- 4:31You'll find a bunch of other stuff on there too, downloadables,
- 4:35exhibits,
- 4:36interviews,
- 4:37archives.
- 4:38You name it, it's there, including a downloadable copy of Roger's book, From Sovereign to Surf, governed by the treachery
- 4:49And And
- 4:50what And deception.
- 4:52Unknown: And deception of words. And now isn't that really exactly what's happened? See, that was the original title of that little book,
- 5:00government by the treachery and deception of words. How accurate is that?
- 5:06I mean, it's just right on the nail. Okay? But that had been taken, so I had to put
- 5:11sovereign to serve in the front of that.
- 5:15It's a
- 5:17I've been told it's a masterpiece. I'm not gonna tell you that. I I can tell you when I read what
- 5:23John and Glenn I can remember I was down in Argentina, and this all come up, and I was on Jeff Bennett's program initially with our powerful information, and I didn't understand all of it back then by any means.
- 5:37I don't even know if we knew about the American Samoans back then. Okay.
- 5:41I didn't know about them. They weren't mentioned in the book. It's just another one of those little things
- 5:47they've set up that's very difficult to ascertain.
- 5:50Regardless,
- 5:51that was
- 5:54that was a result of a 80 page manuscript
- 5:58that I wrote
- 6:00while I was in I this is the only thing I know to call it is a trance. That's all I know to call it because it's just something that doesn't happen. It it it messes with all your bodily functions. Everything's kinda torqued in a different manner, and you can't sleep. Your mind's racing and all that kind of stuff.
- 6:17And out of that, I passed about four or five days, I think, that first one.
- 6:23It's way back in about 2005
- 6:28maybe,
- 6:29something around in there. And out of it came in the man manuscript,
- 6:3480 page manuscript,
- 6:35and so I got on Bennett. And,
- 6:38finally, with the problems I've told you about them cutting the fiber optic cable down where I was and couldn't get back on the show for a few days till they got it fixed. I was about to go crazy. Here, I'd been wanting to get this on the radio and get it out so much,
- 6:53so long, so hard, and I get the shot if somebody cuts the fiber optics.
- 6:59I mean, come on, man.
- 7:01Yeah. So, anyway, finally, we got around that and got on, and I said, I've got a manuscript here
- 7:08that people can download, and and and Bennett me and Bennett said, no. Let's make let's make it a book, and we'll make some shekels.
- 7:16These exact words.
- 7:18And,
- 7:19so there's where the book came from. So I got John and Glenn. They finally understood what I had figured out. And knowing that John was very elderly, very sick, and they they
- 7:31worked together on editing. Of course, Glenn wrote the rewrote and wrote rewrote the whole book from an 80 page manuscript into a 200 and something page
- 7:40hard hitting documented book.
- 7:43So, anyway, yes, it's worthwhile. I've had
- 7:47I've been very flattered when it first came out.
- 7:50We sold 450
- 7:52copies or something the first day, Paul,
- 7:55because we've been promoting it for most of the year while John and Glenn edited it.
- 8:00And so, boy, would they hit?
- 8:03We had huge,
- 8:05I think the first, first time author usually sells eight copies of his book. We sold 450
- 8:11copies plus the first day. Now we had I I'll admit it was pre prepromoted.
- 8:16But, anyway, that's where that came from.
- 8:19It's, the first half, if you've never read it.
- 8:23The first half is my story, and the reason is I understood the complexity of what we deal with here, and you couldn't just start a book with with this information. You gotta have some sort of lead up in what I did because of my familiarity,
- 8:36because of my family and with AA and, going to a lot of AA talks over the years, and those guys get up there and they tell you your story.
- 8:45They their story.
- 8:47And, so that's what I did. I I told my story on how this whole thing had happened to me,
- 8:52you know, and that that leads up to, the middle of the book. Middle of the book is a bunch of definitions
- 8:59that are important, but since his first book, we didn't know how to weave all this stuff in there. It's a huge tale. Didn't even really know how to tell it hardly.
- 9:07Yeah. But regardless, Glenn and John Glenn got ahold of it, and out comes this thing. And I remember what I was getting to, Paul,
- 9:14is I was living down in Argentina, pretty close to the big park. There, they've got all these cities down here, usually a big park.
- 9:22And they had some picnic stuffing up and a swimming pool over there under the cottonwood trees we call them. We they call them down there Alamo trees.
- 9:31We call them cottonwood trees. Same thing as around the Alamo.
- 9:36And, they had some,
- 9:38concrete benches with with tables out there. People could eat.
- 9:43And so I took what they'd sent and and and printed it off and went out there and read it. And, I
- 9:50cried
- 9:51because I knew exactly what the hell that I'd send them, and I saw what they returned.
- 9:58So if you've not read the book, folks, I would encourage you to. It's a lot of very, very credible information in there
- 10:07with sources and impeccably sourced, and Glenn
- 10:11wrote it. Glenn
- 10:13yeah. I don't know if I told this story a couple of times, Paul, but Glenn
- 10:18won a case at the Supreme Court of the United States for an inmate when he was in jail.
- 10:24And the the,
- 10:26I don't know what it was about. I just know Glenn wrote it. He said if you ever go to jail,
- 10:31the one thing that you do not want out is that you can write legal process because if that gets out, you're gonna have a line at your cell door, which he had, obviously. Glenn's very good. I don't wanna say yes. Wrote. Your manuscript
- 10:45Unknown: with Oh, you're that's back to the book. Right? Yes. Yeah. Glenn took your 80 page manuscript,
- 10:52which
- 10:53the ADL
- 10:54and the SPLC
- 10:56would probably
- 10:57deem as a manifesto,
- 11:01and he created
- 11:03a masterpiece
- 11:04because if John would have written it, it would have been one long run on sentence.
- 11:10Unknown: From one coverage from one coverage to the next.
- 11:15Yeah. That's true.
- 11:17And
- 11:19so, let's see. I was off of that. I was on anyway, that's where where all this kinda came from, and we got it out there, and it's been and then, of course, we had this fiasco with the book patch where it was for a long time, and they,
- 11:33who knows what's going on with those folks. That was, boy, the connections to all this project are funny. The guy that was helping me at the time, Paul,
- 11:43technical kind of guy, he went out and found this, self
- 11:47published. It was in the early days of that. Not many people were doing it. He found one called Book Patch.
- 11:52It's down there in Scottsdale, Arizona. It was owned by a guy. I don't know if I've ever told this story.
- 11:58A guy named Victor Ostrovsky.
- 12:01Does that name ring a bell with you, Paul? Yeah. You yeah. You've mentioned that, but I have mentioned it before.
- 12:08Well, Victor Ostrovsky,
- 12:11who owned this this self publishing thing because he had written a couple of books,
- 12:16and he was a ex Mossad line officer.
- 12:20Had bolted from him. He'd written these two books, one called By Way of Deception,
- 12:25I believe, and the other one was called The Other Side of Deception.
- 12:30Unknown: And Victor both of those.
- 12:32Unknown: They do. Well, Victor,
- 12:35yeah, I found one in a in a book bin for a dollar or something one time that that of course, those two books were not gonna get any
- 12:43kind of positive press
- 12:46out of the Jewish owned establishment media.
- 12:48And so they a lot of people discount them. Anyway, that's who he ends up hooking up with is Viktor Ostrovsky who's got this self publishing
- 12:56company because he had such problems with his books. Now Victor evidently was a,
- 13:01he may still be alive, but he's lost his mind.
- 13:05He was a Mossad officer, and he was an art lover. And so he had a in Scottsdale, Arizona where he retired, I guess, a Canadian Jew.
- 13:14And,
- 13:15he opened up a art gallery there in Scottsdale, and then next to it, I think, or close proximity was the book patch.
- 13:23Anyway, Victor,
- 13:25with all good intentions, we had a good relationship there. I've talked to him on the phone a time or two, asked him to come on the show.
- 13:32And he'd say, yeah. I'd love to. I said, well, can we talk about the Mossad? And he said, can't talk about that.
- 13:37So, we never did put that together. He seemed like a real good guy.
- 13:42But,
- 13:43I find that he has gone
- 13:46senile. His wife died. He went senile, and they put him in a home, and these people are running the book patch, and
- 13:53I say running it. I have no idea. I think they've they ended up stealing a bunch of money from me. I think the the the
- 14:00software had a big problem or something. And remember, we had to get on the air here. I was just trying to get some answers
- 14:06and had to literally put a call out to the audience and one of our good listeners who was over in Scottsdale
- 14:12occasionally
- 14:13and I got the address off a book they'd shipped to somebody and they went and looked up the address. It was in a residential section and we had a conversation
- 14:22or a live right there with and they called the other guy, and it's just a big fiasco. They won't answer any,
- 14:28questions. They won't answer emails. You can't get anything but a one word response from them on anything.
- 14:33And so my nature is to just, turn my back on it and walk away. I'm not gonna fight them. I'm not gonna try and call, hire a lawyer, or anything else, but they,
- 14:43anyway, I got read. That's why the book is not currently available in print.
- 14:47Okay. Now maybe here sometime soon. I think we've got most of the things to get that done put together, but it's not there yet.
- 14:55But some people like a printed version rather than reading off the computer screen. I certainly understand that.
- 15:01But in this highly complex information
- 15:05that we deal with here that's so confusing until you really get it torn apart and get your arms around it.
- 15:12The the Ebook has search capabilities.
- 15:16Mhmm. The hardback copy does not.
- 15:19And so that can be very handy. K?
- 15:22Unknown: So, usually, that's kind of the story of the book. Do do what, Paul? The hardback copy has search capabilities if you're a speed reader, and, you know, you could turn the pages probably past. But Yeah. Okay. But Okay. Not practical. Do
- 15:36have the original book. Andy,
- 15:39one of the moderators,
- 15:40he got
- 15:42an original copy of the book. He bought a bunch of them and just gave them out.
- 15:46And,
- 15:48he sent one of them to me,
- 15:50and I scanned the front cover and back cover and the spine
- 15:55of the physical book. So,
- 15:58we're ready to go once we find something that will print it. We're
- 16:03Unknown: waiting on Mark. He's gotta get this little situation behind him.
- 16:08I did speak with him the other night. Paul gave me my new phone number, so he called me on my new phone.
- 16:14Unknown: Only incoming call I've had except for you, Paul, really. And so I sent Mark this back to him and to her.
- 16:23Yeah. Just in case Well
- 16:25Unknown: good. But
- 16:27he's gotta get these problems with his with both his parents out of the way. So Right. And it's not it's not good. It is there are there is a little light at the end of the tunnel, but he's still dealing with it. So
- 16:39one of these days when all these peripheral problems get straightened out, we're gonna make some progress on this. I promise. I promise.
- 16:46Some people really want that printed copy, and we just can't deliver it because
- 16:51because of the book patch situation. That was a real fiasco.
- 16:54Well, once So, anyway, we're here. Oh, woah. Woah. Woah. Once Paul gets moved, we're gonna come to that again, and we're gonna transition into that in a second. No. Yes, sir? No. This is about the book. Because once I moved understand. I have a laser printer that does full duplex,
- 17:10Unknown: prints both sides, four pages on one page.
- 17:14I can actually
- 17:15print at 24 pages a minute or four pages
- 17:1924 times a minute.
- 17:22I can actually print that, and I do have a spine stapler.
- 17:27We can create a rudimentary
- 17:30physical copy
- 17:32as soon as I get to Oklahoma because I've got a computer dedicated
- 17:37to scanning and And printing
- 17:40that printer
- 17:41that all I've got to do is put a ream of paper in it and just hit go,
- 17:45and it will spit out
- 17:49already collated pages
- 17:51Unknown: to be stapled together in a book. Uh-huh. Okay. We can do that. Well, we'll, as Ted Kennedy told Mary Jo, we'll drive off that bridge when we get to it. We gotta get Paldo, Oklahoma
- 18:02first. And Yes. That means that you're gonna hear about the escape from New York, the Paul Beaner one way tour.
- 18:10Yeah. The escape from New York tour. We're we're not coming in a circle. We're not gonna hit all the big cities. We're just gonna see if we can get Paul from wherever the heck he is up there in that godforsaken
- 18:20state
- 18:21and see if we can get him down to Oklahoma.
- 18:24They a a godsend
- 18:26state. You know what I think, Paul?
- 18:29Oklahoma
- 18:30is the only state that's totally voted red in every
- 18:34presidential
- 18:35election
- 18:37that they remember,
- 18:38I think.
- 18:40Unknown: But they've got some kind of a record. It's got You take it. I've got someone at my door.
- 18:45Unknown: Okay. Alright. Somebody at the door, so Paul's gonna go find out who's knock knock knocking. Oklahoma is one of the only states, if not the only state, I believe Joe can, Mike. Correct me. That's voted
- 18:59Republican in virtually every election,
- 19:02for a long time, so, more so than any other state.
- 19:06Be good to get Paul down there. I think he'd fit right in, although he's gonna be out in the prairie.
- 19:11He's gonna be out you know, I'm not sure how much civilization's
- 19:14gonna be around him, but what we're trying to do
- 19:17is get enough funds raised so we can get Paul down there and out of New York with all our technical stuff and this whole technical center of what we do
- 19:26along with the things like Paul English and everything else. So Paul's very Paul Beaner is very integral in that, of course.
- 19:32And, we, wanna get him down to Oklahoma.
- 19:35He's got a place they found. It's gonna take a little bit of work,
- 19:39and we need about $15,000.
- 19:42Now I think I think, and as soon as he gets back from the door,
- 19:46we can find out a little more exact.
- 19:49But I think we've got about two thirds of that already. K?
- 19:53So we're lacking, I think, again,
- 19:56about $5,000,
- 19:57and, that's not an awful lot of Federal Reserve notes these days.
- 20:02I know it's a very bad economy. I know many people are very, very strapped.
- 20:07But if you can, if you can even even $10,
- 20:11$5, any of that,
- 20:13we're gonna tap in. Merck, are you with us this morning? Merck?
- 20:18Are you there, Merck?
- 20:21Okay. Obviously, Mirka's not. We're gonna go back to her telegram group.
- 20:26Yeah. There's Larry.
- 20:27Oh, yeah. Yes. There's another female. Okay. Let me get Larry first. Okay, please?
- 20:32Oh, okay. Oh oh, alright. Who's is this Joan?
- 20:36Unknown: No. Who? This is the first time caller, Heikka.
- 20:40Unknown: Hey, Heikka. Can you I'm a first time caller. Yes. Okay. Good. Well, I'm gonna stick you. Don't go anywhere, Heikka. It's Heikka. Don't go anywhere. Heikka. Let me get. Yes. Let me get Larry first, and then I'm gonna come right back to you. Okay?
- 20:54Larry, what'd have, buddy? Okay.
- 20:56You're very welcome. Yes. I'm anxious to talk like
- 21:00Unknown: browsing YouTube
- 21:01and,
- 21:02you know, trying to get more information on taxes because I I love the subject.
- 21:08Unknown: So Well, yeah, I I do across the Has anybody has anybody checked you for fever?
- 21:17Unknown: Well, it's just I'm infatuated with it at this point in my life. And, you know, it's it's an interesting subject
- 21:24to say the least. But Yes. I've been browsing
- 21:27YouTube,
- 21:28and I come across a guy named
- 21:31David
- 21:33let's see. Merland,
- 21:34m y r l a n d. And
- 21:38he I guess he was part of the tax honesty movement. Have you ever heard of this individual?
- 21:43Unknown: And also Is he a guy wait. You guys consider what what
- 21:48Unknown: is
- 21:49Unknown: he a guy from Seattle that used to be a bartender, David Merlin?
- 21:55Unknown: He has to saw he used to have this website take from Caesar, I believe.
- 22:02And he wrote a book. He was Uh-huh.
- 22:05Unknown: Yeah. I'm yes. If it's the same guy that's from Seattle that used to be a bartender,
- 22:11yes, I'm familiar with him. He was around about thirty years ago,
- 22:15and,
- 22:17I haven't heard of him since, but he tells all kinds of jokes. He's good at jokes because he learned all that as a bartender.
- 22:25Unknown: Yeah. I was just gonna ask if you knew anything about him. And, also, would you consider
- 22:30your teachers,
- 22:32John and Glenn, to be
- 22:34were they a part of this tax
- 22:37honesty movement? I mean, I just I heard about that terminology
- 22:42a couple of months ago. And can you give a brief explanation
- 22:46of what you think the tax honesty movement is, and were your teachers a part of that?
- 22:51Unknown: No. Not to my knowledge.
- 22:54And,
- 22:55Larry, I I'm unlike you. I hate taxes.
- 22:58That's the reason we're here on jurisdiction.
- 23:00So if there was something like that, I might have been familiar with it. I don't think John and Glenn were involved in anything like that. If it's the same guy, it's David Merlin.
- 23:09I'm pretty sure it's probably same fellow. He's from Seattle. Wrote a book called, I wanna say cracking the code.
- 23:17Is that correct?
- 23:19Yes. That's it. That's the guy. Okay. That well, that's him. That's him. Okay.
- 23:24Yeah. Don't know any more about him than that too much. He hadn't been around very much lately.
- 23:29Now, Larry, here, I'm gonna go over. We've got a a rare new person here, and I wanna make sure I Yeah. That's fine. Thank you, Roger. Yeah. And I'm gonna dart away from you and go, say, hello. Welcome. We love new people. Could you please spell your name so I make sure I get it right?
- 23:47Unknown: Yeah. Sure. It's h e I k e.
- 23:51Unknown: H e k
- 23:53Unknown: e. Oh, okay. Heikki.
- 23:55Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Haika.
- 23:57Unknown: Haika. Haika. Haika. Okay. Hi, Haika.
- 24:00Uh-huh.
- 24:01Unknown: Vigates. How are you? Vigates.
- 24:07Unknown: Yeah.
- 24:09Well, okay.
- 24:10So you're new.
- 24:11You're new. You found me. Well, I
- 24:16Unknown: actually found you in 2021,
- 24:19and then I got sidetracked.
- 24:21And now I found you again because
- 24:23my son and I, we are working on becoming nationals.
- 24:28And so my son is at work, so I gotta do all the phone call and phone calls. Uh-huh. And I have a quick question to you. Oh, fantastic.
- 24:38My son lost his passport, so he is now going to
- 24:42apply
- 24:43again for a passport.
- 24:45And as much as I've studied now,
- 24:47he has to fill out a d s 11 form because he lost his passport.
- 24:53Unknown: If you lose or
- 24:55or or just saying for the audience in general, keep everybody up on speed here. If you lose or a passport is stolen,
- 25:03you have to report it to the passport office.
- 25:07And no matter where you are in your passport life,
- 25:11this your third or fourth one after ten years or whatever, if you lose it, you gotta go back and start at DS11 again.
- 25:18It's exactly what I can say now. Exactly.
- 25:21K? So, alright, we're on top of that.
- 25:24Unknown: Right. So I got the application.
- 25:28So now he has to go in in person. Right?
- 25:31So I was wondering if he Yeah.
- 25:34Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. I'll let I'm gonna stop him. I'm trying to interrupt you. Yes.
- 25:39He does.
- 25:40Because now you gotta go back because you're using a d s 11.
- 25:44There's a couple of things they do at that initial passport application they don't do again.
- 25:50K? One of them is they don't ask you to have a certified copy of your birth certificate. He's gonna have to get, if he doesn't have, a certified copy of his birth certificate to include in his package.
- 26:04He has to sign it in front of an authorized agent,
- 26:07and it says, stop. Do not sign unless an authorized agent came from. And so the other thing and then there's one more.
- 26:15They ask you on the first one, was your mother and father citizens of The United States? They don't ask you that again. K? So those are the three differences.
- 26:25Yes. He's gonna have to make an appointment with the post office
- 26:29or else possibly go to there are companies that will do your passport for you.
- 26:36I don't know where you are. I didn't ask you that yet. But, anyway, that's a it's just an option.
- 26:41Okay. What part of Florida are you? Florida, and
- 26:45Unknown: I'm in Brevard County.
- 26:47Unknown: Okay. Brevard County's way south. I'm from Florida.
- 26:51In fact, I'm a native Floridian.
- 26:53K? That you wanna talk about rare.
- 26:56I'm a rare. I'm a native Floridian. My mother and father were both born in Florida.
- 27:02So but we are from The Panhandle,
- 27:05and my father was born and raised in Fort Pierce down there close to where you are. And then my mom's family was from Panama City. So we mainly oriented up to The Panhandle. So,
- 27:16anyway, that's a little bit of my background. You're down there in Broward County. Your son needs to go back and do
- 27:22do a lost or stolen report. Right. And then they're gonna send him back to do a d s 11, and we want him to get his passport. What else other questions can I help with you, Haiya? He
- 27:33Unknown: So,
- 27:34of course,
- 27:35HICA. Of course. So he has to attach
- 27:39yeah. He has to attach a citizen's evidence. Right? Yes. Correct. The affidavit.
