Latest / SILVER / GOLD / $UFD Meme Coin Investing & Global Economics / US DEBT CLOCK WARNING! Why Rates Don’t Matter & Gold Still WINS (Silver Price too)
Transcript
- 0:01They're trying to tell us that the gold price went down
- 0:04yesterday because of the Fed. Are they kidding us?
- 0:08Guys, we are still living through an unprecedented good
- 0:11time in the precious metals markets.
- 0:14The gold price, the silver price, including the precious
- 0:17metals miners. Let's remember something very
- 0:20critical. Despite what happened yesterday,
- 0:23we still have a gold price over 4000, almost 4100 dollars per
- 0:30oz, Silver healthy above $50 per oz.
- 0:35One week ago right now we had silver at what, $48?
- 0:39But they're trying to scare us in the media.
- 0:41Take a look at this and I'm going to show you when we look
- 0:44at the US debt clock and I'm going to tell you a couple
- 0:47things are going to make it crystal clear that we got
- 0:50nothing to worry about. As a matter of fact, we have
- 0:52many, many reasons as precious metals investors to be super
- 0:57optimistic about the future. 1st, the biggest thing I'm
- 1:00optimistic about, yeah, I'm talking about you right now is
- 1:03the fact that you decided to join me down here in the
- 1:05basement. Please subscribe to the channel.
- 1:08It's free. Just press the subscribe button,
- 1:11leave a comment. We want to hear from you.
- 1:13We want to learn from you. We want you to be part of this
- 1:16community. Let's go take a look at what
- 1:18they're telling us. We'll go out to CNBC.
- 1:21This is almost laughable and I'm going to show you why I hear in
- 1:24just a few seconds. CNBC runs a headline that says
- 1:28gold slips over 3% as a hawkish Fed comments spark a market sell
- 1:36off. Oh my gosh, a crash.
- 1:38A crash, right? No, guys remember we still have
- 1:41gold near $4100 per oz. Heck, just a couple years ago,
- 1:46it felt like it was a fraction of that.
- 1:48If two years ago we had talked about $4000 gold in the coming
- 1:54two years, people said we were crazy and we did talk about it.
- 1:59But this is a bunch of bunk. It doesn't matter what I'm not
- 2:02even basically, I'm not even going to read any more of that
- 2:04article to you. I'll tell you what it says.
- 2:07It says, Oh, the Fed, there were some Fed governors who came out
- 2:10and and weren't as accommodative with their future outlook for
- 2:14interest rates. So that made the dollar go up
- 2:18and that made the price of gold and silver go down, blah, blah,
- 2:21blah. Doesn't really don't matter.
- 2:22I'm going to show you why. We're going to look at the US
- 2:24debt clock and then I'm going to point out two things that make
- 2:29it crystal clear that we're in for a wild, wild good ride in
- 2:33the future. Let's go out to the debt clock
- 2:36and just do a quick review of what is happening right now in
- 2:41our world, right? If you're AUS citizen and it
- 2:44doesn't matter because you know what, guys?
- 2:47Hey, this effects everybody in the world right now and that's
- 2:51the reason why right there. 38 trillion in debt.
- 2:55OK, then we go down here, OK, to the bottom middle.
- 2:59You can see my green circle. Hopefully interest on the debt
- 3:02around a trillion dollars. That massive debt load creates
- 3:06that much interest expense. That interest expense feeds
- 3:10directly into this, the US federal budget deficit.
- 3:14Oh, right. That's the amount of money that
- 3:17our government is spending, more than they're bringing in.
- 3:21So if you draw an arrow over here like this, right, the debt
- 3:26creates the interest expense. The interest expense feeds into
- 3:31the federal budget deficit. OK.
- 3:33You don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand this.
- 3:36The federal budget deficit of almost now $2 trillion per year.
- 3:41Oh, that makes the national debt get bigger.
- 3:45And what is that? What happens then?
- 3:47Well, then, right as you can see again, that makes the interest
- 3:51go even higher. That creates a debt spiral.
- 3:53Now, I promised you a couple of key insights on this and why we
- 3:59don't have to worry about it #1 interest rates, blah, blah,
- 4:03blah. Think about this, over the last
- 4:0650 years since they took the United States off the gold
- 4:09standard, we've had interest rates all over the place.
- 4:12And guess what? The gold price, they've had
- 4:15periods where the interest rates went up, periods where the
- 4:18interest rates went down. But the net of it all is that
- 4:21the gold and silver price have done very, very well and that
- 4:24will continue to be the case. But wait, there's more.
