- 0:00SPEAKER_00: I have always known that I am supposed to be what I call the magic teacher.
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: My whole thing is about teaching metaphysics and transformational work to really help people activate their creative power so they can manifest their biggest goals.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: Transformational work and magic specifically for me needs to be applied to something.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: We are living here in the physical plane, and I want to help people create, you know, extraordinary outcomes.
- 0:25SPEAKER_01: Welcome to Reclaiming Consciousness.
- 0:27SPEAKER_01: I'm Elise Bassine, trauma and breath work expert and creator of the Metamorphosis Method, the only methodology bridging the gap between spiritual healing and clinical trauma work.
- 0:37SPEAKER_01: For many years, our consciousness has been hijacked by societal and cultural programming, religion, the media, and familial and ancestral trauma.
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: In this podcast, you'll discover my unique perspective on trauma healing and how it is the gateway to fully reclaiming your consciousness.
- 0:55SPEAKER_01: You'll hear stories and teachings that expand your mind as you discover how every relationship challenge, business block, or limiting pattern is an invitation to reclaim the parts of your consciousness you unknowingly gave away.
- 1:08SPEAKER_01: Get ready to go deep.
- 1:09SPEAKER_01: Now let's dive in.
- 1:15SPEAKER_01: Hi everyone.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: Welcome back to the show.
- 1:18SPEAKER_01: This week, I love this conversation.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: So this week I have Elizabeth Purvis on the show, and you guys might remember her from the Bewitch series.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: She was one of the women we interviewed, but her and I have really connected since then.
- 1:34SPEAKER_01: And she also came into the mothership and has been working with me since last May, like end of May, early June.
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: And we talk about the work and the metamorphosis that she has had.
- 1:51SPEAKER_01: And she's incredible.
- 1:52SPEAKER_01: If you guys don't know Elizabeth, she is a magician.
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: She also has a background in engineering and computer science.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: And she also has been a business coach for the last 17 years.
- 2:07SPEAKER_01: And during the course of her working with me in the Metamorphosis and the mothership, she completely transformed her business and is now focusing on her work as a magician and to bring magic to the mainstream, which is the message she got a very long time ago that that was her purpose or that was her work in the world.
- 2:30SPEAKER_01: And, you know, we talk all about her journey up until she started working with me, and then what she was able to heal around her inner child and the way that it was showing up in her business.
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: And then ultimately really take the ball and run with it and create her business in a completely new way, in a way that is aligned with this new version of her.
- 2:56SPEAKER_01: And the thing that's so incredible about Elizabeth's story is because she has so much of a background and skill set in business, she was able to take the healing that we did and then really use that information to transform her business really quickly.
- 3:15SPEAKER_01: And I think she launched her new program in like January and she's already had over 60 people sign up.
- 3:21SPEAKER_01: Like it's incredible what happens when we do this work.
- 3:25SPEAKER_01: And Elizabeth is just like, she is a powerhouse.
- 3:30SPEAKER_01: She's so fun to talk to.
- 3:31SPEAKER_01: And I felt like I could have talked to her forever.
- 3:33SPEAKER_01: But I think you guys are gonna love this conversation because Elizabeth is the first person I worked with who has owned an online business for that long.
- 3:42SPEAKER_01: So it was really cool to watch how the work affected her and her business and the way she was able to transform it in such a short amount of time because it's only been, I don't know, like seven months or something like that.
- 3:56SPEAKER_01: So you guys are gonna love this conversation.
- 3:59SPEAKER_01: And then please reach out to me if you have any questions about the work, about anything Elizabeth shared, about the metamorphosis or the mothership.
- 4:10SPEAKER_01: Also, don't forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel.
- 4:13SPEAKER_01: I am posting videos every week on Wednesdays where I'm sharing about different topics that are very common for women like you, whether you are wanting to start a business or you have a business, or even if you don't, these are very relevant topics to anybody that's listening to this podcast.
- 4:33SPEAKER_01: I promise you that.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: The first one I posted last week was around procrastination, which is something that I get asked about so much.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: And the one that I'm posting this week, which at this point will have been yesterday, is about how to feel safe bringing more clients into your world.
- 4:51SPEAKER_01: Cause this is a question I get all the time.
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: And I give you practical solutions, journaling, breath work, things you can do to create a shift immediately.
- 5:00SPEAKER_01: So I think you guys are gonna love what I have going on on YouTube.
- 5:04SPEAKER_01: So go over and please subscribe because it helps the channel grow.
- 5:09SPEAKER_01: And then also one last thing the metamorphosis method breath work and trauma certification is starting up again at the end of March.
- 5:17SPEAKER_01: This breathwork certification is unlike any breathwork certification out there because I give you the tools to successfully take somebody through the trauma that comes up during a breathwork session.
- 5:32SPEAKER_01: And I have to say, um, there's a lot of breath work trainings out there.
- 5:35SPEAKER_01: There's a lot of people teaching breathwork, but it is very rare that I see people teaching to what's really happening during breath work.
- 5:44SPEAKER_01: And I've been studying this for over 25 years now.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: There is an opportunity to heal deep trauma and core wounding through breath work if you have the skill set to do it.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: And the women who come out of my program not only have the skill set, but they have the confidence to take clients to a massive journey of transformation through breath work.
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: And no, you don't have to be a therapist because sadly therapists don't learn this stuff anyway.
- 6:12SPEAKER_01: If you are a therapist, that's great because I've had a lot of therapists in my program, but that's a question I get because you know, I go really deep into trauma and the inner child.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: But really, as long as you are dedicated to doing your own personal work and you show up and you do the work and the certification, you will leave having full confidence in your ability to take clients to a deep and powerful transformation that's not surface level, but is addressing and dissolving core wounds from childhood.
- 6:42SPEAKER_01: If you have been thinking about starting a business or you know you want to work with clients, but you're not sure exactly how that's gonna look, this is for you because you will emerge from this program knowing exactly how it's gonna look because I really teach you not how to do my process, but how to take the tools and concepts that I give you and make them into your own process.
- 7:05SPEAKER_01: And that's why my clients who come out of this have been so successful because they're not replicating me.
- 7:10SPEAKER_01: They're taking this really, really important knowledge and these very powerful skills to hold space and create safety for clients and create a container where people can go through a transformation and put it into their own thing.
- 7:28SPEAKER_01: So this is unlike anything else.
- 7:31SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna link it below.
- 7:32SPEAKER_01: But I like to get on calls with everyone who's interested to see if it's a good fit for you.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: But if you're interested, please reach out to me and we can hop on a call.
- 7:42SPEAKER_01: If it's a yes for you, we will make it work with payment plans and things to accommodate what's gonna make it easy for you.
- 7:50SPEAKER_01: But this is something that you will leave with, knowing exactly how to move forward with your business.
- 7:56SPEAKER_01: And I also give you a lot of help with starting your business, with how to create packages for clients, how to attract clients, how to put yourself out there.
- 8:04SPEAKER_01: We do all of that stuff.
- 8:05SPEAKER_01: So you really will leave feeling very confident and resourced to start your business, grow your business, add this into your business, whatever it is.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: So please reach out if you have any questions.
- 8:18SPEAKER_01: I will leave it here.
- 8:20SPEAKER_01: Enjoy the episode with Elizabeth.
- 8:25SPEAKER_01: Welcome back to the show.
- 8:28SPEAKER_01: I just had to hit record because, like, we were just talking and I was like, wait, we need to just start recording.
- 8:33SPEAKER_01: Um, I'm so excited to have Elizabeth Hervis on the show again.
- 8:40SPEAKER_01: You guys probably remember her from the Bewitch series, but this time we are coming on to talk about her experience in the mothership and doing the metamorphosis.
- 8:52SPEAKER_01: And I was just saying before we hit record that I had never worked with someone who had been in business for as long as Elizabeth.
- 9:00SPEAKER_01: And the way that this work, the trajectory of everything that happened was incredible.
- 9:05SPEAKER_01: And I'm fascinated/slash just like excited, and I'm just, and I really want to talk about it.
- 9:10SPEAKER_01: So, Elizabeth, welcome.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: Welcome.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: We're so happy to be here.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: I'm so grateful to be here with you and thank you to everyone listening.
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: And, you know, I always like to say when I start something like this that like when you listen to a podcast like this or you tune into this stuff, it's really an investment in yourself.
- 9:29SPEAKER_00: I know that sounds corny, but like it's true.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: Like, so much good stuff happens on podcasts like this.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: So just, you know, giving a shout out to our audience and and everything they do by listening to your show to move their own journey along.
- 9:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah, thank you for saying that.
- 9:44SPEAKER_01: That is very true.
- 9:45SPEAKER_01: And I think some people like listen to the podcast for like a long time before they actually dive into the work.
- 9:50SPEAKER_01: But I know there's a lot that people get out of the podcast itself.
- 9:54SPEAKER_01: So let's just start at the beginning.
- 9:56SPEAKER_01: Maybe just introduce yourself for those of you who haven't, or for the people who don't know you, and then just kind of what drew you to start doing the work in the mothership and the metamorphosis.
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: For those who don't know me, my name is Elizabeth Purvis, and I am in the online mentoring, marketing, coaching space.
