Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Recently we found out that the Joe Exotic
• 0:07
Speaker 1: of the Windsor family thought it would be a good
• 0:09
Speaker 1: idea to take the police to court. And considering Andrew's
• 0:14
Speaker 1: track record himself with all of the issues, that's a
• 0:17
Speaker 1: pretty bold strategy. And according to the Queen's former press secretary,
• 0:22
Speaker 1: it might be a move that backfires on the Prince
• 0:26
Speaker 1: of Dumbasses. And I'm certainly in that camp as well.
• 0:30
Speaker 1: Because Prince Andrew, every single time he makes a move,
• 0:34
Speaker 1: ends up stepping directly on his own dick. And it's
• 0:38
Speaker 1: been glorious to watch, honestly. I don't know if I've
• 0:41
Speaker 1: ever seen somebody bumble around as much as Prince Andrew,
• 0:44
Speaker 1: except maybe in like a Three Stooges episode. But generally speaking,
• 0:49
Speaker 1: Andrew's the type of dude that if you have like
• 0:51
Speaker 1: a crew put together to put in a concert, the
• 0:54
Speaker 1: only thing you're having him do is push cases. You
• 0:57
Speaker 1: certainly don't want him, you know, working on anything important.
• 1:01
Speaker 1: He's not building the lighting rig. He's not helping put
• 1:03
Speaker 1: up the PA. That motherfucker is pushing cases because that's
• 1:07
Speaker 1: all he's capable of doing. And when we're talking about
• 1:11
Speaker 1: the royal family, that's certainly the case, right? He's not
• 1:15
Speaker 1: some gifted, intelligent guy. He's not somebody that brings a
• 1:19
Speaker 1: whole bunch of skills to the table. The only thing
• 1:22
Speaker 1: that he had going for him was that he was
• 1:24
Speaker 1: the queen's favorite son. Well, now the queen's gone and
• 1:29
Speaker 1: he's nobody's favorite son So he's on his own, basically.
• 1:34
Speaker 1: And now he's getting advice from who knows where. And
• 1:37
Speaker 1: he's decided that he's going to go on the offensive.
• 1:40
Speaker 1: After all the bullshit, after all the nonsense, all the lies,
• 1:44
Speaker 1: he's now going on the offensive. I mean, who's he
• 1:46
Speaker 1: getting advice from? The Lady Victoria Harvey? Today's article is
• 1:52
Speaker 1: from The Sun and the headline, Andy's Gamble. Andrew's legal
• 1:56
  Speaker 1: fight against cops is a risky strategy. It's mind-blowing he's
• 2:00
Speaker 1: doing this. Queen's former press secretary warns. This article was
• 2:04
Speaker 1: authored by Hannah Bentley. Rhiannon Jones, of the sons from
• 2:09
Speaker 1: the newsroom, spoke to an expert to understand the implications
• 2:12
Speaker 1: of the former Duke of York's judicial review. It was
• 2:16
Speaker 1: revealed on Sunday that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has launched legal action
• 2:20
Speaker 1: against the police after they raided his royal homes and
• 2:24
Speaker 1: arrested him on his 66th birthday. Now he wants to
• 2:29
Speaker 1: talk to the police? Why didn't you talk to the
• 2:31
Speaker 1: police previously? You know, you could have avoided this whole
• 2:34
Speaker 1: entire thing by just doing what you said you were
• 2:36
Speaker 1: going to do from the very beginning. And that's speak
• 2:40
Speaker 1: to whatever authorities are investigating the crimes. But instead, you
• 2:44
Speaker 1: went and hid. First, you were hiding behind mummy's little skirts.
• 2:47
Speaker 1: And then you were hiding behind the walls of your
• 2:51
Speaker 1: little Sandringham Palace. And now all of a sudden you
• 2:54
Speaker 1: emerge like a groundhog. Well, buddy, I got news for you.
• 2:57
Speaker 1: You're still the same jerk off that you were. And
• 3:01
Speaker 1: nothing's going to change this time around unless you have
• 3:03
Speaker 1: some evidence. And my guess is he doesn't have any
• 3:07
Speaker 1: of that because he's already crying about loopholes and technicalities.
• 3:11
Speaker 1: He's trying to challenge the validity of the warrants, not
• 3:14
Speaker 1: the facts of the case, but the validity of the warrants.
• 3:19
Speaker 1: And whenever you're relying on loopholes and technicalities, well, chances
• 3:23
Speaker 1: are you don't have much evidence to bring to the table.
• 3:28
Speaker 1: Andrew was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office
• 3:31
Speaker 1: in February. Following allegations, he shared sensitive information with Jeffrey
• 3:35
Speaker 1: Epstein during his time as the UK's trade envoy. And
• 3:39
  Speaker 1: I don't think that's even in dispute. Like we've talked
• 3:42
Speaker 1: about this ad nauseum at this point, but I don't
• 3:44
Speaker 1: think there's any dispute that he was sharing emails and
• 3:47
Speaker 1: information with Epstein. We saw those emails already. How many
• 3:51
Speaker 1: more are there? And how many do the United States
• 3:54
Speaker 1: have in their possession that they're not going to turn over?
