- 0:38Speaker 1: Birds become a member today.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Well, I mean, it would just be disrespectful. I feel
- 0:52Speaker 2: like if we didn't start with the quarterback, I'm sure
- 0:54Speaker 2: that's gonna be the topic of discussion here. And you know, Greg,
- 0:58Speaker 2: I'll give you my input and then I want to
- 1:00Speaker 2: just go over the last play of the game. But
- 1:02Speaker 2: in this game, it's wild. I mean, I thought Jalen
- 1:04Speaker 2: made some uncharacteristically bad decisions, but also made maybe some
- 1:08Speaker 2: of his best throws of the season in this game.
- 1:10Speaker 2: So but going to the last play, it looked like
- 1:14Speaker 2: he just made three consecutive wrong decisions. First and foremost,
- 1:18Speaker 2: I feel like he should have gave the Barkley Khalil
- 1:21Speaker 2: Mack baited him into it, and that should have been
- 1:22Speaker 2: the handoff. And I feel like he predetermined before the
- 1:24Speaker 2: snap where he was going to go with the football,
- 1:26Speaker 2: because this is a play the Eagles ran against the Bears.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Replaced Johan Dotson with DeVante Smith and they hit it
- 1:31Speaker 2: in that game. And I feel like when he, you know,
- 1:34Speaker 2: took the ball there, he was going to Dotson from
- 1:36Speaker 2: the beginning of the snap. And again you see cam
- 1:39Speaker 2: Hart kind of bail off Goddard and it's like, okay,
- 1:41Speaker 2: if you're not going to give the ball to Barkley,
- 1:43Speaker 2: you have to throw the ball to Goddard there, And
- 1:45Speaker 2: they almost baited him into throwing that ball to where
- 1:48Speaker 2: he did. And again it's first down. The ball has
- 1:51Speaker 2: to at least be you know, Dotson or nobody in
- 1:53Speaker 2: that situation because of the down and distance. But three mistakes.
- 1:56Speaker 2: I thought on that play. It was just characteristically of
- 1:58Speaker 2: the game. And I figure, you know, if you want
- 1:59Speaker 2: to talk talk about that play and overall, what you
- 2:01Speaker 2: thought from Jalen and the game and hole the floor
- 2:04Speaker 2: is heres, my friend.
- 2:05Speaker 3: Well, I think I probably saw it a little differently
- 2:07Speaker 3: than you did, Frank. Now the part I agree one
- 2:10Speaker 3: hundred percent with there was two thirty five left in overtime.
- 2:13Speaker 3: It was first and ten two timeouts. Time was not
- 2:16Speaker 3: an issue at all. They called a play that they've
- 2:20Speaker 3: run a thousand times. It's a staple. It's basically inside
- 2:23Speaker 3: zone that has a zone red look and they want
- 2:26Speaker 3: to hit Goddard in the flat. We've seen them run
- 2:28Speaker 3: that play a thousand times. It's clearly a staple. Heart
- 2:32Speaker 3: squeezed got it in the flat. So in Jalen's mind,
- 2:36Speaker 3: the flat throw was not there. Now, the issue on
- 2:40Speaker 3: the play, of course, was Mac. We can debate whether
- 2:43Speaker 3: we should have handed it off. We don't well, we
- 2:45Speaker 3: don't know and believe it or not. I've had this
- 2:47Speaker 3: conversation with Greg Roman. I used. I asked him once
- 2:50Speaker 3: about zone read versus is it just a play call?
- 2:54Speaker 3: And he said it's both. So you don't know. So
- 2:56Speaker 3: we don't know if this was a straight play call
- 2:59Speaker 3: or whether it was truly a zone read and he
- 3:01Speaker 3: had a decision. We don't know that, okay, or I
- 3:05Speaker 3: don't feel I know that. You know the way it
- 3:07Speaker 3: looked because Mac obviously did not crash inside, it looked like, hey,
- 3:11Speaker 3: he should have handed it off, but we don't know.