- 10:17SPEAKER_00: And uh, and I've been there for a very long time, very, very long time.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: I have for many, many years worked with who I call transformational leaders, coaches, healers, transformer.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: I love to work with the people who are actually doing the work with people, you know, and showing them how to price and package their services.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: And I was one of the first mentors of High Ticket way, way back in 2008 and 2009.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: So I've been in this industry since 2007.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: I'm very, very old guard.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: I've been through it all, I've seen all the changes.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: And my business is, or at least was until recently, still is, but I'm in a big transition.
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: I'll just say that right up front.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: We'll talk about that because my work with Lise has been a big part of that.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: Um, but my business has been seven-figure goddess, and um, yeah, I just like I love to help leaders just make a shit ton of money.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: I hope I can swear.
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: Of course.
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I thought so.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: I I always ask.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: Well, anyway.
- 11:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and then I also have um a background in metaphysics and western magic for about 30 years, and it's my my bigger mission in the world is the way that I speak about it is to be a part of the movement to bring magic to the mainstream.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: That is magic from a perspective of Western magic, the stuff I've been steeped in, but also just consciousness-raising work in general.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: Like when I came into this industry, I was so giddy to find holy smokes, like all these peeps doing magic-y shiz, you know, like I've been studying for all these years, only they're doing it with people and like, oh my goodness.
- 11:44SPEAKER_00: So it's always been my mission to bring consciousness-raising work to the forefront and to really remove some of the charge around it and also, you know, really help people use it.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: There's an amazing toolkit that we have as consciousness raisers, and it's very important to me to get out there.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: And it has got, I also just acknowledge that over the 20 years I've been doing this, it has gotten out.
- 12:06SPEAKER_00: There's been so much fun to see all this stuff go more mainstream, but that's that's what I'm about.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: So, and I'm in a transition.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: So I'll leave it at that.
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: I don't have my I'm not elevator pitching right now.
- 12:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 12:20SPEAKER_01: And then what made you decide?
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: Because obviously I know you've done a ton of healing work and so much different work.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: So, what made you decide to work with me?
- 12:30unknown: Yes.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: Oh my goodness, lots of reasons.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: So the trend the transformation that I have been in, and it's really interesting.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: So I have always known that I am supposed to be what I call the magic teacher, right?
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: Like, literally, like my whole thing is about teaching metaphysics and transformational work to really help people activate their creative power so they can manifest their biggest goals.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: Like I've always known that has been a piece.
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: And I got, you know, I kind of got that mission at the beginning of my business in 2009.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: And it has been an evolution because when I got that mission initially, I mean, I was just coming out.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: I was an engineer for 10 years.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: I have a master's in computer science.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: And um before that, I also, you know, I was on the road to law school and I have a background in constitutional law and American politics.
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: It's like kind of an interesting mix for the time we're in.
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: But uh, you know, when I got the mission, I was just like, holy bananas, I am not qualified, goddess.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: I'm not qualified for that yet.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: You know, plus for me, and at least we've talked about this a lot, transformational work and magic specifically for me needs to be applied to something.
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: Like I am very, very big on the outcome because we are living here in the physical plane, and I want to help people create, you know, extraordinary outcomes.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: You can have Western magic as a personal growth path, and that is amazing.
- 13:48SPEAKER_00: And it is a growth path because it is about turning yourself from lead into gold, basically, in a nutshell.
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: But I've always been like, what's the so they can?
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: Like, what's for what?
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: When I got the mission, I was like, okay, what's gonna be my vehicle?
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: Like, what's gonna be my pathway that I do this through?
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: What's the application and business coaching at the time for the online coaching space was perfect.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: So there's been a lot of pivots, I guess you could say, as I've gone and really and I've gone through turning myself to into being the person I need to be to be the one who does the thing now.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: And I always like to be clear about that because people are always saying, like, well, now you're doing what you're really meant to do.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: And it's like, well, no, I've always done what I'm really like.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: This has been, yeah, I've been developing this whole body of work and schniz for like years.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: But now what happened, this is kind of where you came into it, right?
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: Is that I have, you know, the most recent iteration of my business is called Seven Figure Goddess.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: And I specialize in high-ticket offers and messaging.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: Eight years ago or so, we were just starting to learn how to use the offer and the message to do a lot of the heavy lifting instead of a lot of the online tactics and launches and stuff.
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: And I was really working with our leaders on that.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: And it was very important to me, and it was so cool.
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: And I learned so much about you just learned so much about magic from offers and messaging.
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: And I had also really thought, because you know, when I got the marching orders, the goddess was like, okay, you're gonna have two sides of your business.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: You're gonna have the business coaching side and you're gonna have the metaphysics side, and they're gonna like do this.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, that's a lot, right?
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: But I really took that on.
- 15:28SPEAKER_00: So I was scaling my business and teaching others how to scale.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: But then I was like, I got to this point, and this was just to like, so that's a whole big lot about that's all the backstory very for a very long time, bringing us up to September.
- 15:41SPEAKER_00: And you and I had started to get to know each other, you know, through our work with Betty and through the Bewitched podcast.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: And you know, I I'd admired you from afar because I've always been attracted to breath work, and I'm always like, I look at leaders who are just doing amazing things and doing cool things with their transformational work, and I'm like, ah, and you like you do that all over the place.
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: In September, I really just hit, and this is very me, right?
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: So some of you might relate to this.
- 16:07SPEAKER_00: I'm going and going and going, and then I hit a stopping point or I hit a fork in the road, and I'm like, all right, I'm going over here now.
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: Sometimes it takes me a while to get to the fork in the road.
- 16:16SPEAKER_00: Like sometimes it takes me quite a bit of time to like go through the the internal process to be able to make a pivot.
- 16:24SPEAKER_00: But in this case, it was really, it was pretty sudden.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: It was just like I had the realization that like not only is the math not mathing in this business, it's time, you know, it is time to take what you learned here and and know Elizabeth, because I was like, oh, but it didn't match my vision.
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: I didn't kind of get to where I wanted to be with it, right?
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: But it was like, no, actually, now's the time for you to start really teaching the creative power stuff in a big way.
- 16:53SPEAKER_00: And that was smack dab in front of me in September.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: Actually, now that I think of it, and I'm hopping around a little bit, I stepped into the mothership a couple of months before that.
- 17:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I think it was like June, like the end of May or beginning of June.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: All right, thank you.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: Help my ADHD brain out because that's a key part of it.
- 17:13SPEAKER_00: No, it's fine.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: But September was when you had the aha, but we started.
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: It was when I was like, all right, we're jumping ship.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: But what what happened before that, because that's important, is that I got diagnosed with ADHD this year.
- 17:24SPEAKER_00: I'm at age 53, which was just huge.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: And we don't need to turn this into a big ADHD conversation.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: So I do love to talk about it, as you know.
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: But that was really the short version, is I was very much, it was very much a holy schniz moment for me because and the things were starting to build in the business and the need for change and stuff.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: So it all kind of kind of happened at once.
- 17:47SPEAKER_00: But shortly after I got that diagnosis, I was like, all right, I gotta do something here.
- 17:52SPEAKER_00: There's I don't even know what the hell's happening, but I've got to like, as I say, go get it handled, right?
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: I just knew there was stuff.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is my approach.
- 18:00SPEAKER_00: I'm just like, okay, I I want something, something's in my way, I'm gonna go get it handled.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: That's my approach.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 18:07SPEAKER_00: So with this in particular, the real, and I think this also is one of the things that led me to you, is that I was able to see once I got diagnosed with ADHD that all of my child, like I've been through healing journeys before, I did a whole attachment journey with my husband, huge thing.
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: Amazing.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: But to not see something that has so impacted you from childhood.
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: As soon as I got that diagnosis, as soon as I saw the real like people laying the presentations out, I was able to go, oh, that's why in my family, that's why in my family, that's why in my family, that's why I don't push my my brains trying to make meaning, but it was still like, holy crap, like all of my childhood stuff is totally wrapped up in this.
- 18:49SPEAKER_00: And I didn't even know, I didn't even know that it existed until Yeah, you can see the picture.
- 18:56SPEAKER_00: So you and I were connected at that point, and I was like, okay, I gotta work with someone number one who's gonna be able to meet me at my level without doing any kind of power over, power under stuff.
- 19:07SPEAKER_00: Because I find a lot of healers, no shade to anybody, right?
- 19:12SPEAKER_00: A lot of people in our industry are still doing the guruing and are not always meeting their people on the level.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: Plus, I discovered, you know, I've got a little bit of that pathological demand avoidance and not what to do.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, I need someone who's not gonna trigger that.
- 19:29SPEAKER_00: And I was also, this isn't gonna apply to everybody in your world, but I was also really clear.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: And again, I still am so new at this.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: I just like May of last year was not that long ago, but I was like, I need someone who is not gonna gaslight me about ADHD.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: I need someone who's going who actually knows about it and can work with it and is not going, I'm not gonna be fighting them talking about ADHD symptoms and how they're related.
- 19:55SPEAKER_00: And that's that was so, so important.
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: You know, because again, as soon as I got this diagnosis, I became very aware, not just of like all the pieces for myself, but like how this impacts transformation and how we lead transformation.
