Episode 261: Ovtlier Returns

Chord Progression Podcast: The Gateway to New Rock and Metal Music · Dec 29, 2021 · 1h 6m

Joey from Ovtlier is back on the podcast for yet another fantastic episode. The band went on tour with Gemini Syndrome in 2021, and Joey talks all about it. We discuss how "Let's Fucking Go!" became a staple at their shows, how he will let the music and the live show stand for themselves, and the great stories and interactions he had with fans on tour. Plus we dive deep into his mentality around being as honest and real as possible, always wanting to connect with the fans, and how his favorite concert ever was seeing... Tony Bennett? Yes you read that right!