- 3:13Speaker 4: Hey.
- 3:13Speaker 5: One thing that always scares me is the latest financial scam.
- 3:17Speaker 5: And with the holidays, it's all about finding the perfect gift.
- 3:20Speaker 5: But this time of the year, not every deal is
- 3:22Speaker 5: actually what it seems. You've got these scammers getting more
- 3:25Speaker 5: creative to trick people into sharing their payment info through

- 4:25Speaker 6: My question, because I figured everybody what go on hurts,
- 4:28Speaker 6: was did Jordan Davis play hisself into a new contract
- 4:34Speaker 6: because he looked like he played the great butt off
- 4:38Speaker 6: yesterday that's money played.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Yeah. I thought he played best gating the season overall
- 4:44Speaker 3: because he had pass rush in this game. When he
- 4:47Speaker 3: plays the run really well, we kind of expect that,
- 4:49Speaker 3: you know, because that's who he is and who he's been.
- 4:51Speaker 3: But I thought he really showed both power and quickness
- 4:54Speaker 3: as a pass rusher in this game. Maybe maybe he did.
- 4:58Speaker 4: You know.
- 4:58Speaker 3: I mean, we've discussed this before that they traded up
- 5:02Speaker 3: to draft him at thirteen, and even Howie Roseman at
- 5:05Speaker 3: the time said that if he doesn't turn into basically
- 5:08Speaker 3: and Jeff, you can jump in here, because I think
- 5:10Speaker 3: you probably you might remember this name better than I.
- 5:12Speaker 3: But I think Howie Roseman said at the time that
- 5:15Speaker 3: if he doesn't turn into you know, basically a three
- 5:17Speaker 3: down player and a pass rusher, then it's not a
- 5:19Speaker 3: good pick because you're not just draft run. He did
- 5:22Speaker 3: say that.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Right, yeah, you know I mean and without saying but yeah,
- 5:26Speaker 1: he said that. But you don't trade up to that
- 5:27Speaker 1: high just to.
- 5:28Speaker 5: Get a guy to play one or two downs.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Again, you know that's my point. So so al it's
- 5:33Speaker 3: very possible that you know he's moving in that direction
- 5:36Speaker 3: and you know, we'll see what happens. But I thought
- 5:39Speaker 3: this was his best overall game, both in terms of
- 5:42Speaker 3: playing the run and rushing the quarterback.
- 5:45Speaker 5: Hey it's Jeff Mosher. And if you have a family
- 5:47Speaker 5: and kids at home, like me, you always want them

- 7:04Speaker 7: Malata you've mentioned just isn't having nearly as goods of
- 7:09Speaker 7: a season as in the past. And one thing I
- 7:13Speaker 7: noticed is he just seems slow on some plays, almost
- 7:18Speaker 7: like a big guy who's not an athlete like a
- 7:25Speaker 7: lot is supposed to be.
- 7:27Speaker 3: Have you noticed that, well? I think I would have
- 7:31Speaker 3: noticed that, yes, And I'd also notice which is very
- 7:34Speaker 3: surprising given a size that there are too many times
- 7:37Speaker 3: this year and this is probably more a technique and
- 7:39Speaker 3: a balance issue where he gets driven back and you
- 7:41Speaker 3: wouldn't expect the guy that big to get driven back.
- 7:44Speaker 3: My guess is, and I'm not an offensive line coach,
- 7:47Speaker 3: but my guess is that that's a technique and balance
- 7:50Speaker 3: issue more than the fact that he's not strong.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:56Speaker 7: I just remember one play, but I don't remember exactly.
- 8:00Speaker 3: He's not had a season overall. I don't think where he.
- 8:04Speaker 7: Was pulling, and it just looked like like, you know,
- 8:09Speaker 7: a real slow guy pulling right.
- 8:11Speaker 1: I thought Mark, I thought he was dealing with something.