- 20:11SPEAKER_00: And this is a bigger conversation, but it's like more and more it's so important for us as leaders who are who are shifting consciousness to be aware of the whole picture and of all the factors.
- 20:22SPEAKER_00: And you're very good at this too, which is also why I was attracted to you.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: What is the whole context, not just a little piece?
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: Because we also have to look at systemic racism and oppression and like all kinds of things that impact.
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: And most leaders are not able to hold that whole picture.
- 20:40SPEAKER_00: And again, no shade.
- 20:41SPEAKER_00: Like I'm just speaking very, very uh transparently from my perspective.
- 20:45SPEAKER_00: And this is something in the industry I want to speak to more.
- 20:48SPEAKER_00: But you had all of that.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: We were connected as peers and becoming, you know, acquaintances and getting to know each other.
- 20:57SPEAKER_00: And then you, I saw nothing but like real divine neutrality from you.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: And I also knew that you had, you know, the background to be able to relate to what was actually going on and not, you know, discount the ADHD in the in the childhood pieces that I was not sure that someone without that awareness would be able to do.
- 21:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that makes sense.
- 21:18SPEAKER_01: Well, it's funny because I'm thinking about I always say that I'm sure you've heard me say this because I say it all the time, but I always say there's multiple ingredients in the pot, right?
- 21:25SPEAKER_01: When like someone's like, Well, this is what's happening.
- 21:27SPEAKER_01: I'm like, okay, well, there's this, this, this, this, and like this is like the top, because there's always multiple things going on, you know, even though I'm always like, Oh, well, yes, it's the core wound, but also there's, you know, these other layers to it.
- 21:42SPEAKER_01: And I think it's so important to have that awareness.
- 21:45SPEAKER_01: And the other thing too, I think you had said this to me before about like, you know, you don't put yourself like over, under or whatever that is.
- 21:52SPEAKER_01: And like, I actually believe that that way of being is like detrimental to the healing process because.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: The healing process is so much about you, like your process, right?
- 22:05SPEAKER_01: And you being able to figure that out without someone telling you like what it is or what to do.
- 22:11SPEAKER_01: Like, I mean, I can tell you what I see, but ultimately it has to be this process of like you having the safe space to go through it and to figure it out.
- 22:21SPEAKER_01: And to me, that's like the main ingredient.
- 22:24SPEAKER_01: So, but I appreciate it when you said that because no one had ever said it to me like that before.
- 22:29SPEAKER_01: And I was like, oh, that's interesting.
- 22:31SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
- 22:32SPEAKER_01: And then I think once we once we started, it was a lot of, you know, just looking at the deeper childhood stuff.
- 22:40SPEAKER_01: But then I think also as we went along, you were able to see like how the deeper wounding was being played out in the business, which I think ultimately led to.
- 22:50SPEAKER_01: 100%.
- 22:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: Very much so.
- 22:53SPEAKER_00: So again, I've done a lot on childhood stuff and a lot on childhood wounding.
- 22:57SPEAKER_00: But at the same time, something is in the dark, right?
- 22:59SPEAKER_00: Until it isn't, until we're really ready to look at it.
- 23:02SPEAKER_00: And so the stuff that we that we talked about was very much like, oh, and again, I could see how the ADHD and the core wounds were related because I some of the symptoms I had led to behavior on behalf of my parents.
- 23:18SPEAKER_00: And um, no shade to them.
- 23:20SPEAKER_00: They're incredibly loving, but they also are, you know, I was born in 72, different time.
- 23:26SPEAKER_00: And um, and I could see how those two things, how they impacted each other.
- 23:31SPEAKER_00: And then I was able to from there, and this is what I think is so brilliant about your work is you all could probably hear it.
- 23:36SPEAKER_00: Like I'm very, I want to see why things work the way they do.
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: I want to see how the pieces fit together and I want to have a pretty good idea of it while at the same time, you know, acknowledging that our brain likes to see connections.
- 23:49SPEAKER_00: And I'm always saying I always say I'm never attached to being right, right?
- 23:53SPEAKER_00: But I want, I really love to get very clear on those threads because if I, if I'm not super clear on those threads, then they'll just go unconscious again.
- 24:02SPEAKER_00: And you were very, very good at picking those threads out and reflecting them back, and then able to like I just when I connect with you on this stuff, like I always walk away with just insights.
- 24:13SPEAKER_00: I don't think I could get any other way.
- 24:15SPEAKER_00: Because you have this just this beautiful way of receiving and then seeing and mirroring.
- 24:21SPEAKER_00: And so, yeah, I could see very clearly like the first the first moment is like, well, holy shiz, this is happening or this was happening.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: This is the situation.
- 24:30SPEAKER_00: And then you start to see, okay, this is why it's well, this is how it's been the driver in this in the business.
- 24:35SPEAKER_00: This is how it's shown up in the business.
- 24:38SPEAKER_00: And, you know, it allows us to make changes.
- 24:42SPEAKER_00: All of this is coinciding with like, you know, the other internal track, which is Elizabeth fully stepping into the magic teacher.
- 24:49SPEAKER_00: And eight years ago, when I started doing in the business, what I've been doing in the business, it wasn't time, you know.
- 24:55SPEAKER_00: And I even consulted the records and I consulted other peeps, and they're like, no, you're, you know, you're not supposed to be doing that yet.
- 25:01SPEAKER_00: Now it's time.
- 25:03SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 25:03SPEAKER_00: And it kind of coincided with this journey, and then I could see, like, oh, here's all this stuff in here that is just it can't come with me.
- 25:13SPEAKER_00: It can't come with me.
- 25:14SPEAKER_00: And there are times when you can shift things and try and transform them and fix them.
- 25:21SPEAKER_00: And there are some times where you just you need to reboot and start over.
- 25:26SPEAKER_00: You know, and it was very clear uh for a lot of reasons that it was time to reboot and start over.
- 25:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 25:33SPEAKER_01: And I, but I think it was because well, and I always I think that everything is always perfect like that, whereas I notice for me, where like when there's a time that a huge transformation happens or a huge result or a huge transition, it's never just one thing.
- 25:50SPEAKER_01: It's always like, oh, well, I was guided to do this, and then this thing happened and then that.
- 25:55SPEAKER_01: And it was like all these things kind of like came together to create it, but it's also the result of all this like big resets and momentum.
- 26:05SPEAKER_01: So it's like one of those things where it's like, okay, well, yes, you're supposed to do this now, but also you were guided to work with me and also the ADHD, like it like all came together to this moment.
- 26:17SPEAKER_01: And I think that's a really important thing for people to understand too, because like when people think about like, oh, well, this is what you're supposed to be doing, right?
- 26:27SPEAKER_01: Like for you, the magic thing, well, this is your purpose, but it's like it that doesn't just happen.
- 26:32SPEAKER_01: Like there's always these things that lead up to it.
- 26:35SPEAKER_01: And that's what I tell people who are like in jobs or whatever, and they know they have this other purpose.
- 26:40SPEAKER_01: I'm like, but there's a reason why you're in this job right now.
- 26:43SPEAKER_01: Like there's something you're learning in this job that you're gonna take forward to the next thing and the next thing.
- 26:49SPEAKER_01: And I always think about like when I first started learning breathwork when I was 19, if I didn't then go on to become a school counselor and I just like tried to start my business then, what I built now would not be the same.
- 27:02SPEAKER_01: And like it had to go through that.
- 27:05SPEAKER_01: And I think that even though you might know you have this greater purpose that is coming forward, it doesn't mean that there's not these other things that you're supposed to do that might feel like they're not your purpose or whatever it is.
- 27:18SPEAKER_01: And I think that's very important because I I see a lot of people gaslight themselves in what they're currently doing.
- 27:25SPEAKER_01: And it's like, no, you have to trust that this is part of it.
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: It's totally part of it.
- 27:30SPEAKER_00: And also there's there's um skill sets and there's practical application, especially for transformation leaders.
- 27:37SPEAKER_00: It's like we really do have to learn what we need to learn in order to say yes to the assignment.
- 27:43SPEAKER_00: And I learned so much about magic that I never would have learned any other way than helping people with their offers in this way, well, for 18 years and then in this way for eight.
- 27:55SPEAKER_00: There's so much about what I have to say and like what my thing is gonna look like that just would not have been on the table without all of the interacting with people and working with people and applying it in different lensings than the teacher.
- 28:12SPEAKER_01: And yes, like the practical application of it until you have all this to draw on.
- 28:19SPEAKER_01: And I always say this to my certification student is I'm like, just go work with people.
- 28:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah, just go work with people because you're gonna understand what it is that you do, and you're gonna have now all the stuff to draw on so that you can talk about it.
- 28:33SPEAKER_01: But until you do that, like you don't have it's like it's conceptual.
- 28:37SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 28:38SPEAKER_01: I think like now it's like you were able to take all those concepts and like practically apply them to get results in real life.
- 28:45SPEAKER_01: And now, like you, you know what I mean?
- 28:47SPEAKER_01: It's like Yeah.
- 28:49SPEAKER_00: And I even look at like the work I was doing in metaphysics.