- 27:45Unknown: It doesn't have to, HICA. It doesn't have to be an affidavit,
- 27:49but it's better if it is.
- 27:52It can be just a declaration.
- 27:54Unknown: I will get there in a moment. Best to get it notarized. Okay. Alright. Good. Right. Right. That is my one of my next questions. So he can attach it. Will that
- 28:04will that official,
- 28:07who gets the packet,
- 28:09will they accept it,
- 28:12Unknown: or will they They will. They they can't. They have to accept it. It's not they have a choice. They have to accept it because
- 28:19what your status is is your choice, not theirs.
- 28:23If it's their choice and we're gonna make this person assist The United States, hold on just a second, then that's open tyranny.
- 28:30So that's why they have to accept what you send. K?
- 28:35Unknown: So they will not take it out later on after he leaves. Right? No. Nope. Nope. They won't.
- 28:41Unknown: Let me tell you a story. We had and listen. I understand how people are very anxious about this. You got every reason not to trust these people. But we're not really dealing with high end government officials. We're dealing with clerks and bureaucrats. Okay? So they generally do what they're supposed to do because they've got policies, rules, and regulations that they have to follow also.
- 29:01But I understand,
- 29:03like, you are in intimidating or or or insinuating here that you're a little bit questionable about that. Well, I'm a tell you this story. Right.
- 29:12Of years ago, one of our, yeah, Julie, can you let me finish here, or you wanna you got something real pertinent?
- 29:19Unknown: Well, I just wanted to,
- 29:21interrupt when she said they will accept it because when I went to the headquarters,
- 29:26three of the ladies tried to hand it back to me. And so you basically want to say, Heiko, you want to tell them, no, this goes along with my passport.
- 29:35This is on file with your boss at the Secretary of State in my administrative
- 29:40file, and it needs to go with the passport.
- 29:43And they may ask you they ask me, oh, so you're an American Samoan? And I said, no, I am not, ma'am. I'm a national.
- 29:49They don't understand it because like
- 29:53Roger says, they're clerks, and they're trained to hand you back any attachments,
- 29:57but you just insist that attachments can go with passports and this needs to go with the passport, and you keep handing it back to them till they take it and process it. I had to hand it back three times.
- 30:08Unknown: I
- 30:09don't know that they've sent back a few. Okay?
- 30:13But in the back office instructions on the state department, it says
- 30:19your affidavit,
- 30:20your passport, and your birth certificate may be sent back under separate cover.
- 30:25And what does that mean? I think when they send an affidavit
- 30:29back,
- 30:30it probably
- 30:32wasn't original
- 30:33that someone sent in.
- 30:35Because they don't send them back and refuse them. They can't. It's not their job to just make legal decisions. It's their job to accept things people send into them and apply what is sent. If anybody, any clerk,
- 30:48any of these gals like like Julie had to deal with,
- 30:52and they're trying to give you all this gum,
- 30:54you find before you go in,
- 30:57in the middle of the instructions,
- 30:58there's a warning box, a big,
- 31:01bold,
- 31:02black capital letters, warning.
- 31:05They usually have those HICA on on on drugs,
- 31:10except they call them black box warnings, and there's a rectangular line around it. Okay.
- 31:15Well, this is the no line. There's no line around it. It just says warning.
- 31:19And it says you can attach documentation,
- 31:22comma, including affidavits,
- 31:25comma, but you better not lie or we're gonna hit you with seven sections of The United States code.
- 31:31Well, they're telling you to attach stuff.
- 31:34Unknown: K? Exactly. You are brilliant. Don't let is so true. I really appreciate it. Yes.
- 31:40Unknown: That's Don't let any of them. See, here's you're getting empowered. You're wanting to get free. You find these things, and you don't take any crap off bureaucrats like that. You kinda confront them. You build you become, to whatever degree you choose, belligerent. The the lesser degrees, you know, honey draws more flies and vinegar. So the less belligerent you are, probably the more successful you're gonna be. But you learn to have confidence and confront these people and say, no. That's not right. You don't even know your own instructions? Look right here. I can attach documentation
- 32:13and affidavits,
- 32:14and that's what this is.
- 32:16Unknown: Exactly. Oh, wonderful. So that puts me at ease. Your job is not to evaluate it.
- 32:22Unknown: Yeah. Just hold your job's not to evaluate it. Your job's not to give a legal opinion on it. Your job is to accept it and apply it, ma'am.
- 32:31Unknown: Right.
- 32:32So now I'm coming to the citizenship
- 32:35evidence.
- 32:36Is is that the same as as the affidavit?
- 32:41Unknown: Yes, ma'am. And the reason we label it that, Haida Haika, is because
- 32:46if you go again in the back office of the state department here's how I found all this.
- 32:53You can actually once your son
- 32:55applies for an his new passport,
- 32:58there's a state department website where you can actually track the progress of them
- 33:03fulfilling that.
- 33:04K?
- 33:05And so in that process, they've got little notes,
- 33:09and one of them says
- 33:11citizenship evidence.
- 33:13So evidence is a very powerful word. It's very legal, of course, and lawful.
- 33:18And, and that's what we've got is evidence that we are deciding
- 33:23our own political status.
- 33:25So that's why I use affidavit
- 33:28or declaration,
- 33:29either one will work,
- 33:30of citizenship
- 33:32evidence
- 33:33because they know on the 7th Floor up there where all the attorneys are at the state department,
- 33:39they pretty well understand what the term evidence means.
- 33:43I promise you. That's one of the things they do teach them in law school. K? So they know what that means, and that's why we use it. And
- 33:52sorry, boys. We've got you slaving.
- 33:55We don't wanna be no Jew slave
- 33:57and refuse to be, and we're gonna prove it to you, and you've got to accept it. And you can't even retaliate.
- 34:04I mean, they're backed into a corner here, Heiko,
- 34:08and they can't get out. All they do is stand mute and don't say anything, and that convicts them by itself.
- 34:16So very good. So wish you wish some of your you wish some of your German ancestors woulda had this, don't you?
- 34:25Well, you know what? Oh my god. That's a whole another story because I actually grew up in East Berlin, but that's a whole different story. My god. I Well, you come back you come back and visit us because I wanna hear some of these personal experiences of yours. Okay? That's a very Oh, yeah. Very important subject to a lot of folks on this on our show here.
- 34:47Unknown: But I will tell you one thing. I had a better education than the kids are getting now here, and I had to homeschool my my children in this country because the education here was so horrible.
- 35:00Well, it's horrible. You know? Yes.
- 35:02Unknown: How long have you been in The States, Heiko? How long have you been here?
- 35:06Unknown: Oh, I came here before the wall came down. So
- 35:11in fall of nineteen eighty nine.
- 35:13Unknown: Oh my goodness. Long, long time. Yeah. Uh-huh. Well, good. Well, your English is very good.
- 35:19We're I'm tickled to death that you found us. Okay?
- 35:22Unknown: I had Well, look.
- 35:24Unknown: Yes.
- 35:27Unknown: I mean, I tried to flee communism.
- 35:29And then when I first immigrated to California,
- 35:33right,
- 35:33I said, oh my god. Communism is already in California. That was in 1989.
- 35:40Yeah. Yeah. Right. I I felt it. I saw it.
- 35:44Those people in California couldn't see it, but I I was like, oh my god. This is this is bad. You know? You were like the Russian defector.
- 35:53Unknown: The Brezhnekov,
- 35:54I think. Wasn't that his name? The Russian director and of defector. He came over here talking to g r Ward Griffin, and he said same thing you're saying.
- 36:02I couldn't believe when I got here how how firmly they've already established it. Same exact thing.
- 36:10Unknown: Yes. It was a shock. You know? But but I have another question. So do I write on top Alright. Affidavit
- 36:17affidavit
- 36:18of citizenship
- 36:19evidence?
- 36:20Unknown: That goes on top. Right? Yes, ma'am. Have you we've got a sample of it on the website. Have you found that? Yeah. Yeah.
- 36:28Unknown: Okay. Well, you know, that's why I'm calling in. Things are a little bit confusing.
- 36:33There's an app for white
- 36:35Americans For white Americans.
- 36:37Unknown: Okay. Alright. Alright. Now there's another one on the website there.
- 36:41See, that's the way we used to look at this, Heiko, was it was a black and white And I agree. 14 to and you can see how you would look at it that way, but it was only yeah. That was back third thirty years ago, we thought that. That's why those affidavits were written like that. It's generic. Anybody can be free. It doesn't matter what color you are. Funny enough now,
- 37:03they accepted that affidavit because that's the one I sent in the first few times.
- 37:08I'm using the other one now. K. Last time I did a passport two years ago, whatever, I used the one that's a sample one on the website, and that's the one you can use. It's simple as two paragraphs.
- 37:19There's no wiggle room for them in there. First one deals with the status. Is it is it
- 37:27Unknown: it the one I, being duly sworn hereby, declare my intention
- 37:32to be a national but not a citizen of The United States?
- 37:36Unknown: You know where that one comes from? It comes from the state department itself off one of their policy stuff. Yes. And I saw that. Well,
- 37:44well, you can do that. We've got William, our buddy, that's pursuing a lot of this down in Georgia. He's that's the only one he used.
- 37:50But there it's in his situation,
- 37:55because the one I did as a sample affidavit is not it is a little longer than one sentence. I'm gonna basically recite it to you here in a second, but it covers a very important issue that a lot of people are primarily concerned with, which is the tax man.
- 38:10K? Because the second paragraph of the one we've well, that was second paragraph of the one we've got is a sample deals with that right there. The first paragraph says, hi. I, high, could do solemnly swear
- 38:23under the penalty of perjury of the laws of The United States Of America.
- 38:27That's very important. You don't understand that that you're right. My intent to be a, yeah, my intent to be a national and not a citizen of The United States under the scope and purview of the fourteenth amendment.
- 38:40So that's the first paragraph.
- 38:42The second paragraph deals with IRS specifically,
- 38:46and it says, as a national,
- 38:48I'm identified
- 38:49at 26 CFR 1.1
- 38:52dash one,
- 38:53a parenthesis closed,
- 38:56as a non resident very deceptively
- 38:59labeled as a non
- 39:02resident alien.
- 39:03So you're going back to the hitch that they've got that obligates everybody into the tax system,
- 39:09and you're putting that
- 39:11briefly explained
- 39:12in your affidavit.
- 39:14And see, here's another thing that we just realized recently. Some of the we've been
- 39:19we've been sparring a bit with IRS.
- 39:21I call them the individuals
- 39:23representing Satan.
- 39:25We've been sparring with them a little bit, sometimes in a state forum,
- 39:29once or twice on the national forum.
- 39:32And and the whole thing revolves around I don't wanna get too complex for you at this stage, Heiko. The whole thing revolves around this word resident.
- 39:40Unknown: K?
- 39:41Unknown: But,
- 39:42here,
- 39:43in your affidavit,
- 39:45you're pointing that out and what it is.
- 39:48And you see the reason the affidavit is used
- 39:52is because it's actual court testimony.
- 39:55K?
- 39:56And and so And I know that. Once they receive that,
- 40:00they've got to to rebut that statement that they accepted.
- 40:05They've gotta go back and write another affidavit
- 40:08contradicting the facts that that's not the case with the IRS
- 40:12and then sign it under penalties of perjury. And then not only can they not do that, they won't. Okay? So that's why I suggest
- 40:21Unknown: don't rebut it. It's true. Well, then it's sands.
- 40:26Unknown: Right. Alright. Here's here's where here's where this comes from. You probably don't know this. I didn't. I didn't until we had, our our our fellow will have tomorrow, Brent Winters, with us one day.
- 40:39That comes from Richard King Henry. You've
- 40:43written Brent? Right.
- 40:45Unknown: I have affidavits
- 40:47for Okay. For New California
- 40:50when I lived there. So I've
- 40:52I have I I have written these, so I know the process.
- 40:57And I also know that there's a process and cord about it. So my point is I do know a little bit about some of the things,
- 41:05Unknown: but I need to learn about this now for sure. Well, I want you to learn as much as you wanna learn and understand as much as you wanna understand,
- 41:13Heiko. You know, the Bible's god tells us above all, seek understanding,
- 41:18not knowledge, understanding.
- 41:20And so that's what we want you to have because once you've got that, you're free.
- 41:25As you can counteract anything, anybody like these three women that Julie encountered,
- 41:30and they're trying to get out. We can't take this. Nope. Nope. Sorry. Says right here, I can attach documentation.
- 41:36That's what I'm doing. That's what this is. Right. You are bound
- 41:40to accept it because I'm giving it to you in my package.
- 41:44Sorry. Yeah. So when you can do that
- 41:48see, when you can do that, you're free.
- 41:51If you oh, okay. Well, I'll take your word for it, and you go slither back on the subway and go back home. Well, you're not too free, are you?
- 42:01Unknown: Right. Exactly.
- 42:02So Okay. So I put affidavit
- 42:05of citizenship evidence first,
- 42:07then I put the jurat,
- 42:09and then on the bottom, there is it there's going to be the seal then, right, that I swear? Well, that Jurat
- 42:16Unknown: Jurat will be in if you use the the one that I just our sample one, you can do whatever you want. Yeah. K? I'm not gonna but if you use that sample one,
- 42:26it will have a spot for your signature in the Notar Republic stamp down at the bottom.
- 42:31Okay?
- 42:32Unknown: Okay. And all the notary does on your website.
- 42:36Unknown: Yes. I'm Paul, I'm gonna drag Paul
- 42:39back here and tell you where it is exactly because we don't wanna
- 42:43I think we can do that. So, anyway,
- 42:47a an affidavit is actual court testimony. Now the only thing the notary is doing,
- 42:54they're not there to say, oh, no. No. The you can't you can't submit this. Well, they're not there to make legal decisions.
- 43:02They're there, and their only job is to take whatever identification
- 43:06you give them that represents you
- 43:09and make sure when you sign it, that it's the same person.
- 43:13That's the only thing they do.
- 43:17Don't give legal advice. They don't go point you somewhere else. I can't do this. They just notarize
- 43:24your signature. That's all. K.
- 43:28Unknown: Right. So Now So that's awesome. So now my letter to the secretary of state Oh, so simple. Do I do?
- 43:35Unknown: Oh, you just well, you got that affidavit.
- 43:38Okay. Now the first thing, and there's a reason. Everything we do here, HICA, has a reason. Okay? There's thought behind it and experience to some extent.
- 43:49So
- 43:50we came up because of one guy in one situation a couple of years ago.
- 43:55Brit Brit guy come over here naturalized, didn't understand all of our laws, had a passport. Okay?
- 44:02So he wanted to go in and
- 44:04and do another one so he could include the affidavit, what you're talking about.
- 44:09And so he includes that, and he sends it in. And not only do they reject his application,
- 44:16but they revoke
- 44:18his open passport.
- 44:20And so the kid gets ahold of me. He said, look. I got my passport revoked, and they rejected me and this, that, and the other one. Now I'm real curious because that never happens. K?
- 44:29So I get the guy to send me the letter. Well, it turns out
- 44:33he had gotten pulled over out in San Jose, your former California girl. Out in San Jose,
- 44:40he got pulled over under suspicion of drunk driving.
- 44:43He wouldn't get out of the car. So they broke the window and dragged him out and took him to jail.
- 44:49Somehow,
- 44:50he got out of jail. And being a Brit, not understanding our system,
- 44:54he thought the charges had been dropped because he got out of jail.
- 44:58So when he went to send the passport application
- 45:02in,
- 45:03they take a couple of sections of the code of federal regulations and apply them and go back under NCIC,
- 45:10national crime, whatever database,
- 45:12and they see these two drunk driving charges.
- 45:16Well, now he's a flight risk. That's why they,
- 45:19revoked his open passport,
- 45:21and they rejected it because of, of all these other things. So
- 45:26they
- 45:27find out it was his fault. So We go back and take that back to the drawing board
- 45:33and go,
- 45:34well, you know, if he'd have just sent in a an affidavit and a cover letter to the secretary of state first,
- 45:41then that would have been on file and received by them.
- 45:45And if it's that case,
- 45:47then they he's already a national, and they can't use code of federal regulations on him because they're with the exception of IRS, they're all for residents.
- 45:56K?
- 45:57And and so that
- 46:00was why they did it. If he just sent one in first,
- 46:03those code of federal regulations would not have applied,
- 46:07and he at least would have a case
- 46:09where he could go, look. You rejected
- 46:11my application.
- 46:13You kept my funds. What's the next step in my administrative appeal? Because I already had one of these affidavits in. The one with a passport application,
- 46:21it was just cold.
- 46:23It's what we call it. So that's why we've had to alter, Micah,
- 46:28our entire process and the way we do things because of one breath.
- 46:33K? Now I'm sure you sound like a wonderful woman, and I'm sure you don't have any skeletons in your closet. Okay?
- 46:41But we suggest this to the average person
- 46:45for one reason, honestly. I don't think they can see enough copies of this come across their desks up there.
- 46:53Oh, there's one more. There's one more. It makes an impression on the bureaucrats.
- 46:58It makes an impression on the secretary of state. We found that out already,
- 47:03and that's why I say, alright. Just take your affidavit,
- 47:06put a very simple cover letter in, and send it to mister Marco Rubio.
- 47:10K?
- 47:11Then if you're like yourself and you oh, well, let me let me finish because I'm on a train. Then if your background's clean,
- 47:18you could wait a couple of days and just do the passport application.
- 47:22K?
- 47:24But, again, it's because of this one situation with this one guy that we had to change the whole protocol on. K?
- 47:31So first of all, you we suggest that's just a suggestion.
- 47:36You take a copy of your affidavit. You write a short cover letter to mister Rubio,
- 47:42and, you say something to the effect of please find
- 47:45the enclosed notarized citizenship
- 47:48evidence affidavit.
- 47:50Please
- 47:51apply this to all of your records and correct my political status.
- 47:57Thank you very much. See
- 48:00you see you at the Iran talks,
- 48:03Marco.
- 48:05Unknown: Okay. So please apply to all my records. And what was the second part? Please please change
- 48:12Unknown: all of
- 48:14pertinent records accordingly.
- 48:16Please adjust. Whatever. You don't have to make it very long
- 48:20or or laborious.
- 48:22It's quite simple. Here's my new citizenship status. It's an affidavit,
- 48:27and please apply it to,
- 48:29and change my status in all applicable
- 48:32categories, whatever you wanna say. They
- 48:35know what it is. Okay?
- 48:38And so then you wait a couple of days, and then you go get the passport. Now that's the big kahuna
- 48:45because that's the highest form of identification
- 48:47issued by the federal government.
- 48:49And because you've included your affidavit in it, it will now reflect your new your son or your political status.
- 48:57They're not gonna have big neon lights on your passport card,
- 49:01but there are ways that you can go back in and identify this. We've had them identify people, HICA, as a
- 49:10cur courier,
- 49:12a state department courier. What I read. Yeah. Uh-huh. We've had it identified
- 49:17as what else do they call them?
- 49:19Ambassador at large,
- 49:21I think. And then they'll identify you as a noncitizen,
- 49:25but they think it's American Samoa, but it's really the national hiding behind
- 49:31the American Samoans. Now I've been talking a lot. I've given you a bunch of information.
- 49:36I wanna hear from you. What other questions do you have?
- 49:40Unknown: So okay. So but what is this application
- 49:44to
- 49:46secretary of state? That is just for Florida?
- 49:51Unknown: No. That's for your passport,
- 49:53I think. What are you looking Yeah.
- 49:56Unknown: Yeah. Okay. So I'm
- 49:58doing the passport
- 50:00application
- 50:01with the citizen's evidence.
- 50:03And then I'm writing a letter, right, to the secretary of, oh, of state.
- 50:08That means to Florida.
- 50:10Unknown: No. It means to
- 50:12secretary of state. Now and let me tell you. This is a very important incident that happened to me along the way. K?
- 50:18Early on, when John and Glenn were still teaching, one of our students in Nebraska, I believe, wrote a letter to the secretary of state of Nebraska. He said, could you send me something identifying me as a state citizen?
- 50:31We knew about all this stuff back then.
- 50:33And, we didn't know they changed the label to national, but we knew about the state citizen.
- 50:38And this whoever the guy was in Nebraska
- 50:41sent him back this beautiful
- 50:43I mean, it was lovely
- 50:45stationary.
