US DEBT CLOCK WARNING! Why Rates Don’t Matter & Gold Still WINS (Silver Price too) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:01
They're trying to tell us that the gold price went down
• 0:04
yesterday because of the Fed. Are they kidding us?
• 0:08
Guys, we are still living through an unprecedented good
• 0:11
time in the precious metals markets.
• 0:14
The gold price, the silver price, including the precious
• 0:17
metals miners. Let's remember something very
• 0:20
  critical. Despite what happened yesterday,
• 0:23
we still have a gold price over 4000, almost 4100 dollars per
• 0:30
oz, Silver healthy above $50 per oz.
• 0:35
One week ago right now we had silver at what, $48?
• 0:39
But they're trying to scare us in the media.
• 0:41
Take a look at this and I'm going to show you when we look
• 0:44
at the US debt clock and I'm going to tell you a couple
• 0:47
things are going to make it crystal clear that we got
• 0:50
nothing to worry about. As a matter of fact, we have
• 0:52
many, many reasons as precious metals investors to be super
• 0:57
optimistic about the future. 1st, the biggest thing I'm
• 1:00
optimistic about, yeah, I'm talking about you right now is
• 1:03
the fact that you decided to join me down here in the
• 1:05
basement. Please subscribe to the channel.

• 1:13
We want to learn from you. We want you to be part of this
• 1:16
community. Let's go take a look at what
• 1:18
they're telling us. We'll go out to CNBC.
• 1:21
This is almost laughable and I'm going to show you why I hear in
• 1:24
just a few seconds. CNBC runs a headline that says
• 1:28
gold slips over 3% as a hawkish Fed comments spark a market sell
• 1:36
off. Oh my gosh, a crash.
• 1:38
A crash, right? No, guys remember we still have
• 1:41
gold near $4100 per oz. Heck, just a couple years ago,
• 1:46
it felt like it was a fraction of that.
• 1:48
If two years ago we had talked about $4000 gold in the coming
• 1:54
two years, people said we were crazy and we did talk about it.
• 1:59
But this is a bunch of bunk. It doesn't matter what I'm not
• 2:02
even basically, I'm not even going to read any more of that
• 2:04
article to you. I'll tell you what it says.
• 2:07
It says, Oh, the Fed, there were some Fed governors who came out
• 2:10
and and weren't as accommodative with their future outlook for
• 2:14
interest rates. So that made the dollar go up
• 2:18
and that made the price of gold and silver go down, blah, blah,
• 2:21
  blah. Doesn't really don't matter.
• 2:22
I'm going to show you why. We're going to look at the US
• 2:24
debt clock and then I'm going to point out two things that make
• 2:29
it crystal clear that we're in for a wild, wild good ride in
• 2:33
the future. Let's go out to the debt clock
• 2:36
and just do a quick review of what is happening right now in
• 2:41
our world, right? If you're AUS citizen and it
• 2:44
doesn't matter because you know what, guys?
• 2:47
Hey, this effects everybody in the world right now and that's
• 2:51
the reason why right there. 38 trillion in debt.
• 2:55
OK, then we go down here, OK, to the bottom middle.
• 2:59
You can see my green circle. Hopefully interest on the debt
• 3:02
around a trillion dollars. That massive debt load creates
• 3:06
that much interest expense. That interest expense feeds
• 3:10
directly into this, the US federal budget deficit.
• 3:14
Oh, right. That's the amount of money that
• 3:17
our government is spending, more than they're bringing in.
• 3:21
So if you draw an arrow over here like this, right, the debt
• 3:26
creates the interest expense. The interest expense feeds into
• 3:31
  the federal budget deficit. OK.
• 3:33
You don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand this.
• 3:36
The federal budget deficit of almost now $2 trillion per year.
• 3:41
Oh, that makes the national debt get bigger.
• 3:45
And what is that? What happens then?
• 3:47
Well, then, right as you can see again, that makes the interest
• 3:51
go even higher. That creates a debt spiral.
• 3:53
Now, I promised you a couple of key insights on this and why we
• 3:59
don't have to worry about it #1 interest rates, blah, blah,
• 4:03
blah. Think about this, over the last
• 4:06
50 years since they took the United States off the gold
• 4:09
standard, we've had interest rates all over the place.
• 4:12
And guess what? The gold price, they've had
• 4:15
periods where the interest rates went up, periods where the
• 4:18
interest rates went down. But the net of it all is that
• 4:21
the gold and silver price have done very, very well and that
• 4:24
will continue to be the case. But wait, there's more.
• 4:28
There's a bonus feature on top of it those last 50 years,
• 4:33
right, with all those different interest rates, but a big
• 4:37
continued devaluation of the US dollar because of what's
• 4:41
happening on the on the debt clock that happened over the
• 4:45
last 50 years, right? But think about this, think
• 4:49
about the next 50 years, because those last 50 years, the United
• 4:53
States, we kind of blew our rainy day fund in a good in a
• 4:59
period of good weather. When I'm when I'm.