- 28:52SPEAKER_00: The you know, I had a manifesting program between 2018 and 2021, and then I shut it down because it was kind of like I'm like, I can't ride two bunnies right now or chase two bunnies or whatever.
- 29:03SPEAKER_00: And I look at that work now and I know so much more about it.
- 29:07SPEAKER_00: Like this, what I do is still the same.
- 29:10SPEAKER_00: Showing people really how to use their gifts of co-creation to just like be the magician with the wand in their hand in a positive way.
- 29:18SPEAKER_00: And there's so much about that I know now that I just didn't know then.
- 29:22SPEAKER_00: And then also, too, I want to make sure I name this is that there are so many different ways for anyone's purpose to manifest, you know, and it in our and our you know, training in the Akashic Records really brought this home for me.
- 29:35SPEAKER_00: It's like there's a zillion ways that you can express your purpose.
- 29:39SPEAKER_00: And I've been expressing magic to the mainstream since I got off the turnip truck and quit my job because of all the other things, you know, I'm helping magicians like get their work into the world and everything.
- 29:51SPEAKER_00: And there's just so many different ways.
- 29:53SPEAKER_00: So we get to really trust our inner knowing and get excited, right?
- 29:58SPEAKER_00: I spent so much time mastering offers and persuasive communication.
- 30:03SPEAKER_00: Number one, because I saw it was magic right out the gate.
- 30:05SPEAKER_00: I was like, holy crap.
- 30:07SPEAKER_00: And I remember having that feeling.
- 30:09SPEAKER_00: And then I'm like, I gotta know this inside and out.
- 30:12SPEAKER_00: And then when I, you know, received the stuff that I was teaching to my to my peeps for the past eight years or so from a mentor.
- 30:18SPEAKER_00: I as soon as I learned it, and I learned his lensing, and he has a very interesting all, it's all mad.
- 30:22SPEAKER_00: I'm like, holy crap, I've got to bring this to people.
- 30:25SPEAKER_00: And those like holy crap sidebars are the gold.
- 30:30SPEAKER_00: They're the gold.
- 30:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 30:32SPEAKER_00: And I'm so, so grateful because I know so much now that I wouldn't have gotten any other way.
- 30:38SPEAKER_00: And it's just super exciting.
- 30:39SPEAKER_00: And then also to you know, have the have all the awarenesses through our work together, which has been really, really powerful because you have a really way of just like making it super practical too, which I think is which you know is really important to me.
- 30:54SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh.
- 30:54SPEAKER_01: Well, it's important to me too.
- 30:56SPEAKER_01: I'm like, I want to make everything practical, but okay, so I want to go into a little bit if you don't mind sharing around like the core wound and then like how you noticed that was showing up in your business, like from the pattern, you know, the perspective of like the pattern and all of that.
- 31:14SPEAKER_01: So I think that's really it's powerful to like illustrate.
- 31:18SPEAKER_00: Totally.
- 31:18SPEAKER_00: And I'm like an open book about this stuff.
- 31:22SPEAKER_00: Ask me questions and I'll tell you.
- 31:24SPEAKER_00: Like I guess, and I just that's just who I am, you know.
- 31:27SPEAKER_00: So I am someone who uh is incredibly energetically sensitive from the very beginning.
- 31:34SPEAKER_00: I now know that I have major sensory processing issues, major feeling stuff, stuff that AD, like women with ADHD have a lot of feeling of the feels times 20.
- 31:46SPEAKER_00: A lot of oh my God, I know.
- 31:48SPEAKER_00: Yes, yes, you know, and I have struggled with that from the beginning.
- 31:55SPEAKER_00: You know, going into a room and being completely overwhelmed going into school and not being able to be in school because of the sensory stuff, or let and then of course, you know, at the time, just to shorthand this, you know, in the 70s and 80s, no one's looking at this at one in in girls.
- 32:11SPEAKER_00: And, you know, my defense mechanism was to shut down and to burrow away into the heidi hole because I physically couldn't stand the sensations, physically couldn't handle it.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: And what I noticed from a very early age is that I also, you know, the upside to that is that, you know, and our friend Robin talks about this, you're just an open channel, like you are an open channel.
- 32:32SPEAKER_00: Like I have been talking to God all day, every day since I was very small.
- 32:36SPEAKER_00: And I, you know, I can just receive information and I, with offers, you know, I will energetically step into someone and I'll get exactly the language and like that's cool shit, right?
- 32:46SPEAKER_00: And I've been able to do it for a long time.
- 32:48SPEAKER_00: That's the light side of this whole piece, but the shadow side is like, holy crap, I'm getting poked from all sides all the time.
- 32:55SPEAKER_00: And how do I deal with that?
- 32:59SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and then no, I was gonna say, and then when you have parents who don't know that and don't give you context for it, then it creates a feeling of like complete isolation or there's something wrong with me.
- 33:11SPEAKER_00: Isolation, complete lack of safety, complete on top of the overwhelm.
- 33:16SPEAKER_00: And that was very, very much because I and I've all I gotta say, like, I mean, my parents are amazingly loving, and there's never been any abuse in my family, there's never been any of that shenanigans, but there also was things that really hit me hard.
- 33:30SPEAKER_00: Like both of my parents, they're in the silent generation.
- 33:33SPEAKER_00: And one of my parents, her, you know, my mom has like four brothers and sisters, grew up on a farm.
- 33:38SPEAKER_00: Teasing was a part of the culture.
- 33:40SPEAKER_00: I couldn't take teasing, but it was kind of part of my family culture.
- 33:44SPEAKER_00: And my, I don't think my parents got like how damaging it was, you know, that kind of stuff.
- 33:49SPEAKER_00: So anyway, all this is like as we started to unpack this, of course, lots of shame stuff, right?
- 33:55SPEAKER_00: Lots of like creating shame to keep myself because if I, because if I if I put myself out there, then I was basically exposed on the sensory level as well as all the other things.
- 34:08SPEAKER_00: So shame became a beautiful way for you know the inner child for Beth, as I say, because I used to be a Beth, right, to help protect me.
- 34:17SPEAKER_00: And also, you know, again on the ADHD sensory processing, like I definitely had rejection sensitivity stuff.
- 34:25SPEAKER_00: So I remember just being mortified at the tiniest correction, at the tiniest thing.
- 34:32SPEAKER_00: And I remember thinking to myself, like, even as a seven-year-old and an eight-year-old, like, girl, where is this coming from?
- 34:40SPEAKER_00: Why are you feeling this?
- 34:42SPEAKER_00: Why are you getting this intense shame spiral?
- 34:45SPEAKER_00: Like, obviously, I didn't have those words, but I do remember being in the inquiry like all the way back then.
- 34:49SPEAKER_00: And I was a compet, I don't know if we've talked about this, but I was a competitive figure skater, which was Yeah, we talked about it a little bit, yeah.
- 34:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah, which is just fascinating because I had a very traditional Olympic style coach, complete with all the head games.
- 35:04SPEAKER_00: And uh yeah, there's a whole bunch of, but anyway, so all of this, this this whole like real sensory overwhelm and overload, plus the spacing out, like the typical ADHD stuff that I very I learned to mask very quickly and also learned to master because I had a lot of expectations on me.
- 35:23SPEAKER_00: Not in like my parents had never been, sorry for lack of a better word, tiger mom type parents.
- 35:28SPEAKER_00: They're not they're not like real pressure cookers by any means, but there is this expectation.
- 35:33SPEAKER_00: And so there was a lot of energy management, and shame was the managing tool that Beth had at her disposal.
- 35:40SPEAKER_00: And and not also not knowing how to like really deal with all of the energy coming at me.
- 35:47SPEAKER_00: And that has always been a challenge in my business.
- 35:50SPEAKER_00: It has always been, I've always needed buffer times 20, you know, just to manage the peopling and hating it kind of at the same time because I love people.
- 36:01SPEAKER_00: I've always brought groups together, I love our clients, I love to work deeply with clients, but it was really challenging to always have to be managing that and the shame stuff.
- 36:12SPEAKER_00: So again, if there's like any one little like thing that goes wrong, major shame spiral.
- 36:18SPEAKER_00: And the managing of all of that also is one of the things that tied up my energy from because I have, especially now, it's like I only have because the other parts of ADHD are like hyper focus and figuring out where your focus goes, how to actually use your focus because you can't switch very easily.
- 36:36SPEAKER_00: All of that would show up in my business.
- 36:38SPEAKER_00: And actually, you know, as I was getting towards, you know, being diagnosed and then working with you and having all this kind of realization, I really started to realize how much I had had, you know, been modulating to everybody else and how much how the badly the masking had been affecting me.
- 36:54SPEAKER_00: And I remember telling my team, like, the masking is gone.
- 36:58SPEAKER_00: We are even before I was diagnosed, it was right before I was like, we're gonna operate as if I have this because I'm done with this nonsense.
- 37:06SPEAKER_00: But it was impacting everything from the clients to how I interface with the team.
- 37:11SPEAKER_00: And there really is like this ceiling.
- 37:13SPEAKER_00: So that was a big, big piece of it.
- 37:15SPEAKER_00: And then the other part that we discovered that was really, really big is the inner critic.
- 37:19SPEAKER_00: And I know some of you can relate to this who are listening.