- 50:46The buffalo from Nebraska is up there, and there's gold embossing,
- 50:50and it goes along the top and then ribbons of it down the side. And it was very beautiful. So and so is a proud Nebraska state citizen.
- 50:59K?
- 51:00And so all of us wanted one of those.
- 51:03So I wrote the secretary of state of the state of Florida. I wanted the state you live in now.
- 51:09And the secretary of state of Florida wrote me back. He says, you know, hey, big boy. I'd like to do this for you, but I can't
- 51:16because the secretary of state of The United States has all final authority
- 51:22over all
- 51:24matters concerning
- 51:26citizenship.
- 51:28Now I was very green. This is when I was real I there's the answer to the whole thing right there. And I was so new in this that it didn't register with me. But, you know, when I got ready to move to South America and I was cleaning out all my files, I found that letter. K? Now the importance of that statement and that letter
- 51:49was years ago when I had to apply for passport for the first time. And
- 51:54I saw the at the top, the warning box,
- 51:57secretary of the state of the United States at the top of the page, and that sentence from that letter that that secretary of state of Florida had written me years ago came back to me,
- 52:08all
- 52:09final authority of all matters concerning citizenship with the secretary secretary of of state. State. Now
- 52:15here's a good question. Why is that?
- 52:18Why does he have all this authority?
- 52:22Because he's always been the one that issued passports.
- 52:26And for them to issue you a passport according to Vattel's law of nations,
- 52:32a passport is a document issued by your country that identifies you and presents you to foreign nations.
- 52:39So if they're gonna
- 52:40represent
- 52:41you
- 52:42and present you to foreign nation, they've got to include your political status, don't they?
- 52:49Unknown: Mhmm.
- 52:50Unknown: Well, that's why they drove this whole scheme through the secretary of state
- 52:56because they've got it set up where the minute you're born
- 52:59and your big toe comes out of mama's birth canal,
- 53:03you're you're enslaved.
- 53:04That's why they ask you the whole rest of your life. Are you a slave? Are you under the laws of Washington DC?
- 53:10You don't understand what they're asking you, and you answer yes and you sign something. So there it is. They set it up when you're born. It follows you throughout your child
- 53:21life all the way up till you're 18 and adult, then they start asking the questions because what they're getting is your agreement on the contract.
- 53:29They put you into a contract at birth. They never told you about it. It's an unusual contract. Nobody hardly knows about. And then they ask you the rest of the life, is that you? Is that you? Is that you? You don't know all this has been done. You're totally ignorant as to that, and you answer yes and sign something
- 53:48every time they ask you.
- 53:50So you
- 53:51literally
- 53:53are the one that completed the contract here.
- 53:56But the good news is it's all under fraud.
- 53:59So fraud initiates any contract from the beginning.
- 54:03That's why they have to recognize this.
- 54:05That's why they can't turn that affidavit down. We're exposing their fraud,
- 54:10and they have to honor it.
- 54:12Now I was gonna tell you where that comes from because I learned from Brent. Remember your history a little bit about England and king Henry the eighth? Do you remember him? Went through all those wives?
- 54:23Beheaded one of them, hand bow, hand bowling, and all that. Oh, yeah. Well, at some point Yeah. In king Henry's the eighth, he was trying he was desperate for money. K?
- 54:32And and so he would he'd gone to the Obans over there, tried to borrow money from them. He he had already been done with the Jews. He was trying to get borrow some money from the pope.
- 54:43And so England had been under control of the Catholics for a while.
- 54:48And so what king Henry the eighth did was he went outside of England in some established place and got all the bishops of England into one room.
- 54:59And he said, you're either gonna follow the pope or I'm gonna if you don't follow me, I'm gonna remove your head.
- 55:07You're not following the pope, and nobody in the room said anything. Mhmm.
- 55:12And king Henry said, silence deems consent.
- 55:15That's where it came from. Mhmm.
- 55:17So when they don't object to you submitting that affidavit,
- 55:22they've accepted it and agreed with you even though they never opened their mouth.
- 55:27Okay? So that's what we're deal these are powerful forces here. K?
- 55:32Unknown: Yes. So I think my mistake was that
- 55:36that I thought okay. That I thought I also had to send a letter to the attorney general, but that's no. Only to the secretary of state. Right? Well, this is the front end.
- 55:48Unknown: What you're just mentioning is the back end.
- 55:51Because once you've changed your status with the federal government, you're no longer a federal citizen.
- 55:57Now you wanna go back to your state and tell them. Because the secretary of state probably is not gonna drop the what they're doing and called all the officials in Florida. Hey. Hi. Excuse
- 56:10me.
- 56:12Hi. Just changed her status. She's a national now. They're treat her accordingly.
- 56:16They're probably not gonna do that. So you've gotta do that. And then the second half of this is once you've changed your status,
- 56:24now you go back and you, what we call, weaponize it
- 56:28like a porcupine.
- 56:29You know what a porcupine is?
- 56:32Unknown: Mhmm.
- 56:33Unknown: It's like a porcupine. You're putting all those quills out there, and if they touch you, you're gonna insert one of them into their hand, k, at least theoretically.
- 56:43So now what we're gonna do is we're gonna notify our state, and you're gonna, first of all, write to the attorney general
- 56:50of Florida.
- 56:51Don't know who that is.
- 56:53And you're going to do what we would call CC or carbon copy,
- 56:58the other officials in your Broward County down there.
- 57:03So you're gonna address it to the secretary of state of Florida,
- 57:07and you're gonna CC at the bottom. You're gonna CC your district attorney,
- 57:11the guy that dockets cases.
- 57:14You're gonna cc your sheriff. Used to be a guy named Israel down there, I think.
- 57:19Anyway,
- 57:20you're gonna cc your sheriff, and you're gonna cc your police department, chief of police.
- 57:25So at the bottom of the letter you're sending to the attorney general of Florida,
- 57:30all those people will be listed, and they'll receive this copy
- 57:34certified to the same notification.
- 57:36Here's what you're doing, Heiko.
- 57:39You're you're reaching back and grabbing another legal philosophy
- 57:43called due process.
- 57:45I'm sure you've probably heard of that. It's the underpinning of all of our laws. Okay? Due process
- 57:51is notice
- 57:53and the right to be heard.
- 57:55It's quite simple. It's the process that's due and owing. It comes from our history of the common law. Notice. In other words, I'm gonna tell them this is what the deal, and then if they've got any objections or anything, I'm gonna hear them. Well, they never have any objections.
- 58:12K? So noticing the right to be heard, due process is what we're doing. We're noticing everybody that's important
- 58:19in the state of Florida, the attorney general mainly because he's overall law enforcement,
- 58:24and then the people in your county.
- 58:27If you drive in the next county and you work over there, you might wanna notify them too, but that's up to you, and these are individual
- 58:34circumstances.
- 58:36So you're gonna put on letter yes. Just a second if you could. You put on that letter exactly what you put on the other one. You put please find my
- 58:46notarized citizenship evidence now on file with the secretary of state of The United States Of America.
- 58:53If you've gotten and you've waited long enough, I don't know if that's good or bad. If you've gotten your passport back, you could put passport number so and so and so and so and so was issued
- 59:04with submission of this affidavit.
- 59:07K? Because they're not gonna issue a passport if it's not true. They take passport fraud very seriously.
- 59:13And then you're gonna say, please adjust all your records accordingly,
- 59:17and you're gonna send it to all those people. Now you've weaponized your state position.
- 59:22K? Now who was who was was trying to say something? Was that William?
- 59:26Unknown: Yes, William.
- 59:27Unknown: Hey, William.
- 59:29William, this is How's it going? This is Haika. This is Haika. Haika, this is William. He's a boy up in a Hey, William. Georgia. Hello. His airplanes
- 59:37all over the place?
- 59:39And, he's very good student, and he's actually prosecuting
- 59:43the state of Florida to get back some ad valorem sales tax on a vehicle.
- 59:47Fairly harmless
- 59:48situation,
- 59:49and he's really gone after him good. So, William, what have you got for our new student, Heiko here?
- 59:55Unknown: Well, I I was just gonna say to kinda be careful what you put in the notices because it does Yeah. It does weaponize it. But I've I got my notices from John Garland,
- 1:00:05when I first got involved real early.
- 1:00:08And, I said, John, what did you send to,
- 1:00:11you know, the secretary of state and
- 1:00:14to the secretary of of your state?
- 1:00:16And, you know, what did you put in the notices?
- 1:00:19And he sent me his notice, and I just put my information in it.
- 1:00:25But one of the paragraphs he had in there was that he was a citizen under the constitutional contract of 1797.
- 1:00:33Okay. Which was in the first paragraph, which is true.
- 1:00:37A national is a state citizen, which was,
- 1:00:40you know Mhmm. Came up in the contract of 1797.
- 1:00:43Unknown: Well, that's all there was for the first eighty years. There's only one status.
- 1:00:48Unknown: Right.
- 1:00:49So
- 1:00:50when I put in my
- 1:00:53motion for summary judgment, I put in all those notices and said, hey. I noticed the state. You know, I've weaponized this affidavit.
- 1:01:00I noticed the Department of Revenue, and they didn't do anything about it.
- 1:01:05And the and the countering of the county attorney
- 1:01:08took that statement that he says he's a constitutional
- 1:01:12citizen of of the constitutional contract of 1797,
- 1:01:16and he put that all over the place in my documentation
- 1:01:20now.
- 1:01:21So, like,
- 1:01:22just trying to find some wording that sounds like sovereign citizen, that sounds,
- 1:01:27you know, to the layperson looking at it,
- 1:01:31it doesn't sound good.
- 1:01:33No. You know what I'm saying?
- 1:01:35Unknown: Of course. Because they're gonna say, well, why don't you pay your fair share? Everybody else does.
- 1:01:41Unknown: Right. So I just wanted just wanted to say, you know, don't put anything like that in the in those notices. Just put,
- 1:01:48I'm a national.
- 1:01:49I'm a national 20
- 1:01:54eight USC
- 1:01:5611 o one a 21.
- 1:01:58Because now I'm kinda fighting back uphill a little bit on that because I've gotta now I've gotta rebut what was in my own notices.
- 1:02:06Not that not that it's wrong.
- 1:02:08Unknown: Alright. But here's the thing is they're calling him a sovereign citizen, Heiko. You're not a sovereign citizen. You can't find that anywhere, any court case, any statute, any regulation.
- 1:02:19It's made up by the Southern Poverty Law Center.
- 1:02:22I think to counteract what we're doing here because they've known about this since the first time I got on the radio with it fifteen years ago.
- 1:02:29K? And,
- 1:02:31so you're the guy has got a a judge that agreed with him. He's about to hit William with $4,000
- 1:02:37worth of, attorney's fees,
- 1:02:40and they don't even define
- 1:02:42what the hell they're charging him whether they've called him. Then you can't find sovereign citizen definition anywhere. It's all BS.
- 1:02:49But this is the links they'll go to,
- 1:02:52and the ignorance
- 1:02:54and the functional
- 1:02:56illiteracy
- 1:02:57of people in our whole country in all levels of government and private because they don't know this information that you have found here, Heiko.
- 1:03:05This takes clears everything up.
- 1:03:10Unknown: Sure.
- 1:03:11I have another question. Under eight USC Yes.
- 1:03:15One four five two b
- 1:03:18Yes. One, it says,
- 1:03:20prove of dissatisfaction
- 1:03:23to secretary
- 1:03:24of state
- 1:03:26that the person is a national.
- 1:03:30Unknown: Well, that's what your affidavit's
- 1:03:32Unknown: doing. That's that's your that's the affidavit. Affidavit then. Okay. That I I just wanted to double check. Okay.
- 1:03:39Unknown: What's the what's the affidavit? An affidavit is court testimony.
- 1:03:43It the only way it can be overcome
- 1:03:46is by
- 1:03:47contradicting the facts that's stated in yours and signed under penalty of perjury.
- 1:03:52They will never do that because they can't do that. K?
- 1:03:57That's your that's why I use the word evidence, Heiko.
- 1:04:02Unknown: That tells them what it is. Right. Evidence letter. Right. Right. Right. Right. So now I have a one more question, and I keep going back there because
- 1:04:13Unknown: You can have as many questions as you want. We got out of bed this morning to talk to you.
- 1:04:21Unknown: I couldn't wait to talk to you guys. I was really nervous because
- 1:04:25Paul Figured all this out with the phone. The phone, it it it's so complicated.
- 1:04:31I'm I'm I'm not a technical person.
- 1:04:34Unknown: Yeah. So I mean, understand.
- 1:04:36Unknown: Why I told Paul
- 1:04:38I told Paul, yeah, listen. We're gonna have a new one come along here in a day or two, and here comes Heiko. Just
- 1:04:43bright, cheery,
- 1:04:44bubbly, effervescent,
- 1:04:46anxious to know the truth, and we're anxious
- 1:04:49to help you learn it, sweetie.
- 1:04:51Unknown: Yeah. And one more comment, Roger. Yeah. Okay, William. Go ahead.
- 1:04:56Anytime you're dealing with attack situation,
- 1:05:00all don't even next thing. Don't use national.
- 1:05:04Use
- 1:05:05nonresident alien.
- 1:05:07So if I had gone at this state tax with nonresident alien, nonresident alien, nonresident and I just pounded them with that,
- 1:05:15I would be in a lot better position than trying to to wrap it around to citizenship.
- 1:05:20So
- 1:05:21when it comes to
- 1:05:22any kind of tax related issue,
- 1:05:25you want that person to know you're a nonresident alien. You're not a resident alien.
- 1:05:31Unknown: But that's only
- 1:05:33o n l y
- 1:05:35as it applies to taxation
- 1:05:38only. Yep. Well Yep. So here's what we don't want because
- 1:05:43here's what we don't want, Heidi. I'm sorry to interrupt. Just hold your thought. We like, we had a guy on here, and we go over and explain to him, and he's out driving in California, and he gets pulled over on the side of the road, and he's gonna tape it. Right?
- 1:05:56And he's talking to the cop, and he goes, I'm a nonresident alien.
- 1:06:00Well, no. You're a national.
- 1:06:02And you start throwing that kind of complexity to this guy, and he is gonna think you're nuts. Okay?
- 1:06:10So that's why it's very important to learn all these terms and where and how they apply. You're not gonna do it overnight.
- 1:06:17Just be patient with it. It'll come. And people like Julie
- 1:06:21are here to help you. Yes, Julie.
- 1:06:25Unknown: Yeah. I wanna correct some Heiko on something. Hey, Heiko. You were talking about title eight United States Code
- 1:06:32fourteen fifty two B1.
- 1:06:34That's not applicable to you. That's applicable to a non citizen national,
- 1:06:38which is an American Samoa.
- 1:06:40So that doesn't have anything to do with
- 1:06:44a national.
- 1:06:46Unknown: But it says there's certificate of citizenship
- 1:06:49or US
- 1:06:50non citizen national status. Yeah,
- 1:06:53Unknown: but non citizen national is an American Samoa. That's not what we are. That's the little island
- 1:07:00in the Pacific,
- 1:07:02so that's not applicable to us.
- 1:07:05Unknown: See, here's the difference, Heiko. They
- 1:07:07made American
- 1:07:09Samoa. They gave Samoa to Germany.
- 1:07:12We had a big fight with you guys around 1900,
- 1:07:15and we gave you the big island. The Germans got the big island of Samoa, and we got this little bitty looks like an almond over on the East side of it called American Samoa.
- 1:07:25Now American Samoa
- 1:07:27is the only territory
- 1:07:29somebody might correct me on some fringe here. To my knowledge and understanding,
- 1:07:34it's the only territory in the entire federal system
- 1:07:38that does not is not incorporated.
- 1:07:41In other words, they've left them hanging out there by themselves. Yeah. And they call them noncitizen
- 1:07:48nationals.
- 1:07:49And the reason they do is because they have all these natural rights that you're about to acquire,
- 1:07:56but they are not birthright citizenship.
- 1:08:00See, when you immigrated over here, you got birthright citizenship because you naturalized.
- 1:08:06And for the American Samoans,
- 1:08:08and they're in The United States Of America system, they're the federal system.
- 1:08:13They've got to come and naturalize
- 1:08:15to become citizens of The United States.
- 1:08:18So that's why they call them noncitizen
- 1:08:22nationals.
- 1:08:23And then they call us, label us nationals,
- 1:08:26and they hide us right behind them.
- 1:08:30Unknown: And I did. Right? Yeah. They are Yes. But
- 1:08:34see, how are they hiding us behind
- 1:08:37Unknown: them? I mean Because they use the same word nationals?
- 1:08:40Well, there's not, I mean, there's another paragraph right under what you read there, and the next one is the American national,
- 1:08:48not American Samoan national.
- 1:08:51So that's what they're doing. These are these people
- 1:08:54that your country fought against so vehemently.
- 1:08:58Oh. The Oh, they This is how they were. Not American.
- 1:09:03Unknown: What? Say it again. They are calling us
- 1:09:05not American
- 1:09:07Unknown: Samoans. No. No. No. They call us American
- 1:09:10nationals.
- 1:09:12One place in the code or just
- 1:09:14national.
- 1:09:16The American Samoans
- 1:09:18are always
- 1:09:19called
- 1:09:20noncitizen
- 1:09:22nationals
- 1:09:23because they have to move they have to apply to the federal government. Even though that's who they're under, they've got to apply to the federal government to get fourteenth amendment citizenship.
- 1:09:35They don't get all that, and they want it. They want it badly, and they can't understand why they don't have it. There's been a couple of legal cases.
- 1:09:45None of them reached the supreme court. They'll never reach the supreme court because the supreme court would blow this whole scheme out of the water. Okay? All I have to say, they can't figure out why they can't get the goodies and why they're not included in the federal citizenship scam.
- 1:09:59And the reason is so they can call them nationals
- 1:10:03and hide us the national behind it.
- 1:10:08But how are they doing that? Well, they're they're they're doing just like I said. They look
- 1:10:14at the passport. You got a passport application in front of you still? Yes. Yes. Yes. I do. Look down at the look at the oath.
- 1:10:21Just look at the oath.
- 1:10:22I certify
- 1:10:24and solemnly swear under whatever that I'm a citizen of The United States or a noncitizen
- 1:10:33national.
- 1:10:34So
- 1:10:35Unknown: here the point.
- 1:10:37Noncitizen
- 1:10:38national.
- 1:10:39Right. I'm a Samoanian. So
- 1:10:41Unknown: no. No. You're not. Your your affidavit is separating you from that, but you're still a national. Oh. But you see how good these guys are? Do you do you see how slighty they are? It.
- 1:10:54Unknown: Heiko. Yes. Hey, Heiko. They don't want us to know that this status is available to us because then we kick ourselves out of their jurisdiction,
- 1:11:04which is the 10 mile square
- 1:11:06and United States is defined as the District of Columbia. They don't want us to know that this is available. So that's why when you go to Title VIII, United States Code eleven oh one parentheses
- 1:11:16A parentheses 21,
- 1:11:18it specifically states the term national means a person owing permanent allegiance to a small estate.
- 1:11:26And so
- 1:11:28that you understand that, if you go to the 22 definition,
- 1:11:33it says the term national of The United States means a citizen of The United States, which would be the 10,
- 1:11:41or b, a person who, though not a citizen of The United States, owes permanent allegiance to The United States, which is, again, the jurisdiction and the District Of Columbia.
- 1:11:52Unknown: So that's why And Americans abolish.
- 1:11:55Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. And so that they hide this status. They don't want you to be able to get a passport out Which is the title again? National.
- 1:12:02Title eight
- 1:12:04Title eight. United States code
- 1:12:0711 o one,
- 1:12:08parenthesis 11 o
- 1:12:10Unknown: one. Go ahead. Slow down a little, Julie. She can only write so fast here. Hold on. Julie is The a u s c 11 o one, and then? Okay,
- 1:12:20Unknown: Title VIII,
- 1:12:21USC,
- 1:12:22which stands for United States Code, and it's eleven oh one,
- 1:12:26lower parentheses,
- 1:12:28lowercase a, parentheses,
- 1:12:31the number 21.
- 1:12:33You can just go to uscode.house.gov
- 1:12:36to look it up. Yep, I definitely will. I will. And that's more helpful. And
- 1:12:41you'll see 22 underneath that. But if you look at your passport application, it doesn't let you check national on there even though it's in the code. Yes. They cite it at Rogersville. They don't
- 1:12:53Unknown: don't ask you anywhere what you are.
- 1:12:55They're gonna leave the presumption hanging over you that you've always agreed to unless
- 1:13:01you give them something like a declaration or an affidavit that shows them the other way. And if you give it to them, they gotta follow it. Haika. Okay?
