Speaker 1: Crime is way down, and one of the reasons is
• 0:02
Speaker 1: we've taken a lot of bad people and gotten them
• 0:05
Speaker 1: out of our country. In some cases, they're so bad
• 0:07
Speaker 1: that we put them in prison because we don't want
• 0:09
Speaker 1: them to even take a chance of coming back in.
• 0:12
Speaker 1: Even though our voter is very secure, record setting secure,
• 0:16
Speaker 1: we had to zero illegal aliens being admitted into a
• 0:21
Speaker 1: country for the last eight months. That's hard to even.
• 0:24
Speaker 2: Meet to believe you're listening to the forty seven Morning
• 0:26

• 0:34
Speaker 4: for you, massive fraud being uncovered by the federal government
• 0:38
Speaker 4: and doctor Oz leading the way and telling the story
• 0:41
Speaker 4: of how your money is being stolen from Minneapolis to
• 0:45
  Speaker 4: Los Angeles.
• 0:46
Speaker 3: Before we get to that, though.
• 0:48

• 1:23
Speaker 4: It's the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
• 1:27
  Speaker 3: Story number one.
• 1:28
Speaker 4: Fraud, fraud and more fraud is being found all over
• 1:32
Speaker 4: the country. Many inspired to ask more questions after what
• 1:36
Speaker 4: we witness with a massive Somali fraud costing taxpayers billions
• 1:40
Speaker 4: of dollars in Minnesota. Well, now you can look at
• 1:44
Speaker 4: a Los Angeles neighborhood that is the home to forty
• 1:48
Speaker 4: two hospices in a four block radius. That is the
• 1:54
Speaker 4: new claim coming from doctor Oz. Doctor Oz is now
• 1:59
Speaker 4: saying he is a covered rampant healthcare fraud in the
• 2:02
Speaker 4: state of California, declaring he found a whopping forty two
• 2:07
Speaker 4: hospices and just a four block radius.
• 2:09
  Speaker 3: That is impossible.
• 2:11
Speaker 4: Oz the head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
• 2:14
Speaker 4: He posts a video Tuesday cruising through this area pointing
• 2:19
Speaker 4: to medical buildings plastered with Armenian writing and claiming they're
• 2:24
Speaker 4: tied to a multi billion dollar hospice and home care
• 2:30
Speaker 4: fraud scheme. In this four block area in Los Angeles,
• 2:36
Speaker 4: there are forty two hospices, doctor Oz said. Take a
• 2:39
Speaker 4: listen to doctor Oz as he explains the story so
• 2:43
  Speaker 4: you can see.
• 2:43
Speaker 5: These are medical buildings. They've got Shrilick writing, Russian Armenian
• 2:49
Speaker 5: writing on both sides. There's lots of action, it seems.
• 2:54
Speaker 5: I don't know how many patients are getting care but
• 2:57
Speaker 5: in this four block area unless there are forty two hospices.
• 3:02
Speaker 5: So either there are a lot of people dying here,
• 3:05
Speaker 5: or you've got a fraudulent activity that is so good
• 3:07
Speaker 5: that everyone wants to get in on it. I'm in
• 3:11
Speaker 5: ben NIC's in Los Angeles, and this boarded up area
• 3:14
Speaker 5: above my head here as a big hospice center. There
• 3:18
Speaker 5: apparently quite a few hospices around here, forty two within
• 3:22
Speaker 5: a four block radius. And these guys stole sixteen million dollars.
• 3:27
Speaker 5: And listen carefully. The main guy went to jail for
• 3:30
Speaker 5: two years stealing sixteen million dollars. It's a good trade
• 3:33
Speaker 5: off for a lot of folks. And if you look
• 3:35
Speaker 5: at it, it's pretty in the script. There wasn't anyone
• 3:37
Speaker 5: really in there. They weren't doing any services. They just
• 3:39
Speaker 5: got an address they could claim was a hospice and
• 3:42
Speaker 5: then they ran the business claiming people were at home
• 3:45
Speaker 5: getting services, which they really worked. What we have learned
• 3:48
Speaker 5: there's roughly three and a half billion dollars of fraud
• 3:52
Speaker 5: taking place here in Los Angeles in hospice and home
• 3:56
Speaker 5: care is run quite a bit of it by the
• 3:59
Speaker 5: Russian Armenian. You noticed the lettering and language behind me
• 4:03
Speaker 5: is of that dialect, and it also highlights the fact
• 4:06
Speaker 5: that this is an organized crime mafia deal where you've
• 4:10
Speaker 5: got folks who are systematically recruited doctors to write false prescriptions.