- 37:22SPEAKER_00: Like you really, really helped me get a handle on that because you were able to help me really figure out where this bracing for criticism comes from.
- 37:31SPEAKER_00: So I have not just the inner critic, it's actually improved so much, at least.
- 37:35SPEAKER_00: Like I haven't updated you on this, but because there were many times where I was messaging for her going, Do you have a way that I can just kind of turn this off?
- 37:42SPEAKER_00: This is a real drag.
- 37:43SPEAKER_00: You were like, I need a quick fix here.
- 37:46SPEAKER_00: I do.
- 37:46SPEAKER_00: Well, I was just like, you just have to be able to function, but it was it was awesome because I, you know, it's really became aware of how debilitating it was.
- 37:54SPEAKER_00: And this is part of the work with childhood stuff, especially.
- 37:57SPEAKER_00: Like, you don't see how debilitating it really is until you're like, oops, a daisy, I cannot ignore it anymore.
- 38:02SPEAKER_00: And so that was really, really big.
- 38:05SPEAKER_00: But the the piece that was so important, the connection for me that was so important to make was the bracing for criticism.
- 38:11SPEAKER_00: Because you're like, this isn't just inner critic stuff for you, Elizabeth.
- 38:14SPEAKER_00: It is you are you are waiting for the shoe to drop.
- 38:17SPEAKER_00: And I looked and it was everywhere, and it was how I communicate.
- 38:23SPEAKER_00: I often I still do it unconsciously, right?
- 38:25SPEAKER_00: I'm still in the process of shifting this, but I'll I will mitigate and I will address a direct response copy thing too.
- 38:32SPEAKER_00: It's like you answer the objection before it comes up.
- 38:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 38:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 38:35SPEAKER_00: You know, it's kind of funny the way those two things, I will like block and tackle the criticism before it's even there.
- 38:40SPEAKER_00: And that was like, what is that gonna do?
- 38:42SPEAKER_00: I'm sitting here like, what's what's that gonna do?
- 38:45SPEAKER_00: It's gonna bring on the criticism, is what that's gonna do.
- 38:47SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 38:47unknown: Yeah.
- 38:48SPEAKER_00: It's absolutely gonna bring it on like a friggin' magnet.
- 38:51SPEAKER_00: And that was just like so, so so critical in awareness.
- 38:57SPEAKER_00: And then also just like, so what happened in terms of, you know, where's my quick fix?
- 39:01SPEAKER_00: What happened was that this more that we just did the tools, you know, the more that we just because you have a beautiful methodology for, and this is this is totally how I operate, totally how I teach magic too.
- 39:12SPEAKER_00: Little sidebar.
- 39:13SPEAKER_00: Like, we can do things on two levels.
- 39:15SPEAKER_00: We can do the subconscious stuff, and you and I both do a lot of that too.
- 39:18SPEAKER_00: We can do the subconscious work, we can do the stuff that's let's fix this up in the brain so it doesn't show up anymore.
- 39:24SPEAKER_00: But there's always that in the moment.
- 39:26SPEAKER_00: How do you handle the stuff in the moment where it gets activated?
- 39:30SPEAKER_00: That's when you need to be fully conscious and you need to have a skill set of being able to go, okay, I see myself over here.
- 39:37SPEAKER_00: I see, you know, Beth is online and she's running the show.
- 39:41SPEAKER_00: So how are we gonna move from point A to point B in the moment?
- 39:46SPEAKER_00: That is so much the part of my work as well, because that's really where all the awarenesses and all of the things that we do and all of the breakthroughs that we have turn into a new embodied reality.
- 40:00SPEAKER_00: And for all the healers and stuff that I've worked with, again, no shade healers, that is the piece that I see missing in people's work the most.
- 40:09SPEAKER_00: So I was trained in NLP Marin, which is a fan-to-pants, you know, NLP school run by very smart individuals who take a very therapeutic approach.
- 40:19SPEAKER_00: And I just, you know, they're one of the things I learned.
- 40:21SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, we do all this brain rewiring, but we've got to have the integration.
- 40:25SPEAKER_00: Like there needs to be specific integration moves, not just go hide underneath the couch.
- 40:32SPEAKER_00: No one told me to hide under the couch, but like go rest, but it needs to be too intense.
- 40:36SPEAKER_00: When your nervous system is on fire, go rest.
- 40:39SPEAKER_00: Really?
- 40:40SPEAKER_00: Come on now.
- 40:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 40:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's not.
- 40:43SPEAKER_01: I mean, I know, and that that's why it creates an inner child healing process because I'm like, this is what you do in the moment when it's happening, because that's where the inefficiency lies.
- 40:53SPEAKER_01: Because it's like, okay, well, in the moment, you can't call me or you can't go do a breath work session or whatever.
- 41:01SPEAKER_01: Like, you have to be able to have that awareness to shift it in the moment.
- 41:06SPEAKER_01: That's the real work.
- 41:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's really the real work.
- 41:09SPEAKER_00: And I also want to say, I want to acknowledge we can't see things until we're willing to see them.
- 41:14SPEAKER_00: So I'm sure that yeah, other people have had other experiences of NLPemarin.
- 41:18SPEAKER_00: But like when I, you know, then I just use it as an example because it was so intense and amazing.
- 41:23SPEAKER_00: But it was also just like, we've got to be able to take the raw healing, right?
- 41:29SPEAKER_00: And then ground it here in reality and have have real concrete ways of doing that.
- 41:36SPEAKER_00: And yeah, I've experienced a number of healing contexts where that has not been present, frankly.
- 41:44SPEAKER_00: And again, maybe I missed it if I'm inflamed halfway from nine ways from Sunday.
- 41:50SPEAKER_00: Like the brain misses things, like I could be distorting and deleting, but at the same time, it is an experience that I've had over and over again.
- 41:57SPEAKER_00: And yeah, but it's so it's really crazy.
- 42:00SPEAKER_00: And in the manifesting world too, it's like the aligned action is the last thing that people talk about.
- 42:06SPEAKER_00: In my world, the for the first thing we do is get the action part down.
- 42:09SPEAKER_00: The first thing we do is learn to actually, when you're triggered and when you're in your stuff, be able to take the act, ask for the$50,000 anyway.
- 42:18SPEAKER_00: That's that's what we do in my in my program.
- 42:22SPEAKER_00: Because when that's the it's the basic skill, it's like how things actually manifest.
- 42:26SPEAKER_00: It's how, and it's how the all the healing that we do turns into actually embodied results and use that is very baked in.
- 42:33SPEAKER_00: And I just love it.
- 42:34SPEAKER_01: I know I always say you have to pair healing with action, or else you're just gonna keep spinning in this like healing, but not go anywhere.
- 42:41SPEAKER_01: So, like the two things have to feed each other, like the healing informs the action, and the action informs the healing.
- 42:48SPEAKER_01: Because like once you take the action, then all the shit comes up and now you know what to heal.
- 42:54SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and then it just keeps going.
- 42:55SPEAKER_00: And that was another thing about this whole process is like I really was just like, I have to make time for this, you know?
- 43:01SPEAKER_00: And that means that if I'm in the middle of something and I'm in the middle of like, oh, I'm I've got a call to do, or I've got this or that, like I still have to set aside.
- 43:10SPEAKER_00: Sometimes I would set aside hours.
- 43:13SPEAKER_00: And some of that's because my short-term memory is very short.
- 43:18SPEAKER_00: My ADHD-related working memory is short.
- 43:20SPEAKER_00: And if I don't, if I don't write things down, I literally will not retain them.
- 43:24SPEAKER_00: Um, but also you got to be really conscious the whole time.
- 43:28SPEAKER_00: And that means really being willing to be in the fire.
- 43:31SPEAKER_00: And I'm like the least patient person I know.
- 43:34SPEAKER_00: So I was always just like, fuck, I don't want, I don't want to be like sitting here taking notes on the work with Elise for two hours.
- 43:40SPEAKER_00: But that's what's required because the next time it happens, it's I'm not gonna have access to it in the same way.
- 43:45SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna be able to have like the awarenesses, and I have to have the awarenesses in the moment.
- 43:50SPEAKER_00: So that was another another big piece for me.
- 43:52SPEAKER_00: And the thing is, is that when you do that, when you put yourself through that, I guess, it things move quickly, you know?
- 43:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: Quickly, it does not have to take forever, and that that was another piece about this.
- 44:03SPEAKER_00: I was like, this has been going on for a very, very, very long time, and I was kind of skeptical that it could disappear.
- 44:10SPEAKER_00: I mean, you know, for all of my of course it's possible.
- 44:14SPEAKER_00: I'm still just like, are you kidding me?
- 44:16SPEAKER_00: And I was really stunned at how quickly things shifted.
- 44:19SPEAKER_00: I don't have in the same way.
- 44:22SPEAKER_00: It has not shown up probably since the last time I talked to you about it.
- 44:25SPEAKER_01: Oh my God, that's amazing.
- 44:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that makes me really happy because part of me was like, it's kind of a longer like fit.
- 44:32SPEAKER_01: Like, I was like, I was like, I don't have something like right in the moment.
- 44:36SPEAKER_01: I mean, I think I did come up with a couple of things you could do too, but I also but I also was like, well, you know, we need to look at like where this is coming from.
