- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Here we go, Happy Friday friends, six o'clock on the
- 0:06Speaker 2: DoD just getting settled over here.
- 0:07Speaker 1: Ricky Santez has those three things.
- 0:10Speaker 3: Millie Bobby Brown has revealed her real name, and the
- 0:13Speaker 3: Internet has gone pretty wild over it.
- 0:15Speaker 4: So turns out that her middle name is not Bobby,
- 0:18Speaker 4: it's actually Bonnie.
- 0:21Speaker 3: When she was asked why she changed her name from
- 0:23Speaker 3: Bonnie to Bobby, she said for Funziason because she was
- 0:26Speaker 3: looking for a stage name. But she's never told anybody
- 0:29Speaker 3: that until the last interview that she did. So it's
- 0:32Speaker 3: actually Millie Bonnie Brown if you want to know her
- 0:35Speaker 3: real name. So many people have applied for the twenty
- 0:38Speaker 3: twenty five New York City Marathon that the odds of
- 0:41Speaker 3: getting in are tougher than getting into some.
- 0:43Speaker 4: Ivy League schools.
- 0:45Speaker 3: Over two hundred thousand people applied to run in the
- 0:48Speaker 3: twenty twenty five New York City Marathon, making it the
- 0:51Speaker 3: most people that they've ever gotten in history to apply,
- 0:54Speaker 3: but only two to three percent of the applicants will
- 0:57Speaker 3: be accepted. That means the odds of getting into this
- 1:00Speaker 3: marathon in November are tougher than the admission rates at
- 1:03Speaker 3: places like Harvard, which has a three percent admission rate, Stanford,
- 1:08Speaker 3: which has a four percent admission rate, and MIT, who
- 1:12Speaker 3: has a five percent ratey so it's harder to run
- 1:15Speaker 3: the New York City Marathon this year than to get
- 1:18Speaker 3: in too freaking Harvard or MIT.
- 1:21Speaker 2: I see, it is a good thing that that many
- 1:22Speaker 2: people want to run a marathon.
- 1:24Speaker 3: Absolutely, it means, you know, fitness is important. It's important
- 1:27Speaker 3: to get up and to move around.
- 1:29Speaker 4: So it's it's a positive, but it's pretty wild when
- 1:31Speaker 4: you put it into perspective.
- 1:33Speaker 3: And apparently we're still not over Morgan wall and throwing
- 1:35Speaker 3: a chair off the roof of Chiefs Broadway Bar, because
- 1:39Speaker 3: now they have a drink called the Chair. It has
- 1:41Speaker 3: Smirnoff raspberry vodka, raspberry liquor, lemonade, and a splash of
- 1:46Speaker 3: soda that comes with a miniature chair as a garnet.
- 1:49Speaker 4: And that is where he threw the chair.
- 1:52Speaker 1: So if your.
- 1:52Speaker 3: Frontal lobe has also not developed correctly, go buy one
- 1:56Speaker 3: for nineteen dollars.
- 1:57Speaker 4: I'm ring Sanchez and those are your three things you
- 1:59Speaker 4: need to know.
- 2:00Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 2:02Speaker 4: On three who is on our way to work right now?
- 2:05Speaker 4: She's on I sixty five. Welcome to one oh seven
- 2:08Speaker 4: five the River.
- 2:09Speaker 3: We asked people to call in and, you know, help
- 2:11Speaker 3: Kevin with his small talk. Nobody said small talk with
- 2:13Speaker 3: him pretty much all week.
- 2:15Speaker 1: I know, I miss it.
- 2:16Speaker 6: Well, Kevin. I am so glad everything is going well
- 2:19Speaker 6: with you. I'm ay a thyroid survivor myself.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Oh thank you for saying that. Yeah, congratulations to you.
- 2:25Speaker 2: I'm surviving. But yeah, my surgery. I had surgery, I
- 2:28Speaker 2: don't know, three weeks ago or so now for I
- 2:31Speaker 2: don't know, February tenth.
- 2:33Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 2:33Speaker 1: I appreciate it.
- 2:34Speaker 2: My I mean, I don't know if it was my
- 2:36Speaker 2: surgeon or just my particular case.
- 2:38Speaker 1: But like the next day, I felt like I sounded
- 2:41Speaker 1: like myself.
- 2:42Speaker 6: Oh no, I sounded like uh what was her name
- 2:45Speaker 6: from Monster sat Fraud?
- 2:47Speaker 3: Oh Carrie, So you you're doing well. You're doing You're healthy,
- 2:54Speaker 3: you're happy, everything is good.
- 2:56Speaker 6: It took her for forty years for them to decide
- 2:59Speaker 6: to take that thing out.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Oh my god, when did you have your surgery?
- 3:05Speaker 3: So not that long ago, but I'm so happy to
- 3:07Speaker 3: hear that you're you're on a good path and you're
- 3:09Speaker 3: in such a better spot now.
- 3:11Speaker 6: Oh yeah, much better, so you can't ben app belt
- 3:15Speaker 6: for you like we were you were going through that.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Well, thank you, that's very sweet.
- 3:20Speaker 2: And I still don't know if I have to take
- 3:22Speaker 2: like a thyroid pill every day. I'm gonna find that out.
- 3:24Speaker 2: I think I have a follow up on April first
- 3:26Speaker 2: or something. So I haven't ever gotten to that point yet.
- 3:28Speaker 6: More than likely will because youruitary they removed.
- 3:32Speaker 4: Your entire thyroid, no just half.
- 3:34Speaker 6: Okay, so probably so because your pituitary glan doesn't understand
- 3:39Speaker 6: what's going on.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Stupid pituitary Glenn.