• 4:15
Speaker 5: You know, hundreds of doctors participating. They've got one hundred
• 4:18
Speaker 5: thousand patients who they tricked or paid to give them
• 4:21
Speaker 5: their beneficiary numbers so they can perpetuate the fraud. And
• 4:24
Speaker 5: then the criminals are just bringing the whole organization and
• 4:27
Speaker 5: quickly scurrying away when law enforcement does get around to
• 4:30
Speaker 5: prosecuting them. Unfortunately, in California, there has not been a
• 4:33
Speaker 5: lot of attention on these problems.
• 4:35
Speaker 3: That's going to change.
• 4:36
Speaker 5: The US Attorney, the FBI, everyone's now focused on the
• 4:39
Speaker 5: fact that in this state, which has about thirty billion
• 4:42
Speaker 5: dollars worth of home and community based services, most of
• 4:46
Speaker 5: it might be fraudulent. Those are big numbers and we're
• 4:48
  Speaker 5: taking it seriously.
• 4:50
  Speaker 3: Now.
• 4:50
Speaker 4: This isn't the only fraud that doctor Oz has exposed
• 4:53
Speaker 4: in the last week. There was also another aspect of
• 4:57
Speaker 4: fraud that he has uncovered, and it deals with what
• 5:01
Speaker 4: they've found in Minnesota. I want you to listen to
• 5:04
Speaker 4: doctor Ozena's own words on that.
• 5:06
  Speaker 3: Other fraud.
• 5:08
Speaker 5: Behind me is the Griggs Midway building and looking at a
• 5:10
Speaker 5: factory because it was a factory, a linen factory they
• 5:12
Speaker 5: made cloth back there, converted to an office building. You'll
• 5:15
Speaker 5: notice all those little signs there, and there's tons of
• 5:17
Speaker 5: little businesses inside. Roughly four hundred medicaid businesses were starting
• 5:23
Speaker 5: the building behind me.
• 5:23
Speaker 3: Over the last several years.
• 5:25
Speaker 5: They generated about three hundred and eighty million dollars of
• 5:28
Speaker 5: billing that you, the taxpayer, were putting up. That means
• 5:31
Speaker 5: roughly each business had a million dollars of billing. It's
• 5:35
Speaker 5: an industrial area. There's no reason that you'd have a
• 5:38
Speaker 5: mother bring her child there. You kind of imagine getting
• 5:42
Speaker 5: at your business support an autistic job. Probably wouldn't want
• 5:45
  Speaker 5: to come here.
• 5:46
Speaker 3: You hear the noise. It's just not a hospitable place.
• 5:48
Speaker 5: The question is, how is it possible four hundred businesses
• 5:52
Speaker 5: building almost four hundred million dollars we're able to thrive here?
• 5:55
Speaker 5: What did the owner of the business this building think
• 5:58
Speaker 5: was happening inside? Why no one in this state figure out?
• 6:01
Speaker 5: This is a concern and perplexity to me. In a
• 6:04
Speaker 5: place of this nature, an industrial complex that people would
• 6:08
Speaker 5: not come to for childcare, autism care, or transportation support.
• 6:12
Speaker 5: How is it possible this could come up like an
• 6:15
Speaker 5: abscess in the heart of Minneapolis and nobody was watching.
• 6:19
  Speaker 5: I think it's because they weren't looking. They didn't want
• 6:21
Speaker 5: to know that this problem was happening here. And it's
• 6:24
Speaker 5: very concerning to me that only now, when there's more
• 6:27
Speaker 5: federal supervision, are people beginning to.
• 6:29
Speaker 3: Ask a tough question.
• 6:30
Speaker 5: So you'll notice there is already a watch group that's
• 6:33
Speaker 5: observing us, that people in the cars taking pictures of us.
• 6:36
Speaker 5: They're calling around trying to find out what's going down.
• 6:39
Speaker 5: And I'll tell you they don't have to wonder if
• 6:41
Speaker 5: we're telling you we're here to figure out why these
• 6:44
Speaker 5: folks are being defrauded, why the people who live in
• 6:46
Speaker 5: Minnesota aren't getting access to the care they deserve because
• 6:49
Speaker 5: it's been stolen. But the fact that you've got people
• 6:51
Speaker 5: behind me in cars concerned that we're even talking about
• 6:53
Speaker 5: this story, she was having.