- 44:46SPEAKER_00: But I think you have to do the root work, which is the whole point.
- 44:49SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 44:49SPEAKER_01: But exactly.
- 44:50SPEAKER_01: But I think like you had already been doing that.
- 44:53SPEAKER_01: So I think you had like a solid understanding of like already where it was coming from.
- 44:58SPEAKER_01: It it didn't take as long.
- 44:59SPEAKER_01: But then the other stuff that I found that you were able to take and apply really quickly was just like how you then took the ball and brand with it and made the changes in your business, which happened really quickly.
- 45:11SPEAKER_01: And it also wasn't easy, like there was a lot of things you had to change.
- 45:15SPEAKER_00: Oh so much.
- 45:17SPEAKER_00: You know, I'm always careful to say, like, oh, it sucks so much because I love my people and like a lot of the changes have directly impacted my clients and my team and my family and everything.
- 45:27SPEAKER_00: And that's really hard.
- 45:28SPEAKER_00: But it I mean, it made it really, really challenging because the first thing, it's like there were all these ball bearings.
- 45:35SPEAKER_00: First, it's like you come to the decision.
- 45:37SPEAKER_00: And I and I, you know, I brought in the brain trust when it was time to make the decision.
- 45:41SPEAKER_00: Two very dear friends of mine who are also incredibly talented healers, and um, you know, I've known for a long, for a really long time.
- 45:48SPEAKER_00: And uh I got their input to make sure I wasn't hitting the eject button too soon or blowing something up from the adrenaline or dopamine rush of it, which is a thing for ADHD people.
- 46:00SPEAKER_00: And uh a friend of mine, too, this is just a tiny sidebar, right?
- 46:03SPEAKER_00: She was like, You need to make sure you're on your medication if you're gonna take medication before you make big changes.
- 46:08SPEAKER_00: And I was like, you know what?
- 46:09SPEAKER_00: Absolutely right.
- 46:10SPEAKER_00: So I went out and I got the medication.
- 46:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 46:12SPEAKER_00: So I went and did it.
- 46:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and then you did, yeah.
- 46:15SPEAKER_00: And then I was like, you have to tell your team, you have to manage the because we had big programs, like big containers,$25,000 container was my main program for a year with beautiful humans in it, and a whole kind of lineage of beautiful humans who had gone through it, and then two team members delivering it.
- 46:33SPEAKER_00: And it's not the first time where I've completely shut off my income streams without a backup.
- 46:39SPEAKER_00: And there's no, for me personally, my brain doesn't create any space.
- 46:44SPEAKER_00: There was literally, if you've been like, well, why don't you just like offer this other thing and like get it going while you're doing this?
- 46:49SPEAKER_00: No, that's like, especially now, I know with ADHD, that's almost impossible for me to it to manage both those things at the same time.
- 46:56SPEAKER_00: So that was a lot.
- 46:57SPEAKER_00: I had to lead a wedding in the middle of it as well.
- 47:00SPEAKER_00: Um, for for one of my team members, I was I was leading her wedding, which is great.
- 47:05SPEAKER_00: And then I had to create the new container, and then there was the conversations.
- 47:09SPEAKER_00: I'll speak to this too.
- 47:10SPEAKER_00: I'm just gonna be really transparent.
- 47:12SPEAKER_00: The conversations with my community about the change.
- 47:14SPEAKER_00: You know, it's a big deal when you have people, lots of people who are counting on you and have looked to you for so long.
- 47:24SPEAKER_00: And everyone was phenomenally awesome about it.
- 47:27SPEAKER_00: Like there was there was no um, some people had some questions naturally, and it was interesting to see some of the things that came up.
- 47:34SPEAKER_00: But everyone, you know, people I think just kind of want what's best for you, right?
- 47:38SPEAKER_00: But it was still a lot of energy to move through and a lot of pieces, and then a lot of decisions to make.
- 47:45SPEAKER_00: Because I also can't build something out that's new unless I kind of have the map first.
- 47:50SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, okay, you're gonna teach magic now.
- 47:53SPEAKER_00: We've got to figure out the framework before you offer anything.
- 47:56SPEAKER_00: Because if you don't have the framework, you will not be tethered, you'll be out on the in the hinterlands.
- 48:01SPEAKER_00: So it was it was a lot, and I thank you for naming it that.
- 48:04SPEAKER_00: And thanks to everyone.
- 48:06SPEAKER_00: I'm still like all for it.
- 48:08SPEAKER_00: So if you're listening to this going, holy bananas, do it.
- 48:11SPEAKER_00: Because if you're on the other side, like this wasn't that long ago.
- 48:14SPEAKER_00: This was October.
- 48:16SPEAKER_00: So like in the fall, yeah.
- 48:18SPEAKER_00: You know, in December, we really kind of first unveiled the pro I did some early filling of them in November, and then in December, I did filling of it.
- 48:25SPEAKER_00: We opened the container at the beginning of January, you know, and here we are at the beginning of February, and I've got club oh, just over 80 people in it.
- 48:34SPEAKER_01: That's amazing.
- 48:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and I just want to say this is something that isn't, I mean, it's incredible, but and it also I think just speaks to like yeah, I've been in business 18 years, everybody.
- 48:44SPEAKER_01: You know what you're doing, obviously.
- 48:46SPEAKER_01: But I also think it you do, but I also think it speaks to like that this was like meant to come through you at this time as well.
- 48:55SPEAKER_01: But also I think one of the things I I see, and I think this was one of the things that you really walked through is when we do this work, there's always these decisions that we have to make that are fundamentally this clashing of the kind of like false self you created to cope and get your needs met as a child and your authentic self, right?
- 49:20SPEAKER_01: And I think that whatever ways that inner child or that false self was showing up in the business by, you know, putting other people's needs above your own or, you know, whatever it was, those were the things that had to be dismantled.
- 49:35SPEAKER_01: And every time we decide we're going to like value our own authenticity over other people and their needs, always the people who are benefiting from you doing that are gonna get pissed, right?
- 49:48SPEAKER_01: And I see this, and you experience it in your business, but a lot of people experience it in their relationships or whatever it is.
- 49:55SPEAKER_00: I was just gonna say, I feel very blessed because people were really like, yeah.
- 49:59SPEAKER_00: And you know, a lot of them kind of know my history and I've been speaking about this for a long time, but it still impacts them and it impacts our relationship and it impacts me, and it impacts like the whole ecosystem, and it's very like destabilizing.
- 50:13SPEAKER_00: And so you also have to be able to, you know, or rather, let me frame it this way a skill that you develop, right?
- 50:19SPEAKER_00: A skill that you get to get really good at is being in that destabilization, you know, which is a pretty big superpower, and you only get it by doing it, you know, and you learn too that, and I know you know this, like you see this over and over again, that the false self are the pieces of you that are just no longer, you know, the the coping mechanisms which are no longer delivering the way they were, right?
- 50:45SPEAKER_00: Because we honor those two, but it it's like nothing but good ultimately comes from letting that go when it's time.
- 50:52SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 50:53SPEAKER_00: There's never been a case in my life where I've ever said, geez, I really wish I'd hung on to that.
- 51:00SPEAKER_00: You know, really wish that I'd hung on to that.
- 51:04SPEAKER_00: Said no one ever.
- 51:06SPEAKER_00: So it's you know, unpleasant going through it, but at the other side, you're like, here I am.
- 51:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 51:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 51:13SPEAKER_01: No, it was incredible because I feel like for you too, and I I think I said this, once you like got it, it was like, okay, now you just had to draw on everything you know, like your business acumen, all the skill sets you have, the magic, everything.
- 51:27SPEAKER_01: And it was just like and you just kind of like, like I kept saying, you took the ball and ran with it because it was like once the awareness was there, it was just like, okay, now you just you did it, you know?
- 51:38SPEAKER_01: And it was really cool to watch that process.
- 51:42SPEAKER_01: And even though, like, there were hairy moments where you were like, ugh, and I was like, and I was like, I know you're doing it though, like you're in it, like you're enjoying it.
- 51:50SPEAKER_01: And like, but that really, like, in hindsight, didn't last that long.
- 51:54SPEAKER_00: No, it was just really, again, it's like the intenseness of the sensation is like real, you know, it's it was compounded by all the things, right?
- 52:05SPEAKER_00: All the all the sensory stuff that's just a part of my wiring.
- 52:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but it's um, it's true, right?
- 52:11SPEAKER_00: And the other thing I wanted to name that you're kind of speaking to is the awareness piece.
- 52:15SPEAKER_00: And this is the in my own work, what I want to help people with.
- 52:20SPEAKER_00: When we are aware, we have choices back on the menu.
- 52:24SPEAKER_00: I called you many times because there are pieces that I had to get into place that were not necessarily easy.
- 52:29SPEAKER_00: And so I'd be like, okay, Elise, I'm looking at how it is I'm creating this situation, like not just from the emotional side, but like, how is that actually turning into actions on the physical plane that lead to this outcome three weeks later?
- 52:46SPEAKER_00: Breaking that stuff down was so, and then getting your feedback on it was like so helpful because everything that's going on, you know, in our brain and our emotional state turns into what we do.