- 3:42Speaker 6: Yeah, theuitary glan is the one that can both and
- 3:45Speaker 6: to thyroid what to do?
- 3:47Speaker 1: All right, Well, I appreciate your call. Thank you for
- 3:49Speaker 1: the kind words, and we're we're glad you're doing well.
- 3:52Speaker 2: Yes, and you before we let you go, Zach is
- 3:57Speaker 2: going to ask you one completely unrelated question, and go ahead, Zach.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Well, it's not really crazy. You just said you were
- 4:02Speaker 1: on sixty five.
- 4:03Speaker 7: I wanted to know how the traffic was this morning
- 4:05Speaker 7: because I saw a lot more cars on the interstate this.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Morning on the way in.
- 4:08Speaker 6: It's actually I actually left the work early, so I
- 4:11Speaker 6: live in Shelbyville and I drive to Nashville for work.
- 4:16Speaker 2: All right, Kerry, thank you for listening, Thank you for
- 4:18Speaker 2: starting your day with us. Carry We appreciate the call.
- 4:21Speaker 6: Thank you, have a good day.
- 4:22Speaker 5: Bye. Love.
- 4:23Speaker 4: The word pituitary just makes me giggle.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Ptuitary, I kind of like it.
- 4:31Speaker 5: Ricky Zach and Meno in the Morning, Kappy Friday.
- 4:34Speaker 3: It's Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning on one
- 4:36Speaker 3: oh seven five the River.
- 4:38Speaker 4: Every Friday.
- 4:38Speaker 3: At this time, Zach runs through a bunch of different
- 4:41Speaker 3: things that are happening around town so that you can
- 4:43Speaker 3: make some plans this weekend. If you have plans, move them,
- 4:47Speaker 3: do these things instead. If you don't, then here are
- 4:49Speaker 3: some great ideas.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Yeah, this is perfect.
- 4:51Speaker 7: So if you want to go to a comedy show tonight,
- 4:54Speaker 7: Kat Williams is going to be a bridge Stone Arena.
- 4:56Speaker 7: The show starts at eight o'clock. The tickets there are
- 4:59Speaker 7: still some available if you want to go. So Kat
- 5:01Speaker 7: Williams is a Bridgetone tonight. Also, tomorrow is a Women's
- 5:06Speaker 7: History Day.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Well it's International Women's Day.
- 5:10Speaker 3: It's Women's History Month, but tomorrow is International Women's Day.
- 5:13Speaker 7: So the Nashville sc is doing something really cool their
- 5:17Speaker 7: game tomorrow Giotis Park you can join.
- 5:19Speaker 1: For Barbie game days. I celebrate so cool. It's really
- 5:23Speaker 1: really sweet. Also I love this one.
- 5:25Speaker 7: So Brewsters Real ice Cream in Hendersonville, they're doing their
- 5:29Speaker 7: annual PJ Day tomorrow and so you show up in
- 5:32Speaker 7: your pj's and you'll receive a free waffle cone, or
- 5:35Speaker 7: you can donate some pjs and you'll still get the
- 5:37Speaker 7: free waffle cone. But Brewsters is partnering locally with the
- 5:41Speaker 7: Foster Family's Assistance Network to receive their donation.
- 5:44Speaker 4: It's crazy.
- 5:45Speaker 1: So it's really cool. That's a Brewster's ice cream.
- 5:47Speaker 4: The idea of ice cream for breakfast name.
- 5:53Speaker 7: And then lastly, I know a lot of people love
- 5:56Speaker 7: like their crime podcast. So Crime Junkie is doing a
- 6:00Speaker 7: podcast live at the Grand ole Opry on Sunday.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Yes really yeah.
- 6:04Speaker 7: So the hosts are going to be there and they're
- 6:06Speaker 7: doing it. Britt and Ashley are going to be there. Yes,
- 6:10Speaker 7: if you want to go to Crime Junkie podcast live
- 6:12Speaker 7: that Sunday at the grandele Opry.
- 6:14Speaker 1: I had no idea. I just got real excitedly now
- 6:16Speaker 1: you have to go. Kevin, I don't think I'm going
- 6:17Speaker 1: to be in town, but I like it. I might be.
- 6:19Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 6:20Speaker 2: We'll see, well, yeah, my plans or up in the here.
- 6:23Speaker 2: But thank you, Zach appreciate that. As always, Buddy.
- 6:25Speaker 5: Is three things you need to know.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Here we go just after seven o'clock. Thank you for
- 6:30Speaker 2: being here. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
- 6:32Speaker 3: The twenty twenty six FIFA World Cup is getting a
- 6:34Speaker 3: halftime show for the very first time, and Chris Martin
- 6:38Speaker 3: from Coldplay is going to help curate it. So the
- 6:41Speaker 3: twenty twenty six final game is going to take place
- 6:44Speaker 3: at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, which is going to
- 6:47Speaker 3: be called New York New Jersey Stadium for the game.
- 6:50Speaker 4: This is a battle that we always have.
- 6:52Speaker 1: They're just changing the name for the World Cup.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Yeah, because we have this this conversation all the time
- 6:56Speaker 3: about who actually gets to, you know, take their steak
- 7:00Speaker 3: in the stadium.
- 7:00Speaker 4: But it's in New Jersey.
- 7:02Speaker 3: There's going to be a musical performance though that you're
- 7:04Speaker 3: gonna be able to look forward to. The halftime for
- 7:07Speaker 3: the World Cup is typically fifteen minutes, and during that
- 7:11Speaker 3: time they spray down the pitch with water and they
- 7:13Speaker 3: do all sorts of other things. So we don't know
- 7:14Speaker 3: if they're going to extend the time for what other
- 7:18Speaker 3: changes are going to be made to accommodate a performance
- 7:20Speaker 3: since this is the first time they're ever doing it.