- 1:13:10Unknown: Exactly. I think you answered my question. I was just curious how they, you know, twist and get all around it, but I guess you're right. When
- 1:13:19Unknown: you attach that affidavit May I address that?
- 1:13:23Unknown: Yeah. Hold on, Sherry. Yes. Let her finish. Let her finish, please. Go ahead, Heiko.
- 1:13:28Unknown: Oh, that's okay.
- 1:13:29Unknown: Talked enough.
- 1:13:31Unknown: Go ahead.
- 1:13:32Unknown: Now we like to have new people here. Now Sherry,
- 1:13:35Sherry used to work for these rascals here, these, individuals
- 1:13:39representing Satan.
- 1:13:41Sherry, what have you got for our new friend Heiko here?
- 1:13:44Unknown: Well, worse than that, Roger,
- 1:13:47how they lure us in is with their code.
- 1:13:52Yeah.
- 1:13:53We've gotta get back to organic.
- 1:13:56Correct.
- 1:13:57That's what I'm saying. And once you start addressing their code,
- 1:14:02then they have jurisdiction
- 1:14:04Unknown: under No. No. I'm pointing out where I am free in their code, they've gotta recognize that this is going back to positive and nonpositive law
- 1:14:13and all that other stuff. Heiko, there's a lot to learn here. But the good news is you don't have to do it all immediately.
- 1:14:19K? You don't have to do it all immediately.
- 1:14:22And and that's the power of this because here's what'll happen to you.
- 1:14:26You continue to listen. You seem to like like us, and we're pretty good bunch around here, and we got a lot of pretty hard hitting information. And so you continue to hang around like Julie has for about a year and a half now. And so at some point, she's gonna hear something
- 1:14:43now
- 1:14:44that she'd heard before.
- 1:14:46But between now and when she heard it the last time,
- 1:14:50she has grown in her understanding.
- 1:14:53And so when she hears it again,
- 1:14:56she sees it in a different light and from a different perspective
- 1:14:59and gets something different from it even though she's heard it a number of times before.
- 1:15:04That will happen to you. Hey.
- 1:15:07Unknown: Heiko?
- 1:15:08Yeah. Are you on Telegram?
- 1:15:11Yes. I am. So you have are you a member of National Status Freedom? That's MERCA's channel.
- 1:15:17Unknown: No. Can you tell me about it? Yeah. You should. Tell her about it, Julie.
- 1:15:22Unknown: You should. There's about 500 of us on there. We help one another out. You can post questions, and you can read valuable information.
- 1:15:30Anytime you have a question about anything, people will reach out to is you. Your name again? It's called National
- 1:15:36Status Freedom.
- 1:15:38Unknown: National
- 1:15:39Status
- 1:15:40Cool.
- 1:15:42I like that. So you'll
- 1:15:47Unknown: need to get a hold of Mirka and she'll let you in.
- 1:15:51So
- 1:15:52again, it's National Status Freedom.
- 1:15:55And you
- 1:15:57can
- 1:15:59send a direct message to Mirka
- 1:16:02on Telegram.
- 1:16:04And
- 1:16:05her
- 1:16:07direct message is
- 1:16:11M as in mother,
- 1:16:13X as in X-ray,
- 1:16:15natural,
- 1:16:16N A T U R A L,
- 1:16:19and the number seven, all one word.
- 1:16:22Unknown: Say it again. It is M X and then what?
- 1:16:25Unknown: Natural, the word natural,
- 1:16:27N A T U R And A
- 1:16:30then the number seven.
- 1:16:32Yeah.
- 1:16:33Unknown: M H, yes. Yeah.
- 1:16:36Unknown: Just DM her, send her a direct message, say I was on Roger's show today and I'm new, and I would like to join your National Status Freedom Telegram channel, please. And she'll And what is your name? My name is Julie. She knows me. Actually, that's why I'm going to mention you. Yeah. Every every
- 1:16:54Unknown: everybody knows Julie. Everybody knows Julie. She's a lost. Talk
- 1:16:59Unknown: to Julie.
- 1:17:01Unknown: Yeah. She said, I wanna,
- 1:17:03please be a.
- 1:17:05Unknown: Go ahead. I'm surprised she's not here today. She hadn't been here this week, so I'm not sure. Do what? Who was the guy there?
- 1:17:13Unknown: Marcus has been busy. Roger.
- 1:17:15Unknown: Uh-oh. I got one more comment. Trying to talk. Hello. Okay. William, is you the guy the guy that was trying to say something there a second ago or not? Yeah.
- 1:17:24Unknown: You're she was asking how does how do they hide it behind the American Samoan, the noncitizen national?
- 1:17:31And it's real easy to see. Just go into Google and type in national.
- 1:17:36Oh, they they won't tell me. And it'll it'll pull up nothing but American Samoa.
- 1:17:41Mhmm. And it'll it'll tell you that the national is an American Samoan.
- 1:17:45Unknown: Mhmm. That's what I did. Yeah. And and that's the headline.
- 1:17:49Unknown: They're not lying. They're just not telling you the whole truth.
- 1:17:54Yep. The same as everything here. The fraud is lack of full disclosure.
- 1:18:00When they ask you those two questions, Heiko, are you a citizen of The United States? Are you a resident? They
- 1:18:07should ask you, Haika, are you a citizen of The United States,
- 1:18:11or are you a national?
- 1:18:14See, that's what they should ask you. That'd be, oh, I don't know. What's this national thing? I'm a look on it. Well, they've been hiding it real thoroughly as you've been,
- 1:18:22presented with here this morning.
- 1:18:25So that's the whole deal. Here's what they're doing. You you go to the fair.
- 1:18:29You ever go to the Broward County Fair or any of the fairs in California, and you see the little guy He's providing outside. Well okay. Well, I'm gonna tell you kinda what. You probably saw this in Germany.
- 1:18:39There's a guy out there. He might be a Jew. He's got a little felt table, and he's got three thimbles,
- 1:18:45and there's a p under it. And he goes he moves them around, and he goes, which one's the p under? That's what's going on here.
- 1:18:54Unknown: Why? Yes. Exactly.
- 1:18:58Unknown: Yeah. But, Roger, how are they using
- 1:19:01that? Pardon? How are they using what? The three cops are the statutes.
- 1:19:07And once we
- 1:19:09are lured into defending ourselves under statute,
- 1:19:14Unknown: it changes everything. We're in their playground then. Well, I don't I don't agree with that, Sherry. We're using their statutes against them because they've gotta be honest at some point even though they hide it. Now why do you think they hide it? Because it I will not agree, Roger,
- 1:19:30Unknown: that the statutes are to be used against them,
- 1:19:33but they play them against us.
- 1:19:36Unknown: Well, the only way know their well, we know their game now. We've been Well, stop playing in their sandbox.
- 1:19:42No. I'm not. I'm gonna rub their nose in their sandbox because they pooped in it.
- 1:19:49Unknown: Roger?
- 1:19:50Unknown: Yes. I yield. Yeah. Would you say Jerry.
- 1:19:54You would you say all the lying that you just talked about that they did what they should have done, they are acting under color of law.
- 1:20:04Would you agree with that?
- 1:20:06Unknown: Well,
- 1:20:07I guess you could label it that. You could say they're playing extra constitutionally
- 1:20:12too, couldn't you?
- 1:20:13Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. You sure could.
- 1:20:16Unknown: Not unconstitutional,
- 1:20:18extra
- 1:20:19constitutional
- 1:20:20because
- 1:20:21excuse me.
- 1:20:23We're in bankruptcy.
- 1:20:26Unknown: Yep. And the reason I mentioned it was I wanted to ask you about William's case. Do you think the judge was acting under color of law with him?
- 1:20:40Unknown: I here's what happened with William's case that I understand. William had it
- 1:20:46very well laid out. He did a great job in presenting it, and he got into that final discussion with the judge,
- 1:20:54and it came down to law or politics.
- 1:20:57And William said, no. This is political.
- 1:21:01And when he said that, that judge slammed the gavel down. Bam.
- 1:21:06They will not touch a political
- 1:21:09case.
- 1:21:10Sixteenth Amendment
- 1:21:12example.
- 1:21:14Same thing.
- 1:21:15The judge isn't gonna try and override the legislature.
- 1:21:19When William said it's political is when he shut it down.
- 1:21:24Okay.
- 1:21:25Unknown: Well, I God, I mean
- 1:21:27yeah. Go ahead.
- 1:21:29Unknown: Well, same thing happened with the sixteenth amendment.
- 1:21:33Exactly. You know? Bill Benson worked for the Chicago, Illinois tax division,
- 1:21:39smelled the rat when he was employed,
- 1:21:41retired,
- 1:21:42got with Red Beckman, one of the patriarchs of our movement. They had a benefactor.
- 1:21:47They flew them to every state that was a state in the union when the sixteenth amendment was ratified
- 1:21:53in about 1916.
- 1:21:55And what they found, they went into the archives. Hi. Hi. Hi, Keika. You don't know this. They went into the archives of every state,
- 1:22:02and they fed they got certified and notarized
- 1:22:06documentation,
- 1:22:07and they proved that not one state
- 1:22:10ratified the sixteenth amendment.
- 1:22:12Not one. It makes two thirds have to. So they went back and they had a guy who was the secretary of state, obviously a tool.
- 1:22:21His name was Philander
- 1:22:23Knox. Who the hell would name their child Philander?
- 1:22:27A Philander?
- 1:22:28Philander
- 1:22:30Knox was his name.
- 1:22:32And he got up in front of the senate, and he banged the gavel down. He said it appears sixteenth amendment has been ratified.
- 1:22:38Boom.
- 1:22:39Took care of the tax,
- 1:22:41thing at the very start in 1916 under that fraud right there. So some patriots, when those books came out, took it to court on a tax case,
- 1:22:51and lo and behold,
- 1:22:53the court ruled in their favor.
- 1:22:57And immediately,
- 1:22:58there was amicus curie briefs loaded all over it. And at the appellate level, they overturned that decision.
- 1:23:05And so what happened was the court goes, this is a political case. It's not a legal case. Bam. Hot potato. The the congress goes, this this is a a legal case. This isn't a political case. Bam. And they throw it back to him, and they sit there playing hot potato for twenty years
- 1:23:23because nobody wants to belly up to the bar and make a correct decision.
- 1:23:31That's
- 1:23:32what's going on. Same thing with William.
- 1:23:34Exactly. It was exactly the same thing, Sketch. Okay.
- 1:23:38Unknown: So so so William
- 1:23:40has to appeal or sue the judge and say it's not Well it's not Well, that's not
- 1:23:47you're not acting as in a political act Mhmm.
- 1:23:50I'm not. Capacity. You're acting in a in a lawful capacity.
- 1:23:53Unknown: I would not suggest he sues the judge. I wanna ask William, though. William, have they filed those attorney's
- 1:24:00charges yet?
- 1:24:05I'll bet they haven't. I'll bet they've not filed those attorney's charges yet.
- 1:24:10Unknown: Okay. Yeah. They, yeah, they, they issued the order May 12, with the $4,300
- 1:24:15Unknown: of fees. I'm wrong. Okay. So he's got $4,300,
- 1:24:19Heiko, in in in legal fees are gonna try and hit him because he brought this case. What he's trying to do
- 1:24:26is to go back on a used car that he bought a few years ago and pay the ad valorem tax in Georgia and get him to refund that because he wasn't supposed to have to pay it. That's what this is all about. Wasn't a big tax case. 23.
- 1:24:40Yeah. It's pretty innocent. But
- 1:24:42Unknown: because That's about $2,300.
- 1:24:44Unknown: Yeah. Okay. But he gets to take these principles and and put them in front of a judge and an attorney, and the attorney doesn't know what to do except call him a sovereign citizen,
- 1:24:54which is a status that does not exist except in Montgomery, Alabama.
- 1:25:03Unknown: Well, the Georgia appellate court's gonna hear about it here before long. So Well, so Either they can be they can be open tyrants or
- 1:25:10we'll see.
- 1:25:12Unknown: But see, here's the you get this all boiled down, Heiko, that's you either accept what I say
- 1:25:18or you're an open tyrant
- 1:25:20because you're telling me what I am. And it's not your decision.
- 1:25:25It's always
- 1:25:27my decision.
- 1:25:28I'm the only one that can decide what set of laws I wanna live under. You did this. You left East Germany, said I don't wanna live under these oppressive laws. I wanna go to The United States, and here you are under the same damn crap. We're gonna get you out of it, sweetheart,
- 1:25:46if you want to. You
- 1:25:48Unknown: know, I think it's so right. But I but You know, Blackstone you know,
- 1:25:53Unknown: Blackstone says that one thing about you. Hold on, Heiko. I'll let well, let William get something in here now. I'll I was gonna talk to you. Go ahead, William.
- 1:26:01Unknown: I was gonna say, you know, Blackstone says that, liberty is locomotion,
- 1:26:05and that's the ability to move your body,
- 1:26:08to move yourself,
- 1:26:09religiously,
- 1:26:10to move yourself physically,
- 1:26:12to move yourself politically.
- 1:26:15That's the ability to to for you to have free will and make your own decisions. That's what liberty is.
- 1:26:20Unknown: Yes.
- 1:26:22Unknown: Yes. And there's multiple facets to it.
- 1:26:25Unknown: And,
- 1:26:26so, Heiko, what were you gonna say a minute ago? You're charming, and we're certainly glad you decided to speak up and ask some questions today. You're the lifeblood of what we do, Heiko. When we get new folks like you, can you hear the enthusiasm in these people that wanna tell you stuff and all of us wanna help you? We're all gonna stick our hand and say, Ica, how can we help you walk down this path to your freedom?
- 1:26:51How can we help you? Yeah.
- 1:26:53Unknown: Well, sorry. I didn't wanted to interrupt the the the other person speaking. I I wanna apologize,
- 1:26:59but,
- 1:27:00I I just wanted to add that we also wanna be free financially,
- 1:27:05and there there are ways to be free financially as well.
- 1:27:09Yes, You know, just stepping just stepping outside of the matrix. You know? So I I have been really working on that.
- 1:27:15Unknown: Good.
- 1:27:16We talk about that. Yeah. There's five different I've I've been able to identify five different ways to, oh, follow a biblical directive and come out of where my people come out of where you got spiritual,
- 1:27:28you got financial,
- 1:27:29you got geographical,
- 1:27:31you've got a a spiritual,
- 1:27:34and there's five of them anyway. I can't always help. Health is another big one. So there's five of those, and I came out all of them. I'm in South America. I left the country almost twenty years ago,
- 1:27:45because a little voice told me to get out twice,
- 1:27:49and I followed it. Now here's the good part.
- 1:27:52I'd never had a passport hike.
- 1:27:55So when I decided to move to Argentina,
- 1:27:58I had to go get a passport for the first time. So when I went and got the applications of DS11,
- 1:28:04DS82,
- 1:28:05I got the 11. That was the one I needed to use. I was reading it. And at the top of the first page
- 1:28:12is the answer to this whole damn thing I've been looking for for fifteen years.
- 1:28:17Top of the first page of the app of the printed passport application.
- 1:28:22Secretary of state of The United States Of America
- 1:28:26and the warning box. Those are the two things that were at the top of the page.
- 1:28:30And when I saw the word affidavit,
- 1:28:33I knew I had them.
- 1:28:36I knew the power affidavits.
- 1:28:38I knew what we're talking about. I knew there was these different statuses,
- 1:28:43but what they do is they change the label on the concept.
- 1:28:47They take a free concept and they, oh, here's a noncitizen national. That's one. We can go over to title 42. I can show you where they call it white citizens.
- 1:28:57I can go down to IRS, and I can show you where they call it a nonresident alien.
- 1:29:02I can go over to title eight where we've been playing and showing you where it is over there, but they're all labeled different.
- 1:29:09So our community not having a background in law, and they're just stumbling into this big fraud,
- 1:29:16and every time they see a new label, they go off and chase it, not understanding it's the same old concept.
- 1:29:23So that's why here,
- 1:29:25I teach you concepts.
- 1:29:27So then when you see that concept in some sort of a configuration,
- 1:29:33you can identify it.
- 1:29:35K?
- 1:29:36Right.
- 1:29:38Unknown: Wonderful. What we're I have What I'm last question. Yes.
- 1:29:42Unknown: I'm and I wanna tell you this and may even make it more
- 1:29:45important,
- 1:29:46indelible to you.
- 1:29:47What you're being exposed to here today
- 1:29:50and since you found us is over a hundred years of three men's dedicated lives
- 1:29:58on history and law.
- 1:30:00Is it just something Roger
- 1:30:02pulled up? You know? This has been a long
- 1:30:07sequence of events
- 1:30:09that's lasted decades.
- 1:30:11And finally,
- 1:30:12I look at it, the passport application,
- 1:30:15and I can take all that information
- 1:30:17and focus it down and go,
- 1:30:19there we are. Bam. Right there.
- 1:30:22Everything else we've learned subsequently
- 1:30:25is all the peripheral stuff that we didn't even know about back then, like these nonresident aliens. I didn't even know about the Samoans when I wrote the book.
- 1:30:35Roger? So it it's a process, Heiko. We're glad you found us, and we will help you as we'll bend over backwards to help you understand and implement it. Julie's got something else for you. Julie?
- 1:30:48Unknown: Yeah. Hi, Heiko. I just wanted to also caution you, because there's a lot of controversy around controversy
- 1:30:54around how these words are used.
- 1:30:57I don't like the word United States at all. So
- 1:31:01you will
- 1:31:04see some educational materials that will talk about
- 1:31:08that nationals are the same thing as U. S. Nationals, and I totally agree with disagree with that. Because of Title VIII, U. C. 1101A,
- 1:31:18you can see
- 1:31:19in
- 1:31:2022 that it says that a national of The United States means a citizen of The United States. And so I don't like to use US national
- 1:31:30at all. In any way, shape, or form, if somebody asks me, are you a US national? I say, absolutely not. I'm a national. No. Say Just national.
- 1:31:39Yeah. Just a national. Don't use US national because I believe that means citizen of The United States, and you don't wanna get yourself,
- 1:31:47you know, they try to trick you. So you don't wanna get your own self tricked. Mhmm. Now you can use, because we found at one place,
- 1:31:56Unknown: American National.
- 1:31:57But just use national. Get used to using that. All this other stuff just fades away. Okay?
- 1:32:03Because we've had big arguments for days. We've had arguments for days on that point, Julie. Just just use national. Okay?
- 1:32:12Now one question.
- 1:32:14Hold on, Sherry. Let let her speak back. Yes, Heiko?
- 1:32:18Unknown: Me okay. So, but I'm a national then of Florida. Right?
- 1:32:24Unknown: No. Well, you could say you're a national slash
- 1:32:27Florida state citizen. That would be correct.
- 1:32:31Unknown: So national means I am not a national office of a
- 1:32:36Unknown: state of the union. I'm a national of The United States Of America then. Of course. Right. There, you're correct. Okay. Now what you've done there is just take the word state citizen and substitute it for national.
- 1:32:49Although, all
- 1:32:50of them are in law cases and all that stuff, but they've changed it in 1940
- 1:32:55to national.
- 1:32:56So just and and well, here, let me give you some background on that and why it's important and how you can identify it.
- 1:33:03In that
- 1:33:04title a description,
- 1:33:06they pull a
- 1:33:08definition
- 1:33:10from a 1940
- 1:33:12statutes at large statute.
- 1:33:16It's constitutional,
- 1:33:18and it says a national owes total allegiance
- 1:33:22to a small s
- 1:33:24state.
- 1:33:25That's all it says.
- 1:33:27A national, no other identifier.
- 1:33:29A national owes total allegiance to a small s
- 1:33:33state.
- 1:33:34Now because
- 1:33:35HICA John Benson was my law teacher
- 1:33:38and used to study the old law,
- 1:33:41I can tell you from that short little sentence exactly what's going on and how it applies.
- 1:33:46Nobody else can because they don't teach these concepts in our law schools anymore.
- 1:33:51There's another way they've hidden this.
- 1:33:54So the keyword in that short sentence,
- 1:33:57national, of course, is identifying that, and it identifies it by saying owes total allegiance
- 1:34:05to a small less state.
- 1:34:07Well, what does that mean?
- 1:34:09Well, it's the part of the formula for jurisdiction,
- 1:34:14and that's what we're centering on here.
- 1:34:17What gives that bureaucrat over there? He's unelected. Nobody elected him,
- 1:34:21And he can take existing legislation that's passed by the congress, and he can reinterpret
- 1:34:27it
- 1:34:28to whatever he wants it to read and then apply it to me.
- 1:34:33How does that happen?