• 5:02
The big point I want to get through to you here is that over
• 5:05
the last 50 years, we were in some pretty favorable
• 5:08
  circumstances in the world geopolitically.
• 5:12
You know, essentially the United States kind of ruled the world
• 5:15
financially. the United States ruled the world over those last
• 5:19
50 years where the dollar went down in value when gold and
• 5:22
silver went up. But think about the next 50
• 5:25
years, because wouldn't you agree that right now, right, the
• 5:29
world has changed significantly today as compared to 50 years
• 5:33
  ago? China, Russia, India,
• 5:37
geopolitically, we didn't have the amount of debt 50 years ago
• 5:41
anywhere near what we have now. So when we look out at the next
• 5:44
50 years, I don't want to be the the town crier in the doom and
• 5:49
  gloomer. But realistically, right, when
• 5:52
you compare the next 50 years to the last 50 years, doesn't it
• 5:56
seem like things aren't quite as favorable for the United States
• 6:00
and the US dollar? I don't like it.
• 6:02
  I don't like the position we're in.
• 6:03
Again, it feels like we spent our rainy day fund over the last
• 6:08
  50 years, right? Our leaders.
• 6:11
And again, I love my country. I love what our founding fathers
• 6:14
set out for us. But what cumulatively our
• 6:18
leaders did over the 50 years has not exactly set us up for
• 6:23
the next 50 years. And so when we sit around with
• 6:26
circle back and make this point, when we look at yesterday, when
• 6:30
we say, oh, the gold price went down 3% because some Fed
• 6:34
governor was given a speech at a fancy lunch in New York City or
• 6:38
wherever the heck he was, and he didn't make it seem like they
• 6:42
were going to cut rates in December.
• 6:43
So, oh, the sky. No, look at the big picture.
• 6:47
In the big picture, absolutely remains in place that the
• 6:51
precious metals are going to do well.
• 6:52
They've done well for a few thousand years, OK, Gold and
• 6:56
silver, I think they'll continue to do well as well.
• 7:00
All right. And this is interesting here,
• 7:02
  let's we're going to do a couple.
• 7:03
I love this guy, Jesse Columbo, one of the smartest analyst out
• 7:06
there. He said this is great.
• 7:08
He's got something great to say about what happened with the
• 7:11
gold price and the silver price yesterday.
• 7:13
Before we do that, I want to say thanks to my 2 sponsors, First
• 7:17
First Mining Gold. They're a development stage gold
• 7:20
mining company in Canada. They've got two big projects.
• 7:24
They're working through the development process, Spring Pole
• 7:27
in Ontario, in Duparque, located in Quebec.
• 7:31
You know what, we're going to look at websites really quickly
• 7:34
for your visual pleasure. Here is the first Mining Gold
• 7:38
website, firstmininggold.com where you can learn more about
• 7:42
the company. And our other sponsor who we are
• 7:48
equally as appreciative to is First Mint right there, the
• 7:51
Silver Mint in Las Vegas, NV making world class silver
• 7:54
products owned by First Majestic Silver.
• 7:57
So the silver comes from the mine to the Mint to you, No
• 8:02
COMEX, no LBMA. And I can tell you that the
• 8:05
members of our community who have made purchases from First
• 8:08
Mint have given me overwhelming positive feedback.
• 8:11
These are all unique products, free shipping on orders over
• 8:15
  $299 and there's a discount code.
• 8:18
Don't forget VIP, like very important person RB like Ron's
• 8:24
basement. All right, let's go look at what
• 8:26
Jesse Colombo had to say. And there's a powerful message
• 8:30
in this tweet that he put out yesterday.
• 8:32
Then we're going to look at some data about what what we can
• 8:36
  expect. And it's good.
• 8:39
It's fun during this, what I think is going to be decades
• 8:44
long, a bull market for gold and silver.
• 8:47
But Jesse said this, don't worry.
• 8:49
Don't worry about a thing, right like that song.
• 8:52
Every little thing is going to be all right, OK?
• 8:55
Don't worry about volatility in precious metals today.
• 9:00
That was yesterday. They're doing exactly what I
• 9:03
expect, which is to bounce around in a sidewise sideways
• 9:08
consolidation for a few more weeks and then break out to
• 9:12
fresh all time highs. This is designed to scare the
• 9:18
dumb money, and I want to talk about that.
• 9:20
So #1 remember, when we look at this chart and these are kind of
• 9:24
his predictions as we go out into the future, nothing will go
• 9:27
up in an absolute straight line. I know we wanted to.
• 9:30
That will be wonderful. But that's Fantasy Island and
• 9:33
the only Fantasy Island Silver or gold price that there is
• 9:38
right is at the Comex, because that's all.