• 3:57
Speaker 1: And it's wild that I even have to say that.
• 4:00
Speaker 1: I can't believe that the United States does not want
• 4:02
Speaker 1: to play ball here after everything that's going on in America.
• 4:07
Speaker 1: Who's giving this dude advice, meaning the president, and telling
• 4:10
Speaker 1: him this is a good idea? Because if I was
• 4:12
Speaker 1: Todd Blanche, I'd be trying to win back some of
• 4:15
Speaker 1: the favor of the American public. And one of the
• 4:17
Speaker 1: best ways to do that is provide transparency. And if
• 4:21
Speaker 1: you want to wipe your hands clean of what's going
• 4:23
Speaker 1: on with Epstein and pump the ball, at the very
• 4:26
Speaker 1: least provide the documentation to the authorities in the UK
• 4:29
Speaker 1: and let them do their investigation. But unfortunately, when you
• 4:32
Speaker 1: have a cover-up underway, they're not going to cede power
• 4:35
Speaker 1: to anybody because they're not in on the cover-up. So
• 4:39
Speaker 1: the FBI, the DOJ, CIA, everybody involved, they have to
• 4:43
Speaker 1: make sure that they're controlling the blast radius and that
• 4:47
Speaker 1: they're in control of whatever narrative is being pitched. And
• 4:51
Speaker 1: that's why we still don't have those three and a
• 4:52
Speaker 1: half million documents, and God knows how many, that are
• 4:56
Speaker 1: unaccounted for at Langley. Nobody even talks about that. But
• 5:01
Speaker 1: like I always tell you, the crumbs were with the DOJ,
• 5:04
Speaker 1: but the cake? You'll find that shit at Langley. The
• 5:09
Speaker 1: ex-prince has now asked a judge to determine if Thames
• 5:12
Speaker 1: Valley Police's action were lawful. Elisa Anderson, the Queen's former
• 5:17
Speaker 1: press secretary for 12 years, said the move was absolutely extraordinary. Yeah,
• 5:22
Speaker 1: I can't imagine that the King is happy about any
• 5:25
Speaker 1: of this. The last thing he wants is more Epstein controversy.
• 5:29
Speaker 1: But he has his dumbass brother causing it every step
• 5:32
Speaker 1: of the way, every day. Like every time the king
• 5:35
Speaker 1: turns around, there's a new Epstein situation he has to
• 5:38
Speaker 1: deal with. And that's all on Andrew. All because Andrew
• 5:42
Speaker 1: is too much of a coward to stand tall before
• 5:45
Speaker 1: the man. And look, when you fuck up, you fuck up.
• 5:48
Speaker 1: And if you didn't do anything wrong, say that. Provide evidence.
• 5:53
Speaker 1: Tell us why you lied about going to Tramp nightclub.
• 5:55
Speaker 1: Tell us why you lied about the picture with Virginia.
• 5:59
Speaker 1: And look, again, I'm not somebody that's unreasonable. I'm not
• 6:01
Speaker 1: somebody that wants to ruin people's lives, especially with these
• 6:05
Speaker 1: kinds of allegations. So I'm pretty careful about who we
• 6:08
Speaker 1: talk about. But when it comes to somebody like Andrew,
• 6:12
Speaker 1: forget it. The evidence is there. And if we lived
• 6:15
Speaker 1: in a real country, a real fucking world where justice mattered,
• 6:18
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew would have long ago been held accountable. but
• 6:22
Speaker 1: we all know that's not the world we live in.
• 6:24
Speaker 1: So instead, we're stuck hearing about Andrew now painting himself
• 6:29
Speaker 1: as a victim. Elisa added that Andrew was clearly taking
• 6:32
Speaker 1: the action following legal advice, but said the move was
• 6:35
Speaker 1: a risky strategy, especially if he doesn't win the appeal. Well, yeah,
• 6:40
Speaker 1: but he knows he's up against it, right? Backed against
• 6:43
Speaker 1: the wall, has nothing else he can do or say,
• 6:45
Speaker 1: that's going to change anyone's mind. So now, why not
• 6:49
Speaker 1: go on the offensive? and try and make myself out
• 6:52
Speaker 1: to be the victim. Seems to work well for Donald Trump.
• 6:57
Speaker 1: She said, Who will forget about the bombshell interview that
• 7:00
Speaker 1: the Duke of York gave to Emily Maitlis working at Newsnight?
• 7:04
Speaker 1: And you think, could it get any worse? Well, and
• 7:06
Speaker 1: here we are today. It's absolutely mind-blowing. This is what happens, though,
• 7:11
Speaker 1: when you find yourself in that hole, and you just
• 7:13
Speaker 1: keep digging. Usually, if you find yourself in a hole...
