah.
- 1:28:07I just like to be like, well shit, how much can I fit into this dude?
- 1:28:10Oh, that is so what I do.
- 1:28:12I'm so curious.
- 1:28:13Cause you thrive on the chaos.
- 1:28:15Yeah.
- 1:28:15Yeah.
- 1:28:15So I'm like, all right, I'm gonna have the AC guy come and get the AC cleaned out.
- 1:28:20I got this podcast, I got this strategy call.
- 1:28:22I'm gonna go pick up this new jet ski.
- 1:28:24I'm gonna do all this stuff.
- 1:28:25And then before you know it, I'm doing all these things, and then you're not sitting with it for a second and just enjoying.
- 1:28:31And then you're like, oh my God, now I got the speeding ticket.
- 1:28:34Okay, gotta deal with that.
- 1:28:36Oh, now I got a guy who ended up freaking going to our duct work and cutting the ducts because he was trying to freaking sell us on something we didn't need.
- 1:28:44And so it's like and I was walking too fast and I broke my toe.
- 1:28:47I've been there done that.
- 1:28:48Yep.
- 1:28:49See?
- 1:28:49It's like you're just that fast momentum.
- 1:28:51Yes, yes.
- 1:28:52And so I've been listening to um, and for the viewers and listeners out there, you're more than welcome to go through this uh process if you want.
- 1:29:00And I needed to do this uh tonight.
- 1:29:02So basically, there's this video, and it's just like a 22-minute video.
- 1:29:07Dr.
- 1:29:08Um uh what is his name?
- 1:29:10Proctor, it's gonna be Bob Proctor.
- 1:29:12So it's 22 minutes, and um geez Louise, my daughter's watching a lot of Michael Jackson shows.
- 1:29:19Um, and so we've been listening to it, and I just want to like show the camera really quick so the team also maybe put the link in the in the subject matter.
- 1:29:27So if you guys want to watch it, you can.
- 1:29:29But long story short, as I find it, um, oh, here it is Guided Abundance Meditation, Bob Proctor.
- 1:29:35It has 4.6 million views and uh 21.53 minutes.
- 1:29:39And so it starts off with the ocean, and from there you he takes you through this meditation.
- 1:29:45And the first thing that comes to mind when you talk about slowing down is he says, take a second, and if you walk outside and you look around, and whether there's birds or the grass or the trees and what have you, there is so much abundance all around us, and we forget that.
- 1:30:01Like, like I was at the gym and I was doing it at the gym, and I was looking around the gym, I'm like, there's millions of dollars in equipment around us that not one single person even thinks twice about.
- 1:30:12They take it for granted because they have their membership, then they're upset because the toilet's broken or they don't have fresh towels or whatever else.
- 1:30:20And so we get into that lack mindset, and then it doesn't create abundance.
- 1:30:26So you can get to a point where maybe you can have your own damn gym at your house like that, and then you're 100% in control, and people come into your house, you know what I'm saying, enjoying that that that co-creation space.
- 1:30:35Okay, it's so interesting.
- 1:30:36You just made me think of something.
- 1:30:38I um grew up really um humble, we'll say circumstances pretty poor.
- 1:30:43And um, so my kids say that I'm like ridiculous.
- 1:30:47When we have a packed fridge and pantry, I'm like, you guys, look at this.
- 1:30:52This is so beautiful.
- 1:30:53You guys can come in, get any food you want, you don't have to stress about it.
- 1:30:55Like, there's food there for you.
- 1:30:56Because I had moments in my life growing up, it wasn't like that.
- 1:30:59And so the tiniest things I really have a lot of gratitude for.
- 1:31:02So we grew up with cars that a lot of times when mom would have to throw and park at a stoplight.
- 1:31:07She'd ran and grab the jug of water, pop the hood, and throw water on it, you overheat, we get back in the car and go.
- 1:31:11Wow.
- 1:31:11And we didn't have AC.
- 1:31:13So I had this minivan, and that was growing up with so many like that.
- 1:31:16My car in high school, the doors wouldn't open.
- 1:31:18I had a drive hop out of the driver's window and I had a freaking skirt on because it's school uniforms.
- 1:31:23And I'm like, oh, I gotta climb out the window for everybody.
- 1:31:26Wow.
- 1:31:26And so, but I was so used to that stuff.
- 1:31:28So we had this minivan with my kids.
- 1:31:30It was paid off.
- 1:31:31So grateful for it to have it, no loan on it, no AC, right?
- 1:31:34The AC went out.
- 1:31:35We tried many times to get it working, it wouldn't work.
- 1:31:37So I was like, kids, this is fine.
- 1:31:38This is gonna give you grit.
- 1:31:40You guys need a little bit of grit.
- 1:31:41This is how I grew up.
- 1:31:42We're gonna roll the windows down.
- 1:31:43You just have so much gratitude for that wind blowing through.
- 1:31:46They're like, Mom, it's hot wind.
