Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Steve Turley joined me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: The straight-of-war moves just became a war zone.
- 0:25[SPEAKER_00]: Iran struck three commercial ships in the straight yesterday, including a tie tanker that caught fire with three crew members still missing.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_00]: The Islamic Revolutionary Guard declared the straight closed, and told the world that any vessel trying to cross the straight without Iran's permission will be destroyed.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_00]: But there was one thing they failed to anticipate.
- 0:46[SPEAKER_00]: The man sitting in the Ovo office
- 0:50[SPEAKER_00]: He answers them.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_00]: by projectiles in a near-the-straight of Hormuz, the first was a high-registered bulk carrier it caught fire after being struck and three crew members had still an accounted for.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_00]: The Omani Navy rescued 20 of the 23 aboard.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_00]: The second was a Japanese container ship, the one majesty hit about 25 nautical miles northwest of Rosalhaima in the UAE.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_00]: And the third was a Marshall Islands flag Greek-owned tanker.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_00]: The IRGC claimed immediate responsibility, their naval commander, post-owned social media, that ships must now, and I quote, obtain permission from Iran before transiting the straight.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_00]: They're calling it closed.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_00]: And to make sure we got the message, Iran reportedly began laying mines in the straight.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_00]: Reuters reported that several dozen mines may have already been deployed.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_00]: Trump's response was immediate and devastating.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_00]: He posted on true social Iran has fired rockets a commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_00]: The consequences will be at a level never seen before and then sent calm delivered the punch line.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_00]: They destroyed 16 Iranian mind-laying boats, many of them before they even left Harbor.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_00]: Trump posted that 10 were destroyed, said comms official count was actually more than that, it was 16.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_00]: General Kane looked at the intelligence, saw the mind laying operations, preparations, I should say.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_00]: And turn those boats into scrap metal before single mine hit the water.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_00]: And that wasn't all yesterday, March 10th was confirmed as the most intense day of strikes since Operation Epic Fury began today, supposed to be even greater.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_00]: Secretary Hegg Seth announced the most fighters, the most bombers, the most strikes, intelligence
- 3:06[SPEAKER_00]: St. Com's destroyed target count has now surpassed 5500 and Rokuper confirmed that 60 plus major Iranian warships have all been hit and sunk and the announced destruction of the last remaining Salamani class Corvette.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_00]: That means an entire class of Iranian warship.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_00]: Their most advanced
- 3:29[SPEAKER_00]: canomeran design has been completely and totally eliminated, wiped out, eviscerated as a secretary Rubius said, every single one at the bottom of the sea.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_00]: But here's where this gets really interesting because while Trump is clearing the straightened demolishing what's left of the wrongs, military, there's a growing conversation in Washington and in Tel Aviv about what
- 3:59[SPEAKER_00]: and it involves a tiny island most Americans have never heard of.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_00]: It's called the Cog Island.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_00]: Cog is a scrubby little piece of limestone in northern Persian Gulf.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_00]: It's about 16 miles off Iran's southern coast.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_00]: It's one-third the size of Manhattan, but it handles 90% of Iran's entire crude oil exports.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_00]: every year, roughly nine hundred and fifty million barrels of oil flow through cargs terminals and onto super tankers, most of them had straight straight to China, like upwards of 90%.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_00]: The island's loading capacity peaks at an astonishing seven million barrels per day.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_00]: Iran earned about $78 billion from energy exports in 2024, and the vast majority of that revenue
- 4:53[SPEAKER_00]: So think about what that means.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_00]: Whoever controls Carr Island
- 5:00[SPEAKER_00]: controls Iran's economy.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, like period, hands down, full stop as a one auto pen Supreme Court Justice would say, right?
- 5:10[SPEAKER_00]: And Axios reported this weekend that U.S. and Israeli officials have been in active discussions about seizing the island.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_00]: A source closely in the administration told the New York Post that taking car is, quote, not so much a matter of if, but when,
- 5:27[SPEAKER_00]: The IDF reportedly wants to move sooner, US commanders want to wait until Iran's offensive capabilities are fully neutralized, so they can take the island at a point of maximum leverage.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_00]: What's so fascinating here in this really blew my mind, this is not a new idea for Trump.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_00]: In 1988, 38 years ago, a young Donald Trump sat down with the Guardian to promote his book The Art of the Deal.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_00]: And in the middle of that interview, he said this, and I quote, One bullet fired at one of our personnel or vessels, and I would take decisive action against what do you know, Carg Island, I would go in and seize it.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_00]: I would take their oil.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_00]: Now, Kang, he's been thinking of this for 40 years.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_00]: Michael Rubin at the American Enterprise is called Seizing the Island in no brainer.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_00]: If you see his car, rather than destroy it, which, to my knowledge, not a single missile is hit at.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_00]: You don't just cut off the regime's revenue.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_00]: You preserve the infrastructure so that a future Iranian government can use it to rebuild.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_00]: You strangle the regime while keeping the lifeblood of the Iranian people intact.
