spirit, the more the spiritual blessings will manifest and reveal yourself. So all

you know, your spouse, your significant other, whatever situation that you're in.

This spiritual habit, a holy habit morning devotions, Amen, will do

you well. It will do you well, will never hurt you, It'll

I'm gonna call it rituals. Don't make you right. Rituals don't make

make you right. The question is are cleansing rituals very effective for purifying our

hearts. We're going to talk about that in John Chapter eleven, Verses fifty

I'm gonna say it again, rituals don't make you right because a lot of

people think that if you do this, if you do that, if you

do a certain kind of type of ceremonies of rituals, you'll be made right

with God. And there's a lot of religions out there that hold to that

and they think that that's the way to do it, that's the way to

go, and unfortunately that's not true for them. They think that it's a

process that they have to do. Cleanse themselves, you know, light candles,

you know, do a certain type of prayer. You know, good

deeds and all that which is good, Amen, has its value. But

the most important thing is what does the word of God speak? And what

does the Word of God say about rituals that don't make you right? Here

uninspired, if you don't have Holy Spirit God living inside of you, when

Amen. I know for a fact that that's true. When I used to

read the Word of God, me and my family sit side by side.

He was Jehovah Witness. I was so called Catholic at the time. We

would read the Catholic Bible. He would read that Jehovah's Witness translation, and

we would read it and then look at each other and say, it's different.

But we still don't understand, you know, what we're talking about.

So I don't know what we were trying to do at that young age trying

to you know, do that. But we tried it, Amen. We

were trying to make sense out of what other people were trying to tell us,

and we couldn't do it because we were uninspired. At least I was

uninspired. I don't know about my best friend at the time that we were

doing that. Where he's at now. Amen. Hopefully you know, the

Lord grabbed his heart. Hopefully he received the message of the Gospel and ran

with it. Amen. If not, I continue to pray for all my

friends and family. So that's what we could do right now. Will take

this very point, so many years ago. You have provided a way for

pray Lord God that whoever the person that needs to cleanse themselfs and purify their

hearts, that they will go to you first and not go to their religious

in this household what we see in the scriptures. We're going to test it

word. Yeah. I can't doubt God's word. But none of that is

ritualistic. None of it is a man. That's a lifestyle. Amen,

that's a life and relationship with a living, holy, righteous, loving God.

God wants a relationship with me and with you. He doesn't need rituals.

Amen. And I know a lot of people say, well, what

are you saying. Praying is in praying or going to church a ritual?

I don't think so. In praying to God is speaking to a living,

holy, righteous, loving Dad, a father in Heaven. Amen. Going

to churches gathering or other believers that are the church, by the way,

and the building is a place where we go in to gather. We just

have terms different the way we've learned things because we americanize the scriptures. When

we say oh, are you going to church? Automatically people think of a

location, but we should be thinking we are the church going into a location

to praise the living, holy, righteous, loving God. And Bible says

clearly that when it's two more gathered in His name there, he isn't in

present. So imagine twenty people, thirty people, one hundred people, hundreds

of people gathering to worship the same God. What will happen? God would

manifest, he would show up. Amen. And as a matter of fact,

he's already shown up in your life and my life. If you're saved,

you're born again, Holy Spirit God. I don't know why we forget

and people always say I feel the Holy Spirit, Well, you should feel

him, I guess if he's inside of you. And if you're not quenching

the spirit. Amen, he's active in living and breathing in you. So

everywhere you go you should feel the presence of God. If that's the case,

right, if it go on by feelings, or if we go on

by emotions, but no, let's go by what the word says. It

would do you and me good. Just to read the scriptures and rely on

and trust on the trustworthy word of God. Amen, because his word is

the way we see it, or for those who are watching John chapter eleven,

verses fifty four to fifty seven. Jesus therefore no longer walked openly among

the Jews, but went from there to the region near the wilderness, to

a town called Ephraim, and there he stayed with the disciples. Now the

passover of the Jews was at hand, and many went up from the country

to Jerusalem. Before the passover to purify themselves. They were looking for Jesus

and saying to one another, as Jesus, no, they were looking for

Jesus and saying to one another as they stood in the temple, what do

you think that he will not come to the feasts at all? Of course

they were talking about Jesus, and actually, what do you think he'll come?

Now? The chief Pharisees, the chief priests, and the Pharisees had

given orders that if anyone knew where he was, he should let them know

so that they might arrest them. This to me is weird. I'm gonna

tell you why this is weird. This scripture. These people right before the

Passover, they were going to do their rituals to do their purifying and their

cleaning, right, they were purifying themselves for the Passover. But at the

same time, this is the weird part. At the same time, they

were plotting to kill an innocent man. And this innocent man was actually the

son of God. So it makes me ask the question, are cleansing rituals

or purification rituals effective for purifying our hearts? Because we might be doing these

rituals right, and next thing you know, we're thinking about how we're gonna

aplot to kill somebody, How we're gonna plot to arrest somebody, how we're

gonna plot to slamer somebody. That shouldn't be the way it is. If

a ritual made me right with God at the same time, why am I

thinking to get somebody arrested or somebody in trouble, or even planning to kill

somebody. If this ritual of the cleansing process was a way to purify my

heart, then my heart should be pure from the ritual. But obviously,

ladies and gentlemen, that is not the case. Our hearts and our purified

through rituals. Our hearts are purified by living, holy, loving God who

transforms us and cleanses us from all righteousness and delivers us right and cleanses us

and people still celebrate the Passover and they do traditional things right, But I

don't think deep down the side that they think that those rituals or those traditions

are actually purifying their hearts. A person who believes in God Yahweh, the

Father and Lohem right Holy Spirit, Son of God. Amen, we know

that the purification comes spiritually from the Lord who cleanses us from all wickedness and

unrighteousness and takes us from the darkness into the marvelous light. So therefore we

no longer walk in darkness a man purification, Amen, and cleansing of the

body is necessary. Amen, But it has nothing to do with your heart.