- 4:28There's a bonus feature on top of it those last 50 years,
- 4:33right, with all those different interest rates, but a big
- 4:37continued devaluation of the US dollar because of what's
- 4:41happening on the on the debt clock that happened over the
- 4:45last 50 years, right? But think about this, think
- 4:49about the next 50 years, because those last 50 years, the United
- 4:53States, we kind of blew our rainy day fund in a good in a
- 4:59period of good weather. When I'm when I'm.
- 5:02The big point I want to get through to you here is that over
- 5:05the last 50 years, we were in some pretty favorable
- 5:08circumstances in the world geopolitically.
- 5:12You know, essentially the United States kind of ruled the world
- 5:15financially. the United States ruled the world over those last
- 5:1950 years where the dollar went down in value when gold and
- 5:22silver went up. But think about the next 50
- 5:25years, because wouldn't you agree that right now, right, the
- 5:29world has changed significantly today as compared to 50 years
- 5:33ago? China, Russia, India,
- 5:37geopolitically, we didn't have the amount of debt 50 years ago
- 5:41anywhere near what we have now. So when we look out at the next
- 5:4450 years, I don't want to be the the town crier in the doom and
- 5:49gloomer. But realistically, right, when
- 5:52you compare the next 50 years to the last 50 years, doesn't it
- 5:56seem like things aren't quite as favorable for the United States
- 6:00and the US dollar? I don't like it.
- 6:02I don't like the position we're in.
- 6:03Again, it feels like we spent our rainy day fund over the last
- 6:0850 years, right? Our leaders.
- 6:11And again, I love my country. I love what our founding fathers
- 6:14set out for us. But what cumulatively our
- 6:18leaders did over the 50 years has not exactly set us up for
- 6:23the next 50 years. And so when we sit around with
- 6:26circle back and make this point, when we look at yesterday, when
- 6:30we say, oh, the gold price went down 3% because some Fed
- 6:34governor was given a speech at a fancy lunch in New York City or
- 6:38wherever the heck he was, and he didn't make it seem like they
- 6:42were going to cut rates in December.
- 6:43So, oh, the sky. No, look at the big picture.
- 6:47In the big picture, absolutely remains in place that the
- 6:51precious metals are going to do well.
- 6:52They've done well for a few thousand years, OK, Gold and
- 6:56silver, I think they'll continue to do well as well.
- 7:00All right. And this is interesting here,
- 7:02let's we're going to do a couple.
- 7:03I love this guy, Jesse Columbo, one of the smartest analyst out
- 7:06there. He said this is great.
- 7:08He's got something great to say about what happened with the
- 7:11gold price and the silver price yesterday.
- 7:13Before we do that, I want to say thanks to my 2 sponsors, First
- 7:17First Mining Gold. They're a development stage gold
- 7:20mining company in Canada. They've got two big projects.
- 7:24They're working through the development process, Spring Pole
- 7:27in Ontario, in Duparque, located in Quebec.
- 7:31You know what, we're going to look at websites really quickly
- 7:34for your visual pleasure. Here is the first Mining Gold
- 7:38website, firstmininggold.com where you can learn more about
- 7:42the company. And our other sponsor who we are
- 7:48equally as appreciative to is First Mint right there, the
- 7:51Silver Mint in Las Vegas, NV making world class silver
- 7:54products owned by First Majestic Silver.
- 7:57So the silver comes from the mine to the Mint to you, No
- 8:02COMEX, no LBMA. And I can tell you that the
- 8:05members of our community who have made purchases from First
- 8:08Mint have given me overwhelming positive feedback.
- 8:11These are all unique products, free shipping on orders over
- 8:15$299 and there's a discount code.
- 8:18Don't forget VIP, like very important person RB like Ron's
- 8:24basement. All right, let's go look at what
- 8:26Jesse Colombo had to say. And there's a powerful message
- 8:30in this tweet that he put out yesterday.
- 8:32Then we're going to look at some data about what what we can
- 8:36expect. And it's good.
- 8:39It's fun during this, what I think is going to be decades
- 8:44long, a bull market for gold and silver.
- 8:47But Jesse said this, don't worry.
- 8:49Don't worry about a thing, right like that song.
- 8:52Every little thing is going to be all right, OK?
- 8:55Don't worry about volatility in precious metals today.
- 9:00That was yesterday. They're doing exactly what I
- 9:03expect, which is to bounce around in a sidewise sideways
- 9:08consolidation for a few more weeks and then break out to
- 9:12fresh all time highs. This is designed to scare the
- 9:18dumb money, and I want to talk about that.
- 9:20So #1 remember, when we look at this chart and these are kind of
- 9:24his predictions as we go out into the future, nothing will go
- 9:27up in an absolute straight line. I know we wanted to.
- 9:30That will be wonderful. But that's Fantasy Island and
- 9:33the only Fantasy Island Silver or gold price that there is
- 9:38right is at the Comex, because that's all.