- 1:31:47I'm like, I know, but it's still a breeze, right?
- 1:31:49It's cool in the sweat room.
- 1:31:50You're good.
- 1:31:51Yeah, totally.
- 1:31:51They're like, I'm like, just be happy that we can drive somewhere.
- 1:31:54You're not walking, all these things.
- 1:31:55And so um, I was like, okay, fine.
- 1:31:58Eventually, after a couple summers of us having no AC, showing up to appointments sweaty and gross.
- 1:32:02I'm like, oh, something does have to change.
- 1:32:03I start manifesting this car, right?
- 1:32:05I'm like, okay, I'm gonna get Kia, tell your ride, she's gonna be dark green.
- 1:32:07I love it.
- 1:32:08I saw it.
- 1:32:09I put it everywhere, it's on my phone, I'm telling everyone about it.
- 1:32:12The reason I finally shifted to that was because I was in my my yoga training.
- 1:32:16I have this tattoo on my arm and it's Sanskrit and it's apari graha.
- 1:32:20And it's that principle of non-attachment.
- 1:32:22And so when we were learning about these different uh beliefs, that I was like, oh yeah, non-attachment, I got that one.
- 1:32:28Like because I didn't have things growing up, I won't attach to any of it.
- 1:32:31If I don't attach to it, I don't expect it.
- 1:32:33I'm not gonna be let down.
- 1:32:34There's no disappointment.
- 1:32:35I won't attach.
- 1:32:36And then my uh instructor and trainer and friend, she was like, You're attaching to non-attachment.
- 1:32:41And I was like, what?
- 1:32:42No, I'm not.
- 1:32:43I don't attach to stuff.
- 1:32:44She's like, you're attaching to the idea that you don't attach.
- 1:32:46And I was like, oh, she's called me out.
- 1:32:51I'm like, let me sit with that for a minute.
- 1:32:53So I kind of did some work around that.
- 1:32:55And I was like, I was like, she's right.
- 1:32:56And she's like, and you not wanting a nicer car because you could eventually get one for sure.
- 1:33:01You're doing it almost as like self-punishment as if you don't deserve it.
- 1:33:04Instead of being like, I don't need it, I'm not attaching it to it.
- 1:33:06She's like, I know your energy around it is that you didn't grow up with it.
- 1:33:09So your kids don't need it, you still don't need it.
- 1:33:12And I was like, no, she's right.
- 1:33:13So I did a lot of work around that, shifted my mindset and started manifesting.
- 1:33:17They had one Kia tell you right on the property and it was the dark green, the exact one that and I started telling her, I'm like, guys, look, I was like, I even bought this keychain.
- 1:33:27The keychain I got was dark green.
- 1:33:28It was like this whole like full circle moment, you know, that I was like, okay, here it is.
- 1:33:32And so every day, and I've had that car for over a year, uh, not a day passes that I don't get in that car and just feel so much gratitude.
- 1:33:38Wow.
- 1:33:39The AC turns on, it's full blast, it's so cold, and I'm like, yes, thank you, Jesus.
- 1:33:43Like we have this cold air.
- 1:33:45And so it's just interesting, all the energy around it, whether you're trying not to attach and you're attaching to not attaching, or you're attaching too much to material things, you know?
- 1:33:55And so to kind of like shift your perspective around that and see what it is that you really need and what you feel like not even deserve, but um, that you want to work towards.
- 1:34:04Yes.
- 1:34:04And then that's it's it's interesting how you were being challenged.
- 1:34:08The Lord was challenged you in a way to be able to like, yeah, like your kids, what you went through, they can get a little taste of it, whatever.
- 1:34:15But more importantly, it was it was an example for you to be like, look, you're repeating the cycles, and who out there can can can attest?
- 1:34:23You're doing the same shit that you were subject to, or you're because your mom, or because your dad, or because you whatever.
- 1:34:30Um, and this happens all of the time.
- 1:34:32And this is where people they they set themselves up with these self-limiting beliefs, and they don't even think twice about it because you know, oh no, I can't have that, or why do they have that?
- 1:34:45I don't have it, and there's like all this ego, ego, ego, ego.
- 1:34:48And so what I learned was from the perspective of like stuff like this house, you know, I have the GTR, I have a TRX, and we have the new Honda Santa Fe, which is the same basically as what you have.
- 1:34:58It's just a little bit different.
- 1:35:00Um, and then I just bought a jet ski and then I have the e-bike and all this stuff.
- 1:35:03But what I've learned is is those are just tools to be able to leverage to get people to like ask questions that they didn't know they needed to ask to maybe stumble upon this show, and that's why you're maybe watching.
- 1:35:15Um, because the last episode was about cars and GTRs and a buddy of mine who who who we talked a little bit about a god, and it was more so just about just more of like a surface level conversation.
- 1:35:26We got a little deep, but not too deep, but then have this type of conversation to then go deeper for people to be like, whoa, this is nothing like the last episode.