- 8:14Speaker 1: In training camp.
- 8:15Speaker 5: We kind of noticed sometimes he would WinCE or grimace,
- 8:17Speaker 5: but I haven't seen that since since.
- 8:19Speaker 1: But it did feel like something was bothering training camp.
- 8:23Speaker 1: But not sure. He's never been on the injury report
- 8:25Speaker 1: or anything. Let's go to Travis.
- 8:28Speaker 3: Travis, how are we doing? Greg good? There's something Jeff
- 8:34Speaker 3: mentioned something about everybody was surprised about. So I'm waiting
- 8:37Speaker 3: for somebody to ask me more about the offense and
- 8:40Speaker 3: then well, then I can tell you what I think.
- 8:43Speaker 8: Well, I want to talk about uh Saquon Sakon looked
- 8:47Speaker 8: like he had a better game. He looked more like
- 8:50Speaker 8: the Squon of last year than he has in any
- 8:52Speaker 8: other game this year. I thought, and I'm wondering what
- 8:57Speaker 8: was working for the run game. I mean, I know
- 9:00Speaker 8: it didn't work great, and there was what I thought
- 9:03Speaker 8: I saw. The trend was is when they started to
- 9:05Speaker 8: run more outside zone is when got more production.
- 9:10Speaker 3: I thought, in the first half their run game look
- 9:12Speaker 3: as consistent and productive as it has all season, and
- 9:15Speaker 3: it was almost all zone concepts. And you know what, Travis,
- 9:18Speaker 3: It's funny how it works. When guys block people at
- 9:21Speaker 3: the first level of the defense, Saquon can actually get
- 9:24Speaker 3: to the second level of the defense. And boy, it
- 9:26Speaker 3: looks a lot different when that happens, doesn't it.
- 9:29Speaker 5: Hey, Philly fans game day is stressful enough. Parking, traffic,
- 9:33Speaker 5: long lines, We've all been there. But when it comes
- 9:36Speaker 5: to your cannabis, Camden Apothecary makes it easy. This is

- 10:14Speaker 5: even show love to the community with specials for fans, students,
- 10:18Speaker 5: service members, and healthcare pros camed in Apothecary, Top quality cannabis,
- 10:24Speaker 5: great prices, and an experience made for Philly fans twenty
- 10:27Speaker 5: one and up.
- 10:28Speaker 4: Who question. It goes back to the defense again. There
- 10:31Speaker 4: was a play in the first half early in the
- 10:33Speaker 4: game where they did a short pass and the guy
- 10:36Speaker 4: ran down the sideline and the short running back against
- 10:40Speaker 4: his team.
- 10:41Speaker 3: Now, what's going on there? Yeah, yeah, yeah, Well what
- 10:46Speaker 3: happened is the whole route concept was to one side
- 10:48Speaker 3: of the field, and pretty much every receiver, all four receivers,
- 10:53Speaker 3: not Vidal because he was the check down all four
- 10:55Speaker 3: and he blocked initially, So all four receivers worked to
- 10:59Speaker 3: one side of the field and overload, and so the
- 11:01Speaker 3: entire defense moved to that side. Because you don't have
- 11:04Speaker 3: enough bodies and zone. You have to have people move
- 11:07Speaker 3: to that side because they're flooding that side. And then
- 11:09Speaker 3: it was a very late checkdown back to the side
- 11:13Speaker 3: of the field where you could make the argument that
- 11:16Speaker 3: it was Dean's responsibility, but he had moved over because
- 11:19Speaker 3: of the way that the play, the structure of the
- 11:22Speaker 3: play mapped out, and then you know he was free
- 11:25Speaker 3: down the sideline and Bond amazingly enough ran him down.
- 11:28Speaker 5: Hey, I still like a good night out, but I'm
- 11:31Speaker 5: not always in the mood to drink, and that's why
- 11:34Speaker 5: I looked for a great alternative, and I found one.