- 1:34:36Unknown: Unless you define
- 1:34:38the terms.
- 1:34:40We all need to be putting forth
- 1:34:43glossaries
- 1:34:44just as correct.
- 1:34:48But stop using their terms.
- 1:34:51No. I'm not gonna say using their terms. That's where Sherry,
- 1:34:54Unknown: that's crazy.
- 1:34:56Unknown: Why stop using Why? If you put forth your own glossary
- 1:35:02Unknown: of what the terms. Carrie, isn't this complicated enough without that being thrown in here? Really? Well, if you define what the words
- 1:35:13Unknown: are in your own document
- 1:35:15and they don't rebut it,
- 1:35:18then it stands.
- 1:35:20Unknown: And it's just that simple. Please get back to educating us. I don't want her being exposed to this right now. K?
- 1:35:27Because I don't believe it's accurate. Alright? That your interpretation,
- 1:35:31I don't interpret it the same way. K?
- 1:35:34So that little sentence
- 1:35:36says a national owes total allegiance to a small less state. The keyword is allegiance.
- 1:35:43And
- 1:35:45that comes from the feudal system
- 1:35:47a thousand or more years ago back in your old part of the world in Germany.
- 1:35:52K? And when the feudal system started,
- 1:35:56the way that the jurisdiction or the lord of the manor had over the surf was through this
- 1:36:02reciprocal
- 1:36:04definition,
- 1:36:05and it starts when you see either allegiance
- 1:36:09or protection.
- 1:36:11Because whenever you see one of those words,
- 1:36:14it automatically
- 1:36:15invokes the other word and this formula.
- 1:36:18So when it says,
- 1:36:20I owe total allegiance,
- 1:36:22I understand we're talking about jurisdiction.
- 1:36:25And the other part that is not in the sentence
- 1:36:28is that now the small s state
- 1:36:31owes me total protection.
- 1:36:34So when I owe it allegiance,
- 1:36:36it automatically
- 1:36:37owes me protection.
- 1:36:40And they don't know that, and we're gonna try and educate them as to it. That's why you're sending that notice to the adjourned general of the state of Florida.
- 1:36:49You're putting him on notice. He's got a government office up there. It's a big time office. If he doesn't know this stuff,
- 1:36:56then he's got a duty to know it. It's not a choice.
- 1:37:00It's it's an obligation.
- 1:37:02It's a duty. When we give them allegiance,
- 1:37:05they give us protection. Well, protection from what?
- 1:37:09What about if if
- 1:37:11Castro
- 1:37:13gets a invasion of Cubans and they're gonna invade Florida?
- 1:37:17You see, are they supposed to give you protection from that? Well, you're part you wouldn't be because you're a female. You'd be part of the militia. You're supposed to defend the state, but they're not supposed to have federal government agencies
- 1:37:29be able to do things like institute
- 1:37:32traffic laws
- 1:37:34that are only for federal citizens.
- 1:37:38Because now the state is supposed to protect you from intrusion
- 1:37:42just like the Cubans from the federal government.
- 1:37:46But see, they they generally don't know this because they don't teach in law schools anymore.
- 1:37:52We found it in court cases. John taught it. He used to go read the old law books.
- 1:37:58He didn't go to law school law books. He went to the old law books. K? So that's how we know all this stuff.
- 1:38:05Unknown: But that little sentence right here Roger, didn't those books have a glossary?
- 1:38:11Unknown: I don't know what they did. Saying.
- 1:38:13Unknown: Absolutely,
- 1:38:14Unknown: they did. Please, Sherry, I love you being here, but that stuff you're spouting right there to me is just not correct. Before we discuss,
- 1:38:23Unknown: let us define our terms. Okay. Alright. People, define your own terms.
- 1:38:28Unknown: Sherry,
- 1:38:29Unknown: Two seconds. Sherry, I mean, please.
- 1:38:33That's just horse manure.
- 1:38:38When I use I'm a nonresident alien going to the code of federal regulations.
- 1:38:43I'm not supposed to be able to use that according to you and your definitions
- 1:38:47because it's in their regulations.
- 1:38:49No. Wrong. You're Define your terms. You're off you're off base here, Sherry. Sorry. K?
- 1:38:55So let me go back to HICA, could I please?
- 1:38:58So that's the kind of thing we're dealing with.
- 1:39:02Okay? Yeah. And, and it just it takes time to learn them. You're not gonna learn it overnight, but gradually, if you really wanna learn it, you'll be able to internalize this stuff and then apply it.
- 1:39:15And that's what we want you to Sure.
- 1:39:18Unknown: So I have one more last question. So I'm writing to the secretary of state
- 1:39:23of Florida.
- 1:39:24Do I have to write
- 1:39:27a letter No. No. No. Affidavit
- 1:39:30Unknown: of No. You're not gonna no. You're not writing the secretary of state. He's not over the laws.
- 1:39:36The laws in Florida are headed and governed by the attorney general.
- 1:39:40The secretary of state of Florida, if you write him, he's gonna write you back and say, are you trying to open an account? Would you like to form a corporation?
- 1:39:49Do you owe us some fees? That's what they're gonna ask you.
- 1:39:53The attorney general we learned this the hard way. The attorney general is a It's a letter to the attorney general.
- 1:40:00Correct.
- 1:40:02Unknown: No.
- 1:40:03So but Yeah. That's just Somewhere I've I read in your notes something with secretary
- 1:40:08of state.
- 1:40:10Unknown: Is that how The United States That's not that's the federal secretary of state in Washington DC,
- 1:40:16Heiko. Not your secretary of state in Florida. Just the one that's federal.
- 1:40:22Unknown: Yep. He's the one. That would be Marco Rubio
- 1:40:26Unknown: right now. Marco Rubio as secretary of state of The United States or the District Of Columbia. Oh, that's funny. Though they say of America behind his title right there on the document.
- 1:40:37Unknown: K?
- 1:40:38So he's got all those hats. Secretary of state. He's wearing all those hats. He's got the USAID
- 1:40:45hat on too. He's got a couple other things they've loaded on him. He's got the attorney or the secretary of state when he wears them all.
- 1:40:54It depends on how you're addressing them as to which hat he's gonna to put on to address you back.
- 1:41:01Unknown: Tiny hat.
- 1:41:03Unknown: You know what? I got so confused
- 1:41:06when Roger said Rubio earlier,
- 1:41:09and I forgot that Rubio was the secretary of state.
- 1:41:14Yeah. And it's not has some post here in Florida. So I got it all mixed up. But, yes, you're you're right. He is way, way up. And so that's federal,
- 1:41:24and the attorney of state is here in Florida. The attorney general. Well, you've got a secretary of state of Florida too,
- 1:41:32Unknown: but he doesn't perform the same activities and duties that the federal does. They're
- 1:41:39more interested with incorporating
- 1:41:41corporations,
- 1:41:43making sure they've got all the fees you owe them, and whatever else their duties are, but they don't get infringed
- 1:41:50at the state level over here in the attorney general's legal business.
- 1:41:55Unknown: Right.
- 1:41:56Unknown: Well, you guys have been wonderful. You answered all my questions. That's so awesome. How about that? Well, guess hope you probably one and a half hours.
- 1:42:06Unknown: Well, that's right. Well and we like it, you know, because it fills up the time here. And you notice, I you you don't hear a whole bunch of people hanging up and going away.
- 1:42:16They're they are staying even though they've heard most of this stuff over and over and over and over again. When they hear it this time, they very well may have grown into the information and have a different perspective.
- 1:42:28So it's just you got to make if you really wanna be free,
- 1:42:33Micah, and I I I feel like you do. Okay? If you really wanna be free, the better you can have command of this information
- 1:42:42or put differently,
- 1:42:43the more you can make this information a part of you,
- 1:42:47the freer you are.
- 1:42:49Because when you make this information
- 1:42:51part of you, they can't beat you.
- 1:42:56Unknown: Got you. It's William. I got another comment.
- 1:42:59Unknown: Okay, William. Please.
- 1:43:02Unknown: So
- 1:43:03we were talking about United States earlier, and if you look that up in the Black Laws Dictionary,
- 1:43:07it points you to a supreme court case called Hooven v. Abbott Company.
- 1:43:13Unknown: Allison? Hooven v. Allison?
- 1:43:16Unknown: Yeah. That's it. Yeah.
- 1:43:18And that case was
- 1:43:21there was a company in that was exporting fibers from The Philippines when it was a territory,
- 1:43:26And they were trying to charge import taxes
- 1:43:30in Ohio when it got there.
- 1:43:34And so the the question was, what is The United States?
- 1:43:37What does that term mean?
- 1:43:39And the Supreme Court says it can mean three things.
- 1:43:43It can mean a sovereign among sovereigns in international community
- 1:43:47as a nation.
- 1:43:48It can mean the collective 50 states.
- 1:43:54And then I'm trying to remember what the third one was. It was
- 1:43:58anyways, that's where that's where your three definitions are. And the equivocation
- 1:44:02is that they're
- 1:44:04they're equivocate oh, the the most important one.
- 1:44:08It's the territory that The United States
- 1:44:11has jurisdiction over. So the District of Columbia and the territories.
- 1:44:15So
- 1:44:17the the question is comes to equivocation.
- 1:44:20What which United States do they mean when they say United States?
- 1:44:24Are they talking about the District of Columbia
- 1:44:27and and the territories? Are they talking about the collective 50 states?
- 1:44:31Are they talking about the nation internationally on the international stage?
- 1:44:36And that's that equivocation where they go, oh, well, this is United States, and they they're me they mean
- 1:44:42you think they mean the 50
- 1:44:44states of the union collectively.
- 1:44:46They mean
- 1:44:48that it's the District Of Columbia and the territories.
- 1:44:51And so when you say you're a US citizen,
- 1:44:54you're saying that you're a citizen of the 50 states
- 1:44:57collectively.
- 1:44:59And they say, no. We we you know, they don't tell you this, but they said they're meaning
- 1:45:04the District Of Columbia and the territories.
- 1:45:07And that's that equivocation,
- 1:45:08and that's where they're Yep. That's where the confusion comes in.
- 1:45:12And then You have permanent allegiance to The United States. Which United States are you talking about?
- 1:45:18You know, are you talking about the district of Columbia and the territories? Are you talking about the 50 states?
- 1:45:23And that's where we get into this argument about, you know, US national versus
- 1:45:27national and all that.
- 1:45:30Unknown: And exactly what Sherry was saying a minute ago is the old who was the guy? Voltaire?
- 1:45:36Voltaire? Yeah. Voltaire said before we discuss,
- 1:45:40let us define our terms. Voltaire knew what was going on here. They were pulled the same crap back then. That's why he said that. Go ahead, William. There's an there's another important case, which is White v Texas,
- 1:45:52Unknown: and that was after the civil war over Texas,
- 1:45:56you know, being independent.
- 1:45:58And that was the definition of state. So there's two definitions of state,
- 1:46:04of capital s state. So a cap capital s state can be
- 1:46:09the government
- 1:46:10and the people together
- 1:46:13under a constitution.
- 1:46:16That can be a a state, a capital s state. But a state can also be
- 1:46:21the people themselves
- 1:46:23collectively.
- 1:46:25They get protection under the constitution of The United States Of America.
- 1:46:29So, you know, when you're talking about permanent allegiance to a state versus a capital s state, or which state are you talking about? You know? So we get into this equivocation again.
- 1:46:42So that the terms can have different meanings,
- 1:46:45to the same terms, and that's where the equivocation comes in.
- 1:46:50That's all I wanted to say. Amit? Amit?
- 1:46:53Unknown: I just wanna mention William Hold on. Julie's
- 1:46:57first.
- 1:46:59Unknown: Julie's first. Go ahead, Julie. That's okay. Samuel can go before me.
- 1:47:03Unknown: I'm with Julie. William, check.
- 1:47:07Unknown: William,
- 1:47:08William,
- 1:47:10Unknown: check the chat. Julie?
- 1:47:12Unknown: Yeah. All I wanna say is William's correct about the cases. But if you go to title 26,
- 1:47:18which is The United States code for the IRS,
- 1:47:23it specifically
- 1:47:24does not define
- 1:47:26states in there. So I go by that. And
- 1:47:30even
- 1:47:31on Freedom Law School,
- 1:47:35Paymon McAhade shows a court case where
- 1:47:39the IRS lost
- 1:47:41because the
- 1:47:44defendant was basically stating, you can't just say that states means the 50 states because you don't define it in here. And that's exactly what the IRS did. They ruled in the defendant's favor. And I can't remember the name of the case because it wasn't defined.
- 1:47:59And the IRS said, If it's not defined in the definitions, then you cannot just impute a definition and say, It means this. So they only define
- 1:48:07state, and they capitalize state. And state is defined as the District of Columbia.
- 1:48:13United States is defined as the District of Columbia. So for me, when I read the Internal Revenue Code,
- 1:48:20states is not defined. So it does not mean those 50 states. It means the District Of Columbia, I yield.
- 1:48:27Unknown: Project Yeah. So they spell it out. Yep. Yep. Yep. You can also verify that by going back to the fifties and looking at where when Alaska and Hawaii became states,
- 1:48:39they pulled them out of the definition.
- 1:48:41K. Go whereas William, couple people wanna say something.
- 1:48:46William, go ahead. Roger. Yep. Yeah. If if they specifically Where is Merca? You know, state where the definition second, Merca. Alright. Go ahead. We're gonna do William. We're gonna say hello to Merca. Go ahead, William.
- 1:48:57Unknown: No. I was just saying if they if they specifically define the state in that section of the title. So, like, for the aviation statutes, they'll say, you know, this is an airplane for the purposes
- 1:49:08of this chapter. So, like, every chapter has its own definition. So what a state might be
- 1:49:13in in chapter 26
- 1:49:15Unknown: might not be what a state means in title eight. So Oh, that's why they use your unresolved alien there.
- 1:49:21Right. Right. Exactly. Yeah. Okay. And now How are you? Mirka.
- 1:49:26Mirka. Good morning. You finally get out of bed.
- 1:49:30Unknown: I no. I'm happy.
- 1:49:31I've been I've been making calls, important calls personal and, like, private living stuff. Well, I'll I just want you to meet Haika.
- 1:49:39Unknown: I want you to meet Haika.
- 1:49:42Heikka. Heikka.
- 1:49:44She's a German and naturalized
- 1:49:47from East Germany. And
- 1:49:49and we were telling her about your Telegram channel earlier. So when you receive a message from her, will you please okay her and let her into the group? Yep. Yep. Just reach
- 1:50:00Unknown: to out to me, like Julie said,
- 1:50:03the the direct message, or you can do National Status Freedom,
- 1:50:07and you'll find that too. National Status Freedom, three different words.
- 1:50:11And you'll it'll be me answering or sending you a direct message from it too.
- 1:50:17Just wanted to Cool. Share,
- 1:50:19Roger,
- 1:50:20you know how,
- 1:50:22Rob Bonta responds
- 1:50:24me that letter
- 1:50:26that I'm a private individual and they respect their citizens and
- 1:50:29the private individual. So,
- 1:50:31we are,
- 1:50:33known as a private individual in the private compared to The U. S. Persons
- 1:50:40in the public.
- 1:50:41So there's the difference. And United States is a corporation,
- 1:50:46a municipal tool of District of Columbia. So, we do not want to use
- 1:50:51that as
- 1:50:53our label, but we can use their codes against
- 1:50:56them when we're responding to them with our notices.
- 1:50:59Yep. The codes help us fight them and defend ourselves.
- 1:51:04But we do not use U. S. National because The U. S. National is an American Samoan,
- 1:51:11as defined on Definition
- 1:51:1322 in 11,
- 1:51:16Title VIII, Section
- 1:51:18eleven-one-twenty
- 1:51:20two.
- 1:51:21So we have to be careful using those words, but I'll
- 1:51:25help Haika learn about when
- 1:51:28we chat, and there's a lot to cover, so welcome.
- 1:51:32Unknown: Yeah. Thank you. Brother. Appreciate it.
- 1:51:35Unknown: Okay. You're welcome. Somebody else had something they wanna say real quick?
- 1:51:40No?
- 1:51:41Well, girl, do you see all the you see what you stirred up today here? Okay. We're glad you're here. Yeah. It was fun. Came forward. It's yeah. Well, it is fun. Hey, Roger. Get with these people, and this is not something you can find you can't find a place to discuss these issues anywhere else but here. Now I want you to hear from my old friend Brent who's out in Las Vegas. Mister Brent Bachman, you got something for Haika Bay?
- 1:52:08Brent, wasn't that you?
- 1:52:12Unknown: This is this can you hear me? I hear you now. Okay. I thought you were my buddy Brent. Well, it wasn't. Well, we're Hey. Roger, I'm Matt. I've I've been sitting there listening.
- 1:52:22So Okay. What's your couple of quick questions.
- 1:52:25Unknown: Well Alright. We'll deal with them. Matt. Okay, Matt. Where are you, and how'd you find us? You've been listening for a while. What's your story?
- 1:52:34Unknown: Yes, sir. I've, I've I've listened to you and seen several of your interviews and stuff through the years and everything. And recently, I decided to, you know send all my information in. I've I've done pretty much basically what you have
- 1:52:48on your website. So I sent it to Rubio.
- 1:52:52And I've also sent it to the IRS.
- 1:52:55And and Okay. Right now,
- 1:52:58I guess my question is is I had received a lock in letter or my company did, right, from the IRS,
- 1:53:05and
- 1:53:06it was from the Lock in your staff. Massachusetts.
- 1:53:10That's right. It's a Massachusetts
- 1:53:14collection.
- 1:53:15RS collection place. So, I sent them. Once I got my my return slip back from Rubio,
- 1:53:23I sent my stuff to the IRS and I sent my stuff to this collection
- 1:53:28and basically, what they sent me
- 1:53:31was
- 1:53:32we determine the information you supply does not support a change to our withholding instructions given to your employer listed below.
- 1:53:39So they didn't I guess they didn't accept
- 1:53:43the
- 1:53:44Unknown: This is your employer.
- 1:53:46This is your employer? The IRS wrote them that.
- 1:53:49Unknown: This this the IRS wrote
- 1:53:52me back this once I sent them in. Oh, it said The affidavit
- 1:53:56and everything. Alright.
- 1:53:57Unknown: Well, this is a subsidiary.
- 1:53:59Unknown: This is not the main office.
- 1:54:02Unknown: Okay. We've seen that happen with a couple of other people here as of late mainly.
- 1:54:08And if they refuse to budge,
- 1:54:10what you do is next year when it comes time to file,
- 1:54:14you go to file a $10.40
- 1:54:16NR
- 1:54:17and get that money back.
- 1:54:20Unknown: I got So let me ask you this. I I didn't Yes, do my pass renew my passport.
- 1:54:27I just done
- 1:54:28the affidavit.
- 1:54:30Unknown: Okay. And then do I need to renew my passport? Well, I'd when I checked the state department records, they you may show up as your old one because you haven't gotten a new one. You've got an existing passport, Matt?
- 1:54:44You comment? Yes, sir. I do. Oh, hold on, please. Please. How many years is left in it?
- 1:54:51Unknown: About a year.
- 1:54:53Unknown: Oh, wait. Do do you travel internationally?
- 1:54:58Unknown: No. I've never even used it.
- 1:55:00Unknown: Okay. Well, there's a good example. Then why don't you go and renew it
- 1:55:05and just order a card
- 1:55:07and include the affidavit in that submission?
- 1:55:12Unknown: Okay.
- 1:55:13Okay. And that's why I guess my question was is how how should I how should I go forward
- 1:55:19from where I'm standing right now, basically?
- 1:55:22Unknown: Go ahead and get his passport in. No. No. No. I'm her.
- 1:55:25Unknown: Oh, yeah. You are.
- 1:55:27Unknown: Go get your passport first, then you'll have that established totally with the secretary of state.
- 1:55:33And then what I would say weaponized.
- 1:55:36Are you are you in Massachusetts?
- 1:55:39Or so you don't sound like a Massachusetts guy.
- 1:55:43Unknown: No, sir. I'm from Northeast Louisiana. I'm I'm currently working in Memphis, so I'm in Memphis. Are you in Monroe?
- 1:55:49Unknown: Monroe?
- 1:55:51Close to Monroe. Yes, sir. Up Union Parish up North of Monroe. Well, I went to I went to LSU, so I know a little bit about Louisiana. Okay? Yeah. Yep. You ever heard of Starlington?
- 1:56:03Starlington?
- 1:56:05Unknown: Darlington, Bastrop.
- 1:56:08Unknown: Oh, Bastrop, of course.
- 1:56:11Unknown: Yeah. Well, Bastrop's down a little bit North Of Sterlington.