- 1:35:34Yeah, you're welcome.
- 1:35:35Yeah, we're gonna freak them out to go from cars to like past life regression.
- 1:35:40What the hell is this conversation?
- 1:35:43But but it's like when you start to see it like that, yeah, it takes it to a different level.
- 1:35:48Like, say for your car, you potentially could put a QR code or something on there to then get your name out there, get people curious, because now we're speaking my language, landing pages, QR codes, video messages.
- 1:36:02Like I do all that stuff.
- 1:36:04So I'm the I'm the guy who I need to pick your brain after this.
- 1:36:06I got you.
- 1:36:07I got you.
- 1:36:08I I could I could set you up with your SOPs, your KPIs, your automation.
- 1:36:12How do you know what that is?
- 1:36:13I feel like I need it.
- 1:36:14Intake forms, all that stuff.
- 1:36:16You could you could literally I could set you up where like literally it's like the nurse before the doctor.
- 1:36:21Oh, that's a good thing I can you could have everything you need.
- 1:36:24So before you even start the session, you could literally come in and then you can charge like double.
- 1:36:28I love it.
- 1:36:28I'm just just saying.
- 1:36:29Uh yeah.
- 1:36:30So that's the stuff that I get off on because there's so much on the tech world that people don't even think about because then they don't they don't think that they're worth it, or they think they they need to call everyone, text everyone, or or talk to everyone.
- 1:36:41Like, no, you don't.
- 1:36:42Like, if someone can't follow a standard operating procedure, SOP, and then you have key performance indicators, KPIs, then you don't really have a scalable model.
- 1:36:52You have something that, like, you know, yeah, you can call, you can text, you can email, you can talk to them.
- 1:36:56But then I tell people on the on the agent side, even for you too, is like, have you ever met someone or talked to someone which you wish you just never did, but you had to because you had to learn that you need to build better SOPs and KPIs so you don't have to talk to that person again.
- 1:37:08You know what I'm saying?
- 1:37:09So you can get quicker, faster success with the people that actually want to get into what you're gonna get into.
- 1:37:14Because if you ask pre-qualifying questions, that only you know that those pre-qualifying questions are questions that ask before you meet the person because they're gonna be like, huh.
- 1:37:24And depending on how they answer them, you know directly if it's gonna be a good session or not, or how many sessions they need to have.
- 1:37:30Yes, I love that you're not wasting their time or your time.
- 1:37:33You know what I'm saying?
- 1:37:33Uh huh.
- 1:37:34Yeah.
- 1:37:34So then it's less going to an appointment thinking that you're gonna go to this appointment, it's gonna be so amazing, but it's only gonna be the initial consultation, and then you just wasted that time and you could have done some more hair that you don't want to do, anyways.
- 1:37:44Right?
- 1:37:45Yeah, you know you could be you go see your kids on stage because they have they have a play or something.
- 1:37:50Yes, you know?
- 1:37:50Yeah, I get it.
- 1:37:51And so that's where I feel like um, and that's what I help my wife a lot with that.
- 1:37:54We built her website and that type of stuff.
- 1:37:56But so cool.
- 1:37:57But it's just it's little things like that.
- 1:37:58And I'll show you the car.
- 1:37:59I have freaking lift off all over the truck and QR codes.
- 1:38:02And it says you want to lift off personally, scan here and it goes to a podcast.
- 1:38:07And it says you want to lift off your real estate business, you scan here and it goes.
- 1:38:10Oh, okay.
- 1:38:10Yeah, I need to get it.
- 1:38:11It goes to that.
- 1:38:12It's just it's cool.
- 1:38:13And it's fun, it's back to like a video game.
- 1:38:15Like, you see the bag right there on the floor, that Gucci bag?
- 1:38:18My entire interior of my Nissan GTR is that.
- 1:38:23Are you serious?
- 1:38:24I'm one of the only cars in the world to have a Gucci interior.
- 1:38:27Oh wait.
- 1:38:28Yeah, yeah.
- 1:38:29That's beautiful.
- 1:38:29It's I I got$35,000 into this car.
- 1:38:32I almost have your car into it.
- 1:38:34Yeah, yeah.
- 1:38:36I love that people love cars and I just, it's not my thing, but I think it's cool.
- 1:38:41I think they're beautiful.
- 1:38:42Well, look, look at like this, and I think this would change your entire perspective.
- 1:38:45Yeah.
- 1:38:46When you think about energy in, energy out, and where attention goes, energy flows.
- 1:38:50Think about how much time an engineer has to manifest the possibility of building a Ferrari, a Lamborghini, or something that's gonna cost$250,000.
- 1:38:58Then imagine how long it takes for someone to achieve, get past self-limiting beliefs to make that type of income to even be able to purchase a car in the first place.
- 1:39:05Yeah.
