- 0:08Speaker 1: Sable advice. Lo Lo Lo. Hello, welcome to the not
- 0:16Speaker 1: even nice. I'm obsuter. It's Thursday, which means our dear
- 0:21Speaker 1: friend Mark live joined us. Hey, Livire, are you there
- 0:24Speaker 1: early by? Louis here and reporting for duty. We both
- 0:28Speaker 1: have great news to report to. Last night was the
- 0:30Speaker 1: opening night of my husband's musical Harmony Raves, Raves Raves.
- 0:35Speaker 1: The New York Times gave it an amazing reviewer and
- 0:39Speaker 1: their critics pick, which apparently is a big, big deal.
- 0:42Speaker 1: So we're so so excited about that. I took miss
- 0:45Speaker 1: d as my date Mark. It was so much fun.
- 0:48Speaker 1: We went all the way down town to this beautiful theater,
- 0:52Speaker 1: a beautiful, beautiful show. It's nerve racking. I know the
- 0:56Speaker 1: show's great. My husband loves it. His collaborator is a Manelow.
- 1:00Speaker 1: He loves it too. They love this show. But you
- 1:02Speaker 1: never know what the press is gonna say, and the
- 1:05Speaker 1: New York Times really does matter. So after the show,
- 1:09Speaker 1: you know, it's on your phone. I went to the
- 1:13Speaker 1: bathroom to pretend to pee, and I went into one
- 1:15Speaker 1: of those little stores and I did pull out my
- 1:17Speaker 1: phone and I was like, I'll just read the headline.
- 1:19Speaker 1: I'll just read the headline headlines great, and then I
- 1:21Speaker 1: was like, I'll just read the next great. I sat
- 1:24Speaker 1: in the store. People must have thought I had an
- 1:26Speaker 1: upset on me. I was in there for like five
- 1:28Speaker 1: minutes reading the review. It's a rave, a rave rave.
- 1:33Speaker 1: And you had a night at the theater too, Mark,
- 1:36Speaker 1: what did you say? I sure did? I want to
- 1:38Speaker 1: see Take Me Out? Last weekend heart starring Jesse Williams
- 1:42Speaker 1: and Jesse Taylor Ferguson. And you might know it because
- 1:45Speaker 1: Jesse Williams is full frontal naked in the show four
- 1:49Speaker 1: for It's a player about baseball, and I believe in
- 1:53Speaker 1: one of the locker rooms they take off everything, that
- 1:55Speaker 1: underwear everything And your review, Mark, forget the New York Times.
- 1:59Speaker 1: One moment, Mr Lupo, is he has you put this
- 2:02Speaker 1: delicately on such a nice show? Is he a big talent?
- 2:05Speaker 1: He's a big boy. Very very very treat reviews by
- 2:11Speaker 1: Mark Lupo and won by The New York Times for harmony.
- 2:13Speaker 1: It was a terrific night. Let's jump into ashow. We've
- 2:17Speaker 1: got so much gossip to get to one time? Is
- 2:19Speaker 1: it my friends? It is so talking about the nude
- 2:24Speaker 1: Jennifer Lopez was naked when Ben Affleck proposed get this,
- 2:29Speaker 1: She's revealed she was taking a bubble bath. So she
- 2:32Speaker 1: was in the bath, in a bubble bath. It was
- 2:34Speaker 1: Saturday night, she said, in her favorite place on earth,
- 2:37Speaker 1: in a bubble bath, and my beautiful love got dad
- 2:40Speaker 1: on Wandy and proposed. She said, it took it totally.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Oh God, And she was crying and smiling at the
- 2:50Speaker 1: same time. And the fact that this happened again after
- 2:54Speaker 1: twenty years. Remember they were together a long time ago,
- 2:57Speaker 1: and now they are back together. She was literally speechless.
- 3:01Speaker 1: And yes, of course they were, She did say, yes.
- 3:05Speaker 1: I have mixed feelings about this mark. I find the bathroom,
- 3:08Speaker 1: at least in my apartments, a very private place. If
- 3:11Speaker 1: I'm brushing my teeth, if I'm in a bubble bath,
- 3:14Speaker 1: or if I'm doing whatever else, I don't know if
- 3:16Speaker 1: I want that door to open. What about you meet either.