• 9:40
And I got something I'm going to show you in another minute
• 9:43
that's equally as crazy. But things are going to bounce
• 9:45
around up and down. But the big key thing that he
• 9:49
said there is that it's scaring out the dumb money.
• 9:53
And I hate to say dumb money, but basically when, when a price
• 9:56
consolidated like we're going to hopefully have I thought, I
• 9:59
thought silver would consolidate around 4544 per oz, but it looks
• 10:04
like possibly, and this is great news that the silver price could
• 10:07
consolidate for several weeks, let's say in that 45 to 50
• 10:12
range. Those, that's when the weak
• 10:14
links, that's when the people who don't really understand or
• 10:17
really believe what's happening in the precious metals, they get
• 10:22
out, they get scared, they get dumb.
• 10:24
They're like, oh, it's going to create, it's going to go back to
• 10:26
$20.00 an ounce silver. Whatever they leave, guess who
• 10:31
they're replaced by? They're replaced by people like
• 10:34
you and me that really know what's going on in the precious
• 10:38
metals with what's going on with the US debt clock that we looked
• 10:41
at earlier. So it builds an even stronger
• 10:45
base, right? It gets rid of the weaklings.
• 10:48
It gets rid of the the sheeple who watch too much cable news.
• 10:55
Nothing against cable news if you watch it, but it gets
• 10:58
replaced by people who are committed, who are convicted in
• 11:03
a good way to the future of the gold price and the silver price.
• 11:07
So it's I love that tweet. I thought it was great.
• 11:10
Now let's go out and look at something else.
• 11:12
Jesse has a it's like the most popular sub stack going.
• 11:16
It's called the Bubble Bubble Report, and I believe it to be
• 11:21
and I believe him to be absolutely one of the top
• 11:23
analysts out there, but he put out an article a few days ago
• 11:25
Why silver's bull market is still young.
• 11:29
All right, and let's just skip down here.
• 11:32
I got a couple things highlighted for the purposes of
• 11:34
this exercise. Why is the silver bull market
• 11:37
still young? The dates I'm using for two
• 11:40
prior secular silver bull markets are from 1971 to 1980,
• 11:45
the 70s bull market, and from 2001 to 2011, the 2000s bull
• 11:51
  market. Here we go.
• 11:52
This is where it gets interesting.
• 11:54
Let's begin with the most rudimentary reference point, the
• 11:57
spot price of silver. So we're going to look at the
• 11:59
spot price of silver in U.S. dollars.
• 12:02
During the secular bull market of the 1970s, silver rose by
• 12:07
  3600% / 98 months, number one. That means 36 times, not 36
• 12:16
percent, 36 times silver went up in value.
• 12:20
It's like it going from a dollar to 36 dollars, OK.
• 12:23
But the other key thing there guys is it went on for 98 months
• 12:28
in the 2000s secular bull market, it gained 1100%.
• 12:34
  So that's what that's 10X over 113 months.
• 12:40
These are long term markets. That's I believe that.
• 12:44
The good news here is I believe that's what we're in now.
• 12:47
By comparison, the current secular silver bull market is up
• 12:52
  to 100%. Say that's 2X over just 37
• 12:57
months. And look at this chart.
• 13:00
Thank you, Jesse. I love this chart.
• 13:03
Right here's the bottom. This is the beginning.
• 13:07
Hold on here. OK, there we go.
• 13:09
There's the beginning of the 1971 bull market, There's the
• 13:13
top there, OK, here's the bottom in 2001.
• 13:17
And again, these went on for almost 10 years.
• 13:20
Here we are now, right. And as you can see, it's been a
• 13:24
shorter period of time because time is on the horizontal axis
• 13:29
and only at this point up to 100%.
• 13:32
So that shows us that we could be in for some very hold on
• 13:37
here. All right, Yep, very good move
• 13:41
there. But now more importantly, let's
• 13:43
examine the real price of silver, which is silver adjusted
• 13:46
for inflation using the the CPI. And that's the quote UN quote
• 13:51
official data. And man, I hope I got I do thank
• 13:55
  God. I thought maybe I wasn't sharing
• 13:56
the right screen with you guys. And again, thank you for being
• 13:58
here. Don't forget, subscribe to the
• 14:01
channel. It would be much appreciated.
• 14:02
During the secular bull market of the 70's, the real price
• 14:07
again inflation adjusted price of silver rose by 1800% / 98
• 14:12
months. In the 2000s bull market, it
• 14:15
gained almost 900% or NYNEX over again, 113 months.