- 1:39:05So when you think about the energy put forth into that car, and if you think about it, I'm gonna go really deep here with y'all right here.
- 1:39:12Everything is alive.
- 1:39:14Everything.
- 1:39:14And when I drive that car and I put that Gucci interior in when I was in Japan and I got back, the car was happier.
- 1:39:20I shit you not.
- 1:39:21It drove different.
- 1:39:23No, I believe it.
- 1:39:23I mean crazy.
- 1:39:25I can feel that.
- 1:39:26Yeah, oh, I totally believe it.
- 1:39:27I think it was Albert Einstein that said the universe is vibration, right?
- 1:39:32So if like everything is vibration, vibration is also connected to energy and that frequency, then it makes sense.
- 1:39:37Yeah.
- 1:39:38You know, if all of us are everything in the universe is, then yeah, it makes sense.
- 1:39:42100%.
- 1:39:43Like as an example, uh, the cars at the shop had a little, you know, there's a little splitter thing and it fell off freeway, whatever.
- 1:39:50So it's at the shop right now, and I'm at the gym.
- 1:39:53I got a buddy of mine, he sends me a message.
- 1:39:54He's like, hey dude, my buddy sent me a text message, saw your car at this shop, yada yada yada.
- 1:39:59So speaking about the universe, how everything works, you know, like the universe has your back.
- 1:40:03You know, it's crazy how stuff like that comes back full circle.
- 1:40:07And that ties back in, y'all.
- 1:40:09The trusting your intuition.
- 1:40:12And I feel like the intuition is the antenna of you being able to navigate your best life possible and to know where you need to be, what you need to do, and how you need to do it.
- 1:40:22If you could just tap in.
- 1:40:24Yeah.
- 1:40:25Yes, absolutely.
- 1:40:26Just this past weekend, I went to go do a sound bath in Sedona.
- 1:40:30Uh huh.
- 1:40:30And these beautiful women, I love it.
- 1:40:32They had scheduled this um for at this Airbnb.
- 1:40:35They scheduled it weeks ago.
- 1:40:36I put it on my calendar, like everything was good, ready to go.
- 1:40:39I told my girls, hey, come with me, we'll make it like a day.
- 1:40:42It'll be a total write-off with my business.
- 1:40:43It'd be fun, spend the day in Sedona.
- 1:40:44Yeah, heck yeah.
- 1:40:45As I'm getting ready to leave, I taught a class that morning, that morning.
- 1:40:48So I was already like going and moving, and I loaded up all my sound equipment and I said to my oldest, I was like, I feel like I'm getting the day wrong.
- 1:40:55I keep checking my calendar.
- 1:40:56I don't know why.
- 1:40:57I'm just, you know, intuition.
- 1:40:58I'm hearing and feeling like, hey, you're you need to check the day.
- 1:41:00I checked out my calendar again.
- 1:41:02I was too busy in that momentum of we've got to get on the road that I didn't go back and check the text messages.
- 1:41:07As we're driving there, I felt it again.
- 1:41:09I was like, I don't know.
- 1:41:10I'm feeling like, is this the wrong day?
- 1:41:11There's no way I double checked.
- 1:41:13We get there.
- 1:41:13I sent her a text message and she didn't respond.
- 1:41:15And I was like, oh yeah, I did.
- 1:41:17I know it.
- 1:41:18And I go and I scroll back through the text messages, and she had scheduled for Sunday, and we were there Saturday.
- 1:41:24I was like, that could be a blessing.
- 1:41:26Yeah.
- 1:41:26So at first I start beating myself up about it.
- 1:41:28Gosh dang it, case.
- 1:41:29You should have checked.
- 1:41:30You knew you felt it.
- 1:41:31And I stopped myself.
- 1:41:33Those are old patterns.
- 1:41:34We're not doing that.
- 1:41:34You don't talk to yourself like that anymore.
- 1:41:36There's a reason for this.
- 1:41:38Divine timing.
- 1:41:39Yeah.
- 1:41:39And now you get to spend the day, which you've been working 24-7.
- 1:41:42You get to spend the day with your girls and your beautiful niece.
- 1:41:44You're gonna have so much fun.
- 1:41:45So I tried to shift the energy around.
- 1:41:47We had a great time, drove home, and then the next day I did a session and then I went and drove there.
- 1:41:53Drove again on Sunday.
- 1:41:54But I was like, who knows?
- 1:41:56Maybe, maybe I needed that time with my girls.
- 1:41:58Maybe I avoided an accident, just the timing of it.
- 1:42:01You know, I really don't know, but I'm just going to trust instead of beating myself up about it.
- 1:42:05Yep.
- 1:42:05Um, but yeah, it ended up being beautiful, and they're the most incredible women.
- 1:42:09So I know that they schedule again because it was such, it was such a beautiful uh sound bath and reiki session.
- 1:42:14Aw, that is absolutely amazing.
- 1:42:17And I'm sure you have stories out there.