- 7:23Speaker 3: But I'm excited to see who's going to perform, especially
- 7:26Speaker 3: since Chris Martin's part of it.
- 7:27Speaker 4: I think this is going to be really interesting, something
- 7:29Speaker 4: to keep your eye on.
- 7:30Speaker 3: And there are rumors going around about Harry Styles. There's
- 7:35Speaker 3: a possibility that he's going to get a Vegas residency
- 7:39Speaker 3: at the sphere.
- 7:40Speaker 1: WHOA, it's looking.
- 7:41Speaker 3: Like thirty five shows, which may start as early as.
- 7:44Speaker 4: The second half of this year.
- 7:46Speaker 3: Big So that means that the announcement would happen very
- 7:50Speaker 3: very soon. These are only rumors right now. Nothing's beeneficially announced.
- 7:54Speaker 3: This is not me saying it's happening. This is me saying,
- 7:56Speaker 3: make sure you start saving your money because it's gonna
- 7:58Speaker 3: cost you a lot happen, so be aware of it
- 8:02Speaker 3: once they do announce it. If this is really true,
- 8:04Speaker 3: I will let you know. And mcgavick High School is
- 8:08Speaker 3: getting a student run food truck. This is so cool
- 8:12Speaker 3: to me. So Metro National Public Schools is now the
- 8:14Speaker 3: eighth district in the US to launch an into It
- 8:18Speaker 3: food truck. Into It does stuff like for taxes and
- 8:21Speaker 3: all sorts of other things like that. So this partnership
- 8:23Speaker 3: is going to allow students to gain hands on experience
- 8:27Speaker 3: running this business under a chef. Janine Nava is her name.
- 8:32Speaker 3: So the Raider Bytees food truck has been unveiled. All
- 8:36Speaker 3: different students are going to take part in this, okay,
- 8:38Speaker 3: So culinary students will develop menus and operate the kitchen.
- 8:41Speaker 3: The school's business and finance students are going to handle
- 8:44Speaker 3: the financial management of it, and their digital design students
- 8:47Speaker 3: will work with into It designers to create graphics for
- 8:50Speaker 3: the truck and promotional materials. How awesome is that? I'm like,
- 8:55Speaker 3: everyone should have this. This is the coolest thing I've.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Ever heard of.
- 8:58Speaker 4: If we had this in high school, I would have
- 9:00Speaker 4: loved it. What a cool experience. I'm really geeking out
- 9:03Speaker 4: about it. And those are the three things you need
- 9:06Speaker 4: to know.
- 9:07Speaker 5: One seven five the River, Ricky, Zach and Mano in
- 9:10Speaker 5: the morning.
- 9:10Speaker 4: Mack's got a fact.
- 9:11Speaker 1: This fact is actually courtesy of Ricky's fiance AJ. He
- 9:15Speaker 1: texted it to.
- 9:15Speaker 7: Me last night, okay, and he said, although octopuses can
- 9:19Speaker 7: change their color, which they do to hide from predators
- 9:21Speaker 7: and hunt prey.
- 9:22Speaker 1: They're actually color blind.
- 9:24Speaker 4: Isn't that crazy?
- 9:25Speaker 1: Oh?
- 9:25Speaker 5: Really?
- 9:26Speaker 2: Yeah, so they're doing this they have really no idea
- 9:29Speaker 2: what they look like.
- 9:30Speaker 1: While it's so crazy, But there's your fact of the day.
- 9:33Speaker 4: I know it blew my mind too last night.
- 9:35Speaker 1: It's a good Maybe we should get him in here, right.
- 9:40Speaker 5: Verick, Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 9:43Speaker 3: What is the smoothest way you have ever been hit on?
- 9:47Speaker 3: It's one of seven five the river. There's a girl
- 9:49Speaker 3: going viral right now. She was at an airport and
- 9:52Speaker 3: a pilot slipped her a note that said, quote, I
- 9:56Speaker 3: have seen the whole world and you are the most
- 9:58Speaker 3: beautiful human in it. Names so smooth, And you wouldn't
- 10:04Speaker 3: immediately want that man's number?
- 10:06Speaker 1: You would? I would, you would definitely get my number.
- 10:08Speaker 1: Do we know did she fall like? Did she say no.
- 10:11Speaker 3: She didn't actually talk to him or anything like that,
- 10:13Speaker 3: but she posted it online and everyone's obviously like, you
- 10:16Speaker 3: messed up.
- 10:17Speaker 1: It's a good move because this is so smooth.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Yeah, six one five, seven, three, seven, nine one oh
- 10:22Speaker 2: seven the smoothest way you've ever been hit on. I've
- 10:25Speaker 2: been over here looking up some pickup lines, and not
- 10:27Speaker 2: many of them are safe for the air, but I
- 10:29Speaker 2: do have a few that are good that I want
- 10:31Speaker 2: to share next.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Okay, all right, but we also want to hear your story.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Six one, five, seven, three, seven nine one o seven
- 10:36Speaker 2: The smooth You've ever been hit up?
- 10:38Speaker 4: I don't like the way that you do that.
- 10:40Speaker 1: I don't either. You're trying to be smooth, but I
- 10:42Speaker 1: was trying.
- 10:45Speaker 3: Nikki and Murphy'sboro, tell us the smoothest way you have
- 10:48Speaker 3: ever been hit on.
- 10:50Speaker 8: I had a guy one time asked me, long story short,
- 10:53Speaker 8: if I had a shovel, and I was.
- 10:55Speaker 9: Like, I don't think so.
- 10:57Speaker 4: And he's like, well, if you had a shovel.
- 10:58Speaker 5: I could dig it.