- 9:40And I got something I'm going to show you in another minute
- 9:43that's equally as crazy. But things are going to bounce
- 9:45around up and down. But the big key thing that he
- 9:49said there is that it's scaring out the dumb money.
- 9:53And I hate to say dumb money, but basically when, when a price
- 9:56consolidated like we're going to hopefully have I thought, I
- 9:59thought silver would consolidate around 4544 per oz, but it looks
- 10:04like possibly, and this is great news that the silver price could
- 10:07consolidate for several weeks, let's say in that 45 to 50
- 10:12range. Those, that's when the weak
- 10:14links, that's when the people who don't really understand or
- 10:17really believe what's happening in the precious metals, they get
- 10:22out, they get scared, they get dumb.
- 10:24They're like, oh, it's going to create, it's going to go back to
- 10:26$20.00 an ounce silver. Whatever they leave, guess who
- 10:31they're replaced by? They're replaced by people like
- 10:34you and me that really know what's going on in the precious
- 10:38metals with what's going on with the US debt clock that we looked
- 10:41at earlier. So it builds an even stronger
- 10:45base, right? It gets rid of the weaklings.
- 10:48It gets rid of the the sheeple who watch too much cable news.
- 10:55Nothing against cable news if you watch it, but it gets
- 10:58replaced by people who are committed, who are convicted in
- 11:03a good way to the future of the gold price and the silver price.
- 11:07So it's I love that tweet. I thought it was great.
- 11:10Now let's go out and look at something else.
- 11:12Jesse has a it's like the most popular sub stack going.
- 11:16It's called the Bubble Bubble Report, and I believe it to be
- 11:21and I believe him to be absolutely one of the top
- 11:23analysts out there, but he put out an article a few days ago
- 11:25Why silver's bull market is still young.
- 11:29All right, and let's just skip down here.
- 11:32I got a couple things highlighted for the purposes of
- 11:34this exercise. Why is the silver bull market
- 11:37still young? The dates I'm using for two
- 11:40prior secular silver bull markets are from 1971 to 1980,
- 11:45the 70s bull market, and from 2001 to 2011, the 2000s bull
- 11:51market. Here we go.
- 11:52This is where it gets interesting.
- 11:54Let's begin with the most rudimentary reference point, the
- 11:57spot price of silver. So we're going to look at the
- 11:59spot price of silver in U.S. dollars.
- 12:02During the secular bull market of the 1970s, silver rose by
- 12:073600% / 98 months, number one. That means 36 times, not 36
- 12:16percent, 36 times silver went up in value.
- 12:20It's like it going from a dollar to 36 dollars, OK.
- 12:23But the other key thing there guys is it went on for 98 months
- 12:28in the 2000s secular bull market, it gained 1100%.
- 12:34So that's what that's 10X over 113 months.
- 12:40These are long term markets. That's I believe that.
- 12:44The good news here is I believe that's what we're in now.
- 12:47By comparison, the current secular silver bull market is up
- 12:52to 100%. Say that's 2X over just 37
- 12:57months. And look at this chart.
- 13:00Thank you, Jesse. I love this chart.
- 13:03Right here's the bottom. This is the beginning.
- 13:07Hold on here. OK, there we go.
- 13:09There's the beginning of the 1971 bull market, There's the
- 13:13top there, OK, here's the bottom in 2001.
- 13:17And again, these went on for almost 10 years.
- 13:20Here we are now, right. And as you can see, it's been a
- 13:24shorter period of time because time is on the horizontal axis
- 13:29and only at this point up to 100%.
- 13:32So that shows us that we could be in for some very hold on
- 13:37here. All right, Yep, very good move
- 13:41there. But now more importantly, let's
- 13:43examine the real price of silver, which is silver adjusted
- 13:46for inflation using the the CPI. And that's the quote UN quote
- 13:51official data. And man, I hope I got I do thank
- 13:55God. I thought maybe I wasn't sharing
- 13:56the right screen with you guys. And again, thank you for being
- 13:58here. Don't forget, subscribe to the
- 14:01channel. It would be much appreciated.
- 14:02During the secular bull market of the 70's, the real price
- 14:07again inflation adjusted price of silver rose by 1800% / 98
- 14:12months. In the 2000s bull market, it
- 14:15gained almost 900% or NYNEX over again, 113 months.