- 1:42:18So if you do, give us your feedback, comment below if you ever listened to your intuition and what did that look like, and we would love to know because um that came up to me, uh, came up for me.
- 1:42:28So we're leaving Tuesday and we're doing this whole thing.
- 1:42:30Because I wanted to go to Hawaii and then potentially before or after uh for my nephew's birthday, go to Hawaii, come back, and then do the thing and celebrate, and then you know, whatever.
- 1:42:41So I started thinking about it.
- 1:42:43I was like, you know what, why don't we just go to San Diego instead, and then we can drive down the coast, and then we can end up in the Bay Area, California.
- 1:42:50And then my sister lives in Bakersfield.
- 1:42:52So I'm like, huh.
- 1:42:53What if we go to what if we go to San Diego, Bakersfield, then the Bay Area?
- 1:42:57And then my wife sends a message to my sister, and my sister, I love you if you're watching.
- 1:43:02She's not the best with communication or getting back to people.
- 1:43:06And I'm just gonna say this, and I'm just gonna be 100% honest, and you probably know someone like this, you probably know someone like this.
- 1:43:12People do it with maybe thinking about it.
- 1:43:16They put people in one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, or ten category.
- 1:43:20So maybe like number one is like the like the this is pressing, I gotta pay this bill.
- 1:43:26Number ten, I'll get back to later, maybe within the week.
- 1:43:30Okay.
- 1:43:31So I felt like we were put into like this like seven category.
- 1:43:34Well, I'll get back to them, whatever, right?
- 1:43:36Because we're, and this is this is this is where I feel like the rubber meets the road.
- 1:43:41And in my opinion, if you care about the person, you get back to the person right away, regardless if you're like, I'm gonna put you at a seven because you're not gonna be here into the second, and it has to do with you being out here and blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 1:43:55So then intuitively, I'm like, you know what?
- 1:43:57We're going to the super sick resort.
- 1:44:00We're just gonna stay there two more days, and maybe we'll catch her on the way back.
- 1:44:03Yeah.
- 1:44:04Because at the end of the day, I'm not gonna rush and go, you know, stay, because the thing is too, is that she's having a baby, and we're not gonna probably be able to meet the baby shower because it's the end of the month.
- 1:44:14We're going at the beginning of the month in June.
- 1:44:16So just next week.
- 1:44:17So I'm like, we'll bring the diapers and the gift and whatever we're gonna give for the kid, uh, for the new one, and um, it's her first two, and and just go from there.
- 1:44:25And so, because I definitely want to support her, whatever the case may be, but it's like it's little things that people have to realize that they don't realize, and this is what gets me is I love to be a servant.
- 1:44:37I love to serve, I love to support.
- 1:44:39We have three Airbnbs here.
- 1:44:40I'll be able to acts of service.
- 1:44:43That's exactly what it is, right?
- 1:44:45And when someone doesn't either communicate, appreciate, uh, or you just felt like you were used, it makes me feel like, okay.
- 1:44:55I I no, I didn't work from I didn't come from nothing and be a cycle breaker and the only person in my whole entire family to be where I'm at right now, for anyone to think that it's okay just to like take advantage of the situation.
- 1:45:09And that your time and energy isn't valuable.
- 1:45:11Correct.
- 1:45:12And unfortunately, that happened and it's uh it's unfortunate when that does happen, and then you have to just set up those boundaries and be like, okay, well, guess what?
- 1:45:21Like, you know, it's it is not gonna make sense because I know for a fact, and this is ego aside, that like we all have energy exchange and value to add.
- 1:45:32And I'm here to exchange energy and add value to those that are willing to receive it and and and wants to pour back in.
- 1:45:41Because when it's one poor and one side on the poor side, it's like, okay, I can't.
- 1:45:44Sorry.
- 1:45:45Yeah, and it's hard to do that to be like, you know, I love you, but I can't keep showing up for you because there's not this exchange, it's not happening.
- 1:45:53I'm trying to meet you where you are, but you're not meeting where I'm at.
- 1:45:55And so it's not tit for tat.
- 1:45:58No, uh-uh.
- 1:45:59It's more of like valuing your time.
- 1:46:01Yeah, it really is a form of self-love.
- 1:46:03Yes, yeah, and that's really, really hard for me because I'm like you, I will give all day long.
- 1:46:08And I don't care what time it is, you can call me any time a day.
- 1:46:10And my friends know that, family knows that I will show up whatever you need.
- 1:46:13Wow.
- 1:46:14Um, but then you get drained, you know, eventually if you're the only one that's giving, and um, you have to value your time and you know, and respect yourself.
- 1:46:22Yeah, 100%.
- 1:46:23And that's where I like to keep some boundaries, and um, and also I think that like back to like you said, self-worth and like being paid or compensated.
- 1:46:32So this last past uh two weeks ago, fifth uh GTR event.
- 1:46:36So I had like a bunch of supercars.