- 11:00Speaker 4: That works for you.
- 11:01Speaker 5: Nikki.
- 11:03Speaker 9: It was like, that's kind of funny.
- 11:05Speaker 8: Actually I could dig it.
- 11:07Speaker 4: I could dig it.
- 11:08Speaker 8: Okay, Like, hey, you gotta shovel because I can dig it.
- 11:11Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, I get it.
- 11:12Speaker 4: Oh, Kevin's not a fan neither.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Okay, it's okay. It didn't work on Nikky for a reason,
- 11:18Speaker 2: you know, I mean.
- 11:19Speaker 6: It's appropriate for the radio.
- 11:21Speaker 5: I can't sure.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Okay, No, we appreciate you keeping it clean.
- 11:24Speaker 8: Yeah, keeping it tg Yeah.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Thank you. Nicky, we appreciate it. My god.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Janis in Clarksville, good morning. The smoothest you've ever been
- 11:34Speaker 2: hit on.
- 11:35Speaker 10: So when I was younger living in Florida, there was
- 11:39Speaker 10: this guy that just like sell over and I went
- 11:42Speaker 10: to help him get up, and I was like, are
- 11:44Speaker 10: you okay? And he said, yeah, I'm just falling for you.
- 11:48Speaker 5: Laughing.
- 11:48Speaker 10: But it was the funniest thing.
- 11:50Speaker 1: We have a winner.
- 11:51Speaker 4: That's a good one.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Did you go on a date with him afterward?
- 11:54Speaker 5: I did not.
- 11:55Speaker 10: I laughed and kept on going with my friends to
- 11:57Speaker 10: We'll have fun.
- 11:59Speaker 3: Heyreciate that, Janis, because if you're in that mood and
- 12:02Speaker 3: all you want to do is be out with your girlfriends,
- 12:04Speaker 3: that's all you're going to get.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Yeah, here's a good one that I found. This is
- 12:07Speaker 2: for maybe before a first date or something. You say, oh, hey,
- 12:10Speaker 2: I have to cancel our movie plans. I'm so sorry.
- 12:13Speaker 2: I just found out they won't let me bring in
- 12:15Speaker 2: outside snacks.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Oh wow, No like that.
- 12:19Speaker 4: No, that makes me cringe.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Kevin, thanks for calling. Have a wonderful weekend.
- 12:26Speaker 5: You to thank you, bye, Janis.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Ricky, how today? JA yet you was it smooth?
- 12:31Speaker 4: He says?
- 12:32Speaker 3: It's the smoothest he's ever played anything. But it really
- 12:34Speaker 3: wasn't that smooth. He asked for my number. I gave
- 12:37Speaker 3: it to him, and he actually called the number because
- 12:40Speaker 3: he thought that I gave him a fake one, and
- 12:43Speaker 3: then found out that it was the real number, because
- 12:45Speaker 3: I answered, like, was it right then?
- 12:46Speaker 5: And there?
- 12:46Speaker 1: He called it.
- 12:50Speaker 7: I mean I appreciate it because I have given fake
- 12:52Speaker 7: numbers to a lot of people before, a.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Lot of people.
- 12:54Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, son, Sometimes it's not so smooth though, and
- 12:59Speaker 3: it still works alright.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Give us about five, five, five six, Oh.
- 13:03Speaker 4: My god, a bad one.
- 13:07Speaker 3: National Welcome to one oh seven five the river. What
- 13:10Speaker 3: is the smoothest way that you have ever been hit on?
- 13:13Speaker 2: Let's see if it's better than the way this pilot
- 13:15Speaker 2: and viral for slipping a note to a lady at
- 13:17Speaker 2: the airport.
- 13:17Speaker 1: That's why we're talking about this what you got?
- 13:19Speaker 10: So it was actually by my husband. I was asking
- 13:23Speaker 10: about his car and I was like, God, it's so trash.
- 13:25Speaker 10: I was like, you need to do something better with this,
- 13:27Speaker 10: and he was like, oh, well, you know, why do
- 13:29Speaker 10: you just go ahead and take it off my hands
- 13:31Speaker 10: and try to give me the keys to his car?
- 13:33Speaker 4: Oh? He was willing to give you his car.
- 13:37Speaker 6: Wow.
- 13:38Speaker 10: Yeah, his Beamer O Steamer.
- 13:40Speaker 4: So it was not a trash car. It was a
- 13:42Speaker 4: very nice car.
- 13:44Speaker 10: I mean I thought beamers were trash at some high standards.
- 13:49Speaker 1: Okay, so yeah, just give a woman a Beamer a
- 13:52Speaker 1: BMW that's yeah.
- 13:53Speaker 10: Well it works because we've been together for ten years,
- 13:56Speaker 10: so it.
- 13:57Speaker 4: Grids ten years. It's a long time. Good for you,
- 14:00Speaker 4: you guys. Yes, all right, thank.
- 14:02Speaker 1: You for calling.
- 14:03Speaker 2: At first, I was like, all right, everybody, listen, this
- 14:05Speaker 2: is a good tip how to get someone to marry,
- 14:07Speaker 2: But just give them a car is not not very.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Realistic for most people. Okay, thank you for going. Have
- 14:13Speaker 1: a great weekend.
- 14:14Speaker 10: Thank you, you'll have a great weekend.
- 14:16Speaker 2: So by love, Maggie and Lebanon. Good morning, Welcome to
- 14:19Speaker 2: the river. Please we want to hear about that smooth pickup.
- 14:23Speaker 9: I think sometimes I don't have to say nothing at all.
- 14:26Speaker 9: I think sometimes you walk past people and the way
- 14:29Speaker 9: that they.