- 3:20Speaker 1: I do not like to be disturbed showering, using the bathroom,
- 3:23Speaker 1: grooming myself. It's a very private time. Do not disturb,
- 3:28Speaker 1: Do not disturb. I mean, I think it's as lovely
- 3:32Speaker 1: that he comes in and she's there. I mean, what
- 3:34Speaker 1: happened if she'd been on the toilet. How did he
- 3:36Speaker 1: know she was in the bubble bath? How did he
- 3:38Speaker 1: know she was in the bath if used to be
- 3:39Speaker 1: a bathroom door closed? We don't have locks on our
- 3:42Speaker 1: doors in our apartments. I don't think anybody does. But
- 3:45Speaker 1: if you see my bathroom door closed, don't come in.
- 3:49Speaker 1: If it's open, knock yourself out. So I thought this
- 3:52Speaker 1: was a little strange work. I'm glad you agree with me.
- 3:55Speaker 1: I think it's the only place that I actually like
- 3:57Speaker 1: to be alone. Yes, yeah, you know what's funny about
- 4:00Speaker 1: the story is that I was reading about it and
- 4:02Speaker 1: I realized the only reason why I know we know
- 4:05Speaker 1: these personal details is because she shared it in a
- 4:07Speaker 1: newsletter to her fans. Like the one time you expect privacy,
- 4:11Speaker 1: she's revealing everything. Yeah, Jay, Levi is no full Like
- 4:15Speaker 1: she's trying to get a subscribe to this newsletter. So
- 4:19Speaker 1: now you're gonna you gotta follow a lar give you
- 4:21Speaker 1: what this? She even posted a picture of her in
- 4:23Speaker 1: the bubble I was like, really that. I used to
- 4:25Speaker 1: work for Jennifer, so I do believe it happened. I
- 4:27Speaker 1: don't think she's making it up, but she's definitely using
- 4:30Speaker 1: this to her advantage. There're no fools. Now. This brings
- 4:33Speaker 1: us to a pole question of the day. It's a
- 4:35Speaker 1: naughty one, but we're a naughty but nice show. Sir,
- 4:38Speaker 1: Jennifer was naked when Ben Affleck proposed. Do you think
- 4:44Speaker 1: then got naked after he proposed? You know what we're
- 4:48Speaker 1: saying here? Did they do it? That's what we're basically like.
- 4:52Speaker 1: She's naked. She didn't just put on the ring, put
- 4:55Speaker 1: a robe on, walk into the living room, dry her hair,
- 4:58Speaker 1: and then I guess this was a very romantic, but
- 5:01Speaker 1: maybe not. I gotta wait to see what you have
- 5:06Speaker 1: to say. Hey, go to our Twitter page at Naughty
- 5:09Speaker 1: Nice to Rob you can there, or a Facebook page
- 5:12Speaker 1: Naughty Gossip. You can leave a comment there and sure
- 5:15Speaker 1: to check back to Morella to hear your results. Lippy,
- 5:20Speaker 1: why are you working on? Yeah, we're taking a left
- 5:23Speaker 1: turn here to some kind of sad news. Gilbert Godfrey's
- 5:26Speaker 1: cause of death has been revealed robbed So Fans were
- 5:29Speaker 1: shocked by the sudden death of the iconic comedian, who
- 5:32Speaker 1: was just sixty seven years old when he passed. I
- 5:34Speaker 1: know so. His family called him the most iconic voice
- 5:37Speaker 1: in comedy. As they confirmed the devastating news, saying we
- 5:41Speaker 1: are heartbroken and sharing that he only died after following
- 5:45Speaker 1: a long illness. Now, Gilbert's representatives said that actors have
- 5:49Speaker 1: come to a heart abnormality. It's called my tonic dystrophy,
- 5:53Speaker 1: which is a genetic disorder marked by progressive muscle weakness,
- 5:57Speaker 1: which predominantly affects limbs in the face, but it can
- 6:00Speaker 1: increasingly complicate things for the cardiac muscles. But I had
- 6:05Speaker 1: a chance to meet him over the years. He came
- 6:07Speaker 1: on a few of the talk shows I worked at.
- 6:09Speaker 1: He was always a bright light. He was very, very funny,
- 6:12Speaker 1: and I will say my my memory of him when
- 6:15Speaker 1: he was not performing, when he was backstage and not
- 6:17Speaker 1: on camera, is that he was very shy. He didn't
- 6:20Speaker 1: have that voice that we know. He was quiet, almost
- 6:23Speaker 1: kind of meat. And but I remember just growing up
- 6:26Speaker 1: loving him as a as in a comedian, as an actor.