- 14:20In contrast, the current secular silver bull market is up only
- 14:26177%. And there's the chart right
- 14:31there. I won't highlight this one for
- 14:33you, but guys, what this is telling us the big take away
- 14:36here again, when we're looking at big picture, like we started
- 14:40out this this video talking about the big picture of what's
- 14:43going on over the last 50 years, what's going on in the the US
- 14:46debt clock. When we look at the big picture
- 14:49of previous moves in gold and silver during 10 year, there
- 14:54were 210 year bull markets. A lot of people, including me
- 14:58think we are in like the second inning of a nine inning baseball
- 15:02game. Maybe the third inning doesn't
- 15:04matter. Most of the most of the run is
- 15:07still ahead of us. It's going to be crazy, crazy
- 15:11exciting. And let's take a look at one
- 15:13more thing. I mean, come on paper silver,
- 15:18Fantasy island silver, right? That's what we call it.
- 15:21Remember Fantasy island Deplane? Deplane.
- 15:24That's the comex in the LBMA. This I thought was shocking to
- 15:28see last night, so I wanted to share it with you guys.
- 15:31This came from Mr. Uppy. Hello, Mr. Uppy.
- 15:35We appreciate you sharing this with us.
- 15:38The paper silver is at a ratio of 358 to 1.
- 15:43Read that again. 358 claims for every one real oz.
- 15:49This is what happens when the Fiat system prints promises
- 15:53faster than it mines metal. Silver squeezes are not a meme,
- 15:58they are math. I love that right math.
- 16:01Well look at this. Let's pull this up.
- 16:03OK? The blue section of that chart
- 16:08is the paper silver. That little sliver.
- 16:11Can you see it? I don't know if you can see this
- 16:13on your screen or not. Hold on.
- 16:15Let me let me pull this up. This little sliver.
- 16:18Let me get out my crayons for you.
- 16:21And here we go. This right here.
- 16:25Can you see this right there? That's the real silver, like the
- 16:34silver you can get from channel sponsor first Mint that comes
- 16:37from the mind to the mint to you.
- 16:39That's the real silver. This blue part, that's Fantasy
- 16:43Island deplane deplane silver. OK, And what he said, and this
- 16:49is so critical, right? It's math, right?
- 16:52We're talking about silver squeezes.
- 16:54They aren't missed. They aren't memes.
- 16:57It's math and mathematics shows no forgiveness on the altar of
- 17:04truth. Mother Nature always wins. 2 + 2
- 17:08always equals 4, right? This paper charade at the Comex
- 17:14in the LBMA can only go on for so long, right?
- 17:19Everything comes to everything made-up everything.
- 17:22Think about that. Anything man made right?
- 17:24And especially when it comes to when it comes to like something
- 17:29that's governed by math, like the silver market is gold and
- 17:34silver are God's money. People call it earths money,
- 17:37whatever. I'm not, there's not a religious
- 17:39show, not a political show, but you get my point.
- 17:43They're governed by the laws of mathematics.
- 17:46I was having this conversation. You may have get in this
- 17:48situation, you probably do as well where you're trying to
- 17:51explain gold and silver. I was talking to an 80 year old
- 17:53person the other day and I'm like, you got to understand gold
- 17:57and silver our money paper Fiat, right?
- 18:04I got a, you know what I'm saying, right?
- 18:07Dollar bills, right? That's made-up, that's make
- 18:10believe. All these paper claims on silver
- 18:12made-up make believe. Gold and silver are money.
- 18:17I mean, JP Morgan himself said it golden gold is, is the only
- 18:20form of money. Everything else is credit.
- 18:22And that's what we're looking at on that U.S. debt clock, a bunch
- 18:26of credit, all the new dollars that are created, our debt,
- 18:31their inflation and we're in the situation as I showed you, we're
- 18:36truly we're in a debt spiral. I don't know, moves like Friday
- 18:40when CNBC puts out an article saying, oh, the gold price is
- 18:44crashing because some Fed governors has said may not cut
- 18:48rates as much. Who cares?
- 18:52Look at the last 50 years. Come on, right?
- 18:56You know how many Fed interest rate moves there were over the
- 19:00last 50 years? And what happened to the price
- 19:02of gold and silver, right? They went up and up and up,
- 19:06right? What is it since 1971?
- 19:09the US dollars lost? I don't know, 9897 even heard
- 19:1399% of its value versus gold. So look at the next 50 years.
- 19:18Look at the next 10 years. Look at the next year for crying
- 19:23out loud. I think we're in for a wild,
- 19:26wild time. Hey, again, please subscribe to
- 19:29the channel, give this the thumbs up, share it with your
- 19:31friends, leave a comment. You're important.
- 19:34It's a big deal. When you join me down here in
- 19:36the basement, I want to say thank you for being here.
- 19:38I hope you feel like you're a part of this community.
- 19:41I'll be back on Monday. Have a great weekend, take care
- 19:45of yourself and I will see you. Yes, you next time.
- 19:50Thank you.