- 14:29Speaker 6: Look at you, you're like, you didn't even have to
- 14:31Speaker 6: say nothing.
- 14:32Speaker 3: Oh yes, I know exactly what you're talking about, Maggie.
- 14:35Speaker 7: They give you the eyes and you're like, oh oh.
- 14:38Speaker 3: Sometimes that's the way they're standing that makes them look
- 14:41Speaker 3: smooth too.
- 14:43Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 14:43Speaker 9: This morning, I left the gas section and two people
- 14:46Speaker 9: were staring at me on my way out, and I
- 14:48Speaker 9: was like, Okay, I feel good about myself.
- 14:49Speaker 8: Okay, Maggie, let's go.
- 14:52Speaker 2: I'm so sorry to turn this the other way, But
- 14:54Speaker 2: if multiple people are looking at me, like in a
- 14:56Speaker 2: short time frame, I think that, you know.
- 14:59Speaker 1: I something's going on.
- 15:00Speaker 2: You got food on your face, or your pants are
- 15:02Speaker 2: and zipped or something.
- 15:04Speaker 4: That sounds like you have low self esteem. Kevin, we
- 15:06Speaker 4: should talk about that off the you don't you get.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Self conscious if a lot of people are looking at you? No,
- 15:10Speaker 1: I don't.
- 15:11Speaker 10: I don't know.
- 15:14Speaker 2: I just assume something's going on and I'm not aware
- 15:16Speaker 2: of it. Okay, all right, thanks Maggie. Congrats, I'm being hot, my.
- 15:22Speaker 1: Love, Hevin, do you need therapy? Do you need to
- 15:25Speaker 1: lay down?
- 15:25Speaker 2: If you go to the store and it just feels
- 15:27Speaker 2: like a lot of people are looking at you, you
- 15:29Speaker 2: take that as a good thing.
- 15:32Speaker 4: Oh, these jeans are now my favorite jeans.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Top of the pie. I gotta get home. I gotta
- 15:37Speaker 1: get out of there. I just abandoned my cart and run.
- 15:39Speaker 3: You're getting anxiety just thinking about it.
- 15:43Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
- 15:45Speaker 4: I hope Zach is ready to be stumped. That's the
- 15:48Speaker 4: game of the day.
- 15:49Speaker 3: We're playing on one O seven five the River for
- 15:51Speaker 3: tickets to see the pregs.
- 15:52Speaker 4: Spencer and Gallatin, good morning.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Good morning. How you feeling, buddy?
- 15:57Speaker 5: Oh, I'm headed to work.
- 15:59Speaker 1: You don't sound jazzed about that.
- 16:01Speaker 10: No, it was hard getting up this morning.
- 16:04Speaker 1: I feel that. Well, it's Friday, so that's something.
- 16:07Speaker 8: Yeah, Friday, it's like any other day of the week.
- 16:12Speaker 2: I was gonna say, or and that's a pop culture reference.
- 16:15Speaker 2: You understood, Zach, Nice Joe, Buddy, you understand how this
- 16:18Speaker 2: game works.
- 16:19Speaker 1: I think so. I think so.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Okay, So if you want these preds tickets to Flora
- 16:23Speaker 2: is yours?
- 16:23Speaker 1: Go ahead? Stumps act Well, the question I thought of
- 16:29Speaker 1: earlier this week was who was the best supporting actors
- 16:33Speaker 1: in the oscars this last last week? That supporting actor? Okay,
- 16:37Speaker 1: he's never going to get the song rip from the headlines?
- 16:40Speaker 1: Is it from Amelia Perez? Hold on the answer? Don't
- 16:44Speaker 1: give him the answer, but no, pac that.
- 16:48Speaker 4: You even are allowed to ask questions back, Zack.
- 16:50Speaker 1: I feel like I should be able to ask, well, it's.
- 16:53Speaker 7: Not one best supporting actress actor, a tour actor. Let's
- 16:58Speaker 7: just take a ram. I'm shot in the dark, Timothy Shame.
- 17:04Speaker 1: No hold on you.
- 17:05Speaker 2: You definitely win this, Spencer, you win this. But I
- 17:07Speaker 2: want to try to get Zach there. He was in
- 17:10Speaker 2: home alone.
- 17:10Speaker 4: He's never gonna get it, and I've been all I've
- 17:18Speaker 4: been doing is talking about this man for weeks.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I know his name. I'm impressed. That's great.
- 17:23Speaker 2: You didn't get it right. So Spencer wins. He stumps
- 17:27Speaker 2: at congratulations.
- 17:29Speaker 10: Thank you.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Thank my daughter she was the one that came up with.
- 17:32Speaker 2: The question earlier this week, and they're.
- 17:35Speaker 9: Out of school today, so I can't wait to tell
- 17:38Speaker 9: her when I get home.
- 17:40Speaker 2: It sounds like we have turned your depressed mood around
- 17:42Speaker 2: a little bit, so we're happy about that.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 17:45Speaker 2: Yeah, if we can change the traffic, it'll be a
- 17:47Speaker 2: good day.
- 17:49Speaker 8: All right.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Congrats. You don't see the prads play the Blues on
- 17:52Speaker 1: the eighteenth. Nice job, dude, thank you.
- 17:54Speaker 4: Hang on the line. Okay, all right, Spencer cracks me up.
- 17:57Speaker 1: He's funny, just another day.
- 18:00Speaker 4: He's real though he's not having a good day. That's okay.
- 18:03Speaker 4: I hope this helps.
- 18:03Speaker 1: It was a fun game. I enjoyed it.
- 18:05Speaker 2: Are you cool to bring that back at some point
- 18:06Speaker 2: in the futures say bring it on, babes.
- 18:08Speaker 1: I loved it.