I can't do nothing supernaturally and clean my heart. No water could do

can purify your heart. Only God could do that. It's a supernatural,

spiritual thing. He'll cleanse us from all in righteousness. A man changes,

to this. It might have seemed like Jesus was doomed right at the point

where the Pharisees, Sadducees, scribes and religious people were like, whoever sees

them, we're gonna get him arrested, right, But he wasn't doomed.

Obviously. After Lazarus's resurrection, the religious leaders solidified their plan to execute Jesus.

So Jesus, even though you're applying to arrest him, he was still

doing miracles, signs and wonders. Amen, he didn't show show up how

they wanted him to show up. That was the whole thing. Remember that

kept on saying, we do this, and we clean our hands, and

we do this and we fast. How come your disciples don't do all of

that? And Jesus had answers for all of that. But these religious people,

and we still have these religious people among us to this very day,

they do these ceremonies, these rituals, and they're thinking by doing those rituals

or ceremonies, those religious things, they think that they are actually gaining access

to a place that they feel that God will give them favor and grace and

mercy. They're still sacrificing things to the Lord that God is not asking for

those sacrifices anymore. They're still performing rituals a man of ceremonies that are not

moving the heart of God. So after Elazareth was resurrected by the Lord,

the religious leaders solidified their plan to execute Jesus. He was a wanted man,

and everyone, including all the pilgrims who came into Jerusalem for the Passover,

they all knew that. And yes, of course, Jesus knew it

us also, right, It's not like Jesus was like surprised while they're coming

after me and I don't know anything about it. No, these people who

will performing these rituals, preparing for the passover before the Passover were doing what

they do right, and at the same time they were plotting to arrest Jesus

and ultimately get him killed. So the weirdness about the scripture to me is

that how could it be that these religious people would purify themselves. How would

they purify themselves and how would their hearts being purified if they still had hatred

for their very own brother, if they still had hatred for someone they didn't

truly understand, for someone they thought that was just a carpenter's son. They

didn't realize that he was the son of God, the only begotten son of

God. So that went over the head. But out of just plain human

decency, why would anybody want to harm somebody like Jesus. Think about that,

They were doing the process of purification and purifying themselves. They were looking

for Jesus and saying to one another as they stood in the temple, what

do you think? So they were really concerned a lot about this Messiah,

this Jesus that came to them preaching the kingdom, preaching repentance. They were

so concerned with the Lord Amen, not believing and trusting in who he said

he was. They were just too much concerned about if he was going to

do the rituals with him, if he was coming to the temple or not.

And if not, they said, then we'd go wherever season first,

let us know, because he didn't come to the feast with them, with

the religious people who thought they were doing it the right way, thought they

were doing it the right way a man of their religious people. That's why

priests and the Pharisees had given orders that if anyone knew where Jesus was,

they should know about that so they might arrest him. The Jews were purifying

themselves for Passover. And I'm just not a shout of Jews, of course,

this is reading the scriptures of what happened at the time. Does this

happen, Amen? And the plot Passover was happening for the Passover. They

were purifying themselves for the Passover, and at the same time they were plotting

to kill an innocent man, Jesus was still operating on God's time. Though

nothing stops the Lord. Amen. Obviously people are still mocking God and saying

Jesus this and Jesus that, and he's not this, and he's not that.

Still going on, but God, we see it's still about God's business.

Jesus knew it wasn't yet time for him to be killed, so he

went to a town further away from Jerusalem and closer to the wilderness. While

he knew he was going to die, it was going to be on God's

terms, not the Sanhedrin's terms, not the Pilgrim's terms, not the Pharisees

Sadducees terms, but on God's time. Jesus never lost control of the situation.

But listen to this. Who do you know that needs to hear that Jesus

is God. Pray about that, Amen, because we see a lot of

people doing religious things. Right. I'm in communication now with some religious people

who are communicating with me via chat, and they obviously think that I'm in

some kind of error believing in Jesus, and they believe in a different kind

of Jesus, and they have a different system. And I don't know how

much rituals they are into, but I know for sure that they are not

convicted or convinced by Holy Spirit God from these scriptures that who I'm preaching is

real. So pray and that's God who needs to hear that Jesus is God.

And then share this with them, Amen, Share that it's not about

rituals that purifies a person's heart. It's about the God of Heaven and earth,

sentence, only begotten son, a man to live a perfect life in

front of the people. And he's our perfect example and the perfect sacrifice for

what God did to pay the sin debt that we couldn't afford. And on

top of it all, Jesus paid the debt that he didn't owe. It's

tremendous. The Gospel is tremendous. Now though, God bless you, good

are into other rituals that they're in. It's like they're in the trance and

the life is spinning out of control because they don't know what's happening in the

kingdom. So let's pray for people out of the outside the kingdom that God

will open their eyes and reveal the truth. It's not about rituals. Rituals,

God is doing in your life and in other people's life. Watch what God
