A former Bexar County deputy constable and Northside ISD police officer, Chad Eberle, has been arrested in Mexico for allegedly killing three people during a child custody dispute. The violent incident occurred in Saltillo when Eberle opened fire after going to retrieve his son, leaving the child’s mother critically wounded. Eberle, who also served in the Army and as a reserve officer in Santa Anna, was apprehended at the border attempting to return to the U.S. with his three-year-old.