- 18:09Speaker 4: It's ready to lose.
- 18:10Speaker 1: I didn't know that Karen Colkin was in home alone.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Oh my, here was the little kid that drank too
- 18:15Speaker 1: much pepsi and.
- 18:16Speaker 5: With the bed.
- 18:17Speaker 1: I know that now, but like mccolay was a star.
- 18:19Speaker 5: Sure, Three things you need to know?
- 18:22Speaker 1: All right, here we go just after eight o'clock.
- 18:24Speaker 2: We do have another keyword for those Sabrina Carbenter tickets
- 18:26Speaker 2: on the way in a few minutes. We also have
- 18:29Speaker 2: more new music from Lady Gaga. Were celebrating her all
- 18:31Speaker 2: day long. I am stalling while Ricky recovers from the Giggles,
- 18:35Speaker 2: especially really funny.
- 18:37Speaker 4: And then we had to go live.
- 18:38Speaker 1: She got three things you need to know.
- 18:40Speaker 3: Two hackers have been arrested for stealing money from concert
- 18:45Speaker 3: sales for acts like Taylor Swift, Adele and Ed Sheeran.
- 18:48Speaker 3: Not funny, that is not what I'm laughing at. I
- 18:50Speaker 3: just want to clarify. They've been arrested and arraigned in
- 18:53Speaker 3: New York City for stealing nine hundred and ninety three
- 18:56Speaker 3: concert tickets and making more than six hundred thousand dollars
- 18:59Speaker 3: in the process. So the hackers, they would get into
- 19:02Speaker 3: StubHub system through a third party that one of them
- 19:05Speaker 3: worked at, so that they could gain access to intercept tickets.
- 19:09Speaker 3: They would redirect the URLs to themselves and resell them
- 19:13Speaker 3: on ticketing sites for far more money.
- 19:15Speaker 4: Truly wild concept like insane.
- 19:19Speaker 3: But they were both charged with grand larceny, computer tampering,
- 19:22Speaker 3: conspiracy and tampering, so they are not doing well. They
- 19:26Speaker 3: were caught and that's a good thing. Lukecomb's Music City
- 19:30Speaker 3: Walk of Fame star ceremony has officially been rescheduled. There
- 19:35Speaker 3: was a conflict with the original dates, so they have
- 19:37Speaker 3: moved it to Thursday, March twentieth, and the ceremony is
- 19:40Speaker 3: open to the public. So if you want to go
- 19:41Speaker 3: check it out, you want to go see the ceremony,
- 19:43Speaker 3: you totally can. On March twelfth, mark your calendars. And
- 19:47Speaker 3: a new version of Monopoly is going to swap out
- 19:51Speaker 3: cash for a smartphone app. People have a lot of
- 19:54Speaker 3: thoughts about this. Yeah, yeah, let me explain. So the
- 19:57Speaker 3: new set goes on sale in August for twenty four
- 20:00Speaker 3: it's going to replace all of the money with a
- 20:02Speaker 3: mobile app that automates transactions, so they call the app
- 20:06Speaker 3: Monopoly App Banking. It eliminates the banker role, It introduces
- 20:11Speaker 3: a kid friendly board featuring locations like Rocket, launch Pad
- 20:14Speaker 3: and vir roller Coaster, and.
- 20:16Speaker 4: It claims that this change is going to make the
- 20:18Speaker 4: game faster and more accessible.
- 20:20Speaker 3: But obviously some parents and people are really frustrated with
- 20:23Speaker 3: this idea because it removes the valuable lessons of math
- 20:26Speaker 3: and money management and the whole idea of Monopoly to
- 20:29Speaker 3: begin with. And also they think that, you know, if
- 20:31Speaker 3: you take away the cash and you bring in an app,
- 20:34Speaker 3: you're just adding another screen based activity.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Exactly what I was going to say. Both of those things,
- 20:38Speaker 1: removing the math and adding.
- 20:40Speaker 3: A screen notre Yeah, so a lot of people have
- 20:42Speaker 3: feelings and thoughts on it. If you're into this idea,
- 20:45Speaker 3: then August twenty four to ninety nine is what it
- 20:48Speaker 3: goes on sale for. If not, don't even worry about it.
- 20:51Speaker 3: Keep your regular Monopoly. I'm Rekisanchez, and those are the
- 20:54Speaker 3: three things you need to know.
- 20:55Speaker 1: In all fairness, I don't like regular Monopoly either. It's
- 20:58Speaker 1: quite boring.
- 20:59Speaker 3: So long so I get the idea of trying to
- 21:01Speaker 3: speed it up, sure, but I also understand.
- 21:03Speaker 4: The math part is all part of the learning.
- 21:05Speaker 3: Yes experience big time, Haiky Zach, your parents have something
- 21:11Speaker 3: of yours that they've always kept. There's this guy on
- 21:14Speaker 3: Instagram that shared that he made a snowball in November
- 21:18Speaker 3: of nineteen eighty seven and put it in his mom's
- 21:21Speaker 3: freezer like his childhood home and the freezer she kept
- 21:24Speaker 3: it all these years.
- 21:26Speaker 1: That is insane.
- 21:27Speaker 3: He crazy just pulled it out for the first time
- 21:29Speaker 3: since that and it was still a snowball.
- 21:31Speaker 4: Yep, still a snowball.
- 21:32Speaker 3: It was ice at that point, obviously not so much
- 21:34Speaker 3: a snowball. It was like an ice ball, but it
- 21:36Speaker 3: was in the same like, you know, shape and everything
- 21:38Speaker 3: from when he made it.
- 21:39Speaker 1: Kind of impressive, honestly, right, she kept.