- 1:46:38Uh we had a taco guy, supercars, camera guys, the whole nine, three camera cars, wanted to make a whole movie.
- 1:46:44Uh, you know, the intention was there, but the problem was is that you know, I'm leveraging lift off agent to pay the thousand dollars to feed 60 people, uh, the camera guys, and then one crew,$750.
- 1:46:56You know, now you're at$2,000 for this event, and you're not expecting anything.
- 1:46:59You know, and then on top of it, I put QR codes everywhere and I was gonna do a live podcast session, 12 people, five minutes of pop, like this whole orchestrated thing.
- 1:47:09Yeah.
- 1:47:09And then I was gonna, then I'm still gonna do this.
- 1:47:11I was gonna take donations and go bless some homeless people.
- 1:47:14So I got 250 in donations, technically 350 in donations, because one of my buddies like, dude, what are you doing, bro?
- 1:47:19That's all for free.
- 1:47:20You're not even charged nothing, nothing.
- 1:47:21And it's interesting how people will, if you give an inch, they'll take a mile and they won't even think twice about it.
- 1:47:28And so that's where you have to draw the line, like you said, and understand your value proposition, how much you're worth, and specifically make sure that you're charging for whatever it is that you're doing.
- 1:47:37Cause if not, then it's just like they'll expect it.
- 1:47:39It's so crazy.
- 1:47:41Every time.
- 1:47:42Yep, absolutely.
- 1:47:44And what do you think the ex when you think about expect it?
- 1:47:46Like, is that an ego thing when you expect it?
- 1:47:49Is it is it's like it is, and they're not self-aware.
- 1:47:52It's like, how are you not able to self-reflect on this and see that you are taking advantage of?
- 1:47:57You know what I mean?
- 1:47:58Like you're taking advantage of me and my time or my skills, and you expect it.
- 1:48:02It's the expectancy from me that drives me crazy.
- 1:48:05You know, if they even just a simple thank you, or like, you know, sorry, I can't pay this time, or sorry, I'm late.
- 1:48:10But it's like the people that have a hard time self-reflecting and recognizing what they're doing, that's the hardest part to like stay in a relationship with them, or you know, or even just be with them and hold space and keep giving and giving.
- 1:48:22Yeah.
- 1:48:23Yeah, it really I I would feel horrible if I made someone wait forever, if I didn't show up when I said, or you know, didn't even think them.
- 1:48:30I I just would feel awful.
- 1:48:31But I don't know that everyone is in that same mindset or the same space.
- 1:48:34And I think it is sometimes ego gets in the way and just you know, selfishness and your own wants and worries and it's not leading from heart space.
- 1:48:43Yeah, for sure.
- 1:48:43And I can't even believe it being something too like an abundance thing either, because just expecting something like that, like I don't know.
- 1:48:50It's it's very like it's very interesting, and it's something that I just like to observe.
- 1:48:54And I know for a fact that like what comes around goes around.
- 1:48:57So I'm not even thinking twice about it.
- 1:48:58It's totally fine.
- 1:48:59Um, keep on, keeping on, like this show.
- 1:49:02Like, I don't uh no brand deal.
- 1:49:04You want to subscribe?
- 1:49:05Thank you.
- 1:49:06Uh, but that's it, right?
- 1:49:07Like, you know, it's just it's creating the space, and this whole show is for a long-term play, like bigger than Joe Rogan, is my goal, is to really turn this into something huge.
- 1:49:17Um, but it has to be organic.
- 1:49:19It was funny.
- 1:49:20Um, my wife, she's like, I want to invite all these amazing people to your show.
- 1:49:24Do you have like a link?
- 1:49:25And I'm like, Yeah, she's like, that's just a sign-up link.
- 1:49:28Do you have like and I'm the tech guy here?
- 1:49:32Like, do you have a video or do you have a blurb?
- 1:49:35And I'm like, holy sh, I've done 700 episodes and I don't even have it set up for yourself.
- 1:49:41I don't even have it set up for myself because because that's how much I don't even think twice about it.
- 1:49:46Because I I just love this space of sitting down, co creating, have an amazing conversation where we can just like not be on our phones, be present, and then hold space for each other and then.
- 1:50:00The the viewers out there and just just enjoy and co-corate.
- 1:50:03It's so beautiful.
- 1:50:04To let it happen organically.
- 1:50:06Yeah.
- 1:50:07And so that's where it's like, okay, so by Monday, we have all the stuff being rolled out.
- 1:50:10So I have to.
- 1:50:11Yeah, you are going to.
- 1:50:12Yeah.
- 1:50:13We're taking it to the next level, making it more professional.
- 1:50:16And my other half.
- 1:50:17So I have my wife, then I have my work wife.
- 1:50:20And so shout out Vitz if you're listening.
- 1:50:22Nice.
- 1:50:23She's in the Philippines.
- 1:50:23We've been working together for like six years.
- 1:50:25And she is just the opposite of me.