• 14:20
In contrast, the current secular silver bull market is up only
• 14:26
177%. And there's the chart right
• 14:31
there. I won't highlight this one for
• 14:33
you, but guys, what this is telling us the big take away
• 14:36
here again, when we're looking at big picture, like we started
• 14:40
out this this video talking about the big picture of what's
• 14:43
going on over the last 50 years, what's going on in the the US
• 14:46
debt clock. When we look at the big picture
• 14:49
of previous moves in gold and silver during 10 year, there
• 14:54
were 210 year bull markets. A lot of people, including me
• 14:58
think we are in like the second inning of a nine inning baseball
• 15:02
game. Maybe the third inning doesn't
• 15:04
matter. Most of the most of the run is
• 15:07
still ahead of us. It's going to be crazy, crazy
• 15:11
exciting. And let's take a look at one
• 15:13
more thing. I mean, come on paper silver,
• 15:18
Fantasy island silver, right? That's what we call it.
• 15:21
  Remember Fantasy island Deplane? Deplane.
• 15:24
That's the comex in the LBMA. This I thought was shocking to
• 15:28
see last night, so I wanted to share it with you guys.
• 15:31
This came from Mr. Uppy. Hello, Mr. Uppy.
• 15:35
We appreciate you sharing this with us.
• 15:38
The paper silver is at a ratio of 358 to 1.
• 15:43
Read that again. 358 claims for every one real oz.
• 15:49
This is what happens when the Fiat system prints promises
• 15:53
faster than it mines metal. Silver squeezes are not a meme,
• 15:58
they are math. I love that right math.
• 16:01
Well look at this. Let's pull this up.
• 16:03
OK? The blue section of that chart
• 16:08
is the paper silver. That little sliver.
• 16:11
Can you see it? I don't know if you can see this
• 16:13
on your screen or not. Hold on.
• 16:15
Let me let me pull this up. This little sliver.
• 16:18
Let me get out my crayons for you.
• 16:21
And here we go. This right here.
• 16:25
Can you see this right there? That's the real silver, like the
• 16:34
silver you can get from channel sponsor first Mint that comes
• 16:37
from the mind to the mint to you.
• 16:39
That's the real silver. This blue part, that's Fantasy
• 16:43
Island deplane deplane silver. OK, And what he said, and this
• 16:49
is so critical, right? It's math, right?
• 16:52
  We're talking about silver squeezes.
• 16:54
They aren't missed. They aren't memes.
• 16:57
It's math and mathematics shows no forgiveness on the altar of
• 17:04
truth. Mother Nature always wins. 2 + 2
• 17:08
always equals 4, right? This paper charade at the Comex
• 17:14
in the LBMA can only go on for so long, right?
• 17:19
Everything comes to everything made-up everything.
• 17:22
Think about that. Anything man made right?
• 17:24
And especially when it comes to when it comes to like something
• 17:29
that's governed by math, like the silver market is gold and
• 17:34
silver are God's money. People call it earths money,
• 17:37
  whatever. I'm not, there's not a religious
• 17:39
show, not a political show, but you get my point.
• 17:43
They're governed by the laws of mathematics.
• 17:46
I was having this conversation. You may have get in this
• 17:48
situation, you probably do as well where you're trying to
• 17:51
explain gold and silver. I was talking to an 80 year old
• 17:53
person the other day and I'm like, you got to understand gold
• 17:57
and silver our money paper Fiat, right?
• 18:04
I got a, you know what I'm saying, right?
• 18:07
  Dollar bills, right? That's made-up, that's make
• 18:10
believe. All these paper claims on silver
• 18:12
made-up make believe. Gold and silver are money.
• 18:17
I mean, JP Morgan himself said it golden gold is, is the only
• 18:20
form of money. Everything else is credit.
• 18:22
And that's what we're looking at on that U.S. debt clock, a bunch
• 18:26
of credit, all the new dollars that are created, our debt,
• 18:31
their inflation and we're in the situation as I showed you, we're
• 18:36
truly we're in a debt spiral. I don't know, moves like Friday
• 18:40
when CNBC puts out an article saying, oh, the gold price is
• 18:44
crashing because some Fed governors has said may not cut
• 18:48
  rates as much. Who cares?
• 18:52
Look at the last 50 years. Come on, right?
• 18:56
You know how many Fed interest rate moves there were over the
• 19:00
last 50 years? And what happened to the price
• 19:02
of gold and silver, right? They went up and up and up,
• 19:06
right? What is it since 1971?
• 19:09
the US dollars lost? I don't know, 9897 even heard
• 19:13
99% of its value versus gold. So look at the next 50 years.
• 19:18
Look at the next 10 years. Look at the next year for crying
• 19:23
out loud. I think we're in for a wild,
• 19:26
wild time. Hey, again, please subscribe to
• 19:29
the channel, give this the thumbs up, share it with your
• 19:31
friends, leave a comment. You're important.
• 19:34
It's a big deal. When you join me down here in
• 19:36
the basement, I want to say thank you for being here.