- 6:28Speaker 1: And so this is really this is hard to hear.
- 6:30Speaker 1: I know, it's so sad. I have a similar memory
- 6:34Speaker 1: of him. My very first TV show was on Mark
- 6:37Speaker 1: Cubans Network, a small network, and it was hard to
- 6:40Speaker 1: get guests, and so when Gilbert agreed to come on,
- 6:43Speaker 1: he was at least somebody I knew. Most of the
- 6:45Speaker 1: guests I had to google. I know, I do the way.
- 6:48Speaker 1: But Gilbert, I knew who he was, and he was charming.
- 6:51Speaker 1: He was actually though when he wasn't on camera, he
- 6:55Speaker 1: was quite soft spoken and he sort of was not
- 6:59Speaker 1: he was not that into it. He was shy, that's
- 7:01Speaker 1: the right word mark. And I was a bit nervous.
- 7:04Speaker 1: I was like, oh no, this is gonna be a disaster.
- 7:06Speaker 1: The minute he stepped foot onto the said he became
- 7:11Speaker 1: that crazy Gattle Brigardre and the boys, and I just
- 7:16Speaker 1: totally totally enjoyed him. Hey, rest in peace. Now moving along.
- 7:21Speaker 1: I love when celebrities go after other celebrities. So a
- 7:25Speaker 1: celebrity story is good, but a double celebrity story, particularly
- 7:29Speaker 1: when there's a bit of drama and is delicious. So
- 7:31Speaker 1: out of the blue er Brooke Burke is going after
- 7:36Speaker 1: Tyra Banks, the host of Dancing with the Stars, saying, quote,
- 7:41Speaker 1: Dancing with the Stars is just not a place to
- 7:44Speaker 1: be a diva. So Tyra has been hosted Dads and
- 7:50Speaker 1: the Stars, but Brooke, who was the host to Ones,
- 7:52Speaker 1: said it's not really a good match, and she called
- 7:55Speaker 1: Tyra a diva, and she said, now quite quite plainly,
- 7:59Speaker 1: everybody knows it. She's a diva. Quote there's nothing wrong
- 8:02Speaker 1: with that. I'm not saying anything bad about her, but
- 8:06Speaker 1: Tira's a diva. She just absolutely says it. And then
- 8:10Speaker 1: she adds that Dancing with the Stars it's not really
- 8:13Speaker 1: the place to be a diva. Now Brook one season
- 8:16Speaker 1: seven of Dancing with the Stars, and she was so
- 8:19Speaker 1: great that they asked her to come back and be
- 8:22Speaker 1: a co host alongside Tom Berger Run I love him,
- 8:25Speaker 1: and so she co hosted the show from season ten
- 8:28Speaker 1: to season seven. Team. She said she thought the transition
- 8:32Speaker 1: was tough for Tyra. It's definitely hard. Replacing anybody, particularly
- 8:36Speaker 1: Tom Berger. Run changes hard. You're not the star of
- 8:41Speaker 1: the show when you're the host. This is interesting. You've
- 8:44Speaker 1: seen shows, Mark, You've hosted shows a really good host
- 8:48Speaker 1: com blend in. Ryan Seacrest said his skill is that
- 8:52Speaker 1: he's very vanilla and the guests are chocolate and strawberry
- 8:56Speaker 1: and sprinkle sprinkles and they all go together. But his
- 8:59Speaker 1: job is actually just to be vanilla ice screen because
- 9:01Speaker 1: that goes with everything. Tire is a lot of things.
- 9:04Speaker 1: She I will say, you know, I worked at her
- 9:07Speaker 1: talk show the last year it was on TV. She
- 9:10Speaker 1: was so wacky and wild and fun and it was
- 9:12Speaker 1: perfect for her personality. But this was not the right fit.
- 9:15Speaker 1: I hate to say it. She just was It's not
- 9:17Speaker 1: about you, It's about the guests, about the contestants, you know. Yeah,
- 9:21Speaker 1: I as Tiras publicists. So I went to that talk
- 9:23Speaker 1: show with Tyra. I like Tyra at Tyra's full on.