- 1:56:14Unknown: I guess I would have a Sterlington address. Okay. You got a great set of pipes, buddy. I'll tell you that. The next thing you're gonna wanna do is you're gonna wanna notify the Louisiana people. We got some other Louisiana guys, but they're down there in the boot.
- 1:56:29And,
- 1:56:31just go through the same routine I was talking to Haika about, the attorney general,
- 1:56:35your local sheriff,
- 1:56:37your local chief of police, your local district attorney,
- 1:56:40or who prosecuting attorney, whoever dockets cases.
- 1:56:43And for both of you, this is the reason
- 1:56:46for all this. And there's a little bit more detail I didn't add
- 1:56:51with HICA because we're covering so much.
- 1:56:54But, like, at the top of this letter to the state, weaponizing.
- 1:56:58And you're gonna say, at the top of big legal legal lawful notice,
- 1:57:04and then underneath that, you're gonna write a sentence.
- 1:57:07Notice to the principal
- 1:57:09is notice to the agent.
- 1:57:11Notice to the agent
- 1:57:13is notice to the principal.
- 1:57:15Now that statement comes out of agency
- 1:57:18laws,
- 1:57:19and that's what we're dealing with federal. That's what the deep state is agencies.
- 1:57:24Okay? And they got federal and you got state. And so what you're doing is telling him that as you identify,
- 1:57:31because he's the head law guy,
- 1:57:33and you're gonna put your chief of police and your sheriff and the the DA there,
- 1:57:38you're telling them, let let's say, Matt, that they pull you over. This is hypothetical.
- 1:57:44Okay? They pull you over and write you a ticket after they've been sent this notice.
- 1:57:49Well, then they're acting outside of their delegated responsibilities
- 1:57:53because their duties
- 1:57:54only include certain parameters.
- 1:57:57They can't go out and yank a citizen of France out and do all that stuff to him. Okay?
- 1:58:03So you're off limits to them too. And if they proceed down those paths,
- 1:58:09they lose their cloak of immunity.
- 1:58:12So theoretically,
- 1:58:14you could now this is a situation William's in over there in Georgia. He could go back and sue them individually
- 1:58:21because they
- 1:58:22didn't do act within their delegated responsibilities,
- 1:58:26so therefore, they lose their cloak of
- 1:58:29immunity
- 1:58:31and become personally liable.
- 1:58:35That's why you're doing all this right there. Roger, I got sixty seconds. So so I guess Okay. We're gonna Oh, I'm sorry. Hold on, Just hold you're sorry. It's okay. I might have waited too long.
- 1:58:46Unknown: No. I guess that's that's okay. We hang around.
- 1:58:48Unknown: Need to know what Paul wants to say here. Seize the opportunity to renew your passport. Just get a passport card.
- 1:58:56Send in a DS82.
- 1:58:59You can do that by mail and include a copy of your affidavit with that. Once you get your passport card back
- 1:59:07that is attached to your national
- 1:59:10status not a citizen of The United States,
- 1:59:14then you take that information,
- 1:59:16send it to the IRS,
- 1:59:18Unknown: and feed it to them. Yeah. That that that's a better way to do it because now you've got the endorsement of the passport office too. They take passport fraud real seriously.
- 1:59:28Okay?
- 1:59:29And so Right. Also, when you send that package in, Matt, hold on. You've seen that package in. You've gotta include your passport that you've got now. They'll send it back to you under separate cover, but you're gonna have to include that too. We got all the answers pretty much, folks. Come join us. We'll be back tomorrow with Brent. See you. Ciao. Okay.
- 1:59:49That's the end of the show.
- 1:59:51Hold on. I got Brent. I got Julie. I got Matt. I I I don't even know who all know. You thought Matt was Brent. It was Matt from the Okay. Well, you got those pipes, man. You think he's Brent too.
- 2:00:05Okay.
- 2:00:06Julie.
- 2:00:08Unknown: Yeah. I just wanna respond to Matt. Matt, how long ago did you receive the IRS lock in letter?
- 2:00:15Unknown: The lock in letter, I've had it for for a while, probably
- 2:00:21Unknown: six months, something Yeah. Like you should have responded within thirty
- 2:00:25days to
- 2:00:27avoid the mandatory withholding adjustments because you do
- 2:00:31have the right to contact the withholding compliance unit at the IRS and to
- 2:00:37provide documentation
- 2:00:39that you are a non resident alien and that they made a mistake.
- 2:00:44So because you didn't do that
- 2:00:49and you missed the thirty day deadline let me see if there's another option for you here.
- 2:00:58Unfortunately,
- 2:01:00your employer is legally required to
- 2:01:04implement the IRS's withholding rate, which is zero or single
- 2:01:09with zero allowances.
- 2:01:12And you're going to have to
- 2:01:15you
- 2:01:16can still contact the IRS withholding compliance unit after the deadline.
- 2:01:23They might not process your request for a modification,
- 2:01:26but you could do that. You could contact them and say, hey, I
- 2:01:32didn't realize that I only had thirty days to respond to you and I want to appeal this decision because I'm a nonresident alien
- 2:01:41and do it that way. And if you can't do it that way, you can do it the way Roger said, file a ten forty n r and ten forty x and get your get the withholdings back. No. No.
- 2:01:52Unknown: Actually, I cut the Can I say something about that?
- 2:01:55Hello?
- 2:01:57Can I can I just say something about that? I guess so. Go ahead,
- 2:02:01Unknown: Joe.
- 2:02:05Unknown: He could just do an abatement on that whole process and be like, hey. We have to abate these because this wasn't
- 2:02:11yeah.
- 2:02:12Unknown: Hey, Joe.
- 2:02:14Matt
- 2:02:15Hey. How's going? Matt, listen listen to this guy. Go ahead, Joe.
- 2:02:20Unknown: I I was just saying, I was thinking, why don't he just do an abatement and say we have to abate this and start start the process over again because he was never properly serviced on the on this
- 2:02:30initially? Since he never responded, they can't prove that they actually served him properly and that he never got formal notice. So he could write to them saying to abate the lock in letter and all this other stuff that they're doing with him and say, let's restart this from the beginning, and then they have to restart it anew.
- 2:02:46Unknown: You know? That's good. I didn't know that.
- 2:02:49Unknown: So there's another suggestion. Well, I mean, they're not they're they're giving me even in the letters here, they're giving me contact. They said, like, give me a phone number or email and all this stuff where I can contact them. But I, you know, I was just going off of what it says. It says, hey. We determined because I sent what I sent them was basically
- 2:03:06the letter says notice agent is noticed. Principal, no sprints, those eight. The same thing I sent to IRS.
- 2:03:13Unknown: Okay. Well, that's not the one you said. Yeah.
- 2:03:17Unknown: I sent it to the main IRS
- 2:03:20too and I sent it to this subsidiary
- 2:03:22just trying to speed it up because they're taking a thousand dollars a week on my check.
- 2:03:26Unknown: That's a lot. So one one thing I would do is do the abatement and then resend them your either your affidavit
- 2:03:33or whatever you sent them originally saying that you're a nonresident alien.
- 2:03:36I just say, abate the you know, abate this process. If you want if you need to start it over again, go ahead and start it over from the beginning, but that means they have to stop doing the they have to they have to unfreeze the funds that they're taking out of your paycheck
- 2:03:50And while they go back and
- 2:03:51process over again.
- 2:03:53Unknown: I'd say it's worth a try, man. I've never heard of approaching it that way, but it's worth a try. You you know, here's part of your thought. Look. I'm not an attorney. I'm not held to these high standards. I didn't realize I had to apply back in thirty days, but I'm applying back now,
- 2:04:09and and they have to put that in your record. See? They might not have to authorize it, but it's gotta be in your administrative file.
- 2:04:17Unknown: So we get into And the reason I sent to him because I was just
- 2:04:21I was trying to speed things up. They are? Instead of having it work through. Oh. You know, and I just told him, hey. Would you please contact my employer?
- 2:04:28Here's my citizenship evidence.
- 2:04:30Would you please contact my employer and have them,
- 2:04:33you know, put it back to to nothing, you know, exempt.
- 2:04:39Unknown: Okay. Don't know what kind of employer
- 2:04:42Unknown: you have,
- 2:04:44but your documents
- 2:04:45are processed
- 2:04:47by what you provide.
- 2:04:49Your w four,
- 2:04:51when's the last time you filled that out?
- 2:04:54And the IRS is gonna do that for you?
- 2:04:57Not an abatement process.
- 2:05:00It's a matter of saying, who controls my money?
- 2:05:05Unknown: And what do I have to say about that?
- 2:05:09Unknown: Seriously. So they It's that's They instructed my employer not to accept anything
- 2:05:14Unknown: less That you gave zero
- 2:05:17Unknown: at a higher rate
- 2:05:18and Okay.
- 2:05:20I mean, you know, file zero with a higher rate.
- 2:05:23Unknown: Yes. And you know your employer is gonna listen to them.
- 2:05:27Your your employer is gonna listen to them because they're more scared of the IRS
- 2:05:32than they are of you. You're exactly right.
- 2:05:34Unknown: Exactly.
- 2:05:35Disagree
- 2:05:36with that. What'd you say, Joe, please?
- 2:05:40Unknown: No. I'm saying, like, the 26 US code thirty four zero one defines employee as someone who works for the state or federal government. That w four form does not apply to you. It doesn't apply to you. You're not supposed to be using that form, period. That's the wrong form and that's part of your abatement letter is write to them and say, Hey, I'm not an employee. I'm not involved in The US trade or business under 26 US Code 7,701
- 2:06:04US trade or business. The trade of business which is the performance
- 2:06:07of the public office. Right? Performing the functions of the public office.
- 2:06:11Right? That that doesn't apply to you either because you don't work for the government. Trade of business
- 2:06:15has to be in DC,
- 2:06:17has to be in federal territory. Right? Employee has to work for state or federal government.
- 2:06:22None of those those two things do not apply to you. You're not an employee, per their definition. You're not operating in The United States, per their definition. You're not involved in a straight or business, per their definition.
- 2:06:32That's part of your abatement letter. You send that in and say, hey. Look. I think we have a misunderstanding here. I'm not doing any of those things. My status with you guys is in accordance with 26
- 2:06:42CFR 1.1 dash one, so I'm a nonresident alien. I will absolutely indeed pay any of those taxes that
- 2:06:49are duly owed under in accordance with 26 US code
- 2:06:54eight seventy one b and eight seventy seven b.
- 2:06:57That's it.
- 2:07:00But outside of that, I have no tax obligation.
- 2:07:03Unknown: You you're gonna have to go back to the IRS and do something. Whichever way you choose to go, I I like this abatement thing. But you're not a lawyer. Right. You aren't held to these high standards.
- 2:07:14You're off trying to earn a living this and the other, and we need to start this again because this decision,
- 2:07:20I don't consider correct.
- 2:07:23Unknown: Roger? I didn't state your plans. Yeah.
- 2:07:26Unknown: There's Julie. She's got something to add. Yes, Julie. I would also
- 2:07:30Unknown: I would also put at the top of your letter back to them not to be considered a filing because the IRS is going after people these days for frivolous filings.
- 2:07:39And I would also add
- 2:07:41a
- 2:07:42wording in there that Mark May told us to add. It
- 2:07:47has always been my intent to pay all constitutional taxes.
- 2:07:51That way they can't come back to you with a 5,000
- 2:07:54Unknown: frivolous filing penalty. Okay. Good idea. You mentioned a minute ago that you put the agency disclaimer at the top of the IRS letter,
- 2:08:02and that's not it only goes to the states.
- 2:08:05K? What you put in Well, maybe I did it. Maybe I Well, you probably did it correctly. I'm trying to clarify this for the audience. It's something we generally I gotcha. Neglect or forget to specify.
- 2:08:17So at both of them, you put lawful legal notice, capital letters, bold,
- 2:08:22whatever.
- 2:08:23Underneath the state letters, you use that agency
- 2:08:27disclaimer
- 2:08:28or statement.
- 2:08:29Underneath the IRS only,
- 2:08:32you put not to be considered
- 2:08:34or construed
- 2:08:36or whatever word you wanna use as a filing,
- 2:08:40because we don't want this ain't a filing.
- 2:08:43It's a statement of my political status
- 2:08:46that hears
- 2:08:48and reflects my taxation
- 2:08:50condition.
- 2:08:51K? And that's your area? Yeah. And that's what this
- 2:08:56Unknown: Yeah. I've heard you say that people had got back, like, a $1,500
- 2:09:00Unknown: or something fine for filing a false file or something by not Well, none of none of none of us ever have to my knowledge. They threatened. Right. That's where that statement comes from when they threatened it to Shane years ago. Okay? And we've never had one attached to us,
- 2:09:19but others have.
- 2:09:21I got three of them thirty years ago. They were only $500
- 2:09:25back then, Matt. They're 5,000 now. I gotcha. 5,000. So that's what we're trying to do is cut that off of the pass right at the notice, right at the top of the page.
- 2:09:38Unknown: I gotcha.
- 2:09:39So you think passport then do the abatement
- 2:09:43Unknown: would be the way to go? Yeah. Yeah. Or maybe both at the same time. It might be well, I don't they'll probably get your passport card back pretty quick.
- 2:09:52And and that would be something that might be good to use in whatever you submit to the IRS
- 2:09:59to try and get this started again. Come in.
- 2:10:02Okay. Because now they've issued you a passport on it.
- 2:10:06Unknown: Yeah. Because I sent the return receipt from,
- 2:10:09where I sent a certified letter to the Department of State to Brivio Yeah.
- 2:10:15With that
- 2:10:17affidavit
- 2:10:18to the collection
- 2:10:20our collections in Massachusetts with my for my evidence or whatever.
- 2:10:25Unknown: And Okay. Basically, let's go back. Would you please contact my employer and go back? Yeah. Well, let's go. You're you're past that and you got a rest of this year to hopefully get this straightened out.
- 2:10:36So let's go back and get this passport,
- 2:10:39with your affidavit attached so that it identifies you in the deepest of their records at state as properly as a national.
- 2:10:47Then we use that passport number in going back to the IRS. I've got further proof right here. This isn't just a copy. They issued me a passport on it. Go ahead, Paul.
- 2:11:01Unknown: Do you still have a copy of the original affidavit you sent the IRS?
- 2:11:07Unknown: I do. Yes.
- 2:11:08Unknown: Good. Good. Okay. What you need to do is you take that copy of that affidavit.
- 2:11:14Right,
- 2:11:15and that is the affidavit you send to the Secretary of State when you renew your passport.
- 2:11:22Yep. Just make sure that there is continuity of documentation
- 2:11:27so when you go after the IRS,
- 2:11:29you're not doing a
- 2:11:31recently created affidavit
- 2:11:33with a reasonably
- 2:11:35recently
- 2:11:36obtained
- 2:11:37passport
- 2:11:38to correct an issue that has been alive for six months.
- 2:11:43Use
- 2:11:44the original
- 2:11:46affidavit you sent,
- 2:11:48and then, like I said before,
- 2:11:51feed it to them. Do the abatement process
- 2:11:55after you have that evidence.
- 2:11:58Unknown: Okay. So, Matt, we know what step two here is just for you to apply for a passport card. Right? Use a DS82.
- 2:12:06That's correct. You don't have to go get it signed in front of anybody. You don't have to include a birth certificate.
- 2:12:11You can put it in the mail yourself,
- 2:12:13and you will have to include your passport book in that package. They'll mail it back to you immediately. K?
- 2:12:24And then
- 2:12:26well, there's Brent. No one well, let's have both of you talk at the same time. You sound so much alike.
- 2:12:31Brent?
- 2:12:32What part of what part of Massachusetts
- 2:12:35did you live in?
- 2:12:37Unknown: None.
- 2:12:38It's a r r s collection,
- 2:12:41and they're
- 2:12:423 Lowell Street,
- 2:12:45Andover.
- 2:12:47Okay.
- 2:12:47This is He's a had their Brent, he's Louisiana. So the company I work for. Over there in Louisiana. So go ahead, man. The company you work for? Yeah. The company, yeah, the company I work for is from up north. So
- 2:13:00I figured that's that probably part of their area that they watch over.
- 2:13:05Unknown: Yeah. Okay.
- 2:13:06Unknown: I didn't get anything back from the main RIS.
- 2:13:11Unknown: I was a low life
- 2:13:13for a while
- 2:13:14before I went to Georgia.
- 2:13:16I yield I
- 2:13:18think.
- 2:13:19Thank you, Brent. Boy, I'd love to have you two in a duet together. Holy smokes.
- 2:13:25Okay. Matt, do we get you temporarily satisfied? We could come back tomorrow,
- 2:13:29but we got Brent tomorrow. And so we if you wanna further explore this, you'd probably come visit with us Saturday. Okay?
- 2:13:38Unknown: That'll work perfectly.
- 2:13:40Alright. I'll get my passport stuff filed and all that and maybe start working on my abatement letter. And then Okay.
- 2:13:47We might kinda hash some of that out.
- 2:13:49Unknown: Yeah. Well, you can let you got a little bit of time. They won't they deliver books back real quick within two weeks. The cards may take a week or more. So you got a little lead time for you here on that. Okay?
- 2:14:03Unknown: Yes, sir.
- 2:14:04Unknown: Well, I thank y'all. Hey. Nice to meet you. Hey, Rodney. Nice to meet you, man. Yes. Let's see. That is Doug. Isn't that Doug?
- 2:14:12Unknown: Doug.
- 2:14:12Yeah. Spelled d u g over here in Arkansas. He
- 2:14:17Unknown: He's he's up there north of you just a little bit to the West around,
- 2:14:22around Fayetteville.
- 2:14:23Go ahead, Doug.
- 2:14:25Unknown: Yeah. I have to tell people no. There's a no in there. They they write d u g for Doug.
- 2:14:31Anyway,
- 2:14:33I just wanted to bring oh, by the way, yeah, Brent and Brent there with Murrah stuck in, they could do a nice little
- 2:14:41thing big.
- 2:14:43Unknown: And then Murr comes in. No. Joan. No. We want Joan and Murr. Him and who knows too. Okay.
- 2:14:50Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:14:51Anyway,
- 2:14:52I just wanted to
- 2:14:55I just wanted to bring up
- 2:14:57I'm not sure how long after
- 2:15:00the close of the noon hour show
- 2:15:03the transcription
- 2:15:04goes,
- 2:15:05but for
- 2:15:07Heiko and
- 2:15:09Matt there,
- 2:15:11if it's still running,
- 2:15:13that's available,
- 2:15:15which I just consider to be a great resource
- 2:15:19It is. To
- 2:15:21Unknown: go back and revisit the dialogue. Yep. We we we we thank Paul for that. Because you can go and go back and listen to it. That's why I I was listening to hike of the Not
- 2:15:33Unknown: only that, AI will give you a whole transcript on it.
- 2:15:38Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:15:40Unknown: Pretty cool. That pretty cool. Good
- 2:15:42Unknown: little A good application of AI finally. Go ahead, Doug.
- 2:15:47Unknown: Well, that was it. That was it. My little Okay. Con contribution
- 2:15:52today. Alright. A great show. From Yeah. It's it's hot and heavy. I'll tell you, man. You talk about being in the trenches.
- 2:16:00Yeah.
- 2:16:01Talking about Massachusetts.
- 2:16:04Yeah. You know? I I growing up in Massachusetts,
- 2:16:07I know how to actually say
- 2:16:09Unknown: state. You know, you probably know how to spell it.
- 2:16:14Unknown: Yeah. I can spell it too.
- 2:16:16Yeah. Cool.
- 2:16:18Cool.
- 2:16:20Unknown: Oh, that's good to hear from you, Doug. Okay, man. You keep them tied down there in Fayetteville.
- 2:16:25Who else got something for Roger? We got new people. We got Haika. Where did Matt come back and spend more time with us. And I same with Matt and when you can. Just love the new folks. So nice to meet both of you. Welcome. All that stuff. What do you got for him, Sketch?
- 2:16:42Where did Matt find us? That that that was I don't think he answered. No. He said well, he said he'd been listening to me for years off and on.
- 2:16:51Unknown: Yeah, different podcasts and just different things. I just I've
- 2:16:56looked into several different revenues and I've even heard Roger say, sometimes you can show people this evidence. It just takes a little while. They gotta process it and when there's time for, you know, when they feel like it's the right time, that's when they actually do something and you know, I've looked into it and I looked into all the trust stuff and everything else and I've always felt like Roger's information
- 2:17:19had a lot of back into it to where it seemed like, you know, it's it's super simple and
- 2:17:25legitimate.