- 1:50:28And she is just absolutely amazing.
- 1:50:30And she is such a diehard.
- 1:50:32It is ridiculous.
- 1:50:33Like, I'm just like, you need to take a break.
- 1:50:35You need to take a nap.
- 1:50:36Like you need to be structured in Taipei.
- 1:50:38CO.
- 1:50:39Yeah.
- 1:50:39Yeah.
- 1:50:40Yeah.
- 1:50:40Chief Operations Officer.
- 1:50:41Oh, yeah.
- 1:50:42Um, because I, you know, no one would hire me.
- 1:50:44I'm all over the place.
- 1:50:45You just want to go free flow.
- 1:50:47I just want to go free flow and chief.
- 1:50:48Ride your ride around your cars and homeless money and keep cursing.
- 1:50:53That's it, dude.
- 1:50:54That's it.
- 1:50:54So that's where it's like the team, they're structured, they're organized, all that type of stuff.
- 1:50:58But like, you know, visionary, you know, I do help out, put things in perspective.
- 1:51:03My business partner, Smith, he's the tech guy behind the scenes, so he does all that type of stuff.
- 1:51:07You're utilizing everyone's um talents and skills.
- 1:51:10Yes.
- 1:51:11That's how you put a good team together.
- 1:51:13That's great business.
- 1:51:14Yes.
- 1:51:14And the cool this is the coolest thing.
- 1:51:16I was telling my wife about this last night.
- 1:51:17Uh, we like to just like lay in bed and just like digest the day and then just talk about all these different things.
- 1:51:22And so she was talking about getting to her next timeline and evolving to who she is gonna become.
- 1:51:28And she redid her vision board and she's asking herself her self-worth.
- 1:51:31And she's like, why am I not like where I want to be?
- 1:51:35And like, why am I questioning myself?
- 1:51:36Why this, this, this, and this?
- 1:51:37So she's like, all this self-discovery.
- 1:51:39And I love that for her.
- 1:51:41And then I was like, you know, myself, I was like, wow, I said, I'm doing the same thing, but with 20 people doing it with me because I meet for 30, I have each team member has a vision board.
- 1:51:51I meet them for 30 minutes a month.
- 1:51:53We do a Monday motivation, and it's it's an open door policy.
- 1:51:56This is not a traditional corporation, and so everyone is co-creating and a leveling up together as a collective, and there's 20 of us, and it's so interesting to then have all that happen at the same time.
- 1:52:09And she's like, Yeah, I've seen you three extra income last past 12 months, and I was like, you know what?
- 1:52:15You're right, like that is crazy.
- 1:52:17That's so cool.
- 1:52:18Like, I love that how much that has shifted, and so and it's one of those things where it's like that can happen on a collective consciousness, and that's where I feel like if you're look viewing and listening, you're a part of that, and that's where I feel like you know, we're a part of that.
- 1:52:33And I feel like we had a contract to sit here and to do this and to serve and support, you know.
- 1:52:38I'm excited to see what a session's gonna do and what's gonna come up and what you learn from the whole situation and what I learned from it too.
- 1:52:46Definitely, you know, which is just absolutely amazing.
- 1:52:49But um, we covered so much, and I can't believe we're almost at like two hours.
- 1:52:54Oh my word, I gotta teach a class in a little bit.
- 1:52:56I gotta have some time.
- 1:52:58Hour and 50, hour and 54 minutes.
- 1:53:00I know I feel like we just solved the world's issues and every topic I know.
- 1:53:05Is there anything that comes intuitively to you that you feel like maybe needs to be said or covered or gone over?
- 1:53:14Uh, you know what?
- 1:53:15I'm gonna leave and be thinking uh that I should have clarified a couple things.
- 1:53:20Like my overanalyzing is coming in.
- 1:53:22So I don't know that if it's a I think it I it does feel uh intuitive just to to like go back and clarify or reiterate, you know, how much I do value and love different religions and the LDS faith, you know, and what they do and what they've taught me.
- 1:53:39And I'm the person I am today because of my upbringing, because of that religion.
- 1:53:44Yes, and my parents are incredible people and taught me so many beautiful things and they fully support me now.
- 1:53:50So I I really appreciate that that even though we have different beliefs in certain things, they still know me and believe in me, you know, and and can feel that I am coming from um like my heart space, trying to lead with my heart and trying to do what I feel like God would want me to do.
- 1:54:08I love that to help others, you know.
- 1:54:10I love that.
- 1:54:10Um and without that though, you know, without you doing or go growing up and going through that opportunity, the contrast wouldn't be there.
- 1:54:19Yeah, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:54:20So so you needed the contrast to be able to see the things that you didn't know that you needed to see to become who you were destined to be today.
- 1:54:28Yes, right?
- 1:54:29So that's why I feel like anyone who's viewing and listening who's in the LDS world, dude, you're awesome.