- 9:27Speaker 1: She's a full arm stars even brushing her teeth. She's
- 9:31Speaker 1: a star like. She doesn't do anything half asked. It's
- 9:35Speaker 1: full on. And this is not the right venue for that.
- 9:40Speaker 1: I mean Tom blended in. He moved the show along.
- 9:43Speaker 1: He didn't get in the way of the dances of
- 9:45Speaker 1: the stars, of the celebrities. It's really become dancing with Tyra.
- 9:50Speaker 1: I mean, it's not dancing with the stars like it's
- 9:52Speaker 1: all about Tyra. So, Tyra, if you're listen in a
- 9:56Speaker 1: lower level, low But I think Brooke might be onto something.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Now let's going on with those Kardashians. We can't do
- 10:02Speaker 1: an episode and naughty but nice and not talk about
- 10:04Speaker 1: the first fabily of reality TV. What are they up to?
- 10:08Speaker 1: That's right? Rob So, a former Kardashian employee is speaking
- 10:12Speaker 1: out saying she couldn't afford gas while making millions for
- 10:16Speaker 1: the family. Okay, let me explain this. I know it's
- 10:18Speaker 1: it's kind of wild. So Jessica Dafino had a blunt
- 10:20Speaker 1: reply to Kim Kardashian's infamous get your effing asked up
- 10:24Speaker 1: and work career advice. So the Los Angeles woman is
- 10:27Speaker 1: doubling down on claims she struggled to pay for food
- 10:30Speaker 1: and gas while working as an employee for the now
- 10:32Speaker 1: defunct Kardashian Gender Official Apps. Now, Defino said that the
- 10:37Speaker 1: royal reality show Family. The Fino first blasted the reality
- 10:41Speaker 1: show Royal Family and March after Kim Kardashian boldly declared
- 10:46Speaker 1: I have the best advice for women in business. Now
- 10:49Speaker 1: the final said allegedly, I worked days and nights and
- 10:52Speaker 1: weekends and could only afford groceries from cents only store
- 10:57Speaker 1: called out sick more than once because I couldn't afford
- 10:59Speaker 1: to gas and my car to get to the office.
- 11:02Speaker 1: So now, in a skating new piece titled I worked
- 11:05Speaker 1: my ass off for the Kardashian Gender Apps and I
- 11:07Speaker 1: couldn't afford gas, she elaborates under experience, saying she made
- 11:11Speaker 1: an annual salary of just thirty five dollars a year.
- 11:14Speaker 1: What do you think, Well, it's really hard, isn't it.
- 11:17Speaker 1: I've worked for people who are multimillionaires, who earned so
- 11:21Speaker 1: much money, and they're so cheat they wouldn't even buy
- 11:23Speaker 1: you a cup of car fee. I think the thing
- 11:26Speaker 1: here is try to be generous and try to be kind,
- 11:28Speaker 1: and there's enough here for us all to share. I
- 11:31Speaker 1: know that sounds a little political, and we're not a
- 11:33Speaker 1: political show at all, but I think here pay people well,
- 11:37Speaker 1: and they work harder, people are more loyal, be fair.
- 11:41Speaker 1: I mean, I don't think anybody's asking for millions of
- 11:44Speaker 1: dollars like the Kardashians. And we know that when you
- 11:47Speaker 1: work for a big company, they earn a lot of money.
- 11:50Speaker 1: It's business, it's America. That's what this world is about,
- 11:53Speaker 1: this country is about. But we've got to have a
- 11:55Speaker 1: living wage. Like it's crazy asking people to work these
- 11:59Speaker 1: really really incredible jobs of so many hours each week
- 12:04Speaker 1: and you don't even earn enough money to live. It's
- 12:07Speaker 1: it's so shocking to me. I have friends who have
- 12:10Speaker 1: two jobs marked to afford to live in New York
- 12:13Speaker 1: and they all they do is work. And I know
- 12:15Speaker 1: a break will come and I know things will change.
- 12:18Speaker 1: But I know that I'm not from a rich family.
- 12:20Speaker 1: I married very well, let me ask them, and we
- 12:22Speaker 1: had that. But I worked really hard for my money
- 12:24Speaker 1: and I don't ask for something crazy Mark. I'm not
- 12:27Speaker 1: earning millions of dollars, but I earn a decent way.