- 21:42Speaker 3: It forever, though, So do your parents have something of
- 21:44Speaker 3: yours that they've always kept? Maybe it's something super strange
- 21:48Speaker 3: like a snowball.
- 21:49Speaker 2: Zach said yesterday his parents have his Hannah Montana cardboard cutout.
- 21:53Speaker 7: I have a life sized cardboard cutout of Hannah Montana
- 21:55Speaker 7: that my mom gave me for my eighteenth birthday, and
- 21:58Speaker 7: she still has it.
- 21:59Speaker 1: At I'm surprised you don't have it at home in
- 22:01Speaker 1: your house. My dogs would be so scared.
- 22:04Speaker 2: Six one five, seven, three seven nine one seven. What
- 22:07Speaker 2: do your parents have? What are they keeping that they'll
- 22:09Speaker 2: just never get rid of?
- 22:10Speaker 1: We want to know? One O seven five the River?
- 22:12Speaker 5: Heiky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 22:14Speaker 4: Are you getting Nashville?
- 22:15Speaker 3: Good morning, welcome to one oh seven five of the River.
- 22:18Speaker 4: How are you doing this morning?
- 22:19Speaker 1: I'm good?
- 22:20Speaker 9: How are you?
- 22:21Speaker 4: I am so good. Do your parents have something of
- 22:23Speaker 4: yours that they've always kept?
- 22:25Speaker 9: No, they're not that kind of person. But me, my
- 22:28Speaker 9: youngest child was sick a lot, and I have every
- 22:32Speaker 9: hospital band from every hospital is agent she's never had.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Ah, that's honestly kind of meaningful.
- 22:38Speaker 4: I guess, yeah, that makes sense.
- 22:40Speaker 1: And they don't take up much space. I think that's
- 22:41Speaker 1: a good thing to keep.
- 22:43Speaker 9: And I've got her like her balloons we deflated and
- 22:46Speaker 9: we have those. Yeah, all of her hospitals stuff, her gowns.
- 22:49Speaker 9: I took her downs home from the stage.
- 22:51Speaker 10: We have those.
- 22:52Speaker 9: I don't know why, but we have all of it.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Yeah, No, that's cute. I mean we have this is
- 22:57Speaker 1: not the same at all, but it just popped in
- 22:59Speaker 1: my head.
- 22:59Speaker 2: We have like all the little newborn stuff that they
- 23:01Speaker 2: give you at the hospital for both of our kids,
- 23:03Speaker 2: like the little like knitted hat they put on a
- 23:05Speaker 2: new and all that stuff.
- 23:08Speaker 9: I've got that. And this is even grosser.
- 23:10Speaker 6: I've got the little clip that was on her belly butt.
- 23:12Speaker 9: I don't know why, yeah, but I found it a
- 23:15Speaker 9: few weeks ago going through stuff. I was like, why
- 23:17Speaker 9: do I still have the clip from our belly button.
- 23:20Speaker 4: I'm not gonna lie to you. That kind of creeps
- 23:21Speaker 4: me out.
- 23:22Speaker 3: But I don't have kids, so like, I don't get
- 23:24Speaker 3: the whole keeping the clip on the belly button thing.
- 23:28Speaker 4: Well, I'm sure your parents get it.
- 23:30Speaker 2: Next time you're in the pantry or whatever, you need
- 23:31Speaker 2: a chip clip, you know where you go.
- 23:35Speaker 9: No, I just think it's because she was so sick,
- 23:37Speaker 9: and I don't know, I just kept everything.
- 23:40Speaker 1: I get it.
- 23:42Speaker 4: Oh, she's doing great now.
- 23:43Speaker 9: Yeah, she's eighteen. She's had a couple of heart Thirdrey.
- 23:47Speaker 6: Need to be able to tell.
- 23:49Speaker 4: I'm so happy that she's doing well. Now, that's amazing.
- 23:52Speaker 1: Please give her.
- 23:53Speaker 7: Our best, all right, I will do that.
- 23:55Speaker 4: Thank you so much for calling in. We appreciate you, Reagan.
- 23:58Speaker 9: Thank you, n you guys have a great day.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Fellow you Ricky. What do your parents have of yours?
- 24:02Speaker 4: My mom still has my crib?
- 24:05Speaker 5: What?
- 24:06Speaker 3: Yeah, she's convinced that when I have kids, I'm gonna
- 24:09Speaker 3: want the crib for some reason. And I was born
- 24:13Speaker 3: in nineteen ninety two. Cribs are very different now than
- 24:16Speaker 3: nineteen ninety two. I don't think that I want that crib.
- 24:19Speaker 2: The first thing that went through my head when you
- 24:21Speaker 2: said that, I'm sorry. I thought, because you're kind of shorter,
- 24:25Speaker 2: that you slept in the crib when you go visit
- 24:26Speaker 2: your mom.
- 24:27Speaker 1: Is that not the case, Kevin.
- 24:29Speaker 3: I want to say a lot of things to you
- 24:31Speaker 3: right now that are not okay for the radio.
- 24:35Speaker 5: Heiky Zachy morning, Madison in Clarksville.
- 24:40Speaker 1: How are you?
- 24:41Speaker 8: I'm great?
- 24:41Speaker 2: How are you?
- 24:43Speaker 1: I think we're all great over here.
- 24:44Speaker 2: Do you still do your parents still have something of
- 24:47Speaker 2: yours from childhood?
- 24:48Speaker 1: That's kind of crazy they're still hanging on to it.
- 24:50Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 24:51Speaker 8: So my mom still has my baby tea. Yeah, and
- 24:57Speaker 8: he has the first one ever in a in your
- 25:00Speaker 8: frame a picture frame.
- 25:02Speaker 10: It no, no, it's like just.