- 2:17:26You know, it's a it's a way out
- 2:17:29of all the wordsmith stuff that goes on on a daily basis. I just never did apply it.
- 2:17:35Yeah. So
- 2:17:36Unknown: Yeah. Well, you just like I say, you plant seeds. See, we planted some seeds with Matt years ago.
- 2:17:43It gets around to,
- 2:17:45that that amount of withholding a week. I'd be interested to get that back too or a month, whatever that is.
- 2:17:51But, Matt, we're glad to have stop doing it, I'd be happy.
- 2:17:55Yeah.
- 2:17:56And and it's a great example for the other people where we get anxious, and it's very rare when somebody reacts immediately to this, I found.
- 2:18:05Mostly, it's people like your situation. They've heard it. They didn't believe it. They heard it again. They got a little more confidence. They started seeing some of these principles.
- 2:18:15Like, hey. What set of laws you wanna live under is your choice, Matt. Not theirs. If it's theirs, they're they're tyrants.
- 2:18:23So it gets down to very simple principles
- 2:18:26that are damn profound.
- 2:18:27Okay?
- 2:18:29Unknown: Yes. Another principle, Roger, if you don't mind me bringing forward,
- 2:18:35is the difference between
- 2:18:37volunteerism
- 2:18:39and compelled.
- 2:18:42And that would be yes.
- 2:18:45And see, we volunteer too much
- 2:18:50and including on your w four.
- 2:18:53Make it a compelled document,
- 2:18:56and
- 2:18:57it changes everything.
- 2:19:01It surely does.
- 2:19:02Unknown: Yep. So compelled
- 2:19:04is, oh, Sherry, you gotta take this COVID shot,
- 2:19:09but I don't want to. It's gotta be voluntary.
- 2:19:12Well, your voluntary choice is, do you want a job or not? That's compelled.
- 2:19:17Right.
- 2:19:19Unknown: Right?
- 2:19:20Unknown: So
- 2:19:21Y'all don't want being made to do something.
- 2:19:24Unknown: Yeah. Exactly. Well, I was just gonna say at the bottom of your w four, you say only
- 2:19:31submitting
- 2:19:32an order to be paid,
- 2:19:34and that changes it to a compelled
- 2:19:38document.
- 2:19:39Unknown: Okay. See, I don't I don't I've never heard that before that I remember.
- 2:19:44What's the verdict Well, I brought it forward.
- 2:19:48Unknown: Uh-huh. I brought it forward, and that's how my husband and I stepped out of the IRS on 04/01/2001.
- 2:19:57Only
- 2:19:58submitting
- 2:19:59in order to be paid.
- 2:20:06Unknown: So Okay. Well, that's new information to me. Good, Sherry. K.
- 2:20:11Yeah. Whoo. Been a long show. Hot and heavy. A lot of good dialogue. Two new folks. That's wonderful. Thanks, Roger.
- 2:20:18My focus. You're welcome, Sherry. So it kinda eats up me too. And and my brain power is it's difficult to do this or
- 2:20:27and be stay laser focused on all this stuff and still try and orchestrate it. So unless anybody's got something for me directly,
- 2:20:36I'm gonna dash out and go get something in my stomach, if that's alright.
- 2:20:41So does anybody have anything directly for me?
- 2:20:45Unknown: You enjoy, Roger.
- 2:20:47Unknown: Okay. Well, I'm a take off. Hey, Roger. See Matt and Micah. Both of you. Yes. Just a second. Matt, you're both This is Heikkinen.
- 2:20:56Yes, ma'am. I was gonna say you're in good hands if you wanna hang out. You can hang out here for hours. Go yes, ma'am? Well,
- 2:21:03Unknown: I just wanted to thank you for staying on all these years
- 2:21:07because I listened to you in 2021
- 2:21:10and 2022,
- 2:21:11and then I fell off. And now I came back, and and you were 100%
- 2:21:16right
- 2:21:17that you were planting seeds, and people will come back. And I really thank you that that you are still on the air, and I found you again. So thank you. Well, it's my life. I think it's the reason god put me on this Earth, Haika.
- 2:21:32Unknown: And
- 2:21:33so I'm gonna do it real real diligently
- 2:21:37with a lot of zeal, which is what I've tried to do. Sometimes, I get a little overzealous.
- 2:21:42Okay?
- 2:21:43But most of the time, I keep it, I think, within good good parameters,
- 2:21:48and I do the best I can. Okay? And I'm happy to have met you and happy to have this information. As I say to the audience, my hope is that this information changes your life
- 2:22:01half as much at least as it has mine.
- 2:22:05And it may be with many of you, it changes it more. I don't know.
- 2:22:09But,
- 2:22:10we're one big happy family, for the most part, and the bigger we get, the more effective we're gonna get, and the bigger we get, the scared they are of us. So send them those affidavits,
- 2:22:21folks.
- 2:22:23They can't see enough of them across their desks.
- 2:22:27Alright? Roger.
- 2:22:29I'll see y'all. Oh oh, coach Larry. Yes, sir.
- 2:22:34Unknown: Yeah. Just one, last comment. I wanna piggyback on something that, William said before when dealing with,
- 2:22:41the federal and state taxing agencies.
- 2:22:44You need to let them know that you're a nonresident alien.
- 2:22:47So in my experience, that's not enough.
- 2:22:50You have to make the distinction
- 2:22:52that you're not that you're not a nonresident alien foreign national,
- 2:22:57but you're a nonresident alien American national
- 2:23:00because most of the code is
- 2:23:03written for the foreigners.
- 2:23:06And so you have to make that distinction.
- 2:23:09Unknown: Yep. And you're a foreigner,
- 2:23:11but you're not in another country. You're in the same country
- 2:23:14because we are repatriating.
- 2:23:17We're not expatriating,
- 2:23:20which is France. We're repatriating
- 2:23:23to the 50 or the however many original states.
- 2:23:26So that's what we're doing. You gotta use the right language. You just think a guy that saved AM radio,
- 2:23:33this was his mantra,
- 2:23:35words mean things.
- 2:23:38Words mean things.
- 2:23:40See you tomorrow with Brent. Have a wonderful day. Thanks. Been stimulating program today. I thank both of the new folks and anyone else out there listening. We love you. We want you to be free. We'll bend over backwards to help you. K?
- 2:23:53So, Matt, hi. Heiko, you do enjoy the rest of the forum here. They'll stay on with you for hours. K? I can't do that. See you tomorrow. Yeah. Ciao.
- 2:24:06Unknown: Thank you.
- 2:24:07Mark, are you still on there? Well,
- 2:24:10Unknown: hold on. Larry,
- 2:24:12if you define your terms, then it doesn't matter how they define you.
- 2:24:18Correct?
- 2:24:25Unknown: I'm not really sure what you're saying.
- 2:24:27Unknown: Well, if you define your terms, I'm just gonna say it again. It's really playing on its base.
- 2:24:35Or if you're gonna defend against what how they
- 2:24:40want to define you,
- 2:24:42two totally separate and distinct things.
- 2:24:45You define who you are with that affidavit
- 2:24:49and with the terms.
- 2:24:50Correct?
- 2:24:55It's really quite simple.
- 2:24:57Jerry. Either you define it or they do.
- 2:25:01Which do you choose?
- 2:25:03Sherry.
- 2:25:04I yield.
- 2:25:06Unknown: Sherry? No. She's right, though, about that. Like, like, on the I nine form, it has four categories for who you are in relationship to employment.
- 2:25:16And the first one is US citizen. The second one says noncitizen national, which we know is American smelling. Third one is resident alien. The fourth one is
- 2:25:25alien authorized to work for something like that. Right?
- 2:25:28But if you can you can sign US citizen and then just write over there what you mean by that. That's the colloquial term like, you know, article three section two definition of US
- 2:25:40citizen would be a citizen of a state. Right? We're part of the fourteenth amendment.
- 2:25:45Or you could say, you know, constitutional,
- 2:25:47not statutory citizen.
- 2:25:51And you could put it that way. Or you could do the noncitizen national, but in their instructions, they tell you that that's referring to the American Samoan
- 2:25:59specifically.
- 2:26:00That's that's what that's that's what she's saying, like something like that as an example.
- 2:26:05They put in this term. You redefine it to mean what you want it to mean. Now they accept it that way. They've accepted your definition, And from then on, they have to treat you in accordance with how it's defined in the contract that you have with them.
- 2:26:24Unknown: Joe.
- 2:26:26Yeah. We need to define our terms.
- 2:26:31Unknown: Yeah. I I I make donations.
- 2:26:34So that's that's what I do. I make donations. Like, someone someone has a driver's license, and they go, the driver's license says you're a US citizen, says you're a resident. Well, those are the two things you have to rebut.
- 2:26:44So some people are afraid to drive without a license, and I get that. So he said, well, why don't we do innovation? You just write them a letter redefining
- 2:26:53the terms
- 2:26:54around like driver,
- 2:26:56person,
- 2:26:57you know, things like that, and redefine those terms. And you send it in when you go do like your, let's say you're gonna renew your license, you send that contract in with it saying, hey, these are how the terms are gonna be defined now
- 2:27:09as far as my relationship with the state. I'm resident, I'm not a resident or a citizen, but I will use those terms. Resident would mean that I hang my hat here at night, but
- 2:27:21I don't offer it. I don't accept any privileges,
- 2:27:25you know, from the state in regards to residency.
- 2:27:28Right? Where a citizen, yes, I'm a citizen of the state, but not not a fourteenth amendment resident state citizen.
- 2:27:36But under the constitution under article three section two where it says citizens of a state. Alright?
- 2:27:44And driver
- 2:27:45would be a person, you know, and they have all these, you know, weird legal ramifications.
- 2:27:50But you have to say a person, I'm gonna reflect the presumption of being a person because a person is defined on the fourteenth amendment as someone subject to the jurisdiction thereof,
- 2:27:59which is the term that they're utilizing anyway on the driver's license. You have to rebut the person. Well, I'm one of the people, know, and then just let them know that your state constitution says that me as one of the people, which you don't write laws for at all anyway.
- 2:28:11You only write laws for
- 2:28:13persons,
- 2:28:14not people. So if you're one of the people, then they derive their authority from you. And if you're like, hey. Look. I'm your really your boss, and I'm telling you this is how it's gonna be. If you reject this contract, please cite your lawful,
- 2:28:27legal reason why you can reject this contract. If not, then you're gonna accept it, and that's gonna be how I'm gonna be treated on the roads.
- 2:28:37Unknown: Correct. We have to tell them who we are.
- 2:28:42Yeah.
- 2:28:43Oh.
- 2:28:45And it's just that simple.
- 2:28:48I I I know it sounds more simple than what I have done.
- 2:28:53I mean, because,
- 2:28:54you know, they
- 2:28:56have
- 2:28:58done some terrible things to me based on
- 2:29:02my signature.
- 2:29:05Unknown: So Oh. Anyway They get I know they get crazy about the signatures too. That's the other thing is that when you say signature,
- 2:29:14you're gonna sign all signatures are gonna be understood even if it's not if it's not expressly written on there. All signatures by me are gonna be done without prejudice.
- 2:29:24So all signatures by me are always done without prejudice
- 2:29:28whether or not that that line is contained in the signature or not.
- 2:29:35Unknown: Yeah. So that way We have to define our terms.
- 2:29:39That's right. Sherry,
- 2:29:41Unknown: I'm with you on the point of not
- 2:29:43using their statutes and codes because it's all for citizens.
- 2:29:47And I like going back to
- 2:29:49the original documents
- 2:29:52and in my opinion Well, yep. In Brose's opinion and Stamper's opinion, that's the Expatriation
- 2:29:58Act of 1868,
- 2:30:01and you start there.
- 2:30:03And, yes, we are expatriation
- 2:30:05from
- 2:30:06their illegal system.
- 2:30:09Unknown: Well, there there are other statutes and codes written for persons and residents.
- 2:30:14It it it doesn't mention citizens that much in there.
- 2:30:19You know, when you go through the code, it says buildings.
- 2:30:23Unknown: If you everything that's been discussed here
- 2:30:26is valid, and I I like what you're doing, but I just don't like their statutes and codes. Now if you read page 34 of Stamper's book,
- 2:30:35he goes through the expatriation
- 2:30:37act, what it actually means,
- 2:30:40what The United States is, what a territory is,
- 2:30:43and how they they're the foreign entity,
- 2:30:46the fourteenth amendment that they're talking about,
- 2:30:50not another country.
- 2:30:52And it gets picked up again in nineteen o seven.
- 2:30:55So it goes all the way from 1868
- 2:30:58to nineteen o seven. In nineteen o seven, what they say is if you
- 2:31:03take an oath for a foreign country,
- 2:31:06you've expatriated.
- 2:31:08Well, what is what is the fourteenth amendment?
- 2:31:11It's an oath to The United States Of America
- 2:31:17or The United States, not The United States Of America. It's to DC.
- 2:31:22It's a foreign entity.
- 2:31:24So right there you have the power of the expatriation
- 2:31:28act
- 2:31:29Unknown: giving you the Wait a minute. Samuel,
- 2:31:32what is an act
- 2:31:34anyway?
- 2:31:35It's a man's
- 2:31:37agreement.
- 2:31:38And are we going to
- 2:31:43conform to that?
- 2:31:44Unknown: Technically
- 2:31:45And so
- 2:31:47Unknown: congress Well, let me bring your words back to you.
- 2:31:51So they say,
- 2:31:53well, that's what they say in the act.
- 2:31:58Unknown: Refute it. Acts are constitutional.
- 2:32:00Acts are constitutional laws.
- 2:32:02If you read the constitution, it tells you that all acts
- 2:32:05Unknown: are gonna be law A veteran in conformity
- 2:32:08with
- 2:32:10the organic acts.
- 2:32:12Unknown: It is the act. Well That's your get out of jail free ticket
- 2:32:16of the fourteenth amendment.
- 2:32:18Unknown: Only until somebody complains
- 2:32:21and says
- 2:32:22it is not in conformity.
- 2:32:26But it takes one man,
- 2:32:28one purse
- 2:32:30one people
- 2:32:31to complain
- 2:32:34that it's not constitutional.
- 2:32:38Unknown: You gotta complain. Wait. My friend has a writ of certiorari and with the supreme court right now, and he's he's he's he's questioning the sovereign immunity of of the state,
- 2:32:48saying that they actually don't have sovereign immunity because the state, per their own definition of person, they fall into that category of person and thus
- 2:32:56are subject under the fourteenth amendment and cannot Oh, no. Even sovereign immunity.
- 2:33:02Unknown: Yeah. I agree. You gotta make a claim for Pete's sakes. And what what you're claiming is the expatriation
- 2:33:07act, which was your get out of jail free ticket for the fourteenth amendment citizenship.
- 2:33:16And you think that's what Roger's doing here? It's like a grant. You gotta accept it. You can't buy it. You have to accept it. It's the land patent. It's a grant.
- 2:33:33Unknown: So, like Can I see? With my
- 2:33:36in my appeal case, when I went when I had to go down to the county to go appeal my one of my cases,
- 2:33:42you know, I brought up the fact that, you know, the they kept insisting that not only with the car, like, it was a they kept calling it in the original case a New Jersey car. And I and I pointed out the fact that I said, how come the judge was making claim that it was state property? And he didn't wanna he didn't wanna answer that question, neither did the the the
- 2:34:02neither did the the attorney,
- 2:34:04you know, for the state. He he didn't wanna answer that either. I said, no one's gonna answer why the judge kept insisting that the the car was state property,
- 2:34:13and they just went they remained silent on it. They just wouldn't say it. Said, okay. So I I guess you guys are making claims to all the cars on the road.
- 2:34:21I'm making a claim to them.
- 2:34:23Right? Then I also said that, you know, the officer said that this occurred in the state of New Jersey. And I said the state of New Jersey has a very, very specific
- 2:34:32location.
- 2:34:33It has an address. The state of New Jersey is located on like a West 123 West Street in Trenton, New Jersey. I said, here. Look. Here's the official address.
- 2:34:43Here's the address. Here's their business filings.
- 2:34:46I I wasn't at the location when this occurred. Did, you know, they did they showed the case.
- 2:34:53And you can't even get access to it anymore.
- 2:34:56Because I have because of those two things. Because they're they are a fourteenth amendment citizen.
- 2:35:02Okay? The state of New Jersey is a fourteenth amendment citizen.
- 2:35:06They are only located within their specific
- 2:35:09address or properties that they own just like just like the District Of Columbia, United States. Right? They are only located specifically on the property they own. The streets are just a presumption that they own the streets and can take advantage of that when you go register the car. You're you're turning your car from private property into public into public property.
- 2:35:29I
- 2:35:31think that's that's and those are all presumptions,
- 2:35:33because that's what they're doing.
- 2:35:35Unknown: Well, Joe Stamper
- 2:35:37on that same page 34 in his book also points out there's a case
- 2:35:42that says
- 2:35:44the federal government is a small s state.
- 2:35:48Now if that's the case,
- 2:35:50that's exactly what they're saying a national is. It owes permanent allegiance to a small s state. So is a national
- 2:35:59a federal citizen
- 2:36:01under that
- 2:36:03Unknown: way of looking at it? They I would say yes. Said a state a state on in a sentence,
- 2:36:09when you say a state, it's nonspecific because a is referring to one item, nonspecific.
- 2:36:16Lowercase s state would mean that it's nonspecific.
- 2:36:19So it would be lowercase s state. Not capital s state, which would be specific like state of Alabama. It would be capital s state. Even if you said in the middle of a sentence, if I said I live in the state of Alabama, that would be a capital s state because you're referring to
- 2:36:33specific.
- 2:36:34But this is grammar. This is grammar. But do wait. Hold on. Let me finish. But just that's grammar. So when they said state and they said a state, I don't think they're referring to, like, this this state, like, the 50 states. I think they're referring to state as in the definition of nation.
- 2:36:50I cite as
- 2:36:52Unknown: per the case.
- 2:36:53He's citing it as per That's the
- 2:36:56Unknown: fine. But I'm saying that he's got state parentheses.
- 2:37:01Unknown: He's got state in parentheses in lowercase.
- 2:37:04He's making a point saying that that's how it's used in the case.
- 2:37:09Unknown: Alright. You're not getting what I'm saying. Then which definition of state did they use in the case
- 2:37:15is my point. When they say a state, what do they mean by that? Because state, go look go look in any
- 2:37:23English dictionary, any English dictionary. Okay? And you're gonna find that state will will mention the 50 states. Right? But it'll also mention
- 2:37:31any nation,
- 2:37:33country is considered a state.
- 2:37:35You have to realize you
- 2:37:37don't know which definition they're referring to in there unless they clearly defined it. But more than likely, they're referring to the the definition of state as a nation.
- 2:37:47Right? This is why the states were called states because each state is its own country.
- 2:37:51It has its own constitution, has its own regulation.
- 2:37:54Unknown: Why he's pointing you to Joe, that's why he's pointing you to the case.
- 2:37:58Unknown: Yeah. I just wanna make sure people understand.
- 2:38:01People
- 2:38:02people understand that that's that's what that why the the word state is being used to reference all 50 states, why they would say something like that in that court case about the federal government being the state.
- 2:38:14Wouldn't be the same type of state that we refer to as the states, but it would be its own, like, nation.
- 2:38:28Unknown: Joe,
- 2:38:29wouldn't all this be dispensed
- 2:38:31with
- 2:38:32if you defined your own
- 2:38:35definitions?
- 2:38:37Unknown: I I I came up with my own definition of state, and that's the definition I use whenever whenever I interact with any kind of state government. I say, here's the definition of state that I'm gonna use,
- 2:38:47and this this is the one that I'm gonna that that this is how it's gonna pertain in this situation because their definition of state, if you read the state codes, their definition of state
- 2:38:58Unknown: They're all over the map. Yeah. Yes. Sherry, quit interrupting me. On what statute
- 2:39:04you're reading.
- 2:39:05Sherry, can interrupt me? Forward
- 2:39:07your
- 2:39:08definition.
- 2:39:09Thank you.
- 2:39:12Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:39:13So
- 2:39:17Unknown: Joe, can you remember what you were saying a minute ago before you were interrupted?
- 2:39:23Unknown: No. No. I wanna know his definition
- 2:39:25of state that he just spoke Let me interrupt him again.
- 2:39:29Unknown: Sherry, I'm gonna remove you from the room.
- 2:39:35I'm not gonna mute you. What I was saying. I'm just gonna remove you from the room.
- 2:39:42Unknown: So I'll I'll give you the definition of state, but what I was saying is that,
- 2:39:47people
- 2:39:49suffer from not understanding grammar.