• 6:54
Speaker 3: That worries you. It bothers me.
• 6:56
Speaker 5: There's been a censoring of truth just to own what's
• 7:01
Speaker 5: happening in their state. That's concerning to me. They talk
• 7:04
Speaker 5: about being nice in Minnesota. I want to be nice too,
• 7:06
Speaker 5: But a person was a good person doesn't have to
• 7:09
Speaker 5: always be nice. They got to be truthful and be honest.
• 7:11
Speaker 5: And sometimes you gotta tell people's stories they don't want
• 7:13
Speaker 5: to hear. That's what doctors do, and that's what we're
• 7:15
Speaker 5: gonna do here in Minnesota.
• 7:17
Speaker 3: Tell you the truth. Tell you the truth.
• 7:21
Speaker 4: What you noticed there from doctor Oz He was standing
• 7:24
Speaker 4: with Jim O'Neil. They said they discovered a former linen
• 7:28
Speaker 4: factory in Minnesota that was converted into four hundred, four
• 7:35
Speaker 4: hundred medicaid businesses, generating nearly half a billion dollars. This
• 7:42
Speaker 4: type of fraud isn't just in Minnesota. This type of
• 7:46
Speaker 4: fraud isn't just in Minneapolis. This type of fraud what
• 7:51
Speaker 4: you're witnessing now is literally all over the country. Now,
• 7:58
Speaker 4: Democrats are fighting back, and you have to ask yourself
• 8:02
Speaker 4: a question, why why are they becoming so violent, Why
• 8:08
Speaker 4: are they becoming so angry? Why are they losing their
• 8:11
Speaker 4: minds that this is being exposed. There's a simple answer,
• 8:16
Speaker 4: follow the money. Now, when I say follow the money,
• 8:21
Speaker 4: you look at Democrats and the amount of money that
• 8:25
Speaker 4: they are receiving is incredible. From so many of these
• 8:32
Speaker 4: organizations that are running the fraud. They want the money
• 8:36
Speaker 4: to keep coming in. The amount of money is truly incredible.
• 8:42
Speaker 4: The amount of money that is going to all of
• 8:45
Speaker 4: these different men and women who are protecting the fraudsters.
• 8:51
Speaker 4: It's pay to play. Everyone knows that this is paid
• 8:55
Speaker 4: to play. And Democrats have made a deal with the devil,
• 8:59
Speaker 4: with the worst and the most corrupt people to make
• 9:03
Speaker 4: sure that the money flows into their callers so that
• 9:07
Speaker 4: they can win reelection. Now, this is also about votes.
• 9:12
Speaker 4: In many of these areas, they are large voting blocks
• 9:15
Speaker 4: of individuals. Somalians and Minnesota, for example. Are the Armenians
• 9:20
Speaker 4: in LA that you just heard doctor Oz talk about.
• 9:24
Speaker 4: One of the things that they're very clear on is
• 9:27
Speaker 4: that if you want one of our votes, you got
• 9:29
Speaker 4: to buy it and get the entire community.
• 9:32
Speaker 3: They don't vote independently.
• 9:35
Speaker 4: They vote as a block for whoever will hook them
• 9:39
Speaker 4: up and take care of them. And part of the
• 9:41
Speaker 4: taking care of them is actually really simple. It's about
• 9:45
Speaker 4: covering up and protecting the fraud that's taking place, and
• 9:49
Speaker 4: these politicians are, in essence, getting a direct kickback. I'll
• 9:54
Speaker 4: let you do the fraud. You get millions of dollars.
• 9:58
Speaker 4: You just got to make sure you take care of me.
• 10:00
Speaker 4: You got to make sure that you give me the
• 10:04
Speaker 4: money that I deserve as a kickback for helping you
• 10:09
Speaker 4: and looking the other way.
• 10:11
Speaker 3: So this is a massive deal. I want to say
• 10:16
Speaker 3: that again. This is a massive deal.
• 10:21
Speaker 4: And the President the United States of America is absolutely
• 10:24
Speaker 4: right to be asking questions and for the DOJ to
• 10:28
Speaker 4: ask questions because if they don't ask these questions, then
• 10:33
Speaker 4: what happens. More of our money gets stolen, and that's
• 10:37
Speaker 4: something that should make all of us angry.