- 25:05Speaker 9: In stories at this point.
- 25:06Speaker 10: But it used to.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Be like the idea of the first one being like
- 25:12Speaker 1: in a frame that's not crazy to me, But the
- 25:14Speaker 1: rest of them that's weird.
- 25:16Speaker 3: And she also, oh, my goodness, Okay, does she expects
- 25:20Speaker 3: that you're gonna want all these teeth one day? I
- 25:24Speaker 3: don't know.
- 25:24Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 25:25Speaker 10: I think she just doesn't know what to do with them.
- 25:30Speaker 1: Maybe she's gonna frame you for murder at.
- 25:32Speaker 8: Some point with the baby, I was like, I was
- 25:35Speaker 8: like that DNA, Yeah.
- 25:37Speaker 2: Your dental records. That's coming right back to you.
- 25:41Speaker 3: All right, Madison, thank you so much for calling in.
- 25:43Speaker 3: We appreciate you.
- 25:44Speaker 10: Yeah, of course, thank you.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Have a great day, great weekend, you guys. I'm calling Jonathan.
- 25:49Speaker 3: Okay, boss, yes, because he texted us some wild things
- 25:52Speaker 3: of what his mom caps.
- 25:57Speaker 5: Hi.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Hey, buddy, so are you willing to share that on
- 26:00Speaker 1: the air?
- 26:00Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 26:01Speaker 9: Sure, why not?
- 26:01Speaker 2: This is Jonathan our boss. He's also on the afternoons
- 26:04Speaker 2: here on one oh seven.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Five the River. Before we get to it, do you
- 26:08Speaker 1: want to wish us a happy anything.
- 26:10Speaker 11: Happy employee appreciation week? I appreciate, well, just the day,
- 26:14Speaker 11: but thank you week whatever. Zach made it seem like
- 26:18Speaker 11: it was a whole week.
- 26:19Speaker 4: Well, it is a week in Zach's mind. But what
- 26:21Speaker 4: did your mom keep?
- 26:22Speaker 3: Because it's really really strange and kind of freaks me out.
- 26:25Speaker 11: Yeah. So long after my mom passed, my dad brought
- 26:28Speaker 11: me this rubber maid container that had all this stuff
- 26:30Speaker 11: in it, and included was the like paperwork, the brochure
- 26:33Speaker 11: that my mom had kept for years on how to
- 26:36Speaker 11: take care of my circumcision.
- 26:39Speaker 7: I feel like I know more about my boss than
- 26:41Speaker 7: I ever needed to know.
- 26:44Speaker 1: You're welcome. I was traumatized.
- 26:46Speaker 11: I'm still in therapy for it to this day.
- 26:48Speaker 3: It's so strange, Like, why would you? I mean, it
- 26:50Speaker 3: could be worse, it could be piece of pieces.
- 26:53Speaker 11: Oh yeah, yeah, we don't need to go there.
- 26:56Speaker 8: Thank god.
- 26:56Speaker 1: It wasn't too much.
- 26:57Speaker 11: Just the paperwork, just the paperwork.
- 26:59Speaker 1: Did she follow the literature? Though? Like? Are you okay?
- 27:05Speaker 2: Sure?
- 27:08Speaker 11: I don't know how you want me to respond to that?
- 27:11Speaker 4: Okay, Jonathan, I think it's time we hang up with you.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Goodbye, bye, buddy. That's Friday. You know, we're just having
- 27:18Speaker 1: fun over here.
- 27:19Speaker 2: One seven Raichie Zach and men No Racy Abrams one
- 27:24Speaker 2: O seven five The River Today's Daily Double Tap all
- 27:27Speaker 2: about Tyler Childers.
- 27:30Speaker 3: He is a country singer. He's a sweet, sweet man.
- 27:33Speaker 3: If you have not listened to any of his songs,
- 27:34Speaker 3: highly recommend. But he's talking about an aquarium in the
- 27:38Speaker 3: most wholesome, just sweet way. And it's nothing about the
- 27:42Speaker 3: aquarium that makes sense.
- 27:43Speaker 1: Not the fish, Nope, not at all, nothing.
- 27:46Speaker 3: About you know, anything that has to really do with
- 27:48Speaker 3: an aquarium the first thing that you think about.
- 27:50Speaker 4: But here you go, went.
- 27:51Speaker 2: To the aquarium yesterday, which is where, which is where
- 27:55Speaker 2: I've got this wonderful probably my favorite new shirt.
- 27:59Speaker 7: If you haven't been to the aquarium here in Perth.
- 28:04Speaker 3: Let me tell you, as man who's been most of.
- 28:07Speaker 2: My time in the bars and learning how to make
- 28:14Speaker 2: it in this world off of bar food the aquarium
- 28:18Speaker 2: has probably the finest potato edge.
- 28:21Speaker 1: But the potato edges.
- 28:23Speaker 3: Are made the man loves the potato west, specifically from
- 28:29Speaker 3: the aquarium in Australia in Perth.
- 28:32Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, he's not. He doesn't care about the dolphins
- 28:34Speaker 1: or whatever else they have in there. It's it's the
- 28:36Speaker 1: potato wedge. Joe.
- 28:37Speaker 7: I love some good bar foods and now I want
- 28:39Speaker 7: to go to Australia just to try these potato ledges.
- 28:42Speaker 2: I could one thousand percent of you booking your the
- 28:45Speaker 2: Potato Ledge.
- 28:46Speaker 3: I will post the video on one of seven five
- 28:48Speaker 3: The River's Instagram. Acout in the stories. It really is
- 28:51Speaker 3: just it's a sweet moment. Yeah, the man loves the
- 28:53Speaker 3: potato edge.