• 7:17
Speaker 1: The idea is to stop digging. But when you're Andrew,
• 7:20
Speaker 1: fuck it, let's keep going. Dig all the way to China.
• 7:22
Speaker 1: And that's what this guy has done time and time again,
• 7:25
Speaker 1: whenever he stepped in it. And he continues to do it.
• 7:29
Speaker 1: You would think that this dumbass would just want to
• 7:31
Speaker 1: fade into the background and be done with it, but
• 7:33
  Speaker 1: I guess not. Alyssa went on. I don't think a
• 7:38
Speaker 1: member of the royal family, born into the royal family,
• 7:40
Speaker 1: has done something like this since Charles I. And we
• 7:44
Speaker 1: all know how well that went. Yeah, look, this isn't
• 7:47
Speaker 1: something that happens often in the UK when it comes
• 7:50
Speaker 1: to the royals. Very rare are charges brought against the
• 7:53
Speaker 1: royal family. And when they are, they're usually pretty serious.
• 7:58
Speaker 1: Graham Wedin, a former Met police officer, explained that by
• 8:02
Speaker 1: challenging the validity of the warrants, Andrew was effectively trying
• 8:06
Speaker 1: to challenge the evidence that police had collected when they
• 8:09
Speaker 1: raided his homes. The former prince has consistently denied any wrongdoing.
• 8:15
Speaker 1: If the judge was to rule the warrant, a lawful
• 8:18
Speaker 1: Graham said it would exclude any evidence they found during
• 8:20
Speaker 1: those searches and put the investigation back. Well, yeah, of course.
• 8:24
Speaker 1: And look, again, I don't know all of the ins
• 8:27
Speaker 1: and outs of police work in the UK. And I
• 8:30
Speaker 1: know they don't have the Constitution like we have in
• 8:33
Speaker 1: America here that safeguards everybody's rights or should safeguard rights.
• 8:39
Speaker 1: So I'm not too sure how this is going to
• 8:41
Speaker 1: go and which way it's going to blow back if
• 8:44
Speaker 1: it blows back against the authorities. There are thousands of
• 8:47
Speaker 1: documents they need to go through to see if there's
• 8:49
Speaker 1: any potential evidence of the allegations made against them. It's
• 8:52
Speaker 1: possible that Andrew informed the palace before requesting the judicial review,
• 8:57
Speaker 1: but Alyssa reminded viewers that he's pretty cut off at
• 9:00
Speaker 1: the moment. Alyssa said speculation is that he does not
• 9:03
Speaker 1: speak to his older brother. And we are led to
• 9:06
Speaker 1: believe that he doesn't have any meaningful relationship with the king.
• 9:10
Speaker 1: This comes after Charles III has refused to fund the
• 9:14
Speaker 1: legal costs of his brother's judicial review. Well, God forbid
• 9:18
Speaker 1: Andrew has to pay for something on his own. Good
• 9:20
Speaker 1: old Andrew, paying for something out of his own pocket.
• 9:23
Speaker 1: Then again, I'm sure he'll find some oil baron or
• 9:26
Speaker 1: something to help him out. He always finds a way,
• 9:29
Speaker 1: doesn't he? We can say what we want about Andrew today.
• 9:34
Speaker 1: and about how much of an idiot and scumbag he is.
• 9:36
Speaker 1: But he's resourceful, isn't he? Always finds a way, this dude.
• 9:43
Speaker 1: Since he was evicted from Royal Lodge and stripped of
• 9:46
Speaker 1: his titles, Andrew receives private funds from Charles. But it's
• 9:50
Speaker 1: been made clear to the shame former Duke of York
• 9:53
Speaker 1: that none of his money should be spent on the
• 9:55
Speaker 1: case brought against the police. How much money Andrew receives
• 9:58
Speaker 1: from the king has not been... disclosed. Alyssa added that
• 10:02
Speaker 1: the situation will also prove to be a real distraction
• 10:05
Speaker 1: for the king as he gets ready to embark on
• 10:07
Speaker 1: a visit to the Commonwealth heads of government meeting in Antigua.
• 10:12
Speaker 1: She said the king said he wants the law to
• 10:15
Speaker 1: take its course, so there's nothing really he can do
• 10:18
Speaker 1: but just watch and wait. And I think that's the
• 10:21
Speaker 1: position all of us are in, right? Is Andrew going
• 10:25
Speaker 1: to be successful here and, you know, get this thrown out?
• 10:29
Speaker 1: Or is he going to dig that hole deeper and
• 10:31
Speaker 1: find himself in an unmanageable position? So we'll have to
• 10:35
Speaker 1: see how everything breaks and what kind of evidence, if
• 10:37
Speaker 1: any evidence, is provided. And when that happens, you already know.
• 10:42
Speaker 1: We'll get it added to the catalog. Until then, that's
• 10:45
Speaker 1: going to do it for this one. All the information
• 10:48
Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
• 10:50
  Speaker 1: description box.