- 1:54:34Yeah, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:54:37Life's freaking good.
- 1:54:38If if that's what you're called to and you love it and it's an alignment, then fantastic.
- 1:54:43Yeah, exactly.
- 1:54:43It's bringing you joy and you feel closer to your highest self, to God, to what you feel you're supposed to do in this earth life, then yes, baby, do it.
- 1:54:52Yeah, 100%.
- 1:54:53Yeah, I just feel that um if you could just be open, it's amazing that what you'll learn.
- 1:54:58Yeah, you know, and it's just such a such an amazing life out there.
- 1:55:03And um, whether it's like coming from the perspective of like just you know, dating someone someone could talk to, or just learning why someone has fallen hard times or what they're going through.
- 1:55:15Yeah.
- 1:55:15Um, because I think it's so easy to come from ego to knock religions or knock and think that ideologies no more, and because you're on this outside that you know, oh, they're in this little box and way of thinking, so they don't really know.
- 1:55:28But who are you to say that you know better than someone else?
- 1:55:31Yeah.
- 1:55:32I don't know anything.
- 1:55:33That's how I feel.
- 1:55:34I was like, I know nothing.
- 1:55:35I'm just you know what I feel like if we could all just genuinely it sounds cliche, but it's so true.
- 1:55:40If we could really just approach people and new things, new experiences from a genuine place of love.
- 1:55:47Like I'm not trying to judge you for where you came from, what you're doing, what you're trying to do.
- 1:55:51I really want to understand it from this space of love.
- 1:55:54And I think that's where I got hung up with so many different things growing up.
- 1:55:58The the reason certain things didn't align with me is that it felt like a tiny bit of judgment.
- 1:56:04Like, even say the LGBTQ community.
- 1:56:06I I love every single person genuinely.
- 1:56:10So the idea that they couldn't participate in certain things within different religions, not just speaking LDS, lots of faiths have that feeling, broke my heart and never aligned with me, even when I was a little girl.
- 1:56:21Like I understood that and I just didn't understand why we couldn't accept and just hold space with genuine love for wherever anyone is at and whoever they want to love or who they who they're trying to become, you know.
- 1:56:32Beautiful.
- 1:56:32So I don't know that I think that's my the thing that I really try to focus on.
- 1:56:37Absolutely beautiful.
- 1:56:39Yeah, I think that that's that's the number one rule of the game, right?
- 1:56:42It's like you you look at divisiveness and you look at the way that things have been um and look at history, you know, whether it's whites and it's blacks and it's you know LDS, or not in LDS, it's uh LGBT, you know, it's it's now it's them, they and and all this stuff.
- 1:56:59It's like I feel like the things that are coming up are coming up for a reason for us to be challenged in ways to grow to the next level and for us to really realize that like we're we're people, we're energy, we're we're we're we're transmitting energy.
- 1:57:15Uh, you know, back to my sister, she was gay, she married a woman, she got a divorce, now she's with a man, looks just like her ex, but it's a man, that's amazing, and it's amazing, and now she's having a kid, yeah, whatever, you know, it's like you know, I just it all just came from a place of love.
- 1:57:34It comes from love, and then you can't deny the energy, yeah, and that's what it is.
- 1:57:39It's more or less energy, and and people may think, woo, woo, this or that, or whatever else, but like you're attracted to what you're attracted to, it's energy, and you know, it it's why do you think they call it energy drinks?
- 1:57:51Because there's energy, yes, yeah, you know, like and and it's interesting because love really is the highest frequency.
- 1:57:56Yes.
- 1:57:57So if you just approach it, even think frequency if you want, and there's a lot of science behind that.
- 1:58:01So if you want to go there, all the left-brained people that are analytical, dive into that.
- 1:58:06Because really, if it is about frequency, love is the highest, it vibrates the highest.
- 1:58:10The energy of love is just its purest form, highest frequency.
- 1:58:14So if you approach anything you're doing from that frequency of love, you're good, you're in alignment.
- 1:58:20Great things will happen for you.
- 1:58:21The best way to put it in perspective, if anyone who's viewing and listening has gotten married or has a kid, how much love do you have for that new being that you just gave birth to, or the the day of your wedding, and you're walking down that aisle and your count your tears are coming up, it is so powerful that it doesn't and this is the thing that like stifles individuals from the perspective of thinking from multiple different perspectives of this equation, is that oh, but that's my daughter, or that's my son, or that's someone that I'm married, so that's gonna be different.
- 1:58:57Well, imagine if it if it if it could be, you know, more of a co-creation, love.
- 1:59:04What if it could transcend into other things?
- 1:59:06Yeah, because to be honest with you, like we're transmitting love right now.
- 1:59:11Yeah, we just met each other, we don't know each other.
- 1:59:13Oh you know what I'm saying?
- 1:59:14But to transmit love and do and have love for each other to be able to serve the greater consciousness is exactly what we're doing.
- 1:59:21Yeah.