- 12:30Speaker 1: I work hard for it and it feels fair. What
- 12:33Speaker 1: about you? Yeah, so I might be an outlier in
- 12:36Speaker 1: the story. I get it. I've worked gigs in TV
- 12:39Speaker 1: and other places for very little money. But no one
- 12:42Speaker 1: told her she had to work at this app Like
- 12:44Speaker 1: you're crying and boo hooong, but like, get a different job.
- 12:47Speaker 1: This is not You're not forced to do this. No
- 12:49Speaker 1: one told you that you had to do this. It's
- 12:51Speaker 1: unfortunate they paid so low. But get a different job, right,
- 12:55Speaker 1: And you did know that when you took the job, Like,
- 12:56Speaker 1: it's not like they surprise you. It's not like the jobs.
- 13:00Speaker 1: Then you work there and get thirty five Like you
- 13:02Speaker 1: do know when you accept the job. Often I've taken
- 13:05Speaker 1: jobs too that were low paying jobs. When I went
- 13:07Speaker 1: to the Huffington Post, I wanted to get out of
- 13:11Speaker 1: pr and so this job offer came up to be
- 13:14Speaker 1: a columnist at the Huffington Post, and the salary was
- 13:17Speaker 1: very low, but I took it because I knew I
- 13:19Speaker 1: needed to make a transition. So I took really a
- 13:22Speaker 1: big pay cut, but I knew I was doing that
- 13:24Speaker 1: because I wanted to change my career. Maybe Jessica thought
- 13:27Speaker 1: working with the Kardashians would lead to more opportunities. You
- 13:31Speaker 1: have to remember that though, too. When you work for
- 13:33Speaker 1: a celebrity, they don't want you to become a celebrity.
- 13:36Speaker 1: It's not their job. Working for the Kardashians does not
- 13:39Speaker 1: make you a Kardashians. A lot of publicists have this,
- 13:43Speaker 1: have this problem to Mark. A lot of celebrity publicists
- 13:46Speaker 1: think that if you work for Julia Roberts, you become
- 13:48Speaker 1: Julia Roberts. I did become Jail become like you don't
- 13:53Speaker 1: be So I get what you're saying to I, I
- 13:56Speaker 1: really really do. Hey, quickly, before we get a break,
- 13:58Speaker 1: will be Goldberg is taking a break from the view
- 14:03Speaker 1: and she will be back, so Joyce and and she
- 14:04Speaker 1: will be back, but she's taking time after go and
- 14:07Speaker 1: make her Amazon Prime TV series now exclusively dumb. My
- 14:13Speaker 1: sources at the show are telling me people are kind
- 14:15Speaker 1: of annoyed about this because she has a contract, she
- 14:18Speaker 1: gets paid. You can't just take months off. So with
- 14:21Speaker 1: Joy said, do you know what I'm gonna take a
- 14:23Speaker 1: few months after do a comedy tour. Imagine that I'm
- 14:25Speaker 1: not coming in for the next two months. Some of
- 14:27Speaker 1: the two of the country doing my comedy acts, they
- 14:29Speaker 1: would say no, And for Whoopee, they said, yes. It
- 14:34Speaker 1: feels a little bit like special treatment. What do you
- 14:37Speaker 1: think I mean? It is clearly what it is. But
- 14:42Speaker 1: she is the star of the show, and I think
- 14:43Speaker 1: that they need her to be on the show. She's
- 14:46Speaker 1: She's threatened to quit several times over the years, and
- 14:49Speaker 1: I think that let's keep her happy, Let's keep her
- 14:51Speaker 1: on the shows so smartly. Remember too, when she was
- 14:56Speaker 1: forced to take that suspension after those comments, that numbers dropped,
- 15:01Speaker 1: and that's all TV cares about. What is in a
- 15:03Speaker 1: perfect position at the moment because they forced her off
- 15:05Speaker 1: the show for a week after she said some terrible things,
- 15:08Speaker 1: but she was sorry for them. When she was gone.
- 15:11Speaker 1: The numbers tanks, and it probably gave Whoopee so much power.
- 15:14Speaker 1: Now she's like so long. I after Scotland for two
- 15:17Speaker 1: months to make a movie, and they're like, Okay, nice work.
- 15:20Speaker 1: If you could get it, you're gonna take a quick
- 15:22Speaker 1: break and we will be right back. Not even nice show.
- 15:29Speaker 1: I'm rubs you. The glowing in my husband's success, I
- 15:33Speaker 1: am absolutely glowing. I had nothing to do with it.