- 6:46[SPEAKER_00]: It really is the Venezuela playbook, but bigger.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_00]: So in Venezuela, Trump grabbed Maduro, took control of the oil sector, and is now working with a new regime to redirect those revenues.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_00]: Carg Island would be the same play, but on a massive scale.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_00]: Cut off the IRG sees funding, collapse the regime's ability to pay its soldiers and bureaucrats, and then,
- 7:11[SPEAKER_00]: When the regime falls, hand the oil back to the Iranian people under a new government that plays by the rules of the Abraham Accords Alliance.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_00]: But of course this is after the regime has been completely defanged of any retaliatory capability.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_00]: And the IRGC knows this.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_00]: They know that if America takes carg, it's over.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_00]: But here's their dilemma.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_00]: If they fire ballistic missiles at carg to prevent the US from using it, they destroy their own oil terminal.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_00]: And guarantee that no Iranian government, there's or anyone else's, can export oil for months.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_00]: It would be economic suicide.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: They're trapped.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, seriously, this taking of territory reminded me of something.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_00]: It reminded me of another battle that's been happening quietly in the background.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_00]: Massive institutions, global corporations, and Wall Street giants have been buying up American land, homes, and commercial property at record levels because they understand something most people are only beginning to rediscover.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_00]: Whoever owns the land ultimately controls the future.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_00]: And that's exactly why I wanted to invite you to something called taking territory live.
- 8:24[SPEAKER_00]: It's a live virtual training happening March 13th to 15th that shows believers how everyday Americans are building wealth and freedom through real estate.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_00]: You'll learn how to find off market deals.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_00]: Most people never see how deals can be structured creatively, even without using your own money.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_00]: and how to build long-term income while protecting your assets and reducing taxes, even if you don't have previous real estate experience.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_00]: Now, normally tickets are $197, but my good friend, Jeff Workowski has opened up a limited number of seats for the Turling Talks community for just 7 bucks.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_00]: That's it, $7, but that price is temporary and will be increasing soon.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_00]: So if you want to build real wealth, create time freedom and strengthen your family's future, go ahead and grab your seat right now by clicking on that link below, because the future belongs to those who are willing to build and take territory, click on that link below right now.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_00]: So let's talk about the bigger picture here because Carg Island isn't just a military objective.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_00]: It's not just a economic objective.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_00]: It's a civilizational objective.
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: Think about what Trump has done in the span of two months.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_00]: He grabbed Duro out of Venezuela and took control of their oil.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_00]: He's blockading Cuba in a negotiating its own surrender.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_00]: He's destroyed Iran's military, sunk their navy, killed their supreme leader.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_00]: And now, he's positioning to seize the island that controls their entire economy.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_00]: In every case, the pattern is the same.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_00]: Control the energy, control the regime.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_00]: Control the energy, control the regime.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_00]: This is what I call, in my work, civilizational gravity.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_00]: When the center of a civilization reasserts itself, when it demonstrates that it has the will to act, the power to enforce, and the confidence to lead the periphery, the satellite nations realign.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_00]: Venezuela realigned.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_00]: Cuba is realigning.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_00]: The Gulf States have realigned through the Abraham Accords, with now Israeli muscle and Arab money forming and alliance.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_00]: And now Iran, the last great holdout, the center of the axis of resistance, the regime that claimed divine mandate over the entire Muslim world is being pulled into that gravitational field, whether it wants to be or not.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_00]: Carg Island may indeed be the linchpin.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_00]: It's the point where military strategy and civilizational strategy converge.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_00]: Destroyer Rons weapons, that's level one.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_00]: collapse the regime, it's level two, sees the oil, level three.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_00]: You do that and you control the terms of whatever comes next.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_00]: You ensure that the next Iranian government isn't funded by China, it's not armed by Russia, and it isn't running proxy wars from Beirut to Senna.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_00]: You ensure that Iran finally enters the orbit of the American-led civilizational order.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_00]: Not as a conquered nation, but as a nation whose resources are now flowing through a system aligned with American interests, that's the end-game-game.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_00]: That's what all of this is building toward.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_00]: And a tiny island in the Persian Gulf, one-third the size of Manhattan,
- 12:06[SPEAKER_00]: May indeed be the most important piece of real estate on earth right now.