- 2:39:52And this is where a lot of confusion comes from. Roger talks about this all the time. But the
- 2:39:57grammar is a problem.
- 2:40:00Elementary school did not teach proper grammar. When you read the state codes, they define state
- 2:40:05as United States or District of Columbia or federal territories.
- 2:40:10They are telling you that the states are subsidiaries
- 2:40:14of the federal corporation.
- 2:40:16They are instrumentalities
- 2:40:17found under 28
- 2:40:19U. S. Code 3,002,
- 2:40:21subsection 15 instrumentality.
- 2:40:25That's what the states are. They are subsidiaries
- 2:40:28of the federal government, and they are located within their their specific zone of where
- 2:40:35they are. So they're actually when they say state, they're talking about an extension of the District Of Columbia in accordance with four US code 72.
- 2:40:43Right? They're also saying that because that they're under they're because they're an extension of that, because this is military occupation
- 2:40:51of the civil war. Right? And
- 2:40:55because of that,
- 2:40:56this this is why the fourteenth amendment exists. So that way, they can have, like, full reign over everything around the country, and then everyone's just under this presumption that they have to follow the rules of any
- 2:41:08any government agent
- 2:41:10that exists.
- 2:41:12We know that's all BS, but the thing is
- 2:41:15that because their definition of state implies that they are a part of a federal enclave,
- 2:41:22that they would fall under that territorial jurisdiction,
- 2:41:25which is found in Article I, Section eight clause 17, meaning that they can't exercise jurisdiction outside of their property,
- 2:41:31period,
- 2:41:32which they don't if they don't own it, if they don't have a deed to it, they can't exercise jurisdiction there. States can't do it. The federal government can't do it, and this is why they they stop a lot of these
- 2:41:42you know, that's why they see a lot of these cases that I'm I'm in is because I keep bringing this stuff up, and they just don't wanna talk about it. They don't wanna create some kind of controversy,
- 2:41:51and no one wants to rule on it.
- 2:41:53But I'll give you my definition of state that I use in my novations when I have to do business.
- 2:42:00When I say state
- 2:42:02means a distinct
- 2:42:03sovereign body politic
- 2:42:06comprised of strictly private, free human beings occupying a nonfederal territory
- 2:42:12who are joint tenants in the sovereignty.
- 2:42:16These people are the absolute source of all just governmental authority,
- 2:42:21and they have instituted an organized government as a mere agent, fiduciary, and servant for the sole purpose of securing and protecting their unalienable
- 2:42:29private rights and private property.
- 2:42:32That's my definition of state that I use in my contract.
- 2:42:37Unknown: Is there a source?
- 2:42:39Unknown: I made it up. Okay. Thank you.
- 2:42:45Unknown: I have I have a question
- 2:42:47if if it's okay.
- 2:42:50Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:42:52Unknown: This is Sketch, and thank you for coming on today.
- 2:42:55You mentioned that the judge remained silent.
- 2:42:59Now
- 2:43:00I've heard or I've seen a case where if they remain silent,
- 2:43:05they have a duty to respond,
- 2:43:07and
- 2:43:08it can be
- 2:43:11given that fraud has occurred when they remain silent.
- 2:43:14Are you aware of that case?
- 2:43:19Unknown: I mean, I'm not aware of a case that says that specifically.
- 2:43:22Unknown: No. Yeah. I I came I don't know it either right offhand, but I came across a case,
- 2:43:28and I think it's in the it might be in the statutes
- 2:43:31that it it it it is fraud if they do not respond. If they remain silent and and they have a duty to respond,
- 2:43:39it it can be considered fraud.
- 2:43:42I yield. Thank you.
- 2:43:44Unknown: I I'm gonna look that up because now I wanna know what that is because,
- 2:43:48yeah, I said to the judge because when I was in one court case,
- 2:43:53the judge said to me, all Jersey cars
- 2:43:56are required to be registered.
- 2:43:58And I looked down and said, but this is my car.
- 2:44:01And he he said the same. He just repeated the statement. He goes, all New Jersey cars need to be registered.
- 2:44:08And I'm like, wait a second. Wait a second. He's saying that this is not my property. He's saying that.
- 2:44:15You know? He said it twice, and I'm like
- 2:44:18but then I said I said, but this is my car. It's not New Jersey's car.
- 2:44:22So when I went and appealed the case, I said to the judge, I said, I found it very odd that the judge made claim that that that was state property,
- 2:44:32and even though it's my car. And he just kinda smiled and nodded. He goes, mhmm.
- 2:44:38Right? But he wouldn't say anything. And then I looked at the the state's attorney and the appeal the the appellee.
- 2:44:45And I said I looked at him, and he was
- 2:44:47he didn't say anything. He was he was just looking at the judge. He wouldn't even look at me, which I thought was kinda funny. Yes. When you court them, they will remain silent and that's where the fraud occurs. I yield
- 2:44:59Unknown: Common. Common.
- 2:45:01Hey, Joe.
- 2:45:03The AI overview on a search if a judge has a duty to respond and remain silent
- 2:45:10is in the legal system a judge's failure to respond when legally obligated does not automatically constitute fraud.
- 2:45:18Instead this inaction usually constitutes a procedural error,
- 2:45:23judicial bias,
- 2:45:24or an administrative
- 2:45:26omission.
- 2:45:27The proper legal remedy for addressing a judge's silence
- 2:45:31is an appeal or filing a formal complaint.
- 2:45:35The intricacies of this scenario and why it's not typically classified as fraud are detailed.
- 2:45:42The legal definition of fraud under common law and the American Bar Association,
- 2:45:47fraud requires an intentional
- 2:45:49material misrepresentation
- 2:45:51of fact
- 2:45:52made to deceive another party into relying on it to their detriment.
- 2:45:58Silence or an omission
- 2:46:00can only be considered fraudulent if the silent party had an affirmative legal duty to disclose the information and the intent
- 2:46:09to mislead.
- 2:46:11Judicial immunity judges generally possess absolute immunity when acting in their official judicial capacity.
- 2:46:18This means you cannot sue a judge for civil damages or criminal charges for their decisions or indecisions
- 2:46:26while providing over a case, even if their silence violates due process.
- 2:46:31Judicial immunity applies even if a decision is deemed malicious
- 2:46:35or biased.
- 2:46:37What the law calls judicial silence,
- 2:46:41if a judge has a legal duty to respond, for example ruling on a properly filed motion and remain silent,
- 2:46:49the law categorizes
- 2:46:50this as an error or an unreasonable
- 2:46:53delay,
- 2:46:54not fraud.
- 2:46:55It effectively means the court has failed to perform its duty.
- 2:47:00How to address judicial silence?
- 2:47:02Because fraud claims against judges are procedurally dismissed due to immunity,
- 2:47:08the legal system relies on different checks and balances to handle this type of judicial misconduct.
- 2:47:14Appeals, if a judge refuses to rule on a motion or ignores evidence,
- 2:47:20the inaction can be raised to a higher court through an appeal or a petition for a writ of mandamus,
- 2:47:27an order forcing a public official to perform
- 2:47:30their official duties.
- 2:47:32Judicial conduct commissions,
- 2:47:34judges are bound by a rigid model code of judicial conduct. You can report a judge's failure to perform their duties to your states
- 2:47:43or oversight commission.
- 2:47:46The New
- 2:47:47York State Commission on Judicial Conduct,
- 2:47:50and that's all it's got on that.
- 2:47:53So if you try and,
- 2:47:55accuse a judge of fraud, it'll probably be summarily thrown out under
- 2:48:03their
- 2:48:04cloak of immunity,
- 2:48:05but if you make a charge against them for judicial misconduct
- 2:48:11and actually
- 2:48:12cause them to be under investigation
- 2:48:15for that conduct,
- 2:48:17I think you might actually make a few more enemies that way.
- 2:48:23Unknown: You think? Well, that's alright. I don't mind. I mean, they they put me on some kind of list or something now, so they they they don't pull me over anymore. The cop the last cop who arrested me, he he saw me get into my car with my DOT plates on and drive off, and he didn't come after me. And I'm pretty sure it was because they they told him not to talk to me anymore.
- 2:48:42Unknown: Mhmm.
- 2:48:44They probably told him if you wanna keep your job, leave him alone.
- 2:48:49Unknown: Yeah. Well, you know what happened. Right?
- 2:48:53Unknown: You almost took the took control of the city?
- 2:48:58Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:49:00Yeah. With the quell Lorenzo.
- 2:49:02Unknown: And if they hadn't stopped,
- 2:49:05if they hadn't
- 2:49:07put that case to bed, you likely would have.
- 2:49:12Unknown: Well, I don't know. I would have been because it's called the receiver. Like, a a receiver is the one who takes the property and then holds it,
- 2:49:20like, kind of, like, similar to a trustee would hold trust. And so the city or the people of the town would would vote on hold an election on what they wanna do with all the property.
- 2:49:32If they wanna incorporate a new a new town there or not, if they wanna keep it on unincorporated
- 2:49:38or whatever.
- 2:49:41So,
- 2:49:42I mean, I said that I would be the receiver. That's what I wrote on there, but I don't know if they were gonna actually go if they would actually make me the receiver. But it would be awesome if they said, yeah. You could be the receiver.
- 2:49:51I'd be driving around the top cars around town.
- 2:49:55Unknown: Well, what you could actually do is you could actually
- 2:50:00do away with property taxes and
- 2:50:03everything.
- 2:50:05You know, just dissolve the Well,
- 2:50:10Unknown: the unincorporated lands technically don't have to pay property taxes because they're unincorporated.
- 2:50:15They don't have the
- 2:50:16you know, that. If anything, it would be dependent upon what law enforcement patrols in their areas
- 2:50:22that they wouldn't be obligated to pay something towards.
- 2:50:27But I think that's all supposed to be taken care of through the the ad valorem taxes. Shouldn't be taken through property taxes anyway.
- 2:50:34You know, these guys should just be better at budgeting.
- 2:50:39Unknown: Well, all you would have to do then is just reorganize
- 2:50:43the state's finances
- 2:50:45to get rid of these slush funds
- 2:50:49that
- 2:50:50all of the
- 2:50:53the administrative
- 2:50:54pretenders
- 2:50:55enjoy
- 2:50:56and
- 2:50:58actually
- 2:50:59funnel
- 2:51:00the taxes paid
- 2:51:02by the people to
- 2:51:05beneficial improvements as far as roads and parks and schools,
- 2:51:10and also
- 2:51:11police
- 2:51:12and fire salaries and equipment.
- 2:51:15I'm thinking you could have a really, really, really well run
- 2:51:21city
- 2:51:22if you just did that, just got rid of those slush funds.
- 2:51:27Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:51:29Well, that's why they, you know, that's why they should have the
- 2:51:33what they should do before you run for, like, a public office where you're gonna be involved in finances,
- 2:51:40they should have you take a math test. See if you can actually
- 2:51:43you know, where you you have to on paper budget
- 2:51:46make a budget for something and see if it holds up. And if they can't do it, then they can't run for office.
- 2:51:52Unknown: What they should also do is also
- 2:51:56they should also do is they should also have to disclose their net worth.
- 2:52:03And
- 2:52:04they disclose their net worth when they go into office,
- 2:52:07and they disclose
- 2:52:09their net worth when they come out of office,
- 2:52:12and disclose
- 2:52:14where
- 2:52:15the difference came from.
- 2:52:19Unknown: Well, also, they can't be under any NDAs
- 2:52:21before
- 2:52:23or during or after office.
- 2:52:27Like, they're disqualified from office if they're under any kind of NDA.
- 2:52:32Unknown: Okay.
- 2:52:33Well, you can disqualify them from office. You can't stop them from
- 2:52:38signing an NDA because the constitution
- 2:52:42defines
- 2:52:44limit strict limitations on government's interference with contracts.
- 2:52:50So you would just have to preclude them from public service if they're under any any kind of an NDA, like you said.
- 2:52:59Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:53:01Right. Yeah. They could be under NDA, but then they can't work for they can't be in public office.
- 2:53:06Unknown: They can't have dual citizenship either. Hello?
- 2:53:12Unknown: Yeah. That's that's, that's conflict of interest.
- 2:53:16Unknown: Oh, absolutely.
- 2:53:19Absolutely.
- 2:53:20Unknown: Do
- 2:53:21you know how many people don't see that, though?
- 2:53:24Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:53:25Well, I don't think they should it shouldn't be a problem if if they if they're they're a citizen of Israel. They'll they'll still
- 2:53:36back for us.
- 2:53:39Oh, like so. Yeah.
- 2:53:43Anyways.
- 2:53:44Hey, Joe. Did
- 2:53:46you see the most recent crow house?
- 2:53:50Unknown: Crow House.
- 2:53:52Unknown: Yeah. The most recent crow house.
- 2:53:55It's a Crow House. A comedian.
- 2:53:58A comedian. They you did a three minute clip short
- 2:54:02of a comedian
- 2:54:04who
- 2:54:05actually is
- 2:54:07explaining
- 2:54:08who
- 2:54:09did in Charlie Kirk and why.
- 2:54:13And and it was actually pretty cool.
- 2:54:18Unknown: Well, I don't know if you wanna get on to it in here. Well,
- 2:54:23Unknown: I could freaking do that. I don't care. We're still streaming. Okay. I don't care. Hey, Larry. Do you do you want something quick, or do I have three minutes to
- 2:54:34punch up this little
- 2:54:36this little ditty?
- 2:54:39Unknown: Just a quick question for Joe while you're bringing that up, the video.
- 2:54:44You mentioned using abatement with the IRS. Have you heard of someone or have you helped someone
- 2:54:51have success with that recently?
- 2:54:53And
- 2:54:54can you go into a little detail and describe what
- 2:54:59that sounds like in the document,
- 2:55:01please?
- 2:55:03Unknown: Yeah. So I did it with a few people. There's a number of people who are having problems with California Franchise Tax Board right now.
- 2:55:11And so
- 2:55:12when I was reading the California
- 2:55:15statue or codes, they they call codes there,
- 2:55:19found that the they tax nonresidents.
- 2:55:22Your numbers, they only still have to pay taxes.
- 2:55:24I'm like, well, how do you like that?
- 2:55:26So they say any state of California source income has to be taxed. So what we do is we do an abatement on them.
- 2:55:34And and it has worked because I don't think they or if if it hasn't worked,
- 2:55:39you know, it really it really puts a wrench in their gears because they don't know what to do with these things because we're telling them that we're not a nonresident because nonresident's statutory in their world.
- 2:55:51We're also abating and saying, well, we're transient foreigners.
- 2:55:55Okay?
- 2:55:56Instead of saying nonresident alien, we go, well, we're transient foreigners because they don't have anything on transient foreigners. So they don't know what the how to respond to that.
- 2:56:04I also said so, like, the abatement is here's the situation. You're trying to get me to pay a tax saying citing a state
- 2:56:12of California income
- 2:56:14as a nonresident alien.
- 2:56:16So okay. So that's the situation. Here's the info the data is this. Right? I'm actually a transient foreigner. State of California is located here, and I give them the Sacramento address, which I was never at or nor made any income, per your definition, net income, which gains
- 2:56:34after wages,
- 2:56:35right?
- 2:56:36And
- 2:56:37I said, so those are a couple of the situations
- 2:56:41that I'm not a person per the California tax
- 2:56:46code.
- 2:56:47Your definition of person would imply that I'm either a legal entity
- 2:56:51some sort, which I'm not. I'm
- 2:56:54not an individual, which is
- 2:56:56a legal entity.
- 2:56:58That's an artificial corporation or artificial person is an individual.
- 2:57:04Trust, joint venture, corporation,
- 2:57:09none of those things apply because I'm not considered a person
- 2:57:12per your definition. So what you're going to have to do is go please reexamine
- 2:57:17your state codes and ensure that you're not accidentally sending out these letters by accident
- 2:57:23just because someone received a paycheck.
- 2:57:26And no no one's heard back from them since, and they've it's it's a bunch of people because California is going absolutely bonkers about it right now with the taxes because so many people left the state, and now they lost all this tax revenue.
- 2:57:44Unknown: Interesting.
- 2:57:45Did that answer your question, Larry? Yeah. Thank you.
- 2:57:48Unknown: Okay. Here we go. Three minute bit. Iran made a video about Charlie Kirk. I didn't even know that was in their wheelhouse. He was literally a video. You have this Iranian general just sitting in a chair with his face blurred. He's speaking in English, which means it's to me. Okay? But he has an Iranian accent. I know it's an Iranian accent because I lived in LA for ten years. Like, me tell you about a Charlie Kirk. I'm like, what do you got for me, general? And he's like, did you know Charlie Kirk was killed by your government? I was like, yes. I did know that. I did. I did actually. He's like, well, while we were hacking Cash Patel for funsies,
- 2:58:19we got into your FBI's mainframe. No big deal. Apparently, the password's Valhalla123.
- 2:58:24And we found documents that reveal that your government plotted the murder of Charlie Kirk, and it didn't go according to plan. What? Our government botched an assassination attempt?
- 2:58:34We would never.
- 2:58:36He said, well, did you know Charlie Kirk is not killed by a bullet. He was killed by an explosive device planted into his microphone that was clipped to his shirt. I
- 2:58:46know.
- 2:58:47Mind blown. Better choice of words? Sure. I'm sure a lot of people are asking, what? Who can even plant an explosive device in a small piece of technology detonator remotely? Who would do that? But it's a thing, and it is real. And it is real. And it
- 2:59:01And it is
- 2:59:03And is
- 2:59:05it's Israel. They did it with pagers in Lebanon. By the way, where do we get this? Trevor? Best Buy? What is it? Tel Aviv Tech? Okay. He
- 2:59:13said the device was supposed to explode downward into Charlie's chest cavity to make it seem like a clean gunshot wound to the chest, so we would all be like, oh my god, he was shot. And they'd thumbs up the fake Tyler on the roof. Be like, good job, buddy. We'll see you in Valhalla. But it didn't go according to plan because the device misfired. Like, where have I heard that before? And a piece of shrapnel shot through Charlie's neck and it came out the place that we were supposed to see the bullet going in. Now this was the part that he said that blew okay.
- 2:59:42Was the part he said that really opened my eyes. He said because it misfired and because it exploded in all sorts of which ways, a bunch of pieces of shrapnel flew everywhere and a lot of them went down and lodged themselves deep into the concrete where Charlie Kirk was speaking. And this is why the next day, a bunch of people came to repave the entire area. So Charlie Kirk is shot and the next morning, a bunch of random guys from God knows where in Israel come and start repaving
- 3:00:11the entire asshole. Just like you could have chose a better time to do that. This is literally the weirdest, most eerie part of the Charlie Kirk case aside from Erica. It is the second strangest part about the case. Like, you are watching a crime drama like CSI
- 3:00:25Orem and somebody gets shot and then, like, moments later, oh, nothing to see here. We're gonna start repaving the whole area. That would be like a 10 part series where they're trying to figure out, like, who the are these contractors?
- 3:00:36And so then the Iranian general was like, and this is how you know that it was your government who killed Charlie Kirk. Like and subscribe to my page.
- 3:00:44Hit the bell. I was like, do you have Lego content?
- 3:00:47The Iranian intelligence, they understand the American mind because they know that Charlie Kirk is a very sensitive issue in The United States. They understand that even better than I did. Because after Charlie Kirk was shot, I honestly didn't even know that much about him. I was like, oh my god. That's horrible. But I still did a stand up routine because that's what I do. I would do it to any of you. Don't take it personally. Posted it on YouTube and YouTube took it down instantly. That's never happened to me in the history of my whole career. And you've seen some of the things I talk about. That's how many people flagged it saying no, they were upset, they were very sensitive about it. I didn't know you can't make jokes the same day.
- 3:01:22Alright. That was fucked up on my part. That was fucked up on my part. I should have at least waited for the cement to dry.
- 3:01:36Unknown: Pretty crazy, Yeah.
- 3:01:41Unknown: That's good. Who what was that guy's name? I don't know what the guy's name is.
- 3:01:46Unknown: He he looks he looks kind of like Iranian,
- 3:01:50you know, kind of.
- 3:01:52I don't know what his name is, but but he is at the end of the
- 3:01:57the Crow House video,
- 3:02:00and that is
- 3:02:03narrating
- 3:02:04the fail is the title of that
- 3:02:08Crow House episode.
- 3:02:10Maybe he mentions the guy by name during the show or during the during his walkabout. I don't know.
- 3:02:17But,
- 3:02:19we'll
- 3:02:20see, I guess.
- 3:02:23Anyway,
- 3:02:25guys, I'm gonna take this take the stream down.
- 3:02:28You know, you guys can continue chatting until
- 3:02:32Pole English live coming up in fifty eight minutes.