- 15:36Speaker 1: It has nothing to do do with me. I'm not taking
- 15:38Speaker 1: any credit for it. It's just lovely to love somebody
- 15:41Speaker 1: and see them do so well, particularly when they've worked
- 15:45Speaker 1: so hard on it. It's frightening, isn't it to think
- 15:47Speaker 1: all that hard work is in the hands of a
- 15:50Speaker 1: critic at the New York Times. I know it's jerified.
- 15:55Speaker 1: I mean, I just love seeing how proud you are, robbed,
- 15:58Speaker 1: You're you're smiling, You're dear. I know he's really proud
- 16:01Speaker 1: of you, and so I'm celebrating as well in you guys,
- 16:04Speaker 1: in your success. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Hey,
- 16:08Speaker 1: let's get to the polls. Oh. Alex rod Radius has
- 16:13Speaker 1: commented about jo Ben Affleck getting engage. He's sort of
- 16:18Speaker 1: changed the subject and gave this some like oh world peace,
- 16:21Speaker 1: everyone happy type of sentence. What are we expecting from him?
- 16:24Speaker 1: But the real question is is he really happy or
- 16:26Speaker 1: is he mad? Let's have a look. Said that he's
- 16:29Speaker 1: not really happy. He's not really happy. I agree, I
- 16:31Speaker 1: don't think it's that happy. But you can't say that.
- 16:34Speaker 1: What do you think he's not happy? And Alex, is
- 16:37Speaker 1: what we asked of you for the rest of your life.
- 16:39Speaker 1: This is this is your legacy, yours. Alex. Get used
- 16:43Speaker 1: to this because every time, for the rest of your
- 16:47Speaker 1: life you do with interview, people are going to ask
- 16:48Speaker 1: about joy. Oh it's just a bad hey, don't forget
- 16:52Speaker 1: to vote on today's pole, going to act with the
- 16:53Speaker 1: page at Naughty Nice rom at Facebook page's Naughty Godship
- 16:57Speaker 1: and be sure to check back tomorrow to here your
- 17:00Speaker 1: results are. Now it's time for of the day. Oh
- 17:08Speaker 1: it's Simon. Call hi Simon. So he says he didn't
- 17:12Speaker 1: recognize himself after going a bit too far with facial fillers. Yikes,
- 17:18Speaker 1: he went all the way he did. So. The former
- 17:22Speaker 1: American Idol judge who Spun, who was sporting a different
- 17:25Speaker 1: look in recent years, spoke to the Sun about how
- 17:27Speaker 1: he changed his face more than he intended to. He said,
- 17:31Speaker 1: there was a stage where I might have gotten a
- 17:32Speaker 1: bit too far. I saw a picture of me from
- 17:35Speaker 1: before the other day and I didn't recognize it as
- 17:37Speaker 1: me at all. Now, Rob, I think the breaking point
- 17:41Speaker 1: for him was when his son saw a photo of
- 17:43Speaker 1: him and was in hysterics. He burst into tears. And
- 17:49Speaker 1: I know what Simon says. Enough was enough. There's no
- 17:51Speaker 1: filler in my face now at all. Zero. We've had
- 17:56Speaker 1: friends that do this, we know people, mutual friends we
- 17:59Speaker 1: have and I get it. It starts with a little
- 18:01Speaker 1: little bit here around the eye, a little bit of babe,
- 18:05Speaker 1: random man, and then six months later I don't recognize it.
- 18:08Speaker 1: I don't recognize and nicest of the day and now
- 18:14Speaker 1: are naughtiest the day, naughty, naughty, naughty, naughty, naughty. So
- 18:17Speaker 1: CNN has developed launched this thing called CNN Plus, which
- 18:22Speaker 1: is a subscription program network, and it's been reported that
- 18:26Speaker 1: less than ten thousand people are watching it a day.
- 18:29Speaker 1: More people are listening to our podcast today than first.