- 53:00SPEAKER_00: We can make a lot of changes, right?
- 53:03SPEAKER_00: Especially if we're doing this work behind the scenes, the the deeper parts, when we when we take the awarenesses that we get from that and go, okay, this is how that's actually showing up and how following the threads to see exactly what is playing out to the pain point on the other side.
- 53:19SPEAKER_00: And what again, one of the things I was so grateful for is with certain situations and contexts, I was not able to see it.
- 53:26SPEAKER_00: I'm like, how on earth am I creating this again and again and again?
- 53:32SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 53:32SPEAKER_00: And it's not always necessarily what what we're told in the personal development realm, right?
- 53:38SPEAKER_00: Certain money things, for example.
- 53:40SPEAKER_00: Years ago, I had a VIP day with David Nagel, and I was at, I'd been at a ceiling, I've been at this income ceiling.
- 53:47SPEAKER_00: $750,000 income ceiling.
- 53:49SPEAKER_00: First thing he did was normalize.
- 53:50SPEAKER_00: He was like, dude, if you never make any more than$750,000 a year, come on.
- 53:54SPEAKER_00: Like, that's awesome.
- 53:56SPEAKER_00: And then I was talking to all this stuff about worth and I'm not worth it, which is kind of the one of the things you hear a lot in the personal development world vis-a-vis money.
- 54:04SPEAKER_00: And I'm not saying it's not valid, it absolutely is.
- 54:06SPEAKER_00: He was like, This is what I mean by like the nuance and having an understanding, right?
- 54:11SPEAKER_00: Because he was like, Do you really you make up$750,000 a year?
- 54:15SPEAKER_00: Do you really think you have a worth problem?
- 54:17SPEAKER_00: And I was like, No, and I've never thought I did, you know, right.
- 54:22SPEAKER_00: And having that level of awareness makes us, and then like actually that came back in our work.
- 54:28SPEAKER_00: I was like, Oh, okay, here's what it really is.
- 54:30SPEAKER_00: You know, it's uh not able to be self-expressed, holding back because of the shame, holding back because I'm bracing for criticism.
- 54:38SPEAKER_00: That's right, the issue.
- 54:41SPEAKER_00: That's very not worth it.
- 54:44SPEAKER_00: Again, this is all in a well, take it if it resonates, leave it.
- 54:46SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't, everyone's I'm just I'm naming this because the point is this level of awareness around getting to what it really, really is, or the best we can, right, can help us then look at how we're actually creating something on the physical plane and go, okay, this is my engineering brain, right?
- 55:04SPEAKER_00: I go, okay, I'm gonna put the pattern interrupt right here.
- 55:07SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 55:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because you see the trajectory of it.
- 55:12SPEAKER_01: And I think with something like money too, because I know we talked about this, it's money is just another expression of that core wound.
- 55:20SPEAKER_01: So like when people talk about money, is it's like, oh, it's a worthiness issue, it's this, it's that.
- 55:24SPEAKER_01: It's like, no, it's literally the same thing, it's just the core wound expresses itself through money or in your experience of money, right?
- 55:34SPEAKER_01: But it's no, it's no different.
- 55:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, exactly.
- 55:37SPEAKER_00: And how it expresses itself for you is gonna be different, right?
- 55:40SPEAKER_00: But it's um for everybody, what I just get really excited and nerdy about is like, okay, what's origin point A?
- 55:47SPEAKER_00: And then how does it play out?
- 55:49SPEAKER_00: And then what can we do differently?
- 55:51SPEAKER_00: In my own work, one of my my favorite kind of concepts that I work front with, and this is this is from NLP like, how do I make it inevitable?
- 55:57SPEAKER_00: How do I set things up so it just happens?
- 56:00SPEAKER_00: And if we know kind of what what the origin points are and we know where the points of failure are, so to speak, we can set things up so that we're a lot more supported.
- 56:10SPEAKER_00: We're a lot more supported, and we can pop out of these patterns instead of playing them out, you know, or playing them out from a place of a different kind of unconsciousness.
- 56:20SPEAKER_00: Because I'm like, I know this is unconscious, these things that I'm hearing are not resonating with me.
- 56:25SPEAKER_00: This is another reason why the ADHD is so important, because I was like, I actually don't.
- 56:29SPEAKER_00: We all have money blocks, but I'm like, so much of my money stuff is related to ADHD presentations, you know, and is compounded by them, which is important knowledge to know.
- 56:38SPEAKER_00: And then that translates back to the core wound, and we can see the whole picture now.
- 56:43SPEAKER_00: And that's super helpful.
- 56:44SPEAKER_00: And we also, when you see the whole picture too, for those of you who struggle with shame, which I think we all do, you can let go of the shame.
- 56:52SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 56:53SPEAKER_00: You can really see how our brain is working and how you know these things are, you know, kind of like they are running.
- 57:00SPEAKER_00: But when we start to see them, we go, okay, I no longer have to blame myself for taking ownership, of course.
- 57:07SPEAKER_00: That's what we're doing by wanting to change by changing it, but I no longer have to, you know, keep beating myself up because exactly hang out.
- 57:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 57:16SPEAKER_01: I mean, I always say to people, like, there's a reason why you feel this way, you know, because people always be like, Well, you know, I should just be grateful or whatever.
- 57:24SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, no, you shouldn't.
- 57:26SPEAKER_01: Like, there's a reason why you feel how you feel, and we're gonna like get to why you feel that way.
- 57:31SPEAKER_01: So, like, don't stop making yourself wrong or beating yourself up for that.
- 57:35SPEAKER_01: Like, there's a reason, you know, and once you understand that reason, then you don't have the shame anymore.
- 57:41SPEAKER_01: So I know we're we're coming up on time, but I just can you just talk because I know we kind of got to the end here where you got to, right?
- 57:50SPEAKER_01: And so, like, what now is the outcome?
- 57:53SPEAKER_01: Like the new, the magic, the the new offer, like, and how do you feel about it?
- 58:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 58:00SPEAKER_01: What is it?
- 58:01SPEAKER_01: And how do you feel about it on the other side now that you're here?
- 58:04SPEAKER_00: I'm excited because more to do.
- 58:06SPEAKER_00: And I mean, I just because you and I are still in our in our container, and I picked up the phone and was like, all right, here's what we're doing now.
- 58:13SPEAKER_00: Okay, here's the next thing.
- 58:14SPEAKER_00: Here's the next place that I know this is because you're always like, all right, well, where's the inner child coming out and where is it showing up for you?
- 58:20SPEAKER_00: And for me, a big piece is around, you know, writing and speaking and transmitting, which is a big part of what I'm here to do.
- 58:28SPEAKER_00: So, in terms of what's coming, is that I have a framework for really showing you how to activate your ability to create on demand, your manifesting powers, your magical powers.
- 58:45SPEAKER_00: And it's all very much for me in the context of creating.
- 58:51SPEAKER_00: And we talked about this quite a bit in December.
- 58:54SPEAKER_00: Oh, and this is when I first came into this industry, I saw, oh, the healing tools are very much like the co-creation tools, and the transformation tools are very much like the co-creation tools.
- 59:05SPEAKER_00: I want to use this tool set over here to help you go, I want to create 500k in a year.
- 59:11SPEAKER_00: How is that actually gonna work?
- 59:13SPEAKER_00: So, this framework, which has a name, but I haven't revealed it yet, is really around working with our four kind of magic powers and our four inner limits.
- 59:22SPEAKER_00: And I know this is real processing, so that you have full access to your powers of creation.
- 59:30SPEAKER_00: And the framework is around, I invented this framework years ago.
- 59:34SPEAKER_00: I call it the four magical tools or the four manifesting tools, the four tools that we already have to create anything that you want.
- 59:42SPEAKER_00: And they are perception, energy, faith, and choice.
- 59:45SPEAKER_00: And choice is the first because choice is how we bring things in.
- 59:50SPEAKER_00: First of all, our power to choose is what separates us from other life forms, you know, our ability to actually have agency and choose.
- 59:57SPEAKER_00: But that magical tool is the first one to master, in my view.
- 1:00:02SPEAKER_00: My current container, it's called Seven Figure Frequency Circle.
- 1:00:06SPEAKER_00: And it is about being the one who, being the one who creates consistent cash, creates income leaps, right?
- 1:00:13SPEAKER_00: Because I'm still in sort of a working with entrepreneurs context.
- 1:00:17SPEAKER_00: But the what we do in there is practice getting out of reactivity when it shows up.
- 1:00:22SPEAKER_00: I call it inner friction, by not by healing the inner child like you do, but by aligning with truth with a capital T, by aligning with universal truth, universal law.
- 1:00:34SPEAKER_00: And I have a whole framework for it.
- 1:00:36SPEAKER_00: You can tell I'm still figuring out my languaging.
- 1:00:38SPEAKER_00: I just wrote the sales.
- 1:00:39SPEAKER_00: I can't tell.
- 1:00:40SPEAKER_00: I mean, it sounds like great to me.
- 1:00:43SPEAKER_00: The other problem is that you know, consistent sales by being the one who and really anchoring in that new way of being by taking action.
- 1:00:51SPEAKER_00: So in there, we use the energetic pieces to snap into your highest level.