- 18:34Speaker 1: So this thing has cost them, get this over two
- 18:36Speaker 1: hundred and fifty million dollars to launch, I know, and
- 18:40Speaker 1: they're getting nobody. Nobody has signed up. It's five ninety
- 18:44Speaker 1: nine a month. People don't want it. They even brought
- 18:47Speaker 1: in some stars like Chris Walls from Fox News to
- 18:51Speaker 1: join them. It's in trouble. I'm not sure that this
- 18:54Speaker 1: is going to last. I don't get it. CNN. If
- 18:57Speaker 1: you turn on CNN, it's a lot. I've show twenty
- 19:02Speaker 1: four hours a day that is constantly updated. It basically
- 19:05Speaker 1: is already a streaming service. It's not scheduled programming like
- 19:10Speaker 1: soap operas or Wheel of Fortune. It's a news show
- 19:13Speaker 1: and when the news changes, the anchors up take the news.
- 19:18Speaker 1: So why do I need regular seeing and for free?
- 19:21Speaker 1: And then sort of seeing ND with like kind of
- 19:23Speaker 1: their not superstar anchors on Seeing N Plus, I don't
- 19:28Speaker 1: get it. Do you get it? No? One, do not
- 19:30Speaker 1: get it. You can't actually watch seeing An on the app,
- 19:33Speaker 1: so you can only watch these random things they make,
- 19:35Speaker 1: but you cannot actually consume the regular seeing An on
- 19:38Speaker 1: the app. So I don't know why I would spend
- 19:40Speaker 1: any money on this, and I'm quite cheap. Like for
- 19:44Speaker 1: years I didn't know why I should get HBO. Then
- 19:46Speaker 1: I got it for Sex in the City, and then
- 19:48Speaker 1: I got HBO Max for Sex of the City Parks,
- 19:51Speaker 1: and then Netflix. I was like, why do I need
- 19:53Speaker 1: to get Netflix? And invented and I love Netflix now
- 19:58Speaker 1: ozark h I love it. I don't understand why I
- 20:02Speaker 1: would get this a Les Anderson, I don't know scripts
- 20:07Speaker 1: naked and I don't even want to see that. What
- 20:09Speaker 1: do I what? What can they possibly tell me that
- 20:11Speaker 1: they're not telling me? Onto then end? I don't think
- 20:13Speaker 1: they even know. I don't think they know. I've got
- 20:16Speaker 1: a been a gossip. Guess who turned to opening Guess
- 20:19Speaker 1: who turned up last night at the opening of Harmony,
- 20:21Speaker 1: Bruce and Barry's musical Jeff Zucker. Yeah, Drauma, Date Night Date.
- 20:34Speaker 1: They were there and I was watching them, and during
- 20:37Speaker 1: the big love songs. It's a musical, so there has
- 20:39Speaker 1: to be a love song, they held hands. Oh my god.
- 20:42Speaker 1: It was quite sweet. More because they've been through a lot.
- 20:45Speaker 1: I mean, they both lost their draw jobs and so
- 20:47Speaker 1: I know I was watching them. They were Dana Basha,
- 20:51Speaker 1: Dana Bash? Was there anything for love? Anything for love?
- 20:56Speaker 1: Did I mention? It got a rave review in the
- 20:58Speaker 1: New York Times. I think, Ida, Hey, let's have a
- 21:04Speaker 1: moment of rob. You're gonna rub, get a rub, You
- 21:06Speaker 1: get a rob. This is really important trying to win
- 21:09Speaker 1: the support from people who can't get excited about you.
- 21:14Speaker 1: Is a losing game, and it's a game you're only
- 21:17Speaker 1: gonna win when you stop playing. I spent a long time,
- 21:21Speaker 1: a long time trying to get people to like me
- 21:24Speaker 1: or support me. They just didn't Mark. It's not their
- 21:27Speaker 1: cup of team. That's okay, a lot of people do
- 21:29Speaker 1: like me. There's always gonna be somebody out there that
- 21:31Speaker 1: they just don't like you. Maybe you rub them the
- 21:33Speaker 1: wrong way. It's not about you, it's about them. But
- 21:35Speaker 1: trying to win them over. It's a losing game. You're
- 21:39Speaker 1: never going to win that game. The only way you're
- 21:41Speaker 1: gonna win it is when you stop playing it. Does
- 21:43Speaker 1: that ring true for you more? Well? I think it
- 21:46Speaker 1: rings true for me in a sense of cn M
- 21:47Speaker 1: plus like they have. I hope they rate and hope
- 21:50Speaker 1: they're listening to this. I'm not. I'm done subscribed, Lemon,
- 21:55Speaker 1: I love you Day the Badge, I'm not subscribing. Hey,
- 21:58Speaker 1: that's it for today. Thank you so much for listening