- 1:00:56SPEAKER_00: And I have a whole framework around that.
- 1:00:57SPEAKER_00: It's in my book, seven figure goddessbook.com.
- 1:01:00SPEAKER_00: That's a great way to get hooked into the world.
- 1:01:03SPEAKER_00: Uh, and then, like once we're in that highest state, I can't remember what you call it.
- 1:01:07SPEAKER_00: You have a name.
- 1:01:08SPEAKER_00: Highest self-avatar.
- 1:01:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah, higher self-avatar, right?
- 1:01:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:01:11SPEAKER_00: Um, what are the aligned actions that you're going to take every single day?
- 1:01:14SPEAKER_00: Creating a pattern of aligned action, creating an ability to take aligned action even when you don't feel like it, even when Schneez is blowing up.
- 1:01:22SPEAKER_00: It really is about mastering that skill of I'm choosing this aligned action to create what I want, no matter what, and creating the conditions so that that's easy.
- 1:01:32SPEAKER_00: On the outside, you know, on the sales page, you'll see, right?
- 1:01:36SPEAKER_00: Embody seven figures, move money daily, make income leaps.
- 1:01:39SPEAKER_00: Like that's kind of the pro the promise.
- 1:01:42SPEAKER_00: But underneath, it's very much about I'm in my highest level, this is how it is, and that's how it is.
- 1:01:47SPEAKER_00: And I'm doing these actions every single day to create consistent sales and cash.
- 1:01:52SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 1:01:53SPEAKER_01: And you know what's like occurring to me around that that I think is so important is like, first of all, being able to access that frequency or that energy, no matter what else is going on.
- 1:02:04SPEAKER_01: I think that's really important.
- 1:02:06SPEAKER_01: That is not something that is accessible for people unless they get that skill set.
- 1:02:12SPEAKER_01: And then I feel like the action is so important because, like, for example, when people always say things like, Well, how do I feel more worthy?
- 1:02:21SPEAKER_01: And it's like, well, you take actions that express that you value yourself, right?
- 1:02:25SPEAKER_01: That's how you create it.
- 1:02:27SPEAKER_01: So that action piece is so important because it's like, okay, well, if I get into that state and now I'm just like, okay, I'm in that state, like that's not that doesn't like integrate it or move it or solidify it, or like it doesn't make it real until you do something that expresses it.
- 1:02:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:02:45SPEAKER_00: And the other piece to this, and this just kind of dropped, it's so funny.
- 1:02:48SPEAKER_00: The framework that is in my book is called the standards.
- 1:02:51SPEAKER_00: And I created that framework because, and this whole you know, the energetics piece, because I needed to have our clients be able to ask for$50,000 over the phone without having to do any more healing yet.
- 1:03:04SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 1:03:04SPEAKER_00: So I'm not saying this takes the place of healing because it doesn't, but what it does is because what we're using is universal truth, universal law as a tool.
- 1:03:13SPEAKER_00: So if you're feeling wobbly because your divine self is in here, but it's also out here in alignment with universal truth.
- 1:03:21SPEAKER_00: So we can use universal truth as a way to get into that state when we need to to take the action.
- 1:03:28SPEAKER_00: Plus, when you really dive into universal truth, it's like, oh, thank God, yes.
- 1:03:31SPEAKER_00: You know, like this is what comes along with the healing piece, right?
- 1:03:36SPEAKER_00: So we use universal truth to be able to get into that state very quickly without having to do any more healing in the now moment.
- 1:03:43SPEAKER_00: And again, I want to say, you know, there's always more healing to do, and it's it's not gonna solve every problem, you know.
- 1:03:49SPEAKER_00: But when you have to sit down and write an email and your whole system is on fire, and you're like, okay, your methodology for doing that through the inner child, and I, the way that I have always done it is help people align with universal truth.
- 1:04:02SPEAKER_00: And when you have both of those things to going together at the same time, and you're able to use them like at the same time, and then you have very clear action pattern that you're taking.
- 1:04:12SPEAKER_00: So you're not overthinking, not churning, not doing all of that.
- 1:04:16SPEAKER_00: You're just taking the actions that make it inevitable.
- 1:04:18SPEAKER_00: That's pretty awesome.
- 1:04:20SPEAKER_00: And then also, again, it's skill set number one.
- 1:04:22SPEAKER_00: I wanted to start in teaching the different magical tools.
- 1:04:26SPEAKER_00: I wanted to start with our ability to choose because all the other stuff, like all the other, one of the reasons we do the healing work is to put the ability to choose back on the menu, right?
- 1:04:37SPEAKER_00: And so we want to, once it's back on the menu with whatever wherever we are right now, then we get to practice that skill.
- 1:04:44SPEAKER_00: Even if you're neurospicy, like I can't do anything friggin' consistently day after day.
- 1:04:49SPEAKER_00: However, I'm really good at knowing my patterns and knowing my rhythm and stuff and coming up with an aligned action pattern that I can stick to.
- 1:04:59SPEAKER_00: And then practicing that and practicing that so that when stuff is happening, we we still have a you know, kind of a baseline of our ability to choose.
- 1:05:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I love that because so much of it too is your ability to choose your perspective, like how you're gonna look at it.
- 1:05:15SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 1:05:16SPEAKER_00: And developing that skill of the pattern interrupt, which you're also saying.
- 1:05:19SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 1:05:20SPEAKER_00: When you're feeling it, when you're out of it, like that's your cue to dial it back.
- 1:05:25SPEAKER_00: All right, what does my inner child need?
- 1:05:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah, well, that's incredible.
- 1:05:28SPEAKER_01: I love that so much.
- 1:05:30SPEAKER_00: And that's the first, that's the first offering.
- 1:05:32SPEAKER_00: That's the first step.
- 1:05:33SPEAKER_00: Then the next offering is gonna be, you know, a six-month program for the rest of it.
- 1:05:37SPEAKER_00: And the six-month for the other three magical tools and the corresponding inner limits that we have because we have we have different inner limits.
- 1:05:48SPEAKER_00: We've got the nervous system stuff, which I really feel is one of your ballowics, right?
- 1:05:53SPEAKER_00: With the breath work, the breath work is so good at the nervous system stuff, and then there's the subconscious belief work, and then there's homeostasis, which is where we're coming back to the same place over and over again.
- 1:06:04SPEAKER_00: Like we want to work with those two.
- 1:06:06SPEAKER_00: So very processy, I know, but I'm a nerd for that.
- 1:06:10SPEAKER_01: I mean, no, but we need that.
- 1:06:12SPEAKER_01: I think that yes, obviously, I think everyone's a little different, but I always say the clients who come in and can take the process and make it their own and like use it in a way that really works for them, like those are always the ones who get the best results.
- 1:06:25SPEAKER_01: But like what it's supposed to be, yeah.
- 1:06:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but the process is so important because without the process, it's like, what are we doing?
- 1:06:33SPEAKER_01: Like, what map are we following?
- 1:06:35SPEAKER_00: What map are we following?
- 1:06:36SPEAKER_00: And my brain needs a map.
- 1:06:38SPEAKER_00: And then also another piece I talk about a lot in conscious co-creation is using what I call the two halves of the manifesting equation because there's the divine side, thou art goddess, and so is everybody else, right?
- 1:06:49SPEAKER_00: There, the God side and the divine universal stuff, but then there's also the very, the very, very physical, like what's going on in my brain body right now, you know.
- 1:06:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we have to bring both of those pieces together.
- 1:07:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I mean, that's so important.
- 1:07:03SPEAKER_01: Because if you don't, then it's like we're not going anywhere like this.
- 1:07:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, it's like then we're we're not anyway.
- 1:07:10SPEAKER_00: We you and I could talk about this forever, but there I know, I know we have we have both parts running and we have access to both is kind of how I how I think of it.
- 1:07:18SPEAKER_00: It's big, it's a big thing.
- 1:07:21SPEAKER_00: It is very excited about it because it's gonna look more and more kind of interfacing with the mainstream and less kind of kochi language as I as I continue to roll stuff out, which is scary.
- 1:07:32SPEAKER_00: Well, and it's just why you and I still have work to do because I'm like I'm talking to like real luggals and not people in my corner of the universe who get that.
- 1:07:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:07:43SPEAKER_01: Well, that's our next, that's our next phase.
- 1:07:45SPEAKER_02: Yes, it is.
- 1:07:48SPEAKER_01: Well, thank you so much for sharing all of this, and we'll link everything below and all your stuff and how to find you and everything.
- 1:07:54SPEAKER_01: But um, I just appreciate you talking about this because I was just so excited about our work together and we're not even done.
- 1:08:02SPEAKER_01: So we'll probably be back for a part two.
- 1:08:05SPEAKER_01: So I really appreciate it.
- 1:08:06SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for being here.
- 1:08:09SPEAKER_00: And just thank you so much for all you've helped me with.
- 1:08:11SPEAKER_00: I mean, seriously, just thank you so much for being the person that I could do this work with and feel totally, you know, safe and supported and all those important things.
- 1:08:22SPEAKER_00: I just really, really appreciate that you're the you're you're my person on this.
- 1:08:26SPEAKER_00: That's my language.
- 1:08:28SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
